Quiet and clean rooms as well at modern look and quent staff. Great breakfast as well as clean breakfast station. Wish I came when the pool was open maybe next time I do a lot of work out there so definitely a stop by for me. They made me feel like I was at home.

We were in town for a wedding and needed to stay close to downtown Leesburg at a price that everyone could afford. Our room was newly reno'ed, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice decor, room, common areas, dinning room and lobby were all updated, neat facilities. Very good breakfast with wide selection and good coffee. Check in was brief and easy. All of the staff did not hesitate to greet you and we all very accommodating and cheerful. Great location!

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very good. Right off the expressway was a bonus. Breakfast was terrific, for a northern guy you cannot beat having sausage gravy. Only drawback is I would have liked having a channel list rather than searching thru all the channels to find one I liked,

Avoid this place at all costs. It's affordable and has decent reviews, but quite frankly you'd be better off staying in your car. I stayed here for a wedding from 9/2-9/4. My room reeked of sewage and the A/C did not work. The room must have been 90+ degrees. Instead of A/C, there was a giant industrial fan in the room. The toilet seat was also more or less off the toilet. When I told the front desk they acted stunned and informed me that there were no other available rooms that night, our room would be switched the following night and we we would receive a refund for the first night. 3 months later, we still have not. I've called 7+ times and each time I'm told it's "coming". The manager Roman is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in my life. This is the first review I have ever written, beware of this place, it's a total cash grab. They will jam you into whatever room is available and take your money.

Excellent service from all the staff, desk services was awesome, great communication and easy access to amenities provided by the hotel. I have stayed here in other occasions and always a great place to be for a relax visit.

We stayed here and were in town for a wedding nearby. Our stay was pleasant. Great person at check in and out. Rooms were clean and Hotel amenities were all satisfactory. A 30 minute walk to downtown but many options for shopping and eating very close by. Good rates and very nice and friendly employees (a real plus). We'd stay again.

Good location . Nice and close to bolen cricket fields . Our team stayed here and was comfortable . Breakfast was ok. They have a small gym and pool. Rooms were ok and comfortable . Parking outside is good . Overall a good stay .. a little expensive than other places .

All the bad reviews had me worried. It was not as bad as they say. I stayed here because the windows open, a bit. Important to me. The a/c unit worked fine. All of these units make a noise when the a/c kicks in and out to stay at the set temperature. Breakfast was on the good side. The room was clean and maid service fine. The sheets are cheap, as others have said. I slept in my underwear, which made it better. It is a worn property. My desk chair was wobbly. But I somewhat liked the place and would stay again. A downside is that it is right next to a highway. I arranged my room to look on the parking lot and not the pool because the pool view had more highway noise.

We were there for a soccer tournament and this was the hotel booked for us. A positive first was the friendliness of the entire staff. The not so good was the overall upkeep and basic maintenance of the rooms. The AC unit was very loud but so tired every night we could sleep through the noise. It did do its job of keeping the room cold. The bathroom was runned down with do it yourself painting and caulking job around the counter. Location was accessible to the soccer fields and restaurants. Also, close to historic downtown Leesburg.

I agree....great pillows and comfortable bed. Only one deficiency: it was difficult to get privacy at the window on the first floor; some kind of closing mechanism is needed. The wood shelf filled with towels was not bolted adequately to the wall; when the shelf swung half way, it was obvious that there were two large holes in the wall where once upon a time, a secure fixture was present. VERY BIG SAFETY PROBLEM. The people who worked at Best Western were very courteous and helpful.

Where is the "Best" in Best Western Hotels? Terrible experience. June 8-11. 1. First room had suspicious dirty brown marks on the blanket. Changed rooms 2. Toilet did not flush. Asked for maintenace. Still did not flush. Had to fill ice bucket full of water and pour it in toilet while hitting the flushing handle. 3. Exhaust fan in bathroom was inoperable. 4. Missing inside slide lock on door. Just holes in wood where it should have been. 5. Only 3 hangers for 2 people for a three night stay 6. Air conditioner in wall was so loud, had to get ear plugs to sleep. It smelled like moldy air. 7. Was given 1 facial bar of soap for 2 people to use ***Bed was comfortable*** Staff was not apologetic or interested at all concerning the disasters of this room. Would advise to stay away!

room was dirty, price was high, breakfast was horrible, residents were noisy and housekeeping was dishonest. management was never present. hotel is very expensive. rooms old and dirty. I will never stay here again.

Our room has a broken door know, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the keys deactivated everyday, and the toilet paper holder was broken (toilet paper was placed next to the bathtub). We reported all these issues with the front desk the same night we arrived but our complaint was ignored. We stayed three nights. It was clean-ish.

I was here for only one night. The room was fine for the price, but the pillow cases were dirty. Looked like they had old makeup stains on them. I called the front desk and requested a fresh set of pillow cases, which I was provided with. Happy with their prompt response, but seeing dirty pillows as I'm about to go to bed was uncomfortable. Other than that, the heating unit worked perfectly. The bed had a nice warm blanket and I slept comfortably through the night. The complimentary breakfast was good. However, why is Best Western proving styrofoam plates and plastic utensils? It's 2023, the planet is just too polluted. I'd like to see real dinning sets and silverware used. All that waste can be easily prevented. (I've lived in hotels for extended time periods at a time, I know there's dishwashers back there). Also, though breakfast is served between 7am-10am, the omelette station didn't open until around 9am, as I was leaving. Bit of a nuisance, but would've been nice to have an omelette.

The Front Desk staff members are eager to help guiests enjoy their stay. And the variety of menu options for breakfast is amazing. Also, the beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet and dark (if you want them to be) in the rooms that I didn't want to get up. :-)

I picked this hotel based off of reviews and to me the reviews didn't match. Our room was dirty with stained curtains, holes in the sheets, and a dead bug by the heater/AC unit. We only stayed 1 night and basically just needed it for the bed. So for the price it was fine but I would not return.

Poor hotel service. No toilet paper, no extra towels (even when calling front desk for these things) Breakfast was poor- not many options, juice machine down, bad coffee. Positives: comfy bed waffle maker, location was next to almost everything we needed/wanted to do.

This hotel was more like a motel. Homeless people were stealing electricity from the building, the doors leading to the exterior of the hotel did not lock, this was a huge safety concern. My hotel room window was shattered. The shower water pressure was abysmal, the shower and bathroom sink didn't drain well at all.

Stayed in Leesburg for a wedding. The Best Western was fantastic! The room was clean, I was pleasantly surprised there was a refrigerator and a microwave. The included breakfast was fantastic, including waffles and made-to-order omelettes/eggs which was another unexpected treat. The hotel is about a mile from the center of town Leesburg with shops and restaurants, easily walkable in 20 minutes or so but there's also free short term

Our extended family stayed here for a wedding in rural Loudoun County. It was convenient to the wedding venue, and the very efficient staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I can't say enough about the service they provided in the planning stage and during our stay. The hotel's breakfast is above average and includes cooked-to-order eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for large group gatherings.

Lovely room and great location. Had everything I needed and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. It was especially nice that there were a couple restaurants nearby and CVS drug store. Also, nice that the Outlets were very close for good shopping!

My room was unclean, there were stains and thumb prints all over furniture. The shower pressure was low, there were dirty towels that I couldn't use, the window curtain was dirty. The room was overpriced for what I've paid for for better rooms. Overall, I was able to utilize the room thankfully due to my short stay. But I will not be staying again.

Clean room & comfortable beds. Location ideal and central to Outlets, Wineries & Restaurants. We didn't expect it to be the most luxurious of hotels because that wasn't our purpose for the trip. The manager's customer-friendly work ethic was excellent & made us feel like VIP's. We will definitely return.

My brother and I just returned from a three night stay at the Best Western Hotel and Conference Center in Leesburg, VA.. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels and am quite familiar with their facilities and amenities. This facility is relatively small for a conference center but has all the basics. All of the staff I dealt with were very helpful and professional. The complimentary breakfast buffet is better than average with an omelet station and a rotating selection of hot items. The only deficiency I noted was that there was no fresh fruit such as bananas or apples. The breakfast room is also very nice, larger than the norm and comfortable. There is an outdoor pool and seating area and also a modest but well equipped physical fitness center. Our room on the second floor was clean and had most of the usual amenities. I think that this hotel has been around for a while though. Sound from adjoining rooms (voices, TV and especially the sound of the shower) were quite audible in our room. The TV used one of the universal hotel remotes that can be wiped clean that does not have any picture controls. and the TV picture could really stand some adjustment. Also, there is no channel guide to be found either printed or on the TV itself. The beds are very firm and were made up using only sheets and one thin blanket. Even though I had the AC set to 72 degrees, I was still a bit chilly and would have welcomed another blanket. My biggest gripe, however, concerns the window. Like virtually all other hotel rooms this window has a very thin screening curtain and then some light blocking drapes. The big problem is that the drapes do not fully close. There is not even a full length drapery rod. As a result, at night it is impossible to fully darken the room. In our room (#217), to make matters worse, there is an outdoor light at the first floor that brightly illuminates the room. I was partially able to correct this by using a clothes hanger to clip shut the drapes (see attached photos). Housekeeping services the room every day which is good, but in doing so, the take away any used soap and do not replace it. So, I really can't give this hotel as high a rating as I would like. If I could, I would give it 3.5 stars but since I can't, I will go with 4.

I have the most dissatisfying stay of a lifetime. The manager Elijah Hammons was incredibly rude insensitive and suggested I find another hotel. The bathrooms were incredibly Disgusting. There was no ice on any floor. He told me I didn't have a reservation even after showing him my confirmation. He put three older women in a king room we explained this was not the accommodation we reserved. I arrived at 9:00 AM Friday morning and did not get a room to my satisfaction until 8 PM Friday night. My only suggestion is never stay here as long as this manager is in place. I have stayed at the best Western in Leesburg For at least seven years or more on a monthly basis and the hotel has never disappointed us...

We had a reservation but rescinded it once we were on the property. The hotel was old, room smelled like smoke, uncomfortable bed and the toilet didn't flush. It felt like a cheap motel. They tried to give us a new room, but when we went to it, it was locked from the inside. We decided to look elsewhere and were glad we did.

Fabulous staff, but the breakfast offering was mediocre at best. I was almost tempted to hit a Home Depot to grab a portable stove and make my own eggs & bacon. What kind of hotel fails to provide bacon?

What a nice hotel in a perfect location. We used the hotel to visit wineries in the area. A favorite past time for us. The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean as was our room. The cleaning staff pleasant and very respectful. We loved the free breakfast which included made to order omelets. The folks making those omelets were also very pleasant. The breakfast room was clean and enough staff were there to keep it that way. One minor complaint that the bathtub did not hold water for taking a bath which sometimes I love to take. A minor inconvenience. But the shower was awesome! The shower head did a great job distributing the water evenly and comfortably. We can see they are making improvements as we saw some HVAC units being replaced while we were there. Note those workers were also very pleasant and respectful. The elevator did breakdown for maybe an hour or less. But happened where I had some heavy things to take to our room. The staff person there immediately picked up the heaviest item I had and took it to our room. All with a smile on his face. Awesome! We will definitely use this hotel again when we are in the Leesburg area.

Our air conditioning wasn't working, we had double beds - one bed had bed bugs and didn't realize until after. My hubs has over 10 bites all over him. Breakfast was cold and housekeeping opened door without knocking. Go somewhere else!

Staff was very pleasant but everything in the room was sticky. I used the hot water dispenser to make tea and it spit hot water so far that I burned my foot. Definitely leave the dispenser on the provided tray if you use it because water gets absolutely everywhere.

Over all great property, under new management so a few growing pains. I would stay again. Front desk very slow and needs more help and training, but very friendly. Breakfast was good each morning. Need new luggage carts...

Spent a week here at this hotel for a business trip. I must say that the morning breakfast was a very nice convenience. That made a world of a difference while being in a new area and short on time. During the whole week, the hotel was very quiet and clean. Oh, and I had points from my last stay in 2014 - that was surprising. I was able to use those points for a free night.

I booked this hotel based on the number of high ratings on Tripadvisor. It has spotty internet, lousy location, and a horrible breakfast. The only "restaurant" in the world that has no butter. You want eggs with bacon or ham with home fries? Forgetaboutit. BEST Western? Not even close.

I stayed here for a craft retreat. Great set up, good breakfast, clean rooms. Close to Outlet mall, lots of stores, and many good restaurants. Some rooms were a little chilly, but the outside temps were very low. Would stay here again.

The room, hallways, lobby and grounds were neat and orderly. The pet fees were very reasonable; during check in I was directed to an outdoor area to walk our dog that worked very well night and day. My only issue (minor): the pillows were uncomfortable. We were very pleased with our stay and can gladly recommend- a wonderful value.

Though I had contacted them 3+ times for a handicap room, upon arrival was told they had nothing. Ok - but she put us within 5 rooms short of 2 full corridors from the elevator- my husband was exhausted from the walk! We were there for our daughters wedding and thankfully she stayed at another hotel - this one was filthy- the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long and dust everywhere Doors slammed until almost 2 am (I realize that is not their fault) but the filth is. Breakfast was very crowded but good Saturday morning, Sunday no eggs so no protein for non meat eaters. The front desk checking in was not a pleasant experience at all, checkout was better. Again SO THANKFUL our daughter chose a different hotel to get ready for her wedding.

The bed was very comfortable,and the room was very clean,and it was very quiet! Just what I was looking for after driving 9 straight hours.The women who checked me in was very helpful and caring.Breakfast was just as good as all the rest I've had recently,and I understand this is because of covid.I will stop here on my way back north!

We arrived a little before check in for a wedding and understandably the hotel did not have our room ready. They were unable to provide an update on when it would be ready and did not have the room ready two hours after check-in, forcing us to get ready for our event in a friends cramped room. We then had to check in early the next morning when we arrived back from our event.

Property def needs someone to step in and spruce it up. Has potential but comes off as old, dirty, and unkept. Rooms could be a lot more clean and kept up. I would only recommend staying for a night if you had to.

Not very happy with our hotel stay and not use to this when we stay at a Best Western. It was dirty and there was an odor. We were very unhappy but arrived super late at the hotel due to traffic and just fell asleep and moved on to our final destination the next day. Stay away from this hotel. I have to say we only interacted with the front desk when we arrived and had no issued with the employee.

First off, we requested 2 ADA rooms as I was traveling with 2 elderly disabled family members. We did not receive the ADA rooms, they did give a discount but frustrating they could not accommodate. Second, the fire alarms went off at 7 am and no one knew why, it also didn't sound like a fire alarm. So we were unsure if it even was a fire alarm. Lastly, the beds were very hard in our room, extremely soft in the other rooms, and the water pressure was non-existent. Don't recommend this place at all.

$35 premium for weekend nights on an already overpriced room. Lame and untended breakfast. For multi night stay room serviced only on request. Facility being adequate and one caring staff member kept this review from being lower. Will look elsewhere for next visit to area.

There were several issues. The state of our room for the price we paid was extremely disappointing. The first room we received was dirty. The trash can was overflowing, bed unmade and slept in. We received another room where there was a smell we were able to just spray perfume and turn up the fan. The bed was extremely wrinkled and sloppily made but we were running out of time to get to a wedding so we sucked it up and left. When we got back that night we were exhausted and ready to just sleep, pulled back the sheets and there was a stain on the sheets. At this point I was beyond frustrated and we decided to just sleep on top of the covers because we were tired and would only be there one night. Lastly, when we were getting dressed for the day to prepare to leave about 9 am housekeeping without knocking or announcing themselves just opened the door to our room. Checkout is not until 12! I yelled out so they didn't walk in on us, changing and she apologized and closed the door. When we went for Breakfast, we were told it would be 7AM-10AM. We went around 9AM and there was nature valley bars and yoghurt. Pretty much everything else was gone.

While the location is convenient to Rt. 7 and the area, it might be worth staying a bit out of the way. This property is run down and poorly maintained. Our room had a broken shower drain and bathroom light fixture that was falling apart. Housekeeping is well below par. Saw hair, dirt and a bug crawling around on the floor (was just a centipede, nothing worse). File under "Never saw a bed made like that before": In this order - fitted sheet, blanket, flat sheet (over blanket). I re-made the bed and put the flat sheet where it belongs, while cringing and hoping the top sheet was clean. Asked about this at the front desk and one clerk told me there was a training issue, another said their clothes dryer was broken so they were short on linens. Also, no wash clothes in the shower, so maybe it's the dryer after all? Bottom line: For the price they ask they should be able to do so much better!

Broken toilet seat, drippy faucets, noisy AC (think poorly tuned diesel engine) that barely worked, fitness center closed, non-functional vending machines. They are clearly short staffed, which, to be fair, isn't their fault, but for a premium price, you should expect a minimum of decent maintenance. This was a rough trip.

A bag of smart pop popcorn and one Jimmy Dean frozen sausage sandwich to be microwave is hardly a continental breakfast. The gym being closed down pool doesn't open till 10 AM 20 minutes to check in in the place is dated like 90s dated

Was here for 5 days over Memorial Day Weekend. Upon arrival our room had an a/c unit that sounded like a jackhammer. As we were leaving the room to report it to the front desk, we ran into the manager. She immediately found us another room with a much quieter air conditioning unit. In the new room the TV remote did not work. I had to turn the TV on and control sound by the buttons on the side. I called to the front desk and they told me they would send someone up. Two hours later (11pm), I went to the front desk with the defective remote. One of the clerks took batteries from another remote and put them in the defective remote and it lit up. The other clerk wanted me to take a different remote but I would have to program it to work and she tried to give me instructions. I told her it was not my job. I took the remote with the refreshed batteries back to the room, where it worked until the last morning there, when it died after turning TV on. The rear door key reader nearest to our room did not work. When I reported it to the front desk I was told that they knew it and somebody would be coming to fix it in the morning. 5 days later, when we left, the reader still did not work. On the first two mornings, we had the option of a "hot" breakfast of a Jimmy Dean egg & cheese biscuit. Starting on the third morning, the front desk told me that they had run out of the biscuits so our choice was a muffin or oatmeal and a fruit cup and granola bar. All were high in sugar, which is a problem for people with sugar issues. At check-in we heard the desk clerk tell one of the customers that they needed to know before 9am if they needed to have towels replaced or other room services done. Keeping this in mind, on the evening of day 2, we asked for replacement towels on day 3. This never happened. This facility has a note in the bathroom asking folks to put towels on the floor if they are to be replaced. So, imagine our feelings when we got back to the room at 11pm and we had to unpile damp towels and hang them up so we could use them to shower the next morning. On checked out day, I had to walk around the hotel to enter via the main entrance each time I took items to the car since the rear door key reader was still not working. On the first time I noticed dog poop just outside the door. I told the desk clerk and she said she would get right on it. An hour later at final check out the dog poop was still there. The clerk said she would get right on it.

The service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It didn't have a lot of amenities but I would return there if I were staying in the area. It will be better once they open the breakfast area and I would like to suggest more outdoor seating by the pool and benches maybe in front

The hotel is located close to lots of stores, outlet mall and restaurants..... the cleanliness of the room bothered me...there were stains on bathroom walls (washable), the tub was grungy with mold, the tile walls were clean....breakfast was served in a paper bag..jimmy dean frozen egg sandwich, an orange and a granola bar.....I know its Covid days, but other hotels are doing a better job....cleaning staff not wearing masks in halls or when cleat rooms.... wouldn't stay there again

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the check in and out was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was very affordable! Definitely will be staying here again. Plus our dogs loved it too!

We love staying at the Best Western in Leesburg and so does our dog. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. They have a nice green area for dogs complete with bags and a special trash can.

Excellent service. Anything requested was done in timely manner. Management are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Very professional staff that treat you with respect and are sincere!

Room was clean, Staff was great. I forgot to tell at checkout about the toilet paper holder almost out of the wall and the paper would not stay on it. The cleaning staff should have seen this and had it taken care of .Breakfast was OK.

Best Western Leesburg does not disappoint when staying there. The staff is always very pleasant and willing to help. They look forward to having our group there since we are there about ten times a year.

I've stayed at this hotel on three occasions and the staff are great! Also, the rooms are very clean. During covid they've had to switch to a brown bag breakfast but what can you do? Very reasonably priced for what you get.

My husband and I visited Leesburg for a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. I chose this hotel because of the location, being a national chain (figured they would abide by COVID rules) and price. We didn't want anything fancy since we knew we would be out exploring the majority of the time but when I saw stained towels in our bathroom I was completely disgusted. My husband took a shower and noticed that half of the body wash bottle was empty and he noticed there was a stain on one of the towels. After looking at all of the towels, I would say about 3 or 4 towels were stained with what looked like blood or something along those lines. I know this isn't a 5 star hotel, nor did I want it be, but stained towels is pretty gross in my opinion. As far as COVID guidelines, we saw multiple staff members not wearing masks while at the front desk or while walking around the hotel. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge in the room, so it made me even question of the room was fully cleaned. Instead of their normal breakfast service they do brown bagged grab and go bags which consisted of a bottle of water, granola bar, muffin and orange (that looked more like a lemon). For $300 for 2 nights, I would say this experience was pretty poor. We loved Leesburg and we will definitely return but we won't be staying at this hotel.

I was very pleased with the entire process associated with my stay at Best Western Leesburg. From check-in through check-out I found the property and procedures very thorough and comforting. Good job !

Stayed here with a group during the pandemic. It appeared clean from a distance but a closer look at our room revealed how dirty the curtains were. With all the precautions that were supposed to be taking place, I was very disappointed, and I reported the dirty curtains to the front desk and showed a photo I had taken. This made me wonder how clean the hotel really was. Of course the usual complimentary breakfast buffet could not take place. I did expect a little more than what we received, which was a bottle of water, a granola bar, an orange and a muffin or pastry. A bottle of juice and a yogurt would have been a nice addition. I know these are trying times but they need to try a little harder.

Fast check in with great staff! I liked how the front desk agent gave me the option if I wanted to stay on the first or second floor. Very Clean rooms! Definitely recommend to stay here. I loved that the lobby is very spacious.

LOVE the beds at BW - I ALWAYS sleep sooooooo well ! All of the employees are GREAT !! I stay at this BW 4 times a year for a Scrapbooking weekend and always look forward to it for not only the Crafting but the hotel stay is always a treat too !

Great rooms Unbelievably comfortable Very kind manager who drove us to the ferry We had just finished a 180 mile bike ride the day before and didn't want to bike the 5 miles back to Whites Ferry, so the general manager was a class act !

This hotel is a good place to stay, central to many activities and attractions, staff friendly, breakfast buffet good, rooms clean, and staff is accommodating. They have a meeting room that can be used for multiple things.

Hotel needs a major update - There are better hotels in the area to choose from. Inexpensive but your get what you pay for. Elevator was broken. The breakfast was acceptable. Did not enjoy the bed especially the pillows They were too small. Everything felt cheap.

It is always nice to be greeted by the manager of this Best Western. He is frindley and well mannered! I always stay at this Best Western when I am in the area! It is always a nice and comfortable stay!

Everything was excellent and the room was extremely clean. My only issue was that there was only a small blanket on the bed with several sheets. Not sure if that's normal for them but I would prefer a comforter because the front desk had only one thin blanket to give me and I was cold all night.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Shuttle service the best we've ever experienced. Both went beyond the normal to make our stay hassle free. No request was too much. Having a light breakfast in the morning is a bonus. Location was great - an easy stroll to a number of different eateries ( incl Melt burgers, voted #1 in Virginia & #7 in the US) & a short walk to buy groceries, etc. The Historic town of Leesburg was about a slow 30 minute walk away, but the Hotel offered the shuttle if wanted. The shuttle also took us to the local Premium Outlets. All in all, such a great place to stay, we stayed with them again before our return flights home.

Easy check-in and check-out, clean room with all the necessary amenities, friendly staff, and the hotel is in an ideal location for local stores, fast food joints etc. Myself and my partner would stay here again for sure!

Best Western was a quick check in and check out. Great hot coffee in the morning. Staff friendly. Location excellent to everything we needed! Parking lot well lit at night. Plenty of parking. Anita's New Mexican Restaurant within walking distance. CVS 1 min away.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was with the shower because it was very weak. I did not complain but I am sure that if I did complain, the staff would have tried to help with the situation.

This hotel was our home base for my daughter‘s wedding last weekend. The support from staff and the amenities provided was exceptional. The kindness and consideration extended to our guests and family was truly above and beyond expectations. This included a suggestion to change a bridesmaids room to a suite room to allow the bridal party to have a larger space for hair and make up “party” the morning of the wedding, as well as helping locate a hairstylist who came to Best Western to style the young ladies hair in this room. Location was great as a CVS pharmacy was next door do you want team last minute items and a shuttle van was provided to a nearby outlet mall for an individual who forgot his dress shirt and a woman who forgot her shoes! We also used the piano in the lobby for the Musicians to be able to rehearse. Cleanliness and quiet and comfortable mattress and sheets for great sleep goes without saying. It was so nice to have breakfast provided as it allowed our family to share more time together. All guests were happy with the wide selection of breakfast options. Kids liked the popcorn provided mid afternoon. Another suggestion by staff was to use the conference room to host our rehearsal dinner. This worked out so well being convenient and maximized family time and ease of planning with catered pizza from local business. Checkout time of noon was also appreciated Sunday AM. I'm sure of the staff was inundated with questions regarding directions, safety pins, extra ironing boards, help with activities for those with free time before the wedding, and it was evident that the staff from the front desk to the shuttle driver to housekeeping to the breakfast room and even maintenance all worked like a close team and we came to feel like they were our extended family. We stayed in Leesburg for a friends wedding. They were very accommodating. They upgraded us to a suite with a Murphy bed so that we could host the bridesmaids the day of the wedding, getting hair and make up done etc. They also let us use the conference room for flowers. Very flexible and welcoming. The location was very convenient- a few minute walk or drive to groceries, mall, food etc.

Booked this room with 3 friends for one night for a local church event. Hotel was generally in satifying shape. Although its an L shape and the elevator is only at one end of the hallways. It was a long walk back to the front desk, to breakfast or the gym. When it was time for bed, we realized there were no blankets for the beds. So when i tried to call down to the front desk, there was no dialtone on the room phone. Had to call on a cellphone. Front desk told me "we gave out our last blanket, sorry". How do you NOT have enough blankets for all paying guests and all beds? We paid the same rate as others but no blankets and amenties are broken. I told the front desk in the morning again and they did not even apologize or try to make it right or compensate in anyway. So disappointed. The breakfast was ok. Biggest selection of food I have seen at this level of hotel, I got there 20 minutes after it started. However some of the food was really cold and hard. Not all of it, the tater tots and biscuits. I live very close to this hotel, I would not recommend staying there.

This was a step up from our prior nights stay at the Comfort Inn. The property was better maintained, generally clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also much improved. We would return.

Rooms very clean and all hotel staff friendly. Will stay there again on my next visit. Close to historic Leesburg with a shuttle available. All rooms are non smoking but a nice patio is available for those that smoke. Front desk was helpful with getting my lap top hooked up to the internet. Great full breakfast both days of my stay. Would recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel for a business trip. The wifi is strong, Good breakfast. Very quiet. The hotel van picks up from IAD and goes to many places - saved me on Uber. For a business stay this is very good.

This hotel was super clean. It does accept dogs - which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The outside pet area was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Checkin was easy, the room very clean and the AC worked well. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast room was large and comfortable with good food choices (bacon and eggs, plus the usual). The only slight negative was that on the first Saturday in September when the temp was about 80° the pool was closed. My son walked to one of the other nearby hotel pools. I didn't try any of the food places nearby so no comment on that.

I stay at this Best Western during a Scrapbooking Crop weekend aprox. 4 times a year . The staff is ALWAYS very nice , friendly and helpful. My room is always very nice . I always enjoy my visit !!!! I LOVE the beds here I always have a GREAT sleep !!!

I love staying at the Leesburg BW. Its clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Its a wonderful place to stay when you are away from home. An added plus is that the hotel is convenient to plenty of good eating places and fun shopping. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

It's only a couple of floors which is actually kind of nice because it limits the number of guests. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the check in process and the local area which was a little odd but not an issue. That being said, it is fine. Clean, friendly people , nice pool, breakfast in the morning, and easy to find. I'd stay here anytime I am in the area. Lots of pets. There is a conference center attached. Only 10 minutes to the quaint little town. Not pricey either

We have enjoyed 3 stays here with our dog. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is very nice. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the Leesburg Outlet Mall.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out of gratitude to the management team at the Leesburg Best Western, specifically Rich the GM. Upon our arrival at the hotel our group had some issues with check-in. Rich immediately recognized the problem and took initiative from the moment we got there until our departure. I really can't say enough about the great service we received. From the pickup and drop off service at Whites Ferry to the storages of our bikes, we were treated like VIPs and we just wanted to say that we appreciated your concern of ours especially after our long journey from Pittsburgh to DC. I liked a lot of things about this place. Booked it on Hotels.com and requested a 1st floor room and a crib. The front desk said they did not see any special requests and assigned a 2nd floor room. When I politely protested they changed us to 1st floor and brought a crib in. Check-in was quick and friendly. The coffee carafes in the lobby were empty but they quickly refilled at my request and they made some fresh popcorn too. Our room was comfortable and all but the carpet was clean. It's a dark colored carpet so the bad need of a cleaning was not immediately noticeable. The bottom of my granddaughter's white socks eventually made it apparent. The previous guest left the room safe locked and I really think the maid should have had that remedied beforehand but they did send someone who opened it for us. Beds were comfortable. I've seen better and bigger televisions in most chain hotels. Breakfast was one of, if not the best, I have had in a roadside hotel. There were so many choices and all of the food tasted good. I'm inclined to go back to Best Western just because of the free breakfast. The baby will just have to keep her shoes on in the room next time and I'll call ahead for my special requests.

The Best Western in Leesburg, VA, was very clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Their shuttle service brought me from Dulles Airport to Leesburg and to various places around town. They were very accommodating. Great place to stay at!

Stayed there for six nights while attending a training course in nearby Round Hill. Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Staff, the General Manager in particular, were extremely helpful in securing transportation to and from my training location as well as to Dulles International airport. Breakfast was excellent. Location is close to the Washington and Old Dominion trail which is a wonderful running/walking/biking trail. Great experience! The Best Western in Leesburg will be my choice of hotel for any future trips to the Leesburg area.

The rooms were clean. The front desk was very informative. The breakfast was great. They picked us up at Whites Ferry and shuttled us to the hotel, which was appreciated since we rode our bikes 40 miles.

My wife & I regularly stay at Best Western, because of their Famous Breakfast that comes with your stay. By far of all the Best Western that we stayed at this hotel had a wonderful morning breakfast spread! A very large area with many tables and very nice decor. The food was excellent and many choices, from beverages, pastries,eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles,beverages and a WONDERFUL STAFF who just kept it coming!! Adequate overall, and a reasonable price. We found a bed bug in our room and had to change rooms. Other than that the place was clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, and lots of easy to get to restaurants nearby.

This location is close to a variety of restaurants both fast food and places to dine in. It is located very close to the Leesburg Outlets which is a plus. While the hotel is clean and staff is friendly, I ended up having to change rooms because of the order in my first room. It was obvious that someone had been smoking. When I shared this with the front desk, Since there apparently no available rooms, I was offered Febreze to spray my own room. I'm not sure why I took the bottle but I did. Once I returned, I wanted it noted that I was NOT the reason why that room smelled of smoke. It was at that time, the manager had arrived and somehow found a room. In the end things worked out. The remainder of my stay was pleasant.

I stayed here June 2019 breakfast included bacon bacon and bacon everything was fresh and a great variety and full juice bar. freiendly staff everywhere asking if you need anything. The rooms are spacious with drawers and water pressure excellent with many towels snack bar has wide variety, gym great use of space all you need with tv and then there is MR RAY I can't say enough about mr ray he is a wonderful handy man he is always ther for any of your needs or desires he will drive you anywhere and even wait for you if needed. Such a lovely man!! I can not say enough good things about my stay! Thank you everyone!!!

Probably one of the cleanest and most welcoming BW I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in BW South Korea and this Leesburg property is right up there with the best of them. Well done. Thank goodness we checked in online as we arrived after midnight and were told we had the last room. We booked the room for three nights. After night two we were told that hotel was full and that we needed to check out. I explained to them that we had another night. Was told that we did not and we made our reservation too late and their computers said we did not have a room. I showed them my email showing the confirmation of three nights (made over a month prior), apparently wasn't enough, continued to argue and explained we didn't have anywhere to go as our flight wasn't for several days. Staff finally said they would see what they could do and got a call a half hour later and stated we were squared away. At check out I was charged a discounted rate for first two nights (wedding) but a double rate on third. I explained to them that we were in the wedding block and were told we'd have the discounted rate for the weekend. The staff member told me that we weren't in the block at all (but did not have an explanation of why I had the rate for first two nights). Staff member told me they'd correct it, still waiting on the correction on my card.

I have a business event at the Best Western 10 times a year. My customers are treated with a hello as they first walk in to a pleasant good bye when its time to leave. The fresh smell of popcorn in the lobby is a fun touch, and fresh coffee is a must for me. The staff at breakfast is amazing. When my group is there we usually fill the hotel and i must say there is always plenty of food on the menu. My sleeping room is exactly what I need when my event is drawing to a close in the evening. A place to relax, unwind, shower or just watch TV. I am comfortable. If I forgot to bring an item the front desk helps me with finding one. You won't be disappointed staying here. It's also convenient to downtown Leesburg and the outlets.

Stayed here as first stop off after 19 hour flight to Dules, excellent shuttle service (James) at our calling, moved us around Leesburg, good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable stay, decided to revisit as our final point of departure to Dules after two weeks on the east coast.

Older property with fresh face but you can't just paint over old damage. Our normal chain had no rooms so we had to book here. Way over priced but the only available room in town. Location was good. Noisy property and the only thing thinner than the walls was the thread count on of the sheets.

We stayed here for a big high school rugby tournament with several other families and a couple of high school rugby teams. We arrived late due to weather and traffic and found a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and strong cleaning chemicals. We were very unhappy, and our elderly dog, who was traveling with us, had a terrible time settling down. My husband complained, but there were no other rooms for us. The next morning, however, another room opened up. We were not charged for our first night, and we had a much more pleasant experience the second night. The Best Western isn't a luxury place. The pillows and mattresses are not particularly comfortable, the bathrooms are kind of shabby, but that is the chain, not local management. What can be credited to local management js handling dozens of high school rugby boys at the included breakfast buffet, managing checkout lines when everyone was leaving at the same time on Sunday, and fixing problems when they happen.

My iPad was taken from my room. I reported it. The hotel staff did not find it. Offered very little assistance. Manager of the hotel never contacted me. Room heating and cooling was not consistent. The unit was also very loud. Pillows very old and lumpy. Bathroom dated. Breakfast was adequate. Will not stay there again.

Located just off the main highway into Leesburg, I stayed for one night. I was a late night check-in and Karina had me on my way to the elevator in 5 minutes. The hot breakfast buffet was a very pleasant surprise! Eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits, pastries, cereal, juices, waffles! I've stayed at 'high end' hotels that didn't even offer this much. The room was clean and the firm mattress was so comfortable. I would stay there again as I felt I got 'bang for my buck'.

My husband and I stayed in room 225 at this hotel on March 1, 2, 3. I felt an itchy rash at the back of my neck on March 2. The possibility of bedbug bites didn't cross my mind. By the time we checked out on March 3, the “rash” was also on my arms and shoulders. I went to my doctor on March 4, who told me that the welts and sores I had were definitely bedbug bites! I wrote on March 7 to Bob Rish, general manager, to report on this situation. He hasn't responded to my email. My husband and I will not be going back to this hotel, but If you do go there, I suggest you check out your room thoroughly for bedbugs before you settle in. There are many sites on the internet that will tell you just what to look for.

Stayed here for a night on an overnight trip to Leesburg. Hotel is in a great location right near the highway and the Leesburg Premium Outlets. Ample free parking is available and it is well lit and safe. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is a little dated I appreciated that it was well kept. There is a small gym with a treadmill, a bike, and some free weights. They also have a computer for guest use. Wifi in the room was very fast. Breakfast buffet was standard for Best Western and you could tell that the staff took pride in their work. The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the young lady working at the front desk. You could barely get her to come out of the office to talk to you, as a matter of fact, at check out she just yelled “leave the key on the desk”. She needs more customer service training before they lose business. When she does appear at the desk, she wears her headphones while talking to guests. Another guest who had cut her finger asked if she had a bandaid and she just rudely yelled “no” at her and that was it. First off, the hotel should have first aid available and if not they should at least direct guests to the nearest drug store. I would only give this hotel a 3 or 4 based on this one front desk representative. But given that the other staff try so hard I do not want to drag the ratings down. We would stay again and hope not to run into the same front desk reception.

Not a bad hotel for the price Quiet rooms, comfy beds, rooms seemed very clean. Breakfast was a bit larger than most. Location directly off the highway is a plus, physically getting to the hotel is a little confusing not bad though.

I stayed here in November of 2018. Very easy to find. Nice big rooms. I had to stay here because of an emergency surgery for my cat. My cat eneded up not staying at the hotel but the room I stayed in was immaculate and did not smell of any pet at all. Would stay here again. Good last minute rate also.

Eggs, sausage gravy, meats, waffles, biscuits, pastries. Popcorn at night, small snack and drink area at cost. Quality service done quietly. Not showy. I felt comfortable in my bathrobe by the lobby fire waiting for roommate to awaken.

pleasant stay at this hotel, not their top of the line 'plus' or 'premium' but well worth the price. Rooms are newly renovated and nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, bath very clean with good water pressure. Breakfast was the usual fare but light on any choice of fruit. The scrambled eggs were a bit dry and slightly overcooked. Juices, coffee, breads are all the standard fare. Excellent host at breakfast though.

This weekend, myself, my husband, and 4 of our friends had 3 rooms booked in this hotel. Check in and out was simple. The rooms were clean and very nice, the bed and pillows comfy, I really liked the popcorn popper in the lobby. Our rooms were on the second floor and it didn't seem very busy. However, when we checked in at 3pm Friday there were bags and bags of trash in the hallway, as well as plates full of breakfast food. We went out to dinner that night, came back, trash and dirty dishes were still in hall and it was starting to really smell. At 1:30 that morning someone knocked on our door, and took off running down the hallway. Then I heard vehicles practically racing around in the parkinglot. About an hour later, people were running around the hallway again. The next morning, and we were up and out early because we had a bus to catch, the same trash and dirty plates were in the exact same spot in the hallway. My friend and I told the front desk clerk who didn't seem to really care that there were bags of trash and plates sitting or that people had been running around the hallway and spinning out in the parkinglot. A little more security would probably be a really good thing. But, with that exception, the hotel and staff was really nice. The desk clerk that checked us in Friday afternoon was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was clean except for a rusty tub. The room have a refrigerator and microwave which is nice. They also include all the toiletries and a hair dryer. I like the couch in the room. It's nice to be comfortable when you want to watch some TV. The breakfast is very good. I did not feel safe in the hotel as the first room had a missing television and the second room had a broken lock on the door.

At the last minute, I needed to extend my stay visiting my daughter and granddaughter. The hotel I was in had no openings so I searched for another location close to Leesburg. I booked my additional nights here. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was raining when I got there, parked very close to the front door and was greeted with the friendliest front desk staff and the smell of popcorn! My room was perfect! It wasn't far from the front desk but was totally quiet all night. I thought the (included) breakfast was delicious where I'd just been. The Best Western's breakfast was 3 times larger and incredible to the point I took a pic and sent it to my husband. I was so happy to have an excellent breakfast to look forward to. Even the toiletries were very nice! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, I'll definitely put this Best Western at the top of my list when I go to visit my girls! Highly recommend.

This was are 3rd time staying at the Best Western in Leesburg. It's always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We never have any issues leaving our doggies in the room because it is very quite.

I had booked a 5-night stay at Best Western Leesburg and had been given the corporate rate as I was attending a week-long training course nearby. When I arrived I was checked in quickly and the desk clerk was cheerful, helpful and very friendly. My room was very clean and neat. The hotel was well-lit inside and outside and I felt safe and secure even though I was in a first floor room. I also felt confident that my vehicle was safe and secure overnight in the well-lit parking lot. All of my room amenities were in good working order...good internet, a large in-room refrigerator, clean microwave and working coffee-maker. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Early the next morning I was apprised of a family emergency which required me to return home. The same desk clerk was on duty and she checked me out quickly and was very understanding of my situation. She only charged me the corporate rate for one night I was there and did not charge me any penalties for checking out early. She was again very cheerful and friendly. I did grab some of the free breakfast before checking out and I was extremely impressed by the huge variety and quantity available as well as the quality of what was offered...everything from a waffle bar to hot items such as bacon, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, etc etc etc as well as a variety of juices and other beverages, cereals and baked goods. I was also impressed by the fact that every single hotel employee I encountered from the housekeepers to the maintenance staff etc that I passed in the lobby, hallway and breakfast room during my short stay greeted me with a smile and a friendly "hello". I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Leesburg. It's also worth mentioning, that although I was not traveling with my dog during this trip, this hotel is very dog-friendly and I saw several guests with their dogs in the halls and outside.

Room was spotless, staff nice and hard workers, we have stayed here 2 times when traveling with our dog. There is lots of quiet and large "pet relief areas" Conveniently located at Rt 15 & 7...breakfast very good, coffee exceptionally good, dog enjoyed a sausage link or 2 or 3....We love hiking in the area and this is a great place.

Hotel, staff, and accommodations are wonderful. The piano in the lobby is a big plus for me as I use it everytime I visit. The hotel is close to everything I need in Loudoun Cty and really enjoy staying there. Thanks again!

After having a problem with the toilet which was quickly remedied by changing room, the stay was comfortable. Excellent beds, facilities and it was a quiet room. The breakfast was outstanding with a great choice of food.

I would give them a negative review if I could NO TV No Internet they lied when they said it was county wide blackout After a while I called front desk again, told it was Again county wide blackout Called local hotels they all have internet and tv Asked for a refund and go to another hotel, told NO Refunds within 24 hours, another Lie We were held hostage at this hotel! Next morning could not get a receipt, their system was down. Go figure right! Stay away from this dump!

had a day after brunch scheduled with this hotel for months. The morning of, our guests show up and there is no food prepared. It took an hour to get the food. Some guests had to leave before eating. Tried to speak to manager and was told he was not on site. He walked thru our waiting guests to the kitchen and never acknowledged the problem.

We had a great breakfast during our stay. Fidelia served us during breakfast and she was great! So helpful and friendly! She helped me with ice for my hydro flask with a smile. The front desk facing is really friendly and helpful too.

Things that are great: LOCATION! 5 minutes from the outlets, 10 to the closest winery and then there are 11de2 in that area, short drive for coffee, restaurants, charming downtown Leesburg. Just a great spot. Beds are firm (which I love) Room was clean and well kept. Not so great things: Nothing was hot, not the coffee and not the breakfast. Oh there was hot food but it was tepid at best. There is a microwave in the breakfast area so no big deal there. Things to know: If you park out front and your room number ends in a number higher than 20 you will be walking forever! Good news is that there are lots on the side and back with entrances so just park there. Trust me. If you like wineries and breweries there are a TON! They are literally everywhere. It was fun bopping around to them. Overall great stay, didn't use the hotel that much but was nice when we did. Would definitely return.

This was Nice hotel that was conveniently located in Leesburg, Virginia. The Room was comfortable. The Pool was a nice size and well maintained. Breakfast was provided and was very good. Coffee and tea is always available.

A last minute trip found my dogs and I in Leesburg and the Best Western was convenient to my friend's home. The room was clean and beds comfortable and the fact that they were pet-friendly without any issues made all the difference. Will choose to stay there again!

This hotel is conveniently located off of a major road way. The location is close to a variety of restaurants, and shops. During my last visit, I had forgotten some toiletry items. Luckily, there was a Target less than 10 minutes away. When you enter the lobby, the decor is modern and clean. The front desk staff were courteous and professional. Check in was a breeze. I reserved a King size room even as a single traveler. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was extremely comfortable. Its overall appearance was quite elegant.Because I was attending a conference, the facility can host large number of guests, complimentary breakfast, work out room, popcorn in the evening as a wonderful snack, coffee day and night and a business area to check emails, etc.There is an outdoor pool and deck area. Regretfully, the weekend I was there, the weather was not cooperative

Great place to stay. Very clean and convenient. Great hot breakfast too.Staff was pleasent. Air conditioning was working well. Very nice rooms too! Will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Made reservation online. Arrived at 4pm. After a short wait the desk clerk arrived. Clerk was not pleasant or welcoming. Seemed like an imposition to have to check in a guest. Not recognized as a BW Rewards member. No mention of breakfast or location. She did mention where to park and room location. Would have rated higher if better check in experience. Room was a king. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Microwave and mini fridge were nice amenities. Went to dinner and clerk was not visible-was going to ask for shave cream. Came back from dinner and clerk was on cellphone. In morning spoke with different clerk. Clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Obtained shave cream and details of breakfast. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Checkout was very pleasant experience.

Because I attend a event that is held here multiple times a year I felt it was only fair after my last stay and review to come back and leave a current one. They have new management and our last event and stay was night and day compared to the previous one. The managers came around and introduced themselves to us, helped us bring in our things and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. I'm so glad they saw that there was a problem and did something about it.

Best Western Leesburg is a comfortable hotel in a good location, close enough to downtown, near the outlet mall, surrounded by good restaurant options. Our room was comfortable and clean, recently remodeled and modern. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast at Best Western, as it saves us time and lets us get up just a little bit later if we want to. The pool was relaxing and not at all crowded while we were there. The staff here is excellent, and we had a very good three-night stay here. This hotel is a bit older, but still in pretty good working order, and as I mentioned... clean. That's important to me! For the location and comfort, you can't beat the price.

I use this hotel 4-6 times a year and it is always clean and well maintained. This hotel is in a location convenient to shopping and restaurants. While there is not restaurant for lunch and dinner, there are plenty of place which deliver. Just ask the front desk and they have menus.

A clean dog friendly hotel, that's close to great eats, and shopping. Didn't take advantage of the pool, but it was well taken care off. No musty smell in the rooms. Breakfast was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Clean - but don't expect staff to understand when you speak English! Rooms were large & modern, with great mattresses! Breakfast buffet had lots of options, hot & cold - lots of seating! Pool was clean - well kept - refreshing and not busy!!! Location was great for getting around - generally quiet - lots of parking!

Ended up with a great room. Had booked for 3 nights then wanted 1 more, but was presented with 2 bookings. Booking.com emails to Best Western gained no response but local staff resolved problem. Easy to find, Clean. Only issue was the room card key needed to be rest more than twice! and when working you had to treat the system carefully until it clicked into place.

We arrived at about 1am with our 11 month old, and the crib that was previously requested through the booking site to be in the room was not in the room. Once this was known and before we could even get the car unpacked and up to the room, both Vanesa and Giovany sprung into action and had gotten the crib to the room and all set up as we arrived at the room. Your quick and professional attitude and service to us weary travelers at that time of the night was very appreciated. Thank you for our wonderful stay both at the beginning and at the end of our trip to PA, VA, MD, and DE. We will definitely be back.

We arrived early so we couldn't check in yet but the staff was so friendly and allowed us to use the breakfast area to prep the flowers for my brother's wedding. The staff here is great! The pool area is nice and the breakfast was better than expected. The only negative is that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke:(

Was staying for a group rate for a wedding, called hotel directly to book. Advised I had a pet and was told no issues. Asked if anything I needed to provide for pet to stay, any docs needed, etc. was advised nothing was needed and to just pay the $20 at check in. I rec'd no confirmation of reservation - I'm pretty sure the price I got was slightly more then quoted, and pretty sure I req'd a king bed, but again I have no proof as no one (even corporate) seemed to be able to provide a confirmation email. Called multiple times to have it resent, still never received. Called day before to confirm once again that hotel was there and see if there was any chance of early check in. Advised I was in the system and due to full house, early check in not likely. No worries, that's why I called to see if it was even worth heading to area early. Lady on phone then goes

Stayed 3 nights at Best Western Leesburg VA in May 2018. Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Large variety hot and cold bar along with a waffle bar. They had sitting for outdoors and indoors. Both areas very clean.

When traveling through this area the BW in Leesburg is a "Great Place To Stay"!!! Located in the Historic District near fantastic Restaurants makes it an ideal place to stop over for a night or two or make it a your vacation destination...

Stayed May 12th 2018. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were recently updated and they were very celan. Many places have "free breakfast" but this was very good and much better than most. Saturday and Sunday both had a large number of guests. Fidelia kept the food trays full and hot. There was a large variety of breakfast selections as well. I will be back.

Needs help in the breakfast area and better information displayed in the lobby for things to do in the area. Rooms sometimes smell a little like smoke. Vending machines when I stay were not stocked all items had to be purchased up front at the desk but there was a wide variety.

Was not at all impressed with the new manager (Amy) for this hotel. I've never been so disrespected by anyone like my friends and I were by her. She did apologize the next day and blamed it on exhaustion. We come stay there to scrapbook 8-10 times a year and she def created some difficulties for our coordinator and group. Jeff, Ray and other employees were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable. We love having our event there and hope one person doesn't ruin it for us in the future.

Property seemed a little dated - on the down side, room doors thin so corridor noise and ambient light around doorjamb comes in, a/c unit in window loud (but worked well). On the plus side, very clean, room comfortable, felt safe. Breakfast room predictable Best Western fare, a bit crowded but was warm enough to go out and enjoy coffee on nice adjacent patio with some green space. Hotel was sold out due to multiple weddings - I was there for unrelated event and paid high price so not great value...but if you get good deal this is fine, basic hotel. Double bedded room decent size if travelling with family.

The hotel, though older, is very clean and bright. The rooms are attractive and the beds are quite comfortable. The hotel is quiet at night. I was with a large group and the staff was friendly, helpful if we needed something.

I can't say enough about the customer service provided by the staff at the Best Western/Leesburg. I have been staying there for years now when I am in Leesburg on business. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance crew always has a smile and warm greeting. The exercise room and business facility is perfect! Highly recommend. Great value!

Beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. It was not fancy, but a good value for the area. All area attractions were very close. Very friendly staff. I would recommend. Our room was clean. Happy with our stay.

I have stayed at the Best Western Leesburg several times now. This last stay, I had to wait for a package to arrive so I could repair life safety equipment at a local school. The staff, as usual, were friendly, courteous and helpful. Yarona, Marilyn, Walter and Amy, as well as the other staff are a pleasure to be around. The breakfast was wonderful as well. I love their sausage and gravy over biscuits, as well as the multitude of other offerings. The B W Leesburg is my go to when I am working in this region.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms and facilities. We will definitely stay here next time in Leesburg! They have a shuttle driver eager to drop us off at area restaurants and pick up afterwards. Anything we needed, we asked and was quickly assisted with smiles.

This was our first stay at this hotel. I do not think we have ever stayed anywhere where an entire staff during our visit were so accommodating and friendly. We had a huge number of family members staying here, the staff opened up the breakfast area during the day and evening to accommodate the numbers so family could have a large enough space to visit with each other. One evening a group met in the lobby to go to dinner together, the staff overheard us talking about going for dinner, the maintenance guy insisted on shuttling us to and from location so we could all travel together instead of driving several different vehicles. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Will definately stay again if ever in the area. Just wish other hotels were as great as this one.

While I did not spend night at hotel, most of my family and friends did. 16-20 rooms to be exact ! Excellent and very personal service. Shuttle service to any where within Leesburg. Used the conference room for a personal memorial service and the staff went above and beyond ! Not one negative comment from any of this group (in fact, just the opposite) Thank you Amy and ALL THE STAFF - job well done.

Amy, Dennis, and the wonderful staff at the Best Western Leesburg made a difficult trip - so much more bearable. I came to Leesburg to attend a funeral. They went over and above to make sure that myself and my friend ( who traveled with me) were well cared for and comfortable. I will definitely be back - next time under better circumstances, I hope. Southern Hospitality at it's finest. Best Western Leesburg!

I stayed here for two nights in March. This is a property with very nice staff but that's where the positives end. The room is outdated and feels dirty. This is also a hotel that tolerates smoking and drinking on the premises. This results in an unsafe environment. The second night of my stay, the stench of smoke was unbearable. I called the front desk and asked them to check on this and to check the side entrance in case someone was smoking there. I later realized that the stench was coming from several men who were smoking and drinking alcohol at the side entrance. The front desk never checked on this. I had to walk through these people as I went outside to let my dog out. I then encountered another drunk older man carrying a beer and smoking a pipe, just feet from the side entrance. He was literally wobbling and murmured something while walking by me. It was an awful experience and I felt unsafe. I reported the incident to the manager the next morning. He apologized and refunded one night, which I appreciated. However this should not have happened in the first place.

When I checked in I heard a barking dog. I thought it was on tv. We left for a few hours after we unpacked and when we returned the same barking dog. It barked when owners were not in the room. Hotel was unable to find the guest so the barking continued. Glad I had ear plugs. No compensation was made other than suggesting I move rooms. We were already settled & felt the dog guests should move. They were unable to fund them to make it happen.

The front desk people made this stay very easy. They all are polite and willing to go beyond to make your stay comfortable. A hotel full of soccer boys from around the east coast gave them a challenge and they won.

I was a bit put off by the price, but it was worth it. You get what you pay for. This place was very clean & comfortable. There wasn't a tremendous amount of water pressure in the shower, but everything else definitely met the standard when your power is out at home!!

I stay at this hotel one weekend every month. The hotel staff are the most gracious and friendly I have ever found. There isn't anything they won't try to help you accomplish. The shuttle will take you to the nearby outlet center if you have time to do any shopping.

I stayed here while in the area on a business trip. There were a few other hotels nearby but I selected this place due to the cost. Probably should have known at that point. The lobby was clean and front desk staff friendly. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. But that's about where it ends. I checked in late. When I got to the room I went to the bathroom, flushed the toilet, and it was all down hill from there. First the toilet just kept running. I jiggled the handle but that didn't help so I figured I would just shut the valve and turn it on when I needed it. So needless to say, a little while later I turned the water on, went to the bathroom, flushed, and the handle broke ?? As it was quite late, I figured I would just manually flush using the broken chain in the back of the toilet. And this is what I did for two days. I choose not to report the issue until check out as I did not want any maintenance people in the room while I was not there. In addition to the toilet issue, the WiFi was terrible. It made working from the room next to impossible. In this day and age I find that unacceptable. Breakfast was not the best. Strange scrambled eggs every day and staff just not very attentive. Sausage was mislabeled ?? Not a big deal. Funny though. And it got a lot of attention when I posted it on FB. I did report the broken toilet handle at check out and they apologized and said they would fix it right away. I'm sure it would have been fixed quickly had I reported it earlier, but as I said I just didn't want maintenance people in the room when I was not there. And I really did not feel like changing rooms. Anyway, I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay a few doors down. I know I will.

I am a very generous reviewer so why only 3 stars? For the price, this is not such a great place to stay. I could have stayed at the BW in Dulles for about half the price. Now, I booked this hotel because of the amazing reviews that it received here on trip advisor.......That was very misleading. This hotel is nothing special. We did not get a king bed, the hallway has a stench of marijuana and a call to the front desk left me to believe that nothing was going to be done about it. Again, because of what they charge, this did not get over 3 stars. The front staff was very nice and even discounted a room for me, my other room was booked with points (Diamond select member) so that was nice. The breakfast was good for what they had but it didn't have bacon, only sausage. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Bath shower tub could use updating. Outside is nothing special and the back parking has much need for a clean up, lots of garbage. Again, the hotel was comfortable but fur the price, I expected much nicer.

This review is long overdue, as many people need to see how amazing this hotel is. Truly one of the best hotels Iv stayed in. My stay was for one week and the amazing hospitality and service I had received from the employees was beyond amazing. A bit about the hotel itself; beautiful spacious and clean rooms. Before booking online, the pictures were not as desirable but coming in person and seeing how great the room was, was a great feeling. Having some place to call a second home is an amazing feeling. Being a young female alone on this trip, I felt so at ease and safe at best western. Highly would recommend best western over certain hotels in leesburg such as clarion inn. Another added bonus is the daily breakfast, as much as I wish the times were extended, the breakfast had many options to choose from and all tasted amazing! Although the hotel in itself was amazing, I truly believe that my stay at best western was thanks to two very amazing, beautiful and down to earth employees. Unfortunately I have forgotten their names, but if anyone were to stay in best western after reading my review they would know exactly who I am talking about. The beautiful young woman and the new employee under training had helped me in my stay so much. Answered every question I had, guided me through the town and made my stay so much more comfortable. At times speaking to them didn't even feel like customer-employee conversation, it was genuine friend-friend conversations. These two have shown one of the best customer service I have seen in my entire 18 years of living. I truly am satisfied with their work, and can not wait to reserve at best western and see them again!

The staff was beyond helpful and I appreciate everything that was done to help me accommodate my brother while he stayed there! My. brother is from NYC and was stranded in VA so I had trouble finding a place for him to stay overnight because I was responsible for paying for his stay. The young woman at the desk was extremely helpful in sending me a credit card authorization form to help me charge my card so that he had somewhere to stay. She even went above and beyond to print his bus tickets to help me get him home and we got him here just in time for Christmas! I am so grateful and Best Western will receive nothing but positive reviews and recommendations from me!

I have stayed at the Best Western in Leesburg multiple times over the past 12 months and I can recommend this hotel without reservation. The staff are great, very polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is a real plus especially if you are travelling on business. My room has always been very clean and the bed is comfortable. I feel that this hotel is a very safe environment if your are travelling alone.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel in Leesburg, It's a short ride to the historic walkable downtown, close to the outlets, and in a good location to other places of interest. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The hotel had many amenities to make your stay comfortable.

We have stayed here many times, & it is always consistent with the overall stay... Clean rooms, comfy beds, pleasant staff, awesome FREE breakfast - if you go away hungry, its your own fault! We never consider going elsewhere, when we come to this area.

The staff here was so friendly! The rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection included cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, breakfast meat, toast, biscuits & gravy and waffles. Its close to shopoing and highways. I'll definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Leeaburg.

large family and friend group enjoyed staying here for wedding at Round Hill. The lobby, fitness room and breakfast were simple, clean and just what we needed. Breakfast room is a pleasant gathering place for the morning after.

Hotel was overpriced and not up to my standards for what is considered a clean hotel. Just had a dirty feel to it and my shower had mold in it. Cleaning staff was unprofessional and entered my room at 9am despite a do not disturb sign and it being two hours before check out time, waking me up in the process. Will not come back

The front desk employees were exceptionally helpful during my stay. The location is convenient to Leesburg. CVS and supermarket were are within walking distance. There are a variety of local convenient places to eat.

Due to an emergency during my drive from New York I was late to check in. The desk staff was very efficient and had everything ready for us. There was a nice variety of breakfast fare, all fresh. I would stay there again.

This hotel offers all the things you'd want for a quick business trip to Leesburg. It is located near major highways and there are several restaurants and stores nearby. The outlets are just a five minute drive away. The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has lots of options. Room had a comfy bed and lots of pillows and a nice work desk space. TV, storage, mini fridge, safe and in room coffee maker. The closet had a iron and ironing board too. Only cons in the room were the window dressings were a bit worn down and had stains and the bathroom was a bit dated and needed some upgrading. The wifi was reliable. I was on the backside of the hotel so didn't hear any road noises. It is set off a bit from the highway but still very close. You do hear people walking up and down the hallway though. The staff were very friendly. Overall it is a solid option for Leesburg.

Really enjoyed the visit to Leesburg -- the hotel was amazing and had a beautiful piano as well. I was in town to do studio work in No Virginia was so pleased to find a finely tuned piano in the lobby. The staff said to "play as much as i wanted." Everyone was very nice and the hotel desk staff were very friendly. This was a great stay, good cost for the area and I would return there again. Also enjoyed the room and the TV selections....go Hallmark! I am originally from the Loudoun County area - great deal! -- thanks for every! Blessings.

I was so very impressed with the hotel staff and rooms. The staff went out of their way to make my stay a comfortable one. Accommodated me with a close room since I was injured before my stay. Fresh popcorn!! very clean. I recommend this hotel for any reason for your stay. They are close to the outlets and other popular stores. Bed was comfy and clean!!!! Breakfast was great as well!!! BACON!!!!!! (lol)

Yarona and Jeff are great people and always was friendly with a smile. The staff is top notch, as well as the breakfast bar. good to see customer service and people who tries to make the stay enjoyable. I've been going there for about 2 and a half month for work and i have nothing negative to say.

Had an issue with my reservation. Unfortunately, they do not record phone calls and I did not review my confirmation email prior to the day I was to arrive. Basically had to pay for two nights when I know I only needed one. With that said, lesson is always check your confirmation email, which I usually do. They offered no middle road, simply said "I'm sorry nothing I can do". The hotel is average, so for the money I'd look elsewhere.

Don't let the "1980's" exterior fool you--nicely renovated lobby and rooms. My family group of 12 stayed here for my son's wedding and all were thoroughly pleased with their rooms, shuttle service and staff. A real tell-tale sign for me is walking into hotel room and smelling "nothing"--no carpet shampoo or room deodorizer. The heat/AC units worked effectively and efficiently. The shuttle service provides transportation not only to and from Dulles Airport but will also take guests to and from requested locations in Leesburg. And the popcorn machine is nice touch too. Right off highway, close to Outlets & lots of food choices. Had a wedding about 30 minutes away closest hotel to venue. Nice place, breakfast was not good, place is clean, and has free parking. The room had new carpet & mattress, bathroom was semi updated.

GREAT friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean accommodations. Close to everything that mattered on my trip. Breakfast included. The staff went out of their way to return a bag to me I had left behind. It's a great price as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 100%.

Overall staff was friendly and polite.Room was in need of attention...linens less than average. Breakfast was the best offering at this facility. Easy access to the highway. Accomadated our large group.

How do I word this? The stay was wonderful. We slept there for two nights with out any problems. What else can I say? The stay was wonderful, and had no problems. The only thing is that the desk is right next to the air and while sitting there the fan was blowing right on you,

Staff was very courteous and professional. Hotel itself was average - nothing new or inviting except the breakfast room. Bathroom could use an update . Liked the mini refrigerator and microwave in room.

This is not a fancy hotel, but the staff is fantastic. I am at this hotel 6 or 7 times a year to attend scrap booking events. They are so nice to us and work with us if any issues come up. If you want to shop the outlets are very close.

We were most pleased with the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the facility and grounds, and the graciousness of the staff. The breakfast bar was well maintained, hot and fresh. The only thing that would have been a welcomed addition would have been a complementary morning paper.

We arrived to find that one of our rooms was never cleaned from previous guest use. So, we were provided another room. Cool. However my room's bathroom smelled like an outhouse, the shoer was leaking constantly, the A/C was not cooling/drying too well and the fridge was not working. However, the staff were pleasant and while the breakfast was minimal, the staff were attentive to the food service.

We chose Leesburg as being central to our Loudoun County Wine tour. It was very nice. Clean, very nice breakfast buffet (they told us it was a continental breakfast--it was not). Eggs, waffles, all kinds of stuff. Room was clean, there was a pool we never used. Shuttle service to 5 miles was a nice touch. Fitness center was uncooled and too hot to be in once we started to exercise. Beds were lumpy for some reason

This was a very nice stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We were traveling the C & O Towpath by bicycle. They picked us up at the White Ferry dock by shuttle and returned us the next day. They provided a secure location for our bikes we did not need to keep them in our room.

Would not reccomend for someone to stay here. Our room was a double instead of one bed, room was unclean and loud school group ran up and down screaming that evening. We were disappointed on the group rate we booked under and would have changed hotel if possible. Elevator was old and outdated and hotel was like an older 80s building- not up to date.

Before I even got checked in the quality of the average customer was suspect as I was interrupted by a group of six high schoolers that lost a room key. I was greeted at my room by a guy sitting right outside my door with no shirt and a 20oz bottle of beer talking on the phone. He was promptly greeted my a second guy, also on the phone, but using the speaker phone. After about 10 more minutes of speakerphone conversation they hung up... Which was replaced by the co Stanton switching or radio stations on the evert so high quality bedside speaker! This persisted about every 20 minutes. This should NOT be considered for the business traveller! Getting work or sleep done are equally impossible.

This was the first time staying at this hotel. I had to coordinate two softball teams (30 rooms), and Lori at the front desk was phenomenal, She went above and beyond to coordinate our large group. The front desk was courteous and friendly. They even asked if we had early games to see if we needed the breakfast opened early. What a breath of fresh air. Our families were able to use the breakfast room (for a team dinner), the patio and pool area, and the lobby for social time. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was laundry and ice on both floors. There were many restaurants, activities, and shopping areas close by (within 5-10 minutes). Thank you for making my job easy as team manager!!

My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a softball tournament. The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast area was very large and roomy. Breakfast was hot and cold, typical selection. Staff was very accommodating.

We had a comfortable stay at the Best Western and will stay there again when we return to Leesburg. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The common areas and room were clean and well maintained.

We were visiting our son in the area so I chose this hotel due to good reviews.The Best Western hotel in Leesburg was comfortable, clean and very pleasant. Large bathroom and nice shower. Hotel is pet friendly and we were able to bring our little Roxy. The breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee in lobby was great tasting ! I was able to take my coffee with me while traveling.

We usually stay at Best Westerns when we travel, and this is one of the better ones that we've been to. The location is good - a short drive to downtown Leesburg or the outlets and a short bike ride over to the W&OD Trail. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast - eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits, and sausage gravy, all very good!

Great location to explore the area. Nice amenities to enjoy free time when you are not touring. If you do not have a car the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport and within a few miles from the hotel, this is a great service. The breakfast is more than enough. The amenities in the hotel and rooms are enough, and the service is very good, you feel at home away from home. Casual, no stuffy at all.

Be advised that the free shuttle to the C&O canal starts at 9:00. So if you want an early start to your ride you will have to bike back to the Ferry. We were not informed until that morning when I double checked the reservation time that I made the night before.

Nice rooms, nice beds, nice breakfast, and quiet. Super-fast check-in and checkout. Cheaper than the neighboring higher-end hotels (we also stayed at one of them when the Best Western was booked solid) and our stay was much more pleasant as well. The room was nicer and the a/c (hot summer days) kept the room at an even temperature. The combo of hot and continental breakfast was fresh each morning, and was a great way to start the day. The wi-fi was also very speedy.

Whenever I would be in the Leesburg area for any of the events that I put together or for my own families visits, I choose to stay at Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center. I find that it is a very comfortable hotel with no pretenses, just cozy comfort and a great staff to accommodate you every way they can. The rooms are light and clean, beds are very comfortable, noise level is next to nothing. It is very centrally located and is surrounded by many attractions of the area, like bike trails, mansions turned into museums, a quaint historic town, antiques, etc.

As bikers, we appreciated the shuttle from Whites Ferry. Another hotel was going to charge us, but Best Western does it for free (we tipped the very helpful drivers who managed to fit our tandem on the bike rack). Ari at the front desk helped me over the phone and in person. Nice little pool, clean rooms, and great location. We were able to walk to shops and some nice restaurants. They also will shuttle to the airport. Decent breakfast offerings.

The hotel staff consistently went out of their way to make our trip effortless. They quickly provided a shuttle to take us from the Ferry to the Hotel. They even have a bike rack that accommodates 4 bikes. The Hotel was spotless and all of the staff with dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Best western.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. When I walked into the room I thought i smelled a very fain odor of car urine. It was a small odor, I did not mention it to my wife. Next the toilet seat was loose,and I tightened the plastic nuts on both fittings. I would think that the house,eeping staff would pick that up when they cleaned the bathroom. That did not happen during our stay. I wanted an early wake up call, and it is an automatic wake up system were you put the time in manually. It did not work. Perhaps the hotel should go back to the old system and let the desk clerk do it. When we went to breakfast there were do do not disturb hangers in the room. Finally using the elevator rhe florencent light was flickering and needed replacment. The staff and including management should take a personal interest were that work.

This is the best Best Western (double superlative intended!) we have ever stayed at. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating of the unique needs of bicyclists, including prompt shuttle service to and from the nearby ferry and overnight storage of bikes. GM Richard gave us personal attention and very interesting brief historical stories of the local area. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, great location. We were riding our bikes from Pgh to DC. Walking distance to CVS and restaurants which was perfect for dinner. Nice large room for 2 people. Nice big lobby and breakfast was great. Would highly recommend. We kept our bikes in our room.

Was here for a wedding. It is right off the highway, clean facilities and a nice breakfast. There are many restaurants (chain and non-chain) in the area and it is a little over a mile into the historic area. The outdoor pool area was clean as was the pool itself.

Overall well worth the money spent, I had no complaints about the service, staff, or facility. The only issue was the shower head and no pressure, and barley functioned properly. I will return to this hotel if the opportunity arises.

Hotel gave my room away. I had a reservation and my credit card was charged but when I arrived for check-in they had given my room away. I ended up not finding a hotel anywhere in the area so I slept at the airport. I emailed the manager and he responded the next morning that my room was wrongly given away and the manager had counseled the night shift. He also stated I would be compensated, but didn't mention how. I was credited back a night but have two pending charges. I'm waiting to see what the credit and charges mean. I emailed and asked what the compensation was going to be, but got no response. It's been 6 days. I can guarantee you that had I not showed up, they would have charged me and still taken someone else's payment.

Booked 2 nights but stayed only one. It was hot so when we got to the room we tried to put sodas in the room refrigerator but it didnot work. At first glance the room looked clean but as we settled in we noted dust under tables and chairs. The bathtub was terrible with black areas around it. The room just felt tired and overused.

From beginning to end, my two-night stay at this hotel was wonderful. Afternoon popcorn in the lobby, and plentiful and yummy breakfast were highlights! Quiet room, good bed, and nice staff made for a good stay. Thank you, BW!

Wasn't sure what to expect but even though you could tell this was an old hotel that had been updated, we had no complaints. Nice room, clean, great breakfast... overall totally satisfied with our stay!

Great place to stay! Friendly front desk staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. Took my dogs with no problem. Big grassy areas to walk them. Quiet and good sleep. Room very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

When I'm in Leesburg I'm visiting friends and family so I don't spend a lot of time in the room - it's more a crashpad after a day visiting. However, I have two dogs (a Chihuahua and a Shih Tzu) who need a readily available area to do their "business" and a quiet room to sleep in - they're used to living in the "country" and aren't used to hallway noise or chatter outside the exterior window of the room. What I did like about the room I was assigned was TWO readily-available exits, both to grassy areas, but one also to a fairly well-trafficked area where they could make acquaintances with other patrons of the hotel (virtually all of whom were extremely friendly and complimentary). The only time they were disturbed was when a friend of mine dropped by to visit - the knock on the door alerted them. What particularly impressed me was that most of the guests appeared to be many-times repeat customers, and knew what rooms had pets and made certain to refrain from noise-making in the vicinity of those rooms. However, I don't want to give the impression that I didn't enjoy my stay as well; the staff was extremely helpful, the food at breakfast was very good (and plentiful), and the room was very clean and well-organized. The decor may have tended to "plain", but so much of everything else was exceptional that furnishings are of little relevance. The location? Right in the middle of the shopping and services part of town, and convenient to all three major routes in the area. What's not to like?

Enjoyed staying at this hotel because it was per friendly. The breakfast was excellent lots of choices, staff was friendly, very clean, large rooms, and easy parking. I look forward to my next stay there with or without pets.

Our entire family descended upon Best Western for a nearby wedding venue. The hotel was impeccably clean, courteous and promt. Our family had a large gathering dinner in their conference room and the staff could not have been more helpful. Their breakfasts were really good, fantastic coffee and plenty of everything. I might add we were not the only family in the hotel for a wedding--there was at least one more. The check in and check out process was easy and expedient. The hotel staff was very sure that the wedding guests received gift bags, too. The entire staff were very happy you were their guest. Definitely will stay there again!

Stayed at this hotel while on a Loudoun County Winery trip. Very central to wineries, food and shopping. The staff was friendly. The breakfast options were amazing. The hotel was very nice and you could tell had been renovated. The only drawback would be that the plumbing was old and you could hear the knocking in the pipes.

Very clean, GREAT breakfast, nice decor and love that it is a small Best Western only 2 floors. I enjoy staying where easy parking and great location to shopping. This has it all! Staff was friendly and check in and out was simple.

I checked in around 2am because of a family emergency. The woman at the front deck was very pleasant and had me checked-in in a jiffy. This seems like an older hotel but the hotel and room was furnished with new amenities. The room was very spacious. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The shower head had several different settings. My only complaint was the bed. I like a soft bed however this bed was extremely firm. I didn't not have the time to check out anything else in the hotel.

Loved the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Location was superb restaurants and shopping close by. Could not have worked out better. Would stay again if I'm ever in the area. Didn't eat the breakfast there but heard from other wedding guests that it was good.

First of all I must say that the staff here have always been great to work with! Breakfast is always hot and pretty good. If you're not too used to being pampered then I think you'd be fine here. I will say that most of the rooms I've stayed in could use some updates, but they're not bad by any means. The only bad experience I've had here is in a room with a Murphy bed. I don't recall the room, but do recall the gap under the door which connected my room with the adjacent room....it was at least an inch! I could hear the TV in the neighboring room like it was my TV. I tried to turn mine up, but didn't want to annoy anyone else, so I just surfed until I found what they were watching and watched it myself (with my mute on). I finally stuffed a towel in the door crack when I was ready for bed and it seemed to work well enough.

Hotel was clean! The staff was nice and they had a large breakfast bar! Dogs were allowed which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel! Free WiFi it was somewhat noisy when we were there! There were a lot of construction workers and also the hotel was remodeling rooms!

We used the Best Western in Leesburg, VA for our daughter's wedding and found the experience exceptional. The management and staff all went out of their way to make the event a pleasure. Our guests were all glowing about their experience.

The employees were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! I really couldn't have asked for more. And the drivers were happy to take us to and from various locations in the evening for dinner.

We booked on line as we were headed to D.C. We found it odd that it was less expensive to book on the TA website than the BW site. That is very irritating to me as we are Rewards members. Place was clean and quiet. Beds were ok. Staff friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful. Always difficult to get a comfortable temperature with the old fashioned window units-- either hit and stuffy or freezing the person sitting at the desk or sofa.

From the moment I made the reservations until the shuttle van returned me to the airport for my return trip home. EVERYONE was extremely pleasant, helpful and just plain NICE. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area. And especially anyone attending the Equissage training with Mary Schreiber. She has partnered with this hotel and made in super convenient to attend her classes and be well taken care of at the same time. The hot breakfast starts the day off right and the shuttle service to and from the class location is included, not to mention they will take you to the nearby restaurants and shopping areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff!

Though we are local to the area we booked this room for a girls birthday outing. One of the activities (besides spa and shopping) was to tour some of the local breweries. Our plan was to use Uber or a taxi as neither of us wanted to be the DD for the evening. This hotel has a shuttle and drove us to and pick us up from the nearby brewery. Also we had a minor incident once we checked in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and we were totally satisfied...which we were!! Thank you Ari!!!

we stayed 2 nights over the weekend for a wedding in the area. seemed a little short staffed. desk person seemed to be doing 2 or 3 different jobs everytime we approached desk. employees were friendly and attentive otherwise. breakfast was good with plenty of room for seating and a decent selection. very close to the highway and lots of local restaurants in the area. clean comfortable and if I am in the area I will stay again.

Great location for wedding guests, visitors from out of town in need of a place to stay and free breakfast with every night's stay! The doors and walls are slightly hollow so you hear your neighbors sometimes but overall it's a great over night stay for the value!

We stayed in Leesburg for 4 nights and found the Best Western to be a pleasant moderately priced hotel. The service and attention were excellent and so helpful as this was our first visit to Leesburg. The breakfast was only average but adequate. Would stay here again when returning. Especially appreciated the availability of shuttle service. Made it possible for us to not rent a car.

THe hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, attending quickly to requests. The bedrooms are comfortable and have nice decor. The other services are great- the business office,the fitness room and popcorn. I'm not a big eater at breakfast, yet there are plenty of choices and enough for hearty appetites. I love having coffee always available. I was part of a large group that used the meeting room. The staff helped us with every need and made certain the set up was to our liking. It is a A One place to stay or have event at.

Where should I start? I would not recommend this hotel. If you have no other choice, then ask for a room upstairs unless you like your room smelling like a wet dog. Stayed here this past weekend for an event on location, was mislead by the lobby. First my room was downstairs. I kept smelling what seem like a dog had been in the room (pet friendly hotel). I tried calling the front desk for some type of room spray, but my phone did not work. So, I had to use my cellphone and I called at least 3 times before the guy answered the phone. He comes to my room and has Febreeze and two bottles of water. He is asking me about the food I ordered and I felt like that had nothing to do with the smell of the room. He then tells me that people with pets, they usually put them toward the lobby area. That was a lie because when walking to my room earlier, I saw a guy walk into his room with his dog and our rooms were nowhere near the lobby. (room 141) He leaves and I try to bare with it since I had just sprayed the Febreeze. I eventually doze off but then I am awakened at 2 am from the smoke detector. Again, I call the front desk and the lady on the night shift asks me if i can reach it and take the batteries out. I could not believe she fixed her lips to let that slip. I told her no. She comes down and eventually takes it down but can't seem to figure out how to turn it off. She suggests moving me to another room. I'm happy because when I had to wake up in the middle of the night to put on perfume, I was not happy about it. She moves me up to the second floor, room 241. Much better room. No smell, mattress was a lot better than that flat one in 141. I was able to sleep. Here are some things I noticed about the two rooms - HAIR. I detest hair being on my sheets and in the bathroom on the sink. Their housekeepers aren't doing their jobs. I should not have hair on my sheets. I also should not see it on the sink in clear light. Gross. They need further training. I'll never stay here again or any Best Western for that matter. Going to stick with the brands that I know I never have these issues with. I spoke to a manager and come to find out she only have me less than $20 off of my stay but the guy from the night before make it a total of $50 refunded back to me. It does not matter, I have no reason to stay at this place every again.

we booked at the Best Western and worked with Lori Sturtz. She was absolutely great to work with. We had approximately 30 rooms over the course of the weekend and everyone was definitely satisfied. Breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast buffets, but substantial and enjoyable.

This is a nice, medium priced, semi-updated hotel in an expensive area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Furniture and most fixtures are updated. Mattresses are firm. I like firm, but these are almost too firm. Better than being too soft! My only complaint about this hotel is lack of soundproofing. Other bathrooms make a lot of noise when the water comes on or if flushed. Noise from hallway is clearly heard. The breakfast and the staff is the best part of this hotel! The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast staff was incredible, as was the hot breakfast with bacon. Say no more. Bacon! Also the standard waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, etc. Coffee was good and plentiful. Staff was right on top of everything and the dining area was spotless. Definitely recommend this hotel! Convenient to Morven Park Equestrian events.

We stayed here with a group for a sporting event. The hotel was very clean and convenient. The beds were comfortable and you can control the temperature in the rooms. The breakfast was terrific. Very friendly staff.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Leesburg at least 6 times per year for the last 6 years and the staff and service has been exceptional every time. The property is older but was recently renovated. It is always clean and if there has ever been any issue the staff is very timely in resolving. I am looking forward to my future stays.

Great stay, room was comfortable, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great next to a mid-sized mall. Breakfast buffet was good. Pretty easy to get to the National Conference Center from the hotel location.

Great Staff. Helpful, courteous and a pleasure to be around. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. As a rule I dread hotels but this place was a real treat. I recommend it highly. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel except for the occasional noisy guest. If I am ever in the area again I will be sure to stay here. We've been coming to this hotel for 5 years for a scrapbooking weekend, held in the conference room. Always had great experiences! Just there this weekend and was pleasantly surprised to find they've renovated the rooms. They look much better! Have fridges and microwaves, desk and comfy chair. Loved the little side table by the comfy chair! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast always has eggs, a meat, biscuits, waffles, big cereal selection. Wish they had a fruit salad though. Breakfast staff always present and friendly. Plenty of parking and the location's great!

We needed to travel to Virginia from NJ over the weekend of 11/12 for 1 overnight in order to attend my mother in laws memorial service. Everyone there was very pleasant. However, we checked out on Sunday and got all the way back to NJ and realized that I left my overnight bag. I spoke to Walter on Sunday night who left a message for the morning crew. Then on Monday I called and spoke to Rich, and finally Laurie. She told me that she would look for it herself. Within minutes she called back and she found it! They are shipping it back and I should have it within a couple of days! So nice to know that there are honest and decent people employed at Best Western Leesburg! Beautiful area too, would go back again!

We stayed for 2 nights at this property while visiting family in Leesburg. The positives were that (i) the front desk reception was professional, friendly and prompt, (ii) the room was very quiet, (iii) parking was very convenient to the room, and (iv) the location was such that the Historic District, our son's home, and other places in which we were interested were very convenient. The negatives were that (x) the property is extremely dated -- feeling like late 70s, (y) the color combinations in which the walls were painted in the room were bizarre, and (z) the bathroom lacked any sense of good presentation of simple amenities (and the door wouldn't open all the way). As we had breakfast with family both mornings, we did not use the motel's hot buffet breakfast. However, we took a look at it, and it was typical motel fare -- limited selection but from all appearances well-prepared and provided in a decent, clean environment.

I came down to DJ a wedding for the niece of my boss. I also book travel for a medical company. Most of the folks I assist want swanky hotels. Well, I am here to tell you that if you want to stay at a nice clean place with a very accommodating desk staff (Walt especially), and a free shuttle to the airport.....oh, and don't forget the free fresh hot eggs, bacon, waffles, etc....STAY HERE!

nice rooms with a very accommodating staff made for a comfortable stay--we were given recommendations for a local area to visit and do some hiking and we also had great recommendations for where to dine. Breakfasts were very good with the staples of scrambled eggs , a potato and some form of meat ( bacon.sausage)--coffee was well attended and never ran out.

This is a superb hotel! The staff is not only professional but is friendly and welcoming. It is ideally located for shopping and to the town of Leesburg which is walking distance if you enjoy walking. There are great choices on the breakfast menu. This hotel is certainly value for money.

Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Nice clean and freshly renovated rooms with larger than expected bathrooms. I was again surprised at breakfast. A full hot breakfast at a limited service hotel was a nice ending to my stay. Great choices and friendly staff! You can't go wrong here! *If you get a chance try "Melt Gourmet Cheeseburgers" just down the street. Great burgers! Desk staff recommended and she was correct!! Best burger I've had in a while!

Please clean out smoking rooms. It is disgusting to sleep in a room as a non-smoker in a room where it feels like a smoking party just occurred. I felt like I had smoked a pack to my face when I woke in the morning.

My wife and I had an appointment in Ashburn so since we live in Pennsylvania we decided to stay over night. We chose the Best Western because we had a bad experience with the Days Inn across the street the previous week. The Best Western was more expensive but it was also much better. The outside of the hotel does not impress you but the inside does. The lobby was nice with free coffee and pop corn. The room was clean and spacious with a small sofa, microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and large. I couldn't find my wife in that bed after the lights went out. At night it was quiet. Now I have read the other reviews. Something must have changed with the breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts in a hotel that we ever had. Many choices like scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, biscuits and sausage gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit and the best coffee and juice. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. If you ever visit Leesburg which has a lot to offer a tourist stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and the experience was a good one. M. Greg Miller Millersville, PA

EXCELLENT Staff. The hotel is very nice. They are in the process of upgrading the rooms. The morning breakfast is very good, and the staff goes out of their way to help. It is a very nice hotel. The high speed internet doesn't exist. There is no connection at all. We went 10 days without internet because our location had on and off connections. I'm not sure if this was good or bad.

This hotel appears to have been around a number of years, but I can see where they are putting an effort in keeping it fairly well maintained. It looks like they modernized the hotel lobby floor. They do have a flat screen TV and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The room I was in seemed a bit dark, but it looks like it has been repainted. Check in was easy as was the check out process. Staff was pleasant and courteous.

Room was clean but adjoining neighbor was extremely loud. Ran out of breakfast items routinely during stay and showed no effort to replace them.Spoke to staff several times but no concern was shown. Will clean and front desk staff was accommodating but the serving staff didn't really care about the service provided for complimentary breakfast.

Nice room, good breakfast, at a fair price. Front desk person was friendly and helpful, suggesting a local restaurant for dinner & printing out directions for a nearby attraction for the following day. My wife especially enjoyed the hot breakfast of waffles, eggs and sausages.

I've stayed in many hotels over the past few years and this hotel was great. It's been newly remodeled and everything was in working order and very comfortable. The rooms are great. The staff is very helpful and very friendly and nice. The breakfast was not suited to me because I'm on a mostly vegetarian and non-bread/potato diet, but for most folks the breakfast should be quite satisfactory. Very clean, well-presented and some nice variety.

We had about 25 people staying for three nights during my daughter's wedding weekend. The staff was thoughtful and attentive, the facilities were lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean. No complaints except that the airport shuttle took a long time and - in one case - never showed up. We reported it to the management and their response was satisfactory although they didn't really do anything to make up for the inconvenience.

Amazing place, made me and my friends have an awesome time for their wedding weekend. Their hospitality was great, all their employees were nice and helpful! Super clean and beautiful! Would totally recommend it!

The hotel was comfortable and clean and did not cost a fortune. The location is close to the outlets and other places. It is easy to access and there are great restaurants nearby. It is easy to access from the interstate and it is also near Whites Ferry in Dickerson Maryland. The breakfast is good and they have a variety of everything. The new renovations include a microwave and refrigerator in each room. The upgrades to the rooms made a huge difference. There is new furniture, paint and new beds which are extremely comfortable.

Me and my husband needed time to ourselves, but also wanted to see our daughter and grandson. We visit for a week stayed at my daughters for 3 days then stayed at the hotel for 3 days and is was the most romantic thing that we could have done for ourselves, didn't have to cook breakfast or make the bed and we shopped till we dropped. The service was great the bed comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. So many choices to pick from. Clean, relaxing, and great service what more could you ask for. Upon arrival, we tried to find our room. The sign down the hall listed only a range that ended a couple before our room number. We had to walk all the way down the hall to find the other set of ranged numbers-poorly planned. That night, the tub plug was very difficult to use and there was no vent in the bathroom. I do like that it's a pet friendly hotel but I was a little annoyed when our neighbor left her room and the dog whined and barked until she came back to the room. Breakfast was great. If you're from the south-they do have grits available!!!

Our 16U travel softball team was playing in a tournament 15 minutes away! The entire staff was excellent in making arrangements for us! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! Rooms were clean! Highly recommend! We had 10-12 girls (age 14-16) in the hotel for 5 days. They even let us us the banquet room for a late night pizza party after playing softball all day!

My supervisor checked us in and told them we would be there for about 6 weeks after being there about a week they told us that we were going to have to check out on the next Monday because they had a ball tournament if they let us check in for that long. Of time they should have let her stay the room was nice and clean and everything was good and we would have stayed for the full 6 weeks if they hadn't kicked us out

Great hotel and friendly staff & service from everyone in the hotel. Just had issues with the shuttle and booking times. They have communication issues with the shuttle driver and the hotel front desk. Your clients should not have to wait over 2 1/2 hours to be picked up.

Great hotel! We stayed during a wedding and had a very clean and tidy room. It was easy to get to and from the venue with the shuttle service as well. Overall awesome stay and very friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member any day.

Just stayed here one night as we were passing thru the area. Very friendly check in and out. Clean rooms and soft towels. We enjoyed the nice outdoor pool. Typical breakfast food items and plenty of options.

We were very pleased with the clean room and the centrally located hotel. We were riding the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal towpath trail. We called the hotel and they came and picked us up at the Ferry. The Hotel was close to stores and restaurants.

Second stay here was just as nice as the first. Staff are all warm and welcoming, facilities are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Special requests for first floor room ( for pet convenience), early check-in and late check-out were all cheerfully provided. Plenty of outlets for electronics charging, and complimentary business area for use of computer and printing. Very nice lounge area with big screen tv and complimentary coffee, and nice hot breakfast options offered. I will definitely stay here again during my future visits.

The check-in process was fast and easy AND they had a popcorn machine in the Lobby - WONDERFUL!!! The rooms was clean and updated - YAY! This hotel was centrally located to all the great wineries in the Loudon County area. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a wonderful place for lodging for cyclists on the C&O Trail. My daughter and I were very impressed with the many comforts that the hotel offered. The location was super because we could walk/bike to many local businesses for dining and leisure.

Back to back weeks, the Best Western in Leesburg was the ending location for a week long bicycle tour I offer. This is the second year staying at this property. Once again everything was perfect. Large, clean and well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Well maintained pool. What is better than anything however is the staff. Starting with Richard the manager and including every person on staff; very friendly, very professional, very caring. I have already booked my 2017 dates. It's ALL Good! The Continental Breakfast was worth the stay. I stay in Leesburg two nights a week for work and when I can I prefer Best Western. The hotel is easy to get to but far enough away from the highway to give you a quit night rest.

We stayed at this Best Western because we were vacationing on to the Amish in Lancaster. We stopped over to visit the Leesburg Animal Park which is a good day trip. This hotel was nice and the staff were friendly.

Offers shuttle from White's Ferry, which is a very short distance from C&O Towpath. Van driver, Eric, also took us to bike shop to get blown out tire replaced! Brian at the registration desk let us store our bikes in an unused meeting room.

In town to celebrate the departure of a dear friend. Visit required the need for an earlier than the normal 3PM room availability, allowing my wife and I ability to refresh prior to services. Management and associates very helpful.

The room smelled and I was handed a can of air freshener, the AC filters were filthy so I cleaned them myself after my intial complaints to the front desk. The shower drain was slow as was the toilet, breakfast was ok and the front desk people were ok but not very helpful. The coffee maker in the room had no pot but lots of options for coffees... my request for a new pot went from housekeeping to front desk to Kitchen and back to front desk without a "let me help you"! BAD HOTEL!

Great stay as always,son recently moved to area and we stayed several times because of location,value and friendly helpful staff .Will be staying there again in future because of this!Shopping airport ,all food all close or walking distance .

This hotel from the minute I made reservation by phone till the time we left was great. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. The rooms were clean and neat. Hotel location was perfect for what we needed it for.

The Best Western was a very convenient place to stay. It is close to the WO&D bike trail and the C&O. Historic downtown is very close. Good restaurants are within walking distance. A very pleasant place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and had a lovely presentation. The rooms had beautiful decor and the staff was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. The only down side was that the bed was a little firm for my taste but the pillows were super soft and fluffy which made up for the bed.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean, beds are great, breakfast is very good. For the area this is a bargain for what you get. We have family that lives in the area so we will definitely use this as our hotel to stay. Also you can't be the location there are many great restaurants close by and the outlets.

We got the room we wanted at a good price. It was neat and clean. There is a pool and tables outside in case you want to eat breakfast there. Lots of parking. There are stores and restaurants all aound. Breakfast was included. There was a good selection to chose from. Not fancy but a good place to stay.

We arrived by bike tired and muddy. Eric helped us get those set up to clean our bikes and panniers. Then Jeff (engineer) came by and gave us great ideas for dinner and explained we could use shuttle within 3 miles and they would pick us up, too. Room nice and quiet, comfortable bed and pillows.

Even though they were going through renovations, things were kept clean and neat. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was polite and accommodating. They even tried to help point out things to do during our down time. We were there for a wedding and the girl at the desk made it a point to compliment our attire.

Overall we found this hotel to be very adequate. The staff was very pleasant and the facility was kept clean, even though they were going through the process of replacing furniture in the rooms with new dressers and night stands. The only complaint we had was considering the hotel is advertised as a conference center it was unusual not to find some type of restaurant or bar on the property. They did provide an adequate, not excellent, but adequate breakfast in the cost of the room. The location of the hotel made it an excellent choice if you plan to visit Leesburg or the Air and Space Museum near the Dulles Airport.

The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the Leesburg vicinity. It is very convenient to US 15.

The lobby had notices up that talked about renovated rooms but the one I stayed in was not that great, even the curtains in the windows were torn and shabby. It seemed clean enough but the overall atmosphere was beat up and worn down. We had breakfast in the morning where there was a good selection and the staff was helpful. In spite of the positives I wouldn't stay here again, it was not in good shape.

Had a wonderful stay, clean, quiet room, fun with friends and enjoyed breakfast provided by hotel as well as use of the other facilities. Easy to find, convenient to other sites & restaurants as well as shopping. Hotel accommodated our group for our car show with reserve parking, washing/clean up facilities and security.

Wonderful smaller hotel in Leesburg with courteous, friendly staff. Much newer on the inside than it looks from the outside. The lobby and guest rooms are newly renovated & furnished, the rooms are a good size, shower pressure is good, the beds are very comfortable beds, and the hotel provides a terrific full hot and cold breakfast! Oh, it also offers a small gym and outside pool! We stayed for a scrapbooking retreat with at least 50 other people and the conference room accommodations were great.

Beautifully redecorated room and wonderful breakfast. Staff was very courteous and helpful even the construction workers who were working the remodel. The reason why I gave average rating for sleep quality is because the mattress was too firm for my preference.

I was in town for a wedding. Most of the family stayed in hotels across the street, but they wanted much more money for the night and were booked. I wasn't expecting too much for the price and was pleasantly surprised. I always check the mattress, and it had a November 2015 date on it, and was clean. The whole place could stand some updating, but maybe then I would not be able to afford it. All in all a nice stop.

The staff at the Best Western in Leesburg are great. I had a noise problem there and they took care of it right away. The new decor is very nice, the breakfast is great and the hotel is clean. I love the popcorn machine and free coffee!!

The hotel in Leesburg is a place on our annual stay agenda. We attend meetings in Washington, D.C. and travel to states in the area, each year. We certainly appreciate the first class service provided by the personnel and the quality of the facility, which has been upgraded continually through out the years we have been coming to Washington, D.C.

The Service at the front desk is prompt and efficient, the small market place is handy for. There are good and variety of food options around the hotel. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The renovation is updating the look of the hotel interiors.

Had some problems with appliances and tv cable not being plugged inn upon arrival. Not wanting to wait for room service, I fixed them myself, but an elderly person might have trouble moving furniture to do this. Also, mini fridge noisy when it is running, especially at night when all else is quiet. Breakfast should have been better. Not that difficult to make good eggs and sausage. Otherwise, many good amenities, including 24 hr. coffee, popcorn in the afternoon, small gym and business center, decent lobby, good location and very accommodating staff. Still undergoing renovation, but not disturbed by the work. Good value for the money. Just needs some fine tuning.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff from front desk to domestic were polite, energetic and positive. We were visiting my nephew and asked if he could join us for breakfast on his days off. The hotel was very accommodating and said there was no charge for that. All in all, given that we stayed in a number of different hotels during our time in the US, this was by far the most enjoyable. Thank you.

Overall a decent hotel to stay. Friendly staff, goo breakfast albeit, closed early. Room amenities not working like fridge and microwave. There needs to be at least one more elevator to get to the other wing. it was quite a long walk if you are carrying a heavy luggage. Access to room from parking area might be ideal.

When was the last time you ate breakfast at a hotel breakfast bar with real utensils and dishware? Is this a "green thing" or an up-grade? Either way, it sure beats plastic spoons and paper plates. The food selection was also good - cereal, eggs, meat, fruit, plus muffins, bagels or bread. Hot food hot, cold food cold. What's not to like.

This hotel has been updated. Very nice clean rooms . Great free breakfast hot . This is really nice hotel . Staff is friendly. Location is near places to walk . The free breakfast is hot and the area lots tables and chairs.

Friendly staff, clean rooms , quiet. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location and near great eating. We recommend Red Hot and Blue BBQ across the street. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They have a small store.

Accommodations were poor but customer service was great at this Best Western. CancelOn is the main source of our dissatisfaction. Words of advice: if the third party booker is CancelOn, choose a different hotel. After our first night at this hotel we knew we didn't want to stay a second- the non smoking room smelled of smoke, the heating/cooling unit was malfunctioning and so loud you had to turn it off to talk on the phone, exercise equipment in the gym didn't work, and breakfast was sad. After speaking to management they were accommodating and willing to cancel our second night, no problem. It was CancelOn that gave us the run around. Their customer service was horrendous. The representative that was working that day- Leon- originally said, too bad, even if Best Western refunds us, we will not refund you. So we asked to just move the reservation to a different hotel so CancelOn could keep their share of the reservation money. No, can't do that either. Best western management called CancelOn and said typically if the hotel is willing to refund, the third party booker complies- to this, Leon asked the hotel management to send an email confirming the refund which he did and then did two more times because Leon kept saying they didn't receive. When we asked to speak with a supervisor- Leon told us he wasn't available and then when he realized we were dissatisfied with him, he lied and told us his name was Ben. After 4 calls to the company we still have yet to speak with a supervisor and although Best Western refunded CancelOn, CancelOn has kept all of the money from that second night.

this place was great for accommodating the disabled and accompanying adult children there was an adjoining door that I could have quick access to my mother. she was also able to have her own room with privacy we were here to bury my father at Arlington National cemetery.

A lot about this hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff (who came to find me as a light was on in my car), comfortable room and decent free breakfast. But, the wifi was intermittent and slow, and my ground floor room was next to an external security light that the drapes could not keep out. A different room, and a stronger wifi signal would make this a repeat-stay hotel

The weather was extermely cold but the staff was warm and friendly. Good value. The only compliant was that the heat would not cycle off. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Great value for the money.

A group of 70+ women descend on this hotel almost monthly for 3-day scrapbooking events and the staff treats us absolutely fantastically. The breakfast (which is included in the price of the room) is hot and good, coffee is available all day long and they start popping popcorn in the late afternoon.

We stayed here as we collect points for Best Western which earns us free nights. The Best Western hotels are a much higher standard in Europe. We understand they are much more basic in the USA, but we were still disappointed with this one. Room was clean but old looking. Bed had an ok mattress but a really scratchy blanket with a sheet on it. No comforter. It was freezing cold. Lights from the corridor kept the room lit up when we turned our lights off, big gap around door on all four sides. Door was not sound proof either. Someone decided to vacuum the corridor around 9pm. Then some other guests decided to have a little gathering outside our door about 2am. Noise from all around continued all night until about 6am. Shower wasn't great. When we left in the morning someone was sitting on our car - so that was a nice touch. We had friends staying across the road at the Comfort Suites for about the same price and they had a better experience plus an indoor pool and hot tub. In addition their hotel shuttle picked us up at night from about 15 miles away for free. Best Western said they had no driver. On the bright side the front desk staff were rally nice. All in all would recommend giving this hotel a miss if there are rooms somewhere else.

My parents were booked for a 2 night stay for an appointment nearby. This turned into a 6 night stay due to the recent snow storm. The entire staff took excellent care of them. Ensuring they had a room for them until they could get a flight back home, answering all of their questions and making sure they were comfortable and had all of their needs met. The shuttle was a Godsend, helping my parents get to and from the airport, their appointments and restaurants near by when the roads were safe to travel. Thank you to the entire staff!!

For the money,clean room,nice staff,plenty of parking,places to eat,easy access to x-way,Breakfest ,well alright not like a favorite diner but great for grab and go,and good cup of coffee,could probably stay cheaper ,but for clean room and breakfest cant beat it

My wife and I wanted to get away from DC for the weekend to visit several wineries and decided to stay at this Best Western because they accepted dogs (we have two small doggies). The staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Rooms were clean, large, and had a frog and microwave. It was close to several wineries and also to nice restaurants in Leesburg. Overall, excellent trip. Will certainly do again and will stay at the Best Western.

My husband and I were on our way to Florida, Leesburg was the end of our first travel day. The reviews were mixed but the price was right so we decided to give it a try. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and it was quiet. They serve breakfast though we did not partake so I cannot comment on it. It was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. We will probably stay there again on the way home.

Our most recent stay was over Christmas Eve and Christmas. The first night we choked on smoke in our smoke free room. The second night housekeeping wasn't provided and we stepped over broken beer bottles to enter the laundry room. We complained to the desk clerk who took half off one night. We wanted to speak to the manager, Richard Menster, who refused to return phone calls left for him over the next three days. This Best Western doesn't deserve to be in business.

We stayed at the Leesburg Best Western, because it was pet-friendly, and also because it got great reviews. Our experience was very nice. I got the AAA rate, plus the pet fee was very reasonable ($20 fee) compared to the other hotels in the area. Clarion wanted $75 ! The staff were all very nice and professional, including the breakfast staff. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We asked for a room near the back door so we could take our pup out for breaks, and the staff very nicely changed our room from the 2nd floor to a 1st floor room near the back door. The tv was fine, and the wi-fi was fine, too. There were lots of extra outlets , conveniently located on the night stand, to plug in all the electronic devices we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely stay there again.

I booked hotel due to last minute travel for business. I am a government employee and typically look for free internet and breakfast for any lodging I book. Not only did I get all of this but I was able to book this hotel at a rate below government per diem (taxes included). This was a great value and I will certainly consider it again

This Best Western in Leesburg is a comfortable and economical place to stay. Their complimentary breakfast is incredible with many options, from fluffy scrambled eggs to waffles, cereal, bacon or sausage, home fries, juices, yogurt and fruit. They have many TV channels, including HBO. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We love the Best Western In Leesburg! Very clean, quiet, great location, awesome free breakfast. A great value for your buck. We have stayed there for 'years', & it is always the same....!!! Will be back again!!

I have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. Love the popcorn machine!! Staff is always friendly. If they are not super busy and your room is ready they will check you in.

There is very little I can add to other reviewers comments, other than to confirm that the Leesburg Best Western is a very good choice if you are considering a stay in the area. Comfortable, clean, well located and with pleasant efficient staff. Room service was very good and on a par with what you would expect in a much more expensive and high end hotel, Great value overall. Recommended.

Always stay here when I'm in the area. Great place with really nice staff. A favorite place to overnight! Good Breakfast with a nice variety and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms that are fairly large so you don't feel cramped. Good size towels not skimpy like some chains. A bonus it the popcorn machine for after dinner snacking.

This is a nice basic hotel. The staff is very pleasant and the rooms are pretty spacious. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but it is certainly clean and comfortable. The have a popcorn machine and will make popcorn several times daily. I can't say much for the breakfast, but I am not big on Continental breakfast in general. Too many carbs and not enough protein choices. Unfortunately the coffee is terrible but there is a Starbucks very close!

We travelled with another couple and had a very nice 2 night stay here. The rooms were clean, quiet, comfy and stylish. The bathroom had great lighting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. The fitness center equipment was not the best, but useable. I would stay here again.

Average hotel in beautiful Leesburg with very caring staff. Free Shuttle was an excellent benefit. Breakfast was excellent with some good healthy choices, not just the standard breads and muffins. They had fruit, yogurts, and oatmeal.

Appreciated having TWO chairs in the room; one of us didn't have to be on the bed to watch tv. Pillows & mattress very comfortable. Motel is easily accessible to various historic sites. Refreshingly easier to travel from site to site.

The a/c unit was loud and interfered with sleep. The location was very close to exit of interstate. The staff was friendly and the hotel provided complimentary breakfast Thursday & Friday. The bed was somewhat comfortable and the room service very good. Check out was a breeze and the location was very near places to dine

Only problem we had was an issue with the toilet filling up extremely slow once it was flushed....I mean taking hours! We called the front desk and maintenance was up and fixed it in a matter of minutes.

My Go-To lodging for visits to NoVa is the BW at Leesburg. The staff is professional and friendly, and they make clients feel welcome and comfortable. Location is convenient to NoVa and Mid-Maryland. Numerous retail establishments make this area attractive as well...restaurants, grocery and sports stores, and much more.

We stayed here primarily to visit the Leesburg Premium shopping outlets.The location was great, there are a lot of places to eat close to the hotel,its also quite closely located to a Walmart super store.It was a short drive away-about 7-10 minutes from the outlets.Front office staff was helpful.Breakfast was just okay.Overall,though a little dated,we had a comfortable stay in our spacious room.

Went to equissage school for 5 days, stayed 7 The staff is friendly and breakfast top notch with eggs and meat every morning plus other selections. They offered a shuttle service to the school witch I was not aware of. Overall it was great, close to great resturants and stores, so if you fly in no need to rent a car if going to equissage,, thank you for a wonderful time. And oh yeah, I passed.

The staff was nice. There was a workout room. NO outlets anywhere near the bed...really? In this day and age? But the various types of hairs in the tub were appalling. One. Ick but you move on. This was over five. Breakfast attendant the nicest, most genuinely lovely attendant I can remember anywhere. But having to plug in my phone i the bathroom and then what was IN the bathroom... Not going back here ever again.

Stayed here one night after riding my bide on the Washington and Old Dominion bike trail. The hotel van has a large bike rack, and dropped me off at an entrance to the trail the next day so I didn't have to ride on busy streets, although it isn't very far. Breakfast was really very good. The room was neat, new and clean. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Would stay again, and a good value.
