We chose this hotel to ride out Hurricane Helene and could not have been happier with our choice. The best thing about this property is the staff. I cannot say enough about their kindness, willingness to help with every request and their professionalism. Our room was clean (bathroom especially). The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances worked. Good WiFi. Will definitely stay again.
Just as soon as we walked in room I could smell that our room had a musty smell. Even when we finally went to bed my wife and I both noticed a felling of dampness between sheets. Overall the room was clean small bathroom but worked for us. We had to wash all our suitcase clothes when we got home due to musty smell. Breakfast wasn't great so we ate little there.
I recently stayed at the best Western plus and up on my arrival. The staff were so friendly and willing to help and answer any questions I might have. When went into my room for the first time, I could not believe how large it was; however, it had a bit of an odor Which was only noticeable for the first minute that you came into the room. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The Internet was slow, and since I was there on business, that was unfortunate. I had to check out a day early because of changes to my work, and the night Front desk staff were wonderful and gracious to allow me to do so without charge. The breakfast on the morning I checked out was above average for a hotel nowadays. I would not discourage anyone from staying here!
This is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very accommodating.! The location was perfect and easy to find. We arrived late in the evening but the staff was ready for our arrival. We were advised how wonderful the breakfast would be and what time it would be available. We were given a first floor room which was perfect for my 89 year old Mother. Miss Pat was working the desk and she is so sweet!
We stayed in Enterprise for a couple nights in order to attend a football game in nearby Troy. We were greeted promptly & professionally at the front desk and got registered into two rooms with no problem. At the time we were given several recommendations for restaurants (no chains places) in the area and eventually ate at one which was recommended to us at the front desk. The room(s) were clean and well appointed and the bed offered a good night's sleep both nights. The free breakfast in the lobby had the usual scrambled eggs, sausage patties & links, biscuits and gravy and we were able to make individual Belgian waffles. Everything was A-OK . . . !!! We used the pool some the next day and were able to relax w/o the distraction of anyone else at the pool . . . that was quite nice!
Nice rooms. Clean. Good breakfast. Lots of variety. Food very fresh. Coffee freshly ground and brewed per cup. Would stay again.
I made a trip with my adult son to visit family. The staff was pleasant from check-in to breakfast to checkout. If I'm ever back in the area I will book here again.
First of all I want to point out that the staff is wonderful at this location. I was happy to see that southern manners are still very much present. My reason for a low rating was the condition of the room. The smell from mildew or mold was unacceptable. Not only is it very unpleasant, but potentially dangerous to health.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and roomy. AC and everything worked well. Service and check - in were great. Convenient to many restaurants. The decor is nice. Breakfast was very good. We would stay here again if we ever get back. The only problem was our key would not open the back door or the pool gate.
We stay here often when visiting family. This is a comfortable clean hotel. We briefly tried a couple other hotels on another visit but like this one best in Enterprise.
Been here several times. Breakfast is delicious, staff is helpful. One of our window curtains was falling from the rod, internet kept freezing up (we brought our roku). Room is very clean. If in the area again, we will stay here again.
This was my first stay at Best Western. I was surprised at how nice it was and the rate was a great value. I normally stay at a couple of other brands but will definitely add Best Western to my list of hotel choices.
This is a really clean place with an extra friendly staff! We really enjoy how quiet and peaceful ut is! Great location with a Publix next door and all the restaurants within a half to two miles away! We will definently stay here again! My crew love the place!
Fantastic hotel. The staff is polite, attentive and very professional. Comfortable, clean rooms that make for a great night's stay. I come to Enterprise area every year for Veterans' Day and BW is my choice after having experienced other hotels in the area that just don't even come close to the wonderful services and staff at BW,
We were greeted by a friendly, professional woman. The lobby area was very classy and clean. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and hot and fresh. Restaurants were within walking distance and the location was close to the highway.
I've stayed at this location when traveling through this area several times. I choose this Best Western because it is consistently clean, in a safe area, and nicer than most. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a large variety. Overall the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced.
When I travel I use BW motels almost exclusively. The Enterprise Alabama BW is by far the best one I have stayed in. The staff is plesant, helpful and courteous. The rooms are extremely clean and quiet. This is the second time I have stayed in this motel and in terms of the stays, there is virtually no difference in my experience.
Room was clean, no dust at all, smell was not terrible but overpowering. Clean sheets and towels. Bathtub had hair in it. Old carpets. Very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast area was clean, breakfast was ok.
We stayed at several BW Hotels on a recent trip to Washington, Oregon, and California and were very disappointed in ALL of them. The BW+ Circle Inn in Enterprise, AL is the exception and was, by far, the “best” BW at which we have stayed. We could, and will, stay here again!
Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast for the family. Room was clean and sizes well for three older kids. Stayed here for the night as a stop over to a final destination. location was convenient. There were several Resteraunt's within 0.25 miles. I will stay here again.
The room was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They even greeted me with my rewards club gift during check in. Kala & Katrik made my check in quick and easy. I will definitely be stay on my next trip.
My wife & I went to Enterprise, AL, to relax for a couple of days, & BW helped us do this. The room was delightful in that we really didn't have to report any problems. I could not connect to the internet, but this was actually a good thing, as I escaped work for the 2 days. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially the breakfast server. I would recommend this motel without reservation.
This is the best hotel we have stayed at. We had a problem with the booking agent and the owner fixed the problem. Family owned and operated. Very family friendly. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast choices. Located in a good spot to get too.
In town for business and stayed one night. Clean, welcoming facility and staff. Centrally located by food and shopping. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Have a Keurig for anytime coffee. Ate at Mich Tacos, a few miles down the road. BEST street tacos I have ever had, And enjoyed their homemade salsa bar with all of the varieties, and very reasonably priced.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I will book here again for sure when I am there for work. The breakfast was excellent. My stay was very quiet and enjoyable. No outside noise at all
I'm used to staying in 4 and 5 star hotels. We came here to attend a funeral. There are no 5-star hotels in Enterprise, AL, but I was not disappointed with BW. We're thinking about visiting Enterprise again and we will definitely stay at the Best Western on Boll Weevil Circle.
This is one of my favorite hotels. The interior and exterior are nicely decorated and well kept. I would recommend this hotel highly. The indoor decor is beautiful and homey feeling. The staff is very pleasant and friendly.
As I laid my head on my pillow after a long day of travel, a German roach crawled across the nightstand. I killed it and ended up sleeping on my car because I was afraid of taking them home with me. Never will I ever stay at this hotel or any other Best Western's!!!
We stayed here for a funeral, so we were understandably upset and not thinking clearly. The front desk assured me that my reservation was confirmed when I called to say we had gotten delayed in our arrival. Check in was very quick and our room was very clean. It was definitely appreciated that this aspect of our weekend was one area we did not have to worry about.
This hotel has very spacious rooms and bathroom/dressing areas. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were not fooling around or absent. They were very engaging and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.
Hotel is a little older but very well kept and clean. Staff is amazing and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Beds are super comfortable. We didn't use the pool during our stay but it looked nice as well.
The folks at the Best Western Plus Circle Inn in Enterprise Alabama are absolutely awesome...I'm a disabled veteran who travels with a service canine. The wonderful team at the Best Western always go out of their way to make us feel at home. This is THE Best Hotel in the state of Alabama, and the only hotel in Southern Alabama that we will stay at.
I was headed to Crestview, FL and tried to book a room but they were all too expensive due to a large event and spring break in the area. Decided to stay in Enterprise, AL and visit some friends up there as it was relatively close to where I was heading to in Crestview. It was last minute and I didn't have reservations. BW Plus Circle Inn was able to accommodate my husband and me and at great rates.
We were visiting family at Fort Rucker, and this hotel was a nearly perfect option. We were minutes away from Fort Rucker, and we had almost everything we needed from a hotel here. For some reason there wasn't a hair dryer in our room, but we made do (and to the hotel's credit, we did not ask). We also requested additional blankets due to the fact that there were essentially only two sheets and square, firm pillows. Our room was a bit dark, too, and not all the outlets worked as they were supposed to. Other than these relatively minor concerns, the hotel was a great option for visiting family, and if this hotel is less expensive than the Enterprise Holiday Inn again, then we'll be back!
Good location and appears to be well maintained overall. Room was clean and quiet. Easy and quick check in with a super friendly staff. Would recommend this location and would definitely stay again. Felt safe and plenty of choices for necessities nearby.
I had an issue with my reservation and Jay went above and beyond to make it right. Very classy looking place. Beds are comfortable and noise level isn't bad. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. If you want exceptional quality and service this is the place to stay!
Although we had an issue with our room, management moved us to a new room within minutes of checking in. Noise was an issue for us . Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok something for everybody to choose from. Great location close to everything.
I have stayed here several times for business and I'm always amazed by the rooms and the amazing staff!!! This should be a 4 diamond Hotel!!!! You are close to everything from food stores to restaurants. I can't thank the staff and awesome owner for always making feel like I'm at home !!!!! Amazing!!!!!
Renovating our house and stayed for 6 nights recently. The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast is the typical continental, horrible
Kayla was excellent in helping me secure my reservation. Kyla and Katilynn were very helpful answering all questions This hotel is clean, well kept, and the FREE breakfast is excellent We will be using this as our "go to" hotel whenever visiting Alabama. Highly recommend!
1 word Roaches and very dated and many broken items. Best thing going for this place is the location, in a short period of time this property will only be inhabited by less desirable people and definitely not a family place
Hotel staff was very personable and engaged in every interaction I had with them. I arrived late both nights and was extremely impressed with the warm greetings and express service I received. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
Very nice place to stay, I really enjoyed all the hospitality The staff was very friendly and informative! No people were hanging out in the lobby, the rooms were very cleaned and the beds were cleaned and very comfortable
We will definitely stay here if in the area again. Great from check in with Kayla to check out. Kayla was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The following evening, Kaitlyn was helpful when I needed to use their guest computer to check in for our flight and print boarding passes. We saw her again the following morning at breakfast and she came to our table and chatted. Very friendly staff! Our room was clean, beds comfy. We enjoyed breakfast the two mornings we were there. Better than most other hotels we've stayed at. Great selection of food. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage patties and bacon the next morning. Biscuits, sausage gravy, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereals, milk, water, juices. Nothing at all to complain about. Kudos to the owner/manager of this Best Western! We highly recommend this hotel!
In my frenzied attempt to find something away from the hurricane path and affordable, I stumbled on this hotel. I don't think in all my years of travel I've been in such a nice Best Western. This lovely place had that "new car" smell upon entering. Seems there's quite a bit of remodeling going on. My room was spacious and lovely. The A/C worked well and quietly. I had a nice suite with sitting area. The breakfast was substantial and was kept hot, full, and clean. I had a couple of small issues and as soon as I spoke to someone about them, action was immediately taken to correct. I found the guest laundry to have what looked like brand new commercial grade appliances. A great hotel at a great price with great employees and management.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, both hot and cold, and this Best Western was close to everything we were looking for. Nice pool too. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again if in the area.
We spent 4 nights here for our sons graduation from flight school • The first night I just thought the neighbors had little kids and was noisy. The second night I found out that the owners lived in the room next to ours and had an apartment of sorts. The front desk lady told me if it got too loud to let her know and she would let them know. I didn't want to be that person so I waited it out till they finally calmed their kids down at 2:30am. That was 2 days of no sleep by day 3 we went to the room in the afternoon for a nap to try and catch up on some lost sleep we found out the family was leaving for a couple days and were relieved. Till we laid down and the kids started up again. I finally went to the front desk and begged to be moved she let me know they were getting ready to leave I said yes I thought that 2 hours ago. She did discount our stay a little . I finally just decided to leave and drive around for a while since sleep was obviously not going to happen. When we arrived back we were relieved to see the owners had left. Unfortunately we were on a schedule and had to start getting ready for a military ball so no nap. However the next two nights we had wonderfully restful sleeps. Again it is a very nice place. Very clean, very friendly staff! Just make sure you don't get put into room 214!
The rooms were absolutely neat and clean. Had a extremely comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel staff is kind and provides all the assistance with a smile. The location is ideal and is in the proximity to all the shopping places including walmart and other stores. I would love to stay at this hotel any time and every time.
Greast service , amenities were great. Hotel staff did a great job, great hospitality. Hotel located close to many restaurants and shooping facilities. Well lighted during the night and plenty of parking.
Stayed in the Enterprise because our son was stationed at Ft Rucker. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was well stocked and good. Grocery and restaurants are near by. We would return.
Great location.......... plenty of resturants, fast food and specialty food all with a 15-min drive. Walking distance is a grocery store and 5 chain and one-off resturants. I tried 3 of the 4 returants within walking distance. Good food at a fair price. With a grocery store right there, it was easy to pick up needed items for the room to snake on. And with a frige in the room, was able to load up on water and tea.
Very relaxing, clean, and quiet with lots of shopping and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly! Reasonable rates versus other hotels in the area This is the hotel to stay at when visiting on vacation in Enterprise, AL
Very good hotel! Everything was very clean and staff was nice. Enjoyed the hot breakfast I'm a sucker for a waffle. The air was turned on when I got there so the room wasn't even stuffy. This is the second time I have stayed and I am overall very satisfied with this hotel and both of my experiences.
This Best Western is a great place to stay. The professionalism and outstanding service makes you feel like your at home. I would recommend this Best Western with no hesitation nor reservation. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is the place.
We stay at this hotel every year when we are visiting relatives in Enterprise, AL. The hotel is very nice, always clean, and staff is very efficient and personable. We highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is very good, with a good variety of hot and cold items. The rooms are spacious, nice size bathroom and location of hotel is close to several places to eat as well as Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc.
Great staff, Big-Clean Rooms and close to Grocery and numerous restaurants Comfy Beds, a frig and mircowave and a large bathroom- Will stay here again for sure The breakfast is really good, you are 200 yards from the Publix Grocery, and many choices to eat
Canadians displaced by hurricane Michael, we booked one of the last rooms available in Enterprise. Arrived here to open arms! The owner and staff have been nothing but accommodating. They have brought in dinner and refreshments for all the guests to help everyone feel comfortable while we wait to return to Panama City Beach. Definitely a 5+ star for service! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff, a huge thanks to all!
My husband and I were forced to evacuate Panama City Beach during Hurricane Michael. We booked the last room available and had no idea what to expect over the next few day. This place was the best choice we could have made. They accommodated us when we were forced to arrive early. The room was huge and just what we needed. The staff offered all their guests FREE dinner, beer and wine both nights we stayed. What great hospitality! We came here by chance, but will return by choice!
Nice location, near restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, clean, large rooms and nice complimentary breakfast. Rooms equipped with sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer on site. Convenient check-in and check-out process.
This is my 2nd time in Alabama and after my horrible recent experience at another hotel...( Econo Lodge- I checked out the moment I checked in) don't do it! , I just should have just booked this property again IT Just FEELS RIGHT!. Jay at the front desk is so sweet and I remember him and his brother from last year. The rooms are perfect clean.. Ahh it just feels right! And they do make you feel right at home and everything is in the Blvd. Love it!
Great stop on the way to beach. Rooms very nice/ clean. Gravy biscuit , eggs, bacon for breakfast..danish, oatmeal, waffle. Comfortable beds.. Great stop overnight. Sshower was good.. Lots of hot water .Would stay again.
Family of 4 stayed one night while headed to the beach. Great location near restaurants. Staff was friendly. We all had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic yet we all left satisfied. Only complaint, poor lighting in the bathroom.
Room and bed were comfortable. Reasonable price for room. Chair was stained and furniture was banged up. But overall it was ok Eggs not very tasty at breakfast. Kids likes waffles. Decent stay to break up trip to the beach.
Not my favorite place to stay. Out of three nights here we had noisy neighbors very night. It really wasn't that the neighbors were so noisy but rather there must not be any insulation in the walls or ceiling. The first night we had a noisy youngster bouncing around above us for a couple of hours. The next nights we could hear the TV and conversations of the rooms adjoining us. It didn't seem like any of the other people were trying to be loud - we could just hear everything. The shower was nice. The room was clean. It's convenient to Ft. Rucker. Panera, Panda Express and a grocery store right next door - not a quiet stay at all though. We didn't eat the breakfast. The pool area is smallish, but sufficient for the kids to play. Okay hotel but I won't stay again.
This is a very clean facility with friendly staff. Breakfast was very good every morning. We found it to be quiet during our stay. It's also convenient to restaurants, fast food, groceries, parks...just about everything is close by.
My husband and I have stayed here a few times while visiting my daughter in Enterprise and have always been very comfortable. The king bed room is spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower nice and the workers helpful and friendly. This Christmas we also booked my elderly mother who uses a walker and other daughter in a handicapped room. My mom was disappointed in her room. She complained that the shower curtain was inadequate (too short), the handheld shower sprayer was unusually difficult to use and the room's chair was much too low for a handicapped person. I was disappointed she didn't like her room because we like this place. The breakfast is quite good, though I wish they always made the cooked oatmeal (not instant) they are set up for - like they had the first time we stayed there. I requested it this time (because I was disappointed they relied on instant last visit) but because of holiday staffing it was there inconsistently. I'll give them some grace because of Christmas. It is just that I REALLY like their oatmeal and toppings! (So healthy and something that sets them apart from most hotel breakfasts). My husband and I will probably be back and stay there again, but if we bring Mom to Enterprise again I may (reluctantly) try another hotel.
My company booked this hotel for me for two nights because I work at the Publix next door. This hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful. This hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and is in the heart of Enterprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area!
In town for one night and I knew I needed to stay here because of previous stays I've had here. The room was nice and clean. The staff is very nice and I received a warm welcome at check in from a really nice girl. Definitely staying here when I travel to Enterprise!
This was our second time to stay at the Best Western Plus Circle Inn, Enterprise, Alabama - they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable - wonderful staff and very clean. The cleaning staff was as last time very thorough in their services. We stayed for over a week each visit and was not the least bit disappointed in our overall stay. I highly recommend this Best Western if you are in the area - clean rooms - comfortable beds and the breakfast was always good - your guys are awesome - thanks again
I stayed here for three nights. The room was not cleaned during my entire stay. Asked to speak to owner/manager three times (2nd evening, at checkout, soon after returning home) and request was never honored.
The hotel had everything I needed, a fitness center/gym membership, a complementary hot breakfast, clean spacious rooms, and a customer-friendly atmosphere. Great location, too. The hotel is close to just about any of your Enterprise-needs. 10/10
Room was exceptionally large, very clean, comfortable beds and the decor was nice. Loved the space! Very pleasant stay with a warm welcome after a very long day.. Customer service was also a plus! Very helpful
I had to stay here because everything in my home was loaded onto a truck for relocation. Best Western is HANDS DOWN the nicest hotel in Enterprise, AL. I would recommend it to anyone. Very convenient to everything
We hadn't been to Enterprise for a few years so when we knew we were going to be in town we decided to try the Best Western for our visit. The room was clean and nice and big, the pillows were foam and worthless for sleeping on, the beds are well wore but comfortable but really need replacing. The bathroom was nice and large but the tub didn't drain well so taking a shower in 2" of dirty water isn't nice and when it finally drained it needed to be cleaned before the next person could use it. The TV is not HD and it provided a poor digital picture and the air conditioner cycled on and off all night which doesn't help for a restful sleep. We also heard traffic noise all night as well as the elevator dinging as we were placed just across form it. Oh we had no room service either. We're easy going people so that's why a 3 rating but maybe it deserves a 2-1/2 if we could give that.
Great central location for a visit to surrounding communities. Convenient, clean, excellent location. Walking distance to shopping and multiple dining venues. Have stayed here before and will stay again.
We stayed here because of the Hurricane Irma Evacuation. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The manager was always close by and did so much to make all the evacuees comfortable. There were entire families and there were elderly evacuees. I often saw him outside helping people load or unload their car. Many brought a lot of their things, because no one knew how long they would be away. And he was right there to help. He had pizza parties and cheese tastings. These events encouraged the evacuees to spend time in the lobby and socialize with other evacuees, which helped relieve their stress. The breakfasts were wonderful. Emily and Evie greeted everyone with a smile, and made sure there was enough food available, and kept the kitchen area very clean. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and a large variety of muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurts, etc. They did such a great job. All the employees were helpful and friendly. We felt so welcome. They made a difficult time a pleasant memory.
I would like to thank the manager at this hotel, he made my family feel like at home. He went over and beyond to make our stay a pleasure to be there. He order pizza for the kids, he had wine for the adults. He made everyone enjoy their stay even though it was due to unforeseen circumstance, hurricane Irma. Thank you again for meeting everyone of our needs.
We stayed at the hotel withba bunch of people who evacuated parts of Florida because of Hurricane Irma. The hotel bought pizza, side, meat and cheese trays and beer for people staying at the hotel. Each employee I came into contact with were awesome.
My elderly mother and I evacuated to Best Western for Hurricane Irma. The hotel staff greeted us at 12:30 am with food and helped us settle in. They did everything possible to extend our stay despite being overbooked, allowing us to stay until we felt safe to depart. The owners brought in pizza, beer, wine, and munchies for all their guests. They even left beer in the refrigerator for the next day. I have never been treated like royalty like this before. Best Western has become my number one hotel. #1BestWestern. MonaLisa
What a nice hotel. Upon checking in Emily went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. The room was roomy and clean. The breakfast had great choices including biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage! Great breakfast!!! Best hotel we have stayed at in a while!!!
We were at another hotel that sucked, so we came here for one night. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. Our room was spacious and clean. We will be staying here again.
Our stay was very good. the staff members very pleasant and courteous. Clean and what was needed I was able to receive without any problems. Will stay again on my next trip and tell my friends and family that my travel in the area.
The location is excellent close to stores, restaurants and the military base. The hotel is clean in the lobby and the rooms. The pool is a great addition. Efficient parking. Really enjoyed our stay when I return to the area I will definitely be staying here.
The staff and hotel are absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel due to not only the amenities but also the staff. The best hotel we have stayed at! The staff was extremely helpful from the time of booking to the time of check out. The staff is very assertive, kind, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with every amenity you need. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area.
Appears to be recently remodeled. Very clean and very friendly staff. Definitely a great value. The breakfast was much better than a continental breakfast. Close proximity to shjopping and restaurants.
Great value, very clean, hot breakfast with eggs & bacon & home made biscuits, quiet hotel, clean sheets, good room service. Very minor negatives......light missing in room entry, toner extremely low on ink in the business center.
We stay here when we visit family. The desk staff is very helpful and the hotel is in a good location. The beds could be more firm, but they were better than most we've encountered. We recommend this hotel.
Great breakfast. Clean rooms, staff very helpful. Quiet location. Nearby Publix & restaurants. There is a Walmart just down the street. A CVS, Walgreens,Iffice Depot. They don't allow pets but a great vets where you can board your dog or cats.
The hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard eggs and waffles, etc. The fitness center was a disaster. But, they have an agreement with a local, nearby gym.The value equaled the experience...
Well decorated, clean, oversized rooms for a hotel! Refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in room. Great for multiple family members as shower and toilet are in separate room from sink and mirror. Comfy bed and pillows. Another win with a Best Western! The last few I have stayed in have been fantastic and a few dollars less than nearby hotels !
We were visiting my daughter and I wanted the grandkids to spend some time with us. The suite had enough room for us to enjoy pizza and a spot for everyone to sit and enjoy each other. The sleeping arrangement for my 3 girls was perfect and we had a separate bedroom. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable arrangement for me and my family.
No complaints at all! Not a 5 star hotel but very nice facilities for Enterprise! We will stay again. Breakfast was decent, not the best but definitely doable. My husband used the gym and for a 2 night stay he said it was fine.
Friendly, accommodating staff, large rooms, and the hot breakfast was very good. Waffle maker with batter for hot waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, cereal, milk, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal bar with all the toppings. After experiencing Holiday Inn's fake hot breakfast, we were very happy.
I chose this hotel based on reviews and cost. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience here and have cancelled 2 future reservations. The most disappointing things included the dark/dim room (especially the bathroom) apparently due to the installation of what appeared to be some odd kind of energy efficient or more cost effective light bulbs (they looked like the kind I would put into an emergency lighting lantern at home when the electricity goes out). The front desk staff, while adequate, was not really very welcoming or friendly especially compared to one competing hotel in the area that we had reserved in the past. The cooling/air system was frustrating also as I prefer to keep the fan running all night for noise and air flow and this unit did not allow constant fan (although it was listed as an option on the unit).
The staff is extremely helpful. The place is very clean and the free breakfast is legit. BEST WESTERN RULES! GO HERE AND EAT SOME BACON! I LOVE BACON! You will love bacon too especially at this Best Western.
Phenomenal hotel; very clean; breakfast was delicious and had several options; location was perfect - next to Panera's and Panda Express; pool was available and business center was readily available and easy to use
I stayed here on business for five days and it was a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, but needed some repairs (the closet shelving was ready to collapse). The breakfast was adequate, but you could tell it had been reheated. The hotel is also convenient to many restaurants, as well as shopping.
We stayed at the Best Western in Enterprise last week to attend a graduation from Flight School. After a very long and difficult road trip we just wanted a decent night's sleep. I had reserved two rooms ahead of time based on reviews but I was not expecting the level of comfort, assistance and atmosphere. The beds, linens, towels were on par with high end hotels in any city you could imagine. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were all helpful and friendly - from the night clerk to the breakfast attendant. If we ever need to return to the area, we will be staying at this Best Western.
What a great find. We arrived early in the morning, immediately, check in asked if we would like a late checkout. I was very thankful for this! The location was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Circle Inn for the night before I attended a school at Fort Rucker. I nearly missed my report time at Fort Rucker because the cab company (unrelated company from the hotel) was late to pick me up. The hotel manager happened to be at the hotel at that time even though he wasn't working that day. He went out of his way to personally give me a ride to Fort Rucker so that I would not miss my report time. Outstanding service.
this hotel is very very clean & staff is very friendly.. We always choose this hotel when we are in enterprise. above all Best Western is always our very 1st choice. the breakfast was great . the service very good. the pool was clean & quiet. close to all resturants & shopping.
I was referred this hotel by my niece as I was coming to Enterprise for my nephew's retirement ceremony at Ft. Rucker, AL. I had never stayed at a Best Western, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service & hospitality. Breakfast in the morning was a plus and the employees were more than helpful. I'll stay there again when I visit Enterprise AL. The only thing I'd change are the pillows...glad I brought my own.
I had a family member in the hospital and needed to have a place to stay for 2 nights. I needed something convenient, comfortable and clean. After reading the reviews, I decided to stay at the Beat Western and didn't regret my decision. The check in was easy, the room immaculate and the bed soo comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. After sitting all day I needed to stretch my legs and was excited to see they had a pool and it was Salt water! I swam many laps and was able to have a good nights sleep. My only micro complaint was that there wasn't any fruit or gluten free options on the breakfast bar. But again, this is not a huge problem. I would definitely stay there again.
Great service and nice rooms! Would definitely stay here again. Pool area very nice and clean. Staff more than accomodating with any request we had. Breakfast was ok, nice to have something before hitting the road.
Clean, well maintained and convenient with a Publix supermarket next door. That proved useful when I desperately needed some cold medicine to get to sleep. The cycling of the A/C can be annoying I suppose if your not real tired and full of generic Ny-Quil.
This was NOT a BW Plus Inn. It was a refurbished facility that will soon be in need of another refurbishing/touch-up again. That being said, it was clean and had a good breakfast presentation. Noisy air conditioner and price was too high for what it was.
Not much else to say that this was a very quiet and comfortable place to stay overnight for our business trip. It was also very convenient to Fort Rucker and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was good to start the busy day. No issues whatsoever.
My father is in the nursing home in Enterprise, and we always stay at this hotel when we come to town to visit him. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean, and its right in the middle of everything!
The property itself is in a good location as far as accessibility. I was working at the local hospital and it was only a 5 minute drive away. no bells and whistles here for sure. You can get bottled water at the little display at the front desk but not other beverages. Breakfast was just ok. The room had an odor that smelled like BO and the corners around the toilet and in the bedroom were dirty. The young man working at the front desk seemed bothered by me asking for dinner suggestions. Then the suggestion he gave me was closed on Sunday. He wasn't the friendly type you'd expect working the front desk. He seemed uncomfortable in his role. Being a business woman travelling alone I felt unsafe in my room as there were several younger men up and down the halls at night. They seemed to be very familiar with the hotel. Didn't seem like guests. They were making several trips in and out of the back door. I was on the first floor and there was a guy in a truck right outside my window revving the engine over and over. I normally don't write reviews but this experience was just unnerving for me.
I was extremely satisifed after a full day of traveling to find my room at this Best Western so roomy, clean and comfortable. The room offered all of the amenities that were useful and none that were not. More important was the customer service experience, something that I feel big business often overlooks. Thanks, Lizy.
The hotel was very clean and the rooms are well equipped with TV, MW, and apartment sized refrigerator. The staff was SUPER! They were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us. My wife was not feeling well when we arrived very late in the evening, and the front desk clerk on duty gathered up some tea, orange, and yogurt and brought them to our room for my wife. I definitely recommend you use this facility.
This hotel is very comfortable, very friendly staff and manager, great location and good price. The breakfast very nice with several hot items in it. I did not use the pol or the gym, but those were available also. Fairly new, three to five years.
I had an enjoyable stay there, the staff was very helpful. There were some issues, in the it was easy to hear the sounds in the next room, things like conversations were audible . Also the hotel didn't replace a bad light bulb even though I spoke to the front desk about it and they noted the problem.
I highly recommend this place. We had an overnight stay and this was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is provided and is very good. Rates are very reasonable for the accommodations provided.
Everyone at front desk were helpful and friendly. The extend continental breakfast was great. Scrambled egg with bacon/ham along with biscuits and gravy made my day. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff here was super nice and very helpful! They were very, very nice and made the stay great. The girl who checked me in and was there the night I stayed was super nice and sweet - I wish I remembered her name! The night I stayed there was a tornado that landed a town or so over from the hotel, and the staff had a plan in place in case it came our way and they were very comforting; I knew that if something went wrong, they'd go above and beyond to keep us safe! It was a good hotel to stay at distance-wise to visit Fort Rucker. The only thing that I would suggest is that they get a new internet/wifi provider because the wifi did not work. Originally we thought it was my computer but when I tried to log on with both my personal and work cell phone the internet didn't work then either. Even so, it was a great stay.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting my nephew at Fort Rucker. It is in a convenient, easy to access, location close to the base and all local entertainment. The hotel itself was awesome from check in to check out. The staff at the front desk were efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Melissa took care of breakfast and was friendly and knowledgable about places to visit while in town. The breakfast was typical hotel food, yet the eggs were the best hotel eggs I have ever had! The rooms were large, attractive, and CLEAN (always a prerequisite for me). Having read the other reviews before booking, I will say that you can hear people in the hallways easily, but the patrons during my stay (2 nights) were considerate and we were not at all disturbed. It has been my vast experience that most 2 and 3 star hotels have this issue. This best western rates on par for comfort with most 4 star hotels in which I've stayed. Amenities are above those of your typical 3 star hotel - there is a soap dish on the sink! A great place to stay!
I was visiting family at a nearby Army base and wanted to stay at a hotel nearby...and the Best Western in Enterprise was it! I was prepared for a typical place, but this was so, so nice! I got a room with one King Bed...which made the seating/lounge area of the room so incredibly spacious! I had never seen this configuration before. I opted for the breakfast buffet, figuring it would be basic fare... I was so delighted to find one my southern favorites, biscuits and sausage gravy being served! There was also country ham, bacon, and eggs...as well as the pancakes from the very cool new machine. I came in late one night and wanted a sweet snack, but the pantry only had savorys. The desk clerk opened up the kitchen and offered me muffins...it was perfect with my tea! Long story short...convenient location, great room, terrific and caring staff and awesome breakfast....a grocery store and a Panera were next door. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Spent a week here on business and will definitely return. No surprises at check in. Room is huge. Breakfast is a real breakfast, not sweet rolls and weak coffee. Very good Wi-Fi signal. Everything worked as it should, and the staff was very good, especially Melissa running the breakfast and doing double duty at check out. Only drawback of this hotel is the paper-thin walls. The poor guy in the room next to mine snored loudly for two straight nights (dude, get a CPAP!) and all conversations in the hallway were understandable. Nothing the staff can do about that, but overall, very good experience and I will stay here again in future business trips.
WORST STAY EVER! at 12:00am a group checked in that must have been huge! i know the exact time because at 12:00am we were woken up and were kept up until about 3:00am. after 3 calls to the front desk about the noise, they quieted down only to start again at 5:00am!!! We had approx 4 hours of sleep that night for $100! RIDICULOUS!! Such a shame. This is a beautiful property. The Days Inn across the road would have been better and 1/2 the price.
Good rate. Pleased overall with stay; however, breakfast not as good as previous visits. Size of rooms a very big plus. Very good rate. Usually have comparable or better rates than comparable hotels in the area.
We had a pleasant stay and the Hotel Staff was friendly and very professional. The only shortcoming ,as I said was the television programming, few local channels and no local news or movie channels were few.
The staff was very accommodating when we traded out of our King room to two Queens. Some Kings are bigger than others - this was not - but no problem letting us change. We really appreciated that, as we were in Enterprise for 4 nights. Very close to Dothan for better restaurants, but if you need to visit Ft. Rucker, this is a good stop. Short walk to Publix market, and a few other restaurants.
The exterior of the building is inviting, but the walls of the rooms are too thin - you can hear everything going on next door to you. The hotel has a bar/lounge and a fitness center, but both were closed during our two day stay.
We stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives recently. The room was very large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate and the staff were very friendly. I would stay in this location again.
The hotel was a little hard to find. The Best Western sign was low and hard to see while trying to find your hotel by means of a GPS using your street address. I drove around a large block two times. I did not see the street number.
Great Southern hospitality and service. Very polite and helpful staff. Facilities were clean, neat and modern. Coulldn't ask for more. Having to think up 200 characters for a simple review is a pain and ridiculous and I wouldn't do it except the staff was very nice and I want them to know I appreciate it.
Stayed here one night as we were traveling through this area. The rooms were clean, looked like they were new or recently updated. Staff was friendly, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but hot and fresh and staff prompt about making sure everything was restocked promptly.
Many dining options within walking distance. Located just 15 minutes from Fort Rucker and 5 minutes from downtown. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was surprisingly good.
Stayed here while attending a funeral and was exceptionally pleased with the room and the front counter staff, so much so that I ended up carrying on a conversation with her most of the night. Considering the circumstances of my visit, they were very nice and allowed me to check out later than usual since the service wasn't early in the morning. Room was very clean, comfortable with no issues at all. Price was pretty average for the room of that rating. The only improvement would be the breakfast. No eggs, only bacon and hard biscuits plus the pancake machine. Not my idea of a good breakfast unless you like yogurt, fruit cups and cereal. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be staying there again but just eating breakfast out somewhere.
staff were friendly and helpful.its location easily accessible to visit our friends as well as being easily located on main road of travel Having a Publix and Panera Bread close by was convenient.....
I've stayed in this hotel twice and both times I had exceptional service from a friendly and efficient staff. The building, grounds, and rooms are immaculate. I will use this hotel for every one of my business trips to the Enterprise area.
