Although a little ways from Downtown Casper, the Best Western never fails. When we were first shown to our room, the AC was so noisy we told check-in. Chris from the front desk came up and helped us change rooms. He was very nice. We had a lovely big room with a sitting area. A breakfast buffet is included with the room. Had the typical scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, cereal, breads, fruit. You won't go hungry. Working in the dining area was a lovely lady, Kapua, with whom we chatted. She was from Hawaii so we had a lot to talk about. Although we were here only one night, it couldn't have been better.

It is very nice facility, close to I-90 and easy access to Bozeman. The room was nice, clean, comfy bed. The room was quiet even though there was a lot of activity in the building involving kids and rodeo fans.

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel. Good location. Just a few miles from chain restaurants and Walmart. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One friendly suggestion, please offer a fiber cereal and half-half (not powdered cream) for coffee at the breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Lobby was busy with families on Sunday night of Memorial weekend, but the room was quiet. Front desk young man was very polite and provided directions for local dining. We had breakfast in the morning and thou they were out of butter - everything else was plentiful. Room was nicely done.

We stayed here on our way to Jackson, Wyoming and wanted a a good nights sleep after a long drive. We made the right choice. The rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in and out went smoothly. Great hotel.

This seemed like a newer hotel, very nice and clean. Internet was fine and the breakfast was good. Beds seemed a little hard but every body is different. I would stay here again if in the area. Not a lot to do or see here we were just passing through on our way to Mt. Rushmore and devils tower,

This was a nice stay. We had our dog with us. We had requested a ground floor room but were given a 2nd floor room on the opposite side of the hotel. There was a nice pet area. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The sink handle was loose, but everything else worked well. As other people have said, the TV was a little frustrating, because there was no guide channel and the available channels were all hyphenated (e.g. 27-2) so you couldn't select a specific channel on the remote, you had to click channel by channel. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but a couple of restaurants were a quick drive down the street. It was quiet at night. This was a comfortable place to stay when traveling through Wyoming.

Early on a Sunday morning, I was brushing my teeth, my boyfriend was getting dressed, when in walks housekeeping. She did not knock first, yet she lied and said she did. When reported to the manager she said she watched the video, and she did knock. If she knocked it was a fake knock for the camera, as we both heard her unlock the door, which should not be as loud as a knock. When I talked with the manager, I was told that I was put on the banned list and could no longer stay at this motel. I understand things happen, but don't lie. Apologize and go on with your job.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as we travel home to Colorado from Idaho. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is always clean. The internet works fine (really noticeable since we'd had issue at other hotels on our trip). Love the luggage carts!! It is out of town short ways and not right by the highway which makes it quiet to sleep. Lots of restaurants within a couple miles or less.

The check in was extremely easy, property was extremely clean, and the breakfast area was one of largest I have seen in any hotel. Easy to get to the property. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

This was a decent, clean place to stay. Our dogs were able to stay with us and were happy campers! Decent spread of food for breakfast, with coffee maker and microwave in room. Clean bathrooms and a place to park our trailer.

Were very pleased with the delicious breakfast. Spacious, quiet, and clean room with a super comfortable bed. We'd definitely stay here next time we visit Casper. There was a lot we didn't have time to see and do.

Smoke detector led light flashed all night lighting up room, morning checkout person even walked down and verified saying "wow that would be annoying". He stated that I would get call from manager and refund. No Call. Called the following Monday, no return call. Left several messages on supposed manager's line. Wednesday diagnosed with cellulitis from several small bug bites in leg. Told hotel, no response. Worst stay ever. Finally called Customer Service the following Monday, we will see if anything happens. I honestly wonder if a manager for the hotel even exists.

Dear webcountry307, Your complaints have been addressed and are unsubstantiated. This has been addressed with you now several times by 3 different hotel managers. Your multiple phone calls to the hotel in which you hang up when the Front Desk Agent answers will no longer be tolerated nor the demands that the hotel give you "gift cards" and "free night vouchers". The hotels professional pest control contractor has been to the hotel and no insects of any kind were found in the guestroom you stayed in, nor any other area of the hotel. This hotel is an award- winning hotel for Guest Satisfaction from Cleanliness to Service, our Guests are our top priority. Perhaps this has worked for you at other properties, but in the interest of our guests and staff you are welcome to seek accommodations elsewhere.

I stay every time I come to town for work, usually 4 times a year! BW of Casper is Great, clean, comfortable and always a peaceful sleep! Pool is great for my workouts all year round and the breakfast spread is superb!

Warning: We had items stolen from the parking lot of this hotel during the night. Bring in your valuables and park near the front in a well-lit area. Until we realized that items were stolen, our experience was average--the pool is not heated, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay. Customer service was excellent from the time we checked in to check out time. was The location of the hotel was great, quiet away from the noise of the city, Pet friendly was a must.

These beds were really comfy after a long day on the road. The room was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. This was a nice restful stopover on a long road trip. Didn't get to use the nice pool since it was full of kids late into the night. I would stay here again without hesitation.

They are listed as pet friendly, they are not. Then when arriving they don't let you have the room you booked and put you in a different room that doesn't meet your needs. Therefore our stay was very uncomfortable and we did not enjoy it.

The hotel and room were spotless. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was spacious. Breakfast was fresh and delish. Employees were kind. Wonderful hotel close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Best Western Reward members beware. This is possibly the only best western I've ever booked that offered members inflexibility on cancellation or date changes. Flexibility was offered at higher rates, which means reward members don't get rewarded :) Also their rates and pet fees are higher (pet fees are double) than equal best westerns in other similar locations. So if you are loyal to Best Western, this hotel will not be loyal to you. Last, we stayed there in June and the wifi did weird things to our iphones. We have 4 and all 4 had trouble. The moment we disconnected everything worked fine. We'll be trying Holiday Inn next door the next time we are in Casper.

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you booked a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, it would have been lower due to the fact of the rate being non-cancellable. We do reward our rewards members with a 15% discount off rack that IS a flexible rate. Our pet fee is rather standard at $25.00 per pet per night. (I do know the Holiday Inn next door has a $50.00 per night pet fee) Each Best Western is independently owned and operated, so there are some differences from property to property as far as pet fees, pet room availability, they type of pets accepted, or whether or not the property even allows pets at all. Again, my apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay with us. We wish you all the best in future travels and hope to have the opportunity to better your experience on a future stay.

This was a nice hotel. We stayed in a room on the upper floor away from the elevator and vending area. The room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. We recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Casper, WY.

This was the worse experience I ever had at any hotel. The front desk is never manned. They leave a number for you to call for service. I stayed there for 45 plus days for work. I had problems getting mail. I complained and asked for the manager and was given the wrong number. In all those days I never saw the manager. Someone called me on the hotel phone in my room while I was at work, telling me to find a different outlet to get my mail. Their mailbox is off sight and they did not check it everyday. Well if you have a hotel full of guest you should check it. Then I asked them one time out of the 45 plus days I was there to clean my room, the day before my one off day in 13 days and that never happened. The next morning I asked again while I was washing my clothes and it wasn't clean then either. I had to act ugly to get results. Then I come to my room at 6 pm, after working 12 hours and there is a construction crew right outside my window. I call and ask the front desk when will they be finished and she said 8 everyday this week and I have to deal with it. I only got offered a new room, after I called their corporate office. The one of the young men at the front desk addressed me by my First name instead of Ms or Ma'am. This place is ran by inconsiderate young people that does not know the first thing about how to accommodate the guest. The manger have never tried to help. I travel all over working and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had. When someone's at the front desk, they don't greet you and I never felt welcome.

Very nice hotel, smells and feels very nice. Beds are on the firmer side which is probably better on the back after a lot of sitting in the car. The room was very clean minus the odd stains on the box springs which was a little gross. The one big downside was the lack of a hot breakfast but it was nice that they provided hard boiled eggs because cold breakfasts are usually heavy on the carbs. I liked that they were very conscious about keeping things sanitary at the breakfast area. Everything was individually packaged and there was a hand sanitation area. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel at a great rate. Will definitely stay again if we come this way. Thank you for a lovely experience!

This is a newer hotel. It has been well cared for and is extremely clean. It smelled fresh and clean when you walked in the front doors. Easy access to luggage carts. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice variety, very clean and organized. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing but the pool was enjoyable. One elevator was out of order our 3 day stay but the one working elevator seemed to keep up with the guest traffic. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We (4 of us) stayed in the 2 queen suite. It had a great "extra space" in it which was nice since we'd been travelling cross country for several days and had extra gear/needed to not be tripping on each other. We got the aarp discount so it was a good price. They had the most amazing breakfast casserole in the morning. No kidding, I would come back again just for that. Kudos to whoever prepares it! I also liked that unlike most hotels, they had a rough cement floor around the pool area so it wasn't quite so slippery. The pool was good. The hot tub was closed for repairs. The wifi in our room faded in and out. This is a good location...easy on/off the interstate, close to restaurants/shops. There was no freezer in the mini-fridge. The facility has been kept up well and shows hardly any signs of wear. I would come back again.

We had car trouble so got a late start and didn't want to travel at night on up to Story our final destination because of the deer. The Best Western had a high rating and was more reasonable than the hotel next door.

Location: Close to the interstate. On a busy road. Easy driving distance to many restaurants of all types. Property: Minimal landscaping but well groomed. Large lobby seating and breakfast area. Nice furniture and carpeting. Two elevators for four floor...minimal waiting. The pantry in the lobby area is poorly stocked. Slow internet. Room: Nice and large. Functional furniture. Good desk chair. A/C positioned so it does not blow on heads of sleepers. Nice size vanity. OK mattress. Great pillows. Comfortable couch. Towels are thin, definitely not fluffy. No bath mat and tub floor is slippery when soapy. No grab bars. The shower head is positioned very high making it impossible for a shorter person to adjust spray nozzle. Hot water is slow coming and not very hot. The cable company did not offer a program guide of upcoming programs. The remote did not have the capability to change channels because it could not enter the dash required by the digital channel. We had to laboriously page up and down to reach the desired channel. Only a little road and hallway noise. Staff: Check-in clerk was robotic. She announced that the pool was closed as part of her rapid dialogue. No apology, no explanation, no timing given. Another clerk did not know anything about the TV remote issue. She said she would check with the maintenance man. He gave her another remote to pass on to me. It was an unprogrammed Samsung remote. It was worthless. The TV is LG. Breakfast: Adequate but less than the competition. There was a good variety of cereals.. No granola. No added toppings, e.g. walnuts, raisins. The scrambled eggs were good. There was no meat. There was a breakfast casserole with a hint of sausage. There was only one flavor of yogurt-wild berry. It had 150 calories and 25 grams of sugar. Competitors offer fit and light with 90 calories and 14 grams of sugar. Three different fresh fruits were offered. One serving dish had biscuits but there was no gravy. There was a variety of bread but no muffins or pastries. Price: Competitive. Exercise room: Clean, big and well equipped. The floor was rubberized, but still too hard for my old bones. No floor mats available. Dumbbells started at 10 pounds; my wife uses 5 pounds. The resistance on the bike was higher than normal even at level 1. Business Center: One computer and printer in a corner of the lobby. Not private. The software could not handle Google Chrome. I had to use basic HTML to access my email. Internet: Very slow at .88 Mbps download. Upload test showed zero. It took a long time to send pictures.

Huge rooms, very very nice bathrooms with great shower pressure. Clean property overall, nice work desk, comfy beds and sofa area makes for a great stay. we were passing through town to Tetons, this was one of the last best places we stayed at on our trip. great value great property, nice helpful pet friendly staff.

Everything went great at the hotel from check-in until about 3AM. That's when the experience turned sour. I was awakened at that time to an irritating and irregular clicking noise coming from inside the wall behind the headboard. I was unable to fall asleep due because the sound was driving me crazy. The staff could not move me to another room, nor could they address the actual issue. So I was essentially given the choice of laying there for a few more hours going crazy and getting no sleep and then getting on the road tired, or just getting on the road tired anyway, but with an earlier start. I chose to just leave since the staff wasn't going to help. Don't recommend.

We just returned from a two week vacation and stayed at multiple motels along the way. This Best Western was tops and a very nice experience. So clean, modern and friendly. It was by far our best motel experience.

As usual the check in process at a BW hotel was silky smooth. The room was spacious (big bathroom), clean, and the AC was amazing. The hotel was very clean, we thought it was brand new, but apparently it is 5-7 years old. So that says a lot about how they maintain it. The pool wasn't huge, but after spending 10 hours in a car, it was nice to get the kids some exercise. The breakfast was pretty good. The kids ate, but the wife and I went to Starbucks on the way out of town, which is on the same road. As we arrived the night prior, we mobile ordered Olive Garden, which is also on the same road. So the proximity to other restaurants/coffee shops is great. We will stay here again!

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Casper (3-4 times/year on both business and pleasure). It's clean, they serve a REAL breakfast and the staff is friendly. They always accommodate my room requests.

Location - great, breakfast - great, front desk - so-so, communication missing. Room not made up and found you are supposed to be asked during check if you want daily or every other day. Okay, but to not make up the room any of the four days when you asked each day to have it made up and are assured by front desk that it would happen today? Disappointing. Trash in hallways? Staff shortages with Covid I would have understood, but not communicate bad. No working Pool, No Spa and the final straw they only take some dogs (thankfully we had family locallty)

I do apologize if you did not receive housekeeping service after requesting your room to be cleaned. We have shared your comments with housekeeping to ensure they are checking the room service request log each morning and will also be reformatting our log to ensure it is clearly showing which rooms have requested service on any specific date. We do have guests who place items such as trash and towels in the hallways, these items are then collected throughout the day by hotel staff. Checking the log book, during your 3 night stay, the swimming pool was only closed for the last night of your stay due to a chemical imbalance. It had been opened throughout the other days of your stay. I am a bit confused by your comments about dogs, as we allow any type of dog to stay with us as long as a pet friendly room is reserved. Limit of 2 dogs per room with a pet fee of $25.00 per dog, per night. I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations during your stay and wish you all the best in future travels.

We were traveling for 2 weeks and staying at a different hotel almost each night. This hotel stood out as one of the best during the entire trip! It felt clean and even the towels smelled fresh! The breakfast was great and we had plenty of room for our family. Best Western moved up on our list of first places to try to book for future trips.

Stayed one night. The staff was very friendly, check-in was efficient and we were able to do express check-out. The room (as it should be) was super clean. The amenities were standard for a hotel but worked well and the breakfast was good and had many options. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here two nights within the same week and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the upkeep and appearance of the facility. Everyone was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and varied between the two days. My only problem and it was pretty minor, was the Pool had too much chlorine on one of our nights.

This is a typical Best Western. We try to stay at Best Westerns when we travel because we like the reward program and their hotels are usually very well done, quiet, clean and comfortable. This one was no different. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and right off the main road into town. They had a state high school track meet in town the night we stayed so the place was sold out. I was impressed that even with the place filled with teenagers, the hotel was quiet and we weren't bothered by noise. This place is a little hard to find initially. It is tucked away behind another hotel and the signage for the hotel is fairly small.

The hotel room was excellent. Amenities were good. Breakfast was good but servicetime was bad. After a long journey , we had a very good sleep. The only thing was we had to request for additional towels and few other items.

We stayed here for two nights and found the hotel to be clean and the staff was friendly and following all safety guidelines. We didn't like the design of the hotel such as the windows that don't open. This was particularly a concern as the room smelled of very strong cleaners/fragrances. I assume this might be due to to the dog freindly aspect. This is definitely not a deal breaker for most people, but we will likely stay elsewhere next time around.

The facilities were great, breakfast was awesome. Pet friendly too. Staff followed all COVID protocols and made sure guests were following it too. The Elevators made it super easy having dogs and bags.

Traveling during Covid can be scary, but at this best western all employees were masked and the rooms were exceptionally clean. We took our two corgis who loved all the outdoor space they had to do their business. Was very pleased with our two day visit.

Extremely impressed with this hotel. I travel a lot. Stay about 80+ days a year in hotels. Rare my requests made when booking ever considered when assigned a room. ***This hotel met my request of a top floor NON PET room!!!!! *** Rare gem!!! THANK YOU! I have allergies to pet dander and often my request is ignore and I end up being scatchy during my stay. The check in with the nice young lady went smoothly. Great bed and linens. Very Clean! Comfortable. Well maintained. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for two nights as a weekend escape. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the pet friendly policies. Hot breakfast sandwiches were nice, although the use of the “required” gloves for service was hit or miss by other guests. What wasn't ideal was that the hotel was so busy - I think our room was surrounded the first night by a bunch of high school athletes. This lead to constant door slamming, running up and down the hallway and talking. Luckily our dog didn't react to the noise; I called down to the front, but the noise continued until 10-11pm. I'm not sure why groups such as this aren't given their own floor or portion of the floor, rather than inconveniencing those not in their party. It also would have been helpful to have a blanket on the bed (rather than in the closet), and for the TV to include a guide for programming.

This Best Western at Casper is very nice. It's on the East side of town, just south of l-25. There's fuel about a mile away and very good restaurant also. It has a pool- exercise room-and very nice breakfast spot, but we weren't filling well, so we didn't go in. When we come back next time we'll try them.

I am highly disappointed with this establishment. I was charged for a room that I did not get an email confirmation for, nor did I get any other email (that I usually get) from them on the day of the stay to say "before you arrive". The website suffered an error and when I tried to check for a booking, I was told the hotel was "sold out". I booked a room at another establishment and stayed there instead. I was disturbed to get charged for a room I did not get confirmation for, the next day. As there had been an error, I assumed if I called and explained the situation, I would be refunded the charge but the front desk person stated it was not their problem that "Best Western's" website had an error and they would not refund the room. They could have offered a points credit, or a future room stay, but instead just said I was out of luck. I am resolving this issue with Best Western's overall customer service department but I will NEVER stay at this property. I am the team administrator for a club softball team and Best Western is now completely removed from consideration in my future bookings. There is always SOMETHING you can do for your customer, whether it be a credit or a refund, but "out of luck" is just bad business.

The reservation did in fact reach our property and a room was guaranteed for your arrival. Should you have called the property and explained the situation at the time you experience difficulties with the website, rather than several days later, we could have better assisted you in the matter. Once a reservation is guaranteed, if it is not checked in or cancelled by the guest there is a charge for the first night of the stay posted to the credit card used when booking.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean. Breakfast had some pretty great options to choose from. The bed was average, nothing spectacular but I did sleep good. I do plan to stay here again in a few weeks. I would certainly recommend this hotel. And the rewards program is pretty great!

Room was great and breakfast was good. Had to stay do to bad weather. Front desk helped get us parked with our trailer. Helped us find a place to go get food even thought it was pretty late. Only thing that would have made it better was if the hot tub was open later after a long day of driving on snow and ice.

I was happy with my stay. The check in was fast and pleasant. The room was clean and and very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful pleasant to be around. The breakfast was very good, there was a good verity and all you wanted didn't have to wait . I was pleased with my stray.

I travel twice a year from FL to MT with my two Golden Retrievers. This hotel only opened recently and I really like it. It's super clean, and very Covid conscientious. Hand sanitizing stations every where. The only thing I don't like is that the pet rooms are on the second floor, so you and your dogs have to take the elevator. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is plenty of open space around the hotel to let your pups run and play (without a leash) after a long day in the car. ous

I'll be back. This is a newer hotel, with large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good amenities, and great access to the city and highway. Very comfortable and quiet place.There are plenty of different types of restaurants close by.

The Covid safe breakfast was amazing. I did not understand why the gym was open but the pool wasnt. I definitely did enjoy how big our room was. The location is a little further away but I didn't mind it!

Check-in and Check-out was very profecient and enjoyable. My room was upgraded because of my membership status. Very quiet , spacious and confortable. Good location in Casper, Wyoming. Convient to any and all shoping. Short drive to the large Hospital and any variety of restaurants. I stayed there twice in the same week.

We stay at this property often. Easy access off the freeway in a quiet location close to shopping & eateries. We find the culture of excellence is consistently present - staff, cleanliness, amenities, everything! In spite of these challenging times due to the pandemic, we know we can count on this property to provide us with a warm welcome, a spotlessly clean, comfortable room, thick towels, hot water & a restful stay.

I had an excellent restful stay at Best Western Plus Casper, Wyoming. Everything was clean and well stocked. My only issue is that they only provide salsa with the breakfast burritos. I'd like to see packets of mayonnaise for breakfast sandwiches.

Definitely a top choice to stay at for your Casper travels. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location to nearby amenities. I have never been disappointed with a stay at this Best Western location.

This was our first hotel stay since the beginning of Covid-19. I was a bit worried about the whole experience since I am a member of the over 60 vintage generation. So I worry about getting sick. This hotel was well prepared to deal with Covid, doing sanitizing and cleaning and making sure we had a good, hot breakfast each morning. It was on the far eastern edge of town which still made it a short drive to the center of the city. And for those who travel Wyoming in winter, if you are heading south out of town, you are close to the interstate in case the weather turns Wyoming crazy. It is also close to a good range of restaurants, just down the road into town. All in all, it was a wise choice.

The worst place we've ever stayed in. 2 young middle school acting desk checkin staff. Ours proceeded to argue with us about bill while guests waited in line in line, so we acquiesced. Pool closed and only after we asked, were informed. Walls so thin we could hear next door neighbors TV and very loud I-25 semi traffic all night. Breakfast server had continual cough; offering were meager and not very good. NO Tea except 2 packages which had sticky jelly on outside and when I inquired about green tea, told these were only packages they had. Bath towels worn and thin. When we tried to talk with Erin the office manager about our bill the next morning, she was extremely rude, barking on phone that she didn't have time for us as she was in the middle of payroll. To make matters worse, she accused me of being “very aggressive” - I was stunned to say the least! Withal, the other hotel choices including a new Hilton Garden Inn next door, we would choose this or our usual Hampton Inn closer to downtown area where they know what professionalism is.

At check in there was 1 employee wearing a mask, a box (empty) of masks for guests who had not brought one, a huge jug of hand sanitizer, gloves and a 2nd MASKLESS female employee who was snotting and blowing her nose all over the place! Yes, she was leaking like a sieve, visibly ill and STILL not wearing a mask! In addition, as I was heading up to the room, I noticed a female with her mask under her chin who was animatedly talking while sitting on the sofa next to the check in desk. As I turned the corner, a couple of maskless people entered and were told NOTHING. Instead, the guy in the mask passed them off to the girl who wasn't wearing a mask - so they could exchange Covid-air I presume. Also of note, they make you sign a form stating that they will charge you $500 "with or without notice" for any damage to the room. Not that I was planning on causing any damage, but I felt that was ridiculous that they think it's okay to arbitrarily and randomly charge someone $500 for any perceived damage that they assumed they caused. Oh, and I learned that apparently they hate cats and cats don't qualify as pets. Yes, really! They are a pet friendly hotel that does not allow cats. The room itself was awesome and spotlessly clean except for two things: 1. The bed was hard as a rock. I've never in my life lay on such a hard bed. However, I didn't wake up with a back ache or anything so whatever. 2. They had one of those tubs with the textured bottom. You know the fine textured bottom that accumulates dirt over time and gets grody? Yeah. Snow white it was not anymore. ATTENTION HOTELS: You should NEVER install those deeply textured mats/tub bottoms as they are a pain to clean - even under the best of circumstances. This of course places the tub in the Operation Shower category: Wear protection (flip flops) and don't touch the sides. 4 stars for the room (minus 1 for the tub bottom) and 1 star for everything outside of the room for an average of 2.5 rounded up to 3 stars.

Thank you for your review, although some of your comments are a bit confusing. All of our staff are required to and do wear masks. Currently there is no one on our staff that is or has recently been ill, so I am unsure as to who you may be speaking of. All employees who may be feeling unwell are asked to stay home and if they do come to work and are ill, they are sent home. The Best Western PLUS Casper Inn and Suites ensure all employees follow all Local and CDC Guidelines recommendations related to Covid-19. Although we do ask all people entering the hotel to wear a mask, we cannot police each person as there are a variety of reasons as to why a person cannot wear a mask. There is also no requirement for masks to be worn in Wyoming at this time. To address your concerns regarding our pet policy, we do allow dogs into our hotel - we do not allow cats. Not allowing cats has nothing to do with disliking cats or disqualifying them as pets, it is a policy that is in place to ensure we can accommodate guests with severe cat allergies. As for the note on the registration card advising that a fee will be charged for damages to the room, we never assume a guest has damaged a room. If there is damage that warrants a $500.00 fee it is quite significant and there is no doubt as to who was occupying the room at the time the damages occurred. All our rooms are deep cleaned daily, this includes scrubbing the shower. The texture in the bottom of the shower is a requirement to ensure there are safety measures in place to lessen the likelihood that someone may slip and fall in the shower. As with everything we do, we are looking out for the safety and wellbeing of each of our guests. Thank you again for your comments, we wish you all the best in future travels.

This Best Western is a really new one, the rooms were so clean and the bathrooms were at high standards. Everything was comfortable. Close to restaurants and I-25. I recommend it if you're passing by Casper and need a place to stay.

Room was immaculate and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. I would have given higher rating except for the breakfast. Signs asked guests to wear their provided-gloves before serving themselves and unsurprisingly, I saw NO ONE doing that. They weren't adhering to masks or social distancing either. I understand policing one's policies can result in unpleasantness, but why have the policies at all then? They offered biscuit sandwiches (egg, sausage or bacon, cheese) but I dislike biscuits. No other hot choice. But yogurt, fruit, & cereal were available. Watery coffee.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue I had was in the mirror placements. I like to leave the door open in the bathroom when getting ready but when you travel with others sharing the same room they can see right into the bathroom from other mirrors in the bedroom. And why would anyone place a big ol' mirror in front of the bed? This isn't a fantasy room!

POOR Covid-19 protocols followed. Mandatory face masks NOT ENFORCE 1/2 of the people we encountered did not have masks on. We numerous times had to wait or move away from none wearing mask patrons while using elevators, lobby or talking at front desk. Breakfast was a disaster area! Big sign stated use of masks and provide gloves while handling breakfast and NOT to remove any foods from the area. Again 1/3 of the people entering and leaving did not have masks, gloves were not use in the Buffet line and vendors made deliveries to he area without either protective items. Unlike other Best Westerns the whole breakfast experience was very unsafe. We watched this mess and decided to leave and check-out. We observed 2 other people make the same decision and commented us about their dissatisfaction with whole arrangement.

We typically stay here and enjoy it, but this time wasn't as good. The light bulb was burned out it the bathroom which we told them about but they couldn't really care... we didn't have enough towels. You get your towels in a bag now . They do not clean your room or provide additional soap.. etc. also, our bathroom did not even have an extra roll of toilet paper, which seems to me what is happening since they no longer clean your room if your staying , they are not doing small maintenance and restocking . Our room key didn't work a number of different times even after having it reprogramed and the bed and pillows were far less comfortable than a cheap motel. We will try holiday inn next time!

The Best Western plus was by far our favorite. Great price, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were awesome. We did a very long road trip and it was pleasure to rest here. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and loved the European comforter.

We were visiting Yellowstone National Park on vacation and chose this hotel because of the BW reputation and it was between the park and Denver International Airport. The room was big enough and the bed was comfy. We got there kind of late and didn't use the amenities.

Once again another great stay while in Casper on business. Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites is one of the best, cleanest and most accommodating hotels in the region. Please don't go, (I just want to make sure they have a room for me, next trip)

Always clean, and always friendly. Never had an issue when staying at these hotels. And pre-made breakfast burritos??? Heck yes! I would recommend this hotel. Very respectful of social distancing as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was fair but filled a void. Sofa sleeper mattress was poor and you could feel the springs in it. The regular beds were very comfortable. Shower curtain was too short and kept falling outside of the tub allowing water to get on the bathroom floor. Room was in excellent, very clean shape.

What made is nice was that it seemed fairly new. Clean and fresh, Moderate priced. Attention to Covid. Breakfast was the same with individual items wrapped. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Check-in was standard

I checked before I came that they were serving normal breakfast with this covid fun - they confirmed they were. I also confirmed at check-in. I did a morning workout and went to the lobby in search of protein... Grab and go carbs only. I guess their person in charge of breakfast couldn't come in??? So frustrating that they couldn't even give me ready made parts of their breakfast like yogurt. Definitely expected better customer service from a Best Western Plus. Room and everything else are good. Definitely eat as Wyoming Ale Works.

We chose this location based on the reviews. It wasn't near what we hoped for. Management only had one person working during the busiest check-in time. We had an issue with the HVAC unit in our room (loud noises coming from the unit - cricket/frog/squirrel/chipmunk). There was apparently no "like-kind" room available so she said she would come try and fix it. We waited for nearly 90 minutes...siting, waiting, not being able to unpack. The employee was very kind and gracious but she was simply overworked and couldn't leave the front desk...and couldn't repair the issue. She found a way to assign us the adjacent room which was the same (2 queen + a sofabed). Finally got settled in...then night was rough...beds were brutal hard and uncomfortable. Like I said....we hoped for more.

This hotel is not any more memorable than the scores of other hotels in its class. It's new, which counts for something, but everything about it is very standard. It is out from the city center on the very periphery of Casper. Ordinarily, that would not be a good thing, but it is close to a shopping mall and some restaurant options. I will say that they provided me with a complimentary razor blade and shaving cream when requested. Wouldn't it be great if one of these chain hotels would do one thing that became memorable for a weary traveler?

This was our last stop on a 3800 miles 7 state road trip. So thankful we chose this place. It was very clean and very comfortable. Staff are hard working and friendly. Even though the normal breakfast can't be served do to covid 19 they did offer several prepackaged options. Including milk and juice! Thank you for a wonderful stay next time we visit Casper we will be sure to stay here.

My house sold. There was a bad snow storm and I was stuck without a new house and no place to go. Tracelocity got me a good rate and a safe place for me and my2 pups to stay It was warm, it was clean and the staff made me feel welcome and safe.

Travel through casper wyoming at least twice a month. The best western here is clean quiet and comfortable. Highly recomend this hotel to anyone traveling through casper wyoming. The staff is polite and highly motivated.and will do anything to help you during your stay here.

Excellent location; consistently clean, quiet & comfortable; outstanding staff; close to eateries, theaters; shopping & medical facilities. This is our lodging choice as we visit Casper frequently. Couldn't think of a negative to report!

Very Comfortable room, "bagged breakfast?" The morning employee was in fear and stood 10-15 feet from the desk. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. The night clerk very nice and helpful. Morning person was scared to death of people.

I was in Casper this week for a very small staff training and the hotel staff were very helpful during our stay. In the current situation they were very cognizant of keeping their hotel extremely clean and sanitary. I felt confident that they were doing all they could to keep their patrons safe, with hand sanitizer available in many locations and continued sanitary wipe downs and mopping of all traffic areas.

We stayed here in our way through to Mt. checked in late and was pleased with the hotel. Seems like it's pretty new. The room was outstanding. Big clean and super comfortable. The breakfast area was great. It had a very good spread. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating at our late hour of arrival!

Have stayed here twice and both times were good experiences with the room, facility, and staff. It's on the eastern edge of town, some distance from the Interstate so, for us, it was nice and quiet. We didn't use all the facilities. Places to eat are within a reasonable distance.

I seriously want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the people that work at this hotel. The people that work the front desk were so nice and helpful to my family that was there out of town for a funeral. I honestly cannot thank Ray enough for helping my mom with her pain and just going out of his way. Reasonably priced rooms and very clean. Also, the continental breakfast was pretty decent as well. I fully recommend staying at this location. Close to the city and just all-around awesome.

The hotel is relatively new and in A great location surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel definitely compliments Casper's natural beauty. The hotel is in tip-top shape with many amenities from an indoor Pool and hot tub.

Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable; afforable. Excellent staff, above-average breakfast. We choose to stay here often which speaks to the consistent effort to provide a quality hotel experience.

Bed was hard, froze my butt off in the shower due to flimsy curtain, no guide as to what is on TV. Heard garbage truck or utilities vehicle past midnight, another reason why I didn't sleep well. Room was clean but not spectacular.

We spent one night at this hotel and were very pleased. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. We had a very nice, spacious room on the first floor which was very quiet. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. We had just a side view of the mountains, would have preferred a better view. (No mountains back home)! The bathroom was well equipped with linens, amenities and a very high shower with good water pressure! Breakfast was good with the usual selection of foods. The breakfast room was comfortably large which was nice. We would return to this hotel if in the area again.

Check in staff were the nicest ! Beds were so comfy and pillows so soft, I got a good nights sleep. The two shower heads gave a nice massage plus regular shower. Breakfast was amazing unlike most hotel breakfasts.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a trip through Wyoming. Jessica, front desk staff member, was very helpful in providing information on restaurants in town. Hotel room was nice and generously sized. Hotel appears to be new. Easy to get to restaurants and attractions from this location.

Clean, comfy and worth it. the room was clean and nicely decorated. bed was comfortable and smelled clean. I really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice grassy area for him to enjoy too.

Absolutely amazing customer service! My daughter left her "lovey" stuffed animal in the room. Louie and the front desk staff went out of their way over two days to find it and send it back to us in NY. If only every hotel had staff that went out of their way even after the guest has checked-out! We are forever grateful!

This has to be one of my best stays using Best Western. The staff actually read my notes and accommodated my request to the fullest. The hotel is super clean and tucked away nicely from heavy traffic, but only a couple of minutes from the interstate. The high speed internet was fast enough that I could stream my Netflix account without any problems.

I would give this hotel a 5 star for it location, cleanliness, room comfort and quiet rooms. However, after 33 years on the road and hundreds of hotels under my belt, the ultimate mistake was made by the hotel. We checked in quickly and went to our assigned room. Upon opening the door, we were greeted by the couple that already had the room. Yes, that's right, they gave us a occupied room. Think that over a minute! We apologized to the people and went for another room. This is the moment that a professional staff offers a complimentary night. No such thing. We held our cool and got another room.

Very nice hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Beds we're comfy, great spa tub, huge! Like the pool. The location was great we were traveling to Grand Tetons do only stayed one night. We would stay again. Thanks for great stay.

The employees at this location really care! Excellent stay! I will totally recommend and use this location again in the future. Breakfast had pretty decent selections available, and front desk was more than willing to accommodate a last-minute reservation.

I was in for a quick business trip. The hotel that I had stayed at in the past was booked. Everything about this hotel was great. Clean and nice accommodations. Mini fridge, microwave... nice roomy room, comfortable. Breakfast options were perfect...healthy or guilty pleasures, your choice! Already recommended it to coworkers and I will be staying there for now on.

We only spent one night just passing through. This is a shockingly immaculate and modern , the establishment, such a happy surprise--I haven't stayed at a BW for decades. It was blissfully quiet; the beds were extremely comfortable; the individually controlled air-conditioning in the room worked flawlessly; and the bathroom was spacious---and, at the risk of redundance--spotless. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Thanks to other Trip Advisor reviewers who steered us to this hotel. We found it almost perfect, the only caveat being that the shower stream was a little wimpy (but still sufficient) and the shower head too high for short people to adjust. But other than that--the room was large, clean, well-lit, with good seating and comfy beds and bedding. The cooling system was responsive. There was easy driving to a selection of restaurants. The bathroom was roomy, with nice toiletries. We would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here one night during a road trip. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and had all the basics. The towels/linens were all clean/fresh and the bed was comfortable. The A/C and wifi both worked ok, wifi was not very fast, but sufficient for the basics. The hotel had a breakfast that is typical of the chain. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff worked hard to keep the food stocked.

Outstanding, facility, exemplary service, from check in to check out. Amenities were modern, functional and a delight to use. Felt more like a JW Marriott property. This hotel should be cloned for all Best Western s. Don't miss this lodging gem when in Casper.

Nice motel, but shouldn't be advertised for what it is not. (Have stayed at Pluses with restaurants, dinner offerings, etc.) I would have stayed at it anyway knowing this, and do not feel I was overcharged. That said staff was friendly and professional. Dog friendly. Room was very comfortable and typical of BW comfortable bedding. Breakfast had lots of selections and was better than average. Well stocked and staff at breakfast were very good. Convenient location.

Another great overnight stay at this outstanding Best Western Plus. We had a very quiet, clean and comfortable 4th floor king suite. Great air con- always of outmost importance. The entire property appears new it is so well kept up. Cookies and very pleasant front desk staff to greet upon arrival. Very good breakfast with a different treat of green pork chili to pop on top of my eggs. Will return again next trip through.

Stopped for a night to see the sights in Casper. Great location. Convenient to museums and restaurants. Hotel was clean and room large. The grandkids loved the pool. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast and attendee very helpful. Would stay again.

Total check in time was less than five minutes. The front desk people were friendly and well spoken. My room was clean and quiet. The house keepers didn't knock and barge in; they were very patient and did a fantastic job. EVERYTHING was restocked and clean. All lights, tv and air conditioning was functioning and I had zero problems with my key. I will will be back.

Very efficient and pleasant check in. Staff is professional and kind. My room was spacious, very clean, bed was comfy and sheets so soft!! Towel were big and fluffy and water pressure was good. Room was nicely appointed and had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable. Very quiet stay and the parking lot is well lit at night. Shopping and restaurants are close by. EZ access to I-25.

We only stayed one night in the BW Casper Inn & Suites but all five of us agree it was the best night sleep we had the entire trip. The spacious room was such a benefit for a family of five and made it so comfortable. The breakfast was great. The oatmeal was my favorite out of all stops on our trip. Thank you! Well done.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to Wyoming and it was a great stay. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and we got a great room. The room itself was big and spacious and clean. The breakfast was the best we've had in a while. The hotel is easily accessible from I-25 at Exit 182. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were headed home from camping in the Tetons. We were looking for something nice, comfortable, and highly rated, and not expensive. This hotel hit on all cylinders. We were very pleased and when we make this trip next summer we'll be staying here again. A plus was that the hot breakfast was fantastic with a bigger variety than any other hotel we've stayed in as well as it had a huge eating area so you didn't feel like you had to eat quickly and get out for someone else to eat.

We spent a night in Casper while traveling to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Casper is a great town to stop in for supplies, and the Best Western is clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and the full breakfast in the morning. The staff had a little trouble keeping up with the breakfast crowd, but the food was good.

The hotel was very clean, staff was knowledgeable and polite. There was a slight mix up with my room but they resolved it quickly and offered me a nicer room in turn. The hotel was very busy as there was a rather large event in town. They seemed to handle the high volume with ease. My room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly, the homemade cookies were a very nice touch and delicious.

This hotel was a bargain by any standard, the room was a double queen suite and the cheapest on all our travels as it was not in top tourist area. Very quick check in and enormous room for one night could have stayed longer in this room, all the usual amenities, fridge, comfy bed, good shower, coffee machine and microwave. Good breakfast enough o see you on your way with scrambled egg, bacon and breakfast sausage, yoghurts and muffin more than adequate. Excellent hotel and accommodation for a one night stay

Wasn't expecting much and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was. It seemed fairly new. The location was great, plenty of dining and shopping options just down the street. We were just stopping for a night, so didn't stay long but would definitely stay again. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing special but it was good.

A fairly new building and location. Provides easy access to freeway. Not too far from many restaurants and close to shopping. Very quiet and the rooms were clean. The management and staff were very friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend Best Western Casper when you are in the area

Always satisfied but this last stay was not very good fridge didn't work staff sitting in lobby watching tv one staff member said he didn't know anything bout the rooms cause he had never been in a room and had worked there 3 weeks

The hot tub was relaxing after a long drive. Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They had hand rolled burritos and chili sauce. Eggs, meat, and waffles round des off a nice breakfast

Nice rooms and clean. They are pet friendly but there wasn't any grass near our room to take them out. Breakfast was fine but they were out of most food when I arrived, maybe bad timing. Downside was no walkable restaurants nearby.

This hotel is nice and take care of guests at check in the front desk clerk was happy and quick at check in. The breakfast was out early and was good quality. The breakfast employees we happy and accommodating. All in all a good hotel. They did have a new person at the front desk the next night that did not even know where the fax machine was let alone able to check people in quickly so training may be there weakness. This would not keep me from staying there again.

Spacious room, large vanity top in bathroom, clean and a good king size bed. Pillows were the little squares that I've never thought were comfy but otherwise wouldn't have asked for anything to be different. Very large breakfast area and I must acknowledge the two ladies who were busy keeping it clean and well stocked. Many thanks for their successful efforts in providing the most well-kept area we've seen in our two weeks on the road. Very pleasant stay.

if you dont mind mud on floors and entrance ways from i m guessing oil field workers other than that it was good nice breakfast room was clean and quiet its a ways out of main town but not a problem thank s for fixing wifi

Enjoyed the stay very much. Great amenities including indoor pool and spa. We had travelled from Yellowstone and were very tired. This place was like an Oasis. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing lodging near Casper.

This Best Western seems to be quite new and very nice. The staff were way friendly and helpful and the amenities are top notch. The motel is a bit off the beaten path but super quiet and it is very easy to access whatever you may need in Casper. I will be back and I look forward to my stay.

The first room we were assigned had a super squeaky bed so had to be reassigned. The hot water in the bathroom sink was tepid at best (shower was ok). The tv remote was so basic it didn't even have a guide function. Heat and ac unit was noisy and the windows didn't open. Will not be returning, much to be desired.

I didn't realize this hotel was available. Since I couldn't book where I usually stay in Casper, a google search took me here. The hotel is nearly brand new. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The only thing negative I can think of is that there's no ice maker on the 3rd floor. First time staying at this hotel, and was VERY impressed with the price we paid vs. the service and amenities received. Pool area was great, room was really clean and surprisingly spacious, staff was friendly, and was really affordable. Our interactions with staff were minimal as they handled almost everything before we arrived - but the few basic interactions (requesting extra towels, extra coffee, etc) were all very pleasant and my wife and I decided that this will be our go-to hotel in Casper from here on out. If I HAD to find something to complain about, it's a little out of the way if your primary business in town is on the west side... but it's five minutes from the mall and Walmart, and right off the freeway... so GETTING anywhere is pretty quick and easy. It's just all the way on the east end of town - almost on the outskirts of Casper.

I didn't realize that BW had a newer hotel in Casper, as I'd only stayed at their older one. When I couldn't get a room at a few others I'd stayed at in the past, this one came up on my search and they had rooms available at the govt rate. The staff was professional, polite, and very helpful. Very close to restaurants and only 15 minutes to my workplace. My only complaint was there was not an ice machine on the 3rd floor. Otherwise no problems. I'll be staying here for all future trips to Casper!

The Best Western Plus Casper is a great place to stay. Although I was only in town one night, the hotel staff was very professional, the facility was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and the hotel was nice and quiet. I'd definitely stay here the next time I'm in Casper, WY. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

1st walked into the lobby and thought WOW. this hitel is fairly new. the setup of the lobby was pleasing. The young lady at the front desk was woderful and accommadating. the rooms are awesome and roomy. biggest bathrooms i have ever been in. Beds are kings and very comfortable. breakfast was prompt and good. located close to everything. grounds were well kept as best coukd be with snow everywhere. pets are allowed in 4 rooms on the second floor only. This is a definate stay place when you visit the Casper, wy. area

we stay in hotels often and I will not sleep anywhere that is awesome extremely clean. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and each time the room is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean hotel, rooms are comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the interstate and several restaurants. Internet speed was good as I was working from my room part of the time. Breakfast selection was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

After touring Fort Phil Kearney, it was nice to get to our hotel and relax. They had a wonderful large grassy area for pets and we had no problem with them allowing our little girl into the hotel. Like some others we stayed in during our trip. The breakfast area was large and very accommodating to their guests. No workout room, which is always a letdown for me. The hotel is located at the south end of Casper, which if you're heading south is nice. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. So you have to go a ways to get to any restaurants. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

On your future stays we do have a fitness center available directly across from our large pool area, it did have a few days it was closed this month for equipment cleaning and maintenance, I do apologize that it was closed during your recent stay.

Hot options like eggs and biscuits & gravy, or waffles. Cold options like hardboiled eggs, cereal, yogurt bar, fruit. Suite was very roomy and clean, which was nice with my 4 kids and niece. Staff was friendly and helpful!!

Great location for our overnight stay during our roundtrip to Yellowstone. We stayed here twice during our roundtrip vacation. The hotel is fairly new, friendly staff and sufficient parking during our stay. Our room was spacious and we didn't have any complaints. We did use their pool which was great for the kiddos. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. I recommend this place for your overnight stay. Hotel is near some good shopping stores and restaurants.

Booked online easily using the BW app. Cordially greeted in large lobby and assigned room quickly. Comfortable room with king bed that was a bit too soft for my likes but we slept well enough. Very clean bathroom and TV controller (easy to sanitize; see picture). Breakfast was extensive in large eating area but eggs and bacon were cold. Overall design made the facility spacious.

We were on a mini family road trip for the holidays and this hotel was the best we stayed at all 10 days by far!! From the greeting at the front desk, the clean and comfortable room, to the absolute best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel. The lady over the breakfast is fabulous!! She had everything you could possibly want for breakfast available. If we ever find ourselves in Casper again this will definitely be where we stay!! It was a great end to our family adventure.

This is a great place to stay in Casper. Very new, modern and comfortable. I prefer to stay at a place with a restaurant and lounge and although this Best Western didn't offer that the Holiday Inn next door (easy walk) had an acceptable one. WiFi and breakfast were both good.

Asked for a late checkout but was woken up at 8 am by cleaning staff knocking on and announcing their arrival, and then opening and slamming the doors shut up and down the hallway. I ended up just leaving since I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is located away from downtown in a semi-rural area which I enjoyed. I saw pronghorn antelope nearby and bunnies on the property. I appreciated the Torani syrup for coffee. Breakfast and desk clerks were good too. Rather than trying somewhere else, we decided to stay twice; coming and going.

We spent one night while on a road trip. The room was comfortable and worked nicely for two people. Our room faced towards the freeway. The hotel is far enough from the freeway that we didn't notice any road noise. It doesn't have any restaurants right next to it. The closest ones are a short drive. The breakfast area has plenty of room and check in was easy.

No complaints. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. Typical motel breakfast. Would stay there again. Comfortable room and good beds. We had dinner at the Firehouse Steakhouse which was very good (see review).

This is one of our mandatory stops one our regular trips to visit Mother-in-Law. It is convenient, close to services and restaurants, and the staff is helpful and courteous. It is easy to get to, just off the interstate.

Very nice room. Savanna the desk clerk was helpful and nice. Breakfast was real! Eggs, bacon, home fries, oatmeal, cereal, waffles bakery goods juice coffee water and fresh fruits! Good price ($94 total $103 with taxes)for room with free breakfast ! Easy to get to off highway.

Good nights rest, clean and comfortable. Stayed one night, the room was very clean and bright. This is a very new property and thus very little wear shows. The clerk at the counter was incredibly friendly, recommend a place to eat and trying to accommodate room requests (Good Job Sandra) About the only slight criticism is the breakfast which is low on selection and clearly microwave prep everything. That said, I still think free breakfast is a great deal and while I wish they had more hot choices, it's not a deal breaker.

We've stayed in many hotels in the Casper WY area & are always looking for the best quality at a reasonable price. We've definitely found it here at the Best Western Plus Casper! Extremely comfortable beds & cleanliness over all which is a must. The hot breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices of breakfast items to choose from. Also our room has been equipped with a frig & microwave which is convenient for snacks & beverages. The staff has always been professional & eager to help in any way & it is our home away from home..we highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We checked in for one night. The person at check in was friendly, quick, and helpful. The room was large, clean, with good decor. We were able to get some laundry done and had dinner delivered. Dogs are welcome. One of the best staffs I have ever encountered. Went above and beyond to help.

This property has been my go-to in Casper when I am here on business...and for many reasons. Service is the best from the time I walk in until I leave. The staff, Erin, Dan, Ashley, Ray, Romero, other desk staff that my sieve of a brain can't extract, breakfast staff and last but not least the housekeeping staff are friendly, welcoming, remember me from stay to stay, make sure I'm comfy, lend a helping hand, and so when on biz in Casper (or leisure) they are my home away from home. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean, comfy beds with nice linens, clean fridge, clean microwave, clean bathroom, the wifi works great (if you don't use your own cell phone, tablet, or laptop: there is a great business center). The pool and hot tub is always stocked with towels. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily as well as the chairs and deck. Both are open until 11PM. Kids should be supervised by adults or chaperones so other guests can enjoy as well. The staff from visit to visit does everything they can for a guest...which means, you are valued and treated well. For the last four years since my work includes Casper, I have ruled at many hotels for various reasons but not this one (I always like the staff at all hotels and the reason not staying at others is the odor of the rooms near the river area, as well as cleanliness). This hotel works well with gov employees to make sure you fall in proper range for your per diem. Breakfast changes most days: always fresh fruit, breads, some type of egg dish or eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, juices, teas, coffee, waffles, pancakes and French toast sometimes, daily made pastries. There is always flavored fresh and iced water and cooooookies...I could get into being a monster over them...me want, cooooookies! Would you need anything here? Nope, they are at the top of their game!! Love ya, Best Western Casper Inn and Suites...anothe close encounter of the Best Western kind!!

We loved our stay. Check-in was easy, room was spacious and clean. I'm not sure when it opened but it appeared to be a newer hotel. The breakfast dining area was comfortable and many good choices of food. Definitely recommend to others.

I'm told that this property is just a few years old, but it looks/feels like new. Very clean, cheery, and exceptionally well maintained. My single room was big and cozy. Breakfast was tasty (with real eggs), and the staff were really kind and helpful. The location was right off the highway (no noise problems) and close to everything without being in the middle of all the construction. Highly recommend!!!

Front desk employees were extremely helpful, very efficient & extremely efficient. The oxygen company tried to delivery my oxygen concentrator 2 days early so the front desk employee called me to confirm my arrival date & despite the desire of the oxygen employee she did not allow him to leave the concentrator which would have resulted in an additional 2 day charge. I was very impressed & thankful.

This is a great place to stay in Casper. The staff members were all helpful. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast is delicious. The grounds and building are well taken care of. It is a good location that is near shopping and restaurants with a mountain view

Check in and out was simple. The staff was very nice and helpful told us a great place for dinner. There are lots of restraurants nearby wich give lots of options. Hotel is 20 minutes away from airport.

We had a nice stay here. Our room had plenty of space and 2 chairs which is much appreciated. The luggage carts were on the small side so we had to make 2 trips. Breakfast had lots of options and the plastic ware was in a dispenser which is much healthier. Otherwise, the utensils are touched by many others. OTmeal was a bit on the soupy side, but had nice toppings.

We stayed at this Best Western Plus a few years back when it was brand new, and it was great then. We returned this time hoping for the same experience, and we weren't disappointed! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was above-average for this type of hotel. All-in-all, we had another great experience here.

This is a relatively new place in a relatively new motel ghetto. Our room was clean and tastefully furnished. Service was mediocre (we weren't offered a goody bag, which one always receives at a Best Western Plus) but was adequate. Breakfast is served just off the lobby and is o.k. One nice feature is the elevators, which are very handy if you are on an upper floor. The halls are narrow, and navigating them is a challenge when the maids are working. The biggest problem we had with this place is that there are no good restaurants nearby. Getting back into the car and driving two miles is the last thing I want to do after a day on the road.

We stayed overnight on our way back to Denver. One of the nicer bathrooms we have had and the room was fine. The only downside was the room had a slight smell on entering, which we soon forgot about. Good breakfast too. The staff at check in were friendly.

Super nice place very quiet and clean and the employees helpful and friendly .They told us about going up the mountain and places to go and what's ahead for the winter as for skiing ..We coukd definitely recommend and come back .

Lovely, large room. Nice large bathroom area. This is a relatively newer property and shows it! Extra large breakfast area with good selection. We thought the midweek rates were very reasonable! Easy access from the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay in Casper, Wyoming at the Best western. They are an excellent value and exceeded expectations. Restaurants are close by and plenty of safe exterior space for an evening to morning walk.

This hotel is 3 yrs old, very modern, nice and clean. Room was spacious, very nice and comfortable. Great breakfast and service. Very similar to an updated Hampton Inn. You can't go wrong with this hotel. It's super clean and has some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. The front desk lady was an awesome ambassador for Best Western. She was very helpful in assisting us with extra blankets.

Very new facility with comfortable bed, large rooms, comfortable and roomy dining area. Toilet seat is too small. Heard voices from an adjoining room but we were able to sleep. I can't believe Trip Advisor will not accept this review unless it is 200 characters long.

I was frankly not expecting a lot in this small Wyoming city. But this hotel seemed very well, and well cared for. The lobby and eating area were very nice. The rooms were very modern and clean, and the beds were super comfy. They also gave great treats for being a Best Western member. It is in a very convenient location, just off the Interstate.

We stayed at this hotel on our way through Casper. It was a great hotel with great service. Really liked Anderea at the front desk. The hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and the place was clean. $116.73 cost for the night

We were headed in from a full day of driving. The front desk was helpful and checkin was quick and easy. My girls enjoyed the pool and were able to get out a lot of pent up energy before bed. It was very quiet and We slept great.

On a long family trip to Yellowstone, my family of 5 stopped in Casper to get some rest. We had a very wonderful experience at this Best Western. The staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was incredibly clean. There is a well-maintained continental breakfast that offered a variety of food. This hotel is in a good location off of the freeway with quality restaurant options nearby. We left our car topper on with all of our camping supplies and felt assured that it would remain safe by employees who make regular rounds in the parking lot. The pool was fine - heated, but not the warmest. The hot tub was out of commission. That was disappointing. The double bed room we were given was large and spacious. We had plenty of room to put our many bags and suitcases, in addition to having space to move around. The one downside was having limited access getting in and out of the back door. For a hotel this size, it would have seemed reasonable to have another floor entrance. But, we managed and would definitely come back.

We came into the hotel after a long day on the road my kids had one goal in mind and that was the pool. The pool was small but there were only two other people in there so the kids were able to play and not bother anyone. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the kids were happy with the selections. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Pro: We were in a very nice room. It did not feel crowded with 3 adults. The beds were extremely confortable and everything was clean. Con: this hotel was very hard to find. The sign is not visable from interstate.

Newer hotel - everything is fresh and clean. Convenient location near the interstate (but still quiet). Lots of restaurants just down the road. Request a south facing room for a great view of the mountains. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was built in 2015. Granite countertops in the bathrooms, very comfortable beds, large rooms with ample space. The breakfast area is more like a restaurant with plenty of seating for guests. Many breakfast options as well. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Comfortable and clean room with beautiful decor. The staff was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Out of many hotel stays this year, this is definitely our favorite.

This is unfortunately hands down the worst stay at a hotel that I have ever had, all because of the way the staff treated our children!! We were here for a boys 11 year old baseball tournament, and the minute we walked in the door I knew we were going to have problems! The woman behind the desk was immediately extremely rude to both the parents checking in, and the boys in the lobby/breakfast area. The pool hours were posted until 11pm, but our boys were told they had to leave much earlier due to the noise they were making - even though there were no other guests in the pool. When we ordered pizza to feed them after a long day of games, we were told the boys could not eat it in the lobby/breakfast area where all the tables were. One of our parents received a phone call in her room regarding the "noise" from her room...and was told that she had to pack her things and her kids and leave - at 11:30 p.m. The manager was of course not available to talk to any of the parents despite several requests. One of our families wrote to corporate about our experience, and after nearly a month - have not heard a word from anyone. Very disappointing experience, we are a great group of parents and kids who have never had any complaints about our kids at any other hotel - and we have traveled extensively as a team. Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere if you have kids!!!!!

In the area with most of the hotels on the outskirts of town. Nice condition; fairly new. Only complaint is that the towels are small and thin and sparse. Better towels available at the pool. Pool is indoors. Small and too warm to be refreshing. The hot tub is nice and hot as it should be. Room has everything one needs but not for a long stay. The closet is very small but for one night, who cares.

Very very beautiful hotel. Thid hotel has a wonderful breakfast area and a great pool area as well. Room was clean and bed was decent. Stayed here for 4 nights and can't say we had any complaints. The snack area wad ok for what it was but the hotel wasn't to far away from some great restaurants!!

Excellent service and amenities. Nice quiet area of town yet close to everything. Because we were traveling we had not planned for a whole lot. Were we surprised. large breakfast social area, there is laundry service available.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a fairly new hotel (maybe two years). It was very clean with a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toiletries provided. The room was comfortable. There is a pool and complimentary breakfast . It is located in a new commercial area with about every store and restaurant you can imagine nearby so it is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Services were convenient and the employees were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the extra $25.00 charge for my small non-shedding dog. I know this is probably a common practice and probably reasonable but... PS, I arrived at dusk and the hotel did not have a lighted sign making a little hard to locate.

I arrived late afternoon and was greeting by an extremely helpful reception person named Slade. Extremely helpful young man he was! My room was well appointed, roomy, and comfortable. The facility is located near multiple dining establishments so your choices are many. I was also given excellent directions to my final destination in town. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast however it could have had something to do with 2 high school track teams staying at the same facility and when young athletes eat in the morning it's like an invasion of locusts. They were gladly very well behaved young people. The area for breakfast and lounge area is one of the largest I've seen in an American hotel/motel and it was very comfortable. Cookies, coffee, tea, and iced water were readily available to guests on a 24/7 basis.

Depending on direction of travel, Casper, WY Best Western puts you within striking range of Billings to the north or Denver to the south. Lovely room with views to the front range or the prairie depending on which side of the building you are on. Pet friendly, for a small fee, lovely places to walk your pooch. The breakfast is lovely nice variation of items and fresh fruit.

The Best Western in Casper is an excellent motel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is close to shopping and dining. The staff was very helpful. I never had to wait very long for someone at the front desk. The breakfast was clean, and had very good choices.

This place has done a nice job of keeping their hotel clean. One slight pet peeve I have nowadays with many hotels is that when you stay more than one night they don't necessarily expect you would want your room cleaned. If I am paying the same amount for a room the second night as I did the first night, the answer is YES! The breakfast and atomosphere are very good. The room itself and the hallways are very clean. The pool and hot tub are average size, but decent. The staff is friendly and even the breakfast attendant worked hard to make sure all was okay. This is an all around good place to stay and I would return.

The Best Western Plus in Casper was very clean. We have stayed here for 2 consecutive years each time we are in Casper. I booked again for next year but their price has increased $40 per night so we may need to look elsewhere.

I travel to Casper once a month. Sometimes I stay here sometimes at The Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are large and very quiet. It is a newer hotel and less expensive than the Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint is the breakfast. They do a poor job of keeping the food stocked up and several times I have come down to see a few crumbs of scrambled eggs in the pan and no fruit. This is at 7:30 - 8:00, in the middle of their breakfast time. The coffee pots are almost always empty. Last stay, my refrigerator did not work. Front Desk clerk came up quickly and discovered the fridge was unplugged. It is in a large heavy cabinet that is almost impossible to move. He was finally able to pull the fridge out of the cabinet, crawl in and get it plugged back in. I like the convenient location so I guess I will return. Just need to get down for breakfast when they open. They also have a nice little snack store for late night munchie attacks.

We do not use egg substitutes or pre-packaged microwaveable scrambles as some do; our eggs are freshly cracked and prepared and served from kitchen to breakfast bar; although this measure does take a bit more time, we can guarantee a better taste and quality. Our automatic coffee dispenser was indeed out of order until the vendor could procure a replacement part; our efforts to brew clearly fell short of the demand for a cup; I very much understand how important coffee service is for our guests to enable a good start to the day. I have advised our Guest Room Attendants to double check that all appliances are plugged in as part of their routine while servicing rooms. My impression of this property overall is positive due to the wonderful hotel staff who greeted us and replaced my missing toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was very clean. The only downside is you can easily hear through the walls and there are no actual comforters on the bed. Luckily there was an extra fleece blanket but if you like a heavy comforter, you will not find it here. Breakfast was par for this level of hotel. Free cookies in the evening is a nice touch!

There are so many options in Casper and we were so pleased we chose Best Western Plus. It is conveniently located right off of I 25, yet you're not hearing freeway noise. Upon our arrival the evening of 3-11-18, we were greeted by the friendly staff member (I think it was Dan) who worked to get us the best rate. We used our AAA card and saved $15 dollars. He was helpful with suggestions for supper as well. (Lots of options!). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The next morning we left before the breakfast room was open and the early morning staff member (sorry, I didn't catch his name-he was working the early morning of 3-12-18) was equally as helpful and had a Grab and Go breakfast ready to go for us. There is a reason for their high rating and we'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay at a clean new hotel with a very good breakfast. We did have a weird experience though. There was some type of electromagnetic force in our room. Neither of our phones' touch screens worked in the room and the touchpad on our computer didn't either. They all did the next morning when we left. That night the male receptionist thought I was nuts when I told him. The room was 201 at the end of the building.

The toilet paper is the lowest grade toilet paper I have ever used in my life. This paper fell apart immediately and took vast amounts of paper to clean properly. You are not saving money using this, because it takes a quarter roll of that paper to equal the cleaning capacity of 12 inches of something like “Charmin”. The WIFI was pathetically slow. Why build a beautiful building then scrimp on the wifi. Wifi is not a luxury but a necessity now days. Please correct this because it is unusable for doing business work on it. I will stay somewhere else based on the WIFI, I can bring my own toilet paper, but not wifi.

We enjoyed our stay at Casper Best Western Plus. People were friendly, room was exceptionally clean, very good value for the price. I would recommend to anyone. The only thing not too great was the quality of the eggs at breakfast. I think they must have been cook at 3:00 am and left on till breakfast. I would suggest you skip the eggs and sausage and opt for the cereal. Hot or cold.

Large clean newer rooms, good selection for breakfast, very nice lobby that is great to gather if you have a group of people, the gym has a limited amount of equipment but is more than sufficient to get a good work out, very nice indoor pool.

The hotel is quite new. Everything worked properly, the unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a fairly large selection. If there is a down side the place is not memorable. It is very gray and unremarkable in most every way. While there is not a restaurant in the hotel, there are several good options a short drive away.

Stayed here for work on my last trip through and everything was amazing. The breakfast could have used some more drink options but overall I was pleased. The Compotes for your pancakes were awesome. I really liked the bed too, it was super comfy.

Overall it was a great experience. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. Staff was really easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. It all looked and felt new. Things I'd change: the breakfast setup was one I hadn't seen before-- the coffee came out of a machine that made me think of the hot chocolate machines that mix powder and water as they pour. Still, it tasted as expected at a hotel breakfast bar. It also wasn't in walking distance of much, but that wasn't a big issue for us. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

This is my second time staying at this BW. The staff are nice and the location is close to just about everything in Casper. The price for the week I stayed there was Awesome! and as always the breakfast is Excellent and the selection of food items is spot on. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Best Western has decided to go with the very cheap blue and white remote for their T.V's and they stink. The channel choices in Casper were weak and those cheap remotes that you have to press with the strength of THOR to change the channel make it worse. Fortunately, this was a business trip so not a lot of time to watch anyway. All in all a nice BW and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully decorated, Great great food, wonderful Staff, Non-Smoking Facility, and very clean and spacious rooms. We go back a couple of times a year for games and always stay here!! Oh yes the parking is great, the pool is clean and the property is taken care of as well as any of the higher end motels!!

I've stayed in Casper before but not here and I wish I would have. The staff was amazing and accommodations were really great. The room smell wonderful and housekeeping is very, very good. Not one complaint here! I will return and recommend it to all. I travel a lot for work and I'm pretty picky about hotels. This one fits the bill.

At the time of check out reported to check out staff no hot water in bathroom sinks. They went through the motions of reporting but did little to fix the problem. See my previous comments for more detail

I was in Casper, WY to take an overnight trail ride. Because of my schedule I needed an early check-in and late check-out.The staff was most accommodating and pleasant. It was most convenient and a great experience!

Stayed one night. Everything was great, from the room, to high speed internet, to breakfast. Better than many high end hotels. Best Western has certainly stepped up their act. They have regained leadership in the mid tier hotel market.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. Room was nice size and nice looking. Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast both mornings, eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuit and gravy first day, second day was eggs, bacon, potatoes, plus both days also had danishes, muffins, cold cereal, juices, coffee and tea.

We always stay at this Best Western. It doesn't look like much when you drive up to it, but it is beautiful inside. The staff is always friendly and the beds always comfortable. It is a little out of the way from most of Casper, but for the price and the quality you get; totally worth it!

Easy access to freeway south of Casper. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the areas dining and tourist sites. Breakfast items well presented and tasty. Room comfortable and clean. Reasonable rate, good value for price paid.

The staff at the Best Westerbn Plus in Casper, Wyoming were among the best that we have worked with over our many years of traveling. Vey friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure things were great for our visit.

Great service, clean and comfy beds. Great breakfast ... warm food and fresh. The hotel is new, so everything was very nice. Great pizza along with salad at place across the street. I will definitely stay again.

Staff and property were inviting. We really appreciated the food our sofa bed and the ability to comfortably sleep our family of 6. However, beds were pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were all way fluffy - too high for my neck. Breakfast was more limited than I was hoping for based on other stays at this hotel brand and the single toaster took forever. Few dairy free options. There IS a pool, even though the website doesn't list it. Everything was very clean and new. There's an overpriced little store for stuff you might have forgotten plus candy etc. $5 for two Zantac pills for example. Location of property is the far East side of town right off of the freeway by hat 6 road so take that into account when staying.

This is a newer hotel with friendly staff and nice accommodations. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. There is an elevator that will take you to the floor your room is on. The parking is easily accessed with many stalls available.

Professional, accommodating, friendly staff; clean, comfortable guest room; great mattresses & pillows; hot water; well-presented breakfast variety; good TV offerings; excellent value; property is extremely well-maintained. We've stayed here several times & are consistently pleased with the experience.

If you get a chance to be in Casper, WY, this is the place to stay. My husband and I stayed four nights there during the eclipse of 2017 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, every Staff member we encountered was just super, very accommodating, and the breakfasts were the best we've ever had at any Best Western we've stayed at. I highly recommend this Best Western.

This is a beautiful, new hotel. Located on the extreme eastern edge of town in a quiet business park, I'm glad I had Google Maps to talk me to the hotel -- it's pretty dark in the area. My king-bed room had a comfortable couch, and all the accoutrements one would expect of a new BW-Plus. I slept great in the very quiet room. Breakfast was great -- eggs, waffles, bacon. Check-in and check-out were so simple, and I was on my way to the Black Hills! I fully enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

This property is set back from the main road on a side street so it is very quiet. Our room was a good size, that's why we found it odd that they had only one nightstand and one chair where they could have easily fit a nightstand on both sides of the bed and a love seat. There was also a desk chair, so if you wanted to watch TV or read the newspaper one person got the nice chair and the other a desk chair. I guess they think people travel alone? Since I travel with a CPAP I had a problem with the lack of a nightstand. We called down to the desk and a small plastic stack of drawers arrived very quickly which fit the spot where a nightstand should have been and would hold my CPAP. We had a bit of trouble regulation the heat/air but it was cool at night so we didn't have a problem just leaving it off. There was a micro wave and a small fridge - no freezer compartment. The breakfast was really lovely. Real eggs, breakfast meat, pot of cooked oatmeal, nice choice of breads, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juice, milk - much nicer than is usually offered. We thought it was a very nice place to stay.

This hotel was built in April of 2015, so very nice and new. Their rates are really reasonable and we received a 15% senior discount. They have a really good full, hot breakfast, with bacon eggs and potatoes. The eating area is very large and comfortable. The silverware dispenser was the talk of the breakfast crowd:) The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. My only concern is the noise from the room above us: the footsteps and the flushing of the toilet are easily overheard and especially noticed during the night time. A new hotel does not automatically ensure proper insulation between floors! We would definitely stay here again due to the good rates and the newness of the hotel.

While we are very grateful we found room at this BW location, and the staff was very nice, I guess we are comparing it to another BW+ that was outstanding. This location is a in almost a secluded area righto off the f'way. It's in a group of all the other hotels, and was a little confusing on which driveway to enter. The lobby is open, and spacious with enough room for all the guests at the included free breakfast. Water, coffee & tea is available 24/7, and that was a big "plus". The rooms however are dated. There is a refrigerator in the room, and there was enough space to walk around. The bathroom needs a little lift. You need to drive for all the food spots that is about 1-2 miles away from this hotel. We did have to remind the check in person we were gold members. Usually we get a big welcome. Maybe it was just a bit busy on this day. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

My wife and I made an extended trip through South Dakota and Wyoming while returning from a veterans reunion in Minneapolis. Our travel took us down Interstate 25 through Casper, Wyoming. I selected this Best Western through the BW internet page. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and appearance of this BW location. It was easy access off I-25. The exterior and interior appearance was excellent. We thought the hotel was fairly new, but were told it is 2 and a half years old. You could not guess the age by its appearance. It looks to be 4-5 months old. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast area is one of the largest I have ever seen in any hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Excellent option during our visit to Casper for the solar eclipse. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area was on the eastern edge of town, and was very spacious and quiet. The price was a bit high due to room demand during the eclipse, but overall it was a very nice facility.

The hotel is located in a business park right near the highway but it is a little way from downtown and there is not a lot in walking distance. It was fairly expensive for this class of hotel on a Wednesday 5 days before the eclipse, not sure about 'normal' rates. The room was quite large and open, so overall a good experience. Decent breakfast bar and plenty of parking.

If you have to travel for business and want a quick place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. I got in late and had to leave early, but it was a great comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a full compliment of hot items and cold cereal.

We stayed in Casper in our traipse from seeing one set of kids in Idaho to the other set in Iowa. It is a very new hotel, very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful - during check-in and check-out. The kitchen attendant located my wife's wallet which she misplaced during breakfast. The staff shipped a half-drawer of clothes to me that I inadvertently left behind. We do pass through Casper periodically, and will definitely stay here again.

Staff and room excellent! Great location and lots of shopping and restaurants within a few miles of the motel. Would recommend the Wyoming Ale Works for good eating and atmosphere. Very good value and great food!

Beautiful facility and amazingly clean especially given hotel was full the day before because of eclipse viewers! Beds comfy..rooms large with lots of room to move about..quiet... with vending and ice in their own room which so makes sense...very spacious breakfast area with broad variety of eats...would definitely recommend and stay again. I've stayed at inclusive resorts and this BW room was equal to far more expensive accommodations. No complaints. Though not a complaint, I prefer softer pillows than those provided; however full confession I did not check with the front desk to see if softer pillows were available. A note...decor colors soothing!

This place seems quite new and fresh. Easily accessible from 25 on the east side of the town. It is a three star type hotel, nothing posh , towels aren't big and fluffy no down comforter. Overall we were completely satisfied. I would suggest to expand the duties of the employee casually Swiffering lobby to emptying trash in the breakfast area. The gal there was hustling to keep supplies and food replenished.

I had a very easy time making my reservation and was given a nice room for the night I needed. Very pleasant check in and check out personal . I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with all the food entrees I like to eat. Fruit, pancakes, eggs, sausages, cinnamon rolls, etc. etc.. Very Good !

Where to begin: I hated to leave! Generally I log about 160 nights per year in hotels/motels, and my stay at Casper's BW+ has been about the best one in a very long time!! The room was excellent and Housekeeping does and excellent job, and friendly, the whole week! Breakfasts were amazing compared to many other places and even some other Best westerns! The staff in the dining area work hard, are helpful and friendly, and know how to manage "Breakfast!" :-) Front Desk staff are "Aces!" The greetings; friendly & helpful demeanors all make for a pleasant stay! Hotel management rocks too!! Everybody was at their best and performed excellently despite very busy festival week. This speaks of an excellent hotel community and supportive management! I would stay here again anytime!! BTW- Casper Wyoming is one of the best communities for friendly vibe, music, business, and great food! Super people and a welcoming bunch! Aces!!

The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Nice hot breakfast, not your typical continental. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. And this place is clean, clean,clean. Highly recommended.

OK - I guess I shouldn't look a 'gift horse' in the mouth, and this really is just my subjective review. We stayed at this BW for free (we used points). Now, I get that paying for a room with points can mean we get the least desirable room; as management at some places are like that. However, our room was poor for more than just being in a bad spot in the hotel (by the stairs and an outside door). Construction of this near new property is not particularly good: building shortcuts are evident from the bathroom fixtures (the shower/tub water control valve and tub spout were loose and shaky to operate), to NO soundproofing and paper thin walls. The hotel, which caters to construction workers and others working in the area, is NOISY. Not just from comings and goings, but room to room noise, too. While the noises were nothing more than you'd normally expect, a door closing, footsteps from upstairs, etc; the volume seemed to be amplified by the thin walls, sparsely decorated rooms, and 10 foot ceilings. Just the sound of a door closing sounded like a gunshot and at 01:15 A M, that doesn't do much for sleeping. Then there are the towels. Simply poor quality. We had better towels in my (public) high school gym. . . Just another shortcut taken to keep costs down and maximize revenue. At the end of the day, we were just as glad to have stayed for "free". It's not worth the price otherwise. I normally don't give poor ratings, but this place was not up to the usual Best Western standards, especially for a newer place.

Stayed here several times. Always a good experience. Comfortable and clean with a very good complementary breakfast. The only problem was this last trip in Aug. when bikers felt that they had to rev their bikes up at 5:30 in the morning to let all of us still sleeping that it was time to get up.

As I checked in to the Hotel i found out that did not have a room due to the fact that the third party booking service that I used had fail to do there part. The young man was more than helpful to get us a room.

Great rooms, super clean. Everything seemed brand new. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. At .5 mile up the road, ate at Fire Rock restaurant, which was AWESOME (steak kabobs and cedar plank salmon).

An excellent modern hotel with good facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The front-desk service was very friendly and helpful. The Price represents good value for this standard of hotel.

Just a great experience. Staff friendly, rooms impeccable, breakfast yummy, beds super comfortable, room super clean. Would definitely stay here again. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. I was superb!

Excellent place to stay in Casper Wyoming. Clean, friendly staff, nice amenities, great prices and quiet setting. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious and in like new condition. I would definitely stay here again.

I have had to stay in Casper unexpectedly twice this year because of family in hospitals and both times I stayed at the Best Western and both times were excellent. The staff was very helpful and supportive, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the amenities were more than I expected. Overall an exceptional experience.

This was a perfect stay. Everything clean and smelling fresh. The best part was a great breakfast. Tammy was in charge of this and talked to and greeted everyone. Eggs were actually pan cooked to perfection. We loved it all. Sausage, pancakes, oatmeal and everything else.

Best Western!! this location is new and very comparable if not a step up to the Marriott (Fairfield) hotels. The service was great, rooms, very nice and clean. You will not be disappointed! Did I mention good pricing and value?

If you are anywhere near Casper WY and it is time to choose a place to sleep for the night, hands down - this is the place. I promise you won't be disappointed! The facility, the staff, the location, the nearby restaurants - all outstanding. It is clean, refreshing, and the beds are very comfortable - what more could you ask? Well, wait until you go down for breakfast.....they outshine most everyone else and the coffee brews fresh with every cup made! No waiting for a table here - there is plenty of room for guests to enjoy their meal and not feel rushed to give up the seating. I give their hospitality an A++ and they don't even live in the South!

Overall a great place to stay. However, avoid room 217 as the view is completely obstructed by the front carport. In addition, you can clearly hear the front door opening and closing through the night and early morning while trying to sleep as this room is directly above the lobby.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was professional and friendly. No complaints. A shuttle to the airport would have been a nice amenity but it will not keep me from returning to this hotel.

This Best Western Is a clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff is very polite and helpful. The coffee is excellent and the food is very good, especially considering it is free. We will stay again on our return trip and when we pass through in the future.

We stayed here on our way to Devil's Tower. It is a nice hotel, friendly staff and great choices (cold and hot) for breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool. We would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

On our 2 week driving trip across the western half of the US, this is the absolute best hotel we stayed in. It appears to be brand new and we had absolutely no problems at all here in Casper. The pool was great. The internet was great. Excellent breakfast selection here, they encourage you to take small items to-go so the kids can snack on the road. It appears to be practically brand new. Best stay we had on our trip.

This was a great stay, the staff is always pleasant and friendly. I enjoy staying at this location it is new and kept up well and has good eating establishments located near it. I will stay this location again the next time in Casper

On a recent BMW motorcycle trip, we stayed at this property and were happy with our experience from the time we arrived until the moment we put our kickstands up and glided out. The employees were very nice and super accommodating. The room was extremely clean and decorated nicely, and the beds were very comfy. Morning breakfast was spot on and offered more than just yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles and muffins - this hotel had real scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes and all the fixings to create your own breakfast burrito. Due to being on a long distance motorcycle trip and feeling fatigued from long days and miles, I was a bit slow in preparing for our departure that morning, but the staff was so sweet and accommodating about a later check-out. I highly recommend a stay at this fabulous hotel!

This is a newer property in excellent condition as you would expect. Excellent breakfast spread, comfortable and clean rooms. Sits just South of the town in a quiet area but with easy access to some outstanding restaurants nearby.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Look forward to staying there again! Easy freeway access, and tons of places to eat nearby. Wife was able to shop nearby. Nice area of town. Look forward to visiting Casper again, and will try to stay there again.

This motel is a nice looking motel as you drive up. The front desk clerk was wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and good. The atmosphere in the motel was really comforting.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on a national park road trip nourbayite was huge. Our teens were happy with the pool. The pullout was not comfortable as usual, but the staff provided us with extra comforters to use as extra padding. Breakfast was decent as expected. Overall a good value for the cheapest hotel we stayed at over the course of 2 weeks.

Very nice, newly updated hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and quiet. We had rooms near elevator but no noise noticeable. Nice pool and hot tub area. Fitness center and business center were also very nicely done.

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotel we ever stayed. It feels like it just opened. Everything looked new. The entire staff (including the chef) was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to do what's necessary to make their guests happy. Overall a nice and clean experience ... :-)

This hotel was great. We are a family of 6, and it is often hard to find places that will sleep more than 4 without reserving a second room. The suite that we reserved slept 6 comfortably, and we were very pleased with the room. I'm not sure when this was built, but it felt brand new and was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. It included hot foods: eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, French toast, not just the typical continental breakfast of danish and fruit. The man cooking and refilling the food for the breakfast was doing a great job despite the big rush of people that all arrived for breakfast at the same time.

The facility seemed to be brand new! Friendly staff, good internet and a real nice breakfast that included some tasty hot items. Very handy location to the interstate, easily go and easy off. If we pass through Casper again we would definitely stay here!

Great service - this hotel has excellent staff, comfortable inviting rooms and good location! I had left a water bottle, and house cleaning staff turned it in. Thanks for honesty! I highly recommend staying here while on business, with family or just passing through.

This was one of nine hotels we stayed at during our move from Oklahoma to Alaska. We loved the town of Casper and this hotel. Small little pool but enough for the kids to have fun. Great staff, great breakfast, comfy beds. Overall an excellent stay!

This was a nice new clean hotel and was pleasant to stay at. Breakfast had a good variety of item and was hot and well maintained and stocked. Also when I asked for additional items like extra towels they provided them right away, I would stay again.

Our stay here was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and soft and the rooms were quite and clean. The breakfast was great. Omelets, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and much more.Close to any location in Casper, WY.

Casper Inn and Suites was a great place to overnight. Front desk staff are very helpful and nice. I rolled in around 10pm and was greeted as if I had been staying there over a few days. Clean rooms, average breakfast. Would recommend.

Very clean and very nice hotel for its class! Comfortable beds, I could bathe my child in the tub with no concern and had a decent breakfast, although no real food veg/vegan options (typical for this class of hotel) but GREAT coffee with syrup flavors available!! Excellent value and aesthetically pleasing to stay in!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and well maintained. The complementary breakfast was good, well presented and kept well stocked. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We were searching for a hotel for a 2 day stay in Casper. I am glad we selected this one. This is a newer hotel; staff is friendly, the room was comfortable. My son had to stay one the sofa bed, which he said was not that comfortable, but it is a sofa bed !! We especially liked the location. Lots of restaurants, movie theater, and shopping. The mall is right down the road too! The price was a little step for us, $150+ However; there was a lot going on so maybe on a non-busy weekend it would be more reasonable. We are extremely pleased that we opted for this property.

This is a fantastic hotel. Caring staff; clean, comfortable rooms; great breakfast; beautiful building. We were thrilled with our night in Casper at the Best Western. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is modern and clean. Our room (standard two queen bed room) was well decorated, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great! There was no need to go out for breakfast because it had everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again!

We were traveling cross country and choose this hotel by name only and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was excellent and the service was as well. A variety of items were available for breakfast which allowed for everyone to have a favorite. The decor was attractive and well cared for. I would certainly return.

This is a superior quality Best Western in a good location near, but not too close, to the Interstate. The hotel is fairly new & the rooms are large, comfortable & well-equipped. We were only staying overnight but would happily have stayed longer if holidaying in the area. There are a number of restaurants (including a very good steakhouse) within easy reach. The inclusive breakfast was one of the best of its kind with a good choice & an extremely helpful server. Definitely a good choice for accommodation in Casper.

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks while transitioning to Casper for work. Absolutely no complaints! Levi and Lindsey were amazing at the front desk. Joe was the man in charge of the breakfast and did an amazing job. It is the nicest complimentary breakfast we have ever had. Several different hot choices everyday. Yogurt, fresh fruit . . . the list goes on. Nice pool, hot tub and workout room. The rooms were very quite and spotless. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

I went with my 2 kids, this was a fantastic stay. The room was large, extremely clean, they loved the pool and the people are overall very friendly and it was a very nice stay. We only got to stay for one night but would really have liked to stay longer.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in Casper, with great staff and a full breakfast at an unbeatable price, this is your place! I just stayed here for four nights, and couldn't have been more pleased.

A lovely new hotel with very comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast area is lovely and the food offered was deliciously prepared. A great place to stay anytime. We stayed on the 4th floor and had a nice view of the mountains.

This is hands down the best Best Western we have stayed at. The hotel was beautiful. CLEAN! The free breakfast was wonderful for our needs. All of the staff we encountered were professional and caring.

Great staff, rooms and view of the mountains from our room. The only things we weren't impressed with were the soft bed and pillows. Cleanliness was impressive even after having several teenagers staying there. We can understand why Best Western hotels are preferred to others. We started staying in BW hotels/motels on our honeymoon 53 years ago.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and they were spot on. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was fantastic. There was something for everyone. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were lumpy however we did not check with the front desk to see if there were options.

This is a new hotel. We stayed here during the firs week of May '17. Everything is very clean. The breakfast area is the roomiest of any hotel I can remember. The staff is nice and professional. Since the hotel is new, the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, were very clean, and smelled fresh. The hotel is pretty close to the mall and other shopping areas such as Target and Wal-mart. Also, there were quite a few decent options for dining close by. The Olive Garden was just down the hey, maybe a mile or so.

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They are highly professional, guest centric, knowledgeable, authentic, genuine, and do all they can for each guest so that guest returns. They are a fine example of Wyoming hospitality; and even if they were not in Wyoming, they would do the same job as they understand the hospitality business. I should know as I taught the ProStart Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program in a high school for years. The breakfast managers are fantastic, keep the breakfast room clean, well stocked and make a darn good breakfast with MANY choices. They make sure guests leave satisfied: waffles, daily meats such as sausage and bacaon, juices, coffees, teas, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, cereal. toppings for cereals/granola/oatmeal, milk, fresh strawberries/blueberries for waffles and cereals, muffins, breads, rolls that are fresh baked (in fact all the items are freshly prepared such as eggs/bacon/breakfast burritos/tolls). Oh, forgot, pancakes/french toast. Choices change daily such as meats/breakfast entrees such french toast and pancakes. Will you leave satisfied...well YES! Check in and check out is quick and easy. The property is clean, well, maintained. The pool and hot tub are nicely appointed with towels so you don't have to bring your own or ones from the room. Both are clean and well maintained. Rooms are appointed nicely with great business set up, WiFi, desk, comfy desk chair, well lit, clean, roomy, clean fridge and microwave, really comfy beds, easy temp control. The exercise room has up-to-date equipment as well as towels. You need not worry about cleanliness as this room is spotless. Conference rooms are really well appointed and comfortable though I have not used them; just looked at them. This is the whole deal here: service from great staff, comfy rooms/beds/amenities. great breakfast choices. great location. nice property, clean pool and hot tub, great exercise room, ample parking. I only stay here when I'm in Casper and that can range from 5-18 days a month. I would not stay anyplace else.

Convenient location, clean and new hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to restaurants and coffee shops, shopping. Quiet. It was only a one night stay, do coming up with more than that is a challenge.

Wonderful accommodations. Staff was great. The location worked out very well since we were traveling on to Jackson Hole. We had an 89 yr old with us and the special accommodations for someone with a walker was outstanding.

Great night stay. Greeted by friendly staff and refreshing cucumber water. Worth trip for those reasons alone. The rooms are clean and beds are awesome. There is a steakhouse nearby that is a must do also.

I was there for business. I liked the location, close to shopping and restaurants. I am a runner and do not enjoy treadmills. The location has a safe feel. I did not hesitate to run outside early in the am before daylight. The pool was available late and early, which I enjoyed and used.

The place was your average hotel stay. Staff was friendly. But the breakfast buffet was fantastic and was very clean area. I would recommend this BW and they offer AARP rate, so ask for that rate if you are a member. Worth saving the extra few bucks.

It was a very clean hotel and front desk personnel was very friendly. We stop to rest for the night and plan to be on the road at 5:00 am. The room we got was above the pool and making a clicking noise. We were unable to go to sleep with the noise. We called down to the front desk and ask if we can switch room. She was really nice to let us switch room and accommodated to our need. Thank you.

Made reservations while in route. Pulled in and Tambra had us all ready to go. Right to the room and was clean and cozy. Great nights sleep in the beds. Best REAL breakfast we ever had in any hotel. Easiest checkout. Folks were very kind and professional.

This hotel was excellent, we so enjoyed our stay. Everything about it was excellent, the staff, the room, the outside, the breakfast, the pool, everything! We will be back in Casper and will stay here again. The breakfast was actual eggs and bacon, omelets, and the usual, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. The pool and hot tub were very clean and very refreshing.

Great stay except do not rely on them being able to set a wake-up call. Also if you book on a travel site your going to get the Ice Machine/Elevator room so do not plan on getting much sleep. Don't pay the extra for the suite, they give you a handy-cap accessible room not a suite.

We had a night out with friends and stayed at the Casper Best Western and the service and quality of the hotel we're exceptional. We always stay at best westerns everywhere we go if we can. Thank you for such a great chain of hotels!

Loved it here! It was new and nice and we loved how clean it was! We stayed here for a soccer tournament and was very happy that we got a late check out at 1:00pm since we had early soccer games it gave us time to come back and get our stuff! Loved how New and Clean this place was amazing!

The hotel.is fairly new being placed in the McMurray business Park. Yeah so the views not so great but who's looking.. the pool.was nice and clean and the staff were compassionate and service oriented. A rarity. The room was top notch the beds comfortable and the rest easy. We had a blast there!

Very comfortable bed and had a great fluffy extra blanket to throw over me to make for a great sleep. Awesome Complementary Breakfast ! I was able to check my email easily. I used the workout room and even enjoyed a quick swim. The water was perfect !

Easy access off I-25. Newer hotel everything worked well. Located outside Casper Wyoming a few miles on hat six road. Lots of food choices close by. This is a large hotel with lots of rooms. I would stay again.

It smells like a carpet store. We wasted 45 minutes trying to find it! Very nice room, pool, nice bed. Look for it behind the Holiday Inn, exit 182. On the opposite side of the highway is a big gas station with fast food (scholarly) and great convienence store with fruit, drinks and Kombucha!

Hotel is new, modern finishings yet all you want for family accommodations too. Full breakfast from 6:30-9:30; fridge and microwave in room, plenty of charging ports and friendly staff. Loved it and will stay again.

This hotel is NOT located in Casper, but is on the south end. There are some restaurants nearby, but not in walking distance. You can find plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The hotel is new, rooms are large, clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast in the morning. No hesitation to stay here again.

We've stayed at this Best Western a couple of times and would stay there again. Great location, near restaurants etc. Room was very clean, has microwave & refrigerator. Good variety of breakfast selections. Hotel staff was fabulous especially the breakfast staff.

We were well impressed from the exterior to the check in, to the rooms, and finally the great breakfast. The grandchildren also loved the indoor pool. The rooms were new, clean, spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was spacious, well laid out and functional. Elevators were quiet and quick. Staff very friendly. Breakfast help were attentive and helpful. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient and gave great directions to the best places for dinner. Would recommend highly and would stay there again.

My husband and I were on our way home from Glacier National Park and had spent the previous night in Billings, MT. On our way to Casper, I checked Trip Advisor for hotels. I found this place for $106.00 per night. Now I must say that we had stayed in several hotels across Glacier for more than amount. When we arrived at Best Western, we could not believe our eyes. Beautiful lobby. Very large breakfast and lounging area with a large flat screen TV for viewing. Since this is a new hotel, everything was new and well kept. The bed was excellent as well as the room. There was even a sitting area with a lamp for reading. My husband had driven most of the day so he really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We had dinner at the Olive Garden which was less than 5 minutes away. We had asked for a room on the mountain side which meant we had a view and it was very quiet. Even though this hotel is close to the internet it was very quiet even in the lobby. Now for the breakfast! WOW. So many choices. All of it was so good. I made some egg and potato tacos. They even had salsa. The coffee was very good and fresh...even my husband liked it and he is picky. The staff was excellent and went the extra mile to help us. We stayed in the Best Western Casper Inn and found it to be a newer hotel and was first class and the staff were very helpful, it was out of town which was nice and quiet and easy to get into town to shop or whatever you wanted to do. We visited the old Casper Fort and this was so enlightening as to the way life was in the pioneering days. We had a snack at lunchtime in town and I tried a cinnamon bun, big mistake as I could not eat anything else all day but it was delicious

As I understand it, this inn is only about a year old, so physically it's in great condition and a real pleasure to stay at. It's handy to the interstate yet far enough away from it to offer really quiet rooms. What really sets it apart from most of the other inns we stayed at on a 4,000-mile road trip are the outstanding staff and numerous nice touches such as at check-out giving you a bag of goodies--containing a fresh apple, a granola bar, a bottle of water--to take with you on the road. I can see why it's rated number 1 in Casper.

We stayed here for a quick stop enroute to Denver from MT. It is about 5 minutes away from the eating joints. I would highly recommend this place for the free breakfast alone. The pool and hot tub are very nice.

I really liked this place. It appeared to be brand new. It smelled new. Everything was fresh, clean, and new. It was very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They all seemed to genuinely care that the guests had everything they needed. My only complaint is that the bed was new and firm. My husband likes a firm bed, but I do not. I would still give it 5 stars because I don't have another single complaint. There was a girls basketball team that stayed there the same evening as is. Even though the girls got up before the breakfast started, the staff made sure they got everything up and running for them. I was pretty sure it would be wiped out when we got down there at 7, but it was all cleaned and full. These people are on top of everything. I would stay here again for sure!

Well if you have to stay in Casper, I would definitely recommend this place. Because it is so new, it feels like you are the first one to stay in a room. The place is immaculate, the lobby and breakfast are big and it is quiet. I imagine they will raise their rates, but at $110 it is a great deal.

This hotel is about a year and a half old so everything is new and the quality of the construction is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a double sofabed suite and it had loads of room and all the amenities. Housekeeping was great for the two days I stayed. The beds are comfortable; not too soft or too hard. Water pressure is strong and the HVAC wall control has a feature to leave the fan on continuously to avoid interruptions to sleeping when the air conditioning comes on. Security is fine but the hotel is in a new area with other hotels so I never felt threatened by the surroundings in any way. The desk area has a sofa and coffee table opposite and an upholstered chair to relax in. Lighting in the room was excellent, with desk, end table, & night stand lamps and a floor lamp next to the reading chair described above. I didn't pull out the sofabed but there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet if this extra bed is needed. Nice granite counter in the bathroom with a vent to exhaust steamy air. A full length mirror is opposite the adjacent closet. You can hear some muted noise from the adjacent room through the wall; it wasn't super quiet but was adequate. A pair of earplugs always comes in handy when staying at hotels. The deluxe hot breakfast has something for everyone included scrambled eggs. It was all presented and prepared very well. The attendant did a good job keeping things supplied. Overall this was a great experience, and a great value for the money.

This is a lovely new hotel with great ambiance, great decor and excellent employees. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. I appreciated the 2 comfy chairs in the room. I, personally do not like reading, surfing the web and TV viewing from a bed. The bathroom had an extensive vanity area where you were able to spread out all you "stuff". The Breakfast room was huge and the food extremely good for "included in the price". The attendant was super efficient so no glitches there or waiting. Their dining suggestion was "spot on". Highly recommend.

This hotel has everything right. Friendly employees. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good towels. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. Microwave and fridge. Flat screen tv. Very nice hot breakfast included. Only complaint was the luggage carts. We travel with a lot of camera equipment, so the larger trolleys are more efficient. They have carts like at an airport All said this was an excellent stay

Stayed top floor king room. Although room was same side as freeway did not find it to be a problem. Perhaps because I was on top floor. The thermostat allows you to lower the temperature pretty low at night which is great as it can be difficult to sleep when can't cool the room enough. Breakfast options pretty standard. Larger common area which is good to find options for seating. Will stay again.

One night stay. Hotel is very clean, bright, spacious room, comfy bed. Breakfast was standard, good. Guest laundry available and reasonable price. Fitness room was clean, equipment all working. Staff was friendly and helpful. We visited the National Historic Trails Center, and drove to see the ruts and the Register Cliff , where emigrants carved their names into the soft rock. Had a nice meal at J's Pub and Grill.

This hotel is only about a year old and everything shines! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is huge, and the selection and quality were great. Our GPS couldn't find the location since the hotel is new, so look for Exit 182 on I-25.

We arrived at this hotel close to 9PM, the desk clerk was friendly and polite, he tried to give us the location of restaurants that were still open. The room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was provided in a spacious area of the hotel and had a nice selection.

This was night 2 of a 15 day road trip. The previous night we stayed in an average-ish motel so the may also have contributed to our liking of this best. We were greeted by a very nice man at the desk (wish we got his name). Even though we arrived pretty late, he was alert and quick to check us in and even made some pleasant small talk. Rooms were very modern and up to date. Our room was looking very new and very clean. Bed was much better than I would have expected. The shower was above average. There was a pool and spa but did not experience them since we were so tired. I don't think we heard any noise the entire night (except for the 40mph wind gusts). The breakfast was good; eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, and a coffee bar type thing. This was a relatively cheap stay for a very nice hotel. I will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in Capser again.

Beautiful, new hotel. Needed a place to stay overnight and this was perfect. Easy access to the interstate and several restaurants nearby. The room was clean and offered a lovely view. The rate for one night was very reasonable. Would have been a great place for a longer stay.

Stopped here on our way to Montana. BWPlus has been open a little less than a year. So it is new and immaculately clean. Rooms are large with comfortable beds, good linens. Room includes small fridge and microwave. There is a small shop with microwaveable food just next to the reception desk. Breakfast room was very well stocked -- included bacon, eggs, hash browns, waffles, and all usual cold breakfast items. Staff was super courteous. Several large chain restaurants are a short drive. Great place to stay.

We had wondered if there was a good hotel in Casper for the price range we wanted. We were pleased to find the Best Western and learned it was relatively new in the area. The room was very nice, beds comfortable, lighting good, bathroom good. All was clean and neat. Only one issue was that the phone in the room turned out to have no dial tone when we went to use it for express checkout. No problem though, as the clerk at the desk immediately completed a trouble ticket for it. It was a very minor inconvenience. Food was very good for breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel in all respects. It's new, extremely clean with well-appointed, comfortable rooms. The location is on the eastern outskirts of Casper, but it's an easy drive to the centre via 2nd street. Shopping malls and restaurants are also close. The hotel price includes a really good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

We really like staying here especially since the reason we come to Casper is for medical procedures. It's very close to hospital and clinic we use. It's nice to know we have a comfortable place to stay after being in a medical situation.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past year, and was very impressed both times. The only negative thing to note is the shower experience. The water pressure is not very strong, so when getting out, you will still be slippery from the soap. Using the hottest water I could stand, and scrubbing vigorously did not help. The free breakfast was great.

We chose this hotel based on other Trip Adviser reviews and it was an excellent choice! The property is very new, so it is was in excellent condition. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing! So many things to choose from - we stayed 4 nights and could have something different each morning. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Capser, WY.

Convenient location. Room was very clean. There are many restaurant choices nearby if you arrive in the evening and are looking for choices - they are right down the road without having to go back on the freeway. Nice, free breakfast spread (waffles, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal with fixings, yogurt, muffins/bagels, etc)!

Perfect stay! This hotel is slightly removed from the heart of Casper but a quick drive into downtown. It is new and very clean. The staff was super friendly, our room well stocked, and our son had a blast in the pool and we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. We stayed in a queen suit with comfy beds with a nice little hang out area. We'll be back to stay again if ever in the area. No pets allowed was my only complaint.

Very comparable to the more expensive hotels in the area. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, right next door, and had to pay, and wait, for breakfast. This hotel offers free breakfast. A good value and a nice room.

I was very pleased with the Great Breakfast that had everything I could want to eat like fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, cereal, waffles, muffins and cinnamon rolls, fresh orange juice, etc. The helpful staff was able to give me good driving directions. One of our best Best Western stays. The hotel was very new and conveniently located far enough off the interstate to be quiet, but still close to dining options near the mall. The check-in staff was very friendly. The room had an extra-large bath with a comfortable bed and sanitized TV remote. There was a large variety of tasty breakfast items included with the room rate.

My family had to make two emergency trips to Casper, WY in June and July as our mother had life threatening health. We arrived at the hotel at 4 am after driving 4 1/2 hours. The staff was so kind and understanding. They allowed us to have breakfast and check in early at no extra charge. The hotel is new, bed and linens very good quality and breakfast varied, hot and fresh. This is a recommend to stay if ever in Casper!

We stayed wt the brand new Caper Wyoming Best Western on our way home from Montana. The front desk was great as we didn't know for sure if we would need the room for that night. She held the room for a time to help us out. Then she was just the right amount of friendly when we checked in. The breakfast was very good with lots of tables.

This was THE best hotel I have ever stayed in! Beautiful facility, exceptionally clean and new. Wonderful amenities, including free coffee/water/granola bars, swimming pool and hot tub. Clean, clean, clean. Great luggage racks to transport bags to and from car. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, to include lots of items not usually seen at typical hotel buffets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was brand new and very nice. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool but it was cold for this momma! If I were to plan the trip again I would have picked a motel on the west side of town, closer to the trails museum and downtown Casper. I was dreading our stay in Casper (my husband was visiting friends) but it ended up being just fine!

I left a similar review for a similar property in Lincoln, NE. My son and I stopped here (and then next day in Lincoln) on the return leg of an Ohio-Prudhoe Bay, AK road trip (11,000 miles, 24 days). I'd stayed in the Lincoln property a year ago after it first opened and knew how nice it was, so i scheduled us here and in Lincoln again (the same architect was apparently used for both properties). Rooms are quiet, floors are solid, people are nice, food is good! I'm picky when it comes to where I stay and I say without reservation this is a "no brainer". if BW+ puts more units like these up, watch out competition! Wonderful place!

We have been very impressed with the Best Westerns in WY, and Casper is no exception. This is a modern hotel with spacious rooms, an attractive decor, a personable, accommodating staff, and a large breakfast area. What sets this hotel apart from its competition, like Marriott Courtyard or Hampton, for example, is the excellent breakfast. It's the only self-service breakfast hotel that I have seen that has fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. They also had both bacon and sausage for the meat eaters. Highly recommended.

The Best Western Plus Casper Inn and Suites seemed to be a new hotel. The room was nicely decorated with up to date furnishings and finishes. It was clean and quiet. a free breakfast was offered. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Walk into the absolute best hotel on I-25 in Wyoming! I frequently stay at Hilton or Marriott properties knowing quality would be there. Watch out Hilton and Marriott. .....There is an exceedingly better hotel chain rising. Best Western Plus have you beat in Casper, Wyoming! They told me this hotel is 1 and 1/2 years old yet it STILL smells brand new everywhere you go ! Excellent job Housekeeping staff!!! Travelers do NOT doubt yourself booking this hotel. You will shortly discover your best decision of the day. Front desk staff, Martie and Nathan came to the rescue when my reservation ,done online, was incorrect. They straightened it all out in a very short time and were very accommodating and pleasant.

Even numbered room are facing I-90 but due to distance (over 1/2 mile) it is not a problem. An acceptable spa, pool and fitness room and we enjoyed a well provisioned hot breakfast. We expect to see many more restaurants and shopping in future years.

The rooms appear to very new and large. Based on the trip advisor reviews, we elected to stay here. It is one of the top Best Western Plus Hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is located on the south side of Casper, Wyoming. Typical Hotel Express Breakfast.

Not much more to say beyond what other reviewers have mentioned. This seemed like a popular option for travelers. My only complaint was that as we were leaving, we took most of our bags to the car and realized I left my pillow in the room. While it was in a white pillowcase, it clearly was not a hotel pillow because it is gel and has blue thread. When I went back to the room less than five minutes from carrying my bag out, the beds were already stripped (had not even turned in my keys yet), and I found my pillow in a heap of blankets and amongst the other pillows for the room on the chaise lounge. Would have been less suspect if the pillow had been left out but it seemed strange to me that it was sort of hidden and I had barely left the room.

Ashley, We are pleased we have lived up to the expectations set by other travelers review and exceeded your expectations. We do want to insure you that our priority is our guests and all of their belongings. It is standard for our team to immediately strip beds and start the cleaning process. When they strip beds they start with the bottom sheet and pull all bedding off into a pile that is easily retrieved for laundry.When items are found they are logged for safe keeping until they are returned to our guests. We apologize it seemed strange and hope you will stay with us again!

The place was clean and nice. The pool area is indoors but very nice. The cleaning staff was very kind and efficient. The only problem I had was the two adjacent rooms had drunk people popping in after 3AM. They kept me up for close to an hour, and I was there for my brother's funeral. The phone has a button that states front desk, but in actuality, it is to check your voicemail. I hit that button several times and finally used my cell phone to contact the front desk to complain. I received no apology for the noise.

Driving from Denver to Montana. Stopped for the night in Casper. Great hotel! Clean, comfy and newer! Great staff, great breakfast! The breakfast area was super busy but everyone was so friendly and the staff was busting their butts to keep the food stocked! Highly recommend this hotel! Great value!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in....and that's saying a lot!!! Our son and daughter-in-law with their 3 children couldn't stop praising the experience. They loved the pool and weight room. Although the food was typical of most Best Western hotels, the dining room was especially open and appealing. We didn't have to stand and wait for an available table as in some others.

Motel was clean and very quiet. Staff was attentive, hot tub was clean, breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at another Best Western Plus. Bed was comfortable and the room could be set to a comfortable temperature.

I will stay here again with my family. we found the parking lot clean and tidy the whole time we were here. the staff was helpful in giving directions and advice on locations to eat. We have found that we will return here again and again. The pool was a little small for what we have seen in a best western, but it was still nice and clean.

This ia a fairly new property (I was told it opened about 14 months ago) and is sparkling clean and well-maintained. If you are passing through Casper, it's a great option, and was on sale for the night I needed. But if you want to VISIT Casper, you might choose another hotel, because this one is WAY at the edge of the city in a new still-being-built area. Lots of chain restaurants and one good local one nearby, but quite far from the central downtown area.

This relatively new Best Western turned out to be the best value overnight on-the-road hotel stop we have had in a long time. The staff were too notch, the rooms were large & quiet, the bed was soooooo comfortable. AND the continental full breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a very long time. The best western plus is Casper is a new hotel and great stop for your trip. Friendly staff and nice amenities all at a good price. Close to tons of shopping. Easy access to the interstate for those on the go but not too close to bother you with noise. Definitely a great place to stay.

We went to Casper to visit family and selected the Best Western based on other reviews. We were very glad we did. The staff was very friendly, rooms clean and spacious. We selected the King with refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. They serve hot/cold breakfast options daily and it was very good. We had a upper level room and it was very quiet. We recommend this hotel if traveling to WY.

This is an excellent choice if you are in Casper. It is fairly new, and the rooms are nice. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the pool area was great for the kids. The room rates are very reasonable and represent good value.

This new hotel is the best Best Western I have stayed in. It is new and the rooms are very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms have a large TV. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice. There is a number of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The hotel is very close to a number of the regions medical facilities. If I am ever back in the area I will stay here again.

Very nice property located on the east side of Casper, very easy to access. The property is approximately 1 year old so is in exceptional condition. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was well presented and assorted. Wifi worked great. All good and would recommend.

My stay at this Best Western was very good. I believe this is a new hotel and it was very clean and spacious. I was most impressed with the accommodations. The Internet worked great. The bed was a little firm and felt lumpy to me but I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good. All items were presented well and fresh. I would stay here again.

Traveling with family to Glacier Park and found this hotel on Trip Advisor. It is just a year old and still has that new smell. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff very friendly and recommended great Mexican restaurant close by. Would stay here again.

We got into Casper a day earlier than expected and had no place to stay. Best Western was able to get us into a room for the extra night, and at the same rate I got on the original booking, which was in April, in spite of the county fair and rodeo being in Casper for the weekend. Room was very clean (looked like we were the first ones to stay there!), staff was great, and the breakfasts were huge! The $107 per night proved to provide more bang for the buck than any other place we stayed on this ten-day trip.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It is absolutely fantastic. Nice, clean rooms, great amenities, good breakfast and outstanding staff! I travel back and forth from Montana to Colorado frequently and I will definitely make this my overnight stop from now on!

I usually stay at Hilton hotels, but I enjoy staying at new hotels where everything has the "new car smell." The folks at Best Western were accommodating to give me a top floor room, which I always appreciate. The hotel is a little outside of Casper (about 5 minutes), but still not bad. The rooms with views to the south are very nice -- view of the mountains is nice in the evening and morning. This is a fairly standard hotel for this price range -- the breakfast was standard for continental type breakfasts of this hotel class (waffles, eggs, toast, cereal). The workout facility is small, but they have a nice assortment of free weights with two tv's. The pool looked nice but flooded with kids, so I avoided. The rooms are impeccably clean and it was a pretty quiet hotel in the rooms. Good housekeeping. Front desk staff was quite helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again if I were to pass through Casper.

Great new hotel. Stopped to stay on our way to Colorado. Would stay here again! Staff is friendly and helpful. We had driven 10 hours that day so we were tired. The beds were a dream come true! So comfortable...wish we had it at home. Close to everything yet in an area that wasn't congested with traffic. Several restaurants a few minutes away. Worth the money to stay here

Best Western has really stepped up their game out west. The quality of this hotel in Casper was excellent and the service was great. The hotel is located just outside of the main Casper area, but near a lot of restaurants and just off the highway. Felt like this was a pretty good deal vs. other hotels of similar quality in the area.

This Best Western Plus is just that! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. It is a new hotel with just a few quirks I am sure they will make adjustments. The towels are thick and fresh, always an indicator for me. The quirk is that the air conditioner vents need to be adjusted so the cool air isn't blowing on the person sitting at the desk near by. The staff is truly remarkable, always appreciate the warmth and professionalism of the hotel staff from checking in to checkout. The breakfast was great, even had a fruit selection for yogurts, etc., that was a pleasant surprise. Great options for hot and cold breakfast and the area was certainly well maintained and cared for. As I always appreciate the staff with a sense of humor, they did not let us down. The bathroom is big and enough light. The rooms are bright and equipped with big queen beds, flat screen TV, great channels and free WiFi! Always a plus! So appreciate the area. We will be back. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. It was a quiet stay until the time of check out then it got a little noisy. Housekeeping got to our room later in the even because we where in the room most of the morning, but it was great we didn't miss any chance to get a clean room. Only negative I have to add was my boyfriend checked in at a decent time but I didn't arrive until 3am. The doors where locked and no one at front desk, luckily my boyfriend was up and came down to the desk to get the door open. Overall great hotel for great price!

Just on the outskirts of Casper, Best Western offers a very comfortable and above average accommodations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast room is big and the selections are numerous. The staff is always alert when an item is running low and fills it quickly. The area around the hotel is pretty new and still going expansion; however, not overpowering. I highly recommend a stay here.

This was the second time we've stayed at the Best Western Plus. Last year the hotel was so new they hadn't finished paving the parking lots. Everything again appeared virtually new. We were on the second floor this year. Last year I noted we did not have a microwave in our room; this year our room had one. Everything in our room was top notch. Breakfast was great. The guy in charge told my wife that he baked the bacon in an oven and that was why it was so good. He made sure everyone's needs were taken care of during breakfast. I was impressed with the wide offering they had and will not try to list everything. This was the largest room we had on our trip. The Internet service was plenty speedy. They have two speedy elevators so I suspect any of the rooms would be fine from that perspective. We parked near the back door which is steps away from the elevators which made it easy to get to our room. We would definitely stay here again--and if you can find a discount on the room price, then all the better.

If it were not for the fact that this was our last night of our trip to Yellowstone, this stay could have been a disaster! Jean (my wife) needs to take an injectable medication which requires refridgerator. The refrigerator in the room could not reach a temperature lower than 50 degrees no matter what we (or the resident manager) could do so we had to pack the medicine in ice (from the ice machine) to keep it from spoiling until the next morning. While everything appeared new and fresh, it also appeared as if the owners lacked sufficient capital to actually run the place. It appeared that there was only ONE individual on duty that afternoon (and evening) for the entire facility and subsequently had to everything from checking guest in to maintenance (on the offending fridge), cleanup, etc.. While he was cheerful, I think he had to work MUCH too hard to try to do everything which needed to be done. Whatever he was being paid, I am sure it isn't enough!

We booked this motel because of the location and we know we can count on Best Western being quality motels. We booked the room on expedia for two nights. After the first night we left in the morning and returned in the early afternoon to find that our key card did not work. We happened to see the manager as we were headed for the front desk, he told us he guessed that we thought we wore booked for a second night and he had already prepared for us to stay, he made us new key cards and we had a great second night in the same room.

The place looks brand new. Easy access off the highway, convenient to restaurants, various shops, and the Historic Trails Site. Rooms very good size and very comfortable beds . Microwave and fridge in the room. Nice, unusually large and well set up breakfast area. Highly recommend.

This Best Western is about a year old and very clean and comfortable. It's on the far edge of town and certainly could use BETTER SIGNAGE on E. 2nd St. Signs get you off I-25 and then leave you hanging, as the motel is hard to see from the road. Other than that. it's a fine place to stay. And the sheets are wonderful.

Hotel rooms and public spaces are in excellent condition. Equipment in the exercise room works. Staff is constantly maintaining the facility. The front desk clerk offered to help with the baggage when we checked in. Breakfast has a large variety of options. Hot breakfast items are constantly replaced with fresh hot items.

We stopped here on our way from Louisiana to Montana. The place was very clean! Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not get to have breakfast at the hotel, as it didn't start until 7:00, and we wanted to get an early start. Price was decent, considering I've paid much more for way less. I would stay here again.

This was such a pleasant stay. The hotel is relatively new, so everything is modern. Staff were pleasant, especially the kitchen staff. I suffer from food allergies and the cook was kind enough to check on the foods I could eat. Breakfast is part of the package and is better than your standard continental. The room was nice, as was the bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, so there are plenty of choices for dinner. I have no complaints. Should I ever head to Casper again this is where I would stay. I will definitely be checking out other Best Western Plus Hotels for future trips.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. We were just traveling through the area and needed a place to stop. I would stay again for sure. Rooms were big enough for the family and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was perfect had a lot of options, the kids were happy.

My family if 4, stayed one night here in the way from Yellowstone to Denver, perfect for a stop over. Brand new hotel so very clean and new. Rooms were a nice size as well as bathroom. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. The room has a microwave and small refrigerator, as I said it was perfect for a stop over. It was quite noisy and the cleaning staff came by very early ( 8:30 am) to knock on the door to clean. That was not acceptable since we got in at 1130 the night before. Not much seems to be going on in Casper,moved on to the next town. Breakfast was included and good for a buffet. Overall a good value for the money, just bring your ear plugs and your pillow!

The staff was terrific and the room was very clean and comfortable. The wife never touched the thermostat one time, and that is something amazing! She is never comfortable with the room temperature in most motels. The wife liked the pool and workout facilities. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a chain motel and you should really try the strawberry waffles! Top marks and will stay again next time we visit the kids!

I read these reviews on TripAdvisor before booking and hotel. Believe me when I say that this is one of the best hotels my family has ever stayed at. The front desk staff is amazing, the managers friendly, and the rest of the crew made us feel right at home - even prompting my son to ask to stay another night. Pool area was clean, beds comfortable, room quiet, and breakfast was great. This will be the only place we stay at in Casper from now on.
