"No dinner, no internet, no english"

Staff speaks very poor english, almost no english. Internet not available - 0 speed. We came at 6:30 p.m. and we asked in the hotel restaurant for dinner. They told us they are too busy as a group of guests came to hotel. They have no free table and capacity in the kitchen. But we were sitting at free table at the moment... Buffet dinner was served, there was a lot of food. We asked to join the buffet and pay a fee for buffet. The waiter asked probably his boss, answer was: no, you get no dinner. Receptionist said there was no manager on duty, so no one helped us. After 5 hours in the car, we had to eat some junk food at McDonalds nearby. We met some hotel guest there, they were angry and disaapointed from the same reason. Is it necessary to order dinner in advance? I would never make a reservation in hotel without restaurant! We were not informed in advance that restaurant will not be available. This hotel chain is not promoted as a low end hotels or hostels, so we expect a compensation for such a poor service. I am still in the hotel, writing this review using my international data package and I am a little bit scared if tommorrow morning will be the capacity for our breakfest or the group only.
