Although you could tell the building was older, the room was modernized & very nice. Lisa at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful & caring. The pool area was nice & they actually had outdoor grills for guests that wanted to grill.

The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that they charge you to park in their parking lot. The hotel was basically full and the parking lot was over crowded which made it difficult to exit when I checked out early that morning.

Kenny, Thanks for the review, and we are working to resolve some of the parking issues when we gain access to the new parking garage our company is building about a block away. The pictures posted online must be of when they first opened the facility, the rooms smelled the hallways smelled the parking was terrible and the staff were not that friendly. I would not stay at this location ever again, first and last for me.

I know this was a rough Labor Day Weekend, but it no excuse for us not to be friendly. With respect to parking, it is tight on the weekends as it is with most downtown hotels in Daytona. We will also be getting access to a new parking garage that our company is building about a block away from the hotel. Our hotel was completely renovated in 2018 and will undergo more over the next 12 months. We value your business as a brand and hotel, and I hope you will try us again. May I suggest a non-holiday weekend, and you will see a large difference area and hotel. Thanks again for taking the time to share your comments.

4 night stay, 3 days of a closed kitchen. Free breakfast is the main reason I chose BW. 1 free breakfast, no options offered as a substitute the other 3 days, no compensation offered either. That sucked.

The rooms are very clean smell great . the bath rooms are very clean fresh towels and plenty of t paper soap . great hot water in shower . The beds are very comfy pillow where ok . a/c worked great . we had a frig and microwave coffe maker . tv was clear . balcony city view was great for coffee in morning and dinner and cocktail at night .

the hotel has a great location but is need of renovation, had to change rooms, flood at midnight, walls and ceiling moldy broken items and ac, door jam could not close door completely watch for hidden charges for parking

The entire place us in desperate need of renovation! The carpet throughout is disgusting, the interior needs to be repainted, parking is atrocious, the "complimentary" breakfast is gross. The best part of my stay was the view and the pool.

I have traveled here more than once and both times my room was not ready at check in time. The locks on both rooms were not functioning properly. Terri, the front desk person was rude. There is not enough parking when the hotel is fully booked. I am giving a poor service review however most of the staff was very friendly and helpful but they couldn't make up for how horribly rude Terri was.

This was a great place to stay for vacation! We had an oceanfront room that was very clean and comfortable. You could tell it had been renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze! Breakfast was great…hot food included eggs, bacon and sausage, oatmeal and pancake maker. Favorites like cereal, fruit and bagels/muffins. The pool overlooks the ocean and has easy access to the beach. Our only 2 concerns…parking is tight during the weekend but we found a spot each time luckily. Our door to the room was hard to open and close but that was it!! We will be back!

Dr. Rich but in a definitely not Motel 6 it's somewhere in between there were a few things I didn't care for Internet was spotty elevator was sketchy and no 24 hour access to the beach if the price was a little lower I would definitely stay again

Poor experience. Many guests were drunk, loud, and immature. Nit kid friendly at all. Too bad because the location and view were beautiful. Don't think I'll go back though. Especially after immature people do smoke outs at 5am leaving the fire alarm to awaken my entire family. Not fun when you have kids.

Over the past 40 years I have stayed in pretty much all of the current major hotels on Daytona Beach. After my third separate stay at the BW Seabreeze it is quickly becoming my hotel of choice in the area. The location is excellent. The ocean front room view is spectacular. I was up at 6 in the morning to watch the sunrise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It featured a hot breakfast in the lobby which was very good. The price was more than fair considering it is the season. Very competitive compared to the other major chains. I highly recommend this property. The only problem I had was my stays were not long enough! But I am already planning my next trip back.

Hotel was dated. There was a piece of drywall laying in the hall upon our arrival. Our room faced the street, which was very loud all night. Location right on the beach was excellent. No smoking policies not enforced at all , people smoking in the pool areas, bbq area and around the elevator. The elevator access was outside around the side of the building and there was no security feature to prevent anyone from using the elevator, which made me feel unsafe. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

We are a non- smoking property and ask that guests not smoke in any common area such as the pool, halls and balconies. We have not had an issue with this, but I have instructed staff be more observant now that it is pool season. We do have security on at night and they make rounds throughout the night to assure that all is safe and quiet. We are a downtown property, and it can be a bit noisy streetside at times. Our oceanfront rooms are much quieter and offer a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I appreciate the comments on our staff and will pass them on. My husband gifted me a long weekend stay at Best Western Plus located in Daytona ocean front! Service was friendly and worked to service us best. The gave us a free upgraded room and gave us late checkout so we could have our little one take a nap before hitting the road. Loved how they went above and beyond for us!! Definitely will be back.

Great locations, comfortable beds and great service. Booked this hotel the last minute. I always try and stay at Best Westerns. The view was great and the parking was good. The pool was always clean. The breakfast and staff were friendly.

This was a great trip. Rooms were assessable, clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was great, dining room was assessableand clean. We were right on the ocean and the view of ocean was beautiful, our rooms were ocean side with a balcony and our daughters room was right next to ours so we felt safe letting them have their own room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Over all this hotel was a great experience.

Ocean view was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean an quiet. Staff was very nice an made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was good, pool/pool area was clean. Defiantly will be staying here again

This was the nastiest, egregious and disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at, the walls were cracked, plaster falling off the wall, carpet was nasty, towels had mold and pubic hair on them. The bathroom wasn't clean the safety latch on the door was broken. The head board smelled like mildew. The hallway has holes in the wall, paint pealing off the walls, dents in the walls and rust throughout the hallway. One of the elevators didn't go to the 4th floor and we had to get off the elevator on another floor and get back on the other elevator to get to our floor. As someone who works as a LEO I would rate this hotel a one for security. As mentioned the safety latch of the door in the room did not work, any one can enter the hotel at any given time and we had different people sliding flyers under our door after midnight. This is something g that should never Happen. The breakfast was the worst ever eggs were grosse, sausage rubbery, bacon was saturate in grease, donuts were dry, pancake maker was broke and they were out of orange juice. We left and went to Waffle House. Not only that we left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. I requested to be put in a better room with no odors and the walls not pealing or cracking and no accommodations were made, horrible. I'm a huge fan of the Best Western Brand and I'm just not sure if I would be willing to stay at another Best Western Hotel.

Vacation was great place to stay. Love the beachfront. Great service and very friendly staff. I love music at the pool. I love the breakfast was awesome. Great staff and great location. You had everything in the area

Staff at check-in was not welcoming and pointed to the sign to remind me that “check in is at 4.” We arrived early on a Thursday to use the beach (as they said we could when I called earlier in the week). Breakfast was not replenished quickly enough with one worker cooking, cleaning and refilling the food/supplies. The ice machine was broken. They did not mention that there was no housekeeping service, so we had to call for fresh towels. Location was great but they could benefit from additional and more well-mannered employees.

We were welcomed at the front desk by a pleasant gentleman whose name I sadly don't remember. The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean. The hotel was very crowded due to a competition in the area. So, the only problem was the breakfast room was too crowded. Could live with that though. We will definitely stay here again.

Just returned from this hotel. What a great location. We had a king oceanfront suite. The view was fantastic, sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise, hear the waves. Every staff person, from checkin to checkout, was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready even though we arrived a bit early. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Pool area was clean. The grills were clean. We did not have a car, but discovered a couple local restaurants to eat in and have food delivered. The ocean beach is steps from the pool. I don't know how you would access the beach if stairs are a problem however. This hotel was great for the price, definitely would recommend if you want someplace on the ocean.

The room was dirty. I honestly think this hotel does not own a vacuum or mop. No one came in to room to replenish anything unless we asked. After 2 days we asked for room to be cleaned and all she did was come in and make the bed. Floors were not cleaned at all. The staff was friendly especially Juanita the breakfast moderator.

This hotel offers the bare minimum of services and quality. I booked it for the location and the price and my previous experience at Best Western PLUS locations. This location is definitely not deserving of the PLUS title. The pool area was simple, but maintained very well each morning by staff. The included breakfast was just ok. Juanita was lovely and cheerful though! The coffee machine was terrible...I went to the store and bought my own Kcups for the lobby Keurig machine.

The staff in this hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and it had a comfortable bed (apart from big gap under the front door). The hotel is situated on the beach with a nice pool area about 3/4 of a mile from the pier. The main issue I had was the amount of high school seniors getting drunk, creating havoc over the weekend I stayed. I got virtually no sleep for 2 nights with these kids screaming, shouting, running up and down corridors and throwing furniture in the pool. Absolutely dreadful experience. There were no staff to speak of overnight so things went on all night. Lots of guests were complaining the next day. I would suggest laying on more security staff overnight to try and calm things down.

This hotel was in a great location! The pool overlooks the ocean and stays sunny until after 5:00pm which the taller hotels don't offer. There weren't many frills but it was very clean and the exactly what we were looking for.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were great. Breakfast nice everyday. Best 6 days/6 nights. Pool area was nice and clean everyday. Even though it was filled with young spring breakers it was quiet by 11 pm. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice and clean. Nice way to start your day!!

We arrived at 8pm and our room wasn't ready due to the spring breakers acting like idiots. Anyway, Paris at the front desk handled our situation and others with professionalism. Better hang onto her or someone else will see what we saw!

Impulsive spring break trip for my grandson. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Best beach trip in a long time. I could definitely live happily in Daytona. Best BW I've ever stayed at.

Room was clean and well kept. Stay was enjoyable. Parking is lacking for this facility. Therefore you want to park late afternoon or early in the evening to ensure a spot. Breakfast was alright. I would consider staying here again.

This Hotel has re-modeled rooms, feels just like a new motel. Right on the beach, or street view for a reasonable rate. The balconys are fun for watching the blvd. I always come back, no problems, freindly folks.

Forgot some items in a drawer. . Called 5 times and they said they would look into it and they never once called me back.. So I drove all the way back and had TO PRESSURE them to return my own POSSESSIONS. I am certain if I DIDN'T GO BACK and pressure them to RETURN MY STUFF they were going to KEEP IT. SHAME ON THEM. Untrustworthy VERY RUDE. Lots of choices in the area PICK A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

My friend and I were in town for a quilt show and very happy with the hotel. It was Clean and friendly staff despite some reviews. I definitely recommend BW Seabreeze! Juanita and Gina did a great job at breakfast!

Reserved room for two nights. On day of arrival I knew we would arrive late and I received an early check in notice so I filled it out and noted we would arrive after 11 pm. Arrived around 11 pm to be told I didn't have a room because I didn't answer my phone around 2 pm when they call all the reservations to confirm their stay. I didn't receive a call nor was there a missed call on my phone and I had been charged the room on my credit card. The clerk said it was my fault and they cancelled the reservation. Not only was it cancelled. There were no rooms available. No offer to help find another room at this late hour. So I found another room myself. Not only were they less than sympathetic or helpful they charged my card for a second night. When manager called the next day she advised me that someone with the same first name checked into my room. Clerk failed to check ID and verify credit card. Although I got credited for the room, again no apology or any offer of compensation. The staff was unprofessional. They were not nasty but the night clerk was condescending and put all the blame on me when in fact it was her total incompetence that caused the problem.

we always enjoy staying at a Best Western and we have stayed at this hotel before and we had a great time. The free breakfast was very good and Juanita was a special bonus,she took care of everyone and kept the breakfast room tidy and the food full.

At check in I was greeted as a Gold Member and given a bag of snacks. Payment is expected in full at check in. I was rapidly back down at the front desk, because the deadbolt would not latch from the inside on my assigned room. The hotel is convenient to the nearby Plaza Hotel/Convention Center area. I stayed in an oceanfront efficiency with a balcony. The efficiency had a full-size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stovetop. There were adequate dishes, a couple of pots & pans, and a couple of utensils. There was no can opener of corkscrew. Maintenance issues included – burned out bulb in the ceiling fixture, one stove burner was out, the filter hung off of the exhaust fan and featured a streak of grease running down the wall, the runner across the foot of the bed was stained, the floor lamp base was rusty, a sharp piece of metal jutted out from the bed frame, and finally, the temperature outside dipped to about 40, and the heat didn't work. Safety & security is lacking at the hotel. The fire door on every floor was permanently propped open and/or had the self-closing mechanism disabled. A surprise $7/day parking fee was on my bill when I checked out. No mention of the fee was made at the time I made the reservation, when I checked in or when the front desk clerk gave me the parking permit for my stay. Most employees I interacted with were impassive and only spoke, if I greeted them first. The exception was Paris, who smiled and greeted me when I walked in the office.

Not enough parking for everyone staying. The area is a little rough, and the outside of the hotel was not maintained well.. The room was ok, nothing fancy, but ok.. We didn't actually stay in it though because we ended up leaving for another hotel.

there is nothing bad I can say about this Hotel....friendly staff that treat you like you belong there...the room was spotless with no smell of cigarettes or chemicles...breakfast was fantastic, bed was comfortable.....very quiet even tho it was busy...

I stayed in a balcony room facing the ocean and was able to leave my sliding door open to hear the ocean waves all night! Very relaxing. The hotel is older but because of it's location, I overlooked that. It's close to restaurants and the front desk lady was very pleasant! The room had a kitchenette and was fairly large overall with two beds and comfortable furniture.

First impressions are paramount when staying at a hotel, as are last. As soon as I drove into the lot I could see the property was run down. The exterior needs quite a bit of work. Yes, this is a Florida oceanfront hotel and the salty air and humidity wreak havoc on surfaces, but that's all the more reason why upkeep and frequent painting are so important. I arrived at 2 pm. Check in is officially 4 pm but, as a Best Western Rewards Diamond member, I am entitled to early check in (if available, of course). Check out here is 11 am. That means there are five hours between normal check out and check in. When I filled out the “pre registration” it actually had arrival time of “2 pm to 4 pm” as the first option, so I chose that. As soon as I approached the desk the clerk told me that the hotel was sold out the night before and that no rooms were ready. She told me it would be “about an hour.” I went to wait on the pool deck. There were three parties going on, each with its own music blasting. So on one side was a speaker blasting one style, another on the other side, and another in the middle. It was a windy day so the beach was not an option. I also assumed there would be pool towels on the deck, as is usually the case. As it turned out, one had to request them at the front desk. But when I asked the clerk if the pool was open and if I could wait there until the room was ready she said yes. Why didn't she offer me a pool towel, knowing I was going to the pool and knowing that the pool towels could only be obtained at the desk? A small thing, to be sure, but another “first impression” oversight that had me regretting booking this hotel even before I'd checked in. There are 44 oceanfront balcony rooms. I watched from the deck as balconies were being cleaned. An hour went by. No call. At 3 pm I called the front desk. She said it would be just a little while longer. At 3:30 I called again. She said it would be “about 10 minutes.” At 4 pm I called and she said the room was ready. So the “one hour” was actually two hours, and I waited from 2 pm to 4 pm on the pool deck. Yes, normal check in is 4 pm, and early check in is offered to Diamond members but not guaranteed – I get that, but five hours to clean a room? Even if the ONLY oceanfront rooms that were vacated that day all had late checkouts of 2 pm (which is highly unlikely) they should have had a room ready for me by 3 pm. I find it hard to believe that no oceanfront rooms were vacated at 11 am. It does not take five hours to clean a room. When I finally went to the desk for my key the clerk was professional and efficient. She did everything right. Things are looking up. Then I went to the room. The door would not open. The key WAS working – it was unlocking the lock – but something was jamming the door. It turned out that there was a large piece of cardboard that had been folded and jammed into the upper right corner of the door to keep the door open while they clean it. I went to find a housekeeper and she showed me they were doing this in some of the other rooms and had placed a towel there. No doorstops? Really? Housekeepers have to jam a big hunk of cardboard into the top of the door to keep it open to clean it? So that's what was keeping me from opening the door. They forgot to remove the cardboard. I pulled it out and brought it down the hall where they told me why it was there. I went back to the room and went to throw it away but there was no trash can. There was one small can in the bathroom but none in the bedroom. How does a room get approved for guest arrival without a trash can? I had to go down the hall to find the housekeeper (for the third time already) and I wasn't even in the room yet. The first thing one sees upon opening and then closing and locking the door is the door – the door jambs, the locks, etc. Everything was rusty. Again, I've stayed at oceanfront properties many times and I know that the salty, humid air is going to get to any exposed metal surface unless it's painted frequently. Sure, on a door jamb you can only paint so many times before the door gets stuck – but there are ways around that. You don't want a guest opening the door and seeing rust all over it. Before I even entered the room I was disgusted. Once I was finally in the room I went to get the luggage rack to place my bag on. I couldn't find one. I went to the housekeeper again (fourth time) and she told me they had none and she had never seen one. She asked a couple of other housekeepers, as well, and they all said they'd never seen one. I've stayed at hotels over 100 nights in the past 10 months and every single one had a rack you could unfold for your bag. Okay, fine – I found a workaround. Again, a small thing on its own but this was one issue after another. No room available, one hour turning into two, no pool towel offered, cardboard jamming the door open so I couldn't open it, no trash can, rust all around the door and locks, no luggage rack...but I give them the benefit of the doubt anyway. I rationalized each failing and didn't consider them dealbreakers. The room was actually pretty nice. Furnishings were clean and modern, all the lamps worked, nothing was broken. Then I started cleaning. There was clearly an attempt made to renovate the rooms, and housekeeping went to great lengths to clean. But those positive efforts fall away when so many little negatives start to add up. There was a huge, ugly stain on the carpet next to the fridge. It was clear that a fridge with a larger base had been replaced with a newer, smaller one. Yes, it was nice to have a nice, clean fridge. But after removal of the old one there were disgusting stains on the carpet that were just left there. I tried moving the fridge to cover the one I could see but that just exposed one on the other side since this fridge was smaller. Once I settled in I was fine in the room and had no interest in asking for another one, especially since it was approaching 5 pm and I'd been there three hours – not to mention that another room might be even worse. Since everything worked and the room was relatively clean, I decided to put all the introductory challenges behind me and relax. I logged onto the internet. It was under 5 Mbps. Slow by home standards but I've seen worse in hotels so, like all the other little issues, I just let it go. What I really need, especially to sleep, is a room that's quiet and dark with a comfortable bed. It had all that. The shower was adequate but the water barely trickled out of the faucet. I actually ended up washing my hands in the shower since the pressure was better there and it got hotter faster. I got used to the little flies in the room because I know they're all over the beach and they get into the rooms. I get that. There are also very tiny ants that populate buildings in Florida and this room had plenty of those. I put a paper plate on the dresser and a few hours later it was swarming with tiny ants. So just a precaution to any guest – do NOT leave any food out or anything unwrapped because it will be a feeding frenzy for the bugs. Again, I know this is a Florida thing – I get that – but how often do they exterminate? It was pretty bad. I decided to skip the free breakfast. Ironically, a sign on the breakfast room door said “no take out,” which is interesting since many hotels have done away with breakfast dining and actually require you to take the food to your room. Here it was the other way around. Maybe because of those ants. But I decided not to risk getting sick. I had planned to ask for a late check out and, depending on the weather, stay another night. But I decided I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible in the morning. I decided not to ask for a late check out and definitely had no intention of booking another night. When I wanted to check out, I opened the app but there was no check out option in the app. There was also no email telling me I could check out online. These are pretty standard, especially since COVID. Hotels are more and more avoiding any contact with staff and allowing check in, check out, etc. to be done online and/or in the app. But not here. Okay, maybe I can check out on the TV. I turned on the TV and pressed the “menu/guide” button – nothing. The “on” button worked but that was it. No menu. I gave up on the idea of skipping the front desk and went to the desk to check out. Most hotels have an automatic door to get into the lobby since you're probably carrying bags. This one doesn't, but there's a big button to press for handicapped access and the door is supposed to open. The button didn't work. This was my final act before handing over my keys and leaving. The button for handicapped people to be able to open the front door not working. And how fitting that I should arrive and find nothing working right and then find nothing working right upon departure. I guess that sums up this hotel – it doesn't work. It certainly didn't work for me, and I have no intention of returning.

We had a great stay at this hotel, we didn't have a reservation ahead of time but LaVencia was super sweet and showed us our options and got us checked in painlessly. The ocean view was very pretty from our room!

A/C did not work. The hallway was cooler. It's Florida, a/c is a must. A very mediocre hotel at best. For over $350 for one night, I'd expect better. We were charged an additional $7.95 to park our motorcycles. For $350 plus I'd expect free parking.

Our paring fees are nominal compared to other hotels in our area, and we use this to pay for the security of the lot during Bike Weeks. We hope you enjoyed Biketoberfest and had a safe trip back to Vero Beach.

We rented a regular double room facing the street s well as a suite facing the ocean for our family in town for the wedding. Even the room facing the street had a balcony. Quiet hotel and they actually now serve breakfast. A little high in price and you are only allowed one vehicle per room which meant we had to work something else out. The pool is open but hotel is right on the beach as well and there are plenty things to do within walking distance. Also thought it was a little different that we had to check in for each room separately even though one person had made both reservations under their name.

The hotel is right on the beach, beautiful views and conveniently located near everything. It's also very affordable and staff is friendly! They offer free wifi and free breakfast. The only downfall is parking is VERY limited and you have to pay $7/day for it.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The guest services were 2nd to none. The attentiveness and patience of the entire staff was a joy from the time I got out the Uber all the way until checkout. I will definitely recommend this he ptel

The first impression - when we walked into the lobby the front desk agent was aloof and had her music box going. The music was loud and she was singing and humming along to her music even when my husband was speaking to her, very unprofessional and impolite. She told us check-in was not until 4 pm, it was around 2 so we left and came back after 4 to a full lobby with a line out the door. At that point, a different lady was working and she was very sweet and did her best. The first room had some kind of bugs on the pillow and the front desk gal switched us quickly to a better room. The view from our balcony was of the ocean and the empty lot next door with lots of trash that had gathered from hotel customers tossing their bottles and cans from their balconies into the empty lot. The hotel would be wise to have maintenance go over and clean it up as it reflects badly on the hotel. Upon check out our bill was incorrect and the wait time to get it corrected was just over one hour putting our travel schedule in a bind. The assistant manager struggled to try to correct it and waited far too long before calling to ask for assistance, even though we asked her to. Also as others have stated parking can be an issue and they do charge a daily parking fee. We also had an issue with the toilet backing up also. My husband called the front desk early afternoon to request assistance. The singing front desk agent took the call and said someone would come up to take care of it. We left about an hour later and arrived back after 5 and maintenance had not taken care of the toilet yet. My husband called the front desk again and the very sweet gal that works evenings had someone come up right away and fix it. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it. I will say the breakfast was nice and the evening front desk agent is a true gem that deserves a raise and praise. I think her name was Lavencia or Valencia, she is lovley and I wish her much success and happiness.

No parking, if you leave for dinner there will not be parking when you return Bugs in room, they enjoyed my pizza Nasty carpet every where. In the halls.....Really carpet at a beach front hotel. Elevator were super slow... old...

No one working front desk.overnight. stairwells open so. Anyone from outside could walk into any floor, elevators anyone from outside could get in. Homeless all around property. Hotel Charges for parking, but not enough parking spaces. .pluss many cars with no parking hang tag. This is why not enough parking. Staff stated not their job to monitor parking lots. Unsure how you can charge for parking and not enforce it.

If they step out, they should post the a sign. We also have security nightly. We have ordered the parts to repair the exit door, and it should be in shortly. We went to Daytona Beach to attend a funeral service for a friend. We chose this hotel because of it's location. We did not plan on going to the beach or watching TV (other than to check the news and weather). There was only one person at the check in and there was a 15-20 minute wait to get checked in. The room décor was attractive and the room was clean. However, the TV (or remote) in the bed room did not work. The HVAC unit in the bedroom was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. We were on the 4th floor and there was almost not water pressure so we didn't even try to take a shower. We had to leave early but the breakfast did not start service until 7:30 Am and no (to go) breakfast bags were available

in 1st assigned room, the door lock did not operate as instructed & once in, the bathroom light strobed so badly it was unusable. Questioned the maintenance man who knew it was bad but "hadn't gotten to it". Why was it even available for rent? 2nd room was very nice, but carpets were dirty - don't walk on them barefoot. The lock set was also having problems as were at least 3 others on our floor. Would not stay here again. Have stayed in literally dozens of BW over my career & all the problems totaled were less than this one stay.

There no resort, But for a hotel I will be back, there friendly clean and comfortable I love there breakfast and I could have my pet. This place is great for all of us down home people and locals who know what we expect. I was very impressed with everything. Keep up the good work best western.

I seen a roach crawling on the ceiling in the middle of the night. My toddler found old air pods that were left behind from previous guest. No air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. The hallways are hot, smelly , and unclean. Parking lot super small and full of trash. Breakfast was a joke and hardly any options.

I enjoyed the location and the service was very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms needed to be upgraded. Also keep in mind that there isn't much parking available there, so try to come in one car if you can.

Have stayed here 5-6 times, and have never had a negative experience! Front desk and housekeeping staff were great and friendly. All rooms have been renovated in the past couple of years. Pool area always clean. Direct beach access. .6 mile from Ocean Walk. One mile from Main Street Pier. Easy beach or street walks. Looking forward to my next visit!!

There were things I would enjoy more for a beach vacation the pool area is very dark at night. No pool bar. Door was stiff and rusty.for the price it was a great stay and location, I overall enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was dirty smelly had cockroaches parking was a nightmare just overall not worth the price you pay for when going just find another hotel honestly just not worth your money in the pools dirty as all get out

It was a nice clean room, the breakfast that they provided was good, and great views from the balcony. The staff was great. It is a great location, easy to get to all the local restaurants and activities, and on the board walk.

Hotel is designed for easy access to the pool or beach. We brought our own beach chairs for the beach, which saved us from paying a rental company at $40 per day. Pool is very nicely maintained! We were surprised at the size of the breakfast including hot bacon or sausage, eggs, bagels, etc. just coming out of covid (expected only grab-n-go items). Being separated from the other big and busy hotels close to the boardwalk, it was a pleasure being on that big beautiful beach without the crowds. It isn't a new hotel, but nicely remodeled and I would be happy to go back again soon!

Beds are rock hard, you have to sign out towels for pool or charged if not returned,no secure anyone can walk into hotel or up from beach to pool. Doors old kept sticking. No water pressure in shower.

We do have a pool towel system in place as we were not receiving the towels back and were not having enough for other guests to use during their stay. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay, we do take your feedback very seriously and are very saddened that you did not have a wonderful experience at the hotel.

Upon checking in the staff were very uninterested and not friendly. When we got our keys, we parked, what a nightmare that is. Worst parking ever. We were on the 2nd floor of the so called hotel. I immediately smelled fungus walking down the hall. Not good. The hallway was dirty and just reeked of this smell. My wife couldn't believe that such a thing would be there in a Best Western Plus. I said well, I know this smell and it can be very dangerous. We were told no room service except on the 3rd day after check-in. What?? The next morning we are walking down the hall dodging trash in the hallway and low and behold, there are mushrooms growing from the floor!! I called the 800 number to Best Western on Monday, Memorial Day to file a complaint and see if we could check in at our next destination if they had a room available. The lady transferred me to the "complaint" dept. And nobody answered. The only bright spot of this stay is the young lady covering breakfast. She does a great job trying to keep up and cleaning. Simply put, this place is a Best Western MINUS. Never ever again.

I get that this is the first summer since the pandemic, but things could have been better! We checked in and the place was filled with people smoking pot, drinking until they passed out, playing loud music until way after midnight! They said it was some kind of thing called Orlando invades Daytona. I'm ok with people partying but when you walk out your room to the hallway or on your balcony and all you smell is pot! Come on Best Western!!! After the riff raff left, things we ok! The breakfast was kind of ok! Not a lot of variety to choose from. Parking was terrible very small parking lot!

If you want cheap and high quality Bea h front access this is the place for you my floor did have an over whelping smell of Marijuana but dmthat is becoming a norm i guess other then that the Team the goes above and beyond very clean place to stay beds killed my back though

I loved this hotel they are so friendly nice and it's always clean great location on the beach this is the best hotel I have stay in that's affordable in Daytona it's in walking distance fir every fun event you and the family wants to attend

We arrived at 1PM but the room was not ready. They put us on a list so that we would be called once the room was ready. They called after 2 hours. When we walked back, they told me it was a mistake and that it was a different room that was ready not ours. We then waited by the pool until after 4PM to finally check in. The room was very clean, spacious, and updated. The following morning, we were locked in our room. No matter how hard my boyfriend tried pushing the door open, it would not open. I called the front desk so that maintenance can let us out and fix the door. He was very fast but this could be a safety hazard during an emergency. It was a nice hotel on the beach with many places to walk to but I will not be back.

The rooms where clean beautiful view the staff was amazing to us. Asked if we was good while we was on the balcony looking out. The breakfast was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better staff! My family was very happy with the rooms, the staff and the pool! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Needed a quick get away and this was perfect. Comfy beds great ocean view and pool. Breakfast was good with bacon, eggs, pancakes and oatmeal. Yogurt and fruit were also available. Very helpful staff. Definitely would stay again

Great hotel on the ocean. Staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean as well as the pool. Great views from the fifth floor. We requested a late check out due to a late flight and we're accommodated with no issues. Highly recommend staying here

Not my first stay here and definitely not my last. Awesome staff doing a great job even with staffing challenges, always ready with a smile and a good word. Room was clean and well appointed, If I needed anything (coffee in my case) all I needed to do was ask. Pool area is clean and well kept. Parking can be a little tight during busy times but patience is rewarded. In my case I had no trouble parking, even with Jeeps everywhere. I mean, lots of Jeeps. Everywhere. I wasn't aware it was Jeep Week. Actually very cool to see. Anyway, I will definitely visit again and again. Thanks to all for another really pleasant stay..

I definitely recommend this hotel! The front desk was extremely helpful and the room was very nice and exactly what the pictures show you! The underneath parking was also an added bonus for me especially having kids! We will definitely be coming back!

We had stayed here almost two years ago in April 2019. It had been newly refurbished at that time and we had been impressed. It's a smaller hotel and we were able to book a guaranteed oceanfront with a balcony for a reasonable price. This time we got a bigger room - King Suite - and stayed 6 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I must mention Jermaine by name. He overheard me saying to my daughter that we needed sheets for the pull out and without hesitation he said he would make sure we got sheets. He brought them to our room right away. There were a couple other things we needed and he brought them right away. Housekeeping staff also very friendly and helpful. Two years has definitely put some wear and tear on the furnishings. There were stains on the sofa and chairs, a tear in the fabric of one of the chairs. The refrigerator had many markings on the front, although very clean inside. Desk lamp near the sliding door was all rusty. Everything was usable, however, just needs some refurbishing. Internet and cable worked well. Lobby is no frills, but pleasing enough and functional. Staff wore masks about half the time we were in there despite the “masks required” sign on the door. The breakfast was more plentiful than any hotel breakfast we've experienced during the pandemic. However, the first time we went to the breakfast room it was packed full of people, many without masks. There were hot eggs and bacon and the rest was grab and go. We learned to go early to avoid the crowd and take our food back to the room. Pool is no frills, but perfectly fine. Two gas grills next to the pool that we used to cook steaks and burgers. Sand and beach are beautiful in that area. Not too crowded. Within walking distance of the pier. Not new or fancy, but definitely reasonable for an oceanfront room.

This hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. We had checked into the hotel next door and it was disgusting. We walked over to the Best Western with little hope of a vacancy but we were lucky they had a cancellation for an ocean view, king room. Our stay was vey pleasant. They also had a nice breakfast every morning, which was included. We were traveling for NCA Nationals so the price was high due to demand but I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an ocean front king, it had a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator so we had breakfast out on the front porch watching the ocean. No room service due to Covid but no problem getting anything you needed replaced at the front desk. The only knock on the hotel is the water pressure was not very strong. All in all a good value for beachfront.

Was a terrible place. I will never stay here again. Not clean and not enough help. My room was not cleaned. Half used Shampoo and a half row of toilet paper in bathroom. TV was crooked like it was going to fall off the wall at any moment. Cable stopped working. There was no place to hang your clothes. Just a weird box with no bar or shelves. We had to open the ironing board to place our bags on. It was just awful. For the amount we paid I really expected more. I would not even give it one star.

Rooms were not the cleanest and the elevator was very dirty along with the carpet in the hallways they were never cleaned or swept. you would think with covid the elevator would at least be cleaned daily but not here.

If you like marijuana this is the place for you. The outside, inside, elevators, poolside, rooms, front office, all reek of it. The entire place parties all night long, parking is ridiculous...so in other words, choose another place. THIS ONE looks nothing like the photos.

I had a great experience. Milly, Nardiana and Hearma in breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed my breakfast we had so many options to chose from. My room was very nice. The pool was clean and everyone was so friendly. Thank you

What started off to be the worst trip. Turn out to be the best trip thanks to housekeeper Nardiana. I met Nardiana at her other job where she was helping us pick out souvenirs for our family back home, she was super sweet. My husband and I were telling her how we just came to Daytona for the first time and it's already an awful experience with the hotel we were at. She told us that she works here and recommended we stayed here. She said everyone here were nice and respectful and the rooms are super clean. We then book the hotel only to find out that we are staying on the exact floor that she works on. Nardiana, you exceeded our expectations. The room was super clean and nice. We appreciate you. You save our vacation !!! We will be back again September, we hope to see you. Big thanks also to Travis, he check us in and he was so nice.

I enjoy my stay very much. My house keep Nardiana was amazing, my room was clean and it smelled amazing... Everything was perfect. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. Great hotel to visit....

We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and the sign on the door said masks required and not only did none of the other hotel guests have a mask on the staff in the check in room also were completely maskless. They told us the room would be avaliable soon to "not go far" and that they would call us. I asked how long and she said she couldn't give me an amount of time but that the inspector was going to look at it right then. We drove around for about an hour and when we arrived back at 5:15 we still had no received a call. Parking is a complete disaster. Someone had parked backwards in the 1 lane area by the check in office and nobody could get by. Three of us ended up having to back into the main road to get through the other side of the parking lot. I told the staff in the lobby and asked all the other guests (also still no masks for anyone but us) if that was their car and it was not. The staff just shrugged and said "probably a delivery driver and did nothing to fix the problem. We finally got up to our room and tried to relax when there was a knock at the door and then it immediately opened. The housekeeper quickly exited when she came face to face with my naked husband due to her lack of respect of our privacy. The locks on both the door to the hall and the sliding door on the balcony did not seem to function properly. I had tried to lock the front door and it did not work since the housekeeper walked in. The shower door did not close and kept sliding open while we used it. At 3am the heater completely died. The hallway was SO loud through the night. By the next morning we couldn't wait to get out of there. The elevator is SO junky. One of the buttons didn't even work and we had to push the button that did work multiple times to get the door to open once it arrived at our floor. We tried to stop by the breakfast area which was packed full. The pancake maker was down and the coffee was terrible. There wasn't even stirrers avaliable which seems like a basic thing but they didn't have them. All we wanted was a room to escape to for a little weekend getaway away from our newborn. It felt as though the staff had no care for customer service and the bones of the hotel are in need of some serious upgrades.

We stayed there 2 nights on/about 28th of January, it was really great experience, I would like to highlight, one of the member of staff she is really AWSOME, her name is Lavencia, she is superstar, she made our stay really memorable and enjoyable, and she makes really great chocolate chip cookies (thank you so much) and the whole experience was great, right on the water super convenient. I will definitely recommend this place, and will come back to enjoy more.

Over priced and the breakfast was a joke and no clean towels for three days.for what we paid it was not worth the money. We have stayed at a lot of best western for a lot less money and got more for the buck then we did at this place.

Tyler, Millie, and Christina were great, Tyler went way beyond to make our stay exceptional could not have made it better. He is a great addition to this property he made our stay. The breakfast and kitchen staff did a great job and timely. Can't say enough about Tyler he was above and beyond the best.

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect with a pool and direct access to the beach, it was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We watched the sunrise for our balcony every morning. Breathtaking! The hotel staff was amazing! Tyler was our go-to guy. from making changes to our reservations to smooth check-in and local recreation recommendations- he was the best! Travis and Millie were also friendly and helpful.

We came for a funeral from Atlanta. LaVencia was kind enough to upgrade our room to a balcony oceanfront room and we absolutely loved it!!! Breakfast was also good and beach proximity was amazing for the price thanks again to the very professional front desk agents LaVencia, Travis, and Tyler!!! See you all soon!!!!

This visit started off wonderful from the moment we walked into the lobby. The smell of fresh baked cookies were in the air. While we waited just a few moments to be checked in, we enjoyed warm chocolate chip cookies. LaVencia our receptionist was fantastic, she made it feel like home in an instant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience while in Daytona. All of the staff greet you when they see you and were very quick to lend a helping hand if you call for any assistance. There is an outdoor pool area with two grills that we took full advantage of. Nothing like grilling dinner on the beach! In all I would come back again! Wonderful staff and clean! Hermine, Henry, and the entire cleaning staff do a wonderful job!

I've stayed at many hotels in Daytona and this had to be one of my better experiences. LaVencia at the front desk went above and beyond what was expected! She was incredibly nice and welcoming! .. I'm I was going to go to a competitor and she talked me into booking with her.. she was right about me not being disappointed in booking my room with them! The rooms are clean and remodeled! I'm super happy with my stay!

I would just like to say that Lavencia and Travis were truly professional and helpful in every fashion. Great staff! Waking up with the ocean roaring and wind blowing with a beautiful view was great. The hotel was within walking distance of anything you would like to do in a beach town.

We had a great stay at the Seabreeze. The staff was friendly and so personable. It was almost like family. Big shoutout to Tyler, Millie, Lavencia, and Tsitra. They were great. We will definitely be back.

we were thrilled with the room ! Great layout and great view ! Room was spotless . The whole property was in great shape which can't be easy with the salty beach . From our front desk ( Travis ) which made the check in super easy to the concierge gal everybody was overboard friendly and professional . Thank you all ! We'll be back soon when it warms up .

I was very pleasantly surprised when this Best Western Plus exceeded my expectations. Having grown up in Daytona Beach and watched as this was built many years ago, it's been completely renovated. Wonderful staff. In particular, Irma working the breakfast shift is incredible. She is to be applauded for a job well done. I highly recommend Daytona Inn Seabreeze!

We've stayed at this property several times. It's a great value for oceanfront! The staff is friendly and helpful. This time LaVencia and Travis greeted us with smiles and informed us we were the "guests of the day" and presented us with a Valentine themed goodie bag and party hat. They made us feel special and it was a fun way to be welcomed.

Great ocean view! Warm chocolate chip cookies! And LaVencia was warm with great customer service and a big smile! The pricing was significantly lower than other similar waterfront options and the room interior looked/ smelled clean and nicely updated (seemed less than five years old, in contrast to a la Quinta we stayed at the night before). Parking was an additional $7 per day fee.

Very easy check in with Cristina.Was given an upgrade which was super nice.Very friendly staff great location to everything on A1A and things we wanted to do.Check out was also super easy and again with Cristina.Next time in Daytona will be staying there again

The hotel was very clean and organized. The staff was amazing, and very knowledgeable of their jobs. From check-in to checkout I was treated very well. I know that on return trips to Daytona I will be staying at this hotel.

We came to spend the night for our daughter's 14th birthday and when arrived we encountered a problem and Travis and LaVencia were amazing at helping us resolve our problems. Out of all the times we stayed at this hotel this time was the best and the service was even better

When we checked in Lavencia was super sweet, friendly and outgoing. She did well at explaining everything we needed to know, room was great! Very clean, comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Customer service was awesome from front desk staff.

Me and my kids just need a quick weekend getaway so we chose the BW wow it's not a huge hotel but it's very clean a very nice gym and of course amazing views of the ocean. The staff were very pleasant. I had a spill in my room and housekeep was there in no time. The front desk that I encountered LaNevcia and Travis were very welcoming and upon our arrival. My kids really enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies. Would definitely stay again!!!

We only stayed 2 nights and I wished it was longer. We had beachfront rooms and they were amazing. Very clean comfortable, comfortable rooms. Slept very well in beds and great breakfast take to rooms for the the tim We enjoyed our stay greatly and cant wait to go back. Very nice and amazing rooms. We had beachfront and we were in awe of the view. Rooms were bogs and spacious, very clean, and overall perfect especially with the time of coivd. Beds were comfortable. Got a full rested night. Staff was very kind and joyful. Which is very hard to find these days. Loved our stay and will definitely book there again next time we travel there

Stay was enjoyable, with excellent Ocean view, and room was large and well-quipped with micro-wave and refrigerator. We liked the location and room so much we extended our stay an extra night on our trip.

This facility is good for the price, but the reason for giving such a glowing review is "LaVencia" at the front desk. She was polite, professional, kind, and patient. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and that my stay mattered. Bravo Best Western for recognizing quality and for hiring LaVencia. She is the very best type of ambassador for your hotel. Well done.

We had a good time the room were clean and met all my expectations roomy and had a city view wanted a ocean view but next time I definitely will stay at a Best Western next time I travel front desk young check me in no problem

Our stay didn't start very well as we waited for 3 hours to get our room, which wasn't ready, and we had our 5 kids waiting bored the entire time. We took them to the beach to try and help get their energy out to which we had no way of drying them off without a room that we thought would have been ready. We finally got 1 of our 2 rooms ready and had to wait an additional hour for the second room. We were highly dissatisfied with this situation. Saving grace: 1) Levincia was the young woman dealing with lines of very unhappy customers. She did an AMAZING job of keeping her cool and taking care of one angry person after another. She was incredible. Thank you Levincia! 2) Irma was the wonderful woman at the complimentary breakfast that was incredibly helpful. We have a family of 8 and usually get ugly looks like we're trying to steal something when getting food for the kids. Not Irma. We told her we're a party of 8 and she immediately got more food from the back to accommodate our large family and helped us bag up breakfast quickly to get them back to our kids. Thank you Irma! 3) The cleaning crew was popping in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all of you!

Very clean, super comfortable bed, excellent location, terrific amenities. Only used the pool 1 day, but that was because the weather was cold. The pool area was beautiful. No problems at all with the Wifi, which is pretty rare in hotel rooms.

the first thing I'd like to say the lady that checked us in LAVENCIA was absolutely great she explained everything to us made sure we were settled in also bakes the best cookies are stay in the room with excellent the room was clean cool a nice view. We had a great time. And can't wait to go back..

So fun,! We had a great time and Christina at the front desk was so helpful in giving us tips and fun things to do in the area! Couldn't ask for a better trip. We definitely recommend it if you are staying in the area

This hotel is hands down my number 1 choice in the not just the Daytona area but all the surrounding areas in Volusia County. Due to the pandemic, Ive been in and out of hotels ( you could say ive tried/tested pretty much every hotel around here) Best western plus is not only one of the cleanest and budget friendly but the staff are very accommodating and always have a great attitude. Thank you Tyler and Irma for making this already hard time bearable and pleasant.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel!! You can not beat the oceanfront rooms and pool!! Wonderful location!! Great value!! Parking on site!! Great rooms....clean and spacious!! Been staying here since super storm sandy . seen it change to better . but time to get on a few things that need maintness . parking lots a mess at night . nice view of the street rods driving by on city view .Need air freshing system in hallways to get rid of the Weed/pot smell made my wife sick . maybe one way filters in bathroom fans to keep the weed smell out of rooms . need security gaurd on weekends and doring big car events to much foot traffic coming in off street looking in cars and trucks room over all was nice beds seamed clean sheets where very well bleached . carpets could use steam cleaning in room 211 . Kitchen area was very nice to have great frig size and microwave . Could use a light over kitchen table very dark corner for eating . back stairs door lock broken traffic coming in off the street to the rooms should have to use are key cards to enter .

It's a really really nice hotel. The room is very clean and kept clean throughout our entire stay! We had extremely friendly & helpful staff. I 100% recommend this hotel, and it will be our next stay when we come to Daytona more then likely.

Checked in night before thanksgiving with my boyfriend and turned the lights on in the room and 10 or more German roaches ran under the bed/couch. With those roaches if there's 1 room with them, they're in every room. Checked out immediately and demanded a full refund. Never been more disgusted with a hotel room experience.

Tuler lavecia and tony are awesome. They accommodated me with a great room and customer service. I love the view, I love the pool, I love the people. I can't wait to come back again and visit on my next vacation

I looked for a hotel that was close to the ocean for a friend. I was looking for something clean and nice that was at a reasonable price. I chose Best Western Plus Daytona Inn Breezeway. When I made the reservation Tyler was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and was both friendly and professional. When I arrived with my friend that evening LaVencia was at the front desk. She, too, was very nice, funny and set the mood for a good night after flying several hours and being tired and hungry. She told my friend about what the hotel offered and explained what was within walking distance that my friend might like. My friend loved the room and sat out on the terrace that night enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean at night. She was very happy with the room and the fact there was a free carry out breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to others and would book it again for a friend or family member who is visiting and prefers to stay near the ocean.

Best Western Plus Daytona Inn Seabreeze Oceanfront was excellent through and through! Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view! The staff is so friendly and informative. The hotel was recently remodeled, so everything is clean and new. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is grab and go because of Covid, but there are many options, so its okay. I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping was amazing our room was super clean and during our two week stay they always asked if we needed towels and toiletries. Margaret was so friendly and made it feel like home while we were looking for an apartment elsewhere. The women who provided the breakfast was also very sweet. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at this best western for over a week with my daughter and Tyler went above and beyond to make it as comfortable for us as possible. We felt safe and the hotel was clean and perfect for our furry friend. This is my go to hotel for Daytona!

We needed a get away and hadn't stayed here in almost a year. It was changed up a bit but still very nice. Ocean front, Room had a kitchen and very nice size, A few things could use a little attention but nothing that couldn't be lived with. What need to worked worked very well. The staff was great, Check in and Check Out went smooth. Stayed her a few different times and will come back.

Find another option if you have the chance! If the "person claiming to be in charge" can't make the decision because someone else is in charge then get the person in charge when asked and stop saying you're the one that makes the decisions because you clearly don't!

Upon entering our room it had a strong musty odor of wet dog and the carpet was wet. The front door to our room would not close all the way without extra effort and there was a large gap under the front door. The bathroom had previous guest hair in the sink and in the shower. The first night we noticed 2 German roaches which we killed and the following night we noticed a few more in the bathroom. The hallway smelled of marijuana and it sweeps into our room under the crack of the door. The odor was very strong. The freezer in the mini fridge In our room did not work. There was a cap to a needle under the couch in our room. The ice machine on the main floor was out of order with no sign posted. The elevated rattled on the way to the third floor almost as if it was going to get stuck. The only positive thing I could say is the view was nice. I would not personally stay here again.

Beautiful room! Best hotel we've had around the area! No questions given period, the stay was so unbelievably breathtaking. My wife surprised,honestly cant wait to have a reason to very soon visit nexr.

My stay was ok. Nothing spectacular. Our room had an odd set up. The microwave/ fridge was place way too close to the closet, had to squeeze in the crack to get to it. It was as thought they tried to put too much in a room that it wasn't meant for. Maybe if it had a better floor lay out. House keeping only cleaned my room 1 day out of the all the time we were there even though I requested they come daily and honestly she never came in the room she had us to hand her the trash then gave us new bags to line the bins. Upside is that it's literally on the beach so you have great access.

I would never stay here again. We didn't even last the night my son was scared so we left. People banging on doors yelling cops our room smelled bad there were radios blasting all night. I bet the owners of Best Western wouldn't even stay there. By the way this is the first time ever feeling the need to write a review.

We live in Central Florida and wanted a quick weekend getaway for my birthday weekend. Booked this hotel because of the great rate, we had a King Suite - Oceanfront balcony room on the 2nd floor. You can tell its been updated. The kitchen and living room area is HUGE and the King bed room was nice. It was a bit odd getting to the bathroom, but not a big deal. The room was clean. the balcony had a great view. One odd thing to point out, parking is all over, and we parked near the pool, well the morning we were leaving, we were actually blocked in. People do not pay attention to the markings on the road for where to NOT park, so the front desk had to call a guest to move their car. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. I would stay again! Great room for a budget beach getaway!

If you want to stay at a BW choose the Tiki BW on the South side of the pier. It is much cleaner and the facility is just nicer all the way around from the rooms to the bar, pool and beach. The beach access was blocked at this location by trash and over grown beach grass. Plus you never knew when they would unlock or lock the gate. The rooms were i dont feel as clean as they could be. The floor lamp didn't work and neither did the Iron. Just a sad BW compared to all the others I have stayed at.

Our room, which was a suite was extremely roomy. The beds and bedding was quite comfortable. Wish they had regular coffee pots instead of the ones that make one cup at a time (very weak). The pool area was immaculate. They also have propane gas grills you can use there. The bathroom close to the pool was very convenient. Will return for sure!

The hotel reeked of the smell of marijuana. Very disappointed in the breakfast. The view was wonderful. That is the only reason I stayed. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Although the view of the ocean was beautiful, I will never return

Stay elsewhere! Staff here sucks! Not sure what has happened here because I've stayed here before and had no issues. This time everything went downhill. I made reservations on Booking.com when I arrived I was told it was canceled due to my cc not going through. I was never called nor did I get an email to alert me or let me address the issue. I had the receptionist call the manager to see what she could do as I was told they were sold out. Miraculously there was a room available. I was charged more than what my reservation was for and I used the same cc I made the reservation with no problem. I was there with a group and one of them was told the room wasn't ready as they were short staffed due to COVID only to be told they just didn't have a room for them at all later leaving them with no where to stay. I have never seen a place run so poorly! The room was spacious but the Ac didn't work properly and we were hot all night. The elevator has no Ac and was extremely hot with no proper ventilation besides looking extremely dirty. We visit Daytona quite often and we will never stay here again! Stay elsewhere unless you don't mind your vacation being ruined!

Due to COVID our room never got cleaned. Upon arrival we were told we would need to call down to get towels brought to us as needed. Every time we would call no one would ever bring any up. Some times they would tell us to come get them ourselves, then when we'd go down, they'd say we would need to catch someone on our floor to get some. Same thing with toilet paper. Toilet was clogged. The pool gate leads out to the beach and is locked at 8 pm nightly so don't get stuck out on the beach or you have to find another way in or hop the fence. Homeless people hang out in the parking lot and harass you as you try to load and unload your vehicle. The main issue that frustrated me was not being able to get towels and toilet paper when you needed it. You'd think if they aren't cleaning rooms daily, then someone would be available to bring those things to you when you needed them or at least be able to get them from the front desk.

Cleaning service DOES NOT come by until the end of the stay due to COVID-19, where in my mind if that's the reason they should come more often. My friend had to go get the manager to open the pool... at 10:00 am!! The keys to my room stopped working, I got a second key from the lobby and that one didn't worked neither! I had to ask 4 times for a key until they finally gave me a working one. The hallway to my room was always dirty, either with the trash literally next to the trash can, or slices of pizza half eaten thrown all around the floor. The pool was also dirty , the bottom of the pool scratched my toes off and there was mold all around the edges of the pool. There does not seem to be a lot of control on who gets in the pool, as I saw people coming from the street and not staying at the motel, but still staying at the pool; specially at night. My room didn't have a hair dryer, when I called front house to ask for one they told it should have come with it and they were sorry but didn't have more. What the pictures showed as far as facilities go, as well as the breakfast menu, couldn't be further from reality. Due to COVID breakfast is just "grab and go" but the pictures shown bagels, oranges, orange juice, omelets and many more items being available during breakfast, but for my stay there was only apples, milk (same box they give to my kid in elementary school) and cereal (also kid's size). My stay was a complete rip-off, I wen't by the photos and that was my ultimate mistake. I was even charged for overnight parking for every night.

Got a room with a kitchen without any utensils, toaster, pots pans, can opener, nothing!! Hallways need serious updating. Other guests playing their boom boxes super loud at pool and parking areas! Breakfast is a joke. Only positive is some nice staff people and directly in the beach. Good luck!

My room was dirty, toilet was clogged when I arrived, had to clog the toilet myself, Cindy and Chris towed my car with my parking pass in the window along with about 10 other peoples, corporate was rude, every front dest person was rude, manager was rude, maintenence was very rude, nobody helped us with anything, at one point we had a cop come over my towed car and the front desk was even arguing with the cop.

Went to check in people hangout everywhere and people in and out of the property. Covid-19 standards were not being followed people were told no clean towels and dirty towels needed to be turned in so they can try and clean them. Did not check in was told we could get refund of deposit because we were uncomfortable. GM denied request stating a refund was already giving that day and it would look bad on their books. Went to a sister property and they still refused to return deposit. Management denied knowing any about our exchange at check in and going to another location even though 2 managers and GM from sister location contacted her! GM told us she didn't care about the reviews because of COVID-19.

We had a group family trip with 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms were infested with bugs. You had to go days without clean towels or sheets. The staff was extremely rude. If you complain you don't receive an apology but a combative rebuttal from the manager. The pool area was always dirty and only got cleaned one time during our week stay. They served dry cereal with no milk despite charging for continental breakfast. The WiFi did not work in any of the 4 rooms we had. The phones in the room also didn't work. You hear loud banging and drunk people screaming and running through the hallways all night. Every floors hallway doors that lead outside are propped open with trash cans 24/7 so there goes any safety you thought you might have. They also towed multiple peoples cars throughout my stay despite them having already paid the 7.46 a day to park there. Please if you want a vacation without bugs and decent staff stay somewhere else.

Some many customer service problems from check in until check out. check in took 6 and 1/2 hours and several visits to front desk. Dishes were not clean and were told they have no dish soap. Food crumbs on kitchen floor. Asked for towels on several occasions and took hours to get and twice did not get until asking again next morning. Reported food spillage in elevator and took five hours before cleaned up. Gate access to beached locked at 7:00 pm and not opened until 7:30 am next day. Was told could not use outside grill because maintenance was not working that day and had to be there for guest to be able to use. Maintenance actually was there until 11:00 that night. Requested toilet paper and was told they had none and housekeeping only one who had and they would not be in until 9:30 next morning. On all of these occasions was told they would take care of request but they never followed up and we had to keep requesting time and time again. Always would say have to check with my manager or you have to ask housekeeping and housekeeping would say you have to ask front desk. Very rude at times. At check out was told could not get copy of paid bill would have to send email. Three hours later still had not received email of receipt, took two phone calls before finally receiving. We stay in Daytona 4 times a year and this is only hotel we have had problems with. Won't stay at this location next trip.

We arrived late after a flight from the UK, then a hire car drive from Orlando airport. check in was fine apart from being hit with a parking fee for the duration of our stay. we later found out that free on street parking is available a side road virtually opposite the hotel. we were allocated a room overlooking the car park and Atlantic Avenue. we feared the worst when we walked along the corridor to our room, which was dirty and had pizza boxes and take away flyers blowing about, We were pleasantly suprised by the bedroom which was large and clean. it had a small equiped kitchen , 2 large beds and an adequate bathroom. Breakfast was included and whilst basic it was very tasty and the coffee was lovely, The two waitresses , Kathy & Shelion, were a great hard working team and their friendliness and attentiveness to the customers made breakfast a pleasent experience. The hotel location was ideal for the beach, bars and restaurants. I would recommend if you are travelling on a budget.

I'm not sure why this is considered a Plus motel, it seemed pretty basic. The location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. Also it was right on the beach so that was nice for beach access. However, the room was just okay. Not as clean as I would like, hair in the shower, little things like that. There was no weather stripping at the bottom of the door allowing light, outside smells and creatures inside. There are too many other motels on the beach, I won't be back. I could find something nicer for that price range.

My room had dry blood on the wall mold on the roof hair in the sink and the wrong TV remote I had to call for a new one!! They changed my room at 11pm and the lady was rude. Mind you I check out at 9 am so I barely enjoyed the room.

After paying for ocean front online,get to hotel and they tell me they have none available! Then the room the give us the key didnt work to let us back in room , finally after 2 hrs was able to get in and the next room they gave us had roaches and I have video proof! Not to mention it's a smoke free hotel but the floor we were on smelt of cigarettes in the hall way!! Never stay there find somewhere else!

Perfect place, perfect location, friendly staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. And with the Corona virus breaking all around we noticed them taking cleaning seriously. Maybe it's normal practice, but I found everything very clean and constantly being cleaned.

The view was nice, the bed was comfy, and for the most part the workers were friendly. I usually have to use my own pillow but theirs were comfortable. Only downside was the pool was pretty chilly but it was super windy while I was there. I would stay here again if I ever have to come back to Daytona.

View ocean side was wonderful and made up for what was happening in the real world. We were very lucky to have a wonderful young lady named Tianna assigned to our floor for housekeeping. Front desk made us feel quite welcome.

Always have a great stay at BestWestern Plus, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Front desk, very helpful when asking questions, in regards to restaurants etc etc ......clean and comfortable

We just checked in after a long and stressful journey and we're so welcomed by the friendly check in ladies of the Best Western! Anthronique was especially helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and then some!

This hotel is located on Daytona Beach and you can walk to the boardwalk very easily. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance (Gubba Gumps and Joe's) there are two pizza restaurants across the street. It's on a busy road though so getting to them can be hazardous. they do however have free delivery. the hotel is also not too far from the Ocean Center. The rooms are furnished very nicely. it appears the hotel may have recently been remodeled. Our room overlooking the beach had a kitchenette which was nice. The breakfast area is entered through the outside and the lobby is very small. There was coffee also available in the lobby. The breakfast had everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. We were able to park in a covered parking area. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. It's a smaller hotel with 5 floors. Some rooms have entries from a corridor and others from the outside. the ice machine is located on the 1st floor. a nice hotel and definitely worth the money for a moderate hotel on Daytona Beach.

If you read my other TripAdvisor reviews, you'll see I generally am VERY pleased with any hotel I stay at. I do NOT recommend this hotel based on their front desk experience both at evening check-in and morning check-out. First they wanted to take my drivers license and credit card into back room to 'photocopy'... I refused since that's how fraud happens, then they caved when I said I was gonna call Best Western to confirm it was their actual policy. The room itself was newly remodeled and clean. Nice ocean views. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, etc. And the BREAKFAST team was amazing and warm and friendly wonderful people. But then, when I went to check out, they refused to let me stay until noon vs 11 am, even though i was promised that when I requested it the evening before from another team member. This hotel has very modern rooms and a wonderful cleaning crew and wonderful breakfast staff, but the horrible way I felt upon both checkin and checkout 3 days later, left me feeling unwanted as a guest. I go outta my way to be nice to people since I've worked in the service industry. And I seriously considered whether or not to leave this review since I know it can hurt a small biz... But this front-desk staff needs SERIOUS training if this hotel wants to get nicer reviews. Really rude. I wish we would have spent the $20-30 more dollars per night to stay at the gorgeous Hard Rock next door, or the Hilton down the street, because we visited both those hotels during our stays and were treated much better during the trip at those other places. Skip a meal out in Daytona and stay at those other places instead. Much nicer team for only a few more dollars per night.

The staff was so nice and the room was very clean. Having a walk-in shower was an essential for the handicapped. The balcony overlooking the ocean was nice, but the best thing was covered parking so that we could load the car in the rain and remain dry.

I spent 4 days in Daytona Beach from Feb 22 - 25 - although the weather was not as hot as I would have liked, I had a great time! I stayed at the Best Western Daytona Inn Seabreeze, right on the beach, with a room overlooking the ocean and the pool. The room was great - just what I had envisioned with a balcony where I ate my breakfast every morning while enjoying the sun rising over the ocean. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The room itself was clean, very nicely decorated, with two very comfortable queen size beds. I had a large dresser and huge closet. The bathroom was clean and modern and the shower and bath had plenty of hot water and great pressure. All in all it was a perfect four days. All of the staff that I was in contact with during my stay were very friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast was OK at Best. the person running it was really terriffic. Kathy was alone and really kept up with everything, She deserves a gold star. The room was clean and so was the rest of the grounds, the staff was very freindly and courtious. some of the management policies leave something to be desired.

The room was a king size bed, which when we checked in they were going to put us in a double queen room. It was the basic room. Clean and bath updated comfortable bed. There is no restaurant at hotel so we needed to drive To eat. In Daytona you pay for parking too. The pool was dirty and no one was using. That was disappointing. So we instead went siteseeing. We came back to our room on our last nite and I turned the light on and a bug was crawling down the walk I tried to kill it. I have no idea what kind of bug. I then zipped all my suitcases. And checked the bed. The best part about the stay was the free breakfast. There was a great variety of foods and the girls that served it were bright and cheerful especially Kathy that worked all alone one day because her partner called in sick. She was amazing considering there was two bus loads of people! All and all it was ok but I much prefer other places we stayed better.

Can't beat the location directly on the beach. Lovely, super clean, updated rooms. Staff members were awesome. Millicent and Shelly kept up with the breakfast rush with smiles for everyone. Our stay wasn't long enough so we are heading back. Management leads by example of excellent service in the hospitality business.

The breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel we have stayed at. The staff is so polite today was Kathy and mili I would recommend hotel to any day we are here for a week and this is our second time here always a pleasure to stay here

This is a great place very friendly people. The rooms are very nice and all the hospitality staff especially Hendesha that keep our room spotless and our needs met. The girls in the free breakfast room are wonderful and very hard working with a smile and a friendly greet to everyone Kathy and Millicent. The view of course is breath taking. The grounds are nice and the pool very clean and inviting. Location is great you can walk to many places and eat drink and be happy.

An average hotel, that is nice and clean. A great value for the money! We were pleasantly surprised with a great, hot breakfast each morning, greeted with smiling faces, especially Kathy and her team! They did a fabulous job, very nice and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The room was nice for the price!

Very friendly people and the rooms are very nice and very clean. The free breakfast is the best ever Kathy and Millicent are always cooking fresh food to go out nothing sits. What is hot is always hot and fresh. The coffee is very good. OJ is real OJ!

Best hotel stay for the price. Great clean rooms and property. Nicely situated on the the beach in Daytona Beach.Close to everything. Do not let the small lobby fool you the rest of the hotel is where it and not leave with out having the great breakfast

We spent 6 days at this hotel in Feb 2020 and very much enjoyed our stay! The location on the beach is fantastic. Also, we loved the room: Generous size, very well furnished and classy décor. Staff was great. The daily waiting lines in the lobby were not ideal and the area around the elevator was very dated, but don't worry, the rooms are classy, new and clean. Enjoyed the pool area with lounge chairs, even though it was too cool for swimming.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to the Keys and could not be happier. Check in was a breeze (fyi... $7 to park). The room was updated and clean. Fantastic location and even better price!! Cold rainy morning and breakfast was on point. Shelion made sure all patrons well cared for. Hot food, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, very good selection. Something for everyone of all ages!!

Woke up to roaches in bathroom and refrigerator. Told staff before breakfast and again before checkout they said maintenance will take care of it . Very Unhappy that roaches would be at Bestwestern plus .

Breakfast was amazing. Kirk and Shelion were amazing hosts and polite and such a joy. Very clean and pleasant. Definitely would come back!!!! We had the ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful.

Good Interaction. Room was tidy, housekeeping staff helpful. Housekeeping staff, Tianna, was excellent, Dining staff, kathy and Shelion, was excellent at keeping breakfast stocked and helping patrons, very attentive. Made sure all guests had silverware, drinks, napkins, went around every table to make sure everyone was satisfied. All staff here were accommodating with making us comfortable as guests.

We received excellent customer service from Kathy, Raphael, Millie and Hendesha during our stay here. Employees were very courteous to all guests from what we could determine. Kathy, who worked the breakfast dining room, helped me work the pancake machine and was very pleasant at all times. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Cathy was our breakfast specialist and she was understaffed and did a phenomenal job. There were supposed to be 3 ladies helping her and she did it all by her self. With a busy morning, she made sure we had eggs, ham, toast, yogurt, etc, at all times. We were in good hands all morning. Very satisfied with our stay and felt extremely welcomed to be there.

Rooms were fabulous and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend this place. Staff went out of their way to make your stay a nice one. All the ladies in the kitchen, including Snelion, gave us a full course, hot and delicious breakfast.

I want to start by thanking all the beatiful staff I encountered in this Hotel. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL! The breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and courteous. I am from CT but me and my husband like traveling and this being the 1st time coming to Florida I gotta say I was not sure how the experience in this hotel would be as we have come across hotels where hotel is beautiful but the staff just is not courteous unfortunately. When we got here we were very happy to see that our suite met all our expectations and more! I was more amazed at the treatment coming from the staff here. Theybare beautiful down to earth human beings who at all times greet you with a beautiful sincere smile on their face and are attentive to any needs or concerns one may have. I am enjoyong every minute of this vacation and hotel as well as it feels like home. It is our second day here and me and my husband of 28 yrs are having the time of our lives and a wonderful experience at this hotel. I totally recommend it to anyone looking to get away from the outside noise of work and evetyday life as we all need at times to disconnect from it all to renew and revive with life once again our souls. I love my suite. Kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook a meal with, even dish soap to wash dishes afterwards! Complimentary coffee, tea, utensils, pots, pans to cook, refrigerator, microwave, stove top. Good size rooms, very clean and bed is very comfy which felt great since finding sometimes a good bed in hotels is not very often and this one is just right! My suite has a living room as well and one tv in in bedroom as well as living room.GOTTA SAY ROOMS ARE PRETTY UPDATED WITH ALL ONE NEEDS TO ENJOY THERE STAY HERE but dnt take it from me instead come and experience the peace one has when here. Bathroom is a good size with enough room in tub to fill it with water and relax in it! We also have an awesome view of the beach and can hear its beautiful waves crashing into each other in our private balcony as well as a huge window in bedroom to see the beautiful sunrise and sunset! I thought I would share this beautiful experience as it sometimes not easy to find places like these that often. PRICE WAS DECENT, BEACH IS PRIVATE AND NOT MANY PEOPLE ON IT. HAS A PRETTY DECENT SIZE POOL AND EXERCISE ROOM TOO. IM LOVING IT!!! THANK YOU SHELIOU & KIMK AND THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WHO TAKE TIME TO MAKE THE DELICIOUS BREAKFAST WHICH CHANGES DAILY FOR THE GUEST. TODAYS GRAVY N BISCUITS WERE THE BOMB!

We recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Good location,nice decor,I joined their rewards program which.made it reasonable. Great breakfast included - Kirk ,Nichole,Shelion,and Cathy did a great job.

We had an aaamazing stay! We were there celebrating my mom's birthday so Patricia at the desk and the hotel staff surprised her with flowers, balloons and a card! Will definitely be visiting again and will not forget how kindly we were treated by Patricia and her team!!

We lucked up and got a room at the Best Western Daytona Inn Seabreeze for a get away we had not planed. The Staff and the Hotel were really nice. My Wife and I had a great getaway. We intend to Make this our Hotel for the Races this season and beyond.

Right on the ocean with an outdoor pool. I'd recommend spending the few extra bucks and getting an oceanside room. They have small balconies - enough for two chairs and a small table. But if that's not available - you can still spend your time at the pool right on the water or even right on the beach. Easy access through the pool area. Pool area was pleasant and pool was kept clean; but the water was wicked cold! Breakfast room was a bit crowded (tight quarters) but decent options and pleasant staff. Our housekeeper Margaret was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Room was a good size and kept in very good condition. Liked the kitchenette option. Just down the road from the extreme action but that was fine with us. Would stay again, for sure.

I stayed at the BW Daytona Inn Sebreeze plus for four nights during Christmas to visit family and have a many vacay. I have never stayed at a Best Western but I read the reviews and it is a BW plus. The rooms are nice, clean, and updated. I stayed in the double queen room. The beds were very comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. The hallways were clean and there was always a nice scent in the air. There is a pool and there is direct beach access. Breakfast was very good. There was a lot of variety and everyday they switched the type of eggs and meats served. The breakfast staff was always very friendly and helpful especially Nichola Shellion. She stopped by our table and asked how everything was and if she could get us anything. I would definitely stay at this Best Western plus again. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and convenient to everything.

Its very nice the beds are great! The Breakfast is wonderful. The breakfast staff is fantastic! I went to town on business and was very happy here. There's a liquor store across the street and a good pizza shop in walking distance. I had a ocean front room with a deck 2 chairs and a table. It was very windy on my trip so i enjoyed the sunrise in my room.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Daytona Inn Seabreeze on the 20th and 21st of Dec 2019. The hotel location is great, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. I would like to express my gratitude to Nicola in the dining room who goes above and beyond what you would expect to ensure you start off your day with an excellent breakfast and lot's of options to choose from. A special thank you to Maria for the excellent food she prepared for us everyday of our stay.

When planning for our cruise we decided to spend a week in Daytona Beach and being a long time Best Western member we booked a suite at the BW Seabreeze. The room was spacious and clean and believed to be recently renovated. Our balcony was facing the beach and we were very excited to spend a week there. The hotel staff and overall service was excellent. The morning breakfast was above average and eating area very clean. The only negative thing I have to report was that someone was smoking pot on the floor and it was coming into the room. I reported this to the hotel security and front desk but nothing much was done about it and had to live with the awful smell for the last 3 days of our stay.

Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious and Nicole, the cook, was really friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. The staff was great and the room was nice and clean

We celebrated our 3d anniversary here and the staff was amazing...They made our stay feel like home away from home... Margaret made sure everything we needed in our room was taking care of... Ryan,Raphael and all the ladies Shelion, Nichole, Evelyn and Millie made sure we had a great room with an amazing view and and nice hot delicious breakfast every morning..We will be back. Pleased with our stay. We had two rooms for a family vacation, an oceanfront king room and oceanfront king suite. Recently remodeled rooms, finishes and decor was very nice. Amazing ocean views. Did not use the pool since it is not heated but it looked clean. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. The best part was breakfast, excellent selection with very attentive friendly servers. Nicola and Marie were great. Good place to spend a few nights, but I wouldn't recommend this for a week long stay.

When we arrived at the hotel the rooms were not anything like the internet. I stayed at the Best Western in Valdosta Georgia that was absolutely wonderful. The room was like a sweet you had the living room the kitchen the dining room and the room with the two queen bed. This Best Western was like a Motel 6 the elevators were around the corner where no one can see you the rooms were quite small even though there was a balcony looking at the ocean. The advertisement for the rooms were absolutely not what we expected. We checked in the rooms were not to our liking so we quickly checked out. Plus these rooms were higher then the rooms that I had also booked at the Hilton. So we left and went over to the Hilton. No I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Great place, love the food, Shelion was very professional, courteous & helpful. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Cindy the night front office staff is a gem, even made me a fresh cup of ☕️ Coffee when I said at 1am I wanted to drive out to look for coffee.

Ease of check in. We were allowed to enter our room an hour early. Nice clean room. Great location and right on the beach. The breakfast was good too. Fresh fruit is always welcomed. Some hotels charge $7:00 for parking we weren't. Perhaps as it was mid week and quiet.

We had a great stay at the Best Western Daytona Inn Seabreeze. We decided to get a ocean front king room. So glad we did!! Fantastic renovated room, super clean bathroom, wonderful shower, nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was so much better than most hotel breakfasts - eggs, sausage, biscuits, choice of pastries, coffee, etc. Shelion and Nichola made sure everything was just right!! Wished we could have stayed another night, but they were booked up for Saturday. We will definitely stay there again and recommended it to our friends. I love that the rooms have interior doors.

When I walked into the room, I thought they made a mistake & gave me the deluxe room ( room rate $62.) Contemporary stylish & the bed devine comfort! TV screen & selections top shelf! For complimentary breakfast, omelets, fruit, pancakes, almost like a mini restaurant..Maria & Shelioh were super courteous, solicitous & as a solo traveller, I appreciated Maria who was very sweet to chat with me for a few moments, made me feel welcome & answered my questions very pleasantly...all were nice...i wish i could have stayed another nite, but had to get home.

Great support for our one night stay Marching Band in preparation for the State Competition. They had our rooms for 130 well organized and space for our busses. Front desk staff was very helpful with our large group challenges. Pool lights need to be changed to standard time as they did not turn on until 1.5 hours after dusk. Rooms were clean and recently refurbished. We did have 4 toilet back up issues which indicate there is a blockage further down the system that maintenance took note of to work. Due to our performance time we did not get to try the breakfast and we failed to properly coordinate an alternate option, but the management did thier best to work with us. Worth checking out if you are looking for a beachfront room at a good price.

If your in Florida and need a clean place near Daytona on the beach this is the place to be. Fast check in, rooms with beach view, very comfortable, pool, and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and hotel had several amenities like covered parking plus close to many attractions.

Really nice hotel by the nice at Daytona . Nice team , check in and breakfast -Shelion and Nichola. Nice pool and access direct to the beach Room was big with a nice view - Clean . nothing negative to flag.

The room decor has been recently updated. Ocean view is great. Balconies are small. Hallways are narrow and could use a reno but once in our room we had no complaints. Parking is tight. The staff at the breakfast room was very friendly. The pool was clean and the beach is beautiful. Front desk provides beach towels and free coffee.

my wife and I stayed at this very reasonably priced,very clean motel 3 times within the first two weeks of november 2019. Felicia ,an employee at the front desk,was extremely pleasant and very helpful and Raphael ,another employee was very kind.actually all of the motel workers we very nice people.very clean rooms and a great ,complimentary continental breakfast.overall great experience.I will go back.

The people who work here are all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff and servers are very kind and hospitable. Shelion and Nichla and Maria went way out of their way to make it a wonderful dining experience for all of us every morning. The staff is happy to accommodate all our needs and are friendly and inviting!

Hotel is clean and quiet! Staff is respectful and helpful! Breakfast is good, fresh, hot and had great variety (omelets, pancakes, cereal, coffee, juices, yogurt, pastries, etc...). Shelion is very helpful during breakfast! Be sure to try the "fun cake" pancake machine!

We stayed two nights here, the room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and we thought no more about the hotel. Until on Sunday night the toilet backed up and overflowed! The front desk had a maintenance man to our room within 10 minutes and he spent about 1/2 an hour unclogging the toilet and cleaning up the mess - he even emptied the wastebaskets and brought us new towels. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but this experience makes us happy we stayed in a Best Western. Please know that we appreciate the staff member and the prompt attention. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Highly recommend. Went there for a quick weekend getaway. The rooms were extremely clean and the workers went above and beyond at being helpful. We especially enjoyed our conversation with worker Shelion who made our breakfast even more enjoyable.

Stopped for a night stay.Ladies at the reception were very welcoming and informitive. Room was very clean and spacious. Our problem was that the AC kept making a loud annoying sound. It was either turn it off and have a hot night or leave it on and keep waking up due to the noise it made.There was a good amount of options for breakfast, very fresh and clean. Anna was very kind and provided us with great service and a big smile. Other than a/c i would stay again.

Lovely clean hotel on the beach, very helpful & friendly staff Ideal for beach walks & relaxing on the balcony or around the pool.Would recommend for a laid back holiday. Good location near to plenty of restaurants or you can order food delivered to your room. Great selection of shops nearby.

Room type: Two double beds, sea view The good: On the beach, access by steps from the pool area Large pool which was clean Sun beds and chairs were clean, comfortable and plentiful Friendly staff Decent size balcony Good size bedroom and bathroom, room service was good A little walk to Main Street, but on the bus routes and nice walk along the beach Could be better: Seaview room felt slightly damp (the bedding) either due to the air con unit or sea air Slight dripping of water over the above balconies (coming from each air con unit) Breakfast area too small and plastic utensils/plates. Tips: Get to breakfast early for seating.

Wish I could add pictures. This place requires a complete renovation. The strike plate was completely missing from my door so the latches were (barely) being held by a thin piece of sheet metal. A good nudge on the door when locked would still open it. Told the staff, they smiled and did nothing. The rugs and decor are completely worn out. The microwave sounded like it was going to fall apart.

This hotel was recently remodeled. The staff here... Including breakfast ladies Shelion and Nikola. Front desk Milly, Jennifer and the new girl Evelyn are awesome. Kirk is a kind young man. Raphael assisted our needs even though he us NOT front desk. We very HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The location is near bus route and local dining as well as Night Hot Spots.

My stay was okay. Ants were in the room. And the access to the bathroom, HAS to be a fire hazard in room 321. But the view, not that was the best oart of trip. The quick access to the beach is also a huge plus. I skipped breakfast for many reasons, staff is nice. And Jennifer is awesome. Entire building drips water 24/7. And that can't be safe.

We were very grateful there was room in this Inn, seriously . Our Airbnb rental was a nightmare. Boards on all windows and over a pizza delivery. The professional women at the desk worked with us, and our gathering for friend's birthday party was more than just salvaged, it was perfect. Thank you to everyone,.

Beautiful and relaxing ocean front room. Pool was great, service was amazing it was out honeymoon and even only being there 1 night they made it special by sending up a bottle of wine, ballon and a card ina beautiful bag from the while staff.amzing view price was amazing. Everyone else wanted 200+ . I was able to get this room much under that. Everyrhing clean beach access. Everyrhing around. Will be here again next year for our anniversary this tine staying longer

We could tell it would be a nice, reasonably priced place to stay for bike week, but did not anticipate the great staff and how nice the pool and rooms would be. Great place! I would recommend it and we will be back.

Fully remodeled hotel that is hard to distinguish fro a new one . Beach front . Plenty of parking . MC friendly . Great location near center of the action in Daytona Beach . Very comfortable beds and good WIFI .

The room was excellent and the view from the balcony was awesome. There was no noise whatsoever at night in this room and o have never experienced that before - anywhere. Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. The front desk was very knowledgeable of any of our questions and the breakfast attendants were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing and was cleaned before we used it each morning. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This was my 6th or 7th stay at BW Seabreeze. I've always said that I'll stay nowhere else when in Daytona. I prefer a suite for the extra space and since renovations are complete the comfort and decor are excellent. As usual, the people are the nicest you could ever hope to meet, friendly and professional always. Now if they could control the weather... on my stay we did have record breaking rainfall...

They rented me a room that two previous guest complained about no hot water. When I called the front desk they said nothing they can do about it and insuated I did not know how to properly turn on a shower.

Felicia & Evelyn at the front desk accommodated us to the fullest. This hotel has been fully renovated and is very nice but the pool has no lighting and that needs to be adjusted. Rooms are roomy. And the beach is beautiful

My wife and I had a delightful 2 night stay primarily due to the friendly and excellent service of the staff and more particularly by Milagros(Millie) at the front desk. Our second night stay decision was primarily due to Millie. We will likely return to the area in the next few months and look forward to staying at this hotel and seeing Milagros again. Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We were upgraded to a suite with a living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. Our 3rd floor balcony overlooked the pool and faced the ocean. Breakfast was great with much from which to choose.The staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We expected a little more from a Best Western Plus, however, our experience exceeded ALL our expectations.

Room was clean and recently renovated. Excellent value for the room. Had a kitchen with 2 burner stove, balcony and one bedroom king. The bedroom was missing the TV and a bit small for the furniture but it was a comfortable stay.

Booked a room here for two nights to go on a “me time” vacation. Did this based on the the very positive reviews. Got to the hotel. Plenty of parking. Lobby was nice. Ladies up front super nice. My room wasn't ready yet so I left to get food came back 20 minutes later and it was good to go. 5th floor king bed just how I asked. Room was modern, renovated with super nice fixtures with a huge balcony. Did my check of the mattresses and I decided it was time to finally relax. Now this is where it went down hill. I put my sandwich on the counter by the tv a long with a shirt I was going to change into. Went to take a shower and I put it down in the counter and I noticed a sugar ant. I went back to my food and notice my sandwich that had been sitting on a plate had ants on it along with the Chinese food sitting next to it. I went to go throw it away in the bathroom and I notice another type of bug came out of the overflow hole in the sink. Nope not staying in this room. I called down to the front desk and they said they had no other rooms and that maintenance had left for the night. I told her there was no way I was staying in that room. She looked again and she found a double queen same floor. I came down to get my keys and on the wall outside of my door I notice and ant and a small baby roach on the wall that crawled into another room. Now the maintenance man who was not there (not trying to say she lied but) was super helpful and offered to help me move my things. The first room he put me in was the same floor but has no door hinge in the frame. Someone could have easily pushed it and got in. Nope. Next room was on the 2nd floor. So I went down there to check it out and it seemed to be in great condition. So after about 30 minutes of picking up and relocating my stuff I was I was settled. He even ran down for me and got my new cards and brought them back up. They gave me an extra 500 points for my trouble. Did my normal room check. No ants. But one of the queen beds had stains on it. Thank gosh the other one did not. I was over dealing with this moving room crap. I feel had I'd not insisted I be moved the front desk employee would have not try and move me. Had it not been for the help the maintenance man gave me I would have just left. Would I stay here again? Don't think so. But I do appreciate them trying to make it right. I understand we live in Florida and we have bugs. However seeing them in a room I pay for isn't cool at all.

Booked this property for a quick beach getaway with the kids. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room considering the price....pool area was clean and beach access was easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful...will use this location again when looking for hotels on the beach.

The place was very clean, every morning you would see someone cleaning. The rooms are very nice and clean also. Good hot breakfast each morning. Very friendly staff, always around if you need help. Great place to stay if you want quick access to the beach.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Millie, Dianne, Tsitra, Mario, Nichola and the other breakfast hostess, Hendretta(sp- housekeeper) and everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and welcoming. I was very pleased with my stay, staff was extremely friendly and rooms were kept very clean. The hotel is in a good location but breakfast had room for improvement. Was overall very pleased with my stay and would recommend it friends and family.

Anthia - (Breakfast hostess) Very friendly,Answered any question we had with a smile , greeted every customer who enter. Food was hot and fresh. Weekend got busy but she made sure everyone received hot food . They change out food items daily so everyday was not the same. Hotel right on the beach with a great pool & outside lounge area. Parking was good but we were there after labor day.

Rooms were clean, everything worked, good housecleaning, nice pool, great location by the beach. Lots of restaurants, pizza parlors, a grocery store, pier and boardwalk nearby. Very friendly staff! We had a great week.

The rooms are clean and nice. Staff is excellent. It has great access to the beach and close to all the places to go in Daytona. Really a great price for a room on the beach. It has a minifridge and a balcony.

This is a great place to stay. Our room had a beach view balcony and a kitchenette. It was very clean. Shelion and Nichola were great in the breakfast room. Food was good and well prepared. Housekeeping was great. Had issue with bathroom sink drain stopper, I called guest services and maintenance was there within 10 minutes. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Shelion did a great job in the breakfast area. Very attentive. Breakfast was hot every morning. No bagels lots of different choices and even fresh fruit. It gets a little crowded at times but staff were very helpful and there was plenty to eat.

Me and my family stayed two nights had no problem with staff. Staff was real nice and accommodating and would like to mention Raphael and Jennifer was very helpful. We had one solicitor(Craig) at the pool everyday trying to sell timeshares, was very uncomfortable and unappreciated during my family vacation. Staff should not allow people like that on the premises and keep a eye out for them and not the responsibility of paying customer to do that.

I'll start by saying Shelion and Debra was amazing nice and helpful with the food and area. When we asked for certain foods they bought it out when I was done and let us know. I give 10 stars to them.

We stayed here for one Friday night. The front desk was very nice. The price was lower than any other comparable place we checked. The room was excellent. Clean and very comfortable. and then the icing on the cake was the great breakfast that was included. I will always check on this place again when we return.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this hotel. We met the General Manager, Leah Klindt, and she treated us as VIPs. Can't say enough about her. The ladies in the breakfast area were also fantastic....very friendly and so accommodating. The breakfasts every single day had the most variety of any place we have ever stayed. While we were there, we were even called twice to see if everything was ok with our stay. That has never happened to us before. I only have praise for everything and everybody. I guess if I had to be picky, I would say that the elevators were pretty slow but truly, almost every place we have stayed, the elevators have been slow. Thank you for a wonderful stay and in particular, thank you, Leah, for being so gracious!

I really liked this hotel. The staff is very good, working hard to get us early check-in and answering all questions with great attitudes. We walked to the bandshell in the evening which was not a far walk. The only thing I didn't expect was how loud a city-view room would be. It was a Saturday summer night with many motorcycles and cars with bass. I think this would not be a problem in the oceanfront rooms, and maybe even not a problem on weekdays or shoulder-season. I want to stay again at a different time to compare. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was nice, dated a bit in the common areas, but nice. Staff was very friendly and the view was great. There were quite a few things to do in the area. The breakfast was included and wasn't bad. I would stay here again.

Just returned from one of my semi annual trips to Daytona Beach. I am a regular visitor to this hotel and have never been disappointed with my stays. This property has had a great renovation, the rooms are great. Management and staff do an excellent job of making my stay and other visitors stays super. The breakfast bar has just about any food you could want for breakfast and again the staff is very accomodating in serving breakfast. My thanks to the Manager and staff for continuing to make my stays great. Very nice,!

This was a good place for the money. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but very crowded. The common areas are very welcoming. I would choose this place again. It is a very large hotel so could have to walk a long way to your room.

We needed a place to stay after our cruise. This was a nice hotel right on the beach and kinda away from all the busy! We had a beautiful room with an ocean view. The beach was great as well as the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place right on the beach. Clean rooms great breakfast. Only problem is the parking. Guest pay to park on property and non-guest come in and take the spots and use the pool taking up chairs. Would stay again.

Have been coming to Daytona Beach for many years. The place we used to stay has run down to where it is no longer a place I would ever stay again. This hotel was just perfect: On the beach, clean, comfortable and overall a great experience. Can't wait to come back. This will be our hotel of choice from now on.

Nice facilities, still remodeling some rooms, parking was easy, hotel right on beach, pool was nice, close enough to food, activities, staff were friendly and helpful, view from balcony was excellent.

Arrived with my husband and our 3 girls . We could not be happier!! The first night our a.c wasn't working well but they quickly came up to fix it. Other then that... our trip has been perfect! The breakfast is sooo yummy . They have a great variety of food to pick from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. Everything was fresh and newly renovated. We were able to watch the fireworks from our private balcony... another plus. Love being able to walk to the beach from our pool. Already planning another family vaca but this time bringing my parents back for a week.

I stayed at best western room 409 June 1 to 3. Nice king room, clean, inexpensive and location is perfect!!Walking distance from clubs, restaurants and right on the beach. I didnt know what to expect. But it exceeded my expectations...Breakfast food and staff was exceptional...I will definetly come back.

We stayed for 3 nights and were pleased with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The room was also comfortably air conditioned, had a microwave, small refrigerator, chaise chair and small balcony patio with 2 chairs. Our one big problem was parking on Saturday night (our first night). We came in after dinner, around 9:30 pm, and there were no parking spaces available. And the security guard that was telling people where to park was VERY rude! She had a huge confrontation with my boyfriend-totally unnecessary! Not a good start to our vacation. She was parallel parking guests between parking rows and insisted we park within 6" of the car in front of us. Then she told the next guests to park within 6" of our back bumper. I wanted to attend an 8:30 am church service the next morning and knew there was NO way I'd ever get out of that parking garage. Even more ludicrous was the fact that there was no room to park a third car, but she still wouldn't let us leave sufficient room between the cars. She was not a police officer, although she acted like she had that kind of authority, and the gentleman working inside the hotel office said he didn't even know she was out there or who she was. The next two days parking was always full, especially in the evening, but we did not encounter her again. We never tried the complimentary breakfast so I can't comment on that. After a couple of days, we did have to call down to the office to ask for room service to service our room with clean towels, etc. There is a pool and you can walk out right onto the beach. It was a good location for the places we visited while there. The hotel was booked, so sometimes the wait was a little long for one of the two elevators. The fitness room was smaller than our hotel room-thankfully there was only one couple in there when I used it because there is only one treadmill, one bike, etc.

I booked the hotel thru priceline. It said it was pet friendly once we arrived at the hotel they say we couldn't stay because of the dog. They check on my booking and they saw it was true. So they did allow us to stay with the Dog!!

The room was dirty, the carpet was all wet.No safety deposit boxes in rooms. Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. The receptionist didn't even wanna move her lips, no smile and didn't even feel like answering things,the other girl was on her phone laughing,I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff.

This hotel is on beach..it is decorated very nice. Bathroom is large. ..nice size balcony . Two fast elevators. Great staff . Breakfast is free and lots to choose from . Check in was fast. Not far from the pier and entertainment.

My boyfriend and I had stayed at a different hotel(Daytona Beach Hawaiian Inn) . When we came back from dinner there was cockroaches everywhere and it was like 9:30pm. So we were struggling to Find another hotel so late and so far from home, and when we arrived at Best westeen the man working the front desk (Khalid) was super super helpful. He told us everything we needed to know and helped us pick the best room for us with the best rates. It was very nice to be able to come here compared to the other one. The pool is open until 11pm which is awesome. The complementary breakfast was yummy and the staff was nice. We stayed in an OceanFront king and watched the sun rise in the morning. The rooms were clean and very nice, I liked the clear shower. Next time we come to Daytona Beach we will definitely be staying here. Right On the beach so you can walk right down and don't have to park on the beach but in the hotel and then walk down the steps or swim In the pool. 11/10 on this hotel. THANK YOU KHALID.

I always enjoy staying here. My kids love the pool and my husband and I just like to enjoy the gorgeous view. The walk to the beach is short which is great. I love that you can take a night stroll and see all of the beach shops and restaurants.

No hotel stay is ever 100% perfect, but what really matters are those individuals who go the extra mile to make your stay more memorable. In my stay at the Best Western at Daytona Beach, I came across Chris (who is in housekeeping). We encountered a few discrepancies (beyond his control) with our room, and he was very apologetic, and treated us as guests at his home. I could only wish more individuals would take pride in their work. It is because of people like Chris that you show loyalty to a brand. Not sure if this review will make it anywhere, but I hope he gets recognized for his hard work.

Dont come during a large event there will be no parking even though you have a parking pass. You get told to go park a 1/2 mile down the road from the hotel that you have to pay for. Pay for a hotel and then have to pay to park because the hotel hands out parking passes to two many people.

First thing our room was nice and clean no problem there but things you should know are #1. 2 hotels down from this hotel is a "party" hotel playing very very loud vulgar and very inappropriate music for any public beach. When I say vulgar I mean very bad music that is blasted at your oceanfront view. #2 is our teenage children were wanting to go down to the pool after we got back from dinner but they couldn't because of a party at out pool!!!! At the pool were older 30+ people drinking and having a throwdown at our pool. They were playing their radio so loud we could hear it in our rooms. #3 is I was charged 7.00 for a Parking fee when their website says complimentary parking for free also my brother in law was not charged for parking for staying the same night as we did. I asked the girl at the front desk but I was told to wait an hour for the Manager to arrive and talk to her??? No Best Western Any More!!!!!

I'm sorry you were here during a certain time of the year that one of our neighboring hotels hosts a trip called Dayton to Daytona We did call police about this problem and were told there was no noise ordinance during the day and they had a permit. Good stay, clean and very friendly. Lots of employee's always around, elevators are old and very very slow. Right on the beach and short distance from anywhere you want to go. Rooms clean and updated but very tiny bathroom

For our short stay here, we really enjoyed the beach and Daytona area.The hotel is fine,the staff work way too hard.For the price we paid,we had set our expectations and we were not disappointed.No complaints.

This hotel was recently renovated but is already coming apart. The room overall was nice but in the bathroom the trim thing for the shower head had fallen off and the cover for the shower hand rail was off and at the bottom end leaving the sharp end exposed. The door lock was well I will let the pictures show the problem there. The breakfast was cold and most was not very appetizing. Someone asked the lady attendant about bagels and she just snapped saying do you see any room for me to put them. Then I was charged $7 a day for parking and had to hang a placard from my mirror. I saw many cars in the parking lot no placard and saw people get out and go through the pool area to the beach. Not right that I had to pay but they weren't enforcing those that didn't have a placard.

We had a great time. The kids had a great time in the pool. Workers was ok. Morning shift was great. They spoke to you and made sure you had ever thing you need. Breakfast could be better. It was a great stay

All the rooms and breakfast area has been renovated. The breakfast was great! I stayed in a oceanview room, but unfortunately my stay was during the lovebug season so the balcony was taken over by them. The reason for only 4 stars is because the hotel is next to 2 vacant lots (hurting its appearance) and also the parking is tight.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Great price for the room we received. Just renovated and close to everything that we wanted to do. The breakfast also worked good for us. The staff especially Leah ( the general manager) went out of her way to be kind to us. All of the staff was kind and friendly. Also glad it was a non smoking hotel.

We stayed one night - quick check-in, Khalid was super nice! The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony view! Great parking and access to the pool and beach! Breakfast was good, but a little crowded. I think our only concern would be elevator speed (a little slow) and b'fast area space!

Just spent 6 nights at this hotel. Loved the location! Wonderful walk to the boardwalk and beyond every day. Beautiful beach directly in front of hotel and nice pool. Staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Millie. Great breakfast with breakfast meats, couple types eggs, pancakes, french toast, pastries, fruit, cereal etc. Excellent price for this location.

Best western- seabeeeze Apparently this place has been recently renovated, we got here exactly at 4pm and patiently waited until 5:30 before we called and cancelled our reservation and left, we were told that they rooms weren't ready at 4 when we got there, we waited and waited for housecleaning to finish cleaning the rooms, mind you check in is at 4pm and the rooms aren't ready. We were all tired from a long drive, and hungry and relentlessly wanted to get to the beach before dark as we paid extra for the ocean view room. Well I give this a 3 because I think they have potential if they can get their act together faster as I assume they may have recently change management and is in transition, I wish we had gotten to stay but when we pay that much money and is tired and ready to be on vacation we don't want to be waiting an hour and half after check in and arrival time at 4 pm for the house cleaners to finish cleaning the room.

We were able to get a great price for 5 nights at this hotel. Beach view with balcony. Extremely clean rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great, however, it was okay for a quick pick up. It is best to find some of the local spots to get a hot meal. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as rooms can be noisy. 5th floor was great!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if seeking a 3 star hotel. Rating is based on that...a 3 star accommodation. It is best not to rate hotels against other star ratings. A better breakfast and pool with hot tub would have allowed for 5 overall rating, otherwise we feel it deserved a 4.

My husband and I went back to this BW for my 60th birthday.We had a ocean front room,spectacular!We had a very good experience.The check in was so easy,we got to hotel before check in time so they let us park and go explore beac,h have lunch and then come back when our room was ready.Room was very nice and clean,the free breakfast in the morning was very tasty,great hours and a nice selection.We also were able to get late check out,so another hour sitting on balcony was such a bonus.We will definately go back to this BW again and again!

What a nice surprise. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Oceanfront was reasonably priced and well worth it. Outdoor pool was a tad cold, but in great shape. Layout of the room was nice with microwave and refrigerator with nice countertop and cupboards for a good amount of food storage. Beach in front of hotel had beautiful sand, very clean. Check in was a bit challenging. We arrived at 3pm and were told we needed to wait until the 4pm check in time, which was understandable. There were 2-3 workers in the front desk area at that time. When we came back at 4pm, there was only one person working. He was in a tough situation because he had a whole line of people there who had been waiting until 4 to check in. He was having trouble getting housekeeping to respond to him as to what rooms were ready. He ended up having to physically go into the room area to find out. His name was Khalid and we commend him, as he remained calm and did his best at expediting checkin despite the situation. Housekeeping was extremely friendly. Sherville, was her name, I think. We really liked the decent size trashcan and separate recycling can. Yeah!! Breakfast was good for the price. There was a variety to choose from. Premade eggs, meats, sometimes pancakes/French toast; yogurt, breads pastries. Workers were friendly and accommodating. Would like to peel my own hard boiled eggs, however. One of the only hotels I've seen with almond milk, which was a great plus because we don't drink cow's milk. Although we don't drink the sweetened almond milk at home, my daughter was delighted to drink the sweetened version that was in the cooler. Beach towels could be signed out at the front desk. Wifi worked fine. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. About 10 minute walk from the pier. Would stay here again.

The elevator was slow and rickety. The hall smelled of marijuana. Food was over microwaved. No beach access. The only way to the beach was through pool area and it was locked at about 9pm when it said it closed 11pm. No on site washing machines to do personal laundry. We reserved 2 rooms together. When we got there they told us we only had one room. Out second room was down the hall from the first room. They told us they would move us closer the next day but they never did.

My family just had the best experience checking into a hotel that we have EVER had. Khalid was super nice and helpful with our reservation. He got us checked in super fast and had all my information ready to go. He also answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. Our room is way better than the pictures and very comfortable. I will be recommending this hotel and definitely staying here in the future.

Would highly recommend this property for everyone. A completely enjoyable experience. Spent 10 wonderful days and nights here. The staff did everything possible to ensure all our needs were met. Great pool, great beach access and general access to nearby shopping, restaurants and all needs close by. Beautiful wide sandy beach right outside our door provided opportunity to sit, play, swim in the waves and walk for miles if you choose. Highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our two day stay before we went to Orlando. Breakfast was more than expected and rooms were larger than many other places we've been. Very quiet room. There were a lot of college kids on the weekend we were there and we couldn't here them.

We thought we booked a regular hotel room with two beds and that's it. To our surprise we opened the room and it was like a really nice 1 bedroom apartment. Looked like it was newly remodeled with a very contemporary look. The room was beautiful. Only thing that kinda sucked is the pool wasnt heated that's it.

Highly reccomend this hotel!! It was in a perfect area right on the beach, and close to all restaurants and bars. Everything was a max 10-15 minute walk. The hotel was newly renovated and it looked very clean, bright and modern. I travel often and if I or anyone I know travel to Daytona again, we will be staying here no doubt about it.

The front desk personnel and housekeeping staff were all friendly and very helpful. Space was available so I was able to get a nice upgrade to an ocean view room and all the rooms were very updated and clean.

I visited here for one night during bike week to visit with friends that had come down who were staying nearby. I was very surprised that I was able to book such a nice room at such late notice for such a reasonable price. Most other places had a minimum night stay of 2 or 3 nights. The room was very nice, much better than I expected. I had a double room with an ocean view and a balcony, it was large and there was a nice little kitchenette. The room looked as if it had been newly decorated. Bed was comfortable and aside from the motorcycles and the ocean it was quiet when I was in the room. The front desk was fine, the staff was nice, professional and called me when my room was ready as I arrived early. Parking was limited, especially since the covered parking area was reserved for motorcycles only that week, but they allowed me to keep my car in the lot even though my room wasn't ready and walked to get some lunch. The proximity to the main strip and bars and restaurants was great, not right in the heart, but close enough to walk. The pool was nice, but since it was a little cold out, I didn't really swim, it was nice to have my coffee in the morning out on the pool deck and to sit on the balcony and drink a beer watching the ocean. Breakfast was the usual fare, and I did like that they kept breakfast open until 10:30. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are visiting Daytona.

This hotel sits at a great location with 2 easy access points to the beach. We were also pleased with the super friendly staff! This was our second best western stay in 2 days and we are consistently pleased. The outdoor fire pits in the courtyard were a cool touch!

I had 2 stays At best western. Where is my free night? The second stay at Daytona was nice . They upgraded me to a oceanfront. The parking was terrible there. Not enough. No laundry room. Very disappointed. The pool was supposed to be heated .

A newly remodeled older hotel, I loved it. Right on the beach. Could hear vehicles on the road at night.breakfast was way more than enough. Staff was very pleasant. Room was super clean. We would do it all over again.

This hotel is approximately 6 miles from Daytona International Speedway. We stayed here and "Uber"ed to the races. The hotel also provided us with additional information on how to get to and from the track on race days. The hotel is being renovated and we got one of the upgraded rooms with a balcony ocean view… VERY NICE! In addition, you can exit out the back of the pool area and take a nice stroll on the beach. It's only about a 15-20 minute walk down to the pier. The breakfast is one of the better INCLUDED breakfasts we've had at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again!!

The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The only bad thing about our trip was the weather. There was a very wide selection of breakfast foods. The buffet was kept neat and full. The food was very good. The dining area was well kept. Something we noticed was that there were a lot of guest for breakfast. At this particular BW you leave your dirty dishes on the table and the kitchen staff clean the tables. We couldn't help but notice that a very pleasant lady that appeared to be a manager had just come in to work. (we think). My husband & I went to Daytona Beach for 2 nights back in mid November. We wanted a relaxing 2 night stay after spending a week in Disney World. We chose Daytona Beach as it was a short drive from the Orlando area & choose the Best Western Seabreeze as it was a reasonably priced oceanfront hotel. The BW hotel was on the beach but they were in the midst of renovating the hotel rooms. There was alot of noise from the construction between 9-5. There was a nice pool but the weather did not cooperate and it was too cold to swim. The lobby was small but the staff was nice. The one thing I did not like was the fact the elevator to the rooms was located outside of the hotel so anyone off the street had access to the rooms. Not very secure. The hallway to the rooms was in need of an upgrade as the carpet was old, worn and dated. I am sure this will be included in the current renovation project. Our room was nice. It was not renovated but it was large with 2 queen beds and had a decent size bathroom and mini fridge and microwave. It was clean and we had a nice ocean view. There was a balcony with a small table & chairs. The breakfast was good with hot and cold foods. The breakfast room was small but the staff was friendly and very efficient. The hotel was a short drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the Daytona Beach boardwalk & pier. There were restaurants and shops in the area & a small mall with a theatre by the boardwalk. Overall we did enjoy our stay despite the construction. This hotel as it was at the time of our stay is suited for those who are budget minded.

My third time here...was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette...was pleasantly surprised...staff was courteous and professional...very helpful too...with great staff comes great management ...hotel was under renovations but didn't really effect me...room was very clean with updated furniture...bathroom was also renovated...just beautiful...great staff from start to finish of stay...will be back next yr... it's now my home away from home!!

Best stay I have had all week. Getting renovated so all rooms are clean, new and fresh. Breakfast is good as it has a variety of items, right on the beach (loved it) and balconys too. I would return here. Desk clerks were very helpful.

Arrived at the hotel 3 am in the morning very tired after a long delayed flight. The lady receptionist was very helpful and polite. Got to the room quite pleasantly relieved and surprised nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. But in line with their facilities that are meant to be in the room lots missing. There was no microwave no table no seating, Aircon felt like he was in a wind tunnel and the most important no safety deposit box to leave your valuables in so you have to carry them around all day with you. PConstruction work as on the website was meant to finished the Sunday and we were here on the Wednesday and it's still going on. There is a fridge in the room but no water supplied. Back to our horror we went out for the day and came back and our room door was left open either by the cleaner or the receptionist who changed our coffee machine because it was disgusting. We went out in the afternoon for a couple of hours and returned early because we had a very early start the next day was going to have a shower and wash my hair but because of the construction work they turn the water off in the whole of the hotel until 7 o'clock the following morning. Cannot believe they couldn't just isolate the leak in one room or one floor. On speaking to the management of the problems that we've had that attitude and concern was on unfounded. This hotel is looking to becoming a plus it has a very long way to go before it should receive its plus status. Had breakfast the first time this morning very very poor just microwaved stuff, and no tongues to pick up bread or muffins with had to use your fingers, so did everybody else. . Not a very happy camper. Not happy and the manager hasn't really done anything to make us feel welcome considering the problems especially no SafeDeposit box and leaving our door open while were we were out. !!!!!

Old rooms, dark public areas(scary), toilet didn't flush right, pool was out of service, I switched hotels the 2nd day! They are renovating so hopefully it will improve but renovations started at 8am, woke up to drilling.

I got an offer to stay in Daytona beach on the last week of November and decided to accept the offer . The ocean front hotel is under major renovations taking advantage that is low season . For that reason we get early morning noises of hammering , drilling, moving furniture , installing drywall's ,etc . Our room was in the second floor facing the parking lot. It was clean , spacious , king size bed , little kitchenette , dining table ,two chairs, microwave and fridge that works and cools great. The wall AC unit works marvellous . The toilet is very low and the sink is very tight but we managed it. The bed was Clean, very comfortable and the sheets lovely . The best of the best was our breakfast time.every morning ,Pat offers a newspaper , make our waffles ,,refill our orange juice, take notes for next day that I love peach yogurt and she did not have it at that time but she got it for next day. What a kind person , she knows what she is doing to satisfy customer needs. We love Pat and we are missing her already . She is the best . The pool was clean but the temperatures didn't cooperate so we didn't use it. The access to the beach is easy . At the time of the check out we got a little present to go that contains an orange juice ,,pastry , water of water, an apple , granola bar. I love this place even with the inconvenience of the noise for be under renovations , I will come back . Cool season is good for customer service but Daytona was dead .where were the people? Nobody was there. Smoke free .

Where do I begin the staff at this hotel are amazing, kind and very helpful. My family and I drove from Canada to flordia for Our first family vacation with my 14 mth daughter. We intended to stay in Kissimmee but had a terrible experience and decided to switch and stay in Daytona beach. We needed to check in early as my 14mth old daughter needed a nap and our car was still packed from the long car ride. There was an issue with my credit card and they were great to work with and took day by day with me. Savannah at the front desk made check In smoothly and was able to give us a room with a private balcony and early check in. All the front desk employees were so Friendly and always chatted up a storm with my mother and daughter The breakfast was always fresh and the 2 ladies who work in there are so welcoming and make you feel at home. The hotel is right on the water and has a nice quiet pool area. I will definitely be returning to see the newly renovated room Thanks again

The ladies in the breakfast room are amazing!!! Our room didn't come with a safe key, and staff offered nothing to remedy situation. Sheets weren't changed, bed was just made. TV was very grimy and looked like a child wiped their fingers all over it.

We stopped off in Daytona on our way to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary in KeyWest, We were given great advice at the front dest to save money booking, and when we got to the room realized that the manager had suprised us with a jacuzzi suite ! What a gift! The room was clean and great.

We stayed here for one night - chose it because it was right on the beach front and within walking distance to Main Street. All the staff we came in contact with were super helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely and clean. I have to agree that the hotel is a bit 'tired' , and could do with some updating - the furnishings /carpets etc.. Had to turn the air con off periodically- it was really loud, so had broken sleep - pity because the beds were super comfortable.We found some sort of insects in our room - not sure where they came from , but reception informed and were very apologetic and gave us membership points to compensate. Agree that the breakfast room was very small , but served a purpose and the staff were very good. Grab bags available in reception- brilliant idea.

The only good things I can say about this place was it was right on the beach and the lady in the breakfast area was super nice! Other than that this was a terrible stay. The building is old and not clean. Parking is very tight especially if you have a larger SUV, and one night parking was so bad cars were double parked and we were worried about being able to get out if we needed to. The elevator and hallway never looked like they were vacuumed the 4 days we were there. The whole place smelled of smoke even though this hotel claimed to be smoke free. We saw lots of people smoking off balconies and around the pool and throwing cigarette butts off the balcony rails. We also smelled heavy smoke in the hallways and it would seep into our room. One night we smelled cigar and pot smoke. We did complain that night and an hour or so later those smells were gone but not the cigarette smoke. The room had dirty carpet and We found hairs that were not ours on the towels when we first got them. The pool had no lights around it at night which was a little scary and one night my son found lots of cigarette butts in the pool. Gross! The breakfast area is way to small for the amount of people in the hotel and the food is just ok. The lady working it however was wonderful. She had a great attitude and tried her best to work with the huge crowd and so so quality of the food. I would highly recommend you skip this place if you have any allergies to cigarette smoke or if you just want a clean place to stay!

We are so sorry to read this review we try very hard to make sure other guest do not smoke on the property and if they do smoke they must do so 50 ft away from building. We are planning a complete renovation beginning late 2018-2019. as for the parking we again try very hard to make sure everyone gets parked most lots here on the beach are very small and limited and vehicles continue to get larger which makes things very difficult. The rooms were clean. Doors were very heavy and hard to open. Pool by the beach was nice. Stairway which lead to the beach and the area had no cars allowed so it wasn't a busy area which was nice, quiet and safe. Staff wasn't very friendly except the breakfast room staff. They had free breakfast which lots of choices mostly sugary foods.

Pat and Debra were great in the breakfast area. I don't remember any other names of staff but they were all friendly and very accommodating. We had a small issue with our air conditioner but they fixed it right away. I would recommend this place.

Very, very sweet people. Decor a little 1970's but nice. Need to get better TV set ups and remotes, but otherwise a very nice place to stay. Reasonable prices during our stay with good breakfast service and again the nicest people.

A great beach front location with super helpful staff and high levels of cleanliness - the basics are there but attention to detail is sadly lacking. I was disappointed that there were building works taking place during my stay, we were not warned in advance nor was it mentioned at check in, time spent in you room and by the pool during the day was spoilt by incessant banging as windows were replaced - good stuff for future guests mind you. Breakfast selection was good, special mention to the young lady in charge, she was super efficient and very friendly, sorry I don't know her name. Room was clean and spacious, replenishment of coffee cups, coffee, shampoo just didn't happen, the floor mat for the shower disappeared after our first night so we had to use towels to mop up the excess water instead. Breakfast selection was good, special mention for the young lady who was in charge, very efficient and super friendly. Hopefully these minor points will be sorted and once the refurbishment is complete this hotel will be worth of a 5* review.

This is a great hotel to stay in the price is good and the hotel staff are very professional helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. Hotel in need of renovation. Quite a walk to the centre for restaurants and bars and a lot of 'dodgy' people hanging about the area outside the hotel (I appreciate this isn't the hotel's fault) and this did make us feel a bit uneasy walking into town. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The lifts, corridors and breakfast room were all very poor. The vending machine area outside the reception room had a very unpleasant smell.......

This hotel surprised me - in a good way. The room was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The bed actually was one of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept in! The hotel is right on the beach and about a 5 minute drive to the pier. They offered a basic continental breakfast (yogurt, bagels, English muffins, cereal, juice, milk, oatmeal, eggs etc) and the waitress during the breakfast shift (Deb) was the nicest and most helpful person I've encountered in hospitality! She helped all the customers and was always moving about! She smiled, was extremely helpful and willing to do anything to make the guests feel special. When we arrived, there was only one person working in the lobby. Although he (Mike?) was inundated with guests, he was calm and cool and took care of everyone in a kind and professional way. There is only one small negative comment: the parking lot is very small. Hard to find parking.

Overall was good. Room did not smell good. Cig smoke. TV remote did not work properly. Good beach/pool access. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was a little cramped/crowded. Did not use breakfast or internet.

NO Parking upon arrival, no way to unload luggage, because no place to park car. I was told to drive around and find one. When one was not available I parked where I could and help arrived then.I was told to move my car. Still no spaces. What a fun vacation.

I checked in on 09/03/18 and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. Mike was extremely experienced and provided one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. Due to work requirements I needed to park a large vehicle and the night maintenance employee, George, assisted me with finding a good parking spot and getting what I needed to do my job. I will definitely return to this establishment if I'm back in the area for work or pleasure. Thank you

Love Daytona, am a Best Western Rewards member, one of the most disappointing experiences at a BW I have ever had. Surprised that had to pay for parking when arrived. Understood there was some remodeling going on in the hotel, not realizing I would be across the hall from it, and have fans blowing in the hall all night, then to wake up to construction workers in and out right outside my door with the bathroom in full view anytime I opened my door. Paid cash for parking only to find two mysterious $7.88 charges on my credit card bill. BW really let me down, might be done with them. Pros...Great beach access and the pool was nice.

I have to stay in non- BW hotels when I travel for work but on my own time I choose this Best Western. The room, staff and location and value cannot be beat. There are many many hotels on the beach to choose from and after staying at several of them over the years I found my spot. I've been here seven times so far and plan to visit again and again. I personally like the place just fine as is but I'm told that a major renovation is coming. Can't wait to see it!

We were here for a week and had a fantastic stay there. The Hotel is being updated. The room was nice and clean, and the pool area was also clean and also there is easy access to the Beach Area. The only complaint is the Wi Fi did not work too well. I would like to give a shout out to 2 Employees The 1st one is Pat who works in the Breakfast Area and the 2nd is Desmond who works Maintenance / Housekeeping. These 2 Employees went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Good Job to all

This is an older hotel that is going through some renovations. The location is awesome! Right on the beach with a good pool that is kept very clean. Nice to be able to walk 100 yards to the ocean and then go back and get the salt water off in the pool. The rooms are a bit musty but kept very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The free breakfast was fresh and good. I would stay here again.

All staff encountered were very friendly. Hotel offers breakfast as part of accomodation. Breakfast is in a small breakfast room just near reception and is a simple affair. It offers cereal, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs and some form of meat. Balconies are presently being upgraded, so were unable to be used unless you sought assistance from hotel staff. Parking is onsite. Our parking was complimentary on this stay, as we booked months in advance. You need to display a label in your vehicle indicating you are allowed to park in car park. There are no set spaces,just come and go as you please and get where you get. Most parking is out in the open, there is limited uncover parking. Main shops are only a short walk away. Maybe 5-10 mins. Beds were comfortable enough, and room size was great.

After conference relaxation... On the way home stopped in at Best Western they took us right away n their Customer Service despite things going on was superb! Kudos to the front desk all Ladies Millie dont rem all names??n men who helped us in room 211. A special shout out to Mr Desmond folks for his over the top in customer service!Yes!!!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our vacation in Daytona Beach. Hotel employees Pat and Deb offered exceptional service at breakfast and their friendliness are examples of good customer service.We enjoyed the view of the beach, the fitness center, and complementary breakfast. In spite of our overall positive experience, I would recommend having a better selection of fruit available at breakfast and we found the daily on site parking fee to be a little high.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Right on the beach. Hotel is kept really clean and all the staff were great. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

A Nice hotel right on the beach. Clean room. The only thing that needs to be addressed is house keeping. Had to call the front desk every day for one thing or another. Also the pool area needs to be lighted..very dark at night. Not safe to swim when the sun goes down.

This is the 5th time we stayed here, The place is always clean, The Staff is TOP NOTCH, The Rooms Clean, We've always got the Suite with the whirlpool tub. Great way to relax after a day on the beach, Rooms are Nice Size and Very Quiet. The breakfast area is always clean and the food is served warm, Tho it is somewhat small and can get crowded sometimes. We were in staying in Orlando before checking in this time, I called and ask about a early check in. Was told to call when we we're in town, Called when we got to Daytona and before we hit the beach we received a call back saying our room was ready. Check in was very smooth and I was even ask what floor I wanted, So not only did I get a Early Check In I got to pick my room. Thank You. NiCE PLACE, NICE PRICE, NICE STAFF.

Stayed here on the front end of a vacation for one night. Property is very clean and the staff were very friendly. It is right on the beach with your choice of oceanfront or city view. Great breakfast with very good staff. Tends to be very busy. The only reason It wasn't rated a 5 was the size of the breakfast area needs to be larger to accommodate the large number of vacationers in the area. We were there the first part of August so I can only imagine how crowded it would be in peak season. Nice little property with a good pool and great staff!

No forks or spoons stocked in the breakfast area either morning we were there. Guess we eat with pur hands? Elevator on left will not take you to first floor. Goes to 5th everytime may as well take the stairs. Staff is friendly. If you stay may i recommend being able to take stairs and avoid the horrific breakfast area. And somebody please tell me what turkey sausage is? Its either turkey, or sausage and sausage is PORK not bird.

Nice place to stay for beach trip. Good free breakfest every morning and the ladies in there are very kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and having a partial kichtenette was great. Pool was good and plenty of chairs available around it. We will be back here next year.

We came to the BW after an issue at the Hampton Inn down the street. We walked in without a reservation and had no problem getting an oceanfront/balcony room like we wanted. The room was clean and much larger than the rooms at the Hampton with a kitchenette and an updated bathroom. The front desk was friendly and Mike was very funny. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive. The pool was open and operational which was also something the Hampton did not have. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the room itself appeared a bit dated especially the carpet. There was also an odd (not pleasant) smell in the 5th floor hallway and a different slightly less unpleasant smell when you entered the room. The exterior of the hotel appeared to be in updated condition. All in all not a bad stay, would definitely stay again if they updated their rooms.

AC wasn't working properly, but hotel was booked up so couldn't change rooms. It's an older hotel too, with slow elevators and a small and cramped breakfast room, although the food was good. Extra parking fee as well, which you find out about upon check in

The good: Nice room, oceanside, if you pony up for that type of room. Nice personal deck. Close to restaurants. Breakfast service great. Property is pretty clean. Pretty quiet except for people at pool late at night playing loud music. The bad: Front desk downright rude helping secure a reservation. An online discount was refused. Only two small, slow, hot ancient elevators. Don't expect to find ice. Great beach access but stairs are very steep and slick with pool drainage. You have to pay to park.

The room was basic. We were lead to believe we would have a balcony but we didnt. The toilet rocked and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Our remote didnt work and on our first day they never cleaned our room. By our last night they worked on fixing problems. It was basically clean.

We have been to Daytona for a couple of races but first time staying in Daytona Beach. Rates were high most likely due to 4th of July week and race, this was actually reasonable. I gave this place a 5 because despite it being older and worn, our room was clean and staff were so kind and helpful. It has great access to beach and a short drive to pier. Breakfast was same as other places but Fay and all of the ladies go out of their way to help. We will probably not stay on Daytona Beach again due to the area being run down and so many homeless. I don't believe it is safe. Thanks BW for a great place to rest after a crazy race day.

Great ocean view, clean nice rooms, balcony what else could you ask for. The staff was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was quick and room was super clean. Breakfast was easy and not to busy but we took it back to our room and ate.

I booked a room at another hotel which was horrible so when my family wanted extended our stay we went to Best Western. I wish we would've booked them at 1st. The room was clean and the bed was soooooo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very professional and helpful. Whenever we go back to Daytona we will definitely be staying at the Best Western.

Whenever I am in the US I always try to stay in a BW as had many bad experiences before with other chains. This place (I think based on the plate in the elevator) used to be a Comfort Inn and Suites, one of the chains I try to avoid. But they made sure the place is updated and brought up to a BW standard. Please take the management photos with a pinch of salt as they are professional. The check in was easy, I need to say Mike is an asset to this place, very kind and friendly person, answered all my silly questions, recommenced a place to eat and let me use the printer for tickets. Very nice experience. The building is a bit dated but maintained well. Rooms are good, I had a king size bed, loved it, very comfy. It was also clean and nice. Air con is a bit noisy but can be lived with. Breakfast was great, many things to choose from, good experience, the lady there also worth a special mention, she is lovely and great. Sorry I never asked her name. The building is beachfront, the pool is lovely, the beach is nice. Parking is $7 + tax a night. (Try to park under the building to save your car from the heat) All in all pleasant stay and would use again. Thank you

Pat provided the ambiance for a wonderful experience during breakfast, and she was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She worked very well to attend to the needs of all guests. Pat should get a raise! I would like to see meat that appeals to non pork lovers.

Wonderful property. Daytona Beach is an awesome location. Best Western Sea Breeze is a great place to stay for couples and family. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is courteous and responsive.

Went down for a couple days. Started off on the wrong foot when they could not find my reservation from expedia. Only had one room left which was on the outside of the hotel. A $50 room I paid $125 a night to stay in. You could hear every single little noise outside. Not at all what I had invisioned. Easy access to the beach and nice pool. If you want to sleep at night I don't recommend though. If you are partying all night will be the best place to stay.

The room was large and clean. We had to pay for parking which was very limited. Breakfast was good. You could walk to the beach from the hotel. If you didn't mind a walk you could get to local restaurants. It was an older hotel but still a good nights stay.

My family and I visited Daytona for 5 days and booked a city view room with a kitchen for 6 nights. Overall the room was nice with the kitchen, separate living area and bedroom, balcony. The room was updated but definitely could use some tlc. The sliding glass door in the bedroom would not shut properly so we had a small gap allowing heat and noise in. Bathtub drain stopper would not go down so no bath but had a nice shower head. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was decent. Light above the burner was burnt out so a bit dark cooking breakfast. Elevators were slow. Beds were comfortable but pillows were small. Nice chairs for sitting out on the balcony. Pool was good size and kept clean and easy access to the beach. Some of the big negatives....people smoking (and not just cigarettes) on the balcony and we could smell it in our room. People drinking alcohol in glass containers in and around the pool with young children nearby. Not enough kitchen kits for the rooms they have. ( We got a kitchen to cook our own breakfast but when we asked for a skillet they didn't have any) The biggest issue I have (and may keep me from returning) is the parking. Not enough spaces and very tight fit but evidently they charge for parking at nearly $8.00 per night.( paying $48.00 just for parking, really??) I never saw anything about that when I was comparing hotels and even now most still say free parking. Would have rated it 4 stars if not for that. Might have to find another hotel next year and make sure they don't charge for parking.

My experience was not the greatest. The service provided by he staff was great. However, the quality of the room was extremely poor. My patio door would not close completely and the lock had to be forced in order to get the door to lock. The room was not adequate the room needs a remodel

We enjoyed our stay. Our king room at a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool on the deck. Overall our room was.clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. Many choices to choose from including sausage eggs and waffles.

Perfect location.Walking to pier and boardwalk was the best,never got back into car till it was time to go.The hotel staff took very good care of us and everything was clean and well kept.We had a oceanview room and it was just spectacular,sun rise and sun set!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in April to celebrate our 26th Anniversary. Overall the hotel is OK. When we checked in we were told we would have to pay a parking fee. I was in shock. First of all when we made the reservations no one told us. We have traveled to many different places and never had to pay a parking fee. I can understand if we had more than 1 vehicle, but this is not the case. We usually like to leave a tip for the person that takes care of our room, but to this extra fee we were not able to do that. I don't think this is a good way to treat your guests.

Room was clean but Hotel is older and small only five floors. There was construction going on in several of the rooms so it was noisy you could hear it from the beach out front. The Halls were small and smelled. There's no Lobby to speak of very unimpressive. And there's a nearly $8 parking fee on top of the cost of the hotel. You're also only allowed one car parked on property per room. Breakfast was okay but orange juice was Sour.

Perfect location. Everything is a short walk away. Not too big, not too small. Free breakfast is great. Housekeeping was incredibly friendly- Marlon is the man, so accommodating and best attitude! Emma and Rashed are awesome also. Must tell you something knowing all of their names. Great staff, great location.... would definitely come back to this hotel! ????

Stayed 7 days, 1st day towel rack fell off into my hand, repairman spent I hour fixing it. Days 2,3 and 4 no toilet paper, had to make numerous calls and visits to get some. Days 4 and 5 no towels, same deal. Day 5 bath fan squealed, took 2 days for repair. Called corporate and they said Monday April 25 Leah ,manager would meet with me. Went to desk that morning, they said she was "too busy", left detailed written complaint and requested 1 night stay compensation for my troubles. No Reply from Leah ever. This is a vacation??? Do Not Stay Here EVER!

Great accomodatiacc staff. Rooms were dirty. Air conditioning didn't work in first room. Then changed rooms and it didn't work much better. Drug paraphernalia found in room. Staff was very nice and friendly. Just not an overall good experience!

Have been here many times. Convenience to attractions makes for a really good time. Staff is good taking care of rooms. Everything is taken care of. The girls doing the breakfast is an added bonus. They are great!

Would not recommend. Far less than clean. If you put Do Not Disturb sign out they don't disturb but they also don't come back when sign comes down to clean the room. This place needs a serious update.

We stopped here on our way home from Disney hoping to get a couple days on the beach before heading North. What a disappointment! We booked 2 nights and left after the first night. I'll give 2 stars because the room was clean but that's the only positive. Hallway had a bag of trash left all night, there were peanut shells from the after noon to the next morning left out and the hallway smells were gross. Plus they tried to charge me for parking until I showed my phone with trip advisor which said ‘free parking'. Beach was no picnic either, lots of trash and homeless. Not the relaxing couple of days this family was looking for.

I go to BW Seabreeze every six months or so for a solo, "unwind" mini vacation. This isn't my first review but I feel the need to say again what a fine experience I have every time I visit. The people, the facilities, the room (I book the same suite every time), and the location always exceed expectations. The price is more than reasonable for value received, even with the new $7 parking charge. I may be wrong but that fee seems to relieve some of the congestion in that rather small parking lot. I see changes every time I visit, a testimony to ongoing improvements of the property. (Last time I was here the pool deck was being renovated- nice job, btw.) It's nice to open my door, drop my bag and feel as if I'd come back home. Not to diminish other folks' concerns, but I feel that after five visits here I've seen enough to know that the management and staff of this hotel are right there to address any legitimate problem though I personally have had none. I'd make one suggestion to potential visitors: Book through the BW website. You'll still get the best rate and there are nice perks. To the folks at the hotel- see you again in October!

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and well designed for a beach front property. The view of the oceanfront was relaxing. The beachfront location and proximity to boardwalk activities were great. Breakfast was convenient and not too bad for a hotel. We had lots of fun.

First off, thought this was a hotel, but we were put in a motel portion of the “hotel”. We were put in a king size disabled access room that had a shower that wasn't tall enough to shower in. The shower kept coming apart and we couldn't even stand under it. I requested a different room and was told they were sold out when there were empty rooms in the hotel part. Second night was kept awake all night long by people that actually had a balcony coming out to the motel area balcony and arguing/smoking/yelling right in front of our door. Called the front desk and first call wasn't answered at 12:30 am... second call was answered and we were told there wasn't any security at the hotel that night so nothing was done. Was awoke again at 2:00, 4:00, 5:00 am... called the front desk and asked them to take care of the disruptive people. Unfortunately, horrible experience.

this location was very nice easy access to the beach and local restaurants. very good views of the beach and ocean. defiantly would stay there again. Parking was a little on the tight side but other than that it was very nice

We stayed two weeks here to enjoy the warm weather and view of Daytona Beach. We had a nice balcony overlooking the water with entertainment all through our stay. We happen to be there at the same time as Jeep Beach week so it was bussing all through that week. The hotel is situated on the middle of the strip so handy from everything. Not far from the Speedway, shopping and restaurants all around. Room was with kitchenette that allowed us to have our evening meals with a nice glass of wine without having to drive anywhere. Nights are not noisy. Pool closes at a decent hour. Salt water pool was nice. Umbrellas were a beating because of shore winds but we always managed to get shade. We'd pool one day and beached the next. Just a few steps from the beach. Breakfast was great especially this older lady that served us every bit Wednesday with a smile and a joke. They even had biscuits and gravy (which I don't really care for) but I seemed to be one of the only patrons that didn't. When we needed a bit of mayo for our crab sandwiches she was happy to give us the whole bottle. Service at the desk was welcoming but because of the layout of the hotel you don't get to see them much. Wifi wasn't spotty. We'd go back to Daytona and stay there.

We stayed in March around the start of spring break. We woke up and left for the whole day and came back to an unmade bed and not fresh towels. Since there were towels for two days, we didn't say anything. next day, same thing. we asked for towels and were ensured the room would be taken care of the next day. We came back to the room around 2 pm the next day and still nothing done. We notified the front desk and were told since housekeeping was still there, they just hadn't made it to our room. we left and came back to same thing. Since housekeeping was gone, we asked for fresh towels and checked out the next morning after letting housekeeping and the front desk know how disappointed we were. So four days, bed not made, trash not taken out and had to ask for fresh towels. The only good thing was the unmade bed was comfortable. We will not be staying at another Best western and plan on letting corporate know.

Loved our visit so much we came back a week later. Oceanview balcony overlooks the pool. Kitchenette has a two burner cook top and a full size fridge. Good coffee in the lobby, friendly staff. Just remember, watch your back. You're right on the strip.

this is my 2nd time here...did a bicycle tour .... the patio around the pool was completed...last year underconstruction... amazing and attentative staff... clean and spotless...close to everything...great location... was next to the maintainance room... thought would be nosey...but it wasn't...does have small eating area for breakfast... but there's plenty of food at all times ... just have to be there early or later...perfect view for sunrise... will stay again...!!

If you are looking for a great place to stay at Daytona Beach, then this is the place for you.It is right on the very clean beach!! It is walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend asking for an Oceanside room. This is our second time staying here but it won't be the last!!

Loved the people ....especially Emma who was our housekeeper for the week....she was perfect and made our stay enjoyable. The ocean view was amazing! One thing I would recommend is that during spring break .... have a off duty policeman patrolling the outside for rowdy college kids....most of the time they behaved but two nites they got out of hand and we were woken up at least 3-4 times. During bike week have designated parking for the bikes .... and the rooms over the garage where they parked put bikers in these rooms so they are woke up by bikes leaving for the day. We only had two nites of motorcycles so it was not bad... I suggest a parking attendant for bike week....a big burly biker will keep things in order

We stopped in to lay our heads down for a bit while traveling from NC to Disney. They do not offer a military discount. It was a quick check in at 2am, and no other places around had open rooms. Our room was clean, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and sent my sinuses into a fit that night. The breakfast there was awesome the next morning.

My first time in Daytona Beach. I like Best Western so I opted for it. The hotel is located right at the beach. There is plenty of parking space on hotel ground with no extra fee. The check-in staff did their utmost to accommodate my request for a room with a nice view. I got a nice room with ocean view and loved it. The room was equipped with a modern flat screen TV and everything else needed. Everything was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast offered a self service waffle maker, yoghurt, regular and decaf, choice of juices, bread, eggs and breakfast meat as well as other goodies. I had waffles and coffee and loved it. I went to the beach which can be accessed right from the pool area. screen TV and everything else needed. Everything was nice and clean. Getting up early is a must with ocean view facing east. I had a beautiful sunrise. The complementary breakfast offered a self service waffle maker, yoghurt, regular and decaf, choice of juices, bread, eggs and breakfast meat as well as other goodies. I had waffles and coffee and loved it. I went to the beach which can be accessed right from the pool area.

We checked into to the BW seabreeze we moved 3 rooms the first day. parking lot view, slider did not work, toilet overflowed had to go back to desk and ask for safe key. and pool towels. very bad stay and won't be back

We had an oceanfront view and it was beautiful. The pool was wonderful. My complaints are; the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud, along with the air conditioner making loud squeaky noises making it difficult to sleep. The price was very high for mid week. The check-in process was slow. We waited way longer then we should have to check into our room; it was well after 4pm which is check-in time.

So I don't really have any complaints, apart from the fact that there was no hottub in the pool area I think it has been removed? that picture is not updated. The staff was very pleasant, breakfast was enjoyable, and although we hit bad weather when we went it was a great location, about 15 min walk from restaurants, shops and boardwalk on daytona beach. Overall its a nice place; just upset that the hotel did not mention they had removed their hottub.

The check in was wonderful and the check in staff were great. They gave me a room that was facing the street and I went to ask for an Oceanfront view. They quoted me the upgrade price and I agreed. It was well worth the up grade to stay in a oceanfront. The view was wonderful and the access to the beach was nice. The older breakfast lady was a little high strung and grumpy but, overall nice. She kept switching back and forth. I don't think she was having a good week cause she was up and down like that all week. Check out was smooth and easy but, it was after that the trouble came. I am thankful for credit cards that allow you to cut your card on and off. I cut my card off after check out because I paid cash for everything but, they still needed the card for incidentals. Something didn't set right with me and I'm glad I followed my feelings. The day after my check out they hit my card for the full amount of my stay. I called to ask why are you trying to hit my card when my stay was paid in full. They said they have no knowledge of any transactions to my card. The next day they tried to hit my card for $100 less than the prior day. I called again and they said it must be a computer error. If I had not turned my card off I would still be trying to get my money back. Shady

My wife and i stayed for 3 nights. Had a couple of issues with the room. I will not go into detail about this as they were taken care of within 10 minutes by the maintenance person on duty yes they have someone on sight to address issues. Front desk was very helpful. The only down thing is the extra $7 a night to park.

The beach location was great. There for Race week. Expensive room but during race week you have no choice. The pool was cleaned daily. Check-in was efficient. Shanice was a doll!. The computer in the lobby was super nice. Beds were comfortable. AC was NOT noisy a rarity!

The hotel rooms were a nice size and clean....but one switch didn't work and the closet door was off the track. There was a fight somewhere nearby outside at 5:00 A.M. which woke us up. The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful. Price was definitely reasonable.

We stayed for the Rolex 24 HR for 5 nights and was not worth the money we paid for the 5 nights. Please beware that this hotel charges you a day before you check in but doesn't let you know that when you check in. First time this has ever happened to me at a Best Western. We used a different credit card at check in for accounting purposes but were not told that the first night was charged to a credit card I had on file. Sea view was great, rooms were clean but internet didn't work well and not stay connected. We were not given a code for the day we were checking out. When we tried to check out we were parked in by a staff member. Hopefully a better stay for others when not on a busy weekend.

We stayed here for three days in the last part of January. All of their employees that we ran into her most cordial,friendly and helpful with anything we needed or wanted. The room was well taken care of and clean. A little bit tired in some places I've noticed, looks like they've done a bit of remodeling in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are real small but oceanview rooms really do have a beautiful view the ocean

Booked this hotel several months in advance for Rolex 24 hour, contacted hotel by email , no response, called the hotel spoke with the manager and requested 2 beds and informed they had none, was informed there was no sofa beds either, so bought an air bed at Walmart just before we arrived. On arrival it transpired I was speaking with the manager I had spoken to on the phone, again I enquired about 2 beds and sofa beds and was again told there was none, then miraculously I was informed the room had actually got a sofa bed. So wasted expense. Buying an air bed and electronic air pump. Was told they would wave my parking charge due to the experience, when I booked the hotel it was free parking. Door to the room is very flimsy and anyone could get into the room if they wished and it was so noisy, trying to sleep a couple of nights was difficult. Used the sofa bed and they kept putting it away and took the bed clothing so on more than one occasion had to phone requesting bed linen, sofa bed well used and really uncomfortable if you got into certain parts of the bed. Breakfast, the lady is really nice and helpful, but the selection is very poor, only had cereal and coffee every day, as bread choice was poor and didn't want to make waffles. I would choose another hotel if I returned as the whole Best Western experience was Not very good in fact I would use the word appalling !!!!!!!!

The hotel pool deck has access to the beach. Pool is not heated,so did not swim. We are in a 1 bedroom which has a kitchenette,but is not equipped with dishes,cutlery or cooking utensils. Why have a kitchen if you can't use it? Breakfast is provided and is fairly standard...waffles,eggs,cereal.

Emma is the best housekeeper ever! She deserves a raise! Very clean and efficient! The TV worked great for the Eagles game, and the breakfast was awesome, one thing- couldn't find the gluten free waffle mix, but, that's ok, there was omelets and other stuff to be had. I always had room to park my car and I could see it from my balcony.

Stayed here for two nights. Great place. Right on the beach, only about 10 blocks from Ocean center. Great buffet breakfast in the AM. almost everything you can think of to eat for breakfast and they change up the hot stuff every day.

Recently returned from a post Christmas vacation in Daytona. I stayed at my favorite beach front hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for many years. The stay was excellent, The hotel has never been cleaner, staff and service were excellent. Breakfast room had about anything you could ask for. They are most accomodating... I reserved this property online and the property was listed as Pay At Property and even received an email that no prepayment needed. They still charged my card prior to checking in. Parking was terrible. Not enough parking spaces.

This hotel is located in a bad area with lots of homeless people & gentlemen's clubs with in walking distance - just a very trashy area & the hotel is old without updates & a small unseated pool & no hot tub

The staff is awesome!!! Checking in and out was great super nice people very courteous!!! The woman in the breakfast area did great especially considering the place was mobbed!!! Some of the guests were very rude to her and she took it with out any complaining!!! Christmas Day people were very mean to her the day after was much better!!! The only complaint I have is the guy doing night security!!! I pulled in and he screamed at me I didn't have a parking pass!!! I did have a pass it was on the seat where I put while I was driving!!! I went to get it he screamed at me to leave I was trespassing!!! He was ridiculous!!! I finally found the pass and started to park and he tried to make me park where my car wouldn't fi!! Finally I just pulled out back and parked he cussed me all the way to the elevator!!! Besides that everything is great I get up and walk the beach every morning!!

We booked a king jacuzzi room and asked for a high floor. We got the 3rd floor. The room smelled like mildew and we got an instant headache, so we went back to the front desk and got the other king jacuzzi room that was available on the 2nd floor. It smelled a little better at first, but as we stayed in there waiting for the maintenance man to come in to fix the light that was hanging out of the roof above the tub and to put the closet door back on track, we started to get a headaches again. We noticed the dresser was warped on the bottom presumably from water damage. From the smells of things, they got flooded or took in some water during the hurricane, even the interior hallway was musty. We went back down and checked out of the hotel. On the plus side, the front desk staff were nice and accommodating, but I wouldn't come back.

The beds were very comfortable. It was quite cool outside when I was there and was very disappointed that there was no indoor pool or hot tub. When I try to open the patio door it was all I could do to pull it open. Trying to close it was even more difficult and it would not close completely which allowed The cold wind to blow in. I asked service about it and he checked it and said that all rooms that face the ocean had the same issue, which was not helpful at all. The closet door was off the track, which the serviceman fixed when asked. The complementary breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. There was not a lot of variety in choices to eat. The staff was very friendly.

We chose this hotel because it was BW, on the beach and a newer hotel. We arrived to check in at 3:35 to find a full lobby of people waiting to check in. We were informed that check in was at 4:00 and not a minute earlier. Okay, so we wait. At check in time we wait in line and finally get to the front desk. The desk clerk was a young girl who proceeded to be extremely rude to us. Asking for my ID and credit card which I handed to her. She checked them and handed them back to me. She then asked for my credit card at which point I explained to her that I had already given it to her and that the room had been pre-paid. (I understand that even with a pre-paid room they need your credit card). She started yelling at me that I did not give it to her. Another person in line behind me told her that I had. She kept insisting that never gave her my cc. We think that we are going to get a nice ocean view room, nope she gave a room overlooking the parking lot and just above the entrance to the elevators. We tried to get into our room and the keys would not work. A lady from housekeeping was there by the room and let us in, making the comment that we must have made someone angry because we had the worst room in the hotel. When we went back to get the key fixed we were treated rudely again. The patio door would not lock, the room smelled bad, the room and furniture was old and in need of replacing. The bed was awful and we were woken up all night with people yelling, talking banging luggage and one guy who stood below our room at 4:00 a.m. taking and making calls on his cell phone. After all of this I had to kill cockroaches in the bathroom. Stay away.

I was favorably impressed by this Best Western. It was my first stay, and I know I'll return to stay again while in Daytona Beach. We stayed on the fifth floor in an oceanfront room with a balcony and a kitchenette. One of the things that I liked about this hotel was the interior corridors. The carpeting in the hallway looked great. The room appeared to have new carpeting and was in great shape. I don't normally talk about cleanliness in a review, but this hotel was super clean. I looked at the floors in the lobby and the breakfast room, and they were spotless. Everything seemed to be well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, as were the pillows. The towels were large, fluffy, and soft. The food in the breakfast room was typical for this grade of hotel. There is an outdoor pool, but no hot tub.

we got an early check in which made our life easier.... the hotel is nice, very well located breakfast was great and the pool was cool I just think that waterfront hotels should be all tiled, avoiding that sticky sensation on the carpet ... ( because I know it's impossible due the sea air) Anyway, I love Best Western =)

This Best Western is a renovation of an old hotel. It's a very simple, affordable, interior corridor beachfront motel. I stayed in room #223, which faces the pool on the beach side, and is an efficiency unit that I could probably live in very comfortably for a few months. The balcony is private (it is not possible to see the neighbors' balconies from this balcony). The furniture is simple; the kitchen equipment included a counter-top range, a real refrigerator with upper freezer compartment, a microwave,and coffee maker. The room is very clean. The towels and bed linens look brand new. Would I stay there again? For sure!

Looks like they may updating the hotel, why do the pool and lobby first, it's the room we spend the most time in. Daytona beach needs some restaurants it is all Pizza and I Hop. Would I stay here again, probably not? Best western elsewhere yes I would.

I thought the Best Western Hotel was a great hotel. The oceanfront room we had was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I liked having a microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge in the room. The view was fantastic. I loved the breakfast they served, just as good as any restaurant. I was glad we stayed there.

If your looking for a great place to stay this is it. All the staff was very friendly. The building and room inside and out was very clean. Also it is on the ocean. It is just north of all the Main Street action. That makes it nice to get away from

cheap rate for a nice room and perfect view of the ocean very easy parking close to the room we will stay here every time we are in Daytona and lots of good dining close by we enjoyed eating at a buffet called duffs big selection of county food we started the day off at breakfast at the hotel then drove on the beach

Typical hotel where they make 100% profit. old: outside, inside. Very cheap for the price. Staff is unfriendly. forgot their smile at home. you feel like with TSA. Breakfast is ok to finish on a positive comment

It was a last minute trip so the pricing was great. The person helping me was very accommodating. I was given an upgraded room because of my long trip and it being so late. Definitely wouldn't mind staying there again.

We had a ocean front room very clean. Love the staff and Pat that is over the breakfast room. She made it like family so friendly and waited on everybody. Would suggest this motel for anyone going to Daytona on vacation.

Excellent waking up to the sunrise and waves crashing on the beach. Rooms spacious for location and price. Clean and great ammenities. Parking is not a problem also. Location is very close to boardwalk.

I was genuinely surprised with this hotel, I thought for the price on the ocean in the middle of the strip that it was going to be a little dumpy, for further from the truth, friendly staff and clean lobby was the first impression, we were checked in quickly, not the fault of the staff, but 1 of the 2 elevators was out which made going up to our room with our gear a little difficult, but it was fixed the next day,(holiday weekend too), the room was clean and nice, bathroom was clean as well, microwave and fridge was nice for the Thanksgiving leftovers we brought. The free breakfast was great, Pat who takes care of it was extremely friendly and sweet, made sure we had plenty to eat! All in all I thought it was a great place, I will be back again next year!
