The rooms were beautiful,clean and very comfortable,The level of cleanliness was outstanding i can't even fully describe how impressed i was ,we truly enjoyed our stay .The breakfast was delicious,and everything was excellent,I will definitely come back.Highly recommended!

I am currently on my third night at Best Western Summerlea Jalandhar, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning. Since the first night, the room temperature has remained around 28°C, making the room uncomfortably hot. I have called reception multiple times, and each time a technician was sent to inspect the AC. However, after a quick check, I was simply told that it would start working, but the problem has continued throughout my stay. Today, instead of fixing the issue, I was offered a fan. I did not pay for an air-conditioned room to be provided with a fan as a solution. There have been other maintenance issues as well. On the second day, the mini fridge stopped working and had to be replaced. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan is not functioning, which leaves the bathroom smelling unpleasant. For a hotel of this standard, I expected basic room facilities to work properly and for recurring issues to be resolved effectively. The staff has been polite, but the lack of a permanent solution to these problems has made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.
I had an outstanding experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the small details like complimentary toiletries & fast Wi-Fi. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. What really stood out was the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction felt personalized, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!
Checkin and checkout was smooth and fast rooms are well maintained clean and in excellent conditions with comfortable and luxurious feel ventilation in rooms as well as in whole property was good overall cleaning was maintained throughout the stay.wifi connectivity worked well and the property facilities were properly managed and easy acessible the loyality program features were also appreciated .food was very good especially breakfast which has good quantity variety and fresh in taste.staff was attentive helpful and caring overall stay was comfortable will recommend all to stay at this property

Rooms are good but service and reception are not good at all - the receptionist was very rude and kept us waiting along with kids at reception at midnight - very unprofessional service

Nice rooms with balcony ....clening was proper. Good location. Good food. However housekeeping was quite disappointing , washbasin blocked in 404 , intercom not working in 405 room. Ultimately had to change room. Front desk was cooperative but somehow their communication with housekeeping failed.. Hope for a better experience next time.

A Pleasant stay here at Best Western - The Team was extra ordinary and took care of me well. "Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The breakfast was also very very tasty . We had a great time at Best Western Summerlea. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff was cordial enough to take care of the guest, specifically taking about the three senior citizens travelling with us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would like to keep an observation on the hotel staff, particularly the front office team. I noticed that they lack smiles and rarely greet guests; their demeanor often carries an attitude and an air of arrogance. On a positive note, the restaurant and housekeeping staff provided good service.

This is my 3rd / 4th Visit But - The review starts from pre booking cycle, Akash who have helped me in every aspect of booking whether it is date change / cancellations / very smooth and humble. Front office staff is amazing and always courteous especially Gurmeet & Sandeep. Fnb Peeps are always at their feet - few names - Neelam , Himani , Sunil , Anil very helpful. Didn't interact much with the House keeping but they were always a phone away. Overall a nice homely feeling - Best hotel to stay in Jalandhar
Really very bad experience. The hotel is old, dirty. Especially when he washroom. On my point to take a shower here is dangerous for heath coz the drain is clogged and the washroom is dirty. There are hairs and sludge, filth and muck. I'm happy to leave it. The restaurant is almost okay. I liked chicken stroganoff and parotha. They could cooked on my request and made it less oily and almost zero spicy.
Very good experience and good service. Neelam was great, very good service from her. We were here for a wedding and they were attentive and responsive whenever we called or needed anything, even when late at night.
Eco-friendly exceptional and fantabulous experience. The team is so amazing out there,i love staying in the property. Probably stars would be 5 however the proper and the team is exceptional. We hold our dinner meetings three times a month. Excellent ambience, staff is very co-operative. Manager Mr Thakur looks into the details himself. Sumptuous food.Referred the hotel to other social groups too.

We stayed for 2 nights.It was a family visit.Hotel is at good location. Staff was cordial.Neat and clean rooms.Everyone in the family enjoyed the hospitality.Food was also good.Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located in the part of the city, not very far from highway and the city center too. The rooms was spacious and comfortable and well maintained as such. The only thing I felt a little out of place was the fact that the breakfast buffet didn't actually start till about 8 AM and the variety offered could have been better.

Your services as well as housekeeping services are super And the room was also so good cleaning was good but food quality was not good : Shabnam nd Mainisha were in the room cleaning staff they were very obedient as well as room cleaning good . Rooms are spacious and cleaned, all of the staff members are very helpful and one of the most helpful member we met was Mr. Navneet from the housekeeping department. He was very helpful during our stay and make our stay more memorable. Thanks to the Best Western team for making us feel like home.

Because of my previous stay at this hotel the experience of which is mentioned here also, I booked this same hotel for my recent visit. I am pleased to note that the hotel is very much the same in terms of service and food is also consistent with my previous experience. My experience during 2018: Due to our project in Jalandhar, we had to stay in the hotel for long durations at a stretch during March 2018 to October 2018. As we were staying for long stretches, we often requested food prepared like home style and the request was promptly acknowledged and our team felt happy. The staff at all sections (reception, housekeeping and F&B service) was excellent and overall experience of ours was pleasant. Only hitch was the cooling effect of central AC. Food taste is also good.

One of my worst experience..... would like to forget. The room was beautiful and spacious however lacked air-conditioning....no heater was provided despite reminders, no warm water in bathroom,,,it was really a night mere. Please avoid
Quick business trip to Jalandhar. Booked this hotel on MMT for a great price of Rs. 2500/- all inclusive with breakfast. So price was really good. Clean rooms (which is a rarity in present times), courteous staff. Food was average but service was quick.

Room was immculate and well maintained. Housekeeping team is industrious and did excelllent work. One of the staff member Mr. Navneet singh is omniscient in his field and enthusiastic. I really admire him for his brilliant work. Overall experince was awesome, will visit soon.

This hotel is very well located and a highly recommended option if you are in Jalandhar. A fabulous bar, one of my favourites in the area. Very comfortable rooms. An all round great choice if you're in town. A long overdue thank you to the staff who made our stay very enjoyable.

we had booked our rooms till the 31 march 2020, we were told to leave on satuarday the 21st due to the caroavirus, infact they gave us 24 hours to leave. So we checked out and went to another hotel were we were welcome with open arms. I have not even recevied a refund for the 11 days outstanding as of yet.
Good food, good staff, awesome rooms and excellent cleaning, I stayed many times in this hotel and the experiance was really good. Miss Manisha from housekeeping did really great work and highly appreciated by my family. overall experience was awesome.

Good place to stay, price is okay, moderate not high. Food is awesome, just a bit slow in preparation quite a few times. Place is in heart of city, 05 mins from City station and 10 min from Cannt Station. Good stay.
