Super clean room! Housekeepers are super hospitable. Entire staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond for you. I stay here a few times a year and this group never disappoints! I will always continue to come back here when I'm in the area.
We stayed here several times, breakfast is great, convenient hotel to the interstate, very clean furniture. Amenities were great. The pillows were fluffiest ever felt. Very quick service and response from staff. Well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Always ready to help and welcoming staff.
The room was very convenient to parking and Priya (who booked my reservation) was both delightful and accommodating. The breakfast was healthy and plentiful and the internet connection worked flawlessly. I plan to return next week to the same hotel.
Front desk polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom is very small. We'll lit area to walk my dog, but no dedicated spot or poop bag receptacle. Picked this hotel because they were dog friendly and had a pool. Traveling with 2 grandsons who love to swim. Unfortunately pool was closed, water was black..would have picked a different hotel if I knew that. Nowhere on website could I find that pool was closed. Breakfast was very good. Probably wouldn't stay again for extended trip but would for a one night stop over.
This was a great place to stop on our trip with no reservation. The front desk help, Connor, was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.
My family, including the cat, always stay at this motel when we visit family in the area. (They have rooms set aside just for traveling pets, so don't worry if you don't have one.) We have never had a problem of any kind. The owners and staff are excellent hoteliers.
Very clean and great staff! Breakfast was good and hot food was made to order. We were here with a high school sports team with several rooms and all were good! They really enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay here again if in this area.
Don't do it. Looks great from outside. Rooms old fashioned outdoor entrances. Bathroom like being in an RV. Or cruise ship. Light on desk did not work…..loose outlet in wall. Breakfast was supposed to be til 9:30…..at 8:45 no eggs, no plates. Only plus was pet friendly. Very disappointed as a Diamond Member.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and they were able to accommodate my allergy. The location is convenient and they had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
The room was clean for the most part. We expected better from Best Western based on our past experiences. There was a big need for some everyday maintenance. The wall outlets were worn out, nothing we plugged into the wall would work due to this. The shower head was ~5 foot high. The clothes rack was busted and also crooked on the wall. Only one of the 4 lights above the sink worked, blown bulbs. The safety bar in the tub was missing. A closet for an iron was added as an after-thought and did not fit the decor of the room. Will look for another place to stay if we return to the area.
We stayed here for a family wedding and it fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Standard hotel room with fridge and wifi. Special thanks to Connor for helping us out with a scheduling challenge. We'll be sure to stop here again.
FAN-TASTIC! Super nice front desk people who are polite and willing to help. Awesome clean room with HARDWOOD FLOORS, so no worry about what you might be stepping on ... read that Got To Walk Around BAREFOOT! Just an amazing experience all the way around.
Stopped here while traveling for work. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the house. Also, the street out front isn't busy at all so it's safe for little ones playing out front and/or early morning laps of walking/jogging.
Average hotel - a little outside the town of Braselton - and just off I85 where you could hear the traffic pass but not loud due to high wall. Breakfast was fine. Pool wasnt open, no gym or laundry. Functional and no frills. Staff were really nice. Decor was dated.
The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly!!! The staff was always working with me at all times. Great offers and great involvement. Overall great experience with my friends. I'm definitely go in there again!!!
Nicest rooms i've ever been in, the staff was very friendly and were very helpful!! definitely would visit again!! Great environment, freshest rooms around and all around great pricing and amazing communication!!
Love the new flooring and paint combo. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Staff members were super nice and respectful. Prices are affordable and really worth it. Would really recommend checking this hotel out if you are in the area.
If you're traveling with a dog, this is NOT the hotel for you! The pet fees are double of what is listed on the website and the staff refused to honor the website's fees. There is a postage size area of grass to potty your dogs and it's right next to an active road (cars zip by frequently). The pet room I stayed in had problems (gritty floor, dirty shoe imprint on the bathtub edge, leaky sink faucet, and broken desk lamp) and definitely NOT worth the money!
Should be a 6/5. Absolutely phenomenal from the staff to the rooms. I stay here 3-4 times a month and it gets better every time. The staff knows me by name. They have recently been completing renovations and it is amazing! New LVT flooring and new paint makes the rooms brand new!
We loved staying at this hotel and also good to see that they are upgrading to go next level. It was nice, clean and quiet. The staffing was very friendly but at the same time professional. We will stay here again.
Hotel was clean, very comfortable and provides us great hospitality. The staffs was extremely friendly. Perfect place to stay which serve good and hot breakfast. Checkout- checkin process was really smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
The hotel looked nice from the outside. Had to change rooms at first because what looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. The second room was fine, but it had an odor of smoke in the room. Sprayed with an air freshener which made it tolerable. Later that night as we tried to sleep you could hear the playfulness of the kids next door but hey kids are kids. Then later on in the night the power went out for at least I know of for 30 minutes. No explanation was given because no staff at the desk.
Absolutely great staff and beautiful rooms. Definitely will be back!! Water at the front and a pool available late. If you need somewhere nice to stay this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.
My family and I stayed at this location for a wedding last weekend. Between us, we reserved at least 6 rooms for 2 or 3 days each. Rooms and linens were very clean, and pet friendly rooms were available for those in our party who travelled with their dog. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly appreciated that the coffee was strong (not overly so) and flavorful. But the best feature by far is the friendly, helpful staff. They seemed very committed to ensuring guest satisfaction and were so kind in accommodating my family's tendency to linger over coffee and breakfast, far past the time of their normal cleanup. The manager made it very clear that they are in the business of supporting family memories, which was a great way to frame our stay, and was much appreciated! This owner also has a resort property about an hour south of Atlanta. Based on our stay here, we'll definitely consider that property for future family events. Thank you for everything!
Great choice for a budget friendly. The staff was excellent and helpful, rooms super clean (no pet room for us, 2nd level), beds were amazing, pool area was clean and fresh with clear water & no "chemical" smell, breakfast was good for your standard free hotel hot breakfast. Definitely would stay again if in the area.
The staff were so helpful. I needed to get a room for my family who live in Dahlonega as my Uncle had surgery. The staff was so compassionate and helpful. They helped me get this pad so my family did not have to worry about anything.
Make sure to leave promptly at 11 or you'll be treated to a brisk, rude phone call followed by a knock on the door from the man child who works the front desk. He threatened to call the cops because we were under the impression (based on door signage) that we could leave by noon, and weren't ready at 11. The whole episode was highly unprofessional, and one I've never experienced before. The bathroom was spacious, but the mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, and the towels have a strange chemical odor to them. There were people roaming around the property, lots of slamming doors, and overall, I simply wouldn't go back. It's the closest accommodations to my parents house, and they nor I will be recommending it to anyone. Good luck to them on future endeavors.
Love this location! Great staff and super helpful every time. They make you feel so welcome and like family. Will always stay at this location for my shows/work. Service and rooms are always the same... GREAT!
We haven't had Customer Service this good in ages. We were greeted with a smile & kind conversation plus answers to our questions. One of the owners was on site & very attentive. The room was nice & very clean, it was functional & the exterior was beautiful! They even had sitting areas upstairs on both sides of the building. Very nice, very relaxing ambiance. I give this place a 5 star rating…if for nothing else, the fantastic customer service! It was the best price I found after searching all the websites (Travelocity…etc.) & we were treated with world class service. Thank you guys! - Chris & Pennies
This is a older hotel, but pretty well kept. The management at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room floors were clean and the beds were comfortable. That being said when we arrived the refrigerator was not cleaned out after the last guest and the refrigerator was not working. We turned the thermostat up, but that did not help. There are not enough outlets in the room for four people with electronics. This was a working trip, so we needed plugs for computers, tablets and cellphones for the next day at a festival and there were not enough. We might would stay again, if there is only 2 of us. 4 people made the room a bit small.
great staff all shifts. clean rooms. elongated toilets, a lot of hotels are getting away from but i am a male and it matters. Now for the BS to make it 200 char Hoschton Hardware is a close place if you need parts for toilets
One of the best experience I have had on my business trip. Everything was perfect. Good and helpful employees - Dylan and Heer went out of their way to make sure all the guests were comfortable, especially when it is snowing. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We checked in last minute to get a room due to traffic and weather conditions, when I went to check in the staff was very helpful and offered to help find a plan for dinner since our kids were hungry and it was so late. I'm not sure if I will be back in the area but if I ever am, I will remember the kindess of the staff.
The inside is not new don't let the outside fool you, the inside is old and outdated and so below normal best western standards. My first room had cockroaches in it and we swapped rooms and had to through away all my kids milk food and pediasure along with all of our dinner and snacks just to buy new all over again the next morning. I literally had to clean my own room that we swapped to top to bottom and vacuum because all the rooms they tried to put me in were dirty and it was in a snow storm and there were no other close hotels. Never once offered a free night or discount for having to clean my own room or the fact that my bed was broken when I tried to lay down after fully cleaning my own room that couldn't be replaced till the next morning so I had to sleep on a slanted bed because all The other available rooms had bugs and dirt / dust all over them
Really enjoyed our stay there. My husband and I both thought the manager was helpful, informative, and most pleasant. The place was clean, quiet, and the kingsize bed slept really well. Will be back next time we travel that way. Would recommend this Best Western to others traveling.
I had a family death before the stay and they would not let me cancel and charged me regardless. I contacted the staff and the first person said she would cancel it but that central reservations would not let her. I called central reservations and they said the local property could. I called back and a man who said he was the manager said he would only cancel one night but I had to pay for the other.
Great costumer service really clean hotel odor good impressing of all the hotels I been this is really good clean and respectful people love the cabin style on it. And thank Achley M. For been professional
The staff at this BW location go above and beyond to make sure the guest feel at home and appreciated. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of really good restaurants near by. I use this location for all trips for business in this area.
Very clean with a friendly staff. Stopped overnight while on a road trip with our dog. Our room had recently been renovated. Breakfast had homemade egg/ cheese topped bagels. Although it was close to the highway, inside the room was quiet. Comfortable bed, nice linens and a great shower. We will certainly stay again when we travel this way.
I spoke with two managers while I was there and both were super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nearby everywhere I wanted to visit in my trip. Definitely going to book again. 10/10 would recommend.
Came in for a long weekend retreat and this place is a gem. Was greeted warmly with two front desk personnel (One of them a GM I guess) and check in was smooth and quick. Aesthetics of the hotel are worth mentioning as it boasted a unique upscale lodge sort of look which actually made us stay here. They had this pergola or trellis that lights up at night making it look so amazing. We requested an upstairs room which was immediately complied with managers assistance. After checking we went to the room and I was very much impressed with the cleanliness of it and the crisp linens on the bed. Towels were so fresh and nicely stacked. Bathroom was all travertine and Italian tiles making it look clean n fresh..room decor was great and my kids enjoyed it very much. Internet was one of the fastest I have ever seen ( even better than my own home). After freshening up a bit we went to ask for eating places around and got wonderful recommendation of a Italian place called ROMAN OVEN close by which turned out to be the best Italian food ever!!!! Came back to the hotel and we had misplaced our keys so went to get new key cards……. Guess what, it was a different desk clerk but she didn't hesitate to ask for identification before she made the keys and that made us feel so safe and impressed by her skill without being rude. Slept so well in the heavenly mattresses and woke up next morning to join for healthy breakfast which was fulfilling. Met the owner herself who happens to be owning this place for 20 plus years and took pride in this establishment. I have travelled a lot and never seen hotel well managed and well run like this. Come to know the housekeeping staff they have is there for 19 plus years and their head housekeeper just won an award for being HEROIC HOSPITALITY STAR of the year by the CEO of the brand, no wonder my room was that clean.
My stay at the BW has been superb. The people is very friendly and the hotel was very clean and pleasurable. The workers are very accomodating. I would stay at this hotel again anytime as well as recommend it to my friends and family.
I could not recommend this place - nice looking on the outside - but inside was more like a $50.00 a night hotel - the Breakfast room was very limited and poorly prepared for even the lightest of selections. The room smelled like smoke and the sheets and towels were scratching to the touch - overall, it was so bad we left after one night - and of course if you check out before 4 they will keep your money - I hope this is not how the entire chain is - but the Braselton Zion Church Rd is a place to AVOID.
Cathy the Hotel Manager was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the showers were Hot and Strong. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were fresh and soft.
My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights. The free breakfast was delicious! Our favorites were the bacon egg and cheese bagel toppers and the yogurt. The rooms were super clean and smelled nice. The bed was extremely comfortable! We love the staff. Meaghann is the greatest. She helped us with any questions and made sure our stay was perfect. The worst part about our stay was having to check out…. We really didn't want to leave! Definitely will be staying here again!
This hotel was conveniently located right off of I-85 beyond the Atlanta suburbs. My room was located on the side away from the highway, but the wall effectively held back the noise. The hotel is well maintained, with a friendly staff, and is well-priced given its location. I would definitely stay here again.
Everyone was so nice and helpful, couldn't have asked for a better experience! Rooms were clean, and check-in was quick and easy. Thank you to the staff working there for making every customer feel so special. They really do care! Will definitely be staying here again if we come through the area
Hard to get too. Beautiful location. Awful room, awful breakfast.we had a plumbing leak under our faucet and they acted like it was normal and allowed us to stay in room with soaked wet nasty floor.Breakfast was awful without simple amnesties as milk. Would not recommend this motel except for view.Should not be a Best Western I was truly let down and felt like I was gouged.
Our decision to book a hotel was last minute. Actually 1:30 AM. This hotel was just what we needed when we needed it. The property is quaint and quiet. The staff is Kind and courteous. Our room was spotless. Best Western Braselton Inn is the best kept secret in Georgia.
Very professional staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting braselton ga. The room's are very clean and we'll laid out marble countertops and Italian tile in the bathroom. Also located on a very quiet street. Want to get away from it all the best western braselton is for you !
First and foremost, the best part of this hotel is the service provided by Meaghan and Kinzie. They are both welcoming, helpful and efficient. The check in and outs were easy. And the hotel is close to the highway and restaurants. The room was adequate for our needs. It was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny. But, the water pressure was excellent. For the most part, the room was clean except for the corners of the bathroom. There was accumulated dirt and debris in each corner. The breakfast was a bagged yogurt and a tiny blueberry muffin. This was where I felt that they needed improvement. After our last trip heading North and having to eat breakfast and dinner in our room because of COVID, I was looking forward to a buffet breakfast. Most hotels are offering that now. I was disappointed. I think there are other hotels in this area that are better and offer more for your money. This was an okay place, but if passing through on our next trip, I think I would stay elsewhere.
I was driving down from NC to FL and hit some crazy construction traffic right past Commerce, GA. I called a few hotels and it was almost midnight and come to find out the rates at the places around me are $249 per night. Drove a few more miles south and called the Best Western right on the exit. Said they only had 2 rooms available and gave me a reasonable price at $175.99. Even though they were so busy they held me a room and got me through check in process rather quickly as I was in the room not even 5 minutes after pulling in. Great rooms and even better service, and most importantly, comfortable beds.
My wife and I had to fly to GA from CA last minute to take care of a personal matter. We stayed at the Best Western for two nights and had a phenomenal stay! The staff took tremendous care of us and we couldn't be more satisfied. They are accommodating and take care of military too! Side note - I mistakenly left over $200 in cash in the room when I left. Veronica found it and turned it in immediately. When I called to ask if anyone had found it Meaghann told me they have been waiting for a call and mailed to us first thing the next day! Great place and great people!
This was the cleanest establishment and the service was amazing! We will be back for sure! The staff went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate all of our needs. They had tons of local recommendations for food and entertainment. This is a must stay if you are in the area!
I have stayed at this place a few times before. This was my first time visiting since 2019 and I had an issue with a room and one of the guests was smoking pot. I didn't want my child to be around that. Kinzie quickly switched my room for me and Meaghann was super helpful the next day. I liked how Kinzie stopped at my new room to see if it was ok. Kinzie, The room was Great!!!! I will be coming back again. The employees makes you feel like you are right at home. Can't wait for my next vacation. I really don't have a negative thing to say about this place. My little home away from home. Management is really great. In a time of Covid, this place makes things seem normal again. Go Team Kinzie and Meaghann!!!! :)
Our stay at Best Western Braselton Inn was great. The staff at the front desk were courteous and very helpful, especially Megan. The room was clean and neat. All the amenities in the room were in good working order. Look forward to staying there again.
It was our privilege to stay at this hotel the 5 visits while we were in the area to build our new home. The rooms were always clean and the staff is friendly and anticipates your every need. A good example is on one of the visits my wife forgot her jewelry in the room safe. When we realized it was gone we called and a staff member then held the item in the main safe until we returned.
My second time at this hotel and definitely will be coming back here for my stays. The staff makes you feel so welcomed and at home. The area is real peaceful which helps get some good rest. The owner Neil was prompt in checking me in to get some rest. Even upgraded my room to a king size bed free of charge. That kind gesture made my day. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!
There are many hotels that are clean. What separates these destinations from the rest? Customer service. I have never experienced such a great welcome. Super clean. Newly redecorated. I highly recommend this place.
We had an opportunity to stay at The Best Western just off I 85 in Braselton Ga. The hot was nice and clean and the atmosphere was great! It reminded me of staying at a mountain retreat. I liked that it wasn't the same basic hotels that you see off the interstate. This hotel was quaintly tucked away in a quiet area that was very relaxing. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and tasteful and just what I needed to get my day started. Although it was too cold for the pool, the landscaping and pool area wA nice. I will definitely return! The front desk staff was great as well!!
Beautiful hotel and charming exterior decor.... made me feel like I was at a mountain lodge with great landscapes... stayed with my friend for road Atlanta event and OMG!!!!!! I was so impressed..... will be back for more tours again..
Super quiet and serene.... lovely location tucked away so close to interstate. Checked in for one night but extended for 2 more as I loved the decor and landscape of this place.... makes you think you are in an upscale lodge in mountains... Staff was very young comprising of Dillon and Ashley who seems very well off and knowledgeable... Cleaning crew was amazing as they gave me service every day and refilled my coffee n stuff. I recommend this place for anyone who has an appetite for unique/boutique hotel a bit upscale one... internet, to-go breakfast and express checkout, right on dot... can't be more impressed than this!! Keep it up
We came here and wanted to stay 4 nights but left early. The outside of the hotel looks good however there are no security cameras at all. So keep an eye on your car. The room at first look was ok, then we brought our stuff in. The walls are dirty. The mattress actually squeaked sitting on it. You can feel the springs in it when you lay down. Needless to say sleeping was no so comfortable. Two out of the three lightbulbs on the nightstand were not working, the lamp on the table didn't even have a bulb. The remote did not have channel up or down working but the TV was pixelating so we couldn't watch much. The bathroom is so tiny that if you're over 6 feet tall you'll hit your head on the shower curtain bar trying to move yourself in position to use the toilet. Breakfast: no milk for cereal for two days. The prepared burritos and sandwiches were already two days old on our first day. The tea selection is old! Receptionist told me so and I confirmed that when I actually tried it. Awful. The brochure rack is also outdated, per receptionist, some of the businesses have been closed for years!! We left a day early after trying to get into another hotel the previous day. Upon check out I told the receptionist about everything. He said I should have informed housekeeping about everything. I don't think it should be the guest's responsibility to check what's not working in the room. A missing lightbulb is quite obvious for someone who's supposedly cleaning the room. I would not stay here again.
I called the hotel when making reservations and talked with Dillon, he was great, I explained to him that we needed transportation to and from a pool party in Jefferson and could that be arranged? He assured me that it could be arranged and told me he would be working at a different property that night and gave me an alternate number to call him if there were any issues. He was very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. I checked in on a Saturday and he had already communicated with Megan and Taylor, who were working that night and they took care of all of my transportation needs and were very warm and hospitable. I checked out the next day and received the same warm and amazing service by Megan and Taylor. I was definitely impressed by such an accommodating staff and will definitely stay here again thanks to the amazing service provided Dillon, Taylor and Meagan. The rooms were also impeccably clean and the hotel was very nice. Thanks again for all you do! i
My stay here was beyond amazing. Ally the manager was so delightful and beyond generous, she made us feel so welcome and greeted us as if she had known us for some time. Truly by far a great hotel experience in a long time. The staff goes beyond expectations and really shows just what southern hospitality really is. And Haley who was the young lady who cooked breakfast and checked us out was such a joy to talk to, she cooked bacon which you don't see in any hotels breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh, the breakfast is amazing. We could really tell she enjoys her job and has such a great personality and makes you feel right at home. I most definitely will be staying again with them in the near future.
Rooms nice outside of building really nice. Only problem I seen was mold in the bathroom. Just a little. I addressed them they assured me they would fix it immediately. Nice wall to block 85 traffic so you don't hear all the noise.
I was attacked by fleas, in a ‘non-pet friendly room, rushed out after running 15 min late, and left expensive cancer treatment meds, and Apple iPad charger, yet after sending pics of nasty flea bites, as told to do for my points back(even though my trip was door to door), and the have not gotten back to me after checking with the staff, and ‘checking herself', even though I told the manager exactly where these items were left?? Looks nice on the outside, but if you don't realize there are doors between non-pet friendly, and pet-friendly, enjoy getting your typhus testing done??!!!
It was a pleasure to stay in Best Western inn hotel . Meaghann make a really good breakfast every morning , she is so nice . Ally friendly and smiling all the time in the reception . And the whole crew does and amazing job . We have a really good stay . Highly recommend hotel . Thank you so much .
What a nice hotel. Lots of remodeling has been done. There is still evidence of the old room heaters, that could be addressed. The room was very clean. Good breakfast, too. Very clean breakfast area. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall, a great stopover. We would stay again.
Nice interstate motel just north of Atlanta. Very clean and pets are welcome. Lots of extras for the affordable price. Breakfast is the best...better than most larger more expensive hotels where we've stayed. Way to go, Haley! Thank you
We stayed here for a nearby holiday party and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The front desk was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is so cute and has a nice cabin type feel that my husband and I love! Will stay here again!
Megan is awesome on breakfast. Ali is an amazing hosts. She was super energetic, helpful, and very professional. Every time I stay here, it gets more enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone in town or passing by!
Room was fairly large and was clean. This is an older hotel but has plenty of charm. Staff was very friendly and prompt. I enjoyed many of the breakfast options and like the exterior of the hotel with the stacked rocks.
Excellent Customer Service!!! All of any issues solved immediately. Will come b as ck again. Clean well kept!! 4 stars!! Dillon and Ally(Asst.Manager) was so helpful and very polite. They made our stay worth it!!
This is a very nice property. The owners have taken the time to update the interior and exterior over the past few years and the welcoming atmosphere is refreshing. They are really glad to have you as a guest.
Room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The curb appeal was stunning. The reception staff, Jeff and Ally, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold food. Will stay there again if visiting the area in the future.
Very accommodating place, very friendly cute front desk young lady, daytime before 3pm. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Place appeared well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staff was punctual and efficient.
My family and I were in town for a funeral when we chose to stay here. The property was warm and welcoming as was the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. If we are in the area again we will definitely return.
A++ SERVICE. I happened to be in the area for a motorcycle track day at Road Atlanta. After a long day at the track, it had slipped my mind to get a place to rest. This Best Western was the closest to the track so I decided to give them a try. I called in and made a reservation with Assistant Manager Ally. She answered the phone with such professionalism and did her best to accommodate my party. The hotel was nestled in a side street so it's not easily seen from the main road. The outside had a nice, peaceful cabin feel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with the same great service and with a lively smile from Ally. She even gifted us a few free snacks to welcome us. The next morning, Ally was there and greeted every customer with the same smile and greeted every guest by name! The FREE breakfast served Gluten-free and vegetarian options and was very prestine in terms of cleanliness. This establishment has really thought of every aspect of the customer experience and putting them first. I highly recommend staying here. The only suggestion for improvement would be that the rooms to be remodeled to match the exterior. Otherwise, the rooms are good enough for a nice place to sleep and freshen up. The spectacular service provided by Ally supercedes any room for improvement!
I constantly come and go at random because of my job. Ally always gets me taken care of right away and has everything ready for when i arrive even if she will not be working at the time of arrival. Her customer service is truly the best ive had out of the many hotels ive had to stay at.
Great Manager, tucked in away from the interstate noise, and close to restaurants. Property is beautiful with a timber lodge feel, big comfortable lobby area, rooms are clean and air conditioner worked great (hard to find when traveling). And we had our new rescue chihuahua with us!
I frequent this place so often that it feels like home. The staff is always friendly. My room is always clean. I love the new upgrades to the place. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outside. The pool is also nice. Never had any issues with the guests. The breakfast is picky child approved and is always fresh. They always make me feel like family when I visit. Had car problems the last time I was there. Not naming names but the lady at the front desk helped the best she could and I appreciate that. I call it the day of the dead battery. (Had to give her alittle shout out because she really does go above and beyond with her job.) My child and I will be visiting soon. Thank You A.!!!!~Pamela F.
My two daughters and I were traveling from South Carolina back to Texas when my car experienced major trouble right outside of Braselton. Had to pull over on a Sunday when no car shops were open. We found an automotive shop with great reviews that was a half mile from the Best Western. Dropped the car off and had to walk with our luggage down to the hotel. What we experienced was exceptional. Beautifully renovated hotel that looks like a mountain getaway. Stacked stone, beautiful rocking chairs and an amazingly friendly staff. They welcomed us said they would delay our check out with no charge the next day until we got an update on our car. They offered us water and coffee and were just all around kind and helpful. As a restaurant owner I have grown to appreciate the value of consumer reviews. Normally I don't take the time to write one but I wanted to make that the staff at the best Western in Braselton was recognized for their wonderful service.
They allowed us to rent their lobby for meeting space! I'm so glad we made this decision! Ally is so nice and welcoming! Literally above and beyond. We will be back for future business!!! Breakfast is good too!!!
After being stuck in construction traffic for 2 hours we realized we would not make our reservations in Ashville at a decent time. We were too weary to drive further and just pulled off for gas in Braselton. We Googled hotels there and came up with the Best Western. It was a welcome respite. Quiet and freshly landscaped, we were well pleased with our last minute accommodations. The owner greeted us kindly, gave us a fair price for our rooms and even suggested a wonderful restaurant for dinner. Complimentary breakfast next day was hot, plentiful and served on stoneware dishes and silverware, instead of paper & plastic. I highly recommend the Best Western in Braselton, GA.
When we arrived the staff (maybe the owners, not positive) were warm and welcoming. Our room was cool and clean. The grounds are charming and they have lots of spots to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. The pool area is small but very nice. Coffee and breakfast were delicious. This place has a lovely feel and I wish we were staying longer. When we are in the area again we will stay here again happily.
Completely inflexible and unwilliing to cancel my reservation as it was just inside the 24 hour cancellation period. A very short-sighted view, especially since I spend nearly 50 nights per year in hotels.
Normally the continental breakfast is more about how much you can stand to eat but this Best Western was just the opposite. The breakfast served here was the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Whatever you're doing keep doing it.
The hotel was beautiful. The outside design was awesome. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning will run you out of the room. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. All of the food was made from scratch. The mini egg omelets and the biscuits were the best. We will be visiting again when we are in the area for sure!
I stay here at this location often. I am never disappointed. Ally front desk clerk makes all feel welcome. The new cook Ms. Debra makes a awesome breakfast with homemade biscuit's that are better than the rest. All staff are very attentive to guest. Thanks lady's.
The internet is not easily accessible for laptops. The rooms have exerior doors so if there is a question, (the phone in our room was not working) one needs to go outdoors (38 deg.the night we were there ) to go to the lobby. While the person at the desk did bring us a blanket she did not agree that any of the other issues were justified. The toilet/shower room was small. New Carpet, the bed was comfy, the shower was great. If the front desk clerk had not been on a personal phone call she may have been better able to deal with the issues we encountered. This motel is very hard to find. Apparently the local law prevents larger signage.
The office people were VERY nice ! The rooms, bathrooms, sheets, floors were very clean. They had good channels on tv. Some people next door got a little rowdy but due to the races, that's what you get, people were just having fun. The office told us we could call them for anything. They let us check in late due to us being at the races all day ! Neil was very sweet and respectful. Definitely would come back again. Thanks for the great stay !!!
Came for a golfing tournament nearby and stayed at this wonderful cozy hotel with my girl!! Omg.... we were impressed the minute we pulled in as it looked like a high end lodge in Colorado vs an interstate transient hotel. We move in to check in and another wow! Lobby had scented candles lit up and felt like a spa!!. Front desk check in was quick and professional and room decor was up to our standards.... came for breakfast the following morning and wowed by real china plates and offerings and varieties they had were unreal. Quality of food was great and checkout was within seconds. I rate this hotel as one of the best experience I had in last few years.
Clean room with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a great location. Breakfast was delicious as well, and Ally was very polite. I'll definitely be staying again if I'm ever back in the Braselton area.
Want to say service here is very good. Ally and other front desk staff are very accomadating. Clean up staff are spot on. Rooms are fresh and clean. Ally very attentive to all customers. Breakfast is wonderful. Thanks guys for making my weekly stay great.
I regularly stay at Best Western Braselton for business, and have always had a top notch experience! Ally and Anais are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond. They are the main reason I continue to use BW Braselton, of course in addition to the clean and comfortable rooms.
Exceptional and friendly management. The owner went out of her way to get us the Saints' football game on cable. (We were traveling WHO DATS). They also gave easy directions to local eatery which was quite tasty. Buffet breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We stayed in this hotel on 12-20-18. It is a beautiful place very clean. The room was perfect and the bed slept wonderful. Ally was working front desk and she's precious to deal with she had a hot breakfast ready. It was more than the normal continental breakfast . I would highly recommend this Hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet is the best I have seen in any of the hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast area was kept very clean and neat. The room was also very clean and neat.
When i checked in I received my room from A happy Reception Desk employee named Courtney. All seemed great until i reached my room only to find the refrigerator to be broken and defrosted on the floor. I made one call and Courtney had me switched to a new room before i could make it to the lobby. Apologizing all the way i told her it was fine, things happen and moved on to my new room which was perfect. Then my brain kicked in and realized I had forgotten my phone charger at home and I called Courtney again. She had a charger i could borrow and made sure i was able to charge my phone and stay in contact with my wife driving from South Carolina. Great Job, Courtney, and BW Braselton Inn... you have a courteous and caring employee. Make sure you nurture this type of customer care.
Coming along fine. Had a chance to stay at this hotel over the last week and a half. Not bad it's working in progress they're fixing up a lot of stuff it was better than I thought. The owners are really nice and the staff is excellent specially the The young lady at the front Dess name Courtney was a big help if you get a chance stop by and give them a chance.
Was passing braselton over long weekend and booked a room at a nice hotel next to interstate 85. Nestled in braselton is this nice "lodge" sort of hotel with amazing stone and wood work on the exteriors that interested me. Rooms were Great and so was the night time light effect on columns n walkways. Good breakfast and great staff. Will surely come back.
Really really nice property. Recently updated or built and has amazing stone/ wood/ trellises all around the building n stairwells making it look like a niche “lodge look”- very impressive exterior designs and wants you to take pics to show it to ur friends n family. Also the amazing wood work under the Porte-cochere and soffits tongue-groove make it's a rich classy design. Very well done??
No issues at all, staff was helpful and polite, rooms were clean and comfortable, price was great! I would definitely stay again and recommend this location to anyone. Close to Road Atlanta Motor speedway.
This hotel is highly recommended. It is a nice and cozy place to stay. They are always so nice at the front desk. Tara and Neil have always been helpful at all our stays. They will go out their way to help you in whatever your needs are.
Visited braselton for a business trip and found this nice cozy hotel by the interstate and was quite surprised by the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the room. Had a nice business desk for my laptop and sleek flat screen TVs... best shower pressure I had felt in a while traveling for work.... comfortable beds.... full hot breakfast and fast internet. Just about all the things a business traveler would like. Staff pretty knowledgeable, courteous and caring and take pride in their job. Plenty of restaurants n good options close by and surely recommend anyone to stay while in braselton or passing by. Keep up the good job
I highly recommend this motel to any attending events at Road Atlanta. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location is excellent. It is a bit tricky to find immediately as it is off the main highway, but is the only negative and that is minor. SERVICE is outstanding, and that is why I recommend staying here. The Assistant Manager, Tara, was more than willing to help us when we had to cut our stay short. Truly a special person who is knowledgeable, caring, and so helpful. We are very grateful to her.
It was nice. It has free breakfast and nice rooms. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. I would recommend to a family staying in the area! We paid for 3 nights and wound up only staying 2 and they gave us the money back for 3rd night! Great costumer service.
Older property but well maintained . Difficult to access due to road changes. Morning breakfast good but started late and no coffee ready. Internet good. Good checkin and out. Parking lot tight and traffic must move clockwise.
The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and made-up daily. Plenty of hot water. Close to many restaurants. Etc. There are really no downsides to this hotel. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but certainly not bottom of the line. I would recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay here again.
Given how old it is, the location, and noise it is not worth the price. This motel is right beside I-85 and the road noise is horrible. I did not sleep a wink and left tired, back hurting, and a stiff neck. Note this is a motel not hotel. We were just passing through and arrive just before 9pm and left around 9am. The only nice thing I can say is the rooms are old but cleaned properly and the staff was nice.
Clean and convenient hotel to Chateau Elan. Free breakfast is also a plus. The lobby and rooms are modern and updated. The front desk staff was also friendly. Safe area and close to many restaurants/fast food.
The stay was wonderful with the friendly staff and nice quiet location....Loved everything about it. Will suerly stay here next time and would recommend friends and family to stay here. The room was nice clean and comfy the cleaning staff was so friendly
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night. We only stayed for a night but it was very enjoyable. Great hotel, great and very comfortable rooms and awesome staff. We stopped by the lobby for breakfast before we left and it was really good food. All around a really great hotel!!
Seriously outdated, bathroom so small can't close door. Behind door is unfinished remodel and gunk in corners. Bed old and sagging to center, towels and linens thin. Amenities need to be requested at desk. Desk help is super friendly and apologetic for room short comings.
We stayed at this hotel because I earned a free night with my rewards points. We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and we had great service. The room was good and clean, but there was a strong citrus air freshener smell that was so overpowering that it gave me a headache and my clothes reeked of it. The bathroom was very tiny. But, this hotel is very convenient to stay at off of Highway 85 outside of Atlanta, though the highway traffic noise is loud. We enjoyed a nice breakfast, too!
A little side street entrance but they had nice clean rooms when football was in town. The usual free breakfast and price was good. Would recommend and may try staying there again on another trip. Staff was very friendly.
Everything was excellent except the price. The front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast could use some healthier items. Price was outrageous. 143.00 for a night stay in this area with 4 other hotels so close by was ridiculous
The room appeared clean, but we found it noisy if you stay on the side by the highway. The doors are outside like a motel and there are no elevators to the second floor so be prepared to carry your suitcase up stairs. The bathroom was very cramped and overall the place was outdated. The breakfast was not the best, we found the biscuits were cold and the gravy watered down and not edible.
Really clean & air freshener is fantastic. Desk clerk very friendly. ask for a room away from the interstate, lots of road noise all night, not much sleep. Located close to Chateau Elan where we were going to a wedding.
After a stressful evacuation from Florida we called the day we were arriving and were fortunate to find a room for a week very friendly and helpful staff. Every problem we had during our stay was taken care of immediately-when I needed a second room so my Dad who is 85 could keep his room very warm and the dogs, cat and I could have our own space it was taken care of right away with a room right next door. I felt safe in my room as I knew the staff were on top of things. The breakfast each morning was a wide selection of food. The beds were comfortable and if any extra towels or blankets were needed that was not a problem as in some hotels. When Hurricane Irma headed our way the staff assured us they would make sure food was available even if it meant they went and got it we were one of the few hotels that never lost power during the storm. When I had to use the computer in the lobby it was never a wait and every time the staff made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel!!
A little long in the tooth physically, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff and a good location to access restaurants, interstate and Road Atlanta. I would stay here again on my next trip to the area
We stayed here while evacuating from hurricane Irma, and were very glad to find somewhere so safe, clean, and comfortable. Kathy and Neil were very hospitable and kind, as well as genuinely considerate about our situation. Amber graciously helped us bring our luggage upstairs at 3AM when we first checked in, which was very much appreciated. The service was excellent and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully under better circumstances), and would not hesitate to recommend this location to others.
My family and I were on the run from hurricane Irma... Kathy and her staff gave us the sense of safety and security we needed in our desperate time...we can't express how thankful we are to her and the staff there...they did everything to make us feel welcomed and checked in multiple times to ensure we were ok... they treated us like family...I would love one day to just go back and visit on better terms
This hotel was clean, it smelled good it had good service, it has a patio up front with a great sense of home, not to mention a clean pool with clear water, I have gone to places where water is not that clean, and finally breakfast, and the owners and staff were fenominal, don't know if that's the way you spell it but you get the picture, ...Thank You to the owners and staff.........
Came for the race at road Atlanta and stayed at BW braselton inn for 3 nights. Marvelous rooms and pool was relaxing. Staff very helpful and breakfast was better than Cracker Barrel. Easy access to road Atlanta as it's on the same exit, plenty dining options. What I really loved about the hotel was the way they have maintained the property. It sits on a real nice cozy corner of the exit without hustle n bustle around. Internet service was way faster than any hotel I have stayed before. Will surely return back as have already booked my from for next years race at checkout.
The hotel stuff was wonderful at check-in than called couple minutes getting in the room. Breakfast was amazing had alot the chose from kept everything fresh. The pool area was kept nice and clean. Family and I really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward stay again.
Amazing staff great room decor and great value for money. Arrived late but was greeted well and asked for dining options which were promptly met. Breakfast was great in the morning with real China plates. Will surely return again
We make this trip down I85 3 times a year and have been looking for a good place to stop that would accept pets and now we've found it. The room was clean and fresh. The tub and shower area was small but nicely updated. The sink and mirror area was separate. The free breakfast had a nice variety including bacon and eggs and make your own waffles. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though they used regular silverware in the breakfast room the clerk found some plastic silverware for me to take in the car for my on the road snack.
I went to this hotel only because my nephews wanted to get in pool. Pool was closed due to health issues. I asked staff and she assured it was safe while sign was still there! Room did not work ......
Way better than the star rating it received! We desperately needed a clean quick place to stay after a long ride from New Orleans. After reading the reviews, this hotel looked best. I'm so glad we stayed here. We arrived after 1 AM and Harry was so nice and accommodating. Our reservation hadn't come in yet on the computer so instead of making us wait, he checked us in and told us we'd figure it out in the morning. After we got to the room, he called to let me know I left my driver's license at the front desk. Instead of me going downstairs to get it, he brought it up. Customer service! The room was clean, all new appliances (TV, fridge, microwave, and safe), clean beds, and even the remote was disinfected. We will definitely return.
Great value, very clean, room comfortable, and quiet atmosphere. Pleasant and responsive staff. Unfortunate directions are not more clearly marked. Signage, especially at interstate could be improved.
I only stayed one night but this was the only hotel I could find in the vicinity of Lanier Technical College. I was in town for testing and I needed a place to stay. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating The room was clean and comfortable. No issues during my stay. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Braselton area.
Very nice hotel, location a little difficult to find, trip was in a long weekend, maybe why we found vacancy...but it was great value because the hotel is very nice, from now on we are going to put Best Western on our list. We signed for rewards. Service (people) the best
Me and 2 buddy's stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean and in good shape. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was alright all the biscuits, muffins and bread were stale could of out fresh out every morning. I also wish the pool had been open it was 80+ everyday it would of been nice to use. Other than that its a nice affordable place to stay.
Overall this is not a bad hotel to stay at overnight. Just wish it wasn't so expensive because the hotel room itself is not worth the price they charge. Beds were squeaky, small hole in the wall, shower head wouldn't adjust right, but over all would stay here again if need be because it is clean and friendly
Never have any problems when i stay except this time the fridge didnt work but that was just a minor inconvenience and it didnt affect my stay. The beds were nice and i intend on coming back next year
What a clean and tidy place. Both my wife and I said Anthony would approve. We were traveling across the country and this was the first hotel with real plates and cutlery. Not just nice to eat from it is good for the environment. We first though the living wall was fake but after talking to the owner Neil we found out it was real, awesome. The room was clean not a speck of dust anyplace and we looked. If you are driving past Braselton and are ready to stop for the night you cannot go wrong with the Best Western Braselton Inn. I would recommend better signage from the interstate to find the hotel.
A great stay in the cut with good prices on the rooms. I highly recommend it for anybody looking for a nice quiet place to stay in the area very low key and very clean with friendly service. This is the hotel for you
All around very good service!! Would recommend! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was convenient and good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little hard to find but convenient to lots of restaurants. I've stayed there several times and have absolutely no complaints!
I use this hotel all the time for my employees an I to stay in. This hotel has great service and everyone is very nice. The house keepers are awesome and always make sure my employees and I have great service.
This place is amazing. .The staff was very professional and down to earth they made me feel right at home. The room I got was very clean.Everyday I got serve the housekeeper was so nice and did such a good job,the breakfast was real good as well all in all a great place I will be staying there again. .
Really nice and clean place housekeepers awesome never had any issue travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest hotel I'VE been in very friendly and helpful definitely coming back and recommend this place !!!!!
I again had the pleasure of spending a night at the Best Western Braselton Inn. Tara, the front desk clerk, met me with a smile and was very helpful. As before, I found the room to be very clean and well appointed. Everything I needed was provided. I found a problem with one of the electrical outlets, but when reported to the owner it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of foods. Hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. The Patels have done a great job transforming this older property into a very nice venue.
Property exhibited Best Western's focus on a consistent visit for the customer across their property independent ownership model. Friendly upfront staff assisted with my needs with a smile at arrival. On exit, had the opportunity to interact with the owner when looking for a late morning cup of coffee and was truly impressed with the response to my request which was totally customer focused yet again. Property somewhat hard to locate, but well worth the effort as the stay exceeded my expectations across the board.
The hotel staff was flexible with last minute reservations. Great accommodations. Staff friendly & exceeded customer service expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. I would stay here again!
We stayed the weekend of Oct 14 for a local softball tournament. There aren't many choices in the area so we paid a higher price for this hotel as it was only a few miles to the park. The staff was friendly, breakfast was hot with bacon, eggs and waffles. It is an older hotel that has doors that open to the outside which are not my favorite but again it was convenient. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, good hot water and water pressure and decent towels. Beds were firm if you like that (a little too firm for me). Mini-frig and microwave MANY years old - but did work. AC window unit was a little loud but was really cold. The desk chair was also in need of replacing - several spots were covered with black duct tape. We did stay two nights and our room wasn't serviced in between. All in all, not a bad place to stay. Truly my only complaint would be that I have stayed in less expensive hotels and had newer amenities and much softer beds, etc. I believe they charge the higher price as they are one of two hotels in this area and if you want the convenience, you will pay.
I booked this motel thru Expedia. It was a great choice and a value. The building was well maintained and clean inside and out. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was above average. It was a little bit hard to find when I arrived after dark.
My family evacuated Jacksonville Florida due to Hurricane Matthew. We stayed at Best Western in Braselton Georgia. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast provided by the hotel the following morning. I would highly recommend staying at Best Western in Braselton, GA.
I had to evacuate from a hurricane last minute with my mom and 3 dogs, luckily we found this hotel that was dog friendly and still had a room left. We recieved wonderful customer service from the entire staff during our stay. They made us feel right at home!
Decent room but overpriced, allowed pets for a ridiculous $70 a night fee, won't be back to this location!!!!! Would have stayed somewhere else but were already booked. This overpricing make work once but won't do it again. Could have stayed in a fabulous hotel in Las Vegas or Atlanta for the price they charged!
This hotel was the closest I could find to Athens, GA after a football game for a reasonable price. It is an older hotel that has been well kept. We had a second floor room that had to be accessed by an outside stairwell. The room had 2 Queen beds, TV, Mini-fridge, Microwave, and Coffee maker. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't speak to the choices. On the positive side it was very quiet and out of the way. On the negative side, it wasn't very handicapped friendly unless you got a first floor room.
Very pleased with my stay last night at the Best Western Braselton. Got in late last night after watching Petite LeMans. Easy and fast check in. Very easy parking. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. My son and I missed the breakfast time, but while the food was still being put away, the owner insisted that we could still enjoy the complimentary full breakfast which was delicious. I would definitely stay here again with such terrific customer service.
Nice, rooms are clean and efficient. The location served my needs and the staff was super nice and did everything they could do to make us happy. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was great! The breakfast was fine and I felt a decent value over all.
Best service and very friendly Nice breakfast, clean room . I had problem with my truck and they helped me to get service as soon as possible that means they helped me with my own personal problem Thank you
this hotel was super nice and I will most definitely stay here again next time. I walk in and everything was so clean and neat. the hotel was so modern and beautifully designed. it felt so cozy and warm. I walked in late at night and the receptionist was so nice even though it was late. she helped us so quickly with no problems and gave us a great deal and it was such a clean room. I was surprised in a good way at the quality of this hotel.
The best Best Western that i have been to in quite a while. I was there on the weekend of August 20th, while on a business/personal trip with my wife. I got to meet the owner Kathy Patel as well as her family while my stay there. They took great care of me and my wife and also recommended some local places for us to visit during our time there. The rooms were the cleanest and also my wife is very picky where she stays and how clean things she likes. She was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and especially with the lobby area which looks remodeled. When we first walked in it seemed as if we were walking into a 5 star hotel. One of the best hotels and rooms for the price that you pay. I would recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.
Staying here was a great experience! We were in town by chance and had to book last minute, this was not a problem and the staff was happy to accommodate us. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff who helped us find a great place to eat that night. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for three nights and every morning there was a delicious hot breakfast waiting. The location is awesome! I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area.
Booked to enjoy weekend festivities and celebrations as a couple but unfortunately Chateau Elan which has world class customer service and I witnessed it first hand was totally booked up for Saturday night and thus this falsely advertised 2 star hotel....its more like a motel, with ZERO star. I explained to the receptionist that I'm a nonsmoker, a healthcare practitioner who just need a clean nice place close to chateau Elan where we returning to enjoy their wonderful amenities....rudely the receptionist gave us a double queen bedroom smelling like urine and cigarettes mixed in vomit then insisted to charge us $148 for the night. Needless to say, we walked away and even if she gets paid which will be disputed greatly, I will never recommend not even a strayed kitten to stay in this disgusting place heightened by a nasty and unfriendly receptionist.
My husband and i stayed for four night and it was a great place to stay! The whole staff were great! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. Very understanding at check out time. Super clean.
Nice enough hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms OK. Staying in relation to Chateau Elan function. Interstate 85 next to one side of hotel (all even # rooms). If you are a lite sleeper be warned....between intermittent (off and on) a/c unit and constant whizzing by of trucks, motorcycles, etc....you will be sleeping poorly. Get a room with an odd #!
Needed a hotel after long ride from Mississippi, found this BW conveniently located off highway. Check in process was fast, clerk recommended restaurants in area and food delivery service (pizza and Chinese). Quiet, clean, comfortable room, although pricey compared to other BWs I stayed at during this trip. Friendly and helpful staff.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had an awesome experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and the a/c had the room feeling just right. The breakfast that the hotel offers blew my mind. The hotel offered waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits& gravy, and yogurt with different toppings plus more! The hotel is even pet friendly which is wonderful for pet owners. It has plenty of eating places around and is like 15-20 mins from the Mall of Georgia. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
My husband and I stayed here. . And the staff and owner were so nice. . Neil is one of the nicest guy I have met he will help you out when in need. . And the rooms were really nice and clean. ..Hands down I rate them a 10 all the way
The staff was friendly and very upbeat which is great but the bathroom was in need of some serious cleaning and repair. There was mold rowing inside of the shower. Although the rooms appeared clean to the naked eye, it felt dingy. One bonus is that you can bring your dogs however, there is no designated area for them to use the bathroom and no bags to collect droppings. So the grassy areas were like walking through a poop mine field.
Best wetern Braselton Inn, remember this name as this is best hotel in Braselton ! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my brother for a couple of days and honestly I am so happy we found this place. Front desk staff was very friendly!!! We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine, hot breakfast and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like your home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Bathroom with shower is very clean. Reception was very helpful. Definitely will be back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in Braselton to everyone!!:) Lasitha.
This is my second encounter at same location as just as the previous visit , this particular location is very nice and cleanly kept, I checked in late night and the front desk reception Rish was very helpfull, and I happen to met the owner Mr.Patel and his wife there very humble nice people and they really care about their guests, And Keep it up.
Stopped on my way to vacation. Front desk attendant very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was more than coffee, juice and pastries. Very good selection of breakfast food. Met with the owners who introduced me to several staff members. Felt a part of the family.
The location was conveniently located just off the highway, which was nice, but the traffic noise was a little loud at times. We traveled with our Great Dane and was very glad that they were pet friendly towards large dogs. The host was very nice. We were able to eat a good breakfast (provided) with our dog in a nice sheltered outdoor seating area. The rooms opened to the parking area, which was handy for dog walking.
The place was amazing. The service was great! The breakfast was nice and hot. It was a great experience. The staff was nice and they always had a smile on there face. Clean rooms and nice bathroom! HIGHLY recommends using this hotel.
Hello there I was there for work and Stay there for 2 days. I went In and guy name Carlos was in front desk and he check me inn. Very friendly guy and the place was clean ,rooms r big. I had very pleased stay.. highly recommend Thanks
Comfortable, BW hotel. Have stayed several times here with and without the dogs, No problems. Has fridge and microwave. Stay on the side away from interstate for a quite nights sleep. In all the times we've been here have never seen pool open. Decent clean breakfast. area, good food.
This was a very nice place to stay. On my husband and I way to NC we decided to stop and rest late at night. Driving to this hotel at night was not the best, i was very uneasy about it, but when we got in the front desk was very helpful and nice. Our rooms was very specious and seem recently updated which was great. It was very quiet and we slept well. When waking the next morning and decided to eat breakfast there and was very surprise by the good food and real plates and coffee mugs and glasses. YES I did say real GLASS Plates. That made me feel even more at home. I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through. You want be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Neil and your amazing smart wife for your awesome hospitality.
We called ahead to book and were told we would receive a discount because of the group we were with. Upon arrival we were told that they did not have a discount but they offered $20 off. Get this- when we got the bill on our account they charged us $160! The total was supposed to be around $102 after taxes. We were told the manager would call...Kathy Patel but she never did. We will be pursuing legal action. Worst experience booking a hotel EVER. Bonus- the front desk guy kept calling my boyfriend 'bro' and said there was nothing he could do to change the total that HE charged us. Then he went on to lie multiple times about when he ran our card. Don't stay here.
We are very happy with our visit its clean, friendly and make you feel like your at home. Breakfast is great. Lots of things to do around here also. I want to thank the whole staff for making us feel so comfortable, my husband and I have spent many months here and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Kathy and your entire staff. Mr and Mrs Stephen Smith
I stayed there for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and bedding very comfortable. Warm/delicious breakfast in the morning was something really convenient. The reception lounge was well decorated and inviting. Most of all, the hospitality of the staff was excellent. The staffs went beyond their call of duty to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel!!
We made reservations with notice we would be arriving late. When we got in, we were welcomed by name. The room was clean and comfortable. We were not disturbed by any equipment or exterior noises. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The checkout was quick and efficient. The location was convenient to places we wanted to see and the price was quite reasonable.
I paid a 3 star price for 2 star accommodation, had a rude morning clerk, (forgot to tell about the breakfast helper who had profane language while he was setting out the breakfast items)... However, the check in clerk Carlos needs promotion, pay raise, high recommendation for better job. Awesome Carlos!
Enjoyed my stay thoroughly the rooms specious n very clean. The hotel property is in the bestest shape very clean n well maintained and got to mention Carlos at the front check in operator is very customer frndly well spoken. How can I forget about the breakfast it's hot n fresh n also delicious at the same time all in all it was a five star experience
Escape to Braselton for relaxation at Chateau Elan and stay at the Best Western. I was.very concerned when we were unable to book our Mother Daughter Trip at Chateau Elan and were directed to book an outside room before scheduling our Spa Day Services. Howevere, upon arrival at the Best Western I was reassured that our stay would be both a safe and enjoyable experience when I stepped out of my car under the covered area near Check-in. The large en-laid design on the paved drive was just the preview of the unique costly renovations & upgrades that caught my attention. The lobby, room's carpets, furnishing, the bedding, the bath that had large terrazzo look tile that wrapped the bath from ceiling to floor. The breakfast was quite the surprise with hot foods, fresh fruit and a bottled water with both cold a boil water dispenser. The owner was in the lobby asking guest at breakfast for any comments or suggestions for improvements. He explained that 2 phases are complete & that the outside will be re-done in stacked stone. I will stay here again upon my return trips to this area & suggest you consider this as a pleasant alternative on your stays in this area of GA.
My fiance and I decided to take a impromptu weekend retreat, and were so excited to find the best western in Braselton. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The rooms are great!! Spacious and clean. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel
Great place to stay. Enjoyed my stay here last year and was surprised to what they have done to the place this year is even more incredible. As usual the staff was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, its a wide variety of hot breakfast to choose from . I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars!!
We went into this with low expectations - we were attending an event at Road Atlanta and needed accommodations that were relatively close by and not too expensive, and this Best Western fit the bill. That said, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by a well kept, clean hotel. The full hot breakfast was great as well. The only downside was the proximity to the highway, it was kind of noisy.
Gr8 place to stay. Lobby was so well decorated and lights were so ambient in the business area that didn't wanted to go to the room. High speed internet was truly "high speed". Staff etiquette was amazing and breakfast too good. Rooms were up to the standards with amazingly tiled bathrooms. Definitely recommend if staying in braselton. Roger
Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff - especially Neil. The beds and pillows are so comfy. Breakfast was great. I left my insulated, monogrammed carry-on luggage bag at hotel. I realized it several hours later and almost 200 miles away. I called back and spoke with Neil. He immediately located my bag, took it to USPS, packaged and mailed to me at no cost to me. The best part is when we arrived, ate breakfast, and checked out, Neil was so friendly that I felt comfortable calling back and asking to speak with Neil to get his help.
On a business trip we stop in this small town of braselton, ga. The owner check us in. Sweet lady named Kathy. We were able to get two rooms no problems. Beds were comfortable. Nice furniture and tv. And clean the place was spotless. The next morning breakfast was good. You name it they had it. Neal the other owner was very nice.
Stayed here hotel was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh. Bathroom was a little small but again it was very clean. If we are ever back in this area we will be back.
I had my pup, and traveling for 2 days. This hotel was pet friendly, and I was greeted so warmly. Room was exceptionally clean and very nice inside, very updated. The back of the hotel is noisy as it is close to Interstate 85, but I was so comfortable, the traffic didn't even bother me. I will def stay again when I'm traveling through.
I wanted to thank Sonal for her customer service, she went out of her way to mail me my misplaced items from the room. She was so professional as was the entire staff. We stayed 3 nights and the room was comfortable. Thank you, I appreciate your kindness.
Casey and the staff were so friendly. This newly remodeled Bast Western was clean and nicely decorated. Fridge and microwave in room. There was a nice variety provided on the complimentary breakfast. Close to 85 for a quick stop. Good food options close by.
hard to find but other than that well worth it, breakfast good, eggs and bacon, juice, etc. clean and quiet for being near interstate. staff friendly, rooms clean, check in and check out efficient, would stay again
We got a great rate for a very nice room. Would have chosen the opposite side we did because of noise from freeway. But only bottom room was on this side and we chose it. Great checking with Casey Friendly and helpful. Had a hard tome finding the turn so close to freeway entrance
Nice stay ! Comfortable beds , friendly staff , all around good stay! We stay out of town working and this is one of the nicer hotels we stay in and the price is not bad for the location! Road Atlanta is only a couple of miles away
This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. The mattress was terrible( you could hear and feel the springs popping in it when you rolled over) and the noise from the interstate was the worst I have ever experienced, maybe not so bad had I been on the other side.
I needed a place to stay for 3 days that was cheap and close to the city of Atlanta. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly! Best place if you're looking for a place that is on the outskirts of the city for the best price!
I had to write a review about this place. It was a great hotel but the staff went above and beyond all expectations to help my husband and me. We had car trouble and had to be towed and dropped off at the best western. They inquired as to what brought us there and after hearing of our horrible day discounted our room. There was no taxi service available in this small town and one of their maintenance men took my husband to multiple stores so we could load money on a debit card. The next morning the owners husband drove us to the tow yard to get our car and called a friend with a tire service to help us once we got our car back. He also gave us his number and told us to call him if we needed anything else while we were in the area. They made the horrible day and experience bearable and we can't thank them enough. It is people like Caysie the woman who checked us in, the maintenance man who drove my husband and the owner and her husband that make this world a better place. Thank you all so much!
too close to the hiway and could hear every vehicle and over priced . breakfast was good selection poor quality checked in at midnight and out at 530 am 110$ just to sleep a few hours when a BW 9 exits back was 54$
The closest drive to Road Atlanta, great staff, awesome service. Have stayed here twice by myself and twice with a friend. The breakfast is awesome! Cannot wait to go back to Road Atlanta and will always stay at this Best Western location.
I paid a 151.00 for a room worth about 60.00. The noise from I85 is unreal. If you chose to stay there, do not get a room that faces I85. Your are only about 50 yards away. Also no place to eat without going into town.
We stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean, looks like they did a recent renovation to the rooms and everything was spotless including the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar complete with sausage, eggs, bacon, waffle maker, fresh fruit, cereals, good coffee and a few more items. To be honest we didn't expect much from an older Best Western when we pulled in but we were pleasantly surprised. We are the type of people who check under the bed and in the bedding for stains and bugs and we wipe everything in the room off with disinfectant wipes! We have stayed in many hotels and rarely submit a review but we would definitely stay there again!
It was a great experience staying at this Best Western. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant and very understanding when it came to my 3 year old and 7 year old. It is a good distance from Downtown Atlanta and very close to the raceway. I would definitely recommend it for families.
I love staying at this best Western, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. And most importantly the beds were very comfortable. They also have a very clean outdoor pool which children would love. I would definitely go back to this location and stay here if I needed to.
Not a picky hotel person, far and away the worst hotel experience of my life. Got there at 930 PM with a child and pregnant wife needing a good nights rest before a wedding, the AC was off the room was literally 95 degrees and humid, it felt like a sauna, we turned the AC on hoping it would cool, by midnight, the room had not cooled a single degree. I went to the front desk, they agreed to move us to a different room. Dragged my wife and child and baggage to the new room, things seemed fine until about 3 AM, when the AC began making deafening noises, literally sounded like construction was going on in our room, tried to call the front desk and no one picked up, went to the front desk no one was there. We turned of the AC to discover our room is 20 yards from the highway, it sounded like the cars were driving right outside our door. Talked to the person at the front desk in the morning, said they couldn't give us a refund because we got our hotel through a 3rd party site, that I would have to deal with the 3rd party site to get the refund. I called the 3rd party site who called the manager of the hotel, who refused to offer the refund. The 3rd party site (hotels.com) did give us a $30 voucher though. We were pretty much swindled, it wasn't even that cheap, we paid $125 for the room, avoid this hotel at all costs.
we picked this hotel as it was just minutes from my aunt's house who we were surprising for her birthday. hotel staff friendly and accommodating. rooms leave a little to be desired. air conditioning broke in room. they did put us in another room which i must say was much better then the first.
We had a nice clean pet friendly non smoking room, we would stay there again, because of it being pet friendly and it was clean, also near to Road Atlanta Raceway where we race our FF car. an enjoyable stay and the Mexican restaurant La Hacienda just down the road was very good
At first we werent to happy about the rooms being on the outside but actually worked out better for Handicap room since the parking place is right in front of the room. Room is wheel chair accommodating. Bathroom very roomy with open area (i.e. sink, toilet and bathtub all in one area.) There was an outer door to close off for privacy. Bath stool located in closet. Clean, coffee maker, iron (on lock down) ironing board, blow deeper, safe, frig and microwave. Hot breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles, and biscuits.
We used this hotel as a half way point on our long drive down south. It is right off of I-85, and super convenient. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Beds were super comfy after 8 hours of driving with a toddler, preschooler, and teenager. Breakfast was fresh and hot with something for everyone. I will be using this hotel in the future.
