The manager is always right at this hotel. The customer only needs to be grateful for the privilege of being in his hotel. Not recommended is an understatement Note that every complaint that a customer registers. The hotel manager immediately notes below how right he is

A very comfortable stay very clean rooms facilities in room include hair dryer kettle & coffee machine :…….pool area very nice … breakfast was very good lots of choices especially choice of milks like coconut … almond & oat ( alpro)… the staff & house keeping were polite & professional at all times good location for town centre & plenty of returns choices within walking distance …. 2nd visit here and iam hoping to come back thank you all for a great stay 👌🌈

Awful stayed overnight for Ed Sheeran concert staff miserable and very rude, took my kids as we was all watching the concert my little Girl was swimming and got Told off because she made a splash with her feet, room wasn't made up the beds for the kids not made up had to ask housekeeping for sheets, gave us sheets didn't offer to make up the room for us so did it ourselves, nothing nearby just in the middle of a neighbourhood, Glad it was only one night couldn't wait get back to our own hotel the next day,on checkout I said Can I check out please she just snatched the card no thanks not asking how we Found it avoid.

First time at this hotel…. Stayed there as easy access to see Ed Sheeran. The hotel staff are so welcoming, the rooms are very spacious modern and bright. It was a superb overnight stay .. cannot fault it at all. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We booked three rooms in total and our friends also said how lovely it was.

So great! Everything is clean, new, beautiful room, spacious, welcoming. Great service, clean pool, just big enough to hang out quietly and enjoy the great breeze. Staff is very nice, polite, helping. Breakfast was good and fulfilling, good coffee, eggs, fresh vegetables, cheese and more..

What a terrible experience, would not recommend. Came to this hotel because my flight got cancelled and what a terrible time. Got to the hotel at 5am and was in the room by 5:30 after a long day of flight delays all I wanted was to go to bed. The room smelt terrible with sewage coming from the toilet and air con not working in 35 degree heat. When checking in they didn't tell us when we needed to check out. They assumed we would know. When going to check out they demanded that we would have to pay 30 euros for late check out even know we only got into the room at 6am they wanted us to check out at 11!!. I didn't want to pay this charge but the rude manager said if we don't pay he would call the police and the airport. He expected us to have 5 hours of sleep and then leave. We are not mind readers !. We ended up paying as he made me and family very uncomfortable. What a terrible experience

The hotel is very modern. All general areas well decorated, clean & tidy. The staff on the desk , Anna & Alithia were very friendly & helpful. We also received vouchers for a free drink on our arrival. The bar/ lounge area was relaxing. The bar staff were lovely people. All the staff throughout the hotel were polite & helpful. The breakfasts were really good. Lots of choice & freshly squeezed orange juice! The rooms es were comfortable in every way. Thank you for the water ,teas etc were appreciated. The shower room was excellent. Lovely free accessories which included toothbrush & toothpaste. Car parking was limited .

Although I can still recommend this hotel overall, my experience there with my family for 3 nights was not the best. On our first night, around 00:35, someone started banging on our door like crazy. They woke us up, and being my first day in the country and at the hotel, I didn't want to open the door to deal with a potentially drunk stranger. Instead, I just shouted, "Go away." The following morning, I reported the incident to the receptionist, who said she would escalate it to her manager and get back to us with feedback. However, during our second and third days, I didn't see that same receptionist at the front desk again, and nobody bothered to give us an explanation or even an apology letter under our door.

The hotel is located in the middle of a neighborhood. But in a walking distance the the sea. The staff is welcoming. The room that we got was wide enough. But the hole experience was a bit "cold". The room isn't "warm", the balcony is looking in to other apartment of the near building. There is a wide shower and shower kit, the room has a kit of tea and coffee with nespresso machine. The dining room was a strange experience, while the food was cold and dry, except the omelet that is made on demand. We needed a place for one night, because of plane changing, so it was fine. I've been to a few western bestern hotels in the world, and was a bid disappointed.

Amazing hotel, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Room has balcony, little small but does the job. Will defiantly use again. Location is perfect to get to places. Near beach, restaurants and shops. Pool is cold but great to use. Highly recommend…

Everything was wonderful. Amazing buffet breakfast. Even had freshly squeezed orange juice ( my favourite) Wish we had longer! Good value and very clean. Only downside is rooms are small! But outside most of the day anyhow. Don't hesitate. Way better value than the Best Westerns in North America

Western Larco hotel is the best choice if you are looking for some days of relaxation, away from noise and stress. We are a couple who spent 5 night here and we are extremely satisfied with the services it offers. Our room was nice and cosy, with a pool view, with a kettle and coffee maker for free of charge. Every day we have received one liter of bottled water, and without asking, our towels were changed every second day. Our booking included also breakfast, which was very nice and rich of choice - local dishes and orange juice every morning. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar super friendly and helpful - always smiling and making our stay enjoyable. Thank you for giving us the best experience in Larnaca. Definitely we will be back in the future.

Good situated hotel. There were no issues at the stay, and the staff at the reception were extremely efficient. I think it is a culturally thing, but I missed a more smiling staff in general. They almost looked angry, without really being angry. Would I stay there again? sure

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Well laid out premises and location great - close to beach, local shops and restaurants. Food was varied and nice. The swimming pool was a savoir on the hot days too. The barman John needs a special mention. Very professional, great at his job and always with a smile. Thanks John from the three Kiwi's.

The hotel is nice and tidy. Basic with no frills. Public areas and rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The only down side was the toilet and shower. A bit on the small side for someone 6 feet tall like myself. They could have done a bit better..

Buyer Beware of Exploding Shower Doors! Disappointing experience. The sign of a good or bad hotel is being able to recover from a bad incident. I entered the shower and barely touched the door before it exploded into a thousand pieces. I wrote to the General Manager of the hotel and Best Western Corporate and didn't hear back. Lucky I only had cuts to my hands and feet. I let the front desk know and they told me it wasn't the 1st time this happened. No offer of apology or compensation.

Came out 3-6 aug hotel had fab ratings so that's why I booked it personally the only few things that have for this hotel are the staff and the location to the airport the hotel is literally 10 mins away paid €20 which is always handy the hotel is located in a quiet area with restaurants and shops near by and the sea but nothing else ur choices are limited however about a 15min walk along the sea front u get the the main central lca strip loads of bars n restaurants when u walk to the sea front turn left and carry str8 on if u turn right u end up going towards Mackenzie beach on ur way there is a scooter hire place which I fully recommend €40 for the whole day for 2 ppl €20 each brilliant price ended up going everywhere!!! And discovered places we wouldn't have normally seen the hotel does give u a drinks voucher but only for alcoholic drinks we didn't use the voucher It was my bday when out here and the hotel gave me a lovely bottle of wine which was nice of them The pool is tiny and not a lot off space and the sunloungers are too close together it's like ur sitting on someone's lap!!! The staff are so friendly and helpful Breakfast is ok didn't think it was brilliant but good choices the room itself was small I asked for a double bed which they gave us I found the bed uncomfy the air con wasn't a good as I hoped I like a nice cold room with air con blasting the bathroom was small and lacked storage to put ur stuff in the bathroom there is a safe which is free the hotel said that there was mini bar to me a minibar means there's some sort of drinks in there (soft or alcoholic) but all it had was a fridge (wasn't even that cold) there is a smart telly in the room and there was a balcony as well was this place value for money no would I stay here again no Don't know how this hotel got a 4* rating as I certainly have been in better hotels

Decent location between airport and city centre (both walkable). Comfortable room, with only intermittent TV reception a slight negative. Friendly staff. Good breakfast choices. Clean. Fairly priced.

Perfect location, if you have an early flight or late arrival at LCA. Good value for money. Basic amenities but great breakfast. I was a little disappointed that my Best Western rewards status was ignored.

Great hotel. Spotless, and frequently cleaned around all areas of hotel. Well situated ( I was diving the Zenobia wreck and Dive-In Larnaca is just around the corner) and plenty of places to eat out if required - hotel does food all day at pool, and in bar/restaurant Staff very helpful and pleasant. We booked a suite which was extremely good value. Gave us the extra space we needed.

Confirmation with Best Western plus Larco, Pontou Street was made months before my arrival requested to put me in room opposite my friend's apartment. When I arrived the receptionist literally told me they are over booked i must go stay in a hotel 5min away for one night and I they will offer me lunch or dinner, like half board. I wanted to experience Larnaca eat in different restaurants everday Luckily I was with a friend who is a local, she immediately said No because the hotel for transfer was terrible, tried another and she said No terrible as well. Eventually I was booked in another hotel for one night called Leonardo Boutique Hotel, George checked me in, he was fantastic. I will stay here next time because location is great and hotel is very clean. My evening with friends was ruined, even the person driving to the new hotel wasn't happy. What upset me the most about Best Western plus Larco was being ordered to go stay in a different hotel without apology. The first thing to say is to apologies and explain the situation. Even the next day when I came back to check in, the lady at reception was so defensive agressive speach, she just said they are just receptionist they don't make decisions then I told her she never apologised and then she replied oh im sorry. That already spoilt my stay. I thought your employer gave you the job and you must take responsibility, sometimes by just apologising, you are the first point of contact and depending on how you speak can make a difference to someone's stay. It was my first time to stay with Best Western and I dont wish to stay with them again.

Good value. Rooms very clean and bright.we had a small balcony . Nice staff. Good breakfast. Swimming pool. Twenty minutes walk from centre.. Tv has a few international channels. Air con works .This is quite large on five floors of rooms .Has a restaurant

A nice experience at this hotel. Located close to the airport is around 10 minutes drive and also close to the little Marina, probably no more than 10 minutes walk. The hotel seems to be renovated recently, you have in the room complimentary water, coffee and tea. The room has a serif and a mini refrigerator. The pool towels are in the room. Some of the rooms have pool view and some road view in the front of the hotel. Breakfast is good, different options, also for vegetarians. Fresh orange juice every morning, you have the option to get specific food if you have any dietary restrictions. The hotel offers to buy half board or full board. The pool is heated at 26 degrees and it has a mini swimming pool for children. A conference room available, also gym and sauna included for the guests and spa services with a price which I didn't get it, neither on the TV menu of the TV, neither inside the room. A prior reservation is required for sauna. Opening hours 7 to 19.30 but it might be changed depending on the season, this information you should ask at the reception. In the lobby of the hotel there is a bar. Restaurant offers also wrapped breakfast if you have an early flight. Nearby you have supermarket, restaurants and bars and you are very close to the medieval castle or Saint lazaurus church.Very good customer service at the reception. I do recommend this hotel, very good balance quality price.

We came as a couple on our first vacation The driver of the hotel Gregory was so nice and picked us up from the airport The front desk was extremly nice especially Maria who gave a big and luxurious room. The bartender which I cant remember his name was kind and served us with free drinks when we entered the hotel. The dining room was ok, but same food every day but it was delicous. And especially I liked the fresh squezeed orange juice. The waiter omar was super diligent and cleaned our table everyday with a smile And the best thing, the night before I left the hotel my suitcase's wheel was broken down and Mansour from the maintenence took his drill and fixed the wheel with two screws. Highly recommend for everyone to see this hotel

Good Location near to the airport and the beach in Larnaca, rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit small, breakfast buffet was Ok, hotel staff are nice and informative when it comes to asking about things to do in this city.

As writing review I'm sat around a nice pool area quite a small area but managed to get a chair though.... I dont do many reviews only when really good or something has ennoyed me on this occasion it's the reception staff 1st not a great check in made out there was a problem but all good in the end..... 2nd refrigerator (not a refrigeraor but a room temperature mini bar) ..... All I ask reception was how to make fridge the coldest is the setting low or high before i could ask question (only mentioned the word fridge) I was cut short and told it's not a refrigerator but a room temperature empty mini bar after pointing out to Elizabeth the reception I didn't like her attitude she seemed to change and said to me she has complained to her management amount it ..... Probably end of season had enough of us annoying tourist asking silly questions but if she said to me put mini bar on low or high setting for coldest temperature or I don't no I would if been happy with that answer but she went out of her way to give me attitude as I say I travel a lot I work for a airline and don't do a lot of reviews but today I thought I would and the reason why I booked this hotel is because the best western website says refrigerators I needed one for my grandsons milk rant over I feel better now

Think that the reception staff need to remember that hotels equal hospitality! This was our second visit to this hotel this year and after a disastrous first encounter we came back! Why? Firstly this hotel is clean and modern and again the cleaning staff are 100% on best form! When I say the cleaning staff can't do enough for you…. They are superb! The breakfast at the hotel does not disappoint! Plenty of choice and good quality wholesome food to choose from! Didn't have a problem with that! John the bar manager! Again ten out of ten for great service, excellent drinks and always happy to chat and welcome guests! What this hotel lacks? Is staff who are genuinely bothered about customer service! This hotel for me, could be awesome! BUT… checking out… there was no, did you enjoy your stay? Do you need a taxi to the airport? Is there anything else I can help you with??? Nothing! I checked out and there were two women on reception! No other guests and I waited at reception while my husband used the facilities! A bit of conversation? Nothing? Enjoyed your stay? Nothing? Time for a smoke break! I had a conversation with a new member of staff and I expressed my concerns! He agreed with me! Doesn't take much to say, thanks for staying with us? Hope to see you again soon? I just think that if your the only interaction a guest has had, then you need to reflect how awesome the hotel is! I think some staff let the hotel down! But in general, the majority are awesome! So I would like to say thank you to the awesome people who work at the Larco!

Ended up here for one night with my wife and children as our flight was cancelled , the airline put us in a terrible hotel literally round the corner from here so I done a Google search , found this place which was a 1 minute walk and luckily they had one room left. I spoke to Elena on the phone and we were greeted by Elena upon arrival , she was fantastic. She knew our situation so made sure we were checked in very efficiently as we had tired children, made sure our room was all made up ready for our arrival and explained the hotel services to us. It was only a brief stay but from what we saw and experienced the rooms were great and modern, the pool was very good, the food was good and the gym and shower area was also great. Would certainly visit again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Elena in particular as you made us feel very welcome, always smiling, you were exceptionally helpful and you were superb and a real credit to this hotel!

The Best Western Larco Plus ticked all the boxes for us... Our stay could have been longer, next time! Great service and fantastic location, very close to Larnaca Airport. Would not hesitate to stay here again, would highly recommend a stay here.

Great accommodation, friendly staff, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, very nice pool , all their spaces are new, beautifully decorated and clean as well as their rooms. Highly recommend for couples, families, friends!

We booked in with our one year old for one night before flying home. It's an odd place. Close to the coast and airport, yet in a residential area. The hotel is modern, clean and in great condition. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a small pool. While all shiny and new, it is probably not the greatest quality interiors- so may tire. For the time being it was perfect for what we needed.

Bought this hotel trip randomly it looked presentable and modern. Arrived on the 20/5/22 at silly hours of the morning as flight from UK was delayed, fortunately reception was opened 24hrs we reserved room prior to arrival so it was an easy transaction. The room we booked for that night was compact, with firm and comfortable beds, we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast presentation was impressive the selection was vast with constant resupply I went down couple minutes after closing time and was able to secure breakfast. 21/5/22 we move to what I thought was two double beds with settee it as bigger but the bed was most uncomfortable, mattress was soft not as firm as my previous small and compacted room. I nursed asking back for the duration of the trip. I have given it a excellent review as my husband did slept perfectly on his bed he love it soft while I prefer it firm. The swimming pool was excellent so too was the Spar. It was an excellent experience will return again.

Stayed in larnaca a few times and always at the san remo but never again this time we had a change the best western is not far from the san remo but the best western larco is so much better its clean and modern the rooms are lovely. On our first day we was given a wet room they was no where to but toiletries it was more a room for someone with disabilities. So we asked to change rooms and was given a pool view room was a lovely room apart from the shock i got while putting my clothes away something hissed at me when I looked it was a tiny scared kitten no idea how long it had been there obviously missed by the cleaners . I managed to catch it and give it to the manager no idea what he did with it . But apart from that the hotel was perfect the pool area is lovely but they always insisted in closing the door leading to the pool which was not easy as they was no handle it would have been better with a automatic door ..your in walking distance to Mckenzie beach which is a must visit and also not far to the centre .. the breakfast at the hotel was plenty including bacon . Eggs. Beans. Etc . The only downside was all the signs in the hotel was not translated into English so was hard to read notes left on breakfast tables and notice board … will definitely go again

If you want a cheap family vacation, stay here. Not at all appropriate for a business traveler. Rooms are tiny, no counter in the bathroom, no washcloths, the soap container in the shower is unmarked and dish soap. Food is okay. Security is terrible, you can walk through the front door and out the back through the lobby and no on even questions you.

I cannot praise this hotel enough! I stayed with a friend for 4 nights. First impressions:- bright clean reception, friendly, helpful reception staff and hotel manager. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The room also had free of charge safe, fridge, coffee machine, pool towels. We were on B n B basis, the breakfast had so much choice! and all freshly prepared. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but we had a couple of meals from the a la carte that were superb. The pool isn't massive and only a few sunbeds but we never had a problem getting one, there are a number of tables and chairs for seating too. Pool lovely and warm and pool area again, spotless. Much praise to all the staff who all work so hard to make sure guests have a pleasant stay, special mention to John and Suzi from the bar who looked after us so well. Its not often I say this but would 100% return to this hotel and hope to do so soon.

I spent a beautiful the last week of February 2022 in this hotel. I have arrived at the hotel after 22.00 and was tired and hungry. A receptionist young man was polite to me, suggested a room with a view of the hotel swimming pool, and gave me a small card to get a free drink in the hotel bar. Besides, the happy hours for an alcohol cocktail in the hotel bar: from 20 till 22 if you order one kind of cocktail, another is for free. Barman John, a brutal man, serves each client quickly and easy. I have tried many cocktails made by him. They are delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the room looked exactly as it is depicted on the websites of the travel agencies: The furniture is all brand new, and the bed is comfortable. In addition, there are two big towels in the bathroom, two small ones and + unopened new packs of disposable sleepers, and two blue pool towels. Every day my room has been cleaned up by beautiful cleaner Nicoletta. She speaks English, and we had a lovely chat. In addition, I am a coffee lover, so Nicoletta regularly replenished the coffee capsules for my coffee machine in the room. There are very professional staff in the hotel. They speak English, Russian and many other languages. Genadij, a young man, is remembered as friendly and helpful. I liked the meal in the hotel restoration: buffet breakfast, lunches and dinners are served offers a large variety of dishes. The best hotel in Larnaca! I will come back here again definitely.

I have stayed in the BW Larco hotel for just over 5 weeks with work. I was surprised to see that the hotel is only listed as a 2 star because the facilities are excellent. However what has made my stay so wonderful was the staff, the professionalism of all concerned is evident to see when you walk in. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all areas are serviced with smiling, efficient staff members who are always on hand to help. The food is varied and above a 2 star standard at the daily buffet, drinks and the bar is ran very well by John and his team and he deserves a special mention for the effort he puts in. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he makes every guest feel welcome and special. Elizabeth in reception also deserves special thanks as any issue or special request is dealt with quickly and proficiently. Quality staff are hard to find in the hospitality industry and the hotel here has them in abundance. Suzie, Florin,Inna and Dany and the rest of the team make this hotel stand out from its counterparts, thank you for making my extensive stay so enjoyable.

All perfect. Just a thing I noticed. That the sauna and steam bath area are not equipped with an Emergency Botton. A red botton connected to the reception that one can press in case of Emergency. The sauna Is 100 degrees... Imagine if one person feels fainting ...the steam bath floor Is slippery.. Imagine if one falls down...to reach an Emergency Botton Is easier than going out.

Arrived at the hotel, to be told that there was no reservation in my name! I had to show my booking voucher…. And the chap on reception still insisted that there was no reservation! He called other people etc! I had to call the company that I had booked the hotel with…. In the end the reservation was found! Great! We can go to our rooms now! Was given a key for room 202! On entering the room…. There was another family in there! Again had to return to reception to have a conversation around another person being in our allocated room! What is wrong with people! After travelling for about 12 hours… this is the last thing I ever expected or needed! We were then given a disabled room! Great! Loads of space.. Breakfast is excellent! Loads of choice for people with all sorts of eggs… boiled, scrambled, fried! Toast and cereals! Staff need to be more aware and engaging with paying guests! Only John the bar man and the cleaner… and Valentino were engaging and pleasant! Especially John!

I highly recommend this hotel, the hotel exceptionally clean ,staff are amazing receptionist Valentino is wonderful so helpful. Breakfast was great beds very comfortable really can't fault this hotel .

Stayed here for just 1 night in Nivember 21, simply looking for an overnight stay for a fight out the next day. The hotel is a good location for this - on the side of the City closest to the terminal with good road links. Got to the hotel late in the evening - the hotels car park is timy and so had to find street parking (which there was plenty of). Reception was fast friendly and efficient - all the Covid precautions were followed. Room was clean and comfortable - everything worked well with good wifi. There is a small bar - bit sterile but friendly enough. Breakfast farbetter than I expected - wide choice and nice quality. In the morning had time for a walk down to the beach which is a 4 or 5 min walk away. Can't say the views from the hotel are great - but I guess youre not paying beachfront prices. All in all i really liked this place - a very friendly vibe and a good location.

Clean, got a suite which was large but lacking homley vibes. Small balcony, coffee maker, fridge. Nice pool area with pool towels and umbrellas. Breakfast ok. And they provide a changing room with shower at the gym after check-out and its in a nice walking area along the beach with shops, restaurants and even a small harbour

Best Western Larco Larnaca is located just off the city centre and about 10 minute drive from the airport, LCA. Should you want to, when the 425 bus passes right by the hotel and cost €1.50. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and about 10-15 minutes walk from main seafront. The hotel is new and modern and has a good size outdoor pool and a nice sundeck, as well as a good gym with plenty of equipment. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of storage and most rooms have good size balconies. There is a nice restaurant as well as a bar, and if you want to try something different then there is plenty of options around the hotel. Shopping is about a 10 minute walk towards town. Great location for exploring Larnaca giving the location from the seafront and the airport.

Super clean, super located, super comfortable! Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. My room was on second floor with view to the pool. Nice breakfast is offed every morning. Bar is available too. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended for Larnaca!

We were let down by another (horrible) accomodation and had to book at last minute. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel generally. Lovely drinks area around the pool. A very easy walk to the sea.

I stayed for 8 days. 4 of these days my aircon did not work, which while staying in 30 degree heat, is very important to me. I had a bad night sleep for half of my holiday. I called up every night, and went to speak to the reception staff again every morning for 3 days. They would just tell me "it is getting fixed", and never actually came to my room to see the problem. I requested a fan, and they said there are none available. On the fourth day I complained, someone did actually come to my room, and they concluded the aircon was not fixable. They then offered to move me to another room, but this was not possible on the same night as the hotel was fully booked. They could move me the next night - which was my last night. This would mean I would have to wait near the hotel until 3pm when a room was ready, pack everything up, move rooms, just to stay one night, and pack everything up again to check out. Naturally I did not do this. The reception staff were nice enough as were the staff around the hotel but they had no power. Everything had to go through the manager who evidently did not want to fix the issue, or even make me more comfortable. I was offered some free drink tokens at the bar and a free meal as compensation. To add insult to injury, when I went to claim my free meal, I was told that the meal was not for the restaurant, and was for the bog-standard buffet. I pressed the manager to allow me to have an ordinary meal, but he refused. Asides from my bad experience with the management, the rest of the hotel is fine. It is modern, and feels safe for sure, but it is not worth the high rating it has. The pool is small, and was built on the wrong side of the building - it doesn't get sun until late morning, and the sun then disappears behind some high buildings for most of the afternoon. The location is ok - 20 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. It's not so much that it is far, but Larnaca is small, and there are a lot of other options nearer. Also, nothing the hotel could help, but the beaches nearby are not good. If nice beaches matter to you when chosint a location, do not stay in Larnaca.

I was on a business trip, stayed for 20 days and made friends! The rooms were clean, the pool is nice as well! The crew is friendly and helpful. The best costumer experience I had for many years! Many thanks to Hristina, Ioana, Claudio, Valentino, Randy and the whole crew.

I was at your hotel, but since I am a flight attendant, I can't leave a review on the booking. so I am writing here! I really liked the service at the hotel, delicious food and beautiful, clean rooms. but I want to separately praise the bartender, a very kind person and a true professional in his field. His name is Claudiu:)

Stayed one night before a flight out. Recently renovated hotel, with a rebranding (I believe) to Best Western. Small, but nice room. Not a ton of counterspace in the bathroom. Also limited toiletries.  Breakfast buffet was decent. Free bottle of water and fruit in the room, which was a nice touch.  Very friendly front desk staff. Small pool area, but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The front desk will give you beach towels. Parking was a little confusing. I am still not sure if there is parking at the hotel, I ended up circling the block a number of times before parking on the street. The entrance to the hotel is also not marked as Best Western, so it wasn't completely clear until I went to check in that I was in the right place. Overall a great choice.

I stayed from 28th of April till the 3rd of May 2021. Right from the arrival till my last few moments at the hotel I felt treated with dignity, respect and full attention to detail! Right from the reception desk, bar, restaurant and room attendance, everyone has been very kind, helpful and supportive, truly to an outstanding level! The amenities incl. the rooms are all very well taken care off, the breakfast buffet doesn't leave a wish open, equally the bar, and If I ever come back to Larnaca, I certainly shall come and stay at Best Western Plus Larco Hotel! My sincere thanks to the entire staff and Mr. Christos, for making my final days in Larnaca a real pleasant, enjoyable treat! Wolfgang Gindorfer

Outstanding hotel, value for money, very nice room and especially very good people at reception - Joanna and Danny who provide excellent guidance and help. Hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, 100 meters from the boardwalk and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Hello, I would yo use this opportunity to say a few words about this amazing hotel. I had the pleasure to stay 2 weeks in this hotel which is located only 4 minutes walking distance from the sea, the rooms are brand new and well equipped, comfy bed and a huge swimming pool is available. The personnel is very helpful, Danny, the receptionist is providing an exceptional customer service, being helpful and very professional. I really appreciated the staff for their hospitality, they made mu stay enjoyable. Good breakfast available, I recommend this hotel for business and holiday stay.

The hotel is one of best hotel in larnaca, the facilities are perfectly totally up to date, the swinging pool is very neat and well kept, the facilities in the gym are the standard, the service been provide are good, I want to really appreciate everyone who are putting their best effort to make the hotel what is it today. Stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. Staff really friendly. Danny, Claudiu and Joanne ( not sure if is correct name) helped me during my accommodation. They are all ready to help anytime and multi languages speakers. Hotel opened few month ago, all rooms have balcony and daily cleaning services. Good restaurant and bar, pool's water refreshed often even if was too cold to swim. I'll recommended anytime.

Excellent service so far, very very friendly and attentive staff -specially Danny! If we ever are in need of something he is the first to know and will take care of everything the guests need. The gym equipment is brand new and very modern as the Sauna. The pool is nice and looks awesome at night. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast is phenomenal good!

My favourite hotel in Larnaca. Super friendly team. Im feeling comfortable in my room & their service is just extra class! Also we have a gym, sauna and tasty breakfast. Its near to beach, i cant complain nothing. I just had all what i need here Super satisfied! Best place to be!!

It was a really nice and beautiful hotel, the room was really clean and the food was delicious. Every euro is worth it! First of all, I'd like to thank the staff at Larco Hotel, especially Danny, Harry and Hristina for their excellent hospitality. Larco Hotel offers good value for money, I'd definitely recommend it. Also i'd like to compliment the free breakfast buffet that Larco offers during the stay, and the wonderful spa they offer. It was a stay to remember.

We stumbled upon the hotel overnight. Couldn't go out after 9pm because of covid. Then Danny appeared from the reception, the man treated us to coffee, tea, beer, croissants, asked us if we were hungry to make us dinner ... a very polite person. The hotel is very nice, cozy, clean and maintained. I recommend it to anyone who went to Larnaca.

Everything was fantastic.. staff were exceptional.. so friendly and helpful. Particularly Danny and Christina on reception.. and Harry the porter and Florin the waiter and barman.. Food.. although set menu because of the coronavirus. It was delicious, plentiful and piping hot.. we recommend the chocolate lava cake ☺️.. buffet breakfast was substantial and good choice.. Room.. very comfortable beds.. spotlessly clean.. great shower.. complimentary water and fruits in the room Gym was amazing.. world class.. on 5th floor.. free sauna and steam room available.. Hotel also has small outside pool and sun deck.. the whole hotel smells so clean and fresh.. it's recently been refurbished and so was a pleasure to stay in... in conclusion this hotel punches well above its weight.. many of its facilities and staff are better than 5star hotels on this island.. we cannot recommend it enough.. so much so we are returning in a week's time ☺️

The hotel is very nice and new, very close to the beach. You can easily get all the information that you need from the reception.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Danny , he is very nice, warm and helpful. I totally reccommend this hotel and i will come back to you.

This hotel has been renovated throughout recently and had a nice feel about it. Our room was clean and modern with a number of nice touches such as a safe, tea/coffee facilities, water and fruit. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower, no bath. Internet was free and worked fine. We had dinner from the a la carte menu, which had plenty of choices. The food was lovely and due to the nice weather we enjoyed it outside by the pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of hot and cold food which was regularly replenished. Hotel is located in the town, less that 10 minutes drive from the airport. We did not hear any airport noise. All the staff we saw were friendly and helpful. This will be our choice of hotel for our next trip to Larnaca.

Hotels location is great, near the salt lake and not far from Finikoudes! Clean and recently renovated! It has all you need for a comfortable stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Danny at the reception was very welcoming and professional and did make me feel so comfortable during my stay! Thank you Danny for everything! For sure I will stay in this hotel again!!

Recently refurbished lovely modern and clean hotel in a good location near the prom in Larnaca. Really comfortable beds and all rooms have balcony's. Very enjoyable stay, helpful and friendly staff especially Danny, looking forward to our next stay. Michael & Bernadette
