Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn

Decided to start writing reviews again as due to Covid took a few years off of traveling...Stayed at the Best Western in Butte Montana not long ago......Would like to give a Thumbs Up to Jax (Front Desk) who was very helpful during my stay.....

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Butte. I appreciated that it was both dog friendly and clean. Although we didn't use the gym this trip it looks great. The kids had a great time in the pool and location was perfect.

It was nice stay, though hotel is old but recently well renovated. Overall it was nice to stay with family. I always stay in this hotel whenever I visit Butte. It is good option to stay here with family.

Quiet stay in a newly remodeled room. Beautifully updated room with modern touches including lighting, charging stations and TV. Excellent breakfast choices and clean dining area (and breakfast was free!). Staff was very friendly and helpful navigating the floor plan and entrances of the hotel. Perkins and Hops casino are attached to hotel. City brew coffee is in the same parking lot if an espresso is needed. Will stay again!

Remodel upgrades being done make the stay worth it. The walk in shower and big shower head was amazing. Giant TV. The LTV flooring gave the room a nice clean feel and then there is carpet around the beds for comfort. The lighting around the vanity, reading lights and under the beds added a "fancy" factor. Sweet touch.

Great hotel to stay, knowledgeable, friendly staff, from front desk, housekeeping to breakfast attendants. Greeted with a smile, firrplace, quiet, calm atmosphere and rooms. Great update to rooms with Butte wall mural and welcoming lights .

Great place to stay after a long day of traveling. Excellent location, clean facility, great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Perkins restaurant is also attached making it convenient for lunch or supper. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Value is appropriate for the location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms have recently been updated. All the amenities are very good. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Convenient location for an overnight part of your travel or to visit Butte and the area. Definitely recommend.

We drive south (down to US) each year and stay at Best Western hotels to get points. We really enjoyed our stay in Montana (just south of us) as they treated us really well, including at check-in gave use a bag of (free) water, cookies and coupons. The room had ac and coffee machine as well as a good selection of stations on the tv.

The hotel is remodeled, the room was nice but a little cramped for four people. The A/C quit working the second night we were there (froze up) the maintenance man told us that it would be ok later to let it thaw out! And that was his remedy to the situation.

Felt very welcomed and the rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. The hot breakfast was also a plus. Loved the variety of foods and drinks.

This was the best stay we have had in the last couple of years. The rooms were great, and the breakfast is the best we have seen anywhere. We were very satisfied. Access to the freeway is excellent. There are choices for dinning within easy walking distance. We'll be staying here again in the future.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the employees were some of the best. Quite an enjoyable stay. Location is good and having a Perkins restaurant on site was nice after a long travel day. Great Place!

This particular BW Hotel is top notch. Everything is super clean, beautiful landscaping, efficient, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. I wish all the Best Western Plus hotels were actually “plus” like this one.

Some of the rooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The breakfast service is the best I have seen in a hotel "breakfast room". Hops bar is wonderful with great bartenders. The staff is outstanding and made sure our stay was comfortable and a great experience.

For an unscheduled stop, the hotel, hotel staff and it's adjoining facilities was an unexpected delight. The staff and accommodations were great, the pricing of the well appointed room outstanding and the adjoining businesses, such as Perkins restaurant a much needed luxury after a long day on the road. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience!

The Best Western is in the midst of a renovation. We stayed on a weekend night so no construction occurred during our stay. Our room was like new. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was offered starting at 6am and was wonderful. They had a good selection including gluten free options. The hotel has quick highway access as well. Decent place to stay if traveling through Butte.

Every staff member that we interacted with, both the night of checking in, the morning of checkout, and everyone in-between, were awesome. The pet area was the biggest and cleanest I've seen in years. Bonus that there is a Perkins that provides room service... full menu, at regular menu priced. Will definitely be back. And definitely recommend.

Seemed to be newly remodeled. Room was very comfortable. Arrived early and front desk was able to get us a room at that time. Also offered to give us a discount if we signed up for a best western guest membership, which we did. Quiet room even though it was on first floor near pool. Nice that a restaurant is attached to the hotel. Would stay here again.

The room was small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my recommended place to stay in Butte. It's quiet and has a great breakfast. I recommend this place for anyone who travels to Butte.

Best Western is always very good value. This hotel was good but did not exceed expectations as usual. The hotel is being renovated and that was part of it. The bed was awesome and we had a great sleep, which is paramount in an 'overnighter.'

quality company, good rooms, great service. guest rooms were clean and well lit. room air controls easy to adjust, shower comfortable and worked well -- good water pressure... Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We spent two nights in one of their pet rooms. Nice room, good beds, long way from lobby, quiet but had a smell. Staff was awsome! Lots of discounts if you do the tourist thing. Great pool & hot tub. Everything was close by to hotel.

One of the best places we have stayed in for a very long time! Very easy check-in, pleasant staff in all areas - front desk, breakfast area, lounge and restaurant! Excellent service in lounge and restaurant! Very well stocked and organized breakfast room. Will definitely return as we make frequent trips to Butte to visit family.

Stayed here one night while travelling. Very large and well-kept hotel that was going under some renovations as you could smell new materials. Breakfast was pretty standard and supplied except for a few items that ran out. Plenty of seating for everyone. Would stay here again passing through.

Great place to stay with a family. Very friendly staff. The check in and out process was very smooth. The room was small but clean.The breakfast was amazing, they even encouraged you to take a breakfast sandwich for the road,

Staff was most pleasant. Stayed with sister and our dogs for one night. Room was carpeted; would rather see solid surface. Sufficient enough room for the “4” of us though. Section “B” of hotel has more grass; we were in Section C which did have a grass strip with poop bags available which owners should avail themselves of, PLEASE. We have carriers on all our leashes and pick up after our dogs everywhere.

In contrast to some recent negative reviews of this Best Western, I had a very positive experience for my one night stay as I was driving across I-90. It seems a slightly older facility, but the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, including bedding and bathroom, and with all essentials supplied. The room was very quiet at night, and parking was easy. Close to several restaurants, several of which belong to a national chain. Price was not cheap, but in today's world of hiring difficulties and the types of work needed by the hotel, it seemed fair.

You can not turn off fan on air-conditioning unit. Filter was full of lint and I subsequently got a sinus infection. I debated going to sleep in my car at about midnight but after paying 228 for the room didn't. I should have. Room was also very old and smallest room with king bed I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed at a motel six before...

our room was clean, quiet (we were on the second floor) and had everything we needed. We chose not to use housekeeping during our stay so cannot comment on that. Breakfast was good and always kept fresh. had friends staying at other hotels at the same time and we felt this was the best value for money.

Was told our room would be ready at 2 pm. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. I had to keep going up to the front desk to find out the status of my room. Finally, they told me they had to change me to another room that was ready. After getting my luggage to the second floor, my keys wouldn't work. The breakfast was not good. The hash browns tasted like boiled potatoes and the sausages looked mini hot dogs They only had hard boiled eggs. Would not recommend this hotel.

I stopped at the hotel last minute and asked if any rooms were available. There were a few left. The room was big, the pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was the best I've seen! They have a guest laundry room if you need to do laundry and a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel. The free breakfast is from 6-10 which was wonderful because we didn't have to get up early to make it down to eat. They had sausage, omelets, bacon, biscuits & gravy, a Belgium waffle maker, fresh berries and whip cream for toppings along with butter and syrup, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast and bagels, hot coffee, juice and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had all the frills in that it had a bar and a Perkins restaurant on site and a casino next door. the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. It also had a decent breakfast supplied. It had a nice pool The biggest problem I found was that the room was very small with barely enough space to get all your luggage in, for this privilege they charged way too much money. In addition, it was a little difficult to find the best entrance to locate your room.

Comfortable, clean & quiet. Chose this hotel because they had a hottub, temp was good, hours allowed for a late arrival & even a soak before breakfast. Breakfast was good, crips bacon & plenty of choices, even for the gluten avoider. Bed was comfy, water pressure was good. Price, meh. I see looking online now that I could have paid nearly $100 less if I had planned ahead a bit more, but don't really know where we will be along our travels with too much notice, that is for sure a negative. The front desk gal did not invite me to sign up for any points program, seems like an opportunity missed. Did use my AARP to get a small discount (& we are not over 50 - did you know anyone can sign up for aarp)

We arrived late and drove all around this confusing hotel to find the entrance. Check in was very friendly and easy and parking was plenty. Several entrances to this hotel. PERKINS restaurant on premises, plus HOPS Pub. Other fast food options as well as gas stations are nearby. Easy on & off from the I-90. The room itself was clean and spacious. The breakfast room was bright & fairly large and offered a really big breakfast - many options to choose from. Breakfast staff continually kept everything well-stocked and clean. Room was quiet - no noise from other guests, slamming doors or traffic on the road. Would stay here again.

We stayed here on a road trip and it was very clean and nice the staff was friendly, great beds and above average breakfast. I would stay here again if I was in the area. There is a Perkins on the property and that was very convenient.

Excellent hotel, the swimming pool was very nice. My two grandsons loved it. The free breakfast was good and was kept well stocked. Our room was exceptionally cleaned and cool! Glad I chose this location to stay!

We were passing through Butte, and Best Western was a perfect stop for the night. It was neat and clean, the staff was very welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the nice breakfast - there were numerous hot and cold options, fresh fruit, juice and plentiful offerings and good coffee! The breakfast area was kept constantly neat and clean. Check in and check out simple and quick. We were very pleased with this affordable hotel.

This was a nice clean hotel. They had an amazing breakfast with so many options, hot items such as biscuits and gravy and cold items that included a yogurt parfait bar. They had friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating. They also had a nice pool with a hot tub.

This is an excellent place to stop for the time. Staff was great and hotel with amenities just right for our stay. At check-in we were greeted friendly with the staff recognizing that we had had a long day through iffy weather. The hotel breakfast was good enough that we didn't feel that we should go to the attached Perkins restaurant and were surprised with the full breakfast included in the room prices.

The front staff were gracious and had so much patience despite being so busy. The pool and hot tub were really enjoyed. The breakfast was great with lots of options for everyone to choose from. It even had an in town shuttle for us to make a quick trip to the store.

Avoid this hotel ! At first glance the rooms look great. They do not wipe down the rooms , first room, hair in the bed. Second room choice blood stains and dirty toilets , third room choice more hair in the bed ! Disgusting, will never book in this place again!

The front staff is very friendly, The lobby has been updated but the rooms are old so the website photos are deceptive. The wifi only works in the lobby. The signal would bounce in and out in our room. The room air conditioner was noisy and I had to sleep with ear plugs.

Had two nights at this property, well situated for access to I90/I15. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good quality furnishings and comfortable beds. Plenty of breakfast options. Two night stay was very enjoyable.

I often choose Best Western when traveling with my dog because the chain has been consistent in cleanliness and safety. My room was fairly clean but it did smell like wet dog and there were stains on the carpet. It was a good sized room and it had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which I appreciated and used. The refrigerator needed to be scrubbed. I need to bring some lysol that kills odors and wipes to clean the refrigerator and microwave next time. There was noise from the highway, but by 9pm/10pm the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel allows for pets to be unattended in the rooms so my neighbors dogs were barking non-stop. They finally settled down after an hour or so. There was also some questionable behavior going on the east side of the Butte Plaza Mall. I would be careful in the evening/night. There is not designated potty area so be aware on grassy areas. The Perkins restaurant is on-site but their burgers with fries are horrible. The salad that ordered the day prior was okay. If I have to stay again in Butte, I probably would check if there is another hotel that allows dogs. However, I may stay again.

You will not be disappointed. Best Western is the name and it is The Best place to stay! So friendly and clean. Hotel easy to find off the freeway as well as access to the freeway. Nice suprise located next to a Perkins and a coffee hut.

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was better then any Best Western Plus we have stayed. Also had a family restaurant attached to hotel. That made our travel better as we could eat dinner at hotel after a long day of traveling. It could all be done without driving around town.

Our room was clean, what you'd typically expect from a BW, but the air conditioner rattled horribly and had to be turned off. The bar on site was lovely after a long day of traveling and the bartender was wonderful! You can order directly from Perkins while waiting at the bar, a really nice perk.

Easy access to the interstate after a hard day's drive was welcome. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar provided just what we needed. It was a great place to stop for the night.

Stayed twice, will stay again. Perkins Restaurant on site, clean rooms, friendly staff, everything you could want short of a masseuse..Breakfast was hot, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, etc. I stay at a lot of BW's, so far this is my fav...

Friendly and efficient Reception, spacious rooms & comfortable bed, very high water pressure. Poor internet service - always getting disconnected. No heat control (always +78F) so opened window to cool room at night, kids running in hallway between midnight and 1am but Reception didn't answer the phone. Overpriced and under-serviced.

I drive a 28ft truck and there is room to park. I arrived later in the evening and there was plenty of light for me in the parking area. There is a restaurant on the property the staff was very friendly and my room was beautifully cleaned and the mattress was just what my back needed. When I know I will be staying in the area this will be my choice. P.S. Sits right off freeway and easy to get to.

Wow! Huge hotel!!! Absolutely awesome. Staff are amazing. Restaurant on site as well as a lounge. Will stay there again. Bakery in the restaurant. Bought awesome muffins for breakfast. Don't skip this hotel.

Great location…. On site Restaurant, Casino and Fitness…. Centrally located in town and Parking For Trailers !!!! This Best Western has great customer service, nice rooms and NO slamming doors in the hallways.

We booked by phone shortly before arrival and requested a pet friendly room. Check in staff very friendly! The room was very clean and well stocked. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed a full breakfast the following day which was very satisfying. The fee for all of this was cheaper than another place we stayed that did not offer breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Loved the service at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean, quiet, and modern. Hot buffet breakfast was outstanding, with many options; and the workout room was the best I've seen. Pool was too cold for me, but kids enjoyed. Hot tub was nice but small, as others have said, fitting maybe 4 people if they know each other well (impossible to share with strangers). My only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy. Maybe humidity from being above the pool? The window did not open, so we had the AC blasting all night in March in Montana when it was 30 degrees outside. But overall a great experience. We will definitely stay there again.

We were pleased with our experience at the BW Plus Butte Plaza Inn. After a long day it was good to find a clean comfortable room with pleasant staff. It is a larger hotel without elevators to the second floor but there was no problem navigating the stairs. Very conveniently located off the interstate surrounded by lots of restaurants including a Perkins off the lobby which we didn't use. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a variety of items including a large bowl of fresh fruit.

5 stars! Outstanding service (less than ten seconds to respond to a bad TV remote fix) and one of the best breakfast bars we've been to. Hot breakfast bar had gluten-free items and almond milk. Exceptionally clean and well organized. Pool and hot tub open early 5am. Staff were very friendly and attentive. This has become our favorite place to stay in Butte.

Clean and nice. Check in was quick. Plenty of space for a group of us to visit. Rooms were comfortable-with Covid they don't do room cleaning daily anymore, but you can get any amenities you need. I enjoying staying at this hotel when our team is playing in Butte.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The front desk people were very nice. We had two rooms and one had a very slow draining tub. The shower pressure was a bit excessive. The exercise room was very good. We left early so only had grab and go breakfast (granola bar, apple, water).

Our stay a few days ago was very disappointing. The wifi did not work in the rooms however when brought up with the front desk their only comment was that they hope to have it working within a week ! She also remarked that it worked as long as you stood at the front desk - touch inconvenient don't you think ? This information should have been communicated when we checked in. The rooms are also very small and dates.

I was more than grateful for the willingness of the Staff, especially the check in staff. All the staff were friendly and willing to help. It was a Pleasure to deal with all the staff I met, I really felt that they honestly appreciated my business and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated.

From start to finish, reservations to check-in to hot tub to excellent clean room to overabundance of towels to the fabulous full-course breakfast, the Butte BestWestern was a gold-plated way to start our winter trip to Yellowstone National Park.

This place is old. Rooms are so small that you have to dodge the luggage to move around in the room. Bed sheets had yellowish tint to them. Bathroom is dirty and claustrophobic. Before checking in I asked the lady at front desk if I can take a look at the room. She assured me that the rooms are very good and well taken care of. After I went into the room, I immediately returned to the front desk and asked if they can cancel my reservation so that I can check into another hotel. She said it is too late as they have charged my credit card. She said I can check out but wont get any refund. Worst customer service ever...

This Best WEstern is the finest I have stayed at. Very nice! Athena at the restaurant was outstanding. The bowl of Christmas mints was nice. The breakfast is the best I have ever had. Hot meats, fruits, and buffet. Airline crews from Salt Lake were there and very pleasant to visit with. Nice people.

My wife is convalescing from an injury and is in a wheel chair for this stay. We requested a room for disabled folk so she could shower. To begin her shower, she sat on the folding seat which then collapsed, dumping her on the tile floor. This fall aggravated the injury and resulted in a large bruise on her hip, increasing travel discomfort. The next morning we reported the failure to hotel staff and filled out their Incident Report (we were not provided a copy). Their response was very postured and focused on how they would never allow this type of problem. Pictures of the broken chair and failed mounting bracket are attached.

Cheap, clean, friendly, and excellent breakfast (vegetarian and gluten free options)! The only issue is the internet. If I could get on it (after hours of waiting) I couldn't always stay on it. If you are traveling for business, be sure to bring your own.

Beware of the hold that will be placed on your card,higher than normal. The breakfast is fantastic. But, the hotel is old and smells like cigarette smoke.Also, I was charged more than my reservation. My room had carpet from the 70's and bedding needs a refreshed look

The Best Western Butte Plaza Inn has been my go to place in Butte when I have to travel for work. The front desk staff and breakfast buffet attendant are quick to help and very friendly. The single king rooms offer everything I need; lots of light & charging ports, adjustable thermostat, lounger w/ottoman so I can prop up my feet as I read thru emails. The rooms have all been clean & quiet, beds comfortable and water pressure is lovely. With the early online check in getting my room key was quick, with my only requirement was to provide my vehicle information. I highly recommend staying here.

If you want a clean, friendly hotel with a great location, look no further. It is right off the interstate and the staff could not be more accommodating. Their buffet breakfast was excellent. Their knowledgeable staff helped us to choose one of the best dining experiences we have had in our travels. They provided us with a shuttle to this wonderful restaurant and picked us up when we finished. We will make sure in our future travels through Montana that we only stay at this hotel.

Nice clean place to stay in butte. The rooms were quiet even though we were at the top of the stairs. Full breakfast menu. There was something for everyone. The ac and heater worked great in the room.

We spent one night at this hotel. Check in went smooth very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious with many choices-We were surprised at the options. The hotel is close to the freeway. There were restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay with easy access from the freeway. Only complaint is we had two queen beds and the room was a lot smaller than expected. But it was fine for the two of us. It was nice and quiet too.

A apparent lack of management attention to detail unfortunately mars what should have been a premiere experience. The guest rooms and public areas are really elegant and attractive, but a broken toilet seat; broken elevator for at least a week; and inoperative waffle iron all marred what should have been a delightful experience,. Management oversight is missing. Clearly no longer a premium property: just premium prices.

We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone and our way back. Very nice property...small but nice hottub. Asked for a ground floor since there only one night. Has a Perkins Restaurant attached and if you show your room card you get 15% off! Since our Dr. said we weren't getting enough fat (lol) we splurged on Chicken Fried Steak and Meatloaf. They have really yummy cookies too! Be aware that masks aren't a "thing" for most folks in Montana...

Best Westerns are never my first option for hotels because they can run the gamut of well-maintained, to poorly-maintained. This Best Western is very large, lots of room choices. The facilty was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, although not very updated. But it worked for us for the one night stay. But the breakfast was wonderful! It's always my husband's favorite part of any hotel stay, and this one was a feast with every option you could think of! From lots of hot -- bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, to cool options -- cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit. Really caring staff, as well as welcoming and friendly.

This hotel was easy to get to from I-90. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to see a hotel that seemed to have adequate staff in all areas. We stayed for 1 night as a break from driving. The parking was plentiful, and we could park near the entrance to our room. The hotel was clean. Our room was quiet and we got a good night's rest. It was nice to have a refrigerator to keep our beverages cold. If we had stayed longer we would have utilized the pool area.

Staff was very pleasant, room was nice, quiet and large. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast you get in every hotel pretty much. This was a great stop on our way to Yellowstone! Although our room was all the way at the end, it did provide a very quiet room which we very much enjoyed! Would highly recommend this place!

Booked this hotel last minute while traveling from Yellowstone to Glacier National Park. Older hotel but fairly well maintained. Very nice breakfast with many hot & cold items. Stayed in room 124. Could have used some clean up (mold and/or dirt) in and around the shower but otherwise looked clean.

From the start of trying to check in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. I am always friendly to any staff that I encounter, so it extremely surprised me when the employee checking me in had an attitude from the start. I was overcharged for the room and she was not helpful in any regard for trying to change the mistake. My husband and I had to go the next morning to get our charge fixed. The whole experience seemed as if I was in the wrong for trying to check in. Other than the rude staff, the hotel was convenient and decent.

This hotel was wonderful. They were super busy but accommodated. The lobby was clean and comfortable. A nice place to hang out and relax. The staff was kind. The breakfast blew my mind. It was so good. The rooms were super clean too

Unfortunately the room that we stayed in appeared clean but was not. Everything was fine until I got cold and decided to get under the covers. The best sheets were soaking wet. I called the staff and was given another room but I would have expected them to deduct some off the bill, they did not. The towels reeked of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. I was so grossed out I considered leaving that night. I will NEVER stay there again!

Friendly staff, lobby was inviting. Our room was a non smoking room but the room definitely smelled like it had been smoked in. (Not an issue for myself, but could be for others). Room was clean, A/C made the room comfortable, beds were comfortable. Great selection at the continental breakfast.

The Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn is a GREAT place to stay! The front desk staff are outstanding and made us feel right at home during our recent stay. Jim, the bartender in the very clean and comfortable lounge, is absolutely wonderful! The lounge is a nice place to relax after a long road trip. The maintenance staff are friendly and they work hard to make sure the hotel is in top shape for their guests. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to all travelers passing through Butte!

Cant use your points without paying more. Outdated. Poor customer service. Won't stand behind an original quote when booking the room. Restaurant is horrible food with poor service. Choice hotels are WAY better!! I'm done with BW.

My wife and I stay at Best Westerns because they are fairly reasonable for what you get and almost all of them seem to be nice places, clean with good beds. This one is handy and located right off of the freeway. Butte is small enough that there several places to eat withing 5 minutes. The beds were good and the hotel was clean. Only complaint I had was: we are diamond status in their reward program. We used our points at this particular Best Western to get a free night. When we checked in and when we inquired about an upgrade the manager seemed extremely irritated and seemed to be mad because we were getting a free room. I would stay here again, but I did not appreciate the attitude.

When I was an hour away from the hotel a snow storm hit. Consequently the only lady working that night had a long line of guest, and a couple of them ran into issues with their reservations. Despite that she remained calm and was friendly to every guest. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I have not had to give this type of bad marks on a stay at Best Western. I felt that it was below standards maintained by Best Western. The Staff was not polite to our guests and our selves. They were unhappy that we did not want to stay on the bottom floor where the room had bad and old windows making it too vulnerable to outside access. The air conditioning was a very outdated old unit (all of the rooms) and took additional explanation that we were not offered at check in just to obtain and maintain a reasonable level of comfort.

Good place to stay in Butte. I was happy with the hotel, bar, and restaurant. I didn't get to use the hot tub, as it was full of children when we got there. Parking was good for my truck and the trailer I was towing.

Easy time at the front desk as we checked-in. Place has a Perkins and a Casino under its main roof. Our room was superb. Big room, great shower, comfy bed, quiet, super wifi. Buffet breakfast was terrific.

I travel for business purposes, and I mainly stay at Best Western hotel chains. The Butte, Montana location has the friendliest staff. I mainly come here because I am treated with such kindness and hospitality, that I look forward to my trip when traveling through Montana. They really seem to care about their guests and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Butte, Montana Best Western for a fantastic hotel experience.

Not worth the price. The room was tiny barely able to move around. The shower had no water pressure . would not stay again. There are nicer rooms at equal price in town. People were very nice though. Not the best area of town

We were driving up I15 and stopped at the Best Western Plus since it was recommended by BringFido.com. We paid $15 for our well behaved dog. The room was very good value. We found the hotel had a lot going for it. The business centre allowed me to get my forms in order for crossing the border the next day. We had a good night sleep. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The room had a free coffee maker and safe. The room had free wifi and upper end amenities. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a good breakfast and dinner at the Perkins restaurant. Very friendly service.

Overall the hotel was just ok. It suited my families needs for a place to sleep for the night before continuing our drive. However it was extremely small for a family. We were all in each other's space. The bathroom door only patched when slammed and the shower barely drained. It defiantly would not be a place I would stay for more then a 1 night stopover

We travel often, with myself typically staying at BWs. However, this is one that we will not be returning to. Be weary of the “plus” title. Room reeked like that of a smokers room. The window was inside, next to pool entrance (loud). Dogs barking in rooms around us. TV had to be re-set up. The remote was very sticky. Phone in room would not dial out. Lights on nightstand did not work (the plug didn't work). Two queen beds, one was dirty with lots of hair and other trash/debris in it. The other had black fuzzies all over the sheets. Pillows were small (yes, even fluffed out). Comforters has lots of stains in them. The outside entry doors were not locked, as they appeared to be. The grassy areas were covered in so much dog poop (come on dog owners, we can do better! They even provide doggie bags for you!) We did not report any of this as by the time we were in for the night, we just wanted to sleep so we could get back on the road again.

Very convenient location, great value and pet friendly. The room was very clean and was tagged with a door seal stating so in this Covid environment. It was nice to have a lounge and restaurant on site. Food was great and service in lounge excellent.

We've stayed at several Best Western Plus over the last few years - and with the pandemic I understand some niceties are different. Like the morning free breakfast - everything is packaged and safer. This makes a "homemade" type breakfast pretty impossible. So. The bad breakfast is not fault the hotels for this. Having said that...i pretty much decided I'm not going to pay for the luxury of this in future trips....what we want is a quiet, clean and safe place to rest. This hotel was just that - quiet, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful....a plus. My only real complaint about the room itself was the heating/cooling unit in this room (#141) was loud, the fan going on and off all night with a rather obvious "klunk" each time it activated the heat. AND worst of all....there was no way for me to adjust the fan function to "off" it just "klunked" on/off all night - each time it was disturbing oir rest. Also, if you are a cool-room sleeper? Well, you won't like their systems in the rooms - as you cannot regulate below 60 degrees and/or simply turn it OFF for the night....i tried, several ways of attempting to adjust...wouldn't work. So. We had a very lousy sleep because of the heating/cooling system! Unfortunately this would be THE reason i would not reccomend this establishment.

I love staying at this Best Western in Butte. It is clean, the breakfasts are great (even with Covid restrictions...yummy egg & sausage sandwiches), they enforce mask rules, and the attached Perkins Restaurant makes getting a good meal easy and convenient. The only drawback, which is a common one in Montana, is the very slow internet service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's also right by the highway...easy on, easy off!

Great staff! Especially the man at the front desk! So friendly and welcoming!! Rooms were clean and my kids had an awesome time in the pool. Would definitely only come here when I'm driving through!! Also.. had the best breakfast by far.. especially during covid times (other hotels often just gave a sack lunch with a sad bagel and a bottle of water. )

The room was great but not spacious. The refrigerator froze the food. The internet bandwidth was very poor. The help staff was great. The covid breakfast was mundane but adequate. The view was blocked by trees and when asked to have a room with a view as stayed four days I was not accommodated. This was my first stay through BW web site and thus was not impressed at all

Of all the BWP hotels we visited, this one raised the bar on cleanliness! If you are concerned about traveling during the pandemic, this is the hotel for you! They really went the extra mile to ensure that we knew our room was cleaned and sanitized, the check in was contact free, masked and sanitized, and the free breakfast was top notch! A delightful hostess welcomed us and brought our coffee (no common dispenser) and a new plate we could fill with all individually wrapped items (I had the sausage and egg biscuit with cheese...yum!) and ziplock baggies with utensils and s&p. I hope that all BWP hotels reach this level of excellence in guest care!

So glad we chose to stay here on our travels from Jackson, WY to Seattle, WA. Right off I 90. Large rooms; comfortable beds; professional staff. Best breakfast in all of the hotels we stayed in, despite Covid restrictions. Yogurts, pastries, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, and individually wrapped warm sausage/egg/cheese biscuits. Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was right off of the highway but it wasn't noisy at all. Was on a main road so there was easy access to historic Butte as well as where all the restaurants were located. Good breakfast available, bar/casino were clean as was the fitness center.

We stayed in a double queen room overnight on our way to Chicago. The hotel was large and clean, with many rooms on the main level (though there was an elevator for second-floor rooms). Parking was plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and quiet with a microwave and refrigerator. Our room had been thoroughly cleaned, and even had a seal across the door showing that no one had entered since the cleaning. Masks were required in the hotel. The breakfast had been modified to a "grab and go" format because of Covid-19, but it still was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a "free breakfast" hotel. We had individually wrapped sausage & cheddar biscuits that were hot and fresh, cans of juices, pastries and hot coffee. Everything was individually wrapped and there were many other selections such as hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, milk, gluten-free muffins and more. In addition, there is a Perkins attached to the hotel and many fast food restaurants across the street. Easy on and off of I-90. Gas right there too. Good job, Best Western.

Bed and room were good , for what they were .. But , no bucket for ice , allegedly due to virus concerns .. And we were down i the lobby at about 2 minutes to 6 Am , when the said breakfast would be ready - Lights were dark in the breakfast area , no one seemed in a hurry to get it open ..

My mother and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Butte. We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has everything you would need! Ample parking. I loved that there was a bar and casino AND restaurant on site! So cool! The pool was a bit warm, but we rapidly enjoyed the hot tub. There was also a stream room and exercise room available. The beds were nice and comfortable in the rooms. The free breakfast was great despite Covid restrictions. I will also say that getting the rewards program is worth it. Points rack up quick and you really do get special treatment like gifts and drink vouchers. The end of our stay my moms dog hurt herself and Marie at the front desk was nice enough to refer us to a great after hours vet. We were so grateful! Also Amber our housekeeper was very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel as a great value in Butte.

I was working in the Butte, Montana area for about six weeks. I stayed at the Best Western Butte Plaza Inn. Due to the COVID-19 situation, a lot of businesses are not even open. Butte Plaza Inn has a nice restaurant connected to it called Perkins. Perkins is a nice family restaurant and has good food. If you stay at the Butte Plaza Inn and eat at Perkins, you'll get a discount on your meal. Every morning many of us that were workers that stayed there would go into the dining area and get a bite to eat. Because of the pandemic, meals are prepared and individually wrapped. The staff in the dining area made sure that every customer was satisfied. When I called about a couple of repairs that needed attention, the staff was right there immediately. I needed to fax some paperwork one evening. It took Marie several tries to get the fax sent because the machine on the other end was not ready. Marie made sure that my faxes were received. Whenever I was in need of anything, the staff responded very quickly and were professional about it. The next time I am in the area, I will again stay at the Best Western Butte Plaza Inn.

My family was on a summer road trip and stayed at this hotel. The facility is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. We were surprised with the size of the hotel and the multiple entry doors. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Will stay again if passing through the area

Good location just off I-90. Clean & quiet & pet-friendly. Perkins restaurant is connected so convenient if you are tired of driving. Fridge & microwave in room. Breakfast is to-go now, but if you want more, go to Perkins.

Gave this place two chances. Switched rooms twice, first smelled of cigarettes, second had semen stains on the sheets in the midst of Covid 19. Need I say more? I appreciate this Best Western for completely ruining my night as well as my last night with my family.

Stayed here with my kiddos several time but felt nervous with the virus. This place is so clean and the breakfast lady was amazing. Made sure to sanitize and I didn't think it was possible but you feel safe and the food is awesome.

I love this motel. Your visit starts off perfect with the nicest desk clerk on the planet and doesn't stop until you leave. Super clean, quiet, very centrally located, I can't say enough. Breakfast is supplied or there is a restaurant attached. Make the Best Western in Butte your next stop and you will not be disappointed!

The service was terrific from the time we entered the lobby to the time we checked out. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We felt completely safe during the pandemic. I will stay here again.

When the COVID-19 virus required that Canadians head for home early this hotel was a good stop on the way back to Calgary. Because of the pandemic restaurants were closed and the customary breakfast was not available the hotel adjusted by offering a “Grab and Go” bag which was adequate to start the day. The hotel was full that night but we had used the BW app to make a reservation. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room, while small, was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Besides, they always have fresh cookies when you check in!!

Jackie greeted me with a smile and finished my check in very efficiently. She answered my questions cheerfully and even loaned me a charger for my cell phone. We often stay at BW when we travel and we appreciate all the "extras" you provide. The accommodations are always spot on. We'll be back!

This hotel has a convenient location. It is very clean, but maybe dated in decor and with aging paint. Two issues made the stay less than satisfying: the toilet ran loudly every 5-10 minutes throughout the night, repeatedly interrupting sleep; the walls and door were not well soundproofed, transmitting the noise of even quiet neighbors' conversations, (not to mention boisterous teenagers shouts!), undiminished into our room.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff and a FANTASTIC breakfast room!!! Convenient location to center of town and easy access to and from the main Highway. Modernized with plenty of USB charging ports to charge more than one device.

No complaints. Everything was excellent! We were checked in immediately. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast. Wish we had time to use the pool and sauna as that was one of the reason we picked to stay here.

I spent 12 hours there because I was transitioning from Butte to Anaconda, in a bad weather, and it was too late to get a taxi for the road conditions weren't ideal. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The only thing I was a bit cold and it seemed the thermostat wasn't functioning well. I had hot breakfast, and the interaction of the staff was great. When I checked out, I had to wait for my ride a little while, but Marie at the front desk made my day so much better, with her warm smile, great conversation and thoughtfulness of seeking out transport for me. She's very professional and I ever visit Butte again, Marie is my reason. Thanks for being a light and Jesus loves you!

It is a frequent stop here, on our trek from Saskatchewan to Vegas trip. It is a clean Inn with many amenities. There is a Perkins restaurant attached as well as a lounge, very well appreciated after a long day driving. (Also a dog friendly Inn) Another perk is fresh cookies when you check in. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean hotel. The rooms were very clean beds very comfortable. The cleaning staff couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast staff were great. The food was hot. You had a lot of choices.

This hotel has a good location close to the places to eat, shopping and the Freeway. Check-in signage could be better to make it easier to find the front desk. Staff were all super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

From check-in to check-out this experience was excellent! The staff was courteous, helpful and nice! The rooms were beautiful, the bed was comfy, just wish there were a few soft pillows! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Drinks, wine and bar snacks were also good! We will be back!

Very nice. Good location. Had dinner at Perkins and it was very good and the lounge/casino was great. It was day 19 of a 21 day road trip my wife and I were taking and we would certainly stay there again.

Ended up staying here Thanksgiving night. Check in clerk was great and everything was satisfactory. Breakfast was full and well prepared. It is a big motel w lots of rooms. Easy access from I-90. Would stay again.

We love the breakfast selection, they offer cold cut meats and fresh fruits and yogurt, in addition to hot breakfast items. I have even seen them prepare gluten free items if requested before hand. We always stay here when we are in Butte which is at least once a month for hockey.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is great. The pool area needs a shower as it was very hard to shower in the room (3rd floor) and walk to the pool, hot tub. We sat in the lounge for dinner and the table became very cluttered with glasses, plates etc.

Wonderful Hotel to stay, excellent location for food and gas, we used the onsite lounge and restaurant, very nice place to have a quiet beer and the food was delivered to the lounge from the restaurant which is also in the same building.Would stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel for business a lot. The Internet on my last couple visits was so bad I had to leave and find another place. I like the hotel but until they improve their Internet service business people will not be able to work.

The beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave! The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. Everything was clean and kept up to date. Breakfast was phenomenal with so many choices I could stay for a week and not repeat my meal. Two thumbs up!

Staff did everything within their power before, during and after my visit to ensure I had a comfortable stay and was able to rest and recover in a clean room in between work. Flight was detoured so I had to drive into Butte but staff recovered my luggage from airport and ensured I caught my return flight in time early the next morning.

Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had ! Staff was so friendly and the overall cleanliness was awesome! I stay in hotels approximately 75 % of my time due to work and the only thing I was even remotely not satisfied with was the high speed internet in the rooms ! It was not the greatest and every time it kicks you off when you are try to do work it does become annoying!

We stayed one night during a snow storm. The lobby is very nice and the staff very professional and friendly. The room was large. For the third time in a row on my trip there were hairs on one of the pillow cases (fewer pillowcases than other places I stayed) and one on the sheets by the pillows on one of the beds. Please, just take the extra few seconds to run a sticky lint roller over the pillowcases to catch these hairs. It is just gross. The bedspread was dirty with a small blood stain. There were also hairs in the sink. So, that could be improved. Otherwise the room was fairly clean. It was nearly impossible to use the remote for the TV. I don't know if the batteries were going on the remote or if it was where the cable box was situated. I had a heck of a time getting it to change channels and even turn on and off. The sleep function didn't work at all. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was really good. Elevators are at Door E. If you need an elevator and are told to enter at door D - go to Door E. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway. My room was very quiet - I didn't hear anything from the room next door or the hallway. Express checkout was a big plus. There is really good water pressure - almost too good. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. Overall a good stay, would probably stay again.

I have been to so many hotels, for work and pleasure, ranging from very low budget to expensive resort. Sometimes it gets difficult to differentiate between hotels because so much is the same. But this experience was different. It's the little things that almost always make the difference, either good or bad. In this case, The Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn's little things made for a wonderful experience. First of all, the hotel is wonderful. Very clean and attractive. The lobby is warm and inviting, even though they are doing some remodeling work. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was sooooo comfortable, my wife and I slept like babies. The WiFi was very good. Now for some of the little things: More tv channels than I have ever seen offered at any hotel. Amazing breakfast with many choices, check-in at 2:00 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. Checkout at Noon instead of 11:00 a.m. Breakfast served until 10:00 a.m. Plenty of towels. Fantastic water pressure and wonderful toiletry amenities. Friendly staff. Easy access to vehicle. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I stay in Butte.

I was thrilled with the experience. It was clean and well managed. The staff was professional and helpful. When I travel this way again I will plan to stay in Butte at this Best Western Plus. I wish i had known about this place before my last time I traveled through this way.

This hotel has everything - excellent staff, a full-service hotel with guest laundry, full continental breakfast, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center, and Perkins restaurant. We were exhausted from traveling from California to Montana with 5 cats and 2 dogs. Our escrow did not close on our house as expected, and we were forced to find a pet-friendly hotel to stay at for four nights.

We stayed at the BW Plaza Inn for the first snow storm of the season. It is conveniently located between major cities. It would have been a good place to be stranded in, but it was a fairly easy drive to our next destination.

Spacious room with Two double queen beds, all usual amenities, like fridge, microwave, coffee machine, excellent breakfast, with royal choises of Bread and warm dishes. Restaurant Perkins offers good food . Reasonable prices.

Most pet friendly hotels we've stayed at are pretty run down and you get a room stuffed away in a far away place. This hotel is very nice, clean, friendly and there are lots of other travelers with their pets staying here. Another really great feature is that there is a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel. You can order a great meal to go and bring it back to your room without leaving the building. I highly recommend this hotel for people traveling with their pets.

This hotel appears to have been born in the 70's and acquired by Best Western. The walls are paper thin. I could clearly hear the conversations in the room beside me and actually answered some of their questions without opening the door. It was like they were in the room with me. The water pipes played like a pipe organ anytime someone ran the water, shower or flushed the toilet which then got all the dogs barking, mine included, at 2am. The beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was nice. However, Wifi is an expectation these days. This hotel did not deliver that to us. We were in the back of the hotel in the pet rooms. I believe it was room 156. The Wifi would not connect or stay connected. The IT person was unhelpful. He was not and was quite rude saying he didn't buy Apple products (it wasn't the devices; it was the Wifi connection), suggesting that we use Wifi in the lobby, and stating that he couldn't restart routers because they were in other guests' rooms. You've got to be kidding me! However, Jackie, Marie, and Alison were exceptionally helpful and did exactly what they promised. Thanks to you ladies we had a better stay even though we couldn't use the Wifi in our room.

Check-in staff very professional and pleasant. Room clean and very welcoming. Perkins restaurant on site was equally friendly and efficient. Wi-Fi was quick and easily connected. Bed was very comfortable.

This was hands down the best free breakfast that I have had in years. Breakfast burritos, cheese omelets that were thick and not overcooked, crispy bacon, a yogurt dispenser and granola and fruit next to it. Checked in and then directed to go back out with instructions regarding which entrance to enter to get closest to your room. Beds were comfortable, pillows were okay. Good wifi. There was a clock in the room that made me think of a spaceship; it put off so much light that I had to put on an eye mask to be able to fall asleep.

The location right off the interstate, and near to everything makes this an excellent place to stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast and being able to see Our Lady of the Rockies from my room. The facility is well laid out and the staff friendly.

the staff is friendly and very accommodating. I was a very late check in and they were ready for me. So I requested a late check out and she gave me an hour. which is good enough since I have to catch the flight out anyways.

Nice hotel, easy to find, attached restaurant. Check in was easy, the made special note of our name on a recognition board for being Best Western members. Room was small but clean and nicely decorated. No problems with Wifi.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They will give you transportation to local restaurants which is nice . The breakfast they offer was just your basic hotel free breakfast and coffee was weak.

Butte Best Western sheets had body fluid stains on the bed sheets and "short" hairs. The sheets had not been changed. totally disgusted!!! and they gave me $20 credit off my bill. DUMB!!! never using Best Western again. GAG!!!!

We were attending a dog agility trial in Butte, Mt., And the hotel was very accommodating to dogs! I have stayed there with my 2 dogs 5 different occassions, and it's always been a very pleasant experience!

No smoking is allowed so people smoke outside. The ashtray is right next to the door, so smokers gather there and people have top walk through the smoke to enter the building from the back parking lot. Some of the smoke comes into the hotel. \\Please make some designated smoking areas on the far side of the parking lot away from the hotel. Really great breakfast. Really nice staff.

Our car broke down near Butte and we stayed here for three days of warranty work on our car. The staff were helpful and accommodating to all of our needs, going out of their way to make us feel at home.

It's a Best Western Plus so you know it will be OK. This place goes far beyond normal expectations in the most important area, food. (Room, bed, noise level, etc. all wonderful too.) More choices than anywhere else. Small things too. Cottage cheese in the frig, breakfast burrito, hot and ready to go, plus make a sandwich for lunch! Best place we stayed on our two week trip.

Wonderful stay. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The pool was warm. So I actually used it. The people are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, slept well and would definitely stay again and again.

The Best Western in Butte Montana was very clean and accomodating. It had a very great selection of food at the free breakfast. And there was a Perkins onsite also. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone planning a trip there.

My husband comes here for work at the mines every week. I came with him this week with our white boxer puppy. I'm so impressed with the employees. They are so helpful. Fenny is the mayor of the hotel, saying hi to everyone as he walks around. The room was great, clean, and cool in this hot weather. The partially fenced dog area is large, grasses and great, also is safe from the highway. Poop bags and garbage bin provided. Since I'm here alone during the day, I always feel safe. They also provide a shuttle to where ever you need at no charge. We use it to get groceries from Safeway. Love this place!

This is a favorite destination, both the community and the motel. We visit Butte at least twice a year and Best Western is our preferred lodging. A helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Additionally, this is probably the best breakfast I've found at any motel.

This Best Western is older and under renovation. The lobby is newly completed, but the rooms have not been done as of Aug 17, and they are badly in need of a refresh. Breakfast looked very good, lots of choice......that is until one guest came into the breakfast room holding her dog, and helping herself to menu items. I lost my appetite at that point. Some of us prefer to not eat with animals or with strangers wearing pj's to a public hotel lobby breakfast.

Pleasant stay, nice meal in Perkins. Bed comfortable, easy off and on o Interstate. One of the best breakfasts available. I like the early opening of the fitness center. I enjoy the coffee in the lobby and the TV as I am an early riser.

One of the best places we have stayed. We had good size room with king bed. Bathroom had tub/shower & toilet. Sink just outside that. Breakfast was wonderful, hot & cold items. Bacon! Cheese omelets. Perkins restaurant attached, so we ate supper there. Get 15% discount for staying in hotel. Lighting was good. Only complaint was that we couldn't get ac to stay as cool as we like it. Owners are in middle of renovating. Looks pretty good.

Stopped here on our way back to the coast from Yellowstone NP and the rooms were clean but dated. You can tell the hotel is trying to update though because they were in the middle of painting the halls. The cleaning staff was super sweet by leaving notes upon arrival. The front desk was awesome in allowing us to dispose of a suitcase which had busted. The breakfast was nice and had a variety and great fresh fruit.

Have stayed there over the last 10 years while conducting research in the surrounding forests. Have really enjoyed my time there and the excellent staff and services they provide. Their breakfast is one of the best hosted by Best Western. They treat their Diamond members extremely well and the only BW that welcomes us by name upon arriving. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

We stayed one night at this Best Western and found it to be very nice. The front desk staff was super friendly and quick to get us checked in. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the ability to regulate the room temperature ourselves. There was no light switch at the entry door but the motel was in the middle of a remodel so assume this will change soon. It was very quiet even though the motel was full. We appreciated the very extensive breakfast menu and complement the hostess staff that kept the area clean and replenished. Would stay here again-thank you.

We always in the past have stayed at this hotel when traveling through Butte both on our way East and again on our way back home going west. This stay was less then expected as the king room was so small you could barely walk around the bed and the halls and rooms were not clean and smelled rancid from the wall paper replacement on progress

Stopped in Butte for the night while traveling through Montana and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel, friendly attendants nice breakfast and clean quiet room. Our room was on the top floor and we didn't hear anything all night. Definitely recommend.

When we walked into the lobby our name was on a welcome board by the front desk. We had a quiet room close to a nice paved area for my daughter to practice basketball. This place is very well maintained and a good deal $! Great staff and great breakfast. This was the start of our long overdue trip to Disneyland! Will stay there again next time.

Room way to small, fan extremely noise. We look for BW Plus and always pleased but not this one. The positive point is, there is a Perkinsin Hotel. Perkins Restaurant was great, clean and good food. A coffee shop, Mexican restaurant was walking across parking lot.

Just clean your rooms. Disgusting. But, these surveys don't matter in the least. I continuously complain about filthy Best Westerns... nothing happens. This room was horrid. Stains everywhere. Dirty tables, chairs. Disgusting. I was cancelling my membership and vowing out of BW in general, but then the BW in Fargo was INCREDIBLE. Why is there such disparity in the quality of cleanliness?

We are gluten-free and had no trouble finding breakfast items. There was fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, gluten-free cereal and many other items. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy with the sink and counter in a separate space. The were charging outlets on both sides of our bed which was very comfortable. Nice towels and new decor. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the water closet and vanity were quite small. We had a problem with the remote and were not able to reset the TV, so we called the Front Desk & they said that they would send up the maintenance guy. An hour later we went to the front desk in person and apparently they had not called maintenance. they contacted him and he cam right up to fix the problem. I was going to rate the hotel with 3 stars, but after enjoying a very good breakfast, I had to give it a 4 star rating.

This was a great stop on our way to Yellowstone. The lobby was very, modern and inviting. The front desk clerks were very friendly and informative about the area. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry while we experienced the dry sauna and hot tub. We highly recommend staying here.

Good hotel for a short stay. We had just the one night here. The hotel has a free shuttle which will take you anywhere you want to go in town. We took the trolley tour and they came and picked us up when it was finished. Free parking and breakfast included always a bonus.

We had driven for 12 hours and were so pleased that this motel was clean, quiet and had very comfortable beds. Staff was so friendly and accomodating! Breakfast was one of the best we've ever experienced at a motel. The choice of options were so varied! We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was a little smaller but very nice . It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very well done. The variety of food gave every one something to eat. It was also very convenient to the sites and freeway. we would stay there again.

Quick access from the interstate & return. Rooms are always clean and we'll maintained. Great shower! Breakfast area is super and well managed by very friendly people. This is our go to hotel when in this area.

I have stayed at this hotel many times...It is super convenient due to location as well as the fact it have a restaurant and lounge built in...I was able to have a drink and order dinner without driving around. The property is huge so there is a lot of room and feels very private.

My family arrived late in the evening after a long day and the facility was very nice and clean. We didn't take advantage of the amenities but the room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I would suggest is that the signage needs to be larger at the entrance to the hotel. We missed it initially and took the exit back onto the interstate as it is very close to the entrance.

Everyone at this hotel is friendly and helpful. Front desk, breakfast crew, housekeeping and maintenance. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool was warm and pool area nice. Lots of big pool towels.

Have stayed here several times while visiting Butte. The lounge was great both for visiting with friends while keeping tabs on the hockey game, my room was very comfortable and quiet and considering the excellent breakfast options, the shuttle service and the quality of the rooms & bedding, I thought the value was excellent.

After a long drive Butte Plaza Inn was the perfect stop, The room was very clean and well appointed. A concrete structure which makes for a very quiet building, perfect for a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with bacon, sausage and waffles just to mention a few of the items available. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

When returning from our trip from Arizona , we usually stop here on our second night driving home. We've always felt welcomed and are treated professionally. The rooms are inviting and priced reasonably. The breakfast included offers a variety of options and is adequate. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Another wonderful Best Western hotel. Enjoyed the pleasantly hot water in the spa, as well as the super comfortable bed. Room decor was very nice, with all the usual amenities.Staff at check-in were cheerful and pleasant. Will be back again next year on our way to or from Arizona.

The hotel rooms were a little out dated but the beds and amenities were great. The lady at the front desk was awesome and checked us in very quickly and was able to inform us were too eat at the late time of the night we arrived. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We went to Butte for Pizza Ranch and Fresh Life Church, had a good time, pool was fun, room temp when we were going to bed was way too hot even though when we entered the room I turned it down to 67. I turned it off and even an hour later temp was still too warm so I had to turn on the a/c to be comfortable.

Our room is 75F and the air conditioning is droning on at 80 decibels—as loud as an alarm clock. To try to get cool so we can sleep, we cannot open a window because the windows face an interior corridor and do not open. It is impossibly hot, unbearably noisyand the Internet is. off more than it is on. We gave had better nights in this hotel but after this experience, we will not return. (We asked to move but the hotel is reportedly full.)

Travel through Montana every year and always stay in Butte. We stay at the BW Plus Butte Plaza Inn on every trip and have found the accommodations excellent and the customer service exceptionable. Will be staying there again next month and would highly recommend this hotel for your travels!

We enjoyed out stay and found the hotel staff very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the free breakfast in the morning was really great. I was super impressed with the food, so many choices. The front desk staff gave us some great places to go for dinner. They recommended a Mexican restaurant food and drink was fantastic. it happened to be National Margarita day which made it a very special evening.

We stayed at this hotel in February for a hockey tournament. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and efficient, good amenities. The staff even left a little treat in our room saying good luck on our tournament, it was a nice touch!

We stayed as part of a group with a youth spots team. The hotel put us off at one end, which was nice --we didn't have to worry so much about disturbing other guests. Check-in was quick and included bonus of cookie from front desk. Pool was warm, very nice, lots of towels. Breakfast was excellent, much better than average selection. Room was comfortable and clean and they left my child a bag of candy with a "good luck in your games" note, which was really nice. Free in room wifi was good and easy to connect to.

The made a bunny from a washcloth & also left a personal note from them. If we needed anything to let them know! The breakfast was amazing to! The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful. We had asked about how the weather was and was going to be on our trip back home.

This had to be one of the most friendly places we've ever stayed. Alison at the front desk was helpful on several occasions. Even when we asked to switch to a different room, she handled the entire transaction with a smile and was very genuine. Tyler was very kind when showing us to another room. Becca set the breakfast up and greeted us with a smile while asking if we had everything we needed. Shower head was amazing! Rooms are very small, some smell a bit musty. Barely enough room to walk around the entire bed without running into a wall or the tv/fridge area. Hope you don't have more than 1 suitcase-there is room for one on the rack behind the sink but I don't know where else you would put anything else.

Well maintained and staffed with excellent, attentive people. Perkins with better than average entrees delivered to room with no delivery fee. Plenty of parking and entrances as well as good surrounding areas for walking traveling pets. Cleanliness and the extra mile performed by housekeeping, nice bedding and quality of pillows/mattress. Highly recommend this location for stays in Butte!

This Best Western did not meet ouir expectations. The primary problem was ants in the bathroom. We notified the front desk and somebody came in a reasonable period of time however the maintenance man said there was not much he could do about it because we did not want him to use a spray. I suggested an ant trap and he asked me if I wanted him to go to a hardware store to purchase one. I did not answer. We were offered another room but we had just travelled 800 kilometres and we just wanted to go to bed. We hoped that the ants restricted their activity to the bathroom. The wifi connection in the room did not work. Again the front desk was quick to respond but it took 45 minutes to problem resolution. On check out, I related our story to the person at the desk. She said the manager was not in yet but she was sure I would be contacted and some arrangement would be made to compensate us for the inconveniences. I did receive a survey in which I indicated our dissatisfaction. What appeared to be a computer generated note was sent with the hope we would stay there again. We would not. The included breakfast was quite good.

It was $20-30 higher than we usually strive for but after staying here, we may search for BestWestern Plus because the value was worth thr additional cost. The room was clean, the service was wonderful, and we were not rushed to check out with a noon time.

Other than some minor housekeeping issues, my overall stay was exceptional. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and nice amenities. Did not use the gym or pool but looked like nice facilities. Highly recommend this location.

Was there for a weekend wedding. Room was just fine. Liked having the Perkins connected to motel for dinner. Continental breakfast was great both mornings. Many choices of food & it was good. Kids enjoyed the pool.A fun weekend for all!

We travel from Alberta to Arizona every winter and always make this hotel our first night stay! It's always clean, right from the first step you take into the lobby! At check-in they also have the most delicious homemade cookies!! All the staff, right from the front desk staff, to cleaning staff & breakfast staff are knowledgeable & friendly! We have a dog travelling with us nice that its also dog friendly!! Right off the highway so easy access!!

I love Beaver, Utah as a stop over on our yearly trip to Mesa, AZThe people are friendly at the Best Western and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We usually stop here twice each year. We enjoy being able to have breakfast without leaving the motel.

While a bit difficult to get to when headed Eastbound on I-90 (tip: when you turn right from the exit ramp, get into the LEFT lane and take the 2nd left (the first left puts you back on I-90), this is a great hotel for travelers because of its location and its proximity to services. We arrived in the evening after dark, had an easy check in process and made our way to our room (parking lot side vs highway side). Then we walked down the hallway and into the adjoining Perkins restaurant. Since we were staying at the BW, we could order from the BW bar and charge the drinks to our room. We also received a 15% discount on our meal. Food was good; pie was excellent! Our room was nice; double queen with lots of room and large bathroom/shower. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel is located right in the middle of Butte and has an attached restaurant. We got in much later than expected due to bad roads so it was nice to be able to just eat dinner and head to bed. We were in town for youth hockey and the next day the entire team and parents (about 35 people) went there again for brunch and they handled it like champs.

Dog friendly room was clean and exactly where I asked it to be, close to outside door. Check in staff were great, even cancelling a reservation at a BW further down the road for me. Easy to get to off the freeway and Perkins Restaurant has room service. Burgers were great!

On our way to Arizona and stayed here for one night. Overall excellent experience. Travelling with pets so appreciate the pet friendly room and grassy area for dogs. Best complimentary breakfast we have enjoyed on the road.

We love Best Western, from Murfreesboro to Gainesville to Grand Island to Billings to Shelby to Missoula to Butte. And they just seem to get better and better. They are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And the complimentary breakfast buffet...well, just when you think you've seen it all, you see something even better. Like the breakfast at Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn in Butte, Montana. Located at 2900 Harrison Avenue, off l-90, near Montana Tech, it is a three-star hotel with 134 rooms that is pet friendly and smoke free and offers ATM, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, conference center, 24-hour front desk, hot tub/whirlpool, concierge, dry cleaning/laundry service and a cocktail lounge. But how about the hotel breakfast? As good as we've had anywhere. It consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses, fruits, muffins, donuts, bagels, pastries, biscuits and gravy, banana bread, cold cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, juices and even melons, cold cuts and home-made breakfast burritos. Did I miss anything? Our room was first-class, too, with a king-sized bed, cable satellite TV with in-room movies, a coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board, complimentary newspaper, microwave, refrigerator, free long distance access and high speed internet access. And if you're looking for lunch or dinner, a Perkins family restaurant and bakery is attached to the hotel. It seems Best Western thinks of everything.

What a wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, very quiet, superb room!! The turnoff for the hotel is a little hard to see. Don't do what we did and accidentally pass it up and turn onto the on-ramp for the highway. There is a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel, and we had really good food there. The hotel's breakfast area was the absolute best atmosphere--well lit and lovely--I'd rank it among the top breakfast areas ever! Definitely we'd go back!!

Have stayed twice. Both times no problems w reservation and check in. Clean rooms, comfort beds good in hotel courtesy breakfast, also adjacent to Perkins, good bar in hotel. Also has a welcoming lobby. Pet friendly hotel w small pet charge. Nice staff. Right off interstate 90. 100 bucks.

Made a reservation several months in advance and asked for an upstairs room in a quiet location. At first was dismayed when they showed us the room on the diagram but the gal at the desk assured us that we wouldn't hear the freeway noise. She was absolutely right, we never heard the freeway from the room we were given. The room was well appointed, had usb ports in the lights between the beds. Refer worked well and the freezer box space did freeze my traveling ice packs. The micro was adequate, if small. Bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water and no noisy fan. Shower/bath combo and toilet were in one room. The sink area was right off the entry door and had a shelf to maximize the small space it occupied. We've never seen a counter with a shelf like that and it was very efficient. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best we have ever had at any BW or other chains. Fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, real oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, homemade breakfast burritos. Fresh fruit, cut melons, slices of cold cuts, pastries and breads. Only thing I don't remember seeing was any whole wheat products. The usual beverage bar offerings. There wasn't a lot of seating, so at popular times it might be a wait to get a table. We did not use the pool facilities. Location on and off of the freeway was ideal. We would definitely return.

I stayed here for one night after my travels through Yellowstone. It was a last minute reservation but a good choice. The check in was quick and easy, the clerk was able to get me a room close to an entrance and was a quiet location. The room and bathroom were a nice size. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. The hotel was in a nice location right off the highway. Close to plenty of restaurants. Check out was easy the next morning.

We got here after a long day on the road. We weren't careful coming in and ended up having to go back on the highway, so watch out. Our room was rather small, with an especially small bathroom, and our window looked out on a wall. Still, the room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. That said, the service at the front desk and in the bar was first-rate--friendly, helpful, and efficient, and breakfast was served in a clean and bright space. What I liked best about this place was that it offered a free shuttle service to take you to dinner and pick you up. That is a major plus in a town you don't know, especially if you are going to have wine with dinner. I recommend it highly.

When traveling to Butte, the Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn is the place to stay. They by far have the best free breakfast in town. They also have a Perkins Restaurant attached with in hotel access. Their food and selection is awesome. The lounge and casino was a great place for us to wind down, or up, after the Mt Tech football game. The rooms are very nicely done and the beds very comfortable. Best hotel in town. It's also right next to the Mall.

We stayed here a total of 3 nights while traveling to and from Glacier Nat. Park. The hotel lobby was clean and spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, large and well appointed. We stayed 2 different times and had a room on each side of the hotel, and both were very quiet. The breakfast room was large with a nice sun room on one side. There was a nice variety of breakfast choices, and all that I tried were very good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Glacier!

We always stay here when traveling through Butte and they never disappoint me. All the staff is professional and kind. We love the breakfast here -- it is beyond what you usually get in hotels. So many choices -- eggs, 2 meats, sausage and gravy, oatmeal with many toppings, cold cuts, lots of fresh and delicious fruit and all the cold choices like cereal and yogurt. And the breakfast room staff (there were 3 one day) keep everything supplied. The rooms are clean and nice. I wish I had requested a room on the east side of the hotel with a view of the Continental Divide. It is so beautiful. Also, this hotel is centrally located and near all the conveniences.

I have stayed in many Best Western Motels with the added PLUS rating and they were barely any better than other motel. BUT the B/W at Butte with the PLUS rating far exceeded the rating. I would go as far to say this is THE best B/W motel and why: very attentive staff, clean, many added amenities, and great breakfast and their bar/lounge was very relaxing. If around Butte, Montana--it will be worth your patronage of this motel.

We were there for a family reunion and the group rate we received was very reasonable. The hotel is very nice and clean and has all the amenities! All the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Okay.. here's the deal.. Butte is officially happening now (according to me) and I find it is more centrally located to Deer Lodge, Dillon, Three Forks, Twin Bridges and other cool spots to hang and fly fish. So the Best Western Plaza Inn, is so "IN".. From the front desk nice folks at check in.. To all time neat and clean room, the great breakfast.. (hotel breakfast for sure thumbs up) We are talking a breakfast you can actually go healthy on, plenty of fresh cut-up fruit.. Or just continue to enjoy your vacation with hot good tasting cheesy omelette, good coffee and many other breakfast items to choose from. My room on the first floor was quiet, super clean and cleaned even better each day I was there! Easy parking.. No street noise.. The hotel even has its own small Pub and mini Casino! I did not hit the Casino or pub but I did walk from my room to Perkins Cafe for solid dinner nightly and again, nice service and food. So.. back to the Best Western. I am telling you great location.. Just off I-90, close to many other places to eat, shop, dine, gas up and what they don't tell you is this. If you are cruising around this part of the State, easy back to the Best Western from I-90 / I-15 / Hwy 41 or Hwy 55. In a word.. (okay in a few words).. "Easy" & "A real Beauty in Butte"..

We were welcomed by the front desk with a quick easy process. The room was very clean. They have a hot tub and indoor pool. Sits next to the interstate but you do not here any traffic from your room. The breakfast had a good variety of food. Omelets, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles and different types of breads.

The staff were all amazing including the shuttle driver that took us downtown to a restaurant/bar that we wanted to visit. The room was clean, fitness area was good (cable machines are so versatile) and they have both a restaurant and bar on site.

The hotel was clean and check in and check out was smooth. The breakfast was amazing and how do many choices. I was quite pleased and it was a great hotel for families. It was easy to find and the Perkins attached to the hotel was a nice bonus.

All the staff were extremely friendly, and the shuttle service was very much appreciated to take us to Sparky's Garage after 37 days on the motorcycle. Fitness center was equipped with a cable machine which is versatile for working out. Clean, well kept property.

The staff here is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are on the positive side of average. There is a Perkins restaurant on site and the food is good, the prices are reasonable, but beware, the servings are huge. Alas, no USA Today to go with the rather mediocre hotel breakfast.

Rooms were clean, great breakfast, good swimming pool but the hot tub is extremely small. Overall, it is a good stop for travelers. The down town area is further for those who don't know for something to eat.

This hotel is just off the interstate so it's convenient if you're just passing through, it's also easy to find. It's also in a quiet location next to an almost empty shopping mall (which gives it a deserted feel). There are plenty of chain restaurants (Wendys, McDonalds, Arbys etc.) nearby and there's a Perkins restaurant on site. However we decided to eat at the Mackenzie River Pizza & Grill which is a short walk away and I highly recommend it (great pizzas plus a wide selection of wine & beer). The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds although the colour scheme was a bit dull. We had an excellent complimentary breakfast with plenty of hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) and cold items (cereal, fruit, pastries etc.). There was also a choice of very good coffee. We only stayed one night and didn't have time to go to the mining museum which is a shame, maybe a reason for a retrun trip.

Indoor pool is warm and long enough for laps. It is open 5a to 11p as is the fitness center. Clean. Comfy bed. Huge hot breakfast spread with lots of fruit, yogurt, etc—even Udi's GF muffins. Very clean. Helpful staff. Complimentary water in the rooms. Pretty perfect.

Best facility on our trip. Love the location and the amenities. Close to a lot of other things. The casino and bar was a plus. The restaurant was a nice touch. I really liked the room.The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is more than one building with numerous entrances. My key didn't work the first time. It was a long walk to replace it. Other than that it was a pretty nice hotel. Casino next door if you like that. Perkins nearby too. Tesla supercharger location. Room rate a little high but in line with the area.

By this time we are well into the road trip. Butte is the stop over on the way from Yellowstone to Canada. The hotel is not far from the Interstate and is fairly straightforward to find. The car park in comparison to others places is really big and we find ourselves moving the car to the back of the hotel once we have registered. The hotel service is good and the room is okay if a little strange. Strange because although there is a window it looks onto the main access corridor of the hotel. Although it is non-smoking patrons did gather right at the back entry door to the hotel so we had to pass through clouds of smoke coming and going to the car. There was the usual free breakfast that comes as almost standard with BW in the USA. This was good quality with a good range of choice and served in a well-sized well appointed room with a nice view towards the mountains.

Decent enough place: bulk standard if a little dated as a property. Room was a decent mid range standard and clean, again a little tired. Place is a little soulless - as is the town, but fine for a one night stop. Breakfast could be a little better, and the bed was a little hard. It's adequate and mid average stop off.

We were looking for a place with clean rooms close to the highway. The check-in was efficient, the room was mostly clean although the toilet needed attention. The breakfast offerings were good, but they were out of orange juice and rather than mark it out of order, I pressed a button and it shot out water everywhere. Also, there weren't enough tongs/utensils, so I saw several guests grabbing food with bare hands which is a sanitation hazard.

Best Western Plus in Butte, MT is a very nicely appointed hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, a restaurant, and a couple of shops on the premises, and it has a pet-friendly policy. The staff are professional and friendly, and the common areas are nicely furnished. The only issue we had with our stay here is that the hotel is located within a strip mall with rather poor signage directing travelers to the proper entrance into the parking lot. We had to make a couple of U-turns before we finally figured out which of the few one-way entrances to take in order to reach the hotel. As the hotel is on a fairly busy street, those visiting for the first time should keep their eyes wide open for the small sign indicating the proper strip mall entrance that would lead them to the hotel.

I would stay somewhere else. This hotel wreaks of cigarettes and cheap cologne. The ceilings are low and the beds are itchy and hard. Even the service staff said homeless people sneak in and stay in the rooms. It was definitely a gross vibe and the other guests are equally a species of a different breed.

We booked the Best Wstern in Butte as it was the halfway point during our road trip. It was easily accessible from the interstate. We were warmly welcomed at thour front desk and as we are executive members ther was even a sign welcoming us. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed spending time at the pool. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty. There were 40 plus it s to choose from, both hot and cold items. The Best Western did not disappoint. We will be staying there again on our way back home.

Friendly, helpful checkin desk staff and answered our questions as well as working to find the best available room - I think it was Alison? I believe she had a lip ring. Bed and pillows comfy, with a very good selection of comfy pillows. Plenty of USB ports, beneficial to have sink behind the wall so that nightlight wasn't shining on beds, first consistently working Best Western TV remote we had in 2 weeks. Chair and light workable for reading. Friendly pleasant housekeeping staff, some recycling available (appreciated as we'd stayed in BW+ for two weeks in Utah, Idaho and Montana, and this was the only one with any recycling options although limited). I don't believe we really heard freeway noise or other guests. I believe guests receive a discount at the restaurant next door, Perkins? Convenient to the freeway as well as where we wanted to go across town (Mineral Museum, World of Mining, Safeway, etc.). Best BW+ cookies we had on trip. Negatives were minimal - hallways like a rabbit warren and somewhat confusing, vending machine on 1st floor while we were on the upper floor and wanted a lot of ice throughout our stay, Internet light was really bright in the darkened room and flashed a bright blue which was noticeable by the person in the bed by the window (she had to cover it),

GREAT location. Close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Extremely comfortable rooms and bed. Having a restaurant and lounge on-site is a huge bonus. I would highly receommnd this hotel to all that are traveling through the area....

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and professional. One the house keeping gals was so helpful and went out of her way! The cookies were yummy, too! Lots of different items to choose from for breakfast!

Nice older hotel located in downtown Butte. When we arrived, the girl at the front desk quoted us a rate over $20 more per night, than the online Best Western Rate. When I pointed out the difference, she did match the rate, but it's something to be aware of. The rooms are a bit small, but have been updated, the sink is not located in the actual bathroom which can be a problem if you have light sleepers in your room. The pool is nice, but way too cold for us, the hot tub was spot on. Breakfast is outstanding, this is more restaurant, than hotel “complementary hot breakfast” food. They even have gluten free muffins, and almond milk, which I've never seen at a hotel breakfast. Don't forget the free cookies in the lobby, and the laundry facilities for those long stays.

Not the latest decor. No view. Breakfast food was fine, but nothing special. All great other than that. Clean, friendly, soft bed, quiet, great food presentation and quantities, all the stuff we needed. Superchargers in the parking lot too. Very happy.

The room was quite compact, smaller than we're used to; however, it had all of the amenities we expected from a Best Western. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included breakfast burritos, which are excellent for those in a rush. This location also includes a restaurant onsite as well as a couple of good nearby options.

We got there about 9 pm. Decided to have a drink in the bar. The bartender was friendly, efficient and attentive to the customers. The bed was too firm for our liking. It needs replaced or a pillow top added to it! The breakfast provided good variety of tasty choices!

We booked this hotel and showed up late at night. The room spelled so bad, there was dog food on floor and people partying in the hall with dogs running up and down the hall as well. I do not recommend.

I was impressed with this Best Western! Very clean spacious room, very comfortable beds, flat screen tv, nice Poole area and laundry facility. It is 15 June 2018 and I am currently staying here. I am really upset as less than a couple hours of checking in after being on the road for over 24 hours I showered and brushed my teeth. I had all of my belonging in my backpack. I grabbed my tooth brush and toothpaste and set my backpack under the counter on the floor out of the way. While brushing my teeth I felt my socks I was wearing become soaked. I looked under the counter and saw water pouring from the pipes coming from the sink. I immediately shut off the water but it was too late. The damage was done. Most of my belongings in my backpack are damaged including my cell phone. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance who started messing with the metal pipes after also turning the water faucet on and witnessing the leaking water running onto the floor below. He somehow got the water to stop leaking after fidgeting with the metal pipes and simply stated “sorry about that” and left the room. I called my cellphone company as my cell phone no longer turns on and was required to pay $200 deductible for a replacement device. I called the front desk before 6pm to see if there was anything they could do as we were planning on adding an additional night and at least expected them to offer some sort of discount and instead was told there's no managers available and no managers on the weekends and to call after 8am Monday and they can't do anything for me. It is 9PM and about 20 minutes ago there was a knock on the door by an employee who said this is for your leaky pipe issue you called about and handed me a best western gift bag for what seemed at first to be a sincere gesture on behalf of the hotel for the inconvenience until I looked inside to find what I felt was a joke. Inside was a packet of Craisins, a packet of trail mix, 1 mint (there is a bowl of them on the front desk), a $1 coupon for free play on a gaming machine at Hops Casino and 2 coupons for a $2.50 cocktail at Hops Pub. Best Western gave me $6 for over all the personal property damage oh and carpet that is still wet. Horrible customer service. Guest relations employees on site should be empowered to resolve and make things right for guest who experience these types of issues. Jessica Sperry

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There were multiple choices for breakfast. The staffs were polite and nice. The down side of the room is that the microwave and TV machines are right in front of the bed. When sleeping, the flashing light was annoying.

Good location, the decor is Best Western hotel, the room is comfortable. The staff is good. The room and the hotel has amenities. The restaurant is fine except for the coffee. There is golf in the area, but you can tell this is a winter type area with the type entertainment.

This Best Western has been recently renovated and it shows. The staff is friendly, the hotel clean and spacious with excellent amenities. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel which was very convenient after a long day of travel. I would recommend this Best Western Hotel.

Stayed here one night on a trip. The staff was courteous and helpful, the beds were great and the room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen. Would stay here again if in Butte.

Even with the bad weather we enjoyed our short stay. The entire staff seemed happy, friendly, and helpful. I young man vacuuming the floor went out of his way to find us a luggage cart when we were checking out. If in the area we will stay here for sure. Thanks

An average BW. An older hotel but the room was clean. The hotel has a Perkins restaurant attached and a bar with a mini casino area. The swimming pool was freezing cold. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but adequate.

My family of 4 loved our stay. Comfy beds, clean room, lots of plugs to charge all our stuff! So many options at breakfast. My son forgot a toothbrush & the front staff gave him one and even gave him his own toothpaste.

I am traveling with a handycaped friend to Ontario Canada and try to use the Best Western chain . I have been traveling for many years now and to date have not had a bad experience with the chain. I will not hesitate to recommend Best Western because I feel that I get my best bang for my buck

Great place right off the freeway. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Lounge was inviting. Had free snacks and apps. Would would highly recommend. Also very nice complimentary breakfast or a Perkins attached.

Only stayed there one night as we were in transit from Ely, Nevada to Calgary, Alberta. Great staff, clean well equipped room. Complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had. Would definitely stay there again.

So seldom do I give 5 stars but this place really deserves it . I have been a best western diamond member for 20 plus years and have given the brand a lot of business. When I rolled up my first impression was not great because it looked rather old on the outside , I recalled years prior I had passed it up due to that same reason The hallways were older maybe in need of some updating But that's were my concerns ended The front desk staff was great . The place has a lounge with good beers and friendly staff I was beat tired so the pool and hot tub were both VERY VERY NICE. If you want a nice pool and hot tub , this is your place !!! While the room was small it was very functional with a good bed and like 700 cable channels . The breakfast was clearly one of the very best I had ever had at a BW property Great Mexican food in the same parking lot Will totally return

After a long trip it was so nice to be able to unwind here on my last night away. The hotel is situated in a great location, just off the hwy, with many restaurants within walking distance. It also has a Perkins restaurant attached to it which makes it so convient after a long days travel.

In town for graduation. Picked a great hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast at Perkins was phenomenal. Make sure you go in the right driveway upon arrival and avoid hopping back on the freeway, like some other silly guests, like us. ;)

Great place to stay in Butte. Their breakfast basket in the best western group. We highly recommend staying here. The restaurant also has exceptional offers for the +55 group. The hotel is conveniently located near Highway 90 and interstate 15. We were able to leave in the morning for an early start long day of travel. We will definitely be staying here In the future.

This hotel has really up graded and meets all my needs. The staff is always accommodating, the rooms are great and the best feature is that they are totally sound proof and I can't hear the people in the next room. The location is great and I always stay here because of the great staff.

Great place to take a break before heading to Calgary. Great location, friendly staffs and good queen size bed. A gym and hot pool to refresh yourself. I was given a welcome bag with cookie and treats. The full breakfast was great before driving home. We will be back next year.

The property is centrally located in Butte and is close proximity of the free city bus service to the Uptown areas. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff was super helpful and nice. They made me feel right at home.

Let me start off by saying a huge THANK YOU! The room was clean and super accommodating for my entire family including my pets! The convenience of having a restaurant that was family friendly also a huge plus. However while all this is impressive, the most impressive was the fact that even though we lost our cat... you guys found her! We thought it came to the point where we would never see her again.. you made it happen. We want to take this moment to say your hotel staff is very friendly and compassionate but I must say that we are really all taking this moment give a bazillion thank yous to Dan S. He went above his call of duty for my family and actually cared for our cat until we got to NC and settled in. In my opinion Dan S. Deserves a huge merit and award for being such a dedicated person whom selflessly put all his needs aside to assure we would get our cat back safe and sound. After working long hours and being so far away with miles and time zones between us he kept us updated every step of the way, would sacrifice his time off to assure the cats needs were met from vet visits to even taking our cat to the airport with risky weather! Dan you are our angel and we are beyond thankful for all that you did for us but most importantly our daughter! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH! We are so thankful and grateful for you!

Three GREAT things: clean, amazing breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Three not great things: room smelled very much like wet dogs (it was a pet friendly room but we have a cat so the smell was off putting), couldn't get the cable tv to work, a pipe or something kept making noise and waking us up 4-5 times in the night. I would give it a try once more and request a more updated room because the breakfast was worth it.

The Best Western Plus inns are a pleasure. We stayed in Butte, Montana for the first time and will try and schedule our trips south so we can stay again. Highly recommended. All the staff were engaging and welcoming and the attached restaurant and pub made the stay more relaxing after a long day on the road.

Nice hotel and friendly staff we stayed for one night the young lady that checked us in was speedy. The room was nice. Breakfast was a good spread and staff was there to help you if you needed anything. The only issue I had was the pillows. A bit hard for my taste, but everyone is different.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as my bus schedule changed and I didn't want to risk missing it so I changed my ticket and decided to spend the night in Butte. I chose this hotel based on its reviews and free area shuttle to make my stay as convenient as possible. This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really friendly and the area shuttle collected me from the bus station when I arrived at 1am and took me back the next night to get my connecting bus. It's a free 24 hour shuttle and definitely comes in handy as the public transport in Butte isn't very good. The breakfast was fantastic. A large selection of both hot and cold food with something for everyone including a selection of fresh fruit! The only thing missing was the baked beans to complete my hot England breakfast! The room was a little small but still comfortable as there was only me in it. The bed was large and it passed my bed bug inspection test – NO BED BUGS. The free Wi-Fi worked well and they even provide two complimentary bottles of water and a morning paper. Whilst the main room seemed clean, unfortunately the bath and shower area was not. I have a very keen eye and I noticed hairs in the bathtub where the cleaners had clearly just given it the once over and not cleaned it thoroughly. I was a little disappointed as everything else was perfect. I couldn't get in the shower once I had seen the hairs. If I had stayed for longer I would have asked housekeeping to clean it thoroughly but I had overslept and decided just to leave it. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the girl at reception stored my bags so I could explore Butte whilst I waited for my next bus. Overall, I have a pleasant stay and other than the shower incident, the hotel offered me a perfect stay!

We had a good stay at this hotel -- a warm welcome with a 'goody' bag, a large room and a good, extensive breakfast offering. However, breakfast just creates too much trash! Cereal should be served in bulk dispensers, along with milk and yogurt. Instead, cereal is served in individual packets, milk is in packets, as is yogurt. The hotel should be making more of an effort to reduce trash, not increase it! They are making an effort in the bathroom to save water by encouraging guests to reuse towels, so why not make an effort in the breakfast room as well?

Quaint little hotel in a beautiful area. Clearly very popular (seemed to be at capacity) with clean rooms, great service and a very tasty and big hot breakfast. Try the breakfast burritos! We will definitely be back for our yearly road trip.

Right off the freeway, it's a nice hotel with very polite staff and plenty of parking near the rooms because of multiple entrances and elevators. Great full hot breakfast, even had Almond milk. I liked the buffet in the center of the room. The wifi was fast enough to watch netflix on my laptop, with no lagging.

Great stay with rooms that are quite and comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Pet friendly with a great pet policy. No charge for pets, they do a inspection on departure and if there is no damage, no charge.

While travelling to California this was our first night stop. Very good location just off I-15 on the south side. Good parking and it has a Perkins Restaurant attached which means you do not have to go outside in the cold! Rooms are a little tired but bed was really comfortable however at less then $85.00 USD it was a good find.

We are through Butte numerous times a year and always look forward to staying at this hotel. It is by far one of the best hotels that we stay at. Everything is perfect, and to finish your stay, they have one of the best breakfasts available in any hotel I've stayed at.

Definitely not the best Best Western that I've stayed at. The tub was dirty and top bedding was also dirty. Rooms were small and the downstairs lobby area was extremely loud. The staff were average but not nearly as nice as I've experienced at all my other stays at Best Westerns.

We had a great stay. We went down for wrestling and there were 2 other teams staying there so we expected it to be a bit noisy. Very quiet and excellent service. Food was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with attached Perkins (15% discount to hotel guests). Pleasant check-in to a pet friendly room. They do not charge extra for pets, but you must do a quick room inspection with a hotel employee the day you check out. Room was comfortable and clean. Lots of parking. Easy to find off I-15. SUPERB breakfast (the best we've ever had anywhere ever). Will not hesitate to stay here again.

We were coming from Florida, the weather changed drastically. It was snowing and cold within an hour of getting into Butte after leaving sunshine and warm that morning. This was a good place to be! The room was small but we felt lucky to be off the road. The place was clean and the bed comfy. The pub was fun because they had local brews and hot complimentary appetizers. The breakfast was the BEST, BW breakfast on our two week drive back to Alaska.

This property has the best breakfast of any hotel hands down! Total variety for any dietary requirement. Fresh oatmeal, fresh fruit, lots of healthy options make this property my choice each and every time I am in Butte. Employees are happy, treat you with respect and appear to take pride in their job. Rooms are comfortable, clean and exceed expectations. A special pet wing makes this the best pet friendly property I have ever seen. In all honesty, you can't go wrong staying here!

We always stay at this hotel on our trips back and forth from Canada. We original chose it because they accept our cats, but since our first stay, it has become one of our favorite places to stay. The rooms are great, very clean and also quiet, and include a fridge and microwave. All the staff is friendly and very professional, and the included breakfast is very good with plenty of selections. We always recommend this hotel to our fellow snowbirds.

Very nice and clean. The staff was great and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The housekeeping staff left a handwritten note and told us to enjoy our stay and if we needed anything just to ask!

Despite construction at the hotel in Butte...we had a great stay largely due to the wonderful people who provided service. The lady who handled the morning breakfast in particular was outstanding. So friendly and engaging. Made the start to our day very special.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After horrible flight connections and purchasing a piece of equipment in Chicago, then driving it back to my home, one state at a time - I was one weary and tired traveler. Sometimes all you want is a smile and a key. It is amazing that some people get that and some do not. You are in for a wonderful stay in Butte.

Everyone was helpful an friendly. Two things I didn't like much. First was hotel entrance is limited due to construction had a hard time locating entrance. Drove around hotel twice before arriving. Second Aircon heating unit was dusty and loud. Other than that was a great time.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. A bar and a restaurant at the property so if you're too tired to go out they're right there. Only negative the TV picture kept pixelating like the satellite feed was poor. Great breakfast!

We were traveling by car with a pet. Our experience at this hotel was 5 of 5. The breakfast was excellent; the best part of our stay. The room was clean and quiet. We were not awakened by other guests getting ready for their day as is usual in a hotel. The desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. Parking was very convenient. There were lots of TV channels; much more than we expected at a hotel. The bed was comfortable and had sufficient decent quality pillows. We recommend the Butte BW Plus and will definitely stay there on the way back north..

This motel was clean, convenient, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not your normal BW fare. There were a wide variety of items present, each one prepared very well. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

We travel south for the winter months and always pre-book this hotel. The staff is exceptional. There is a lounge that serves hot and cold snacks (enough that we did not have to go out for dinner). The breakfast has everything and more that you could want. The room is very comfortable. Even the bed was the perfect firmness.

Great place to stay very homey. Rooms are large and clean. All staff very professional and friendly. It is easy to find and close to restaurants and other stores. They have very good and different continental breakfast everyday.

Hotel is filthy and very run down. We were afraid to walk around in room without shoes on. Two pillow cases had large black stains across them. We were brought new pillow cases for all pillows. While changing them one of the pillows had blood stains on it. Multiple people had doors to rooms open and TV's going, all while talking over it all. It was very run down and filthy everywhere. Left early next morning so we could get somewhere clean and quiet.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and up dated. Eateries are within walking and the full breakfast was great. This hotel is located very near to the I 15. Upon arrival we were given a nice little gift bag as we are Reward members.

We like to stop here when we are traveling through Butte, it is a comfortable stop, nice rooms and a excellent breakfast. We also like the fact there is a restaurant right there so we do not have to go out again to find a place for dinner.

We stayed at BW Plus in Butte and it was a great hotel with great staff and clean rooms. One thing I would like to mention is about the Perkins Resaurant which was recommended by staff at desk of hotel. We went in for supper and we ordered burger and fries along with our coffee to share as we eat light as we travel. When the food came she had brought an extra plate but the burger was not cut in half. We asked for a knife and she came and cut the burger in half and apologized that it should have been done. When she cut it she saw that it was rare inside and said it was not cooked properly and she would take it back or they would just make another one. As we waited we ate the fries and had anther coffee. When the burger came it was cooked perfect. We ate and when we went to pay the bill the manager said there was no bill because of their mistake. We left a tip and thanked them. We were willing to pay but they just wouldn't let us. Thank you Perkins.

Front desk service excellent! The breakfast was very good. I was not expecting fresh fruit being in Montana but was very fresh and very good. They delivered and had a variety. The rooms very clean. I have stayed at several Best Westerns and I would highly recommend this one

We booked the hotel within a few hours of our arrival while driving across the country. We did not expect a lot other than we knew that we would be OK booking with BW. We were pleasantly surprised once we got to the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and the room comfort was excellent including a very comfortable mattress.

This hotel is a good stopping place for people traveling to Butte or thru Butte. It is clean, comfortable and had good service along with the customary morning breakfast bar. The one negative was I thought the room was a little small.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Nice pool and fitness centre. A Perkins Restaurant with an attached lounge. Food was very good and nice to be able to have a glass of wine. And the bonus is no driving. Friendly and informative staff. A definite keeper next time I'm travelling thru.

We were travelling through Butte and decided to stop for the night. The BW hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We travel with our small dog, and this BW lived up to the standards of being pet friendly. I definitely recommend this BW to anyone passing through or travelling to Butte.

My organization used Best Western almost exclusively during my professional employment. I have always felt at home with BW,and this facility with restaurant on site and attention to excellence was delightful and very restful during our long trip.

At first our room was awful but after talking to the front desk staff they gave us a new room without any problems. The WiFi was bad but I don't think that, that was the hotels falt . Our stay was great the bar staff was good and so was the food. We will be back

great hotel in Butte. Nice pool, spa, and workout room. Good hot breakfast buffet. Hotel room had a higher end feel to it. I would stay here again. No good restaurants in walking distance that I could find.

This Brst Western is ok. The staff was goidbut the location was not great. Slot of construction going on and we had to park by it. The maintenance guy who came to fix the tv was professional and nice. Good breakfast!

Standard Best Western motel with Perkins Restaurant attached. Pleasant staff and acceptable amenities for the class of hotel. NOT an elegant inn. Heavy use by motor travelers and local sports teams. Very good Euro-style expanded breakfast with very nice, friendly attendants.Small indoor pool and pets allowed. Use coupons and discounts for best value.

We stayed in this Best Western while traveling through Butte. The room was clean and semi-modern with a comfortable bed and lots of power outlets to plug in your electronics and CPAP machine. The complimentary breakfast was second to none. It included the usual waffle machine, but also included a variety of hot food, lots of fruit, toppings for oatmeal and/or cereal, etc.... For the price we paid for this hotel, this was an extremely great value.

This hotel is very accessible to Interstate I-15 which is a prime concern when selecting a Hotel, also the parking is very secure and since we transport a lot of items when travelling south for the winter secure parking is a must, also the Denny's located within the Hotel is very convenient. After a long day of travel we want a warm comfortable room to relax since it's the first of four days of travel and this hotel provides that - well done !

Room really needs improvement and very noisy. Dogs barked on each room beside us at 2 AM in the morning. At check in should have moved us on another floor or away from the dogs. Very bad customer service.

Good location, Good Breakfast, Nice Staff, Comfortable Bed.We arrived as Walk Inns. They knew immediately they had the type of room we wanted (one room, 2 queen beds). I like having a newspaper delivered under the door during the night. The cardio equipment was clean and in good repair.

This hotel is situated close to two major interstates, making it very accessable! The property is very well maintained with lots of free parking! We found all the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it is one of the best we've had with a huge selection of hot and cold food! There is a Perkins Restaurant attached and they offer a discount if you show your room key!

Bestimate breakfast of all BWs we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Clean, comfortable,...and no charge for our Yellow Lab. Convenient to I-90. A Perkins restaurant is attached. Good food at reasonable prices.

Best Western motels are the best motels to stay in for the money. The staff is always friendly & accommodating, & the rooms, as well as the entire motel, is spotless! They serve a full, hot buffet breakfast...the food is good & well supplied. We stay at Best Western motels whenever we travel..

Got a great rate at a great motel. Not to many motels can offer a lounge/casino and restaurant. Plus a great free breakfast. The room was well decorated with a large screen TV. Did feel the room was on the small side but still served our needs. Even though we were near the freeway we had a very quiet night. We stayed two nights with the same experience.

One of the better breakfast layout. Not the usually rubbery eggs. They had an array of fresh fruit...not fruit cocktail! Bed was a little soft for us. The inhouse bar's drinks were very reasonable and served a hot hor'deurve during happy hour, plus chips and salsa.

Quick-overnight-stay hotels are a staple of long distance travel in America. Every town has several and some have many choices. Most offer reasonable rooms and breakfast. Easy in and easy out. I've stayed in dozens and dozens of these and this hotel was below average. The room was clean but: The room was also very small (we had to store our luggage overnight under the desk), I could hear the highway, the A/C cycled on and off all night in a noisy manner, I could hear people walking up and down the hallway, and when our neighbor took an early AM shower ... it sounded like he was in OUR shower. I wished we'd stayed somewhere else.

It's Butte Montana, so the outside looked a little rustic. Room was clean and the beds are comfy. I have come to not expect much from the free breakfast in the morning but this exceeded our expectations in every way. There was much greater variety and everything was fresh and quickly restocked by friendly attendants.

The cleanest most well maintained motel I have ever been in. Staff was incredibly polite and professional. Each person was very good at their job. The location of the motel to the interstate ,could have not been easier for going to or leaving the motel.

The hotel is in a great location and offers the choice of an in house restaurant, a lounge with free appetizers beginning at 5 pm which is a nice treat. The breakfast has a great selection everything is fresh. There are also many restaurants close by and a shopping centre about a block away for those interested.

BIg you are visiting Butte, the mining city, this BW offers the best value, great accommodations, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Room service provided by Perkins was a great value and the menu met my family's variety of food choices.

We would definitely stay here again. It is close to the major interstate. The rooms are large and were clean. The only problem was that the bathroom sink stopper did not work but this was not a major concern. The breakfast selection was as good as anywhere we had ever experienced.

Stayed here one night on our way to Glacier NP. We arrived in the middle of all the fires that Montana is having this summer. The air was thick with smoke but once you walked into the doors the smell and smoke was a memory. Checkin was quick and I was given a goodie bag since I'm an honors member - nice touch. Our room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The soaps and shampoo were of good quality. The thing this hotel should brag about is its breakfast. Its one of the best we've seen. I have diet restrictions and it was nice to have multiple offerings that I could eat. Different types of eggs, breakfast burritos, bacon and sausage, fruit, waffles, the list could go on and on. The tables were full so we ended up sharing a table where we met a new friend.

My Husband and I stayed here was greeted with a friendly staff and the rooms was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if ever out that way. I am very picky about where I stay so to get a room that makes me feel I can get a good nights rest is great.

This was our last overnight stay on a cross country road trip. First off this hotel is quite sprawling. It's only two stories but it takes up a bit of real estate. Also there is only one elevator in the complex so if you have a lot of luggage park near or ask for a room near entrance E. I found the hallways dark and the ceilings on the low side. The room was good. The beds were comfortable. The room isn't have my preferred bathroom set up. The sink was separated out from the tub/toilet. The small room with the shower was pretty dim. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of hot options including waffles, eggs, breakfast burritos, oatmeal. You could build your own breakfast sandwiches. Also lots of fruit, cereal and yogurt.

This was a very good Hotel that lived up to their name Best Western. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. It was located right in town. It made it very easy to get around the Butte area.

We have stayed at this Inn many times. What a difference a year makes. The carpet and bathroom floors were filthy. The bathroom floor corners were disgusting. We reserved a non pet room but my husband had a allergy attack due to animal dander. Also reserved a handicap room as that is what he needs but did not get one. The room had a musty smell. Very unhappy as it has been a favorite when in Butte. We will now stay at the Hampton when in Butte. The Inn does give you a welcome gift plus points.

Everything was clean convenient and comfortable and it was a safe environment. There was plenty of room and even a comfortable chair. We were so pleased that we chose to stay there on our return trip home too.

A true Plus Hotel with the one exception being internet wifi speed. Otherwise, one of the top BW's we have stayed at. An outstanding breakfast and nice room to eat in. Good location with easy access to city and highways. Quiet, comfortable sleep.

We where satisfy with the comfort the pool and the breakfast that is why we stay in those Best Western Hotels where we can have these service.Sad to say some not give us these services do the price is high and could include at least the breakfast.We will stay with Best Western because we like quality service. The room was clean, bed was not the best I've slept on in a hotel, but the breakfast was plentiful and they had a great variety. i would stay again for the breakfast. They offered us a play pen for my baby and it was actually clean nice clean one.

We were only there for one night, but we found our stay pleasant and restful. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a nice restaurant at the property with very reasonable prices. Parking was convenient. Even though it is adjacent to I-90 it was very quiet on the inside. If I am in Butte again I would stay here.

Always enjoy my stay in Butte, MT since I started staying at the Best Western Plus. The rooms are very clean, no worn out sheets and towels. They have an excellent breakfast selection which is included in your room rate. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like Best Westerns rewards program also.

Beds were very comfortable room is in excellent shape nice big screen TV near downtown Butte and the breakfast is spectacular anything and everything you could ask for. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times the experience was excellent. A bit difficult to get to but well received by the front desk staff. Housekeeping employees were very nice and cordial. Nice having the restaurant accessible from inside the hotel especially during bad weather (winter especially). Full free breakfast is available and it is good.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great free breakfast buffet! Nice lobby and lounge, friendly service. Used the free shuttle to take us out to dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

I was traveling to Butte for business and decided to stay at your hotel. didn't look like a bad place and was close to my destination. The room was ok and organized but being on the first floor next to parking and foot traffic there was no privacy what so ever as the windows only had sheer curtains. Everyone who walked by had to look in my room it seemed. Later after I turned all the lights off and only the TV. remained on Butte's teen population tended to have fun banging on my window several times during the night even after I tried to get some sleep, ( I guess there's not allot to do in Butte on a Saturday night ). Any way this was the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced was dead tired the next morning. I had to get up early and start my day and was so angry that I avoided the front desk in order to not make a scene. My suggestion is you need to get curtains for your guests. LAME!!!!

memories to remember in a nice clean and warm place to stay. helpful in directions and caring for the elderly . we stay for my mother eightieth birthday and the staff was most helpful towards her needs and handicap. Everyone that worked their was nice and helpful. We have many pictures of our stay at the BW and will always keep these memories dear to our hart of a very caring staff.

Nicest hotel I have stayed at in long time, great pet policy and wonderful staff. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was above average place looked after all details. Parking was great and I was hauling trailer.

Very clean hotel. We had two queen beds and they were comfortable. The room was roomy for 3 people. Also, very pet friendly at no charge for our Husky. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast provided was pretty good. They also have a small casino across from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling with two children. We had a standard two queen bed room. The room felt a little cramped compared to other Best Westerns, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options and quality were great, and the women working at the buffet couldn't have been friendlier and more genuine. We would stay again.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were separated off a hallway which was different but turned out nice to allow for privacy. Pretty expensive for this type of room though. Good breakfast and nice staff. Clean hotel and good location to downtown.

This is a very clean and comfortable motel. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is amazing! The attached restaurant isnt recommended as the service is slow and food mediocre. Wish we had eaten in the lounge onsite but were not aware of it until later.

...and not because it's the only hotel for hundreds of miles. There are many other choices. First, this is an exceptional hotel. Room quality, comfort, hotel staff courtesy and professionalism are all off the charts. The only comments I make are for informational purposes. I will give up internet speed any day for the aforementioned attributes. Internet is a little slow for business use and it goes down depending on how many people are accessing it. Parking was good. The staff had options for parking my trailer that didn't leave me wondering if it would be towed or vandalized during the night. There is construction at the hotel entrance so it is a little hard to get in, but I am sure this is temporary. I don't care about casinos, but I do care about fuel, food and supplies. There is a Walmart a couple of miles down the main road - a mall as well. All in all, it is a very good-excellent hotel.

I like this hotel close to the freeway and the airport. The staff is caring and makes you feel welcome. The breakfast is good. There is also a restaurant attached tot he hotel which serves American food.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date with widescreen tvs, comfortable beds, USB charging, fast WiFi, and impeccably clean. Kurieg in the room is a nice touch. I love the giftbag for being a member of their rewards program! Nice little touches like bottles of water in the fridge make this my go to when traveling to Butte. Breakfast is wonderful with a great selection and friendly attendants. The on property bar is adequate and affordable. They also offer free shuttle anywhere in Butte, perfect for checking out up-town without worrying about a driver. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here in the past while traveling thru Butte. It was our planned stop several times. It's been a few years, but since it has become a BW Plus, it is even better. The elevator was an excellent addition that we really appreciate, but the service, room, & breakfast were great!

This hotel is located just off both the 60 and 90 interstates, five minutes drive from downtown Butte. There are several fast food options across the road and the hotel itself is attached to a Perkins restaurant. On arrival we were allocated a king bed accessible room, which was hugely spacious both in the room and in the bathroom, where we had a walk in shower. Linens and towels were very fresh and the free water and daily cookies were a nice touch. We felt lucky however with our room as others appeared to be far smaller than ours. It felt like an old style hotel with long dark corridors and small rooms which had been updated and decorated. Breakfast was superb with a seemingly endless choice of hot and cold items. The seating area however was pretty small and cramped for the amount of guests....try to sit in the lighter conservatory area if you can! The swimming pool was a good size, but unfortunately at times it was heavily populated with children. There was also a sauna and a hot tub, but the latter was far too small even for two people. The front entrance to the hotel was spacious and modern, and seemed to us to be a modern extension to an existing hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We had a nice stay, thanks mainly to the particular room we were allocated.

This was a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The problem we encountered related to our dog. When we made our reservation we were led to believe that the dog could remain in the room if he was in his crate and if we advised the front desk that he would be unattended. However this was not the case. It was rather inconvenient to have to take the dog to the car if we wanted to go to the restaurant, lounge, pool or breakfast room.

this hotel is an absolute gem, from the reservation experience to the check out excellence is the word...it's located near any and everything a traveler/tourist/business person could possibly need. The staff is friendly, efficient, and fast...breakfast is the best we have seen in any hotel. Love that our poodles are not just welcome, but royalty. Pool, hot tub, fitness room, & laundry are so handy. Everything is clean, modern, and comfortable...lounge and restaurant on site...couldn't ask for a better stay.

An older motel that has been renovated. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Welcome bag with water and candy! Free breakfast was fantastic (much better than the last two we had at Hampton Inn)! Casino, bar, and a restaurant connected to hotel.

What a hotel, excellent staff, super clean rooms and really modern bathrooms. The free breakfast was as good as it gets. We will stay here again because of the superb experience. Very good staff and the owner has really kept the facility modern and very well maintained.
