Best Western Plus Buraidah

Impossible to fault, clean, tidy and very important ""the staff where very helpful." Buffet breakfast was excellent We just stayed the 2 nights so we could visit the camel market. Which we would recommend

Great staff, clean and spacious rooms and good mediterranean breakfast fast. A good choice to stay in Buraida (Al-qassim, Saudi Arabia). If you are visiting Buraida for business or just visiting I recommend you to stay inthis hotel with no hesitation (you need a car)

We had a very nice stay in Buraidah, after we fixed a few problems at check-in. The people at the reception were fantastic and helped to resolve our problems with speed and a positive attitude. That was very much appreciated. The hotel's location is not great for finding a place to eat nearby. The rooms are large and quiet - once you unplug the refrigerator! The foul (beans) at breakfast were the best on our trip - and the breakfast overall was quite good. The coffee is "ok," - but like in most Saudi hotels, it is from an automat. WIFI here was the slowest on our tour and often cut out.

Like most establishments in Saudi Arabia, they aren't used to foreign visitors (yet), so realistic expectations are in order. Stayed one night on a tour. Quiet location; there isn't much within walking distance. Spacious room. Amenities included laptop-size safe (which had been left locked, so I couldn't use it), mini-fridge and electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee packets. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't - either too large or too hard. Plenty of power jacks. The bathroom was overall clean, although there were some dark hairs on the floor. Shower without door; mediocre water pressure (the shower head was partially clogged). No bath mat or hand towels; just two large bath towels. Average wifi. Breakfast buffet with decent selection.

We stayed here for 1 night on the way back to Riyadh from the Red Sea coast. Having stayed at a few different places in Saudi we were really impressed on how clean the rooms were and the nice decor. Bathrooms very clean and well designed. Rooms were spacious and front desk staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only complaint was the noise made from the person on the floor above moving furniture around. Perhaps some kind of those soft pads that you can put on the legs of chairs etc to stop the noise could be used? Other than that it was pretty quiet, the windows were well soundproofed and I couldn't hear any traffic noise. Very central hotel with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall very good stay.

Stayed two nights on business trip. Room is spacious, clean, and very nice hotel staff. It is the best 3 star hotel I ever stayed in, better than some 4 star hotels I stayed in during my previous travel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it for others.

Hotel staff was very professional and cooperative.Room cleanness was really exceptional. Love it and recommend all to stay here in Buraidah. Location was a little bit out from the city but it was peace full. Nearby park with beautiful jogging track was an additional enjoyment for me.

Imagine a Best Western Hotel which doesnt have hot water since 2 days! Only answer they are giving is sorry sir. They arent even trying to fix it is unbleviable. Hotel is new but rooms didn't keep clean. So if you go for the name ''Best Western'' becarefull!

I stayed there during Ramadan with a Breakfast Buffet included on my stay. I was there for the Ifthar on the day i checked in and Breakfast Buffet (Suhoor) were served from 12am - 3am. All the foods which were present for the breakfast were of the Previousl day's Ifthar buffet menu. They haven't even taken the food from there. Main thing is most of the foods were smelly and rotten. Meat kebab was rotten and it was smelling near the main course area. Pastries got dried like biscuit by keeping it open and not switching on chiller for like 8hours. Front desk service is so bad, they dont attend the telephone calls at all. Room boy made the checkin for us by working on the front desk system lol and the front desk guy doesn't was watching it. Overall a very bad experience

the otel is good and the breakfast was good and the location is little far from the city center but the room is big enough and overall i was expecting better hotel but i found it three stars the staff was welcoming but i think i will not go there again

Not that much good, but Good according to it's price. Nice location, close to the malls and nice restaurants and also the industrial areas. You can easily reach anywhere around and out of Buraidah. Nice and clean rooms, but staff was not that much smiling. ( Only thanks to Hasan at the Front Desy while we are checking out, who has contacted us friendly and smiling. I guess they do not serve breakfast since I never saw any movement in the restaurant even this was the second time I was staying here? Free parking place and close to the main roads are plusses.

اوتيل سيئ ويكذبون!! اخبروني بوجود سرير لطفل، وعند دخولي للاوتيل،، اخبروني بعدم التوفر،،، ورفضوا اعطائ بطانيه اضافيه ولا روب للحمام والغرفه والحمام غير نظيف Laying to guest, saying they have crib for baby and when I checked in they said that don't have! Refused to provide me with additional blanket and bathrobes! Dirty room and bath

Bad experience. Not what you could expect, couldn't get a bed for my son because the services stops at 23:30 even though nobody told me that when I called around 20:00 to let them know I'll be late and checked in almost 01:00 AM! There was no tissues in the bathroom! Clean level wasn't that good!

This hotel is one of the hotels in Buraidah, given the limited choices available. Good value of money, clean room and bathroom, extra efforts from staff and clear check in process. I also liked the wide rooms and accessibility of the hotel location.

Stayed overnight at the BW Plus Buraidah and loved the room decor, size and amenities. Shower was superb with hot water immidiately and that too full pressure! Great when it's 8 DegC outside. But what reduced the stars to 3 was the service. Kindly note that the hotel has been soft launched, so you need to look around for the staff. Hotel manager to needs prep up before entertaining guests. Was made to wait 30 mins as the check in is only at 3:00 pm. Had a quick lunch and the room was ready. Down again for dinner, there was nobody at the restaurant along the length and breadth of it,so went our for fast food. Will be a great place to stay once the hotel is fully functional.
