VERY CLEAN !!!! Will always pick a BW as my first choice. Beds were very comfortable, great pillows, all anemities worked. Breakfast was above average, with egss, bacon, sausage along with other items. Coffee was great.
My accessibility needs were cheerfully addressed by all staff I encountered, from getting a stool for my roll-in shower to assisting me with the breakfast buffet. Pool is in a lovely warm room with big windows that filled the room with natural light.
This hotel never disappoints. Always spotless. Across the street from the outlet mall and multiple restaurants. Easy walk to Culver's, Arby's, IHOP, a nice brewery with good food. Staff friendly. Breakfast has many choices of hot and cold foods!
This property isn't interested in its purpose. The walls are so thin I could hear word for word conversation in the next room. Dogs were allowed to bark up and down the hall with no intervention from the front desk. And note if you are traveling with a pet like I was enjoy their gouging fee of $40. They also blocked off key convenient parking in terrible weather even though it was an area cleared of snow and would have been easier for their guests. Find another place to stay unless you don't need any sleep.
Terrible terrible experience. Will never come back. Staff is very rude. Apparently the whole hotel is sold out and they have me a room with a Broken fridge and they told me that I had to wait for their maintenance man instead of finding me a new room after I paid almost $900 to stay. Lol what a joke of a hotel.
We got the best hotel employee at the front desk. She should be working in corporate! We were so tired after traveling 10 hours. We were allowed to bring our two cats. I was able to get a roll in shower! We needed to go to my bank in the morning, and there is a Wells Fargo a 1/4 block away.
Location is convenient to everything you need. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Quiet rooms even though close to traffic/highway. Breakfast had lots of options and space was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.
There are now many many choices in the Castle Rock area in which to stay. However, I find this place to be the one to beat; great pricing, delicious breakfast, wonderful beds and a nice staff. It is very close to the outlet stores and a beautiful Culvers restaurant.
I reserved a king room with mountain view, which was located on the 4th floor. This was a late arrival (after midnight), which I was able to book online prior to midnight. A note to travelers, if you use an app to book a hotel, and you attempt to book it for that current night and the time is now after midnight, you will inevitably be booked for arrival 12 hours later. If traveling a night, that can lead to an unexpected event. As for the room, clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely plush and both soft and firmer pillows available. The living room area had a couch, chair, desk and coffee table. A safe, small fridge, and Kuerig in room for coffee. There was a closet awkwardly located just inside the hall door, but behind the bathroom door when open, so you needed to close bathroom door to access the closet. Traditional short tub (not great for soaking) with shower. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and face wash sheets available. The breakfast is open until 0930 weekdays and 1000 weekends, which is longer than other locations. Many varieties of food options, including a make-your-own yogurt parfait, which I found delightful. For activities, there is a hot tub, indoor swimming pool, and small gym available. The location is right off of the highway in a bit of a alcove where there is minimal traffic noice. You are in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and a convenience store. Surface streets here much more easy to navigate than in Denver proper, and worth the drive if you want an alternative to the madness that IS Denver.
and earlier check in would have been great but its understandable. our room was clean and quiet. breakfast offered options and it was good. the price could have been a little cheaper but considering its castle rock co where nothing is cheap and we had a king size room,.thats kind of understandable. its close to restaurants and shopping and gas station, which is a plus.basically, its in the business district of castle rock co
Helpful staff, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a tasty, fresh breakfast; what more could you ask for? This was a comfortable, quiet place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about the accomodating staff!
We have a daughter and grandson in Castle Rock and have stayed in a few if the other hotels and they don't come close to the good service and niceness of this Best Western. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
I am extremely happy that each time I come to this hotel everyone is so kind and accommodating, it's always clean and kept up with , always giving lots of respect . Pleasant and I always enjoy a great smile n greeting
This is by far the nicest BW we have stayed in! Clean, friendly, updated, pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast area and food was really good. The area is safe and there are plenty of restaurants in the area close by to choose from. We would certainly stay here again!
We stayed several nights and thought this was a nice property. It's been remodeled and was clean. The hotel staff was pleasant. The breakfast was adequate and a decent option. Otherwise nothing special.
Hotel was nice, new, and staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were not to my personal liking, so my back and neck were stiff and sore the next day. Despite being right next to the highway it was still quiet.
We've tried other hotels in this area which were not good experiences, so we decided to try this hotel. We loved it! The property is beautiful, and our business suite was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There are restaurants within walking distance. We will be happy to stay here again!
The best thing about this hotel is the guy at the reception. Wr arrived late and check in was quick. However, upom checked in we knew we made a mistake. The room smelled like animal urine and carpet was filthy. Furniture was very dated and no slippers were provided. The hotel is very close to road and I could hear the road noise at night. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
We found this hotel very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean and spacious with great views of the mountains. Shopping and restaurants are close by - just minutes away. The staff was helpful whenever we need anything. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Castle Rock area.
We stayed here for the weekend to see the sights. The hotel was very centrally located between Denver and Colorado Springs so we were able to go to both places without hours of traveling. The rooms are very nice, the only thing we would want is usb ports as opposed to plugins for charging our phones and tablets. Otherwise we will stay here when we come back to Colorado.
The staff was really nice. The breakfast was really really good. They have homemade oatmeal which is my favorite. There is a Starbucks close by, and lots of restaurants for dinner to choose from too. The bed was very comfortable, but the sheets for itchy.
I could not say enough about this hotel. My room was very clean and all staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would 10/10 recommended this hotel to anyone traveling to Castle Rock!
We chose the hotel for the location, which is very accessible from the highway. BUT this BW was not up to the standard as the 4 other Best Westerns we've stayed in during this 12 day Colorado trip. The hotel has terribly hard beds, thin bed coverings, small pillows, subpar coffee, so-so breakfast. I'd not stay here again.
My wife and I arrived at 8:00 after driving for ten hours. We called the hotel and reserved our room s little over an hour of arriving. Easy and pleasant check-in. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Everything worked within the room. Breakfast was good and filling. Very satisfied with our stay.
If you have a pet this would be s great choice, though if you are allergic to pet hair or dander this wouldn't be an enjoyable stay. That said, this hotel has a great breakfast, nice amenities and service was great.
The room was neat and clean and the desk staff was helpful. Good breakfast selection served in a neat and clean buffet area. Had an issue with the TV, front desk tried to get it addressed but maintenance couldn't fix the issue til the next day. Other than the TV issue a quality stay.
Hotel is very nice, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is good, nice variety. Nice pool, nice exercise room. The views from the hotel are beautiful. Great location, lots of shopping and restaurant choices.
Stayed 10 days. Didn't realize the price per night would go up from $50 to almost $100 more per night depending on the day. That's price gouging at its worst. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. When you book the price should not increase. I've included the varied charges. We booked at 149.59. 149.59, 193.59, 228.79, 246.39, 184.79
This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of places to eat, shopping and coffee(that's important for my wife lol). Hotel was very clean and nice. Has a awesome indoor pool and spa. The rooms were nice included a good size refrigerator and microwave.
During my trip to Colorado we decided to spend a night in Castle Rock. After a quick search online I picked the Best Western Plus. We stay at a lot of hotels and this specific hotel was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. The room was clean and the front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. We hadn't planned to stay in Castle Rock so I asked the front desk person for recommendations on things to do and she was very helpful and provided me with great information and ideas. My daughter loves to eat the hotel breakfasts and I'm not usually a fan but the breakfast at this hotel was delicious! There was a parfait station with fresh strawberries and walnuts and everything was very fresh. The omelets were hot and tasted so good. They had waffles, sausage, cereal, an oatmeal bar and the coffee was even great. This was definitely a great hotel experience.
We were pleased with our 4th floor west facing room. It was quiet and comfortable. Excellent location just off I-25, close to Outlet Mall and other shopping. Also, wide selection of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was unremarkable in a small room but did serve the purpose. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room had microwave and small fridge. Bathroom was small but functional.
Stay away from the night front desk worker Jason. Extremely rude and self centered. I was here for an extended stay and the day and evening workers are really pleasant. Jason made me look for new hotels for the rest of my stay in Castle Rock. Breakfast is good and the hotel is clean.
This hotel was well worth the modest price which includes a hot breakfast, fitness room, internet and indoor pool. The hotel is near many businesses and restaurants. I will stay here the next time I am in the area.
We stayed here on our cross country trip home. Clean, great front desk experience. Parking was tight as we had a small trailer behind our car. Rooms were clean and quiet. My mom's room had a tub drain that didn't work well at all. Our room had a worthless hair dryer. All in all, we would probably stay again when in the area.
The Castle Rock Best Western Plus was the ideal place for our stay while visiting the area for a family wedding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave which we used. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the hot breakfast with eggs, meat, and sausage. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Castle Rock.
We stayed here for a week and had several issues that were really disappointing. Whenever the room upstairs ran water, the noise from the pipes was so loud it would wake us up. We found out housekeeping was only available by request and worst of all, we were charged $125 for a broken lamp 2 days after we checked out. Nothing was broken when we left he room! Calls to the manager were never returned. At least breakfast was good.
Top marks here- all of the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. The room was very clean as were the other parts of the facility. Breakfasts were great every morning- always had hot coffee available.
Always a great experience as I travel between Denver and south of the city. This place is very clean and quiet. Personnel are friendly and helpful with almost anything. The rooms are very nice and the hallways look new! The surrounding area is scenic and many options to choose when looking for food.
I recently stayed here for a week with my two dogs. I was shocked to find out how lacking the advertised services were. I think we were overcharged for what we got. The laundry machines were out of service and had to walk to another hotel. The in-room saves were not usable. The business center was virtually non-existent. And, the maid service was even lacking after asking. I might sound spoiled, but when your paying a premium to stay at a best western plus, one should expect those services. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But, one person in particular was subpar. I sent an email to hotel because the printer was not functioning. I waited five minutes and came back. He was helping another person, but those 3-5 minutes turned into ten. I finally was forced to interrupt to ask if they got it yet. He saw me standing there but refused to multitask.Anyways, he only responded with vigor when the manager was there. He took a careful look and found it. He was definitely one of those people that only does their job well when the manager was around. I was also surprised that the staff did not asked how my stay was when i checked out. Maybe they didn't ask becausse they know its lacking I am sure there will be some basic response trying to apologize. The only thing I can say is that this hotel should not a categorized as a Plus Hotel.
We were most impressed with the Best Western Plus. Excellent hot breakfast with many varieties to choose from. Internet was spotty but worked. Great staff & very clean hotel. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The I-Hop across the parking lot was excellent.
Great location. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Elevator… needs work. Staff at front desk on 1/6 refused to allow us maid service. Stating that BW does not offer it Fri-Sun. We requested clean towels and emptying of our trash… This never happened either. Only time we've ever stayed in a hotel where they won't “service” your room. Will not stay here again.
Wasn't a fan. Heated pool was very cold and hot tub was lukewarm. The breakfast was a joke and hotel staff is pretty rude when you try to ask questions. Not worth the price. I'd stay at another hotel if you can.
This place was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. The pool was open with limitations (10 guests at a time), they served a full hot breakfast, and our room was clean and perfect for the night.
Our room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The suite had a kitchen with all the tools needed for cooking and eating. Full fridge and induction cook plate. Worked great for warming up quesadillas. Microwave included too. Balcony had nice chairs and table. The rooms are a little worn, but it was a pleasant place to stay for 2 nights for a wedding. Breakfast was good too. Would stay here again.
This is our go to hotel when in Castle Rock. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast options are great even in this COVID situation. The staff are friendly and courteous. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't want to drive. It's quiet and the mountain view is very nice.
We always stay at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock because they are Pet friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. The best part about this hotel is they are directly across the street from the Castle Rock Outlets which we visit at least twice a year.
I enjoy this hotel so much. The location, although busy is great! So much shopping and great options for food nearby! Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is still a cold to-go bag, so do not expect much as far as options. While in the area, people should also try to check out the charming downtown area of Castle Rock.
I would give this hotel a 5 rating except for the dirty dishes that were left in the dishwasher. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast selections were even nice considering the COVID restrictions.
Customer service is what always brings me back to BW. Nothing different at this one either, always friendly and makes me happy I stayed with them. Easy access to places to eat and the rooms are very cozy
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Street noise was horrible. Grab and go breakfast was impressive. Nice selection of fruit and burritos. The staff was friendly and attentive. Did not use the pool or hot tub.
Smoke alarm went off two times, apparently only in our room. I called from dest and was informed it was a test, seriously? Scaring out the hell of us for testing? Or the hotel was trying to let us know that the check out time was approaching? What a way to wake us up and scaring us!
The room and staff were very nice the pool is clean and the hot tub was great the view from our room was awesome pet friendly planning on doing this once a month the outside of the building was very close as well which is surprising even the pet area was very well kept and safe from Needles and other harmful things for animals unlike Pueblo turn on coming here again and bring others
I had to repeat myself three times when I was asked my name! NO - I do not have a reservation! Then the elevators were down and to top it off, $40 for our cat that is better behaved than most children.....
Good value. The traditional Best Western room. We got a business suit | 1 king bed which had extra room. I didn't take a shower because it was a basic tub and showerhead, I just waited until we got to the next BW. They did provide a to go breakfast. I would like to see a full breakfast, but I know this is not possible during covid no stars taken off for this though.
This was one of the best Hotels I have stayed at in some time. The room was clean, bed comfy and staff was super friendly. I was super surprised to find out they provided a hot breakfast sandwich or burrito in the morning. That was a nice treat since COVID has put a damper on breakfast.
I work for a Best Western Plus in Kansas and had high expectations! This Best Western Plus didnt disappoint! Its very modern and the rooms are very spacious and clean! We stayed in a QQ, there is no closet but there is a mini fridge. We were upgraded to a room with a view! The view was amazing but we were right across from the elevator, it was a little noisy but bearable! The only thing I have to say negative is that housekeeping was pounding on the door at 9am. I rarely get to sleep in and I was quite upset. There were no do not disturb signs on any of the doors I could see so Im not sure they have those available. We've never had to ask for that. If they don't have any I think that might be a wise investment. The breakfast was an apple, chocolate muffin and granola bar. A little depressing as we still serve hot breakfast but due to Covid-19 couldn't be helped and we understood! We will definitely be back!
Excellent place to stay, convenient, clean, great staff, near all necessary shopping and activities. Excellent location for businessmen, with all necessary services to conduct remote business and around 15-20 minutes to Denver.
This motel charges $40 for having a pet. This charge is far more than I have paid in years in many States. I am normally charged $15 for a pet.. If you are traveling with a pet seek another motel. The motel the night before in another city charged $15.
Stayed in a kitchen suite that was ill Equipped. When I finally found all dishes and utensils hidden in a high cabinet, they where dirty. There was no dish washing soap provided. Staff at check in was not trained properly and had no clue where to find anything.
Jason at the front desk became irritated when I asked why he needed to copy my drivers license. His answer was, “To prove who you are.” I said that didn't make sense to me and he said, “It doesn't make sense to me that you're not wearing a mask properly.” He then became very rude when he wasn't satisfied with the type of face covering I had and said I was jeopardizing his health. We each had the same kind of face covering. When I asked for his name, he said Jason but refused to provide his supervisor's name. He was extremely rude the remainder of my check in process. If this had not been a pay up front reservation, I would not have stayed here. Terrible service.
Quick change of plans while vacationing and bw came through. This property was very comfortable quiet off the and on highway was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpfrl. The breakfast attendant was very accommodating and explained the choices and package the togos quickly
My son recently moved to Castle Rock from WI. Best Western was conveniently located, incredibly comfortable, and met all my expectations. My next visit to CO, I will be looking for Best Western locations.
Great place and quiet. Loved the morning grab and go bags as breakfast dine in is not an option at this time. 4 floors and every room looked lovely. It seemed that care was taken to prepare the room and very sanitary. Nice view as well.
Great room and service in a very convenient location with restaurants and the Outlet Mall very close. Even during the pandemic restrictions, everyone was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Will plan next Colorado vacation around this location.
Our stay was problem free in spite of the Covid 19 quarantine. Everything was clean and our staff was very restful. We will stay here the next time we are in Castle Rock. We are looking to taking advantage of the pool next time.
Staff were amazing, room was clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. First time staying here, will return next time I'm in town. location was everything, next to restaurants and shopping outlets. Five Stars
Every employee I interacted with was top notch. Check in and check out were perfect and the lady helping with breakfast was on top of it. The room was clean and large. I did get a king suite but it was very nice. No issues at all. Good price too.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at! The breakfast absolutely amazing! The bed was comfy. The price was fantastic! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! My wife and I. Travel a lot over the US and this by far was the best out of them all!
Great alternative to staying in pricey Denver. Stay here, drive to the light rail RidgeGate station 10 minutes away with covered parking and take it into downtown. Nice clean property inside and out, with a caring staff to accommodate your every need. Breakfast quality was great and dining area was roomy/comfortable. Generous sized room with comfy bed, chairs, adequate work surfaces and excellent wi fi. The only downside is that the property is located in an area of high traffic noise. Even though the staff put us in a top flr room away from the interstate we still were annoyed by the local traffic noise. Not unbearable just annoying.
Was impressed by the friendliness and cleanliness of the motel. Very comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast, not just pastry! Nice quality towels and linens. Far above what we expected for the price. Their staff was great! Left nice tips because they deserve it. Thank you for a pleasant 3 night stay. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies each night also.
Room was very clean, breakfast was great ~ variety from fresh fruit, yogurt and hot items. Staff was gracious and friendly! Have stayed here before previously and will stay here again when traveling through Castle Rock!
This hotel was really unexpectedly amazing!!! Our room was super clean. People working at the desk were very helpful and breakfast was awesome!!! I have 2 picky kids with opposite eating preferences. They were so happy and so was I!!! I will be staying at a Best Western Plus again in the future!!!
This is a very nice, clean hotel with a great staff. The staff remembers who has checked in and who hasn't when walking in the front door. One of the housekeepers was cleaning the doors to rooms when we first arrived. We stayed here a year ago and we were equally impressed this time. The lady who prepares breakfast is great too. Very nice and welcoming. Did I mention I just love this place?? I hope BW Corporate sees this review. We will definitely return. It is one of the nicest BW hotels we've stayed in. (Novato, CA was also very nice)
Great place to stay where Staff make you feel like family. Familiar faces make me know they like their jobs and choose to continue working there, The extra touches - a lending library, fresh baked cookies. Sweets at the Coffee bar - Priceless!
Staff was really nice but the fridge was not working properly. And the room decor seemed to be outdsted and I had allergy symptoms from something in the room. Breakfast was good, and the bathrooms were clean. The shampoo and soap is not the best, bring your own. They do provide toothbrush and tooth paste if you forget. Nice staff.
Stayed in Castle Rock because it was easy access for a Denver dinner and Littleton conference. Reasonable prices and comfort. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good variety, hot, and fast, easy checkout.
Comfortable beds, clean spacious room, decent exercise equipment, hot tub & pool, nice variety for breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location! Best Western has not been my choice for years but I was not the one who selected this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by this property and will be staying here again when we visit family in the Denver/Castle Rock/Colorado Springs area.
We haven't stayed in a Best Western in a long time but this hotel had all the basics and more. The staff pleasant and helpful. Good location, substantial breakfast, clean and most importantly a comfortable bed.
I could not believe the property wasn't almost new. Very specious room and quiet. We were there for just a very short time but everyone was very helpful and it is a great location right off the hwy. Bonus, the Ihop is right next door.
Great staff and good hotel for the price. This place is easy to access from interstate 25 and there are many options for dining and shopping nearby. The hotel is quite during the day making it a good place to get some work doen.
Came to Castle Rock for the 12th Annual Miracle Party. Our one night stay was very good! Clean and quiet room! Nice large room and a king- sized bed! Very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was sufficient.
Our room had a musty smell and the AC unit was very noisy kicking on and off. The breakfast was not that great—dry stale waffles and pastries. The frozen omelet was tasty. It was fine for one night and I guess the price was ok because the Denver area is expensive.
would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is filling and great choices to choose from! The room was very spacious and really clean, no hair left in the bathroom sink or tub! I used the internet, and had no issues with it, the speed was nice to have since I had a lot of work to do and things to download! Thank you Best Western in Castle Rock!!
Wow I used to come by this hotel every time I came to Denver I always take my dog We called as usual to make the reservation and of course make sure they know I have a dog because you always need to inform in advance They confirmed Then at check in, they announced that they changed their policy and have doubled, yes doubled, the price for a Dog From 20 to 40$ ! Barely apologize for not having told us in advance The reception did not care Just a mess We ended up paying 190$... a bit too much for my taste in considering with offer I canceled my second night, I don't even think they cared Apparently management change, I hated the way we were poorly treated and the other nice/ok part; the breakfast changed too Am crossing out this hotel for ever I found a LaQuinta just 5min away, dog for 20$, AARP great rates, and a nice and warm welcome... So sad hotels forget that we can be faithful...
Our family of five stayed during a road trip. This is an excellent location as far as being close to both Denver and Colorado Springs and was definitely more affordable than Colo Springs. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Plenty of dining options around, although the IHOP next door actually closes at night which was new to me. Breakfast was good, but there's a doughnut shop across the interstate that's also worth a visit! Would definitely stay again.
Trip back from SD. Pre Sturgis rally trip. Always stay at Best Western Castlerock when driving back to NM. The hotel, staff, and amenities are always top notch at this location and is wht we always stay here!
Amazing customer service by the gentleman Brad. He understand customer service and I will be coming back to that hotel because of Brad. I had a 6 night stay and he made sure that I was comfortable and happy. I would say that the
Great rooms, great staff, good breakfast choice. Ideal location to visit Denver from. I've stayed here many times over the years and thoroughly recommend it. Castle Rock has a great old town that's lovely to walk through.
I had a difficulty with the placement of my room initially, I simply wanted one more away from the lobby and it's attendant noise. This was accommodated as was a change I had to make in my reservation. Everything I asked was handled as graciously and professionally as I have experienced. If I'm ever in that area again I will try to stay here. Very positive experience!!
This hotel was wonderful, had an excellent breakfast with lots of protein and staff was courteous. The only thing I noticed was the room smelled as soon as we walked in. It wasn't an awful odor (wet towels, mildew and wet dirty sock smell) but housekeeping could easily take care of the problem by opening the window(s) upon cleaning. When I was in housekeeping at a hotel, I would ALWAYS open up the windows right away as I cleaned the room and closed them upon leaving. This helps tremendously. Other then that, it was wonderful and I would stay again.
Needed a place while traveling! Excellent service! Good location, within walking distance of good and shopping. Bed comfortable, breakfast was nice and the area was very clean. Receptionist was very helpful.
This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive. Very pleased with the breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our Colorado exploration.
We stayed one night at the Best Western Castle Rock. It was in a great locations; close to the Factory Outlets and many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and friendly. There weren't a lot of options for breakfast, but overall the hot breakfast was satisfying. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was clean and there were plenty of towels. I would definitely stay here again!
Well located, half way between Colorado Springs and Denver right off highway, Close to everything. Rooms were clean and roomy. Enjoyed the gym, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again, and would certainly recommend.
Great staff, attention to detail is there, congrats to Mgr's and staff. Great pool, good breakfast. Has a furniture problem and it was quickly remedied, beautiful lobby and picturesque scenery, close to restaurants.
My husband and I slept comfortably in our two room suite. Very clean. Bed ok but a little bouncy for my taste. The air con unit a bit noisy but didn't keep us awake. Front desk staff very accommodating . Good warm cookies never hurt either. Close to lots of restaurants of all types and easy access to the highway.
The room was nice and comfortable. We were in an end room and could enter/exit without going through the lobby. We could load and unload our car there which we found to be convenient. There was also parking available near that entrance. The breakfast area was very nice but the food was not that great. There is an IHOP in easy walking distance.
My daughters and I were on a family vacation just the 3 of us and we enjoyed every day we were there. For having two kids who eat, the breakfast was great! Everyday different choices and everything tasted great! The staff were always available the pool was always maintained, the cleaning staff did a great job everyday. The location is nice as well with everything you need surrounding you in every way.
We loved our visit in Castle Rock. This hotels location is perfect. Shops and restaurants are so near by. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. If we are ever around this location we sure stay there again.
TV didn't work and room was noisy from traffic. We were on the third floor so didn't expect noise.Room was clean and breakfast was very good fresh bakery goods. Easy to find but not restful. If giving another chance in Castle Rock area I would not pick this motel.
Very nice property, very clean and comfortable. Beds comfy, pool and fitness center very nice. Good breakfast. We chose it a little way off our route and were pleasantly surprised. A great value ... Top notch.
We enjoyed staing here..pool was excellent(clean)...brakfast was very good..loved the yogurt machine.room was clean except refrigerator was not cleaned out..next day no cleaning or towels or bed made but was told by front desk that it was marked CLEANED... disappointed in that but would stay again..desk manager gave me another room near mine that was all cleaned and ready to use,,thank you!!!
This hotel is the cleanest, most comfortable hotel I have had the pleasure to stay in. Chris the front desk gentleman is the best. If you're going to Castle Rock, CO this the place to stay. Also great daily pet rate.
We usually make a point to stay here but we had a bad experience on a number of levels. From check in to room problems and more. Too bad but probably won't stay here again. They need to get a better night check in person and make sure rooms are clean and insect free
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms large, well designed and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of choices. There also is a 24 hour IHOP adjacent. The location near the factory outlet stores was an added advantage, especially with the discounts offered by the front desk. I used this motel to avoid Denver traffic peaks. A very nice place to stay.
We stayed in the suit with the balcony! It was so beautiful. If we didn't have an itineraries to keep up with I would have been a-okay with never leaving the hotel! The pool/hot tub was chill, I was the only person in there always. The staff was extremely helpful. Best breakfast of my life? No. Best free hotel breakfast of my life? Yes. I hope one day I have a chance to visit castle rock again and I get to stay in the exact same room (421)
At the end of our long trip, we needed a hotel relatively close to DIA as we were flying out early the following morning. Best Western Plus Castle Rock, located right off I-25, seemed a good choice, and it was. As it turned out, it took approximately 45 minutes to drive the distance, fill the rental car with gas, return it to Alamo, and take the shuttle to our terminal. **It was very easy to avoid the toll highway. Perfect. We spent one night in a 4th floor King Business Suite for $135 (tax inc). The room amenities included: A very comfortable king bed, sleep sofa, arm chair, desk & chair, flat screen tv, microwave, mini fridge w/ freezer, wet bar, closet, large dresser, and a safe ... There was a good shower, compact hairdryer, and good lighting. The hotel has a lot of other amenities, however, we were not there long enough to use them. There's an IHop restaurant adjacent to the property. We picked up some sandwiches to go. (They were pretty good and guests of the BWP receive 10% off) Thankfully, the comp breakfast began @ 6 am because we had to check out shortly thereafter. There was a good assortment of the usual breakfast foods along with the yogurt machine. Eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, bread, bagels, muffins, coffeecake, juice, fruit, French toast ... We slept well and enjoyed our brief stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Happy to recommend BWP Castle Rock.
Enjoyed our 3 night stay at BW Plus. Was not familiar with this chain. Room was very nice. Complimentary Cookies 2 of the 3 nights was nice. Breakfast was in need of oatmeal and bananas 2 of the 3 mornings. Conveniently near the Factory Mall. Very close to the Caslte Rock walking trail also.
Quick review...partially priceline's fault...but I chose this place for the balcony aspect..called ahead to ask which type room to ask for to get the balcony room..got there...I was not given a balcony room..they said I could call priceline to figure something out with them but long story short...dealt with it...the room was fine...AC wasn't working great..just had to turn it wayyyyy down to get comfortable...the bed was not comfortable at all..noticed a lot of mattresses being changed out so maybe ours was due and we just got it before It went out...the staff was great...the breakfast which got great reviews, which is another reason we chose this motel...gotta say...not good...so repetitious...we went out and got donuts one morning and skipped breakfast one morning, and didn't eat the last day..breakfast just didn't even sound good...it was conveniently located is about the one good thing it has going for it...
We stayed here while we were in town for a wedding/family reunion. We chose this hotel for convenience, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. They are truly located right off of the highway, and across from the Outlet stores (you can walk there but you have to cross a very busy road). There are good restaurants nearby, including IHOP, Arby's, and a local restaurant called The Rock Yard, which I highly recommend. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, each time you walk in they greet you warmly. The rooms were clean and felt freshly re-modeled. The breakfast buffet was fine, nothing exciting, but they did have a yogurt machine with fresh fruit which was nice, and they offered pre-made omelets. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay. I was very pleasantly surprised!
Our experience with Best Western hotels tends to be positive, and the one in Castle Rock was no exception. Staff was welcoming, room was clean and well designed (comfortable couch with good television viewing). They have a couple of bookshelves in the lobby with free books available for guests. Do NOT go to iHop that is next door, had worst experience ever. But hotel is excellent.
Our extended family was in Castle Rock for a wedding and family reunion. This hotel was amazing!!!! TOP MARKS for the best receptionist EVER: Chris!!! Every guest was made to feel like royalty every time we entered or left the hotel!!! The other front desk staff were also extremely helpful and friendly!!! So very refreshing! Our bed was super-comfy!! Breakfasts were pretty good too!! Location is perfect!! Close to restaurants, banks, shops and highway access. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!??????
I was having a bad night and when I arrived at this property I was treated liked a welcomed guest. The property was immaculate and the room was great. The staff made me feel like they were just waiting to make me feel welcome. I could not have been treated any better. The room was great and appeared to be brand new. The WIFI worked great and the TV had plenty of channels to enjoy. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.
I enjoyed my stay. the room was excellent, very clean and very quiet. It was easy to find off the highway and the WiFi was good. The TV had a ton of channels. The shower was a little weak. The bed was delightful
When you first arrive, you are greeted by a nice friendly person, Chris S. All front desk people should be so nice. The hotel is quiet, clean, with comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and if need be a liquor store in walking distance. We would certainly stay there again.
This hotel was clean and the rooms were large. Even though it is located right on I 25, we heard NO road noise. The employees were friendly and the hot tub felt grate after a full day of golf. The 4 stars is a result of the morning breakfast. While I generally don't expect much at hotels, this one was very limited and fair, at best.
Wife and I have continued to stay here for several years and trips. Good value and service and accommodations are excellent. Right off 25 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Room spacious and clean and beds are really comfy. Always book upper level away from highway. Had beautiful view too. Room has small frig and microwave. Has safe if you need one.
My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom suite while in town for a family wedding. You have a separate living and bedroom, as well as a kitchenette with everything you would need to fix a meal in the hotel. There is even a balcony with panoramic views of the Front Range Mountains. Large indoor swimming pool and exercise room also included. Hot breakfast included, but for those who like to indulge, there is an IHOP next door.
We have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns, mostly for the points. There are a few that stand out and this is one of those. Great beds, nicely appointed, helpful staff, quiet, nice décor. Can't say too many nice things about this place.
Stayed here two nights on our cross-country trip. Can't say enough on how nice our stay was. Judy at the front desk was very helpful and fun to talk to. The mattress in our room was so comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
I stayed in the one bedroom suite and will be staying again next month. It's a great space for the price. You have a separate living and bedroom, as well as a kitchenette with everything you would need to fix a meal in the hotel. There is even a balcony which is a wonderful bonus to have outdoor space. Staff is always professional, rooms and hotel are clean, and amenities are all as described.
First time at a best western, and it won't be my last. We stayed here on our way to Colorado Springs. The desk clerk was quick to adjust our rooms when we were placed next to an elevator. Everything felt new and clean, the price made sense and breakfast was a decent buffet.
I stayed here for work, and this hotel did not disappoint! Everything seemed very clean and new. I actually enjoyed staying in Castle Rock. There was a lot to do, and you aren't in the middle of a large city. I would stay here again!
Came to town for a wedding and other numerous events, so we stayed 7 nights. Excellent staff, quiet, comfortable room, and great location. A bit pricey, but location is what drives the price. Would still stay again.
The Best Western Plus in Castle Rock gave us the best hotel experience we have ever had. Great staff, beautiful room, lots of extras. The breakfast was very good, and the staff went out of their way to help us. We will definitely stay with them in the future.
This Best Western Plus is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and the rooms very comfortable (we stayed in a business suite). A big plus was a view of the mountains. I would suggest the IHOP next door if you prefer a nice breakfast.
Very nice stay at this Best Western and would definitely recommend and stay again! The staff was great, bed was comfy and breakfast was good. If you are looking for a great place to lay your head...this is it! Thank you!
Room was comfortable and the breakfast was above average. Great home base location to both Denver and Colorado Springs sites. The staff was very friendly and very responsive to our wants and needs. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great location. The hotel is convenient to the freeway, shopping (including the outlets) and a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and updated. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi.. The breakfast buffet was fresh with both hot and cold foods.
Staff is amazing. Rooms are affordable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was really nice. Breakfast was great and the room we ate in was recently updated and gorgeous. All the staff was helpful and really pleasant to be around.
Great well kept place for a reasonably priced quality stay with a full breakfast offering in the morning. Easy in/out near the primary north/south freeway - I 25 . IHOP is right next to the hotel as are other dining options.
Had to go for breakfast at hotel next door.... we chose not to..... cold and snowy. Construction going on in hotel but room was good. Receptionist great.... got us a new room when initial room smelled like smoke. Overall it's a good hotel with great prices and close to shops and good eating
Hubby and I decided we just wanted to get a little out of town, and when I say a little, Castle Rock is not very far from us at all. This was perfect. We were able to stop at the "little incline" and take a couple times up, then got to the hotel fairly soon after check-in time. Husband took a quick nap, we got in the shower and were still able to get to Siena for happy hour. Enjoyed a great dinner, and headed back to the hotel, feeling full, relaxed and ready to chill. Hotel is clean and front desk manager, so nice. Will definitely suggest to friends!!
The fellow who checked me in - a Mr. Savage, I believe, was a most personable, helpful staff member. He was not only efficient in the check-in process, but went out of his way to assist me in checking in to my departing flight in Denver. A real credit to the organization!
I travel often for business and have stayed at numerous hotel chains around the continental United States. Customer service here has been a B+ experience. Breakfast quality is a C-. Fitness center is a C+. The guest laundry room had two operational washers but both dryers were inoperable. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk and she did try to problem solve by sending to me to hotel that was down the road. Inconvenient as I do not have the time luxury. Additionally, the demographic that co- occupied the hotel with me was very mixed. The first evening I had to call the front desk and report a possible domestic. The third night I had a family staying adjacent to my room that had two drunk parents and two very loud children whom the parents let run around until approx. 1125pm. All in all the room was satisfactory as I was in a business suite. Room was cleaned very well everyday. I will be requesting to my corporate HQ that they not book ANY Best Western facilities for any of our future travel needs.
Upon walking in the lobby, we were immediately greeted by a very upbeat hotel representative. Check in was easy, our room was big, clean, and had all the comforts. We bothered the nice lady at the front desk with trivial requests, and we were accommodated with no hesitation. Our stay was 3 nights, and this hotel was a welcome homecoming every evening.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in January, and have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience there. Convenient location, clean rooms, very comfortable beds & pillows and a fantastic complimentary breakfast each morning are things you hope for in a hotel of this level, but don't always get. Not only did Best Western Plus over-deliver on all the basics, they had the extra details that make a comfortable stay exceptional. You can have a great location, hotel, etc., but if the staff is "just doing their job", it can be underwhelming. The night desk manager, Christopher, is quite possibly the most friendly, professional desk agent we have EVER encountered, and we travel extensively. With a late evening arrival, he greeted us warmly and couldn't do enough to help us settle in. Each subsequent night he welcomed us back to the hotel with a smile and cookies, even running out from behind the desk to help our 12 year old daughter navigate the door as her hands were full. "VIP service for a VIP guest!" he said to her. With service like that, we will highly recommend this location, and will be back to stay again.
We didn't have an advanced reservation as we were heading from the mountains to Colorado Springs, and weren't sure where we would feel like stopping for the night. We picked this area, to find there were 5-6 options for lodging off the highway, all the same value-brand kind of options. We figured they would all be sort of similar, but we happened to pull into the Best Western. So happy we did! We were met by Jessica at the front desk, who was a genuinely pleasant person who made me feel good right away about our random choice. Our room was nicely sized and updated. The bedside lamps had outlets on them (nothing worse that struggling to find enough outlets or moving furniture). Our expectations are always low for breakfast at the hotels that provide it, but I have to say it was pretty good! A nice selection with 3 cereals, a waffle maker, eggs, pre-made omelets, sausage, potatoes and biscuits. Then bread/bagels/English muffins as well as pastries and yogurt. Also fresh fruit including nice bananas, apples and even FRESH RASPBERRIES. Donuts were a little dry and not that tempting but overall was shocked by the breakfast and availability of tables to eat at. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or workout room, but all looked clean and well-appointed. The biggest bonus was the lovely Judy at the front desk. I realized I left the Vail hotel we had just stayed at with the 2 room keys (old fashioned kind) in my pocket. Judy took care of the problem for me by calling the prior hotel and packaged the keys to mail back. It was SO nice to have my problem literally disappear. And she was really happy to do it. The hotel is so lucky to have a gem such as her (and Jessica). The only complaint I would say is that there is no shower curtain, only a liner, and it barely reaches all the way to the top of the tub, so water on the floor is a little unavoidable. Minor though. Can't believe we could have easily picked another option - no way we could have every been happier.
The GPS instructions to the hotel were lousy, but the hotel had a LARGE sign that could CLEARLY be seen, so I turned off the GPS and drove to the sign. It combines close location to the intersection with being just far enough away to be quiet. I plan to stay there again.
This is a high quality hotel in Castle Rock with a good location also for south Denver. Easy parking and hotel access with an electric outlet available for electric or plug-in hybrid autos. Good or better than average breakfast. Quiet with great beds.
The staff here are incredibly nice, courteous, and accommodating. The rates are high, but that's actually pretty standard in this area of Colorado. Very comfy beds and a lovely room with a little kitchenette station. The shower had a massage shower head which is a nice touch.
I needed a hotel to stay at while doing late night Christmas shopping in Castle Rock. I had stayed at other hotels on previous visits, but I wanted to give this Best Western a chance. I arrived a few hours early for check in due to a snow storm that was to hit the area soon. The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice! She was engaging and super fun to talk to. She explained all the hotel amenities to me and gave me my room keys. I was impressed by the little, but very nice lobby and hotel entrance. My room was on the second floor and overlooked the highway. The room itself was nice. A little more basic than I was expecting, but still comfy. The furniture was a little dated and the sofa in the sitting area had questionable stains on the cushions. Unfortunately, the stains were obvious and it just gave me a little "ick" factor about sitting down. I will say that the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small and when I turned the light on to the bathroom, it activated the overhead vent. Usually, that is not an issue. The problem was that the noise from the vent was like a small engine trying to rev up. Very loud, annoying and no way to turn it off. Also, the bathroom door would not stay open. It kept slowly swinging closed. Not a big problem, but i do prefer to be able to open a door and have it stay opened. Also, there was a dull, high pitched humming noise that came from the light in the entrance way when it was turned on that ultimately gave me a headache, so I just kept that light off. The breakfast the next morning was pretty good. Nice selection of foods and the service was great. Overall, it is not a terrible choice. In my opinion, the employees are the best reason to choose this hotel. Definitely top notch service. However, I probably won't stay here again because there are other hotels in the area that are just a better fit for me.
I stayed in this hotel for two nights and it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff were really friendly, they could not do more for my family. Rooms are lovely and clean and the hotel is in a good location. Overall a really nice stay
We stay here every time we visit our kids and grand kids in Castle Rock. The front desk staff always remembers us even though we visit only twice a year. The beds are great, the rooms are cleans, andthe breakfast is good with a lot of choices. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!
This Best Western is the only place we like to stay when we visit the Denver area. The rooms are fantastic with a microwave and fridge. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the staff there are so nice. We love the location as well. An AMAZING outlet mall is right across the street, and there are tons of restaurants around. It has everything you need without the chaos of the city.
Hotel is wonderful, staff is great. Breakfast is full and good. Fitness room available. Convenient location. Balcony suites available. Close to huge outlet mall. Very close to Interstate. Pool is nice, hot tub good. Staff is the best.
Stayed two nights while our hardwood floors were being refinished. We had our small terrier dog with us on the first floor and were able to walk her easily out back to a dog area where doggie bag receptacle was provided. The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. The full breakfast had a wide variety of choices.
First day had children running up and down hallways, children in breakfast area climbing on furniture and tables impossible to access area. Second night loud people arrived in room next to me at 11:30pm for some reason the knocked on my door waking me up from a sound sleep! They had a small dog barking and whining then at 3:45am those same people for some odd reason again knocked on the adjoining door to the rooms waking me up once more. Complained to the front desk all they had to say was "well that was rude", no apology etc. Won't stay again and won't recommend!
The spa was so hot we couldn't use it, 107 degrees! We stayed 4 days and asked for it to be set correctly all 4 days. We were visiting our children and couldn't use any of the indoor pool or spa facilities at all even when we were told it would be fixed. It was never fixed, 4 days! At check out we were offered no compensation for this crucial amenity. Our selection of this hotel was based on being able to use this particular area of the hotel and we were extremely disappointed in how our complaint was handled. Plenty of promises but absolutely no action!
We initially had a difficult time finding a dog-friendly hotel that wasn't two star rating. This hotel is not only dog-friendly, they're wonderful. The staff is genuinely kind and happy. The breakfast is delicious. They have free cookies at night for their guest.
Our group of four women stayed at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock, Our stay was very enjoyable. Very clean and comfortable. A very nice gentleman Chris greeted us at the front door, checked us in, and made us feel right at home. He's the best!! I'd definitely stay there again!
My daughter & I stayed here for a night while visiting a college. The staff was helpful & friendly & room was very clean. No odd odors which is hard to come by these days it seems. Pleased with the breakfast, no old food, kept fresh. Was concerned about highway noise as hotel sits right off tollway, but there was no issue, good noise blocking windows. Would stay again if in the area.
I was dubious at best when I saw the reviews for this hotel. I am an admitted hotel snob and had wanted nicer accommodations but this was the closest hotel to the wedding we were attending. Imagine my surprise to discover that the room was clean, spacious and better than I expected. I booked a suite for myself and my husband because the price difference from the regular room was so minimal. A family member was planning on staying at someone's house in a not great location - until we realized the sofa bed/pull out was comfortable and wouldn't be in the way. We could also close the door to the bathroom and our bedroom- so we both had privacy. She stayed with us instead. The bathroom sink was double bowl and very long- we had no problems sharing the space between 3 people. (That's two women getting ready for a wedding with all our stuff laying around- still no issues.) We didn't need or use the kitchen- but it was large, decently stocked and had a full size fridge which was handy.Sure, the towels could be a little softer. There was what looked like rust around the door frames in the bathroom (metal). But who touches the door frame? Everything else was exceptionally clean and in good shape. The bed was comfy- though I'd prefer a bigger pillow but that's a matter of opinion. For a $135 room neither a tiny bit of rust or scratchy towels remotely merits removing a star. The staff was very friendly and the lobby is well decorated and homey. We didn't have breakfast there (IHop right next door) but I peeked my head in and it looked good. I'd certainly stay here again.
Clean room with comfortable bed. We love the suite with the balcony. Breakfast is served til 10:00a which we prefer to the usual 9:00am. Nice lobby, pool, workout room and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Christopher and Judy were exceptional! Both went out of their way to make my stay as delightful as possible. Christopher should be the poster boy of how an employee exceeds in customer service,he rocks!!!
We were thinking n the Denver area for a wedding. We had not seen our friends in 15 years. It was great being this close to them. The hotel staff was wonderful and caring and made the trip enjoyable. The only issue was the room A/C would get the room freezing then shut off until the room was hot so made for not so comfortable of a night. Otherwise the hotel was great and highly recommended.
We used this hotel to host guests for a wedding held at a ranch nearby. Everything was fantastic at the hotel – –all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in making reservations and welcoming our guests during the event weekend. The staff also helped us to host a huge family gathering on the evening before the wedding in the breakfast area. The hotel is also very close to the popular outlet mall and the charming town of Castle Rock.
We had a great experience. The staff could not have been anymore helpful and friendly. Our needs and wants were addressed immediately. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. I would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I just stayed at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock, CO and found the rooms and overall facility to be clean, attractive, very well maintained. Breakfast delicious with lots of choices. Staff were, without exception, extremely helpful...better than most hotels we've stayed at. Can't say enough good about this hotel!!! Definitely recommend!!!
We paid a lot for a suite. Not really value for money. The pool was a bit on the chilly side. The kitchen appliances were a bit noisy. Because of the weather we couldn't use the balcony and the gym was not being used. Friendly staff but a lot of money.
Arrived late. Restaurants in walking distance were closed. Manager opened the breakfast area for me to grab what I wanted. Thanked me for staying. Everyone else was just as friendly and accommodating. Centrally located. Fantastic stay with clean rooms and friendly staff.
Visiting family in the area, location is central to shopping, restaurants, highway and everything else you could need. We stayed in a suite which was perfect for our family of 4. The balcony was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again.
I typically only stay at a different brand, but took a chance at the BW @ Castle Rock as it's closer to the house we are building. Very happy I did and will again. It was MUCH nicer compared to the other brands budgets.
We appreciate the consistency of Best Western properties. We also enjoy the full breakfast that they all offer. Even in older properties, the rooms are updated. We will always choose a Best Western property when one is available.
Moved from AZ to CO. After long drives with huge U-haul and trailer and 2 vehicles with elderly mother, we checked into a hotel that had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in hallways. Late in the evening, in the pouring rain, we went in search of another place to stay. CHRISTOPHER and Victor checked us into the Best Wester Plus with open arms. Assisted with everything and is probably the only reason I didn't turn around and go back to AZ. The hotel was spotless. The rooms beautiful and beds comfy. Breakfast was a bounty of everything you could want. This was by far the best stay we have ever had at any hotel in the US. Thank you Christopher for making us feel so welcome and for being so helpful to us!
For convenience and value stayed at this BW hotel. Great location and certainly good value. Was a comfortable and pleasant stay and a much better location than the congested a Denver area. Clean and comfortable room and internet was sufficient for my needs.
After having a bad experience with another hotel, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and our stay was very pleasant. Clean rooms and breakfast was decent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
First time in a BW Plus it was great, good bang or the buck, plus large room, king bed, walk in shower, work station plus a reading chair, Hot breakfast each morning. Close to Denver and about 45 mins to colo springs. major shopping close and good food close also.
We arrived late to the hotel and we were greeted with such kindness. They upgraded our room , which was a special treat. The hotel was the cleanest I had been in in a long time. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel was packed but it was very quiet. I guess the top 2 things about our stay was the friendliest staff and the cleanest of the rooms.
Myself and 5 other family members visited Castle Rock Best Westeren on a trip to visit my Grandson at the AF Academy Got to go to my first college football game and watch my grandson play . Our stay was very pleasant, everyone was extremely friendly and the views from our suites was amazing. Will defintly plan another visit here. Many more football games to come
This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed at. The indoor pool is a nice size for lap swimming or playing with kids. There is a separate hot tub. The place was immaculately kept, every staff member we met greeted us and was generally friendly. The iHop across the parking lot is convenient for late night snacks and they offer a 10% discount for hotel guests.
It seems everything good except the price of my 2.2 pound dog was a little expensive at $50.00. I usually pay about $15.00. However I do appreciate the kindness of letting my best friend stay with me.
Came to Colorado for my nieces wedding and Stayed at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock Colorado. The staff was very friendly at check-in and through out our stay. Even going as far as running down a couple of safety pins and a sewing kit for a clothing malfunction. Even though it was only a 2 night stay the staff knew us by name. Always welcoming when we came in and bidding us a good day/nigh on our way out. I highly recommend this hotel.
Over Labor Day weekend, my family and I wanted to visit Bentonville for the weekend. Crystal Bridges Art Museum and the Amazeum were on our to-do list, so we were looking for a hotel that was in close proximity. Best Western Castle Rock Inn and Suites fit the bill! It's less than 10 minutes from Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum and historic downtown Bentonville as well as super convenient to the city's wonderful green spaces and trail system. We checked in Saturday evening to an immaculately clean room. Front desk staff were consistently super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Right away, our kids wanted to swim so we checked out the pool. The pool, hot tub and fitness room are arranged all together in a compact area, but this suited our needs just great. There is an outdoor patio area that extends the pool space for people who just wanting to socialize and not swim. We awoke each morning to a hot breakfast buffet complete with sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit, fix-your-own-waffle, cereal and yogurt. Basically my children and husband were in heaven. I really appreciated that they offered gluten-free and dairy free options as well. The front desk also went the extra mile and offered to-go bags with fruit, a granola bar and a water bottle for those who couldn't make it down for breakfast or who needed a snack on their way out the door. My family and I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly and comfortable option for those who want to stay and play in Bentonville.
This is a very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was good size. Lots of restaurants very close by. Just off the highway also. The continental breakfast was typical and adequate. Would stay here again.
We have stayed at the Best Western hotel in Castle Rock several times. We could stay anywhere in the area but we love this hotel. The front desk is great and always willing to help in anyway they can. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with amenities. The breakfast is very good. We will be back!!!
Love the location of the hotel a lot. Love Colorado castle rock all together. Very easy to get around. I think the care of the managers and owners of this property is great. I love that they are going green. Instruction in the bathroom advising guest about why it's important to reuse towels. Loved it. I'm a Sustainable type of tourism girl
Stayed one night on the way from Santa Fe to Denver Int. Airport. The good: location, right off I25; clean property; nice bed& pillows; good quality shower head. The not so good: they say it's 100% non-smoking but our room smelled like either a former smoking room or someone violated their agreement not to smoke in the room; had a 2nd floor room that was not well insulated from the kids running around on the 3rd floor right above us. Based on the other BW Plus I have stayed at this spring and summer, I thought the rate was too high for the quality received. Would probably not stay here next time through the area.
Great staff and housekeeping, super clean and nicely furnished...Would recommend to anyone traveling through Castle Rock...Very impressed with our stay!!! The location is close proximity to restaurants, theaters, hiking, shopping, brew pubs, what more could you want... Old downtown Castle Rock is a quaint little town, shops, coffee shop, bakeries, etc. Enjoyed our trip!!!
This is the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in! Comfortable beds, super clean, tasteful, great coffee and many breakfast items to choose from, very nice lobby with fireplace and pool. The staff was very friendly.
We found this great hotel on TripAdvisor. IT was rated number one in Castle Rock and we loved it. Plus it was cheaper than competition. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to others. And we loved that it had an actual window you could open! Great place
Super clean, spacious rooms, wonderful full breakfast, well maintained property with great staff. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub--those, too were pleasantly clean. Worth every penny.
The bed is wonderful the shower is great, the room was extremely clean, and the room was perfectly quiet! This is a really excellent hotel. Don't bother looking any further, you couldn't do better than this one.
Everything was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Pool was small but okay. The breakfast was not good at all. I tried several things. The prepared eggs and biscuits and gravy were not good and I didn't finish any of it. And I am not a picky eater and don't expect much but it just was not good.
Enjoyed a wonderful stay for five nights and appreciated the pool, exercise room and pleasant surroundings. The staff was so kind, warm, friendly and efficient. The location was perfect for our family visit and shopping.
Such wonderful staff, went above and beyond to make my check-in go smoothly. Large, clean rooms, quiet location - perfect for a good night's rest. Nice pool/spa area, too. What more could you ask for.
Great views of the Rocky Mountains and located near great shopping and a fine brewpub, this is a great destination location and a splendid overnight stop for interstate travelers. The pool and sauna make for a great ending of the day.
Good service, clean rooms, good breakfast and easy access to room. We were there for a special occasion that required our party to leave early and they accomodated the breakfast room to be open without us even asking for it - awesome.
My wife two daughters and I had a comfortable stay here. Clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff is very courteous. This makes this hotel a great place for an overnight stay. Then breakfast was good, and the coffee is great.
Our room was a suite with a living room with a pull out couch and kitchen. Everything was clean and attractive.Full breakfast was included. Service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. What more can I say!
Service and food were Fan in bathroom was very noisy. However this problem was more than likely confined to this one room Should be able to use the light without the noisy fan I would definitely stay in this motel again
Location was great ,walking distance to restaurant shopping , safe area easy access to interstate well lit up parking lot, staff is friendly.we had trouble with air conditioning and reservation was difficult to get straight with staff on the phone took many calls to get room reservation and dates straight.
Stopped here on cross-country family road trip! Great area! Lots of shopping and food choices. Not too far from Denver. Room was clean and comfortable. Easily slept 5. Best hotel around (we checked out several)!
Stay here on my recent motorcycle trip. Best Western Plus are one of these best places to stay at a value. This hotel proved how well they can accommodate you. Great staff and very friendly. Couldn't ask for any better.
Pleasant, quaint little town and a great alternative instead of staying in Denver. The BW is clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff is courteous and friendly. It's an easy half hour to Denver and about 40 minutes to the airport, bypassing Denver traffic. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about but their is an IHOP right next to it. I do wish more hotels offered hand held shower heads and outdoor sitting space. This hotel does not offer either. There are a hand full of rooms that have a balcony but not sure how much you have to book those in advance.
The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and decent sized. The breakfast was good and coffee was offered in the lobby all day. We will definitely stay at a Best Western again in the future.
It was a delightful stay! The balcony has 2 chairs and a table so it great to sit outside with a drink and a computer with time to enjoy the fresh air. I had a suite with a complete kitchen including stove, fridge, dw, microwave, cabinets, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It even included dish soap and a scrubber. It had a large-screen tv in the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom has a double sink. If I was alone and had the money, I'd live there. It was great!
The Best Western Plus in Castle Rock ,CO is the Best , good location, close to lots of good places to eat, shopping, right by the Interstate 25 Highway, easy on easy off, close to where I wanted to be, ,service , value, cleanliness, rooms all were excellent, I will stay here again, when I return to CO.
I have started liking Best western hotels. I find them very good well maintained and superb quality and service. One of the best thing abt them is the simplistic approach on everything. Rooms are well arranged quite spacious. I think I am going to prefer staying in Best Western in my next visit as well.
Clean, nice décor, friendly greeting, easy check in. Asked by the front desk later, how we were doing, did we like our room. Very nice! Good pool. Very nice room. Didn't have time for the breakfast. We also received a credit to use at the I Hop Restaurant across the street. Ate dinner there.
This hotel is nice clean great area easy access to freeway friendly hotel staff as well. The breakfast in the morning was good and it's nice to have a hot breakfast before you start your day and you're not at your home
The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are a good value since they are a small suite We have stayed her several times over last 5 year and have always had a good overall experience with the room, staff and amenities.
The confirmation rate I received was not honored at the hotel - I now have to work that out after my stay. The rooms had a moldy odor that would not go away with the window open for two days. The bathroom fan did not work, and when I hung my towels to reuse them like the sign says they were gone the next day. However, the washcloth left on the floor was refolded into a fan shape and put back with the other clean towels (I know this because it was damp and slightly stained). The room was noisy from mechanical and running water sounds. Beds were extremely firm and pillows so tall & firm no one in the family could use them. Breakfast average with not enough seating at peak time. Internet was fast but requires a username and password which is a pain.
Very nice front desk employees, huge tub, tons of pillows , very clean big bathrooms , great beds. It was a very safe place to stay for a single lady traveler like myself. I did not use the large exercise room but it looked like up-to-date equipment,
Definitely would stay again! Great staff at the front desk..very accomodating and helpful. Spacious room with a living/kitchen area separate from bedroom and includes a balconey with table and chairs. Rockgrill next door was an easy stroll with amazing food! EVERYTHING was clean and neat!
We always feel at home when we stay at the Best Western in Castle Rock, Colorado. The rooms and staff are the best. We also enjoy the hot breakfast and hot tub/pool area to relax after a hard worked day. Parking is lighted and we always find room even through we arrive late to check in they always wait for us to arrive before they lock the front door. I always let them know we will be late coming in from one of our art shows.
I came here in June and stayed 3 nights with some family for a wedding taking place in castle rock. It was close to the wedding and not too far at all from all of the other places that we saw and traveled to during our stay. There is also a giant outlet mall located just down the street. They have an easy to navigate property, great breakfast, comfortable beds, and a top notch staff. Special thanks goes out to Christopher for his above and beyond friendliness and customer service, even at 1am. I highly recommend this property to any of you traveling in this area.
This is the first time we have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock, Colorado. We were warmly greeted by Chris at check-in. There was a slight problem at check-in due to a 3rd party booking site but Chris worked hard to resolve it right away. The room was clean and beds were pretty comfy. The breakfast is also pretty good. You are not at a 5 star restaurant but good choices of food compared to other free breakfasts I have had at hotels.
Very nice and clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My car is safe while I am traveling. I like that we are close the the airport and to a restaurant. My wife an i enjoy it . I would stay hear everytime I am in the area.
I stayed here as one of several chaperones accompanying a group of music students from Iowa. I've stayed at world class resorts and hotels around the world, and I have never experienced the kind of hospitality and service that we did at the Best Western Plus Castle Rock! They opened up for breakfast more than once when we had to be on the road early, and took delivery of a large pizza order for the group before we had even arrived back at the hotel for the night! They also allowed us to use the breakfast room for our Trivia Night. I want to extend a special thank you to Chris, the retired Marine, he is a terrific representative of your hotel!!! Thanks for a great stay!
Great location, if visit limited to Castle Rock and surrounding area. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, great views, easy check-in and employees are attentive. Everything I could ask for in this price range and location. I would definitely stay there again!
Prior to moving to the area I stayed at this hotel twice. It's right off of I25, it's close to restaurants and the Outlet Mall. It's a quiet, clean hotel with great customer service. Everyone is really friendly and my stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We stayed 4 nights while visiting friends. The staff were very courteous. The gentleman that checked us in was very mindful of our needs and was very pleasant. Our room was clean and the staff made sure it was ready each day. We will definitely use this hotel again!
The hotel is located at an exit that has lots of options for eating and shopping. Has a beautiful view of the mountains. A little tricky to find the entrance but it's actually very easy to get in and out of and serves as a good base for our travels in the area. Very good breakfast, large comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. We used Rewards points so we weren't able to book a room with a balcony but the room we had was nice.
This place for the value, was extremely good!! Would recommend it to anyone! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Breakfasts were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Best Western is a great place to stay for the value! Would highly recommend it!
When I first arrived I had a small problem but the staff and management were so wonderful and accommodating that while I was their I forgot all about it. The room was so nice and big. I went through AAA and received a great deal. I have to go back a few more times and without a doubt I will be staying their. If you should stay their make sure you say hi to Judy, she defiantly brighten up your day.
Clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is also pet friendly. The corner rooms have balconies. Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Great location! Clean rooms and courteous staff. Easy check in and out. Great breakfast, better than most similar class of hotel. Although I must say best western plus Lincoln Nebraska still has the best breakfast hands down! Will definitely stay here again or other Best western plus.
We stayed for two nights and can't say enough about the staff and room. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in during the last few trips. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! They serve breakfast every day, eggs, sausage and cereal. Coffee is available 24/7 which we liked because I like to have a cup at night. This hotel is right next to the Outlet Mall and the front staff even gave us a card for discounts. If you need a clean, nice hotel to stay in while traveling through Colorado, this is the place to stay.
Would definitely stay at this location again should I be in this area. I had to pick up grandson from Denver International Airport in afternoon. Staff gave me detailed information on how to get there and I stayed in lobby for a couple hours after checkout time which was very comfortable.. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Bed was very comfortable. Location close to I-25.
This is my second time staying at this BW and it will be any time I need a hotel in Castle Rock. The staff are all professional and pleasant, the hotel is clean inside and outside. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Even though the outside noise is high, inside it is quiet and peaceful. I travel with my dog and they have a designated space, but there are lots of walking areas, and even a vacant field...might not be vacant long.
Our stay was wonderful. The man that greeted us and handled our checkin was very pleasant and efficient. Our room was spotless. The beds were adequate. Not too hard. Breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods and very well taken care of. Check out was perfect!! Will stay there anytime we're near Castle Rock!
I booked online a few weeks before the needed date which made the price cheaper ($90 vs the $130.) The complimentary breakfast was great compared to others. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. If I had to be picky at all, the pillows were not very comfy (too thick and firm)-- but if that's the worst I could find then you know it's a pretty good place to stay.
The Best Western Plus in Castle Rock was very clean and the interior and furnishings updated. We stayed in a King studio suite it had a full refrigerator a microwave and a small stove top. The room had to large flat screen tvs. The site has a indoor swimming pool, which was clean and very well kept. There are resturants abound. They have free hot breakfast every morning which was good and fresh. We were traveling due to a death in the family, we were very far away from home and the employees were so kind and attentive to my husband myself and my little boy. I would recommend this Best western property for business, family travel or any travel accommodations .
Everything was exactly the way you want it for a quality hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the outlet mall. Our suite on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the mountains to the west. No complaints whatsoever.
The accommodations were fabulous and the staff was amazing! My father was hospitalized during my stay and the staff remembered me by name and always inquired about dad's health also. Thank you for making a difficult time much better!
2nd stay in past yr. very happy w place and staff. Xcellent breakfast. Just one recomend. Replace the weight Machine and bike in exercise room and add a rack of dumbells. My wife loved the hotel. Close to outlet stores. Bubbles liqor store next door w booze from all over the world. 5% discount for hotel that I forgot to ask for.
We stayed here in August and had Room 106. The room was spotless; the lamps, night tables, bed headboard, walls, mirrors etc. not a speck of dust or smudges anywhere. It also had a new phone and remote. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel has discounts at several of them. Staff excellent. What a pleasure to stay there and will definitely be back.
We strayed and thought it was worth the price. In a location close to all the shopping and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Exercise room was kind of skimpy but I always work w what they got. If u don't want to stay in a pet used room, ask for 2nd floor.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Worn and old looking. The room did not smell good so we got a spray from the reception. Breakfast was ok but starting to get a little bit tired of best western standards. Could do better. Wifi was good as was parking.
The Castle Rock Best Western Plus, is not only in a great location, close to shopping and sites - but the hotel was clean and inviting - we really didn't want to check out. The King size bed was very comfortable, if we had more time we would have used the amenities offered (pool and gym). I would and did recommend it to friends and family!
Accommodating & friendly staff. Quiet even over the busy weekend. Outlet malls in walking distance and close to I-25. Great restaurants, movie theaters, etc.. The suites are great for business and they provide a free Ethernet cable instead of spotty limited access wireless.
My wife and I prefer to stay at Best Westerns, it is our lodging of choice. This is only the second time we have stayed at a Best Western Plus, everything about our stay was first rate. From the welcome at the front desk to the presentation of the property to the breakfast, this is definitely a four star operation.
This was a last minute decision and I was very pleased. I had a small balcony that I was able to enjoy the next morning. Breakfast was still fresh and plenty when I finally went to have it. This is close to other restaurants and even the Outlet Mall.
It is a good place to stay, just off the freeway, with shopping and resturants cosemel by. Also close to factory outer stores. Small problems were: cool water in hot tub, only one elevtor, no washcloths in room two of three days.
We had a great stay here using the hotel as a base to explore the area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. Good selection of foods at breakfast. Would have no problem recommending anyone to stay here.
Extremely unprofessional service from Dakota. She was sarcastic, rude, and very unhelpful. She gave me the incorrect contact information to speak to a manager. I called again myself on a different day and spoke with the manager Andrew. Total night and day; he was extremely helpful and very professional. Wish we were able to speak with him in the first place. Worst customer service experience with Dakota; we will definitely not be staying in Castle Rock again.
We stayed in one of their mountain view suites. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a few little issues. The staff did their best to make things better. The balcony had cigarette butts all over. The front desk manager came up immediately to clean up the balcony himself. Small issues with remotes and lack of dishes. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool was really cold!
Checked in, went up to my room and it smelled of smoke. It obviously used to be a smoking room before it became smoke free. I went back to reception and told them. They changed my room. This one stunk of what I can only describe as body odor. I went back to reception and they told me they didn't have any other King rooms available so I went back to the first room as it was the lesser of two evils. Never had a problem with the smell of a room before so this was all new to me. The room itself was large. Decor was dated. There were stains on the sofa, but nothing too bad. The bulb in one of the lights was out. Again not a deal breaker but it should have been checked. I organized a wake up call for the morning. Spoke to a person who confirmed it with me. It didn't happen. This was a business trip and therefore I was late for a meeting. I told reception when I checked out and they didn't seem to care. I gave the hotel two stars simply because the bed was comfortable. I will never return here. There is a Holiday Inn next door. I recommend spending the extra few bucks to stay there. My first time staying in a Best Western. And probably my last if they are all like this. I joined Trip Advisor just because I felt I needed to warn others about my experience.
This hotel was excellent, everything from the staff to the facility went above my expectations. Coming from 12-14 hours away from home I was exhausted upon my arrival and they did everything they could to get us checked in as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking at hotel stay's in the area.
A nice hotel with clean rooms and excellent beds. Only down fall and why I rated this a 3 star is poor hotel front desk attitude in evening shift. Breakfast is ok; but they ran out of bowls for cereal. Nice pool thats open till 11pm.
This was a wonderful place - clean, great check in, friendly front desk personnel, Rooms very clean and comfortable - this was a last minute decision to stay here and we couldn't be more pleased - very quiet and very helpful in giving information about the restaurants.
Excellent place to stay. Helpful & friendly staff. Very clean accommodations. Numerous restaurants and shopping locations nearby including an Outlet Mall. Easy access on and off in I-25. Breakfast served each morning. Quick and easy check in and out. Would stay here again.
Love this motel and stay here whenever we are traveling back and forth from Arizona to Nebraska. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and fun. Getting old but think it was Judy????? Loved the room and the bed was very comfortable....Great chair and ottoman to sit on and loved they had a great tv with HBO to boot. Also serve a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning which we enjoyed very much. Only complaint at all was they are very close to the expressway so if you can get a room away from that. we stayed on the 4th floor and would recommend that too....
Loved our stay and room! Very modern and great hotel for the price! Customer services was awesome! Breakfast was really good! Lot's of shops and restaurants to select from and nearby gas stations too. Outlet mall area. A 30-40min drive to the Airport. I would stay here again! 4th floor rocked, very quiet! Value for your money for sure!
Great location for business in Colorado. Easy access to freeway, central location for North & South Colorado ventures in the same few days. Restaurants close by. No Smoking facility was very nice. Indoor pool was a nice feature. Would recommend.
This was our last stop on a 14 night trip. We had flown into DIA and stopped here on our way back home to New Mexico to stay and shop at the Outlets. Husband and I agree that it was our favorite hotel out of the 4 we stayed at during this trip and the VRBO rental!! Check in was easy and they had honored my request for a mountain view. The room was really spacious, really clean and the shower was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The only downfall was there was no hair conditioner and the supplied shampoo bottle was empty but that was of no concern to us since we had plenty with us. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby for dinner and the breakfast had all the staples including fresh fruit. We will defiantly be back!
I hadn't stayed at a Best Western for years, and this facility raised the bar of what I expected a Best Western to be. Excellent facility, Excellent Staff, Excellent Service - Can't lose by staying at this property.
This place was perfect for my son and I. We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. Your staff were all so nice. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. We loved having the outlet mall across the street, and so many restaurants near by. It was an amazing location. I can't wait to come back to Colorado to stay here again.
Easy to get to because it is right off of the highway. Multiple good dining options nearby. It also is immediately adjacent to a liquor store which is highly convenient but you are still in a nice area. I thought the room was average as were the amenities. I would stay here again. It's not the newest place in town, but it isn't run down either.
I travel often and must compliment this property for the hospitality, the beautiful property and incredible staff. Andrew the GM, Judy, Dakota and Randy from the front desk, were perfect! Every morning I was greeted by name and with a smile. This property and staff are very prompt to make sure your stay is perfect by their ability. Andrew, a truly great GM and front desk staff were professional and warm everyday. Thanks Best Western-Castle Rock, I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!
We do several different kinds of travel which dictate the level of amenities we seek. One kind is truck travel with the two dogs when traveling to our place in AZ for an extended stay in the summer. We have been taking the southern route through MO, KS, OK, TX, and NM because it is shorter with high speed limits. However, this time we elected to go the northern route through NE, CO, and NM because we wanted to see Colorado Springs where our kids are relocating. Castle Rock was about the mid-point in the trip so we booked the Best Western Plus there. We generally choose Best Western when traveling with the dogs because they are pet friendly and still offer reasonable comfort. This Best Western offered a convenient location, better pet area, clean room, nice breakfast area with better than average selection, fitness center, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dogs gave it 4 paws up.
Booked this room at the last minute and was pleased with it. Very nice suite and view of the mountains. Sorry we were only passing through. IHOP restaurant was next door so we walked to it for dinner. This was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed at a Best Western. Staff was very nice.
Would Recommend....Quiet. Clean. Comfortable Beds. Contemporary Décor. well lite parking. We were on the road very early into the morning, the night manager was very helpful in getting us settled in, she went out of her way to help, above and beyond. the next morning we missed the regular breakfast; however, the ladies in the "breakfast area saw that we had some cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice and etc. Again, about and beyond!! ,
I enjoyed the comfort and stylish décor of this hotel. Breakfast had many options, all of them very good. I definitely will stay here again when in the area. This is by far the best Best Western hotel in the Denver area.
Had a bad air BNB booking so we decided to drive until we found a place to stay so we decided on this in castle rock. Employees were very helpful. Room was spotless and clean very nice stay. It's close to the highway so easy for an on off trip. Breakfast was great and had gluten free options which is great for some one like me with celiac! Defiantly a great hotel.
My son and i stopped in castle rock on our way to pikes peak. had a great stay at the Best Western--only 30 minutes from Denver. great shopping, dining, and hiking. would recommend to everyone.---i have to write 200 characters. I don't have 200 characters to express.
We stayed two nights over the weekend and had a great experience. I see why this hotel is ranked #1 in Castle Rock. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was incredible too.
Everything at the hotel was fine for the price. Easy check in, friendly enough, clean, easy access to the highway. Stayed for 2 days. The internet did not work in my room, got a connection a few times and lost it, worked better in the hall. I need decent internet, thought there might be something wrong with my ipad as my iPhone which is newer worked but not great. In a new hotel and everything is fine. If you don't need good internet in your room the place is otherwise good.
We stopped late night off I5 and glad to have found a clean and family friendly hotel at that hour. The place was clean, safe, and with ample parking and recently renovated lobby. Recommended for those needing a clean, safe place to stay with easy access off the interstate.
I love staying at BW's because always indoor pools that are clean, clean rooms and great breakfast in the mornings that satisfies every one in the family staff is great and always polite, and with being a rewards member i don't have to rush because check out is not till noon
My wife and I accidently made our reservation for both Friday and Saturday night, when we were only planning on spending Saturday night. Upon arrival were informed that we were a no show and they charged our rooms and cancelled our Saturday night stay. They got us a new room and didn't charge us for Friday. Thank you so much. Best Western is the Best
Our room was a single King bed. It had a couch and desk as well. Very comfortable and spacious with clean bathrooms. The front desk staff was superb as they greeted us regularly when walking through the lobby; they seemed to truly appreciate us as guests. Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was sufficient (not impressive but not disappointing either). We had a discounted rate for a wedding block of rooms, but even at full price the cost would have matched the quality. Lots of food choices nearby, and a liquor store that will blow you away, but not many options for alcoholic beverages or bars past 10:00 within walking distance. Even so, I would definitely recommend the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock to family and friends.
We have stayed many times in this hotel, and we have never had any problems. On this trip, we brought our two dogs, and they were welcomed as well. The staff is courteous, and goes out of their way. One day I needed coins for their laundry facility, and the manager, Andrew, walked next door to the Holiday Inn to buy me a roll of quarters! I was astounded at that level of customer service!
We had the unfortunate luck of getting a room where housekeeping had failed to restock anything and had left a rather nasty surprise in the toilet. After speaking with the front desk we were able to get a new room that had been properly taken care of. Overall the room was nice for a 2-3 star hotel. The AC worked decently and wasn't too loud. The beds were marginally comfy about on par with most hotels in this price range. The view from the room out towards the mountains was nice. One downside was the spa was broken and you had to walk across the street to another hotel to use theirs. We would stay at the hotel again if we were in a pinch for a room as we were the night we stayed.
We wanted a nice play to stay after a long day at the Renaissance festival and to get a jacuzzi in the room was a bonus! The bed was nice and clean and comfy but I should have asked for another pillow. The bathroom was fine but we really didn't care because of the jetted rub in the main room. Awesome! The couch was nice to sit on in the morning. The room was big and open, very comfortable. There are also plenty of places to eat that are very close. It was a bit loud at night because we were on the ground floor and I could hear the people above us all night playing with their tub. The vibration of the jets and the water running and draining was a bit loud. All and all, nice place.
Stayed here during a business trip to Denver as everything in the Denver area was sold out. Great hotel and even better staff. The front desk staff was top notch in handling my needs and changes! Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good start.
My experience at this hotel was excellent and I recommend this hotel. The employees are extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location was also a plus. It has easy access to and from Interstate.
I made the mistake of trusting a Travel Agent with my plans. When we got to the Hotel things were so messed up I was beside myself. This was a trip to say my vows with the man I love as well as lay my mother's ashes to rest. Suzette and Rita were AWESOME as was the rest of the staff. They did not have to do anything as it was the mistake of the travel agent, but they went above and beyond to make things right for us. I am forever grateful to the staff of this absolutely wonderful place. If you go to the Denver or Colorado Springs area STAY HERE. They are very clean, lovely facilities, and the staff is beyond wonderful.
We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel, as we had never stayed at this particular one before. We give it a 10+. Not to mention, there's a handy dandy little brewery a couple of blocks away that was great.
Everyone was so helpful, incredibly clean, breakfast was fresh and always filled and clean! The front desk would go out of their way to help. I had spoken to a young lady named Dakota she was checking in rates for me for a special event and told me she would call me back and she did! I changed reservations from adifferent hotel to Best Western Castle Rock, because she took the time to help me.
We booke the room for 2 queens, got there and the room smelled of smoke, told the front desk, they said, we are sold out. Did nothing, did nothing. Terrible Customer Service. Then booked the following week for 4 days, booked a KING SUITE, was told when they checked in that there are not guarantees of the rooms you book. STRIKE 2. Called the front desk person Randy, he said he couldn't do anything and that you basically get what you get. No guarantees of the room you reserve. DO NOT BOOK HERE>
very well kept place and surroung area is looks excellent as well ,breakfast area is small hang up phone when i tried to report problem so i have to call back i did not see any other issue looks like their phone system was acting funny
We spent one night here on the way to NM. We were met by a very pleasant young man at the front desk. The room was a great size and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. We slept great! There was both hot & cold breakfast available the next morning. I would stay there again & recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in the Castle Rock area.
Had a sweet suite for an overnight stay after shopping at the outlet mall. All the front counter staff we dealt with were so friendly and able to offer local tips. Stepped outside for a smoke and the person working the front desk came out too, just to chat and tell some tales. It was like staying with family- that you like!
Spent the last night of our trip here before flying home. Was the BEST HOTEL ROOM OF OUR ENTIRE TRIP. Newer hotel that is very well appointed. Our suite had privacy, double sink vanity, full kitchen. Has good lap pool. Very much appreciated the late check-out.
Excellent Hotel, location, much to see and do very nearby, friendly enviroment. Location is a great area weather your traveling north towards Denver or south toward Colorado Springs. Great shopping outlet 2 minutes away,
This was a great experience, differing from most standard hotels. large rooms, very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, with the breakfast buffet offering the most choices we ever seen, including the made to order omelet center. And the daily steak specials and happy hours at the Falcon club were reasonable in price and delicious. Attended a Veterans reunion and these folks treated us superbly. Recommend this place to everyone, including families.
The hotel is ok. Easy on and off the highway but it would have been nice to have a pool. And the dining room is WAAAY to small. Little kids were playing in the hot tub (like abou 10 kids) and no staff seemed to card/object)
Employees went out of way to make for an enjoyable stay. Very good value for the money. Some noise issues, but not bad enough to complain. Conveniently located, excellent breakfast included daily. Excellent recommendations from staff of things to do and places to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone.
The employees were very friendly and helpful, the food was decent (sausage was juicy), and our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the free USA Today during the week, and the Denver Post on the weekend.
Great Best Western property. The hotel was clean and well laid out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again with my family the next time we are in the Denver/ Castle Rock area. The pool and spa and public areas of this property are very inviting.
We stopped here on our drive through Colorado. The front dest staff was very nice and although he said he was giving us a nice quiet room it was next to the highway. We walked to the IHOP next door because you get a coupon for money off because you were staying in the hotel. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the pool was nice. We did not sleep real well, not only was there noise from the highway but we had a room with a shared door to the room beside us. It was extremely noisy and we could hear every child tantrum and belch coming from the neighbors. Must be very thin walls/door. I am giving it a 4 because if you have nice quiet neighbors you wouldn't really have much of a problem, we just happened to have a noisy night. The breakfast was nice in the morning.
We stayed in the hotel en route from Albuquerque to Denver Airport. it was very convenient as we had a early flight the next morning and we were able to return rental car and make our flight connections. The staff was very friendly-helpful and we enjoyed the hotel. A large comfortable room and great sleeping. there are several restaurants in area very close for dinner, and the complimentary breakfast a great start.
I love this place!! The staff is welcoming and caring, doing little extra things they don't need to. The morning breakfast is very nice to wake up to. Rooms are kept very clean. IF you ask for anything at the desk the staff bends over backward to accommodate you. The lobby was immaculate and every time I walked through it there was always coffee available. I left before they opened up for breakfast one morning and they actually packed me a breakfast bag to go, which I thought was great! I am going back before the end of the year & you can bet I am staying with them again!
We were given a horrible room located directly in the lobby. We were told since we had a little dog this was the only room available. The bed was well worn out. Our backs were killing us the next morning. and the ice maker kept us awake.
We called ahead to this hotel to book for our last night of vacation. The staff was efficient at check in and at check out. The room was great. Breakfast was not quite hot yet when we went down to eat and had to be heated by the lady in the prep area. Otherwise, good.
Stayed 5 days/night in balcony business suite for family wedding. Staff all courteous, room clean. Convenient location. Manager interested in feedback especially any improvement suggestions. Breakfast typical for hotel chains Pool area could be more welcoming...had a sterile atmosphere.
Spent one night and was surprised to see such a nice Best Western. Rooms were clean and current in design. Hotel is very nice. Brew Pub across the street. Breakfast included with rate. A large outlet mall is very close and easy access off I25. The only Negative is the pool had too much chlorine.
This is one the better Best Western's that we have stayed in the past 5 years. Our suite was very adequate with a balcony plus a large refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious and view was spectacular looking west. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of selections. The indoor pool was great with a hot tub/Jacuzzi near one end. The desk staff was very accommodating with suggestions for discounts at local stores and places to eat. No problem in giving a thumbs up to stay here.
We just stayed for a quick one night. We had a room facing the highway but heard no noise - very quiet room. We had the breakfast in the morning and was very good. Biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, waffles plus all your continental items. Everything very tasty for a hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Only issue was wifi was not working. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic. They were having issues and had someone working on it. Don't know if resolved quickly as we checked out that morning.
Our room was beautiful!! Loved the seating area that was separated from the sleeping area as best you can in a single room hotel! The king sized bed was super comfy!!! "Judy from Georgia" was the most awesome lady you could have greeting you at the front desk!! I truly wish I could have spent more time there! The facilities were wonderful!! The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating!! I can't say enough good about this place!!
I first stayed at this property when it was just a "regular" Best Western and was less than impressed - but wow, have times changed! Updated with crisp white linens, large flatscreen TVs & WiFi, this Best Western has changed its image from drab to fab! I booked a business sized room for a two night stay, and was delighted to find not only a generously large room, but the convenience of a wet bar, mini-fridge & microwave. Combined with the super friendly staff, hot breakfast buffet, and cleanliness of the entire facility, I'm making this my "go to" hotel for getaway weekends. And, if you're looking for a place to stay for a shopping weekend, look no further...a large outlet mall is across the main road and Ikea is a short distance north (exit 195).
Staff is very friendly eager to help. Beds comfortable I slept just fine. Rooms are clean. Nice location in Castle Rock as well. We didn't use the pool or exercise room nor did we stay for breakfast. Coffee was good. Nice place I would recommend it, and would stay in it again.
We spent two nights at this hotel with our grandchildren and had a wonderful experience. Nice, clean rooms in a very nicely maintained property, with a good-sized indoor pool. The property offers a full, complete, stocked hot breakfast, and has a very friendly, accommodating staff.
Every employee went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The hotel and room was very clean and I felt cared for and safe during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in this area of Colorado. It is also very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
This hotel provides a friendly staff, with clean, modern, nicely decorated rooms, with very comfortable beds. My husband and I shared the king suite with our granddaughter who slept on the sleeper sofa (clean blankets, sheets, and pillows were provided) - I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay again when in the area. - And breakfast is also included - a real bonus!
I have stayed for a single night at Best Western Plus Castle Rock. The hotel is clean, staff is super friendly and it is very close to the Outlets at Castle Rock. The hotel offers a continental breakfast included in the price, that was very good. Room was spacious, clean and altogether a great experience. Definitely recommend for a less expensive hotel room while in Denver.
My family and I are moving to Castle Rock in August, and we have several trips planned to check on the progress of our house. We will definitely stay at the Best Western in Castle Rock each time we visit. The staff go above and beyond their duties to help ensure everyone has a great visit.
This Best Western Plus was very accommodating to our large group. There are lots of great restaurants near by, I-Hop next door, Outlet Mall a few blocks away and a Bubbles to walk to. Excellent location!
I had reservations, and arrived in the late evening. I was greeted by Dakota, fabulous young lady, who graciously upgraded my room per my Platinum Rewards status. THANK YOU... The suite was PERFECT in every way, spacious, clean and very comfortable after a long day of driving. The hotel is close to several restaurants, some within walking distance. As stated previously, Dakota was helpful and friendly each time I left and reentered the property. I also spoke with Randy, who was also just as friendly and polite. The last person I spoke with was Chris, an extremely personable fella', whom I shared a few Marine Corps moments with, SEMPER Fi'. Great experience at this Best Western. Definitely will be staying again on my return visits to Castle Rock. Also a Thank you to the house keeping staff, extremely clean Hotel and room. Thank you. Robert D...
Great hotel to stay at. Convenient to both Denver and co. Springs. Nice pool and whirlpool. We've stayed a couple times before and have always had a great experience. Have stayed at many hotels over the years for work and personal. This is one of the nicer BW hotels. Great pick!

Great experience in a comfortable hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Rooms were comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Plus, coffee was always available. Fitness room was adequate, but more than three exercisers would be tough.
Clean facilities throughout with friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast-sausage, eggs, potatoes, gravy, cereals, breads & pastries, yogurt, waffles, juice, teas and coffee. Coffee, tea and cocoa available in lobby 24-7 next to a computer with printer. Be sure to register for rewards - we qualified for $25 gift after only two separate stays! Also felt safe when returning to hotel late and there were four uniformed staff (really) working in the lobby or ground floor (1 female & 3 males). Suggest request mountain view - excellent sunset. Several restaurants within walking distance- we ate at IHOP (good & reasonable) and Rock Yard (brew house with extensive menu, great food & accommodating staff). Also HUGE bottle shop (Bubble) next to hotel with the largest selection of wines, beers & liquor I have ever seen - considered it an attraction!!!
The Best Western PLUS Castle Rock was a nice, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Castle Rock.
The babe and an older guy checked me in Friday March 11 after a long drive from Minnesota. Dakoda was super real and made me feel like I was staying at a friends house. She was training the other guy, and they were a good combo. The rooms are really nice and she made sure to give me a mountain view, which was nice to wake up to Saturday morning. The breakfast is pretty good, I was surprised. This best western is so much nicer than the best western we have in the town I live in Minnesota. Dakoda, you were amazing. I hope your boss knows that. Thanks for a great stay.
This hotel was a great value. The rooms were large, the TV was nice, the couch was convenient, everything about the room was very good. The location is just about 30-45 min outside downtown Denver, and about 45-60 min from Colorado Springs. For our trip, that worked great. Castle Rock is quite nice as well, offering shopping, hiking at Rock Park (and other hiking/walking/biking opportunities), and many restaurants.
From booking the room, to early check in, staff was very friendly and efficient. Great breakfast and fresh coffee in lobby at all times. Can't ask for better service or amenities for the price! Would definitely stay here again. Chris on night shift was most helpful and friendly!
Extremely pleased with my long stay at this Best Western Plus hotel! Unbelievable selection for breakfast! Coffee, tea & hot chocolate available 24/7 in lobby! Very clean & well taken care of hotel! Big, comfortable room with a "living room" area! I used the fridge & microwave daily. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows although I do bring my own pillow when I travel. Maid service is quick & efficient! Was able to bring my dogs, plenty of room for their beds! Best hotel by far, when I've traveled with my dogs! The staff is the most helpful & friendly that I've seen. I would only consider this hotel in the Castle Rock/Denver area now! And their rates are much better than those in Denver anyway! Especially when considering equal type of hotel. I'd consider this trip was for business, I was here to buy a house in the area. Perfect location for your trips into the "city", site-seeing, shopping! Highly recommend!
had truck and Harley stolen from parking lot no security camera room was ok but no way to make sure your car is secure manager was nice but that did not help with the large loss should have stayed at a better location with less crime
We had been visiting family in the southern part of Colorado & needed to stay a night closer to the Denver Airport for our morning flight. This hotel was perfect. The room was great. We were on the highway side but did not hear the traffic. The bed & bath linens are very nice. The room also has a nice big screen TV. The included hot breakfast was good. The drive to the airport was shorter than expected. It took only 30 min. to get from the hotel to the car rental return at DEN. We will definitely stay there again.
We have used this hotel for sports tournament stays. I normally stay in "fancier" hotels but I would not consider another hotel in this area. This one is totally efficient, never any non functioning items, the fastest check in I have ever had with no mistakes at all. Very clean, nice beds, good shower. Clean pool for the kids. close to varied dining options as well as being right next to a huge shopping outlet. Great travel on a wide, new highway from one exit to the next. Not a thing to say wrong.
This hotel was great! It was clean. The night clerk was very friendly. The pool & hot tub were nice. Spacious rooms - it had a king-sized bed & a couch that I assume was a pull out). Great breakfast with lots of choices!!! Close to the interstate. Highly recommended
I have been coming to this hotel since i was in high school. It was the only one my mom would stay at, and it remains the same for me now. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will keep going back.
The clean of this hotel and our room is one for the books and a proper reward for a long travel day (featuring awful traffic delays in Denver). Nice, clean pool. Location is just off I25 and easy to spot. Another feature I always appreciate is comfortable bedding and this hotel delivers. We found good restaurants close by.
We were very please with our stay, the service, room, value, and breakfast were excellent! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast with hot items. We will be looking for Best Western hotels in the future.
The suite we stayed in was well stocked with dinnerware so we felt at home. The balcony was nice, and we liked the layout of the room. I'm an early riser but my husband likes to sleep in, so the ability to close the door between the bedroom and the living area was very nice.
Very friendly, professional staff. Outdated furnishings in the rooms, but the hotel is well kept / clean. Close to great shopping at the Castle Rock Factory Outlets and great breakfast options included in the rate. They also provide discounts for a couple of nearby eating options (e.g. Applebee's) and for shopping at the Outlet Mall.
Very pleased with this hotel, rooms seemed newly decorated and very clean. Serve Complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and we were able to have our dog with us. Located right off I-25 and there are many restaurants and shops very close by. Great place to stay.
My stay was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were quite nice. Room was very clean. I wold recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy getting away to a high quality place for a reasonable price.
Had a great experience with the staff and the fresh homemade cookies they offered at check-in. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff and making sure I got a great room with a great view of the mountains and the sunset!!
Very quiet and comfortable room. Enjoyed the extra space with couch, coffee table and chair in room. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast, especially the omelets!! Even though the hotel was located near the interstate, our room was very quiet. Heater blower was quiet, something we had not experienced in a number of earlier stays in other hotels on this trip. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Slightly above average for this caliber of hotel. Pleasant Stay. Beds were a bit soft and uncomfortable. Hot tub was nice. Very clean hotel overall. Room was very clean. The Televisions need to be mounted on the wall to make it comfortable to watch, since the bed is really the only place to view it from. This is probably one of the nicest Best Western locations that I have stayed.
Most hotels and inns in this area south of Denver are a bit on the pricey side ($110-125) but we found a relative bargain at $84 plus tax here for a large room with separate couch and sitting area. . Just off Iinterstate 25 in a complex of restaurants, liquor stores etc., this newer inn was clean, up to date with excellent beds and amenities. A formidable room safe was easily accessed (as long as you assumed the kneeling position) and a microwave and frig were included. The complimentary breakfast features the usual pre-cooked eggs, sausage, cereal and pancake maker in a pleasant surrounding. While its a little too far south if your main activities will be in Denver proper, Castle Rock is a cool town with lots of shopping and excellent restaurants. (We liked Siena a lot and have written a separate review on it.)
While waiting on our home to be completed we stayed 2 times at the Best Western Plus. Two nights in December 2015 were so wonderful, we returned in January 2016. Now at 16 days and counting, our stay has been very very nice! Everyone on the staff is accommodating, friendly and professional. The entire hotel is spotless. Hot cookies at 6pm are perfect. Pool, hot tub and exercise room all clean and attractive. Very nice breakfast included, with Belgian waffle machine. Our room is a "suite" with separate area for couch, desk and chairs. Great place to stay! Shawn, Judy and Pat and everyone else are the best!
The breakfast has almost every option available. Plenty of protein, yogurt, and fruit. With fun cereals for the kids, waffles with fun toppings and blueberries. I had the egg and cheese omelet with a side of sausage, coffee, OJ. All were very nice. It is a completely non-smoking hotel so there are no nasty odors in the hallways. Pool is adequate with a nice hot tub. It is pet friendly but they do charge $20 a night. Beds are comfy and the whole place was very clean. Nice pet area just outside of hotel, grassy and mostly fenced.
My wife and I were passing through on our way out west and decided to stop here for the night. Since we had our two dogs with us we thought this would be a good place since Best Western is a pet friendly place to stay. The hotel, though by the highway, is very quiet. The grounds and building looks very nice. Inside, the lobby is outstanding and welcoming. The staff were all extremely nice and got us checked in and set. We were very happy to see this hotel had RFID keycards, as many still do not and it makes getting in and out very easy. We also felt safe knowing the external doors are locked at night. The room was extremely large and comfortable. It was great to have a nice suite to stay in and relax and eat dinner. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm on a very cold night. There is a large area to take your pets outside as well. The stay was great from the moment we got there until we left. We would surely consider staying a such a nice property again if we are in the area.
We loved this hotel. It is so homey and inviting. We met family there for a short post holiday visit. There is a cozy fireplace and comfy chairs in the main lobby. It was wonderful on a cold Colorado day. The room was very clean, very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Warm Down quilts and lots of pillows for watching TV. Breakfast was good. The staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly to us and to our guests. We will certainly recommend this hotel. Do ask for a room on the West side of the hotel. The view is awesome on that side.
Extremely enjoyable stay in Castle Rock CO Management and support staff BEST. Very generous in providing info regarding Colorado as well as services at this inn. Will certainly share my interest in reserving rooms at this inn with friends and relatives who will be going to that region of Colorado in the future.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I stayed there a week and truly enjoyed ourselves. The outlet mall is about two blocks from the hotel.
They were "something right" when our carpet got delayed a day and we had no where to sleep with two dogs and a toddler. Beautiful rooms, very clean, very cozy beds, and very friendly staff (but I'm biased because I love the Castle Rock community). I will totally use them everytime I need a close to home hotel.
The Best Western in Castle Rock was an excellent hotel, the pool was inside and well kept, the hot tub was exactly the right temperature. The breakfast was superb, but the room was too hot and my family couldn't turn the AC on, so we had to open a window, but I will surely come back to this hotel.
Sean was incredible! He fixed our TV twice when the storm took it out. Also, the staff was very accommodating when we wanted to use the breakfast room for extended times...we were all snowed in! Thanks for making our stay great!
We stay at the Best Western in Castle Rock, Co each time we visit our son and daughter-in-law. It is comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The only problem is the pool is too cold, so no comfortable to swim in on a cold December day.
Other than the lazy toilet, which was fixed, and the dead batteries in TV remote, which was also fixed, I found this hotel quiet, clean, great location, and very friendly staff on all shifts. The kitchen was well equipped.
A wonderful room and stay with great people working at this hotel. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Minutes away from the Outlets of Castle Rock.
This hotel is in a great location. Lots of shopping areas nearby. Located next-door to a liquor and wine outlet store and IHOP. The rooms are updated. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked. The grounds are clean and well kept.
Good location. However no Wifi for our four day stay. They said there was a problem but could not give details nor indicate when they might have it back. Said we could go across sweet to another hotel and sit in there lobby and use their internet. To many other places in the area, I will not be back.
I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock, CO. This was my 2nd time to stay there. It is a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice, clean & comfortable. Hotel employees are nice & friendly. I will stay there again the next time I am in Castle Rock.
This hotel was a good business value for lodging. The price per night is under government per diem rate. It is a good location to downtown Castle Rock. In addition, there is a private shuttle service that drops you off close to the hotel for a reasonable cost to and from Denver International Airport (DIA).
Lovely large (2 queen beds) very clean room that looked brand new. Bathroom fixtures were a pleasure to use. Had separate sink area with microwave and fridge. Separate large desk area beside 2 chairs and a table between. The best door lock I've seen and the best free hot buffet ever offered. Staff extremely accommodating and pleasant throughout our stay. Will definitely be back.
That about says it, and it was not a positive experience. The clerk told me that it would be up shortly - the next day it was still not working. What more can you say. Lost a day of productivity. Not Happy!
Had a really nice room with two queen size bed room was very clean and spacious also the restroom was very nicely kept and clean the front desk people were very nice and helpful the hotel also had a very nice indoor pool and spa and close to restaurants
Great Value. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is good. Close to the I25 Interstate and the Outlet Mall at Castle Rock. The staff are terrific. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is a little limited but its included and we did not go hungry.
This property is a perfect location to shoppers in Castle Rock. The rooms are quiet, even though next to interstate. Bed are comfy and breakfast is good. My daughter likes staying here because of the indoor pool. Staff is friendly too
Very friendly staff. The front receptionist remembered my name as I walked through the door and asked me about my family. Rooms were clean with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Very easy to get to but not to close to the highway to add noise. Restaurants easily accessible and within walking distance.
From the check in staff and process, to the overall room and amenities, this property was EXCEPTIONAL! "Best" Best Western stay experience for me in the US. The continental breakfast room and staff plus food selection top notch. The king size bed was fabulous and the business suite extremely accommodating and roomy. Most definitely will stay at this location when traveling thru Denver again in the future.
I just returned home from a road trip across the country and through Canada. The Best Western Plus in Castle Rock. CO was, hands down, the best hotel experience during my entire trip. What really set it apart from the rest was the staff and Judy at the front desk in particular. I arrived at this Best Western mid morning after driving all night to reach my destination in Castle Rock. I was dead tired when I arrived and was greeted at the front desk by Judy. She was very friendly and personal- we chatted for a few minutes as she tried to find me a room. She was very accommodating considering my early check-in time. After checking in - and as I was bringing my luggage up to my room she offered to me a cold bottled water. I know it's nothing big but it was considerate and thoughtful. It really showed me this Best Western in Castle Rock is doing something different and above the rest.
I'll start by saying the bed was very comfortable. However the pillows were awful and the rest of the hotel is just your basic hotel. The location was exactly what we needed. It is nothing special but nice enough.
Best Western provided a wonderful experience to trip to shop at the outlet mall and attend sporting events in Castle Rock Colorado. The staff were friendly, the Hotel was clean and neat, and the experience was quiet and restful. Thee was great bike riding trails near by and it was overall a great experience.
Had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so helpful and pleasant. Housekeepers took very good care of me. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Will stay again on my next trip to Co
All details were attended to. Staff were pleasant. Everything was clean: the room, the fitness room, and the pool. This is a very well-managed hotel and I am quite likely to stay here when I visit Castle Rock, Colorado. The Castle Rock Best Western Plus was the first "Plus" and I am more likely to consider another BWPlus when I travel.
From check-in, through room cleanliness, to a quiet night, to excellent breakfast, this is a hotel that has staff and management that knows what it takes. NOTHING we encountered was less than Very Good and most was Excellent. The topper to all of this goodness was that they served good (read that reasonably strong) coffee. Most don't, so this is always a BIG plus for us. Thanks, Best Western Castle Rock...you rock!!
Couldn't ask for a courteous and friendly staff at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock, CO. They would point out some of the features at the hotel like indoor swimming pool, breakfast hours, and certain floor where you can get like ice dispenser and vending machines. The room that I reserve was adequate for a king size bed along with a sofa bed. I did notice that they have some rooms with a small patio deck to view the mountains scene. The nearby outlet shopping center along some restaurants gives some conveniences in Castle Rock, CO.
Title says it all...this is a place I'd come back to. New, modern, nice and clean, good food, good pool, good gym. Nice location. A must stay - good price. I stay here when I visit my family in CR. I love how close it is to the restaurants and the outlet malls too.
The location of this hotel was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very accommodating. The place was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again and wound recommend if you are traveling this way to stay.
As always, this hotel never dissapoints in the clean rooms, helpfulness of the staff and great location. The only thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast selections. The Best Western Plus in Denver has much much more to choose from, but other than that, it's a pleasant stay.
this hotel
