Best Western Hotel Galla

It's a good airport hotel close to airport with free shuttle from/to airport. Very nice staff at reception. They provided options for early breakfast. Free upgrade of room. Plenty of parking if needed.

Cleanliness, amazing Customer Service, delicious breakfast and food, wonderful staff always trying their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!! The location was perfect from the airport and located close to the city center. Will definitely visit again.

After several visits to the Galla hotel in Pristina, I continue to be just as impressed as ever with the staff, the dining and the property. Lists of outstanding acts of service are a privilege. They have taken care to prepare sandwiches for my late night traveling. They notice where I like to sit and steer me to it like we have some sort of agreement. They traveled across Pristina to pick up my COVID tests. They handle business support, billing, WiFi and meetings with ease. I look forward to every opportunity to stay with Galla and hope it's soon!

I saw this hotel on my way from Prishtina Airport road, and I stopped to ask about the prices and see the rooms. Immediately I booked one and made the payment, to my surprise prices at the hotel were cheaper than anywhere I saw online. The staff was absolutely amazing and the sleep I had was one of the most relaxing.

For me it was really important to choose a hotel that I relied on cleaning and hygiene, and since I stay at Best Westerns I knew about their policies, I was not disappointed. Also, the bed was really comfortable

I stayed at this hotel on my business trip because I wanted something closer to the airport and also the location of the hotel somehow in the centre of the country was very convenient for me, because I had meetings all over the place and I was able to travel from one side to another in a short time. However, this was something I expected to have when I booked the hotel, what exceeded my expectations entirely was the highly professional and helpful staff, who helped me with basically everything, and the overall standard of the hotel and rooms was higher than I anticipated, overall excellent value for money! Will be back.

My friends and I went to the restaurant at Best Western Hotel Galla and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend the restaurant at this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to eat!

My wife and I stayed for a portion of our last trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was nice and clean. We will be staying again in the future.

Excellent stay! Convenient location close to the aiport. Very clean hotel with friendly and courteous staff that gave us helpful info about how to get around the city and where to eat. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Kosovo needs more hotels like this one :)

This was an amazing destination for my fiancé and me. The service was fantastic and accommodating. The hotel itself is a great location, especially to take in the beauty of the city and fine fun things to do close by. We plan to return again as soon as possible.

Hotel was nice, clean, and it was a great place to stay while I visited friends! 10/10 would recommend if you need somewhere exceptional to crash while you're in the area. Also, The service was amazing during my stay and the employees really seemed to care.

Practically at the airport. The room was big and comfortable (very worthy for the price paid). Food in the restaurant was better than in the city where I ate lunch, and the prices cheaper. Staff very friendly and helpful. The surrounding of the hotel area was like an oasis.

I stayed here in the midst of July, during covid-19 time, and I was afraid to travel at the time, but the hotel was very careful and I saw cleaners all the way, who seemed to clean everything people touched or went nearby. Above all, staff was very helpful, and room was comfortable!

It has been a pleasant experience, everything made me feel safe, comfortable, and there was such great food. I will be coming back, and this will be my first place! Overall, the staff, and the location is great.

Good welcome and stay. People from the hotel were helpfull and take care of the customer. The restaurant have good meals. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport is welcome.

Friendly personnel. Clean rooms. Very Poor food. 20 min Walking distance to airport. Your choice. I wont stay again. TURKISH Airline put me here since the planes could not take off because of foggy weather conditions.
