Best Western Plus Olympic Inn

We were very happy to arrive at the hotel around 8:00 pm with our EV- down to probably 10% on our battery. Warm, chatty welcome from Genia on the front desk. Free overnight charge for our car, full breakfast the next morning. I'd go back. Glad their website advertised the chargers- they made the choice.

Thank you for a pleasant visit. Due to my sister's medical needs, it is nice to have a safe place to stay when weather is not good for traveling but is required for her health. As treatments are required for the rest of her life, this will not be our last visit.

Elevator broken, and I have bad knees so we had to stay on the first floor. The traffic noise was terrible. The headboard of our bed had visible greasy marks. The carpet had a large, stain near the bed. The AC rattled so badly it blew the cover of the control panel 3 ft away. I left it off each time, but the staff would put it back on (it obviously had a broken tab on one side). The toilet was extremely noisy and the flushing mechanism made it constantly go on & off. The "hot" breakfast items were cold at 8am. I picked up a packaged bagel that was expired over a month ago.

Was really disappointed. I expected much more from a Best Western Plus. The entry way and lobby were so dirty. I was really afraid to check out the room. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I definitely didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed - which was thoroughly checked out prior to that. The windows in the lobby hadn't been washed - inside or out - for a VERY long time. We only stayed one night - that was plenty. Everyone was nice. The elevator was still broken. It appears from reviews it has been for quite some time. We were lucky to get the last ground floor room. Breakfast. It didn't amount to much. It "filled a wrinkle" as my dad used to say, but that was about it. Not on my return list.

Was forced to carry heavy luggage and a travel crib up 3 fights of stairs. Then we had to fight with the A/C unit to get to a comfortable temp. It was way too hot when we arrived, especially with a baby.

We had a second floor room. The elevator was not working, the air conditioner did not work, the TV needed to be reset. The staff was pleasant. As a PLUS I expected a lot more in amenities. I was disappointed in the breakfast as compared to other BW, but then again, I am a cook. The staff did recommend a good nearby restaurant and it was close to a charging station within walking distance.

The carpet was dirty in my room, the shower didn't drain, and there was mold all over the grout in the shower. In addition, the receptionist transferred the "dirty" guest pens to the "clean" bucket without ever sanitizing them. The room was fairly quiet, and the TV and Internet worked well.

We are staying here one night tonight on our way to Crater Lake, OR. Very impressed with facility. It is more like a lodge with large reception area decorated with Trophy animals on the wall (Bear, Elk, Mountain Lion, etc) and lots of seating and a fireplace. 8pm every night they have milk (2% or whole) and cookies in the front desk area which were very good. They also have one of those fancy coffee makers 24/7 that will make just what you want. We haven't had the breakfast yet but could see the breakfast area and saw juice maker with OJ, Apple Juice, and a 3rd mixed juice. Also an automatic pancake maker, 3 kinds of cereal including honey nut Cheeros, the refrig had boiled eggs, yogert, and fruit cups. Our room was very clean and up to date with a desk area and table which we could eat at. The air conditioner worked well. Plenty of parking in well lit lot that felt very safe. They have pool that was open to 10pm (we didn't use or see it this time). Well lit room with plenty of outlets. My wife liked that the toilet/shower room was separate with a door from the restroom sink area. I think it might have been a bit pricey but free for us using our BW accumulated points. Nice location about 1 1/2 hours from Crater Lake. We had dinner right across the street at the Burger King. We would definitely stay here again depending on the price. Also, the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I had accidentally left my AC cord for my computer at our last hotel in Sacramento and was panicked about that. I asked her if any computer place nearby and she was trying to explain but I was a little confused so she actually walked out the front door and pointed to me how to get out of the lot and where to drive to get to the Staples store in town (I was able to get a new AC cord!). If all BW were like this I would never have a complaint and would always feel like I was on a great vacations. I highly recommend this BW. Recommendation: don't miss the cookies and milk in the lobby at 8pm!

My stay started on a not so great note. There was homeless people doing illegal drugs directly outside my room window, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Thank goodness the front desk was understanding and moved me to another room on another floor.

Beds were comfy, room was quiet, staff friendly, great experience! Full breakfast had lots of goodies to choose from. Close to hiway so don't have to drive far and close to gas station and restaurants! Easy access to get back on the hiway.

Very clean facility, good beds, nice linens. Very helpful staff member to untangle a glitch in reservation. All staff friendly. Breakfast options good with fresh fruit, but very similar to other Best Western. Worried about road noise, but it was not an issue

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the value we encountered at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The AC was not too noisy and kept the room comfortable. The hallways and common spaces were clean. Even though we faced a busy street, noise was not an issue (much to our surprise). The breakfast room was nice and large and had options for us despite her gluten-sensitive diet and my milk allergies. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt next time we are in the area.

The positive: Great hotel, convenient location, several restaurants within walking distance, excellent staff, great breakfast with pancakes, quiet room facing the back. Milk and cookies in the evening was a nice touch. We had a maintenance issue and the staff did their very best to help us. Why 3 stars? The pool does not require a pool key to use it. Anyone from the street can enter it and in the July heat, they do. Both days we used the pool we saw someone who clearly wasn't staying there enter the pool from the street. In all fairness, there were no incidents but it's something to be aware of and I don't recommend leaving kids alone in the pool area. The hotel keeps the pool towels inside, so they seem to be aware of this issue. Otherwise, a great stay.

I was only passing through Klamath Falls for one night and wanted a reliable experience and you can generally always rely on BW. I didn't bother exploring the town, so I don't know if this is the greatest location, but it did seem to be in the heart of all that was around and there were lots of food places fairly close by. One issue however was check-in, which took forever. There was just one woman handling the desk and she was also the telephonist. The line to check in snaked around the lobby, yet nobody came to help her and she constantly had to keep answering the phone while doing the check-in process. For a busy Saturday night, I thought this was very poor service, even though she was friendly and doing her very best. There was some kind of motorbiker gathering, so the hotel was very busy. It's a family oriented property and there were lots of kids around, so lots of noise. I did sleep OK nonetheless. The rooms are spacious, clean and relatively comfortable. Bedding and linens were clean and fresh. There is a microwave and fridge in the room and a coffee machine, but no coffee or tea was provided. Regardless, you can help yourself from the lobby at any time and there were free cookies, too. The bathroom sink is in the main room, separated from the shower/tub and toilet. This was a bit of a pain, but I've experienced it before in BW properties. Towels were clean and fresh and there were small bars of soap and tiny bottles of shampoo. Enough for one for one night. Breakfast was included in the rate and there's quite a lot on offer. Hot and cold items. It did get a bit busy and noisy and again, there was just one member of staff doing her best to clean tables and keep everything running. She really needed some help. I paid a LOT for this property. I'd expect to pay what I paid for a 4-5* property in a major city center. What is charged here is a LOT for what you get. However, it was competitive. There was nothing really much else on offer for any cheaper price. Clearly the Klamath properties know what they can get away with!

The rooms are very well equipped with any amenity you would want. Very comfortable seating and beds. The breakfast they provide is outstanding. Best I have ever seen at a hotel. I was impressed with the Wi-Fi; it was very easy to get logged on and surprisingly fast for a system that likely had a lot of traffic.

Excellent hotel - great location, awesome staff, wonderful breakfast with an incredible selection of both hot & cold items, & great cookies in the evening. The room, facility and eating area were clean and roomy. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I was only passing through KF on my way on business. The hotel is easy to find and access via the street and parking was ample. It is located in the middle of the town's commercial district so there were many choices for getting food, including restaurants and nearby groceries in walking distance. Also there were several general big-box stores if you need something. Room was clean, neat, pest free, which is really all I ask for. Hot breakfast service was great and there was a large dining area dedicated to diners/guests. I even noticed some guests enjoying the space to play table games in the evening. Very friendly place. The front desk easily solved a couple of problems I had, so service is A plus.

Usually Best Western Plus hotels are a very nice experience which is why we often stay at them. This BW Plus is a big disappointment. Lobby floor were dirty along with the elevator, and our room. Front desk person was very nice but this property is very run down. Will not be staying there again. Hope BW has some sway in making needed corrections.

Was within walking distance of several nice restaurants, and they had a list of other types of locations should you need other services, etc. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner/heater worked well.

This hotel is conveniently located to the freeway, restaurants and stores. The staff were all very helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we needed a room in Klamath Falls.

Have stayed at this hotel twice now. Rooms are clean, cookies were good each night at 8 PM. Traffic noise is a little bothersome early in the morning. The hotel is located near several shopping and eating options.

Way overpriced for the area, and for what you get ... as mentioned by several reviewers ... totally agree. We stayed 1 night, quoted at $200, I used points and got it for $150 -- still too much!! The photos online are much nicer than what we found in person. Cleanliness: -Lobby, breakfast area, elevator, hallways = filthy. -Someone piled dirty towels outside our door for some reason, and they sat there the rest of our stay. Gross. -Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable Bathroom: -Very little water pressure in shower -Useless shower head -No bathroom fan to ventilate during/after shower -Tub and sink drains do not drain, fill with water while trying to wash, gross -1 washcloth Breakfast: -Pass -No fresh fruit provided, only packaged, processed food -Food area in general was not kept clean Neighborhood: -Not great, but most of KF is in this condition -On main drag, so grocery, coffee, stores are nearby if needed -On main drag, so lots of traffic noise Conclusion: This looked like nicest place in KF while shopping online, but pics are deceiving. Local motels look better in person. Running Y is now the only place I would stay, if ever in the area again.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 11 day Oregon tour. The neighborhood is a little rough, and there's a lot of street noise - especially from the plentiful hot rods in the area. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a lot of stuffed wildlife and camo (which should tell you a little about the demographics of the place). The common areas, including the elevators were filthy. It looked like the carpets in the hallways had not been been vacuumed in a long time. At least our room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The temperature control and water pressure in the tub/shower was pitiful. The breakfast area was crowded, and the food was okay. We saw only one mask during our entire stay. If we're ever unfortunate enough to visit Klamath Falls again, we would probably choose the Holiday Inn Express a block away. The price we paid for this experience was too much.

Do not stay here!! Homeless in the property, going through vehicles. Experienced a break-in to my vehicle. Not accessible to the disabled or veterans. I would recommend staying somewhere else in the Klamath Falls area

Unfortunately our stay was not the best. There was a pair of dirty socks buy the night stand and there was a lot of outside noise making it hard to rest. Bathrooms were a little ran down as well. Overall the Hotel looked like it could use a little extra cleaning.

I've stayed at this site several times in the last few months. I've happily dealt with Genia each time at check in. She is very kind, and has a most dear speaking voice. My kids and I enjoy the beautiful taxidermy displays in this location. It makes it feel like a rustic hunting lodge.

Decided to leave early for a vacation and was able to book online using my Rewards Points! The lobby is beautiful! Loved it. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and answered our questions about the area. We were excited to see our room - it was ok. It was nice, but definitely not as charming as the lobby. We looked out the window and the view was of the top of the building - but what do you expect with a last-minute reservation? The area isn't bad, but definitely not as nice as some of the waterfront properties. On the positive side it is right across from a shopping center! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, quiet, and had easy access to the freeway (97).

Room was not clean, shower was filthy the shower enclosure was dingy and moldy, phone in the room did not work in room, unfriendly employees, overpriced, did not at all meet typical expectations for a Best Western! Disappointed

This is an excellent choice if you are in the Klamath Falls, OR, area and are in need of some down time. I will be returning here, with my family, as we enjoyed the amenities very much. The one down side, if you want to classify it as that, is it is on the corner of a busy intersection and the traffic noise was noticeable.

We are in the area to see Crater Lake. I was trying to decide whether to do 4 or 5 stars. The actual room is very good. Fairly small but clean. Not super modern but you can see that they've upgraded the light fixtures. There is a fridge and microwave which is nice. The beds are amazingly comfy!!! We have been on a long road trip and this is the comfiest best so far. The thing that really stood out as 5 star is the customer service. The front desk woman was very helpful. Wish I could remember her name…it was on 6/17/22. And about 30 minutes after arriving, she called our room to see if we were happy with it! Love! The breakfast was better than average. So I definitely would recommend this hotel.

We utilize Best Western Plus often, we feel they are well priced, usually a little cleaner and nicer location. This hotel was run down, aged. The neighborhood was not a typical plus location, the noise was horrible, we would not stay there again.

Positives: clean, nice lobby area, good breakfast provided, friendly staff. Very close to Thai Orchid restaurant which was good for dinner. Negatives: These are problems industry-wide, but the bed/mattress height was too high to easily get onto and I struggled significantly here. The room was quite far away from the elevator and lobby area too, which would seem like an easy thing to consider when planning the layout (and considering people with mobility issues).

Very comfortable beds. Fresh homemade cookies nightly was a hit! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby felt like home away from home. Very inviting. You could choose housekeeping or not. Breakfast was amazing. with pancakes, waffles, French toast, sausage and bacon along with biscuits and gravy. Really no need to eat out!

One of the better Best Westerns. Would stay again if in Klamath Falls. Clean, large room with comfortable bed and everything I needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and easy to find location.

The motel was nice, clean, & had easy parking. The outside of the motel was very well kept & looked wonderful. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The motel was easy to get to, & easy to find. We would stay here again, if we are in the area.

Pleasant and friendly staff, rooms were clean. They serve breakfast again which is nice. They only have 1 person working front desk so the check in time was a little longer than usual due to her being on the phone with a customer.

Rating of Very Good is marginal but is not Poor. Property is adequate. At the current time (April '22) staffing is probably an issue. Staff are pleasant, courteous and hard working. Probably the best you will get in Klamath Falls, OR.

Upon entering the facility it was clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. Room was exactly as described and the breakfast selection was a nice variety. Cookies and milk was served promptly at 8, which was nice.

The hotel is located by a busy street and it was very hard to sleep at night before 2am and after 5am. There were lots of manly exhaust noise out of those cars crossing the street. The room is a bit outdated as well for the bathroom tho the bed is comfortable. I would ask for a quiet room if you have to stay here.

loved the taxidermy in the lobby, came late and didn't have a reservation, but I got a room anyhow. Was glad about that, price was a tad high, but the free breakfast was decent. Nice hotel , employees. Great location, near everything.

A very beautiful Best Western Plus. It looked like it had been remodeled recently. The place was clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The room was large and clean. The help was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.

I have had good experiences at all Best Westerns. This my third stay I learned to run the heat on full force then when I slept on fan only. Then I would not hear the pow every time the temperature dipped and the internal engine went to work to heat the room at an extra low 67 degrees. My unit here also had a vibrating cover and I could not get back to sleep after 4:45 am.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. They are the Best of Best Western Plus. Staff is extremely helpful, and professional. The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast is awesome. It is our benchmark!!

This location is honestly very nice to stay at. Before I arrived I was told by a customer that the inn was recently remodeled within the last several years and that it was pretty nice to stay at. I can honestly say that I ws not disappointed. Even much so that for future endeavors, I signed up for the rewards program and will be staying at this location for as long as I am still working for my current employer.

Smoke filled corridors spewed the smell into our room. Since the smoking was from a group of medical workers staying long term at the hotel, I doubt this problem will cease in the future. ( Thank you to the medical workers for stepping up during Covid though). - Cudos to the hotel for washing the windows. But did it need to be done at 6:30 pm? Not the quiet room we requested.

Staff nice, but hotel needs to be upgraded. Clean but old smelling. Air was not working well. Pool look ok but did not swim. Parking on slope was hard for a motorcycle. Just a bit tired looking, but front desk staff was trying very hard to help everyone.

This was one of the best Best Western hotels we stayed at on a recent trip. The lobby had a nice western decor. The room was renovated in a very modern but comfortable way. EVERY touch surface was being constantly cleaned, it seemed like they had dedicated staff for the task. I felt like I could touch the handrail on the stairs without fear. Amazing.

Young lady checking us in made us feel like we were being a bother to her by being there and getting a room. Laundry facility had 2 out of 4 machines out of order. Terrible road noise that woke us up very early as well as the person above us doing their tap dance practice at 5 am! Just not an enjoyable stay, not entirely the hotels fault but still, not a stay I would want to repeat, particularly for the price. Rooms need updated, the room felt clean but just looked old and tired, kind of like me.

Clean rooms, lobby & exterior. Decent breakfast, pool is larger than most but NOT HEATED, contrary to the description. At $270/night, it's overpriced. Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel is on a busy road and rooms are not super noise resistant. 4 miles off highway 97.

Luckily, we only stayed here for one night. The room wasn't the cleanest, but it was acceptable for BW standards. Our biggest complaint were noises and smells from next door neighbor. After a long day on the road, my family was tired and ready for bed. That's when we started to hear loud noises (talking, TV) from next door neighbor. On top of that, they were also eating in their room so the strong smells of food was making its way to our room. Needless to say, it was a challenge trying to sleep in those conditions.

I arrived without reservation, friendly reception and I had a room key within 5 minutes after my arrival. Hot breakfast, kids loved it, and so did I. We received a phone call shortly after checking in, to make sure everything was OK. Friendly service and I will stay again.

This hotel is badly in need of an update. If I had paid half as much, I would give it another star or two, but value for price was very low. I think room was clean, but it “looked” dirty. The hairdryer looked 25 years old, there was a falling apart ironing board in the closet (not that I used it, it just got in the way!). The shower was awful. We don't expect much from breakfast, but it would be nice to have bananas that aren't ready for banana bread. There were trucks outside at 6 in the morning that were noisy (fortunately we wanted to get up that early). Positives: bed was comfortable, room was nice sized, lobby area was decent. It's possible this is the best Klamath Falls has to offer…but I'd hate to pay almost $200 for a place like this in the future.

I'm a BW Rewards member, so have certain expectations; I'm not high-maintenance, though. Husband & I stayed here on a leisurely road trip home from Reno. The room was clean, a/c & wi fi were fine, as were microwave & fridge. Bottled water at check in was a real plus; the day was hot! Pool is solar heated; hot tub was closed (COVID protocol?) The building is smoke free. Thank you, BW! It was a welcome amenity to have a real breakfast--eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal, fruit, etc. Staff constantly refilled the warming pans & coffee. My only negative consideration was the young woman at check in on July 15. She wasn't rude, but reserved & not informative or particularly welcoming. A smile, glad you're here greeting was missing, as was the usual reminder about breakfast hours. Desk clerk the next morning was much cheerier

This property is, like most, located on a busy street, but we have never stayed somewhere where it was so noisy at night. We slept little because of the noise and as usual, the air conditioner was noisy as well. As a Premium Member of the Best Western properties, there was not recognition (that BW so often brags about). The desk staff was not overly friendly on check in and gave no directions on how to best get to our room. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it at all.

Nice warm breakfast and nice customer service. I am a mew BW member and I expect to stay at the hotel again in the future trips. Requested two rooms close two each others and my rooms were next to each others and close to the lobby!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, good location to restaurants. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with many choices. Excellent covid precautions.

I have stayed at this particular hotel many times and they always deliver. On occasion there are the "to be expected" that happens, but whatever happens they are immediately on it! True customer service!

We have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels over the past year (yes, we traveled during Covid) and this stay was probably the least favorite. The two women that were at the check in desk were not the most friendly people that I have ever ran across. Just not very informative or talkative. It would be great if your employees were more people orientated. I will say that the person that checked us out in the morning was a lot friendlier. Room was a bit drab. Bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked great and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We passed on the "Grab and Go" bag for breakfast. Klamath Falls itself did not impress me so if we are ever in the area again I will probably go to another town.

This site is getting some renovation it looks like - carpet was being replaced but it did not interfere in moving about the hotel. The room was clean, and everything worked as it should. Hot breakfast with lots of choices and a nice dining area. Staff were polite and efficient. I like Best Western's consistent setup of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Clean room, front desk staff was kind and took great care of us. The lady called to our room twice to check if we needed anything. Extra plus: there was electric charger (1 port) free to guest. Only suggestion: Hallways need to be vacuum more often.

This is our benchmark hotel. The staff is always helpful, friendly & professional. They truly do strive to make our stay totally enjoyable. The rooms are always clean; the lobby is extremely enjoyable and the breakfast experience is very pleasant - especially given the situation with COVID-19. Cannot say enough good things about this location and staff.

We walked into this hotel as Best Western members and were totally pleased with the great treatment we received. Genia, the hostess on duty, was amazing. This was our last night of a 3-week road trip. Most hotels we stayed in, because of COVID, only offered Grab and Go breakfasts but this hotel had a hot breakfast available. Very comfortable, well appointed room . Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect for that area in you want a BWP. Easy to find and access to the Lake area. Good break stop if doing the Reno route. Decent stay, room, staff. No worries. Ok. I would stay again. Ample parking.

A few issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and a few things a tv or coffee maker that didnt work but they promptly and graciously remedied them :)I do love my best westerns and their people.but some of the maids are NOT doing their jobs!

There are nice places to stay in Klamath at every price point. We have stayed in almost all of them. Where we stay depends on how long we are staying, why we are there, time of year, and budget. This is our favorite for winter. But it would be nice anytime.

Staff was nice and very accommodating. The room was clean and decorated well. The best part is I can always count on Best Western to have a great bed!! This was no exception, wish I could have snuggled up all day in it!

Nice room good price , quite a "Lodge-Like" decor! Knotty pine all over , stuffed critters hanging from the walls , pretty neat! Breakfast was OK , if not really imaginative , Granola , water , fruit and a breakfast sandwich - Not too bad for C-bug breakfast .. Clerk brought us extra pillows , thanks! I would suggest an odd numbered room , the main street seems to be haven for bumblee-car enthusiasts , even rooms face the street

We have stayed in this hotel often, and we have liked it. This time, less than half of the guests were wearing masks in the common areas, and the otherwise friendly staff made no mention of it even when guests were checking in without masks.

The Olympic Inn in Klamath Falls is in a good, central location. It is nicely appointed. Breakfast in pre-Covid-19 days was very good. For our recent stay they had an assortment of sack breakfasts. The ones we chose had a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich which was so so, and other things. The hotel's location does necessarily include some street noise, not too bad except for the occasional manly jerk and his loud exhaust. The hotel may be a bit overpriced; there are others in the vicinity which might be worth checking out.

I highly recommend staying at the Olympic Inn in Klamath Falls. It is truly our benchmark hotel. The staff is professional, friendly & helpful. The décor is excellent. The rooms are large, comfortable & clean. Excellent stay & staff.

The location is in a commercial area. It is on the corner of two busy streets. Nevertheless, the road noise is minimal. The shrubbery on the grounds is unkempt. The property is old. The entry way and the lobby tile are dirty. The desk clerk was efficient, but not particularly friendly. The room is standard. There are no King bed rooms or suites available. The room feels dirty, the carpeting is dark and worn. The fitness center is well equipped. The price is fair if up to standard. There is no Plus in this Best Western Plus.

Really enjoyed this spot I thought it was a great place and the service was superb. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was Agra's and go which didn't offer much. An apple pastry and a bottle of water. The breakfast sandwich was really small and there was no juice offeres

This hotel has the kindest caring and compassionate welcoming front desk receptionist in all the Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. They are like talking to a family member. The Room is always clean and the beds are very comfortable and welcoming. The Hotel itself is beautiful and unique. If you're traveling with children they are going to love looking at the animals on the wall. The computer room is also very nice. This hotel is a safe environment for women traveling alone.

The motel was easy to find right off the interstate. We were well greeted and check-in was efficient. We got good friendly advice for dining options nearby. The property is attractive and so was the room. I would like BW to have at least one more chair with a lamp - we were three with only the one chair to sit upon. In these COVID times eating in our room this lack was more glaring. We used the internet with no issues and fine response. Breakfast was acceptable to-go bags EXCEPT that the breakfast burrito heated per instructions burned the roof of my mouth which was uncomfortable for the next 3-4 days. I chose to not use express check-out and was checked out the next morning quickly and pleasantly.

I really liked how nice this hotel and staff were. Newer hotel and great amenities. Pre or Post COVID-19 I'd recommend it. Now I would avoid it. During my stay there were times of large numbers (10+) of customers in the lobby and common areas without masks on and very close together. This occurred a few times right in front of the hotel front desk staff. They said they could do nothing. What was worse was seeing a staff member walking down the hall without a mask or face shield while on duty. Clearly they can do something to keep their customers and staff safe! Ask the customers nicely to put masks on or go outside or to their rooms. This is a state mandate and not an optional requirement. You could put a large BOLD signs in the lobby stating masks are required. Or tape off the area if you can not control your customers. And retrain and reinforce with your staff to be safe and wear their masks while inside of the building.

We chose this BW property as it was on a good route for us to make our journey home to north central Washington from the central coast area of California. It served our needs perfectly. Comfortable, quiet accommodations. As other reviewers noted, the to-go boxed breakfasts weren't fabulous, but it added to the snacks we'd packed for the road trip. And it's always good to have additional bottles of water.

Very nice lobby, but room was very small. Biggest issue was no pool due to Covid. Note we stayed at four hotels this trip one in CA and three in O, and three were Best Westen. Only this hotel closed its pool. t was main reason we picked it. Website should have been clear pool was closed. After long drive no way to wind down swimming.

We have stayed in numerous BW properties and thought this was an above average hotel. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities we expect. It also felt very clean but years ago, I started doing a sanitation wipe down at every hotel no matter what! So I am in good practice now for the pandemic. There is no longer a hot breakfast buffet due to covid; the sack breakfast is not great so you may want to bring something or go out. Check in was a little slow with only one agent but overall staff was polite. Masks are required to enter and wear in public spaces. The bottom line is travel is not the same since covid so take that into consideration.

After visiting Crater Lake on our way back south on our summer road trip we drove up in hopes this hotel had a vacancy and was happy when they said they did! We generally like Best Western and this particular one was clean and nice to stay in. The lobby sort of made us sad with all the taxidermy animals along the walls, but I realize they were going for a 'theme'. Thankfully, none were in our room. Also, there were a few food choices within walking distance of the hotel. The only 'sort of' cons were the elevator seemed a little sketchy. We stopped using it unless we were moving luggage to and from the car. Also the covid bagged breakfast was a little lack luster. Still, it helped us get on the road and avoid having to eat elsewhere for a while. Nice and relaxing stay.

Your basic Best Western which was very clean. Was promptly brought extra towels and pillows when requested. When in Klamath Falls would most likely stay at this hotel again. With the virus upheaval I'm sure things were not normal. Lobby was disheveled and food options were minimal but in this virus era it was totally understandable. The bed was uncomfortable and the desk lack a pen and paper.

you would have thought that after three months of closure do to Covid19 that the hotel carpet and floors would have been cleaned ? the floors, walls and elevator were disgusting. If i were to get the virus this would be were i received it. I think the Plus in best western plus stands for extra germs

All the front desk people were excellent and cheerfully accommodated our needs. COVID-19 precautions are definitely being taken here. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Look forward to staying here again.

This is our benchmark hotel. The rooms are great-comfortable & clean. The staff is always friendly, helpful & professional and the food is truly some of the best quality & variety of any location we have stayed.

I arrived at the BW Olympic Inn a bit concerned that the room rate was higher than BW in Seattle, Oregon Coast, Boise. I was pleasantly surprised at the little extras the property does to make them worth the rate. I loved the soup and salad provided in the early evening. The milk and fresh baked (delicious) cookies at 8pm was a welcome touch. The breakfast selection is better than 40 other Best Western properties I have stayed at in the past year.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and easy to find. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They are always there to help. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast bar has a nice selection of hot and cold items. They have regular milk and almond milk. The hotel offers a complimentary snack for guests around 430 pm. The snack ranges from sliders to chili to hot soups and salads. Hotel is close to grocery stores, restaurants and fast food. My wife and I stay here when in Klamath Falls for business. We highly recommend it.

The premises were very dirty, the value was poor, the food was less than average. Unless this appeals to you I suggest you pass by this property. I have stayed at BW Plus before and they were far above in every respect that this one in Klamath Falls. I do know that there are certain standards that must be met to be put in a Best Western "Plus" category. How this property got there is a mystery to me.

Haven't stayed at a Best Western in a long time but decided to stay here based on the TA reviews and location to Crater Lake. The front desk clerk was very friendly and offered us milk and cookies in the lobby. The next morning I awoke to the smell of bacon frying in the kitchen. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had at a chain hotel. The rooms were clean and somewhat dated. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Had a business trip in Klamath Falls and needed a place to stay for the night. No complaints. All amenities were available and functional. Doesn't seem to be in the best part of town but then again, i arrived at night so, wasn't able to see if there was any other parts of town better or worse. Check in was fast. Reception was courteous.

This hotel is fairly average. Room clean, reasonably spacious with microwave, coffee maker and free wifi but bathroom somewhat outdated. No safe. Reception area okay and reasonably good welcome. Breakfast included and fairly wide choice but fairly average; staff were clearing away before 0930 as residents were coming in for breakfast.

One of my favorite Best Westerns. The people here are super, friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area is very inviting, plenty of space to gather and chat over breakfast. They offered chili and cornbread in the evening on one visit, soups on a different trip, so nice to have after driving all day. Also cookies and milk at 8 pm! The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Love this one.

We are BW members and find that the BW plus hotels suit us perfectly. This is the first time we chose to stay at the Klamath Falls location. It was our favorite yet! From the beautiful lobby to a mini gym filled with all that you could ask for to get a great workout, to a lovely room with nice linens and an extremely comfortable bed!! In addition, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra nice. We will not stay any place else in K. Falls again. Tina and Mark

The staff was helpful and friendly. The soup/salad in the afternoon was an unexpected treat. The hot baked cookies before turning in every night was a special touch. The hot breakfast buffet in the beautiful lobby/dining area was delicious and well organized. Our room was clean and comfortable...a great value for the cost.

Clean, nice hotel. Soup and sandwiches served in the evening, warm cookies served later in the evening. The breakfast wasn't a typical free hotel breakfast, it was good with a decent variety of food to choose from. The rooms were clean, the lobby has some great taxidermy.

Everything was very good. But they can work on the breakfast. Room clean and the cleaning crew very helpful. It was also nice to have a EV charger in front. The front desk was great! They made sure I had what I wanted on room selection.

We were very happy with the choice we made staying at this property in Klamath Falls. The breakfast is one of the better ones we have had in a travel type hotel. The ambience was very good and the staff were very helpful.

It's a clean, friendly centrally located spot in beautiful Klamath Falls! They provide yummy breakfast, soup and salad and fresh baked cookies. We have stayed there several times since our daughter started attending OIT, and it's a perfect spot.

Used a free night voucher to stay. Room was decent, staff was friendly, good water pressure and there was coffee! All wins! Slept great, although bed felt a little lumpy. We were in a penske truck and had to park on the street, that was a bummer. When I stepped out of the elevator there was an overly strong smell of cigarettes coming from hallway on the right. Luckily my room was to the left so it wasn't a problem, but Was not very welcoming as I came out of the elevator.

Passing through, this was a nice clean hotel. We needed a room for the night. They have a breakfast that is included in the morning. They have soup and salad if u check in before 6pm and cookies at 8 pm. We didn't get all of that but what a nice treat that is added to your stay.

We did not expect such high standards from a Best Western, just expected a motel. But the staff were great, the room very clean with great comfortable bed, and there was a real decent hot breakfast. Even warm cookies at night.

This was our second stay at this property and it has become a favorite. Great people, always ready to help. Good food, especially the afternoon happy hour fare. The room6 rates here are above average, but the Olympic Inn is above the norm, too. Stay here if your travels bring you to Klamath Falls.

Another great example of excellent customer service! From check in to check out we were treated as valued guests. As a biker, it is my go to hotel when traveling this way. Hope they are never full when I need them, cause anywhere else would be 2nd choice!

My husband and I were driving through a horrible rain storm coming from Florence, OR and looked on YELP for a place to stay in Klamath Falls, OR. Best Western was rated great and so we decided to give it a try. When we walked in we smelled cookies that were baking!!!! Now, that's pretty inviting. The young lady who waited on us was Caroline Kasha who was an absolute delight even being....she had been working a 13 hr. shift!!!! Our bed was extremely comfortable and we had a wonderful nights rest. Breakfast was great and there were even muffins in the morning after breakfast to pick up on your way out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Room was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable I wished I could sleep in until 2pm. I guess some people might be put off by the taxidermy art in the entry...I thought it was beautiful.

This is a BW Plus but I am not sure the plus in this case means anything. The staff was fine. When I checked into my room it was very noisey. I went to the front desk to inquire if there were any quieter rooms and I got the response that some people find the rooms that do not face the highway but that face a private street with only 2 houses quieter. Needless to say the difference in sound quality was extreme. The breakfast was not as nice as the regular BW we had stayed in the previous evening. The location is good for visiting Crater Lake.

Once again Best Western came through with a great visit. Friendly staff, quick check-in, clean, quiet room with queen comfortable beds. Soup, salad & hot cookies being served but we opted for Thai. Look forward to seeing the breakfast options. Would stay here again.

Not only were the rooms nice and clean, but the hotel offers sliders and soup during the dinner hour, so you can relax there and not need to go out to dinner, and then later there were cookies and milk to send you off to dreamland.

The pool is great, the staff is great however that is only a small portion of the reason one stays at a hotel. The bed was horrible. For the first two nights I thought it was me( didn't sleep because it was an unfamiliar environment etc..) but made the realization on the third night when it hurt to lay on the bed that it was the bed. I was offered the "opportunity" to pack all my stuff and move to another room so that I could complete my 4 night stay but, decided to cut my trip short instead. Very disappointing as I have stayed at this venue 6 or 7 times before it was a Best Western and had no problems during those stays. I was even a guest through renovations a couple summers ago and had no problems.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, full included breakfast, comfortable beds. I did like that they don't have single use plastic shampoo and conditioner in rooms. I didn't like how they use single-use plastic utensils. They also don't use a chip reader for credit cards and have the magnetic scanner right out in front which someone with malicious intent could misuse. Overall, pretty good.

Wonderful hotel! Our double-queen room was large with a separate mini-kitchen area (mini fridge, microwave, counter space). The woman who checked us in was friendly & helpful with restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was very nice with excellent variety (scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, etc). Would definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff, fast and reliable WiFi, clean and quiet room (even next to the fitness room!), comfortable beds, good breakfast with ample seating area. Convenient location from the highway, a good place to stop between Crater Lake and Mt. Lassen, with National Wildlife and Lava Beds National Monument nearby.

We stayed at Klamath Falls because it is the closest populated town to Crater Lake which was our actual destination. There were excellent restaurants close by any retail outlet you might want. There was an excellent Zip-Line park close by.

My children and I arrived late after traveling all day from Central California and the reception we got was warm and welcoming! We were literally offered cookies and milk! We got checked in fast and easily then even had time to soak in the hot tub! The rooms are pristine and the sleep was very comfortable! In the morning before departure we enjoyed the continental breakfast of eggs, biscuits and gravy, and even waffles for my youngest. I will stay there again for sure next time we go to Oregon!

My family and I have stayed here several times for business, pleasure, and family visits. We enjoy the upscale rustic decor of the property, the good food buffet, and the nice rooms with comfortable beds. My mom has stayed in quite a few hotels in her life, and this is one of her favorites- she says they do everything right.

I like the pool, hot tub and the food options in the afternoon and evening. The hotel is kid friendly and I have stayed there twice for kid events and I will stay again. Even though the hotel is near the road I didn't notice any noise.

Always wonderful with lots of options for food and drink... Could use more vegan and vegetarian options. ..two soups on Friday would be nice for those who don't eat fish/clams. All staff are great!! I always sleep great even tho this place is RIGHT DOWNTOWN. The food offerings just make it so much easier to overlook the dead animals in the lobby.

This is a very nice motel, conveniently located along the main highways through Klamath Falls. Gas, food, even Fred Meyer are all close by. The hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. They serve snacks in the afternoon, cookies in the evening, and a generous hot breakfast in the morning. Everyone is courteous and friendly. A highlight for me was their great internet service. I take lots of photos and I like to upload them each night. Upload speeds were 50 mbps as compared to 6-7 mbps at most other motels.

On the way through Klamath Falls. Best Western Plus was a great choice. Easy access and walking distance to food and amenities or the store for provisions and clothing. Soup and salad with cookies later are a great amenities. Bring leftovers and dinner is done! Good breakfast gets you going

We have stayed at this establishment for the past ten years, always considered it a nice oasis. We booked three nights, and it was AWFUL! The place was packed with families on a reunion adventure, due to soooo many bodies in the lobby area we could not enjoy the amenities we paid for. We couldn't get to the pool or jacuzzi either. The tone and atmosphere have changed sadly. Even the staff seemed overwhelmed by way too many people at the hotel. If we had been given advance warning we would have definitely stayed elsewhere.

We were visiting a friend in Klamath Falls and stayed only one night. Customer service was excellent. The young woman who checked us in was so pleasant, efficient and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated in matching colors of tan and brown with a touch of red. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was spacious and very clean. The hot and cold items on the breakfast buffet were rather standard but fresh and appetizing. The cookies in the evening were great! We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This centrally located Best Western in Klamath Falls checks all the boxes for a chain hotel. Clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet (included), pool, and comfortable beds. A nice choice if you are visiting Crater Lake National Park (about 60 scenic miles away)

This was our first stay at this BW+. Our Room 123 was somewhat better with two comfortable chairs and a switch by the bed to use to switch on/off a light - most BW we've encountered make it so we cross the room in the dark. The internet worked very well as did all other room features. The room was also quiet and convenient to the Lobby and ice maker. Breakfast was okay except didn't like the decaf coffee.

Wonderful experience, the room was great, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced. The facilities were beautiful and clean. Breakfasts was great something for everyone and the staff was fantastic.

Clean, well cared for, great service, nice pool, nice rooms...really everything you want in an overnight stay. There was soup and salad at dinner time, cookies and milk near bed time, and a full breakfast buffet in the morning. There was also coffee and iced tea in the lobby at all times. Good stop if you are headed to Crater Lake or down to California from Central Oregon.

My family and I stayed on our way to Reno from Portland. It was great from check in to check out. Couple of highlights: -pool was great. Clean with towels provided -rooms where spacious and extremely clean and comfortable -fresh baked cookies and milk at 8:30 where amazing -coffee and fresh brewed ice tea in the lobby was a bonus -included breakfast was probably the best included breakfast with any hotel stay before. Definitely will come back next time through!

Great place to stay. Lobby is terrific. Feel as if one is staying at a lodge instead of a motel. Breakfast is good with hot food and many choices. Conveniently located to downtown Klamath Falls and Crater Lake.

The room was not clean properly. Microwave was disgusting, mold and mildew was in the bathtub. Was not offer a free upgrade for being a platinum member, was told they did not do that here. Beside all that check in staff was friendly.

A one night stay on a circuit in southern Oregon. Clean rooms and a nice breakfast. We spent some time relaxing by the pool. It is located at a busy intersection so it is not quite but the pool area is private and still was a nice spot to relax.

Stayed here for tow nights while visiting Crater Lake. Very nice decor, the main area was two story with a definite Western feel to it. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze with the staff helpful and cheerful. Appetizers were served in the evening, with chili and cornbread one night and a very good minestrone soup with salad the next. Breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty

This was a nice hotel! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and info on the area. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Nice outdoor area and pool. Fresh cookies at 8 pm. Convenient location to local restaurants and downtown area. Nice stay!

This was a wonderful stop on our western tour. Friendly staff, excellent amenities and comfortable accommodation characterized our stay at this hotel. Based on our experience, we would recommend it to anyone.

The decor featuring lodge like details with "stuffed" animals overlooking the lobby provided a unique experience and provided a Western attitude which suited the location very well. The property was well maintained, the staff were great- friendly and professional. The king room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had a wide range of choices both hot and cold- there was an evening meal of chili and cornbread the night we were there. Cookies also! We loved the iced tea in the lobby during the day. We walked to a nearby Thai restaurant and had a great meal.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. We've been to quite a few Best Westerns and have enjoyed them all. That said, this one was by far our most enjoyable experience. The decor is excellent, much like a hunting lodge. The room was immaculate and large. The bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast selections were very good. We enjoyed the light meal, provided free nightly. The first night we had soup, salad and bread. The second, chili and cornmeal muffins. At 8:00 nightly, they bring out freshly baked cookies....delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful so, if we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there again.

This is my second favorite Best Western in Oregon. It has huge atmosphere in the lobby with trophy heads. It serves soup in the evening as well as cookies and milk later on. Then the breakfast is really great. They just redid the furnishings so everything is spanking clean. Staff are very helpful and nice to work with!

Really enjoyed staying here. Nice comfy bed, like the plugins on the bedside lights. Wi-Fi was very good. Room was clean and enjoyed having a fridge, microwave and cupboards. They kept the coffee and toiletries stocked. Lots of options for breakfast. Even had grab and go if you had to leave early. They had a variety of meat too. Not different everyday but at least a few days offered something different. Loved the Polish sausage served on Thursday. I was usually not their for their 4:30 pm soup and sandwich but the 2 days I was able to partake it was very filling. The fresh baked cookies and milk at 8 pm were a nice touch. I only sampled them 3 times but the wonderful smell of the baking permeated the lobby when you walked in. Washers and dryers were only $1.00 each.

Wonderful hotel, location just not ideal for parking. The complimentary soup & salad along with the fresh baked cookies and milk was a wonderful surprise. Staff was very supportive, although check in took a bit of time. Very nice hotel overall.

Very friendly check in and checkout. So impressed with the afternoon lunch. We'd been on the road 14 hours and did not want to have to get back in the car and find a restaurant. Décor was fantastc. Bed so comfortable, our best night's sleep in weeks. Fabulous morning breakfast!!!!!

Quality stay...cookies and milk in the evening, are you kidding me, great! Staff dedicated and knowledgeable about surrounding Klamath Falls area. I would still be driving around in a maze without help from the front desk staff.

We stayed at this hotel on a 10 day road trip. This hotel was budget priced and surprised us with the amenities. They serve soup and sandwiches in the evening and fresh cookies at night. We ate enough that we were able to skip dinner. The breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed the lodge style decor.

This is an outstanding place to stay. The check-in staff is friendly and quick. It has a "dinner" in the late afternoon, although we do not always partake. Cookies in the evening are wonderful! The breakfast is very well done. The rooms are clean and they are not old. Bathrooms are clean and shower/tub area are well cleaned (no mold/mildew). I HIGHLY recommend this place. We stayed when we would visit our daughter at Oregon Tech.

Good value, as always the hot breakfast is wonderful. This hotel also offers late afternoon soup and salad, which is fantastic! Throw in their muffins and cookies, and why would you stay anywhere else?!?

We stayed here for our first time in transit. It was a good stay, within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We had a king bedroom, which was generous in size.

1st time at this Best Western. It was recently remodeled and very up stat. Attentive staff and great food evening and morning It's nice to find a decent hotel in an out of the way place. Fully endorse.

We have stayed here several times for business and while visiting family. My mom loves this hotel, and says it is everything a hotel should be-good beds, good food, comfortable. They also have a hot tub and pool(pool is only open in the summer, both are outdoors). I agree that this is a nice place to stay. The lobby is especially nice. The food seemed a touch less amazing this time than it has been some of the other times we have visited- the breads/cookies were a touch drier than they should have been. Maybe food is fresher in the summer when there are more guests? Not sure...In any case, we probably will stay here again.

We've reviewed this property before. We generally stay here when we hit Klamath Falls. As long as we get a room on the backside, upstairs we're golden. Good beds, reasonable bathrooms, and all the rest. Difference this time, and we noticed other review comments as well, was the quality of the evening snack. Quality and quantity seems to be a touch less than in the past. Still, it is great to have this option. We'll still use this as our Klamath Falls stop, at least for now.

This was such a comfortsble hotel. The heater was already on when I arrived and the bed and pillows were some of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The staff called after I had been there an hour to make sure the room was good and asked if I needed anything. The evening services were so homey (chili and cornbread at 5 followed by milk and cookies after 7). I rarely spend so much time in my hotel room while on business, but it was just so pleasant that I was there during sll my free time.

Reviewing anything in Klamath Falls is a bit of a challenge. Broadly the surrounding area is simply stunning. The beauty of Eastern Oregon is everywhere you look. The trouble is Klamath Falls is none of those things which is a real shame. The town sadly is not beautiful which makes rating anything a challenge. I assume the reason most folks stay in Klamath is either they're just passing through (road trip) or perhaps local fishing and hunting. Either way, you need to get out of Klamath Falls to enjoy it all. As for this property.... Location - B. Frankly probably an "A" when you consider it's located near most restaurants and businesses but the town is such a "pit" (sorry residents of Klamath - that's not an attack on you... it is what it is), that I'm just not ready to part with an "A" rating here. Lobby - A. As far as a Best Western goes this was actually really nice. Very cozy, kind of a hunting cabin feel with wall mounted animals. The check in was swift and smooth and the staff was super friendly. Room - B. Clean but nothing stellar. Dining (Breakfast). C. Pretty typical fare for a inclusive breakfast. They did have a waffle iron which was pretty cool but this is becoming more typical in similar style hotels. Other than that typical eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels, coffee, tea, etc... Overall if I had to go to Klamath Falls I'd probably stay here again.

The internet is broken and open due to bad equipment that has been ignored for a year. New tile and grout failing . Wall texture boiling off the wall . Floors not clean in room. After six years of being a guest here all I can say is not all change is good.The tv stand is a short dresser so you cant relax and watch it being its at the same level as the matress of the bed.

We slept in a very roomy suite at a reasonable price. Hotel nicely dressed with Western theme. Recommended. Close to giant Freddy Myers. Free breakfast included with usual selection on paperware. Sraff friendly

We have come to Klamath regularly to visit family for the past 10 years. We have stayed at 11 different hotels. All of them have received good recommendations from us. This was our first visit to this property. The reason we chose it was the weather! It was windy, cold, wet. This property has interior corridors and has been newly renovated. We found the rooms comfortable, the HVAC system responsive, the lobby very comfortable and warm, the breakfast area also very accommodating. A hot breakfast in the morning, soup in the evening and cookies at 8pm at night. A cousin traveling with us who is in his late 80's was very comfortable - he usually has a hard time staying warm. The rooms must be well insulated as he had no issues. The lobby area/breakfast room was also comfortably heated.

Check in/out was fast & easy. Free soup & small sandwiches in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Overall hunting lodge decor, with stuff critters on the lobby walls. Room was neat and clean extra blanket readily provided on request. The king size bed was great! I made an error with the reservation and was easiley handled by the friendly staff over the phone while on the way to them, even got a managers special which was less expensive than the original quote.

Very nice staff at the front desk. They gave us some ideas of where to find souvenir items -- and we were successful!! There are lots of knotty pine and Northwest design elements in this hotel. The room was nice. The refrigerator had no freezer, but the control was conveniently located. The A/C was easy to control. There was a "manager's reception." Unfortunately, the chili was so hot my husband couldn't eat it, and I barely got it down. Supposedly, this was a fluke that particular day. My husband LOVED the cornbread, however. I needed to print info from at the business center, but the printer wouldn't work. The lady at the front desk tried to help, but she was unsuccessful. All in all, a nice stay.

This hotel was the 1st stay of our road trip to Utah. You are greeted by stuffed animals, etc, on the walls in the lobby that any hunter or taxidermist would drool over. The decor is lodge-like and very comfortable. It was very quiet until the some trucks showed up very early the next morning (garbage??). Otherwise it was a pleasant start.

What a relief to check in here after leaving the unacceptable welcome policy and very poor rooms at Crater lake Lodge. Arrived at 2 pm and was immediately given an available room by a most friendly receptionist. Of course this location cannot be compared to the NP but you get a very large room with every comfort, ex cellent beds, aircon, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker etc. And at half the price of that silly room in the NP. If you visit the Park, better stay here , it's only an hour away, instead at the awfully Xanterra managed Crater Lake Lodge.

Clean Rooms, good services, and everything one can expect at $165 + Tax per night. The motel includes a breakfast bar every morning, at 4pm has soup & a sandwich, and a tray of cookies is put out at 8pm. There is Shopping Mall across the street making is a convenient location. We had planned to stay one night and drive north on US97 for 60 miles to Crater Lake: However, we wound up staying 3 days and drove to Crater Lake. Nothing much in the way of Motels in between on US97.

Pleasant but basic. Bed and pillows need replacing. Room was quiet and spacious. Extras like happy hour are a bonus and weight room had good selection. Breakfast was mediocre. Front desk were helpful and fun

As a rule, we try to stay in Marriott or Hilton properties because we are members of their reward programs. But we decided to stay at this Best Western after reading the reviews on TA! We arrived on a Sunday in the late afternoon and were immediately given our room keys and told that dinner would be served soon, milk and cookies would be available at 8:00 pm and breakfast would be ready at 6:30 in the morning! Wow! We passed on the dinner, but did take advantage of the cookies and milk, along with breakfast the next morning. Both were average, but hit the spot! We were pleased with our room and VERY pleased with the bed! It was SO comfortable! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had no complaints at all. If we ever pass through Klamath Falls again, we will stay at the same place! Well done, Best Western Plus Olympic Inn!

Clean hotel. Not the exceptionally friendly place but didn't expect that. Very efficient check in process. Good breakfast options to get the day started. Interesting lobby. We got a room on the first floor and it was too loud, didn't get a good sleep. Starting 4am, a ton of activity happening and it just is way too loud.

No worries here. The lobby is gorgeous, and the room is clean and comfortable. Delicious cookies, coffee and snacks are available all day. I'd highly recommend this property. We had just visited Crater Lake and were headed south.

We spent two weeknights here (8/22-8/24) in room 107. The property is set up as a hotel not a motel (i.e. rooms are off the lobby and inside the building). There is an elevator to the upper floor. The hotel is well maintained and looked nice inside and out.Lots of hunting trophies in the lobby. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was good sized clean, quiet and comfortable.The fridge had no controls (i.e. cooling settings or on/off) but worked fine. The hotel put out cookies and a light evening meal (chili and cornbread Day 1 and salad Day 2) the days we were there , which was a very nice touch. There was coffee and iced tea in the lobby at all times. Breakfast was very good, better than most BW's. The internet was slow, even for email and light web surfing. There was plenty of parking. Overall a good place to stay.

We stopped here for a night on our way from the bay area to Bend for Labor Day weekend. After a long night of driving, I was appreciative of the quick and easy check-in process. Parking was also very easy, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. I wasn't too concerned about amenities since we were only staying for the night, however we did enjoy the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were consistent with what you would expect from a chain hotel (could be a good or bad thing depending on your preference), but the cabin-feel of the lobby helped to give the property a little more personality. The only downside was location. For a pit stop, the location was perfect since it was relatively close to the freeway. However, if we were staying for longer we would probably opt for somewhere closer to the downtown, since there was not much to see within walking distance. Overall, we would stay here again if we were back in the area.

checked in and told the receptionist I did not if more than one night , I was having trouble with my truck , tire problems , she told me as soon as I was checked in , she would call her Husband and get the name of a good tire shop that did not try to rip people off. The hotel had a small area with soup/salad/bread for the evening and a full breakfast the next morning. Hotel was kept up , room clean and air on , since it was hot and smoky from fires

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during our Oregon vacation. The first night we drove all the way to the hotel from Santa Clara so we were tired. Here is our first impression. The lobby is really nice. Has that hunting cabin in the woods sort of look with animal heads and wood paneling. The chairs and sofa were really comfy and after breakfast I would read my book here. The staff was friendly. The room was on the second floor. It was well air conditioned and very clean. Not super big. Had a small fridge. The bathroom sink was outside of the main room with the toilet. There is an elevator which was nice. The TV and wifi were great...important for my kids. They had a very nice breakfast and cookies in the evenings. Go early to make sure you get cookies! :) The pool and front parking lot were going through upgrades. That was not good as it was VERY hot outside. :(

We were two couples traveling from eastern Washington to California. Stopped here one night. Rooms were clean, quiet, updated, and large. There are several restaurants within walking distance which were recommended by the hotel staff. We chose the Mexican restaurant which offers a 10% discount to hotel guests. Nice! Warm cookies and milk were available in the evening and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want - eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, waffles, cereal, and more. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This is still our favorite stop in Klamath Falls. Besides seeing our grandson of course. Always friendly and accommodating staff that go out of their way to resolve any issues that might come up. Rooms are always fresh and clean (even during exterior updating). The afternoon soup is a nice treat as well as the fresh baked cookies in the evening!

We are a family of four (kids are 8 and 6 /girl and boy) . Okay, so we planned a trip from Central CA to Crater Lake at the last minute (a week prior to going) in the summer to go see Crater Lake and surrounding areas. If you are coming from the South of Crater Lake, I guess Medford and Klammath Falls are the two largest cities to stay at. Medford is up I-5 and Klammath Falls is east of Medford and up Highway 97. There aren't four and five star resorts prevalent around these areas, especially if you plan this trip in the summer a week before going like we did. So, unless you booked the Crater Lake Lodge at the rim of Crater Lake, good luck. Having said that, we feel we lucked out. We usually stay at Hyatts and this was the first time we stayed at a Best Western. So, here is the scoop: Klammath Falls is about a 50 minute drive from Crater Lake. It was an easy drive there and back so this is a decent point to stay at. If you leave early enough (9 am), then you can see the whole Crater Lake area and do the full circle drive around the lake all in one day. Being a family, it was nice that they had a Black Bear Diner in town. We also ate at King Wah's Chinese Restaurant for dinner one night and it was a nice find. As for the hotel, this trip was our first time staying at a Best Western ever. Let me say up front, we are Hyatt members so we knew it would not be the same quality or experience. But, it was decent for an outdoor adventure trip. The lobby and the breakfast area were clean and renovated. The pool and spa were unfortunately being renovated and closed when we stayed there. The parking lot got renovated and repaved on one of the days we stayed there. That was a surprise to us and was problematic when we returned that evening as there were no parking spaces. The room was nicely appointed and okay for a family of four. The queen beds were comfortable. The room smelled and looked clean. We all slept well as we were tired from all day hiking or walking. One tip I would suggest is to request a room on the back side of the hotel. Early morning traffic was noisy on the front side of the hotel. The cookies and milk at 8 pm in the lobby were a nice touch that the kids appreciated. The staff got us checked in quickly and were attentive to our needs. A full breakfast buffet was nice but a lack of Froot Loops as a cereal choice disappointed the kids. There is a coffee table with iced tea also in the lobby. There is also a little mini-food and drink shelf to buy water and snacks in the lobby. One thing I don't understand is that the hotel did not have a safe in the room. If you know people are coming with cameras and iphones and all for Crater Lake, why not put a safe in the room? Where do we leave those when we go to breakfast or to swim in the pool? Parking is free, the wi-fi is free (spotty), and breakfast buffet is free. We went to Crater Lake one day, Bend the next day, and Burney Falls/Mt Shasta the third day. I highly recommend Tumalo Falls in Bend and Burney Falls in Burney, CA. Crater Lake is a must of course.

This is a great hotel to stay if visiting Crater Lake. Staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet and evening snack were provided which were welcome after a long day on the road. They provided a crib and sheets for our 18 month old and the staff were very helpful.

The rustic décor of wood lined walls and different trophies from local hunting make this hotel very different, and gives it a flair like a lodge out in the wilderness. The room was very nice and clean with a super comfortable bed and an updated décor that included granite-like sinks. Staff was very accommodating with a blanket as we do not do well with a heavy quilt in the summer months. The breakfast was very good with many choices, but the nice surprise was each night they have self-serve soup and salad. This was an exceptionally good value, for no additional charge. Note: The bathroom fixture could use a LED flood instead of a fluorescent bulb, as the LED would light up immediately. The construction with the new concrete landing at the office entry is near completion, and included some re-routing while the workers did their finish work. The hotel was very quiet and conveniently located.

This was a nice hotel but the location was pretty dismal. It feels like it is in a big city even though Klamath Falls isn't that big. I wish this hotel could have moved itself to the Rocky Point area! Other than the location, it was an excellent hotel, just too corporate.

The hotel is very good--little dated but they have worked on updates. What makes this place a "five" is the extras. The staff is friendly and helpful. The day we arrived, the had salad and soup offered in late afternoon. That was followed by cookies at 8--not just one but four different kinds of freshly baked cookies. The morning breakfast buffet had all the regulars, but even more. Great presentation, quality and quantity. The price was great which made things even better. We would plan on staying here any time we transversed the area.

The hotel is under remodeling, but didn't dampen our stay. In fact, walking in you are immediately greeted with the outdoors! Trophy animal mounts of all types boasting the fauna of Southern Oregon are displayed upon walls of beautiful wood-creating a classy, woodsy feel to the lobby area. Our room was clean, up-to-date including hair dryer we found in a mini-bag in the closet. It was a quick stay, so we didn't use any of the amenities. Hot tub is a bit awkward outside-for all to view, and small. Extra towels are available for the pool or hot tub. But they offer a late night snack each evening and perform a full spread for the hungry morning person! Above the breakfast area is an open "loft" furnished with 2 or 3 computers for public use including a printer and reading area. We will stay again if given opportunity.

Was passing through, I've stayed at Many Best westerns, good WiFi and breakfasts, cozy beds and linens, though the pillows are too thick for us smaller folk, There was remodeling going on but didn't interfere with our stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Although the front of the hotel was still under construction, this did not affect the stay here. We should have asked to be moved as having a road facing room was not fun but it was the general sound insulation within the hotel that was dreadful - doors slamming and loud talking in corridors throughout the nights and you can hear everything from the rooms either side of you. The breakfast choices were poor with no options for gluten free and when we asked if the cooked items had gluten in them, we were met with a blank look. The fruit juices were just flavoured water and the coffee was stale. Having free cookies in the afternoon is nice but get breakfast right first.

I stayed four nights to attend a conference. From the time I arrived I experienced EXCELLENT service! The front desk staff, especially Robin, was friendly, professional and helpful. The staff in the Event Center were exceptional. Especially Kristi, Michael, and Shelley. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the landscaping is very inviting. I'd definitely stay here again!

Truly a very friendly hotel that is upgrading their facility. Very good light dinner meal and an very good and hearty breakfast meal. My room was immaculate and crazily clean. To cold for the pool but it even looked inviting. Staff went way out of their way to serve. Great go!!!

This hotel was a bit disconcerting at firsts because of all the construction going on at the front of the hotel but once inside the lobby you could neither see nor hear any of the outside renovation going on at all. The lobby was beautiful and we were greeted and checked in by a very pleasant lady. Our room was very nice, spacious, very clean and fresh looking. The bed was comfortable with soft linen. Wifi worked fine and there's a guest laundry as well as a pool but we didn't use the pool. They serve soup in the afternoon and cookies in the evening. What a lovely treat. The breakfast room was beautifully appointed although it seemed the same young lady who checked us in was on her own looking after breakfast as well as the front desk. Looked like they were very short handed as hot food ran out soon after we arrived and there was no jiuce in the machine. Apparently that had run out too. Even with the short staff problem it was a lovely establishment and I would stay there again. You get a lot for the price. It was very reasonably priced.

The exterior is currently under construct so it's a bit of a mess outside. The interior is welcoming, fresh and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bit of street noise if that bothers you.

This was a very nice place to stop for the night. We arrived around midnight and the women in reception was so nice. They have a breakfast that is included with many choices which was a great way to get us back on the road quickly in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was once again an enjoyable experience! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, wonderful staff and you get milk and cookies. The hotel is close to Starbucks and easy to locate.

if you need a hotel in Klamath Falls Oregon you will never go wrong with staying at the Olympic Inn. the staff are very friendly and does everything to make you stay a wonderful experience. they offer soup and salad at dinner time and a great breakfast, if you have a sweet tooth they also give you a cookie in the evening. STAY HERE ITS GREAT

It had been several years since I stayed at a BW hotel. Based on past experiences with the hotel chain, I had not considered it when looking for a last minute stay in Klamath Falls. However, after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and decor of the remodel. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms (they even had a freshly cleaned tv remote for you fellow germophobes out there). The beds were very comfortable, and the service friendly. They have a good selection of breakfast items (complimentary) including waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, toast, yogurt. They also have complimentary milk and cookies in the evening. Overall, an excellent find and I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The only thing keeping it from perfect is the assessible room wasn't too easy to maneuver my husband's wheelchair. Staff was outstanding as was breakfast. Gladly stay here again.

After 12 hours diving this was our stop. This hotel is hidden somewhat, down in Klamath Falls. We booked it on the BW app as we did not know the area. Newly redone, spacious, beautiful and comfortable. It was on a busy road but very quiet in our room. Breakfast was simple but good with two hot choices besides the usual.

The staff were great at check in, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was cozy and had a nice ambiance. It was close to good restaurants. Breakfast was great as were the milk and cookies in the evening

This is one of my favorite hotels in the Klamath Falls area. I work there almost every week and have tried several of the different places to stay. For the money, the Olympic Inn - now called Best Western Plus - is conveniently located on Washburn / S. 6th within easy striking distance of Thai Orchid across the street and Los Potrillos as well as the Fred Meyer around the corner for affordable gas, groceries, clothes, etc.

We always stay at the Olympic Inn when we pass through Klamath, and recommend it without hesitation. This year we arrived to chili and corn muffins in late afternoon in the western themed lodge-like lobby, cookies and milk at 8:00, and always the extensive hot and cold self-serve (thus quick to get on the road) breakfast. We've always requested and gotten a quiet room on the back side on the top floor - no traffic noise, even with an end room this time. We've always been there in the winter, so windows always closed.The staff cares about their hotel and their guests - they are long time employees that we happily recognize year after year. We enjoy the Mexican restaurant Los Potrillos around the corner, and love being able to walk to it rather than getting back in the car after a long day on the road.

I friend recommended this Hotel to me, and when I decided to check it out I was nothing less than impressed. The lobby is charming, the staff helpful and friendly, and it's clean. But it's the little things here that are just huge. There are freshly baked cookies at 8pm and milk, fabulously comfortable beds, I always sleep like I baby when I'm there. And I always look forward to it coming up on my regular route. These guys just go a little further than the other hotels. Enjoy!

Very nice hotel! Very clean room with comfortable beds and everything you would need. There is a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and all the fixings in the room. When we arrived after a long day of hiking through the caves at the Lava Beds we were greeted with smiles, warm drinks (coffee, teas and cocoa), salads and clam chowder. It was perfect! After we were all cleaned up, feed and relaxing they had fresh cookies and milk available at 8:00 pm. Our teens loved it! We will definetly be coming here again!

I stayed at Olympic for 4 days while my wife had surgery at Sky lakes. It was a very pleasant and well appointed Motel. The staff were excellent and helpful when needed, the cookies and such were a nice extra. It was a very pleasant place to come back to each evening after a day at the Hospital. I didn't find the noise at all intrusive and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed my stay. Hotel is still being remodeled on the main floor but my floor had already been done. New tile, carpet, wall coverings are very nice. Microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot in the rooms. This hotel has a hot breakfast with lots of choices. Great oatmeal with lots if toppings. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, meat (they change it out), biscuits & gravy. Also waffles, cottage cheese and fruit. Plus fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, bread, english muffins and even yogurt and cheese. There are also 3 kinds of cereal. In addition, at 4:30 they bring out soup. There is sometimes salad sometimes mini sandwiches. I was only able to be there for the soup 3 times but they were all good. Then to top it off cookies & milk at 8:00. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very wonderful staff. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed at how rustic yet beautiful the inside of the hotel was. Beautiful pine throughout and stuffed animals up by the ceiling native to the Great Pacific Northwest! Very comfortable bed and room. Vickie Rose (GM) allowed me to park my recently purchased travel trailer in the parking lot instead of out back. Next time I'm in Klamath Falls, I will stay here again.

The staff was gracious, the furnishings upscale lodge and the prices high for the area. We're it not for the unrelenting noise, I would recommend it. Well I am certainly not the first to mention that this nicely appointed hotel is noisy. Bordered on two sides by busy streets, even if you follow the excellent advice of other reviewers and ask for an upper room on the back away from the ice machines, the road noise will be minimized but by no means removed and then there are the airplanes, it seems the afternoon flights take off overhead! The afternoon soup and sandwiches are a nice touch, breakfast has a few more additions than the normal white food, but were the scrambled eggs frozen? They were indeed watery and weird. Another anomaly was the lack of a comfortable chair - there was a space for one and a floor lamp but the only chairs were at the table and not comfortable for reading.
