The hotel was a restful hotel. Problem being not near any high end eating establishments. Delivery of food recommended was excellent. That is the only thing I found not to my liking. Not the hotel's fault

Was here for a tournament for 3 nights. Easy check-in, ample parking but only 1 luggage cart available, which was always in use in seemed. Room was okay. The beds were hard and the towels so thin. The walls are pretty thin too. We had the room across from the pool so the hall was always loud and busy. Ask for a different area of the hotel. The hallway also smelled of smoke. Gross. Pool was adequate but why can't you take the towels out of the pool area. What a ridiculous rule, the kids then leave dripping and freezing from the pool to their rooms. They need a different way to monitor the pool towels if that is the reasoning for the pool towels rule. The lounge is great for relaxing outside of your rooms and he breakfast was well stocked, hot with a lot of options. I was also pleased with the eating area. It was large and clean. And this is the first place I was ever denied a late check-out, with the excuse being they don't allow late checkouts on the weekends. Odd.

Our team booked at Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites. We had a fabulous experience. The hotel staff was very friendly, and they helped out when unexpected things came up especially the spills at breakfast. It was also our first tournament that the hotel staff asked the parents congregate in one area which was great. We other parents from other teams, and we all had a blast. The breakfast was excellent, would have helped if there was more of a variety, but great nonetheless.

There was an area for the parents to socialize which kept our noise out of the hallways. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The internet was great especially with all the kids and their devices.

Great hotel with a nice complimentary breakfast. It also has a pool. The rooms are very well kept and nice tile flooring at the entrance to the room. WiFi was also great quality. There is a man at the front desk named Sahim who is super nice and helpful.

We have stayed at this Best Western several times since our daughter moved to London. We love the convenience of the location, we always get great service; the rooms are always clean, staff always friendly and helpful, always a good selection of food at breakfast. Beds are super comfy! Quick check-in and check-out, plus we have a Best Western rewards card which gives us a discount.

The Best Western Airport London was a nice enough looking facility with a very professional courteous staff. The rooms were well lit, organized and appeared to be clean. By the time I checked out of the hotel after my second night my arms and legs were covered in multiple bed bug bites. Avoid this hotel!!!

Clean room. Really comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Great front desk staff. Speer housekeeping. Really happy with the services they include. Business center is clean and in great working order. This was stay number 4 for me. I've always had a good experience with this hotel. Rooms are superbly clean, modern and comfortable. Beds are very comfy and rooms are quiet. The staff as always were very friendly. Macklin at the desk was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in London. Well done!

Stayed here before a trip, and found it a great reasonably priced hotel. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, it was at the back side, and I heard no traffic. Staff were friendly on check in, and called the room to ensure the room was good. I decided not to use the shuttle, I didn't get my wake up call when requested, but was awake , but might be a problem if you were depending on it. I will definitely return, and not just for flights.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our last 2 visits. The staff has been very courteous on check-in and check-out. When we were here during the summer we appreciated VERY much having the pool on site. Both my husband and I think the breakfast choices are fantastic.

parking at B,W. cost 30 dollars extra for 1 week and shuttle after 11P.M at airport was a mixup.will not use London B.W. again until they are clearer on their policies...Hotel was clean and nice. shuttle to the airport was good..

The hotel was clean and for the most part, newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is easily accessible from the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate.

Stayed 2 days while attending a wedding. We arrived early from out of town to meet with the parents and bridal party. We were hopeful but realistic on a long weekend that our room might be available & were prepared for the possibility of storing our belongings in the interim. Luckily, a room was to be had. The king suite was roomy, clean and well stocked. We requested a few Things that were provided gladly. Breakfast was ample and varied. The staff handled the onslaught of ball teams and family reunions with professionalism and a smile. Well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Emergency and unexpected stay"

Stay was caused by West Jet travel delays beginning in Dublin, Ireland. For some reason we were diverted to London and were attempting to get to Calgary. We had been travelling for nearly 24 hours at that point and had not had a proper meal all day. We needed a place to stay for only 4 hours until our next flight and our Best Western room was such a welcome relief to be able to stretch out, get some sleep and clean up. It is only 5 minutes from the London Airport that was very important. The night desk clerk was very kind, helpful and got us checked in quickly and out a few hours later.

If you're leaving for flight in the morning or just passing through this place is an excellent choice. Did you have a free shuttle to the airport if you still need. They have a pool that stays open later than most other hotels which is nice. And have a free breakfast buffet in the morning that has everything anybody could ever want. The staff are warm friendly and professional. There is free parking at this hotel and the location is on Dundas Street which is a main through Fair to the downtown location and everything you could want is around that area. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. It's a quiet relaxing Great Stay!

We booked a King Room and were given one that was accessible though we hadn't asked for that specifically. The room appeared to have been renovated fairly recently. The bed was comfortable but the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress. The window air unit was noisy. The carpet needed a good cleaning, particularly in the area around the microwave and fridge. (Carpet color was probably not the best choice to begin with.) There were dark hairs in the sink. Pool was fairly large and bright. Breakfast was good.

This was a very clean, well decorated, modern, up to date Best Western. We had an enjoyable 2 night stay for our son's wedding near by. I would definately recommend that you stay here. They have a free breakfast in the morning. Its not very good, depending on what you pick but that aside everything else is great..

We were in town to attend my mothers funeral. The staff bent over backwards for us. Checkout is at 11:00 they allowed us to stay until 1:00 . We were able to use the breakfast area for dinner for the family. The staff were friendly and helpful.

"Beware - go somewhere else!"

There are several hotels within a few minutes of this location - do yourself a favor and go to one of them instead! We arrived late in the evening, after driving for several hours. Check in was a breeze but we were assigned a room that was clearly occupied by someone else hours before. The bed wasn't made, there was garbage and towels everywhere and to top it off there appeared to be blood dipped across the floor and tub in the bathroom. The room we were re-assigned to, seemed to be fine - at least it was clean. That is until we discovered issues with the air conditioning and that the electrical outlets beside the bed weren't functional. As you can imagine, with cell phones and an apnea machine to plug in, this proved to be really inconvenient. In the morning we went to breakfast to find the maintenance staff handling the food - gross! We complained to the front desk and were told that there wasn't a manager around but, that one would contact us. Several days later and that still hasn't happened. So, unless you want to spend your hotel stay handling issue after issue, stay somewhere, anywhere else!

We booked in a bus tour of 50 people and everyone was happy with the accommodation. The breakfast area was roomy with a good selection and variety of food. The salt water pool was a nice touch and we found the staff very helpful.

We have had to be in London several times over the past few months for medical reasons. We have tried several hotels and never been totally happy with any of them until now. Best Western Airport was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel last night and were thoroughly impressed. The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The salt water pool was warm and the breakfast included eggs, oatmeal, cereals, etc. Rooms were comfy and super clean.

We were quite impressed with this hotel during our two night stay. Friends joined us for dinner at the restaurant and we all enjoyed our meal. Breakfasts were great. The room itself is very clean, great pillows and great towels. I wish someone could tell me where they get their pillows from . Thank you for a great stay !!

We've stayed at this BW a few times now and have always been very satisfied! Swimming in the salt water pool is very refreshing and the breakfast is always above and beyond DELICIOUS! When in the London area be sure to check out the Best Western Airport Inn!

The hotel looks like it went through a renovation. The rooms and amenities were clean and modern. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious (included with the stay). The wifi was good, but could be a little better. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and would choose this location again.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. We booked into a room with disability access. The parking spaces were useless for someone with mobility issues. Accessible spaces are supposed to be much wider than regular spaces. The access spaces here were regular spaces with a sign erected to designate them as disability spaces. Two out of three entrances were inaccessible because of a large lip at the entrance caused by disintegrating concrete (poor maintenance). If I'd been alone, first of all, I'd never been able to get out of the vehicle and secondly due to the poor entrance maintenance, I would still be outside the closed doors. The breakfast room was so far away from our room, again, if I'd been by myself I'd have been out of luck. When we checked in, there was garbage in the bathroom garbage pail left by the previous guests and finally you had to have either a freezing cold or a scalding hot shower. The hot water temperature was dangerous. Adjusting the temperature was impossible. No shower in a hotel should be so hot it could scald. There should be a set safe maximum temperature as in every other hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. This was not our usual accommodation here in London, but sadly an accessible room there was unavailable. I have read responses to other reviews that were not particularly positive and every one got the same impersonal 'cookie cutter' response. Don't even bother to reply to this review. No apology would make up for this hotel's appalling accommodation for someone with a disability or any room with someone else's garbage left in a room. This was our first stay here and it WILL BE THE LAST!

"Decent Hotel; EV Charging Often Blocked"

We've stayed a couple of times at this hotel. The rooms are decently appointed, the buffet breakfast isn't bad, and for the most part the staff are friendly. I do, however, have an issue with this establishment touting its electric vehicle charging availability. The trouble is, it's not necessarily available. There are two level 2 and 2 Tesla destination chargers, for a total of 4 bays. But they are not marked as EV charging bays, so they get filled internal combustion engine vehicles. As a result if you need to charge your car, you have the hassle of going to the front desk with the offending license plate numbers, then waiting for reception to find an owner to move their car, with the attendant hard feelings that can engender, particularly late at night. Hardly what you want at the end of a long day... There are a few other hotels in the area that offer EV charging. I'd try one of them before returning here.

Every staff member we were in contact with greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed help with. The room was very clean and the beds were Fantastic. As a senior couple who have not stayed in a hotel for ages,this hotel experience was very memorable. The elevators really helped my wife. I will be receiving additional emails from them regarding future stays at other locations.

Very clean Reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff Nice to have laundry facility at the hotel. Also has a nice sized pool. Nearby the airport but far enough away that you don't hear airport traffic. Ten minute drive to shopping center and restaurants.

It was a good place to stay, very quite all the time so it was easy to relax, the breakfast was amazing, one problem was how far it was from anything in town. Took about 10 plus minutes to get to the malls. But overall it was great

I needed a quiet and clean place to stay while I was in London and this was it. The parking was free and uncomplicated. Free breakfast was good compared to other free breakfasts I've had and the wifi was good enough to watch netflix.

My wife and I stayed here for a night in April and upon arrival we were a little worried because of all the kids with sports teams that were there. We have stayed at other hotels that cater to the sports teams so we knew it could get noisy but we were pleasantly surprised as there was little to no noise that could be heard from our room. The bed was comfortable and as I said the room was very quiet, although it is a little small. The buffet breakfast that was included was the usual stuff on these buffets but it was free and tasted good. Over all I would consider returning to this hotel because it was clean, quiet, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and it is located close to shopping and dining

We stay here 2 times each year. The staff are always courteous and friendly. The pool is great, rooms are modern clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the food is fresh. It is a full breakfast not just roast and coffee. Best pancakes.

Im giving a 3 star rating as the hotel is very clean, staff is nice, buffet breakfast was also good. But this is a non smoking hotel, and the room across the hall has been smoking and covering it up with a horrible womans perfume. To the point my daughter needed an inhaler, and decongestants bought for her. Spoke with staff not 100% sure what is being done about the situation, hopefully something as its making our room and stay very. uncomfortable. As it stands still havent done anything.

Very close to the airport.Only five minutes away.Also a new hotel, everything top . Main problem, I'df someone brings you there, there is no Resturant there for you to get something to eat.So if you don't have transport it's a problem.This needs to be mentioned in their info.I did then order from a local Italien Resturant.Founf it expensive and not particular good.30 dollars to have your dinner in a plastic container and with plastic knife and fork.Thatbwas as all salad and pasta.The Hotels needs, to at least offer fresh sandwiches, if you are satying there and don't have transport.

We've been staying at this hotel for years whenever we have an early flight out of London, and have always found it to be a good place to stay. For the first few years, the only disappointing thing was that we couldn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast because we were always leaving too early. Last year, they started offering a bagged breakfast to those of us leaving earlier than the regular breakfast was served. We love that! This time we stayed, while they still offered the bagged breakfast, we were less than impressed with it. They only gave us two breakfasts (there were 4 of us staying there), and each one was smaller (1 muffin or bagel, and some fruit leather) than last year. In particular, there was no fresh fruit. On a side note, the bagel they gave us was a cinnamon raisin bagel, with garlic cream cheese... not a very tasty combination. Needless to say, we had to buy breakfast 2 flights later. It's a relatively small complaint, but hopefully an easy issue for them to fix in the future.

This is a quiet, clean hotel. The only hotel I've ever seen that requires you to sign saying you'll make no excessive noise after 11PM. More places should follow that example. The downfall is that there is no bar or restaurant although a nice breakfast is included.

Located in the North East end of London about 10 minutes to the middle of downtown. Close to many restaurants and stores. We have stayed here before and enjoyed that stay as well. Access to downtown is very easy and parking is easy to find when downtown.

All staff we encountered were fantastic and willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great selection of food to suit any taste. Our only complaint was that there was a dog in a room near us who barked loudly, for quite some time between 6 and 7am. It would have been great to have not been placed so close to an animal with plenty of availability at the hotel on the night we were there. Regardless we would certainly consider staying here again, if for no other reason than the wonderful staff!

Whenever I write a review like this I enjoy reading the terrible reviews. Well done on your replies. Fortunately, there were only 3, cameras and fair policies. Responsible and reasonable guests seem to appreciate your work based on the majority of reviews. So let me add to it! Recent renovations brought it to a surprisingly great room and facility. The breakfast was a continued surprise. I was expecting typical complimentary breakfast but was very impressed with the freshness, presentation and cleanliness. It's a stretch to find a negative. How about the fitness centre is a little small. However, better something than nothing. It looks like your staff have settled in nicely. Quick check in and out. I'll be back for sure! Thank you!!

"Good Value Nice hotel"

We stayed at the Best Western London Airport Inn on Jan 30 as we were flying out of the London Airport on the 31st. Room was good, they have a salt water indoor pool. We left our car parked there for 2 weeks and they have a shuttle service that took us to the airport. We when returned, we just called them and the shuttle came and picked us up. Will definitely stay there again.

4 of us stayed here (in 2 rooms) overnight on January 31st 2018. We were catching a 6 AM flight to Mexico. Check-in was flawless and the agent was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is modern and pretty. A warm fire welcomed us on that cold evening. There is a comfortable breakfast area with lots of fresh fruit, muffins and so on. It was a very nice touch that food was availble even in the evening. We all were given a bag with fruit and breakfast food in it because we were at the airport way to early for the full breakfast. Rooms were clean and totally satisfactory. I especially appreciated the comfortable pillows. You will be happy with your stay here.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for my nieces hockey tournament. The hotel is large, clean, with nice size rooms, and comfy beds. We needed a hotel that was pet friendly for our senior golden retriever, which this was! The breakfast was large with many different options, hot and cold. I would recommend this hotel, and stay again!

I would like to Apologize to Pravin and Kelly for putting up with my anger as we have missed our flight and it was our mistake that we booked the shuttle just half an hour before check-in.Kelly the Driver helped us to pick us back to the hotel and Pravin checked us back into our room and made sure we stay longer for an extra hour to catch our next flight.I would like to thank both of them for their hospitality! this hotel was fantastic, we were allowed to check in early as we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, and the maintance guy parked our car for us as we were having trouble in the parking lot. we stayed for two nights and then did the park and fly and then stayed on more night on our return from or vacation. They have an amazing breakfast which we enjoyed each morning, and they shuttled us to the airport and back. The staff is so friendly and helpful i would recommend this hotel as the great place to stay.

This is a hotel that is close to the airport (taxi about $12) and also has an airport shuttle, if you book in advance. The downside is the breakfast buffet. The "hot" food was cool from sitting out too long (at 7am!) and all the plates, cutlery and cups were plastic or paper - Lots of needless waste.

We enjoy staying here when flying out of London airport. We don't even consider any other hotel because of the comfort of the rooms and the friendly staff. We book our shuttle to the airport upon arrival and when we get up in the early morning there is a lovely bag breakfast waiting for us and the shuttle driver is so pleasant and accomodating. I like to remember that she had to get up early too but she puts on such a beautiful face it starts my trip out perfect!

While satisfied with the room and service the hotel does not offer Fox News Network but only offers right wing news channels such as Fake News channel CNN which is also the station that is displayed on BOTH TV's in the breakfast loung. Most dissapointing.

Stayed with a group for a hockey tourney. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Hotel staff very accommodating and helpful. Booked meeting room off main lobby for our group and enjoyed the large lounge space. Hotel design allows for socializing in the main lobby/lounge space keeping it quiet for guests in rooms throughout the hotel. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and staff are great at keeping it fresh and replenished. Lots of parking spaces around the hotel making it easy to access rooms from all parts of the hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping.

"Hockey team fiasco"

We were there with 15 other families with 9 and 10 yr olds for a hockey tournament in the area. Instead of blocking us all together in an area we were all through the hotel. The kids were loud and excited after games when we returned to the hotel they spent a lot of time in the pool and we also took them out for a meal together and laser tag to wear some energy off. There were complaints from other guests at the noise the boys were making. Now keep in mind that the oldest is 10 so they were all in bed and their rooms no later than 10pm both nights so there was no issue with disturbing people while there were sleeping. The hotel was rude to the boys and parents on numerous occasions. Personally I thought the boys were very respectful of others but again they are 9 and 10 and very excited to be there together. The staff made it a miserable experience if you are going to London for hockey do not pick this hotel

We appreciate your feedback on your recent weekend stay with us with your sports team. We welcome sports teams to our Hotel and for the most part they have enjoyed the friendly service, the newly refurbished accommodations, the heated saltwater pool, and the sumptuous hot buffet breakfast. We are also in close proximity to most of the sporting arenas which has made our Hotel the preferred choice for many sports tournaments. We provide special preferred rates for sports teams and we try our best to accommodate special requests to ensure that the teams are housed together. This past weekend we accommodated several requests for certain team members to be housed near each other as well as, away from others. This past weekend we were very concerned about the food and drink that was being consumed in the pool area close to the water. As everyone is aware, this is a major violation of our safety requirements, and even after several warnings both on Friday night as well as Saturday, our internal cameras show a very different image of violating our safety protocols. As a special courtesy this weekend, we accommodated the children to use our Business Centre computers to play video games so that this would keep them occupied. What is most disheartening is the damage that was done to the walls in our Business Centre by the lobby area. This required re-plastering as well as repainting the same walls this week considering the damage. As much as we appreciate and welcome Sports Teams, we hope that they will not flagrantly violate our safety protocols, instead, enjoy all that we have to offer. We also have a large common area for team gatherings in the upper atrium near the lobby area. Alternatively, we also have bookable private meeting rooms for teams with “Special Occasion Permits” that needs to be booked in advance of arrival. We look forward to welcoming sports teams who enjoy the services and amenities that we provide.

Only stayed for 1 night but the staff were very helpful and professional. Everyone on our group had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and parking was readily available. Great value and would stay there again.

The Best Western Motel in London, ON is a very clean motel which has recently been updated. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The convenient location near the airport is great. Reservation not received for check in, one hour too long to get that fixed, key cards didn't work so we had to switch rooms. Office chair in room broken, bed uncomfortable with big dip in middle resulting in sore back. Tired carpets. No late checkout option as we wanted to enjoy the amenities of exercise room and salt water pool. Felt rushed in the morning to checkout by 11am.

Front staff could have been more professional. The girls at least. Plus our room was not cleaned even though we took the sign off the door plus called the front desk. Came back after a long day to a dirty room. Phone did not work. They did not even bother to fix it or change it.

Fast check-in, gorgeous breakfast area, quiet and very comfortable. The shuttle drivers were so very, very friendly and courteous. The location was a bit challenging during rush hour when you need to cross the traffic lanes in front of the hotel. Lots of parking, and close to a wide range of restaurants.

Service was pathetic. amenities archaic , i would rather check in to a motel . There was no where on the premises to have a coffee/drink/ or purchase a sandwich. especially first time in city and drove in from a long journey No bar or small cafe. The room was dark, the air conditioning and heating unit was very loud when on, had to shut off to insure a quiet night sleep . Bring in your bar soap etc, bar soap was so small , useless

"Frustrating stay"

We usually stay at the BW Lamplighter when we travel to London. However, because we had a very early flight, we decided to try the BW London Airport. Our first shock came at check-in where my husband was told that there would be an additional $50 up-front charge to "cover any damage" we might make to our room. The charge would be refunded if there was no damage. We are seniors and way beyond the age where we would be trashing rooms. I don't understand this policy. If we did leave the room in a mess, BW has our credit card info. That's the time I would expect that the damages would be charged against the credit card. Then we had a problem with the WiFi in our room. We got it up and going and then it just quit. We called down to the front office but two minutes later it was back up again so we called down again to let them know not to bother troubleshooting the problem. However, the WiFi continued to go up and down. I finally just gave up on it. Also, there really aren't any decent places to eat around the hotel. That's a bit of a pain. On a positive note, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the décor in the building is quite nice. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Even though the Lamplighter is 30 minutes away from the airport, I think we'll stick with our tried and true hotel of choice.

The hotel charged us an additional fee for checking out a day before of our reservation. Terrible business practises to charge for checking out early and the staff did not care nor did they offer anything and the staff we dealt with were so new that it took forever to check in and get any information about the area.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your check-in experience. We have recenty hired a number of new front desk staff that are still in training so that we will be able to have more staff available during peak periods. With regards to the early check out fee, this does not apply to individual reservations. You stayed with the hotel with a hockey team that was contracted and booked through a sports travel agency that was handling the tournament that you attended. You received a discounted group rate and the hotel's policies with regards to group bookings was clearly stated on the contract. This information should have been passed on to all of your team by the person that selected this hotel for your team. Individuals booking under a team group block are welcome to book as many nights as they wish and they are welcome to alter their reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. However, after check-in, our stated policy is that if a team checks out early there will be an early check out fee applied. In this case, your entire team of 18 rooms checked out on a Saturday when the hotel was sold out and had turned away business, which meant we could not sell those rooms. Some hotels will charge teams for the full stay when they check out early and we feel that we are being fair to all parties with the early check out fee. Again, this is not the policy for individual reservations but for group blocks that are contracted a discounted rate and quoted this policy in advance of their securing reservations with the hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff, upscale and clean rooms for a great price and very quiet. Its nice to find a hotel that is quiet and comfortable like this one. Hotel is close to many restaurants and close to airport. Continental breakfast was better than most you find in hotels. Hotel staff actually were interested where you were from and talking with you. A kitchen staff actually helped me locating a venue I wanted to visit and gave great tips on getting there and back.

After spending a wonderful day in London at our function we checked into our BW to enjoy a relaxing evening. We were greeted by a new trainee who was overwhelmed by the number of check-in's and unfortunately was not able to get our requested items to our room. During the night we were woken up to several fights outside our door that frightened our daughter terribly. Myself being disabled, was not going to confront the persons involved. In the morning I reported the issue the Supervisor who told me I should have called the front desk and had the Girl working nights deal with it. She was all of 90lbs and I would not put her in that situation and told the Supervisor that directly. The girl even looked upset by the Supervisor's comment. The Supervisor then suggested I should have called the Police. I asked about Night Security and she said we don't have that here at BW just the Night Clerk. This really makes me consider using BW in future stays!

Stayed here for the duration of Airshow London. Very close to the airport and airshow VIP parking. Hot buffet breakfast was very good, with a wide range of options to select from (Vegan friendly). There is no licensed restaurant at the hotel, or within walking distance. Room was very comfortable, and well appointed.

Great plane to stay for the London air show, close to the airport and main roads. Clean and orderly hotel, quiet too when considering it is at the corner of two major roads. Still some construction on the roadways around it, but no problems with entry. Rooms clean and comfortable, well lit too.

Need more investment and improve quality of food, service and pay attention to details. Room is OK. Other less expensive hotels (Staybridge) provide MUCH better VALUE. Breakfast: awful coffe. Poor quality of food. Panqueques are not edible. Muffins: hard, not fresh, not tasty. The 'free breakfast' highlighted by the hotel as a perk is not truly a perk (do not wast your time). I saw many people going to get a Tim Hortons or Starbuscks coffee.

My wife and I visited London for a convention this weekend. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights at the Best Western Airport Inn and Suites. We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel has been completely renovated in every way. An indoor pool and fitness centre have been added. Our room had two queen beds and was very well appointed. There is a mini frig , microwave and Keurig coffee machine in each room. Our stay came with a complimentary full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes, home fries, sausage and peameal bacon as well as other breakfast items. Mattresses are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Staff are friendly and very helpful . Laurel - a server in the breakfast room was very helpful. Really recommend staying at this Best Western in London.

We were greeted with 4 wedding parties in the lobby when we arrived. The place was busy but the front desk was very efficient and got us a room even though we were checking in early. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshly renovated interior and nice comfortable room. The decor was modern and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was nicely appointed too. My husband loved the airplane theme and the art throughout was interesting to look at. We would definitely come back!

Stayed 1 night. Good business type hotel located a short 12 minute cab ride from london airport. It's on a strip road with not too much around it. There was a Tim Hortons about a block down the road. The free breakfast was quite good and had a good variety. Room was large and it was quiet at night. Service was good. Overall, quite a good spot to stay.

This hotel has been completely renovated. I am quite discriminating when reviewing hotels, and I can guarantee you will be very pleased with your stay. Service is outstanding, the rooms are beautiful, fresh, new, and spotless, and the breakfast one of the best I've experienced at a Best Western. The location is minutes from downtown and the airport. "stolen car"

our car was stolen from the parking lot of Best Western hotel on Dundas street in London ON Aug 6. The staff did nothing to help out and no manager was on duty to assist. There are no camera only at front door. The back of the hotel is dark...dark enough for car theft!! location of the hotel is a high crime and drug area...not great for families. I would like to know how will Best Western compensate my family ?? Where is security? Apparently there used to be security now they have been removed. Oh did I mention another car was broken into as well?? Don't stay there until security is at quality level and the safely of customers is at top value!! Had to rent a car to get home to Toronto!! Added expense I did not need or want.

We are extremely concerned about this situation and have followed up with London Police. The safety and security of all our guests is paramount. This Hotel has hosted many family events, sports teams and wedding guests as well as corporate clients. We have never had a vehicle stolen from our premises. As a follow-up and in speaking with the Police, they informed us that there have been a number of car thefts in London, and is not isolated to one particular area. The London Police have assured us of increased patrols within this area. We have several cameras in and around the building and regrettably there are blind spots that we are addressing. It is unfortunate that no matter how many cameras there are, we may still be vulnerable if items are left clearly visible within the vehicle. It is now a matter that is being further investigated by the police and the insurance company. I knew very little about this property before arriving, but received a good deal via an online travel website. We were traveling with other family members who also booked a room. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked if they had any adjoining rooms where we could stay next to our family members, which they were able to do, which made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are very nicely updated with nice comfortable beds, great pillows, very nice bathrooms with good lighting, new flat screens televisions, Keurig coffee makers, and many finishes that usually come at luxury prices. The rooms also seemed slightly larger than other standard rooms that I've stayed in. We enjoyed the very nice pool area which was a salt water pool, and it was very clean and updated as well. In the morning we really enjoyed the breakfast which included just about every option you could want at a hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff member was pleasant and talkative, and was doing a great job replenishing items as they were consumed. As an aviation geek, I really enjoyed all the aviation photos throughout the property. Another cool feature I noted were two electric car chargers installed in the parking lot. I have never seen this at a hotel, and thought it was really cool as I plan to purchase an electric vehicle in the near future. Overall, I felt like we got an excellent hotel stay for a great price.

We had to stay over night due to airport delays, caused by weather. with connecting flights. The Best Western was recommended, we were in a room, within the hour, of our flight cancellation,,and back to the airport, by 6 am. by their shuttle service, to catch our flight home. Had a very restfully night, after a hectic day.

The hotel is located Close to London Airportort Int. Sporty guys are even able to take the backbag and run to the hotel these few hundred meters. Check in is easy. The room is clean and everything is operative (TV, Air Condition, Toilet Flusch etc). Drop the bag and relax. For dinner restaurants are not far away on the same road. Breakfast is more than plenty. Checkout quick and easy. They offer even a ride to the Airport. Glad to have them in London Ont.

This hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was perfect, super clean and saltwater too which was wonderful. The breakfast selection was huge, they had literally anything you'd want to eat/drink. I don't have a single complaint about this place. It is close to the airport and not the downtown though (we were going to the airport so the location was perfect for us).

Great hotel value - Nice newly remodeled room, nice beds & pillows, extremely clean, quiet, very close to airport, great breakfast & friendly staff. Had issue with the air conditioner in the room so they immediately switched our rooms without issue. Very happy with our stay. Would stay again if we find ourselves in London again!

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Great modern, clean, comfortable, affordable and friendly place! The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was so clean and spa like, the breakfast was a feast of delightful hot and cold foods and juices and coffee! So well decorated ...we loved all the airplane pictures and theme: what a brilliant idea for a hotel that is so close to the airport! So close to the airport and yet we never heard a plane at all, such a quiet peaceful place!

Everything was excellent -the general manager talked to us and gave us his card that was very heartwarming. The check in clerk sent us to the cafeteria for coffee while our room was being prepared (as we were very early) - she kept us posted as to how long we would have to wait - her smile and personality was worth millions - she will go places - all the staff were extremely friendly - (not in some hotels) -- a fantastic stay!

Hotel is located on a main street and fairly close to any major locations. It was just around the corner from a concert we attended. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend if in the area.

This hotel was excellent in many ways. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean and the staff very welcoming. The only complaint is that the room was humid. The ventilation system did not seem to keep the air in the room dry. The rug was a little damp which felt strange when walking on it.

The Airport Hotel has undergone a refurbishment and it is quite lovely. There is now a pool and the rooms have been refreshed. I would recommend this hotel conveniently located near London airport and not too far from the 401.

The location ideally situated with easy access to the airport and downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, pleasant and friendly to deal with. This was my first stay with Best Western chain of hotels in London and it's certainly the best stay at Best Western Inn & Suites. Conveniently located across the London Airport it offers the friendly and efficient check-in process, well-preserved/restored interiors and tasteful decor and comfortable bedroom.This hotel offers best services and location and with the utmost class! I am not hesitant to say it's the best stay I ever had in London. We stayed in King Room and the beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were quite large and clean. We have refrigerator and coffee machine in room. Location was amazing with chains of restaurants at a walking distance. Service upon check in was great. Front desk staff was kind enough to help us with amazing sightseeing spots and we end up visiting the beautiful grand bend beach which was 50 minutes' drive from the hotel. This hotel has the phenomenal staff. I would highly recommend this place and I would love to stay again with BW London Inn & Suites upon my next visit to London, Ontario. Great Hospitality! We had a fantastic time being with BW Inn & Suites, London and we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a double queen room on the third floor and had a great experience! The room was larger than most I've been in, offered fridge & microwave & Keurig. Everything was new looking & clean. Upon checkin the employee offered us flyers for when we asked about pizza options for delivery and that was super helpful! The salt water pool was the drawing card for us and it didn't disappoint! This hotel offered bathrooms right before the pool door so you could change without having to walk through hallways in bathing suits. Complimentary hot breakfast was important to us when choosing hotel and this one was far above average! Hot options are always a plus and this particular morning they had pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, & cubed hashbrowns, in addition to all the normal cold options of cereals, breads, pastries, & fruit! Finding the hotel was a slight issue, since there is currently ramp construction on 401 near the hotel. GPS in rental car did the job of re-routing without too much hassle. Would definitely stay here in the future!

This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at! It looked and felt as if it had been newly built as everything looked modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch too. I didn't try the pool, as I was only interested in using a hot tub...which they don't have. That's about the only negative of my whole experience, though.

The whole hotel was easy for someone in a wheelchair to navigate. All facilities were accessible accept the pool; it would be nice if it had a lift. We enjoyed the breakfasts. Great experience with son and grandkids. Certainly one of the most well-organized and cleanest accommodations. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Free secured WiFi. Very comfy beds. In-room coffee maker with good supply of coffee and tea, as well as microwave and mini-fridge. Eco-friendly supplies in bathroom with plenty of towels. Pool area, with salt water pool, very clean with lots of fresh towels, ample seating and large windows. Great exercise and gym area. Very good posters on safety and rules of the pool along with emergency phone. Good well-supplied tuck shop, beverage and ice machines. On-site plentiful parking available. Close to all types of amenities including shopping plaza and food. Very handy to London Airport. Excellent security system to all indoor facilities as well as exterior doors. Great value and special promotions offered. Would willingly recommend to any traveler.

Everything was nice. The saltwater pool was relaxing and clean. The breakfast was okay. The bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. We borrowed a baby crib from the hotel and it came with blankets and a small pillow.

There was water infiltration on the wall and I didn't tell the front desk at my arrival because for me, it'd be fixed eventually and I was there to sleep, I didn't want to change room or whatever... general manager just ignored my question about why I'm charged for water infiltration under a sealed window.....

I visited London for a dance competition my granddaughter was in. The hotel the dance studio had reserved was full by the time we tried to reserve a room. I searched hotels and found the Best Western London Airport Inn. It was 10 minutes from the venue. As always, I am skeptical of pictures on hotel websites. When we arrived I was very pleased! Our room was lovely, clean and very well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. They had a Kuerig!! Internet was fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we entered the lobby. The lobby is very warm and welcoming. The sitting area is calming. The breakfast area is clean and lots of seating. Breakfast gave lots of choices. I would absolutely staff again!

Our basketball team booked a number of rooms for the weekend, and we were delighted with the hotel. Every family was pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and service of the facility. We booked a conference room for hospitality purposes and found the staff friendly and helpful. The layout of the hotel was perfect, because the noise from the conference room didn't carry down to the rooms. The breakfast atrium was clean, spacious and bright. I have stayed at this hotel three times during my stays on London and have never been disappointed. It is close to the airport and also pretty close to Fanshawe College. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a luxurious feel to them. There is free wifi and a free breakfast. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of delicious choices. It definitely stands out amongst other breakfasts offered by other hotels. The next time I am going to London, I will be booking here again.

Wife and I we're not expecting to much, because I won a free night at a golf tourney. We we're really surprised with this place, all areas were super clean ( room, pool, fitness ctr, etc ) Staff was really friendly and always willing to help. Even had free toothbrushes for us because we forgot ours. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel that was included in the price. ( eggs, bacon, pancakes, potatoes etc ). Appx. 10min drive to OLG slots, which was not a problem. Close to the airport and a shuttle is available if needed. Cheap parking, $35 for week if needed. Will use this hotel again when we're I the area again.

Our daughter's basketball team stayed at this hotel for her OBA's. The staff, the service, the room size, comfort, and cleanliness, as well as all of the amenities, and the layout for socializing in the common/lobby area were all optimal. The staff were super helpful. One of the gals found a place for us to enjoy some live music during the weekend which we had wanted to do. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of room to sit and a wide variety of foods to choose from. There was a staff member on hand replenishing foods as needed. We were up and leaving early for the airport the last day and were able to get a grab and go bag for breakfast and they also had coffee, tea, water and juices available at 5:15 in the morning! The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job of keeping our room freshened and resupplied as we were there for three nights. This hotel was in a good location to get to 401, or take the side roads to the north part of the city and also close to downtown. They do have a shuttle to the airport but we used a rental car which was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport just five minutes away. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated. Our bathroom was brightly lit and modern. The room was plenty big for two queen beds with lots of space to walk around. There was a mini fridge and a one cup coffee maker in our room. The beds were comfortable. AND there was minimal noise. We couldn't hear anything from inside of the other rooms and only a bit of noise when people were laughing in the hallways. There were a lot of children at the hotel during our stay and while we were in our room we couldn't tell at all! The only thing we were disappointed with was that there was no hot tub. The swimming pool is quite small also. In the end this didn't matter as there were many kids staying at the hotel so the pool was filled with munchkins anyways! Looked like they were all having fun. This hotel is definitely good value for your money. We will be staying here again the next time we return to London Ontario!

After reserving a room for 2 nights nearly a month before travel, we were contacted just before we boarded our flight to let us know that the hotel experienced a "computer glitch" and had double booked ALL the rooms in the hotel, so we were provided reservations at a very poor replacement. Now, London was booked solid that first night with hockey tournaments, conventions, a university tournament and weddings. We know, we tried to get out of the alternate location, so it seems that with full teams and large groups looking to book rooms, we were bumped so the hotel could take in a few extra dollars. Sorry Best Western but, we will always look elsewhere now.

"Great Stay! Clean, clean, clean"

We stayed here for the weekend of Sept. 23. arriving on Friday evening and leaving on Sunday. We were in London for a wedding on the Saturday night and had 2 other guest share our room on the Saturday night at no extra charge. This also included breakfast for our guests as well. The rooms are a nice size clean, well appointed with comfortable mattresses. We asked for a quiet area on the 3rd level for our room and received just that. We had time to use the exercise equipment and the pool. It was never crowded. Usually we were the only ones there. This hotel is clean, clean, clean and very friendly any time we will need to stay in London this is the place for us.

Stayed for 1 night with our 2 children and our dog. Can't say enough wonderful things about our experience here. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were soooooo comfortable. Boys loved the pool and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel hands down! You have to stay here if your in the area :-)

I stopped in to visit family members staying here and was quite impressed with changes to this hotel. What impressed them most was the breakfast included with the room - eggs, bacon, sausage, granola, yogurt, fruit, pancakes. A few options change from day to day, making it more interesting for people staying longer. The breakfast room is in an area with plenty of windows, providing lots of natural light.

There was a nice pool and laundry facilities for guests. The breakfast was fabulous and the seating area was substantial and pleasant. Used this hotel as a stopover for our early flight from London Ontario to Calgary Alberta. On arrival we found we were entitled to a CAA discount and if we left before the free breakfast was ready there would be a grab bag ready for us at the main desk .Our room was modern clean and well appointed , we did not use the pool or work out area but did use the wake up call. Absolutely would return.

We stayed at this hotel as we had a wedding in London. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good and staff were friendly. They offered free wi-fi as well. The only issue we had was check-in as they had just upgraded their system and it was not working as well as it was supposed to. However, with being said, the staff worked extra hard to accommodate some very unhappy guests and got rooms assigned as quickly as possible. They also were hosting guests of four different weddings that weekend so I think they did a great job. Would definitely stay there again.

The renovation must be fairly new. Floors, rugs and furniture in lobby and breakfast area all clean and new looking. Rooms are spotless and smart. Our room air conditioning worked exactly as it should. Comfortable beds and bedding. Hot and well stocked breakfast provided free of charge. I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, given its modest pricing.

I checked my daughter and her 2 children into this hotel because of its close proximity to the London airport and she flies out very early in the morning. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are now quite tastefully decorated and comfortable. I always choose this hotel when flying out of London. My daughter said she and the children received a snack pack to take with them in the morning and said the experience was great, once again.

This is a great hotel near the airport. Very comfortable rooms and quite spacious. Full hot breakfast with almost anything you could want. Very friendly staff! Hallways and elevator were very hot during my stay but everything was was wonderful. I would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I went to stay here for a night. And since the renovations, it has undergone some very nice changes. From the very beginning the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we booked online, our room was an accessible room, which we didn't need. So they were able to get us in the exact same room without any issues. And even though they apologized for the wait, it wasn't a long wait at all. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Air conditioned to a good temperature, and the bed was very comfortable. One of the bed side lights weren't working, though this was only a minor thing since the other side worked fine, and that's all we needed. The only gripe I would have with the experience at this hotel, was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. I remember this hotel having a better breakfast before Best Western took over. The food variety was quite lackluster, but more so that everything tasted fake. So all in all a very good experience, with the exception of the breakfast food in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Basic Best Western hotel. Clean, bright, appears to have been recently renovated. Very accommodating and friendly staff from housekeeping to the management. Pool was large, with lots of natural light and great for the kids. Breakfasts were appealing with lots of variety, changed daily, open dining area with plenty of seating. While a bit off to the side of the city, the hotel remained relatively close to all amenities and was accessible by car to the downtown and other attractions. If you are arriving by air, the hotel is minutes away from the airport. The price is excellent for what you receive and the services provided.

I have never stayed at this particular hotel. But it was a very pleasant surprise. It was very clean and neat and tidy with a very nice area for breakfast. And a great price as well. This was the last hotel stay on our road trip and our favorite. The air wasn't working in the room. I called, they checked it and moved us into a room with working air within minutes. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a safe. I don't remember if there was a microwave as we didn't need one. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We'll definitely stay there again if we come back to the area!

Our first visit to this hotel and I must compliment them on the way it is laid out with a huge breakfast/social area just off the main entrance. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. It's very close to the airport and at the same time, it's easy to get straight downtown on Dundas street. While visiting family I required the Business Centre facilities to help my Nieces prepare their first resumes. When I encountered some technical difficulties, Shayna at the front desk not only quickly helped me complete my task, but also made some valuable editing suggestions, and provided folders for the resumes. Her friendly and engaging personality made us feel we were part of a business team, and not just travellers at an Inn. It was truly the kind of service one would expect from a professional service industry, and sadly, it's lacking in most places. Convenient location even if it was not downtown. Suitable as it was close enough to everything for us. Clean quiet and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Love the USB charging station in the room!! Good breakfast choices and it was nice that it varied by the day. In spite of being close to the airport there was no noise from planes. Only thing that could have been better was the pool being closed for a day and a half for maintenance.

Attended a wedding in London so we stayed at the old Airport hotel. The place has been renovated and is a good option if you do not mind the distance from downtown. We had the King suite on the 3rd floor and enjoyed a wonderful sleep. The charging devices in the room were extremely usefull. One suggestion I would make is to get hand-held showers.The staff was helpful and the breakfast better than average.

I had read some less than favourable reviews but was very happy with the hotel. I had a King suite on the 3rd floor looking over the back side of the building. The room was clean and new - the bed was so comfortable. It's really more of a big room with a screen separating the bed and couch, but I liked the separation and the size was perfect. The hotel was pretty quiet given its location close to the airport and a main street, it is close to restaurants and many other conveniences. The breakfast had great variety and I didn't have any issues with the supply running low, there was more than enough and it was a better selection than many hotels I've stayed in. If I am in London again, I will definitely stay there.

I accidentally booked this hotel, rather than another chain where I usually stay and arrived with trepidation. However, everything about this hotel was like-able. Cleanliness was outstanding, as was the all new lighting and bath fixtures. Breakfast was standard fare, but clean and plentiful.

"Recently renovated, but not perfect"

We stayed here before renovations were completed and the beds & pillows were so comfortable we decided we'd stay here again. This time we were on the second floor and it wasn't immediately clear where our room was- couldn't see any room number signs. Not a lot of signs anywhere to be honest. Couple of bulbs out in the room and the remote for the TV would have benefited from a new battery. Breakfast is pretty good, nice selection. Hotel clean, staff pretty friendly. Set up more as an adult/ business destination IMO Overall good value for money.

Very comfortable bed. Perfect pillows' firmness. Bright white light in washroom and shower area. Hotel has no restaurants but very close to airport. No restaurants nearby. Had to order take out. Hotel shuttle is excellent. service. Went all the way to downtown London to pick us up for a great night at the hotel.

"Poorly laid out and noisy!"

If you are staying here I hope you are in good shape because you will do a lot of walking to get from your room to the reception, or to find your car in the parking lot! If you are in a room near the stairs, be prepared to hear the door slamming all day and all night. Parking was a nightmare! There are only a few spaces close to any doors, so you have to park very far away from the main entrance. Overall this was not an enjoyable stay and I would not book this hotel again.

Visiting for a day, I chose this hotel for its location. Proximity to the airport, make it a good choice.Further their shuttle works on request. Nice property and spacious. Check in was a breeze. thanks to the courteous staff. One odd thing about this hotel, is that the lift is at the far end of the property, and if one is carrying heavy luggage, then has to lug it to the far end. It will be good if the lift is closer to the lobby. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was ordinary.

Very clean, great rooms, awesome breakfast, shuttle to hotel and airport, nice pool. The staff are very professional and friendly. Wished they had put me in a room away from families and not by a family with a barking dog. Business and single people staying for a length of time should be put in an area that is quieter.

My best friend and I were returning from a road trip to Pennsylvania. We didn't make any reservations as we were just going to drive and see how far we could get but needed to be back for a flight from the London Airport on Sunday. We stopped in Brantford for a very late dinner and tried to get a hotel room on a Saturday night. Everything was booked. We happened upon this Best Western and figured we'd just keep driving and then enjoy a sleep-in. We arrived at midnight and were accommodated with a late check-out. So nice! The room was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. The best! We didn't have breakfast so we can't speak for that, but I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone catching a flight from the London Airport. It was so nice to roll out of bed at the last minute, and get to the airport without fighting any traffic at all.

The hotel, front desk and staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and well kept. The decoration and theme of the hotel was air navigation with aircraft etc. Very nice. We awoke to have the complimentary breakfast The hotel was not sold out. The choices were what was expected... however the shortage of bacon at 8am and the slowness of getting things refilled was definitely a reflection of the breakfast staff. My wife asked about something and was treated terribly by the older breakfast staff. It was a shame that everything else seemed to go so well and then just prior to check out we were turned off....

I've been frequently the London Airport Inn and Suites for 6 yrs prior to it becoming a Best Western. It was always a clean and friendly hotel with never a bad stay. Even during the renovations the staff did their utmost best to accommodate during the chaos. When they finished and I saw all the changes it was a big WOW. They have made some awesome upgrades and changes and still have that friendly, family oriented feeling. Kudos to the management and staff!

Okay it was only one night, but the hotel is modern, clean and secure. Our room was very nice and I really liked the fact that the beds had lots of pillows and room was very clean. I toured the facilities and the pool area looks really nice, wish I'd had more time to get a swim in. I paid $122.00 taxes in for a Friday night to Saturday 11:00AM check out with breakfast included. The breakfast was okay and had lots of choices, for some reason I really liked the orange juice out of the machine.

The rooms in this hotel were very nice with comfortable beds and a selection of pillows. The London airport is a short 5 minute drive and the 402 is very close. I had a very early check-out so they offered me a bag breakfast in place of the buffet. Very nice touch! overall I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights while attending the London All Equine Show. Very clean, nice breakfast included and no parking fees. Wish they had a hot tub with the pool. Friendly staff and comfy beds. I liked the aviation theme.

Stayed here over the Easter weekend. Was pleasantly surprised by the renovations to the room and the quality of beds. However, my wife was somewhat grossed out when we found a small bug on the bed shortly after our arrival. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff and, to their credit, they sent someone up to re-clean the room after we went out. The bed was comfortable, but as we were on the third floor, we kept hearing a cracking noise throughout the night, caused by frost and ice heaves on the hotel's flat roof. Food in the morning was about as good as you could expect for a complimentary breakfast, but get there early to get a good selection. We'd probably stay again, but would hope things would be improved by our next visit.

It was fancy all was excellent, beds & rooms were excellent. it was quiet, staff was extremely friendly. Only thing if you have kids and going for pool: it was very cold, not enjoyable to swim. Breakfast was free & worth the visit.

Our reason to come back home was not a pleasant one, but the ver POSITIVE on-line reviews for this Best Western London Inn and Suites, a former independant hotel that had been upgraded, were totally right on the money. Great staff who make every effort to help out if they can and almost every amenity needed. Continental Breakfast is free but they are working on getting their own restaurant on site - Great rooms - very clean and well kept - Good fitness room and pool

This Best Western has great comfortable beds, clean rooms and quiet needed to recharge after a long day at work and when the roads are not practicable in the Winter. I would stay here again and again as it is close to my work and gives me the amenities I need.

Chose this hotel because it claimed to have transfers to/from the airport. Turns out this service is not 24 hr. and is suspended in the early hours and does not start up until around 4am. If your taking a 6am flight and want to be at the airport at 3hrs prior to your international flight you will either need to wait till 4am or get a cab. Other than the above the rooms were clean and quiet and staff were very helpful. The hotel also offers parking which is less expensive than parking at the airport.

Clean, convenient, great service. Breakfast was average for type. Room was spacious and beds were excellent. Bathroom adequate and clean. We just happened to need accommodation as the weather was deteriorating prior to our outgoing flight. We found the price excellent as well.

Stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. I left too early to be able to have breakfast but they offered me a carry bag instead. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

"Hockey Tournament Made Better By the London Inn and Suites"

I was at the London Inn and Suites with a minor peewee hockey tournament in December and found the hotel a perfect fit. We were a little concerned visiting such a small hotel, but the place proved us wrong!! The pool was clean and new, and the building also had a gym. It was quiet for sleeping every night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts every morning had a surprising selection and were very good (unlike other hotels we've stayed at for hockey). It was nothing special, but perfect for our needs!

We often use this hotel for folks who are flying out on the early flight from London to Calgary. The rooms are very nice, newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable. The short 5 minute drive to the airport makes this an excellent choice to stay.

I've stayed at this hotel since 1991 through its many owners. The breakfasts have remained the same since then, not gourmet but satisfactory. The Oak trim in the hallways got painted brown which is a shame. The rooms have been upgrades and are nice but the heat/AC units are noisy and inefficient.

While in town for a hockey tournament we had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western. We have stayed at Best Western's in the southern USA (complete let downs), so we were hesitant when told this was where we would be staying. What a pleasant surprise. Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Decent buffet breakfast and fitness studio (always a plus for us ??). The only downfall (for some) was the location. Although located near the airport, it was very industrial with several adult entertainment facilities nearby. It was kind of awkward explaining to an 11 year old why we can't go to the Meat House for lunch.

Even though it had a salt water pool and free breakfast included, the pool was small and full of hockey tournament kids and the breakfast was beyond awful. I have never seen food that didn't even look like it was supposed to look like- Frankenfood would be an apt description. We paid $139 per night plus tax. Granted, the bed was comfortable, but the place was crawling with hockey tournament kids who ran the halls till midnight and were up early. Fine if you are a part of this group, but be sure to ask if there are any tournaments being hosted before you book!!

If you need a place to stay close to the London Airport this is the place to stay. It is only minutes from the airport. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only drawback is that the elevator is a fair distance from the reception area but there is parking near the door closest to the elevator.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not realize that there was a hockey tournament staying there too. The kids were totally out of control while the parents let them run amok. I rate the hotel thumbs up and hockey families thumbs down.

My flight was cancelled, unknown to me until I reached the airport. By that time my transportation had left. Fellow travellers recommended this hotel as the free shuttle was on it's way. A quick call to confirm a room and off we went. Newly renovated, a large queen bed, comped breakfast, coffee in the room. Clean, quiet, salt water pool and they said if I needed to I could have definitely had a late check out with the weather and my flight not leaving until the next evening. Awesome staff. I would stay again and recommend to anyone

I hope to visit this hotel again after renovations are completed. Best Western bought this place and started reno about a month before I stayed there. This was a great place to stay. Reno rooms are nice but they still had some work to do. If I had slept in, or tried to, it would have been a disappointing sleep because the workers would have started at 8 everyday. I dont know about weekends but I was there for work so was out of the hotel by 545. Beds were super comfy and room came with a mini fridge and keurig. Continential breakfast was mediocre but included. Eggs, toast, pancakes etc. fruit cereal. Had it all and its nice to be able to grab something to eat in the hotel This hotel might not be a good idea if you are going out downtown. Extremely long walk or 10 min drive and kind of a shady part of town. Hopefully it turns out to be a great hotel when reno done

Great location near the airport and the offered shuttle to airport is wonderful allowing us to keep our vehicle parked at the hotel. We had an early morning departure and they provided to us a packed breakfast to take with us!

I've been staying at this hotel once a week for 6 years now and I would recommend it to anyone! Not once in the 6 years have I had a bad stay or problems. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous and always have a smile for you even when they are having a hectic day. Actually all the staff are great. Everyone will go above and beyond to satisfy requests. I must give them the thumbs up for the handling and organizing during the renovations. The new rooms are lovely!

Driving into the parking lot I wasn't too sure what to expect, as it looks a little run down on the outside. Check-in was efficient, however with construction going on getting to the elevators is a bit of a challenge. You have to go outside as the hallway is blocked off. Rooms are brand new, and very impressive. All new flooring, fixtures, and bathrooms. Breakfast was good, and a good deal for $99.00/night.
