Sure Hotel by Best Western City Jonkoping

Good location, good atmospherein the lobby, but the rest is a disaster. Very boring breakfast room and the breakfast was not so good! For me that eats glutenfree it was no chooseand the bread was greyish and untasty. The pillows in the room were too high and too hard. Got me an ache. Can not recommend this hotel

Excellent location. Kind people. Good breakfast. Only complaints are no black out curtains and in summer the sun never fully sets. Plus the sunrise is at 4:30am! No mini fridge which is something I prefer, but reception will give you ice. It is on a busy street so noise can be a consideration. Close to busses and trains.

Horrible. Awful. Do not stay here. We were stuck at this hotel for two weeks. When my girlfriend and I arrived, they told us that they did not have a double room for us--we were placed in two separate single rooms. When we were finally moved to a double, the refrigerator did not work--and despite our asking, the staff made no effort to fix or replace it. We were told before coming that we would be served free meals each weeknight. We were served no such meals. When we asked to talk to the management, we were told that we could only email them. This place purports to be a family run hotel with a homey ambiance. It isn't. It's a fleabag moneymaker for callous businesspeople who never show up on the hotel grounds. Stay away.

The hotel is well located, close to the beaches and the city centre. The room was spacious and the staff was helpful. There is a nice big lobby with a playroom for children and billiard. We couldn't use the sauna and jacuzzi as there were limited times for that. The garage is quite tight so can be tricky with a bigger car.

Good hotel and good room size. Very good variety of food on breakfast and the read part was also comfortable to chill in. Unfortunately that the sauna is closed. Nice staff and fast check in and check out. No problems were met during our trip. Would recommend to couples and family.

Good price for the standard. The room showed some wear. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was good, and the dinner was also included in the price. Staff was very nice. Location is very good. Really close to the railway station.

I stayed here while in town visiting my son. This hotel was very good. The rooms and hallways were very clean. The hotel was quiet at night so easy to sleep. The breakfast offered was the best we had been offered in Sweden hotels during this visit. Considering the very reasonable price and good location of the hotel I would highly recommend and will stay here during my next visit.
