this hotel is clean, the grounds are clean, the room has a very odd set up. the bathroom is a toilet & shower only and just enough space for them. The sink is outside the bathroom with a countertop that holds the coffee Keurig, no tea, there are only bright lights over this area which is where you walk in the door, the same lg. area you are sleeping. no night lights! Conventional mattress, was okay, does have a fridge & microwave. We needed to be in town for a family Celebration of Life.

The hotel I stayed at had exceptional staff and provided top-tier services. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it was very well organized and put together. I will definitely come here again and make Best Western Braintree my first choice.

Well run property. Raj, the manager, is a real good man. All facilities were clean.Gym had high quality equipment. Property is well located and walking distance form a craft brewery/pub. Parking is readily available.

Front desk staff was rude, unfriendly, and made me feel like she was discriminating. She kept highlighting the “NO SMOKING POLICY” over and over. Not sure what gave her the impression that I smoked. I dont. Might've been my sweatsuit and baseball cap attire i had on. Not sure. Then the piercing stares by the same staff member when I and my family members walked through the lobby to wait for their lyft rides. Very uncomfortable experience.

racist, the customer has to bring their own trash every morning. And check the invoice, the price is different from what we reserved it. They told you the final price already with tax and when you check out, they charge again the tax. Don't book this hotel!

Exceptional caring service and comfortable rooms! After the airlines cancelled our flight and bussed us from Portland, Maine, to Boston, MA, late at night, and sent 4 of us via Lyft to The Braintree Best Western without the correct voucher codes, the manager contacted the necessary people to see that we had a place to sleep at 1:30 in the morning. Going the extra mile for us, he was the bright spot in our long frustrating day. He made sure we had beverages while we waited for the voucher codes to come through. In the morning, we enjoyed a hot breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, and coffee and then caught a few extra hours of needed sleep as we were given a late check out. The updated rooms were spotless and quiet with a microwave, mini-fridge, tv, and with very comfortable beds, which is what we needed. Even the grounds were well-cared for with lovely flowers and bushes and no weeds in sight. Braintree Best Western is a very welcoming inn with management that cares about their guests. They went the extra mile for us and we're so grateful for their kindness and caring.

I have traveled the world and have stayed everywhere from elite 5 star hotels to the worst of the worst. I have never written a review before. I felt compelled to do so because of the quality of the experience and the hospitality of Raj and his wife who were exceptional. Customer service was excellent. By far the "best" Best Western I've stayed at.

My flight ended up getting canceled until the next day and was only there for a short time but the manager, Raj, was super nice and accommodating. A crappy day ended up good and he was the reason! The hotel was clean and breakfast was included in the morning. Snacks, drinks and a water machine were available for a late night arrival. Would recommend!!

Greeted by a female staff at the reception who looked really grumpy. She could have smiled and be more polite but I understand that hotel line is tiring. I actually intended to stay one more night but because of the not so welcoming experience decided to just stay one night and drive to another hotel. Otherwise to be fair it was a comfortable room.

The staff at this hotel are incredible. We had been driving for hours after a flight cancellation and had stopped at so many hotels with no availability. The gentleman at the front desk that checked us in is the kindest person and was so helpful and so accommodating. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are so Great!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

We were there for a basketball tournament, and the managers repeatedly threatened to call the police of the children. They were all well behaved, and not doing anything. It was like the manager was studying the security footage an popping up all over the place. Wouldn't let my son study in the business center for more than 15 minutes.

Their mission is sustainable hospitality and that has been provided. Not only was I discounted for honesty, the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. I am really pleased and was comfortable!!!! I would recommend this property/site to anyone wanting comfort.

This hotel is excellent in all areas. Safety and cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. Hospitality of the staff is also another factor that made my staying enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and clean.

The room was large and included a microwave and fridge. The hotel seemed clean and tidy, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. It was close to restaurants, a mall, and the highway. The only downside is that the pipes were noisy when the person above me used water.

Stayed one night for business in a King Size room. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was some outside road noise but overall a good stay. Breakfast was average and the staff was good. If i am back in the are I would stay again

I am having a hard time reviewing this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast area was clean with friendly and helpful attendant. We stayed there for one night before our flight out of Logan and it is the best location for that at a reasonable price. We always try to choose BW because they have always been the best choice for our needs. I have never had to submit anything negative, but am compelled to voice my displeasure about one pretty important issue in our room. The coffee pot, coffee, cups, creamer, etc were on the vanity in the bathroom, next to the toilet. I'm not sure why it was placed there, because there was plenty of room to place in near the TV or other tables. This is unsanitary, unhealthy and just plain disgusting and I shudder to think that people have actually made coffee in this bathroom. So - it is a good hotel if you don't need the in-room coffee maker. Otherwise, you might want to check elsewhere.

Heading to Logan for an early flight and this hotel is very close to the Logan Express lot. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I am very pleased with this hotel.

Have been here twice and it appears they have a prostitution problem. The first time I went there, they presumed I was there to party and more, and they were explicit. I was mortified as i am a professional attractive woman in the area for business. The 2nd time was last week and the woman (broken english) meanly said we don't take any visitors in any rooms, and to leave. I surprisingly said, I am here to checkin to a room, I'm not visiting anyone and if I was it is none of their business. I will never stay here again.

A great place that's in a prime location when doing business in the Braintree area. I had a quick business trip that was not expected and drove down from Jersey. I needed a place late at night and they accommodated. Great room comfortable bed...all you can ask for.

The front desk lady is so understanding, respectful and even one of the cleaners I met was so nice, I didn't get their names but I recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the first time I can breathe in a hotel, no bugs, the bed didn't make me itchy, it's just a very clean hotel and the best thing is it's a non smoking hotel so they don't allow people to smoke in their rooms. I've had some nightmares at other hotels especially in the Boston area where they had every issue in the book! So for me the best western Braintree hotel is refreshing to stay at. Even the beds are comfortable, I was able to sleep comfortably and I suffer from insomnia so that's very telling. I highly recommend this hotel.

i have had several fraudulent transactions on both my debit card and credit card this week. I booked a hotel through Booking.com. recently. They are the only company who had both my debit and credit cards on file. I am a travel nurse and used them often. When I contacted them asking them to look into a hacking of client cards- they told me “ it is not our problem- contact your bank”! Really??? They don't care if your private information has been compromised!!! I would never give them my card numbers again and you should NOT trust them!!!

Absolutely the best! We were visiting Boston to see the sights. This Best Western was not only conveniently located, but was top notch. Very clean, updated and safe setting. The customer service was superior! The owner went out if his way to make sure our stay was perfect! We will be back!

We booked a 5-night stay to be close to my mom for her surgery in Boston. The managers/owners were so friendly and caring—each day they asked how my mom was doing and asked to give her their best. They accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay. The room was very nice, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest we've seen. We will definitely book a room there again.

I had a long day of work and travel and only came for one night, but the man who checked me in was the friendliest staff member, who I have ever dealt with. He was so pleasant and welcoming. Really made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived very late in a rain storm and the manager was very accommodating and found me an excellent room at a rate I could afford. The place was clean, updated rooms, newly refurbished parking area, and very friendly staff. I didn't have the breakfast but the area was clean and coffee available all night.

Not the place for non-whites This hotel is the worst!! The manager/owner Raj discriminates guests who are non-white. I had so many bad experiences in less than 12hrs of my stay here and I am never going back. I suggest you find a different hotel in the area that will give you a more welcoming vibe and genuine hospitality because this place has ZERO thanks to Raj! I have never been discriminated against so bad in my life as a traveling healthcare professional. I confronted him about the things he did to us and he tried to play it down. Even said he would call the police on us and that he can have us thrown out because I was inapproriate. Well, Raj, here's a chronological list of what you did wrong perhaps you can learn from your mistakes. 1. You dont start welcoming people by asking them where they are originally from just because of their skin color and attire. Not the first time somebody has asked me which I don't usually mind but the way he asked me was offensive. He was very welcoming to other Caucasian guests who arrived the same time with us. 2. The masks, as a healthcare professional, I am all for this! He didn't ask politely to put our masks on but instead said "Where is your mask? Before you can talk to her (referring to the front desk lady)" as if he wasn't gonna check us in if we didn't which I had in my pocket and had put on right away and happily complied (most people don't even bring masks anymore). It did not take me a while to notice also that all other guests of color were diligently wearing their masks while caucasian guests were free roaming without face coverings. Which led to me to believe he only heavily enforces masks to non-whites because how to talks to people of color compared to others. (I spoke with other African-American guests at the breakfast lounge and shared the same sentiments. A caucasian man approached me too and was apologetic of what he also observed) 3. Tried to stop us from checking our bags in until we change our car paking to face the wall. They claimed that the fumes go to their ac intakes in the office and creates a bad smell. I have a Tesla!!! Plus I saw atleast 8 more cars who were parked not facing the wall. 4. Shooed me away from the desk with his hand gestures (instead of politely asking me to move over so other guests can check in) while me and my wife were speaking with the desk lady. I don't think he understands hand gestures can be offensive and could have used words instead which he can speak English fairly well. 5. Raised his voiced at me in the breakfast lounge because of my attire when other people have the same attire as me, beach sandals and tank top (summer attire, plus I go to the gym). Other guests even talked to me and apologized saying that's offensive and inappropriate. He played this down and angrily said I was the one who raised his voice at him. While I was with my elderly mom and wife? Wow! 6. Raj sent my mom away during breakfast back to her room. She is an early riser and a senior citizen. She came early to the breakfast lounge early and moves a bit slow because of her age. He said "if your done eating you should go back or go out because other people will be eating here". She wasn't done eating yet! By the way, my mom said there was another older caucasian man who was there before my mom who Raj didn't give 2 cents about. My mom was not able to talk back because she was so shocked and her english is not that good yet. Raj, word of advice, if you're the manager or owner of this establishment, is that you find a business more suitable for you and and you're personality. You do not belong to the hotel business because you're racist, inappropriate, disrespectful and you discriminate.

The service we received at this hotel was exceptional. Our flight was canceled and we had no available accommodations near the Logan Airport. I called the Best Western and spoke to Raj. He was empathetic, compassionate, and provided the best service I've ever received. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel staff and owner were very kind and extremely helpful the room was very clean and exceptionally tidy making our time very enjoyable and We will always use Braintree Best Western as my first choice

The night manager is a terror. He was aggressive from the moment I walked in. He told me that he could have me removed for whatever reason he felt like (not true). He yelled and screamed when I question him on anything.

Great stay .. !!!! let me quickly give you some remarks... Greeted front desk was given the BEST welcome TV was large TV with channel directory on top of cabinet Internet had no problems. worked great Bathroom was meticulous clean . no dust clutter in corners Towels were clean and soft and fluffy large chair and hassock plugs for batter for phone in lamp halls were clean .. lobby was clean no clutter anywhere.. Lastly . the heater.. did not make noise.. it was noise less... and worked... not like some other hotel heaters I have not complaints .. everything was expected and made my 2 day stay very satisfying.... YES WOULD USE AGAIN oh.... the mattress did not make squeky noise.. very comfortable

I've been here since mid January and planning to stay until end of April. My overall experience at this best western is remarkable. I'm on the first floor and it's been very quiet. I work nights and I'm able to fall sleep without problem during the day. The managers, all the staff members are great and happy to accommodate. I'd recommend this establishment easily.

We stayed here to be accessible to Boston yet affordable, and it did not disappoint. Every corner of this hotel was spotless, and the upkeep was noticeable. The hot water was plentiful, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was not up to par, but it's low season at the end of Omicron, so too much can't really be expected. This will be my Boston Place from now on. Be sure to book directly with the hotel or through the corporate website instead of 3rd party vendors like Expedia.

Ola greeted my arrival with a smile. She has bit of an accent, however I had no problem conversing with her. Room # 312. I had reserved a king bed, yet Ila put my stay into a queen room. Bed was comfortable, with a height of about 28"-I measured the height. With two beds room still had plenty of room to walk in. Between the beds is one night stand with lamp & phone. One corner floor lamp. Floor is mostly in/out carpet. A writing desk with lamp with outlets, with a comfortable swivel chair. A flat screen sits atop a cabinet with with about 61 channels. Under the screen is a small micro & a good size fridge. The cabinet has three drawers. Next to the cabinet is a full size mirror. A small open closet with seven wood hangers, also an iron & board. Bathroom: A tub/shower combo. Water for shower in 12 seconds. A safety handle on back entrance. Bottle of shampoo & conditioner. I found that holding the handle down on the toilet for 6 seconds is best for a good flush. Two rolls of toilet paper side by side. The exhaust fan's switch is by the door. The bathroom is on the small size.. Breakfast: Breakfast was Grab & Go Bag, with some fresh fruit & muffins. I was prepared for type breakfast by looking for breakfast diners. To the south is an IHOP, 755 Granite Street, Braintree. This facility is located in small plaza that opens at 7:30. The second diner is Olympian Diner, 17 Hancock , Braintree. The one drawback is that this facility has a small parking lot. I parked across Hancock at Walgreens drugs, at 11 Pearl Street. Olympian opens at 6:00. Beside breakfast lunch & supper are served. Just down the hill on Wood Road is the Wood Road Deli that serves a light breakfast. The deli opens at 7:00, Monday to Friday, closed Saturday & Sunday. On the first floor is the guest laundry. The gest's key card is needed to enter the laundry. One washer & dryer. $3.00 for 25 minutes on washer & $2:00 for 60 minutes on dryer. A guest does NOT use their soap. Only a High Effecieney soap that is supplied. Ask Ila for the correct way to use the washer. The business center-computer- was shut down because of Covid. Next door is the fitness center also closed because of Covid. Since my stay was in September, possibly the business, fitness & breakfast are back to normal hours. On the first floor across from the elevator is a ATM unit. Guests are greeted by two automatic doors-the outside one is a folding unit, while the inside doors slide apart, with one tri-sharped luggage cart between the doors. Across from the elevator is a flatbed cart. The lobby has four comfort chairs that surround a round coffee table. THere are wooden benches for non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside. This B.W. has one of the largest parking lot a have ever encountered and is well lighted.. I-93 is about 100 yards away, with about a 4 minute drive to I-93. There is very little noise from I-93. Before choosing Best Western, I checked motels north, west & south of Boston. The main reason for staying was the traffic and restaurants & shopping centers. The drawback was the traffic on I-93 north & south. Th e reason for staying on the third floor was there is NO noise from above.

Nice hotel. Not very big. Area it's in I wouldn't say is a very nice area. Bathroom is super small. Need to do a little more for breakfast. Manager was very nice. She was helpful and always greeted us when she saw us.

NOT worth the price.stayed 2 nights(nov 5-6) in Room 106 w/my son.1st night, pple staying in the room next to us were so noisy talking through out the night, we finally get to sleep 2nd night, 3rd day nov when we get home we found out we were bitten by bedbugs.

The hotel is conveniently located, very clean and quiet. There's a lot of parking. The staff was friendly and Raj at the front desk was the BEST!! I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Sits on a hill not far from the highway but it was quiet. Masks are required. Lobby was clean as well as the bedroom. Adequate room for 2 beds however there was no luggage rack and no place to set our luggage. We ended up using the ironing board. The beds sagged where people have sat so they should be replaced. The toilet and tub are in a cramped area. Good lighting. Do not provide a clothing bag. Breakfast consists of prepackaged muffin, juice and coffee. We found the majority of the Bestwestern hotels (Not Bestwestern Plus) use covid as an excuse to cut expenses. Especially in the breakfast area. Other hotels provide full breakfasts. We should know as we had been traveling for 2 weeks.

The Best Western in Braintree continues to be a great place to stay in the south shore area of Boston. The hotel is very clean, has comfy beds and a very friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located to dining and shopping. Major highways are easily accessible too which is nice for business travelers.

We came to Braintree, Ma to visit our son who lives nearby. The room was very nice, extremely clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we visit. Perfect place to stay.

We stayed there 8/30-9/2 as a remote place from a planned surgery in Boston. The General Manager, Raj, was on duty when we arrived late. He explained he's typically on duty from 2pm to 6am the next morning! He was SO accommodating...he begged us to take a key, go to the room, and see if everything was up to our expectations, and if not, he'd get us another room and/or upgrade us. The room was excellent. The bed was fine...our own is more comfortable, but this was absolutely fine. The room was amazingly clean...no dust, dirt, scuffs, mold or mildew anywhere. The bathroom was immaculate, well appointed, and modern. A great shower. The sink is outside the bathroom...something my wife appreciates. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Raj also said if we needed any toiletries, toilet paper, towels, or anything else, just call and he'd bring it to us. Also, a Keurig coffee maker with Green Mountain regular and decaf coffee, something Raj gladly refilled as needed. Plenty of lamps in the room for good lighting. The ONLY comment that we would make to improve the room is to have a lamp on the desk/coffee table. That was a little dark, but if we'd REALLY wanted to, we could have moved a lamp. Room came with a fridge, microwave, TV, and internet. All worked well. We plugged our laptop in via HDMI and were able to watch Neflix movies as well. It's worth noting that this is the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th COVID wave, who's counting anyways? That being said, a couple of disappointments, but understandable, and actually, appreciated. The breakfast was very simple and "continental", meaning a piece of fruit and a prebaked and packaged goodie. The coffee and tea are there 24/7 and are from a premix dispenser. Not our favorite coffee, but it's good it's there. The other missing amenity was room service...which does not come while you're checked in. You can, however, bring your towels and garbage down for disposal/exchange. Based on what we saw, I feel VERY confident that when COVID is behind us, room service will be excellent, as will be the hot breakfast. We had to depart at 4am for an early hospital checkin, and Raj insisted on packing my wife a "to go" bag of food, since I was NPO and she had a long wait at the hospital. All in all, we would DEFINITELY stay there again should we be in the area and need accommodations. A first rate hotel, with a not unreasonable price, and a good value.

We were a late checkin, place is just far away enough to avoid city traffic in the morning if you are out of Boston. Check in was a breeze and a very well maintained place , 24 hr coffee, water dispenser (what a difference that makes), will definitely use next time we fly in late into Boston.

The room was comfortable, but make sure to ask what is available for breakfast because of COVID they do not put all items out. Also, the male that works there is not very friendly, but the woman is very nice and hospitable. If something goes wrong in your room it may not be fixed!

Raj And family run an amazing hotel. He takes pride in his business and gets to know his guests. Raj gives great suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean, updated, well run hotel, this is your place. We plan to stay here every time we come to Boston.

My favorite place to stay when I visit family. Staff is excellent...warm ..friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Best western in Braintree to anyone in a heart beat. I already have plans to return in Sept 2021.

Excellent stay. Room is very clean and quite. They did the front entrance over and it looks so much better. The front desk woman was awesome. We got there very early and she was beyond friendly and most importantly helpful. She got us into a room with only charging a little extra money and also explained how Expedia and the likes work. Stating we should always call a hotel first to see the rates.

We had a reservation at a nearby hotel and our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 1am. The other hotel told us they were full and so we were left trying to scramble for a place to stay at 1am with our kids. We called the Best Western and they were easilly able to accommodate us. Raj checked us in, made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortably situated. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and all staff we saw were wearing masks.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving after 2PM. A receptionist rechecked our complete pre registration with identification, car information and signing the no smoking clause among others. After the credit card payment, she informed us about their unsecured WIFI, 24 hour lobby coffee and breakfast details. We used a luggage cart moving up the nice ramp to the central elevator to the 2nd floor. #227 had a comfortable but small queen, cabinet with a large refer, small micro and nice TV(ample channels), desk and chair with Keurig coffee, outside sink and fully outfitted bathroom. AC/heat came from an under window unit. The 6:30 AM lobby breakfast was a choice of apples, oranges, OJ, coffees, muffin, sausage sandwich and breakfast bar which we took up to our room. This is a very clean, well managed hotel convenient to I-93 and South Shore Plaza shopping mall for $107.40/night.

Clean room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is right off the highway in somewhat of an industrial area but not bad. There is a micro brewery right next door which was a nice surprise. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in this area. It is nicely renovated, our room was clean as spotless and bedding were so comfortable. location is very convenient for shopping & dinning. You will find everything in 2 to 5 minutes drive or Uber. I chose this place while reading the reviews. The hotel manager care about the customers and replying almost every reviews on here, Google and other website. It amazed me how he/her doing that. Keep it up great work, we definitely come back again!

I frequently need a hotel room just south of Boston for business travel and I love staying at Best Western in Braintree. The hotel and the rooms are the cleanest you will find anywhere. The beds are comfy, plus the mom and pop duo that work the desk are so friendly. It's a very enjoyable place to stay!

The Manager of the Wood Rd Braintree BW is friendly, helpful, engaging. He very much takes seriously the "customer experience" from the moment you enter the lobby. This is my 3rd stay now at this BW. There are several hotels in the area where I now go occasionally for business purposes. First time I stayed was by happenstance but I came back because I was treated so well that first time. And I keep coming coming back because I keep getting treated like I'm the only guest in the hotel.

My Husband and I drove to Massachusetts from New York to see our son. We had a great time But was too tired to drive back to New York. We decided to stay at this Hotel. We met Raj he was very nice and gave us a cozy room at a discounted price. We would definitely go back. The room was clean and comfortably. We were able to get a good night sleep.

Do not use the tissue used by the previous customer if you are really concerned of covid. They just made it look comfortable by folding its end. We asked for new one and reception gave us the used one from the front desk too! We are asking for toiletries, she gave us a face that she wanted to save the supplies. Very cheap place. The receptionist was an indian, i do not know her name. We will never go back there again. We paid $120 for nothing.

I stay here frequently, and I love it. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly, and they're maximizing the amenities available under the current restrictions. It's central to all the places I need to be and I won't stay anywhere else if I can possibly help it!

The manager Rogg was very pleasant and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. I came from out of state and I spoke with the manager and he explained to me about the renovations.I will definitely be returning.

went for a family visit in Quincy, between this and Hilton down the street choose here based on reviews. some of the reviews on TripAdvisor were a little hard to believe so I read through all of them and then tried to find the more credible ones and went from there. this hotel looks like it was renovated to a BW within a few years. beds were comfortable, rooms were new looking, bathroom was a little tight. all in all a good place to stay. easy to get to off the highway.

This BW is a good hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are good. Nothing fancy, but nice and simple. The price was extremely competitive. The best part about this BW is the staff. They are just great. Couldn't be nicer!

This is a nice hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are average sized and if you have a car it is in a great location. Breakfast is excellent and a nice variety is available everyday. There is an excellent bakery just down the street which is just a short walk.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay this is the place for you. Lots of things around there's a mall right up the street plenty of restaurants right outside of Boston. The staff is absolutely amazing they have breakfast in the morning and there is a chef that cooks it every day and the food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable nice and clean great channels to watch on TV everything was just absolutely unbelievably great and we can't wait to come back again.

Second time staying here. Everything well. Stores are close by and downtown is fairly close. Overall experience is really great. Quiet when I was there not busy. Staff was very attentive. Always there when needed.

My stay was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. If I had one negative, it's the towels. There weren't very soft or large enough. The bed was soft and the room was a good size. I really enjoyed my stay.

this hotel was your average best western. i found the room to be very clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed. it was close to the shuttle my fiance and i were taking. we didnt get to try the breakfast but the area looked clean and nice. staff members were kind.

We stayed here for four nights on a trip to the Boston area. We chose the area as it was close to the airport and easy to reach by car. It is a pretty reasonable quality hotel and a bonus that a buffet breakfast was included. We had a minor problem with the bathroom in our room that couldn't be fixed and we were immediately offered a change of room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we felt that they really cared that we had a good stay.

Best Western in Braintree, Ma is in a convenient location, right off the highway and close to South Shore Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It's the closest Best Western to Logan Airport on the South Shore of Boston. I would stay here again on my next trip visiting friends!

The room was nice and clean, the breakfasts were good with a lot of different foods to choose from, and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We arrived at about 2am on a Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening the manager was banging on the door he told me we could stay the night but we had to check out Thursday morning. Never gave me a reason, said the room hadn't been cleaned in 2 days and that wasn't acceptable, I never asked him to not clean the room. I cut the back of my calf on the escalator at the convention center and didn't realize I was bleeding as much as I was. I don't know if this was the reason we were kicked out or not, he never said. He contacted my employer of 16 years and told him there was blood everywhere in the room and that it was trashed and he was charging my employer 1500.00 for the cleaning of the room. He almost cost me my job and he seriously changed the relationship I have with my employer. Beware!!!

I always try to stay at a BW hotel wherever I go as they are always good quality and great value for money. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, thanks for the dinner recommendation. The bed was comfy and had a very strong shower head. Loved it Unfortunately had to leave very early for the airport so cannot comment on the breakfast but they offer one. Great experience and would stay again.

Nice location, recently renovated. 1st time at a Best Western property, slightly overpriced for a 2nd tier hotel chain. Got a discounted rate for being a government employee. Would stay again. Only issue was loud water pressure noise in room when an adjacent room used shower. Very annoying.

Very nice & cleaned hotel. Every single employee was very helpful. Enough water flow at shower. In & out are very cleaned. Good breakfast. A lots of items on breakfast counter to select. Pancake maker of this hotel is the 8th wonder in the world. I truly I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed overnight before flying out of Boston Logan at early AM. We picked this location as it was in a quiet area, about 15 minute drive (at 4 AM) to the airport, and about 1/3 of the cost of the hotels directly next to the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Check in was quick and easy. They have free breakfast in the morning, but we were gone long before it started. We stayed on a Saturday night, and did not hear any noise in the hallways or from other rooms at all. I have stayed in more upscale hotels but for the price this was above my expectations. If returning to the Boston area, we will certainly stay here again.

This hotel is a nice short distance from the crowded mall. It is a good value, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We are always happy when the room contains a microwave, refridgerator and coffee maker. The nearby mall offers many places to eat and shop. A nice place to stop while traveling.

This hotel was booked for 5 nights based on the small map provided on the booking site where it showed that the hotel was close to shopping and other facilities. Booking was prepaid. On arrival, the reality was that there was no access to shop and dining unless you had a car or used taxi or similar services. Recognising this situation for an international traveller, the owner was prepared to refund the booking if we were ab,e to secure a more convenient booking to meet our needs. Within the hour, an alternative hotel was booked, the owner had advised with the booking service that they were prepared to waive any penalties for refunding the prepayment and had transported us to the newly booked hotel that was close to all services that we needed for our stay. This is customer service at its best - the discussions amicable, our plight acknowledged and a solution implemented. Congratulations to the owners.

We stayed at this Best Western because it was close to our son's apartment in Quincy.. it is a little far from the city (Boston) esp. If you don't have a car. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. We did not use public transportation so don't know if it would be convenient/easy. Breakfast was ok with a variety of choices but can be better. Room was quite small. Bed was comfortable. Overall good value for your money.

Stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and accommodating and it's proximity to Boston makes it a very affordable and convenient alternative to the over priced downtown hotels.

One of the best hotel experiences ever! It was very quiet inside the hotel and front-desk staff was very helpful. The fitness room smelled brand new and they provided towels there (maybe some wipes for the equipment would be nice). The hotel is in a great location, just off the highway and near allergy friendly (110 Grill and Legal Seafoods) restaurants and shopping at the South Shore Plaza.

We were looking for a reasonably priced lodging not too far away from Logan International Airport. We found a fair price for August in the Greater Boston Area. The rooms are clean, the decor is contemporary, the beds are very comfortable, and the included breakfast is quite good. If you are looking to visit downtown Boston, this motel is a short drive from an MBTA station and parking lot. BW Braintree is located on a quiet side street and has ample guest parking. When we returned to the airport during the early morning commute, it only took about 15 minutes, using a Garmin GPS set to avoid tolls.

Not sure when this hotel was built/renovated, but felt very new and clean. Chose this hotel because it had free parking with close proximity to the T (5 min drive) and the price was reasonable. Was able to check in immediately at 11:30am when I got there. All the employees were friendly, didn't hear any noise (although the other side faced highway so can't speak for all rooms). Room was a decent size, probably a little smaller than normal. Can't expect much for the price though. Breakfast was above average. Cheese omelets (premade but still pretty good), pancakes and bacon in addition to the usual fare. Only real compliant is that there wasn't a free shuttle to T, not that it was advertised or anything. Would've put it over the top.

My husband and I visit relatives in Braintree at least once a year for about a week at a time. We have been staying at the Best Western (formerly Beantown) hotel on our last two visits and are quite satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet of the rooms. The breakfasts were good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our last visit was July 12-19.

The building is immaculate and the front desk staff (which might have been the manager and his wife) were so kind and caring upon our arrival. They provided great advice on travels. Great central location - easy to get to everything. The drive to outlet mall was a tad long and the prices were not amazing. Looking forward to full day tours in Boston!

We stayed for four nights using Best Western Braintree as our base. We visited Old Boston, Plymouth and Cape Cod. We took a taxi (cost $10 plus tip one-way) to the nearby Quincy Adam's T-Station using the train to get downtown - so much cheaper and more relaxing than driving in a busy, unfamiliar city. Newly renovated made all the difference!!! Recommended.

The staff was wonderful and politely took care of all our needs. We were so surprised how clean the hotel and our room was. My wife is extremely picky and she was impressed. This was definitely the cleanest hotel we have stayed in over the years!

The beds / mattresses in this hotel are awesome. My wife, 2 kids and I had to literally ask for a late checkout as we had such a great sleep, despite the AC unit running (which was relatively quiet fortunately btw). The staff and hotel manager, Raj Patel, are very nice and forthcoming people, which made for a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great - not far from shops, restaurants etc., yet not too close to get the noise. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate all guests. Breakfast is provided, but I can't rate it as we missed it due to our excellent sleep :)

The fridge froze my food rendering in inedible. Took 2 days to switch the fridge. Internet is HORRIBLE. I mossed a board meeting and facetime kept dropping as i tried to talk to my toddler. Reception asked “what do you want me to do? I dont know what to do! Do you want me to call the wifi?” ...call the wifi? I dont know whether to laugh or cry at the way she said that! Mostle ratings of 4 but the crappy service is all i remember from that experience.

This hotel has been recently renovated with extreme attention to detail. There are no dings or dents on the new furniture, no bubbles in the wallpaper, no grout haze on the tile, no globs of caulk filling big gaps around the vanity. HVAC unit in my room is brand new. Everything was done right. And this place is CLEAN. Every time I left my room someone was vacuuming the halls or washing windows or wiping down furniture in the lobby. On my last day here they were sealcoating the parking lot even though it probably could have made it another year the way it was. Staff is courteous, breakfast selection is good, towels are nice, water pressure is strong, bed and pillows are comfortable, elevator is quick, lots of TV channels, and my room on the 3rd floor was very quiet. Hotel is 10 minutes South of Boston and the rate was less than half of what it would have cost me to stay at a decent hotel downtown. Location is a little weird in an industrial park so if you don't have a car this location might be a little inconvenient, but other than that I have nothing else negative to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location outside of Boston, super clean, good breakfast, overall comfortable room. Internet pretty slow. Showers were nice with very hot water. Close to eating locations in town. The staff was friendly.

Stayed here 3 Nights to attend medical conference in copy square in Boston. Had options to either park at Braintree or Quincy Adams MBTA and take a train into Copley Square or just drive-in and Park locally near Copley Square. Ultimately decided to drive and reserve 12 hours parking for $20-$30 per day. If you have at least one other passenger in the car, you can take the zip lane in, saving lots of time. Hotel availability in Boston area near the conference was very limited and very expensive, costing $ 600 to greater than $1000 per night, i.e. outrageous. Staying at Best Western Braintree was a fraction of the costs. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and king-size bed was very comfortable.. HD TV (watching final to Game of Thrones series and) was fine and microwave mini-refrigerator worked well. Whether going to Boston for a conference or meeting or needing a home base just for visiting/sightseeing in the greater Boston area., this would certainly be a good, economical option. But you do need a good MBTA map to navigate or a GPS if you are driving around Boston.

Very nice hotel in Quincy, about 20 minutes from Boston. My son lives in Boston but I can't afford hotels and car parking there. This hotel is a very clean and quiet hotel. The only thing I didn't notice it doesn't have a pool. The breakfast was ok, I don't like the new powder egg pancakes, but they have other items on the breakfast bar to enjoy. The coffee could be better for this area as MA is a coffee area. I did enjoy my stay here.

From the moment I checked in until I left, the staff were exceptional. They were professional and friendly. They helped me with directions and the breakfast person helped me collect the items i wanted because i was in a rush for an appointment. I found the room setup was perfect for my extensive business project. Braintree, is one place I would return. Perfect

The beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, and the shower is wonderful!!! If you have a car this would be a good place to stay. Stay on the 3rd floor, it would be quieter night.

Easy access off the Interstate just about 20 minutes from Boston airport. Very clean hotel with very NICE, POLITE & HELPFUL staff. The room was very comfortable and QUIET; linens were very nice. The only issue is that the bed was a double, and we're used to sleeping on a king. I mentioned this to the front desk person, and she offered to upgrade us, but we had already unpacked. If I had it to do over, I would have booked a room with two doubles, or the king, but we still slept OK. We also took an All-Day Tour that we booked off Viator. They do a pick up service at the hotels in Braintree. What Convenience! It was GREAT! Breakfast was also VERY GOOD!!!

All good. Polite front desk . Clean hotel. All what we expect at BW. The earth shattering positivity things that you get in a 5 star hotel are missing. But the value and the breakfast are worth it as always.

The Best Western in Braintree, MA was excellent! My son was visiting a college in the area and we chose Best Western due to their reasonable rates. It was clean, brightly light, great customer service and the rooms were newly decorated! The breakfast available was excellent as well and the quality and presentation of the hot food was excellent. They even offered gluten free options and my son has Celiac Disease which my my stay even better!

This hotel is much better than the Quincy Best Western. It's close to work, close to all the fun braintree has to offer. Internet was not great, but hopefully has been fixed since. Worth the stay. This 200 character minimum in the feedback is really weird.

Very happy to find a Best Western in this area as we are rewards members and visit the area often. It is newly renovated and clean and comfortable. The management is friendly and want you to have a good stay. My only negative is the limited breakfast offerings. No bagels. I expect as they get busier they'll offer more. They had a pancake machine that worked very well and was nice offering. Will definitely return.

We stayed at the Best Western in Braintree for 3 nights. It is conveniently located not far from the freeway. The complimentary breakfast was ok ... not great ... but it's free and easy. Our room was on the ground floor, and was very large. We had 2 queen beds, and there was still lots of room. The hallway on the first floor was enclosed by glass, so we could see our car. Parking was near the room on all sides of the hotel, as opposed to a lot to which you have to walk. Our room had one small window, so it was pretty dark. We visited in July, and the temperature outside was hot, but the air conditioning worked well. There was a computer in the lobby for guests to use, and I was able to print out our boarding passes there. This Best Western is a motel. It was basic, but clean and a good value. I would stay here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable in a slightly miserable industrial section. Good breakfast, excellent shower head, sink outside. Close to the highway and a large shopping centre. Lots of convenient parking.

Worst place I ever stayed that costs over $200 a night. There is never anybody at the front desk. Not even a bell to ring. Eventually someone comes out. Night clerk was extremely unfriendly checking in. I think I might have woken him up. Bed was comfortable enough and they had a fridge and microwave in the room. BUT, There was a bad leak in the bathroom that created large puddles on the floor. Also, coffee maker was broken. Didn't even bother with their free breakfast. Manager offered to move me to another room if I stayed another night. Nah thanks.

I loved that hotel was super close to the highway. The hotel was clean and accommodating. The management was very very nice.I had a problem with my reservations that I did online Raju saved the day and took care of it. He was beyond helpful and that is always a plus when you get great customer service because it is so hard to come by these days.

I stayed at Beantown Inn while traveling for business. It is right off the highway. The lobby renovation was close to the end and appeared nice. Breakfast is served from 6am everyday which was perfect for me. The rooms were nice and clean. There's not much to do within walking distance, but it's very close to a mall and restaurants.

Stayed one night and our room had been recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. Heating/cooling unit a bit noisy, but not too bad. Located in what appears to be an industrial area and is quite convenient to the expressway. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations and looks quite nice. Free parking and good WiFi signal in the room.
