Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport-East

I booked this hotel weeks in advance just to arrive to be told they overbooked and had no rooms. And others too were left stranded too. We stood in the lobby for hours in the middle of the night while they refused to call their GM for help because they didn't want to wake him. So leave customers who had booked rooms with no place to sleep in the middle of the night because you sold their rooms to other people but make sure your GM who is supposed to be running the place doesn't get woken up. I should also mention the desk clerk who hung up on me 4 times when I was calling to get help about their shuttle service so I could get there. There are hundreds of choices in the area. Go elsewhere!!

Room was quiet, dark for sleep and a good office away from home. having bottled water in the room is a nice touch. There is also a strip of local (not chain) good restaurants nearby Cars were parked in a secured lot with a gate

The rooms are dark, gloomy and in need of renovation. The bathroom was unclean and there was hair in the shower. Fortunately, my stay was only a few hours before going to the airport for an early flight.

Hotel was gross. Smelled like weed every time we were in the lobby, elevator and any part of it. Room was grimy, old dirty stains and marks on all furniture. Could also hear other rooms all night long. Not a good hotel for anyone traveling or needing to wake up early.

The Front desk was very efficient and helpful. The room had a variety of soaps, shampoos, and lotions. The bottled water in the room was very much appreciated whether to drink or make coffee or tea in the morning.

Nice room but near airport, so lots of plane coming and going but noise not too bad. Free breakfast was the best on on our 11 day trip! Staff was very nice and helpful and consistently asking if we needed anything. Hard to beat the price too !

Hit with $10 per night parking fee for a regular suburban hotel with regular hotel parking lot. Was not disclosed when reservation was made. Hotel said it was on BW website, I found it buried on last line of a "hotel details" page I would never click on. Should be on front page and checkout page. No mention of it or including the cost in my estimated total at checkout on the Best Western reservation site. Most noisy hotel I've ever stayed in. Jet roars every 2 minutes. Stayed in plenty of airport hotels, none anywhere close to as noisy as this, plus a vehicle back up beep every single morning at 6am - very loud, woke me up every day. Hotels staff unwilling to remove bogus parking fee - uncaring. Would not stay here again and no longer trust Best Western reservation website. No water on breakfast buffet, Attendant unwilling to get it for me, said I had to go ask for a bottled water at front desk. Big line checking out there, so never got it.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Besides the unseasoned “COLD” breakfast, paying $10.00 a day to park your vehicle at the motel and not being allowed in the pool. My experience was sort of good.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. I would greatly recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms were very clean. I will be returning.

It was a straight forward overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. There is an IHOP restaurant on the same property which was very convenient. Check-in was a little slow due to imbalance between those who wished to check- in versus those who could check us in.

We stopped here on the way to FL, it was a great hotel, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was conveniently located near everything, but still not in the middle of the Atlanta city life. The pool was great and the kids loved it, the fitness center had great options and equipment and the full breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend as Dan at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and very accommodating as well as helping to make the check in process as seamless as possible.

Needed to stay over in Atlanta due to bad weather. The Best Western Plus looked decent on Booking.com. what you see is not what you get!! The hotel is tired and run down. The bedrooms are dated and carpets throughout grubby. The complimentary breakfast was poorly stocked and all plastic plates, cups and cutlery. We asked for late checkout and were informed the charge was 4 times daily rate!! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!

I chose this property based on Trip advisor reviews. The staff I encountered at front desk was very friendly, the breakfast attendant was great, refilling the food choices / keeping the room clean, she was also very friendly. The floor corridor and room are in need of update/refresh. The bed was very comfortable. We drove out around the hotel looking for a place to get some dinner, kind of a rough looking area, we did not find anything nearby or feel comfortable stopping and went to McDonalds next door - The service was terrible and so was the food, avoid this restaurant if your are looking for dinner around 9;00pm..

This place is close to the airport, food is close , freeway is close. Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and professional. Pool was clean and towels were available. Nice breakfast (full). I will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this particular Best Western many times before. The most recent was after a 5 year lapse. I was pleased to note that the service is still great. Everything that I needed was a available, iron, swimming pool, guest laundry, free breakfast , comfortable beds and a great staff.

Hotel was outdated. Rooms were old and worn but clean. Bed was really good and mattresses were firm but not too firm. Check in was quick and pleasant. The amount paid to simply sleep 6 hours and leave was fair.

This was a church group trip; we had 11 rooms that had uncleaned bathrooms, but the shower water was hot; some of our rooms smelled, rug had two iron burns and I requested another room and the manager quickly accommodated us. We were very please with the breakfast good and the comfortable beds.

Really disappointed with this stay. We chose the Plus version of Best Western because we expected more. Sorry to say - we were not impressed. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. But nothing special. However, they failed miserably on the breakfast. Better off to go to the restaurant next door.

We stopped here for one night on a road trip. The hotel is fine. Room was a good size with a mini fridge and comfortable beds. The bathroom could probably use some updates but overall everything worked for what we needed. However, around 9:30 PM the floor we were on, including our room, began to smell like weed and someone began playing loud music. Completely fine to have fun, but we had young kids who were trying to sleep. We didn't call the front desk, so it's very possible that they would've helped the issue. We turned the HVAC fan on and used a towel to block the space under the door. Without that the hotel would've been just fine. Breakfast was good!

Well priced breakfast is great parking is free and there's food there to get a quick bite if you need it not a problem with noise tv channels are cool too flights are nice to see when staying there on the balcony and there is man airport shuttle

The airport shuttle service was good both times we were there, to and from the domistic airport. You have to take a shuttle bus from the international side if you are going or leaving there. Hotel shuttle comes every 30,40 minutes. You reserve you next day shuttle when you check in.

Couch was dirty. Phone in room didn't work. Room was somewhat dirty. Night clerk at check in had an attitude towards me. Noise outside was loud. Sliding balcony door was hard to close because of its age.

Being renovated! Stay away ! Front desk nice but that was the highlight. Bare sheet rock and plastic all over . Room bare minimum. Go somewhere else! We booked through reservation independent travel agency. When we called them they said they have no idea what hotel is like . So far no refund offered!

This hotel had a few kinks that were a bit unacceptable. Broken elevator andnnoise in the mornings. Sorry floors and broken tv remotes. Breakfast was minimal. But the front desk lady was not accommodating. Paying with points and booking the reservation they did not accurately quote the cost of the room with taxes and fees till it was time to pay for the room.

While we didn't have any problems that were "show stoppers" the hotel is obviously a relic of better days. Room was rehabbed sometime recently, bewe were wondering just how clean it really was. Didn't look like the floor had been vacuumed in a while. Only one working elevator. Lobby is just unwelcoming. No light in the shower. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

I chose this as close to airport- and was a very pleasant stay! All people were extremely nice and was allowed parking for travel at a cost but very reasonable. Rooms were great- clean- front deck very helpful and provided shuttle to airport. Was winter but still enjoyed the balcony which is rare for an airport. McDonald's - ihop- Mexican restaurant and gas station right adjacent so was extremely convenient! Great stay and will definitely stay again!

It seems like a nice hotel. I just wish I had known it was under construction before I got there. It looks like it's going to be amazing when they're finished. The hotel staff is awesome. Those that i had some interaction with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK. But there is an ihop right next door so that helps. The rooms all look like they are in need of a makeover. But hopefully that will happen at the end of all of this construction.

Beds were nice and comfortable, but the carpet was sticky and shower controls were loose in the wall. Outlets for computer use were worn out and loose. Parking is shared with adjacent hotel and was very crowded. People coming out of the elevator when we got on reeked of pot.

This is a very nice little hotel in the center of resturants and shopping. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 2 minutes from the GPT airport. We have stayed here on couple of other occasions while purchasing our beach house. We can recommend!

flying back from new mexico trip and connected via Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta. Lodged at this BW, very convenient property, with nice lobby amenities, including2 elevators, great business and fitness centers but needing a decor update. Very close to the airport and good value for the price. would return

Here we go again... Best Western has served me well over my traveling times, but there are a few that will slip through the cracks and disappoint, this is one of them. I didn't mind that they were under repairs and construction, that wasn't the problem. The problems were internal, from check in to check out. I will say the one employee that appeared to be working kept the place super clean and I definitely tip my hat to this guy. Here is where the problems were parked: Strike 1: When I checked in, there were 2 children playing in the lobby belonging to one of the employees. Kids are kids, I get that with screaming and playing, but the problem was with the employee checking me in. He was more interested in playing and talking with the kids that he was getting me checked in. Jheez, I am tired and just want to go to bed and he is playing games with these kids. Not a good example. Strike 2: Parking is atrocious. That's all I need to say. You were told. Stike 3: The beds were a little subpar compared to other BW properties. A little hard. Stike 4: Coming down to the breakfast area, where's the food, I smell it, but it's been cleaned out, except for a few scrapes. Where were the two employees handling this? In the kitchen on their phones, laughing and carrying on. Strike 5 and final strike: Checking out.... I wanted to talk to the employee checking me out, but I couldn't, she was already on the phone video talking with someone already. Just took my key and that was it. Never again! I expected the road noise, but got convenience in location. That was about it. The employees on the phone crap was way out of hand and needs to be addressed.

When we went the property was going through a little bit of a facelift/renovation so it didn't look as pretty as it could've been. The room was very well maintained and clean. Bathroom layout was great and spacious. There is walk in shower so it felt like a more upscale bathroom. Only issue is parking as it shares parking with 2 restaurants and a Holiday Inn all within walking distance of each other. They do have charging spots of electric vehicles.

Called the front desk to make a reservation for a relative (I was paying, but not staying). He said he could not do it, so he transferred me to the central Best Western reservation desk. I made the reservation, gave credit card info, and said I wasn't the guest, but I was using my credit card (it was for a relative). She made the reservation, and said it was non-refundable (which was ok). When I called the front desk back for an airport pickup, he said the reservation didn't count, and I had to physically show up with the credit card, even though I wasn't staying there. Beware of lots of hidden policies like this. This place is a scam!

GREAT, experience for my husband, being his first time in Atlanta, Georgia. The hotel was close to a lot of place we had planned. The atmosphere was great, and the hotel was clean, courteous staff. But the pool was 40 degrees, I bought a thermometer and tested the water.

My family was going to sightsee while I worked so we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through a 3rd party app in Hapeville, GA, and they couldn't/wouldn't accommodate us with any changes although I am a rewards member and they were accommodating other guests requests. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. Cleaning was subpar. The bed was creaky and the mattress was hard. The shower was slow to drain and the floor never dried. My balcony door didn't lock and the security chain on the door was a joke. The air conditioner was an over achiever. Breakfast was decent. My grandson enjoyed the fitness area. Proximity to the airport was good. I love being near the airport, however if the sound of an airplane coming in to land all day and through the night is problematic for you, this is not your place. The front desk and shuttle drivers were very friendly and professional. Beware of fine print. Will not be staying here for future visits.

Close to Atlanta airport and to food options. Shares parking lot with an IHOP. Parking situation isn't the best. Lobby area is clean and updated. Staff is super friendly. Rooms could use some extra cleaning/updating. Had a cockroach in our bathroom…View out our window certainly left something to be desired. Overall, worked well for one night. Price was right.

We had a leak in the room All they said is we will change your room. Also the ice machine on the ninth floor didn't work no sign stating that and when we went to the front desk they sent us up to the fifth floor to get ice real inconvenience

The quick lowdown - clean room, great hot breakfast with many options, free and safe parking, great views from west-facing high balconies. Sure, it was a little noisy, especially around 6-7 am, but it's next to the airport; I was honestly surprised how quiet it was. Bed was comfy, we slept great, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Definitely recommend for a short overnight stay in Atlanta! We stayed for a quick overnight in Atlanta on our way to the mountains, which included a stop at the Georgia Aquarium. The hotels that were within walking distance of the aquarium were pricey ($350+) and had valet parking (another $50 or so). We decided to stay a bit on the outskirts, and this hotel had decent reviews. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay!!! We booked a balcony room and were given our choice of floors when we checked in; I chose the highest floor available, which ended up being the 10th and top floor. Our balcony had a great view of the Atlanta airport, as well as a gorgeous sunset. The only thing missing there was balcony furniture, which would have made the plane-watching even better. We had a late dinner at the IHOP next door (other places were closed) and hit up the hotel breakfast, which was hot and fantastic (bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, hash browns, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal).

Just run down and should not be considered a “plus” property Breakfast was truly disgusting. No service personal around. Food in tray dried out. Wated behind one person at checkin for 20 plus minutes for my turn.

Great location. Easy to get downtown. Seems like they are slowly updating parts of hotel. Helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious. Great balcony views. Pool was nice to relax in. Had great privacy and only allowed housekeeping to clean if requested.

The hotel is OLD and very noisy. Not only do you hear the planes all night but the people above, below and next to you. The staff is incredibly rude and not welcoming. There is nothing in this area that is worth seeing. Would not recommend for any reason.

Staff at this property were extremely friendly and helpful during check in. Busy location close to airport; down home feel. Loved that all the rooms have balconies! Close proximity to eateries, gas, highway. Outdoor pool in sparkling condition. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Felt safe parking my car on property. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This Jocelyn is the best since I've moved here. There staff is respectful and kind there food is great and also there business center is on point. I will come back again this will be the first hotel I recommend.

I found a bed bug crawling on the bed after my first night at the hotel. Now I am worried about bringing bed bugs to my house. All my clothes have been washed and dried and my luggage is headed for the trash.

The room was disgusting. There was a used condom &wrapper &hair &bug on the bed & in bathroom. Covid is still real and present &I'm pissed because my room was filthy &I was put in harms way due to hotel negligence not cleaning rooms thoroughly before checking new guest in

Had an okay stay at this location, although It's not in the best area. The hotel is in desperate need of updating! Walls were really thin, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Overall I would not stay again, this is definitely not the best Best Western I've stayed in.

The staff was polite and professional during check in and throughout my stay. Room was clean as well as the lobby and property. A large hot breakfast was served in the morning with all the usual hot and cold foods, fruits and juices.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms with well-working internet and a nice breakfast spread. The coffee was notably better than other hotels I've stayed at that include continental breakfast. The gym was large, had a variety of equiment, and was clean. The staff are couteous and quick to help. The location is ideal if you are coming from the airport or going to the airport.

My daughter and I needed a hotel for one night, only about 6 hours, actually. We arrived late and checked out early for an early morning flight. The shuttle was about 10 minutes late. But that did not impact our morning much, luckily.

This is maybe one of the worst stays I've had. There was literal trash surrounding the hotel. I have pictures. There was something splattered on the wall next to the toilet in our room. The inaccessible balcony had a door that didn't close so it shrieked like a banshee anytime the wind blew. It was gross and I couldn't wait to leave. The room smelled like cigarettes and then weed as the night went on. Honestly, stay further away from the airport area.

We arrived to the hotel, late in the evening, got our room keys, we had 2 rooms reserved, asking in reservation to be put next to each other. This could not be done, so we were 2 floors apart from each other. Get our keys, head to our rooms, first room the key doesn't work, go back to the front desk, get new keys, go try again, same thing, the keys don't work. The manager comes up, and guess what the key doesn't work for him either, so he simply shoulder slams the door to open the room...this is not feeling like a great situation at this point, but he sends his engineer up to look at the door...dude is offsite and will be there in 30 mins, I find this objectionable as I have small children and by this time it is 10 pm. The second room had the same dang problem, where the keys did not work. I would not recommend this place, the rooms were old, the halls smelled terrible (someone was smoking pot in the halls and it smelled so bad). This is not a good place to stay. Manager was not worried about lack of security for the door, had no other rooms to move us to, and offered no discount for a terrible experience.

Tamara at the front desk was wonderful. I was a "walk in" and she helped me get the best rate possible. When I was leaving the next morning, she greeted me and we had a nice conservation. This is not a fancy hotel but clean, comfortable and conveniently located. I would stay here again.

Run down hotel; the walls are PAPER THIN! Not only can you hear other guests in the halls and other rooms, the traffic/freeway is extremely loud. I had to sleep with ear plugs and it still didn't help! (I don't typically sleep with them!) Beds were hard as rocks! I couldn't sleep at all, nor could my adult children. We had an early flight and literally went to the airport with about an hr of sleep total. There were also some interesting characters hanging out around the property. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff was nice and the room was clean. Obviously location to the airport was a plus too.

great hotel, BW plus is what you get. Great breakfast for all of the family to enjoy. If you are a light sleeper the highway is close and the airport is close, one or both might keep you awake a bit to long

The staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel was dirty. In the room the chair had stains. The floor had stains. The bed was comfortable. There was a working refrigerator. The temperature in the room was comfortable. I hop and McDonald's are In front of the hotel. Shuttle bus available to and from the airport.

Alexis spent about one hour resolving a booking issue via Expedia. She was the only customer service person available. She was patient, knowledge, and empathetic. She also multi-tasked and helped many customers at the same time during the hour that she helped me. I'm so grateful of her help!

Hotel rooms are very outdated it looked more like a motel then a hotel and on top of that the room was not cleaned there was dust everywhere, lamp shades dirty and the fridge had left over food from last stay.

The staff was exceptional, breakfast choices were good, large room to spread out in for eating, our room was large, mattress was wonderful, and it was a quiet room even though close to the airport. We would for sure stay here again!

We stayed here for 1 night after a late arriving flight. There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and firm. The breakfast provided was plentiful with good choices. The only negative we had was, when I asked for an extra towel at the front desk, they said they didn't have any there. In the new world of COVID without daily housekeeping, there should ALWAYS be towels available at the front desk for guests. Management should look into this to ensure that they change this for the future, as there really is no excuse for this anymore.

Not as impressed as my previous visit. Found it bland and clinical this time - staff very abrupt and aloof, no real interaction with guests. Room was fine with good comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels. As a BW Rewards Member, I expected a little more - not even a bottle of water was offered. I was also taken aback at the fact that a holding charge of $100 is applied to every stay, released within 4/5 days depending on your bank. This is not mentioned anywhere during booking and should not be applied to BW Rewards Members. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and shuttle worked well. Not so sure I would return.

Big rooms with every thing you need and the balcony access was nice. However, the shower had hair all over it and a relatively large hair ball was visible in the shower drain. It would be nice to have a clean room With no tears in the sheets as well.

Nice facility. Clean, modern rooms. Good breakfast quality and selection. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Although very close to airport, no sound issues. Slept well on comfortable bed. Handicapped room was perfect.

My overall review was the hotel is good not great but ok for a 2 night stay. The bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was not good at all. They said due to COVID the selection was limited. However, the selection still be more appealling for guest

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked, front desk people were cordial. It was close enough to the airport for our late night arrival to make it an easy drive. Breakfast was limited but got us going. Our overnight stay was all we needed without anything being exceptional.

I stay at Best Western's all the time. So I was looking forward to this stay. It's very outdated and and smells old. The room had a funny smell, was outdated and the bed was hard. Wouldn't stay again.

Got in very late due to two bozos fighting on the flight from West Palm Beach. Hope they go to jail. Anyway. Missed my connection and searched Trip Advisor for hotels near Atlanta International and this one came up with good reviews. By coincidence this hotel's shuttle bus was waiting and so I jumped on and made a reservation with my Best Western app on the drive over. Got at the desk and they said good evening and the rest is a bedtime story. Made a reservation for the 5:00AM shuttle and went over tp the 24-hour IHOP using the same parking lot so I got some chow around mid-night. I ate and hit the hay. The bed and pillow was comfortable. The AC cold. The room quite. There is nothing else I could have wanted. Up at 4:30 am and met the shuttle bus out front who took me on a 10 minute drive to the airport. Best Western saved a day that was pretty bad and got me off on my way (GMOOMW) the next morning.

Our stay at Best Western was enjoyable. The front staff when we arrived went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Free breakfast was great, pool was clean, fitness was clean and equipment was working properly. If you want to visit Georgia I highly recommend Best Western plus at Atlanta Airport East on central ave.

Super clean hotel and super friendly staff, but the room next to mine (I was 703 and 702 stunk bad) reeked of weed so my room faintly smelled of that but it didn't affect my stay and enjoyment at all, think I got secondhand high from it, made me feel better. Would recommend.

It was worth the money. Room services were very slow. The front desk was very nice. Internet was also slow for my meetings. Breakfast was filling. The taking-off and landing view was of the airplanes was very exciting for the kids.

I usually stay at a different hotel chain but picked this one based on shuttle reviews. Although the front desk was busy and I was on hold a while, the young man who answered the phone was very helpful and told me exactly how to access the shuttle service at the airport once I landed. Then the shuttle drivers both in picking me up from the airport and taking me back the next morning were very personable and informative. This hotel was clean, beds comfortable, excellent selection of grab and go breakfast foods (best I've ever seen). Gift shop was a pleasant surprise and enjoyed the great prices of the Georgia T-shirts and coffee mugs. Also, the elevators were quick as we stayed on the 7th floor. Really worked out well that IHOP was in the same parking lot as well as McDonald's and another restaurant. Can't go wrong with this hotel if you are needing shuttle service and are without a car to go to nearby eating places. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a one nights stay here on June 30, 2021 the night before our flight the next morning. Upon arrival and check-in, it went very smooth and easy. I think the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and straight to the point as telling us where the elevators were and where to park, etc. As we made our way up to our 2 queen bedroom the elevator is see through and has a great view of the airport area. Our room was very nice! I pulled back the sheets 1st thing and they were clean and smelled great. I checked our towels and they were clean and smelled great. I am a very picky person when it comes to those things! This room was great for our accommodation for one night! The beds slept great, the a/c unit worked great, the bathroom was big and had an amazing stand up shower area with great water pressure!! I honestly do not have anything bad to say and would stay here again! Thanks Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport-East hotel for a great one nights stay! I'm sure we will see you again in the near future!

i wish i had taken photos upon arriving but we were so anxious to leave that i didn't waste my time doing so. first of all, the whole hotel building smelled of spoiled milk, the room smelled like it was not cleaned in days as if people were in there having a three way...i can't make this up. there was obvious skin and hair in the drain of the shower, that was clearly not cleaned. the beds were hard and also, very clearly not cleaned and stunk horribly. the “amazing” balcony they have can barely fit one person on it and you can't even smoke out on it which makes no sense to me personally..it's just not the ideal place to stay, so we grabbed all of our things and immediately left after making sure we were receiving our money back..since that experience they have continued to ignore my grandmother's calls and all she wants to do is confirm that she received her money back. mind you, we went there June 14th. Do NOT stay here. it is disgusting and you will regret even walking into the building. They overcharged us. Charging our card with an unauthorized charge after we had alreadly checked out. It was alot of shady things going on cant express it with a minimum word count of two hundred. Buy

Don't believe the pictures, this hotel needs an update as soon as possible. Usually I will stay at the Holiday inn Express, but I passed this hotel a few times and the pictures looked promising. When we walked into the room it was a different story. The hotel is very old and outdated, some of the furniture was falling apart. The balconies in the room that we stayed in were no longer accessible as they had sealed them shut the previous week. The room was very dark the carpet was old the walls needed painting, The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation, it just needed a complete overhaul. My partner was very disappointed but it was too late to change hotels because our usual one was booked

Had a change in flights which required us to stay overnight in ATL. Hotel appearance was good, the grounds are kept up well and clean. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy and noisy due to the hotel being in a busy area by the highway and airport. We kept the AC fan running all night to have some white noise so we couldn't hear the police sirens and traffic. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. Keep in mind, this is an older building that has been modernized with decor and paint. Still a good experience, but you can tell the building was built years and years ago.

This location is very convenient, not only to the airport (obviously) but to downtown Atlanta as well as the Braves Ballpark. The traffic in Atlanta so don't let mileage fool you, however; give yourself at least 40 minutes extra to get anywhere!!! This hotel had big, well-decorated rooms, a lovely lobby, and a clean pool. The beds were very comfortable, too!

I Love staying at a best western because I know the hotels are clean and there is no riff raff going on. The beds are always comfortable. I wish the check-outs were a little later and they had more jacuzzi rooms available with a full breakfast menu but the breakfast now is better than nothing.

Staff was extremely nice. Supplied me with names of restaurants that would deliver. Suggested wake up call. Made sure shuttle was set up for me. Went out of their way to make sure the grab and go breakfast and coffee were ok!

We were on a family vacation in Florida and Best Western ATL was a stopping point for us on the way home. We got there super late. But I was glad we were still accommodated with our room. We appreciate it

My boyfriend and I stayed here while attending a wedding over Easter weekend in Atlanta. When we first entered the room, it smelled like stale smoke, and we noticed there's a shared door to the apartment next to us. The neighbors had kids that were up and yelling well into the night around 11pm. The noise was especially loud as we had a shared door and we can hear pretty much everything that was going on in the other hotel room! We called the front desk to ask if there were any quiet hours and was told that there were “no quiet hour policies in place”. We then asked if we can be switched to a quieter room and was told that the “hotel was full”. We the kindly asked if the front desk would call the other room to ask them to be a bit quieter— im not sure they did (because we can literally hear everything and we didn't hear any phone rings). Fast forward 1 hr later, we still hear her kids screaming, and some adults yelling. We tried calling the front desk again and this time, despite waiting for 5 minutes, nobody picked up. We eventually fell asleep due to exhaustion from traveling the whole day and leaving the TV on for background noise around 2am. Other than the noise, good luck trying to get to the front desk receptionist during the day, hot water for the sink, and don't be surprised when 3 police cruisers are parked outside the hotel (happened during the 2nd day of our stay).

I booked a room with two beds for myself and my best friend. The price was very good for the Atlanta area and was very comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was all pre-packaged items so you can take what you like to your room to eat and they had a good variety of items to choose from. The room had a balcony, but no furniture to sit out there. It was noisy at times due to being right next to the airport and a major expressway, but not to the point where we could not sleep. I did like that it had a walk-in shower rather than a shower/tub combo. There is an IHOP right outside the front door of the hotel, so we had dinner over there. It looked like the pool was open, but we did not use it. The parking spaces are not very well marked, but there was plenty of it so it was not a big issue for us. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I started staying here in February it's the day before April 1st and I've really enjoyed my stay so far. One dryer eats up your clothes but it works at least. All of the crew is friendly and welcoming.

The staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there. When asked to receive clean towels, I was told I would need to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk and exchange them for clean towels. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway and the sound of clanging pipes and water was extremely irritating.

My stay was nice, nothing extraordinary however decent! I stayed for business so really just needed a place to sleep and nothing more. For the most part the Hotel was quite and the front desk was present when needed. I would stay here again, for the location, price and reason for stay it works.

Most room have balconies but it gets a little noisy from traffic. Restaurants pretty much on site. Free airport shuttle, breakfast was minimal due to COVID. Desk staff and were approachable, nothing spectacular but it's usually where I stay whenever I visit.

Rooms need to be updated. Room smelt bad, carpet had lots of stains, bedding looked 5 years old & not sanitary. Could not walk around without my shoes on. Did not sleep under bed, slept on blanket I brought. Shower floor did not look clean at all & was rusted. Water from sink only got warm, not hot. Would not recommend or stay here again.

We stayed for my birthday weekend. The location was amazing. Only complaint was the room needs a serious update.. everything is outdated. But otherwise I would say it was quiet, close to down town Atlanta, & I loved the balcony that was offered

I would highly recommend this hotel were it not for the poor breakfast and the matted hair in our shower drain and around the shower stall. The breakfast only included a muffin, a breakfast bar, apple juice and a fruit cup. Why does this hotel only offer this kind of breakfast when restaurants offer full menus? This looks to me like some slick MBA thought of Covid as a good excuse to charge the same hotel price but to give less value. Also, this room, especially the shower, needed much better cleaning. We found hair matted in the drain and around the shower stall.

This is a GREAT place to stay, ESPECIALLY for the price I paid! Clean, has everything from a pool, to a gym, gift shop, ATM machine...the works. Staff is awesome and it was very quiet and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Plenty to eat just steps away!

This hotel is in a perfect location... right at I-75 it is convenient to everything! Priced just right made it a great value. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! This is a smart choice hands down.

Easy check in and out. Staff very attentive. Room clean, bed comfortable. For some reason, no hot water in the sink but shower had hot water. Probably a plumbing issue which doesn't reflect overall on the hotel. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was a grab bag (which wasn't very good). Restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

We have trusted and used Best Western for years - I have never experienced, dirty floors, one night of no electricity - no air conditioning in Atlanta ! Was told repair people were on their way around 9pm didn't get restored until 5:30am. Was told at check out they would refund me - They refunded less than half the fee per night. Had a watch stole from the room (I had requested no room service that day) so I'm not sure why they were in my room. When I talk to the young lady at the front desk I was told "IF" they find it they would email me ?????? Should have called the cops. Horrible Horrible Horrible - I don't usually write reviews but I am today to warn you do not stay at this hotel

I was in the middle of a crisis and had to go to Atlanta. This was the easiest hotel to get to. It is right off the Interstate 75. Staff was helpful and considerate. I would stay there again. I felt safe. Hotel was clean. Has a McDonalds, IHOP, Wendys... all within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly. I would love to come back when they can have their normal breakfast service after COVID restrictions are lifted. Make sure you call for the shuttle before you go to the shuttle bus area at the airport.

I'm a rewards member. Me and my family stay here everytime we go to atlanta. This is by far the worst experience. This hotel and staff is horrible now. Hoodlums, drunks hanging in the parking lot. They gave someone the same room I was assigned to. They guy tried to come in our room one evening while my kids and wife and I was sleeping. I went to the door, he said he sorry but this the room the assigned him. I told him this our room and tell them give u another room. He apologized and showed me his room key with the same number written on it. He left. Also when we checked in we asked for service, she said ok the staff is only changing rags and towels cause of covid. I agreed. 2 days into my stay I got no service. I had to go downstairs and get it myself. They guy apologized and said he will make sure I get it the next day. I was there 2 more days, still no service. We will never stay here again. My nor my family and friends. Horrible service

This hotel has a huge young groups of people stay there, drugs are being used and smoked out hotel. rooms were clwan, property kept up nice, didn't see any security, again young people use this property for all the wrong reasons.

We stayed at this hotel for New Year 2020 and March of 2020. Every time We come to Atlanta this is the only hotel we still in. I love the size of the beds and shower. Rooms was very clean and smelled good. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and spacious, the microwave, fridge was clean, you had ear plugs if the planes got to loud for you, the breakfast bar was excellent, serving a variety of items and parking was easy we enjoyed our visit.

Front desk employee was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and got us a room high up facing the runway so my kids could watch the planes come and go! Hotel itself has some Reno's going on but the staff def made up for it!

If your looking for an affordable hotel option that is clean, low key, and has an exceptional customer service experience then you should book your stay at this Best Western location! This is my new place to stay when I'm in Atlanta. I usually stay at Marriott brand hotels, and I can honestly say that I've never received such phenomenal customer service; from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk staff and breakfast attendants, they all provided a welcoming experience. My travel experience was made 10x better because of the staff at Best Western's Hapeville location and that is why I'll definitely go back.

Stayed here back in October and had a pretty good stay! We arrived into the Atlanta area somewhat late at night but had already booked our stay here. After a long drive from Memphis, Tennessee we were exhausted and were happy to finally get to this hotel. Upon arriving we noticed that it looked nice from the outside, it was easy to find parking. We entered the lobby and it too looked nice and kept up. Checkin was easy and we went to our room which was nice! The only two things we noticed along the way was at the time there was some construction going on and the pool was not open but it didn't matter to us since we were leaving in the early morning and it was October anyway. Upon entering our room we were very impressed with it. It was the nicest room we had stayed at all trip. There was nice balcony that overlooks the surrounding area, the bathroom was large and clean and everything else was very clean. The only thing was the beds were not too comfortable but it was alright. We had a good night sleep and took advantage of the free breakfast the next morning, which ended up being really good with plenty of selections. Checkout was easy! Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would probably stay there again if we were in the Atlanta, Georgia area again!

Not bad for the price. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Not far from airport only 2 miles. They offer free shuttle to and from the airport. Restaurant in the same parking but they offer a free good breakfast.

I was temporarily displaced from my home and the front desk staff treated me with so much respect. Each front desk person had the exact amount of knowledge of my situation and spoke to me kindly and gentle. That absolutely meant a lot to me.

This is certainly not the best Best Western I've ever stayed in but it was okay. Staff was friendly and found me a room quickly. I thought the room rate was rather High. The bed was nice and comfortable had a huge walk-in shower. Pillows can be rather subjective but I wasn't impressed with the pillows. Good selection at the breakfast bar but no butter for the toast, the bread felt either stale or still partly Frozen and the scrambled eggs were extremely dry way over cooked. It appears there's a nice outdoor pool but not practical for our stay in January. Also has a free airport shuttle which is a bonus.

The check in was Monday evening and was nice and smooth. The staff was nice and inviting. The parking(Free) was sufficient for the building as it is near a IHOP. The staff was warm and inviting. I really enjoy our stay, the room smelled fresh, it was spacious, and had all the amenities of home(fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). The bed was comfortable(wife was very happy). I rate this hotel 4.5 stars and I would stay here again.

This hotel is pretty far from the airport (or maybe it just seemed that way from the drive). I understand they are undergoing renovations but both of the elevators are a little scary. The non-outside one makes really loud noises and shudders when going up. The "bistro" attached by the driveway to the hotel is a little stark for an airport hotel (taco joint with no drink menu - you just tell the bartender what you want and he tries to make it). There is also a IHOP attached to the back of the bistro - but it was raining really hard and I got wet enough just crossing the driveway. The desk personnel are friendly.

Not for special needs! No safety rails.Step up shower with no rails. Room chair not comfortable .it was too hard. Dining chairs too low. Bed was too high. Could have used a foot stool. It took her too long to find out reservations.

We had a great time. The IHOP was onsite so we walked there for dinner. The breakfast was really good. My friends didn't like the coffee but that was the only negative thing they said about the hotel. I thought being next to the airport would mean no sleep due to the airplanes but none of us ever heard any while we were in the hotel, only when we were outside headed to the car.

you wait far too long for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When you phone the hotel to find out where the shuttle is, they lie and say it's on the way. This is not acceptable...... The hotel is clean, the elevators shake while using them. It is almost like best western plus bought a well used old hotel, stuck their name on it and said have at it.

The location is good because of an easy access to restaurants and gas stations. The building is bit old. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours earlier than the regular check in time. The staff was kind enough to let us check in but the room allotted to us was not cleaned properly. Therefore, we had to wait a bit longer to get a clean room. It was a wheel chair accessible room that had a weird bathroom configuration. The entire bathroom floor will be completely wet after taking a shower. Anyway, we managed to stay in that room for four nights. The breakfast was good - served hot with a decent option of items. Free airport shuttle was available for every 20 minutes or so. Overall, it is a decent place.

We decided to stay close to the airport for an early flight. The price for this place was great. We have stayed many times at Best Western hotels and this one was great. The front desk staff at check in and check out were great. It's always good to see a smiling face and these were amazing. We will definitely go back.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, it was very frustrating travelling up an down an elevator that seemed to be in need of repair to blacked out floors in search of an ice machine - was actually beyond creepy - 20 minutes stopping on every floor finally found - not at all the same as the signs had indicated. I was woken up at 9 am and asked by the chamber maid if i was checking out or staying another night ? It was 9 am ! I was told I was being given a very quite room so i could sleep - I was put next to someone who had to turn their TV up so loud I could hear it - and the bed was as firm as the floor - so not a good nights sleep at all

We booked the room online, so we really didnt know the area. Upon arrival we noticed the airplanes and the noise from them and the Porsche plant. Our check in was great and so was the associate. When we got into our room we all laughed. They had provided earplugs for the noise, but we never needed them. Breakfast was setup good and the stay was amazing.

The hotel has been at this location forever with upgrades but lacks the latest glissening shine of a new venue, its gift shop is limited,and lacks an indoor swimming pool. The location is close to the Atlanta airport which is great for flight connections with an effective transportation link with the airport. To compensate for the airport noise there is an complimentary offering of ear plugs as well this venue is very well built to minimise the outside noise.

Got back to thr room after one inthe morring and just wanted to take a shower and go to bead and there was no water pressure. I had to cut the water off at the sink to have eny at the shower. I took my shawer and then let the front desk know. They said all they could do is swich rooms i sain it was to lat for that.

Treveon checked us in & was one of the most pleasant hotel staff we've met. Hotel is upgrading...rooms seem to be done, too bad they didn't put in better windows to help with the noise of the flights overhead. They could also use fans in the bathrooms. Beds were firm & room space was huge. Good enough if you need a hotel for a quick stop.

This is a typical Best Western. Good price and a clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and well maintained. Entry and exit to and from interstate is easy and adequate parking is available. Couple of restaurants adjacent to the hotel if you want to step out for food. You can hear airplanes take off all until late at night but that was not an issue for us. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

I stayed in this Best Western Plus location as the third and final hotel on my crazy (fun) getaway in Atlanta. Summarized briefly, my experience was overall satisfactory. Below are comprehensive pointers to let readers decide their thoughts: —The atmosphere was definitely acceptable for one's typical airport/quick business needs. As other reviews have mentioned, I may not trust the immediate area in Hapeville, especially at night. However, the staff at the front desk and the innate feel of the hotel layout made me feel safe at all times. —WiFi was free and on par with the speed of how WiFi should be. Amenities in the room were on par, everything from the TV to the drawers to the toiletries. I didn't observe any areas of uncleanliness. —I'm loyal to Marriott, so having zero experience at Best Western, I wasn't sure how generally reliable/seamless/capable my stay could be. BW (at this property) may have offered less than I see at my Springhill or Courtyard Marriott brands, but I was able to access on-site restaurants (adjacent to the hotel itself), free breakfast, and a pool if I wanted. Always helpful perks when traveling! —The service was nearly always above average, which I'm thinking now is the biggest highlight of my stay. PLEASE hope I got this name correctly memorized, but Michelle at the front desk for a night or two was an excellent staff member. Having come from the airport in order to take advantage of their *free shuttle*, Michelle smoothly arranged an ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible van to pick me up (I drive a power chair). Her overall professionalism in every situation at the hotel was very outstanding! —Noise: it's always at the forefront of everyone's minds (well maybe not everyone ha). Due to the hotel's proximity to ATL Airport, I did end up hearing jet noise in the distance at spaced-out intervals. I personally associate jet noise with pleasant memories, so I wasn't at all bothered...I doubt anyone would be too bothered either. To conclude, I recommend this Best Western location for travelers using the airport or staying to visit family or do business in the southern Atlanta suburbs. If I was a BW loyal member, I would stay again!

Best Western is my home away from home. Or when I won't take time out to just relax or just get away for the weekend. The staff is outstanding, the breakfast is delicious, and the room a great, comfortable, relaxing and quiet.

The customer service was amazing. They were able to check me in and put me in a room at the last minute, as I missed my connection. The property is about 12 minutes driving time away from Atlanta International Airport. They also have free breakfast and van service to the airport! Thanks to everyone who made my stay a pleasant experience!

We like the fact that the hotel is so close to the international side of the airport. Only they only offer pick-up from the domestic side. But it is not expensive to take taxi. We sleep very well even though it is close to the airport. Check-in and Check-out are both fast and simple. Definitely serves our purpose of transit in US.

The hotels location was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport and a IHOP and Mexican restaurant on the property. The hotel also had a gift shop. i will definetly will be coming back here to stay when I return to Atlanta.

This hotel is very convenient to I-75 and the Atlanta airport. It's not the most modern place in the world but for a short stay is fine. Anyone sensitive to loud noises, though - beware. You hear near-constant airplane take off & landing noises plus an occasional freight train (a line runs practically next to it).

I must say from the very beginning when I made the reservation on phone they were very professional. And when my family and I arrived, we was greeted with a smile by Ms. Natasha who went over and beyond. Even when there was a mistake your Asst GM Deante Morgan rectified it. In all they really made us feel like welcome. I didn't want to leave, especially Ms. Corliss at breakfast, she had us feeling like family as a Best Western reward member I was very satisfied. I def Loved and will return.

Just stayed here this past weekend (Oct. 5-7). Shuttle took 2 hours to pick my husband and I up from ATL Airport. Mind you, the airport is only 10 min away from the hotel. When I call to see where the shuttle's at, the hotel's line mysteriously gets disconnected. I couldn't get in contact with anyone for the next 2 hours. We landed at 11:30 p.m. and didn't arrive to the hotel until 2 a.m. Once we got to the hotel, one of the women at the front desk told us we were going to get reimbursed for one of the nights, which ended up being a lie. I look at my receipt and noticed I didn't get not one penny back. During our stay, we continuously asked to speak to a supervisor or a general manager and the women at the front desk kept telling us they're nowhere to be found. Very poor job from the hotel staff. Will be contacting corporate.

Basic accoms - the hotel is in need of (and is undergoing) refurbishment. Room spacious and shower good - although the overall presentation is somewhat 'shabby'. Breakfast area unwelcoming - but the staff were extremely pleasant..

This property makes you feel like a valued customer. The reservation was made with ease and met our needs. Upon arrival the receptionist was very professional with fast service making sure we got to our room timely. Reviewed our reservation and make sure we understood the amenities of the property . IHOP, Great cocktail bar with food on property as well. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Nice location for our early flight out. Gas station was with a block to fill rental car. Taco Pete's was in the parking lot and it was amazing. Liked not having to get out and drive around looking for dinner after driving all day to get back to Atlanta. Good location

The rooms are ok: clean, large. in fact bit too large. The lobby and breakfast room were for me a culture shock (I am from Europe). I missed the warn sphere. The colours, the tiles, the atmosphere felt "cold". A lot of fat stuff, a lot of packing material, machines to make this, to make that, ... Vending machines instead of a cosy bar. Maybe this is the American style? No idea. I was here (in USA) just one night.

Had a very pleasant one night stay during a road trip. Beds were comfy, everyone slept well and we didn't bite any of the noise that other reviewers experienced. Taco Pete's was average but nice to not have to drive around. Breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed making their own waffles but would've liked fresh fruit. Would stay again if needed.

quick, quiet, and comfortable. the front staff is friendly, professional and so helpful. The two wonderful front desk ladies did everything to make our stay wonderful...and they succeeded. My stay was great. My only problem was that I couldn't stay another night. But I will be returning. The staff really makes you feel welcomed, like you're at home. Each person I interacted with was always so pleasant and helpful.

Hotel is nice, even before the updates being worked on right now. The only real problem is the closeness to the runways at ATL results in a lot of aircraft noise. Staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast choices were good.

Once renovations are completed I'm sure it will be beautiful. Two restaurants on site Taco Petes Bistro was amazing and staff was wonderful. and of course IHop whom doesn't like IHop. We will be looking forward to our next Atlanta adventure.

Our family of 5 stayed here on our way to Orlando. The woman who checked us in was super nice and helpful. A McDonalds and an IHOP are literally feet from the hotel. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars Is that it is VERY near the airport and it was loud, and the building was undergoing a remodel so there was some issues with the elevators. They do give you ear plugs which is a really nice touch, and they were definitely necessary for me to be able to sleep with all the noise. Rate was super reasonable.

I stay in a lot of hotels and I have to say that the staff here is on another level. I miss-booked my room and they bent over backwards to ensure my family and I got a room. Then they spent hours reviewing local places for us to visit. I will visit this hotel again, they offer a level of customer service that you simply can't find anymore.

Chose this location because of proximity to the airport. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle access was convenient and got us to the airport on time. We will definitely stay there again.

In town for concert at Cellairis Amphitheatre and stayed here for the night. Staff fantastic, room was great, faced the airport and we could watch planes land which was cool. front desk person was great on check in and even though she was busy she was very cordial. Right next to several food places so that was no issue and parking even though crowded was manageable.

Very nice hotel, one of the nicest and updated BW properties I have stayed in. Was fun to stand on balcony and watch the jets landing at airport, especially at night, as many as 10 in line to land! Close to airport, shuttle available, very friendly staff, and the SPIN the WHEEL for prize was fun touch at check in

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, open, friendly and helpful. My room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast layout and food choices was surprisingly good. The fitness center is actually functional with enough manual machine choices to keep you occupied, and they also have a pool, so great for kids. There is also plenty of restaurants in very close proximity, three of which are literally steps away from the hotel. Last things, it's not too far from the airport and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Atlanta. I highly recommended this hotel.

Best Western was awesome. I had no problems. Bed are comfortable and very spacious. Staff were awesome. Everyone was very friendly. Very quiet and the pool was clean. We had extra towels when we asked for it.

It is advertised 24/7 (shuttle service); it is not. You are referred to "Peachy Parking" 6 miles away while the airport is only TWO miles. To park there and pay for parking and take the peachy shuttle to and fro the airport, then come back to the hotel to park. The MOST ridiculous arrangement I have EVER encountered at a motel/*hotel!

After Delta refused to hold a connecting flight for 4 minutes.. 4 gates away... at 9:30 at night.. .we ended up spending the night in Atlanta.. We call BWplus East and the front desk was extremely helpful and most understanding of our travel weary situation.. it's like they do this a lot!!! We had our room booked and shuttle on the way in 10 minutes. No delays. Shuttle driver Chris was there and had us moving right away.. it's like they do this a lot!! Chris gave us the food ideas for In room delivery, and had us feeling calmed down from a travel fatigued day. Much appreciated! Front desk manager T had us checked in and upstairs to the room in minutes. The most frustrating part of the night after that was trying to order dominos delivery from their website!! Lol.. as this was the only place that delivered around there.. Up at 6am the next morning.. downstairs to check out and grab a little breakfast... this breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and tasted. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Showers Hot. Room beds and hotel in great shape! Lasting impression?? BW plus East picked up the fumble from delta and ran us right into to a touchdown... relieving the built up frustration and fatigue from traveling under adverse conditions!! Stranded In Atlanta?? Very comfortable and close to the airport. It was enjoyable to see the planes coming in and the hotel even had airplane decor, which was really neat. They also had a spin and win wheel at the front and we won a gift bag full of goodies that were definitely needed.

Very nice room and stay. Excellent front dest staff when we checked in. Room was nice. Only complaint, if any, was the bed was a little to firm for my wife's and my comfort. Excellent breakfast with something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

I will not be visiting the BW Plus again due to dissatisfaction. I chose to get a hotel due to missing my connecting flight because of delay. I had a long couple weeks prior & desperately wanted a good night's sleep. I was on my way home from being out of town to bury my grandmother and only chose to get a hotel that night instead of stay in airport because I thought I would have some quiet and be more comfortable after a shower and sleeping in a nice clean bed. Unfortunately, the room smelled a bit funny, there were stains of the walls of the shower, and my room was right next to the highway so the noise didn't allow me to sleep well. I should have stayed in the airport and saved my $150. I was also disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. Not to mention, as a military member, the discount was only $12? I do want to say that the shuttle service was the only great part! Those guys were timely, professional, and friendly. Thanks to them.

I like this place for several reasons. 1. It iis so very conveniently located in a very centralized area close to the highway with no parking issues 2. It is also close to a few well know Restuarants makes it even more a plus! I am a Best Western Member for life!

Everyone in our group of 50 was happy with their experience. Great staff. Ample meeting space. Location to the airport was great and the shuttle was efficient. Will be there next year for our sharpening convention.

Earplugs were provided due to airport proximity, but didn't really need them. They were doing a massive redecorating, yet it did not impact our stay in the least. Each staff person was friendly and helpful!

Staff was super friendly. We came here when our AirBNB cancelled on us. There was free breakfast but we didn't eat as we already had plans. The rooms are clean. Our first room smelled moldy when we walked in and we were immediately switched out and given another room. The room we stayed in was clean and neat. No views but we weren't expecting much. And it's 11-15 minutes from downtown. Oh,and you can UberEats if you don't want the local food and are craving something specific.

Over all the room was big and clean but the walls are really thin where you can hear your neighbors having a whisper conversations. Couldn't get a good night sleep because of the noise. Overall we won't be staying here again.

Bad experience with front desk person. My service was not good and I would not refer your hotel to anyone I know. Your hotel was dirty. I fill that you should discount the rooms while construction is going on.

Although there was construction going on, things were clean and tidy. Staff was awesome and very responsive. Rooms are big but my room (1008) had a very congested entrance, fridge/microwave, closet and bath area. Lighting was good and a big desk but it didn't look like it matched the rest of the room. lots of plugs though, and good wifi!

The staff were excellent. Great breakfast options. Close to the airport with shuttle. Within walking distance to various food options. We loved seeing and hearing the planes. Shuttle driver was very friendly.

The site was clean and they were doing upgrades which show they care. Our rooms was big and clean. The grounds were a little tricky but learnable. Breakfast was the usual except for the kool mini waffle maker that rocked. The staff were Amazing! Gave great local food recommendations. They even got us from the airport no problem.

Booked a night here for a concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium based on positive reviews from other guests. The room we stayed in had sugar ants in the wall, we had no hot water (staff said it was because the hotel was booked), and the phone in the room didn't work. The entire building had a wake up call at 8am due to the fire alarm being activated (I believe a strategic ploy to wake up all the drunks who partied too hard the night before at said concert). We always stay in Best Westerns but this location we will not be returning to visit.

I split this room with a friend for just a quick overnight before we continued on our journey. The hotel was pretty nice. I was a little concerned about being so close to the airport but when we closed the balcony door, you really couldn't hear the planes. Our room was on the 8th floor. The room was clean and in good shape. The only issue I had was with the shower. The water pressure was good but it took 3 or 4 minutes before any hot water came out. Once it did it was fine. The other shower issue is that the shower head doesn't angle down enough. I was pressed against the wall opposite of the shower head and with the head angled as low as it could go, the water still hit around my waist. It wouldn't spray directly any lower. Not a huge deal but a minor annoyance. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. There were a lot of areas closed off for construction but it had no impact on our stay. We had no noise or dust/dirt issues from those areas. If I am in the area again, I would consider this one but nothing stood out to make this an absolute must-stay next time.

Oliver was the highlight of my whole trip ..very friendly..pleasant personality..Awesome customer service skills....When ever you have a lay over book at Best Western Airport East Hapeville.....You must meet Oliver...

I want to give this hotel a higher rating but I just can't. I did not get much sleep here due to the location. There are train tracks right next to hotel and the train sounds horn at all hours of the night. Our room was located at the back of the hotel over looking the pool. The front of the building looked as though the jets landing were very loud. The hotel does supply ear plugs in every room. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, and large compared to other hotels. The beds were ok, I was able to be comfortable. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. Taco Pete in parking lot was delicious and convenient for dinner. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so noisy.

We stayed for one night on our way out of ATL. Hotel is just a few minutes from ATL with a free shuttle service. There are two on-site restaurants to choose from - Taco Pete's and iHop - but we chose to walk down the street and eat at a nicer fine dining restaurant. Lots of options within walking distance. Hotel was clean and offered a nice breakfast plus free infused ice water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Pool is outdoors and there is a Fitness Center near the pool. Good value for price paid. Staff was friendly. The hotel is in the process of being renovated. Since it is very close to ATL, you can hear the planes taking off, but they provide earplugs and our sleep was not affected.

I always talk about how a lot of hotels have bad customer service, but since I walked in this hotel, the guy in the front desk was really helpful and polite. He really went out of his way to make my stay the best.

Our stay started out with us being given a non-smoking room where someone had clearly been smoking. The room was on the top floor and the planes going overhead were really loud. After asking to change rooms, we were given another non-smoking room on the 1st floor. Little plane noise but loud laughter heard from the lobby. Our sink didn't have hot water. The shower was either cold or hot and was very difficult to get anything in between. When we went out at 5:30am for the 5:30am shuttle we ordered, it wasn't there. It had left. The front desk receptionist said she was been calling our room and no one answered. Problem was, she was calling the first room, not the new room they gave us. Seems like that should have been in their system correctly. Otherwise, the stay was average. Beds were fairly comfortable. They had earplugs on the nightstand if you needed them to quiet the traffic and plane noise. No luggage racks for our suitcases, had to use the desk. Probably won't come back here.

We were happy with the customer service and the nice rooms. We will stay again. The breakfast was good and the lady who check us in was nice and helpful. The area was safe and convenient. We also love the view.

Great value and great cistomer service. ElevatoE could use some help. Also the beds wasn't the most comcomforta compared to other hotels. Cigarettes smells in ithe hallway but still didn't make me bad.

We got sent to this hotel by our airline because of a delay going to Aruba. We were very sad not to fly on to our Caribbean destination that day. When we arrived at the hotel Oliver checked us in. He was SO nice and had a very friendly personality with a great sense of humor. Our room was nicely furnished and clean. Oliver recommended a restaurant down the street and a driver took us there. Michael Justice also visited with us during our stay. These 2 guys were incredibly awesome, I just can't say enough about how welcome they made us feel. Definitely some of the friendliest staff I have ever met! The breakfast was delicious, one of the best I have had at a hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful, you guys are awesome!!! :) :) :)

I enjoyed the location due to seeing lot's of air planes arriving and departing.They provided ear plugs for us but I never used them because the noise level was not disturbing at all.All the staff was extremely pleasant to us

We needed a comfortable king bed for 1 night before we took off in the early morning - great free shuttle services to and from the airport & a nice hot breakfast - we would stay here again if needed. The rate varies but if U have their loyalty membership it is a good price

Oliver and the receptionist were very nice and professional. Their main was concern was making sure I was making sure I was satified. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed my stay a little longer.

I picked this hotel because of it's general location in the Atlanta area. I expected lots of airport noise. There were a few take-offs in the evening but then their flight patterns must have changed; it was really quiet the entire night. Onsite parking; 9(?) floors; large lobby; 2 fast elevators; room was spotless; remodeled bathroom was spotless, walk-in shower; tile floors; all amenities you would need in the room; b'fast was great, including an omelet station. We didn't need it but there is an airport shuttle available.

My main issue was the dirty room. I went in checking everything. There were hair on the chair, crumbs in the bed, pill bottle and dust underneath the bed. They didn't have a problem with changing me into renovated room. I could smell the cleaning product as I walk in the room. I went to check everything in the second room. The only complaints I had about this room was the the filth underneath the bed and the closet door was broken. It almost fell on me. I would give the second room an 8 and the first room a 3.

Staff at front desk is super awesome super sweet and caring.And asked about my every concern and constantly checked on me to see if I needed anything.Highly recommended! Great stay! Great location...10 mins to and from everything.

We stayed at this property for a short weekend trip. It was me, my sister and granddaughter, who is 7. We were a little concerned at the noise when we first got into the room, however we did not have any problems with the noise and if you were to have problems, ear plugs were furnished for the guests. My granddaughter loved the balcony because she could watch the airplanes. The breakfast was very good. Some of the hotel looked a bit outdated and some of the carpet needs replacing, however overall the property was clean and well taken care of. I pulled the bedside table out to see if there was a plug behind it and it had not been cleaned in a while and if I were the property manager I would have that taken care of at least once a month. I would not recommend the restaurant Taco Pete's. The food and service were horrible and it was pricy. No one kept the orders straight and we still had not gotten our order correctly by the time we left.

I was dreading being stuck overnight in Atlanta due to an overbooked flight, but Delta generously sent me here, and what a relief! The shuttle service was reliable, the hotel has everything you need and is very quiet and extremely clean. Room had fridge and microwave, several fast food places and a gas station/convenience store are right next door, and the front desk staff was extremely courteous. Great variety of foods at breakfast. Super comfortable bed and nice toiletries. I enjoyed my stay very much! Only wish I had had my luggage with me, for a change of clothes and some clothing to work out in! One thing I'll mention that should be improved--the wake up call came 15 minutes before the time I had requested. Not a big deal, but I would have liked to have that extra 15 minutes of peace.

Pros: Good location and free shuttle to the airport. Only 5 minutes from the international terminal. Breakfast was OK and the room was clean. Cons: We were put in a room on the first floor. We could hear people checking in all night. The room was all cold tyle and the beds were old. I would not recommend this hotel based on the first floor room we stayed in.

This BW+ is a good airport hotel. The rooms are sizable, and the shower is so much better than a tub. Their breakfast (included) was also clearly better than most, including plenty of variety, and cold cuts.

This hotel has really friendly and helpful staff. It's close to the airport and has three food options right outside the door. Room are bit noisy because of the freeway but I didn't have trouble sleeping.

Fine hotel and close to Airport, Rooms are comfortable and spacious. You have IHOP opposite hotel which is great for food and within 2 minutes walking. Great if your flying and need somewhere close to stay to airport Have no complaints, does everything you need and value for money. Close to many great locations and shopping malls. Stayed two nights at the Best Wester Plus while we did the Porsche Experience. The hotel was super close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the Porsche Experience. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was super nice. Our stay included a continental breakfast which was better than most. Would stay here again. The hotel is very close to the runways, but the nose didn't effect my sleep.

The hotel is old but clean. The staff was great. The shuttle driver was on time and cheerful. The room was very nice with microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Price was right. I'll stay again next time I'm in town.

Great, spacious, clean room; awesome amenities; super convenient. But it got loud due to planes, train tracks, and interstate traffic. They provided earplugs for sleeping though, which did help some. So if sleep is your #1 goal, this may not work for you.

Would recommend to anyone. Close to the airport and employees were very knowledgeable on getting around town. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer and hope to be back soon. Hotel was beautiful.

Check in /out was easy. I requested a room away from ice/vending machines and also away from elevators. I also requested that I be placed in a room away from the road. I did not hear the jets or road traffic enough to disturb my sleep. Not was there problems with machine noises or talking in hallways. I slept very well.

We found the Best Western Plus in Atlanta about 10 minutes from Spencer's apartment Saturday September 8. It was perfect in every way. Also Sunday morning there was a very complete breakfast. Very nice and pleasant stay after a very hectic day.

Needing a reasonably priced airport hotel for one night, I opted for the BW+ Airport East and was so pleased with the prompt shuttle service (included in rate & real nice drivers!), the quick check-in, clean rooms and very ample breakfast. It is good value and there are many eateries within walking distance. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and accommodating and even pretty quiet. I've found my new ATL hotel!

Stayed in this hotel when we got stuck in Atlanta due to a delayed flight. Breakfast was well done for a free buffet. Eggs, waffles, sausage, hot cinnamon buns, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Really more than expected. The hotel is relatively clean and modern. Downsides...the hotel is RIDICULOUSLY noisy. Air conditioners do not work well and sound like a plane taking off. Pillows are the size of postage stamps and are cheap. Bedding is scratchy and gross.

There was a breakfast buffet which was quite refreshing. They had an assortment of juices and coffees along with teas. The accommodations were comfortable and it is in a great location! Walmart is about a 5 minute drive so if you need anything it's easily accessible. They have a shuttle bus that is nonstop to/from the airport.

This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Both times we had a good stay. The staff are friendly, rates are decent, room was clean & for the 2nd time we had a good experience. The daily breakfast was also decent. There is a pool & a restaurant/bar right next door, as well as an IHOP & McDonalds in the same parking area. It's next to the airport, in fact we were able to watch planes take off & land easily but surprisingly when the balcony door is closed you don't hear them.

VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF! The breakfast options were great - I was impressed by the toppings/mix-in's for oatmeal or yogurt (raisins, shredded coconut, nuts, sprinkles, fresh blueberries & avocado). The lobby & dining were clean & modern. The room & hallway decor, however, was a little dated. Overall, the room (Deluxe King) was nice & quite spacious, including an extra sitting room with armchair & pull-out chaise. There were a few minor issues - the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, so showering fogged up the only mirror in the room (there was no full-length mirror at all), the remote had a few buttons that didn't work, & the DirectTV streaming service was spotty on a few channels. Most disappointing was the fact that room had two small balconies, but access was not allowed - the sliding glass doors were permanently locked. Overall, though, good value for the price.

We used this as a base, when visiting Atlanta. We took a cab to the downtown are that was only a few min away. We liked the fact that it was a lot cheaper plus across from the Porsche Experience as well. The room was nice. Parking was free. The hotel had a good free breakfast, plus cookies were in the lobby throughout the day. The staff were very friendly too. Also, we did go to the IHOP that's attached to the hotel and it wasn't bad. Would go back again.

It started out bad waiting for a shuttle bus for an hour that never appeared. I phoned 4 or 5 times and was assured it was waiting for us but not at our location. We told them where we were and they were a no show! Then we got scammed by a cab driver who took us to the wrong hotel and would not turn off the meter. The hotel was clean, the front reception was friendly I am not sure what size beds we got but it was comical for two people. The breakfast was right on time and they arranged a cab for us that was on time because we no longer trusted the shuttle! Its not the safest area at night to walk over to Mc. D's for a burger or anything!

This hotel met our expectations. It was clean and staff was helpful. The location is very close to the airport, only minutes away. The room read good, beds comfortable and it seemed to have been updated recently. It was modern looking, and you should know that the shower has no door or curtain, just a wall that was separated by a small step to the sink/toilet area. Sleeping was somewhat difficult as this property is close to the highway, train and airport so as light sleepers, it was tough to fall asleep (even with provided ear plugs). Breakfast was decent, with the normal things. It seemed to have a good amount of parking as well. Overall it met our expectations.

Stayed for 2 nights before driving to Lawrenceville. Newly renovated hotel within 10 -15 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. I liked the shuttle service. I had a late flight. Check-in was a breeze. Called ahead to let the front desk know that I couldn't check-in until 3am. She was very sweet and had everything ready when I arrived. Security helped me to my room. My room was downstairs near the lobby, but it was quiet. I was able to get some much needed rest before the second leg of my journey. The handicapped accessible room is wonderful. Hardwood floors instead of carpeting. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a minifridge with a mini freezer and a microwave. IHOP was right outside the lobby. I loved having access to hot water, for hot chocolate and tea and fresh coffee all day. Ice lemon water was also available in the lobby all day. Cookies were also available. Free breakfast, but was too tired to rise early enough to try it. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is close to ATL airport and I-75 but traffic noise from both can be noticeable. The hotel itself is squeezed in behind a sports lounge and an IHOP. Parking security is sketchy. Staff is very good though and I would consider returning just based on that. Property is older and rooms are smaller than average. Breakfast is basic hotel breakfast. Coffee was good. Hotel is overpriced at $138 plus tax (came to $164 per night). Should be in the $99-$119 range IMO.

Other reviews mentioned how noisy it is but it's really not that bad. Sure you can hear the planes but after 11pm until 7am it's quiet. Check in staff very friendly and a nice touch was the goodie bag with 2 bottles of water and snacks for rewards members. Good sized room with balcony, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Tiny towels though. Buffet hot and cold breakfast with coffee and water available all day. 1 minute walk to I hop. Pool was clean with lots of sun lounges. Airport shuttle worked well to the airport. Would stay again if in the area. I'd stay again if in the area.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. It has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is good. If you don't like typical hotel continental breakfasts, there is a IHOP in front of the hotel. There is a train track across the street from the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Also, there should be more parking spaces.

It's unfortunate we were only scheduled to stay one night due to travel schedule. Great hotel, very comfortable bed, awesome staff, spacious room and bathroom. During check-in, staff member asked questions to find out what our plans were and he offered suggestions such as restaurants, traffic areas that were easy/difficult to navigate, etc. We truly had a great experience at Best Western Plus.

Everything was fine. IHOP isn't my favorite restaurant, but passable and accessible at the end of a long day. Ear plugs on the night table are a hint that, between highway, railway and airway, it might be a bit noisy - but didn't bother me at all. I tend to leave on radio via wifi anyway - and that worked fine. Plus air conditioner on "fan" for white noise. HOWEVER beware the complementary shuttle does not go to the International terminal. Take a free shuttle to the Domestic terminal, and it comes every half hour. Watch for the labelled bus!

We have stayed 3 times at this place. It is consistently clean and people friendly Nice breakfast with lots of options, even to go fruit . We enjoy how quick it is then to go to the international terminal and leave our car in long term parking. Last visit we did notice some renovations , which are keepng this hotel modern

Why almost top-notch? Items like the trim in the elevators are scratched and in need of a little touch up. But everything else points to a motel with many very good points like friendly staff, like nice lobby area, like convenience to the Atlanta airport, like very good breakfast items like very nicely done bacon.

Great service, quick and convenient check in quick and convenient check out. Clean room with a king size bed. The building interior is out of date. The elevator shows wear and tear, the room and room furniture also shows wear and tear.

Property is spotless and the staff are wonderful and helpful. The rooms are large and well maintained; clean and inviting. The ONLY downside were the terrible, lumpy,awful pillows (and the sheets aren't so great either...a little "pilly"). Breakfast was good, but on a weekend with lots of kids in the hotel the bacon disappeared rather quickly...so I settled for hard boild and eggs and yogurt - not a hardship. The coffee was VERY good but they only have artificial "creamers." Again, this is a "first world" problem. For an Atlanta area hotel near the airport, the AARP rate we got was a very good one. I'll stay here again, but BYOP.

Great place to stay close to airport for early morning flight and also if your return flight is a late night arrival. Complimentary shuttle both ways. Grab and go bag of goodies for early morning flight since breakfast was not served at 5 am was super!

Pick the upper floor with a view of the largest airport in the world as the planes fly past your window. Don't forget to watch the Porsche Test Track just across the road from the hotel where their headquarters is located. These two exciting viewings are so much fun while enjoying a clean and large room with a small balcony (at least they are on the 10th floor). The staff, shuttle driver and guest room attendants are always smiling and so helpful. The Georgian southern charm is abundant and such a pleasure.

needs to be cleaned up overall ,updated, paint etc. also we had worst bathroom very tight and weird shaped.lobby and breakfast area was adequate. i think there spending there money on new competitor property being built around it.however location of this property was ideal for us and they have very good shuttle to airport.

Despite being close to the airport our third floor room very fairly quiet, earplugs were available but not needed. Staff were polite and professional. They were generous with bottled water. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty average, without many healthy options. Shuttle service to and from airport was comfortable. There was a short walking distance to an IHOP across the parking lot.

Stayed at this hotel for a meeting and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. All the staf were helpul and friendly and they went out of their way to accommodate requests. Rooms were comfortable and hot breakfast is included (eggs, waffles, potatoes, etc).

Close to the airport, and they operate a free shuttle. But when we arrived at 11pm we waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle in the pickup area, when it seemed like dozens of other hotels had sent their shuttles more than once. Maybe I was just cranky and tired after a crosscountry flight with 2 young kids. Also, there is another BW that sends a free shuttle, so obviously disappointing when you can't board that one if it arrives sooner! Checkin easy. Our room had earplugs included, so be sure to choose somewhere else if you're sensitive to highway or aircraft noise. But the noise wasn't bad and we slept fine without earplugs. Morning shuttle interesting - apparently very common for travelers to stay in Atlanta overnight between flights. A shuttle departs every 30 minutes after 4am, but 2 businessmen couldn't ride at 630am because the smaller shuttle was full. And then they almost missed the 7am shuttle because that was also full. Luckily the manager intervened and brought out the bigger shuttle van, though the driver kept saying he didn't need it (he did! And it barely fit everyone). So keep that in mind if you're on a tight schedule. Otherwise great stay - great breakfast options including a Belgian waffle maker, warm cinnamon rolls, etc. This is where they went above and beyond. I called the day before to ask if anyone had a used Jamaica guide book by any chance. My family and I were traveling from Seattle to Montego Bay, staying in Atlanta for a night between flights. Most people in the Northwest seem to go to Hawaii or Mexico for warm vacations, and I couldn't find a Jamaica travel guide in Seattle area bookstores. I ordered one off the internet over a week before our departure but it hadn't arrived. When we checked in to the BW Atlanta Airport, someone had found a Jamaica guidebook for us, and while I was happy to pay for it, they said 'don't worry about it.' That experience was wonderful and appreciated.

Just stay at a Hampton Inn or Marriott instead, the room I was given smelled like urine, I found previous guest items in the room so I knew it wasn't cleaned, and the bed springs could be felt on the bed, which had to have been 10+ years old. I needed a place to stay on short notice close to the airport, and I thought the Best Western Plus would offer a better experience for the price but they failed in every aspect.

My friend and I began our roadtrip through the South in Atlanta, and we needed a place to stay for two nights - one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end. The first night we were given a room on a higher floor, and it was in the front of the hotel. It overlooked the airport which meant we heard every take off and landing. We stood out on the balcony and watched some of the planes for a bit, but it was loud. Luckily, the planes stopped their flights around 11pm and didn't start again until about 6:30am. For some, that might not be a long enough sleep. They do have ear plugs in each room, brand new still sealed, if you wish to use those. The first room we had was sort of weird, particularly in the bathroom. I have never seen a shower that did not have a shower door or even a curtain. It had walls on three sides, but where there should have been a door/curtain, there was none. I should have taken a picture of this; it was just bizarre. Otherwise, it was a standard two double bed room. The second night we were there, we had arrived late in the evening after being on the road nearly 12 hours. The receptionist remembered us from the previous stay, and she saw we were tired from the long drive. She asked us if we had a preference for a floor. We said no, but we requested if we can be put as far away from the airport as possible so we could sleep in the next morning. She said she'd take care of that. Well she did! She gave us a back room on the fourth floor, and it was a huge room! It still was the two double beds, but I have never seen such a big hotel room before! (It actually was one of those that adjoined another room for families.). That was great customer service! The hotel itself, however, seems like it could be a bit updated. It was kept clean, but it just looked like it was starting to show its age. The breakfast was adequate. There are a couple of elevators, one of which rides the outside of the building. Parking was fairly adequate as well. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are only planning on staying for one night before moving on. It is easy to get to, and there is a shuttle. Maybe if they update the hotel, they can find ways to soundproof, especially the front rooms that overlook the airport. The airport is close to major highways, and the Uber rides are fairly inexpensive to get up into downtown Atlanta.

Staff unfriendly and very busy without customers. Rooms are very noisy because best western build without soundproof materials. If you are in transit on Atlanta you should consider another hotel or try to sleep inside the terminal.

I lost a connection fight. I have to stay for a night in Atlanta. I stay at this Best Western which was the only option the airline gave me. I was impressed with the rooms. They were clean, modern and with internet access. The employee at the front desk was very helpful. I had a very good experience. For a hotel of this category is a good alternative to stay for a night.

we loved it ...everything was clean the staff was friendly and th area was well equipped with things to do. we will definitely be staying here everytime we visit. breakfast was full of different options and being a coffee i would give the coffee two thumbs up.

After a long flight the airline confessed that my baggage is delayed by one day. So I was eager to find out how to survive the first night. The reception personnel was very friendly and did everything they could. Toothpaste, toothbrush and so on. Unfortunately the didn't have a suitable adapter for my European laptop power cord (which was in my baggage) but they suggested a place nearby where I could buy one, successfully. The room was clean and everything worked fine. In face of airport ans interstate vicinity earplugs were provided in the room. Normal breakfast, no huge selection, just enough to fill the stomach in the morning. The next day in the evening my baggage finally arrived and I was called immediately to pick it up. Which is not alays the case, as I experienced this situation several times before. I'll be taking the same hotel shoud I come to Atlanta again.

Great Hotel close to Downtown Atlanta. Friendly staff, great room and decent breakfast. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Yes they are by the Airport and Interstate. But booking my hotel I was aware of it. No bother to me though. I felt safe in this location and slept great! It was a great choice for a one night stay! Perfect location for a game at the Mercedes Stadium or concert at The Philips Arena.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The front desk staff were awesome and the hotel was decent. The bed was very hard. On check in the fridge did not work and we were given another room. The rates should be lower in my opinion. It is near the airport so you hear all the noise. They have ear plugs in the rooms, LOL but of course I didn't use them. The halls were so cold like they had the air on full blast.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. The room was clean and the shower was hot- exactly what we needed. The breakfast was also very good. We didn't take the shuttle to the airport, used Uber instead, as they won't drop you off at the international terminal. This seemed to be a common rule for hotel shuttles. We parked our car at the hotel for $6 per day while we were gone.

This hotel is one of the most affordable in the airport area. The breakfast is outstanding, above the average for sure. I was not a fan of the box beds. That is one mattress on a boxed in platform. It made it a tad too firm for me. We still got a good nights sleep. Our bathroom was spacious with a huge tiled shower. Everything was very clean. Every room seemed to have a balcony but the hotel is sitting on top of the interstate and someone is building another hotel about 100 yards away. That makes the parking lot sorta messy. We didn't sit outside at all. Inside the room we did not have a noise problem. A few flights flew over but nothing that I heard during the night. Had a nice desk area. Also there is an IHOP in the parking lot for late night snacks. Other things close are a gas station, McD's, and Wendy's. You can walk to all of them.

Missed the connection in ATL and Delta did offer this hotel for the night. The hotel has all you need: spacious room, bed is good, bathroom is good and breakfast is OK. Next door is a bar open 24/7 and the gas station also has a shop. Use the shuttle to get there.

Housekeeping is a very hard-working group of women. My room was exceptional clean and it smelled awesome. I love housekeeping because in any room wherever you stay your room must be to your liking home approved environment

It was a very nice hotel stay. The staff was very accommodating. the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was a business room with computers and a complimentary breakfast. Or, you could get yourself some breakfast across from the hotel at IHOP.

Stayed here on Dec 15 2017 for one night while driving down to Florida from Ontario. The hotel is Ok but is a little run down. We pulled in shortly after 9pm and I would say that the area the hotel is located in did not appear to be the nicest. There is an IHOP, McD's and BK basically all in the same parking lot at the base of the hotel. I was able to walk to the McD's in 15 seconds. Hotel does offer all the things you would want; breakfast, self serve laundry, gym, pool, etc... Its just it is a little older and beat up. Breakfast was OK and did offer some fresh fruit but it was the usual stuff other than that. Hotel did offer shuttle service and is right beside the airport which is really positive for people looking for that. I personally was looking to sleep after a long day of driving and found that planes were active at the air port till approx. midnight and started up pretty early again in the morning. TV channel selection was good and room was a good size with a fridge. Cool thing was this hotel is also located at a Porsche headquarters. We basically had to stop here because we were low on gas and once we saw there was a hotel as well, we thought we would stay but it was not originally where we were planning on staying. I would not again. As long as you are good on gas, keeping heading down I75 another 10 miles and you will have many more options at up coming exits that will definitely be quieter, newer and maybe a hotel chain you prefer.

If you don't plan on ever going to sleep, then stay here and you'll be fine. The air in the room is poorly ventilated which causes extremely dry air no matter which temp you choose (68 or 70). They'll probably blame it on the cold weather or the ongoing construction next door. Anyway our eyes are burning and itching, noses are running and stopped up, sore throats, and headaches. Thank you for a miserable night's stay Best Western Plus!!

arrived in Atlanta on xmas eve for vacation; used the hotel shuttle which arrived late, hotel was nearby, nicely maintained, amenities worked well especially the internet. breakfast was quite nice and dining area was clean. really appreciated the earplugs provided as it can get noisy due to the proximity to the airport. hope to return soon

Good value. Convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of airport from the balcony .The French doors opening to the balcony make the rooms feel much less confining than ordinary hotel rooms. However, if one is very affected by noise, the frequency of planes may make it annoying (though the hotel does provide ear plugs)- but perhaps any hotel near the airport has the same problem.

This place is very nice, as are the staff. You will not find a better exercise room at this price! Certainly deserving of a Plus, and the staff is Plus Plus! We will stay here again if we are flying late or early!

I reserved two rooms for myself and my daughter with her 3 children. The hotel was able to accommodate our request to have the two rooms together and even set us up with rooms that had a connecting door which proved to be very convenient. I was very surprised at how LARGE these rooms are. These were NOT standard sized rooms. My room had two queen beds that I shared with my two older grandchildren and my daughter took the room with the king bed for herself and the baby. The hotel provided, at no charge, a crib for the baby. Her room was actually "L" shaped with a separate sitting room off the main room which worked out perfectly as the spot for the baby's "room". In addition, each room had a large peninsula work desk along with various chairs, lounge chairs, and work chairs giving us plenty of seating arrangements. The breakfast was great! Make-your-own Waffles, fresh fruit, various breads, cereals, and oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, and lots more in addition to the various coffees, juices, and milk to drink.

Delta paid for our short stay (midnight to 6am) because our flight was delayed overnight. This hotel was next-door to IHOP so we were able to eat at that late hour. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the design of the bathroom. It is hard to explain but two related people could get ready and have a little privacy too. The shuttle was very efficient.

I have stayed here several times and I love the comfort and convenience of this hotel. Employees are friendly and helpful. I hate that they don't have the park n fly option anymore but the shuttle still runs 24 hrs. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, They have a hot breakfast and if you have to leave before it starts they have a grab and go bag for breakfast.

It is a very comfortable room and motel. The motel is close to Atlanta's airport, so there was flight noise present. I purposely chose to be near the airport to decrease driving time to a morning appointment (very good choice). The airline noise didn't interfere with my sleep. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, sausage gravy, toast, and pancakes, as well as cereal,doughnut, (more items I don't remember). All personnel were friendly and helpful.

No sleeping unless you use ear plugs, Airplane go from the time we check in until 1 or 2 am then stop. right about that time trains start sounding off moving up and down the line about every hour or two.

I am always anxious when I have to travel to Atlanta, even more anxious when it requires a trip to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. I made the reservation the Saturday following Thanksgiving. I have never seen this property, but as a rewards member I sought out BW first.I was so very pleased to find a great property in a good location, with friendly, courteous service! I will be staying at this property every opportunity I have to travel through Atlanta. Thanks

My wife and I stayed here for one night using BW points while visiting family that was in town for a business trip. What a great hotel. Easy to find. Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept like babies. We got a room on the 8th floor, as I requested the highest floor possible, and got the side facing the airport. We were able to walk out on the balcony and watch the planes. That was very nice. Yes there were plans landing but once I got to sleep I didn't hear anything. It was a great stay and if I'm in the area again I will definitely stay here again.

This property need renovation. There are other properties in the area that would probably provide a more comfortable stay. Very noisy (planes, trains, and Mack trucks all night long) . They do provide earplugs .

Hotel was very nice. It was located near the airport. They even provided ear plugs to help with the air traffic noise, which was no problem at all. It made the early morning trip to the airport easy and convenient. Very clean place and the staff was very friendly.

We picked this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle, we have family who live in GA and were leaving early for work and we didn't want then to hassle with taking us to the airport. It was easy on/off the highway. it was clean, the staff were very friendly. If your not use to highway or airport noise you might not want to stay there but if it doesn't bother then it's great. There is construction going on behind the hotel but didn't bother us. The breakfast was a great spread as well. Lots of options both warm and cold.

This location is more like a traditional Best Western and not their upgraded “Plus” Hotels. Old stiff beds, smelly elevators, and a few bugs in the room. I checked out a day early. Best Western Plus, nope.

Yes, it is very close to the airport, but the air operations shut down at 10pm and do not start again until 6am. Quiet, comfortable, IHOP is part of the complex (ate dinner there twice), easy on and off I-75, excellent view of the airport and the Porsche Experience Center across the street (which I have been to twice - note pre-reservations required, no walk ups). Best hotel in the area and a very reasonable price for the amenities.

Ear plugs were provided by the motel for the plane noise level. The train at 4:45 am was also a awakening experience. Still rested comfortably even with noise. Front desk personel were very helpful with local directions.

For the price the Best Western Pluses are stepping it up. The room was clean comfortable and large. They are starting to try and compete with the mid range hotels (3 star). This hotel was about 5 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a suite for less than what most rooms cost. It was clean with refrigerator & microwave. In an industrial area, but some good restaurants near by. Issues- bed a little hard, outdoor pool closed for season, no hot tub and 3 computers and printers in business center didn't work. Shuttle and breakfast staff very accommodating.

The location is not that attractive rest of the things you can ignore and value for the money is not met. The staff in the hotel goes out of their way to help you. I think when you park you park your car at your own risk and there is no security in the night.

I had decided to stay at this hotel because most of my out of town family was staying there before attending my husband's funeral in downtown Atlanta. As a grieving widow, I desperately wanted to be near my daughter and her family, I will be forever grateful to Jennifer Evans, the front desk supervisor, for her compassion in making that happen for me. I also appreciated the breakfast bar. It had silk soy milk, My grandchildren have milk allergies, so that was wonderful. Thanks so much for making a sorrowful time bearable!

Staff is awesome. But this hotel is just old. They've tried to hide it with paint and carpet, but that's not doing it. The place needs to be gutted and rebuilt from the ground up.The elevator creaks and groans as if it is 50 years old. I used the stairs after my one and only ride in that thing.

Dirty sheets. Enough said. Guests should not have to request clean sheets upon arrival, only to be told Housekeeping is off duty. We had to wait until morning to have the issue address with management.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. It was a little loud do to the proximity of the airport, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. The kids loved the idea of see the planes land from so close.

I stayed at this property for an overnight stay this past Sunday and it was a great stay. We had just came from see the Atlanta Falcons game which the hotel was only 6.6 miles away from there as well as only 10 minutes from the airport which was very convenient. The outside appearance of the hotel was a little uncertain, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly front desk manager. The room was spacious and included a balcony. I also loved their stand up showers in the room. They had two restaurants that were well within walking distance. All in all I will be back.

We had an unplanned nightstop in Atlanta after not being able to take our flight. We booked it late that night and the rate was reasonable. Free shuttle provided and welcome from night receptionist was friendly and efficient. Room clean and beds comfy, spacious but dark. Hotel is a little tired throughout but clean. Free breakfast good, limited hot options but make your own waffles, muffins and bagels to toast plentiful. Enough to get you on the road . Had a long wait after checkout until our flight so able to remain in the lobby area undisturbed and enjoy free coffee before heading back to the airport. If you want a reasonable place to rest your head for the night then this hotel is very acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel. I would have enjoyed my stay more if they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Nonetheless, the breakfast was good. I didn't enjoy the bacon at all. However, the area was clean and the food was presented well. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Overall was okay...chose this BW for its proximity to the family member we were visiting.....next stay at different location and drive further only because of airport noise.....hotel was accommodating and suited our needs for place to sleep/shower

Not luxurious, but very convenient to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and local Porsche headquarters. They are close to the world's busiest airport, so be prepared for plenty of jet planes flying overhead. Beds are comfortable, rooms are nice, internet service is reliable though having to log in every time you fire up your computer is a pain. Their complimentary breakfast is tasty - I recommend the eggs and biscuits.

Excellent location. Room very very comfortable. This is a safe location with security on staff. I recommend this location for those training at the Crowne Road Postal Facility. The staff was very courteous and polite. The breakfast had variety.

This hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all my years of travelin. to start off when I got here the staff took forever to attend me! as soon as I was attended I was given my key card and I went up to my room. May I mention that the elevator smells like urine? I went into the bathroom and noticed there was a bobby pin on the floor and a hairball in my bath, I went ahead and I called the lobby and told the staff to please get it cleaned up so they brought up a person from the cleaning crew and She told me that the bobby pin was hers that she had dropped it by mistake and she got rid of the hairball it from inside the bath. she left and I proceeded to go to the bed, I lay down and when I looked on my side there was a brown pillow from which I was removing off the bed and when I turned around and had a white stain on it as if something had fell on it either cream or cream cheese or something white . I decided that I needed to tell the staff about it as well so I went ahead and called and told them that I needed a pillow replacement because the pillow that I had on there was dirty so they told me they were going to send somebody up from the cleaning crew to change the pillows and make the bed so they went ahead and did that while I was out but when I got back all I noticed was that the pillow was gone not replaced. few moments later I went to the bathroom and I noticed that on the handle to flush the toilet was a fecal matter stain I found this very disgusting but I figured I was going to just let that slide and clean it up with a wipee. I will just put it as a review for other people to know my experience, I also went to heat some water for me to drink a tea but when I go to take out the cartridge from the coffee machine it's still had an old coffee bag that somebody had already used I thought it disgusting that they had not cleaned the coffee machine they had not washed the pillowcases they had not cleaned the bathroom correctly so this leads me to think that they probably didn't even change the bedsheets not to mention that I had to sleep with the floor all wet the entire time because according to the staff there was a water leak inside the room because of the rain. I found that the staff was very nonchalant about everything that I was complaining about as if these things were normal in a hotel. I have always stayed in different hotels and never encountered problems like this not even at motels. I'll never recommend a best western.

We where offered rooms in this hotel by Delta because of a missed connection flight back to Europe. Very friendly staff! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet and free shuttle. On the not so great side..the rooms are definitly very noisy, but you got earplugs offered for free. The shuttle service was free but we had to wait a long time to get back to the airport as there where to many people checking out at the same time. The breakfast buffet is OK..but the whole buffet was so messy and although there where not many customers..we had to wait quiet a bit for the buffet to be filled again. The waffles are amazing though. Overall an average stay but really not on the bad side! The rooms are really clean and fine for a comfortable sleep. Regards the Heck Family from Luxemburg

Delta put us up here after a long day with several flight issues. It was clean, close to the airport and staff was friendly and shuttle on time. Apparently they include breakfast as well, but we left too early to take advantage of that. The walls were a little thin as we could hear other guests and road noise, but for a quick convenient hotel at the airport, this was more than adequate.

Hotel was conveniently near the airport. Yes, it was noisy because of the airplanes but what can you expect staying so close. We didn't have a problem with that, plus hotel provides earplugs. Room was clean, sheets appeared clean, bathroom was clean. The room was overall a great value. The hotel did have a broken elevator but 2 other ones were working so no problem there. Breakfast was good, better than continental breakfast. A variety of menu items both hot and cold. We would very likely stay there again.

Can't believe Delta sends stranded customers to this place! Not clean , loud and moldy rooms. The shuttle driver is the rudest I've ever seen. Shame on Delta and BW. Almost 20 minutes from airport next to busy loud interstate and under approach of major runway.

I arrived very tired but I perked up a bit during the check in process. The young man who completed my registration was very exuberant about the Best Western Rewards Program benefits. I even had a chance to spin a wheel for a bonus prize where one of the options was a discount at the IHOP restaurant right across from the hotel entrance. Once in my room I was very pleased with the comfortable bed. They even offer ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I asked to be on the side away from the freeway to just to ensure any noise would be minimized from the traffic.

One of the worst experience and best Western I ever had regarding housekeeping and cleaning I do not recommend this to nobody you will regret your stay here I suggest you go to some of the best westerns

The hotel is ideally located in the vicinity of the airport. I was happy to find a couple of fast food restaurants next to the hotel. Although it appeared a bit old, but staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The wifi is not at its best but the beds are comfortable. Overall, a good overnight stay provided by Delta Airlines!

I picked this place because it was very convenient to I-75 as I was traveling south after the events of the total eclipse. First the good - it is convenient, literally right beside I-75 South with a very easy on/off. The room was huge, the A/C worked well (good news as temps were in the mid-90's), front desk personnel were very cordial and efficient, and the morning's complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold items. And now for the obvious - it's right beside both the airport and the train tracks, so expect lots of train and plane noise and use the earplugs they provide! It really was not too bad for the conditions, but I might drive further down 75 in the future to find a quieter place. My bad!

We were delayed on our honeymoon due to bad weather in New Orleans and were given a room at this hotel by Delta. I was expecting something very basic, but this hotel is lovely! The pool is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! Every time I came down or called for something, they stopped whatever they were doing and helped me with what I needed. Everyone had smiles on their faces and it was such a pleasure to stay with them for the night. A big plus was also our grab and go breakfast bags to take on the shuttle to the airport. Thank you for a great stay!

BW is always a great place to stay. I overly love their balconies! The staff was extremely courteous and acted friendly. hey weren't bothersome like some hotels staff can be. The girl at the front desk was nice and made sure we had everything we needed even after we got into our room.

Very helpful staff. Good choice of breakfast items. Coffee, tea, ice water and fruit during the day. Sam, the van driver, was very helpful with picking us up at airport and also dropped us off at the Delta Museum and picked us up.

As you probably know the area near the Atlanta airport is not the most awesome area to begin with but if you want a hotel that's just convenient and very reasonably priced that includes breakfast this is a good choice. Is it the most up-to-date hotel not really but everything was clean ,convenient and the staff was helpful. We stayed here for two nights as we were picking up a car at the Porsche experience center right across the street. Hotels courtesy van was able to pick us up from the airport when we return the rental car and drop us off at the Porsche experience center across the street.

This was a nice hotel, close to the airport for the money. While our experience was mostly a good one, there are a few things that were inconvenient. First, our room was not all clean. It was surface clean, but there were still crumbs all over the floor and I had to wear shoes the whole time because my feet would stick to the carpet. Also, the ice machine was located on another floor and the elevator was ancient and took FOREVER! Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Our flight was cancelled so the airline put us up here. Very clean, very close to the airport, and free shuttle to the airport. Staff was helpful and sympathetic to our situation. Our flight was out early the next morning so we did not have the opportunity to try their breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. My only suggestion to the manager is to have the housekeeping staff check the lights when cleaning as we had a couple lights that were not working.

Nice clean hotel. Right across the street from the airport. We watch planes take off and land. We came to ATL for a Braves game and didn't want to spend a fortune on a room for 1 night. Our room was clean, coffee and cold water in the lobby. The lady working breakfast was very nice to us. We got down stairs a little late and she brought us out some waffle batter. I greatly appreciated it because we had some cranky hungry kids! My only complaint is the 5th floor ice machine didn't work, but we survived. Also the hotel provides ear plugs if you dislike the nearby airport noise.

This was not a good stay all! I would not recommend this hotel for anything! The front desk staff was horribly rude! The worse customer service I've ever experienced! The hotel decor looked like a motel! The pool ambiance was a construction site, and the rooms were even worse!

I stayed here compliments of Delta when I volunteered to take flight the next day. Process was really quick; i.e. took about a minute to check in. Elevator took me to third floor and the layout is such that all rooms are close to the elevator. The common areas are well appointment. Room is quite nice.

The hotel was super expensive and not that great. The front desk lady wasnt very friendly. She seemed like she didn't want to be at work. The elevators were super slow! The room was pretty clean but had a weird smell.

Spacious rooms, breakfast, pool, fitness center, security. Clean and very comfortable. You can see the planes coming and going from the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. Coldest air conditioning in Hotlanta.

This was an unexpected stop over in Atlanta and we managed to book via Booking.com at the last minute when the hotels advertised at the Airport courtesy phone base were all booked up. We were very tired after a long haul flight and were grateful for any bed and were provided with a friendly welcome and ease of check in. We were a bit concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, and the noise of the nearby freight trains (especially since ear plugs were provided so this was a known issue) but at some point must have successfully slept. If a member of your party enjoys watching aircraft never such a prime spot could be found to watch the worlds busiest airport in action in the comfort of an armchair. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfy and the facilities on site were more than ample. Anyone staying please pay patronage to the lovely little gift shop attached where we met a most delightful gentleman shop assistant/owner who originated from Ethiopia (if our memory serves us correct). The breakfast was adequate however a more varied selection would be welcomed.

This hotel has a bad problem with nats. They were everywhere to include in the coffee and around the food at the breakfast bar. Someone needs an exterminator! The hot breakfast bar could have more options as well. The hotel has some sort of construction going on around it. Looks like it is still being renovated. PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THE BAR ACROSS THE WALKWAY THAT THE HOTEL SUGGEST!

Loved the balcony and view of the airport. I was concerned about the noise, especially after seeing the earplugs on the nightstand. However, I slept peacefully without them. Even the train didn't bother me (it's no different than a loud car going down the street) Loved the free parking and breakfast. Easy access to major highways.

The only problem was the nets in the room. and slow elevator. the gift shop was great and the location of the hotel was minutes from downtown atlanta. With all the traffic it was really quiet at night.

Good price for a quick stop while traveling on south. All rooms have balconies overlooking the airport traffic. Air conditioning was wonderfully cold all night. Included breakfast had specialty waffle maker with sprinkle bar that was fun for kids. Chicken patty did not look good at all, making us afraid to even try it. Customer service was friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night!

This hotel was clean, but definitely dated. The elevator made some uneasy noises and not the smoothest ride to & from the 8th floor. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was comfortable and the hotel is close to plenty of places to eat. Some of the group didn't like how close we were to the airport and train tracks & complained of the noise, but there were earplugs on the nightstand in the room (I didn't use earplugs and slept through it all).

Everything was great! Nice place and great people! I think the girl who checked me in was named Chelsea? She was very kind and helpful! I would gladly stay here again!!! I wish we could have stayed longer

My mother, daughter, granddaughter and myself spent the night here on the way to Florida. It was a nice clean room Front desk help were friendly. There is an IHOP restaurant across the parking lot which was convenient I'd stay there again

We had a great time when we stayed here breakfast was good and everyone treated us good... everything was good we were satisfied room was good love the balcony we had a nice scenery we will def be coming back

Check in was a little slow going and due to construction, the exterior and grounds look a little rough but overall it was a fantastic value and served our needs perfectly. We didn't utilize all the amenities due to an early morning flight. A 24 hour "grab and go" type breakfast would be nice since for other travelers with early morning flights.

We stayed here when we visited for a concert! We had a king size room with a balcony facing the airport! The front desk staff was amazing! There was a girl working like a 2nd shift at the desk she was awesome! She let us check in an hour early, she had a smile on her face every time we either entered the hotel or when we just ventured downstairs....she was amazing and I hate I didn't get her name! The room was very nice and clean and the shower was amazing! My boyfriend who is a little over 6ft had plenty of room between his head and the shower head! We unfortunately did not get to use the pool but it looked nice! The planes are loud if you have the balcony door open, but if you close the door you can't hear the planes very much! I didn't hear them at all while sleeping! There is a "cafe/bar" beside the hotel, I wouldn't recommend it! The IHOP beside the hotel is nice and full of friendly staff! Overall it was a great stay with amazing staff, including the house keeper! I highly recommend it! We will be visiting again!

Over all a good stay. Good location for getting to the Atlanta Airport. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. We had to jiggle the handle on the toilet so it wouldn't run, but other than that it was a good stay.

A bed with clean sheets - no wire like curly body hairs in the bed and no green nasal membrane on the bathroom wall is always expected - reasonable I think... I will always roll the bed sheets down and look before I hop in. I'm so glad my wife looked. Please understand, I always stay at BW hotels where I can, this is exclusive to this location.

Firstly the staff were polite and very helpful, led by Michael who was exceptional and clearly led by example. For example, the weather took a turn for the worse and we asked Michael if there was an umbrella available, he went and retrieved his personal umbrella from his car and loaned it to us for he day, exceptional service. Remember, this is an 'off airport' Hotel and yes you can hear the planes, but there are ear plugs available in room. The airport shuttle staff were also helpful and 'flexible', it's a good service to/from airport, where you can also access the Marta system for travel Downtown. One comment here and this may not be the fault of Hotel, the shuttle does not pick up at International terminal and lugging bags on free bus service is a real pain (I will be writing separate review for ATL airport). But, they will drop you at Any terminal or Car Hire. Overall our stay was very good and would definitely use this Hotel again. Thankyou Michael and staff.

One night stay after cruise on the way back home. This hotel seems very rundown and in need of updating/remodeling. Our shuttle driver drove what seemed like 50 mph the whole way to the hotel. Long line at check in. Only 1 lady, but was nice. Elevators were old. Door on room was ready to fall off but room itself was nice. Hubby found a sticky spot on the carpet though. Otherwise, seemed clean and all worked good. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle service in am was every 30 mins. and they can only hold 11 people, so be sure to be early or you'll need to wait again.

Room very nice, good bedding. Breakfast was as expected. The front desk seemed to always be in crisis, no one seemed to be in charge and everything went to you know where! An hour and a half to check in??? with a confirmed reservation. Joffery's Café had interesting food but I got 3 medium shrimp on a shrimp po boy. 3. Cleanliness was emphasized. I liked that.

I stayed here last night as I have business nearby this morning. I chose this hotel after research on Trip Advisor in February. My college-aged daughter and a few of her sorority sisters were delayed on a Delta flight and were given overnight vouchers in Atlanta. It was VERY LATE- after midnight. The shuttle driver took them to a HORRIBLE DANGEROUS part of Atlanta and wanted to drop them at an awful motel with a group of THUGS sitting out front. The thugs had low slung jeans, gangster attitude & appearance. They were speaking smack and the girls were horrified and scared to get out of the shuttle. They exited at a nearby hotel with awful long long check-in line. After quick research I booked two rooms for the girls at this hotel and it possibly quite literally saved their lives. They took two Ubers to this hotel. On check-in this hotel honored the Delta vouchers and I was able to cancel my reservations. The girls said this hotel was EXCELLENT and they were happy to be in the BEST LOCATION at the Atlanta airport. It was a WIN-WIN in February so I decided to try it myself. I'm glad I did. I parked my trailer in secure lot. The room fit my needs. Remodeled with nice walk-in shower and hair dryer. Flat screen & fridge. Slept very well. Bed is firm but that works for me. Breakfast was included in very fair room price & included bacon, fruit selection and REAL BUTTER. Wow! That's impressive to me. Someone is making some good choices here. It's an older building that has gotten a face-lift. There is remodeling going on (one of two elevators boarded up) and an interesting assemblage of guests (likely due to the acceptance of airline vouchers) but I highly RECOMMEND IT. LOCATION is SAFEST and the most convenient for Atlanta airport area/ Hapeville. It served my needs for a fair price so I'm a happy camper. I ranked it VERY GOOD. It will be excellent after all remodeling is complete in my opinion.

We stayed here due to good experience last visit. Will think twice for another stay. After a 14 drive we arrived late hoping to get in the room quickly since there was no line. Our mistake. Two women workers (one who had been there from previous visit) felt the need to chit chat rather than wait on us while the one male worker was on the phone with customer. One of the ladies interrupted to stay someone will help soon (meaning the guy when he got off the phone). Inappropriate! In-house conversation should wait until after all customers are handled! The guy was so annoying. He did not pick up on the need to stop asking personal questions (unrelated to the stay) after hearing we needed to get in the room asap due to a LONG drive. My husband asked him to stop the skit and just process us in. His highly exaggerative speech and tone was like he was auditioning for a telenovella part.... clue in attentive to customer needs. He also told us about an undocumented $15 charge to cc before entering the room for incidentals and if the room was OK, then it would be refunded in 10 days. Hell no! That was a first. By this time the two ladies were done talking and she helped the guy focus enough to give us a room key. Not everyone needs to be engaged ALL the time. Be astute enough to read your clientele! He was the kind of person you run from at all costs....lol. The bathroom floor was not cleaned/ vacuumed or washed. The tub had stained caulk (like it hadn't been cleaned in a while) AND there were no "incidentals in the room" to justify $15 on the cc. Had to request a "do not disturb" card since there wasn't one in the room (nor were there local restaurant menus/ info typical to a hotel). No tea in the room either! Do not need much for but $125/night I do expect the minimal standard items.

Had a late work day and no reservations but found the hotel to be close to the airport and 75. Was to late checking in to try the restaurant but the IHOP is always open. McDonald's is located in the parking lot of hotel.

We had a great stay. We stayed here for a weekend to visit the aquarium. Good location without being directly in the city. We were very impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay at this hotel only last a few hours as we arrived late from our flight. All of the stafff that we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The pool happened to be closed which was a bit of a downer but I'm not sure we had time to use it anyway.

I got stuck in Atlanta for the night & this was the hotel that Delta put me in. The room was clean. Otherwise the bed was average as far as comfort goes. The pillows were tiny little squares versus a regular sized pillow. Towels felt almost hard. The decor was not tasteful at all. Towel bar was rusty in the bathroom. The ice machine had been taken out & it was just an empty room that needed to be cleaned, painted & updated. The hallway leading to the elevator looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. I would not stay here again by choice.

It was in a very congested area, no parking because of IHOP, a cafe lounge and Mickey D's... It gave us an unsafe feeling when we pulled up to check in. The planes were loud, may have been the side we were on, and the bed!!! Would have been better off in sleeping bag on ground. Worst experience I've ever had at BW. We were booked for 3 nights but 10 was a big plenty....

My room wasn't ready at check-in BUT I was quickly assigned another one. The check in/out was very efficient and timely. The staff had to Google for directions to a downtown Atlanta site but did it quickly and pleasantly. When asked ,the clerk suggested a very nice restaurant further west on N. Central Av that was really great.The free breakfast was more than expected with eggs,sausage,sausage gravy w/ biscuits,waffles,cold cereals and coffee,milk and juices to drink.I would recommend it and would visit there again.

You will hear planes, but if you can ignore it, this is a very clean room/hotel/lobby, its less than 20 mins from downtown Atlanta. There is an IHOP in the parking area in front of the hotel, there is a McDonalds next door, that has plug ins for electric vehicles.

Overall this hotel was what I was looking for: a clean place near the airport with a free shuttle and free breakfast.The small restaurant across the entrance was a very pleasant surprise and really quite good. Yup, it's loud across the road - and active railroad - from a major runway at the world's busiest airport - but it wasn't really bad. If I had realized the Porsche experience was directly across from us I might have planned ahead for a drive.

Hotel was close to the airport and very convenient for our visit. The hotel surroundings were not very pretty as it was located on a main interstate. There was a 24-hour IHOP literally in the parking lot of the hotel, which was great. The front office staff was not very helpful as they did not know anything about the surroundings. They just looked at me like I was crazy when I ask about the closet way to get somewhere.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel as a stopover from flights to and from Atlanta. Comfortable bed, large room, small bathroom but adequate, no hot water on our second visit, but problem was fixed next morning. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold items.

The room, beds, cleanliness were just fine here, the breakfast was ok. However, the noise level from planes is very high. Ear plugs were provided, but they really didn't help that much. The place is a bit tricky to find, you turn at the IHop. The Ihop is the only restaurant nearby. This is fine for a quick stopover.

+Chantay was very nice at check-in. Room #911 handicap was assigned to us. Clean updated large room. Two queen beds, nice pillows, good size frig, and micro. I liked the view from our room of the airport. The coffee and breakfast were good, especially the eggs. -My only real complaint was the shower water pressure; it was virtually non-existent. -The elevators could use some updating. Overall nice stay would stay again

The service is excellent caring and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The workout area is great to have on any trip my favorite. Best Western is like a home away from home for me and its so comfortable, clean, quiet.

I would never recommend this hotel! Room had a smoke smell, called to let them know and the staff did not offer another room or care. During check out the same attitude was present. Also had to kill a bug in the bathroom.

Hotel offers free shuttle service from/to airport. Arrived super late from delayed flight - 1:00 AM in morning no problems. Simply call their Shuttle number when you arrive at gate, and by the time you take the West exit their shuttle will be there waiting for you. Requested room at back of hotel to avoid airport noise and it was very very quiet. Free breakfast included in very competitive rate. Service personnel friendly and helpful.

I missed my connecting flight, so myself and the whole plane of passengers were given a night at this hotel. The shuttle is small and couldn't accommodate many people, so I decided to let the elderly go on and take an Uber. When I arrived at hotel (around 1am) the lobby was filled with people waiting in line. I asked what the issue was and they said the printer wasn't working so they wouldn't give anyone their room. After standing there for another 30 mins or so while the employee talked to someone on phone in hopes of getting their printer to work, someone in line offered (again) to help (he is an IT guy and said it's what he doesn't for a living). The employee rudely denied his offer of help and they continued to mess with it for another 20-30 mins while even more passengers were filling the lobby (at least 40+ people standing around). When they finally got it working, they slowly started checking us in. By now it was after 2am. I was finally given a key and sent up to my room knowing I had three hours to sleep before I had to leave on an early morning flight. I went up to the floor I was given and the hallway was quiet and nobody around. Walked to my room only to find the door slightly open and dark. Being a lady with some self defense training, I decided to forgo running down to lobby only to wait behind the other 30+ passengers still in line. So I went ahead and checked the room to be sure it was secure. The chair was pulled out from desk as if someone was watching television (maybe maintenance guy) but otherwise it seemed ok. I locked up and prepped to drop into bed. I pulled out blankets to see small hairs on the sheet- ugh! I checked other bed and it seemed ok, so I crawled in for the night. I didn't get much sleep, but was able to rest for another 2 hours. Needless to say, I would never recommend this location to anyone.

We had to stay here overnight due to a looooong layover. Their shuttle service from the airport took a while to pick us up. The room was average. The offer free hot breakfast in the morning, which is always nice. The check in desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Some problems are that it's not as close to the airport as you'd like. Also, food is scarce (at least good food). There's a McDonald's but when it's late, only the drive-thru is open. Sucks when you don't have a car. Everything was closed after 11 PM. The ORIGINAL Chick Fil-A is there. They're open for in-door dining 24 hours, but it's not close and I can't eat that stuff. So make sure you eat at the airport if you are arriving to the hotel late. They offer a shuttle back to the airport which was on time.

We were travelling as a family; two adults and our grown-up children who are 22 and 19. We found this hotel easily and were greeted less than warmly by the receptionist. We gave our name and she looked for our booking and then said “just one booking?” and we said yes and she didn't say another world until she gave us our key and told us where to go (no mention of breakfast location, facilities etc). When we got to our room we found it had one King bed, not a lot of good for the four of us. Our booking clearly stated quad room,4 adults and they do not allow 4 adults to book in to their King rooms anyway so I presumed it was just a genuine error and I popped down to reception to be moved. What followed was so embarrassing, she insisted that it was a third party booking and it was my fault although I showed her the booking confirmation. She then dragged another colleague out who also simply said “can't change third party bookings”, no hello, sorry etc. I managed to stay polite and pointed out that twin and king rooms were the same price so I wasn't trying to fleece anyone by pretending about the booking and I had the confirmation anyway. I asked if the hotel was full and she said no, were there any twin room available and she said yes, could we just be moved please, no because it was a third party booking. I have no idea where the problem occurred (probably a computer glitch!) but it wasn't my fault and it wasn't hers either but I felt she could have tried a little harder to help me. At this point I did get stroppy and pointed out that we needed another room or a couple of us would be sleeping in the lobby! In the end she photocopied my booking confirmation and moved me to another room but not with any degree of politeness! The room was pretty noisy but they do supply earplugs and I don't think you can really complain too much about noise at airport hotels. The breakfast was really poor, the worst we had in the 9 hotels on this trip, they didn't have any tea, no fresh fruit and little choice of cereal. The location was convenient for us and there was a Mcdonalds right next door but it isn't somewhere we will ever stay at again due to the way we were treated.

Nice room, nice hotel. Husband loved that we could see the porsche test driving track from our room and we could watch the airplanes land and take off. Considering we were so close to the airport, our room was really quiet! We had no problem falling asleep, and not only because we had just gotten back from a concert. However, the beds were a tad firm for our liking--but given the long night we had that wasn't really an issue for us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel last minute without checking reviews, because when we arrived at the airport we realised we had left our passports 360miles away in the last hotel. We stayed 6 nights in total while the airline tried to get us back home and the staff where very sympathetic and helpful. Between us we had 9 rooms on 3 levels during our stay and every room was spotless. We've stayed in a lot of hotels on our travels but this was one of the friendliest the staff where so nice and cheerful. It's within walking distance to I hop mc Donald's Wendy's a petrol garage that sells just about everything and a liquor store. I would definitely recommend staying here. Plus it's got a shuttle bus to the airport.

This hotel was great for us. After British airways completely messed up our flights home we were forced to stay in Atlanta for an extra six days. The rates were less than $100 per night which was great as we needed three rooms,the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful also you get a free hot breakfast which saved us a substantial amount of money. Adjacent to the hotel is Joffreys bar and grill I don't recommend this the food was disgusting and over priced luckily just yards away is IHOP and McDonald's and next door to them is a petrol garage which sells beer food and snacks and just down the road from the garage is a liquor store. All in all this is my favourite hotel because of the situation we were in and the sheer helpfulness and empathy of the staff at the hotel if I could give it more than five stars I would. I would also say there is a bit of noise from the outside but this is because it is a airport hotel also each room has cable tv free wifi microwave and fridge.

Stayed here for one night for my layover flight. It was near the airport but was very quiet. The hotel is beside two restaurants (iHop and McDonalds). The room was clean and tidy. The bed was huge and clean. They even provided earplugs in case you need more "silence". Good amount of supplies for toiletries and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options. I can recommend you to stay here for a short time -- but if you are going to explore atlanta, its quite far from the city.

We stay for 3 nights for business trip. comfortable bed & warm welcome service. Breakfast is excellent with choices. good size table for work. There are plane noise till 11PM, so it may be a disturb for early sleepers. They do provide ear plugs though. Overall very good value & service.

I stayed here for less than 36 hours due to a following day flight. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was also good value for money! The location was near the airport, which didn't have any repercussions on my stay. The only recommendation would be for a more 'personal' breakfast.

The hotel is well situated for the return of hire cars at the airport. After a long drive from Pensacola we were warmly welcomed by reception. Our room was excellent with all expected facilities and a great walk in shower. Joffreys Bar and restaurant is immediately outside the front door and serves great margaritas. Also in the same building as Joffreys is an IHOP Restaurant. We enjoyed are one night here as the compact site offered everything we needed for our last nigh before our flight home.

The hotel is a bit outdated but clean. The bed was very, very comfortable. Everyone on staff was always polite and helpful. The airport shuttle runs every thirty minutes during the day, and on demand after 4:30 or so.

Useful location but we found it noisier than other airport hotels - maybe because the rooms have tiny balconies and therefore a patio type door that cannot be as soundproof as a well fitting window. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, reasonably spacious and had all the necessities. The breakfast had quite a good choice but more types of jogurt would be nice.

My family stayed here for 1 night. We checked in really late. Our room was ready and clean. This was perfect for 1 night stay. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Bacon yummmmy!!!! Only pros was the hotel parking Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Our room was provided with ear plugs, im guessing some rooms can be noisey.

Very comfortabel hotel near airport. Fine and big rooms, fine breakfast and good service. Nothing to complain about. Shuttle service is great. Drops at domestic where you can find the Amtrak that connects you for 3 dollars to city center. One single call is sufficiënt for pick up. Also after arrival at the airport.

we needed a place close to the airport because our flight left early so I wanted a fast and rush hour free drive to the airport by the way the hotel also offers a shuttle service. We left at 7 am and 10 minutes later we dropped our rental car off at the car center. Of course that close to the airport there is noise but ear plugs are provided in each room so I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was good and the hotel is located very close to freeways 75 and 285. I would stay here again.

located directly adjacent to ATL airport runways. very noisy. bed was a rock. staff was super nice and professional. breakfast was okay. airport shuttle was nice. blah blah blah blah it wants me to write more words.

By far the worst shuttle service I've seen, and I travel for a living. I recently missed a flight because they didn't pick up when promised. Average wait time is 45 minutes, and you usually have to call the hotel three times because they keep forgetting about you. Every other shuttle comes and goes twice while you'll sit and angrily wonder if the driver is asleep somewhere. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Because they are so bad, I am petitioning my company to permanently drop them.

Nice large room with refrigrator, microwave, coffee maker. Loved the spacious walk-in shower. Was worried that plane noise would be a problem but it wasn't. Hotel does provide earplugs just in case you are a light sleeper. Breakfast selection had all the usual items. Front desk staff very friendly and upbeat.

Hotel was comfortable, even the bed! Close to airport, easy to return rental car from there. Nearby places to eat (must have car). desk staff helpful with directions. Helped get internet connection for me.

Being a Rewards Member, this was not up to the standards I've come to expect from BW. There was a large circle of hair in the shower, the towel rack over the sink was coming out of the wall, the hair dryer would barely stay is it's holder (and fell out on to the counter several times) and the pillows were the hardest I've ever come across. The front desk was polite and stated they would take care of the problem before the next customer, as I did not advise them of the problem until check out. Also, the light control was not good, as there was a white halo around the drapes all night long but this is a problem with most hotels.

The room was large and clean, overall. However there was this blue, sticky gel smeared all over the light switch to the bathroom. In addition, the shower curtain was very short and barely kept the water in the tub. Despite the location near the airport it was relatively quiet.

He was great and had excellent customer service to include helping me plan a day trip around Atlanta. He was very kind and patient! Rooms were updated and clean and shuttle arrives 24 hours a day and is free.

Had to get up at 3 a.m. Take shuttle at 3:30 a.m. for 6 a.m. flight. Booked hotel because of the shuttle; everyone very nice, alert, and helpful. Room just right. Joffreys Bistro perfect across driveway. Will use again. Even plane noise minimal.

The comfort of the room and the beds were excellent; the room was very, very clean. We were able to hear planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport, but this was expected when I booked the hotel; the noise level was not enough to impede our sleep; the hotel did provide ear plugs just in case. I would stay here again.

Very close the airport and They have shuttle service from airport..... Just little noise Other then that there is nothing wrong.... Safe,microwave,tv..... Bathrooms are big enough... Room are ok..... If you have to sleep,instead airport this hotel is very good choise.....

Called because Hotel was not on airport auto hotel guide. Went to zone 3 after stumbling around and asking where is zone 3 which is not 3. Called and was informed that driver was on the way. Called again after 30 minutes, stated driver was leaving now. After over 1 hour off we went Checked in and the found out that they would transport and pickup at nearby eating place. Good breakfast and the transported to airport. Transport is on a 30 minute.

The hotel has everything necessary to have a pleasant stay. The bedroom has a little microwave and a small fridge. The parking lot is free, but it is almost always full. The hotel is close to the airport. It is beside a McDonald's and the Wendy's is just about 50 steps further. The breakfast is included. The price is good.

This hotel has shuttle bus service from Atlanta Domestic Airport, they were very prompt to send the shuttle in after 2pm. From 5am - 2pm, they run on a 30 min interval. I requested for the room with the airport view, could practically see planes taking off right infront of you. The room was super spacious with a king bed and business desk. For some, the airplanes could be quite a bother, but for me, even with a room facing the airport, with the aircon on, I can't hear much sound. There isn't much near the airport, just McDonalds, Wendy's, a gas station mart nearby and an iHop right infront of the hotel. I stayed for a night to catch a flight out, which is really very convenient. Breakfast was interesting, I get to make my own pancakes!!

My husband and I came from Birmingham just to get away for a few days on a budget! The room was nice and spacious, conveniently located to downtown. Everyone was really nice and the cookies in the evening were great! The IHOP was perfect and quick however the McDonald's were horrible! I can't wait to return to stay at this hotel again! I also enjoyed watching the cars at Porsche place and also watching all the planes land and take off! I would definitely recommend this hotel it was perfect!

After a long tiring flight, we appreciated very much having only a very short wait before being whisked off to the hotel in the shuttle bus. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Reception staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We had a long layover but were able to make good use of the time courtesy of the complimentary shuttle to the airport station. This enabled us to get to downtown Atlanta easily and visit the beautiful Botanical Gardens. We are planning to return to this hotel on our way home..

Great place to sleep and close to airport with a reliable shuttle service. Don't expect the immediate surrounding neighborhood to be visually appealing, because it's not. Joffreys restaurant next door is exceptional. The IHop next door is adequate. All staff I encountered were exceptionally hospitable.

In a major bind when our business meeting and 15 rooms were bumped because Microsoft and Beyonce were in town, the Best Western Plus Airport-East stepped in an saved the day. The location was convenient to sales people traveling from all over the Southeast and the provided shuttle was a bonus. Sales Manager, Angela Simeon went above and beyond to make it work for our group. The conference room was well appointed and staff worked hard to provide us with AV and power for our needs. The assorted candy was a big hit and we had plenty of room to spread out 24 people for all of our activities. Angela checked on us regularly and it gave me a lot of peace of mind. Check in went very smoothly and our guests were very happy with their rooms. There were even ear plugs provided which were meant for our proximity to the airport, but I didn't hear that anyone used them as the rooms were quite comfortable. Located conveniently by the interstate, travel to Buckhead was about 35-40 minutes at 5:30 PM which is much quicker than we expected. For a quick bite, don't miss out on the Original Chicfila located a very short drive away. We were also very pleased with the cafe & lounge located on site. After meetings all day it was a comfortable, friendly place to unwind and everyone was very accommodating. I will also compliment Chantay and Anita. Chantay handled most of our check ins and was friendly and quick. Anita was very helpful when we realized someone had left a credit card at the lounge. She not only went above and beyond to locate it, she called me followed up to make sure we could make arrangements.

Room was very roomy -- the shower was extra large with no bath tub to step into. Everything was very clean - room nicely furnished. Breakfast was OK -- typical hotel breakfast... nothing special. Very convenient to airport. Some noise from road and runways but not enough to interrupt sleep.

Chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I even got three complimentary bottles of water when I just asked where I could purchase them. So top service! Did not have any problems with the sound of the planes.

Although this hotel is nice, it is too noisy due to its close proximity to one of the airport runways. This is the biggest disadvantage, in my opinion. To alleviate this problem, the hotel provides ear plugs, which helped a lot. The gym in the hotel has very modern equipment, and the swimming pool is quite relaxing, shaded by a tree line bordering the next property. This hotel seems to be an older building, but the rooms are very large, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff are very courteous and hospitable, always looking for an opportunity to make your stay comfortable, and airport shuttle is available at regular intervals. The location of this hotel is very good, especially if you desire to stay close to the airport, which is only about 12 minutes away. It is also very close to the freeway off-ramp, making it easy to get to different parts of the city and beyond. There is an IHOP restaurant within the premises of the hotel, in addition to another restaurant/café and a bar. There are also numerous standard and fast food restaurants in the area, including a McDonald's next door. There are a few shopping malls in the area, including the Southlake mall, which is only 12 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Noticed the high marks in reviews and decided to try it out. Easy to book and find, staff on the ball, quick checkin and out, expected food services, great restaurants conveniently around with good food choices, clean! A breeze of a stay, no complaints. Will book again.

Staff was excellent! With the air conditioning on I never heard a plane go by. Comfortable beds. Great place to stop on I-75 heading toward Florida. On the south side of Atlanta so your past the traffic heading south.

We stayed for two nights. The room was large and had a tiled big shower. There is a mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, desk and small balcony you can walk out on. I got a 9th floor room facing the airport and it was fun watching the planes take off and land. They provide you with foam ear plugs but if you get a high floor, the noise is minimal. More noise comes from the busy street and the train tracks across the street. The breakfast includes eggs and meat as well as waffles, bagels, muffins cereal yogurt Etc.. I would stay there again.

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Atlanta. Friendly & Helpful Staff. Convenient location. Awesome views. Great value for the money. What more could you want!!! Would recommend that you give this place a try.

We were visiting the new Porsche Headquarters and this hotel is extremely close so we went out of our usual hotel comfort zone and booked it. We were kind of taken aback to see security guards in the parking lot...hence a iffy area? It was a holiday so everything was closed and we never did get to see what was around. I say the hotel is confused because parts are terrific and parts need attention. It doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. If everything was kept up like the lobby restrooms and cafe it would be great. Unfortunately tiles are loose and/or missing from around the elevator and there are dozens of areas that need paint touch ups.And, wouldn't it be nice if the cleaning crew didn't splash dirty floor water on the bathroom door bottoms? The room was a good size & had a refrigerator, microwave (nice touch) and coffee maker. The walk in shower was a nice surprise and the bedding was fine. They give you ear-plugs since you are right next to some of Hartsfield's landing strips. We did ask for a room overlooking the Porsche practice track but didn't end up with one. The staff was pleasant and helpful and they call you after you get settled in your room to check if there are problems.Our a/c wasn't working but someone came right up and corrected the problem. They offer free breakfast but it's always the same old, same old except here the biscuits were so hard you couldn't bite into the bottom. There is an i Hop right outside of the hotel door as is a (what looked like) nice little place for lunch & dinner. I can't say this was a bad hotel but I can't say it was great either. Maybe it's all of the dark carpeting and furnishings but it just didn't scream clean & bright. We checked out after the first night and went to one of our go-to hotels but if you are there for business and only there for sleeping it's an ok choice. All of the other hotel chains are on the other side of the airport.

Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are cozy. They have balconies overlooking the airport. Prices are fair. Would stop and stay again. Free complementary breakfast. You get to see the jets take off from the airport.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Looks like new carpet in the corridors. Breakfast was good. The rooms could use some updating. But all in all descent. Nice there was security in the parking lot when we arrived, although there are many signs that say they are not responsible for the parking lot.

upon my late arrival to this facility I was greeted by warm and friendly personnel. They were smiling and engaging, which made my trip more pleasurable. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed just awesome for resting. The halls were wonderfully spotless and adorned with good taste. I will certainly be a regular when I am in this part of the south again.

A place were you receive the worth of your money starting from the Driver that picks you up from the Airport to the receptionist and house cleaning staff. Conducive environment with discount from neighboring restaurant when you identify yourself as a guest from the Hotel.

Had the same good experiences as Justsaygo13 (even stayed on the 10th floor and watched the planes coming in)! I did try the restaurant right across from the hotel and it was good too.Really loved the fact that I could take the shuttle to the airport, then catch the Marta (light rail transit) downtown instead of driving there.

Easy to find, located in convenient location for travelers by air. Shuttle bus service. Clean, large rooms. Convenient bed. Professional staff. Reasonable breakfast. Working hours of swimming pool makes it unusable.

very satisfied with my stay and hopefully will stay at this location again. great view of airport and location and ease to access highway systems. Bar and grill next door helps and IHOP is just across the parking lot. Parking is very good and so is the security. Nice pool and poolside.

The hotel is located right across the road from the new Porsche Facility. I have stayed here many times over the past 18 years. It is much nicer and modern now. The rooms are a good size with very good work area's. The balcony is small but no reason to go out there. Beds are very comfortable. Overall the rooms are inviting. WiFi works very, very well - you need to get the password at check in. Bathroom is very nice with a hot, powerful and spacious shower. Even with planes landing / taking off very close and the interstate right there the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is buffet with many, many choices - hot and cold. The coffee is pretty so la la but it is available 24/7. The hotel has 2 elevators, lots of parking and a very friendly and helpful staff. There are eating options with in walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the ATL airport running each 1/2 hour. For sure I will continue to stay at this hotel!

Stayed two nights at this hotel. It was the end of a road trip for us, but we did turn in our rental car early and use the shuttle to the airport for convenience. We were on the 10th floor and it was actually enjoyable watching the airplanes come in so close! The noise was not a factor (we were facing the interstate). The king bed was very comfortable, and the room has a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was okay, just the usual but the breakfast area is very large and updated. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. If you don't have a car, there is an IHOP right there within a few steps and another cafe that looked good (menu in the elevator) and McDonald's next door. Down the road there are more restaurants, and fast food, but you would have to have a car. Wendy's, and a Chick Fil A (historic one I think) are there, plus some others. The area looks like it has hopes of being better, but I've always known the airport area is not the best area to stay in Atlanta. The hotel has security outside at night for parking which is good, and across the street is a beautiful Porsche driving experience facility. To sum it up: Nice place to stay, hotel has been renovated and the rooms are really nice; I even liked the shower with no curtain. There are a few details that could use attention, but Atlanta hotels are expensive and this one has value. I would stay here again.

Pls. renovate your old hotels... Pay attention to cleaning. You've the best wifi service in your every hotel. Pls. add different kind cheeses to your breakfast service. The density of coffee is pour. You can not taste coffee. It is like hot water.

We choose this place as it was close to the airport and offered 24/7 shuttle service. The check in was a good and easy experience, we were a group of 6 rooms so this was a pleasant surprise. They offer complimentary BF however we did not get to enjoy this as we left for the airport at 3:30 AM. Shuttle service is great, we coordinated with the driver the night before so he was ready and waiting for us (15 people). If we ever fly thru Atlanta again we would definitely stay here again. The rooms are okay size but the beds are really comfortable. The hallways and the elevators could use a renovation but are not horrible to look at.

I got a voucher to stay here during the Delta airlines outage. Stranded passengers swarmed the hotel, but the front desk staff remained calm and courteous. I had to wait a bit, but once it was my turn the check in process only took a minute or two. They had set some free toiletries out on the front desk for anyone who needed. My room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The room I was given came equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I only used the coffee maker, which worked fine. The coffee kit included 2 powdered non dairy creamers, 2 sugars and 2 sweet and lows. There is also a good sized tv with cable and HBO. The bedside lamps each had two outlets good for charging. The bathroom was also sizeable. there was Pantene shampoo and conditioner as well as a bar of soap in the shower and on the sink. I think there may also have been a shower cap. There was only 1 wash cloth, 1 face towel and 2 bath towels. The major drawbacks were the AC and the noise. the AC was a wall unit - it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature (change it a degree or too and it was too hot or too cold after awhile). As far as the noise, the hotel is close to the airport so you can hear flights taking off and landing, and also has thin walls so you could hear some noise from the next room. They actually have complimentary ear plugs placed on the nightstand for light sleepers. I was ok with the noise, but I can see it being a drawback. I took the free airport shuttle at 5:30am. The shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. It was crowded largely due to the Delta problems but the driver was prompt and courteous. While I was waiting I enjoyed an ok complimentary coffee and glass of ice water available in the lobby. Breakfast is free but was not yet being served (I believe it opens at 6). There is an IHOP just across the parking lot. There is also a place called Jeoffreys Cafe that has a bar and food available for dine in or take out, but when I called to order take out they were so busy they left me on hold for 3 minutes by just putting the phone down on the bar. I then tried to order online and no one acknowledged the order so I canceled it. Again, I believe this was due to the larger than average crowds because of the Delta issues but I would not rely on Jeoffreys for take out if you are staying at this hotel. All in all this is not a bad place to stay if you need clean, efficient accommodations near the airport. I would stay here again.

One of the guest service staff members often seemed to be pre-occupied. Also, the coffee machine had in my room did not work and I had to have it changed four times before a working machine was delivered the next day by housekeeping.

I often stay at BW and have never had issues until this stay. Our iphone 6 was stolen from the breakfast room, and there was police action outside the room in the night. Be aware of this if you book. I wish I had known. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

vary nice if u can sleep thru noise ask for a room facing the airport we watched the flight taking off and landing was a difrant experiance. they do provide ear plugs to help the only time it got noise was in the lateevening and in the morning around 6am during the nite was fairly quit. overall good stay will be back

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but wish there was more fruit available. I would stay here again when visiting Atlanta again.

This is an old building with that old building smell, needs some updating. It was an easy on and off of the highway, staff was friendly. There was no trash can in the bath room and no biscuits for the sausage gravy.

Good, convenient and across from the Airport. Clean hotel and courteous staff, nice workout room, pool, secured parking, and good value for the money, with many restaurants and cafes around. Not to mention, a hearty breakfast every morning.

Stopped here for a halfway point on our trip to Florida, $120 a night made things a great easy price for Atlanta, airport is VERY close so nights may get loud, they do provide you with ear plugs though. Porsche test track right across the road is so cool to see, watched for the first hour non stop as cars flew by on the track. Coming back on the way home. Clean room Nice bed Not the best view but it's something... Nice staff Affordable Nice hotel overall! (Decent pool!)

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was quiet with very comfortable beds. Upon rising was able to get a little cardio in at the gym before a nice hot breakfast... thanks to the staff at BW for a night well rested.

Booked the room to specifically drive up from South Georgia for a fight to Ireland. Was told that they had shuttle services to the airport in Atlanta and we could leave out vehicle parked at the hotel during our trip. Upon Check-In I was told this was not true and the park and fly program has been suspended for a year. Well...not according to their advertisement on the internet through various booking agencies, Google, and their own in-house free WiFi...see the picture! Will not stay at this hotel again. Poor communication cost me a nights stay and now I have to go and secure parking elsewhere...thanks Best Western.

July 2016 my second visit to this hotel, this time around I was disappointed!!!!!!!! The Front desk people are so impersonal, almost as if you are bothering them to do there job. When I stayed at this hotel before they were so friendly, Guess they no longer work there wouldn't fit the mood of the other staff.We were lucky if our cleaning lady even came in to clean our room and pick up the towel off the floor. The breakfast at the hotel is ok you might be better off walking across to the dennys next door. The only enjoyment I got was from their gift shop the people who run that place are very friendly and helpful with a wonderful personality. oh the security guard in the car makes you feel more creeped out than not having one at all. Don't think I will be back. Sorry Best Western

I was put into this Hotel by Delta Airlines after I missed my connecting flight. It was very comfortable. I enjoyed a good nights sleep. As for breakfast they need help. Paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery. I did enjoy my waffles (made by me). No bottled water supplied in the rooms. I would stay here again as an over night stay but couldn't see me staying any longer.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and up to par. The receptionists during the afternoon/evening shift were very friendly and accommodating. The man even offered us water bottles when we were searching for a water fountain. I will say, while everything was great in the hotel, there was one problem with a person working night shift. When my sister and I went downstairs to ask for some towels, shampoo and a razor, we were treated in a very rude manner. Our room was not serviced that morning, even though we asked for it to be, so we simply wanted some towels since we had not received any. Donna, the woman working the desk, gave us a lot of attitude. She told us security would bring us the towels, and we just happened to see the security woman at that moment so we decided to wait for a minute. The security woman was very nice and we were having a conversation when Donna got an attitude with her as well and basically stormed out to get her towels to bring up to our room. We felt very disrespected and awkward in this situation. Other than this, the hotel was great, but Donna put a sour taste in our mouth for the rest of our stay.

Stayed one night as a layover from a delayed flight. Basic room, small bath with shower only and one sink. Hard bed, four small square pillows. Clean, basic room....nothing special. They did have free WIFI and morning breakfast. Breakfast consisted of: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, make it yourself waffles, yogurt, cereals and assorted pastries, coffee, tea and juices.
