This my 3rd stay , location is superb closed to airport with good atmosphere and best western signature vibe . Rooms are well kept , clean and tidy and value is great ,even though hotel is next to major intersection I did not feel disturbed. Location is near to the airport hence it's convenient to go for business visits but traffic jam is unavoidable in the internal part of city. Hotel atmosphere and cleanliness is good . All the hotel employees at the reception in the restaurant are very polite and attentive. Today it was surprise to me for the Laundry lady Ms Shompa who collected my clothes for laundry as I forgot to inform reception and she came in as soon as I checked in from my business visits. After few suggestions on food for the Indian dishes for the breakfast and dinner , the restaurant staff managed to customise it as per our requirements for which we were delighted by this service offered by the hotel staff and the hotel head of employees. One more good thing is that the hotel has a bar on the top floor to relax the mind after a hectic traffic jam travelling. Prices are higher but there is an arrangement who can afford it. My request to the hotel head to adjust the Bar wines and Beers prices to more affordable to enjoy the stay at hotel.

The room space was adequate with good atmosphere, it was very clean and was maintained at very high standards, the noise levels were minimal, the service excellent and amenities very good. Value for money was excellent and the location in respect to the airport excellent. The only concern was the room faced other properties which made it difficult to keep the curtains open and so no natural light. The Bathroom facilities excellent Very comfortable First impression good The Hotel style very good, the staff very friendly and polite, aiming to serve which was very good.

The rooms really have to be renovated/fixed.They are small and rather dingy. The bathroom shower was not working properly. The bathroom also looked dirty . The breakfast is average. They ran out of multigrain bread and were unable to replenish. The live omlette counter was good. Fruit selection is mediocre. The in room dining menu is very limited especially for veg options. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They had renovations and a lot of noise. with ramadan, work finished at 3 pm and I would be back at the hotel at 3.30 pm and had to live with someone banging on my head untill 6 pm. It should be clearly mentioned while making the booking that the hotel is going through renovations. The location is very good , its 10 minutes to the airport.

My experience was very good overall. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly at all times which was a great help and pleasurable. The one issue was construction happening on the roof which caused loud noise at times when I was working in my room but that should be short lived. They offered to move me but I decided to stay. The breakfast was nice each day and Liza was especially helpful. The rooms are perfectly well appointed for the stay. I availed myself of the laundry service which was excellent although returned a bit later than expected. It is also very close to the airport. I will definitely plan to stay here again when in Dhaka.

The location of the hotel is excellent — it is close to the airport and opposite the Police Headquarters, making it a safe place to stay in Dhaka. The staff are very good and cooperative. Location wise excellent for international customers. Rooms are very good. I was an walked in customer, so price was a bit higher. In breakfast Liza provided excellent service. Overall security, service was excellent.

Stayed at Maple Leaf next to the airport. Hotel is lovely and all the staff are amazing. I had food at the rooftop bar served by Dipayan, excellent service and food fantastic. Highly recommend it. Even if you are not staying in the hotel go for the food.

From the greeting at the airport to the moment of departure you can not be better looked after or be more genuinely greeted be each and every member of staff each and every day. Usually travelling on business is soleless and lonely experience but all at this hotel make you feel part of the 'family'. Over the years I have stayed at most of the hotels in Dhaka , all charging way more than Maple Leaf (100% + in many cases) but without an once of the humanity that is felt here. (The food, although limited, is also excellent with logical prices). I understand that the hotel will be renovated by the end of this year so it will only get better. Unless your business is in the centre of Dhaka you would be a fool to book anywhere else.

Hotel is good. I normally went Radison blue but this time i tried Maple leaf for two weeks. I will come again. Food is excelent. Restaurant at the rooftop is incredible and chef is very good. Room is very good also. Cleaning service was excellent. Shompa made my room and very happy with her work. Café bar at the Ground flor is excelent too. The only thing they can improve is the gym. Is very little and i would recomend to improve in this way.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the airport and not far from major sourcing offices (apparel industry). It's not a big hotel with huge lobby and lots of amenities but it's clean, quiet, well maintained and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym and my comment to management would be to maybe look at adding some fan or more easily controllable A/C in the gym room as it's on the last floor and tends to get pretty hot.

Another fantastic stay ! Excellent room on the 8th floor with great views of the airport and away from the noise at the front . Excellent staff, great food and a special thanks again to Shompa who looked after my room - was always clean, tidy and well kept. A/C worked very well! Bed was comfy and refreshing. Bathroom is on the small side, but functions well. Hot shower was relaxing. Atik, intern bellman, was professional and welcoming! Atik went out of his way to make my stay pleasurable and relaxing. Front staff were also welcoming and accommodating in every way. Breakfast was fresh and full of variety. Made-to-order omelette was delicious. Proximity to the airport is a definite plus when arriving a little late in the evening. Didn't have time this stay to take advantage of the restaurant, but have enjoyed it in past visits. Looking forward to future visits.

Pros: 1. Close to Airport, just take a left turn and you are there. 2. Even though I hired a separate meet and greet service, I didn't need to. The hotel arranged for another person to pick me up after immigration, pick up my bags, and take me to the shuttle (a sedan, not shared) just outside Terminal 2 (which is way less busier than Terminal 1). Shuttle cost was included as well. 3. Good food during breakfast. 4. Room was clean, AC worked fine, bathroom was nice. 5. They even offer car rental (with driver/chauffer) if you have to go somewhere (in my case in the suburbs of Dhaka). I did not use this service this time, but will surely do next time. 6. Check in process was super fast, everything was ready and I was able to check in late at night (which was a blessing after a 25 hours long flight). 7. They had all sorts of electrical outlets, hair drier in the room. 8. The people at the front desk ( Zihan, Ema, and two other people, whose names I can't remember) were cordial. 9. The reservation process ended up being easy - I booked by texting them on WhatsApp. Cons: Other than the room feeling a bit cramped (that might as well be due to our bags/luggages), I really do not have a single complaint. Will definitely stay again when I visit Bangladesh.

Overall great experience with great hospitality. Upon check in, we were told that we would not be getting connecting rooms as we anticipated. However they promised that we would be on the same floor. When we came back to the hotel, they stated that we would not be on the same floor, but we explained what we were told, Zihan and Sijan immediately jumped on and assisted us with this issue. Told us that we would be able to get rooms on the same floor in 30 mins. They would come to the room to pass us the second key. The staff at the all day dining, Jalal and Liza were also very attentive the whole time that we went there and had breakfast. Attended to our needs and made sure everything was great, helped us take fruits and drinks as well. The entire stay has been well taken care of and the staff were great! Will come again. Also very very near the airport!!

The waiter Rifat was very nice and polite, the quizeen was taesty, ylthe view is great, it is kept clean. It was able to pay by card which is convenient if you don't have taka. However the prizes in the menu were without tax and service which was a bit misleading.

My stay in this hotel was great. The room was very clean and quiet, while the staff was very attentive particularly at the front desk and restaurants. I really enjoyed the Roof Top Restaurant in particular because of the atmosphere and good menu selections.

This is my hotel of choice near the Dhaka airport. The service is the best, and the rooms are nicely decorated, clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. I tried the rooftop BBQ this year. The chicken was fantastic. This is a great place to wind down and rest before the long trip home after two hectic weeks in Bangladesh. I'll continue to choose this hotel when I visit Bangladesh every year.

I had a lengthy stay of one month and during the entire stay the welcome I receive daily from all the friendly staffs kept my day going. Room was always clean and well kept. Special mention to Ms.Ema & Mr.Amir for all the assistance rendered throughout.

The front desk staff Amir and Ema were very friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was hassle free and comfortable. Housekeeping staff ensured my room made up exactly how I liked it. My favorite dish, particularly the beef bryiani, I could taste several distinct flavours of spice, which enhanced the cullinary experience. On several occations I have had to explain my request to the staff to clarify. For the most part, Have had a pleasnt and hassle free stay. I would return to stay on my next trip.

There is a lady known as Shompa who is extremely committed to taking care of the rooms. Guests are greeted by genuinely friendly and hearty staff at the reception and restaurant.

Basic clean hotel in the centre of Dhaka with a restaurant with continental options. Room is clean even though not so big. Location is close to airport. It is a bit noisy as it on the main road. Rooms are with showers. Rooms at the back are less noisy.

I do frequent stay in the Best western plus maple leaf hotel. The room is spacious and very neat and clean. Special thanks to Ms.Shompa for the quick housekeeping. Staffs are very friendly. Have variety of food options and having 24hrs in-room food service.

The A/C in the room was not working properly. The maintenance staff said it needed more time to cool down, even though it had already been on for about 4 hours. When I awoke in a sweat during the night at about 10 pm and called for maintenance to correct the problem, I was informed the maintenance worker said it would take too long and I should be moved to another room. So, with only four hours of sleep remaining before my early morning flight, I had to abruptly change rooms just to get a functioning A/C unit. The maintenance worker should have advised management of the need for a room change at the onset of reporting the problem instead of disrupting my sleep and comfort. The manager should have dealt with the issue personally instead of sending a "trainee" to handle the problem. The rooms are extremely small with about 2 foot clearance on each side of the bed and a total of 4 square feet of floor space in the bathroom. The carpet is old and unclean feeling. The TV was not easy to operate. There are no USB ports in the room and management was unhelpful in assisting with this issue. This hotel needs some serious updating. Positives: the bed was comfortable and the A/C in the second room worked.

For more then 10 years always guest at BW Maple Leaf Dhaka, always everything very good and employees and workers very professional and very kind, but just few things need to be renovated, armchair and sofas at lobby etc. BTW tis for all always I will be in BWML when I know to go in Bangladesh.

For more than 10 years when I go to Dhaka for work reasons, I always stay in this hotel, why? Because in a convenient location near the airport and near the Tongi office. Because the food is fantastic, the BBQ excellent with a super chef always available to accommodate any different request from the menu. Because I always choose the room on the top floor and the cleaning Ms Shompa is very professional. Because after many years I have a relationship of friendship and respect with all the employees and workers. Because the services are excellent and if any problems arise they are resolved immediately... In short, everything makes me feel at ease when I return to the hotel... The breakfast buffet has changed a lot over the years, now a little limited. There are some areas of the hotel that should be renovated because they are a little dated... I only have one negative point, that the armchairs and sofas in the hall on the ground floor are too worn and old and I think they are full of mites, for me they should be renewed or replaced, because when I wait for the driver to pick me up, it is not pleasant to sit on dirty, worn and sticky fabrics. But still it remains my favorite hotel and as long as I have to go to Bangladesh, I will always choose this hotel, even if there are some new ones that have just opened. I'm coming to Dhaka aften and I used already this hotel several time. It's located near to the therefore you can reach it easily. The structure is not big but you can find all that you need for a comfortable stay. Room are clean and the staff is very friendly. Two restaurants with complete menu and good prices.

The service has been exceptional. Extremely polite, efficient, accommodating and hospitable all round. The room and facilities are very comfortable and clean. My suitcase did not arrive with my flight and the hotel front desk, particularly Ahad, followed up with the airline diligently throughout the day and stayed on past the end of his shift to ensure that the bag arrived at the hotel in good order and that I received it directly. It has been an incredible start to my first trip to Bangladesh.

Was a short layover before departing from Dhaka. Hotel is nearest to airport thus making it convenient to travel to and fro the airport. Room was nice and clean and basic necessities available in-room. Only glitch was the room tv was not working. Anyway needed to rest so did not bother about it.

Good to have a quick rest in a good hotel before/after the journey (5 min away from the airport). Adv to the foreigners: 1. Don't take the room facing the road.. very noisy during day/night with honking everytime non stop. 2. Try to avoid fresh juice if you know yr stomach can't take it, otherwise you will suffer from poisoning. The rest are acceptable as per the rest of other country's Best Western. Great view towards the airport on the rooftop while enjoying the BBQ dinner. Small gym and a massage center on the top floor. Transport to the airport - UsD9 Dinner buffet doesn't come with a hot drink, even with a cofee/tea (only for b'fast)..

The Indian food at restaurant is better as compared to other hotel restaurants in Dhaka. Mr. Jalal at restaurant along with other staff members were very courteous, proactive & kind during all times of day.

The hotel desperately needs pest control. There are mosquitos everywhere including the rooms. In a country where mosquito borne diseases are endemic it is not acceptable to have so many mosquitos swarming around the property and the rooms. The price of the rooms is not commensurate with the size of the room and what the hotel offers. Their shuttle service to and from the airport is overpriced as well considering the proximity of the airport to the hotel.

I stayed in a suite which was excellent and very much up to international standards. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also very nice with a good selection of local and international dishes. The neighborhood is not too bad, although I don't recommend spending too much time in the street. The property is adjacent to the Dhaka airport which may make it a bit smoggier that other locations in the city (if you can believe that!). Overall, a great experience.

On January 18 I flew in for work. Upon arrival from Manila, my luggage did not arrive. On January 21, I returned from my work at sea and asked if I could drop by lost luggage. At that time I got help from Ahad an employee of the hotel. Within 30 minutes I had my suitcase back. For me he is my hero of the day. Beautiful rooms, excellent sanitary facilities, delicious food and excellent aviation service (pick up and drop off) If I can go to Bangladesh again for my work, I (Ahad) hope to meet my hero again. This Hotel is highly recommended if you go to or in Bangladesh.

I am always delighted when we stay here for work while we are transiting through Dhaka. It is super-conveniently close to the airport. Their drivers are always on time (some of the other local hotels aren't). I agree with the review below about the excellent soundproofing as wall. The rooms have everything you need, with comfortable beds and nice showers, and the rooftop restaurant has a great vibe. The definite highlight though is the staff. They are absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, accommodating and happy to help you out with requests and advice on where to shop/go for things in Dhaka and how to get there easily and safely. Am Always happy to see them and stay.

All good, but there were some mosquitos I'm the room & 15% service charges is just too much together with 10% taxes. Is kind of too much. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent location. Airport transfer a welcome service.

In spite of having a confirmed reservation for a non smoking room, I was told no non smoking rooms avaliable. However a non smoking suite was avaliable for a few thousand takas. However after my displeasure and a short wait suddenly my requested room was avaliable.

Exceptional hotel, within short walking distance of the airport (if you're willing to dodge Dhaka traffic)! I walked from the Airport Railway Station across the overpass, and it took me around 10 mins to walk, while dodging Tuk Tuks, rickshaws and the big honky honk trucks which make me go deaf! Let me premise this review by first saying, I did not actually stay overnight. I presented myself at reception early this morning (coming off a 3-day houseboat trip in Sundarbans National Park, and 2 consecutive night trains - so I was grungy and also very tired), in hopes of joining their breakfast buffet at a cost. Staff were so welcoming and were happy to have me join them for breakfast at their hotel! They gave me a discounted rate for breakfast, and a complimentary bottle of water, which was so kind! They offered luggage storage and also free wifi. I have to commend the staff working at this hotel, as they went great lengths to host me, even if just for a couple of hours before my flight out! The breakfast buffet was simply amazing - so many fresh foods to choose from, ranging from made to order eggs/omelettes, fresh whole fruits, sliced fruits and vegetables, a selection of hot dishes, cold cereals, breads and pastries. Fine cheeses were also on offer, along with a number of different salads. It felt so amazing to finally have proper coffee and fresh, healthy foods coming out of 6 days of limited options. Being away for so many months and away for the holidays, the Christmas tree in the lobby and gingerbread house in the dining room made me smile! Even world travellers get lonely from time to time! Thank you so much to all of the staff at the hotel for hosting me and showing me hospitality for the 3 hours I was at the hotel! It was a nice place to gather myself before boarding my flight! Amazing hotel, and if I ever find myself back in Dhaka, surely I will stay here, and most definitely stay the night! 5 stars all around for exceptional staff and service!

Location wise its great as its 5 minutes away via car. BW also has pick up and drop off shuttle service to the airport and they are highly communicative and on time regarding this service.

Have been staying in Best Western chain of hotels. Just like before they have a excellent property in Dhaka & very good staff working under Mr. Tuhin. Mr. Tuhin has been an excellent host. Thank You & I am coming back whenever I am in Dhaka.

So i came to this hotel with no expectations really but my word. From the time i walked into the reception it was a 10 out of 10. The senior waitor JALAL and the Chef MANIK fed me the most amazing muttin breyaani and the service was out of the world. Do yourself a favour check this place out. It was a pleasant visit at Maple leafe Uttara. Everything about the hotel repeatedly made me remind why it is one of the top class hotel. The food had its unique mouth watering taste while the behaviours of the representatives eas much impressive, especially Mr. Tuhin front office was much friendly, delicate and assisted with details n directions.

This hotel went above and beyond for my family while we stayed there this past September. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food was good and we found the 24-hour restaurant very convenient. The cafe downstairs makes an excellent coffee. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff went so far as to surprise me with a birthday cake during our stay, which was so thoughtful! We had an excellent experience and will stay again for any future visits!

The Hotel is very good! All the employees are very kind and supportive And the Breakfast is also good! The Fitness center has a good space and everything is clear and new. The bed in so comfy and the pillows are new and clean.

Food was exceptional, I have food allergies so that is rare for me to comment positively on same, and the staff provided me with special bedding as per my request. The only downsides were the complete lack of hot water throughout my stay, despite requesting action twice (luckily I am a hardy old man) and the traffic noise dominant on the rooftop restaurant - the call to prayer from surrounding mosques raised the noise to cacophonic levels. My advise, eat at the excellent indoor dining facility.

Best western plus maple leaf in Dhaka is the best hotel I ever stayed in. I stayed in many hotel in USA and Bangladesh in last 24 years. This is by far the best. The buffet restaurant they have is the best. Food was delicious and it has both western and Bangladeshi food. I was born in Bangladesh but my wife and daughter were born in USA. They felt at home here. Everyone including guards, front desk, restaurant and room service were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have been traveling from Hong Kong to Dhaka for my business trips over 60 times within 9 years with each visit I also stay in this hotel. This hotel is providing very good service with good foods & lodging; rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staffs are very polite and respectful to guests, every morning the security will escort me to the car from factory and the front desk manager Roy with his staffs are provides excellent service as always too. I spent in this hotel 3 weeks. The hotel is close to the airport, it's small, clean and therefore very suitable for business travellers. Rooms are small but quiet, therefore your work and rest won't be disturbed by street noise. The hotel has everything you need for your business trip stay- restaurant, SPA and gym. The hotel staff is very helpful and responsive. Food is amazing- a variety of choices for breakfast and a big choice from Asian and European menus for lunch and dinner.

Needed to find a restaurant near the international Airport Dhaka where business colleagues could meet at. I like Best Western Plus Maple Leaf Hotel their service was good they ensure with excellent quality of room with complementary breakfast buffet and great coffee and juices. The Bouillabaisse, the T-bone steak and their cheese cake was very good.

I need to stay in the city over night, and I wanted to find somewhere close to international airport Dhaka. This was one of the closest place to airport Dhaka where I stayed. Great Breakfast menu, I enjoyed the Omelette, which was light and cooked to perfection & Espresso was great and the blend set me up for the day. Other people were eating other things and everything seen great. Enjoyable atmosphere, great service, great food and room I'll certainly be back here.

I have stayed at the Maple Leaf a few times for business trips and find it a friendly and clean hotel that is convenient for the Airport and getting out of Dhaka for our factory visits. Don'y expect the swishest of hotel facilities but the roof top Charcoal Grill is excellent and very reasonably priced. The ground floor lobby has a small coffee bar which is a handy meeting space. The 2nd floor restaurant has the breakfast buffet which is ok but not to the standard of the larger hotels, it could be better. The rooms are reasonably sized and very clean and the large beds have lovely white sheets. There is a desk area and plenty of space for clothes. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available, Overall this is excellent value for money as long as you don't mind the breakfast bufffet!

Spent 9th floor Room with family and enjoyed every features and services from the hotel. Cleanliness and amenities in the room are top notch. I was there in the hotel from 17 to 21 St April 2022. The room was good comfortable but it was small. The services were excellent. The BF basically carried the same menu with not much of variation. The plus point and mostly which I liked was the front Office staff mainly Anup Khan Senior Guest Relationship officer and Thuhin. I experienced a problem where my phone got blocked one day in the night I called upon Thuhin and he went beyond his limits to help me but it was not resolved. The next day morning when I called Anup to connect a international call he offered me his personal mobile to make a call it really surprised me and I was so much delighted with his gesture further within no time he was able to fix my phone. He was a very kind and generous person who offered me help at his own cost. I appreciate his good deed and he was helpful to me from the inception. These employees help build the brand of the organisation I request the Management to appreciate them fir their good deed.

Since I go to Bangladesh I stay at the Best Western Plus Maple Leaf Hotel. In general the hotel is very convenient because near the airport. The personnel is very helpful and kind, food is good. Room are clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is that if you stay in the rooms which are facing the street side, you might not be able to have a proper rest because the street is very noisy especially at night time. So, it is recommended to ask also for the rooms which are not facing the street side. I hope the management of the hotel can invest some money in improving the isolation of the rooms. Without that issue, the stay at the hotel will be perfect.

Many more time at Maple cafe I came , the Ms Jasmine She is made always excellent cafe latte,Cappuccino n ice coffee also the suggested variety foods. My family very happy to come here n she always enjoyed ms jasmine's service.

Stayed here for 2 days,going home after 7 weeks on board of a dredger. Rooms are good, food is good. Staff is friendly and helpfull. And downstairs in the cafe Jesmir makes a very good cappuccino. Had a good stay.

The Best Western Plus Maple Leaf went beyond the normal level of service for my wife and myself. The Check-in desk manager used our names the first morning, after only seeing us for a short time the night before. The Breakfast Service Manager was polite and thoughtful without being overbearing. The lady in charge of the Coffee Lounge ensured our latte was "just right". The Cleaning staff did a wonderful job of looking after our room and the entire hotel. The Manger of the Rooftop Bar and Grill showed us what service was all about and the Chef offered to assist us with anything special. My wife also had a manicure and pedicure which she said were both very good. Any faults? No. A car was available for hire. It was added safety and not overly expensive. As for COVID-19 awareness, I have been in three countries since March 2020. The Best Western Plus Maple Leaf leads the way in COVID-19 safety measures compared to all the other places we have stayed. All this happened with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of professionalism. Will I stay again? Most certainly.

Checked in as it was only 5 mins away from the airport after my flight was cancelled, the staff was brilliant. Sent a car to pick me up after my 2nd flight was cancelled free off charge which was a nice gesture. Service was outstanding. Highly recommended

We have stayed here twice and love it. It modern , clean , great food , fantastic staff . For us we choose it for our convenience, it's close to the airport and we always have to transit here on our way to fly to Saidpur . So it's welcome after a long flight. On this occasion we have had to cancel our stay due to the Coronovirus pandemic and the staff here have been even better than usual and waived the cancellation fee. I feel obliged to write this review to reiterate that this is such a good hotel anyway but this gesture has moved me . It's disappointing to have to cancel bu5 I really think the way they have done this underlies the way this place operates they really think of their customers. Let me tell you about our experiences staying here , it starts at the airport . The transfer is paid for separately bu5 worth it. You get picked up at the luggage hall by the person who calls for the car and helps get the luggage. This person has always been welcoming efficient and helpful . Both times they turned down our tip . The driver and car are Great. The rooms are small and very comfortable. The cafe is Great and a great place to meet relatives etc. The restaurants are even better , too good in-fact. You end up trying everything despite being full!! Highly recommend , convenient and welcoming

Pretty much what you expect from a Best Western. Good service, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh food available. I think it's a little expensive, considering the size of the room, otherwise I might have given five stars.

I had the privilege of staying at this hotel while in transit from Bangladesh to Hong Kong. The hotel staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and neat. The location is great because it is less than 5 minutes from the Dhaka airport.

We have stayed 2 days and found the hotel clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff very accessible and attentive. The restaurant has a wide range of good food from Both western and eastern tastes. Servers are excellent - Rumila and Zahid were both professional and pleasant. We would stay again - it's close to the airport as well.

A place to get a ease in a hectic city. The only thing they can't get out is the noise of the cars horns. The staff is Always friendly and there to help you. Even though this is not the cheapest hotel in town it's worth visiting.

All the management stuff were found to be very much cooperative and friendly. Specially the front desk people like Tuhin is very smart and understanding. The food in second/top floor served and cooked by Rumila, Zahid, Tuhel and Kornia we perfect. The served Thai soup was the best item in my opinion in the restaurant.

I visit many hotels all over the world on business. But whenever I stay at the BW Maple Leaf I feel and am treated like I've come home and this is family! The whole experience is stand out. From the meeting at the airport to the drop off back at the airport , the experience is what all hotels should be aspiring to but too few are actually achieving. Those other hotels in the area (Radisson and Le Meridian)which are charging x 2 and everything is plus plus plus should visit and learn.

Maple Leaf is best airport hotel in Dhaka. Their service, food, internet, cleanliness, hospitality all are just awesome. I certainly recommend this hotel to stay. Hotel has two restaurant one is in 2nd floor and another one is in rooftop. Hotel has variety of multicuisine food.

Wonderful hotel with excellent dining options.Staffs are friendly and helpful. Level 2 restaurant is excellent, especially the buffet breakfast where there are both local and international selections available. Their cheese verity world-class. Surprised to see the cereals & nuts collection, both Fruits juices was fresh. Level 1 cafe is a good place to have meetings, the top level restaurant Bar & BBQ is awesome. The BBQ food at level 11 is one of the best in Dhaka. Highly recommended for both families and business travelers.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean and I like staying here for business trips since it is near the airport. Tip - ask for odd number rooms because it faces the airport runway and is quieter. I had the even number room and had to sleep with earplugs. Why I gave only 2 stars: The hotel was booked for company functions 2 (of the 3) nights I was staying and the Charcoal restaurant was not available for those nights. I was directed to go to Level 2 Tarragon restaurant instead. On the first night, the lead waiter started with insisting only the buffet was available (and the prices kept changing which made me suspicious).I was hesitant as me and my guest were not hungry. In the end, he relented and allowed ala carte orders (unhappily from his facial expression, I would say). The Indo-Bangla food was fantastic though - and loved the garlic naan. Tonight, again with a company function at Charcoal, I was directed to level 2 and met the same lead waiter. This time he insisted that only the buffet was available and when I asked for ala carte, he told me to go back and order room service and turned away from me to welcome the next pair of guests. I cant order room service since I am checked out and just waiting for time to pass to go to the airport. I was pissed off by the attitude and left, and unfortunately only possible to sit in the lobby to wait for time to pass. I think Best Western should have informed guests IN ADVANCE that you have events and your restaurants are packed. Also, not all guests like to eat buffets so I hope you can consider to have alternatives. Lastly, regardless of what your guest chooses and if they did not pick what you recommended, I wish you can accept the choice graciously.

Just a few hundred meters from the airport. A perfectly clean room, very friendly staff everywhere (at the reception desk, room services, in the restaurants...). The food is excellent, especially barbecue offered in an open restaurant at the top of the building. The only drawback is obvious - the prices are quite high.

This hotel is located next to the airport, there is an airport taxi that brings you with 5-10 minutes from and to the airport. For me it is a great place to stay in hectic Dhaka. I prefer The rooms at the backside so you do not hear the traffic 24/7. Great staff, good roomservice, good breakfast and good diner possibilities.

Hotel is located very close to the airport, on one of the main roads - so bit noisy. However, it's a very good choice when you have your business in Uttara. Pros: - very good equipped and clean rooms - excellent breakfast and good menu for dinner - helpful staff Cons: - noise if your room face the main road - not fully functioning equipment in the gym

Hotel is bery closed to dhaka international airpost. Room are very nice and clean. Breakfast was really very good with lots of variatio. Staff are very friendly and smilin. Internet service is very fast. Rooms with airport view is very attractiv.

I regularly visit Bangladesh for Business and Frienship reasons. The Best Western Maple Leaf has so far been the best experince i have had. I had a bad experience with the booking company i asked to initially make the booking which also threatened my visda application which required a residential adress confirmation. The Staff at the Best Western Maple Leaf sorted this out in one hour. most respectfully, confidently and withenthusiasm.

At first, I will admit I was suspicious of this Hotel. I would not normally consider this brand when planning my business travel. However, to my surprise this was a great selection. Location - 10 minutes from the airport, with shuttle service. They can also help pick you up and get you through security easily. Room was a little small but not too bad. Clean and comfortable. Staff - very nice extremely helpful and accomidating. Anyone traveling for business!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and location!

Close to airport, pickup and drop services available, clean room, highly efficient staff, multi cuisine tasty foods and in-house spa, sauna to beat your tiredness after a long day of work. I am regular in this hotel ,at least 3-4 times a year and the best things are of this hotel is Caring staff, very good airport view, very good taste of food and they make sure no problem for guest. I am vegetarian and they specially prepare food for me.

this is still the best hotel in Dhaka if judged by value for money. Although it should not rest on its laurels! It is time to re establish those high standards it started with as it is beginning to slip in small but noticeable areas (if you are a regular guest)

This hotel is excellent! Lovely staff, very clean, close to the airport, and easy to access from the main road. The front desk staff were very helpful to my coworkers and me. I really appreciate their flexibility for check-in and check-out times (you never know with Dhaka traffic). I would definitely recommend this hotel for future travelers and it will continue to be a recommended location for my organization.

You won't regret to stay here, try it. Most balanced in terms of services, location, price, safety, foods.....all satisfied from check-in and check-out, I will be back (if possible, just add heavier dumbbells at the gym, 10kg is too light, maybe 15, 20, 25kg, then it's perfect) (my background of staying at Dhaka hotels: tried 2 x 3stars hotels and 1x5stars hotel previously)

This is a great hotel to stay in if transiting in Dhaka, or if you otherwise want to stay close to the airport. The hotel is quite new. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean, quiet and comfortable with all necessary amenities. You get a free newspaper every morning. Service is very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar/restaurant. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I travel through Dhaka regularly for work, and due to flight schedules, I need to stay in Dhaka overnight both directions. I have stayed at other hotels near the airport, but will stay here from now on. The airport pickup is prompt and courteous, even in the middle of the night. The staff is always pleasant. The amenities are complete. The rooftop restaurant is delightful and delicious, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, and caters to your comfort food, no matter where in the world you call home. I always feel relaxed when I stay here.

I enjoyed my stay here with Mr Zahid of Best Western plus maple leaf hotel . He's an excellent capability of remember what the tastes and preferences are. Specially coooked Indian breakfast from the anonymous head chef was another highlight of my visit. Thanks Zahid and Chef...till we meet again

Hotel accommodations was great with very cleanliness, all the hotel staff are provided with a very good services. Hotel restaurant was provided the great breakfast and good dinner foods. I had a great, unfortunately too short, stay in your hotel. The top floor BBQ was delicious in a great setting of city view. The bed and pillows are the best in Bangladesh. Commute, from and to Airport, were smooth and efficient. I can only recommend your hotel for whoever is planning to stay in Dhaka.

I had the pleasure to stay twice at the Best Western Plus Maple Leaf hotel, which is conveniently located close to the airport. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. On both occasions the staff of the hotel were extremely helpful, but especially during my second stay, on 21-22 March, they exceeded all expectations. I can only say: five stars! Particular praise goes to Tuhin of the front desk, who kindly arranged for me to have a shower after I came back from a whole day tour of dazzling Dhaka with Taabu Tours (who come also highly recommended), even though official checkout time had passed. As I had two flights that night this was really appreciated Particular praise also for Samiul and Omar, who provided courteous and friendly service at the delicious buffet! Would I come back if I have the pleasure to visit Dhaka again? In one word: absolutely!

This was my first time to Dhaka, the hotel was great - perfect location, lovely choice of food, room had everything I needed. The staff are super friendly always willing to help and made me feel very at home. Thank you for the hospitality. This is a very clean, business-style hotel with a very convenient location, close to the airport. They offer a very efficient airport meet and greet service which I have frequently used. Rooms are modern, spacious, air conditioned and in good condition. The buffet restaurant is well organized with a good selection of food. Staff are well dressed, courteous and very helpful, especially Rakibul Hasan, the Front office supervisor who went out of his way to make my stay more comfortable. I have stayed here several times and always recommended it to my friends and colleagues. I won't stay anywhere else when in Dhaka.

Very nice, kind, professional and good man! He helped me check in and check out very well! The facilities here were great too. Nice fitness center and especially liked the outdoor Resturant on the 11th floor overlooking the city. Temp was perfect...25 degrees C! Dhaka`s traffic problems are legendary and so being able to leave the airport and be seated comfortably in the hotel enjoying a very good cup of coffee in under 20 minutes was fantastic! First class hotel pick up service. Friendly and efficient reception staff, perfect coffee and excellent restaurant serving international, Bangladeshi and Thai dishes. Our room was clean and quiet, with a good shower in the bathroom. I contacted the hotel via email before our trip and was delighted to be offered a very attractive room rate - considerably less than the comparison sites. 100% recommend this hotel

We are here on business and we came to stay at this hotel because it's close to the airport. It really ticks all the boxes. There is a cafe and 2 restaurants, a spa and gym. The staff are so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Jasmine, in the cafe, is very cheerful and is fantastic at making a great coffee and they have a delicious cake selection made on site. The restaurants offer a large selection of food, not just local and it is delicious. I thank all the management and staff for making us feel so welcome.

The staff at the Best Western Maple Leaf were fantastic, the driver was waiting for me before I had even cleared customs and check in was flawless. I only stayed one night but would highly recommend for any duration of stay. When transiting on my return leg I originally intended to stay at the airport but I rang the hotel and within 10 minutes a driver had collected me and they accommodated me for a 10 hour transit. Fantastic service all round that was much appreciated.

Visited the rooftop restaurant on the 10th floor with few friends. Basically it's a grill house restaurant. We enjoyed the evening with delicious food and service. The cozy environment inside was lovely and pleasant. The menu card has versatility for people with varied taste. Thanks to the management. Keep it up.

Hotel is great, location, service, room and specially the restaurant & breakfast! The manager of the restaurante is very kindly and helpfull. There was a bit of smoke smell on the non-smoking room, but not that bad. For sure it is not hotel's fall, it might have come from a stupid person which doesn't respect the law. Congrats guys!

I've been in this hotel two time for a total of 5 weeks. Cleaning room service excellent. External security always present. Good Wi-Fi. The personal is professional and always to your service. The international food is good, especially the charcoal restaurant at the last floor. A special thanks for the professionality for my 5 weeks staying to Zahid, Samiul, Chingsui and all the staff.

Best price Best Quality Best location. 2 minutes from the airport. safe. the quality of the food is very good especially the breakfasts.room service good and fast. reception is open 24/7.you can even go on foot even if the airport shuttle service is not a very good thing.

This hotel is truly amazing and very comfortable. Their staff from reception to room service to house keeping to cafeteria on level 2 are just very kind and always ready to provide to serve the hotel guests at anytime. In addition, each of the staff at the cafeteria on level 2 always asked what does their guests would like to drink and always offer to bring food to the table even without asking any of them to do so. This BW has awesome food. The hotel looks small but rooms are large and spacious. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay near airport. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. If one is only travelling with a back pack or small suitcase - you could very comfortably walk to the airport.

The rooftop BBQ restaurant food & service was great with an amazing view of the Runway. We had a very pleasant dinner here service quality was up to mark. All of the staffs were polite and smiley. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my well known and colleagues.

Highly recommend this clean, modern and convenient hotel, run by professional and friendly staff. We had a long transit, so rather than wait at the airport, contacted the hotel and they sent a car to collect us. We had lunch in the restaurant which had a range of different cuisines on offer. We happened to be there during the student protests, and the staff managed the situation brilliantly, ensuring the safety of guests, and getting us back to the airport. Normally I do stay at Sonargoan Hotel. This is first time I stayed here at Best Western Maple Leaf. It is very clean. Food is good. And hospitality is excellent. Location is very close to airport. Going to city is not a big deal with UBAR.

Perfect spot if you want to stay by the airport. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Tuhin, Roy and Zahid at reception. They arranged a car to the airport and were generally very helpful with everything I needed. Rooms were nice and the hot waterfall shower felt great.

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. From the moment i checked in, to when i checked out, the hotel, all the staff from Front Desk to Housekeeping staff were all excellent. Breakfast at Tarragon restaurant on 2nd floor was very good, nice spread to cater to all tastes and staff were courteous & very friendly. I've stayed at many other of the more expensive chains in Dhaka before, but would place the Maple Leaf at the top of my list and would recommend to all.

Stay here when travelling though Dhaka. Very clsoe to airport - and you get a pick-up/drop-off. Staff very friendly - and if you travel regularly - remember you and your preferences. Hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. Food excellent and they have two restaurants and a coffee shop. Not tried the rooftop terrace yet but the second floor restaurant has an excellent buffet or a la carte. Would recommend for travellers wishing to stay for a night. Not left the hotel so cannot comment on surrounding area/facilities.

Close to the airport and great for quick layovers. Very attentive service. I checked in late and everything was very smooth. The hotel had someone meet me at the airport and help with luggage and navigating through customs etc.

When I stay at Maple Leaf I feel like at home, all staff is really nice and helpful, in this hotel there are two restaurants: one at second floor and one at 10th floor. Usually I take dinner at second floor and this evening I got my Greek salad and Mixed noodles suggested by Jasmine. I've never ate them but really good taste!! At least I called this dish Noodles Jasmine Style. I thanks also Aziz and Sami because their service was efficient and, of course, the chef because the food in here is really good! One mention also for the espresso coffee.

The Housekeeping Manager and all other staff extended a warm hospitality during my overnight stay. Slept well in a clean, well-furnished room. The breakfast was both healthy and hygienic. A plus point is it's 500m away from Dhaka international airport and the hotel provides shuttle service to the airport.

I think it is one of the best hotels at Uttora, near the airport. best place for the tourist. The view of the rooftop of this hotel is amazing. Environment was superb, we enjoyed a lot. I went there to have dinner with my wife & some of friends. It was really good & testy food i had there, service & Service team is very gentle in terms of communicating. compare to others same category restaurant & hotel, i found Best Western is much ahead of.
