It was a very bad experience the cleanliness of the hotel is very average. The hotel is close to the Haram but the road is bumpy from a certain point to the hotel.. The hotel is supposed to provide a golf cart for its guests because of the difficulty of the road especially if we had a sick person with us. When we arrived, the golf cart Indian driver refused to help us and He told us that we could not take the bags to the hotel and that we had to walk even though he was not carrying any passengers and he returned to the hotel without loading any passengers either.. The bags were not big or heavy, but we were very tired from the journey. The Egyptian manager assured us that this was unacceptable behavior and that he would be punished, but unfortunately the Egyptian manager liar and a fraud, and he treated us badly and inappropriately when we were leaving the hotel. Anyway, this seems to be the general attitude of the staff at this hotel. كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية مستوى نظافة الفندق متوسطة للغاية . الفندق قريب من الحرم المكي و لكن طريق الصعود اليه صعب . من المفترض ان الفندق يؤمن سيارة جولف للنزلاء لان في نقطة معينة يكون الطريق وعر و كان معنا حالة شخص مريض عندما وصلنا رفض سائق الجولف مساعدتنا و قال انه لا يحمل حقائب لنقلنا إلى الفندق برغم انه لم يكن يحمل اي ركاب و عاد إلى الفندق بدون اي راكب ،كانت حقائب صغيرة و لكن نحن كنا متعبين من رحلة السفر . اكد لنا المدير المصري ان هذا تصرف غير مقبول و سيتم معاقبته و لكن للاسف كان المدير المصري كاذب وتصرف معنا بشكل غير لائق و نحن نودع الفندق و كانه احتال علينا في البداية لضمان إقامتنا و من ثم تعامل بأسلوب العاملين السئ في الفندق و الذي يبدو انه أسلوب الفندق عموما
