Best Western Plus
Very nice room and reception was responsive to our request for an additional chair for our room. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was complete and I appreciate having skim milk available. All the cereal had added sugar and it would be better to have some healthier cereal. Would stay again.
We travel to Maryland tree or four time a year and we always stay at The Easton Best Western. Cleanest Motel l have ever been in, Great staff, polite, courteous , knowledgeable, they could not be more gracious, the Manager, Brandy, has always gone the extra mile for us and our associates, plus they have the best breakfast in town and it comes with the room. Five Stars*****
We've been coming to the Maryland Eastern Shore in November for 26 years. Usually, we stay in Cambridge. This year we picked the Best Western Plus in Easton because of its excellent T.A. Rating and reviews. What a pleasant choice. This is the best stay we have had at any hotel in those many years. This hotel is exceptional: clean, comfortable, nice size rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. I made reservations In advance. They recognized me by name even though this was a busy weekend due to a local festival. As a gold card member they offered free soft drinks and snacks from their shop and they had a king size suite on the first floor as I had requested. Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky especially at night. There is no direct entrance from Rt 50. You have to take one of two side roads and enter the hotel parking lot from the back. Parking is convenient and luggage carts are available. Our room was terrific. Amenities included Direct TV, microwave, fridge with freezer and a safe. Closets are large and there are plenty of hangers. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Lighting is adequate. There are plenty of outlets for charging you laptop or phone. The bath has a shower/tub. Hot water is a bit slow coming on but it will get plenty hot. And the towels are big, fluffy and not worn out like at some other places. Breakfast is better than most motel fare. The dining area is kept very clean. Choices include eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fresh fruit and juice, pancakes and coffee. The daily paper and USA Today are available. I can't say enough about the staff. The manager Brandee was very responsive to our requests and everyone behind the desk is friendly and genuinely concerned that you are having a pleasant stay. We will return to the Shore again and we will stay here again
Service and recognition with a smile goes a long way. No matter what time of day staff recognizes you with eye contact and a greeting consistently. This is the only place to stay in Easton - St. Michaels area.
I felt a genuine warmth and welcome from the moment I checked in. Especially by General Manager, Brandee S. Diggs. He recognized I am a directionally challenged individual and so he patiently outlined the offbeat locations I would be visiting in my 2-day visit. Gave me his business card with private cell number in case I got lost! When I told him I am a light sleeper, he had me view a prospective room. I noticed immediately it was large, attractive and spotlessly clean (thank you, housekeeping). What I didn't notice was that the bedroom part of the suite faces Hwy 50. I had a sleepless night, waking every time an 18-wheeler roared by. In fairness, btw, I doubt the muted noise would bother a heavy or even average sleeper. I complained to the overnight desk person at 6 am. She immediately moved me to a quieter location. Thanks again! Second night was perfection. After (a terrific) breakfast, I checked out. Here's the shocker: Brandee did not charge for the first night! He certainly didn't have to do that, especially considering he had shown me the first room and I had acccepted it. In all my travels, to many parts of the U.S. and the world, I have never encountered such kindness and consideration. Message to Best Western: You have a valuable employee. Give this man a promotion whereby he trains all BW managers to rise to his level. And of course, a commensurate raise!!
The traveler, Best western plus in easton, md. Great hotel and awesome staff. Indoor pool, fitness, room. Awesome hot breakfast. Rooms are nice size. Great location near 50. Very quiet location. Great price to fix any budget.
Best place to stay! Only a short drive into St. Michael's and Easton. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and other amenities. The staff recognized our Platinum status with BW and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a suite.
The Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites is about 5 years old and still in great condition. The rooms are really nice and spacious. The only complaint is that the road noise from U.S. 50 can be heard in the rooms - not loud, but it is noticeable.
Spent 3 nights here touring the area. Found this hotel to be sooo hospitable. Everyone working there were so nice. Clean place and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone .wish i could've stayed longer
We checked in around 5 hours late due to Airline delays and traffic jam from Dulles Airport however everything was ready our room was huge with a sitting area with couch and chair king size bed with free wifi. The staff were amazing and answered any questions we had also recommend good places to eat. The breakfast was included and had everything from eggs ,bacon and sausage to pancakes cold cereal even fresh fruit and more , the pool area was a great place to take a swim or use the hot tub when we returned in the evening to unwind. All in All well kept hotel very clean quiet and not far from town we stayed 3 nights from Sept 21 -checked out mornIng of Sept 24/18 had a great stay thanks to the staff for being so nice.We traveled for father in-laws memorial and fulfill his last wishes.
During our recent trip for a wedding in CT, we stayed a total of 6 hotels. Best Western Plus Easton by far surpassed every one of them. Hospitality is their motto and it surely shows, from the manager right down to the housekeeping staff, breakfast staff and front desk staff. They all were extremely helpful and willing to please. Amenities far surpassed any of the hotels, and the breakfast....outstanding!! Much more than we would ever expect. Breakfast staff was very attentive to making sure everything was refilled as needed and the breakfast area was kept clean at all times. The staff, especially the manager, were friendly, helpful, caring and even made suggestions for rainy day activities, restaurants and traffic alerts as needed. We were always greeted upon our return after a day out and asked how our day was. This was truly an amazing experience. Hospitality at it's absolute finest!!!
Pleasantly surprised by this Best Western Plus as I have never stayed with them before. Check-in and check-out was fast, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was hot and had a good variety of items and 24 hour coffee, tea and water! Didn't use the gym or pool, but both looked nice. Couldn't turn the air off in the room as thermostat was tricky to use, so the AC ran all night, even though it was cooler outside.
We spent two nights at the Best Western in Easton Maryland. It is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. We were traveling from a distance and arrived quite early, and were gratefully pleased when Brandy at the front desk let us check in early. That was a blessing. Our room was very spacious with everything you would need. And the hotel is only 5 years old so everything looks brand new. The breakfast buffet was OVER THE TOP, and that's an understatement. More selections then I've ever seen at a complimentary buffet, and extremely clean and tidy. The breakfast area and lobby are just beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, very clean and perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. Brandy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible! Thank you Brandy!! As I said, BEST Best Western ever!
Had a wedding to attend in Saint Michaels. Choose this hotel because it was 25 min from wedding site. Was very impressed with the hotel. The room was was very comfortable with a separate bedroom. Had a sitting area with sofa bed. The breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly and professional. Would stay there in the future.
All of the staff were friendly and professional. The room was ready on arrival. The room was clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast had a nice variety. The exercise was clean and had a nice variety of equipment. The tread, mill was a little noisy, but nothing I couldn't deal with for an hour. I highly recommend this hotel!!
Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Good breakfast with pancakes and bacon. We stayed one night while traveling. If I had to pick on anything, it would be the pool, which was extremely small and had cloudy water. We did not let our kids go in. Otherwise, we were well satisfied with this hotel.
Excellent hotel with a value price. Breakfast was one of the best in this class of hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. HVAC worked well. Has indoor pool but fitness room on the small side. Check in and check out was fast and easy.
Visiting the eastern shore of Maryland for the first time, we were looking for an inexpensive, centrally located hotel with suites available. This Best Western Plus fit the bill on all counts. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the price point perfect and the location ideal. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. A modest hotel that provides everything you need...and a pool and whirlpool. We will definitely return.
I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand of hotels but in this area they are a bit over priced. I happened to take a chance an stay here a couple of years ago and have been coming back ever since. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I get the same amenities as the Hilton brand just a bit more reasonable. I would highly recommend
the hotel was totally awesome... very clean,we had a king suite very clean. free breakfast was very good. i enjoyed the little patios outside the front door even though we don't smoke it was very refreshing to sit outside on comfortable furniture. the front desk was very accommodating when my phone charger broke they lent me one for our stay. tv selection was slim and movie rental was a little high $19.99. i would definitely stay here again
We stayed at this hotel over a three-day weekend with two other couples. The general manager Brandee Diggs was so accommodating. His great sense of humor was very much appreciated. Without even asking he arranged for all our rooms to be close to each other to make the best of our vacation. We sincerely appreciated it and loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks again.
We most recently stayed at this hotel for a long 4th of July weekend but it was not our first stay here. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. One big minus is the size of pillows- they are really big and uncomfortable. But this is often the case with hotels, so we always bring our own pillows with us and it was not an issue. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub. The gym is on the small size but one can have a decent workout. Parking is adequate and free. The hotel is very close to the downtown area but you will need a car to get there. I did not see any safe walking alternatives to driving (the roads are big and busy in the summer, with a lot of beach traffic passing by). If there was one thing I would like to see changed, it is that they provide the option to recycle. Other than that, it is a great choice of a hotel if you are in the area.
Clean, modern hotel, large rooms, excellent breakfast. Helpful and willing staff. Indoor heated pool, workout room, business center. I will and will not hesitate to stay again. Short drive to historic downtown area and interesting restaurants.
What a wonderful experience at this hotel. The front desk employees were efficient and friendly. The place was spotless, the breakfast was superior, and what a helpful staff and we had an exceptional weekend
We stayed in a king suite with our 1 year old grandson. The sitting room was a great place to deposit his crib so we didn't bother him after his bedtime, and microwave and fridge were essential. He also had plenty of room to play on the floor. Relatively quiet despite proximity to US 50. On outskirts of north of town, various chain restaurants close by. One minor downside: approaching eastbound requires a U-turn. Good breakfast buffet where all three of us found plenty to eat. It would have been nice to have a picnic and / or play and sitting area outside: the couches on either side of the entrance are dedicated to smoking. Overall a good experience.
Friends and I stayed here because we were participating in the Eagleman 70.3 triathlon. It was 20-30 minutes from the race site depending on traffic. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. From the moment we checked in to when we had to leave, we felt well taken care of. Our room had 2 double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were amazing and the pull out couch was less than amazing, but despite that, I really don't have any complaints. The complementary breakfast had plenty of choices, especially on race day where they opened it early and one of the staff made special nutritional loaves. Bottled water was always available at no charge, on the day of the race there were bars and snacks as well as individual packs of biofreeze for our aching muscles. There was a small business area in case you needed access to a computer, a sitting area that is comfortable and cozy, and an elevator big enough for a couple bikes as well as people. We never used the indoor pool and hot tub, but it looked welcoming. There were plenty of places to eat in the area, plenty of parking at the hotel and the parking area was well lit. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for race participants.
We stayed for two nights here. We were in the area for the Memorial of a dear friend and needed comfort and quiet and this place delivered that and more. The staff is friendly, the breakfast offered is plentiful, our room was very clean and very comfortable and so were those of our other family and friends who stayed here. I left my Boze earphones behind and the excellent cleaning staff found them and the excellent front desk staff arranged to send them to me in NYC, without asking for any payment for that above and beyond service. Thank you to all at this location and yes, I would stay here again!
I stayed for one night in this well run, extremely clean hotel. Breakfast was great, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I even noticed the remote had been sanitized. I usually wouldn't look at Best Western but this one was as nice as any Marriott or Hampton I have stayed in!
Stayed here while in Maryland for Eagleman 70.3 triathlon. It was simply perfect! The hotel is about 20 minute easy drive from Cambridge, where race takes place. Seems like the place has been totally renovated. Room was super clean, bathroom/shower was brand new. Breakfast was way better than average “free” breakfasts. Most impressive was how accommodating the hotel staff were for the athletes staying to compete at Eagleman. They went over and above to help out. Highly recommend this place if travelling to this neck of the woods. ????????
This was probably the cleanest room we have had in any property we have stayed in, ever. Things seemed new and fresh. The staff was pleasant and efficient; breakfast was nicely balanced and well prepared. While this is not a "fancy" property, my stay was nicer by far than most of my stays at high end hotels, and I would stay again at this property in a heartbeat!
Excellent vacation stay in a very well run property. The hotel is centrally located within about a 20 mile radius of most Eastern Shore activities. The manager, Brandy , is very knowledgeable and shares a wealth of information about restaurants and current happenings. You couldn't find a more welcoming property to visit in this terrific area.
Only had a one night stay but the visit was good. We met friends for a short visit to St. Michaels. We were able to have an early check-in. Brandy at the front desk was friendly. He was helpful with info about places for seafood in St. Michaels. We enjoyed both places he recommended. It was also nice that when we enter or left the hotel we were greeted by the person at the front desk. Rooms was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast area had a great variety of items so you certainly will find something you like. The breakfast server was checking on the food throughout the time we were there. The hot tub was HOT--unlike many that are only lukewarm. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Nice fitness center right there, too. It is a smoke-free hotel. Only wish that were was a non-smoker section out front. It was a nice day and thought we would sit out front before we left for dinner.--but both sides had ashcans for the smokers and the smell was too strong for us nonsmokers. We had no complaints however, our friends are light sleepers and said after 6 am they woke up due to traffic. So ask for a room farther from Rt 50 if you are bothered by that.
Highly recommend this property. Customer service with a smile all around. Clean and modern facility. Good choice of breakfast every day. Hotel manager and his staff are very outgoing and there to assist at any time.
One of the best in this price range. The front desk help can't be beat, they are informative and helpful. The facility is very clean and the amenities are better than most places. You get your monies worth here.
This hotel offers spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Service is exceptional from the front desk to housekeeping. Very quiet and easy to get to. This hotel has the best breakfast we have ever eaten. Lots of choices.
Helpful staff, great breakfast, and comfortable and rooms and tiled bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. Nice sized flat screen HD TV with a ton of in room movies available ($$$). Would highly recommend. Stayed in Room 220. Very comfortable.
We enjoyed this hotel May 10 - 13 2018 as we were in the area to attend my niece's wedding. We were a party of 3 as we had my Mother with us. We found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. We would stay again.
Staff couldn't have been nicer. Generous hot breakfast with lots of choices. The room was spacious and spotless and well equipped. Even pond view. Very open and inviting. Didn't have time for the pool but wish I had.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Our room was neat, clean and all in working order. Breakfast buffet (included) is one of the best I've had with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, pancake maker and 3 hot breakfast items. The only downside to this hotel is the lack of outdoor seating areas - there are a couple of cozy areas on either side of the lobby doors. Unfortunately, during our stay they had full ashtrays that made the area smell like stale smoke.
Planned on only one night. Stayed for two it was so comfortable and relaxing. Great staff. Breakfast was very complete. Close to other towns for playing “ tourist”, a good home base. Bed was one of the best we have had on this trip. Hotel is five years old but feels almost brand new.
This lovely hotel is located just slightly away from the hustle and bustle so a quiet nights rest is almost guaranteed. It's a newer hotel so everything is up-to-date and new. The staff was friendly, our room was clean, our bed was comfortable and breakfast we good. We will definitely be making a return visit during our next trip to the area.
Called late in the day when on a business trip to get a room. The call was answered by Jammie who got a room blocked for me. Jammie actually checked me in and out the following morning and was so great to deal with. Check in was easy, the hotel has really good curb appeal and the lobby as well as the whole hotel was very clean. I used the fitness room which was nice with cardio equipment, free weights and nautilus equipment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best I have had at a hotel that supplies complimentary breakfast. Well stocked, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereals, pastries etc... and the muffin I took for the road was outstanding. I look forward to my next visit to the area!!
Extremely clean, friendly hotel with GREAT BEDS. The front desk clerk was easy going and friendly. Everything was very clean. Nice clean pool and good exercise room. The breakfast area is large and welcoming.
Wonderful stay :) The next-door guests (possibly ex-military/para-military) kept slamming the door loudly while checking out early in the AM (but that is not the hotel's fault). The breakfast was very substantial and good. Just a few minor things that they can work on, although I still give them 5 stars: 1) Wi-Fi keeps getting disconnected. 2) The elevator buttons needed to be pressed hard in order to function 3) The pool is slightly over-chlorinated.
This motel exceeded my highest expectation. It is extremely clean, well managed and comfortable. The rooms offer great amenities. The management is exceptional as evidenced by the condition of the facilities and the attitude of employees.
I've been told that Rt 50 is extremely busy during the summer months. This hotel is convenient for those travellers returning north, and probably south though necessary to cross at light. We had a suite comprised of a tiny sitting area with pull-out, desk for computer and TV. Bath between living rm area and bedroom. The heater was noisey. There is an additional TV in bedroom. Remote control units are sanitized. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, meats, etc., standard fare. Refined well decorated entry area. Friendly staff with available local info. Small nearby towns are affluent with historic interests. If you love seafood and beautiful sunsets, see Doc's Seafood Grill.
This hotel is beautiful and so clean! The staff is so friendly, always! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the selection for breakfast is unbelievable! We have been several times now, and would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel a thousand times over! It is far superior to other hotels I have stayed in that were double or triple the nightly rate of this hotel. A great experience - ALWAYS!
We have stayed in many BW all over the country, and this BW hands down is the best. Staff takes care of you regardless of time of day. Quiet and beautifully decorated it is warm and welcoming. Love their breakfast especially the on-the-go items. Packages of hard boiled eggs in the shell, individually-wrapped muffins, bagels and danishes just to name a few. In the summer, we liked to get seafoods from the Crab Shack nearby. This time we got to stay in an extended stay suite. It was absolutely wonderful.
Visited the area for an anniversary weekend. Chose this hotel because of the wonderful reviews. We were not disappointed. Very nice hotel. Quick check in. Huge room with separate living space. Big bathroom with nice amenities. Breakfast offered a nice selection with a big bowl of fresh fruit. Would definitely come back.
Excellent service, rooms and amenities. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and satisfied. I will stay here again next year, it's my new favorite in this location. The huge bathroom counter was a big plus for this dance Mom.
We stayed for one night driving thru for work and was very pleased with everything. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast has lots of options and tasted great. There was an indoor pool and hot tub that we did not get to enjoy but will next time there. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the ceiling fan with a light on the ceiling. The only thing I wish had been there was a night stand on both sides of the bed for my drink and phone as well as my husbands. Other than that would definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
I travel a lot and use all the mid-range chains. This property is convenient to downtown Easton. This is a Suite with a sitting room, includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. There are flat screen TV's in both rooms. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the shower is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is scrupulously clean. Coffee and juice are available 24 hrs a day in the breakfast room. I will definitely book here again!
We suddenly had business come up in town and were able to get a room at a great price on very short notice. As always, the staff were welcoming, the hotel is clean with very comfortable beds, great breakfast with lots of tasty selections, pool and hot tub are something to look forward to at the end of a stressful day of business. General Manager Brandee S. Diggs is on-site and actively engaged with the staff and guests; this is a very well run and maintained hotel. We have enjoyed our visits.
My husband and I went to Easton for the weekend and booked the Best Western Plus based on reviews. We were mostly just hoping for it to be passable. Whoa- we were blown away! It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Two things that were an interesting surprise - we were able to open the windows (albeit only a few inches for safety) and there was a ceiling fan in our room. Both of those alleviated the usual stuffiness of hotel rooms. Two things that were a fantastic surprise - breakfast was incredible. Really delicious hot items and some of the best coffee we've had. Second - the indoor pool and jacuzzi are impeccably clean and well-maintained. We are already devising reasons to visit again soon. Don't hesitate - this is a top notch hotel with a friendly and helpful staff.
Who knew Best Western is luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was endless. Better than any other in town. The rooms are huge and new. Coffee bar in all rooms. Clean..and I check for hidden dust and mold..NONE.
By far one of the best places we have stayed. Super clean, staff was super friendly , and def great price. I felt like we should have probably paid more for what we got there. The free breakfast was not the average free continental breakfast either. It was delicious and a lot to chose from. Def will go back and will look into staying at more best western plus hotels. Hopefully they will be as great as this one.
It was about 20 degrees out and we unexpectedly lost heating and hot water at the house. We needed a close, warm, safe place to stay, quickly . The manager at the Best Western Plus Easton Inns and Suites gave us a great deal on a King Suite with kitchenette and wet bar, separate bedroom, sitting and dining area. The staff was welcoming, conversational and just plain nice. The rooms and overall setting were comfortable for my wife, daughter and myself. The complimentary snacks, beverages and breakfasts were better than many we've paid dearly for. My daughter especially enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool while watching kids play ice hockey on the pond outside. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
We stayed the weekend of New Years and had other family members staying there as well . The staff is so friendly and nice !! This is not the first time we have stayed there and it is always a great stay!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable!! The heated pool area is always clean and water temperature was perfect! We had such a great stay with the family and we were visiting family too . Also the breakfast buffet is very clean and super good !! I would highly recommend to anyone !!
You won't regret staying here. Very clean with great employees. Nice breakfast presentation, workout facility, and pool. Hotel appears to be very new and is decorated with nice art / decoys. Would definitely stay here again.
We spent four nights over the New Year weekend and had a blast. This is an amazing property. We had two king suites, and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast is really good too.
Best Western Easton are lovely accommodations with plentiful breakfast selections, first class customer service, and clean and restful rooms. Our one and only choice in this area. Our home away from home in Maryland!
This is a nice, new Best Western on the highway near Easton, Maryland. I tried to book on line and could not get what I wanted so I called the hotel and the man I spoke with was extremely helpful. We stay at this hotel about 1 or 2x a year and he remembered us--he pulled up my husband's BW number even though I was using my maiden name when I called. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are superb. You can't beat the value. We stayed two nights with our two grown kids and had adjoining rooms and a little sitting area--all for $400, with breakfast and easy parking. HIghly recommend it.
The hotel is excellent. If staying anywhere in the area, this should be a first choice! The staff, from manager to chambermaids, is attentive and makes sure your stay is the best possible. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The common areas are very clean and beautiful.
At the suggestion of our daughter who we were visiting, we booked a 5 night stay at this property in mid December. We had one of the 2 room suites on the third floor. Everything about our experience was positive: friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, comfortable room, and very nice breakfast options. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!
Was a great 3 nights. Amazing Breakfast!!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and staff was willing to help with directions and any thing we asked. The location was a little difficult because of the roads but once there was well worth the effort.
Facility was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff were professional and very willing to serve our needs. Staff were always friendly and curious to our needs to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast food was fresh, delicious, and a good selection of items was available.
The suite was just ideal in this new best western. Nice bedding with multiple sheets and blankets. Bathroom was very nice. I enjoyed the hot tub. A delicious breakfast with many hot and cold choices. Tea, coffee and juices available all day.
We ended up looking for a new place to stay two weeks before our trip because the hotel we were going to stay at closed for renovations, leaving us high and dry. What a blessing that turned out to be! The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful, and beds were very comfortable. Will stay again and would highly recommend.
This hotel is difficult to get to the first time coming from the north and west, but after a simple lesson from staff you handle it easily. So, I suggest you just get that info before heading here first. This is a 4 year old property that is still in mint condition. The staff really cares. The breakfast area is overseen by Rose so the food is well prepared and flavorful, well presented, and the place is perfectly maintained. I am talking so clean you could do brain surgery here. Then there is what must be the main reason. His name is Brandy and he took the role of our personal Inn Keeper. He gave us all the time and info to fill our every need. Including the local inside stuff that makes your stay in a new area really special. We had a suite since I am an early riser and wife not so much. Perfectly quiet I did not bother her a bit. Coffee, juice, and water available 24 hours a day so I was all hooked up. A special stay and we shall certainly return. One small caution if you are like me (I have had both knees replaced and am afraid of falling) be cautious in the shower. Brandy is getting this addressed soon, but in the short term take measures for safety sake.
I'm a germ-a-phobe so cleanliness is a huge factor...also appearance. This hotel is only a few years old so it still has a fresh look and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable, the was wyfi and tv, so it was a good experience. The breakfast is also very nice. I especially enjoyed the coffee.
Very pleasant stay. Accommodations were neat and clean. The internet connection was fast and easy to use. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and filling. Will probably visit here again next time we are in the area.
We stayed here while at a local wedding. The pool was the perfect temperature, and very clean. The hot tub was also not too hot or cold. Open most of the day and night, and well stocked with towels. The bathroom in the pool area was also very clean. We had a king suite, and it was spacious and clean. Only complaint is they need to attend the heating and cooling unit. Lots of dust there, but the bathroom and rest all seem to be clean. The breakfast area in the morning even had gluten and nut-free items, which for us was a huge bonus and not often seen. Coffee, tea, and water is available all day long. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We were totally stay here again if ever in the area.
We made our annual trek to the Waterfowl Festival in beautiful Easton Md. We Enjoyed Oysters, Crabs, Shrimp, and Rock Fish on the Eastern Shore, our stay at the The Best Western Plus Inn and Suites, Easton, could not have been better, the staff and accommodations are truly first class, it is the only place to stay in Easton as far as we are concerned, ask for Brandy.
The Waterfowl Festival week is a great getaway week. The Easton / St. Michaels, Md. area has something for the whole family, without traveling excessive miles.Great restaurants for all pallates, sea glass, art, decoys, aquatic life, and beaches and setting suns. A true home away from home experience. There are nice changes for me every year, and not the same old same ole.Take a leap, you will love the experience!!
Excellent stay....Facilities like new, excellent staff, loved the hot tub, eastern shore decoration, great breakfast...totally enjoyable stay....would go again in a heartbeat....best place to stay for the dollar when visiting St Martens.
We decided on this location versus another section of the country due to the ratings of the property. We were not disappointed. The concern shown for our satisfaction continued from check-in to check-out. When our gluten-free needs were disclosed, they followed up after checking to let us know which hot breakfast items were gluten-free. The next morning, another employee inquired as we were at breakfast to be sure we were aware of the gluten -free options. The staff knowledge of the area and willingness to provide background and information about both dining and sightseeing options in the area (Easton, Cambridge, St. Michaels) was invaluable and always accurate. We will gladly return to this property when visiting this area in the future.
There is nothing to complain about - an outstanding value, and the staff is what makes this place special. Friendly, relaxed yet efficient, with the remarkable ability to remember names of guests, even if their previous stay was months ago. So much service, value, and comfort for the money - it's the best property in the entire area, and that includes St Michaels.
This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and good service. We especially appreciated the comfortable pool temperature and the clean hot tub. The fitness center was small but adequate. It could benefit from an additional area with some mats for Yoga and Pilates exercises.
We have stayed at the Best Western in Easton Maryland a number of times in the past few years. The staff and the service is always excellent. The hotel and the grounds are well kept, the house keeping staff do an excellent job. When we are in the area it is the only hotel where we stay.
Can't say enough good things about this hotel. But most importantly the staff are awesome. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful from front desk to those in the breakfast area. We stayed there while my husband ran the Ironman race and they were so helpful. They even had an extra early breakfast set up with food for the athletes ; and they didn't jack up their prices like most other hotels in the area did. The rooms were clean and so where the bathrooms which is a sticking point for me. I would def stay here again, all in all a great stay.
We chose this hotel because of location- central for our day-trips, and convenient to our daughter's home. We will return because we were treated so very well. However, you should select this hotel because of its cleanliness, its large and comfortable suites, a great breakfast-- even the bacon is appropriately crisp, the front desk recommendations--even arranging for our daughter's car to be serviced-- and the lovely decor-- halls are bedecked with large framed photos of local wildlife and pastoral scenes of nearby places. The hotel is convenient to 50, the main route connecting Ocean City to the Bay Bridge. Typical chain restaurants surround it. But, please let Tandy direct you to a local dining spot. He selected our choices for three days and never steered us wrong! And, most importantly, that front desk is always manned....
Recently I traveled to Maryland and made reservations in Easton,Md. The location was perfect for where I had to go for my appointment. The hotel had all of the amenities I needed for my stay, Breakfast, Fitness Center ,and Wi-Fi. I was very impressed with all the features available and the room was outstanding, along with the breakfast. They also had complimentary drinks and snacks were available at a minimal price.
We stayed in Easton so I could participate in the Maryland Ironman. It was a beautiful hotel and super easy to get to Cambridge for the race. Restaurants and shopping was close too and easily accessible. Would definitely stay there again
Good hotel. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was perfect, me grandslamtoernooi lovend the pancakes. Good location. A little noise from the highway. We where with sis and nobody had any complain. We all loved this hotel
One of the best in all respects, including ease of reservations, special requests and accommodating at check-out. Minor inconvenience was difficulty finding and entering parking area off busy highway - no thanks to confusing directions from Tom Tom GPS!
Hotel was very clean and staff was very accommodating and nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The stay was convenient to downtown Easton, local attractions, and restaurants. Recommend this hotel
Staff is very professional and friendly. They helped accommodate my timeliness for the airport and picking up family members by allowing me to check in a little early. The check in was seamless. Breakfast was amazing each morning! The rooms our family had were very clean, and welcoming.
The bed was awesome! My husband has a bad back and this was one of the first hotel he said he loved the bed. The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts! Room was clean and pleasant! Would definitely return to a BWP!
very nice hotel with exceptional staff and amenities. would not hesitate to stay here when visiting St. Michael's area. Easton is central location to the area with many dining options and attractions. clean and friendly. beds are comfortable. breakfast is plentiful.
This BW in Easton is a great choice if you're going to be in the area. The hotel is attractive inside and out. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff were always efficient, friendly and professional. The free breakfast was very good and the free water bottles available to hotel guests were an added plus. We'll definitely return if we ever stay in the Easton area again.
We were on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for a family reunion. Had an excellent hotel experience. Great location, clean and attractive room, friendly and attentive staff. Could not have been nicer. Several family members staying at other local hotels had miserable experiences with their lodging, while we were so pleased with ours.
We enjoyed our stay at the Easton, Maryland, Best Western Plus hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We felt that we got good value for what we paid. It was centrally located to our points of interest.
This hotel receives rave reviews because it truly deserves them! The Best Western Plus in Easton, MD, offers spacious, well-equipped rooms, a delicious included breakfast, lovely indoor pool area, free parking and many other amenities. The price is reasonable and the location is close enough to all major attractions, such as downtown Easton and St. Michaels. The only drawbacks are that there are no restaurants in walking distance and the location is on a busy highway. A great choice for couples, families and the business traveler!
I stay at this hotel regularly to visit nearby family. I never fail to have a pleasant experience. Staff will go out of their way to help and the facility is well maintained and clean. On my latest visit I had failed to make a reservation, but the situation was managed quickly for my convenience. I was just glad they had a room for me.
Going to a wedding in St Michaels, MD , the venue was sold out and the nearest suggestion in St Michaels had a room for $1000. bucks per night. We were a1/2 hour away at this Best Western Plus and the value was great. I would rather give the Bride & Groom more $ than spend it on a room . This place was neat & clean and well run . Even made my Hubby happy as they had Chipped Beef on the breakfast that morning.
If you are traveling the Eastern Shore of Maryland and looking for a nice place to stay close to St Michaels and other Chesapeake landmarks this is a good place to stay. Convenient and good accommodations and friendly and helpful staff
This is the Best - Best Western Plus hands down. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was top notch. The heated pool and morning breakfast were excellent amenities. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.
I have been in many hotels. This was the best experience so far. Staff was kind, polite. The hotel is very clean. Love the hot tub. Breakfast very tasty. Lots of variety. I was able to do my laundry. Love it. Keep up the good work.
I honestly would have never thought about Best Western, but I must say it is a wonderful Hotel. Everything was very clean and neat and the breakfast was scrumptious. We had a double queen 1 bedroom suite, and it was nice. The room is a little on the small side, but it does the job of creating separate space and privacy within the room. I loved having 2 TVs so the kids were able to have their own TV. The washing and dryers (at the end of the hall) were very helpful after spending a day at the beach. Overall the room is beautiful, clean and cozy. You don't want to miss the breakfast. It was so good. They even have new pancake machines that are new and easy to use. The pool is warm. The staff are nice and their are great nearby stores less then 10 min. away. Walmart, Target, Aldis, Dollar Tree, fast foods, just to name a few.
Newer hotel with great amenities. King bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TVs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious...they even served biscuits with cream chip beef. Hot and iced coffee was available 24 hours a day. Nearby there were good places to eat. Fitness center and indoor pool was a great addition. We arrived early and they let us check in. Excellent value for the money.
We stayed here for a couple of nights and was very pleased with the two rooms. spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. There is complimentary coffee, bottled water and newspapers available all day. The breakfast was good with a good selection which was continually topped up so everyone was offered the same choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We did have rooms above the swimming pool and when the children were in there you could here them but the pool shuts at 11 pm so it wasn't an issue. The hotel has a quiet policy at night and I have no doubt if the noise from the pool had been issue it would have been dealt with. The hotel is in a good location for visiting St Michaels, Oxford and the eastern shore.
Hotel Manager Brandee & his staff are amazing. He is the most accommodating hotel manager I have ever met. I cant say enough.. Brandee is THE reason why I became a Best Western Rewards Member! Now I am a Diamond Status member. Allie, thanks for making the room very romantic AGAIN! We visit this Best Western Plus hotel at-least twice a hear - once for Valentines Day, we visit St. Michaels for the weekend and the 2nd time is for a birthday or special occasion. This time was for my wife's birthday. The team bought us a bottle of wine, flowers, balloons & dressed the room with cloth rose pedals - Allie even wrote "I Love U" in rose pedals on the bed. Very awesome. Last year, we went down for our anniversary & I shipped some personal things to the hotel and they put in the room for me to surprise my wife. No other hotel, not matter where or what hotel chain (Hilton, Marriott, etc.) has ever been able to offer us this type of personalized service & attention. We will keep coming back to stay at the Best Western Plus in Easton, MD. Newly-renovated hotel with great Suites, indoor pool, exercise room, free wifi, free breakfast, free parking, no resort or extra hotel fees, etc. Thanks again & again! Words do not do justice to complement this staff enough. Come on guys, book your visit TODAY and experience great value and personalized service that will make your stay a memorable one!
If you need a place for a night week or month this is the place to stay Great staff and. comfortable rooms Nice pool and gym Close to restaurants and St Michael's But not to close for the rush our traffic
This hotel had the top rating on TripAdvisor and we can see why. Uniformly friendly and professional staff. Beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-kept facility. Internet was free, easily accessible and high-speed. Our group is already planning our next trip to Easton and nearby St Michael's for the Chesapeake Balloon Festival next year. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.
Stayed here 5 nights and can't say enough good things. Great rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, fabulous complimentary full breakfast. This hotel is a cut above and we were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful accommodations. They also have an indoor pool that was very well maintained.
We stayed in Easton 2 nights and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. Check-in was quick and the hotel was easy to find. We had a 2 queen bed room with separate living space. The large ceilings made the room feel gigantic and there was plenty of space to spread out with drawers and closets for storage too. We barely heard any noise at night which was great for sleeping. Nice large fridge in the room, wifi included which was pretty fast, tons of TV channels, comfortable bedding, a wonderful bathroom which was so clean, and so much more made this hotel great! The hallways were spotless and everywhere I looked was clean and looked brand new! The free breakfast included was a huge bonus as it was delicious and so much to choose from - hot and cold options... eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, bagels, etc!! For the reasonable price of this hotel, you can't beat it! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return here if we are ever in town again!
The room was one of the best we ever stayed in. Comfortable, Clean, Modern, 2 TVs, excellent internet speed and connectivity. The staff was outstanding from the time we arrived until we left. The owner was very personable, attentive and conversational. He felt like an old friend by the time we left. They offer many amenities like hot tub, pool, workout room, Free breakfast and more. The price was extremely affordable. They highly exceeded our expectations!
We came to Easton as a central location to explore the eastern shore area. The hotel was updated and clean. The shining feature was the concierge and staff. They were very accommodating and made the stay there very comfortable.
The rooms are spacious. The amenities are "on point." The staff is cordial, concerned about guest comfort and satisfaction, and highly professional. Overall, this was one of the best experiences that we have had at any hotel.
What can I say. When I walked in the Hotel it was breath taking. from the fire place to the pool and my hotel room. the finishing's the tile work to my king size bed was just wonderful. My bathroom was to die for.
Good Value. Breakfast was great. Clean room. Breakfast area is small if your are with colleagues and friends. During a thunderstorm, cable TV was intermittent. If need to be in Easton, this is a good choice.
I always say first impressions are the lasting impressions. When we arrived late morning on the 20th we were greeted by Christy at the front desk along with a gentleman (maintenance?) who were very outgoing and friendly. While checking in, another gentleman (manager) also greeted us and engaged us in conversation. Throughout our stay, EVERY employee that we encountered always greeted us with a smile, hello and have a good day or how was your day. It is obvious these people take pride in their work. Our room (King suite) was very clean and comfortable, in fact the entire building was noted to be clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Coffee and juice available all day. If I had to say there was a downfall it would be the immediate area, ghost town. Closed restaurant right across the parking lot, lots of open space. Hardly ever heard the traffic on Rt 50. I definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area.
Visited the Easton MD area for a bike ride in Cambridge. I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand but decided to give this one a try based on the reviews. The hotel was very clean and the room was very well laid out. I had a king room with a sofa and chairs, very nice. I would recommend. Breakfast was nice too, a nice place to stay with your family and not break the budget.
Highly impressed with this hotel!!!!! Excellent hotels, excellent services, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, and excellent price!!!!! We will visit it again! Definitely a family establishment and military family!
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times during our visits to Easton and St. Michaels, MD. It is always very comfortable with great beds and clean rooms. The breakfast is exceptionally good.
We used this Hotel's location as our central stop-off in our visits to Tilghman Island, Easton, St. Michaels and the Queenstown Shops. It is still almost brand new and the whole hotel is just lovely. The room we chose met our needs perfectly. This location's owner could have chosen the basics for a refrigerator, coffee maker, bathroom set up etc, but instead he chose to take all these items up to the next level. The staff was beyond friendly and caring and were a joy to work with. All in all a wonderful experience.
Our family of seven got two rooms here for a night and was so happy with everything. The common spaces and rooms were clean, bathroom and decor were modern, and the staff were so friendly. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the fitness room. We got a suite and there was even a door separating the bedroom from the living room. We were most impressed with the breakfast, which had fresh pancakes, fresh fruit, two kinds of meats, eggs, and so many extras that it felt like eating at a fancy restaurant for brunch. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
I was unbelievably happy with my choice to stay at this Best Western hotel. It far exceeded my expectations for a quick stay hotel. I've traveled extensively and this was a really top notch facility - the room was the quality of a much more prestigious type of hotel. All this for a great price.
The hotel and facilities were excellent. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. Excellent breakfast! The staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. Brandy, Chris, Brett, Sara and all the staff were just amazing. Very pleasant, friendly and so helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
This new hotel would be an excellent choice in the Easton region. It has a delightful staff, fine breakfast and comfortable surroundings. It is outside Easton so you will have to drive everywhere but it is close to the main road.
The service and facilities are very good. Hard to beat at this price. I always stay here because of the friendly and professional atmosphere. I recommend this facility to everyone. Great find. The entire staff treat us like family.
With all of my hotel stays within the USA, this hotel would be one of the top three I have ever traveled. Saftey, appearance, cleanliness and more importantly, the Staff are crucial to me. This hotel is Bar None to others, the hotel appointments; wall photo's, décor and amenities are something you would expect in a 5 start NY resort. The staff made me feel like I was coming home. Professional, friendly and kind. Thank you so much BW of Easton Maryland I give you 5 huge STARS
Wonderful stay. We would stay here again. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids loved the free snacks and the pool. The location of the hotel is central to Saint Michaels, Ocean City, and Annapolis.
This is among the top 3 BW hotels we have ever stayed at in terms of quality, service, attentiveness, and comfort. The personnel are well trained, friendly and helpful. The decor is pleasing and everything is well managed.
Best Western is seriously improving everything about it's services. This new facility in Easton, MD offers a lot for a great value. The rooms are new and comfortable with all of the upgraded amenities of a 4 star hotel. It has an indoor pool if it's raining and you intended a beach trip. Right on Rt. 50, It is only an hour and a half away from the ocean, 24 minutes from Cambridge(which has great new must-see museums), 23 minutes from Oxford, MD with its fantastic new bay-front restaurant Capsize, and 24 minutes from adorable St. Micheal's. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but hey, it comes with the price of the room and for all that we got, it was well worth the reservation. I will stay here again definitely!
This property is only 3 or 4 years old, everything is well maintained and the rooms are lovely, very comfortable, and CLEAN! The free breakfast is excellent and the staff is great! I recommend this hotel with no hesitation.
Very nice hotel. Good location. Very Clean and Nice Staff... close to perfection as you could expect. Only dissatisfaction was the mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.
This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Easton. It's very clean, with modern furnishings, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. It's convenient to Talbot Country club.
We typically stay at the Hampton Inn chain, but based on the strong reviews and the nearly $50 price delta between this hotel and the nearby Hampton we decided to give the Best Western Plus at Easton a chance. Thankfully we did! Between the very helpful staff, the quiet and clean room, breakfast, and hotel amenities we will stay here again. In fact, we will now be far more willing to try other Best Westerns.
My wife and I arrived on Monday, June 19, 2017 and were greeted by a very nice man, Brandee S. Diggs at the counter. If you go by your first impressions, ours was right on from the start. The hotel was absolutely perfect, clean and inviting. We were upgraded to a suite by the owner, totally unexpected. He was very informative about the area and places to eat. We were back on the Eastern Shore after many years for my wife to visit where she grew up. The breakfast buffet was very nice and tasty. I can't say enough about this hotel except IT'S PERFECT.
A very clean, friendly and helpful hotel. Breakfast buffet very well done and very good, as it presents with fresh and delicious food with a great variety . Do not hesitate to stay here on your next visit...you will not be sorry!!!!!
The best motel experience by far EVER! Very clean rooms, the breakfast was awesome and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing! I would recommend Best Western to any friends and family..
I am a fan of Best Western, and this is one of the best I've stayed in. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean, quite comfy, and not overly expensive. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.
Have not stayed in a Best Western in a long time. This stay was a very pleasant surprise. It appeared to be a new building so everything was in excellent condition. Room was big bright and the bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel was near a major highway, we did not hear any road noise. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Check in and check out was easy with no problems.
When making a reservation for this motel our expectations were pretty modest. What we found, though, was an extremely well maintained facility run by some of the most helpful people we've encountered in a long time. From the manager on down, everyone was pleasant and obviously proud of the quality of their service. If they are anywhere close to typical for a Best Western Plus, we will not hesitate to stay in one again. Room was spacious, amenities were nice and the breakfast was a couple of notches above what you would typically expect in a chain motel.
The check-in clerk was very friendly and willing to assist in answering any questions. The location made it very easy to reach the main highway for travel to other locations. Parking space for easily available to the main entrance.
Best Western Plus in Easton, MD was wonderful from the minute we arrived Thursday until we left Sunday. It was close to many Eastern Shore towns. The room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary ones we have had. But the front desk staff made the trip truly special. Brandy was awesome. He printed maps for us and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. We will definitely stay here again. Keep it up!
Had to stay for several day for a family funeral. The staff were excellent the rooms clean and comfortable. Stressful time for family relieved by a quiet place to retreat to. Convenient to restaurants,
This Best Western is the only hotel we will stay at when we are in the area. Great staff, great rooms and great breakfast. We even go out of our way to stay here when we are traveling on Maryland's Eastern Shore
Simply the best Best Western I've ever seen. This is not your ordinary Best Western. From the tasteful (and locally appropriate) decorations in the lobby to the center staircase to the firm beds and tasteful decorations in each room, this is a hotel not to be missed. My family really appreciated the extras for breakfast and the different touches each morning, like fajitas on Sunday.
Our stay at this Best Western Plus hotel was top notch!I was greeted by Kristina at check Inn and was very helpful with any requests we had. Our adult children were even pleasantly accommodated with a room with out a previous booking. This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff who greet you every time you are in the lobby. It features a heated pool and hot tub, a big variety of items on the free hot breakfast buffet, fresh fruit, bottled water and tea and coffee available 24 hours. Very comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay here.
This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, well decorated, and spacious, the free breakfast exceptionally good, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the hotel is near a highway that could be somewhat noisy. We enjoyed our stay of 4 days.
My husband and I were visiting Easton in order to relocate there. The area is beautiful and the location of the hotel was ideal for easy access to several historic towns in the area. Hotel and rooms were immaculate and everything looked brand new. Breakfast was also delicious. Complimentary tea, coffee and water available 24/7. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.
We stayed at a handicapped maxi room.. Good manager /owner and his entire happy and cheerful helpful staff people make this hotel excellent. Manager remembered our room preference from previous stay. Very personal.
Convenient, safe location with lots of parking, well maintained building with clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, fantastic pool and hot tub, very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely stay here again!.Special thank you to Kristi at front desk!
Prior to our three-day visit here, I had an image of Best Western as offering primarily very basic motels. This place changed that preconception - the hotel seems to have been recently renovated with a good quality of finishes and furnishings, free wireless, and free parking. My two friends and I shared a suite with two double beds and a pull-out sofa and we all felt as if we had more than ample space for our things. The bathroom was modern and efficient. There is an indoor pool and gym and an eating area that serves a serviceable hot and cold breakfast (if the menu and hours don't work for you, there are plenty of options down the road, including a Dennys and a classic American diner). The weekday manager at the desk was exceptionally helpful in offering guidance about Easton. The location is not within walking distance of downtown Easton but is convenient to malls, a movie theater, and many chain restaurants.
Everything seems very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. They gave me an upgrade to a queen suite that was roomy and well appointed. Breakfast is tasty with many selections. The hotel is located outside of town so you will need to drive into Easton if you want to see the town.
Have stayed here last 4 yrs now for St. Michael's Winefest. Extremely friendly & Professional Staff. Clean, Cozy, good size rooms. Great breakfast. Best affordability in the area based on amenities and overall staff quality/customer service.
While I hadn't visited in years, I found this Best Western the best of the Easton options. I grew up in the town, and I've seen lots of hotels/motels come and go, and I've stayed in most of them! This place had nice options in room configurations and was convenient to Route 50. Despite that convenience, I didn't hear the highway traffic. Our suite--I wanted a separate living area with a sofa bed and a door one could close--was spotless. The whole place looked brand new, but it's been there 3 years. I found the owner very helpful on area attractions; there was lots that's new to me. Especially nice to see that the owner was at the front desk. I think hands-on owner management makes a difference! This Best Western is a great addition to places to stay in the Easton area.
Everything seemed to be so fresh and clean..... Friendly and helpful staff, spacious guest room, and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located on the main route, yet close to town. Highly recommend.
One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional & treats you like family. I have been coming here for almost 3 years & always look forward to my stay. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.
Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful at check-in. Nice new hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Suite was roomy with full size fridge. Lots of stores and restaurants in the vicinity.
I have stayed here since opening leaving behind all other offers. Clean rooms, indoor pool, I never swam but looks inviting, functional work out room. Friendly staff pm am. I don't eat the breakfast buffet but it appears to be above average for the area.
This hotel is clean and has a friendly staff. The rooms are in good order. If you can't find something you like at breakfast then.... The pool, hot tub and gym and all in good condition as well. We have made use of all the hotel has to offer and have never been disappointed. The value for the price is very good.
We book a last minute room at the Best Western Hotel in Easton, MD. To say we were pleased with this hotel would be an understatement. According to the desk clerk, the hotel is only 2.5-3 years old. Every room we walked into was very nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was a King suite, nicely appointed and immaculate. 2 TV's, Refrigerator, Microwave, Very nice bathroom and bedroom. The only minor issue was the bed. It was a tad too firm for our liking and pretty high. I jokingly cupped my hands and asked my wife is she needed a boost up. The staff was very courteous and friendly and helped with information of the surrounding area. The breakfast was good too. We will definitely stay here again next year when we attend the BBQ competition in Preston about 15 minutes away.
Outstanding hotel and staff. The staff were professional and enjoyable, knowledgeable about the location for sightseeing and for restaurants. We all had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and walking the beautiful grounds.
You could not ask for more from a hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast superb, the room clean with all the amenities you could need. Even the laundry was fairly priced, clean, and efficient. Would go out of my way to stay here again.
Checkin in wonderful Stay exclusive Pool Serene. Breakfast Superb. Bed was high may need a step stool available for some. Perfect otherwise. Owner on-site Better Experience than.a Premier Property. Will be back
I was very happy with our stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean!! The pool area was very nice and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family!
This was our third stay at this beautiful and clean. The staff goes out of their way for you, especially Christine. The Breakfast offerings are great and they changed everyday. You get every cent for the price. Joan T
I travel a lot for work and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will not stay anywhere else when in town. The entire staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and breakfast is excellent.
My husband and I stayed one night mid week during the Water Fowl Festival, the hotel was booked full. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the staff that helped us with directions and parking for the festival but she went out of her way to print maps for us and bring it to us in the dining area. .Full free breakfast had something for everyone. Snack room with free water bottles. The room was clean and comfortable, wi fi access was worked perfectly. Fantastic experience.
We had an extremely late check-in and still was met with friendly smiling service from the young lady at check-in. We had a peaceful nights rest, our food was tasty, check out went smoothly and it got my day off to a great start, thank you!
Needed to attend a class at M.E.B.A .Was traveling with my wife so I did not want to stay on campus . Took a chance on this Hotel and was really very surprised . Extremely professional and accommodating staff . Breakfast was good , as well as the pool and other amenities . Parking lot well lit and secure . Room was very nice ,cleaned every day and ready upon arrival , Which was great due to the fact we arrived early . Very pleased with the entire experience . Would highly recommend this hotel . Mike M
We stayed her for 3 days in October 2016. We were very impressed . Plenty of parking and easy to get off the highway . Area is quiet . The rooms are very nicely decorated and very very clean . Bathroom is very clean and roomy . Beds are super comfortable . Excellent full breakfast . Cereals, milk, yogurt fruit and juices ,coffee and tea and cocoa are available 24/7. That is very unusual and convenient for late night snacks. There is a nice little area to purchase other snacks , nice pool ,hot tub and workout room.
Recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Easton. This is not our first time there. It never ceases to amaze us how they are constantly improving and always working to make the place look so nice and offer a tremendous value. They always decorate with seasonal themes and the breakfast keeps getting better and better from the fresh fruit to the chip beef, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Their pastry selection has gotten better. They added breakfast trays. They never stop looking at ways to improve. We love it here and the staff is topnotch.
Very nice and clean amenities. Close to dining. Have already scheduled additional nights. Was nicely impressed. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and something for everyone.
They have a great staff. Exceptionally clean facility. Breakfasts are delicious. Exercise room and pool are available. Good location. Have stayed many times. We travel a lot. You will not find a better run hotel.
Best Western Plus in Easton MD was perfect! The hotel is in a great location, has all the amenities you could ask for! The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to help, always asking "anything else I can do for you?" It is a very clean, well appointed hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the lobby and outside had many cute and comfortable places to relax. We had a wonderful 3 night stay!
Recently spent three nights here. Very clean and updated rooms and common areas. Had a junior suite and it was quite comfortable...nice size with sleeping and sitting area as well as a fridge and microwave. Nice facilities (pool) and includes buffet breakfast (typical hotel fare but nice not to have to go out first thing). Note that this hotel is not within walking distance of any amenities such as restaurants, shops, etc. Really need a car to do anything. Relatively near to St. Michaels/Oxford and other scenic areas (15-20 minutes). Located on busy double highway. Helpful and accommodating staff. We recommend giving it a try!
The hotel was clean, comfortable & full of great amenities! The free water and snacks for the kids were a huge plus! I loved the ability to grab a bottle of water on my way out the door and not have to wonder where yesterday's bottle was or where I was going to fill it up! The full breakfast bar was amazing! Fresh fruit, cereals, bacon & sausage and eggs were all great! That pancake machine is the Best! I want one!! I have to say the coffee could be better, though. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Any room that has a ceiling fan goes to the top of my list! The pool was great for a dip with the kids on a rainy Saturday morning. The hotel is conveniently located with all the shopping and restaurants you need nearby. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When an incident called for "emergency super glue" they were right on it and helped me out! A very nice stay!
I was very impressed with my stay at Best Western Plus in Easton, MD. The hotel staff was warm and accommodating toward me and my family. The room was as described and I've never had so many comfortable fluffy pillows in a hotel stay. I took my kids to the indoor pool and it was perfectly warm and clean. The gym was cozy, but I was able to get a good workout in. The kids and I really enjoyed the continental breakfast as well. I would definitely stay her on my next visit.
We enjoyed the wonder space of our hotel room. The separate living area was great for watching TV after someone else had gone to bed. The sofa and chair were comfortable. Large bathroom, coffee maker in room, frig and microwave, good breakfast, nice pool, clean and like new facility. The price was great.
Never used this chain before, got a very nice surprise. The place, the staff, were all excellent. Morning breakfast was way above other chains. Had health problem that was quickly solved with gracious help from front desk. If in the area, do not pass this place for another.
Have stayed here many times. Always have a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff; clean rooms; great location; wonderful breakfast included in price; are the reasons this is the place to stay.
I booked this hotel because I was unable to get a room in Cambridge due to the demand created by Ironman Maryland. I was very impressed by the quality of the property and the friendliness of the management and staff. The entire Best Western team provided outstanding service and support to the athletes and their families for the duration of the event. Of particular note: the hotel provided an early breakfast specifically for Ironman athletes and families at 4:30 AM on race day at no extra charge. I've done 21 of these races all over the world and the support and consideration from the hotel staff was unsurpassed. If I do this race again in the future, Easton Inn and Suites will be my first choice for accommodation. Thanks!
It seems redundant with all the other reviews, but I've just got to repeat and reinforce what's already been said. We went here for the Iron Man race and found the staff to be extremely welcoming, greeting the guests every time they walk through the lobby. They really went out of their way to make the athletes comfortable, giving us early breakfasts, homemade energy bars, and offering waters and gels. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they offer a great selection of things for breakfast - from healthy to not-so-healthy. The pool and hot tub area are nice, too. Being near the highway didn't bother us at all, since the traffic died down at night, but if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room further away from the road.
I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. The staff is excellent and display a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. The rooms very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many options.
This is a truly great hotel! High ceilings, very nice rooms, excellent bathroom! Lobby and breakfast areas extremely nice. This is a hotel very nicely conceived, designed, and decorated. The front desk, staff, maids and all are top professionals and very cordial. And, their breakfast, juices, and coffees are excellent, and fresh all day. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Staff is friendly, very helpful with information on local interests. always available with wonderful suggestions. They made you feel welcome from the moment you walked through the door. would stay here again.
My wife and I just returned from a short pleasure trip to Maryland's Eastern Shore. Our stay here was wonderful, from check-in to departure. The room - in fact, the entire property - was immaculate. Every employee we encountered here could not have been nicer or more helpful. The (included) breakfast was way beyond similar perks that you get at other places. It is centrally located to many, many points of interest on the Eastern Shore. We had to leave a day earlier than our original reservation called for, and I fully expected to be charged for the entire stay. But upon arriving home, and looking at my receipt, I discovered that the manager (bdiggs) very graciously only charged us for the actual nights that we stayed. Amazing. In short, if you plan to visit this area, do yourself a huge favor and make this lovely little hotel your base of operations. You cannot go wrong here.
This place was beautiful! Clean! Loved the shower and it had a ceiling fan!!!!! I would totally recommend it ! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate; nothing fancy but they had morning news on flat screen and newspapers to read during breakfast.
Front desk staff was wonderful. Suite was clean and comfortable. Pool & hot tub were well maintained and refreshing. Will stay here again whenever we are in the area. Appreciated the availability of complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, juice, bottled water) around the clock. Cleaning staff was very courteous and helpful.
Always very clean, reasonably priced with great staff. I wanted to eat crabs and they had wonderful outdoor seating set up to accommodate this. Made my night! I will stay at this hotel every time I come to town!
Thank you Kristina and Ali and the whole Best Western Easton hotel! Our rowing crew stayed for 2 nights while we raced in a regatta around Wye Island. We could not have been more pleased with the super clean and wonderfully designed hotel ... bathrooms had 9 foot ceilings with tile all the way up along the shower! Fruit, coffee, snacks accessible in dining area throughout the entire day! Extremely helpful and friendly front desk ... Ali and Kristina ... thanks for a terrific experience! More than we expected!
Very clean and updated. Actually beautifully done and nice. Pool is beautiful, rooms recently done and in tip top shape. Breakfast was great with a full hot breakfast. I would try to stay here again if possible.
I was in Easton to visit my brother. Front desk provided a arm greeting and explained about sundry room, breakfast and pool. King size room was very clean and spacious. Indoor pool was great for a relaxing evening soak.
Christina at front desk very helpful.High ceiling, spacious room, quiet, ample breakfast, free newspaper, and water.Other woman Sunday also accomodating. Only problem was no 1 answered phone when I called earlier to say we'd be checking in late. Couldn't get any one on phone. Bit confusing entering hotel-had to U back.Went to pool and exercise area.Room had microwave and refrig. Enjoyable stay. Convenient to St. Michaels and historic Easton.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Super clean room, comfortable, new furniture in the rooms. Check in was very smooth as was check out. Very nice and amiable staff working there. I wish all hotels were run this good. Even the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and soaps were top notch. Breakfast was great, real eggs, bacon was of high quality and coffee was good. I will stay here again.
My wife decided she needed a break from work so on a whim in the middle of the week we looked for someplace to go for a couple of nights away from home with a pool. I normally look for Hilton properties and typically stay at Hampton Inns. After looking over the reviews I was comfortable paying less and giving the Best Western Plus a shot. This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. Every employee I encountered truly seemed to be concerned about me enjoying my stay. Without the great staff I would have rated it 4-4.5. The room, a suite, was well kept and everything was like it should be. I started looking at the vents in all my rooms after too many stays with really dirty vents. The vents in my room were spotless, either they have no dust or they clean them. The pool and hot tub area were fine, plenty of towels. The workout room was adequate but small. The complementary breakfast was good hotel breakfast. They don't have a waffle maker but they do have a pancake maker. It was the first one I had seen and I was probably a little too excited about it. Since we were there mid week the hotel wasn't full. If it were I think the breakfast area might get a tad crowded. Getting into or out of the hotel can can be tricky during times of increased traffic. If traffic is an issue for you there is a back way that eliminates u-turns. You will have to drive to get food, there was a restaurant right next door but it is currently not open. The WiFi was free and worked just fine. I hope I have a reason to stay in Easton again just so I can stay at the Best Western Plus again.
If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, friendly, and over-all nice place to stay while you are in the Easton area, this is the place to go. The building and facilities are modern, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Our room was quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable, it was easy to cool to our preferred temperature, water was hot for showers; microwave, fridge, and other appliances worked great, two nice quality LG flat screen TVs, and plenty of electrical outlets. Included breakfast offered a variety of good quality food and comfortable seating options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the day we arrived, the front desk clerk offered us a suite verses a regular room without our asking - noticing there were three adults - that does not happen very often so we were very appreciative. We did not use the exercise room, pool, or business center but all looked to be great and well-maintained. Should be go back to Easton for another stay we will return here.
I've been blessed over the past 30 plus years living out of a suitcase in hotels. And this hotel is top of the list. No, you don't have valet parking or a bellboy but I believe that if you needed someone to park your car or help you to your room with your luggage this place would not turn you down. Its located in Easton Md and seems to be rather new. The rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Lots of parking area and easy access to the main highway . Everything here seems to be in perfect working order from the elevator to the internet. The room rates are really good for this area. Oh and less not forget about the staff (they are wonderful !!!!) anyway im here in the area for another month or so and this is the place for me. Darn I almost forgot about all the great places to eat. We are surrounded by them and just incase you need them (fire, police and ems are within a mile of this place so its just perfect!!! Try it out on your next visit to Easton. Im sure you will make Bestwester plus Easton your number one place to stay.
Very friendly staff, the décor was very nice and quaint. Grand staircase gives the illusion of being in a big house. Pool was big, warm and relaxing. Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Coffee service all day. Was quiet, even though right on Route 50. Rooms clean with good housekeeping service.
We were driving a long time and couldn't get anything in Kent Narrows so they said they had a room. Drove down there and was very nice. Front desk was helpful. Room was clean and nice. Saw they had pool but didn't use it. Breakfast in morning was nice.
Great value for wonderful accommodations; would not think of staying anywhere else on the Eastern Shore! The Staff at this Best Western Plus have their customers in mind foremost! Awesome breakfast buffet and always a very pleasant stay.
The Best Western was very new, clean and comfortable. The staff were awesome. The exercise room is great except there is only one of each type of machine, so if someone is on a machine you want, you have to wait. The free bottled water (cold) was great and appreciated. We will be staying at Best Western in the future.
We stayed here when the place just opened, about a year or two ago. The staff are still helpful and friendly, the place clean and still looks new. Quiet rooms, with all the amenities we needed. A1 place to stay.
My wife and I have stayed here several times when visiting our son in Easton. We always return because the staff is so friendly and helpful and truly want everyone to be pleased. The rooms are always clean; the breakfast wonderful and starts at 6:00AM for us early risers; snacks available and free cold water. There's an enticing indoor pool and exercise room, but we enjoy walking the rail trail in Easton during the nice weather. Ocean City or Assateague Island day trip easy to do and room prices here are far better than at those places.
This place was a gem! From the time I walked in, it was awesome. It smells great and the nice lady at the front desk was very welcoming. There were absolutely no problems. The room was very clean and I felt at home. I thought all breakfast at Best Western Plus were the same but here, it was better than I expected. I will definitely be back!
The thermastat was broken and the mattress was merely adequate. Entering and Exiting the property was hazerdous due to the necessity of unprotected u-turns. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.

Hello Steven, I appreciate you taking the time to provide a review of your experience with us during your stay this past weekend. Although every property looks for an anticipate positive and 5 star reviews with every stay, we all know that is not possible with every guest. During your stay, the thermostat did lose the programming with the lock system (i.e. it checks to make sure the room is occupied to operate properly ) and did require a reprogramming in order to get everything back running properly and communicating. Although this was resolved the following morning, if issues like this arise during your stay at any other property, please let the team know immediately so that it can be resolved before causing discomfort. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. At Best Western we strive every day to provide superior customer service. I am sorry we were not able to do that for you. As with all positive and negative items, we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we provide a better experience in the future. I have also reached out to you through another form of communication with this review and hope you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with exceptional service. We may not be able to remedy the highway access, as that is outside of our control due to the state but, we can make every other aspect of your next stay much better than your last. I appreciate your review, your honest comments and thoughts, as well as your understanding. Respectfully, Brandee Diggs General Manager
Second year going to the Eastern Shore for the beach, shopping and seafood. Best Western continues to be our choice for hotels! While at the hotel there were many guest who were there for weddings and the atmosphere was very lively. The breakfast area was almost standing room only. The wife and I had a great night in the pool. Stopped by the gym briefly. Looking forward to returning next year!
Everyone was very helpful. Continental breakfast was wonderful with so many choices! Very clean facility. This facility is only 3 years old. Quick drive to St. Michael's, MD which has so many wonderful shops to explore.
We recently had a simply wonderful stay at the Best Western in Easton, MD. I can't think of a single thing that we did not enjoy. The room was ready and we were able to check in early. Ample and easy parking. All of the staff with whom we came in contact were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were immaculate. Nicely decorated. The shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot the whole shower. The bathroom and the bedroom had more than ample room. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast, that was included, was very good....some of the best pancakes we have had recently. The woman who was working the dining area that morning kept everything well stocked and very clean. The hotel is a close driving distance to St. Michaels and the front desk staff were able to give us some recommendations for restaurants that had great food and were reasonably priced. We recommend this hotel highly.
Best western Plus is always the way to go and this hotel is exemplary!!!! Lovely and comfortable suite with a pleasant modern decor... very friendly front desk staff and a pleasant breakfast room all add to the comfort... We will stay here again..and it is highly recommended...
We went to the Avalon in Easton for a concert, decided to spend the night instead of driving home, was hoping it was within walking distance, it is not. We were able to find a driver with help from the front desk staff, they were super helpful. The breakfast was superb!
Nicest hotel for the price, first appearance of lobby was great and they even accommodated us for a late evening gathering. The staff was wonderful and always greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was terrific just try the pancake maker! Room, bed and pillows were great, slept so well. Over all GREAT experience.
My family and I stayed here and had a great experience. The staff could not have been more friendly and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel sits on a quiet road just off of Route 50 but still only five minutes from downtown Easton. Our ancient GPS (3 years old) could not find Alicia Drive, but not a problem with an I-phone. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this choice.
Nice clean and friendly! They have a wonderful noise policy that made our stay peaceful. Though limited in space, their complimentary breakfast is very good and fresh. Location, location, location is key! Easy on and easy out of the facility! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will be looking forward to staying there again.
I have no hesitation about recommending this hotel. I'm very picky about hotels, and totally paranoid about bed bugs, but this place was really nice and relaxing and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay again.
In an earlier part of this survey, I described our trip, the hotel, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, etc. This was the finest Best Western Hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Everything the hotel provided was perfect.
What a wonderful property! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Suite which had a living and bedroom area including 2 TV's and a large bathroom with plenty of counter space. The bed was most comfortable with good quality linens. Brandee Diggs, the manager, runs a great top notch facility. His staff, Ali and Christy, were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was immaculate. Water, coffee, and juice are available 24/7. Complimentary breakfast included Real eggs, pancake maker and bacon. Free WIFI and indoor pool. Great location to visit Easton and St Michaels area. Highly Recommend this hotel.
We booked two rooms for my son's wedding. When we arrived we had been booked for two efficiency rooms on separate floors. When we were checking in the manager upgraded us to two rooms next to one another, with an adjoining door: a suite for my daughter, son-in-law and grandson; and a larger efficiency for my husband and I. Then he described the amenities for our toddler grandson - free organic juice, goldfish crackers and fruit snacks. This is in addition to the bottled water, coffee and fruit available all the time for the adults. They also have free hot breakfast, free wifi and an indoor pool. AND they are just a few minutes away from historic downtown Easton. Great place!
I stayed here in late June for a friend's wedding and the room I was given was absolutely excellent. It was very reasonable and had everything you could possibly need (including a tv in the bathroom). From the moment I arrived the staff (the manager) was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a wide range of options to suit everyone. If I ever ventured to Easton again I would only stay at the Best Western. The added touch of bottled water was extremely needed as being from the UK I didn't adjust to the heat well!
This is a very comfortable, up to date place that exceeded our expectations. Manager Brandee Diggs and his staff made sure our stay was the best it could be. The place is new or seems like it. Rooms are very clean, and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional . Nice workout room, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it!
This has to be one of the best hotels for the price I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has decent hours and a very good selection. The hotel is clean and well kept. We arrived late in the evening and had a low battery in one of the smoke detectors in our room and called to the front desk. Someone was there to change the battery in 15 minutes. I would say the only downside is that parking can be a bit cramped. And they could use more handicapped parking.
The hotel was lovely, comfortable and relatively inexpensive when compared to other options. The only criticism I have of the place is that it is hard to get into due to the barrier on the highway. But otherwise, if we are on the Eastern shore of Maryland again, we will definitely stay here.
Eastern Shore of Maryland is fun area to visit, and a stay at the Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites is just what their name says "the best"! The staff is more like what you find in a 5 star hotel. Extremely friendly, and always helpful and accommodating in every way. Nice newer facility. Good breakfast. Complimentary bottled water. Make you feel completely welcome and at home the minute you walk through the door. Lots of history and towns of Easton and St. Michaels close by with many good restaurants. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.
This hotel rates an A for hospitality! The gentleman at the desk said that they overdo it sometimes with generosity! Keep doing that! The room was cleaned each day and we were greeted with smiles and people who actually liked their job. Thanks for making our first visit to Maryland a success!
We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and always attentive and ready to answer any questions or provide recommendations for restaurants or places of interest. Breakfast is wonderful and the complimentary bottle of cold water is always available. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. This is a great value. Try it and you will always stay there too.
Suite was really nice. The good sized fridge, microwave a nice touch. The beds were very clean and comfortable. A bit high up for those with short legs. A long fall for the 2.5 year old who did fall from the bed while sleeping. No worse for the wear though! The desk staff was exceptionally kind. I am terrible with names but the gentleman behind the desk went out of his way to make my granddaughter welcome. He immediately let her know there were goldfish crackers and fruit snacks available All the time! Ice cream on Friday's for the kids. The breakfast was good. Thinking cheerios would be a thought for the under three folks. The orange juice was worth a second cup! Paid slightly more than I wanted, but in the end it was worth it. It was a fabulous stay and I woud go again.
What a great nights sleep. My College bound kids and I drove to Easton from the DMV to be at the halfway point the night before their college orientation. The Staff members were so friendly and accommodating of our super late check-in. The Hotel has a nice selection of complimentary snack and quick eats. The Hotel has a lot of well lit parking spaces and is pleasantly situated near a vibrant shopping center and other food eateries such as Denny's and Sonic. This will definitely be the hotel that I choose to stay in when I go to visit my kids.
Just returned after spending 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The Management (Brandee) and staff were excellent. The suites are spacious and have everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast was always fresh with a very good selection.Coffee ,tea and juice available 24hrs.The hotel has an inside pool with access to outside space (small) but, does has 6 sunbeds and a few tables & chairs. This hotel has deservedly won awards and would recommend anyone visiting Easton or the area to stay here. We would certainly stay again without hesitation.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was made comfortable from the start and the hospitality provided by the manager Brandee and his staff was exemplary. I had a King size suite which was wonderful and spacious. I cannot commend this hotel enough. My husband has already made our favourable comments on Trip Advisor and I echo it.
This hotel is a favorite of ours because of the room setup with separate areas for the kids and the adults. The only thing we would change is the location of the smoking area which is literally right near the entrance, making it difficult to enter the property without ingesting cigarette smoke which is extremely unpleasant, especially with children in tow.
I am a 60 year old Brit who has travelled extensively throughout my life but can confidently say that staying at this accommodation was by a country mile the best that I have experienced. This is mainly due to the manager Brandee and his staff, who were all magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they would go beyond the call of duty to assist in any way possible. I could not recommend a place more highly. If I ever find myself back in Easton, I would definitely return to this Best Western and if it were at all possible on future trips I would take Brandee and his staff along to anywhere I stay as their service by far surpasses any that I have experienced before!
A group of us travelled from the UK for a nearby wedding and were recommended this hotel. The property is located on a busy highway about 10 minutes from Easton and 20 minutes from St Michaels so a car is a must. From arrival to our departure 5 days later we were so impressed by the superb staff, comfortable spacious and well furnished bedrooms lounge and leisure facilities. A decent breakfast and unlimited coffee and soft drinks all day is a real bonus and the staff In particular Brandee the manager and Bri on reception really made our stay perfect . This hotel has deservedly won awards and would recommend anyone visiting Easton or the area to stay here.
The hotel is new and lovely. Our king suite was beyond spacious and was quite comfortable. The breakfast offerings were tasty and nicely offered (buffet-style). Also, you can't beat the hotel's convenient proximity to Kent Island, St. Michaels and Oxford. Finally, the front desk staff - headed by Brandee Diggs -- was excellent.
Pros: We were with a large group for a wedding in a nearby town. Very pleased with the accommodations. The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was a touch above most of the free breakfast meals. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, prepackaged pastries, cereals. Free (and it works well) WIFI. Bathroom has a large counter to place toiletries bag. Cons: The beds are very high. I would have a concern with young kids falling. Seating is much too limited for breakfast. You will likely be standing or need to take it back to your room.
Such a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The lady at front desk sooo helpful. Brought brochures over to us when she knew we were going into Easton. Had good suggestions on where to eat, etc. Decent breakfast, free (good) coffee and water all day. We visited St. Michaels and Annapolis also. Good base for all areas we wanted to see.We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Chesapeake Bay area!
My wife and I come down here to ride bikes . We have stayed at many places here in Easton and all we can stay is we really enjoy the Best Western. Its new, spacious, has all the amenities that you need. combined with great service you will enjoy your stay
Awesome Everything! Décor, staff, comfort/cleanliness. Beautiful covered clean outdoor seating area for smokers. Nice visiting area with other travelers. This does not happen very often. Mostly smokers are treated as second class citizens, snubbed at, and barely provided an ashtray! This BW is 5Star+++, a fan of Anthony M. of Hotel Impossible, Carrie Gefrich
Great accommodations & very courteous staff. Rooms were a good mix of traditional & contemporary...very clean. Hotel manager was awesome...always friendly, even upgraded me to a suite! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
We were in town for the Eagleman Ironman. When we arrived, the staff said they had free ice cream on Friday nights. My kids were sold! Also, they offer complimentary water and goldfish/fruit snacks 24/7. My kids really took advantage of this (sorry!). Breakfast was great, clean and well stocked. They kept milk, yogurt and fruit available all day. Really appreciated the 4:30 am breakfast on race day and the extra protein bars. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a new one, along with toothpaste. I did laundry and the facility was immaculate. They even gave me FREE detergent and dryer sheets. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, with a small outside deck. The staff was helpful. We had a king suite. Decorated beautifully! The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the pull out bed was not comfortable. The kids did not complain and I did not have to sleep there, so everything was great for me!
The Best Western Plus Motel in Easton, Maryland is a very nice facility with clean rooms and all the amenities that make travel extra nice like a heated pool and sauna. The motel is located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland near historic Saint Michaels and near many traditional sea-food restaurants. It is on the route 50 that makes it convenient to ocean resorts to the east.
Beautiful hotel, staff could not be better. This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed in. This hotel and staff are as good or better then Hilton Garden Inn or Fairfield. They were very accommodating and new the area well to assist us in touring and eating accommodations for vegetarians. The manager is excellent.
I registered late for the Eagleman triathlon and was lucky to find availability in Easton, not far from Cambridge. I was pleasantly surprised by this fairly new hotel on Rte 50. Everything about it was excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. My room was a decent size and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel was only about 25 minutes from the race venue, making for easy trips back and forth. There were also several good restaurants in Easton itself, so it was actually preferable to staying in Cambridge. A nice touch on race morning was that they opened up the breakfast at 4:15 AM for the triathletes.
We stayed at the Easton, MD location for the weekend of Eagleman 70.3. Hands-down the front desk staff was incredible. They had breakfast for athletes at 4:30AM. We needed Advil the day before the race, no problem. We wanted coffee in the early evening, it's there 24/7. Complimentary fruit was always available. When we finished the race, they even had looked up our stats and congratulated us on our races!
I travel for a living and the staff at this hotel is undoubtedly the best and friendliest I have ever encountered. On top of the cleanliness of the rooms and property in general, this has to be at the top of anywhere I have stayed. If anyone travels to this area and stays anywhere else, they have made a mistake, and this is not a reflection on the others but a statement on the excellence and professionalism of this establishment.
We've stayed at a lot of hotles over the years, but this was exceptionally nice. Best hotel experience we've had (not counting bed & brakfast settings). Room was clean, comfortable & provided for all our needs. Pool was WONDERFUL!! Fitness Center was nice. Breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast (we've been spoiled by a lot of bed & breakfast stays over the past 2 years, so by comparison it was only fair, but comparing it to other hotel breakfasts it was above average.) All staff were delightfully friendly & helpful. Would absolutely stay there again if we come to Easton again.
Excellent stay for nearby Family Wedding. Rooms large, comfortable and breakfast was a delightful bonus. Our extended family all enjoyed the stay. Accomodations were better than for my brother and family staying next door at the Fairfield.
My family and I had a great time because the hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the people were extremely courteous. I do recommend this hotel to anyone since it was an extremely pleasurable experience. The children enjoyed the pool, but also the breakfast which included an automatic pancake maker.
I'm impressed with this best western. The hotel is very clean and family friendly. Free breakfast with lots of selection. Staffs are friendly and parking is convenient. We booked 3 rooms for a family wedding and it was a nice stay.
We enjoyed a suite with king bed, sofa, desk, refrigerator, black out shades, etc. Very clean, nicely appointed. The breakfast was more than adequate (really well prepared bacon). The general mgr was most cordial and helpful. His dining recommendations were great. Go with his recommendations! We would stay there again and strongly recommend it to anyone staying in the Easton, MD area. Short drive to St. Michaels.
Well managed hotel. Staff extremely nice. Very clean. Rooms beauiful. Nice location. Loved the lobby area. Breakfast was great & available during the day. Cereal etc. always available. Our only problem was we had a handicap room and had issues finding hot water...but that was fine. Will definitely stay here anytime in the area. Only 15 minute drive to St.Michaels.
We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and have never had a problem or been disappointed in any way. It is very clean, the employees go out of their way to help. The pool and hot tub are great!
This relatively new brick building was built as a Best Western Premier, but the management could not get a liquor license so it has remained designated a Plus. The lobby and breakfast room are very attractive and the suites are comparable to Hilton's Embassy Suites. Our room was immaculate, the beds very high and comfortable and the breakfast was a cut above the usual BW fare. If you have time, take a walk around the grounds to see the small wetlands on three sides that are probably mandated by the local commercial building code. The wetlands across the street are quite extensive and we spotted many species of birds with our binoculars. Next door is an expensively-built restaurant that is already out of business and its huge parking lot completely empty apparently a casualty of business overbuilding.
After a 6 1/2 week cross country trip a few years ago ,we found that Best Western was most consistently reliable as far as convenience, rates, amenities , personnel & cleanliness. This hotel was the top of the line as for service & friendly staff. The amenities & quiet atmosphere were a welcome relief after a rainy half-marathon.
Once again I waited until the last minute to book my room for a race. All of the host hotels closest to the start and finish lines were completely booked. After searching two or three well-known travel sites, this location appeared with the lowest nightly rate repeatedly, therefore, I took it. The hotel is located directly off of the main roadway and highly visible. They offer FREE parking, wi-fi, water (24ou sports bottles), small snacks, and breakfast. Due to the time requirements for my race, I needed to leave the hotel before breakfast actually started, (6 am), so I was thoroughly pleased and surprised to find the breakfast area open and fully functioning at 5 am as I left the hotel. The breakfast area remained stocked and available 24 hours (with exception to cooked foods), unlike some hotels that shut everything down and remove all items the minute breakfast is over. There are numerous restaurants and shopping areas within 5-15 minutes of travel from the hotel. My room, a king suite, was on the third floor. It was a handicapped accessible room. The room was decorated with modern decor, I especially liked the tile in the bathroom, (see pictures). The front desk staff was excellent. They were very accommodating to those of us returning soaking wet and cold from our run in pouring rain. They offered extra towels and asked if there was anything they could do to help us relax. I ran into another guest while out at Target and we both discussed how pleased we were with the hotel and accommodations. I would highly suggest this hotel for anyone with a moderate budget.
This was a last minute trip on a rainy weekend. Just looking for a good bed and movie night. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by staff who were sitting outside and staff at front desk was super accommodating to make sure our room was checked and clean because we were there a bit before check-in time. Awesome spacious room with fridge/ microwave. Everything clean and thankfully no fragrance sprays used. Big tv screen on the wall and HBO:) Fruit and icewater always available in nice breakfast area.
We had a reservation at another hotel that was messed up and only had 1 of of 2 rooms. We called Best Western hotel in Easton which had limited rooms but got us in at once. The manager and front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating they went above and beyond. Hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and very clean. Also has a indoor pool, and exercise room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Easton Maryland area.
I was there on a business trip, rooms were great, clean, quiet... One thing about the rooms I didn't understand is they have the signs for reusing towels to save the environment yet everyday I got new towels. Hmmmm The staff was great. Very helpful and responsive when we needed it for our business needs. One disappointment was the gym, very small, only 3 aerobic machines a weight machine. Very glad they had a recumbent bike though. No water in the room, water fountain out in hall had the ability to fill bottles but no signs about that in the gym. Our work went too late at night to test out the pool or hot tub.
This was a very nice place to stay on a recent weekend getaway with my wife. The layout of the room was great, with the bedroom separate from a small "living room". Spacious bathroom. 2 flat screen tvs. The free continental breakfast buffet was enough to fill us up each morning. The hot tub was nice to relax in in the evening. Overall just a wonderful experience! If you're staying in the Easton, MD area, do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel!
I was so impressed with this hotel. It seemed more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was way better than expected. Sunday morning we had steak fajitas, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, juices. The service, food, and cleanliness were all of high quality. I was especially impressed with Brandee, Christina, Bri, and Kristy. They were so kind, considerate, and helpful to my family. I did not expect to have some an amazing stay at a Best Western. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area or are going to St. Michael's.
This is our first time staying at the Easton Best Western and we were extremely pleased. The staff was very helpful, professional. Easton is a great area for cycling and this hotel is very cyclist friendly. Close to St. Michael'sand, Cambridge. We were offered cycling route maps upon check-in. We planned to ride until late afternoon on our day of departure. The hotel provided a place for us to change and kept our refrigerated food for us. The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained.
Headed to PA for Mothers Day weekend. Left Va Beach late Friday evening and stayed at the BW Plus Easton for the night. The hotel was super easy to get to. Only about 100 yards off the main road. That being said, the room that we had was very quiet. Booked the night through Orbitz, and I forgot that I couldn't get my BW points. The young lady at the front desk was very apologetic, and sort of gave me reward points in a different way. She upgraded our room from the Deluxe King that I booked to a Suite. VERY NICE room. I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Breakfast Saturday morning was pretty standard. The dining area was very clean and neat. There are also several other eateries in close proximity to the hotel if you didn't want breakfast, or needed food other than breakfast. I would definitely recommend this establishment, and will probably stay there in the future.
the manager and staff were great. we enjoyed the pool and the gym.the morning breakfast was wonderfull.our rooms were well appointed and clean. Easton is a very nice town and good dining is close by. thanks to the manger brandee digss
We stayed at the Best Western in order to facilitate a family medical appointment. It was such a relief to stay close the surgical center. The staff and the accommodation were excellent. They helped to make the trip a complete success.
Just a very nice place to base your trip. Brandee Diggs is a super manager. The other staff members could not be better. The property iso nly 3 years old and is immaculate. Beds are great as is entire property.
The hotel is a bit out of the way although there were plenty of dining options nearby. Never have my husband and I been so impressed with a chain hotel. The staff (to a person) was pleasant and helpful and made us feel like important guests. Breakfast (included) was a nice assortment and the atmosphere of the dining area was clean, well lit and nicely appointed. Would make it a point to go back.
Everything about this hotel was top quality. First, the manager and staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. The rooms throughout were clean, and lovely with high ceilings and attractive furnishings. Our bathroom was actually attractive! Clean and with nicely chosen tilework. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, bright, and, while indoor, there were windows and doors so that in the summer you have access to the outdoors. The grounds were tidy, with nice plantings and there were cozy covered outdoor conversation areas with sofas and tables. The breakfast was fine, lots of choices. Perhaps our one suggestion is that there was not a lot of breakfast room seating.
Excellent service by staff personal, Christina. She was also responsible for making our 1st stay at this location in Oct 2014 extremely pleasant as well. Still here providing wonderful and caring service says a great deal about both her and Best Western Plus, Happy Employees make for Happy Customers!! Rich S.
Good hotel , bed not good for a short person, too high. nice suite . The decor was nice, little extra made it look good. Had a hot tub in the room, which was good , after a day of a lot of walking, Had a nice hot complimentary breakfast
This is our favorite place to stay when visiting our son in Easton. It's always clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable of the area. The location is perfect and easy to access. Finally, the price/value is excellent compared to other area properties.
This was our second stay at this particular Best Western PLUS and each time the Front Desk Staff was extremely Professional, Polite, friendly, and helpful. They provided info on local points of interest and where necessary looked up additional info.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for business recently and we were very pleased with everything. We had a two room suite, King bed and microwave/refrigerator. This room was super clean and modern, the hotel was near everything and close to St. Michael's where we needed to be. The price was great since we qualified for the 3 night discount. And every time we came in or went out the staff at the desk greeted us, even if they were busy. They were genuine and ready to help in any way. The hot breakfast was nice, and there was a lot of variety for different taste. We would recommend this hotel.
We had only 2 days (1 night) in this area and found this Best Western a perfect spot to cover the area we wanted to visit. Our GPS couldn't find it 'cuz the hotel is fairly new so I phoned when we were close by and the lady at the desk was kind enough to give us another address right next to the hotel and our GPS took us right to the hotel. Great value, super clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, he upgraded me to a King bed suite and researched local places where I might find vegan options. The room was clean and quiet. The workout room is small but clean, I used the treadmill. My only suggestion is they offer more dairy and meat free options for breakfast such as soy or almond mild and old fashioned cooked oatmeal.
I am a former resident of Easton and familiar with its hotels and B&Bs. I also travel ~a lot~. Having never stayed as a guest at the Best Western Plus Easton, I was curious to see how it would measure up in my resident and now-visitor experience. I was not disappointed and even taken aback at this gem tucked off of Route 50. The staff is helpful and welcoming, eager to assist and available to do so even late at night. The rooms are superbly clean, modern and put together like new home you would want to show off to guests. Though the property is small, the pool, hot tub and gym are sparkling, the eating area kept freshly stocked and clean as a whistle, the guest laundry, ice machines, and vending all convenient to guest rooms but not "in the way." It felt like a spotless hotel home. Loved it!
We stayed here for two nights based on reviews and were not disappointed as our stay lived up to every good thing we read!! Hotel was squeaky clean throughout and quite elegant for a Best Western. The staff was pleasant. Our room had a king bed that was very comfy. A pleasant surprise was a ceiling fan above the bed...a touch of home for us! Breakfast was well-stocked and tended to both mornings. The pool and hot tub, as well as the fitness room were clean and neat. Excellent amenities for the money. We would stay again for sure!
This is not the typical Best Western. The lobby and breakfast area have a very nice, homey and comfy decor. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed unusually comfortable. We would definitely stay here when in the area.
Outstanding stay. Great staff - they were professional and made you feel at home. The room was spotless and confortable - made you feel safe. Felt brand new. There were no issues. Enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Will stay there again on return visit to see friends in the area.
Was in Easton at a wonderful restaurant. Decided at last minute to stay the night. Was able to book easily from my smartphone. One of the best hotel experiences EVER. The staff was awesome, great breakfast is included. Had a quiet sound sleep. They do have a noise policy after 10:00pm which is good.
If you are looking for a well-kept and reasonably-priced hotel in Easton, you should consider the Best Western. We had a king-sized suite with a separate living area. Although we were close to the ice maker, we couldn't hear it while in our bedroom. The breakfast options were satisfactory, but the eating area was on the small size. Be wary of unruly children and their negligent parents who allow them to run up and down the hallways and stairwells. Thank goodness the hotel has a quiet policy starting at 10:00 pm.
The manager, staff and facility of the Easton Best Western have consistently, for the past three years, been the best I have ever dealt with. They are friendly, helpful, relaxed and genuine. We always look forward to our stay there.
We needed a place to stay centrally located and the Best Western was on our radar, it worked out perfectly! Our room was 2 queen beds and the size was perfect for the four of us. The bathroom was a great size with a heater and a long counter with a large mirror, perfect for three women. The only problem had was the connecting door to the next room would not lock, I reported it and was assured they wouldn't sell the room and that the maintance person would fix it in the morning. They did! Breakfast bar was the best I've had in awhile!! The only down side was it was a little noisy. Everyone was very helpful and courteous!!!!
We make an annual birthday weekend stay at this hotel. Wish we had more birthdays. Breakfast has many selections. Neat pancake machine. We really love the indoor pool and spa. Internet service, WiFi and wired (Ethernet) are fast.
What a great room and very clean Would stay again. The location was wonderful, and if I had stayed longer, I would have taken advantage of the indoor pool, fitness room and the breakfast. The only downside, is not about the hotel, but Easton. Cabs do not run past 7PM; however the lady at the front desk to suggest using a Uber, and that was a great suggestion and greatly appreciated.
Manager Brandee Diggs is the MAN! He is the most accommodating hotel manager i have ever had the privilege to experience. I have stayed at Best Westerns from Florida to New York City and no one has ever gone above and beyond for me. This trip was our 3rd year in a row staying for Valentines Day Weekend. I brought in, the day before my stay with my wife, 2 bottles of wine and Brandee had his team put flower petals all along the room, 2 box of chocolates, cork screw, 2 wine glasses, outlined a heart-shape on the bed in rose petals and really set the mood for a great weekend. We come and stay at this Best Western Plus for the convenience to St. Michaels. I would never stay anywhere else. Thank you everyone again for making our stay enjoyable. Very impressive customer service and eagerness to make us feel right at home. My wife and I have stayed at this best western 5 times in the last 4 years and there is a reason.
A real gem! Friendly and helpful staff. They know the area and have excellent recommendations for where to dine or site see. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is great and lots of selections including fresh fruit.
We stayed here for a last-minute one night visit to Easton and St. Michael's this weekend. We booked the room on our phone an hour before check-in. We booked the basic room and when we got there the Front desk gave us a free upgrade to the King Suite. This may be part of their marketing strategy but hey, it works!...the amazing ratings prove it. Happy guests=repeat guests and good recommendations. They may not always be able to do that, but I can say that I experienced good customer service in every other aspect of our stay...the room was immaculately clean and fresh smelling. The public areas around the main lobby were equally well-kept. The breakfast offered the usual cereals, toast, eggs, sausage & bacon but they also had tortillas, homefries and chopped grilled steak with salsa and Texas Pete packets; Fresh whole fruit and cut fruit, Yoplait yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. The OJ tasted fresh not concentrated! There was also a pancake maker to make your own pancakes fresh. My geeky husband called it a "pancake printer"...press a button & it cooks and drops out 2 pancakes. They also have a nicely stocked snack pantry priced quite reasonably and bottled water in the fridge free for guests! The other thing I noticed is that when we arrived in the evening, the cereals, milk, yogurt and fresh fruit were still available to guests. I've stayed in a number of similar hotels where they lock everything up when breakfast ends. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked clear and clean, not green, as some hotel pools I've seen. It is located directly off RT 50 but the building is built perpendicular to the hgwy so you really don't hear the traffic at all. And lastly, one design element I thought added to the feeling of privacy... our King Suite had a separate bedroom with a door. This was really nice to tune out any possible hallway noise (at one point we heard kids walking in the hallway) This would also be very nice if traveling with kids to have 2 separate sleeping areas. All in all, we will definitely go back!
We travel to the Best Western Plus hotel in Easton, MD often as we love this area of Maryland. The staff is always friendly and the accommodations are wonderful. They are always trying to improve their breakfast offerings and take pride in maintaining all aspects of the facility.
I booked this room for my Mother and Sister. The staff was absolutely exceptional and the room was perfect! Plenty of things to do and places to eat around the hotel. The staff really made their stay wonderful. Every single employee was outstanding...I really cannot say enough about their hospitality. They had a wonderful time so I will definitely have to visit for myself! Thanks again!
This information is late getting together, but wanted to be sure to get it posted. My family visited the St. Michaels and surrounding areas this past August. We stayed at the Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites. Our accommodations were very nice and spacious! Rooms were neat, clean, and serviced daily with ample soft towels for us. Very Generous and well stocked breakfast buffet(!) included with plentiful selections for all including Numerous hot and cold items. The General Manager, Brandee Diggs, upgraded our room so that it was very comfortable for our family including 2 young adult men. Location staff provided good recommendations for many local tourist attractions to see, eateries (including ice cream) and sites of interest. Best Western is on a busy highway, but did not hear outside traffic at all in our rooms. WiFi worked fine. Nearby are quite a few quick service and chain restaurants and one stop shop pharmacies for on the go travelers. Also many fine restaurants within short driving distance and a few worthwhile Antique shops with local items and connections. There is a shopping mall and discount stores within local area. We would certainly recommend this Best Western for all travelers. Also short driving distance to downtown St. Michaels, Tilghman island, downtown Easton, small town of Oxford (has a short private ferry (2 cars) to St. Michael's). See Trip Advisor for additional info re our visit to the area, especially Talbot County Office of Tourism, Visitor Center Headquarters in Easton, tourtalbot.org.
l have gunned the eastern shore of Maryland for over thirty years, Grasonville, Easton, Centreville, Ruthsburg, Chestertown,Kent Island, you name it we've gunned it; this is the best hotel, motel, bed & breakfast, or lnn that we have ever stayed at. Last year we stayed at the Tidewater lnn, this year they were closed for repairs, next year we will be staying at the Best Western Plus in Easton. Frank L. Katkauskas, 110 Maple Ave, Higganum, Ct. 06441
Love all the breakfast buffet options! Pool area relatively small but very nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy trip into historic Easton. Great place for families on vacation in this part of the Eastern Shore. Great value.
My son was married in Easton, Maryland last September. Our family and friends all stayed at the Best Western ín Easton. Our rooms seemed new and were very clean and comfortable. A free breakfast was included and coffee and water were always available in the lobby. There was plenty of convenient parking. Plenty of restaurants and shopping were nearby. It was a great place to stay and a good value, but what was really exceptional was the staff. They were all so friendly and went over and above to accomodate our every need and made it a wonderful place for our friends and family to gather. I definetly recommend this hotel.
Truly one of the best hotels we've stayed in from the outstanding staff that greats you to the amenities including free breakfast , pool , hot tub, fitness area were already planning our return trip to Easton and St Michaels.
My husband and I went to Easton to see the Crab Drop on New Years Eve. This hotel was close to downtown Easton which was great. The hotel was immaculate. The one bedroom suite was very nice. Everything in the room, including the bathroom and shower, looked new. We had two HD TVs which was nice. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good, although it was quite busy and there was limited tables. Our room was at the end of the hotel near Route 50 but you would never know it. Very quiet. I would highly recommended this hotel.
Most wonderful place to stay. Everybody seems so happy to see you and if you need anything at anytime of the day, They do their best to help. Always clean. From check-in to check-out, they make you feel like family
I spent three nights here over Christmas. Without a doubt, this is the best BW I have ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, outstanding staff. Lighting in the room and bath was more than adequate. Continental breakfast much better than most. Breakfast actually changes from day to day. My only negative was the shower head. Plenty of hot water but very low flow. I can see how very short people might have a problem with the rather high bed.
Best Western is simply the best choice in Easton, Maryland. Clean and lovely furnished rooms; friendly and accommodating staff who remember your name; delicious breakfast, would not choose any other hotel in the area.
While there were characters who made you feel uncomfortable, smoking immediately outside the hotel when I went to check in...the rest of the experience was great. Warm, efficient service at the front desk, the room was quite nice, spacious and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfast has lots of choices and was of decent quality. And at the price it made a great economical deal!
We had a pleasant stay in the Best Western the girls at the desk were very accommodating. I forgot my cell phone charger and they brought out a box of chargers and found one for me to use. The people at the lobby could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
We were in Easton for the Kathy Mattea Christmas concert and celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary. After w great drive up the Eastern Shore of Virginia & Maryland we were greeted by the excellent and friendly staff of this hotel. They immediately up graded us to s king suite, gave us directions to the venue and recommended a restaurant for the best crab cakes in town. This was just one part of the perfect day for us - Thank you Best Western of Easton
This is an exceptionally well operated three star hotel. The front desk could not of been more accommodating. The rooms and suites were well appointed and comfortable. Our family booked multiple units and we were all very impressed with the staff and service. The breakfast was varied, nicely presented and tasty. We will return!
Stayed at this hotel to explore the area as a possible retirement location. So far have spent two different extended weekends there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt that the quality of the room for the price was excellent. We had a room that was like a junior suite meaning the bedroom was separated from this little sitting area. Both rooms had nice flat screened TV's. Furnishings were new and the bed was nicely appointed, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate and breakfast area was well maintained. We did not get to use the pool, but looked inviting. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If we need to return to Easton, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Give it a try!
This motel gives incredible bang for the buck. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and lovely sitting area. Delicious hot breakfast and friendly staff. I will always stay here when in Easton.
I've had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located hotel several times this year. The suite rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is always friendly and attentive and breakfasts are delicious!
Every need is quickly and graciously met. Extras include complimentary large water bottles--any time--and free laundry detergent for the in-house machines. The staff is very friendly and will provide anything from directions to advice on the area. The suites are well-planned and very comfortable. If the slightest problem occurs, the staff handles it immediately.
My wife and come down to Easton once a year for bike riding. We usually stay for 3 nights. This is our 6th year doing this and our second stay her. We have stayed in B&Bs, other hotels and we like it here the best. Large new rooms, hot tub and pool for our relaxation. They are extremely accommodating here
This is a really nice hotel. It is only 2 years old. It is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. They have a hot breakfast with a good selection of food items. It was located near lots of places to eat dinner.
This place is so new and clean! So glad to have found this place! Price was great! Skip the b&b's and come straight here!!! We stayed in St. Michaels last night and wish we had stayed here! The location is maybe 10 mins from St. Michaels and half the price!!!! Contemporary and beautiful! You won't be disappointed!
The reason for my trip was business and the internet worked very well and the desk work area in my king suite is well designed to accommodate spreading out your work. Breakfast is better than the Holiday/Hampton bkfst. Staff always smiled and asked if they could do anything to make my stay pleasant. 2nd time I stayed at this bldg. but it is on favorites list when in this area.
The Easton,MD Best Western had clean and comfortable accommodations with a considerate staff. Convenient to historical Easton and St. Michael's. Very reasonably priced. This is the type of experience I have come to rely on from Best Western.
We stay a lot at Best Western hotels and are Platinum Members there. Since we had a free night certificate we chose this hotel and did some site seeing for the weekend in St. Michaels area of Maryland. The hotel employees were absolutely great. They were extremely friendly and helped out with dinner plans and directions to St. Michaels. The room was immaculate and the hotel was very clean. We would clearly stay there again in the future as we had a wonderful time there.
We were attending a wedding in St Michaels and all the hotels were booked. So we decided to call Easton Area hotels. Best Western was the first we called and we booked right away due to the lack of hotels available this past weekend. It was one of the nicest hotels and the price was fantastic. So clean, well decorated and included the breakfast which was also nice. I have a hard time sleeping in other beds but this bed was so comfortable I slept all night without problems. I give this hotel 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.
What a way to spend my 50th Birthday! I had a blast! The hotel was clean, Friendly Staff, Breakfast was Good. I took the ferry to St. Michaels for some shopping and dinner at the Scossa restaurant In Easton! Go ahead! Book it! You will not be disappointed!
I enjoyed this hotel more than I did when I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in NY. The room was huge and in excellent shape. The décor was current and up to date. Bathroom was extremely large. Would recommend this hotel in heart beat.
We went to Easton Md for our friends wedding. The hotel was full to capacity with others from the wedding as well as other quests. Despite the obvious high activity the staff was always on the ball. We forgot an expensive leather jacket and the service manager Missy called to follow up and see that it was returned.
Best Western Easton was the best. It was very clean and the owner & employees were very efficient, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If we could give it a 10 star we would. Very enjoyable and hopefully we will be back soon.
Great hotel on the Eastern Shore! Clean, comfortable rooms, great beds and linens, separate bedroom from living area, excellent, friendly staff and service, central location. Best in its class in the area!
Well appointed hotel and rooms. Very clean. The reception desk crew welcomes you every time you enter the lobby. Breakfast area is comfy and accommodates all types of guests. Great location (although don't rely on your GPS to get you there!). Very pleased with my stay.
Second time at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint! My husband and I chose to spend our anniversary/babymoon in Easton specifically because of this hotel. It's so relaxing and comfortable and the staff is incredible!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the past 6 months. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful with whatever I needed at the hotel or services in the area. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy the Eastern Shore. Customer Service was unparalleled anywhere else I have stayed.
My husband and I stayed one night at the Best Western Plus in Easton during a recent get away to St. Michael's. We were extremely satisfied! The hotel was wonderful and nicely appointed with great local photography. The food on the breakfast bar was also surprisingly very good compared to other hotels that offer free breakfast. My husband was especially impressed that there was creamed chipped beef. The staff was friendly and made you feel at home. When in the area again....we will definitely stay!
super clean, very attentive staff.Suites are super nice. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The bed was heavenlyand very plush. two flat screens in the suite, which was fantastic for sport on sunday. Very clean and decor was warm and inviting.
Having stayed here last year and had an amazing time, we decided this had to be our preferred choice again for our visit to Easton to see family. Although the hotel was showing fully booked when I first started looking, a quick to the Hotel Manager and my requirements were all met. The staff here are really wonderful and a great credit to the hotel. Not only did they remember us, they also remembered our preferences for room etc which was really something. The hotel is very comfortable, and we highly recommend the suite rooms. So much space and great facilities. The rooms all have modern cable TV, with on demand movies etc and not only in the living area, but also the bedroom. The free Wifi is excellent and very reliable. The pool and gym are perfect for a quick health fix and never seemed busy which is nice. Our only disappointment was how busy breakfast was over labour day weekend, but do you know what... this is testament to how popular this hotel is! Any issues we had whilst staying were taken care of quickly and professionally as always and we really cannot wait to return. Thanks again to a great team for a wonderful stay.
Spent two nights at the Best Western Plus in Easton, MD on Labor Day weekend. This was our first experience at a BW Plus and we were impressed. The entrance is a bit tricky because it involves making a U turn on Rt 50 East but not at all difficult. The property was new, spotlessly clean and we were greeted by friendly and helpful front desk personnel. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the breakfast included pancakes, eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Although busy on Labor Day weekend the attendant kept the food well stocked. There is a restaurant within walking distance right next door (Golden Corral) and many more within a mie or two. The limited access rt 50 however added an extra mie or two to the trip but stil just a few minute drive. We would definitely stay there again.
This is an all suites hotel. I had just come from DC where i paid a whole lot more for a whole lot less. The room was spotless. Had 2 wide screen tvs. I used the hot tub but not the pool. The breakfast was very good and the desk staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
