Best Western Plus North Houston Inn & Suites

The room had a musty smell when I checked in. The shower was one of the worst at any hotel, both in terms of flow and temperature control (never really got hot). Other than that, the room was clean and everything was in working order. The hotel is set back from the freeway so there was no road noise. I paid a little less than $100/nt. Still, this is the sort of hotel I'd stay in for one night for myself but probably would not want to bring my family.

I stay at hotel over 50 nights a year and every stay was excellent!! Hollie. Recommend if you're in this area and need Hotel. This is definitely the one to stay at !, you will always receive the best of care !

The service was great . Very friendly staff. But , the main downfall was that our room was dirty . The bedsheet linen had stains . The towels in the restroom had numerous yellow stains and to top it off the TV was locked to one channel . You couldn't use the remote nor the controls on the actual TV to change any channels . Breakfast was OK. But, this was our first and last time staying here . Waste of 16,000 points to get a free night here . Probably used it at the worst BW hotel in the network and I've stayed at plenty throughout Texas .

This is an older hotel that was Clearly renovated. Very nice new furnishings, fixtures, pool, and floors. Some areas still to be worked on (lighting)... But an EXCELLENT value. I would not hesitate to stay here again with my family if we are ever in the Houston area. Oh and very convenient to some fast food restaurants and last minute shopping.

OMG I've been all over the world and I've never experienced such an awesome front desk clerk in my life!! Trinity was AMAZING!! She was so nice and professional and helped up with ALL the problems we had. First our key didn't work, no problem she jumped into action and personally brought us a new key. Get checked into the room, the TV remote didn't work. Trinity to the rescue again. She explained you have to press the power button instead of the remote control. Through all of this her attitude never changed. She did a wonderful job. The room was nice and I liked this hotel had a laundry room. We didn't get to breakfast but I bet it was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if Trinity is working. Awesome employee!!

Overall it was a good hotel experience. We did come up into an odor smell in one of the three rooms that we reserved. It smelled like cigarette smoke and the receptionist didn't help in the situation only by giving us dryer sheets to place on the a/c. But once we got some air fresher and sprayed the room down the experience got better. The breakfast is good and my family enjoyed it.

We love this hotel . We have been coming here once or twice a year for the past 12 years . We have never had a bad experience . The staff has really been pleasant to us . My shower had a little leak I told the evening desk clerk . He came right up and took care of it . My 3 day stay here has been wonderful and I will return later this year. I would recommend this hotel . Food places close by Popeyes whataburger chicken express Jack in the box and Cracker Barrel next door .

The team here always make me feel like home while I am traveling. They go above and beyond every time I am here. The owner will always make a point to come and say hi and ask how I am doing or if he could do anything for me while I am in town. I will continue to stay here.

The hotel service was amazing. Everything was incredible from checking in to the wonderful breakfast the next morning. The staff was very friendly and the room were outstanding. It was one of the best stays at a hotel that I have had in a long time. The hotel was in a great location also. You had a number of place to eat right next door. Gas station and other stores were across the street and right around the corner.

The daytime manager is super nice. The nighttime manager or perhaps just the guy that was sitting at the front desk, didn't bat an eye when I walked up to the counter. Didn't seem to want to help. And didn't seem to care. I felt like I was asking for a favor when inquiring about the shuttle to the airport.

This is my number one hotel choice for the Houston area. I can always expect a clean room, great service, and a nice hot breakfast as part of my visit with this hotel. The owner takes great pride in his hotel and the customer's visit and satisfaction is the upmost importance to him.

Just checked into our room, and there is a giant roach on the wall next to the lamp. Went to the front desk and showed the young man a picture and video and was told all he could do was sent housekeeping in the morning

Only complaint was the bathtub needed a better cleaning! Staff was great and very helpful. I always use best western hotels when possible. I travel for business often and being a female traveling alone it's great to feel safe!

Nice, Clean, Enjoyable hotel to get a room at will be getting more in the future. Quiet environment without any loud or unnecessary noise from guest like most hotels, breakfast was served on time and tasted better than any hotel i've eaten breakfast at .

The hotel is well managed. Clean lobby, clean rooms. All the amenities you could expect. The breakfast could not be better. You get so much for what you pay per night. This is the only hotel I choose now.

Nice and secure place to stay. They offered nice assortment of foods and beverages for breakfast. Have a nice facility to satisfy your own needs if you needed other amenities like fitness center, printer, laundry room. Very relaxing place. The staff was always pleasant and greeted with smiles. I had a great experience at this Best Western Plus. In the future I will always stay here. I am here because I am getting treatment at MD Anderson. The owner/manager went out of his way to make sure everything was just right. His staff went out of their way to be sure my room was very clean. I have been here 7 weeks so I have had plenty of time to observe. I don't ever think they missed a crumb. Everyone made sure my stay was clean and very pleasant which is important when you are getting chemotherapy and radiation. They all were as compassionate and caring as my family. The pool and landscape were very nice and very clean.

Great service the spa was great and huge. Quite and very spacy. Will most definitely be back again and real soon. Keep up the good work and stay positive. Also great location food places and gas stations.

Easy access on and off freeway , gas station nearby within a block away with either fast food or sit down restaurant next door very quiet area with Hotel back off the main road for no problems of noise.

Great location from the airport. Only $16.00 Uber ride from the airport. All areas were updated and clean. The breakfast was varied and had many items. The breakfast was offered in a comfortable area. People are nice. Food is able to walk to.

Stayed here 1 night before departing on a cruise from Galveston. Property was clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurants located nearby, including a good Cracker Barrel that is very easy walking distance. Breakfast was warm and good in the morning. A good place to stay.

First room assigned had an occupant. 10:00pm fire alarm. No fire. Towels were crunchy like they were still dirty. I had to come back hours after check out to get a receipt they promised to email me but never did. The breakfast was gross. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Gravy had a skin so thick like it was made days before. Don't stay here.

The hotel was ok overall. Service was nice. The front desk was nice. The problem I had was the sheets was dirty so I didnt feel good about the cleanliness of the hotel. If the room was cleaner I would have been ok. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again if I got a good deal and a clean room.

I had to arrive early and the room was ready. I had a need to find a drug store at 11:00 at night and the young lady assisted by giving directions. Also, had to leave at 4:00 in the morning and was assisted with check out and leaving.

everything in the main room and bathroom was clean, as expected, prices are fair..Varied restaurants near by. fairly close to down town Houston....about 15 to 20 minutes. We would stay at this hotel again.

Have stayed here before 2 years ago. This was a last minute booking and decided to stay here again after other places reviews were iffy. What I liked the most was security in parking lot sitting in chair by patrol car making sure everything was okay.

In the past i always used 12,000 points for a free night and all of sudden they boosted the number of points.I was checked in using my points and when I returned to room I was locked out saying they needed more points so I had to pay out of pocket to stay

Last min stay because plans fell apart, and was happy to find a clean and nice room to sleep and regroup. It was a good feeling when security told me not to worry about my car cause she was keeping watch all night.

The max I could give. There's no minus star. Far from IAH Airport. No shuttle from airport. Seems like a transients hangout. Not noticeable from highway. Uber missed it since there are no signs of it being behind a store. Nothing near it. No stores or places to go within walking distance. Receptionist called me a bit after 11am that I had to get out. Made her aware checkout time is 12pm! No holding luggage for customers not to go sightseeing downtown Houston with luggage after checkout.

Residently I traveled to Houston for a National Safety Council conference. My experience at the Best Western Galleria was spectacular but who made it a great stay was SAKINA. She is extraordinary. Never let Sakina leave this place. She is an employee that every company would like to have.

Rooms were clean and neat. TV has a lot of channels including premium movies. Pool looked nice and inviting but I didn't get into it. Breakfast is included, standard egg-stuff and bacon and a Texas waffle iron. Its easy to get to and has some dining near by. Well worth the rate charged.

Have stayed in many different Best Westerns in the Houston area and we have found the winner as far as safety, cleanliness and ease of travel into Houston. Other hotels were closer to MD Anderson but this one is in a nice area and we instantly felt safe when we drove up.

Very nice and clean. Called and reserved 2 rooms for one night. We arrived and the rooms and keys were already assigned. We asked the check-in associate for information on eating places and her suggestions and directions were very accurate. The rooms were very spacious with mini fridge, microwaves and coffee pots. Breakfast was available with your choice of cold cereal, hot waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, juice and hot coffee. The only drawback in visiting now is the street construction and you certainly can't fault the Best Western for that!

I was able to get a good price on a good room. In the morning, Gloria helped us with directions on where we needed to get even though the Houston traffic. The rooms were nice and quiet and the breakfast was good.

This hotel was alright for one night, but I don't see how anyone could stay there more than that! The location is good, just off the freeway and next to a cracker barrel and whataburger and jack in the box. Especially since the hotels breakfast is from 6am - 9am, we stayed a Sat night and were not planning on getting up before 8 so we missed it! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Carpet in the rooms could use an update. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel, the first time we had a room that smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but this one did not. One thing that left me curious, only a mirror in the restroom, not another in the room...

Lilian and Gloria were really nice and made the process very easy and quick. The hotel was very quiet and clean and the pool was nice to get into. The beds were comfy and tidy. They also have security at night which makes me feel safe.

The rooms are outdated. The bedding had holes in it. The carpet smelled of mold. Dirty walls. Needs a makeover badly! There were towels rigged at the top of the window. The hotel staff was helpful and tried to accommodate me.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and was awesome. Service is excellent but the girls on front desk are just amazing. I'm sure that i'll be back soon. Thumbs up for this wonderful place and for all the staff.

I stayed to prevent driving home only to turn around and be at my brother's by 7am to drive to an out of town funeral. The area where the hotel is located can be a little sketchy (close to Greenspoint) but there was no problem - security present, good lighting, no loitering by anyone. I ended up feeling very secure.

We were a little concerned when we saw that Bestway had a 2 rating. But let me tell you - it was clean & recently updated to the point that it far exceeded our previous stay at an Extended Stay. Price couldn't be beat. Satisfied.

This is the best place to stay in Houston. The staff is wonderful. From management to the front desk to housekeeping. You won't find better service anywhere else. BW is my favorite hotel to stay at, very clean rooms and I love the quitness. WIFI is the best also. Front Office Rep is awesome and she very attentive with all I ask and need. Location is very good, I like to see Security on the grounds also, feel safe.

Hotel was in a safe area with several resturants within a mile or so. It was dated but very clean. The bed was very comfortable and all the room amenities worked well. It was freezing outside and I was toasty warm with plenty of hot water.

This place was in a great location for me. It was 5 minutes away from the venue that I needed to attend. The bed was not as plush but it did sleep good. The room's heater was the best and heated the room up nicely. The breakfast was good with good options. The staff were friendly.

the one Is stayed is best western plus katy inn &suites unfortunately it's doesn't comes on the list, best western plus katy is close to a big shopping mall, where you can find all the shops , just a walking distance, a lot of activities whether as a family with kids or solo,or couple, breakfast start at 6.30 am ,it's a buffet with a lot of selection of food,until 9.30 am, staffs are very helpul.

Things were good, I'd like to stay again, in the near future. Hopefully, next time it'll be during pool season. There were many restaurants in short distances. It was good to have that! I will recommend it to my friends and family. Thanks!

The hotel was easy access along I-45. All staff were professional and helpful. The room was well appointed with a King bed, fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items to eat. Overall a great place to stay.

The deal that I received through the Best Western website was a great rate. When I arrived to the hotel the staff was friendly and inviting. The breakfast selections were awesome and fresh daily Overall the hotel is great if you need to grab a room for a week to getaway or just leisure you should go to this location.

We stayed here one night.(29th.) We have stayed here many times. We were checked in by the same receptionist as before, friendly and efficient. Our room was on the 2nd. floor, becoming a little dated up here. We would prefer the third floor. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The previous night the receptionist was most helpful allowing me to use her cell phone.

It was a nice quiet stay. Staff were nice and hotel was clean no extra noise around. Breakfast was good and a sweet lady kept everything clean made sure there's was enough food. We enjoyed our stay. We shall return.

A short one night stay, but it was very good Lilian was fantastic, extremely helpful and we immediately felt at home. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, as was the lobby. Breakfast was good, just a short walk away was a Cracker Barrel, good for lunch and dinner, also a Jack in the box, great for burgers. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

lobby is welcoming. Front desk staff is friendly. A stack of todays newspaper is on the table in the lobby, easy to grab and take to your room. The room is comfortable and spacious. The ability to control your own room temperature is nice. Swimming pool is refreshing. Hotel is close to many restaurants. Easy access to the interstate. Will stay again

We had a fabulous stay. Clean rooms, hotel smelt very clean, good breakfast and great ladies at the front. I stayed here with my son who is a year old and my husband. We had no issues at all, and enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet.

I really appreciated Lillian at the North Houston BW, who checked us in! And how she honored our membership level for the upgrade! Our free wi-fi was fast! And our room was beautiful! We love BW and our membership program!

This is a very clean hotel with helpful staff. We had an early flight from Hobby and stayed here. They allowed us park our vehicle for up to 7 nights. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up when we returned, so we didn't have to deal with airport traffic. We felt very safe at this location. We left before breakfast started, so can't address that part.

Overall, it is a nice and safe hotel! The staff is extremely friendly! I did have an issue with the phone in my room. I could not adequately hear when I used it. I also asked for a wake up call that I did not receive. I will say on the other hand the price of the room and the friendliness of the staff made up for any of the issues I may have encountered with the room's phone!

I love this place, come here once or twice a month to relax with my old man. Get away from kids and just relax and be ablessed to sleep without being bothered by the kids for once. I enjoy my stay every month.

Great place to stay. Access to several great restaurants. Good Location. The breakfast had both hot and cold items. The staff were very friendly and we were asked regularly if we needed anything and if our room was okay.

Front desk staff was okay. Their work area was clean, but looked like nobody lived there. The place is new, so it hasn't had time to run down yet. The elevator is tiny and SLOOOWWW. I actually couldn't find it at first. It is so small you think it's just another room in the hallway. The room is quiet enough, and the bed is comfortable enough, although Best Western always uses pillows that are just the wrong size -- too thick to use two of them, too thin to use just one. Bathroom and room are comfortable and clean. Breakfast appears to have good selection at first blush, but when you look closer you find that the eggs are synthetic, the ham is stale, and it isn't butter in those little packets. It's synthetic (and probably cancer inducing) "spread." I got downstairs at 8:30 and got the last banana. Don't know if there were other fresh fruits available or not. There was a TV on in the nice, small, brightly lit breakfast area. At least it was tuned to something innocuous (Good Morning America or similar vapidness) The place is a little hard to get to. You're coming down the feeder of I-45 and you see the Cracker Barrel on your right, and you go past it and turn in, only to find that you are still in Cracker Barrel parking lot. The hotel is actually behind a small office complex that includes a doctor's clinic, so set back 50 - 100 yards from the access road. This helps reduce the noise.

Needed a hotel for a quick trip to bring daughter to airport and see husband's boss. Room was clean and spacious. All of the hotel was clean, convenient, inexpensive, and had a very friendly staff. Easy check in and out.

Every staff member was determined to make our stay a positive experience. The breakfast was just right, the pool was just right. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. Front desk staff accommodated all of our special requests.

Room standard in size. Room decor average. Due to hotel‘s proximity to I-45 I slept with earplugs even although our room was away from Interstate. A 15-minute's drive from the airport and easy to reach. From airport take Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway) West to I-45 (no toll that part of Beltway 8). Then I-45 north. Friendly and fast check-in and check-out. Decent sized outdoor pool. Breakfast was standard, not much to choose from. The hotel was appropriate for our needs and reasonable in price, therefore, I would consider another stay whenever in the area again.

Great, great, great! Will definitely stay again! Very clean rooms! I still cleaned with clorox wipes & sprayed my bed with Lysol, but I didn't find any traces of "dirty"! Matresses are enveloped in mattress covers so I was glad not to have to worry bout bugs!

Very nice hotel in a great location with competitive rates. A hot breakfast is also included with your stay, which is a nice plus. Location and quality are what makes this hotel an option on the top of my list.

we stayed for 6 nights and it only had one comfy armchair so I asked if I could get an other armchair 10 mints after we into our big airy room 208a ,,two young ladies had carried the chair up to our room and even placed it where I wanted it , and that started the welcome feeling from this hotel beds are comfy ,I couldn't pick only one pearson out because every one was very helpful with directions and time tables ,,and just feet away is a cracker barrel restaurant I definitely would go again and price was very good ,,my only complent would be the traffic going into Houston from the hotel .

We just wanted a night away from the house and this was the perfect place for us. We love staying at Best Western. It's the hotel we prefer. We choose this one because they have smoking rooms. Staff was friendly and room was clean. There are a few fast food places within walking distance and easy access to I 45.

A very nice motel and we enjoyed our stay. Our single-king room was very clean, well sized for an overnight stay, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly plus they offer a very good breakfast.

Only down about the location was not enough room for breakfast had to wait for a table... But that's no big deal. I would recommend the location to anyone looking for a place it was very convenient for us... Close to the venue we were attending the mall is close!!!

We stayed here on two occasions during Oct. We were welcomed by the same pleasant receptionist from previous year. We were checked in quickly, our special requests were granted. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was great, good selection and well stocked. On our departure out of Houston a week later we decided to stay here again even though its about 12 miles from airport.

Stayed for one night. Rooms are recently updated with new furniture. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has wide variety of choices. Don't care for refrigerated rewarmed scrambled eggs. Parking is well lit, fast food and sit down restaurarants are next door via internal drive, no need to get on the street as it is a very busy intersection.

The place was very nice and clean, I did enjoy the breakfast with the waffle and omelet makers. Gloria was very kind and great with directions and Lillian was really sweet. The hotel is very quiet and near by where I needed to be close to my family.

Excellent value, very clean and pleasant. Easily accessible to the highway. Breakfast was all inclusive with many selections to make. The Coffee was excellent. Was able to use their computer and print off forms needed for a meeting at no extra cost. The rooms were remodeled and were very pleasant.

I always search diligently for hotels that are reasonable, not in bad areas, appear to be well maintained, etc. This was my first stay at the BEST WESTERN PLUS North Houston Inn & Suites and it was great! I was there two days on business and everything was great! Would like to see just a few more choices of hot foods at breakfast but really a very minor thing. Very clean and I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Usually walking down the halls of some hotels you can hear people talking, TV's on, etc...I heard none of that. I had left my TV on when I went to get ice and I could not hear it until I re-entered the room. Very well maintained and nice area as well. Great place!

We were in Houston for a family members funeral. We needed several rooms. The location was great and everyone walked to Cracker Barrel to eat which helped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One room had trouble with toilet and shower water pressure but 4 other rooms had no problems.

Gloria was extremely helpful and always really nice during my whole stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean and the grab bags in the morning were a nice touch for someone like me who has to leave early and in a rush for work.

The rooms were very quiet and clean. I forgot the name of the girl who checked me in and out but she was very polite and helpful during my stay and was able to recommend to close by restaurants. Every time I walked by the lobby, she greeted me with a smile.

My only complaint was the door frame sizes, because it was kind of tricky to get the cart through the door ways of the hotel , elevator, and room door, but my experience however was beyond amazing. I stayed in this hotel for a total of five days alone for college requirements and I would gladly return. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and courteous , especially Gloria and Guadalupe. I was new to the location and was extremely worried about where the locations I needed to go were located, but Gloria gave me not only verbal but written directions as well. She completely alleviated all my concerns about the neighborhood while the other staff members (Lillian, Acucena , and Roxann ) catered to all my needs whether that was needing more towels or answering any of the "many" questions I may have had during my stay. Guadalupe at the front desk took upon herself to go the extra mile for me and would call my room every time someone was coming up to my room to make sure they were suppose to be there. These ladies kept me safe and gave me a sense of security which to me is priceless .The room and hotel was in excellent condition and smelled wonderful every day. If I have to go back to Houston this would be my number one choice and it wouldn't because it was the best hotel ever but because the staff was indeed the best I've ever seen.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing, however, the hotel is quite, clean and neat despite its location closer to a major airport and major interstate highway. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable how to deal situations.

Everyone was great!! Was even allowed to check in a little early. Room was clean and housekeeping always restocked room essentials. Would definitely book this hotel again everything was close by. The weather wasn't very sunny, so we couldn't use the pool.

I was calling the hotel trying to reserve a room but the phones were down. I was finally able to get in and Guadalupe at the front desk was just so helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and had a smile on her face the whole time. She took interest on my day and got me into a room. About 20 minutes after in checked in she called my room to ensure it was up to my standards, and every time i went in and out of the main door she greeted me as though it was my first time. She made such an impact on my day and I will definitely be coming back. The hotel itself is currently under being renovated but is beautiful and the breakfast is wonderful also. This Best Western is amazing. They always have the cleanest rooms and the service is excellent. Lupe and Gloria who work the front desk are so kind, helpful and very pleasant. I regularly stay here when in business in Houston and recommend it to all my friends and business partners. They are truly a 5 star hotel. All rooms were quite clean, breakfast was also delicious, all personnel very kind and polite in special Ms. Gloria. Internet is free and fast speed, pool is also nice. It would be nice if there were a shuttle to/from airport.

Breakfast lady was AMAZING, had everything clean and making sure everything was great. Front desk (lupe) was fantastic with her service, I've never been to any hotel that had such an enthusiastic employee as her. Thank you for the 2 weeks of great service. This will be a hotel to remember.

I've stayed here before!! Staff was very helpful!! It was a little pricey, but compares to the area!! The only problem I had while there, the elevator went out!! I had to walk the stairs when I checked out!!! (Not because of elevator) "Crap Happens when you travel West"!!! OH WELL!!! When I come back to North Houston, I will stay here again!!

Our family stayed in two rooms on the first floor... nice rooms, clean.. the motel is far enough away from I-45 to keep it quiet.. Cracker Barrel right next door .. good breakfast.. good value. modern

We needed a hotel close to Bush International in Houston and found this Best Western. It was not only close (10 min. away from airport) but it was clean, quiet, and inexpensive (about 1/2 the price of other hotels near the airport). The staff was great and the breakfast was very good and inexpensive (free). WE highly recommend this hotel and will stay there the next time we fly out of Houston. P & S

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The hotel desk clerk Gloria was the most gracious and out going person. She was the most fabulous person to check in with after a very long day of travel. I have to say that she for sure Convinced me to rebook a stay here on the return trip home. Thank you Gloria for a wonderful stay. ??????????

I like the fact that this property is tucked away from main road. It was very quiet and clean. A Cracker Barrel right next door. Offered continental breakfast which was O.K. Front desk clerks were not real friendly. Would stay again though.

Hotel is pretty much standard, comfortable, quiet and we got good pricing. Easy to access from airport if u have a rental car. The front desk person Lupe was very friendly & extremely helpful as this was first time to Houston. She was also very hard working, doing at least 12 hrs, but still friendly & helpful. Made the stay great.

No complaints. Staff was really friendly and attentive to my needs and Ii was completely satisfied with my stay. TV was not plugged in in the back but this was immediately remedied by maintenance. Room was clean and smoke free.

Breakfast was great! Azucena was helpful in that area. Gloria at front desk was pleasant and professional. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. When microwave wasn't working in our room, it was replaced within 10 minutes of call. Will gladly stay here if I'm back in Houston!

Lupe, Gloria and lilian were great. The hotel is in great conditions and the whole staff is amazing. They're all very helpful. The breakfast has great selection and it alternates every morning which is great. Will absolutely be staying again.

Gloria Lupe knows me and makes sure I have what I need each time I come to Houston. She always makes sure I get a good room. I've never had any issues when staying here unlike other hotels in the Houston area. I have other choices but prefer this hotel due to the level of service and will continue to stay here as a result of the atmosphere and the folks that work at this location.

gloria is great she helped me and helped my family thank you gloria . and This was a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spacious, with refrigerator and microwave. The beds and bedding were comfortable (The pillows could have been better though.) There is a nice pool, Breakfast is good.

Got great service from Gloria Lupe. Everyone here is extra courteous and professional. The rooms are always clean and the bed is exceptional. Would definitely recommend this place. So if you're ever in the area, this is a great reasonable place.

Gloria really helped us out on Friday because we did not have a reservation but the hotel didn't have any doubles. She was able to place us in a suite for the same price I found online. The rooms were great too.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The beds were comfortable enough. However the room had things that would suggest disrepair over the years. The AC unit didn't stay cold and the room had an odor that seemed musty. The pool was closed without any type of notice listed when we booked (&it was one of the reasons I selected this location). Not the quality I expect from Best Western.

We stayed two different nights as we traveled through Houston for a recent vacation. Both times we enjoyed a pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. Plenty of towels available. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to Gloria who ensured we had everything we needed.

I expected a lot nicer building and room. The lobby was fine. The room however smelled like mildew and the AC never felt like it really cooled off so that could've been where he small came from. The room definitely had some wear to it. Peeling paint and areas where the corners didn't meet. My daughter was excited about the pool but when we got there it was not in service. Would not stay there again. Makes me doubt best western standards.

The room was good - I've been upgraded for free to their suite which was large and nice. Their breakfast wasn't so good, only eggs and waffles.. No yogurt or any other "healthier" option.. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport.

Lupe was extremely helpful in securing my business and as a business person myself, I understand it can be a very competitive market out there. Her and the entire staff do a great job. Cracker Barrel is next door so you can grab a big breakfast. Also, Whataburger and Jack in the box is in walking distance.

The hotel is a great clean place. The room I was booked in was very clean and the staff were friendly as well as polite. The front desk Guadalupe was a great front desk on helping me figure out great places to eat around the hotel. She checked me into my room fast and took care of any complaints very well.

Recent reviews were great and the price was almost too good to believe at $80.99 online. Place is great, newly redone, very clean, everything you need and very friendly staff. Can't beat this in Houston. Close to the airport too.

We checked in with Lupi and she was so friendly and very professional, she made us feel like we were at home during our whole stay, will definitely be returning. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place to stay in North Houston. Whataburger in the same parking lot. Not to far from Greenspoint Mall. Near the Bush International Airport, I-45 and the Loop 8. Room was comfy and clean. Can't comment about the breakfast since I ate breakfast at Whataburger

Amazed to see, that they remembered us. We saw they have updated Lobby and breakfast area! Place smells fresh and clean. Close to airport! We will be back!

Great hotel to stay for the northern Houston area. Friendly staff Gloria and Lupe and convenient access to restaurants and the free way. Offers a well lit and secure parking area and I noticed officers park at the Crocker Barrel over night. I would stay here again when needed.

You can never go wrong by stay at the Best Western Plus, 14753 North Freeway, Houston, TX. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, very clean. This is my second trip to Houston and I would not stay in any other hotel. I have always used Best Western Hotels and for the value, accommodations and staff by far this hotel true one of the best, Best Western's that I have ever stayed at. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. No request is too much to asked. By far I would recommend this hotel to all in this area.

I stayed there for I week and it was great. Room was always clean, Breakfast was good and service was great! The Receptionists always greeted me with a smile and Azucena from the Breakfast area was always very friendly and attentive.

We stayed for one night in the jacuzzi suite. Although all of the jets didnt work in the tub which kind of defeated the purpose the bed was really comfortable and I was too tired to care. We went with a group we were allowed late check out but the 2nd half of our group wasnt which ended our trip and stay early

We decided late Tuesday to spend the night close to the airport in Houston. Four ladies flying out early to Hawaii. This hotel offered everything we needed to be ready for our flight arrival with a good nights sleep and breakfast. Very courteous staff and comfy accommodations. Only 10 minutes from the airport. .

We arrived to this hotel late one evening, we were checked in by a pleasant young lady. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant two day stay here and actually returned three weeks later for a one night stay and were checked in by the same young lady who remembered us. The breakfast was adequate and was kept well stocked. Not a lot to do in this area but shops and restaurants are a short drive away.

This hotel has nice rooms and friendly staff ok breakfast (free) Lupe and Gloria are quite helpful and informative. The rooms have big fridges and micro-waves. .Large screen TV's with the guide built in .

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The shower curtain rod was about to fall out of the wall. Great TV's and lots of programming to find something to watch. Did not use the pool as it was too cool to take a dip outside. Breakfast was ok as the eggs were ok and the cheese in it tasted cheap, but the hot sauce made them edible. The bacon was sliced too thin. Coffee in the rooms was not a very good flavor. Over all on getting an online price it was a decent room for the price. They do have free Wi-Fi if you want to use it but I did not.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm down in Houston. The girls (Lupe and Gloria) always know you by 1st name bases. Always happy go lucky girls that do there best to do a great job. ???? up. Stayed here for 11 days this last trip. Be back again next trip...????

Nice breakfast bar. Azucena is very polite and always helpful & kept food fresh & plentiful. WIFI is almost always down when we stay there - every time..... Our group stays at this hotel 2 weeks a year for several years for conferences.

I cashed in Best Western reward points for this stay. The only room available was a handicapped room. The room and furnishings were comfortable, but the bathroom was problematic. The floor only slopes towards the drain on the shower side. As a result there was an inordinate amount of standing water on the floor after using the shower. While this was acceptable given it was a free room, I would have been very upset if I had to pay over $100 for the night.

I was running a little behind and rung front desk to ask for an additional 30 mins to gather my belongings and was told they do not give late check outs, so I tried to hurry and pack around 10:50 a gentleman came and knocked on the door to let me know that check out is at 11:00am.. I was not pleased at all, first off it's not 11 yet and he was rude about it. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this location!

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The area around the hotel was clean and felt safe. The pool looked so inviting unfortunately didn't get a chance to take a dip.

I had a comfortable stay and have found this and other Best Western Plus locations to be a high quality and a great value. While I was only here for one night, I would stay for a longer trip and found it to be conveniently located outside of downtown.

Our flight was in late afternoon. Gloria kindly allowed us to extend our stay beyond the normal check-out time at 11am. The hotel was also not far from either airport or downtown business area. We would probably book it again.

Service is average, Breakfast was average, Hotel Clerk was not very attentive, the particular room we stayed in had a odor when the air-conditioner was running, the bathroom door didn't lock, the outside appearance is nice, the lobby and the breakfast areas was clean, easy access to I-45 and Beltway 8

When we checked in we were well received, the desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything worked, and operated as expected, by choice we try to always stay at best western plus if possible, this one was conveniently located to where we needed to be. We commend Room Service, they did a great job, although we never were able to meet them, to say thanks. We did get to know one of the employees "Azucena" she maintained the breakfast area, super sweet, very nice and friendly, she's the type of person you like to face when you just wake up in the morning. The breakfast area was very well maintained, and everything was replenished as needed. We stay two nights, will stay again......

Every morning I was welcomed to the breakfast area with a friendly hello by Azuceno and the food items were always fresh and helped start my day off with a great breakfast. Azuceno does a great job and I looked forward to her saying good morning to me each of the days I stayed at the Best Western Plus North Houston Azuceno is a great part of the staff at this hotel and really helped start my day off with a smile.

We stayed here for one night only. First we got a wrong room (smoking room) and then we could not have the room we had the reservation for. Breakfast was the basic pancakes and jam -version. Hotel location was not nice, they did not have any transportation for the city or anywhere else. No restaurants nearby.
