Don't let the Best Western name throw you off. Best Western plus is different from regular Best Western, in a good way. This Best Western plus is extremely clean and up-to-date and well run. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff are super friendly and unhelpful. Every day I saw a guy either vacuuming the parking lot or sweeping the parking lot which resulted in a super tidy appearance. Beds were great shower was great I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend this hotel. Location right downtown is super convenient because there's plenty of parking and walking distance to many restaurant choices within a block or two.

Hotels up and down Main Street in Moab. But this one is very comfortable. Fresh breakfast, friendly staff, big rooms, and a really nice pool. An easy drive to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point state park.

Great location downtown Moab. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was awakening, particularly in the breakfast area. Above average breakfast and had some dining areas outside on deck. Used the pool and lounges there. Beds nice, room nice, modern and clean.

This Best Western Plus location was perfect! Clean, quiet, friendly and in a great location. We loved sitting out outside on the patio in the evening. And thank you to Jorge who made the breakfast feel so welcoming!

Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn is the one I'd lean toward. It's right in the heart of downtown, has a particularly strong reputation for cleanliness and breakfast, and has a rooftop terrace. If you're planning to spend your days at Arches, Canyonlands, hiking, scenic drives, or off-roading, a Best Western in Moab makes a lot of sense. It's more of a comfortable, convenient place to sleep and recharge than a luxury hotel.

Diego was very polite, helpful and very friendly at breakfast daily. He made breakfast enjoyable and the food was better than most hotel breakfasts. The rooms were clean and the entire staff very friendly and polite.

We stayed for 1 night while driving through Utah. This place is fantastic. Rooms are clean and the pool area is nice. The breakfast is great with beautiful views from the outdoor eating area. Would recommend this hotel.

Without tourism Moab would probably be no more than a service centre for farm equipment, building and fuel supplies and consumables but the astonishing landscape (including Canyonlands and The Arches NP) have made this Main Street town a mecca for 4WD and SxS enthusiasts, cyclists and treckers of all ages. There are innumerable value priced motels in Moab and Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn carries a small premium due to its central location (restaurants, galleries and the Tourist Bureau)

We spent 20 days traveling out west, staying at the BW hotels when available, and this was by far the best experience of them all. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was within walking distance or a 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The amenities were unending, and we would like to give a special thanks to the gentlemen that worked the included breakfast area. These guys were so nice and friendly that it was a pleasure to see their smiling faces every morning. They could be training examples for all the other BW hotels

Another fabulous Best Western. Helpful staff from the front desk (dinner suggestions) to the super friendly & helpful young man at breakfast this am. The outside dining area is a nice touch. Also very clean and walkable to restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic stay here in Moab! The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was great. Location is central and close to several restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast and throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend BW Plus Canyonlands Inn! The location is walking distance to the downtown restaurants, visitor center, and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and inviting, but best of all--the staff was wonderful! I want to make special note about the breakfast that is included. It was well presented and included many options, and the kitchen staff went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast and had everything we needed! It really was exceptional, and I will look forward to my next visit.

Best Western Plus Canyonlands In is very conveniently located in central Moab. Very clean and well run property.

We usually avoid Best Western but, after reading the reviews we decided to give this downtown Moab location a try...I'm glad that we did. This Best Western was in the middle of all dining and shopping, walking distance to almost everything. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet (the room doors did not "slam"). The bed was very comfortable and shower was very hot. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety. The breakfast attendants were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to Arches National Park. We will definitely be staying here each time we visit Moab.

Easy to find along Central Street in historical Moab, this Best Western is well maintained, loved, clean and has all the bells and whistles. We were greeted by friendly Felicia who gave us useful tips. Through her, we found a tasty Thai restaurant called “Singha,” just down the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee machine in the front foyer. This machine even had decaf Café Lata. It was the best machine, even better than the BW in Bryce and Zion. We were upgraded to a larger room due to our American Platinum Express card. It had two good size queen size beds and even a couch sitting area. The bathroom area was of your standard older version of a bathroom, sink and tub shower. Although, there was another adjacent area with another sink and a place to hang your clothes. The view outside our window was of no consequence. We did use the good size refrigerator. The TV had a number of free streaming services. We were watching the Lioness when we received a knock on the door asking us to lower the volume. To be fair, our TV was loud as there was plenty of shooting going on. There is a good size and inviting pool attached to this BW. Breakfast is on the second floor. There is inside and outside seating. The food does vary. The people who take care of the kitchen area is well deserving of a tip. You will not go hungry. This BW is right in the heart of historic Moab, easy walking distance to a number restaurants, café's, bars and stores. It is not far from Arches National Park just north of town. Just further on 191 is Canyonlands National Park. One should not miss the view from Dead Horse Point State Park. Going east on 128 is a gorgeous 17-mile Colorado River gorge. A free Museum of Film and Western Heritage exists at the Red Cliff's Lodge. The museum is filled with artifacts, posters, pictures and even an interesting video of the area's filming history. There is even a good-looking restaurant that overlooks the Colorado river. If you do travel through Castle Valley there is the largest tree in the State of Utah located in that community. One of our favorite finds is going north along 191 is the Mill Canyon Dinosaur Tracksite. There is something special seeing a Dinosaur track 60 to 100 million years old. This site also has a crocodile path. Don't let the dirt road turn you around as this display is well worth the effort to view. Perfect stop to explore Moab! The gals at front desk were so friendly and very capable. Breakfast was just great and the guys were so friendly as well. Best of all the pool area was awesome after hiking. Walk out the door to the cutest shops and cool restaurants!

We had stayed at the other Best Western in Moab a couple of times and decided to try this one on our most recent visit to Moab. I can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this place. The hotel was more expensive than some other Best Westerns we have stayed at, but it truly was a high quality and elegant hotel, starting from the moment we checked into it. Our stay included a comfortable guest room experience, a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub, and a wonderful breakfast. There's a rooftop terrace where is was enjoyable to sit on and watch the world of Moab go by. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and shops where guests can guy souvenirs. In addition, it's fairly close to Arches National Park. There is no charge for parking, and there's enough for everybody. If a guest needs an electric car charger, they have those for you. We took advantage of the complimentary coffee in the lobby. You can call them about this, but my understanding is that they do not accept pets. The only thing we might have taken issue with is the people who supplied the food for the buffet acting as if they were waiters in a restaurant so they could collect tips. Guests are already paying a good amount of money for their stay, and it's a buffet, so there should not be anyone trying to score a tip from anyone. I would love to stay at this hotel when in the area again.

Very centrally located hotel. Can walk to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are large and clean. The star of the stay was the breakfast staff, all were so kind and friendly. We primarily interacted with Jorge who is absolutely amazing and puts a smile on your face every morning. I believe another reviewer said they were going to start a fan club...sign us up! :-)

The Best Western and the staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was very large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The Italian restaurant next door was excellent, as well Stone's restaurant across the street. Arches national park was amazing.

This hotel was immaculate, friendly staff, and very well situated for everything we were doing. The staff members at front desk greeted us every time we came in. We were there for a week. The included breakfast was yummy. The staff in the breakfast room was delightful too.

The location was excellent. The staff were nice in the beginning but once you have a problem, they're very rude to you. Avoid room 101. This room is right near the lobby, the ice machine and the water machine. Also at 5 AM the restaurant staff starts getting ready for breakfast on the second floor right above your room. During their preparation, all we could hear starting at 5 AM was foot traffic back-and-forth on our ceiling. When we approached the staff about this we were met we rudeness. That the hotel was full and they had to use that room. Even though we made a reservation months in advance and checked in early. For the price we paid it wasn't worth the rudeness or noise.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic location just off the main road in the centre of Moab (but quiet), modern and tastefully decorated. Good reception team. Large clean, comfortable room. The breakfast (included) was fabulous. Lots of fresh fruit, a hot buffet (little omelettes constantly being cooked and placed in the server), and a good choice of drinks. Indeed the hot and cold drinks in the reception were also much appreciated. Large car park. We stayed here for four nights. Unfortunately we experienced some torrential rain, so it was great to have a comfortable room and a town to wander around (highly recommend the independent bookshop on the main street). Due to the slightly wet and then very wet weather, we did not check out the rooftop seating or the pool. A great location for heading to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. They even served breakfast early enough for us to head out for a hot air balloon flight at dawn. If we are in the area again, this is definitely where we would book to stay (I am sure there are many other nice places to stay in the town!).

It was a great stay. It's a resort like experience. A little pricing, but you get what you pay for.

The location was fabulous--short walk to shops and restaurants--and a quick drive to Arches and a moderate drive to Canyonlands. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with a very responsive, friendly staff and they had non-dairy milk for vegans or those with allergies. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We chose the two queen beds with the extra living area with a chair and couch, which proved very useful for our family of four for six nights. We also used the laundry facilities, which came in handy even though we didn't expect to need them. I had been worried about the noise from the street and local restaurants because of some other posts, but we didn't have a noise issue. The hotel was well maintained, and we didn't have a problem with the three steps down to get to our room on the second floor, but if you would have an issue with them (I think they were on both floors), I imagine you could request a room before the steps on either level (the elevator gets you to the second floor). I don't know whether they can guarantee that, but we had requested the second floor (my husband did based on some posts but I'm not sure why) and our request was granted. Reading my review over, it seems a bit bot-like, but this is a real review from a family in Maryland. I don't usually take the time for reviews, but we had a really good experience, so I thought I'd share it in case it's helpful to others.

Stayed at BW Canyonlands last year and came back again this mid March for 5 days. Great place to stay. Staff treated us very well and the room was very nice. The breakfast staff (Diego, Jorge and Jose) are all excellent. They treat you like family. A lot of things to do within walking distance. Will be my go to when we visit Moab in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast hosts were top notch. The whole hotel seemed spotless. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was quite large and very clean. I would very much recommend this hotel! If I'm ever back in Moab we will definitely return here. Maybe next time I would pick the top floor as I could hear our upstairs neighbors just walking around.

I did not like Hotels. We used ARBNB often. However ! The stay at this Best Western made a New Customer for sure. This is a "Plus" experience for sure ! Supreme clean and cheery staff... ALL the staff including the maintenence and cleaning staff had a smile and a Hello for us. They were visible using some awesome team work to keep every area tip top shape. The breakfast was so so good. The gentleman working on Tuesday morning was like a professional wait staff, with a greeting for everyone. and he knew his regulars and carried conversation as well. I can't say enough good. Stay here. Just stay.... Thank you !

The suite with 1 king/2 queens was very nice and large, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with small fridge, freezer, and microwave. The gas fireplace in the living room was nice, as were the balconies from each room. The only downsides were the exterior stairs we had to use to get to the room (no elevator) and the street/traffic noise at night. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendants, Diego and Jorge, were very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable (about $200/night) for the large size of the room.

This Best Western is fantastic for a trip to MOAB. It is sparkly clean ( I was impressed) and has the nicest staff at the hotel front desk, in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff. The location is wonderful as it is right in town so after a day of hiking you can park your car and walk to dinner/ drinks and shops. It is located in a great town making it easy to spend a day at Arches and Dead Point Horse State Park, a day at Capitol Reef National Park and Goblin Valley State Park, and Canyonlands. I don't often take the time to write a review unless a place is exceptional and I loved this particular Best Western. Whomever is the owner/ manager is doing a spectacular job. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

This was the nicest Best Western so far in our recent travels. It was nice to see staff present and engaged and not absorbed in their phones. The bed was top notch! Room was sparkling clean!

Rooms were recently renovated…no carpet, vinyl plank flooring throughout room. Bathroom had 2 sinks. Hosts at breakfast room were very friendly ensuring you had everything you need for breakfast. Lots of hot and cold options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent value for money in this Best Western. Position could not have been better on Main Street in Moab centre. Easy walk to loads of restaurants and a couple of bars. Beware lots close early - most residents are hikers and start very early ! Masses of car parking and there is access to outside also from corridor ends. Very easy and welcoming checkin. Staff on reception are friendly at all times. Snacks can be purchased in reception for those late choccy cravings. There's free coffee, hot choc, tea and lemon water in reception too. Outdoor Pool and gym look good but I didn't get time to use. Room is absolutely massive and has everything you need. Bathroom also large and includes all complementary products. Flooring is vinyl which is warm underfoot but also practical with the sand that you bring back from canyons! Breakfast is standard BW help yourself buffet. Lots of drinks options. Cereals, fruit , yoghurt, bread products and spreads. Scrambled eggs, cheese omelette and potatoes every day then bacon and sausage alternative days. Not a 5 star quality but absolutely fine for a pre hike fill up. Staff at breakfast were fabulous, friendly, helpful, working hard to clear tables as fast as possible. Very happy with this stay.

This has been our favorite hotel in Moab for 30 years, and still is. My wife and I just spent another five nights here last week and loved it. The location is right in the middle of downtown, but the pool and amazing hot tub (two tier with a water fall) have an enclosed resort feel. Breakfast is stocked by people right there making the food so it's always ready - Diego is one of the best! They remember repeat guests and are quite friendly to all. The food is good, both hot and cold, and varied. Their breakfast TV shows scenes of the Southwest at a low volume with a soothing voice (no news on in the breakfast area, love that!). The front desk and management is attentive, friendly, and helpful. Inside bike storage has always worked perfectly for us. The rooms are well appointed. In terms of hotel level, this one is at the very top of Best Western Plus hotels in our opinion. It's not cheap, but think of it as being comparable to a higher end Hilton. It's worth it. We will be back - again and again.

Despite the price, this is a pretty good deal. The breakfast was well-stocked and one days we had bacon, the next sausage. Breakfast staff was very attentive to keep things clean and food well-stocked. They had passion-fruit/guava as a juice selection. That's unusual outside Hawai'i. The is a nice patio next to the breakfast room, which is all on the second floor. Even though this hotel is on the main highway through Moab (US191) it's quite once you get in your room.

After having to leave another hotel due to them not being able to provide us with a clean room even hours after check-in was scheduled we came here. What a great experience!!! the staff was so kind and always asking if we were enjoying our stay. The wait staff in the breakfast area were beyond welcoming and made us feel at home. The front desk did great recommending good food establishments and giving us discount cards for them. Being so close to all the restaurants and stores was so convenient and fun. No driving, just a nice walk on a beautiful fall night in town. We will definitely stay here every time we are in the area.

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay in Moab at the Best Western Plus Canyonlands and we could not have been more impressed! The location of this Hotel is excellent! Right in the middle of town where you can walk to all shops and restaurants, but the hotel itself is very quiet with absolutely no street noise. The hotel is spotless and taken care of with the utmost pride. The staff is as friendly as we have ever encountered in our many travels. From the desk staff to the room service crew to outside maintenance workers to the amazing guys at the breakfast, service was five stars! At the free breakfast in the morning Diego and Jorge brightened up every morning! They were so friendly and so happy to see everyone they just made every day start off great. For an included breakfast it was the best we have seen. They had everything! If you are going to the National Parks or anywhere else in the Moab area this is the only Hotel I would book. Arches is only minutes away as is the scenic u128 Colorado river road. Canyonlands and Dead Horse state park is a short drive away. We also went to Capital Reef and Goblin Valley state park. All of these can be enjoyed from the Best Western location. There are two Best Westerns in Moab. Make sure you book Canyonlands. You can thank me later! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western PLUS Canyonlands Inn. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, including Candy, Jennifer and Tricia at the front desk, Diego at breakfast and Carlos in housekeeping. The facilities were really good, with a beautiful pool area and breakfast room and patio. They were very accommodating to our son who uses a wheelchair. Pro tips: Walk to grab lunch or dinner at Thai Bella and at Miguel's and go to the Mexican core cream place across the street for dessert. Take a 4-hour Canyonlands jeep tour with Jack at Xtreme 4x4 and a 2 hour sunset jeep tour with Caymon at Highpoint Hummer and ATV. Drive to Green River to watch the sunset and see Arches National Park next door.

Very friendly staff! I was always greeted with a warm “hello” in the mornings at breakfast, which made my stay feel extra welcoming. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and kept at the perfect temperature. The location was also very convenient, with multiple restaurants and stores either in the parking lot or within an easy five-minute walk. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience—I would definitely stay here again!

A very nice hotel in the centre of Moab, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist the evening that we arrived. Breakfast was of good quality and it was very nice to be able to dine outside on the rooftop terrace. The pool was generally very busy, but we found no issue finding a seat nearby. The hotel had good parking and a small shop within that sold most essentials if you had forgotten anything. We would return again if ever in Moab.

We are just leaving today after a 4 night stay at Best Western Canyonlands. Things we loved about this hotel. 1. The price 2. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, double sinks, large refrigerator. 3. The pool and hot tub were large and clean. Never too crowded. 4. Location. Right in the center of town, so driving isn't always a necessity. 5. The coffee machine in the lobby. We all loved this. You can get coffee, espresso, latte, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and more 24/7! Would choose this hotel again 💯

Great location on Main Street. You can walk to everything - restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Clean and well managed. Rooms were huge and had double sink bathroom. However, what made our stay were the two gentlemen who prepared the breakfast for the hotel guests each morning - Diego and Jorge! They were so happy and kind and greeted us, and everyone else, as we walked in each morning. The started our days off with a smile!

Great setting in an outstanding location. Hotel is really clean. Welcome was great but computer kept failing to log my credit card. We had the presidential suite which was a great size and really good value. Perfect for our needs but lacked the, ‘je ne sais pas' and eloquence usually associated with such suites. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the servers/kitchen guys were top drawer. The coffee was atrocious but everything else made up for it. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very negative experience at another BW Plus in Utah so our expectations were low. This property far exceeded everything. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine. More important, the staff at the hotel were all very kind and friendly.

A very well located hotel for all the main attractions the area has to offer. Comfortable rooms. A very nice pool. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace inside or out. Pleasant staff. A laundry which was useful. Our only complaint is the use of plastic cutlery and cardboard bowls which just seemed to cheapen the experience. Whats wrong with having a dishwasher. Is the cutlery recyclable? as if not it's hardly eco friendly!

Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn in Moab, Utah was fantastic! The location was almost perfect - right in the middle of town with restaurants in easy walking distance. Of course, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The included breakfast was fine in an inviting atmosphere upstairs; the waiter was extremely nice. All parts of the hotel were very clean and inviting. This was the best hotel overall on our 11 day trip for 10 family members ranging in age from young to old.

Great hotel. Nice big pool compared to others I've seen driving through town. Great breakfast. Employees are all so kind. Very clean. Well stocked with what you need. Close to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. We were happy with our stay.

Great location to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants. Ample parking. Nice breakfast that opens at 6 am. Rooms are nice and basic with microwave and refrigerator. The pillows are as hard as rocks. Thank goodness only stayed for 2 nights. Sore neck for days. Floor was a little sticky. Bring slippers. Living room could have used an area rug. Looked missing. One extra thing to clean.

One night stay in Moab.. Room was extremely clean. Loved having a bathtub after a long day hiking. Fitness room a plus. Didn't use the pool, but it looked quite nice. My only negative was that I could hear people in the room above me. Plenty of parking.

Omg, wonderful welcoming staff on reception and at breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi we'll maintained and lovely. Best coffee machine ever in reception. Centrally located for bars and coffee shops. Housekeeping was bizarre, one day bottom sheet all wrinkled and not cleaned but bedspread perfect and then next day our room was stripped when we returned at 1pm and nothing cleaned, cleaner in corridor chatting, same male as day before. It was a rainy day so hung about for room to be made.

This BW is a cut above all others, and we have stayed at plenty. Large rooms, walk in shower, fine bedding and pillows of course. The breakfast was special, really good sausages but what made it different was the greeter/helper. Very energetic and engaging fellow. Nice to be thanked both upon entering and leaving. The hotel is walking close to many restaurants and bars. Expensive however, about double what we usually pay, not sure we can afford to do it again but we certainly had a fine time while there.

This has to be one of the most well-presented Best Western's I've stayed at. The property is spotless all around, and the rooms are fantastic ... spacious, clean and quiet. Obviously being such a tourist-orientated town, Moab accommodation is not cheap at the best of times so we paid over $700 for a Friday-Sunday, 2 night stay in April. I've definitely paid this kind of pricing in other places before (looking at you Zion) for less than adequate comfort, so the Best Western, although pricey, does provide a great value for your money. The rooms are huge ... probably at least 1.5-2 times the size of your regular hotel room, however the bathroom is a little small. The lounge area with sofa bed provides ample room to store and spread out your hiking and outdoors gear. The room is very quiet, and we didn't hear our side neighbors at all, however like most hotels these days, Bigfoot staying in the directly above you and waking up at 5am to stomp around can be the deciding factor as to whether you hear your neighbors above, if you are staying on the ground floor like we were. One note, the windows are obviously double pane glass as I remote started my truck which was parked directly outside, and barely heard it start. The breakfast and breakfast area is commendable, and was certainly one of the better we've experienced at a hotel like this that provides it as part of your stay. The staff at the breakfast area were a standout, always trying to help and be of service anyway they could. The dining areas themselves were also impressive, particularly again for a Best Western, with an indoor area as well as 2 separate outdoor dining areas overlooking the main street in Moab. Overall, this hotel is certainly above average in not only the the way they keep up the property, but also its walk-ability being in the center of town. The one gripe I would have is the guests taking up parking spots for their toy trailers in an already small parking lot. Oh also for the Tesla drivers, there is a supercharger literally in the hotel parking lot. Can't get much for convenient then that!

This hotel was perfect! It was close to restaurants, shopping, and tours. There was easy parking, it was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast crew was the BEST! Super friendly and hard working. The hotel has a second floor patio to relax on anytime. We ate breakfast on the patio and had cocktails up there at night l. The pool and hot tub were awesome too! Would highly recommend this hotel! Loved it!

This site is terrific, middle of town so easy walk to most places for eating and shopping. I recommend for everyone. We also used the hot tub three of the four days we were there. The guest laundry room was exactly what we needed after two days on the side-by-side.

Great staff, great rooms, very clean and kept up. They had great breakfasts!! And the gentlemen running the breakfasts were so nice and welcoming! Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Even with a city wide blackout, they made sure that everyone had what they needed. We would definitely stay there again!!

Easy parking and clean tidy room. Breakfast was great and the coffee was always fresh and flavorful. Easy walking the town from the hotel. Room was quiet and easy to moderate room temperature. Front desk was organized and helpful went called upon to assist.

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. The couch in our suite was so comfortable to sit on. The outdoor pool was nice and warm for an evening swim, and the hot tub the largest I've ever seen. Each one of the staff I had contact with was super friendly and helpful when had questions. The breakfast has larger selection than most and tasted good. Next time we are in Moab will be sure to stay there.

A great hotel. We had a 2 bedroom room for 6 adults. Plenty of room for us all. Very clean and super comfy beds. Gas fireplace kept us warm. The breakfast was great. It was on the main drag so I was worried about noise but there wasn't any. I'd stay again no probs.

The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and curtains made the room pretty dark. The location was right in the middle of shops and restaurants, but by putting the fan on it made a nice white noise.

The location is ideal, the hotel is updated with large, spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice pillows, laundry facilities and a pool. Loved the breakfast area and again, the staff up there is really remarkable!! It was really heart warming to see day after day people stop and chat with the staff and thank them before departing from their stay. And…we did the same. They were that good! We've stayed here the past two years and are looking forward to many more. The staff is friendly, the hotel is well kept and clean, and it's located in the perfect location. The breakfast food is great and it's made better by the amazing breakfast staff. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

We used the room safe for valuables except one day we left the ipad out to charge it and the room was not made up, which it had been the day before. No break-in so it was someone who worked there. Management not really interested when we told them. Other than the theft, which obviously spoilt it for us, it was clean and the facilities (pool, outdoor seating area and breakfast) were good value for money.

The hotel is located on the Main Street in downtown Moab, with a good range of restaurant types and price points within minutes on foot. It's less than 15 min back to the entrance of Arches National Park, and on the road to the south section of Canyonlands National Park (albeit a pretty hefty drive to get there. Totally worth the drive but that's another review.) The BW+ feels brand new inside, and looks the same from the exterior. In no particular order, there is a massive hot drinks machine in the lobby that makes all kinds of coffee drinks, including an array of hot chocolate drinks. The breakfast room is on the second floor, above the lobby, and has inside as well as outside seating. Technically it serves standard BW+ breakfast fare, but based on somewhat limited experience it would appear the quality is several notches above the norm. Our room was truly spacious, with a king sized bed plus full desk, long couch, and easy chair. Climate control was great. There was a large dorm room fridge, plus microwave, and coffee maker. We raided the half-and-half cups from the lobby for our morning coffee. Parking appeared plentiful. Although the hotel seemed pretty full it was totally quiet at night; not even any noticable noice from the Main Street (which our window faced). The only negative comment is about the bed pillows. The bed was comfortable and the linens nice, but the pillows were unevenly matched in size and strangely cheap feeling, that is, lumpy for some and rigid for others.

Great location great staff and storage available for your bikes. Nice convenient breakfast with super staff in the upstairs area. Great way to start your day. If weather is nice you can sit out on the patio. The front end/reception staff are really helpful with anything you need. This is definitely the place to stay for location, value and service

The hotel was centrally located in town. The room were very clean. Beds & pillows were comfortable. There were a lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. We were on a bus and it was very walkable. Great hot tub & pool. Missed a wake up call. Found the phone was unplugged. Glad I also used my phone alarm. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Right in the middle of the small town of Moab, this hotel is a good stepping off point for visits to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, both well worth visiting. (Don't forget to go online to get a timed entry pass for Arches NP.) Its location meant that there were plenty of resturants nearby. Check in was quick and friendly. This hotel has lots of parking. One thing to be aware of is that to access some rooms on the second floor, while the elevator takes you up to the floor, you have to negotiate a few stairs to reach the rooms and the breakfast room. I was made aware of this at check in. One highlight of the hotel was breakfast, thanks to amazing friendly and helpful staff and the ability to eat at tables out on the balcony. The selection of hot and cold food was more or less the same as at most Best Western properties. My room was clean, quiet and equipped with everything I needed and was perfectly adequate without being anything special.

Our stay at Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn was possibly one of our all-time best hotel experiences. Every single thing about this place was perfect, from the attentive staff to the comfortable beds to the delightful breakfast room with outdoor seating to its ideal location within walking distance of multiple outstanding restaurants, and the list goes on and on. Thank you, Best Western, for a lovely stay and for your helpful staff who went above and beyond to take such good care of us, providing packaging tape for a minor ice chest repair, lending a helping hand in the breakfast room when mine were overloaded, and cheerfully greeting us on every encounter. We'll be sure and return!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfortable! Pool, hot tub available. Complimentary breakfast was great. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Zion and Bryce National parks are about a 1 hr drive. Staff was very helpful, friendly.

This hotel has a great location, quiet and comfortable. Our room was perfect with very comfortable and a seating area. The amenities were above most other hotels . The staff was lovely and the free breakfast was above most other hotel chains.

This was our third stay at the Canyonlands Inn and we will definitely be back. Our room was great: bright and immaculately clean with updated, modern furnishings. Breakfast was good enough, with the usual eggs, bacon, yogurt etc. and a big bowl of fresh fruit. The breakfast crew was friendly and efficient; they kept everything very clean. The Inn has a two-level balcony with a firepit for outdoor dining and lounging. We loved having breakfast there each morning. The convenient location in the center of town makes it easy to walk to numerous good restaurants, often just across a street. Even with the center of town location, our room was quiet. Also, the friendly, efficient staff helped make our stay a real pleasure.

Loved this hotel! Ok, we had been camping so any running water/plumbing would have been appreciated but this hotel exceeded in every respect. The AC worked well, the shower was great, beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast was delicious -- very good coffee, nice range of offerings. There was both a microwave and a fridge in the room so it was convenient to eat take out. The staff were exceptional--every single person greeted us and smiled and made us feel welcome. Finally, the hotel really cares about recycling: bins are provided on each floor for different types of waste and the utensils at breakfast were mostly recyclables. Altogether a terrific experience!!

Pool and hot tub were great. Only thing that was a negative was they did not have any waffle machines for breakfast, they did have a pancake machine though.

Wonderful hotel to visit both area parks! Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was warm and welcoming! We used the pool, hot tub and fitness center. All were clean and well maintained. The location allowed us to walk to restaurants and bars and provided easy access area activities! Definitely would stay there again!

The location of this hotel was great. You could walk all around the town from here. The lobby was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They had a great breakfast spread every morning, and the employees in breakfast room were the best!! They were super friendly and kept everything stocked, and clean. Lovely rooms. Older hotel that has been very well redone. No restaurant or bar on site, but restaurant next door is very good and provides room service. A little noisy because it's on the main drag (they all are) but spacious room, plenty of amenities, easy parking, free breakfast, super friendly staff. It was a very nice stay and a very good value. We will stay here again.

A lovely property. Friendly front desk, immaculate room, nice pool and best hot tub ever. Big shout out to the breakfast attendants who went above and beyond greeting each guest and accommodating late arrivals. Buffet was more than adequate too. Spent the last month traveling and this hotel was our favorite by far.

The hotel had security issues, which we addressed with the hotel. The hotel responded unsatisfactorily and I posted a negative review. They then blamed me in a response to my TripAdvisor review. We had a patio room and could not get the patio door to latch or lock. I called the main desk and the man responded that he could come up and check it out, but he doubted he could do anything about it since it was after 9 pm. So I told him never mind since my kids were already in bed. We used 2 belts to tie the door shut. My original review got a response from Best Western essentially accusing me of not knowing how to use a custom door lock (who has ever used a door handle you have to raise up in order to latch and turn the deadbolt????) They then accused me of denying the front desk access to fix the lock. Apparently the front desk did not tell them that the man on duty told me there wasn't anything he could do about it. They gave me a $50 refund off of a $400 room. They say it was a “goodwill” gesture, intimating they had done nothing wrong. BEWARE patrons of Best Western! They will accuse YOU and portray themselves as angels.

From check -in to check-out the front desk ladies were very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast good & staff was friendly & helpful. This hotel was conveniently located to restaurants & any shopping you choose to do. Our room was well stocked & very clean.

Driving through from Colorado Springs to Reno, NV, we did not make advanced reservations but were able to book a room on the spot. Only had a first floor king room available -- not our preference, especially since the parking was remote from the entrance/front desk. The room was a little oversized, presumably because the sofa opened into a pull-out bed? TV was only viewable from the bed, so we improvised by moving around some furniture. Overall, it was a comfortable overnight stay. Great selection at breakfast with plenty of indoor and outdoor terrace seating. The pool looked fun and well-used. A little pricey, but it was peak summer. Location is great for walking to restaurants and shops.

The location was good and the room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front desk staff were friendly. I did not care for the breakfast. There were not a lot of options and the food was cold. The room was a good size. It was also close to good restaurants the the food trucks.

My young kids stayed here during a recent vacation to Moab. The location was fantastic since we could walk to everything Main St had to offer including restaurants, shops, and travel companies. The hotel was spotless and pool was never crowded. The real icing on the cake was the continental breakfast. This was not your average hotel breakfast—veggie egg white frittata, fresh pancakes and whipped cream, and anything you could dream of before heading out for a long day of adventures. And the breakfast service was so attentive.

Everything was fabulous! Location, room, pool, outdoor seating, breakfast and the staff! Within walking to shops and restaurants, enjoyed the outdoor seating and a band playing outside next door. Best hotel breakfast we've had on this trip. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in 6 hotels for this big road trip and this was the worst experience we have had. There was no customer service from the front desk at all. We were never greeted, not even a smile and in fact, some evenings while we waited in the lobby for our other party, not once we heard the front desk greet anyone at all. They were rude and obnoxious, in the wrong job! 2-star was for the breakfast staffs. The breakfast area was clean, food well stocked and staffs were extremely professional, totally opposite from the front desk.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were given a free upgrade to a Queen Suite. The breakfast was excellent and exceeding our expectations. The breakfast crew was attentive and kept the eating area clean and inviting. First class experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect in the center of Moab. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 1 block. Plenty of parking. The pool was very good. They make your room daily. Room temperature was good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and was open from 6 - 9:30am which was great. It was fully stocked and clean with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Another great thing is they have ice machines and water fountains to fill up your water bottles. The rooms are pretty basic, nothing fancy, but clean. Only basic TV channels. My bathtub did not drain properly. Overall, I would recommend.

First, very satisfied with the location. After settling into our room, was very pleased with spacious room and very comfortable beds. We were only there for two nights, so didn't have time for a visit to the lovely pool area. The gentlemen that supervised the breakfast room this weekend (6/22&23) were friendly and engaging, and the breakfast offerings were fresh, hot, and varied. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit Moab.

Such an amazing place! Location, room, pool, staff, breakfast, everything was beyond our expectations. Would come back for sure! One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. So much thought was put into all the little extra comforts and the pool area is like no other. This made Moab even better.

We loved this place! We stayed 5 nights mid-May. It is literally in the middle of town , across the street from the visitor center. There are many restaurants and shops with 4 blocks any direction. We were in a 2nd floor room overlooking the large swimming pool and hot tubs. Pool towels are provided by the pool. Our room was good size with a mini-fridge and 2 complimentary bottles of water. The included daily breakfast had a large assortment of hot and cold selections, including an omelette station. Diego and Jorge who worked in there were so welcoming and helpful in getting you whatever you wanted to eat. We loved the outdoor verandah/patio around 3 sides of the main building, with lots of seating and views over the mountains. It was a great place to either eat breakfast or have a (bring your own) drink in the evening. The lemon water in the lobby was appreciated when returning from a day hiking in the parks. They even have coin operated washers and dryers on the lower level. We would certainly stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. This was our second visit and it won't be the last. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is out of this world served by Jorge and his staff. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Beautiful, quiet rooms with an endless supply of hot water. Hotel is central and within walking distance from great restaurants. We'll be back.

We only stayed two nights while visiting nearby national parks. Everything was as expected with the check-in, room and a very good breakfast the following morning on the outdoor rooftop patio. The area was very safe and close to many restaurants and shopping. This hotel had good accommodations and met our expectations. Although Moab is hotels are notoriously not cheap, we would stay here again.

Rooms are modern and hotel is nice, but this is still a somewhat basic Best Western. It is not a full service hotel, so I can't give them five dots, but they could very well be the best option here.

After long days of hiking and exploring, it was a pleasure to return to this hotel. The staff are accommodating and the rooms clean with comfortable beds and quiet. The outdoor pool is good and the hot tub/spa is great. The breakfast selection is extensive and the outdoor tables on the balcony are nice. I appreciated the specialty coffee machine in the lobby. The location in downtown Moab is convenient (especially if you use a street one block off of 191). We ate at excellent Mexican, Italian and Thai restaurants all close by). I don't always post reviews, but this is well deserved.

We stayed 5 nights in early April. Exceeded all expectations. I rarely give 5 stars. Super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast crew. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! Everything clean/ great housekeeping. Centrally located. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. I only wish I tried the pool, but kids did and liked it. Pool area was nice and kids said it was heated. I loved the outdoor seating area above the lobby. This will be my first choice next time in Moab if I'm staying in a hotel.

The was the worst design of a hotel. They have steps in the middle of the hallway to your room. You are expected to unload walk down 4 steps and reload on mother cart. Ridiculous!! At $300 a night REALLY unacceptable. Old hotel. Do not stay there. Breakfast was very good especially for a hotel.

Just a wonderful experience. This hotel hit the mark on all counts - location (right in the center of Moab), cleanliness, room size, delicious breakfasts, tidy laundry facilities and most importantly, the excellent staff. A special mention to the staff at the reception desk, Caesar from Housekeeping and the men at the breakfast area. I can't think of a better place to stay in Moab.

Base camp simply needs to be clean, comfortable, and a good place to relax after a long day on the trails. This Best Western Plus hits the mark with all of those, plus a full breakfast spread with an amazing staff manning it, a pool, and a hot tub to soak your sore legs and/or to bring your 11 kids on vacation for some fun in the mountainous high desert. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location is ideal to walk to dinner or for a cold one, because let's be honest: you earned it out there!

This hotel is right in the center of town near restaurants and shopping. Room was large with a small couch and chairs in a sitting area. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Bathroom has a large tub/shower and separate area with vanity from the toilet area. Pool and jacuzzi was nice after a long day. Breakfast was flavorful and freshly cooked with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff.

We were here for 2 nights on a Canyonlands tour with a travel group. This hotel was very well located in Moab and was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable mattress. They had provided us with 2 bottles of complimentary water and we also had a small fridge in the room. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the breakfast staff were all friendly, helpful, and kept food stocked well. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast with enough choices for everyone to find something. The breakfast room was quite small, but the staff kept it cleared and clean. There was a coffee machine in the lobby which was a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Moab provided a great halfway point for our road-trip from Scottsdale to Denver. BW Canyonlands was a pleasant spot for a peaceful night's rest. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Egg white frittatas cooked fresh, fresh real scrambled eggs, sausage/crisp bacon, chiobani Greek yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, sweet Fuji apples and friendly breakfast attendants! Check-in staff beyond courteous!! Delightful coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine free in the lobby. Amazing large outdoor hot tub! Spacious rooms for families with extra sleeping pace. Four washers and dryers available for a small fee. Short drive to Arches National Park and walking distance to downtown Moab and restaurants. Discounts to some of the local restaurants too! Best of all - their rates are reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would absolutely recommend to others!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will be staying here again next time we are in Moab.

Beautiful, I used points and got a queen suite. Right in the middle of town, but was quiet, all amenities were great. Breakfast was extra special and breakfast guy was so nice. Best in Moab. Would stay here again

This hotel is fantastic! Location is perfect, staff were all great and I could not fault anything! Only ‘complaint' was pool water could have been warmer. There's a fitness center and pool/spa so everything was covered.

The hotel is like new. The breakfast included large selection of fresh and tasty items. This is a well managed safe location to stay. It's downtown and within walking distance so much highly recommend it.

Decided to extend our trip and we were able to get a room last minute. This motel is in a great location on the Main Street in Moab, Utah walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It does sit back a little from the road so you don't hear the trucks that come through during the night. Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast with hot and cold options. Pool and whirlpool looked wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

We rode the San Juan Huts mountain bike ride from Durango to Moab. The hotel let us drop our bike cases in their bike storage room a week before we stayed with them. The bike storage room was excellent. When we finished our trip by riding into Moab, we were able to use the hotel's bike workshop room to disassemble our bikes and put them into their cases. The hotel is located in the middle of the touristy part of Moab. The breakfast was great and is located upstairs on a veranda that overlooks the town and area—it was great. Also, there is a food truck court that is about half a block away that has a variety of great foods, as well as a gelato truck and a shave ice truck. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was capacious and comfortable.

Plus: perfect downtown location, every person who worked here (front desk and breakfast staff) was incredibly friendly and helpful, great laundry room, pool and small but serviceable gym, large rooms, really good free breakfast, nice lobby, cute terrace. Cons: thin walls and no carpets meant that we could hear next-door talking and incredibly loud footsteps from upstairs. If you're not a very heavy sleeper I'd avoid getting a room on the ground floor and/or hope for quiet neighbours. The pool area was smaller than I expected in real life (based on the photos online) and the hot tub was being remodelled too. Overall: not sure we'd return but a solid, friendly and comfy stay in Moab.

From check in to check out, this facility exceeded our expectations. This is the 6th BW hotel we have stayed in since August 21, 2023. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is clearly an 11. Andy at the front desk and Diego in the breakfast area are an amazing balance of friendliness and professionalism. We will be back!

Very nice hotel on Main Street. Breakfast crew was great and the second floor set up with an outdoor seating was also pretty neat. We did have one toilet problem but staff was quick to respond. I would stay again.front desk shock in was professional and if we got there earlier we would have went to their restaurant

The 5 stars is for the level of hotel. Everyone who works there has great customer service. We really enjoyed the breakfast options and the welcoming staff. The top level also has a patio to enjoy your food or drinks. The room is spacious and clean (w two sinks, microwave and fridge) and walkable to everything in town. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The hotel is in a great location central to everything in Moab. It is located on the main strip so you can walk to most places in Moab when you are not doing outdoor recreational activities. Rooms are clean, and staff is very courteous. The breakfast is pretty good as far as free breakfasts are concerned.

Room was spacious and clean with tile floors. Breakfast views were awesome and breakfast was good. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Felt like a mini-resort! A few minor complaints, doors to rooms were very loud and pool was cold even though it was August and temps were around 100. We still enjoyed the pool but took a while to acclimate.

Decided to stay here on road trip because of the great reviews. Although the hotel was ok I think it is overpriced for what it is. It's centrally located so I guess there in lies the price. Rooms ok. Pool is small. Jacuzzi was out of order for maintenance/refurb?! Parking easy. Breakfast ok. Plenty of choice if you didn't want cooked. Only cooked items sausage and scrambled egg. Egg was quite rubbery. However have to give a thumbs up to the coffee.

We LOVED this hotel! The staff really made a difference. Every person was kind and caring. They sold stamps with postcards, had a nice beverage bar in the lobby and the breakfast man was extra welcoming. This hotel's location was perfect for walking the town and driving into Arches! It was super clean and spacious. 10 out of 10- would recommend.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and always making sure our needs were met. When we arrived for check-in, they upgraded us to a suite for being a rewards member. Location was close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also very close to Arches National Park and not a very long drive to Canyonlands National Park. Free breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and bread for toast along with pancake maker and coffee and juice. Would stay here again when we are in the area.

Had power outage. Couldn't check in until 3 hours after arrival, but had to leave credit card info on paper for them to use, leaving us susceptible to monetary theft. No hot water. Power on at 10, but interrupted during the night. C-Pap users like us had sleep interruptions. Charged full price upon checkout even though we didn't get full benefits of the stay. Don't count on management to take you into consideration when they're the cause of such inconveniences!

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western Plus in October 2022 and we found ourselves back again in June 2023. Based on our first experience, we didn't think twice where to stay. Shout out to Jorge and Diego who ran an AWESOME breakfast that included BACON! If we visit Moab again, we won't think about where else we can stay. This is our home away from home whenever we are in Utah. Pros - Andy very friendly and helpful at front desk, fruit water, 24 hour coffee and tea station, two sinks in room with wide counters (one separate from bathroom), light blocking shade rolls down to keep out all light, large TV, spacious room, very clean hotel and rooms, great breakfast with bacon, very clean pool and hot tub, very comfortable beds and pillows, wall control for decently quiet AC, bathroom vent to control room steam, larger fridge than standard dorm room size Cons - none

We enjoyed our short 2 night stay at this Moab location and loved everything about it. ALL staff acknowledged us and was kind. Pool was great with huge hot tub. ESPRESSO machine was my favorite and the espresso was good! A lot of other people commented that the hot chocolate was good too. If we ever get a chance to be in Moab in the future, we will stay there again.

Stayed here in June 2023. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Moab (we loved Moab) with several restaurants and shops within strolling distance. Rooms easily accessible from the large car parks. Room was huge if a little dark. This hotel has a great pool too with a little jacuzzi too. All in all it's highly recommended. Pricey for a BW, but all central Moab accommodation is pricey.

The Best Western Canyonlands Inn hands down is one of the best hotel experiences we've had in the last few years. After reading reviews, we booked Canyonlands for 5/6 nights for our trip to Moab and so glad we did. The location is excellent - we walked to dinner every night. Parking was plentiful and secure. Our room was quite large and very clean and had all the amenities that many hotels that we've been to in the past few years have missed. However, the best part of Canyonlands was the outstanding staff - from the breakfast crew, housekeeping (which was daily - quite a treat nowadays) to the front desk. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. The breakfast each morning was terrific with a variety of options. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out, in the area. When we return to Moab, Canyonlands Inn is our go to Moab hotel.

Beat Western Canyonlands was such a wonderful surprise. The ambiance of this hotel enhanced our overall trip experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff was so friendly and helpful, even the cleaning lady offeried recommendations of things for our family to do that the kids would love, and they did. The pool was warm, the jacuzzi was great and you can even order food from next door and have it delivered to the pool! The breakfast was great and everyone at the hotel was extemely nice and rooms were really clean and nice not to mention the hotel is in the perfect location to walk around town. This is a must stay if you are in Moab!

Perfect location in the heart of Moab close to all the shops. Ice cream shop across the street, Dewey's and Pasta Jays were right there. Recently renovated and they did amazing. The rooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we wish was available would be to use our own streaming services on the TV. Breakfast was the best we had on our two week road trip. We stayed 3 nights and they switched things up so you weren't getting the same repetitive breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room was wonderful and attentive. The pool area had charm and loved the oversized hot tub. Anytime we pass through Moab in the future this will be our go to hotel.

We were upgraded to a queen suite because my brother in law is at Diamond level. The suites are in the newer section. The lobby was very clean and inviting. LOVED having lemon water daily! ❤️ The rooms were very large with 2 comfortable queen beds, a nice couch, coffee table, and chair with ottoman. The lighting was nice - there was subdued lights behind the headboards. Small refrigerator and microwave. There was a desk seating with good lighting which I used. The pool was extremely clean! It had many seating areas with some covered by trees, umbrellas, and 3-4 seating areas underneath permanent cover. We couldn't believe how cool the water was!!! So refreshing after being out in the heat all day. We used the pool both days! The free breakfast was the best we have ever had. Plenty of options to choose from: real bacon or sausage (rotated daily), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pre-made omelet, fried potatoes, muffins, bread, bagels, English muffins, made to order pancakes, cereals, juices and milk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were bilingual.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early July. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. All the staff we encountered were friendly and always had a smile and a hello. No request was too big for anyone. Jorge and his partner, the breakfast staff were always friendly and even told my husband that the sausages were gluten-free when he asked about them. The breakfasts were amazing including the gluten-free sausages. The room we had was a two-queen suite with beautiful pictures on the walls from Arches National Park. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. There was no shortage of hot water. The whole hotel is very very clean. We we'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Service at breakfast and the breakfast itself were outstanding. I've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns but this one had the friendliest staff at breakfast I've ever seen. Wonderful layout, seating indoor and outdoor. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Close to the parks. Had a great stay there with my sister on our cross-country trip.

This is a top notch hotel. All of the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding and kept clean with a person that can help if needed. There were several restaurants nearby and downtown shopping.

This was an unexpected wonderful overnight stay. The lobby and common areas are remodeled and are fresh, clean and visually pleasing. The lobby is bright and welcoming and has polished marble flooring. The hallways are wide and lit brightly, yet soft. The carpeting in the hallway is a good mixture of colors. The rooms have been updated. Nice tile flooring throughout! It is cleaner than carpeting and seems to make sense with the many hikers that trail dust and dirt in an area like this!! Diego in the breakfast area was kind, professional and welcoming. He was a great start to the day! Jennifer, the manager, was knowledgeable and made us feel at home.

The hotel is in the heart of town. I was able to participate in an event located in downtown. Unfortunately since I needed to book last minute the price for the room was 10Xs higher than if I booked earlier. This is a trend I've noticed. I should have booked at a campground and slept in my car. breakfast was very disappointing.

Great location in downtown Moab. Walking distance to most everything you could want. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Liked the 2 sink layout of the bathroom. One sink is with the toilet and shower/bathtub and the other is outside the bathroom. Made two of us getting ready quicker in the am. No complaints and I will definitely stay there again when in moab.

Was a surprisingly large room. Double sinks in bathroom. Sitting area with a small sofa and chair. Convenient to town center. Bottles of water provided. Pleasant staff. Very well stocked breakfast buffet.

Best Western Canyonlands was a very nice property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel. It is very close to shopping and dining. Arches National Park is just a short car or bike ride away.

What a wonderful place to stay. This is the first time we stayed at a Best Western and we don't regret it. The check in was fast, the location perfect, the decor with fresh flowers was a plus, rooms were nice, big and clean, breakfast was delicious and the people that work at the hotel were very friendly and respecfull. The jacuzzi was nice and clean and the laundry room very inexpensive and organized. You would love it.

3 adults and 2 kids stayed in their 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. The accommodations were spacious with more than enough room for 5 people. The kitchenette was well stocked and the fireplace was perfect for the crisp January nights. Very convenient location to Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse. Good breakfast. We also used the jacuzzi and the laundry room both of which were well kept up and clean.

I notice the little things about hotels and this one has all the right things! 2 sinks, multiple mirrors, multiple outlets, comfortable bedding and towels. I also appreciate the recycling bins at the end of the hall!

Checked into hotel and was immediately impressed by the room and facilities and decided to stay one more night. Great value for the money. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good. Location was great as it was central for restaurants and bars.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while travelling around Utah. This was a great choice to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are huge and nicely decorated. The breakfast is amazing and different everyday with the kindest most helpful men running it. They help you any way they can and greet each and every guest. It is in the middle of Moab and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The upstairs outdoor seating area is beautiful as is the pool and hot tub. There is coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and a water refill area in the hotel as well. This hotel literally has everything you could possibly want. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in this area.

We had a great 3-night stay here in Moab. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had at a hotel. In addition, the staff was very friendly all around. The room itself was very large and comfortable. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower, making getting ready in the morning easier for multiple people. The hotel was very clean and felt almost like a brand-new building. There was plenty of parking and was within easy walking distance to many restaurants. We had one issue with our toilet, and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to fix it.

Stayed three nights. Excellent location for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Excellent location for downtown stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Easy drive to local sites and hikes.

We booked this hotel based on the great reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town where you can walk to most of the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. There are 2 sinks that allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options and the coffee was better than in most coffee shops. The rooftop deck has a beautiful view of the town and mountains and is a nice place to unwind after a long day!

This hotel has it all...great location for exploring Moab's Main Street restaurants and shopping on foot. You are right in the middle of all the action in Moab yet just a short drive from Arches. Excellent breakfast - beyond what you might expect from a breakfast buffet (think fresh fruit, seasoned potatoes, thick bacon). The 2 gentlemen who set up breakfast each morning do a wonderful job and it shows in their presentation. Rooms are spacious ( 2 bathroom sink areas) and were spotless. And even though the hotel is right on Main Street, our room was very quiet inside. The balcony area offers a lovely outdoor space to sit and watch all the activity of Main Street. In addition, there is a small coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar in the lobby available at all hours. The employees were all friendly and helpful in suggestions of restaurant options, shopping, store locations. This is the ideal place to stay and relax after a day at Arches National Park. Get to Arches early then come back and enjoy this hotel and Moab. This Best Western Canyonlands was truly one highlight of our road trip.

Excellent property, wonderful staff, beautiful room, great location with walking distance to fabulous restaurants and fun shopping experiences. Also, breakfast was wonderful here with a choice of eating on a fun outside balcony or inside in a very comfortable room for eating space and visiting if so desired.

My wife and I did a 12 day road trips staying in different locations every day. This oasis in Moab was hands down one of the top two places we stayed. Right from the start with great front desk service, you could immediately tell this clean, updated and environmentally friendly hotel was going to be a good stay. The rooms were large with rollable light blocking shades (that keep out ALL light) instead of big ugly heavy light blocking curtains. The bathrooms featured towels that were folded into art, a large shower, an actual vent with a fan (so the moisture from the shower could be vented out instead of rolling into the room), and large counters with plenty of space for toiletries of two people. The beds were adequately comfortable but not the best I've slept in, but I nonetheless slept well. The beds also had two individual reading lamps for each bed above the wallboards. Breakfast was very good, well run, and the items were kept resupplied and everything was clean. We also used their customer laundry room which had 4 washers and 4 dryers and they were very cheap to use ($1.50 for the washers and 25 cents for each 10 minutes using the dryers). The laundry also had machines that dispensed packages of detergent and fabric softener. Everything ran on quarters, but there was also a change machine in there too. In the middle of a long trip, this really came in handly allowing us to pack less clothing because we could clean our dirty clothes in the middle of the trip. This hotel was fantastic! VERY highly recommended!

What a pleasant surprise! Great location, super-clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and an awesome location with many restaurants just steps away. Breakfast is wonderful, and they have a great sitting deck that is huge and heated. Incredible place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located in downtown Moab, close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly, especially the breakfast team. They kept the breakfast area stocked with a variety of fresh food, and chatted with the guests. There is a fire pit on the top deck for guests to enjoy.

This well located in the center of Moab. The breakfast was quite good considering most breakfasts that are included in the price of the hotel are pretty bad. This had sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, etc. In my opinion it is overpriced - my room was $300 +for one night. They do have a fitness center, free coffee and a small pool and spa.

Special appreciation to LITZI at the front desk. She went out of her way to fix a minor problem that made our stay much easier. This front desk staff cares about their customers experiences! Large property with a cool breakfast space that has outdoor deck areas overlooking town. All the hot and good breakfast stuff included. A pancake machine instead of waffle maker here. Extra clean rooms with space, comfy beds with fluffy linen, nice individual little reading lights in the headboard, Micro, and mini freg. Nice private pool area with large kidney shaped hot tub. Excellent location for walking to shops, good food close, and a fun town vibe here. Good parking included and I noticed electric charging stations.

Just spent 5 nights here and we were very happy with the hotel. It was very convenient to Arches of course and walking to restaurants was easy. The outside breakfast area was also a plus. The parking lot was large and had charging stations. It was also nice that it had laundry facilities since we were on a long road trip. The TV did not have netflix but that was OK.

Lovely facility, large rooms and very nice condition. Great breakfast area and food provided. The outside upper terrace area was lovely and very nice place to sit and chat in the evening. Location is convenient to downtown area and had plenty of free parking.

My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting the nearby national parks. It was a great place to stay. The hotel is on the main street through Moab but the room was very quiet at night and the central location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking is plentiful as are the breakfasts, with many hot and cold offerings. We did laundry in the hotel's basement laundry room which was inexpensive and easy. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The pool and hot tubs were nice temperatures with a pleasant ambiance. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our three night stay at Best Western Canyon Inn. The hotel is is a great spot in downtown Moab, allowing easy walking to shops and restaurants. Our king suite was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff worked hard to service the room each day. Excellent breakfast; thank you Jorge and Diego for friendly, attentive service each morning. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which was great after a long day of hiking. Minor caveat: towels in the room and pool area really need an upgrade. Otherwise, a great stay!

This hotel is centrally located right in the center of Moab. An abundance of restaurants and shops are just a very short walk from the hotel. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The front desk staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast attendants were both just great! They went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

This hotel is located in the middle of Moab so you can easily walk out to restaurants and shops. Friendly and efficient check-in. Rooms are spotless, appear newly furnished and carpeted and are equipped with everything you would need. Excellent bathroom facilities. Washbasins inside and outside the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but surprised to see plastic knives and forks and paper plates in this standard of hotel. Hoping that this is recycled.

We have stayed here a number of times and will definitely be returning. The staff is very nice and always willing to help out and answer questions. The breakfast staff is so nice and welcoming! Jose always asks how we are doing and makes our kids feel at home. We love this hotel and highly recommend it for your trip to Moab!

We really enjoyed our time here, and it's in a super perfect location in Moab, right in the middle of a great walkable stretch of stores. Front staff could be a little nicer and more friendly, that's my only very small thing. Everyone else was super friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, spotless rooms and breakfast included. We were in Moab for 2 nights to visit National Parks and would stay again. 10 min from park entrance, great central location close to shops, restaurants & breweries. Recommend!

My overall experience was fantastic from the moment I got to front desk. Their laundry room was clean and machines worked very well. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Very friendly staff throughout hotel ! Location is perfect for walking in town .

I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zion. From the warm welcome while checking in, the clean hotel, and the wonderful outdoor seating area. Restraunt's are within walking distance. The breakfast was well maintained with staff to help. I would not stay anywhere else if visiting again.

We booked one of the two room suites to splurge a little bit for our 4 days in Moab. One bedroom had a king sized bed and a full bath and a TV in room. Second bedroom had 2 queen beds, a TV and full bathroom. The two rooms were separated by a pantry and living room area which also had its own TV and a fireplace. If you have little children this may not be within your comfort level as you do not have a direct line of communication to the second bedroom. For two teenagers it was perfect for us. The second bedroom had access to a rear staircase for emergency purposes. The suite had plenty of room. The living room and second bedroom had access to an outdoor sitting area / balcony overlooking the strip. The suites are located above a popular restaurant (Gloria's). This sometimes led to noise from the restaurant or music at odd times. Additionally there is definitely noise from the strip at all times. There is no elevator to access the suites - you must use an exterior metal grate staircase - which when toting large suitcases is a pain in the rear. The parking is a little bit of a mess as you share it with the restaurant so the spaces you may want to use may be taken up. The furniture in the suite was a little beaten up, but functional. Paper towels were provided in the pantry area which had a nice drawer style refrigerator. The breakfast buffet which is located in the main building is excellent. The pool area was also very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions and restaurants. It was nice to hide out in the heat of the day in between hikes at Arches in the early morning and evening. Overall it was a good place to stay during our visit to Moab. I would recommend it.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, we couldn't ask for nicer accommodations! All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had plenty of breakfast items to choose from each morning and a nice patio to enjoy them!

We had a king suite & the room was huge. The front desk staff as well as our housekeeper were great. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, so could have been a little better. But, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shops down the road, ice cream across the street.

We stayed in the Main Street Suite (2 bedrooms/2 baths with balcony overlooking Main Street and mini kitchenette. Perfect for two couples for our 3 day/2 night stay exploring Moab and surrounding parks. The suite was clean, the breakfast very good, Jorge and Diego who worked breakfast, were especially helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the pretty pool after a hot day of hiking and appreciated the locked storage area for our luggage on day of check-out so we could go kayaking after we left the suite and come back to our locked luggage. The hotel is nicely updated and has a great location right in the middle of all the restaurants and outfitters so we walked to everything! Will definitely stay again when coming to Moab. All of the staff was very friendly as well.

My mom and I stayed here during our cross-country road trip. We went to Arches for a couple hours and came back to a very clean, spacious room! Everything was perfect and the location was great. 100% would stay here again!

The night staff went above and beyond to get us access to Arches National Park the next day when we arrived not knowing we needed advanced reservations to be allowed in. They helped us get to the right web site and navigate through it to get us a time to get in the park at 9 AM the next day. Hotel was very well maintained.

Outstanding, just one night. Web site said pet friendly but front desk said they were not but she took care of us. Good location for dinner, several within easy walk. Complimentary breakfast is better than average. Would stay there again. Fabulous staff and very clean

Everything about this hotel was excellent . The location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a great outdoor eating area. We also appreciated the guest laundry facilities. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Shout outs to Michael at the Front desk and Jorge in the breakfast room - both were spectacular!

Don't bother with the other "plus" location just down the road on the other side - it should not be a plus, but this place is much more than just a plus. It should be a premium! We canceled our reservation at that other "plus" location because it was old, dirty and appeared unsafe. Just down the road was this place and wow! We are glad we did. A great pool, an awesome breakfast. A great comfy and clean room in a perfect location if you want to walk around town I came in and explained the situation to the awesome girl at the front desk. She understood, and got me into a room at a decent rate on a moments notice. We'll never go anywhere else now. Stay here - you won't regret it. Good shower. Comfy and soft bed. Safe location and just well - a super PLUS.

We stayed three nights here because it was close to several parks we wanted to visit. Very clean, nice friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast . Close enough to walk around shops in town and walking distance of some really good restaurants

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn thanks to a great team running and taking care of the place. The Best Western is well situated in the center of Downtown Moab so that restaurants and shops can be reached by foot.

Great breakfast (automatic pancake machine, hot chocolate machine and the other normal hot breakfast items)… very hospitable staff at breakfast! Lots of seating area indoor and outdoor, gorgeous! Great pool area. Good beds. The room felt a bit dated with finishes/carpet, but our 11-year-old children were thrilled. Very easy to walk to multiple restaurants including Pasta Jay's in the same parking lot. (The kids meal portions are very small). The Moab Information Center is directly across the street to pick up tickets for fiery furnace self-guided tour and watch the informational video. In my opinion it's best to do it 1 to 4 PM the day prior so you can start early in the morning. Crystal's Cake & Cones directly across the street… pricey ice cream and milkshakes, but a great memory, brought ice cream bag and ate on the outdoor Terrace at the hotel, overlooking the city of Moab. Souvenir stores within an easy walk. Fast drive to the national park…. If you choose to hike to delicate arch and need a breakfast before 6 AM start time, you can ask for a complimentary to go bag, with a granola bar, apple, yogurt, and a bottle of water.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. We first stayed here in 2021 for 5 days. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, room is clean and big, breakfast choices are good and there's a patio to eat your breakfast. Hotel is in the main street, walkable to all restaurants and shops. We missed Tricia on our stay this time. She recommended the Xtreme 4x4 Hell's Revenge last time, and we had a blast. We stayed 2 days this time for a long road trip to San Antonio for our son's Air Force BMT graduation on 7-6&7. This time Morgan helped us by finding out from other tour company if our car is suit enough to do the Shafer Trail. Thanks Morgan. You're awesome. Although I had hesitation at first to do the Shafer Trail, my husband insisted on doing it. Scary, but, I survived. and had a blast.

Great hotel with nice pool and awesome downtown location. Close to Arches National Park and surrounding trails. Jumping off point for Canyonlands as well. Clean, working internet and guest laundry and fitness center were all nice as well.

We were very disappointed with our choice to stay here. The room is big and was clean enough (with the exception of the carpet), and the staff was very, very friendly. But for $300 a night this place was a huge miss for us. For that price, I expect more. The rooms were very dark and dated. Some of the furniture matched, while the rest was all random, very cheap motel furniture that didn't even coordinate. There was a cheap Walmart looking curtain covering the closet. The bathroom was comically small and looked like a 1990's roadside hotel bathroom. The hallways have had a recent update, but there was paint all over that carpet from sloppy painters. We felt like we were staying in a very low budget motel for $300 a night when there were several new hotels down the street for the same price or less. It was a holiday week, but this was the third hotel I've stayed at in less than a week, and I'll be at two more after this one, all in resort or tourist destinations. This room was more than any of the other hotels I booked for this holiday week. The other hotels were wonderful, as is the one I am currently en route too (having previously stayed there). So this was such a let-down. Breakfast was above average, though, and if you're interested in being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, the location is good. The breakfast area was also lovely. If the rate had been half the price that it was, it would have met my expectations for what I paid. But at the price they charge, no way. Terrible value and much, much better options down the street.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk everywhere. The staff was very accommodating at all times and not just the front desk. The breakfast attendants were always smiling and helpful. There is lemon water in the lobby which is q nice touch. Rooms were always clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hallways could use a little updating. We would definitely return with our family. We were there for 8 nights.

The location is in the center of Moab walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Short drive to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Dead horse SP. Stayed two nights. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area is nice. Breakfast was good. My complaint is that when we arrived after a very long drive we were told by the staff at the front desk that they were oversold and they didn't have a room for us even though we had a confirmed reservation from Expedia. . One of the staff was very rude and belittled us for booking through Expedia. I have actually seen this at other Best Westerns where the staff has an attitude if you didn't book directly with them and tend to not want to help you. Eventually the manager came and found us a room and our stay was saved.

This is by far the best location to stay in Moab. You can walk to all restaurants, the grocery store, and the best shops. It is also 10/10 service. The room was so clean and the breakfast was top notch. Rooftop patio to eat breakfast or have a drink (byob) at night. Great view.

We rented one of their suites. Very nice, rooms were very clean. The hotel is located in the downtown area and it's a short walk to everything. They have a fabulous breakfast layout including eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. Nice heated swimming pool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn near the end of a two-week trip through Colorado, Arizona and Utah. Staff upgraded our accommodations and provided a great stay. We were close to multiple canyon and river activities, shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, our room was large and clean, and staff were very friendly.

We are currently staying at this hotel and like everything about it especially the staff who without exception have been friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor is quiet & comfortable with everything we would need including a safe which is so helpful as we re not carrying around passports , driving licences , cash etc . As someone has previously mentioned the luggage carts can't go to all rooms because of some steps mid corridor but we were very impressed that when seeing the problem for us a couple of members of staff offered to carry our cases to the room . The room staff deserve a special mention as they have been really excellent but both the staff in the breakfast room and also reception staff too have been really good . This has definitely been the best hotel on our trip from Zion to Moab . We recommend it to any travelers. .

Our room was clean and spacious. The AC works great in our room. So many times you visit and aren't able to temperature in your room to your liking. We enjoyed our breakfast upstairs overlooking the mountain. I would recommend this location.

Great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to restaurants and shopping and just a short driving distance from Arches and Canyonlands. We were on 2nd floor which is no problem unless you have lots of luggage. ( which we did since we were staying here 4 days and were on a two week driving trip). We put all our items on a cart that they provided only to realize that there is only one smaller elevator and then when we got to the 2nd floor there was a small set of stairs to get to our room so we had to unload and carry it the rest of the way. Rest of time till it was time to leave we used the stairs. The rooms here are very comfortable and in room 208 we had no noise. We loved their breakfast and the staff there( Diego and Jorge) were awesome! The rooms were roomy, had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, nice size tv, a safe, reading lights above the beds, and 2 sinks. The internet was ok. Little pricey but pretty much what we expected for the area.

Efficient check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with fresh food and eggs that were made on-site. Friendly helpful staff with recommendations for good places to eat and things to do. Would stay again.

Super clean, updated quiet room, great breakfast and in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere—it was incredibly walkable. For vegan options, highly recommend Moab Garage and Gloria's (right across the lot). Gloria's has fresh juices too. Fantastic stay, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful location with nice views of the canyons. Located in the heart of the town close to shopping. Good breakfast with an exceptional hard-working staff. The next time we come to town we will probably stay there again.

The location in town is great--we loved walking to restaurants and shops after busy days hiking in the parks. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to Arches and Canyonlands from here, and though it is in the middle of a busy area of Moab, we found it quiet. The breakfast room was well run, and the staff was great. We drove by the hotel on the way in, as it doesn't completely look like the photo from the street. It was on the pricey side--the most expensive spot we stayed for our 10 day Utah trip, but it was Jeep Week, so everywhere was expensive. Pasta Jay's next door is very good, and Spoke's ice cream nearby is also yummy!

Cleanest hotel pool I've seen. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Great location in town. Near a food truck park and some great ice cream. Nice ice machines to restock our cooler for day outings.

Overall it was OK. Coffee was about the worst I had. Either they never get rid of old grounds or clean machine. For the price I would have expected a better breakfast. Good location within walking distance of many restaurants. If in area would probably go back

This hotel was almost 500 a night late April. Parking limited since it's right in town, noisy. The room is OK the carpet is maybe being replaced as it was torn up in the hallways and rooms, pillows were not even pillows they were half size and you could feel the stuffing lumps. Air conditioner loud and microwave didn't work well. Fairly clean and no issues at check in. If you want to be right in town and like the mob scene it's fine but not worth the price at all!

It is right in the middle of Moab ( center and main). After driving through and to parks and sights all day, it was nice to come back and not have to get in car again and look for parking for dinner. Can walk to a variety of restaurants, souvenier shops, and the visitor center is across the street. There is a pool and large jacuzzi area. Interesting feature is that the breakfast is served on the top floor and can eat outdoors on the roof top in nice weather. For hotel free breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. No problem with room. Clean/updated.

Well situated Best Western is about what you'd expect. By no means a resort or luxury spot, but comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was better than some of the other Best Westerns we stayed in. Nice, but small, pool and hot tub. Linens were of low quality, internet was wonky and didn't work all that well, but staff was friendly and all in all, we enjoyed our stay. Is it a Four Seasons...no! But is it a decent, comfortable hotel in Moab...yes!

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location is ideal. We didn't have a car and were able to walk to everything we needed.

We enjoyed a nice three night stay at the BW Canyonlands Inn. The room was large and well equipped. The hot breakfast options were good. The Inn's conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The entrance to Arches National Park is only a few miles away.

Great hotel with excellent staff and updated features. This hotel is fantastic. We had a large room with a King sized bed. The room was very spacious, had a place for all our luggage, the bathroom was also generous in size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and there were many good choices. The breakfast area was spacious and one could even eat outdoors on the roof-top. The hotel is well situated in downtown Moab. I would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could need or want!

The BW+ Canyonlands Inn exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. Great location and a perfect base for exploring Arches/Canyonlands. The included breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. The staff working breakfast were nice and helpful. Actually we found all of the Inn's staff we interacted with to be friendly and helpful esp front desk! Our room was clean and quiet. We would recommend this hotel and stay again if we got back to Moab.

We have stayed at several hotels over the course of our road trip and the staff at this hotel was so helpful. We had a late night arrival and found ourselves in need of several things and Mike at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you!

Liked how clean & hygienic the rooms, corridors, breakfast area, gym & pool areas look & felt. Love the mattresses-gave us a good night's rest, after a day of cycling. On the website, found it strange that a 1 bed bedroom costs more than a 2-bed bedroom, so, we opted for the 2-beds & used only one. Lots of towels! Nice that there's a coffee percolator & a microwave but didn't need to use either as there's coffee/tea in the lobby area that's accessible 24hrs. Also, a choice of restaurants surround the hotel. Seriously, do people really need them? Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The only disappointment was our inability to get seats at ‘Desert Bistro', across the road from Best Western Canyonlands….I know, it's not associated with your hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable & memorable.

My family of 3 was so comfortable and happy at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a hit, and the breakfast that is included was great. There were so many breakfast options both hot and cold and the staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. This hotel is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops, and a short drive to Canyonlands and Arches. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

Wonderful location to shop around town or have dinner. The patio, which is off the second floor breakfast room, has an electric fire pit which was lovely to sit out in the evening. People were enjoying the pool and hot tube. We did not bring suits though, wish we had.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location right in downtown Moab was great with easy access to Canyonlands and Arches. The room was well appointed and prepared to a standard of much higher-end hotels (toilet paper end shaped into a rose, etc.). The staff was extremely accommodating.

Recently stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Moab with my husband and adult daughter. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean, quiet and close to everything in town. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They provided us with extra towels and toiletries as needed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was a great. Plenty of offerings and the staff that manned the breakfast were super friendly, attentive and made sure you had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Moab area.

Moab is a beautiful town, surrounded by mountains, parks nearby and a quaint feel to this special place. The Inn was very attractive, clean and well appointed. The staff was always willing to greet us, answer any questions and chat about the town and hotel. The breakfast area was spacious with a view and indoor/outdoor seating. The food was good and the staff extremely cordial and kind.

Although the 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, the pool and breakfast were great, location is perfect, unfortunately the suites are located on top of a restaurant that starts slamming doors and playing loud music at 6am. I wouldn't recommend the suites for this reason.

I stay at Best Westerns very regularly, and this one was the best I've been at in a long time! The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet offered lots of hot and delicious choices. I would definitely stay here again...and again!

Hotel in process of being remodeled and is a mess. Website says remodel is completed and it seems to have just started. Our room was nice, breakfast was good, but wait until remodel is completed before staying here. Lots of problems with the room keys not working, which is a problem when it's in the 20s and you're trying to unload your car and can't enter from the parking lot. I'm usually a big fan of Best Western but was very disappointed overall.

With all the talk of unhappy employees and poor service, I am happy to say this hotel was exemplary in every way! Knowing they were short staffed, I was impressed by how friendly and attentive everyone was. Kudos to everyone who demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality!

What a lovely hotel in an even lovelier area! We enjoyed the area, and when a snowstorm kept us from sightseeing, we hunkered down for a down day in comfort. Breakfast is far beyond standard, and the room we had included a kitchen stocked with kitchen necessities making our brief lockdown even more comfortable.

Clean, beautifully decorated, with kitchenette and living area allowed our family plenty of room to relax in between trips to the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and the awesome town of Moab. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were seeking a King bed/NP/NS for two nights (11/29 and 11/30) as walk-in guests in Moab to visit/hike Arches National Park after driving in from Albuquerque. NM. The front desk agent was very efficient checking us into a King Suite and we were very pleased to find a cavernous room w/ bed, sofa, chair, large desk, microwave, fridge, flat screen, all clean and comfortable. Appreciated the sink & vanity in both the bathroom and the dressing area allowing my husband and I get ready for the morning at the same time. Breakfast both mornings was hot and plentiful - the attendant was pleasant and attentive. We also appreciated the coffee/tea/cocoa/cider station in the lobby and the front desk agents were efficient, provided excellent restaurant suggestions we could walk to and even patiently helped me sign on to their WIFI. ***Request a room toward back of property to minimize road noise from HWY 191 and let front desk agent or reservation agent if you have mobility issues as although there is an elevator, we encountered several steps in the hallways on the second floor.***

The location is great! Walking distance to many places to eat. 5 minutes away from Arches. Also the continental breakfast was really good. My favorite thing was the hot tub area. We love spending time in the hot tub, especially after a long day of hiking, and this one is huge!! It's nice to have space for more than 2 couples without feeling crowded and awkward.

Front desk people were very nice and helpful in making suggestions of where to eat . The price was reasonable . Great location in town , with a variety of restaurants and stores . The rooms are spacious and very comfortable . Would recommend for anyone to stay .

We booked this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. We had housekeeping daily, a fridge and microwave in the room and everything else we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is located on Main street which had most local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a rental car so Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park and Arches were a short drive. We also loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the parks. This was everything we needed! Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I'll be honest...I really wanted to stay at the Hilton Hoodoo but decided it was crazy to spend $500+ a night on a room when we'd only be there to sleep basically. We were in Moab for a long weekend mom & me adventure to Arches Nat'l Park. After reading so many great reviews I decided to book the Best Western. No regrets! The location is perfect. It's on the main drag where all the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We stayed 3 nights here for the cost of what 1 night at the Hilton Hoodoo would've been. Instead we walked over to the Hoodoo for drinks from their bar one night and sat outside by the pool. Back to the Best Western - our room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. Coffee and tea provided in the room. Housekeeping came every morning, which is a first for me since Covid and I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the last year and a half. It was so nice to have housekeeping back!! The pool and hot tub here are really nice actually. The hot tub is big! Lots of pool towels always available. Breakfast was impressive, quite the spread for a complimentary breakfast. Heat lamps outside will be turned on at request if you want to eat breakfast outside. There's also a gas firepit outside on their rooftop patio. Overall we had a terrific stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

Like many reviewers before me, I have rarely, if ever, stayed at a Best Western, believing they are all 2* or less ~ well not this one! The room was HUGE; clean; and updated. The service was outstanding and the location is perfect!

The hotel is perfectly situated on the corner of Main and Center. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. The hotel was clean, the pool/jacuzzi were warm (in November), and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. We will stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

We loved everything about this hotel. Tiana at the front desk was very helpful after we realized Hotels.com had messed up our 3-night stay by splitting it into 2 separate reservations. She figured it all out for us. The location is perfect -- walked to dinner every night, and did some shopping nearby. The room itself was very nice -- had 2 separate vanities and sinks, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight. Not only was the food real food (not cellophane-wrapped junk) that was always hot and tasted fresh, but the men who kept the room clean and well-stocked were amazingly friendly and a pleasure to see so early in the morning. They deserve special praise! If all Best Western plus places are this nice, I can't wait to stay in another one!

I try to stay at Best Western hotels whenever available, and am rarely disappointed. Canyonlands Inn is one of the better properties that I've stay at. Very centrally located, the front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable with food recommendations.

Once we figured out our 2 BR room was above the adjacent restaurant (not in the main hotel), we settled in. Nice decor and amenities after a long day hiking (pool, hot tub) and only a few minutes from Arches NP. Only real complaint was the lack of parking which is apparently common in downtown Moab. Decent little workout room too.

This hotel was a wee but pricey. But all in Moab are. The hotel was very clean. It also was very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy walking to several restaurants and shops.

This hotel is priced well, maybe better than it should be. It's clean and well-kept. Our room was comfortable. The complimentary bike storage was really helpful. The staff is attentive, the hot tub is relaxing, the breakfast includes good options. We enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to Moab to visit Canyonland and Arches National Parks and to eat at a particular restaurant. We picked this particular hotel because of its walking proximity to the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find out what a well maintained and pleasant facility it turned out to be. Would not stay anywhere else if in Moab again.

I chose this hotel because of the location, breakfast and reviews. Location - it was great to be located in downtown Moab near lots of restaurants - all walking distance. After so much driving during the day, it was a great benefit. Breakfast - The breakfast offered lots of choices and the breakfast room staff were helpful and welcoming. It was nice that the breakfast started at 6 am, so we got an early start on our day. Other - The room was great. We liked having the separate sink outside of the bathroom to make getting ready easier. The pool area was nice. I liked that they offered trash and recycling near the entrance to the hotel. The refrigerator is a must have - kept a jug of water ready to refill our water bottles.

We chose this best western as it is in the middle of the town so it was easy to walk to restaurants shops etc. our room was quite large with 2 kings and a small couch, I would recommend a room facing away from the Main Street like ours was, as it was very quite (the street noise is loud with all the trucks). They are doing daily housekeeping services which was great, full free breakfast (not a bag as I think it still says when you check in). The breakfast was varied, including hot eggs etc, and pancakes. The room however is small and there is NO social distancing of the tables, so if that concerns you you will have to bring your breakfast back to your room (the patio was not open when we were there). There is a fairly nice pool we didn't use.they do have locked mountain bike storage if you need that.

We recently had a great 2 night stay. The room was updated and very comfortable! The location for visiting Moab was perfect. Walking around on the main shopping street was easy with lots of restaurant choices nearby as well. The front desk staff were also very helpful with a billing question and replacing our room keys when we misplaced them. We also made use of the guest laundry facilities during our stay, which was really helpful on a long road trip! The free breakfast was nice as well! I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were large, clean, lots of parking, on the main road, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff polite. The breakfast had numerous choices and the breakfast were always ready to help. Jorge had a smile for everyone, everyday . There was fresh fruit daily, oatmeal, yogurt + the usual hot buffet bar. Plenty of seating for social distancing. Pool and spa were clean and surrounding area tended to.

This hotel is a Best Western crown jewel. The staff were helpful, professional and courteous. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. The food fresh and options many. From hot breakfast foods to cold choices as well. We had a truly wonderful experience and will definitely be staying at this location again in the future.

We had trouble getting a clogged toilet repaired. Apparently, there was no plunger available on site. We offered to go out and purchase out own plunger! We did eventually have the problem resolved. On a brighter note, the breakfast attendant was spectacular. They have clearly marked gluten free options, in case that is a concern. We could easily hear conversations in the next room, so be wary if you're looking for a quiet room.

Nice room with extra sink outside bathroom. Lots of lighting, lots of outlets. Maid did a great job, left lots of towels so we didn't have to beg for extras. Internet was okay, on the slow side. Breakfast was fair, nothing to brag about. Coffee was terrible. Hotel is 10 min from Arches Park. Hotel is in a block surrounded by restaurants - no need to drive. And, for those of us in the "in crowd:" Tesla chargers on site! I am only giving 4 stars on cleanliness because the room carpeting wasn't great. But all the linens were sparkly clean.

Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good, can go out on roof deck and enjoy the sunrise. It rained at night, otherwise would have sat out on the roof deck and watch the stars. Great central locations with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

The hotel had room service. Everyday! Now, that may seem normal but in these covid times it is not. I really appreciated this service. The room we stayed in was well equipped with excellent furnishings. It was the best hotel Ive stayed at this year without a doubt.

Stayed here during our trip to arches and did not regret it! Stayed two nights. Gosh lots of great things to say about our stay. The room was big, great beds and pillows, and nice shower. Our roomed was cleaned while we were out and about which was a surprise but greatly appreciated! The hot breakfast was delicious. They offered potatoes, eggs, omelets and bacon for the hot dishes which were great fuel before our day of hiking. Also the breakfast opened at 6 which was great for getting started early to go explore. They also offered outside seating during breakfast so you could watch the sunrise - fantastic! The hotel was walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants and ice cream which made for a great second half of the day of hiking and enjoying Moab. Only thing that would have made our stay perfect is if it had a larger freezer as part of the mini fridge so we could have kept our ice packs frozen on our road trip. Highly recommend! You gotta stay here if you're coming to Moab!

We stayed three nights and this was probably our favorite place during two weeks of travel. The service, comfort, and cleanliness were outstanding, and our room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a King suite which included a desk and sofa. The bed was very comfortable. A very nice breakfast was provided with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. We loved having breakfast on the outdoor patio area, and want to compliment Diego in the breakfast area for friendly and attentive service. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool area looked wonderful and my only regret is that we were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to use it. We will definitely stay here again if we are able to return to Moab.

Outstanding customer service / excellent staff. Check in with Gloria and Nathan was a pleasure, both where exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. All staff we encountered where awesome. The room was perfect / clean / secure. The location in Moab is top notch. Highly recommend this Best Western Plus location.

Gloria and Nathan were so helpful getting us checked in to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful to eat on the rooftop pergola. My friend and I had an excellent experience at this hotel and I know I will return.

Stayed 3 nights with the family in one of the larger rooms in the annex building. Check in was fast & easy, staff was friendly & helpful. Moab had just had a flash flood so there were some cleaning crews working around the area, but staff handled everything & made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the location as it was our 1st experience in Moab, central to shops, restaurants & activities. Would definitely recommend for solid value & convenience.

We have returned to this Best Western for several visits because it is clean, comfortable, and convenient to Arches National Park. Breakfasts are exceptional for hotel fare.Also, when traveling with our grandchildren, they look forward to cooling off in the pool after hiking in the desert heat. We are more than willing to pay extra to stay at this hotel to enjoy this amenity. It is one of the ways we create lovely memories with our kids. Sadly, we learned at check in that the pool was under maintenance and not available for one of the two days we stayed there. It would have been helpful to have been notified of this prior to check in so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.

Stayed in the Main Street apartment and it was awesome! 2 separate bedrooms & bath with a living, kitchen & dining place. Best was the outdoor patio overlooking Main St. Was very comfortable and super convenient to everything in Moab & close to Arches NP. The breakfast area was open early (great for us on East Coast time) and had a great outdoor scenic area. We got to watch the sun come up. The food was good & everything was super clean. Jorge made sure anything & everything you needed was there! WONDERFUL experience!

The hotel is minutes from Arches and less than an hour from Canyonlands National Park. The location is in a popular part of the city of Moab with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel property was in excellent condition inside and out. The room I stayed in was large, clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful with planning activities. The included breakfast was at pre-COVID standards - hot and plentiful with a great view from the outdoor patio. The breakfast room was clean and monitored by a friendly and helpful staff. Pool and Spa are well maintained and the WIFI worked well. A great two night visit to Moab.

Being located right downtown, you can walk to restaurants and shops in Moab. The hotel was very clean inside and out. They offer a nice breakfast with the most clean breakfast area and a great area to eat outside. It was friendly and a perfect spot to be for our time in Moab visiting the National Parks.

This is an excellent hotel, clean and well maintained. It's located perfectly in downtown Moab, within walking distance to multiple nice restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful. But the best part was the breakfast. It might be the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. And they have an outdoor eating area where you can have your breakfast while seeing the sun on the red rocks around Moab. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the parks

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool is nice and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic- walking distance to many restaurants and close to Arches National Park.

Clean, quiet rooms. Great location convenient to everywhere in Moab. 2nd floor rooming is somewhat staggered and not completely wheelchair accessible off the elevator. Two luggage carts are required if you are on the 2nd as the elevator stops on one part of the 2nd floor and some rooms are a few steps down on the same floor. Hallways are also not air conditioned which is more of a nuisance than anything after travelling all day. Exterior of the property was very well maintained and very modern. The highlight though is the 2nd floor breakfast bar with outside seating. It was really neat to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and on point. Breakfast attendants were bilingual and very friendly. Biggest downside was the amount of '420' activity on the 2nd floor. Zero air circulation ensured the smell permeated everything.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 4 days in July. This hotel is located on the main strip. Park your car and walk on all the shops. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Nice, clean and big room. Front desk staffs are amazing, very friendly and helpfull. Shout out to Tricia for recommending Dave at Xtreme 4x4 Hells Revenge. Breakfast staff are amazing too, and good selections of hot breakfast. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is located on the main strip through Moab. You can easily walk to many restaurants, shops and ice cream places. The pool area was very nice with a huge hot tub. There is a lovely outdoor veranda on which to eat breakfast or bring your own snacks/drinks to enjoy in the evening.

This was a moderate hotel with nice amenities. We especially appreciated the nice pool and huge hot tub after a day of hiking. The pool did close for the evening because of storms, but they called us when it reopened. The location is great- within walking distance of a few nice restaurants and ice cream and shops. The parking was pretty easy. Overall, we'd choose this hotel again if staying in Moab. We did not get maid service while there, but that may have been a COVID situation. We just asked for clean towels.

This is one of the BEST Best Westerns we've ever visited! Right in the heart of town, great roof top breakfasts to start off our active days, and a brilliant team (Rosa and Jessica, in particular!) with a manager that rolls up her sleeves and pitches in when it gets busy. Neat and clean, with quiet and comfy rooms, the Canyonlands Inn is the perfect home base for your Moab adventures.

We stayed two nights here. Rooms are very clean. Pool is a great place to relax after a long day's worth of hiking. Located in the center of Moab with many restaurants readily accessible. Not as close to the national parks as some other hotels, but not too far away either --- I feel it was a good tradeoff between distance from the park entrances and proximity to restaurants/shops. Hot breakfast was great with beautiful outdoor second floor deck seating. We also made use of the laundry machines which was pretty straightforward ($1.50 for wash and $0.25 for 10 minutes of dryer)

This is a great place to park a car and go eat or to the shops. Even though the main street side might be noisy, we were on the back side which is quiet. I looked at reviews for this hotel and decided it offered the convenience we wanted.

We definitely would recommend this hotel it is close to everything, the service was great, the hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious and had a great view from the balcony while eating. We would absolutely stay here again.

My sister & I picked this hotel both for its central location in Moab and for its looks and reviews - and the hotel did not disappoint. The location was fabulous - in the middle of Moab restaurants and shops. The hotel room felt new and comfortable, with great bedding. Loved the double sink counter (not just a double sink, but a sink in the room with the bathtub & toilet and a sink & mirror outside the bathroom also.) The breakfast was the most we saw at any hotel during our travels, with a good selection. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Moab!

We were traveling with our 3 young grandsons. When we checked in I was the first to use the restroom, thank goodness, because there was blood and #2 in the toilet. It was disgusting. I asked my husband to call and let them know, which he did, with no apology, just “okay.” When we checked out I again mentioned it to the woman at the front desk Jennifer, who responded by telling me it wasn't true because the manager checked our room before we arrived. I told her I wasn't lying. She had a smirk on her face and a huge grin and was very sarcastic. The day before we asked a housekeeper for more towels and she ran up and interjected with Why? What was our name? What room were we in? When we're we checking out? The poor housekeeper was embarrassed and gave us the towels. Again Jennifer walked away with a stupid smirk on her face. So sad because the hotel is nice, the breakfast staff went above and beyond to welcome us and help us, as did the housekeepers. But Jennifer was HORRIBLE!!!!

Great place. Loved all the hardworking, helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was very good. The servers were extremely efficient. Only downfall is the hotel's unsecure network. Could not complete work for my company because if it. That is why I gave it a 4/5.

With so many guests staying in this hotel post COVID-19, it is tough to imagine the difficulties this staff faced daily: inside and outside clean-up, inside and outside maintenance, administrative front desk and management requirements, all so essential to preserve business success so soon after the pandemic. What tremendous accomplishments!

Great location pool and hot tub. I loved everything about this place except the bedding. I did not sleep well , I tried best western and found the same issue at each one, bedding and pillows were not up to par.

We like the brand reliability of the best Western plus and this particular hotel is above and beyond the usual best western plus range. The location is fantastic in the middle of downtown Moab and the staff is excellent and helpful. The rooms are large well-maintained clean and very pleasant. There are supplies available in the lobby for things that you might have forgotten at very reasonable prices-Including SD cards flash drives etc. etc. unbelievable!-The breakfast is excellent and the people working at breakfast are delightful pleasant people who make a beautiful start to your day they truly deserve kudos and having such a great attitude and welcoming spirit. I will definitely visit this place again
