Best Western Hotel am Europaplatz

We stayed here before. Nice and helpful personel, clean Rom. Good beds. Good breakfast.. Price. Also recommendable. Can only recommend this hotel in Koenigsbrunn. We will come back. This is our favorite hotel when driving through Germany on the way to Italy.

The room was a little small and not up to USA standards. Location was outside of the main city. The A/C work good, beds where comfortable and free parking. There was no refrigerator, ice, wash cloth, soap, shampoo or USB ports. Front desk closings at 10 pm. So it is a budget hotel don't expect much.

Great hotel with safe underground parking. The rooms are big. Breakfast is out of this world and very tasty and plentiful. The dinner in the partner restaurant is very tasty and good. Service from Fanny at the reception was great and helpful, so our hats off to her.

All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

Good hotel, clean, great breakfast, good staff, good shower in the bathroom - easy to fix temperature, easy parking, center of the city, comfortable beds, but there was not shapoo and body washing gel was previously used. I'd like to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Koenigsbrunn and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Clean and fresh rooms with seem recently fefurbished. All equipment working fine. Nice breakfast buffet Sufficient parking options close-by (underground parking + several parking zones nearby) Friendly and helpfull staff

Nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. Free parking. Friendly staff. There is a fitness and wellness area, not too big but well equipped. There are a few nice restaurants and cafeterias around, and our room (for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms) had a small kitchen as well. The location is optimal for visiting Munich, Legoland and Neuschwanstein, all of them at about an hour's drive. The only aspect where there is a need for improvement is breakfast. Options were very scarce, even for a small hotel (e.g.: they have a good selection of bread, but no toaster).

Veryy good hotel, great services and breakfast. Wifi coverage was insufficient. Clean rooms, and very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and I would have no problem staying here again on my next business trip.

A really nice, silent place for a few days holiday. Kind and helpfull personell, clean rooms and also a very good breakfast. Don't miss to eat a fantastic steak on the steakhouse near the hotel. Thx for all!

We spent one night here as a stopover while driving on the Romantic Road and stayed in a junior suite. Unfortunately, it has more negatives than positives. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet area with a few restaurants nearby. The on-site dining place is only for breakfast but they do give you a 10% discount card for dining at the restaurant of their sister hotel across the street. It also adjoins a steak restaurant. Although my booking through hotels.com was for 3 persons including a 12-year old, the reception charged me an extra 20 Euros, indicating that it was their policy for the third person above 11 years. The room does not have a proper dining table but rather a stand-up counter top. The kitchenette was however well equipped. The biggest downside of this place is the lack of air conditioning which is telling if you are travelling in summer. Although a notice in the room indicated that there are fans available from the reception, none was available for us, suggesting there was probably only a handful. While the windows can be opened at night, we stayed in a room facing a nearby church. The church bell chimes every 15 minutes throughout the night including the wee hours. Certainly makes for a poor night's sleep, especially on a warm summer's night. Only the surface car-park on the sides and back of the hotel is free and lots can be limited.

Nice best western hotel with Good service and good parking place, big problem to Sleep beacuse Of 35-40 degrees outside and no air condition at all! In a quite new hotel I was suprprised about this. like a sauna inside. Otherwise everything else was good with the hotel

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed in a standard room (new generation) for 2 nights and was surprised by how nice the room was. It was spacious and comfortable and had heated floors which was so great when it got cold. The parking next to the hotel is free, and the underground parking is only 5EU. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is great. Clean rooms, Clean hotel. Excellent food in both breakfast and lounge/restaurant. Parking good. Cathedral bells may or may not be an issue. The rest of this writing is because they require that I write more - Everyone there was great. We don't speak German and that was not a problem. We rented a car and had no problem with parking. Check in; the girls were very bright and jovial. The next morning I was getting information on the sights near by (Munich, Augsburg, Dachau) and she was extremely helpful, went out of her way to help. The breakfast; Excellent!!! The Lounge/Restaurant; Drinks the first night, we a very nice waiter. The food on our second night was great.

We stayed here for one night. It was a comfortable and clean room and I really appreciated the gluten free stand at the buffet. There is a church right by and the bells chime a lot. As there is no air conditioning, sleeping with the windows open meant early waking!

Stayed for 2 nights in a New Generation room. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Parking was free, but with a big car rather challenging, since the park deck is not that big and a bit hard to maneuver around the pillars. The hotel is located in the middle of town, yet quiet. Norma (grocery store), a bank and Apotheke (drug store) are right there, as is a cinema and a couple of restaurants. The drive to Augsburg takes 15 minutes. Will definitely stay there again.

We used this hotel as a base for touring. We drove to Stuttgart and other places up to125 km away each day - we normally use hotels as a base rather than moving to new hotels every 2-3 days and we prefer to stay away from cities in Europe. We stayed here for 6 days. Nice sized, clean rooms. Good cleaning service. Free breakfast was okay but not great -- never changed -- someone staying here only 1-2 days would not have a problem with this. We went to Muller's for an amazing breakfast for one morning just to get away. Front desk staff is fairly friendly and helpful. The sauna, hot tub, treadmills, etc. are nice extra. Clearly a 4 star quality hotel with 3 star amenities.

We chosen this hotel for family visit of Legoland. As we have two kids our demands for space are increasing. We booked junior suite at this hotel. We were positivelly suprised and having very experience with this hotel. Overall the hotel interiors are very clean and well equiped. Staff: ++++ very polite and helpfull staff on reception as well in restaurant. Rooms: +++++ junior suite-clean and spacious, well equiped with kitchen, fridge, tv. Good cosmetics in bathroom. Enough space for strolley. Restaurant: ++++ very food, mainly steaks. Inside and outside seating. English menu. There are two four things I need to meantion, three of them can be improved: --- looking out of room window there is roof of breakfast restaurant is is full of cigarete pieces. This shall be cleaned - not a nice view. --- room cleaning to be improved as there were glass of coca cola (or something dark) from previous guests on top of kitchen line (no very visible if you not focus on that place). Nobody seen it/take away for days. --- we were not able to get seats in hotel restaurant on saturday (strange being hotel guest) as it was full and was weekend. However restaurant was inside free. - if you have weak sleeping, than close your window. Proximity of church bells will disturb you :-)))

Hotel is located just under Augsburg and made a perfect nightstop for me on the way to Castle Neuschwanstein. It is located in "town" center with some eating options around. Also the cinema is nearby. Room was ok, bathroom was small. There is a good fridge in the room. The bottled water on the room is free for Rewards members. Free parking was available, but you can also park in the cinema's parkinggarage. Free wifi worked well. There is no airco and the road thru town can get noisy in the evening, as are the people dining on the square, when windows are open. Breakfast was well sorted and will get you started. There ain't much more to do in town then described above.

Value is not cheap but you will feel it worths once you get in to your room. High quality, helpful staff, very good breakfast, fantastic rooms & room designs, new bathrooms. It has a free parking right next to hotel. You can find restaurant and supermarket in just a few minutes of walking distance. Highly recommended.

We walked in at about 6.30pm on a Saturday night and had no problem getting a room at a good price. The room was a reasonable size, with air con. The location was the draw for us, being a convenient overnight stop on the way between Dinkelsbuhe / Nordlingen, and Neuschwanstein. (We ate dinner at the place just next door, Gordion, really great). Free parking. Really good internet (free). Breakfast was excellent, with both an indoor and outdoor seating area. When we were ready to check out (about 9am on a Sunday) there was no one around at the reception desk, despite our resorting to calling out. So since we had already paid, the room key card was left at the deserted reception desk and off we went.

Nice rooms. Excellent staff. Breakfast was good. Restaurant is really fantastic. I can recommend this hotel. Easy and quick access to messe area. Godion has fantastic menu card Only 5 to 10 min. The city is nice and Quiet.

Nice and clean. No faults in the room, AC a little weak. Nice and friendly staff. Good beds, spacious rooms and closet space. Should add a safe. Good breakfast selection. Cater to lactose and gluten free diets which is a nice touch. Parking is somewhat tight but that seems to be normal in this part of the world.

We arrived late, as in 0100h in the morning. Closed, after 2300h. But a note inform late arrivals to check in by a hotel on the other side. Allright, back to the hotel: open frontdoor with the keycard, works excellent! The hotel looks very good so far. Room #101: looks clean and well taken care of. Bathroom, a little smaller then expected, but will do. Minibar with alcoholic and non-alcoholics, peanuts and chocolate. Nothing to comment here. Cannot inform you about hotelstaff, breakfast or diner as we will go around 0700h in a couple of hours.

Good handicap bathroom Though room on the small side and the bed very low. Breakfast included in the price and better than most 5 star hotels. Next to the hotel is a restaurant which is adequate. Staff pleasant.
