Best Western Plus Hotel Monica Royale Inn & Suites, Greenville

The room was clean, large and comfortable. The front desk was well managed and check in was prompt and courteous. The hot breakfast was well stocked. The location is convenient to the highway yet quite. There are lots of dining options in the area

Although this property has some good things about it, the negatives so far outweighed the positive that I would not only NOT stay here but I am crossing Best Western off my list of possible hotels forever. This place has seen better days--cracks and scratches and a broken tile in the bathroom, as well as a broken lamp and a broken toilet paper holder (although both still functioned, which is why I guess they did not fix them). The toilet seat had a crack in it which effectively gave anyone who sat on it an immmediate blood blister on their upper thigh and resulted in yelping by the user. I would have raised the lid and used it that way had the room been serviced on the second morning. We left the room at 10:30 am on Saturday morning, and I told the housekeeper that the room could be serviced. I did not expect them to change the sheets, but I did expect that the wet and dirty towels be removed from the floor and replaced with clean ones. I expected new teeny-tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles, but no luck. When I complained about this at the front desk, I was told that you have to request service from them or no one will enter your room. This despite two informational cards in the room. One said leave this on the bed if you want your sheets changed. The other said any towels on the floor would be replaced. Despite this, the desk clerk insisted that I had to request service from her, not the housekeeper, so I did not get it. She seemed fairly unconcerned and said people complain all the time!! Subsequently, I used the ladies room on the first floor. On the plus side, there is a nice breakfast area with many choices and lots of hot coffee, although half and half is probably too much to ask. The one elevator was a little scary but it worked. Also on the plus side was the pillowtop mattress and nice pillows. Still, at $283 for two nights, I expect the room to be more presentable with at least minimal maid service. Next time we are paying more and staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door or the Hampton Inn nearby.

We have stayed at this property over the years and it always meets or exceeds our expectations. Clean rooms and hallways, very nice lobby and dining area and the best breakfast ever. I would never hesitate to recommend this hotel and the staff. Plenty of dining options available, many within walking distance.

I stayed at the Best Western in Greenville, because I was there on business. I was offered a nice room upgrade, so the room was very nice. The hallway was quiet which I appreciated. The internet was truly high speed. The hot breakfast in the mornings was good. The reason I didn't give them a rating of 5 was despite many cases of COVID-19 in the area, none of the hotel staff and most of the guests didn't wear a mask.

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is great. The general manager, Rhonda, has outstanding customer skills and is a super nice lady. I would give her 11 out of 10 stars for customer service if I could. The lady that takes care of the breakfast, Karla, is another lady with great customer service skills. You can tell that Karla loves doing her job and she is a very friendly woman. I am a Lacto-vegetarian, so I can't eat anything made from meat, fish, or eggs. So whenever I stay here, she always makes me a vegetarian gravy (for thier buttermilk biscuits) along with potatoes O'Brien. I remember one time there was no blueberry Greek yogurt in the cooler, but she had remembered that I usually get that and she asked me if I wanted that and she could get it from the back. Now that is going above and beyond one's duty! One other thing is they have two computers in the lobby and unlike in 2020, the computer speeds are fast now.

We researched all the hotels in Greenville, Texas. While some of the hotels said they had suites to stay in... None of the hotels did except this hotel. With the other hotels (and even the hotels/motels that had the word "Suite" in the name), they defined a "suite" as a room that has a work desk at the end of the bed, and sometimes the work desk would be across the room. That's not a suite to me. A suite is a completely separate room separated by a door. And that's what this "Suite - 1 King Bed" room had. And the rate was reasonable. The hotel and room were clean, and the free breakfast was a full breakfast. It was so good. (Well, except I didn't like the scrambled eggs -- but it might be because I'm using to only eating scrambled egg whites.) Absolutely every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful. Our favorite staff member was Christa.

We complained because we didn't have clean towels, no hot water, and no clean towels. The employee at the front desk took everything personal. This employee became very irate. Started arguing with us. Telling us he had more money than we did. Does this employee think all seniors are paupers. And besides what does money have to do with the problem here. Why would a hotel have such an employee with mental, irate, and aggressive issues. This employee needs to get out of Custer service work. We were very upset. We wanted to call the policy on this person. We visit my son there and liked the location and the hotel, But not after that. Life is too short to have to be treated so badly.

Clarendon is small town in big state of Texas. This hotel was spanking clean, well cared for, excellent breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon plus breads, fruit and cereals. Big rooms. The front desk was not welcoming at all but don't let that spoil your trip. Everything else was terrific! A clue: You ease into the right lane in going toward Amarillo and slide smoothly into their parking lot. There is no street to turn onto as Google maps will tell you. The hotel is ON the land right next to hwy. When it says easy to get to -- it means it!

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. No complaints. No hot tub. We were too tired to check out the indoor pool. Breakfast was a little more than what you would normally find. They had different milks, like almond milk. I would stay here again!

My room was full of black mold and an overwhelming chlorine odor. Within 10 minutes My face and neck were red and blotchy - allergic reaction. The pull out was crunchy to the touch and the bed of it had rips and visible mold. Immediately returned my key - no apologies were made. Also, did not get the room I reserved. Booked a king suite and was told I booked a mini suite - why didn't the reservation say ‘mini suite' if that's what I booked? Went to The Hampton and it was AMAZING!

Clean Hotel, great friendly staff, good maintenance as well. Even after a major freeze that significantly damaged the hotel staff went above and beyond to make the stay still comfortable. And I don't know if Best Western across the board has handled covid-19 the same way in all hotels but this one in Greenville did an excellent job in my opinion.

I got to hotel at 2 pm knowing I was an hour early for check-in. I told the frt desk that I would take the first available room. It was at 3 a room was ready. In the AM I went for breakfast (left my room at 9:45 and had to wait on the elevator then was at frt desk at 10:04 and they said that breakfast was gone. Then about 11, I went down for coffee and there was no regular coffee out. I am unhappy with the service and the hotel hospitality which does not meet the standards I have enjoyed before. I will think twice about booking here again.

Most horrible experience I've had an especially for Best Western plus it might as well have been a budget inn nothing worked everybody how to use our stairs especially to go to top floor up and down the service was horrible the room smelled and dirty their parents at the hotel was horrific

I checked reviews before booking ,and the Monica Royale got decent reviews. The exterior is very nice, but the hotel is worn out inside! I even checked reviews again to see if I had booked the wrong hotel. Staff was very kind, but it just didn't make up for the worn out room w/old drapes, thin carpeting, wobbly table, not enough outlets, and border line clean. For sure it was not up to the standard of BWP hotels we stay in. Disappointing!

Normally I would give this hotel a good rating, however be very aware they have no bend on their cancellation policy. We were going to stay there for a big baseball tournament this weekend, as we have several times over the years. Unfortunately the tournament got canceled due to weather. I completely understand the cancellation policy, but called to attempt to move my reservation to the coming weekend since that is when the tournament is rescheduled. The extremely rude lady that answered the phone told me there was a waiting list for this weekend and I was costing them revenue so I would be charged for the room-didn't even attempt to get me booked for next weekend. No kidding there was a waiting list, it was for the tournament-pretty sure that waiting list disappeared when the tournament got cancelled. . Anyway, I do understand cancellation policies and by the letter of the law I do owe for 1 night. However, in the future I will stay elsewhere when we are in town for tournaments. They just lost a customer that has stayed there several times over the years. I hope they enjoy the last $100 they will ever get out of me or anyone else I can convince to stay elsewhere. Advertised: Free Hot Breakfast - Many accolades NOTE: THIS IS DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC Sunday - NO BREAKFAST The highly touted 'hot breakfast' was just acceptable, Of our 5-day stay, we only ate twice because it was unappealing or we were wanting better quality. Other than breakfast, the pool was advertised as heated and the front staff immediately claim it was 84 degrees and the warmest they can legally/corporately heat it; however, it felt more like 74 degrees. Rhonda was a joy and very personable. Alone, we would give her a score of 10. However, the other staff would rather stay outside and smoke or hide in the little room in the back. When prompted for a question of any need, they acted 'put out.'

The chef that works Monday through Saturday greeted us with a warm, sweet welcome this morning. Even with this pandemic, she worked her hardest to provide a dining room with a home feel and a breakfast that was more than grab and go. Thanks for the smiles and chit chat! (The food was also a 5/5, pancakes and biscuits and gravy!)

I loved everything about this Best Western. The bereavement rates were more than reasonable. It was beautiful, inside and out. Breakfast included an extensive menu and it was all very tasty. The rooms were attractive, clean and comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than my gel/memory foam bed at home. The staff was professional and friendly. You won't find a nicer place in Greenville, Texas with these affordable rates.

I have never been treated so rudely by a front desk clerk. We had traveled for 24 hours straight and went in to see if we could check in early. I was told that no one checks in early. They were so busy the night before that not one room would be available before 3pm. So at 3 PM all of the rooms would magically be cleaned. We had a reservation but Ashley didnt care. She was rude and unprofessional. She didnt try to work with us at all. I will be writing to corporate because I also worked for Best Western previously in Colorado. We go out of our way to make our customers happy. Ashley needs to be removed from the front desk. She ruined this business trip and I will most certainly tell everyone I can to not waste their time here.

Very nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Good or better value for the money. Great breakfast. Room showed evidence of good interior design. Climate controls were simple and effective. Cleanliness was excellent. For my travel, the location was perfect.

Arrived in early evening to be warmly greeted by Stacey. She was friendly and smiling. Winner winner. Up to our room. Clean and comfy. A few minor glitches like the turntable in the microwave was too big for it so it didnt work properly. The plug in the sink didn't go up so water pooled in it. We just took it out. There was peeling paint on the ceiling where clearly there had been some kind of water damage/ leak. All that said, we had a comfy stay. We met Sherri, the Breakfast ambassador on day one. She too was a friendly smiling face. We arent in kansas ( or Houston anymore!). Friendly people. What madness! Day one we teased her because they dont provide newspapers. Day two she made us a “paper” and layed it on our table as we prepares our breakfast. What a hoot:). We totally enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great! The pool wasn't too cold to get into. The gym did not have a weird smell. The room was nice and clean. The person at the front desk takes care of your needs such as asking for shampoo or conditioner. I loved my stay and I would love to go back!

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. The only problem I had was that the pillows for a king sized bed were way too small. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety to choose from. Some of the food was a little cold.

I travel a lot with my work and the office had made me reservations with Holiday Inn Express. I checked in and checked out just as fast. Words can't explain. I had office call this Best Western and I'm glad I did. This hotel is nice. Rooms are roomy, clean, comfortable. The staff has been amazing. But telling you honestly this hotel is as nice as any I've stayed in.

This was a half way point meeting stop to get my Granddaughter back to my Daughter after the holidays. This hotel is a nice change from most others in that it is not the typical rectangle configuration and has a lovely fountain out front. I appreciated the front desk/ entry area decor. Check in was quick and pleasant after a long day driving. The room was clean and amenities in good working condition. The bed was comfortable and ac/heat kept the room the desired temperature. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of great choices and good coffee. Express check out was offered but I opted for dropping by on my way out to get my receipt. Clerk was pleasant and efficient. I would stay here again!

This used to be my go-to hotel to stay. Easy in, easy out, until my last stay. There was a wedding party staying there. The drunken guests kept me up all night, beating on my door, trying to come in, partying in the parking lot. The staff was aware of the situation and did nothing for the comfort of the non-wedding guests. I slept for two hours (maybe) and all I heard from the staff was “Well, you probably got more sleep than I did.” Really? I was paying for my sleep. They weren't! It was probably an isolated incident, but I expected an apology at the very least. I've rented a lot of rooms at this location, but it will be the last. There are other places to stay in Greenville.

This hotel is very clean and safe. The times I have stayed here the hotel is always quiet and the staff is always very nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here to any travelers coming through this area.

We arrived and had issues at check in right away. The poor lady at front desk called her owner for help and he was rude and not helpful at all. Then the pillows were beyond awful. Old and unbelievably flat. I was staying several nights and had other family staying and when I asked about the pillows the owner basically laughed in my face about it. I asked him for replacements and he gave me the EXACT same ones. I refused them and told him I was going to go to Walmart to buy some and I wanted him to reimburse me and he refused. Will never go back and will never recommend this place. We rented the Honeymoon suite too so the best pillows in the place were in there apparently. He was also rude to us several times afterwards. Staring at us at breakfast, making us extremely uncomfortable. It was an awful experience. Their elevator was broken, safe was locked so I could not use it as well. NO HOT TUB either....they have a pool and no hot tub lololol

Exterior of the hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean but they are really outdated. Most of the front desk staff I interacted with were not very friendly. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow for the foldout sofa bed and was told that they didnt have any more. What? You really don't have an extra pillow? Really odd. Not the greatest experience. I don't think I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights breakfast was good better than most. Only issue was carpet in halls were pretty dirty. Seems motels don't really clean hallways anymore.

The room was spacious and better than expected. Unfortunately, some items were not operating properly and microwave not clean and some dusty furniture. Shower door was broken and would not close, thus causing water to spill over to the floor. Fridge did not work. We lost some food as it never turned on. Staff was helpful and attempted to fix, and told us they would offer a discount. We are waiting to see if they will honor their promise.

Great stay at a reasonable price. Hotel and ground were very clean. The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The only drawback is the breakfast. Scrambled eggs swimming in water and microwaved sausage. It would only take a few minutes to make this area as good as the rest of the stay. It seems to be a theme with Best Western. Again, terrific stay.....eat breakfast elsewhere.

I have always loved to stay a Best Western but I will not be returning to this one the pool is slimy and foggy this is the second time I have been there and the pool has been this was and when you ask or say something about it they get rude with you and that is not how you treat your guest also they don't tell u the put a hold on your debit or credit card they let it be a surprise and they is not right because some ppl budget for their trips there and The staff is not friendly and the fire alarm when off in the middle of the night for over 45min and when I called the front desk for the safety of me and my husband the clerk was very rude and they need better training with their fire alarm even though it was a false alarm thankfully but how was the guest supposed to know we was woke up out of a deep sleep so if I was anyone I wouldn't wast my money here next time I will be staying back at the comfort suites where there breakfast is good and the pool is clean

This hotel is quiet, great decor, very clean and near Cracker Barrel. The room was large and inviting and bath amenities good. Easy access to freeway and great parking. This was just an overnight on a long trip, but this hotel was the best we were in all trip.

This is a very nice hotel. I was in a king size suite and it was nice. However, the staff needs more training. Rhonda in particular is not very accommodating when problems arise. Rhonda needs more training on what to do when the system goes down. She can start with an apology and additional accommodations.

Stayed here for 5 days. King room gets 2 bath towels. If you ask for extras they either say they dont have any or go and get them from another room! I have never stayed some where that has had such an issue with towels. They take the towels when they clean the room and then bring the two back to you later in the day. They do not restock the soap and shampoo without you having to call down and ask for more. Hbo has not been working since check in. The breakfast was nice and the area clean.

We stayed here this week. Due to a large storm in Dallas and many residents without power, all the hotels we could find on I-30 from Dallas to Greenville were full. We got the last room at this hotel, and I was relieved to find it. The hotel is quite dated, but to the owner's credit, it is currently being remodeled. There were “wet paint” signs on the wall which I appreciated. My disappointment stems mostly from the fact that the room was dirty. The sheets seemed to be clean but the carpet was not. It needed vacuuming badly. The ceiling fan was very dirty so I turned it off. The bathroom had paint on the floor tile and the tile had dirt. The bathroom had what seemed to be a new lighted mirror, wall tile, and new hardware that wasn't quite finished being installed (several of the grab bars had the end caps unattached). None of the plugs or USB ports on one side of the bed worked. Anyway, this was certainly not the quality I expect from the BW Plus brand. I didn't try the breakfast. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was friendly.

The appearance of the entrance to the hotel and the lobby was lovely. Room was attractive and clean. The clerk noted we were an older couple and volunteered to assign us a room near the elevator so that we would have less walking. I really appreciated that courtesy.

Great stay. Really liked the decor. The indoor pool was the main reason for the stay. The kids liked it. Though the pool was very brisk, our littlest one could not tolerate the cold of it. They have taken down the vending machines and you have to use in hotel store, which is a shameless money grab with prices avout 3x the amount of vending machine or store.

Great place. Very clean and fresh. They were undergoing some renovations but we did not see any of it or have any disturbance because of it. The pool was very nice. There are chairs to sit outside in the sun as well.

Upon arrival I was checked in fairly quickly...got to room and there was a box of trash left in front of the a/c. Took box to front desk and minimal apology was made. Booked a room for 4 and was provided 3 towels...when I asked for more towels I was questioned about why I needed more. After 15mins I was provided 2 more towels. And the following morning after room was cleaned I was given no towels and told that they had no more at the moment. The pool areas also had no towels and the hallway stayed wet. When checking out I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed and said yes....it's been 24 hours and still no email even after I called again to get an email sent.

I stayed in the Hotel in Greenville, with my husband, it is close by good shops, restaurants and stores. Nice hotel, friendly professionel personnel. good bed, everything you need available and clean hotel and good breakfast. Good neiborhood

Arrived at this motel after a long drive. Got in room and found it to have very comfortable bed with a ceiling fan and a refrigerator with a freezer box and other amenities. Good air conditioning and quiet room. Nice breakfast and nice indoor pool. Will definitely stay here again if i am ever back in this area.

My flight was cancelled coming in Dallas due to weather. I tried to get into Dallas on multiple airlines as I had a job interview and wanted to be there. I had no luck and unfortunately couldn't make it. I kept Best Western updated as my flight got delayed that I would be late check in and then finally that I wouldn't make it as my flight was cancelled for weather. They charged me full price and I never stepped foot in the state. The night team told me to call in the morning and try to talk to the manager. I did that and she was rude and couldn't be bothered to talk. Stayed they were busy and the policy is 4pm and hung up. Well I didn't know it would be cancelled at 4. Will not stay at this chain again. The Westin was more than accommodating and refunded me the entire amount since the situation was beyond my control.

no one ever in lobby to great you Plan on standing there for a bit until they realize you are there, Make sure you know you must ask for maid service if you stay more than one night, know you must plead for towels when in a VERY COLD pool, no blow dryers in the room and when asked for one the front desk staff argues with you and searches your room. Brought to managers attention and she did nothing, would not even TRY to make it right or ask what went wrong. Did not care when I mentioned I would be updating TripAdvisor and Notifying Corp. NOT worth the extra $$ to stay here. Told by Locals the other 2 options close by was much better. Should have moved after first night as it never got better.

I had reserved the honeymoon/jacuzzi suite for my husband and I as a getaway for one night. I reserved online, got the reservation confirmation email, later got the reminder email, and even AFTER my "assumed" stay an email to rate the hotel. However, upon arrival to the Inn we were told that my reservation could not be found and the room we reserved was already occupied! As I wanted and planned for the private whirlpool tub I had to go to another hotel. I will say that the front desk did help me find another hotel but I would not recommend their online reservation to ANYONE!!!

My husband and I visited here from Phoenix and originally were just going to stay with family but we happened upon this little gem and decided to stay 3 nights. Each morning we had fresh, hot breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. There's a great 24/7 workout room and indoor pool to make it that much better. We loved it and would recommend it for those on a budget that want a luxurious vacation.

We stay here often when we come to watch our daughter play softball for A&M Commerce. The people are wonderful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is a big plus. The receptionist, Rhonda, is a doll. She is helpful and friendly every time we visit. All around a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay there. It's in a great location and close to everything that you'd need. The price is not bad as well so it's definitely a good place to stay. The people that work there are very welcoming.

Every morning, Monica is at the breakfast bar full of smiles. She does a magnificent job keeping the food hot, fresh, and fully stocked. She always goes above and beyond and her hard work hasn't gone unoticed.

Arrived at hotel to find it was being renovated for future guests, what about current ones? Pool room cold. 2nd floor stunk. Bathroom floor dirty. Front desk lady just said we are renovating, didnt offer any solutions.

I am LIVID with my experience at this property. We made a reservation in the town we live in for the sole purpose of using a spa tub. The website showed photos of a spa tub but the description of room amenities offered either said bathtub or nothing at all. I tried my best to ensure we got what we were looking for. Upon checking in, we saw we did not have the spa tub and went directly back to the front desk to investigate. We were told only the honeymoon suite had this accommodation to which I inquired about and we were given no resolution. I asked for a refund and was told we'd have to speak to the manager on Monday. I tried calling management and they directed me to call Expedia. I explained the situation and there was still no resolution. Despite asking for a refund, we were declined EVEN THOUGH we checked out within 10 mins of checking in. I am livid that the management offered no resolution or compensation and will never recommend this property to anyone. Ever.

We had to make a quick business trip and literally made the reservation as we were enroute. The online booking was fast and easy. The room was exceptionally appealing as well as fresh and clean. Amenities in the room included a microwave, mini frig and safe.

I checked in late on Thursday night Jan 17th, and was greeted by a very friendly lady at the Desk. Around 9:30am on Friday a room cleaner came to my door and asked me if I needed towels. I said, I have not called for towels. I went out around Noon time and while I was out, I called the Hotel and asked to please send someone to change the batteries on the safe since I tried using it and it was showing LOW BAT. I came back to the Hotel around 3:30pm. The room is not made up yet, so I called the front desk and asked for my room to be clean and the lady at the desk I will sent someone right away, 40 minutes went by and no came to the room to service it or a call back from the desk, so I decided to go in person to the desk and the desk clerk said; your room was not service because you declined service, so I guess by someone offering towels and I said NO, that means I declined Service? I asked the desk clerk? and she said YEA. On Saturday, I left the Hotel at around 11am and I requested to please clean my room. Luckily it was cleaned, probably because I requested? On Sunday I left the Hotel at around 11am again, and I removed my DND from the door, and I assumed since it it 11am, I don't have to ask for it to be cleaned. Well I came back to the Hotel around 9pm and to my surprised! the room was NOT cleaned, so I went to desk again, and this time the Lady told me that if I had a DND on the door by 10am, that was an automatically refusing service, which I find very ridicules explanation. NO apology of whatsoever, the only thing she said was ( I will informed my manager) I checked out on Sunday and still no apology: when I came to the desk to check out on Sunday the 21st, the only thing the lady said was (you want a hard copy of your bill or email) No apology of what had happen or even a thank you for staying there! Again, the lady who checked me inn, was GREAT! and I think everyone should be like her! sorry I didn't get her name.. You wanna see a record of your log book if you have one! See room 106. Jan 17-21. ... Check your hand towel holder, it is coming off the wall, check the toilet seat cover, it is all loose,

Love this hotel... Stayed here many times.. Pool is clean, rooms clean... beds comfy, food good... staff friendly.. what more could you want? if you really want a great time, book the Honeymoon sweet with the heart shaped hot tub!

During our out of state vacation we decided to select a hotel on the long drive home. Versus making 650 mile trip in a day, we split it up to give ourselves a break. Greenville TX happened to be a good stopping point outside of the busy Dallas area. So we naturally selected one of the top rated hotels in the area, that was reasonably priced. We must say this was actually a better vacation experience than the "resort" we stayed at the week prior in another state. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, good hot shower, removable head, good water pressure, etc. The bed was soft and comfortable. The TV was of descent size with accessible HDMI port. Although for some reason, it was a little dim. No way to adjust picture quality. It featured a mini fridge, microwave, chair, desk, etc. Basic amenities as you'd expect. Only slight negative would be the internet. I was only getting maybe 2-3MB/s at best. Enough for basic streaming, internet, and gaming. As an added bonus, they do have wired internet connectivity and cable at the desk. Breakfast on the way out was a pleasant surprise. Not because it was "there," but because it was actually tasty. The eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. All quite good. I've already joined their reward program and look forward to future visits. If Best Westerns in other locations are as good as this place, we'll be visiting here a lot more.

Used these folks a few weeks ago for a conference room for a business meeting. Not only was it fair priced, but they were over the top getting everything ready and checking on us. Would book again without a hesitation!

I have stayed in the nearby Hampton Inn, a hotel in the same property class, and felt that the Hampton Inn is a better choice because of its more centralized location to the main drag in Greenville. On the other hand, the Best Western was a bit less expensive. On the other hand, the complimentary buffet breakfast is really awful at this Best Western. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was satisfactory.

We had an appointment the next morning in Greenville and we live in Tarrant County so we could have make it home and back, however we were tired. I called the hotel to see if rooms were avaliable and if i could use a promotion i had saved. The receptionist was very friendly. She was also willing and able to help me figure out the requirements of the promotion. When we arrived at the Best Western, the appearance was lovely. The area was clean and just the right amount of lighting. I really enjoyed the stay and will return. The beds were particularly comfortable.

We loved this hotel. Clean, well maintained, good location. And the value was exceptional! Honestly did not expect that nice for the price we paid. Very pleased with our choice. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend .

Couldn't have asked for a better"stay". From the very first phone call to the final checkout, personnel can't be beat and I've stayed in plenty of hotels. Room was beautiful, bed was perfect and breakfast very satisifying. This was a bereavement stay and will stay again if the need arises.

This may look like an older hotel but don't let the looks fool you. The rooms have been remodeled and the beds are oh so comfortable. If you are there on Tuesday or Wednesday they have a managers reception. Just some free snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. You will love this hotel.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel!!! I stay here several times a month and everything is always on point!! They do everything to make my stay easy and enjoyable. There is a lady name Christi that works the counter at night when I check in, she is always kind, solves problems, always smiling and prompt. So thank you Christi (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) thank you for making this traveler have a great experience! I will be back for business and personal!!

We contacted the Best Western about being a central location for our daughters wedding. We had family and friends from several different countries and several different states. Patty was fantastic! Helped with many different things including reserving their meeting room for a pre-wedding mixer as well as an after party. All of the rooms were perfect! A wonderful value and very clean. The lobby is large and inviting. The morning breakfast is also tops! The check in process was simple and easy. Above everything, I must tip my hat to the staff! Each and every team member was excellent and made our special day perfect! I would recommend Patty and this location to anyone for any event - it was that good! Five stars for sure.

The Best Western Plus has the best beds in town! The breakfast is good too. They have waffles, eggs, sausage, OJ, apple juice, assorted breads, cereal, milk and coffee. The staff has always been quick and courteous. Plenty of parking so no issue there either.

Staff is very friendly, area nice and quiet, rooms very clean, breakfast was very nice, the pool was closed down when I was there that is the only thing that I could find wrong I was looking forward to go swimming I would l stay here again

An outstanding stay from the moment I turned into their driveway. Beautifully landscaped, a beautiful fountain, perfectly groomed lawn, and plenty of parking. The lobby/reception area is amazing. Beautifully decorated with a great tribute to the Air Force. Dining area clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great !! The entire staff was awesome. The room was also great, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and a large desk for business.. An overall GREAT 2-day stay..

You will find that the employees like to work here. They are warm smiling and attentive. Indoor pool and free breakfast are a couple amenities you will surely love. Fantastic Manager's hosted customer appreciation happy hour on Tuesday and Wednesday beginning at 5:30, (don't miss it!)

Everything was great except the front desk staff.....she was rude! The pool was green and the pool area wasn't very clean. But the room was very nice and clean and cold. But other than the rude lady everything was great!

Best hotel bed I've slept in in a long time. Great towels. Fridge even has a freezer option. A family would be a bit cramped in a double bed room, but it is a very nice hotel for the money. I would and will consider BW Plus as my first option for our family on a super tight travel budget. Also, their biscuits and gravy was SO GOOD!!! Probably one of the larger breakfast areas I've seen in any budget friendly hotel. The hotel is right across from a Walmart, which is very convenient. The elevator was quick and well-maintained. The vending machines were very limited. The laundry was nicely maintained and clean.

As traveling military I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again. Patsy was very unhelpful and clueless. Rhonda was very helpful and knowledgeable. The fact that I booked my room through Expedia and it clearly states that the hotel takes cash but if you bring cash it is not accepted. So for a room that you paid for 2 months in advance and you drive down from chicago to check in to the last thing a traveler wants to hear is that you cannot check into your already paid for hotel unless you have a credit card with $25 on it that they can prematurely charge you for damages that you haven't even done. So after an hour and a half of talking to desk clerk

Clean, recently remodeled and good people working there. We loved it. It was close to the family we visited. Easy walk to dining options. It was a very safe and secure hotel. When we return to Muscatine, we won't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel itself is nice enough, although it is outdated and in need of repair. Where repairs have been done, they were not painted over so you can see where walls were just patched up. Lobby was nice and the rooms have a nice layout. Breakfast was also nice and the breakfast attendant went above and beyond. My issues started at check in. I was traveling with family and we had two rooms. We checked in for both and were asked to provide a credit card for incidentals. No problem, very common. We did so, and nothing was mentioned about express checkout or anything else. That was fine, as I planned to pay with cash at checkout. The morning of checkout, I received a receipt via email showing both rooms were charged to the credit card. I went to the front desk to checkout and fix the bill so I could pay with cash and was told only a manager can do that (she said she “didn't know” how to do that, and put air quotes around didn't know) and she was alone all day sonothing could be done. The manager was at home and couldn't access the system. I asked if we could call a best western national number for help but she said theywould just tell us to get with a manager. She basically said nothing could be done about the issue and I was out of luck. The rooms also could have been cleaned better. One room had a dirty restroom mirror while the other had food stains on the door (which I was able to easily see and wipe away) and toothpaste from a previous guest was still on the sink. The manager did email me back saying I booked the room at an early rate, so that was the reason the payment method couldn't be changed. I don't remember that at all during the booking process, but ok. Regardless, I do think the staff should have at least known that information to pass along.

Room 216, standard double, booked one night on points and one on revenue booking, called hotel twice before arrival to make sure they understood we wanted to stay in same room and not change. Was told fine to come down first morning check out of stay the night before and check into revenue booking for that night.....easy peasy. Well we arrived on friday night system was down, we asked if they could give us a room.....more than once. was told no way to check us in with credit card.....we finally called another hotel made res. and then when we were about to cancel with BW we we offered a room. we got to room and at 930p they called to ask if we could come down and take care of credit card....this was the night that was on points anyways.....we were in bed. next morning went to check out of the first night res and in for the 2nd night and went back to room to get a couple of things and key cards did not work. finally got it straightened around......the hotel is fine, we could not find a way to turn off ceiling fan, is close to many restaurants and good location off I30. dont know if i would stay again as it seems the staff if a bit under trained and i had a similar experience at another BW plus stes.......so may be changing my loyalty.

There is nothing about this hotel we did not like. Just one night passing through, we found this super clean, updated hotel. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and comfortable bed and linens. Handy also to have a mini fridge, microwave and safe. A quick visit to the gym and indoor pool (warm but a bit cloudy water) got us hungry for breakfast which, although “serve yourself” is actually cooked, and not microwaved, in a real kitchen. Breakfast included hot and cold choices with 2 kinds of meat (sausage or bacon) and Eggs (pre-made cheese omelets or hardboiled). Lots of nearby restaurants for dinner. Friendly staff. Great value.

The outside and lobby of this hotel are amazing, pulling up I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep in the outside appearance. Right off the interest wal mart and any kind of restaurant you would want to eat at are all within 5 miles and there's a few within walking distance. If traveling back this way with a stopping point we will chose the Greenville location every time now.

The bathtub faucet dropped, the outlet in bathroom was loose, the switch plate covering it was cracked, no blow dryer, coffee machine broken. Loud guests across hall from 2200-200, called front desk multiple times to no avail. Called guest services and hotel manager. Manager, Christian, stayed no policy in place for loud guests but management is always available. Too bad I didn't have his number. Been a guest since 2014, but won't be back.

We spent 2 nights in a wonderful Honeymoon Suite! Separate living room with wet bar, huge bathroom with huge walk in shower water coming out in 2 directions, separate jacuzzi room with TV and bedroom outside the jacuzzi room. Would love to stay there again. Very clean and accommodating hotel! Highly recommend!

Have had extended stays here over the past 6 years and will stay again. All staff we have dealt with were efficient, cheerful and helpful. The facilities inside and out are neat and clean. Nice hotel. Rooms are fairly spacious and open and clean. A few mechanical repair issues but I would defiantly stay again. Rooms insulate noise well. I was down the hall from a high school basketball team and might have heard them only once.

I will stay here again! Quiet! Clean! Decent price! No problems during my stay. I inspected the shower, looking for dust, hair, or anything like that. Passed my inspection. Bed felt a bit hard for my taste, but I slept very well, so no complaints.

Very nice hotel. Decor was good. Rooms were clean and new. Loved having a ceiling fan in the room. Breakfast was your standard fare (waffles, muffins, bananas) plus eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Lots of stuff to pump up your food.. from honey to hot sauce. Hotel is very quiet and seems to have mostly business travelers and families. No funny business going on.

This hotel was reasonably nice. The pool water look cloudy. Lampshade had holes. The bed was comfortable and it had a 42 inch TV that worked well. Hairdryer in the room didn't work. They just need to spend some money on this hotel and it'll be great.Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and it was kept fresh.

I am happy to announce that our hotel will be going through a large remodel of our rooms that include the furniture and soft goods, as well as a refinishing of our pool area over the next year. We understand how important it is for a hotel to stay fresh for its guests and I hope that you will love the improvements that will be done.

This hotel provides many amenities typically available only at higher-cost hotels. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The desk area was well-lit and had enough outlets within reach for electronic equipment. The breakfast offered many healthy options (along with less-healthy, but very tasty and popular options!). This hotel also has a nice indoor pool. In the fitness room, the elliptical didn't work properly, but the other equipment was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We were pleased with our stay and hope to stay next year when we will be in the Greenville area again. The regular rooms were booked so we stayed in the king suite, which we enjoyed very much. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the closet door was behind the door going into the living room. We would have to shut the door between rooms to get into the closet but it is not a deal breaker. We would stay hear again. The staff and location was awesome.

Our weekend stay for the Bob Wills Fiddle Festival and Contest was very enjoyable. We received a nice festival discount. The breakfast area was very clean and well-attended. The food was fresh and was kept replenished. The biscuits were light and fluffy; the gravy was perfect. The hotel is located on the south side of I-30. There is plenty of parking. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Rhonda, at check-in, was very helpful, courteous and cooperative. Thanks, Rhonda, for taking care of us. Our king room was clean and comfortable and included a microwave and refrigerator. I felt right-at-home since the room had a ceiling fan and that is what we have at home. The bed was very comfortable. If I had a complaint, it would be the crappy (pun intended) toilet paper! I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Nephews wedding was right down the street so it was a very convenient place to stay. Also got to see some of Dallas. Went to the Dallas World Aquarium. Great place for a family outing.

I've stayed many times in this location including living there for about 1 1/2 weeks after our house burned. The staff has always been friendly and the rooms have always been clean. The breakfast is rotated so it's not the same thing everyday and it's always hot and fresh. We have stayed in the basic rooms, the two room suits, the mini suits, and the honeymoon suits and it has always reached our expectations.

Almost everything about this hotel is okay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are old fashioned but well kept. Attractive pool. Wifi very slow. Laundry machines old. The place just needs a facelift.

Half way from Austin to hot springs , arrived around 4 PM and was very friendly staff Room was nice and large and very clean. Ceiling fan in room with microwave and refrigerator and , coffee maker . In the mornings free breakfast nice dining area good breakfast . Only problem is you need electric outlets by the bed for sleep apps .

Great stay, comfortable rooms and bed, but please bring back the real eggs and not powdered ones. Not everyone likes sausage eiher so bring back he bacon. Love he pool area and the exercise equipment.

My stay was satisfactory. Could have have stayed all four nights at BW but it was fully booked for day 3 so I had to move to another Hotel from days 2-4. Would also have loved a uniform rate. Rate was tied to volume.

This place was beautiful! We traveled through looking for a place to stay outside of Dallas that was within our budget. This place was better than what the reviews stated. Our room was SUPER nice! The bed was so comfortable and although there were a lot of guests it was very quiet. All the amenities you could ever need. Close to restaurants and right off the interstate. We will make this our permanent hotel choice when we are in the area. If you have any question on where to stay, this is your answer!!

Very nice hotel, good decor, the bed was very comfortable, even a ceiling fan in the room. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts, and the lady working the room was very helpful. I have stayed at this location for 20+ nights. It has always been great. The staff is very courteous and attention to detail. Tuesdays and Wednesday nights they have free snacks and beers down stairs to meet other people staying at the hotel. Billy and Rhonda are usually working the front desk and always have a smile on their face.

We checked in hotel was clean desk clerk ok seemed a little off ( maybe tired) hotel was clean, breakfast was good the beds were great we were tired of driving morning staff was friendlier good place to stay

The hotel is clean and a nice place to stop on a road trip. The beds are comfortable and lots of pillows. Quite nights sleep. Usual breakfast. Fitness facility is nice. Indoor pool. Outdoor seating. Pleasant staff.

One table lamp did not work at all and another was to be a three-way lamp but had only one setting. No trash cans in the suite, only in the bathroom. A desk with one chair only but nothing for anyone else. This was a suite with lounge chairs that could not be used at the desk.

Hotel is undergoing renovations which allowed for odd odors through tout...must, paint, etc. Room AC was loud and not the most effective. The smoke alarm battery started chirping in the middle of the night. Trying to navigate to the hotel is also difficult as it is not directly off the highway, though you can see the sign on the hotel building from the highway.

We stayed here this past weekend and I could not be happier with this hotel. The hotel itself is amazing, beautiful lobby, nice decor throughout and great looking rooms. The service was great as well, very polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly people working here. Another definite plus for me was the complimentary breakfast running all the way until 10am. That gave me ample time to sleep in and still be able to enjoy a warm delicious breakfast. The wonderful lady who was working the breakfast area that day was amazing, she kept everything stocked and clean and was helping people out with whatever they needed. To top things off checkout is at noon, I couldn't have asked for anything else from this hotel for the price I payed. Great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I was here on a business trip for two weeks and stayed at this hotel. The room is very clean and well maintained but the best part which really made my stay here were the staff. Traveling away from home for this long can be difficult but Billy & Kimberly made my stay here at ease and I felt at home along with the rest of the staff. Great management means great staff, so they are definitely doing something right. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers and they also have a really great gym that you can use less than a mile from the hotel, just be sure to ask the front desk for it.

Hotel was immaculate and staff were extremely nice and helpful.Offered extra assistance to become apart of the rewards program and completed it at check-in. Followed up after arriving at room within minutes to make sure all was ok.

This best western was so gracious, quiet, clean, comfortable and accomodating. We traveled for business and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Showers are HOT, BIG TV's in the room too and Ceiling Fans. My group was very pleased with everything. The breakfast bar is one of the best !

Room was great. Breakfast was good. They only had sausage out on the buffet but the attendant heard me talking to my husband about wishing that bacon was available and offered to cook some and bring it to me.

Our room was on the third flood and down the hall around two corners. Great layout as far as I'm concerned. Room and beds were great! Breakfast was, first very clean, and had everything we like. PLUS the coffee was AWESOME!!

Stayed during Thanksgiving and was very disappointed to learn I would have to make my bed and clean my room. That's not what a paying customer should have to do. We've stayed here before and everything was very good,but this time was very disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Wonderful room. Good breakfast. Convenient to get to. Friendly, helpful staff. Made for an enjoyable experience. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to any traveler, whether business or pleasure.

Friendly attentive staff, great rooms, close to restaurants and shopping. Competitive pricing and convenient to Texas A&M Commerce...Go Lions! This is the second time we have stayed at this Best Western...we were not disappointed. You can walk to several restaurants and there is a Walmart directly across the street. Excellent Staff!

Excellent stay! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! They accomodated us without reservation. The service and room were excellent! The suite was spacious! Had a living area, separate from the bedroom..kitchenette.. full spacious bath . Both bedroom and bedroom had TVs. Wonderful!

I loved this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I had used my points for one night and was paying for the next night. The web site I used, I had to make two separate reservation. She put them together for me. The room was very comfortable and clean. I think these were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The only problem we seem to have was regulating the room temperature. But that was just a little thing compared with our wonderful stay.

The room is nice - not huge, but adequate. The location is very quiet yet close to coffee, food and shopping. The breakfast was better than the average restaurant and the service was very friendly! I left off one star because cleanliness is my number one criteria and while not bad, I did see a few things that I would have liked cleaner.

Another trip to Greenville and another stay at the Monica. We stay at the Monica because it has always been very good. We are there 3-4 times a year for 3-4 days each and have always been satisfied. The rooms are neat and clean, bed comfortable, breakfast good and it is convenient to the Interstate and anywhere in Greenville. Billy is a super front desk person and we look forward to seeing him every trrip.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past three months due to work. This has been the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at. The hotel itself is wonderful, plush and up to date with amenities. The staff are kind, caring, and courteous. Any issue that may arise is handled on the spot, no matter the issue with the costumers needs first . The management are kind and inquisitive into how your stay is and if you need anything. Housekeeping is superb and reliable. I give this hotel 5 stars and it is a stay worth remembering especially with the affordable prices. The manager Ms. Diane bends over backwards to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The front desk Associate Mr. Billy is one of the best I have ever had attend to my staying needs. The rest of the staff are superb as well.

Stayed here one night in August 2016. Very clean and well kept hotel, hotel staff was very courteous and always looking to help make your stay more pleasant. The free breakfast was very good, the waffles tasty. Having stayed at several Best Western's, this hotels breakfast was the best of them. The beds in our room were very comforable with nice linens. I will most likely be back to the Greenville area and I know where I'll be staying.

This is THE most wonderful Hotel EVER! The staff, the Manager, Diane, Billy,Rhonda, and Carrie are just wonderful people and the hotel itself is spotless and very elegant. Breakfast had a lot of choices and Carrie made sure everything was fresh and well stocked. I just can't say enough for this Hotel. Staying there made our trip! Housekeeping was very prompt and detail oriented also. Thanks for a GREAT visit!

Usually, it's hard to go wrong with a Best Western, but this one was a nice surprise. The hotel staff was very friendly, and there was a manager's reception in the dining area that consisted of chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, and a selection of beer for free. The hotel has an upscale homey feel, nothing out of this world contemporary or fancy. The rooms expand on this feel, with furnishings I would expect to find in my favorite relative's guest room. The rooms have ceiling fans and overhead lighting, a pleasant minor detail that you don't find in a lot of rooms. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the HVAC is more than adequate. For a hotel right off of the interstate, noise was non-existent. The bathrooms are brightly lit and clean. If you're looking to stay in Greenville, you won't go wrong here.

The bed was awesome !!! The hotel as very clean. BIg lobby. good breakfast. they had two people working the front desk when we checked in after 10 pm. thats hard to find even i the more expensive chains. whoever is running this place knows what they are doing.

Hadn't stayed at a Best Western in years. They have definitely come up in the world. No complaints. Rooms were older but not worn. We just stayed over night and it was a late in /early out but very pleased with hotel.

We went as a family to drop off my son for college and decided to stay at a Best Western, because I remembered staying at one in Corpus a few years back and being impressed the breakfast. Our hotel of choice, the Hampton Inn, was completely booked up for the night. As we were turned away, the lady behind the counter did offer us advice- stay at the Best Western Plus across the street. I haven't stayed in a best western in a long time and had no idea what to expect. Walking in to the lobby, we were greeted by Billy. He was helpful, kind, and got us a room booked quickly. When I mentioned that they had no bar type amenities (we were road weary and exhausted so a night cap would've been nice), he walked me straight over to cooler-type area and I chose 2 Texas beers. They were COLD and delicious. (Free of charge I think). Much appreciated!! Room (king) was very well kept and clean. Mini fridge, desk, tv, chair, and clean bathroom. We slept fantastically and awoke to an amazing breakfast before we got back on our trek. Thank you Billy!!

Although it was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is well off the highway it was certainly worth the effort. Our stay at the Best Western in Greenville, Tx was very enjoyable. It was very attractive and clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the staff, especially the evening desk clerk ,was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at BEST WESTERN Plus Monica Royale Inn & Suites was better than what I had expected. The room and Hotel is as close to "as clean as you can get" when it comes to hotels and the staff was professional and courteous. The staff also kept the breakfast fresh. Definitely worth the stay. I wish all the hotels I visit were like this one. It is also short distance to the freeway. And no noise / very quiet.

In town for business. Upon arrival received a best western rewards members goody bag. The beds are super comfortable. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. A full complimentary breakfast is served each morning. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

This hotel was amazing! After a terrible experience at another hotel, I booked my stay here the next evening and could not have asked for a better place! The man at the desk was incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. The assistant manager was also very friendly and she too did everything she could to make sure I had a great stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet. I was very pleased with breakfast in the mornings, and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area kept every thing fresh, clean, and was super sweet!

Very nice atmosphere. Rooms had microwave and a refrigerator. I needed a walk in shower which they have. Breakfast: Waffles, scramb eggs, Sausage gravy & 3 kinds of cereals... Cracker Barrel is next door. Very nice beds too.

This hotel had the best employees that I have ever encountered in a hotel. They went out of their way to help us with the banquet room so we could all gather for an unexpected funeral. They went above and beyond. The hotel is really pretty inside and rooms were so clean and comfortable. The ladies cleaned them so well. If you are in Greenville, Texas I recommended this hotel you will not go wrong. Billy at the front desk was so nice and easy to work with. Pool was indoors and so clean but overall this hotel is spotless

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Monica Royale Inn & Suites and it was the best and the nicest BW we have stayed at and there have been quite a few. The service was outstanding when we checked in we received a nice bag of goodies and water, the room we were in was very well decorated and the rest of the Inn was extremely well done nicest we have seen. The breakfast was A++++++, they had a bit of everything, sausage gravy, sausage, biscuits, Danish pastries, scrambled eggs, waffles, the way to sum it up is this, in order to appreciate the beauty, the service and all that went with it, you really need to stay here. My wife and I stayed here when it first opened it was excellent. We returned here and were... well disappointed doesn't cover it. Straight out of the elevator, the hotel the air was stale and dust was all over. The room was dusty, not to mention dark from the neglected burned out lights. Imho, just pass this place up.

First impressions can not be done over. Best Western Plus Monica Royale Inn and Suites made a great first impression. From the outside is shows great care was taken to make a good impression, neat, clean and well maintained. None of the litter that gets blown around found its way to this Inn. We were greeted pleasantly and well received No stumbling over finding our reservation. I was even told how many points I had as a frequent guest of Best Western. Never knew I had that membership. The room was large, bright and appealing to the eye. The maid who prepared the room took apparent care in making it look appealing and welcoming. For the next 4 days of our stay, when we returned for the day, the room looked just as pleasing as the first, made up with care. Breakfasts provided a variety of the usual selections. The worker who was responsible for this function took pride in her work. If breakfast items were getting low, she informed those that appeared to be looking at the presented selections, more would be coming up. She also made sure the tables were cleared of left over cups and plates left by thoughtless guesses and the tables were wiped clean. Though we did use it the Inn did have a pool and a workout room both appearing well maintained. The Inn also had a section where one could purchase sundry items, snacks, candy, bottled water and other drinks. Would I stay at this Best Western again, you bet! In a flash!

A new hotel, it was tucked behind other hotels and a little hard to find. The only criticism was that breakfast was average and the drink dispenser was not operational, limiting the juice choice to orange.

We stopped in Greenville Texas for a short stay on our way to San Antonio. We visited an elderly aunt and uncle and were able to connect with a cousin we had not seen for 9 years. We wanted to hit the road in the morning but the cousin wanted to meet for breakfast. We asked if he could come by for breakfast at the hotel and the evening desk staff said sure. We had a great but short visit at breakfast. Thanks so much Best Western. The beds were wonderful, room clean and very nice. The pool was a little cool but nice. Our 10 year old grandson said it was the best room we had ever stayed in. The room had easy to clean flat surface TV remotes. Wonderful touch for cleaning

Such a friendly place. Miss Carrie sets out a beautiful breakfast, and provides SUPER HOSPITALITY. Would have given 5 Stars but a few things are dated. I also wish they had a hot tub. But it is quiet, and a good night's sleep.

This is a beautiful hotel - great value for the money. We've stayed there several times and have always been more than pleased with the helpfulness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and facility. Room and hotel looks and feels like a much more expensive hotel - terrific bargain for the price.

The hotel was very nice. The room was of the highest quality. I encourage anyone staying in Greenville, TX to use this facility. For the most part the staff seemed very nice. They greeted me with professionalism.

Just enjoyed the staff...especially Mr. Billy. I would give give him 100%. He always really nice and accommodate me when I called down for extra towels or just anything period. He always did it with a smile. Yes the Hotel was outdated...needs to update. The hotel is puppy friendly...I had to move early because my allergies...it smelt like puppy in the hall wall. The carpet in hall wall needs to be clean really good to get the spots out. I had to ask 3 times for them to change out the shower curtains cuz it had mold at the end of the curtain. Finally the housekeeper came and change it. But over all it was a okay stay.

We had just spent 8 hours loading a truck for a move and spent 2 hours in Dallas Traffic -- just wanted to unwind -- asked if they had a Jacuzzi or hot tub --- she accommodated us AND IT WAS SPECTACULAR!!!!

The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel on the inside is a bit dated and the hall carpets need to be cleaned or replaced badly. I couldn't get the internet to work at all. It is a no smoking hotel, which is great. But, if you enter or exit from the rear doorways, you will have to navigate through a cloud of smoke from employees on their breaks. Very unpleasant.

Excellent experience on all levels. The cost was lower than competitive brands. Service was over the top and met every expectation. Breakfast was good and fresh. It helped that a staff member was present at all times to answer questions and keep things fresh. Is that 200 characters?

Great Hotel! Beautiful Décor as you walk in the Lobby & the most comfortable beds I've EVER had in any hotel! They always go out of their way to make you comfortable & happy! I stayed in March 2016, CRISTA at the Front Desk was very sweet & helpful. And I can't say enough about BILLY !! I believe he's been there several yrs & you can tell because he's very knowledgeable about the area & a real professional!

For the money, this hotel is comfortable, clean and a handy place to stay when we are in this area. The staff are friendly and helpful if presented with any request or problem. We have stayed here several times when visiting this area and have never encountered any problems.

Found this place on our way to San Antonio. Traffic and construction slowed us from stopping closer to Dallas, so kid's were tired and we needed a room. Booked online while pulling in. Front desk was very nice and helpful even for close to midnight. Breakfast in the morning was great, hot, and plentiful. Not too crowded and the staff was very hospitable and nice. Would definitely stay here again if need be.

Great service, great breakfast, wonderful employees. The suites are comfortable and great during our baseball tournaments. The pool is great and the facility is always clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make things right.

The hotel was easy to find and very accessible off I-30. Lots of restaurants, fast food, stores around the area. Bed was comfortable and room nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed one might on our way home after traveling our of state.

Had a nice easy stay while we visited the local college. The hotel was clean, neat and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool but wish there was a hot tub. The breakfast was good and was well presented, especially the biscuits and gravy.

Travel to CA from MS 2 to 3 times a year we try to stay in this motel. The motel is convenient to access and in vicinity to several restaurants. The motel is near I-30 and Wal Mart. The breakfast is adequate but typically are on the road before it is available at 0600.

Had stayed at this Hotel in 2014 so when we had to attend a funeral in February 2015, I had no hesitation in calling this same hotel. Billy the person I made the reservation with was very helpful & sympathetic. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff were all friendly. We acquired a small dog on this stay and the hotel didn't hesitate to let us keep her in one of our rooms. Outside is very well kept and there is a ton of parking available. Close to gas stations & restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Clean, close to best places to eat. Pool seems to be out of service a lot. Breakfast is one of the best !clean,have all items,good coffee, good service, I had a feeling that the mgr Diane has a attitude problem ,she was not friendly needs people skills. People don't need to see that. The beds were not as comfortable as before and there were bugs outside and watch out for fleas when taking fefe out for pepe.

We come to Greenville to visit family and we tend to stay at a hotel. We have stayed at this hotel twice I just love this place. It smells clean when you walk into the lobby. Rooms have always been comfortable and clean as well. My boys really enjoy the indoor pool and we all love the breakfast.

Very nice, clean room for the price. Comfy bed, nice linens, and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast was very good, fresh and well-stocked buffet. Just what we were looking for!

Stayed one evening and was pleased with our room. Bed was comfortable. Room was a decent size. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant. All in all a very nice resting place. The hotel itself was gorgeous, hard to believe it's a BW.

My husband and I spent one night here on our way to San Antonio. I was able to get last minute reservations. We were delayed two hours in traffic and stopped here for the night. Rooms were clean and nice. Hot breakfast was free. It was ok. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay when traveling through. Would recommend it. They have an indoor heated pool but we were in a hurry and just stopping along the way to San Antonio.

This appears to be a relatively new hotel. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable with a choice of pillows. We wanted a ground floor room but they appeared to be gone. Billie at the front desk checked further and was able to find one that was near a rear door. This was perfect as we had our dog with us and meant we did not have to go through the front lobby when taking him out. The breakfast was good. Great place for a single night or more.

I was treated like a prince in a palace. Beautiful hotel with awesome employees. I travel a lot across the country, I was not ready to spend too much money on trips again because my company insists on cutting down, so I got this hotel with a fantastic rate through priceline. With the price my expectation was not much. But I was surprised when I got there and it felt like a Kings palace and I got a treatment of a prince.

We were in the area for the funeral of family member. Our experience here helped to easy the sadness of the time. I was happy with our stay and recommended it to many people the next day. I would definitly stay at this hotel again if the need arises to be in the area. Lots of good restaurants nearby also..Would like to have had more fruit variety at breakfast and softer towel..Both minimal to the overall experience.

This Best Western Plus is newish, very attractive, and in a great location within no traffic easy walking distance of several high quality eating venues. However, the first room we were assigned was not clean and had a strange smell. When we asked for another room we were given a room that looked and smell fine; however, in the middle of the night we found out it had a bad bed bug issue. They ate us alive. It's the kind of thing were you think its nothing or you are dreaming, but when you really wake up and see the bites you realize they had you for dinner. It was awful. This could be a great hotel experience, if you get a good room. We did not..

This is not a subject to be taken lightly and one that is acted on immediately. Although we have our hotel inspected regularly for any evidence of bugs, we also follow up immediately on any guest concern. In the case of this contracted pest control provider was on site next day. The pest control company did a thorough and documented inspection of the room along with executive housekeeper and found no evidence of any stage of a beg bug. We appreciate and are thankful for the concern and awareness of our travelers.

The hotel was clean, very well decorated and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good, even though at that time the waffle maker quit working. I would not count that against them, as they made attempts to fix it immediately.

There were some maintenance issues. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property just needed some work. The pool was murky, the price was too high for the locale (versus similar hotels) There were some nice stuff too.

I had to go and meet my family this 3 days. My sister had a full house with my mother and brother so I chose to stay in this hotel. There were a few problems but the staff and cleaning people were totally committed to solving every single one of them. I had a great stay and a wonderful time with my family. I appreciate this very much.

This property is very clean, the staff is very courteous, and it is located in a location where there are many restaurant choices. The property is away from the interstate so it is very quiet. The morning breakfast (included with your stay) is suburb.

We stayed at this Best Western a year or two ago and decided to try it again after remembering that we had a good experience before. Again we were not disappointed. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, good breakfast, all of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Lobby is spacious and the breakfast is larger than most. This place is behind the Cracker Barrel and is well off I 35. It's about 45 miles from Dallas which makes it a convenient place to stop before heading into the cities.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and eager to create a positive customer experience. The lady setting up the breakfast went out of her way to respond to issues, and requests. She even brought water to our table and offered to pick up dirty plates. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is old world style. It's not your cookie cutter hotel decor. The hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were great! To get a 5 star rating, I recommend the hotel refresh the breakfast pastries. They looked and tasted like a lower quality buy. We will stay here again!

Professional & courteous staff, clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel looked like a "Palace"...well decorated interior, indoor swimming pool, exercise room, & other wonderful amenities. The room was large, very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a very large flat screen television. Can't stress it enough...this was an amazing experience at an incredible rate.

Excellent value! Good service except we were there for several nights and I think our room was only vacuumed once. Other than that all was well! WE had the suite with the bedroom separate from the living room and it was perfect! Bed is comfortable, plenty of cabinet storage space for a multi-night stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a trip come up unexpectedly as we had to travel down to Texas. We had a good friend in the Hospital and we needed a Hotel to stay at. BW was our first choice and we found one close to where we needed to be. As it turned out it was an excellent Hotel and we would stay there anytime.

I love this hotel. When staying in Greenville TX, I don't even consider staying anyplace else. The service is great, value perfect. The staff is very good at their jobs. Facility is beautiful as you drive up, and gets better when you walk in the front lobby. The breakfast, Complimentary, is delicious and well presented.

I enjoyed almost every aspect of this facility. The exterior and lobby decor and architecture are welcoming. The desk personnel were hospitable and personable. Breakfast was very tasty, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the black-out drapes. The only two areas that need improvement are the appointment of the fitness center and the lighting of the pool: insufficient equipement and uninviting lighting.

Enjoyed our brief stay at this Best Western. Only stayed one night but the employees were nice and friendly. Room was clean and ready for our over night stay. We ate breakfast before we left. The food was hot and very good. There was a variety breakfast food and juices to drink.

I specifically requested that the room be made up and they did not do it. They claimed that we had do not disturb up but we didn't so the maid must have just put it on there and not cleaned the room. Very unhappy given the fact we specifically requested the room be made up!

Not your ordinary Best Western! Upscale furnishings and decor make it feel like a 4 Star hotel, but at an affordable price. Extra pillows, indoor pool, and buffet breakfast were a huge plus for us! Staff was very accommodating when we were in need of extra toiletries. Would definitely return!

Another trip to Greenville from Alabama and it was so nice to stay at the Monica again. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good to start the day and Billy kept the coffee fresh throughout his time on duty. Its just a great, convenient place to stay for a few days.

This is the property to stay at when in Greenville. Great location and upscale. Right off Interstate 30 and restaurants all around you. You cant stay at a better hotel for the rate. The Honeymoon Suite is amazing!
