Best Western Coffeyville Central Business District Inn and Suites

Our stay was brightened by the friendly professional service we received from front desk clear Austin, and I would recommend this as the place to stay. For those coming for the history of the town this is also the closest to the sites you want to see.

We slept well. There were lots of pillows. It was a wee bit noisy from outside noise. Clean, staff were nice. Breakfast was really good.

We were in the area for Neewollah and were not paying $300 per night to stay in Independence. This BW was a 30 minute drive but affordable. It is nothing special, it was ok clean, the sheets had marker on them, the towels were threadbare and the bathrooms were ok. There was breakfast with some fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs and waffles which was good enough. The front desk staff was helpful. Only one ice machine in the entire building worked Overall it is what it is.

Please be aware that they do have train noise at night sometimes. ALSO there are maintenance issues with smaller things like toilet flush handles and room freezer being so iced over that the little door on it couldn't stay on, plus our ironing board was broken. The internet has no password so isn't at all secure. The lack of attention to the little maintenance issues makes us hesitant to stay here again. The staff was helpful and friendly, but we probably wont stay here again due to lack of attention to the smaller details that makes us feel insecure about the rest.

We had a medical procedure in the area and needed a clean and quiet place to stay. Unfortunately that is not what we received There is a busy train track super close. The dust ruffle was stained by something i dare not say what i think it is. The shower had a crack with mold growing under it. The lampshades were stained and broken. The phone didn't work. There was a foul sewer smell. Was informed when we left that they are having sewage problems. There were only single men staying here from what i could see. Kinda got a weird vibe. Have lots of friends coming to the area for the same procedure and will absolutely be making sure they don't stay here.

Great staff, they were very helpful in upgrading my room and an early check in. The place was very clean and good sized king suite. The free EV charging was great for my Jeep around town!! The breakfast was helpful as well and good. thank you very much!

SOLO TRAVELERS BE AWARE - Front desk personnel does not wear any ID or uniform to identify them as staff members. - Evening front desk guy seems to be emotionally troubled as he goes on unannounced, unwelcomed rants about democratic presidential candidates, making guests uncomfortable - Upon checking, evening front desk attendant says your room number out loud for the whole lobby to hear. Extremely unsafe practice.

This was just a place for me to sleep on a longer trip, but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. The shower was hot with sufficient pressure and I was able to pull the shades to darken the room for sleeping. Just what I needed.

Outdated rooms and terrible terrible AC in the HOT rooms! Staff was less than happy to be at work! Had an unusual odor throughout the hotel. Make sure to check your AC in your room before unpacking. Very odd place.

We relocated to this hotel after the nearby SureStay Plus put us in a room that was 90 degrees. The room at this motel was 71 degrees. In general this hotel was in much better condition and the clerk was much more knowledgeable. Breakfast was good for included at a motel.

I was impressed with the town and with this Best Western, glad we stopped here on our way to KC. We also visited the air museum and learned about the Dalton gang. It was a short trip over to the Little House on the Prairie museum.

Affordable accommodations about two blocks away from historic downtown Coffeyville. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options available. The room could've been cleaner. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

We stayed here April 8th 2021 on short notice. Prices were more expensive than what a quick Google search showed, but that's on me for not calling to confirm. We used a debit card that we never ever use, and a day or two after we stayed here our bank reported fraud charges. Since we never use it, someone at this hotel may have skimmed it or sold the card information. So watch your bank account on the card you use here.

For our stay in Coffeyville, we choose the FairBridge Inn & Suites. Clean and comfortable, located close to where highways 169 and 166 intersect in the town. Tasty breakfast - friendly cook. Lots of outlets in the double queen bed room. (That's always important!) Just a great, comfortable, restful night.

Fairbridge Coffeyville has done an excellent job of earning repeat business. The rooms are always clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and Rita with her breakfast is incredible! The dining room was spotless and the selection offered exceeded expectations. She is very friendly, professional, and personable. It was the buffet I would expect to see at a larger hotel paired with hometown charm!

Ultra clean, modern, attractive property. Friendly staff and a warm welcome. Fitness equipment is well maintained. Hot breakfast. Our room featured a walk-in shower, so much better than showering in a slippery bathtub. We will return to this comfortable and clean hotel.

We stay at Choice hotels whenever possible. We like the fact that they are convenient to interstates. The rooms are always clean and up to date. I'd like to see them up grade the breakfast. Don't like small pillows.
