Best Western Plus Hotel Royal Superga

My wife and I stayed here two nights in late May, ‘23. We were driving from southern France to northwestern Italy and wanted a pleasant place to break up the trip. Cuneo turned out to be a good choice and the Superga was an very good place to stay. We recommend it highly and would not hesitate to stay there again – it is a well-located, well-managed, and very comfortable hotel. The Superga is just a short walk to the main square and is right across the street from the indoor market. Free public parking is available not far away, easily doable with rolling luggage. It is possible to park in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up luggage, but not on market days when the entire street as well as the square is filled with vendors, The market is quite something, by the way, and if your stay coincides with it, be sure to stroll through. We checked out the day of the market, and although the street is closed to traffic, we found it to be no problem to roll our luggage to the parking area. There are also a number of restaurants nearby, including one just off the main avenue leading to the square called Deco, which we highly recommend for inventive and well-presented dishes, reasonably priced and with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The lobby is modern and attractive, with a self-service espresso machine. Our room (#122) was large and attractive, with a comfortable king-sized bed, two night stands with outlets, and upholstered reading chair, a desk, coffee maker, tv, and an open closet area with shelves and a safe. Wifi was very good in the room. The bathroom was good sized with a shower and bidet. No counter space, however. We opted for the 5 euro breakfast which was very good – fruit, eggs, waffles, pancakes, juice, homemade baked goods. Definitely a bargain. All in all the Superga is an excellent choice for Cuneo.

I find this hotel to be lovely. We love the size of the rooms, the quietness, and the pleasant and accommodating staff. We have stayed here numerous times and are never disappointed. It is convenient, breakfast is plentiful, rooms are clean and substantial, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend it if you are in Cuneo.

Great, helpful staff. This place is perfectly located one block off the main piazza. Everything is in walking distance, and there is a lot to see. There was a local chestnut festival there when we were in town which was a fun event. If you are in the area, it is a good spot to stay

We have stayed here before and will again. The staff are great, the location is perfect, the hotel welcomes your pet with a gift bag. The breakfasts are really really good. The hotel also has options for outdoor or indoor paid parking.

Modern and clean hotel in the center of Cuneo. Very comfy beds. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Free upgrade as a BWR Elite member. Would certainly stay again when we are next in the area. Free parking 5 mins walk.

Cuneo is a great place to visit. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. I loved the Italian design in the rooms and even the bathroom, as weird as it may sound, I really enjoyed the circular toilet and bidet :) I love that the Italians had bidets in all the Best Westerns my son and I stayed in on our Italian adventure. The Royal Superga also serves a delicious warm breakfast with local baked treats involved. The hotel is right in the center of town. Parking is available and if you're lucky Antonio will pull the car into the narrow garage space for you . Highly recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel with easy access to the key sites in Cuneo. The staff were excellent, the breakfast very good, parking is available and it's on the doorstep of lots of good bars and restaurants. They also have a "doggy package" for when you travel with your dog so that attention to detail is great. We would absolutely stay here again!

this hotel filled all the boxes : good value, clean, near town center and market. The receptionnist Laure was very professionnal and helpful. Nothing negative to say about our trip. Breakfast was a bit different due to Covid as a staff had to prepare everything for us so that took a bit longer than usual, but we understood why!

The hotel and room was excellent. The suite we received was well appointed, modern, clean, seemed recently renovated and very spacious (it's a small apartment). The suite has skylights in the room and there are doors that open to a balcony with desk chairs. The hotel itself was modern, clean and also seemed recently renovated. The pictures on the website are accurate. We reserved parking in the reservation and were allocated an auto-box garage (and hence no car park damage to our car). There was no street noise in the room. We had a problem and the staff rectified professionally, quickly and well beyond our satisfaction. Thank you BW+ Royal Superga Cuneo - we'll be back for sure.

This hotel was outstanding in all aspects. It exceeded all our expectations. The staff were amazing, extremely professional but friendly and helpful. Cleanliness outstanding. Our room bright , air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom.

We stayed in a designer suite in this lovely friendly hotel smack bang in the middle of Cuneo. The suite was huge and amazing, our only criticism would be the shower. We had our own private terrace, the staff are lovely and everything is so close including very easy parking. Can't wait to come back. Thank you.

within walking distance of the old town, great for walks, with many restaurants and shops around, this hotel is a great place; The rooms are spacious and newly renovated; The breakfast buffet is a must and a discovery worth! Very kind owner and employees. From now on , when we travel to Cuneo , we'll go only to this hotel. And it is not expensive!

This hotel is centrally located near the old city and the train station. It has pleasant rooms and a nice staff. Overall the accommodations were neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. The most amazing surprise occurred the next morning when we found our way to the hidden and cozy breakfast area. The hotel obviously prided themselves on the feast - and we were both impressed and extremely pleased with all we found. This was the best breakfast we had in our 2 month trip, hands down. The competition was fierce as it included a few boutique spas as well as several very high end Spanish, Austrian and French accommodations. Kudos to a stop where we had modest expectations that were totally exceeded.

This hotel is "superb" and of 4 star quality!The situation in the centre of Cuneo is perfect,with private parking next to the main square,which is in the private hotel courtyard. The rooms are of 4 star standards and the incuded breakfast is in a new dining room and is excellent.The staff and owner are very helpfull and very professional.Thankyou Sabina for all your assistance.You will not do better than this hotel in Cuneo!

We stayed in Cuneo for 2 nights, and we were very pleased with the hotel. It was easy to find by car and check in was fast. Our room was in good condition, clean and had a good bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. We will not come back to Cuneo, because the city itself is rather boring. We would however give this hotel our recommendation, and if we for some reason found our way to Cuneo again, we would stay here again. The staff, both in reception and breakfast room, were very helpfull and kind. If you arrive on a tursday by car, be sure to get there late in the afternoon, as the entire city center is completely blocked because of the weekly market. We did not hear a thing, when they set up the market, and our room faced the market. The main shopping streets are just around the corner.

I love this hotel , I love the atmosphere , I love the breakfast. The rooms are constantly improving and always very clean. They are spacious , very comfortable and well furnished.The breakfast is a selection of the best from Italian tradition. The omelettes and eggs are very good. It is like coming back home and being spoiled by your family.

Nothing fancy here: just clean, comfortable rooms at a price that was hard to beat. The decor was haphazard but our room was spacious, clean, and offered a recently remodeled bathroom. Breakfast was only so-so; many items empty and staff was slow to refill. Ample parking nearby.

...unless you want to be woken at 3am as they set the stalls up. The room was comfortable and very clean, but the market next door is a serious issue the night before. I emailed ahead to reserve a parking space in their courtyard garage, otherwise parking could be a real problem, especially given the market on a Tuesday. No restaurant or bar, but breakfast in the attic room was very good.
