Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn

We were on a road trip and our car broke down at 3:00 in the morning. We called this Best Western and I was so impressed with their service. They got us into a room and only charged us for a half day. The room was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel provided a breakfast with the room and it was a continental and hot breakfast. It was very good, hot and fresh with a good variety. I'm adding pictures of the food because the websites room picture is accurate. This hotel was the one bright spot in a pretty crappy vacation experience.

We paid $40.00 more for our room than we were quoted because they couldn't find our reservation in the computer. Because of this and the lack of concern by the manager Delia, who I called five times, I left messages and my phone number with front desk clerks, she never returned my calls. I am not giving this hotel a good review. Accessible rooms are not very safe, not equipped with handrails where needed,

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows are tiny and flat and are not really pillows. They scare the crap out of you when you first get there and you have to walk in egg shells the whole time today.

Our stay was made even better by the attentive and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of choice for everyone. Highly recommend

Room keys stopped working every day. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to make new keys. Toilet seat was loose. Terrible housekeeping: K-Cups, coffee cups, towels, shampoo not refreshed daily. Trash cans not emptied. Four outlets don't work. Wi-Fi connection is terrible.

We stay here every time we come to Farmington. It's comfortable, conveniently located and the staff is awesome. They keep the property clean and safe. There are shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Only 5 minutes from San Juan College.

Great location next to many shopping/dining options. Room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Breakfast was pretty good with enough options to satisfy most people. Some of the staff(housekeeping)were great, others not so pleasant. Room rate a little high for what it was.

This is a very beautiful Best Western tan by the WORST Management we've ever came across. Not only did the management rip us off points , they also charged my husbands card. Even after contacting them and being placed on hold for over 20 minutes , it took numerous attempts by us to try to get this resolved. The manager Dalia Childers would not even take the time to talk with us, instead she used her Front Desk agent Faith to do all her dirty work. The most unprofessional so called management we've ever came across. As a previous business owner myself, and a previous employee of BW I would suggest people looking for a room in Farmington to seek other hotels. As far as BW Corporate they are the best. Please continue staying with Best Western, just not the Farmington Best Western .

Beware: this hotel charges $150 incidentals fee & has 2 pages of paperwork to initial. Bed ok, pillows ok. Sink outside terribly cramped tub/shower & toilet room. Breakfast ok. Only cheese omelet svailable for egg choice. Usual other stuff.

Great location. Right in the center of Walmart, McDonalds, the mall, etc. No issues with my dog. Clean room, good view. Nice grassy area for animals. I highly recommend Best Western Plus over any other pet friendly hotel.

This is a generic BW in a Target parking lot. It's very overpriced for what it is (although this is Farmington where rates are too high, so that's why). It was one of the worst hotel nights of my life, and I stay in hotels 3+ months/year. First, they put me in an (upgraded, so...yay?) room that reeked of cigaratte smoke, to which I am allergic. Exhausted, and after a *very* long wait just to be checked in, I decided to just gut it out rather than complain. I spent a miserable night. I did complain the next morning, and the friendly staff were willing to move me. Apparently the problem (so they said) is that the air intake for the rooms on the front side of the building is over the outdoor smoking area. So, beware of this, and if you have sensitivities to cigarette smoke, try to stay on the back side of the building. The second thing that happened was more disturbing. I was awakened around 10 pm by insistent pounding on my door and shouting "open up!" The person wouldn't stop pounding, and started rattling the door handle. Too sleepy to think clearly, I opened the door (you should NEVER do this!). It was a food delivery person who had the wrong room. They were apologetic, but this should not have happened. Most hotels make guests meed delivery people in the lobby to avoid exactly this sort of thing. This incident could have had a very different ending. I will not return to this property, and I have informed the management.

We are incredibly grateful for the staff here at this location. Chelsea and Dalia kindly mailed our daughter's violin back to us. We left it there and didn't realize it wasn't with us until 4 days after checkout. They saved us quite a bit of money. Their entire staff is kind and attentive. The breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. We are very thankful and will return.

Very clean, friendly, comfortable hotel. The staff goes above and beyond (we got a call late one night that our car door was open!). Breakfast was always good and there was a good variety of food. Our room was cleaned every day we didn't hang out the “Do Not Disturb” sign and when I erroneously left a pair of shorts on the bed and, therefore it wasn't changed (my fault), they still came late in the day and changed the sheets. I was so grateful!

Hotel was clean and staff great. The Beds very comfortable and love the pillows. The bathroom actually had a bathroom vent, which I appreciated. The breakfast options were good. The breakfast staff very helpful with pancake machine and making sure you had what you needed.

The staff was judgemental of my mentally disabled sister and were very rude about me asking about the security deposit that I am still waiting for. Never again will I stay here or recommend anybody I know to stay here.

Nice clean hotel with plenty of eating options nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Easy access from Main Street. Breakfast was a disappointment as most opti9ns were empty and not refilled by the person in charge. Not a great start to our day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the cookies at check in to the k-cups of coffee in the room to the nice laundry room, it was a nice experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We love best western, great hotel and the only place we choose when we are on vacation. Family friendly, great communication, clean and breakfast is always so great. Have always recommended to family and friends.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The rooms are clean and neat, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the amenities were working and available during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by stores and shops. This includes Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, Lowe's, as well as a mall across the street . There are a variety of restaurants to suit all taste. This was a great choice to stay.

Heating system in our room was very noisy each time it came on and kept us from sleeping well m. I have spent many nights at Best Western holels in the past and have pretty much been satisfied but this one fell below expectations

The location surprised me as I thought it would be noisy sitting on the main drag in between a Target and Walmart with a McDonalds in the front... Nope... Nice, quiet, and cozy. Staff were great and friendly. Room was very nice. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel was nice but we heard an electrical boom and smelled smoke while the fire alarm next door was going off. Alerted the front desk who confirmed it was coming from that room and said good night?

Nice clean place to stay while visiting Chaco Canyon. Staff is friendly and very helpful. At check-in, they asked why were visiting the area. Said visiting Chaco Canyon the next day and she took us to check out Aztec Ruins right up the street. Great suggestion.

Nice place to staff with friendly staff. The location of this establishment is near top retail stores and excellent restaurants. The place is quiet and cozy. The rooms are clean and well maintain. I recommend this place to anyone passing through town or in town for business.

Watch out, they want an additional $150.00 deposit to cover any possible room damage.I refused as their credit card processing system was not working they requested cash. I told them no way! Watch out when you check in.

Nice clean hotel in great location with many restaurants, stores and gas stations. Room spacious enough for 2 although by myself plenty of room with good sized bathroom. Good hot breakfast items for a good start to the day's drive.

We stayed a couple of nights and had very peaceful sleeps both nights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was little and the towels were tiny, hard to dry yourself with! The breakfast on both mornings was very good and great variety. We both felt that it was overpriced. The location was very handy right next to Walmart.

Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn is a nice place to stay in the 4 corners region. My room was clean and comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The hot was small but nice after a long day at work.

The hotel is in a nice part of town and is clean and well maintained. The check in process was Interesting. I arrived at Noon hoping to check in early. They told me that they usually don't allow check-ins early because they are still cleaning rooms. I asks if they could let me know if one becomes available and she actually checked and said I could check in now. Awesome! However, I noticed that housekeeping cleans the rooms at the same time - not one by one. Meaning they clean all the showers on the floor, then the sinks, etc. This would explain why they discourage early check in. The room was well appointed and spacious with a nice view. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. There were two issues with the room, however. First, the mattress was old and uncomfortable. It was indented on both sides from years of people lying in it and I could feel the springs. Definitely time for a replacement. Second, the desk chair was fine, but it lacked a height adjustment lever. I felt like I was sitting in the floor it was so low. Breakfast was your average run of the mill hotel breakfast with a hot egg and potato dish, yogurt, waffles, and cereal. But one big plus is that they had green Chile available. Oh Yeah! Overall, I wouldn't stay here again unless they buy new mattresses.

The room we had was good size had a couch. The AC unit was very noisy and did not cool very good, room had a smell of cigarette smoke and was not available for check in until 5:30 pm. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot having some adult libation. Parking lot was not real thought out has an driveway opening to Walmart next door along with one opening to the neighborhood behind the Hotel so the locals cut through the Hotel parking lot making it like a regular busy street.

One night stay, very nice room except the wall unit air-con fan sounded like a cheap dishwasher all night long. Everything else was great about this hotel for the very low price of this room; a comfortable mattress, great shower, very clean, nice free breakfast with tasty fried-style eggs instead of the instant scrambled kind, thoughtful added options like cottage cheese and peaches, just nicer than average with a friendly server. A quiet and comfortable hotel, just get a new wall air-con and it would be 5 star.

This hotel is surprisingly located with easy access to most parts of the city and especially close to shopping and food experiences. The room was very clean and quiet although it was on the first level. The hotel has exceptional staff and each person working is always friendly and helpful with anything you need. The lost art of greeting everyone is done by every department staffer. Most unusual these days and very refreshing. Dahlia and Robert were extremely helpful with a couple of minor hitches which happened during our stay. Satisfaction is definitely a priority with this hotel. The breakfast bar is adequate and kept very clean and filled during the hours. This hotel is a great place for business travelers and close to McDonalds for families with children. There are several good restaurants close by and a VERY clean workout facility. Would not hesitate to stay here anytime I was in Farmington.

Our check in experience was welcoming and professional, with unexpected cookies and lemonade, they have a printed brochure to recommend area restaurants, everything was spic and span clean and "covid" safe!

100% good and friendly service and a very good area close to stores that I needed to go to It was close to my workshop. Just walked to where I need to go. I hope this can help people to stay at best western.

Our room was a king junior suite this was the most expensive room that was offered. When we checked into our room we were choked by the strong odor of cigarettes. I called the front desk to complain and they stated "you already received a discount there is nothing we can do, we can downgrade you to another room if you like." Our room was next to the elevator and the noise from the elevator kept us up all night.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us if we had any needs or requests. The room itself was nice with a comfortable king size bed.

Everything was good. More towels in the rooms would be great, there was only 2 towels. There was no luggage carts when we arrive, we were tired and had a lot of bags to unload. Besides that Everything was okay.

Farmington's hotels are all pretty trashed due to heavy oil rigger traffic. This place is relatively new (so less trashed than some others) and relatively reasonably-priced for what you get. It's a generic chain experience - in short, adequate. It's in a strip mall area next to Walmart and an urgent care. There were lots of families on vaca there when I stayed (I was on business). Staff are relatively pleasant. Breakfast has lots of options but food quality is mediocre. My only real problem is that I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke and other strong odors. Although this is a nonsmoking property, clearly it's a problem for them (judging by a stern and unnecessary lecture I received about smoking at checkin). My room reeked of air freshener, which really bothered my sinuses, and I had to open a window for relief (the windows do open!!) Overall my stay was adequate, which was all I needed or expected in Farmington. You can do a lot, lot, lot worse in this town.

We always stay at this hotel anytime we are in Farmington. We always have great service. The location is great. It's right by the mall, great restaurants, Sam's Club, target, Walmart and much more. We enjoy the pool and variety of the items for the breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Good Customer Service and Cleanness makes the stay more special . It was so relaxing and everything was just near by and a walking distance to the store and the restraunts. The staff did not disappoint me or my family. We were able to get room service the two nights that we all stayed. And thank you so much for reserving 20 rooms for my family and the rate that was given to us was reasonable.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was okay, but I noticed the fridge door that held the yogurts wouldn't close tight. Also, the bathroom seemed to have mold in it on the several walls and the ceiling. And when I left the hotel, I checked my credit card and noticed they had charged me an extra $288 in 2 separate charges for something. They had reversed it but they never said anything to me and there were all these random holds on my card which was annoying.

My overall experience at the hotel was most enjoyable. I stay in many Best Western hotels because I like them, and this one ranks as probably one of the best I have ever stayed in! I would have no problem staying at this hotel again. Service and amenities were excellent. As a plus, this particular BW hotel is situated in the heart of E Main Street, Farmington, within easy reach of numerous excellent stores and restaurants. Totally recommend it to anyone else reading this review.

Stayed the night here on our trip to Utah. Busy road out in front but rooms on 3rd floor were quiet. If need to take a left on main road out you can leave out back way and hit a light. I loved having a sink outside toilet area. Good absorbent towels for bath/ shower. Microwave and fridge in room. We did have a little hard time keeping room cool. Breakfast area is small with moderate amount of breakfast items but had eggs and sausage. The sausage links were really good. Would stay here again if passing through.

We stayed for a couple of nights as we wanted to revisit Four Corners. Farmington is the closest city with good accommodations. This Best Western was a very comfortable and restful hotel. Quite with clean rooms. The breakfast was better than usual which is plus. Our room was next to the elevator, but we never heard a sound coming from the elevator.

Genuinely friendly and hospitable. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The window ACTUALLY opens for fresh air. Located within easy walk distance to Walmart/Target/Dillards Mall. Easy walk to several restaurants. Beautiful full breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice exercise room with treadmill, bike and weights. Free parking and Internet.

Clean, friendly, has a decent breakfast. Stayed several days for business and was efficient. The indoor pool is a little small, but as I was here for business this did not affect me in any way. The front desk was very helpful.

We stayed two nights as a base for Chaco Canyon and Aztec Ruins. The hotel was clean with big rooms, but the only reason I'm not rating "excellent" is that housekeeping overlooked the refrigerator and left a previous guest's rotting food in it. There's a McDonald's in the parking lot, an ATM and urgent care clinic net door, and just on the other side of the clinic and across the street is a large Target shopping center, so very conveniently located.

Great place to stay at a great price. Loved the breakfast. Plenty of parking for trailers. Great location with lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Close enough to drive our SXS out to Glade Run/Chokecherry Canyon area for some rock crawling.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The hotel was in a great location with respect to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Excellent & friendly staff and a nice sized clean room. It was a good location and even though it was by a major road, the room was very quiet. The only downside for us was the bed was uncomfortable, but that happens with hotels. Overall, would stay again.

Unbeatable value for the price we paid. Easy enough to find. Hotel with internal corridors, which is always a plus. Friendly and helpful guy at checkin. Luggage trolleys for guest use. Parking right out front of the entrance door. Rooms clean and reasonably sized, with all the amenities one needs for a stay for a night or three. We had two queen beds but rooms with one king are also available. We also had a lounge chair and stool and a decent sized desk and chair. Bathroom basic but no problem. Coffee maker with coffee provided. Although in a busy area we had no problem with noise; had a pretty good night's sleep. We didn't get to use the indoor heated pool but saw lots of kids coming out of the pool area. Breakfast buffet was standard low-end fare, scrambled eggs, fatty bacon, waffles, froot loops, toast, yoghurts, coffee, juice. We focused mainly on the eggs, toast and yoghurt. My only other gripe is that the fridge in the room was a little noisy. Would stay there again.

1st, best location for shopping. Breakfast buffet offered green chili. Pool was closed when we got there for renovation. This was my main reason for booking. The next morning it was open until around 4-then they put the renovation sign back up. I think they just didn't want to deal with guests using the pool/hot tub. No Kleenex in room. Room was clean though.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. With my deposit they charged me for makeup on a washcloth and I got some blood on the bed from starting my period and it was minimal. The staff was absolutely horrid as well. They were disrespectful and she was the manager which makes it a lot worse. Milking people for all of the money you can get is just pitiful just like the service at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone.

We stayed at the Best Western Four Corners while passing through one night. It was a big mistake. They not only downgraded our hotel room from a large suite to a standard, due to the fact we had dogs. But, they charged us two pet fees. The room was dirty and the hot tub and pool were under renovation. And, the rate was poor. We couldn't of stayed other hotels that were rated better and had a much bigger pet friendly hotel. And, when we brought the issues to hotel management, they didn't even want to make any concessions or own up to their lack of communication. Thanks, but no thanks! We will think twice before ever staying at a Best Western again.

If you're looking for cleanliness, convenience, privacy, and an updated modern room for comfort this is the place to go. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive and the standard of cleanliness is top notch.

Hotels, these days, seem to be hit and miss. This one was a hit. It was clean, well run, and the breakfast was great. It was convenient to both shopping and dining. If you're in Farmington, give this one a try.

The Best Western Four Corners is located near restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A pet friendly hotel was important as we were traveling with our our dog.

I had previously requested a quieter room and we were given one at the back of the hotel. Being on a very busy street, I was thankful for this. Not sure why this gets a BW Plus designation as it's no different than the regular BW hotels. Our room was clean and comfortable but the only worrying thing was at breakfast. We had been told at checkin that disposable plastic gloves would need to be worn when dishing up your self serve breakfast. Great idea! There was a box of gloves as you entered the breakfast room. But almost all guests did NOT wear a mask. Not happy about that. Then when guests left to go back to their room, the table they sat at was not cleaned. At all. Hopefully management will rectify this.

We were checked in by Tommy, and given a large, clean King room with couch and table, desk and chair, microwave and fridge, coffeemaker. The vanity was outside the bathroom (a huge plus), shower was good, bed was comfortable. Cons - Bed was tooo close to the air conditioner, 30", and blew directly into my face, was even too close to bed to put desk chair between. Hot Breakfast, with fresh Waffles and multiple toppings, Biscuits and Gravy, Cereals, breads, Yogurt, Juices and Coffee.

The place was clean which is my #1 standard. The bed was OK, check-in was easy but that's normal nowadays. When the husband comments that the walls are thin and it's noisy on the street, then it definitely is. The breakfast was less than the average chain hotel. All packaged, processed, white bread fare. Not even fresh fruit--how hard is that? If you want anything better, eat at McDonalds right next door. I would look for someplace else next time, but if you want it clean then this will work.

We stayed at the Farmington Best Western for overnight travel and found it to be very clean, comfortable and a very good value at $115. It is quiet and located within walking distance to a modern shopping plaza.

This hotel in New Mexico was a great value. I have paid more for a hotel room that had way less to offer. They have a business center that allows you to print boarding passes and other things you may need. They have a full breakfast. The rooms were extremely clean. All the soaps they offer were natural and smelled great. Even the lobby was spotless. Great place. If you're in the area I definitely recommend staying here.

A lot of restaurants close by. We were early to breakfast so not of the warm breakfast items were available right away. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there on a Saturday evening. Farmington has a lot to offer!

Spent two nights at Best Western Four Corners Inn at Farmington, New Mexico. We were there as part of a leisure golf road trip. Inn was Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, internet worked great, Great value for the money.

Overall our stay was more than fine. The only odd part of it was with the breakfast. I understand COVID-19 is, and has been, the new hotness in the destruction of the continental breakfast, but come on. Conditions can be set to allow people to get there own serving of food. Additionally, the hashbrowns were quite terrible. Other than the breakfast the staff was great, and the room was clean, although a bit dated.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were a decent size! Breakfast was served to you due to COVID-which was really nice, coffee was self serve. The front desk staff was very sweet and accommodating! Her name was Elena! She was amazing and made our stay so much better! Definitely would stay here again if ever in Farmington!!

Not enough time for all guests to enjoy pool. Jacuzzi not working. Room was not as clean as expected. Stains on sofa bed with no extra bedding. Price did not match service provided. We were unable to sleep because of dogs barking & beds were not comfotable.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The pool was shut down and we were told it would reopen the next day. The next day we tried to use the pool and we were told we needed to reserve it. It would have been nice to know when we first asked about it, but we were never advised. Our little girl was very disappointed.

The hotel is near shopping and restaurants. Elevator and luggage carts really helped. Hotel seems new and clean! Staff was helpful and I was recognized for my Best Western Rewards elite status. Overall good location-would stay again.

For the most part I suggest you lower your expectations. Do not expect to be greeted, do not expect trained front desk staff, do not expect coffeemakers in your room. If you can do all that, then the price you pay is tolerable.

Very welcoming staff, clean rooms and good location. Easy access to whatever you need in town. Close to shopping and restaurants. They do currently have a good, but limited breakfast and housekeeping services.

This hotel is in a great spot in central Farmington. The rooms are clean, nice, and quiet. It's not a 5 star facility, but I really had no problems staying here. I would recommend for a night or town when passing through Farmington.

A nice stop after picking up our new motorcycle, except for the fact that the New Mex. Gov lady is way out of control w. the covid masks & everything. She needs to lighten up. There state is so dang poor already, most small biz will probably go under after all her over control crap.

The Best Wester Plus Four Corners is a very comfortable motel. Easily accessible and conveniently located adjacent to a Walmart and near several restaurants and gasoline stations. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating with a good orientation of the properties' facilities, breakfast, etc. The breakfast was typical best Western which offers hot items as well as traditional continental fare. The only issue I had is apparently after checking in my reservation got cancelled and listed me as a no show so I'm trying to work out my rewards points with them and receive my expected promotion benefits. I would not hesitate to return.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times were great! The hotel is in an area that you feel safe and close to many popular stores if you need anything. The staff is very nice and helpful. It was really nice that it was free because we were advised we could use our reward points for the night. Nothing bad to say about this Best Western hotel!

This hotel was a good Best Western, somewhat typical, but the staff was excellent. The room was comfortable. It was close to a number of restaurant, such as the Outback. Fairly easy to find if you have navigation program.

A great place to stay, to explore and to visit!! Best Western staff and housekeeping were great, their hospitality was great and made sure our stay was enjoyable! There are plenty of restaurants in town but there are some unique restaurants to try. This hotel is within walking distance to Walmart, Target, Freddy's and McDonald's. There is a mall across the road. Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn is so very conveniently close to places we went to visit, Bisti Badlands/De-Na-Zin Wilderness, Aztec Museum, Four Corners Monument, Navajo Trading Posts, Ship Rock Monadnock, etc too many to name. I highly suggest this hotel as a choice to stay for comfort away from home. You won't be disappointed.

This was an excellent place to stay. Check in was quick. The rooms and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices in a nice atmosphere. The internet was easy to log into and was reasonably fast. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a night in Farmington.

It goes with saying the word "Best" describes this hotel. Also their across the street from a Mall and surrounded by restaurants, fast food and whatever your hungry for you can find it within walking distance.

We had a great stay. Our discounted rate was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The indoor pool and hot tub area were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good with hot food plus the usual cereal, pastries, yogurt, etc. The breakfast area was roomy and comfortable. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future.

The hotel was clean and quiet, the kids loved the pool and breakfast was yummy. Only a $15 charge for your pup and they have biscuits at the front desk for them :). They had cookies in the evening and a grab bag of yummy snacks at breakfast in the AM

This is a great example of what Best Western is doing. We stayed here after a very long flight and even longer drive. Our check in was fast. The first room we got had an issue and the front desk promptly got us another room. The room was clean and everything was in good order. I liked the how well the room made use of its space and location. I am giving them very high marks for the quality of the construction because our room backed up to the local WalMart Garden Center. We never needed the air conditioner and without it running I expected to hear some parking lot noise but was pleasantly surprised when we never heard anything. The reason we chose this particular hotel was their indoor pool. Just like the rest of the hotel, the pool was clean and in good order. The breakfast offerings were typical but there was plenty to eat. The dining room had comfortable seating. All in all, this was exactly what I want in a hotel.

Our bed was extremely comfortable. A/C temperature was easy to regulate. All the amenities were great and easy to use. Easy to use my computer and smart phone. The breakfast was very good with many choices between protein items and other items. All the people in charge were very helpful and friendly.

Check In staff and breakfast staff were very helpful, however room was not cleaned very well upon arrival. We found the prior guests belongings in the sofa sleeper with unchanged sheets. Staff did come and clean the room, but this did prolong our check in process.

Nice Stay for a stop overnight before going to Colorado. Great price and close to both WalMart or Target in case you need to pick up anything. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

Great stay. Manager Susan went out of her way to make sure everything was right. Had some special needs which she assisted with. Very nice comfortable room. Barb morning breakfast attendant was very personable, friendly. Breakfast was well stocked, very clean. Ideal location near variety of restaurants, shopping and attractions including great golf. My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of staying here for an impromptu date night. Susan Ward, the hotel GM, pulled out all the stops for us! She upgraded us to a Executive King Suite “just because”. We had mentioned that we were in Farmington to attend the outdoor amphitheater Elvis performance of “All Shook Up”...so, she left a snack and beverage gift basket in our room, that was there when we arrived! We went to dinner before the show, so Susan provided an outstanding recommendation to us...on top of everything else! WOW!!! Like WOW!!! Talk about feeling pampered! Our room was impeccably clean, the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly, and breakfast the next morning was OFF THE CHARTS!!! We only live 1 hour away...but, we will definitely be back!

Recently on a road trip from Idaho to Texas I had some vehicle problems that caused me to spend a few nights in Farmington. BW was recommended by the mechanic that was fixing my vehicle. The staff was great Kevin made everything easy and quick. Rooms were clean, serves was fast and hassle free. I would highly recommend staying here if you in the area. I did not use the pool but they do have a pool and spa as well as a free breakfast in the morning.

We wanted to show our girls the southwest.This hotel is in a great location.Walmart,wells Fargo and Er are right next door. Staff was great and friendly, breakfast was great both days I highly recommend this hotel .

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfasts, good market price, great location. I work in the hotel business and could not find any negatives to our stay. The standard and budget the owner gives GM and staff is obviously high. I am glad to find something I can make my "go to" especially in this market (area.)

We were tired and just needed a place to stay for the night. This place was wonderful, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a decent breakfast. Staff oriented us to the town, and even gave us a snack because we had said that it ha been a long day. We would stay there again!

My first room was a smokers room. The second room had previously use towels hung behind the bathroom door. Food was ground into the sofa with no evidence that cleaning the area had been tried. The room also had a very musky smell.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Walked in to a clean hotel and very friendly people. We started booking ahead on our trip so we could stay at Best Western. We've stayed at three so far and all have been clean and friendl. We will stay again.

Room was nice. Appeared clean when we 1st entered. But soon discovered a half empty bottle water on the table. Shampoo and conditioner were obiviously not replaced. Guess you use and save it for the next customer.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn. The mall was right across, Wal-Mart was a walking distance, and our bed was very comfortable. The only thing was we wish the pool was open.

Rooms are never disappointing. Would have liked pool to be open down for repairs. Dog friendly and had grassy area out back to walk our dog. Pet deposits are required. Full breakfast is offered and well maintained.

We so appreciated our stay here! After getting stuck in the snow overnight, we arrived in the morning and were told our room was already ready for us, and we were offered breakfast - on arrival! All of the staff were really helpful. We appreciated bringing our dogs and having the dog walk access readily available. These people really know how to make you feel welcome!

Our stay here was nothing out of the ordinary, but very clean and enjoyable. The pool was closed for repair which didn't matter to us. Breakfast and weather was listed in the lobby each day. There was a grass yard for dogs to use, but no doggy bag station which showed in the lack of owner pickup. The hotel is walking distance to shopping and food.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The front desk staff were nice and polite. The value was awesome. Checking out was painless, and parking was adequate.

Room was excellently cleaned, Bed was comfortable, traffic noise dies down later in the evening, staff is helpful as needed, Breakfast was pretty decent. Enjoyed the variation on a theme with the biscuits with the sausage gravy! Especially appreciated the mild chilis' !

I paid for a hotel that had hot tube and stayed there for 3 nights. The hot tube was out of order all 3 days/nights while I stayed there. Not happy about that. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

My family and i had a house fire and need a place to stay. It was a blackout weekend and most places had been booked. BW was the only one i could find that had availability (probably because no one else wanted to stay their do to their outrages nightly rate for this blackout weekend). Had no choice but to pay their rate of 200 plus a room and my family size we needed two rooms. After tax well over 400 for one night. The GOOD: The staff was great, lobby was decorated with Halloween(that was a cool touch). The BAD: Hot tub was out of service and bathroom ceilings had MOLD growing on it.All this for 400 plus a night. We found rooms at the courtyard Marriott for the next four weeks were they only charged 80 dollars a room and we were treated with dignity. I'm all for capitalism in fact i embrace it but when capitalism turns down right greedy like i feel what BW did to us and my family during a vulnerable time is when I'm going to be vocal about it.

We have been using Best Western for most of our stays on this trip and this one is up to the usual par for this chain, it was well taken care of in fact they were painting the stairwell while we were there, so it shows how they care for their facility.

I always stay at this location because it's so convenient to visit my grandma. Not only that the staff is wonderful and willing to help with any needs you have. They make me feel like I'm at home. The only thing that I would change is the bed .It was to firm. I like my mattress soft. But that's just a preference

Stayed here for the first time when my usual hotel in the area was sold out for the night. Best Western was very clean and in a great location, walking distance to Target and restaurants. Friendly staff and price was very affordable for the area. Definitely will stay here again!

y husband and I had stayed in 4 hotels in 5 nights. This was the first hotel that I woke up in the morning and my back did not hurt! Not only was the bed extremely comfortable the staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and looked to be well maintained. The only down side was the hot tub was being serviced while we were there so unfortunetly we did not get to use it. We would diffently stay there again!

We spent three nights here, and enjoyed our stay. Good spatious room. The hotel was clean and tidy. I assume the hotel is relatively new, at least it looks it. Easy access. Several resturants and a supermarket within walking distance. Nice breakfast.

It was a typical Best Western. Not great and not bad. It is in a decent location in Farmington. The staff was okay and the room was okay -- the hotel was very noisy and the bed was too soft. Breakfast was supposed to be start at 6:00 but wasn't even close to be ready at 6:30 so we skipped the breakfast and made due with Starbucks down the road.

We've stayed in a few best westerns on our trip along Route 66 and this was by far the best. This mainly due to the staff who were overly helpful and friendly from checkin to check out and the breakfast ladies in between. The only reason we're not giving it 5 stars is because it is a little dated and tired in parts but is a convenient stop off point if you're visiting the four corners monument. Thanks guys HJ & HJ

The only good things about this hotel were the good internet and the friendly front desk staff. Could not believe how noisy this hotel is. We got a room on the highway side, also above the front parking area. It's summer, so it gets hot and stuffy in the room. Could not open the window more than 4 inches and could not stand the highway noise. How many trucks are there in this town? Big, loud trucks? Air conditioner is so noisy that it was a constant trade-off to either listen to that or the highway. Horrible noise. Room not very clean. Breakfast not very good.

Nice location for traveling the Four Corner area, located in a convenient place for evening meals. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and the internet is good, overall a good experience

Rooms were clean, staff friendly. The location was easy to get to and easy to enter and exit. Breakfast was very sparse and not very good. I've definitely had a lot better at other hotels. The biggest problem I had was them not honoring my request for a first floor room even though I had booked this hotel months in advance. Was told that this type of request would never be honored.

Best sleep we had experienced on our recent vacation. Nicely appointed room - and excellent value (significantly lower price than other places we have stayed - with, honestly, better room furnishings). We asked for a top-floor room and quiet - and got both.

I travel bi-annually to the Farmington area for work and I'm pretty selective about my accommodations. Cleanliness and safety are at the top of my list. Location, value, ambiance and amenities are next. The Four Corners Inn has a great staff that welcomes me back every time and looks out for my interests. I look forward to returning for my work trips. The shopping and restaurants surrounding this location are perfect for anyone far away from home: Target! Ulta! Sephora!

It was conveniently located, very clean and quiet, good internet, tv, and with a fridge and microwave, it's easy to hole up and get food delivered. Housekeeping must be amazing, my room was so clean. I liked that I could get fresh air from the window. The windows let me completely block out the light and sleep late in a comfy bed.

This is a nice place to stay if you have a budget. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the cold shoulder the employees give. Good breakfast in the morning and wasn't to packed. There was plenty of parking for me.

There is a lot of good things about the Best Western the service the breakfast and the overall organization in the way that's ran two thumbs up can't beat it for the price!!! If you're looking for a nice place to stay when not trying to spend a whole lot head to the Best Western

Everything was good!! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, internet acess was easy and worked well. Unfortuanatly the pool was unavalable due to mechanical problem. Not much of an inconvenience. The hotel was close to the highway and many other businesses such as restaurants and stores. The college we were visiting was close by also. Our stay at this hotel was good and we will stay there again next year for our Automotive skills contest.

A nice place for a one night stay. Located in a busy area with a lot of restaurants. Greeting at check in was nice. Linenscwere clean. Plumbing is dated. Breakfast was average. The breakfast items were being put away early. I had trouble getting a biscuit for my brother. Ended up getting him a English muffin. Parking was limited in good area.

Farmington is a larger town with many services & amenities for the traveller. This hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants & stores which is an added convenience. The property is well maintained with very clean & welcoming guest rooms.

i was visiting on a business trip to Farmington, New Mexico.This was a great place to stay because of its location near the mall and other great places to eat. The rooms were clear, comfortable and the amenities are convenient.

The good things first: as a BW Elite member, you get the bonus points AND a gift bag which is nice. Also, there are quite a few restaurants nearby so you probably won't even need a car to go to dinner. Now for the not-so-good stuff: Check-in took quite a while because there was only one employee at the front desk. It looked like they don't even have much room for more. Staff wasn't too friendly either - I've had much better experiences at other hotels. The room I was given, although advertised as non-smoking, smelled of old, stale smoke. Maybe it used to be a smoking room but if you convert smoking to non-smoking, you want to make sure that it's not noticeable! Breakfast was okay but nothing special. While it's nice that the hot options vary from day to day, I was disappointed that on one day they didn't have scrambled eggs but only a "western omelette" with bacon which, as a vegetarian, wasn't an option for me so I had to settle for a hard-boiled egg instead. The bed was comfy but the blanket was so thin I had to get an extra blanket in the middle of the night. You might not have heard but nighttime temperatures in October can get a bit low so you should provide better blankets at that time of year!

We stayed in this hotel during a conference. It was the first time using this hotel, but we will be back. It was convenient to restaurants, and was a very quiet, relaxing place to stay. Location was quite convenient. Easy in and out. Reservation was ready. Less than 5 minutes to check in. We will be back just for pleasure.

We spent two night at this Best Western so that we could visit the Bisti Badlands which are about half an hour away. Our room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. We will stay here again when we visit Farmington and the Bisti.

We have stayed here before. I believe it's been remodeled since last stay. Nice hotel, good breakfast. Did not use pool or workout room. Internet was good. Beds were comfy and we didn't experience noise from hall even though hotel was booked. There is Walmart and Target right next door and restaurants nearby. My only wish is that there was a little more lighting in back parking area, my vehicle is a high targeted model and getting back to room late, there was no parking in front. Will stay again.

We stayed in Farmington on our way to the Grand Canyon. This hotel was convenient, close to several restaurants and shopping, staff was friendly, and we had a good night's sleep. Exactly what we expect from our stays at Best Western hotels!

We had a quiet, safe, restful stay at this Best Western. We usually stay at pet-friendly Best Westerns when we travel, and this is one of the best. Close to a lot. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. And a good value as well. You really can't ask for more. If only every Best Western was pet friendly, I might never stay anywhere else.

Wonderful staff, both checking in and out. Despite being next to the elevator, I wasn't disturbed at all - very quiet and got a good sleep. Didn't make it to breakfast in time, but know from previous BW+ stays that I missed a good one.

This was a very nice hotel that was clean with friendly staff. The lay out was nice of the lobby as well as the rooms. Quite and easy access. Breakfast area was clean yet seemed a bit busy in the mornings.

I was a bit worried when the room rate was a bit less than we had recently paid at other BW. However, we already have plans to come back! It was a nice welcoming, nice breakfast, great staff! Anyone you came in contact with was very kind, helpful. GREAT location! Can't get any better than this for location! We have stayed at other BW and just to compare and give feedback, I would suggest a BBQ grill guest could use. We enjoy that at other locations because we don't always like to eat out and since you have such great hotel we would have liked to stay there more and enjoy your amenities.

My wife and I were visiting our horse in Aztec and needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night. I was extremely delighted with the quality of this property and BW brand. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels in my travels that cannot measure up to the stay I had here.

The Four Corners Inn offers what you may expect from a Best Western Plus: an elegant and comfortable room with amenities like a fridge and a coffee maker. And all that for a decent price. The complimentary full breakfast exceeds expectations. The vegetable omelets are very tasty and pleasant variation on the usual scrumbled eggs.

The location is very good. There are restaurants and a Walmart very close. The front desk was very informative when we checked in and very pleasant. Nice clean room and good bed. I would highly recommend this and would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady who was in charge of it was very friendly. She made the atmosphere bright and friendly. While staying at this hotel we had dinner at the Long Dragon Chinese Rest. It was very good and they gave us a lot of food.

I feel that we paid more for this room than what it should have been (even with our AAA discount), but it was clean and the omelet and hash browns I had for breakfast were a lot better than most of the other motel breakfasts that have been offered elsewhere. We travel with our dog so it was conveniently located next to McDonalds where we walked her for a doggy ice cream cone and they had a nice dog walking area in the back of the motel.

Hotel was already very packed at arrival, parking was completely full. Check in was fast, rooms were huge, but not completely clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was alright, but the lady who was responsible for the food constantly stared at people when they entered the buffet which was very annoying and made you feel uncomfortable. It's a typical best western, a little bit sad that they had a rebranding with a new logo but remain just the same. Ok for one night.

This property is excellent. Great lication across the street from multiple places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again if traveling thru the area. The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was good as well.

Drove home from Colorado and just needed place to stay and didn't want to pay outrageous Durango prices . Half the price for just as nice . Indoor pool and hot tub good for kids and good breakfast with lots of options

We stayed here for one night in July 2017 and we were very pleased with this hotel! The hot breakfast was amazing!! The omelet was one of the best I have ever had!!! Very friendly staff, clean hotel, and nice rooms!!! We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

We stayed two nights. The guy that does the night shift was very helpful (unfortunately I can't remember his name!) The hotel has the best location across a mall, besides Walmart and Target and McDonalds steps away. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was very good. It's an excellent choice.

my wife and I have been traveling through the US since 1982 and i must say that the experience at this hotel was one of the best, if not the best. The front desk person took the time to recognize my BW member status and also explained in details all the steps,amenities, timeline, options etc. He had even baked the cookies that were available as a snack. This was another aspect that you don't see at most hotels - complimentary snacks and drinks available for guests at the front.

Great location for a hotel. Very close to the mall, Wal-Mart, Sam's club and many more store and restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Only had the breakfast once, but was good. My teenagers loved the chocolate chip cookies. Lol

We changed our route while on the road to include a visit to the Four Corners Monument, and booked this hotel just the afternoon prior to our arrival. What a great surprise. It is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, and a fantastic value. We learned that there's a lot to do in the area and we will plan a return trip soon.

The hotel amenities and layout are similar to other BW hotels, but it's customer service is several pars beyond the rest. I lost my car key and one of their staff (Darrin) helped to search the open air garage on a hot day for it. Though the key could not be found, I was offered a ride to the Toyota dealership to make replacement. I also had locksmiths and car tow within 30 minutes. All these were done by the hotel staff's own initiatives. Impressive!

We arrived late and had a problem with our reservation, but it was taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. Good, clean hotel. Good breakfast, though the hash browns were soggy with oil. We all slept well.

Awesome hotel, loved the hearts on the waffles. Didn't appreciate cops approaching us in parking lot about fight they were called about. The cops also were walking the hallways trying to figure out who was fighting which was a bit ridiculous. They should've gotten with the front desk staff to see who called instead of just beginning to search and interrogate people. Other than that, service, breakfast, pool and staff was great.

Great stop when traveling, felt very rested after only a few hours of sleep. Very clean, Very friendly staff, Very comfortable bed, Rooms are quiet (we were on 2nd floor near elevator), great air conditioning. Breakfast was descent, better than some I have had. Clean Room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Hotel was close to our meeting site. Staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants, sites to see, etc.... Perfect location for the mall, restaurants, walmart & sam's club, as well as the road out of town.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. Their breakfast selection changed each day and I was happy to they did NOT use styrofoam plates. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwav, coffee and flavoured water is available in the lobby 24 hours, and cookies and fruit available in the evening. Located in a business area, Walmart is directly behind the hotel and McDonalds in front.

Stopped for the night, on way to Taos. Long day on the road and main object was rest. After a week in Las Vegas we needed a quiet night and BW delivered. Comfortable bed and spacious room, clean. Would recommend. Breakfast was good, better than a lot of stays.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Room was fine. Did eat breakfast to many people. No room to park in light at night. Not good for a women with children. I think with a good mattress it could do so much better

This was a good hotel compared to hotels I have stayed at in the past. The room was clean and an average size. We tired to turn on the tv but it wouldn't turn on, I checked behind the tv and the power strip was unplugged which I thought was weird. Once I plugged it back in everything powered on including the fridge. The breakfast was ok if you're looking for a good breakfast then I wouldn't stay here because it's just average. The location of the hotel was good and it was quiet at night. Although there were some sketchy people hanging out behind the hotel. One person was laying in the grass and the two males that were back there walked off once my husband and I came by but they were just hanging around across the way. I would probably stay here again.

Always get a key that doesn't fit. Hot tub is marginal, but at least it was operating this time. Evening snack food, and excellent breakfast, if you can get by the cold white gravy. Very clean and in a great location.

Comfortable hotel; a typical Best Western experience. Breakfast included hard boiled eggs and omelette with pico de gallo inside. Only complain was inconsistent internet access and only average towels. A nice touch was the complimentary evening sandwich and chips...just enough food after being on the road all day.

Everything was good! Great service and very friendly people working at the hotel. Breakfast was perfect. 1 minure walk to walmart if you need anything. Recommended! If we come back in future we will definitely book again!

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel amenities were plentiful. Staff was very helpful. We had a welcome goodie packet in the room, candy and popcorn plus info about Farmington. Breakfast in the morning and tea, lemonade and cookies available in the lobby.

The rooms were great The fitness center is a bonus. They have indoor pool. The rooms are quiet. The location is really good, no traffic noise. Definitely would stay at this place in the future. Great parking.

I booked this because I have stayed at other Best Western Plus that had fabulous breakfasts. Unfortunately this was the usual motel fair. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. This motel sits on the strip of highway that has every chain store that exists in America.

I love this location because it is close to San Juan Community College, the mall, and New Mexico Highlands Center. It is convenient and staff were friendly. They asked me what floor I wanted a room on which was great.

We stopped in Farmington after a long day of travel and were happy to find this BW. It was a clean and nice room, with a upper floor room and a very quiet place. Nice breakfast, but much of the same we have come to expect from BW

our stay at best western was a very good stay for us. we were trying to find low rates in Farmington on motels we found some but the welcoming was not a nice as it was with your motel...that's why we would rather stay there the next time on our visits with our family members...thank you for making our stay worth it...

There were 5 families that booked the hotel all together and our stay was just fun and amazing. We were able to check in three hours earlier without any additional charge. The check in was quick the staff were friendly and accommodating. When we reached our room, we were just awed because it was very clean. Pillows were firm there was more than enough place to sit ( I mean actual seats, not bed space to sit on). Hotel's location was very strategic. Close to the mall and supermarkets. It even has a McDonald's right at it's front door. Kids had fun swimming and the unlimited hot chocolate drink just by the hallway. I recommend this hotel if you ever need to spend a night or more in Farmington.

This hotel is terrible , spa didn't work , ice machine broken, pillows were horrible , ceiling had leak, room was dirty, bathrooms stunk, no hot water when took shower , sketchy people outside at night and parking is horrible didn't feel safe there and room had constant noise

I don't believe there was ANY consideration given to sound mitigation when this was constructed. Children running in hallways, doors shutting, people walking...all clearly heard. Take ear plugs if you stay. No hair dryer provided, a very common amenity just about everywhere else. Positives? Clean and close to shopping. Hot tub VERY small, but was non-functioning anyway. A dis-appointing three night's stay.

newly remodeled hotel..very clean and fresh rooms..pillow and bed very comfortable..tv and refrigerator,and microwave were new. customer service was very polite. no problems getting our room. breakfast was very good.

This is a clean and comfortable place to stop along the way. I have not stayed at Best Western much in the past, but I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and as mentioned before, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough, biscuits & gravy with eggs and sausage. They also had Greek yogurt and fruit. I recommend staying here if you find yourself in need of a place to stop on the road, or visiting for more than just a night.

Never been to Farmington New Mexico before or a Best Western hotel for that matter, but for what it's worth everything there was great from the room to the service to the pool to the surrounding area I was very happy at this hotel I would definitely recommend to others and I may be going there in the future if need be.

We arrived late with no reservations so they were out of kings. We got a double queen on the 3rd floor ($108). The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was above average for a hotel. The hotel employees were efficient and friendly. We recommend this hotel to all.

We stayed only one night. The front desk staff is so nice, night shift as well as the morning front desk manager Fred. The continental breakfast is really nice and the lady that takes care of it is so sweet. Overall a great place and location to stay

We were traveling between 4 Corners and Taos, so booked here on the spur of the moment based on Trip Advisor reviews. The accommodations were clean and perfect for our needs. There was a mini fridge and microwave, as well as a tasty variety for breakfast which was included. It included bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, omelets, bagels and croissants! They did a great job keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean (no flies!). Staff were friendly and actually seemed happy to see us. Beware though, it's located right off the main drag in town, so there'll be noise. But, it's close to Target and a mall, for any shopping needs. I'd definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western – Four Corners last month. We were in town for a funeral and the hotel staff was amazing while accommodating our large group of people and numerous room reservations. They generously allowed us to use the lobby and breakfast area as a gathering place for our family. The lobby also has restrooms so we didn't have to go upstairs every time someone needed to go to the bathroom. Our room was lovely and spacious; the bed was very comfortable, the blankets were heavy, and the blackout curtains were awesome. There was a large mini fridge that came in handy for several plates of leftover food and drinks. I was very impressed with the number of electrical outlets that were available in the room; no searching for an outlet or having to rotate electronics. I really enjoyed being able to walk up and down the stairs (we were on the second floor) instead of having to constantly take the elevator. Children in our group enjoyed the indoor pool and ability to walk to Walmart, Target, and McDonalds. A Bank of America ATM is also in the parking lot next door. Sam's Club is very close to the hotel.

We were there visiting relatives. It was the first time in about three years we had visited. I don't remember seeing this motel the last time but am extremely glad we did this time. It is a fine property & the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Good job, guys!

We stayed there 2 nights. Close enough to "Mesa Verde" to drive and also discovered the "Aztec Ruins" in Farmington, well worth the time to see. Mesa Verde is always booked out, and expensive. Plenty of good places to eat dinner. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean, and well maintained.

We were driving from Idaho to Texas and we're trying to get as far as we could. We arrived at 10 pm with no reservations. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and got us checked in quickly. They also offer a military discount which is always a plus. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was nice and offered omlets, bacon, french toast, waffles, and biscuits, among other things. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer. I would recommend them and would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Our room was spacious bright and super clean with lots of amenities. front desk staff pleasant and friendly. Great hot breakfast including eggs which fueled us up for the long drive ahead. Would definitely recommend this place. Love the no pets policy

Stayed here so I could get some service done down the road on my Harley Davidson...convenient a mall right across the street with good restaurant options easy access coming in from Arizona ,Colorado,Southern or Eastern New Mexico

The hotel was very clean, inside and out! Our room was very nice and big and the decor was very modern. Our king size bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was very good with lots of different choices to choose from. We would diffidently stay here again.

There are pros and cons to every hotel, and in this case I feel like they evened out and left me feeling very "average". (Admittedly, I may be unfairly comparing BW to the Hampton we stayed at the last time we were in Farmington). Cons: *The room was pretty cramped. Not much room for my family to spread out, at all. *The pool was very cold for being heated, while the hot tub was extremely hot. (Too hot to relax in). *The coffee maker in our room was broken. And I'm suspicious the smoke detector was too, after we unfortunately burnt popcorn in the microwave and filled the room with smoke. Oops! *We opened the window to air it out right away, but the window had no screen...so we didn't want to leave it open all night and let in the flies and mosquitoes. *Halfway through our stay our card keys randomly deactivated. So we were walking up to our room, tired, hands full, cranky kids, and couldn't get in. Had to head back down to see why we were locked out. *Breakfast ends at 9:00...so you better not sleep in on your vacation or you'll miss it. Pros: *Everything was very clean. *Staff was helpful and prompt *Refreshments in the lobby in the afternoon. Cookies, yum! *Comfortable beds, plenty of fresh towels. *Breakfast was really good! (So don't miss it!) *Fair pricing. *microwave and refrigerator in room. So, as the title states, we were not overly impressed, but we were not disappointed either. It's a nice place to stay.

We are travelling as a family with our two boys ages 6 and 7. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Good location to shops and a short 3 min drive down Main Street if you choose to eat there . Bed very comfortable. Breakfast room was spacious and clean - with good choice of food and replenished often. Staff were helpful I would stay here again.

This was definitely a decent place to stay. Not much in the way of ambiance, but the cost was reasonable, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable! The staff was friendly as well. If passing through Farmington in the future, I would consider staying here again.

This was a friendly, clean and overall a nice hotel to stay at in the Farmington area. I had never been to this area before and I liked the location of the hotel, lots of things to do and places to visit all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I were to visit this area again I would more then likely stay at this hotel.

Spa water smelled with bad odor, brown and water splashed all over. It needs attention. Overall the cleanliness, staff and the location was very good. Breakfast was ok. However we didn't have a place to sit too many kids.

Check in and check out were easily done. The motel staff was helpful and kind and treated all the same. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The cleanliness of the motel overall was great. Great breakfast, and swim pool too. There is street noise, but we put the fan on at night and it drowned out the street noise. Convenient location, close to food and shopping and not far to attractions and downtown.

No complaints at all on this BW. Very fast and accurate check in and check out. Very clean place in general. Everything was working in the room. Fast internet. Free parking and a good breakfast with a waffle machine. Microwave and fridge in the room.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from the Triple Crown Sparkler Softball Tournament in Denver. The only complaint we had was there wasn't an ice machine on our floor. The other thing we would have liked to see was a breakfast that was a bit later. On vacation, we didn't want to get up early to have breakfast by 9:30. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I went on the great American vacation?? and this hotel was a great. We enjoyed cleanliness of the rooms and enjoyed the town. We had a wonderful experience with the staff and the rooms were very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

This BW is clean and comfortable. $20 for our dog was reasonable for the one night since we were able to use our military discount. We used without issue: pool, gym, back of the hotel for sprint workouts, laundry ($2.00 wash, $2.00 dry -extra large capacity ...44 min dry time). Elliptical was older life fitness and needed a little oil, but worked fine. Free weights were a nice bonus. We highly recommend the winery/bistro on the other side of target in the same building as Olive Garden. The free breakfast was attended by the nicest, most conscientious, personable lady. She is the gem of this hotel. I hope they know her worth and do everything they can to retain her. The real eggs were awesome. They also have the usual BW free type offerings: make your own waffles, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, toast stuff, cereal, yogurt. Good coffee. The property is next door to Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target. Also, plenty of chain restaurants, and you can walk to McD's right in front of the hotel if you want. We would stay here again. We usually go to LaQuintas for the free pet fee, but we're glad we didn't this time.

The trip we planned was to stay in Best Western Mptels because of the great service and facilities that we have experienced in the past. The overnight stays were fantastic and the service was above our spectations. We will recommend Best Western Motels to all of. our friends

Not especially fancy, but the rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and soap. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff wasn't super friendly, but they were efficient and we were satisfied with our stay. If I had to complain about something, our A/C was loud.

As I've indicated in other reviews, I want quiet, cleanliness, and convenience for my overnight stays. This property provided the desired clean room, but was too noisy for me and it was hard to find for reasons I'll explain, so I'll give it an A for cleanliness. Regarding the noise - I enjoy quiet even before bedtime so I was not happy to have voices from outside drifting up to our third floor room. There is a bench outside near the entrance where young people gathered to smoke and converse at length and for some reason their voices were easily heard on the third floor. (Yes, the windows were closed.) There were also young kids running up and down the corridor and yelling as unsupervised little kids will do. Now at night we were made aware that the locals like loud pickup trucks and really loud rice-burner motorcycles. Traffic noise went on for hours on the main drag on which the motel is located. We had difficulty finding the motel because we drove into town on route 371 from the south and joined route 64 outside of town. There was no advertising billboard on 371 because of its remote location and none on 64 as we headed into town so I called the motel and talked to the desk clerk who had no idea where she was in relation to where we were, but mentioned the motel was next to Walmart. Minutes later I spotted Walmart and drove to it, but alas, no BW was next to it. Who knew that Farmington had two Walmarts? The one we found was in the western part of town and the one we needed was in the far eastern end of town. Even after seeing the BW on a rise behind McDonald's and next to Walmart it took some guess work to locate the driveway. We actually had to go through the Walmart parking lot. I think you can get there through McDonald's lot as well. This was one of the few times a GPS might have helped me, but heretofore I've managed well without one.

While traveling with our dog, we depend on Best Western. Convenient while traveling with our dog..location and place to walk him. We also find the locations while traveling. The rooms are comfortable. We enjoy the breakfasts, especially the waffles.

Although i felt that this hotel was quiet small it had everything i needed. The bed i slept in was absolutely amazing! Very soft and comfortable i slept like a baby. Excellent place to stay! Very friendly staff. Convenient location.

I needed to switch hotels and was greeted & helped by such a friendly & kind gentleman at the front desk. My room was extremely clean & the hotel was well maintained. In-door pool,- small fridge, microwave & small coffee maker in the rooms. Continental breakfast has a good variety. ARRP discount available.

A place to stay, older but mostly clean. Close to other stores and food. Would not stay again. Needs an over haul, priced high for the value. Made booking on line and would say it was over rated on line.

On a school trip of 35 people - including 30 high schoolers - they were very considerate of our situation, and we had an amazing stay. The showers were hot, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was fast, and the pool was a blast!

Hotel is centrally located, vey convenient and close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was impressed with how pleasant everyone was! The hotel is very cleanly kept, and bed was comfortable! This was my first stay at this hotel, but it is definitely now my hotel of choice for the Farmington area.

Was very pleased with this hotel for my single night stay. I hadn't plan to stay overnight but finding this newly renovated hotel with free breakfast and indoor pool with hot tub was a great place to stay last minute.

Recently renovated, immaculate, cheery and bright atmosphere. We stayed here for 2 nights between Mesa Verde NP and Chaco Culture National Historical Park. I hated to leave! Farmington is a good base from which to visit Aztec Ruins, Shiprock, and Bisti Wilderness. This BW has an indoor pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, an excellent breakfast (sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, yogurts, juices, etc.), and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The room quality is excellent. There were several hotels from which to choose, and I went for this one because the price was reasonable and it had good reviews. Look no further; this is a great choice!

Large room (king) with a sofa. Sink outside the bath/toilet room which I like - lots of room around the sink for toiletries. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion all were provided. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge with freezer In the room. Quiet part of town, quiet inside the hotel as well. A little hallway noise but no room to room noise that I could tell. Breakfast included hot (eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles) breads, cereals, Juices, coffee. Nothing amazing but a solid fill up in the morning. Lots of dining choices from fast food to nice sit down restaurants all really close by. I'd definitely stay here again

The room was nice and roomy, with good furniture, extremely clean and well kept. The overall appearance of the hotel is well done. They have and indoor pool and spa. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The entire staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

I had family at San Juan Medical, this location was very convenient. I also live in Madison and needed to make reservations for the extended family who would be visiting our loved one in the hospital. As I would not be able to make it, I wanted to take care of reservation for family, Both Donelle and Martha at the front desk made the process easy and stress free. They assured me my guests wouldnt have any difficulties checking in and were very friendly over the phone.Thank you girls for making this hard time that much hassle free

Great place to stop over after driving 800 miles through New Mexico. Huge rooms with queen size beds with nice linen and comfort pillows. Adequate breakfast options. Friendly staff. MacDonalds next door and Starbucks down the road.

The mattress was wonderful! The room area was a little tight, especially the walking area between the end of the bed and the TV. There was a stain on the overlay on the bed which was there every day of our stay. (Not replaced) Breakfast was only adequate. The bagels were not of a good quality or taste. The coffee was good. The TV remote was not user friendly. The lights above toe vanity were mounted in such a way as to provide glare on the mirror making it difficult to use.

I made reservations at this motel for the weekend in Farmington. I was advised by Best Western to call the motel the day of arrival to let them know I would be checking in early. That went very smoothly. I arrived a couple of hours early, and got in my room. It was a standard King room with a sofa bed. It was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean. Everything was very nice. The housekeeper that handled that room was extremely helpful with directions around the area. But as the stay progressed, I noticed that it did not run like a "well-oiled" machine. I brought my terrier with me, and this motel is pet friendly (which is nice), There is a grass area in the back of the facility which is great; but during my stay, I noticed that there was a beer bottle that sat on one of the lights for 2 days along with a bag of trash that no one removed. The facility has an indoor pool with a hot tub, but I was unable to use it because it was full all the time with kids who were running around and jumping in the pool and then the same with the hot tub. I know this was not their fault, but it was an uncontrolled mess in there. The breakfast was very good- lots to choose from. There were some odd choices though- no orange juice (which is standard with Best Western). The morning I was there they had grape juice and grapefruit juice. The coffee was set up in the lobby area, and when I asked where it was, the Front Desk person acted like he couldn't be bothered. The staff was "nice", but they did not go above and beyond the norm. Was not impressed at all. The only one who really helped or took extra time to help was the Manager... There were a couple of other "problems" of which were resolved after several phone calls... but.... All in all, I did enjoy my stay here - the room was very nice, but the other things outweighed that.

Reservations were easy to make. The staff are super helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The hotel location is also great, with Target, Wal Mart, an Urgent Care, Chili's and Sam's Club within walking distances. It was a fun stay and we would definitely recommend that you try it for a night or maybe two :) the beds are super comfy and super clean!

Hotel room was very clean. Staff were very polite with check in. There was a pool available to use. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast had a very good selection of food to choose from. Overall I was very happy with my stay there.

So we found out that we were the very rare Democrats in town...Halliburton country and all...but we had a great stay here...really friendly people....got the feeling that everyone knows we are all on the same bus ...comfortable rooms and good location in town near Target and Walmart, etc. Happy Trails

Clean hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast. But very busy location next to a Walmart and McDonalds. If you want a quiet location this is not it. If you want to be across from the Mall and next to Walmart ....perfect choice.

Booked last minute on an app, called hotel in advance to confirm, great room, great breakfast, perfectly convenient to the work I had to do. Dealt with 3 different Hotel staff including GM and each one did something extra.This Best Western was a great surprise on Farmington's East side.

Everything was almost perfect. Easy check in. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Great pool and Jacuzzi. Even cookies and snacks. Breakfast was standard fare, but with helpful staff. Suggest getting a room facing away from main street and McDonald's- quieter.

After a long day's drive in a moving truck we wanted a clean, comfy place to crash and this was perfect! Check in was friendly and efficient. We had a nice king room. The hotel is new with stylish decor and very clean. The rooms are a little smaller than the old Best Western rooms but for just two people it was fine. It has a nice cabinet holding a small fridge and microwave. There was a flat screen tv but the picture wasn't the best. Not sure if it was the tv or reception. No biggie for us though. The granite vanity is on the outside of the bathroom, which I liked. Very nice towels and simple amenities. The bed was very comfy but the pillows were a little firm for me. The free breakfast was very nice with spicy potatoes, egg and sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, and mini waffles with a variety of syrups. They had cereals, juice, toast, etc. Just what we needed to hit the road for another long day. There is a Walmart, Target, mall, restaurants, all very close. We make this trip regularly and will stay here again!

I was so happy when we opened the door to the room and it looked just like the one in photos. How many times does that happen? The room was clean, staff was pleasant, located close to shopping and restaurants. What more could you want right? How about a good night sleep? Apparently Walmart is exempt from sound ordinance laws. Therefore they are able to run the loudest leaf blower in world at 1:30am, and the local police department will do absolutely nothing about the it. They blamed it on Best Western. Walmart said that they did this every night. Funny, they didn't do it the first night we stayed. And the night after, they did it earlier around 10:30pm or so and the leaf blower was significantly quieter. So this is the reason for 4 stars. If you stay here I suggest asking for a room on the front of the building facing Main st.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants. It was clean and the staff were helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. I would stay there again. The breakfast had variety and had both hot and cold variety. It was clean and fully stocked. I was allowed to utilize the express check out. My room was cleaned every day. The gym had new and clean equipment. The swimming pool is indoor.

Stayed here 3 nights. Room was fine, a tad on the smaller size. I'm used to having choice of pillows at BW's and this one didn't. Both husband & I said they were way too firm. and other than kids running up and down the halls in the early evening really it was quite a pleasant stay. Good choice of breakfast. House keeping was very nice. Thanksgiving eve the workers were busy keeping shoppers at Walmart out of our parking lot. This hotel was right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Good location. Will stay here again.

Clean and pretty well kept. About what you'd expect for the price. Average "motel" decor. Staff was friendly and efficient. Quick and easy check-in and out. Enjoyed the full breakfast instead of just carbs and yogurt.

We had a pleasant one night stay on this section of our road trip down from the Four Corners Monument towards Albuquerque, the location was good, plenty of shops in the area, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was good that the window could be opened, the curtains were dark and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. We didn't like the bathroom layout as we are not used to having the sink open to the room but for one night that was ok. We didn't use the pool but it looked great.

This hotel is newer with modern decor. The beds were comfortable & the showers extremely HOT! We took full advantage of the heated pool & hot tub. This hotel is in a great spot right across from the mall, Walmart, Target & several different places to eat. So if you have a family, you will have all the choices you need. The breakfast in the morning was also very good.

We checked relatively late and had some cranky children. The young man at the check in desk was pleasant and polite. The room was nice and modern. The reason for the three stars is that the window to our room bordered the main entrance to a 24-hour Wal-Mart. The traffic could be heard all through the night and morning. There was also a couple whom decided to have a domestic disturbance at 1:00 a.m. The police were called and had them removed, but when you have cranky children, they could not rest with all the noise. I informed the front desk of our issues and only received an apology. I do not know what I was expecting but I feel that they could have offered a discount or something as I had informed them that we would be returning a few more times during the salmon season. Had it been more quiet, I would have given this place four stars easily. Breakfast is a definite added value. Hoping for a better experience if I decide to give them a second chance.

If you like a seemingly endless supply of very hot water, this is your place. Not complaining, just enjoying! Seriously, I will not waste time staying anywhere else in Farmington. I was here twice in the last week. EVERYONE I met here was pleasant, helpful, and seemed truly interested in customer service. As a photographer, I left a little photo plug adapter in my room after the first stay, but struck up a conversation with a room attendant (Lane) on the way out and mentioned that I would be returning to this hotel in 2 days. He found my plug and kept it on his cart and then promptly returned it upon my arrival 2 days later. Outstanding! When I returned, I also came back with a broken ankle from a hiking fall. EVERYONE was looking out for me, and helped me out immensely. The manager came out to my car and took my bag up. Lane (who I was very happy to see again - and who is a terrific photographer himself!) took my bag out in the morning. *** I seriously can't thank the entire staff here enough for all their assistance. *** Oh, and the hotel is nice too. Excellent beds. Lots of (high quality) pillows. Lots of very HOT water! :) Very nice flat screen tv's, with Newly cleaned remotes! A very nice desk area, and really good (free) wifi. There is a McDonald's right out front...Wendy's, Chili's, etc, and an Albertsons grocery just across the street. (And an urgent care that hopefully nobody reading this will need, adjacent to the front parking lot.) Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and hope to soon.

In my experience, Best Western has consistently offered a quality stay and this one is no different. Clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The beds are awesome and it's in a nice area. Great stay! I'd stay there again.

good sleep. perfect swimming. good choices for breakfast. customer service needs adjusting, other than that great. we were with a child and she enjoyed the cartoon channels as well as all the fluffy pillows and warm blankets. the fridge space was enough. Bathroom was a bit small but good enough, because there were no complaints either.

The check-in clerk was very helpful suggesting a good place to get sopapillas. The motel is located between a Walmart and a Target. The elevator is most appreciated. Breakfast was good, the lady kept the food coming.

We spent the night here after 4 nights in a tent. What a nice place to return to civilization. Clean rooms, hot water, very hot jacuzzi, a wonderful indoor pool. The best was exceedingly comfortable, the rooms were quiet. The staff was gracious and helpful. Although the breakfast was free, it was as good as you could want with little touches like tortillas and salsa. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

We are staying here now. There was a large stain on the sheets, but I think it's something that won't come out? A hair in the tub, the samples were not full either. The hotel is nice, but housekeeping is lacking in a major way.
