Best Western Hotel Jurata

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the dinning room to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay at a place near the beach!

A situation occurred during my stay where a group of drunk guests were partying loudly and slamming doors and fighting into late hours at night. Police or security should have been called in by hotel management but nothing was done. Add to this terrible pillows and beds with bland breakfast in a small breakfast room. Not worth your time or money.

Stayed four nights at this clean and organised hotel; superb location 3-4 mins walk to a fantastic beach. The bar/cafe was fantastic with genuine service. Breakfast at the hotel was a little chaotic, with Covid restrictions - but it worked well. Good car parking area, although try not to park under pine trees as they tended to drop sap deposits on the car roof! Checkout was a little disappointing as the hotel tried to charge for extra bedding; we didn't pay of course, as they booking was clearly for the correct number of people. This was a strange way to end the stay on, especially given the room wasn't serviced during our four nights due to Covid (understandably of course). That was the only issue so can't complain :) Thanks to the staff who were all super friendly also

Very quite please perfect to have a rest by the sea. Located just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Large and very clean room, modern desing. Large swimming pool and saunas. Good breakfast and restaurant. Nice staff. Really good please for relax.

Great quite place for a weekend stay by the sea. Close to the sea and in the middle of the forest. Very large and clean rooms. Good brekfast and hotel restaurant. Vere professional staff. Fast check in. Good fast wifi internet. Large parking area.

A good friend and I just returned back to Denmark after another splendid vacation at BW Jurata Hotel. Surroundings are marvellous, and the location of the hotel cannot be much better! Once again, as last year, the weather was nice, sunny and warm. Great, as the fantastic beach is only a couple of hundred meters away. Rooms are spacious and clean, AC works fine. In the night time, I shut down the AC and opened the door breathing the fresh air from the outside. No noices at all from the outside; complelety silence = great!!! Breakfast is still a little poor, though still fresh and acceptable. I'll be happy to coming again any time soon!!!

20 m from the railway cross, the train is staring 0400 in the night whit loud warning sound and keeps on hole day. Thats the main reason to, once and never agian. Breakfeast place is to small for so many room. etc etc

Very nice hotel and very good Burta restaurant. Hotel is renovated, refreshed look of the restaurant and breakfast room. Good dishes with local taste. I do recommend the taste of hering in the restaurant.

Really nice place. I liked: 1. location - trees, trains, beach is near 2. room - big and clean, with water, coffee corner and even iron and ironing desk and little fridge 3. breakfast - so cozy place where it is served! food is ok, gooood coffee 4. attractions like basketball court, pool tables, swimming pool, sauna, book corner, playground, bikes - it makes us to go back with kids next time 5. beach in Jurata is beautiful and not crowded 6. Burta Bistro in the hotel is also solid option for nice meal 7. sunbeds :) I didn't like: cosmetics 3in1 in the room single beds Placed recommended for people who like trains; if you don't like the noise - well...

Just returned from a trip to Poland and we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is a two minute walk on a built path through woods that border the beach. You can't get any closer. The beach is beautiful and not busy as hotel is very secluded if not hidden. You need gps to find the opening in the woods to find the hotel. Rooms were good and clean. The front grounds I think are meant to look natural but I think it looks unkept. Grass was brown while weeds were thriving. The hotel might think about replacing grass with natural rocks to get rid of the weeds. Breakfast was good and sufficient. If you plan to visit Hel I would stay here as it is quiet, clean and centrally located on the peninsula. If I ever return to Hel i would recommend this hotel.

Best Western Hotel Jurata is nicely situated, close to the beach and surrounded by pine forest. Rooms are clean, with spacious balconies. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied, with vegetarian options. Three stars well earned.

After only having weekend by the sea we where looking for some place to stay. Checked some hotels in the area but this was the far best with good price. Great hotel with good size pool and saunas . Nice and clean with very good food. Location was perfect. You cant hear any car. Would highly recommend to a friend

When in Poland, I rarely stay in hotels because my destinations there are mostly to meet with my family or close friends who are able to offer a comfortable place to spend a few days there. This time it was also a family, but in the location they visit, not where they live, so I stayed in this Best Western Jurata Hotel for a couple of nights. I did not expect anything what I experienced. From the very first steps in the hotel, the welcoming mood and behavior of the hotel staff was touching, definitely above and beyond the service standards I experience in my trips to Poland. The personal interest of the manager in accommodation of the guest (I don't think I was an exception), from the impressions from the room to meals to how to spend the leisure time was very welcoming and making one feel like in the best family place. All the facilities were in very good condition, everything was shining clean and inviting. I wish I could spend more time at this hotel and its extraordinary atmosphere.

I was a few days to spend time with my cousin whom I didn't see long time. It was great! Nice room, delicious food, pool, beautiful area around.. A wide range of dinner variety which you can eat during during in a few hours ( your choice) or you can use evening grill version. We spent very nice time, I'm happy that that I chose this hotel for our meeting. Thank You!!

A hotel at a small part of land...perhaps 20km long and some hundred Meter wide. In june it was still a little bit dead, most restaurants were closed...nevertheless a impressing place....still laying sea in the south, in the north stormy seaside The hotel a little old like from socialistic area, but the hotel- manager at frontdesk was very friendly, most lovely.

Room was comfortable with a forest view. Located next to the beach. Indoor swimming pool and saunas available - perfect to relax if weather is not good. Bikes available. Breakfast delicious with big choice of food depending on taste. Highly recommend

I've been to this hotel in the beginning of May. It was a short stay in "older part". I liked it a lot! Huge plus is a location itself - surrounded by the forest, really close to the beach. I love tha food and the service as well. The only minus is a difference between older and newer part. They should be more equal so the hotel will look as w whole.

For relaxing and working, big parking, very good restaurant food, very clean, modern and spacious rooms, super indoor swimming pool, the internet working very fast and the meeting room new and modern. The beautiful beach is just one minute walking from the hotel, I recommend for families, couples and medium size meetings.

Near super wide beach with white sand, clean spacious rooms with balconies, place for grill, big pool, good jacuzzi and 2 saunas - we had nice weekend :) the only - is food in restaurant - definitely to change chef

We stayed two nights at the beginning of September for a wedding when the surrounding area was quiet. The hotel is a little way off the main street and surrounded by trees so a very peaceful location. If you don't have your own transport the rail station is only a few minutes walk away and trains are pretty frequent, modern and cheap - it's about 1.5 hours to Gdynia (reception have a timetable). The hotel is modern, clean and stylish with excellent spacious rooms (with a balcony), nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The free wi-fi reasonably responsive. The prices are fair and food was good. The staff are really helpful and speak good English. We were able to use the hotel facilities to do an on-line check-in for our flight back to the UK and because this was an early departure, they provided us with a packed lunch instead of breakfast. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and cafes and the sea. You cab also walk along the forest tracks if you want to keep away from the traffic. I can imagine it gets pretty hectic around this area in the height of the season. Parking when we were there was no problem.
