Best Western Plus Kalispell/Glacier Park West Hotel & Suites

It was conveniently located. The amenities were great. The breakfast was exceptionak as was the coffee machine. The staff were friendly, sweet & easy. The room was clean & roomy. I will definitely stay there again.

Weather was in negative degrees. The hotel was kind to have availability for my husband & our pooches in this time of need. Our stay for 2 nights was greatly appreciated. Staff was pleasant & accommodating from check in to check out. Will recommend staying there again in near future. Thank you again so much

Our hockey team stayed here for a tournament at Woodlands Ice Arena. It was 5 minutes from the area and so convenient to all that we needed. It was a quiet hotel just off the highway on the way to Glacier. They had a variety of rooms that worked for our whole team. The staff was smart enough to group our team all on the first floor. The staff was gracious and accommodating, allowing us the use of the breakfast area to hold a pizza dinner for the team and their families. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated our king suite with a door separating us from the living area. With the pull out bed fully extended, it was a little tight around the desk area, but the room had all the amenities needed to stay for a long weekend with a family to go exploring the area. If you were to stay a week, I would suggest the king suite with the fireplace. Much more room to move around. Great all around hotel!

This is a great hotel for team travel. The breakfast had plenty of options, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub was a blast for the kids! We will definitely stay here again next time.

This is a very pretty hotel. To bad it is right next to a recycling center. The hotel staff was very nice. Our room was a good size and very clean. Kind of odd our room was on the lower level, like a garden apartment. The morning breakfast was good and offered different options each day. Hotel is a reasonable drive to Glacier National Park each morning. We would stay here again.

Very friendly person at check-in. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a room with a kitchenette. Didn't do any cooking, but there was no cookware or utensils so unsure if that needed to be requested or not. Breakfast was the typical fare, and area was kept neat and clean.

Took a quick weekend trip. Hotel check-in was easy, staff were friendly and had everything we needed. Rooms and hotel were very clean, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Only disappointment was the location next to a recycling depot, this was not an issue with noise but not a great view. Breakfast is heavy on carbs but it was well stocked.

Hello, we got a suite with a fire place. It had 2 tv's and was very roomy for the 4 of us. The breakfast was not as nice as Marriott or Hilton properties and the neighborhood is not as nice as others in the area. But the property is nice. Would stay again if I needed to be in Evergreen. If you want a more resort like experience this is not your spot

Wonderful stay. Couldn't have been more pleased. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend this establishment to family and friends. If we return, we will make reservations at this motel.

Hotel exceeded expectations and was one of the best hotels we stayed in during a two week vacation in Glacier NP and the Canadian Rockies. A great value compared to other hotels in this area and the Canadian Rockies. A highlight in an otherwise forgettable hotel experience in East Glacier and the Canadian Rockies.

They have an excellent breakfast, which saves you time when you have plans for the day. The rooms are clean and very spacious with a TV in the bedroom and one in a nice sitting area with a couch separated from the bedroom. Stayed for 3 nights, to visit the National Glacier Park. The drive was not too far away, the park is Beautiful! The highlight of the hotel was a friendly dog named "Grizzly" who showed up every morning outside the hotel for breakfast. The staff are all extremely nice and were very helpful with information on things to do near the area. They also had dog bone treats so you could feed the friendly dog, which made our day each morning! Would for sure book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

BEST 4 NIGHTS!!! Can't thank everyone at this hotel enough. Beginning with calling after reserving just to ask questoins, to our check-in, to asking advice, to stepping into the cleanest room ever, to well kept up breakfast items, to room cleaning every single day, to quiet nights....I think you get the idea. We would definitely stay here again. The ease of getting over to Glacier Natl Park was easy. and the recommendation to eat at Cislo's was so good we ate there 3 times.

BW is really money worthwhile to stay. Room is very clean and good space. The hotel is quiet. And the Breakfast is good in quality, fresh bacon and fruits. The staff is dedicated, well trained. The waitress is very friendly.

The hostess and food selections were top notch, hot food was hot, coffee selections were above and beyond. Room was kept clean, spacious, quiet. Very well done for a busy room, hours were also very flexible. Only issue was noise level from guest in room above, guest was not excessively noisy but was able to hear them very clearly even just walking in the room.

I made the following comments on Google: I have long planned to fly to Seattle and drive to Glacier NP, hiking along the way in early September. However, the wild fire in WA caused road closures and extremely unhealthy air quality for outdoor activities. I was forced to cancel the entire trip for safety and health reasons 2 weeks before the trip starts. I was able to cancel most of my reservations. Some of them, including a BW property, even waived the penalties, in considerations of this unfortunate and unforeseeable situation. This is the only hotel that refused my request. I will take the same trip next year. This will not be my choice of hotel although I am a loyal BW member with platinum status. The owner responded on Google: "We are sorry the current conditions with weather and wildfires are preventing you from making such a wonderful trip. Our staff is happy to help you contact the travel company you made your reservation with to confirm any cancellations. We can not cancel a pre-paid reservation ourselves but will help in any way possible to obtain a refund from the third-party site. Feel free to let us know if you need any more help." However, this seems a lip service and nothing happened, in spite of many phone calls to hotel and BW customer services. A ticket generated by BW customer services to have hotel call me. No one contacted me at all. So, disappointed.

We stayed here on an overnight to be close to Glacier NP. You are about 30 minutes outside of the park which isn't bad; a pretty easy drive the rest of the way. The hotel is in great shape inside and out, clean, and comfortable, and safe. Check in for us was quick and easy. The free breakfast had great options.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Probably the best I have ever encountered. The hotel is pet friendly and stay free. They do a great job of assisting requests. The pet area was nice and easy to get to from room.

I fractured my back & the staff here was more than willing to find ways to make me as comfortable as possible. They moved me to a handicap room & let me overstay checkout when our flight got delayed so that I could stay laying down as long as possible. They also allowed our daughter's family to park their RV in the back of the lot so she could be close & help me. They were absolutely wonderful!!

We loved our stay at BW Kalispell. The price was nice, the rooms satisfying, but the staff really tipped the scale. When you're tired from traveling, being greeted with kindness means everything. Thx!

The hotel was just down the road from Glacier National Park. It was very easy to go back and forth to the park. The staff was friendly and helped us out when our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night. They even went out of their way to give us water or drinks. They also gave us an uber car to contact directly. Super helpful.

We had a wonderful night stay at this Best Western hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities we needed and had a great shower. Imagine my surprise when I booked this hotel online and the original price for a king room on the night we stayed was over $300, however when I checked the government rate it dropped to $99 (before tax). Thank you so much to this Best Western and the owner for honoring our military like this. What a pleasure it was to stay in your hotel.

The hotel was great. Room were clean and big. Bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The lady's in the front desk were excellent, very professional but also super nice and willing to help and recommend places when requested.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had no issues with it other than the lighting. They could use more light in the rooms. I have back issues and usually can't sleep well unless I'm in my own bed so I was concerned about the comfort of the beds but they were very comfortable! The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed. The inside of the lobby was beautiful and the outside was very pretty and clean. They have a gym, hot tub and pool inside which was never crowded.

This hotel was very clean and quiet!! The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were super comfy!! Lots of amenities including pool and hot tub. Great price and will definitely be staying here again!! Great for longer stays!! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable!!

Stayed for 2 nights mid October, in a king room. The first room we checked into smelled of cigarette smoke and they immediately re roomed us. Friendly service, pool, hot tub, breakfast included (Make your own waffle station!) good location, 5-10 minutes from shopping.

Clean, inviting hotel. Breakfast offers many varieties and clean. Room was clean, only downfall was bed was very uncomfortable. Swimming pool area was nice. Location is off the main area next to a recycling but was still quite.

The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and the pool was nice. We (especially the kids) enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. They were very pet friendly - nice dog walk area on the side of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time travelling through Glacier National Park, Whitefish, surrounding area! Sightseeing, golf, shopping, restaurants, all interesting, fresh and new! September has been a great time of year to explore places not seen in many years. Restricting the number of tourists on the Road to the Sun (during peak travel times) is an excellent idea!

Premium rate of $260. Worn out bed, clogged sink, no maid service and no ice maker. This isn't a good place to stay for the rate. The positive comment would be a good staff that seems to be well trained.

We've stayed at BW hotels for years and this was by far our worst experience. We booked online and were unaware of a roofing job at the hotel until we arrived with our 2 kids. I absolutely understand the necessity BUT we weren't happy to have zero warning or discount offered. Our room also spelled horrendous - like cleaning products used to cover up another foul smell. We thought about asking to change rooms but didn't want to deal with the added headache of already traveling with two young kids. I'm giving an extra star ONLY because the front desk hosts were kind and helpful with anything we asked. Bottom line is it's nice to just show up at a decent hotel and sleep in a room that you booked without needing to ask to move.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Glacier. From the moment I walked in I was treated well. The desk clerk, Megan, was very nice and helpful. As soon as we checked in, we went out to buy bear spray for our hikes in the morning. We could not find any anywhere in town. As we walked through the lobby upon our return, we asked Megan if she knew where we could find some. She did not, but said a guest donated some when they checked out. She searched for awhile, but was unable to locate it. A couple hours later, she called our room and said she found it. We were very thankful that she took the time to find it and call us. Also we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. From the exterior to the interior, everything was spotless. Someone even took an extraordinary amount of time to tend the beautiful flowers in the landscape. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast good including gluten free choices! The staff was very helpful and pleasant! The only problem was there weren't any restaurants to eat dinner or have drinks On the premises or nearby in the area!

We had to find a hotel late at night and this gem was perfect. The prices seem to be a bit high but that is our world today. The room was clean and quiet the check in and out was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic and we had stayed at another BW Plus and had a deluxe breakfast experience there. The host was very friendly though and was on top of keeping the area clean! The breakfast areas is kind of tiny too when large people are eating at the tables that seem close it was hard to move about. We would stay her again if we are back through this area. It was a good nights sleep in a quiet hotel.

Terrible choice and value. Dog smells and noise. No management to assist. Scary food. What happened to be. Dogs barking, no assistance, dirty facilities, bad customer service. Saw roaches in the dining area. You can can find better.

This Best Western was conveniently located by the UHaul center, which worked for us because we were moving to the area. Hotel was in excellent condition, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's located next to a recycling center, but there was not an issue with noise. We had a nice view of the mountains since our room was on the east side of the building. We received military discount which made the rate very reasonable.

Thanks! Nice place to stay with quality, clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds! WiFi. Fairly close to all things we needed. Location is probably the only downside but not uncomfortably so. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very clean and excellent well run operation, and do not change anything. The breakfast room is well stocked with food and did not run out of coffee and with pleasant workers. Front desk was very helpful and happy to help you out

Always pleased and if ever there's an issue their quick to fix it. We mainly come there for medical appointments and it looks like we'll have to be making several more trips over the next couple months. They are so accommodating and pleasant to work with

We stayed in the fireplace suite. Super cute room. Has an extra sitting room with a TV around the corner in the room that i really liked. The room was the furthest room away which is a bummer for bad knees.

Wasn't the way it used to be, morning staff needs customer relations training on how to not be rude. Coffee was way watered down. They don't treat ya like family like they used to do, and barely acknowledge that you are there.

Staff very friendly, turf area for the dogs. Breakfast was provided by the front desk and had a variety to choose from. Rooms were clean. Location was great, not a far drive to restaurants and not far to Glacier National Park which was main purpose of trip.

Wildly overpriced dirty room carpets. Daytime front desk argumentive. Coffee station often out of creamer. Tv cable worked sporadically as well as the internet connection would time out on a regular basis.

this hotel is located next to a junk yard. It used to be a LaQuinta. Severely overpriced with no amenities and no quality standards. Breakfast is thrown in a paper bag and disgusting. Will never stay there or any other BW again

Great place to stay. Clean with very helpful staff. Good food nearby, Nickleback Charlies. for dinner or breakfast is excellent. Convenient to the airport, shopping. Downtown Kalispell was old school western with many fine shops.

We stayed here two nights during our trip to Glacier National Park. The room was nice and comfortable, but this was the only place during our summer travels which didn't appear to be taking any COVID precautions. The web-based checkin didn't work, there was no acrylic shield at check-in, no employees were wearing masks, and there were no signs at elevators or breakfast asking for the simple courtesies that could reduce the spreading the virus. As a result we looked up the COVID rates in Flathead county and they were high, making us uncomfortable the whole time in the hotel.

We rented the room with a kitchen. Even though we didn't cook, we could have fixed anything we wanted. Nice hit tub and pool area. Great location outside of Glacier N.P. Nice staff and good grab bag breakfast choices.

If you are visiting Glacier National Park, much better options available for cheaper or same price elsewhere. Hotel is kind of out there - not downtown, not close to park, not close to new shopping/eating places. Close to a junkyard. Very limited service - no cleaning during 7 day stay, take out breakfast which is mostly unhealthy food, disappointed that I was not given milk when I went 30 mintues late for breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend.

Came for the highline and more. the staff throughout all hours is fantastic, rooms are well sized, bigger then most, bathrooms are clean and pretty good shower pressure. Location is good enough -the road to logan pass took us 2hrs or less. Is it pricey? yea so is everything else in this city and on top of that it wont be as nice as this property. Glacier is the best Natl Park in the country, this stay just makes everything easier and comfortable. need a ticket to access park after 7am?, call Glacier Outfitters INSIDE of GNP, rent a bike youll have full access to park.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but very underwhelming for the price. The view from the front of the hotel is a recycling center with stacks and stacks of crushed cars and cardboard. The breakfast consisted of frozen breakfast sandwiches to be heated in the room (exact same every day), small packaged muffins, oatmeal (again to be prepared in the room), granola bars, an assortment of cereal, milk, canned juice, and coffee. All of this was due to COVID of which I am very aware and cautious but it does appear to be more about money rather than COVID precautions. Again, I am hyper sensitive to COVID so I completely agree with keeping people safe through precautions, however concern only seemed apparent where the company could save itself money. We were not given plates or napkins until the last day of our trip. I had to get plates and napkins from our car…except for the last day! The hotel is pet friendly which I very much appreciate but the pet area is turf rather than grass which is horribly smelly and there are bigger rocks all around the area so it can be difficult to maneuver for smaller dogs. I realize hotel prices fluctuate; however, our cost was $400+ per night for frozen breakfast sandwiches and an average hotel. This hotel is certainly an example of unnecessary price increases to take advantage of the consumer and the current environment. We traveled across several states and stayed in multiple locations and this was the first we encountered like this. Had we known the situation, we would have booked one of the other area hotels. On a positive note, Autumn was super sweet and so helpful and the flowers around the hotel are magnificent!

Breakfast was a big reason we chose this hotel, but options were very limited. Due to short staffing we did not have our room cleaned during our 5 day/4 night stay. If I would have been notified of these issues prior to the stay, I would have booked elsewhere. Megan, the front desk manager, was the saving grace. She was very friendly and professional.

Staff was very nice and had strong customer service skills. Aesthetic appearance is very nice, unfortunately the hotel is right next to recycling center. The major disappointment was we paid $300 per night and they used covid as an excuse for why rooms are not cleaned daily and the limited breakfast service, and the clincher was having to deal with dog hair odor in the room all 3 nights. Sorry, value did not meet our expectations.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had a kitchenette unit that was great. It took us about 30 min to get to West Glacier and 10 min to downtown Kalispell.

I stayed here for a family vacation to go to glacier national park. All the staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend for families. We stayed in the king suit with the fireplace which was pretty cool.

The staff upon check in were very friendly and happy to receive visitor. They offered suggestions for dinner which were truly wonderful! The steak house they sent us too was very good and not a chain, which was what we were looking for. The rooms are large and everything was new. There is a pool for people who love to swim....which if we had our children with us would have been where we would have spent time. There is wifi and places to sit in a lounge area. It was outside the city so that was nice and quiet. It takes about 40 mins to get to the entrance of Glacier National Park which to me meant less traffic. Glacier National Park is worth seeing and staying here made it a very nice visit. Next time we will spend two days in the park and would absolutely stay here again.

As soon as opening door was overwhelmed by the heat from the 2 room suite . Upon entering the bedroom was slightly cooler thermostat on wall in bedroom said 79 even though air conditioning unit was set on 68 .Our first view from hotel was the junkyard next door upon looking out our 3rd floor window. Was told by front desk over the 3 day stay numerous excesses . One was they can only cool to 15 degrees below air temp which was 100 . Another said need fan on between rooms which it was . Lowered unit to 60 which at nite made bedroom a freezer but other room was still a sauna where kids slept. Still using cheap breakfast to go even though every other hotel we stayed at last 2 weeks was breakfast as normal including other best westerns . Fitness room was a joke small and 2 person limit . Which was always in use . The kitchen of room was crammed in the corner along the sofa sleeper . Very poorly designed and run hotel

As a diamond plus member, I had accumulated enough points for two free nights as I was in a wedding in kalispell. I needed an extra night at the time of the original booking but we had to make 2 separate reservations since we could only use the points for 2 nights. I was told the room would be 240, which is expensive but I wasn't complaining since that's all we had to pay for 3 nights. We had to go check in for that separate booking and were charged $280! Almost $300 for a single night is outrageous and not following up on their word about the price is disappointing. We will be looking to book and join the rewards program with another hotel company.

I know that this is close to Glacier National, but the cost was very high and the breakfast was still a limited one following the covid protocols. Since every other hotel had moved to a more normal breakfast this felt unnecessary.

This place is amazing. Friendly, helpful, clean rooms. It was close to downtown and the hospital where I work. It's only a couple years old so everything was new. Fitness center, swimming pool available but you make a reservation 2 at a time due to covid restrictions.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained, quality. Offers a comfortable place to stay while visiting one of the most beautiful places in the world. Amenities are excellent. Beautiful upstairs sitting area. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this Best Western property. It was super clean and pleasant. We had our two dogs and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They have offered suggestions for restaurants, parks, hikes And places we should go. We extended our stay by a day because there was a-lot to do. Great property, one of the nicest Best Western hotels we've been to.

These best western plus hotels have the most comfortable beds. Very nice & helpful staff. I especially like that your able to actually set room temp too your liking because most places I've stayed it seems like room never gets below 69° which is way to hot for me too sleep comfortably

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Staff was not overly welcoming to us as Diamond Members. Unfortunately the pool and work out rooms were closed and the modified breakfast was the poorest I have experienced over the last year. Lack of any selection and majority of normal items were out (better get down there well before 8). Again, the room was fine and since we didn't spend any time in the hotel other than to sleep it was fine.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean and orderly. In town and close to the city amenities. Though it sets back off Hwy 2 you cannot hear the traffic. All of our needs were met, the room was clean, fresh and in great order. The staff recommended places of interest and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will make this our overnight stay from now on when we visit Kalispell.

Tried to cancel a work trip one day under one month away, and the hotel would not cancel. They don't care about you. They care about getting your money. They don't care if your a vet, disabled, don't have control over your work schedule, and don't care that life throws schedule changes at you. Instead, they just want your money. What a way to make you feel welcome in MT! Boy, they sure make you feel welcome don't they? If you ran your business this way, you would be out of business. Go stay the Hayatt or somewhere else. Tell BW to take a hike. Corporate has no control, won't assist, and won't even offer a credit.

Front desk was surly. Bed was hard as a rock. The sheets were washed with something low quality that made my skin itch. The location is in a bad part of town. Do not stay here unless it's this place or a dumpster.

When we booked our hotel we asked for a view and we were dismayed to see our view was of the junkyard (Blue Bird Recycling and the rooms on the other side of the hotel were of a neighborhood. We also booked primarily for the hot tub and pool and learned once we checked in they were closed. We also didn't receive a breakfast (but when we'd stayed at a different Best Western on Flathead Lake they had a nice breakfast and their pool and hot tub were open). The room was clean but really dark even with every light turned on. The next morning I went to make coffee and it was missing something so I called to the front desk and the gal actually asked me to go downstairs to get it! I said no I just woke up. She ended up bringing me the filter thingy that goes in the coffee maker. Also, our kitchen didn't even have dishes or anything to cook in either! We will never stay at this location again nor will we recommend it. We were shocked that we weren't even offered compensation of any kind. For the price we paid was ridiculous and something I'd expect from a crappy 1 star motel.

We enjoyed the room it was spacious and very clean. I always clean the rooms when we visit hotels. I could tell this was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. They have a nice menu of packaged foods for breakfast. Checkout is noon, which is nice. The only downside was the pool and work out room were closed, bc of covid. The staff was really friendly and let me know that before booking.

I expected more from this property. The rooms are dark. Even with all the lights on and curtains open, it was still like a dark cave. The breakfast was pitiful. A sacked breakfast was offered because of Covid, but the selection was minimal and the serving size was very small. More of a snack, not a meal. For $200 a night, with no pool, hot tub or exercise room available, I think Super 8 would have been sufficient.

Checked into dirty room and nothing was done after reporting it to staff. Everything else was clean except my room and staff was friendly and nice but I reported to someone cleaning and handed them showed them the past renters pizza box and the dirty room and told him to report it and have someone contact me and clean it up but they never did clean it. Usually very satisfied with Best Western so this was a first. Totally fixable

I stayed here for about three months. I really enjoyed getting to know the staff! Unfortunately due to COVID, the breakfast area, pool, and workout room were closed. I wish that I would have been able to use those amenities, but I do understand why all of it was closed. Nonetheless, I would recommend this place to anyone! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and I felt at home.

I am writing this review as a Best Western guest. This hotel has recently switched to being a Best Western. One thing I really loved about this place was the flowers at the front of the building and also at the side of the building. At the outside there was also a barbecue grill and a couple of picnic tables. The view of the mountains was lovely. As diamond members we were given an upgrade when we checked in. The room that we were given was a suite. This room actually did have two rooms to it. One had a TV set with dresser, sink, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It also had a desk with executive chair. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television. Breakfast consisted of a variety of foods, including breakfast sandwich and other typical hotel foods. They serve coffee as well. The room was a little pricey, but I guess it is because it's the summer season.

Very pleasent stay and convienent to our friends home. Good breakfast bar had everything we needed. Hot tub was warm and relaxing. The entire experience is the reasone we choose LaQuinta when we travel with or without our pet.

This is our second stay with La Quinta Kalispell. The gal who helped with our call-in reservation was very helpful and made this seamless. Upon arrival the front- end staff were quick and friendly. When we thought our female cat disappeared; the staff kicked into high gear and helped us search the entire building to help us find her. (Fortunately, kitten was in the room but hiding under the bed). All these things are what makes a weekend get-away the best it can be away from home. The pros of our trip.... the staff, the comfy king sized bed, the access to the pool, hot tub and exercise equipment. The cons.... the lack of a television station guide and the difficulty in navigating the television. And... cutting breakfast off at 09:00 am. I am sure it works out great for families but those of us who are on vacation... it was disappointing. To know that while breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay; having to be up and dressed and be finished eating breakfast before 09:00 am left us disappointed. If I had been aware, I could have made the 09:00 am cut-off but by that time the entire breakfast area was completely cleaned away. In conclusion, there are good things about La Quinta kalispell. Perhaps there are accommodations in Kalispell that are better suited for couples trying to relax while on vacation and sleep in a little longer.

I loved our stay here. It was so clean and friendly. It was hard to believe it was a animal friendly place it was so nice! The bedding & bed was 4 star. I was not creeped out with the carpet because it was so clean. I was able to take my shoes & socks off.

A spontaneous overnighter took us to Kalispell to meet up with friends. Our first priority was finding a "pet friendly" place and although other guests have reviewed this isn't a preferred scenario, we were thrilled! We were so impressed with just about everything during our stay. Staff were delightful and helpful. We were given a room near the exit and pet area - which made the visit much more enjoyable. Also a nice, easy block to walk with our pup. Rooms are nicely appointed and the king sized bed was pure heaven - so comfortable. No, really, hubby has back issues when staying in hotels and this is the first time EVER he woke up in good shape and without pain. Serious bonus! We found the breakfast more than adequate and the food service area is kept exceptionally clean, thank you! The only teensy weensy area of improvement, for us, was the bathroom - lack of water pressure in the shower and lack of hot water - could have just been the time in the morning we were getting ready. Also missed bright lighting in the bathroom to do makeup. But that's it...everything else was simply fantastic and we've already decided we will return sooner as opposed to later.

Very nice hotel with a good continental breakfast and 24 hour pool and hot tub which my kids loved. Great location and close to everything for shopping or going downtown. Overall it's a very clean hotel with friendly & helpful staff!
