Best Western Belleville

The hotel was nicely appointed. The rooms were clean. The TV was a little small. There were 32" flat screen TVs. The internet was a bit slow, around 2.8 MBPS for downloads. The TV signal was a bit slow as the signal was delayed and a bit garbled. The bed was comfortable and the ventilation was fine. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular but it was decent.

We only stayed one night, but we were impressed with how clean and efficient the room and building was. The breakfast was the best we have been served in a “self serve” hotel. Would highly recommend this place.

We have been staying at this hotel during the week for over a month now, working out of town. Great breakfast, lots of options! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, hotel is great, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful time during a hockey tournament. Rooms were clean and building was well kept. Staff and security were wonderful. Many restaurants and store very close by. Will book again when in Belleville.

We stayed here for a senior women's hockey tournament. Clean and with breakfast included! Staff accommodating and pleasant. Hot tub is tiny but we used it anyhow. Not as glamorous as many hotels I've stayed at but great for weekend of hockey! Everything you need in restaurants and shopping is nearby.

Very good hotel a few hiccups but we try and stay at a bw a few times a year. We go every year for new years with our grand children they like the pool and hot tub.i would recommend anyone to stay at a BW

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Compared to previous experiences at other tournament hotels, we found this one quiet and clean. Halls had no noise and we could not hear through the walls. Breakfast was what you'd expect at a free breakfast buffet, but it was edible. Rooms were nice and up to date.

This hotel sees a lot of traffic and as a result shows a bit of wear and tear. Pros…. It is conveniently located just off Kings Highway 401. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons…. Extremely noisy bathroom fan which comes on automatically if you turn on the bathroom light. Don't think of using the light in the middle of the night if you don't want to wake up anyone else in the room. Noisy AC system. This is not a new facility. It's age and traffic shows somewhat. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a night or two, not bad but not great.

Came through town for work and had a pleasantly nice stay. The Rooms were tidy and comfortable, the pillows seemed much nicer than other hotels that I've stayed at which was a pleasant surprise. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. - My one thing about the room was that the AC was a bit difficult to control. If the fan was set to Automatic on the unit it would turn on and off what felt like a bit more frequently than I'm used to. To fight this I set the fan to low and just let it run consistently but that made the temperature a bit more inconsistent and would go a couple of degrees cooler or warmer at times. Honestly not a huge deal for me but I know some of my co workers had trouble sleeping when it was in Automatic. - Breakfast was nice but limited, didn't get a chance to try their waffles but they have a couple of waffle machines. Coffee was nothing special but I'm not super picky about that anyways. - The pool area seemed quite nice, pretty shallow as far as pools go but I didn't get a chance to take a dip. A friend went into the hot tub however we couldn't get it to start running. There is a button on the wall that runs the hot tub for 15 minutes before turning off but it didn't work for us. - The Hotel sits in a nice spot right off the highway making it easy to get in/out. It also has a wonderful pizza place that opens around dinner time. Apart from that there are quite a few restaurants you can walk to from the hotel all ranging in what times they close. Overall had a wonderful stay at this hotel, would definitely stay again if I came through town.

Dont expect too much. Near to sandbanks and highway 401. Good options for restaurants nearby for all types of food. Sandbanks is a 30 mins drive, Kingston 1 hour and very close to 401 makes the location very convenient

We stayed overnight with our dog and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. Easy access to take the dog out. The bathroom was super clean with everything you needed. It is also close to any food or shopping requirements during your stay.

This hotel is such a good value for your dollar. The atmosphere is top notch and there is the smell of fresh popcorn when you walk in after a long day. So nice. The staff and management care about the quality of your stay and demonstrate this at every turn. There are no tigers, I was lion about that.

I can not even begin to thank Tammy who is a guest services agent for helping our family out tremendously. We decided to come for a night away from our city and since we have stayed here before and loved it we decided to come back. I forgot my cellphone charger and my credit card but had the virtual copy of it so she was able to let us use it otherwise the kids would of been disappointed. She goes out of her way as a staff her and Kayla to ensure you have everything needed for a good stay. Definitely our favorite little home away from home. The hot tub, pool and breakfast are all big hits to our family. Definitely a 5 star with service and amenities ♡

Found the hotel staff to be very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. I short driving distance to the casino. Would most definitely stay here again.

Spent Dec 24, 2022 during the blizzard of the century! Hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a dog & BW allowed for this. BW also has EV charging station which we used for our Tesla although it was not a supercharger.

We stayed one night with our two cats. The room was large, clean and perfect as it had lots of floor space for our cats and us! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and looked quite new.

The Staff at the front desk in the evening was very nice and helpful The breakfast was good, especially the waffles! Bathroom had a smoky smell, and lingered into sleeping area!. The shower should be a walk in and not a tub with shower doors.

The value for money at this hotel is the best in Belleville area. Give it a try. We have tried other hotels in the area and in our opinion this is the best. It is handy to the 401 highway and close enough to other features of the area.

This 2 day trip was a Christmas gift to our 12 year old granddaughter. We had booked for one night, but enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by another night. The room was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating , and the price reasonable. We're coming back, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool, went to use it to discover that not only was it generally quite dirty someone had defecated in it and it was not noticed by the staff until we called it in. No one was in the pool immediately before we went to use it, or at any other point we noticed over 3 days.

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of this hotel, room was clean and with enough space, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is nice, and offers good balance of variety, although the space is a little tight.

Booked via BW for 105$ + tax, GOC rate for 1 night Checked in late evening and was provide a room on first floor, easy to bring my bike. Room had a queen bed with good LCD TV, roku access, fridge, microwave. clean bathroom, not much of a view. Breakfast buffet has some scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausage patty, fruits, breads, etc. Decent! They do have a little bar in the dining area with four taps of local beers. Bike path easily accessible off a lane on Bell Ave. Well worth it. There is a pool on premise but did not see a gym

Hotel / room / ammenities were modest but the staff on board during our one night stay was stellar. Makes ALL the difference to be surrounded by friendly warm people who seem to enjoy their job and happy to meet guests !!!

the renos are great. comfy bed. clean room, nice shower. tv was so-so.it needs a guide for channels and some do not work, check in was ok. lobby clean. breakfast was very nice. parking is very good. location is close to a lot of what you would need.

I like to stay here on business because of the location near a bus route and right by the mall, several restaurants and the 401. The free breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff have always been helpful.

I have not been to Belleville since late May. Hotel has completed the reno work and all is looking good. Still a busy spot and my late call to reserve was able to be handled with help of staff. I will continue ot use this property in future

Highly recommend for your stay, clean rooms with exception of floors dusty from wearing of shoes from previous room holder's. Breakfast was amazing, first time I seen eggs and bacon/beans served at one. Clean eating area and Friendly staff. I didn't realise they had the pool till it was to late but looked like I would have enjoyed it had I booked in earlier.

Only stayed one night but was still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and a hot breakfast in the morning. Didn't take advantage of it but the room had a microwave so if you wanted to save some money, could make your own dinner.

Good place to stay, and explore Belleville. Not far from sandbanks, and wineries of Picton. There are interesting place to eat and many beautiful old architecture churches. You can dine and listen to live music at the Marina

True to its name..Best Western. Location location location..is everything, close to Quinte Mall and Walmart.. everything is just a stone throw away. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure it was never ending. We chose this hotel due to its proximity and didn't see. The GM of the hotel was amazing..thanks Tonisha

We have tried a few other hotels in Belleville. This is the best by far. Close to 401 if you are travelling on your way to somewhere else. Also close to downtown and the lakeshore. Very convenient to large shopping mall

We spent 2 nights in Belleville, for a family wedding. The location was great - we were in the centre of the festivities taking place throughout Prince Edward County and Belleville is a nice city with everything we needed. Our hotel stay was excellent. The room was super clean, comfortable and everything was in good order. Housekeeping was available upon request, which was very much appreciated.. The room included breakfast which was also good - reasonable offerings, super clean, and lovely staff.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were in excellent condition and newly renovated. Would highly recommend. Was close to restaurants, breakfast was great and the service was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Floors and counters are never washed I have used 4 different rooms and they are always unswept/mopped and counters not wiped….grout on newer tiled rooms are black in the traffic areas, compared to closer to the wall which is white

Staff was excellent, went out of their way to help. The rooms have all been recently renovated and it shows - very clean and crisp appearance. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Will stay here again next time I am through Belleville.

Reservations was easy as it was made under a group booking. Also BW was the only hotel that offered a one night stay as other hotels contacted had a minimum two night stay. This was the deciding factor for the group booking at BW as most people attending a family function were travelling from out of town.

Hotel staff was great. Liked staying here. Relatively clean room and soft, fairly fresh bedding. Lovely floor to ceiling windows that sadly do not open and the room had very poor to no ventilation and the room had very heavy, wet dog smell with made relaxing or sleeping difficult. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend room #112 for people with breathing issues. Despite this stay's concerns I'm still a fan of Best Western.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Stayed in what appeared to be a recently renovated room, only minor thing I noticed was a lack of electrical plugs. Other than that it was very nice! Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.. Will definitely be staying with them again!!

Super friendly and informative staff, nice and full breakfast, heated indoor pool, and a hot hot tub (most hotels are only warm but this one was actually hot), clean and updated room with comfortable reading chair. Price is reasonable comparing to similar hotels but this one has a full breakfast- eggs, sausage, beans, etc.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding recently. We had plumbing issues which were out of anyone's control. The team at BW did an exceptional job of looking after the issue and getting us moved to another room to minimize any inconvenience to us. Exceptional service by the front desk, facilities and cleaning staff! The hotel is in a great location and is extremely clean. Love the laminate flooring vs. carpet in the guest rooms.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub are clean and a great perk! Room was big, great beds and nice big bathroom. For the price, this is a really great value. Only issue is the fact that the windows on our first floor room faced a strip of grass that was constantly full of guests walking their dogs. We're trying to relax and watch a movie in our room and a few feet away through the window is a steady stream of dogs pooping. Guests should NOT be allowed to walk their dogs on this section of grass.

Tonisha Porter and her Staff are definitely "Top Shelf". The Best Western- Belleville accommodated a group of 32 golfers for one week in May. Rooms were awesome and service-on-demand was excellent. I'll be back.

Driving up I was worried but the inside is lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent renovations inside. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. 10 out 10 for our stay.

The rooms were very clean and had recently been refurbished. The breakfast is reasonable and a nice addition to the value of the room. Staff were pleasant and always willing to be of assistance. Would stay here again.

We stayed here one night, checking in was great lady was very nice, room was facing parking lot, so all cars coming we could hear and see there car lights, it was also very noisy in the hallway, in the bathroom the vent in the ceiling had a lot of dust it hadn't been washed in a LONG time, they did have breakfast which was good, bacon, eggs beans, waffles, cereal, toast

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really enjoyable with hot choices and cold. Coffee was good. Really like the room renovation. The dogs loved watching out of the window. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Our room was very clean. I loved the window coverings. You could really block out the light. The mirror in the bathroom was a novelty with it's magnified, lighted mirror. When we reserved, we requested a ground floor room due to mobility issues. Upon arrival, we were informed, one was not available. (There had been no mention of ground floor renovations.) We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working and the pool had just undergone maintenance and was not up to it's usual temperature. Breakfast the first morning was good with lots of choices. The second day was not as impressive. Was it because the usual overseer was off that day? The worst was the elevator. It was gross. The floor, the area carpet and the door track had not been maintained. I might try this motel again but would call ahead to see what was really available.

Was an overall pleasant experience. Good breakfast, multiple hot and cold options. New Bar area to sit, relax and enjoy in the afternoon after a day of running around. Courteous, friendly helpful staff that go out of their way to help. Close to shopping and muti-cultural food experiences to tempt every palate!

Needed somewhere to sleep as we were arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. Got the CAA rate, and the front desk was there to help quickly. Let us know about some of the renovations in the hotel and which areas to keep out of and how to get to the pool. Super comfortable bed, and quick delicious breakfast.

Price and location was good. newly renovated on the 3rd floor and front lobby was very nice. Pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pets are welcome for a small fee.

We were jolted awake at 3AM on our second night to bed bugs crawling in the bed and biting us. 2 days later and we've still been offered no apology or correspondence regarding a refund after we were forced to stand in the lobby for 3 hours with our belongings in garbage bags and us in our pyjamas at 3AM sorting out what to do next. They would not place us in another room or offer accommodations. The GM has been extremely rude and has not offered an apology or even sympathy for how horrific our situation has been.

There was not enough hot water for a shower in the morning. I had to turn the water all the way to HOT and still it was luke warm. The breakfast was very disappointing. The menu looked great; however, many items not available or ran out.

My expectations were completely surpassed at my recent stay at the Belleville Best Western. The rate was less then other hotels in the area and provided such value! We had a great night sleep as the bed was very comfortable, the entire hotel and room were extremely clean. The family also enjoyed both pool and hot tub; which were both clean. Great experience and will definitely stay there again.

Always friendly staff, convenient location, micro fridge in every room, pool and hot tub. Great hot breakfast free with stay. Close to Reids dairy up the road which has awesome ice cream and shakes for a great price. Close to many shopping and restaurants. Close to 401 highway access. Pool and hot tub are nice, pool could be a little warmer it was quite chilly during our visit.

Wasn't impressed. Covid protocols very lacking, staff without masks, sarcastic and rude front desk staff Kayla, bugs and grime in pool and hottub, dog hair in room, dirty tub, peeling wall paper, very noisy room. I would never stay here again. I was very uneasy and felt uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness.

We were given a renovated room on 3rd floor. Room was very clean. Only problem was water in shower was only just warm. Beds and pillows were so comfortable Pool area. Very clean nice to see number of persons was controlled by front desk also proof of vaccination required to use this area Was very surprised and appreciated with breakfast such a good variety of both hot and cold items. Eggs, bacon muffin toast yogurt and of course tea and coffee and juice Hotel is in a good area for restaurants and shops Definitely will be back if in area

Belleville Hotel easy to locate with quick access to the Highway 401. Close to multiple dining choices within walking distance. Rooms are well kept and hotel does have indoor pool if wanting to use it. Buffet breakfast was a nice change from grab and go meal

Stayed at the BW. Checking in was fast and friendly. Room came with Free Parking, Internet and a wonderful Hot Buffet Breakfast. As most other hotel do not offer buffet breakfast due to Covid (Just an excuse to cut back on costs), the Best Western does with social distancing. Was really appreciated

For the price we paid, the comfort afforded us and the quality of the breakfast buffet were well worth it. Location is very convenient and there's a great little Italian food and pizza joint right next door!

We stayed here for one night to break up our drive. We got in late and had no issue checking in. The room was clean but the furniture was dated. The hotel doesn't seem to offer queen beds, and their double beds are a tight squeeze for 2 adults. I wouldn't recommend them unless you are ok with getting cozy. Otherwise our stay was ok, and the breakfast was good as well.

The room provided a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The free breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage (with fruit, muffin and yogurt options) exceeded expectations. WIFI operation was good. .The hotel has close proximity to several dinner options and is across the street from a mall. The cost was very competitive.

Great accommodations and conference facilities are a perfect location for staff training! Everything was very clean, and the staff were so friendly and eager to help. I will be staying here again in the future.

It was a last minute booking so called the hotel directly as online was all sold out. We got the rooms and booking on the phone was very convennient. Hotel was surprisingly clean and staff were good and breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here two nights to visit Prince Edward County. The hotel is just a 30-min drive from PEC. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The indoor pool was clean and quiet (COVID precautions limited the number of swimmers). There is a fair amount of choice for breakfast, served cafeteria style with both indoor and outdoor eating areas. While the focus of our trip was was PEC, we also enjoyed stopping at the Belleville Farmers Market to stock up for a picnic lunch.

Great service at checkin . Staff was friendly Quiet hotel and great rooms Hot buffet breakfast , just limited food options maybe due to covid . I would recomend if you are in Belleville for work or personal stay .

Booked a 2 night stay last minute with dog online for Sandbanks during Quebec construction week! Pleasantly surprised at cleanliness and updated room! Service through Tracey at front desk was beyond 5stars, we even extended our stay an extra night because we felt right at home with her, taking such great care of us and our dog by making our stay worry-free! Hope that everyone else gets to have such a heartfelt welcome like she gave us, this woman is a gem!!

The BW Belleville has become our ‘go to' stopover when in town visiting relatives. This is our second multi-day stay and we are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service. We wearily rolled into town after a day of travel, only to find the bed in our room smaller than expected. Even though we probably booked that size online we asked about a move to a room with two beds? Not a problem. Presto change-o and we were fast asleep! It's close to the 401 but still quiet, has a better than average ‘free' breakfast and excellent value for the price. We look forward to our next trip!

Great staff at front desk. Great breakfast options. Housekeeping could use improvements. The room was not satisfactory for cleanliness. Dirty fridge, mouldy, expired food ( 3 months old !! ) Hair in the shower.

I try and stay at this brand of hotel wherever I travel. I can count on superb service, clean and freshened rooms and friendly staff. The bed is really comfortable and the pillows are so soft and easy on the neck. This hotel was very quiet. Also the parking is close to the front door and the lot was very clean, no litter.

Great location, close to 401 and shopping, efficient and speedy check in, knowledgeable staff, room clean and spacious with refrigerator, great breakfast with hot western wrap on weekends along with with plenty of other choices.

Stayed here in March 2021, got a deal on Booking. Staff was very friendly, room had been recently updated and was comfy. It was just your standard room. A tad small but nice. The Pool was freezing cold as was the hottub which made it useless. Its right off the highway (401) lots of bars and stuff within walking distance. I would stay again here.

I stayed at the Best Western in Belleville will on a business trip. The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this location as a place to stay if you're in the area.

My daughter and I came to Belleville for the night and chose this Best Westen because it had great reviews. Hotel was very quiet as I don't think there were many guests staying there. We found the hotel had good Covid-19 restrictions in place; we didn't feel like they made our stay any less comfortable. The pool area was open and we thought it was very nice. We both had a very good sleep. Our room was nice and cool and bed was very comfortable. We signed up to pick up a bagged breakfast at a certain time and we found it waiting for us then. It was more than enough for us. The Quinte Mall and many amenities are within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay for us!

No hot water my entire stay (4 days 3 nights) then the day I was leaving I had a freezing cold shower like usual but then got scolded by hot water out of nowhere while washing my FACE!! My make up barely covered the burn mark! All the manager and front desk staff said was they were changing the hot water tanks that day and they were sorry!! They took $20 off my bill and that was it! So infuriating and felt like a slap in the face!! I do not recommend it this place!!

Room and bathroom is quite spacious. Hotel is smoke-free and pet friendly with a fenced section for their comfort. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was ample, even though it was much restricted due to Covid-19. Wish I had brought my bathing suit for the heated pool!

The staff are great the house keeping is fast the check in/out is fast you get top quality service......only downfall is now the pools and hot tub are closed till further notice the one other thing it could use is hot tub rooms

Right off the 401, and close to many restaurants. GoodLife a minute away and they give a token to go (bring a towel). Awesome pool as well. COVID is a non-issue here; that have done a great job. Casino is a 5 minute drive and within 30 minutes of wine country

Low price. Excellent quality breakfast that was preordered and picked up at a specific time slot. Comfortable beds. Room had a refrigerator. Hairdryer in bathroom, good quality toiletries. Staff were helpful and professional.

Me and my husband visited this place on my Birthday and It was amazing. Rooms were clean, fresh, and spacious. The pool and the Hot Tub are amazing. The advantage of being slow due to covid-19 - we got to use the pool and hot tub for ourselves for more than an hour. The staff was extremely friendly. Tonisha, Reeba, Amanda, and Tracey ( I Think) were outstanding. Tracey even gave a homemade cookie to me and it was amazing. They have followed all the required restrictions perfectly. Breakfast is served in a to-go bag and it's sufficient. They even had a small letter with Happy Birthday on it presented in the room for me. Thank you guys for making our stay awesome. We Will definitely visit again.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, it was very clean, the staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast, which was included, was excellent. We would stay at the hotel whenever we come to Bellevile.

I have not stayed at the Belleville location for several months but booked a room for my 1 night travel based on the great rate posted online. Very comfortable night and as a rewards member I was upgraded in room class.

The staff went over and beyond when I had needed extra cot, pillows and other things, My stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back again. I would recommend a stay here to friends

The title says it all - close to restos, the mall, short drive to parks, near Sandbanks, just across Hwy401, churches nearby, it's even beside a gas bar and a car wash facility. Staff was helpful and discussed all there is to know during our short stay. Breakfast was managed pretty well with a checklist, just come down and pick up. Room was neat and tidy and can't complain. I'd book here again.

We had a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. This hotel was very clean, our room was cozy and comfortable. The location is very convenient to a mall, grocery stores and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and made sure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend this Best Western, it's lovely.

My stay at Belleville Best Western was just OKAY. It was for business. Check-in was fine but they did not acknowledge my gold member status (which is very odd because usually BW is very good at this). My room was okay in terms of cleanliness but I would have thought with COVID-19 that it would have been pristine. There were tones of cobwebs in the corners of the room and the bathtub was clearly clogged and in need of some serious drain-o. As I was only going to shower twice during my stay I did not bring it to the attention of staff as I didn't want to move rooms and have to sanitize all over again just for a backed up shower/bathtub. The breakfast options are lacking in terms of vegan (although I am not vegan but a coworker of mine is) and gluten free. Overall the stay was OKAY and I am staying again this week as I have to be in the area for work again and I still love my BW rewards points!

Very clean, organized, all Covid precautions all in place. Our first hotel experience since Covid started, felt very safe. Breakfast was very generous, lots of options to choose from. Well organized as well.

Always stay at the Best Western when in Belleville. Staff are fantastic and even babysat our puppy when we went out for dinner. Exceptional service all around. Would recommend this hotel to anyone with pets. Location is fantastic!!!

They were very accommodating as we were in town for a burial, they gave us the bereavement price which was very kind. I had to multiple times in the 2 weeks prior to our stay change how many rooms were needed and this was never a problem.

Helpful staff, quiet room on 3rd floor, and a large selection of breakfast items that was made available for take out or for eat in. Location is a 5 minute walk to the main mall and close to coffee shops and restaurants.

I had made a mistake and booked into two different hotels. I realized my mistake and called the manager, Tonisha. She was so understanding of my situation. I felt sick about the costly mistake that I had made. We came to a mutual agreement regarding my account. I cannot thank Tonisha enough for her understanding and great customer service. I ended up not staying at this hotel but if I ever return to Belleville, this is the place I would stay. Thank you so much Tonisha, you have no idea how you made my day.

I was a little nervous of staying at a hotel during the pandemic. We decided to go with BW because of their covid policy. I felt very comfortable the moment I saw the posters on the doors to wear a mask. The front desk team were very helpful in answering my questions and were very professional. They provided me with a breakfast menu, and ask that I drop it off. Breakfast was served by two very efficient and happy people. Great way to start the day. The General Manager stopped to check if we needed any help, to ask if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could do to make us more comfortable. I had to say "no" as everything was perfect the way it was. Thank you for making our weekend very enjoyable!

We stayed at this hotel as a Base Camp for a week visiting beaches, wineries and breweries in the Prince Edward County. The hotel was near the highway, restaurants, mall and +/- 30 minutes from the attractions of the County. The hotel and rooms were clean, the take-out buffet was ok, the pool open to 23h00 (with restrictions, but not an issue/problem during our stay) and the staff excellent specifically Amanda at the front desk who took care of our reservation and answered all our questions before and during our stay.

On Thursday July 9th, 2020, after driving south from Huntsville, my wife and I arrived at our booked destination, the three floor 88-guestroom eco-friendly Best Western Belleville situated at 387 North Front Street in Belleville, Ontario. It is conveniently located near Highway 401 and provides quick access to Prince Edward County. Check-in was easy and quick and getting our card/room keys was a breeze. Our spacious and well-maintained King Room on the 3rd floor had a large sitting area with sofa bed. Other attributes were a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a microwave, a large HDTV, a desk with chair, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. We enjoyed the comfortable premium bedding with its many pillows. An adjoining private bathroom with a dark colored décor, a shower/tub combination with basic toiletries, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror and a large black counter and sink. Due to associated health concerns under Covid-19 and the safety protocols, we were not able to enjoy the hot tub, the fitness centre, the breakfast room as they were all temporarily closed. However, we did enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool. It was noticeably quiet during our stay, as we were just a few guests in the entire building. That evening we ordered in for pizza from a nearby Dominos Pizza. The next morning, we did get a pre-packaged Grab & Go Breakfast and before leaving the front desk made sure we got our Best Western invoice statement by E-mail. Because of the hotel quality, the cleanliness under the We Care Clean Program, the organizational process, and great customer service, we would recommend Best Western Belleville and would rate our stay as 4 stars.

Stayed here Friday/Saturday this weekend. Outdoor was nice. Front desk staff was lovely. However, I have never stayed in a hotel where I was afraid to take my shoes off. The carpet was so old, worn and dirty looking. The wallpaper was also peeling off the walls. We asked the Front desk staff if any of the rooms had been updated more recently and were told NO. Also the cable kept cutting out. Hard to watch the ball game. Stayed at the Best Western in Owen Sound the weekend before and it was lovely.

This hotel is centrally located (by car). Near some great shops and 40+ minutes on a scenic drive to Sandbanks National Park. We are in covid19 mode so breakfast was a pre order not a buffet. Not much selection but had fruit, coffee, juice, wraps, yogurt etc that you tick off a list the night before. No waffles but hey, we adapt. Pool was open so that was great.

Chosen because of proximity to the Tesla charger, I found a good hospitality, a decent bedding and quiet room. The COVId protocol made the very simple breakfast (ordered on a menu the night before) delivered to your room.

We stayed three days as a small group of golfers. With so many hotels competing for business, this BW sets itself apart with outstanding service. We had several requests and they were able to meet every one. The staff is a pleasure to deal with. We will be back.

I had to make a two day stay with my son at this location. Very good overall value. We stayed in our room and did not use any amenities and did not order any food. Hotel was clean,guest service was nice and courteous.

I loved the fact that they reduce all plastic in the dining room. The last hotel I went, every thing was wrapped in plastic. I was horified to know how much went in to the trash. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. I recommand. They offer a good selection of food for breakfest.

First time staying at this location. Desk staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was hassle free. Rooms were extremely clean. Beds were so comfortable . Breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I've seen offered at the hotel. Hotel grounds were clean and smelled fresh. Highly recommend this Best Western.

Stayed for an overnight visit to attend a birthday party. Very welcoming, we lived the pool and hot tub.....hours where great swam till 11pm. And back at it at 8 am ! Rooms where clean. Staff was awesome

I travel Ontario and had not stopped overnight in Belleville until late in 2019. Best Western is a nice stop so I decided to come back again in January. Location is good. Close to 401 with multiple dinning choices very close

we found that the place was very clean through out the building the rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and had towels there nicely folded up.Hotel staff were very polite to us and explained how to use thier services while we were there.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days over Christmas. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfsst was fresh with lots of choice. Used the pool and hot tub with no issues or problems. Overall just a wonderful 2 day stay.

This hotel was extremely clean and the decor was excellent. The staff were more than friendly; they went out of their way to help us when my wife was not feeling well and had to stay in the room while i attended to business in Kingston. For that reason, I stayed a second night.

The room certainly met our expectations and requirements. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately the snow came so we didn't site see like we had planned. Next time we will pick a warmer time of year.

A great hotel for a family weekend get-away half way between Ottawa and Toronto to meet. Adjoining rooms, free (mostly healthy) breakfast options, pool and hot tub, close to parks and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Stayed one night as a quiet getaway. The room was lovely. The bed was a touch softer then I prefer,but I still had a fabulous sleep. Pool and hot tub area were spotless and welcoming. Front desk staff were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The entrance from the road was a bit tricky, but after a couple of passes I figured it out! There was free popcorn in the lobby and breakfast was included, however, I was too busy sleeping in to partake of the breakfast! I would recommend staying here and will likely be back!

The Rooms are very clean, Staff is friendly, Breakfest was good but more variete would be better. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and the water was clear. The location was great as it is close to numerous restaurants and the Quite mall. Plenty of parking and also noticed an on-site electric charging station.

We always have a great experience at the Best Western Belleville. It is so close to the highway for coming and going. Directly across the street from the Quinte Mall for all your shopping needs. In close proximity to some fabulous eating establishments. Can't wait to come back!

Very pleased with this last minute reservation and choice of hotels. The Best Western is extremely clean and well kept. The lobby is inviting, pool area immaculate, rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The Breakfast, while included with our room, was average at best...this was the only area that could have been improved. The coffee was hot though. We will stay here again!

This was a great spot to stay - very convenient to many restaurants and shopping if that is of interest( wasn't to us). The breakfast was excellent as was the room and general facility. Would recommend for any occasion involving travel!

Great place to stay. Room comfortable and clean. Near a park and shops. Pool looks great. Breakfast was fantastic and even had bacon. Walking distance of a mile to the Belleville Senator arena. Staff was very friendly.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel. A couple of comments. They've done a very nice renovation of the breakfast area. Unfortunately they only have double beds in the rooms which makes it difficult for our family with older kids. Not a negative just something to be aware of. The air conditioner was really loud. Others on our team had similar complaints. I think it's time for an upgrade. The pool area was fun and a hit. While generally clean the hot tub really needed a clean. Overall if you get a good rate this hotel is a decent Choice with very good staff.

We often stay with Best Western, preferring their Best Western Plus hotels. Even though this hotel was not a Best Western Plus it was up there with this level. The lobby, breakfast area and rooms were very nice and in very good condition,

I'm reading the reviews here and I'm kinda left perplexed here. I'm used to staying at Best Westerns but this one I'm disappointed. There were 2 long hairs in-between the sheets. I was a maid and we always made sure our hair was in a pony tail for that reason exactly. I found another hair in the eggs at the buffet. Now for the worst part, the bed smelled like poop/farts. Every time we would sit on the bed a smell would come out of the bed/mattress. Room 312. Also I was reading in the hotel book what were the services offered at the hotel and it says “Lodgenet movies”. We went down to the lobby and asked what it was and the girl told us she had never even heard of that. Maybe it was just a bad day, a bad room, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I give it 2 stars because we slept like babies (minus the smell). Breakfast was included and good (minus the hair).

Friendly staff, clean rooms & healthy Breakfast made our stay comfortable. The staff mad our stay comfortable through a stressful situation. The access to fresh tea through the day made it feel a bit like home.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family. Very close to golf courses, shopping, dining & wonderful walking trails along river. Also wineries in the area. Very beautiful in the fall with the changing of the leafs.

It is nice place to stay, very quiet, good breakfast, close all the restaurant and gas station. Make you feel like at home. at night have pop corn to what the movie. One thing I miss no Gym room. It is not normal the hotel I usually stay.

Pool is great and open until 11 pm for those who arrive late; the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet with lots of pillows; the staff are super helpful; breakfast hot and lots of variety; the hotel is easily accessible from the highway and there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

My husband and I came to Belleville to visit my Aunt and Uncle. My Aunt is allergic to dogs so we stayed at the Best Western Belleville for 3 nights. The staff welcomed our young dog and even offered to puppy sit! The location of our room was convenient and large enough for a comfortable stay.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. What sets them apart from previous chain hotels in the area is the wonderful communications pre-check in via a text message (Thank you Tonisha) asking me what they could do to make my stay comfortable before I even showed up at the hotel. The room was very clean too! I will definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable rooms, with fridge, coffee maker, and usual sample toiletries included. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Located conveniently across from the Quinte Mall and within walking distance of numerous full service and fast food restaurants. Overall great experience - no complaints.

My great experience began with the quick efficient reservation for my stay. Once I reached the hotel, the desk staff were quick, attentive and professional .The room was clean and neat. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

I have never been at a hotel that is as pleasant as Best Western Belleville. The staff were helpful and always friendly. It was clean and well cared for. We loved the pool. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave a whole list of things to see. They made it a perfect vacation.

Good value and comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. For a quick stop over it's everything you need. I wouldn't come for a formal occasion however. You don't have to worry about bugs and unclean beds etc.

The room fridge was a large bar fridge. Carpet was dated but otherwise room was fine. Our shower handle was installed upside down making it impossible to get warm water. Only HOT or COLD. Called front desk and repair man was up and fixed it within 15mins. Breakfast was good.

The room will need a couple of updates, but it is ok for the price. Except for the really really hot water in the shower! I had to wash my son with cold water because we were enabled to set the temperature correctly. Otherwise, nice stay. Breakfast a bit to simple...no fresh fruits.

Although the hotel appeared somewhat dated from the outside, the rooms were clean and offered all of the basic amenities. The shower was slow to drain, but otherwise everything was in good working order. A hot breakfast was included with our stay. Although it was busy, the staff worked hard to ensure the food was well stocked and that the tables were cleaned and turned over quickly. Unfortunately, the coffee was not very good, but the rest of the offerings were adequate. All in all, it was a clean hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. It provided a good base from which we explored the Sandbanks beach and the other treasures of Prince Edward County.

Great experience overall. The room was clean and the location of the hotel for us was ideal (we wanted to be near the sandbanks area : 35 min). The breakfast was really good. The only dowside was the double bed because it was a little small.

Stayed at the hotel as a young relative staying with us enjoyss using its pool at least once a day. Turned out to be across the road from two miniature golf courses abd a large retail mall. Allso just down the street from a fabulous ice cream outlet. Room was comfortable with good internet access. Enjoyable breakfast in the lobby was included.

Stayed here for the night on the way to the Thousand Islands. Nice clean room and easy checkin and checkout. Staff were very friendly and offered suggestions for things to do in the area. The hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby were greatly appreciated. Good breakfast selection.

My spouse and I stayed at the Best Western in Belleville, Ontario (July 18 to 20th,.). Our experience was again excellent. From our greeting at the main desk to the room we had requested. We observed that the lobby area has been renovated. It is really nice in our opinion and it feels more discreet. They installed panels with pictures along the ramp leading to the elevator (3 storey hotel) which makes the breakfast eating/relaxing lobby area more intimate (gas fireplace). The colours used are a light grey with off white . All the furniture in the lobby has been changed and is of a greyish colour. The food area was refurbished with new counters and it has a better layout to accommodate the morning rush for breakfast. The included breakfast was delicious and there were many items to choose from (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages (they alternate every day), beans, self made waffles, bagels, muffins, bread/toast, cereals, many jams, yogurts, fruits (bananas, oranges, apples), juices and 24 hour coffee...), all was plentiful and always replenished before any items went low/missing. There was free popcorn available in the lobby area (afternoon & night time). This popcorn is healthy, no butter or salt and you can obtain small bags to bring to your room. We had a renovated room which we enjoyed. Our queen size bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge in the room. We did not go to the indoor pool. We found All of the employees to be friendly, helpful & smiley. There are MANY restaurants in walking distance to choose from. So no need to drive if you had a drink at the hotel prior to dinner.... Also, the Quinte mall is nearby (walking distance). We visited the Sandbanks Provincial Park beach and enjoyed it. Overall, our experience was again excellent. We will be returning to this hotel....

We stayed here on the first night of our vacation. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a great stay! The free popcorn is a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was good. We forgot a portfolio in the room when we left and when we called, the staff was more than happy to scan and fax the documents to us in Niagara Falls, going above and beyond. Service like that definitely earns our repeat business! Thank you!!!

My wife and i stayed at this hotel, July 8 - 10, 2019. Check in was easy. The room was nice, bright and clean. The bathroom is big. Very spacios countertop. There is also a fridge in the room. Every afternoon, there is free popcorn in the lobby. It is very good! Staying at this hotel gets you a 10 % discount on your meal at Shoeless Joe restaurant across the street. Would stay at this hotel if i'm in the area again.

This is the place we stay whenever we are in Belleville. The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are moderate in size and furnished nicely. the beds are always comfrtable and everything in the room has always worked (shower, toilet, AC, television, etc.) They have free popcorn at night and there is a nice lounge area in the lobby where you can sit play a game or if you just want to get out of the room. The pool and hot tub are usually nice and warm. The lobby has recently been redone and is nice and light and has an airy feel to it. Breakfast is the usual BW standard. If you are lucky you may get to meet Gem, the resident poodle who enjoys greeting guests.

This hotel is conveniently located off the 401, but not right on the highway! The is a mall across the street and lots of choices for restaurants. This was our first visit to Belleville and now we are looking forward to a return. Great bike paths throughout the city.

Stayed last night and had no issues. Clean, quick and close to several restaurants. Breakfast included and free parking. Only odd thing was no soap dish in the shower. Small thing I know, but i could not see why they would not have one. I'll be back.

The beds are so comfortable, the bonus of breakfast is great. Forgot my toothpaste..no problem. Required early check in, also no problem. The overall experience for us was outstanding! This is our favourite hotel.

Pretty great hotel for a family getaway. Parking was easy and well lit at night. Side door to the parking lot had lots of spiders and mosquitoes in them at night which was the downfall to the side doors, otherwise they were very convenient. Pool was great temperature. Could use a bit of cleaning along water line as well as jets in the hot tub. Complimentary popcorn was a big hit! As well as the 24/7 coffee/tea. My room bed had a spider waiting on it upon arrival as well as a centipede in the bathroom... I HATE bugs but realize they could've snuck in any time. Bed was super comfy otherwise... And room was otherwise very clean. Hotel was in a convenient location. Every single staff member I encountered was just lovely!

We booked by telephone and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The day we were to arrive, the receptionist sent a text asking if there was anything they could do before we arrived, which we thought was fantastic. I cannot day enough good things about the friendliness of the staff. They were always helpful and cheerful. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the the duvet. I know it sounds silly, but it was so big that we were constantly pulling it up all night since there was so much overhang by our feet. I enjoy big blankets, don't get me wrong, but there was no cover on the duvet and it was slippery. Would have been better if the duvet was in a cover. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with friendly reception and checkout as well as really enjoying the comfortable bed and soft pillows- excellent. It is also pet friendly which suited us as well so we could bring our dog to stay with us. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices to pick from.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night so I could attend a retirement party. It is very well located so she had dinner options, shopping mall across the road and movie theatre within a 10 minute walk. This Best Western had a small hot tub and pool open 8am - 11pm. Breakfast is very good of this type of stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for one night on May 11, 2019. Nice clean room, the bed was excellent. Staff were friendly and quick to get us checked in. The complimentary breakfast was great with enough choices and lots of food and coffee. Overall a very nice stay.

Clean, friendly, great indoor pool and even though we didn't have our pet, it was a pet friendly hotel and we loved visiting with other pets! The morning breakfast served an extended continental breakfast which was more than we expected. Right off the 401 and easy to access.

Being a hotel that accepts pets was a key decision for staying at this hotel but we were also pleasantly pleased by the staff and cleanliness. The staff here were pleasant friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We would stay here again.

I've stayed in the Belleville Best Western in Belleville, ON for many years. Some years up to 20 nights or more. I've never once been disappointed. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is a full, many-options meal. The foyer has just been renovated and update to a beautiful new, modern standard. The staff are welcoming and most courteous. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room are first-class. It's easy off and on to highway 401. Great place that when I compare it to other facilities, it still is my fav place to stay.

The only reason I did not rate it a "5" was because of the reservation process. I phoned the hotel to make a reservation but did not receive a written confirmation. This made me feel anxious especially when the BW Website said "no reservation found". I phoned the hotel two more times to confirm (which they did) but still I did not receive an email confirmation. They said they had "problems with their system". The third time I called the 1-800 number and finally received an email. BW needs to improve this process to make the customer feel better. I attended a Convention and we got a slightly reduced group rate. Overall it was a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable and the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and greeted us whenever we walked past the desk. The breakfast was typical of Best Western. There was a fair selection of food which was fresh and tasty. The coffee could have been a bit stronger for my taste.

The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of - and with BIG smiles. Ideal location close to the 401 and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet could have just a few more healthy choices.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in March with our family of 4 and our small dog. The front desk staff were great. There was a good breakfast included and a nice park close by for walking our dog. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

The building is well placed close to the highway. Rooms very clean, staff exceptional. Breakfast has good variety of items. Will come again if in the area. Compared to other hotels BW is good value for the money and points can be used at a later date for extra nights.

The hotel is close to the highway, to restaurants and other shopping, yet quiet, clean and very pleasant staff. Lots of parking, clean and comfortable rooms, with lots of soft towels. There's a great pool and hot tub, and breakfast is included. Can't ask for more!

Showed up to the hotel and was a quick and easy check in, staff is amazing and always ensures you are comfortable and satisfied with everything upon arrival and during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel and can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We have been staying in this hotel for work for a number of months now. Very clean, newly furnished rooms. Great, friendly staff who make you feel welcome and a priority, making sure we have everything we need. They also have a pool and hot tub which we didnt use.

Just needed a quiet comfortable clean room for the night that didn't cost too much. In town to visit family for one night. Asked at front desk if there was any hockey teams that night and she said "no, not until tomorrow night." It was so quite I didn't wake up once to noise in the halls. Way to go BW.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for the family day weekend while we visited some events happening around prince edward county. It was such a good time. The staff were immediately attentive, friendly, and professional, and the room was nest and tidy when we arrived. Before arriving we actually received a text from the hotel asking us if there was anything we would like before we got there and we requested a cot for our room because we had a young child with us and it was there and waiting when we arrived. This service was so refreshing and helpful, it was really appreciated.

Great value and a great location. Across from the Quinte Mall, just off the highway 401. Surprisingly quiet. Currently undergoing some renovations to the front desk, but don't worry, the staff and hotel are still open for business. Great breakfast!

The lower level of the hotel was a construction site but the hotel made a great effort not to let it effect the guest experience. The staff was very helpful and nice. Having a popcorn machine in the lobby is a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice, but I missed having the chance to make my own waffles which is an option at several Best Western hotels. The checkout was rapid, especially since the fire alarm went off just as we were leaving! Impressed at the professional way the staff handled it, would definitely go back.

Clean and nicely appointed rooms, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast lounge area was lovely, but quite busy. We were there with a huge group for a wedding. Would definately stay here again and plan on it when we travel to the area.

The staf was very help full and answer all question that we had. The buildind and room are in good condition and renovated lately.. The indluded breakfeast had lots of choice and in good quantity .The staf and policy are enviromentaly friendly. We didn't have the time to enjoyed the swiming pool and jjacuzi.but we are planing to do so our next stay.. Also have a plug in for electric car what I did used both night

This Best Western in Belleville has consistently been our home away from home while visiting family in the area. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are most welcoming. The amenities offered for the room rate are terrific - Large pool and whirlpool facilities, great breakfast buffet, 2 min from 401, close to retail shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. We have been stayed at this property multiple times over the past 10 years and continues to maintain high standards for service and cleanliness.

The room was clean just need to update it with having USB ports to charge devices, staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was good, we travelled with a 13 yr old boys hockey team

From booking to the actual stay, the overall experience was great for our group. The staff was helpful and efficient. There is many restaurants around, easy access to the highway. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for simplicity, clean and friendly place to stay at a good price.

I was shocked at how friendly and happy every single staff member was.... I don't see that at many places anymore. This hotel was clean, affordable, safe, and served a great breakfast. The kids liked the pool and free popcorn and the parents appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea station.

I visited Belleville November 7, 2018 and stayed at Comfort Inn. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They offer a very adequate complimentry breakfast and ther is tea and coffee available free of charge 24 hours. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat and shopping. The Quinte Mall is about a five minute drive away from the hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool as well.

My daughter and I booked a weekend "girls getaway" at this hotel. We had a fabulous time! Our room was neat and clean. We were located very close to the pool and hot tub area, yet it was quiet as can be. The front desk staff were probably the friendliest and most accommodating of any we have ever met! Look forward to our next visit...hopefully sooner than later!

Room was clean and comfortable, staff helpful, coffee and tea always available, breakfast good - especially sticky buns, printer available in lobby, enjoy the swimming pool when not overflowing with hockey team... not hotels issue to discipline.

I travel extensively for business and one of the best hotels I have run into is the Best Western Belleville. They really cater to the road warrior. There is a young lady - Meghan, who runs the front desk when I check in who is the most conscientious, courteous and diligent hotel staffers i have every run across. I stay here 8-12 times a year for nearly a decade and have never had a bad experience. If something is wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it or make up for it.

Friendly staff, could not do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great Breakfast , clean comfortable room and close to all amenities. Would stay here again. The interior and exterior was clean and well lit. This was my first time staying at this Best Western in Belleville On but would not hesitate to stay there again in the furture.

Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff, check in was quick. Food in morning was excellent for a continental break fast needed scissors from front desk and was looked after no questions asked. Returned item and was thanked for brining back so fast. Parking was good. Asked directions to food and casino and was given map and directions. Comfortable Beds, Average breakfast, missing BACON!. Good size room and amenities. Hotel has a cute hot tub and pool that really make this worth while. Location is walkable to great trails and parks and close enough to entertainment.

Easy to find, clean rooms and great breakfast. The staff, from reception to breakfast were friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and a gas station on the corner to fill up before you hit the road again the next morning. We would definitely stay here again on our next roadtrip.

Hands down one of the best/the best hotel in Belleville. Well worth the money spent, rooms were nice and clean. Pool was nice and the breakfast/lounge was very welcoming. Staff were friendly and even baby sat my puppy when I had breakfast. Highly recommended and will defiantly be back for another visit.

My wife and I stayed there Sept. 11, 2018 on way to Montreal, Quebec City. We had flown to London Ontario and got a rental car. This hotel is easy access off the 401. It was extremely clean and QUIET. You would swear they soundproofed the rooms. It is close to many restaurants and any kind of shopping you would need. The staff was exceptional.. We are in our 70"s and they went out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The room was excellent and bed very comfortable. Added bonus, fresh popcorn every evening. Breakfast was all you could ask for. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy access of the 401. Large enough parking lot to accommodate large vehicles. Breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of staff on hand. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as well as the ever Canadian timmies.

Stayed here for one night and I have the day the staff is pretty amazing. Always checking if you need anything and the popcorn in the lobby was great. The pool was clean the the hot tub small but did its job!

Nothing fancy, just a very good hotel. Nice big soft beds, two suit case standards, TV with a lot of channels, big fridge, nice fresh breakfast. It's a little outdated in the way it looks but the amenities are good. So not a romantic place but a good hotel for passing through. It even has a small pool. Breakfast had bagels, bread (even multigrain), muffin, bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt (in packaging), fruit, cereal, tea and coffee. I would have liked more options. They even had complimentary lemonade and popcorn in the afternoon.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Comfy bed and liked that they had choice of pillows. one soft and the other more firm. Fantastic breakfast, many options to choose from. They even had fresh fruit so if you had to grab and go you could.

Open soap taken from room and not replaced. Was there for a wedding 20 minutes away with a 3pm check in and 4pm wedding. Not very accommodating. Some staff very helpful and some ride. Breakfast was good. Cheaper and nicer hotel down the street even without group booking rate.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was quite good -- good variety and more than typical continental. The hot tube was nice, but a little small and would have preferred a little hotter. They gave us a good recommendation for a place to eat supper. The location was good as it was not far from the 401.

Staff are beyond being so helpful. Very clean. Breakfast buffet, is delicious, Eggs were excellent. Sausage very tasty. We requested 2 rooms, one for us and one for our son and they accommodated us by placing us next to each other. expensive but worth it.

Enjoyed our stay for the past 3 nights. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff were attentive and front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was another matter. Went there on our 1st morning. From the coffee machine to the runny (were they powdered eggs?) scrambled eggs, sausage patty (shoe leather), it was a real turnoff. Ended up going to Denny's for the remainder of our stay.

Clean and adequate room. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and fast internet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free coffee and selection of teas available in the lobby 24/7 also free popcorn in the afternoons and evenings. Convenient location, close to Hyw 401, Quinte Mall, restaurants, shops and the biggest and best ice-cream anywhere at Reid's Dairy. Also just 35 mins from Sandbanks Provincial Park.

The staff was always helpful in suggesting places to see, visit and great restaurants in the area as well as location of the casino. They were helpful inchanging the room cause the best was too soft for my wife.

This hotel really needs an update. Our family stayed here with friends and their kids and right off the bat the drains in the room hardly worked. The cold water handle was broken and the shower curtain was ripped and blood stained. AC unit in room was very loud and beds are pushed up against it because room is so small. Every time it started it woke us up and froze us. All night long. Breakfast was greasy eggs and they ran out of bacon before we got some with an hour left in service. Coffee was terrible and undrinkable. Poor quality food. Pool was heavily chlorinated and small. This place needs a lot of help.

I made a reservation for Wednesday, August 1 but when I called to book it, I told the desk clerk the reservation was for Wednesday, August 3. Much to my chagrin, when my husband and I arrived on August 1, my husband and I were told the hotel was full and our reservation was for the 3rd. We were horrified. Where could we go for the night? The desk clerks Meghan and Christina went overboard to reassure us that they would find us a room, not to worry and that no one would be inconvenienced in doing so. They were super friendly, courteous and professional. Great customer service was shown to us that evening.

Very clean & comfortable hotel! The hotel staff are very professional and go above and beyond to make each stay one to remember. Easy access to the 401, restaurants, shopping & Hockey arenas. The hotel also offers shuttle service to the Casino and other tourist areas.

Best Westerns have always given us a good nites sleep, and this one was excellent. the room was big and the bed so comfortable, and YES breakfast is included too. The staff were informative about what we should check out in the area, they sent us to great vintage shops.

We enjoyed our stay at this best western immensely due to its location close to many restaurants, mall, gas stations, casino and easy access towards Sandbanks. All areas of the hotel were clean. The rooms were comfortable and yes, clean. Fridge and a/c working. Coffe/tea in room. Awesome breakfast selection in a.m. Coffe/tea/hot chocolate/juices/water available at all times. Fresh popcorn in evening. Also access to a microwave. Pool was clean as well. You can't go wrong.

I truly appreciated every aspect of my stay at the Belleville Best Western Inn. The customer service from the front desk to the room attendants were amazing. Every single amenity worked to perfection and my sleep was blissful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I always appreciated the VIP customer service attendants at the front desk. One of the employees saved me three small bags popcorn from their popcorn night cause they knew I wanted some. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have stayed at Best Western often because of the consistency of the level of service. This particular hotel did not have satellite TV which made for a boring evening, when you are in for business. The room had a seriously musty odour. I wish I had a candle to cover the smell. And lastly, I was unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast as the room was filled to capacity. Overall, the result is, I will not stay at this Best Western again. I go to Belleville about three times a year for business.

We were immediately welcomed at the front desk by very friendly staff and Jam a beautiful poodle. We were surprised to hear that there was a complimentary hot and cold breakfast which we did enjoy before our departure the next morning. Lots of parking and we found our room to be very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely hotel. We will definitely return.

We were very impressed with this hotel. To start with we were met by Megan at the front desk who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond all expectations of front desk staff. The lobby of the hotel was very clean and we were impressed by the cleanliness, everything was shining. Free coffee, lemon water and popcorn is provided all day, which was a lovely treat. A hot breakfast is provided with your stay and it was excellent. The staff kept everything clean and tidy during the breakfast hours and fresh.

My husband and I stayed here while touring Prince Edward County. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while staying at a hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I'd recommend it for anyone staying in the Belleville area.

Stopped for an overnight stay while driving through Canada. Reservation was easy over phone just 20 minutes prior to arrival. Checking was swift and upstairs to room. Room was as expected, clean with comfortable beds. Staff had fresh popcorn and a warm smile even at 11pm, I would have loved a dip in the pool... Closed. The breakfast area is large with table and lounges. There was no coffee when I arrived but the attendant made some quickly... And very good coffee! Bonus for the coffee drinker, standard breakfast, eggs, potatoes, eggos. Excellent! All staff were very friendly, seems as if this is a resort town... Fishing and golf, almost all the cars were gone early in the morning. Wish I could have done some sightseeing. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We arrived early but the reception staff could not be more helpful there found us a room straight away and explained everything. The room was very clean and the coffee and tea making facilities were excellent, The beds were extremely comfortable with ample pillows and great air conditioning. The breakfast offered was scrambled eggs, sausage patties and 3 different types of waffles and pancakes,jams,yogurt and different muffins etc. Coffee and tea again excellent. We will be returning to Belleville and will most certainly return to this Hotel !! Well Done Guys and Gals great job.

Stayed for a week on a business trip and was overall impressed with the hotel. Friendly staff willing to go.above and beyond to ensure I had everything i needed. Hot Tub could have been warmer is my only complaint.

All staff were so welcoming and helpful. Full breakfast included. Our room had a comfortable bed, was quiet, clean and modern. So enjoyable and we stayed another day partly because of our accommodation. Hotel is near the 401, a large mall and desirable stores and restaurants. As well, it is close to the riverside trails. One of the best in the chain!

Don't let the aged exterior scare you away. This is an excellent place to spend the night. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable, and the grounds are well kept. Breakfast is included. Dogs up to 80lbs (max 2/room) are welcome at no extra charge, and there is a great little fenced area to let the dogs stretch their legs right behind the hotel, as well as a beautiful park just down the street. Definitely would stay again and recommend this place!

My friend and I were lucky to get a room at all but ended up sharing a king-sized bed. The great thing about their beds is if she moved in her sleep I did not feel it at all on my side. The mattress was comfy and so were the pillows. I would have preferred the option of blankets in the closet, as after being in such heat outside we found our internal temperatures went too cold in the evening. The air conditioning can be adjusted but it wasn't the same. The pool was set a little too cool as well, & the hot tub just felt slightly higher than that. There is a little private patio you can get to through the pool area which I enjoyed. Breakfast is held a long time, which is perfect for however early or late you rise. Rude guests were not spoken to by staff though, & I think they should have been. Late check out is noon: another good feature. The desk staff were very helpful in giving info about travel, & nice people. Because of the light covers on the bed, & how cold I was most of the time, I will probably check out other hotels in the area before using this one again. A good night's sleep is too vital for me.

This is a very simple no frills place to stay. We can to Belleville for a school reunion and spent two night at the BW. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast bar was decent as well. I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this Best Western (Belleville) many times in the past & it has never failed to provide excellent accommodation & service. The rooms are comfortable & welcoming. The staff is always friendly & extremely helpful. We have a dog with us & there is never a problem - they even offered to watch our dog while we got breakfast! The location of this Best Western is perfect as it is close to shopping, restaurants & easy access to Highway 401. We definitely will return.

Everything was great. Very quiet hotel, good breakfast, clean and friendly staff. We stayed for only one night on our way to Toronto, it was convenient, close to the highway. Rooms were updated and nicely decorated. They allowed dogs and it was not noticeable, no smell, no noise.

This is a no frills type of place with excellent friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Found the prices to be reasonable with breakfast included. Would definitely return either for business or a night with the family as the pool and hot tub are great.

Ok! It is not the Ritz Carleton but it is clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Close to restaurants, shopping malls and you are back on the 401 in no time if you are passing through. Regards

We are here again, the first stay in 2018, and the people here are still as welcoming as ever. We went across the street to eat dinner at Swiss Chalet and we enjoyed that too. Food was hot and served as ordered. We are on our way to Niagara Falls from Montreal and we had a miserable drive in heavy rain and construction delays and the warm welcome when we came in put all that behind us.

This is a very convenient hotel adjacent to the region's largest mall and right next to the 401. The staff at the front desk and in the Breakfast Room were so friendly and helpful. We would like to especially recognize Meghan at the front desk. What a cheerful and outgoing individual who could not do enough to help us.

I booked this hotel because Best Western has a great reputation and after driving for 6 hours on Good Friday we were exhausted so we were hoping this would be a good experience at the least. I was wrong....we had an AMAZING experience...Meagan at the front desk assured us that even though were an hour early to check in it was "absolutely no problem" and went on to explain the hotels amenities with the most welcoming personality and a smile the whole time !! The room was on the first floor with access to a door to the parking lot right down the hall and around the corner. We slept well - no noise, the location was close to restaurants, gas stations and conveniences and right off the 401 what could be more convenient ! The popcorn is a nice touch ! I want to make a special mention to Diane T. Diane located my makeup bag that I neglected to pack when we left the room. She wrapped it and labelled it with the date, room number and description. When I called the next day the front desk said they had it and would I like to have them mail it to me. So accommodating ! I would recommend this hotel 100% and will look forward to visiting again soon ! Thank you for a wonderful experience...!

Surrounded by great restaurants, and convenience shopping. there is a hub trail near by great quality, and helpful staff. Beds are comfortable, you get a variety of pillows to find the comfortable one.

Travelling from Detroit to Montreal, our +60 party found this hotel at a very convenient location. We were late for the check in, however the staff was very efficient in accommodating our needs. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast came in handy for continuing our journey.

Came to see The Price is Right Live. The hotel was great....much better than the show. Would definately stay here again. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Clean rooms and staff were willing to accommodate requests.

My sister and I came to Belleville to visit relatives. Checked in to another hotel and didn't like it. Changed to Best Western and had a very warm welcome. We were busy all day and arrived and sat in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate. Then went for a swim and sat in the hot tub - felt so good. Walked next door to Shoeless Joe's for a delicious dinner. Free Breakfast the next morning at the hotel was very good. I will return.

We checked in for the night as we were attending an event at the local arena that evening. Tonisha was tending to us during our check-in and she was lovely,..very professional, helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and told us to ask if there was any questions at all. The hotel seemed busy being it was March break, however you would never know it the way it was run to smoothly. Our room overlooked the front doorway and it was very quiet for us, even though we were just down from the elevator as well. The breakfast was lovely with everything you would like with scrambled egg, bacon, breads, muffins, cereals, and lots more. Nice to have a popcorn maker in the lobby as well with fresh popcorn all the time, thanks for that. We shall return again as we enjoyed our stay and the staff were terrific. Upon our check-out, Meghan helped us and was very professional and friendly with us,..making sure our stay was satisfactory for us. Thanks gals, we will return, a lovely stay.

The breakfast that is included with your room is very good! The scrambled eggs are some of the best I have ever had. Rooms are exactly what you expect at this price point. If you are expecting a gym however, take a pass on this hotel as there is only a swimming pool. Overall great stay in Belleville.

Booked last minute they found adjoining rooms on a moments notice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Kids had a blast in the pool for sure. Pool is open late till 11 great for our March Break.

This hotel is a good value. Even though it is located on a busy street the room was very quiet. Be careful entering or leaving the parking lot during high traffic times.The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection of hot and cold items and lots of seating. The pool is nice but the hot tube is small, 3 people make it crowded. We would certainly stay here again.

We have just stayed at the best western Belleville for 3 nights,all the staff were so helpfull,cheerfully and no request was to small .There always asked how your day was and answer any questions on the hotel and surrounding areas. .The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choice. Swimming pool was lovely,also warm. Room was very clean and spacious,only request we would have is for a walk in shower. Also casino packages are available, A good stay was had,as previously we had only been for one night stopovers.

A text a few hours before check in was promptly responded to and my request for ice and wine glasses in the room was fulfilled - it was waiting for us when we got to the room. Excellent customer service, decent breakfast and comfortable room. Pool area looked inviting. Parking was a bit tight but we managed.

I purchased a " SENS HAT TRICK PACKAGE " as a gift for our son and daughter-in-law . This included a lovely room, great tix for Belleville SENATORS game,a delicious hot breakfast, and credits for a nearby restaurant for supper plus for the local casino. This was a great deal . Staff at the BEST WESTERN were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a bit for the last 4 years (over 40 nights) and appreciate the helpful friendly staff. The rooms are kept clean and the food at breakfast is great (I just wish they served bacon every morning ;) ) I will keep going back. The only negative is that they don't have an exercise room.

Good hotel very well situated in Belleville, next to a shopping mall and many restaurants close by. Rooms were well appointed, clean and free breakfast was good (eggs, sausages or bacon, toast, bagels, english muffins, pancakes or waffles, cereals, fruits, yogurt, juices and tea or coffee. The quality of the coffee could be improved, but they had a nice selection of teas. The children loved the pool and had a great time. Free popcorn was available in the afternoon and evening. The staff was very nice. Overall we had a nice three days over the holidays and I would go back to this hotel.

Great place to take the Grandchildren on a swim and relax outing, awesome room, awesome breakfast, lots of happy staff doing all they can to ensure the children have a great experience........The beds gave an very comfortable sleep with no angry back in the morning........so glad we decided to do this great event before the holidays. We stay at a number of hotels a year, often Best Westerns. This is not one of the better ones we've been to. The hotel has kind, helpful staff but seems understaffed. Breakfast was not up to standards we expect - eggs were watery, pancakes and waffles were premade in a heating tray (not good) and the only fruit (eg apples and bananas) looked like they had sat there days if not weeks. Elevator didn't work one day and we were on the 3rd floor.

I was just needing a room to stay overnight. The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok ; nothing special but it got me back on the road in the morning. I'd stay there again if I wanted a no fuss bed in Belleville.

Rooms are very clean, great location with restaurants across the road and very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Only improvement I would suggest is a better tv cable package and maybe a happy hour :)

We stayed overnight at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, and even though it was pretty chilly outside, we didn't need the heat going all night long. The bed was very comfortable. And the tv worked well. The only problem was that when the bathroom light was on, the exhaust fan was also on. This made it impossible for us to have any "night light" in the room. And it was very dark in the room. The included breakfast was nothing spectacular, but satisfactory.

My room was very clean. There was a nice selection of hot beverages in my room. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a large variety of breads and pastries. There were two protein options, fruit and yogurt.

This hotel is clean and well cared for. The pool and hot tub were great with towels available deckside. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated but the thing that made our visit most memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and eager to help.

Great Place to stay. Had my husbands Christmas party in Belleville, so we wanted not to have to dirve home, and have some drinks. Great place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful. They even have an electric car charger in the parking lot.

Coming off a horrible stay the weekend before at a Hilton property in Toronto, this hotel was clean, quiet and beautiful. Staff was incredible and the popcorn in the lobby gave the whole thing a very comfortable feel.

The hotel was the cleanest and well maintained hotel the facilities such as the pool and hot tub were immaculate, the breakfast was great many choices eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, the list goes on, the staff were very personable and professional, a must try.

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service at this Hotel. Heading out for a quick family visit I booked 2 nights through Booking.com online about 6 weeks ahead of my trip. I didn't notice that all of my noodling around switched up the dates I finally ended up booking. I discovered my screwup when I saw a charge on my MasterCard for the hotel - 3 weeks before we were scheduled to arrive! I contacted booking.com and the Best Western hotel - both of which bent over backwards to reverse the charge. I then rebooked directly with the Hotel. All good. Then one day before we were ‘really' supposed to arrive, i discover I'd mucked up my dates again. Completely my fault. I called the Best Western and for the second time a cheery front desk woman told me ‘not a problem!', and she corrected my latest mistake. Fantastic service. The hotel itself is close to the 401 highway for quick access. Room was nice and the free breakfast more than adequate. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Did not use the pool, but did see lots of guests using it. The breakfast is typical Continental. The eggs were not tasty. Hard boiled eggs would have been appreciated. As well, the coffee is terrible--they need to change the brand and not water it down so much. It needs to be stronger. This one item makes or breaks a breakfast!

The best hotel experience we have had in a very long time. The breakfast which is included in the price, was excellent. Everything was warm and fresh and the dining area was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. This is the only place we will stay in the future when we come to Belleville.

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and full of helpful and interesting suggestions of ways to spend our time in Belleville. We found the best restaurants, fabric and yarn stores, and interesting landmarks. And best of all the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We were treated like family coming for a visit and made to feel very comfortable.

Stayed over one night because of a gymnastic competition. The lobby was very cozy, staff was very friendly. Rooms were average size, and clean. (Internet was on the slow side), but overall was a great stay. Nice pool setup... very cozy and inviting overall experience.

We always go to the Best Western in Belleville because it's a nice clean freindly hotel with a comfortable relaxed feeling, so you can rest and enjoy all the dining and shopping and leave feeling good about your stay when you head for home.

This hotel is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Within a 5 minute drive are many other restaurants and bars to find something to eat and spend your evenings. Belleville is a nice town with many of the amenities of a bigger city. I saw business people to hunters staying here this week to it is suitable for any type of stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Brough our dog on a road trip. The front desk staff were amazing. They greeted us all with smiles. Asked if they could take pictures of our dog. Even offered to dog-sit if we needed to go out without her. Blown away by the service. We will be back.

cleaning has gone downhill in the last few months. Prices keep going up. Don't know if we will stay here anymore. Sad, since this used to be our favorite hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and have submitted a review prior. The hotel continues to provide good service and food for breakfast. It's busy when there is a hockey tournament in town and those kids take over the pool area with no concern for others. It' not the hotel's fault it's that of the parents letting the kids smash balls around yelling and screaming. Other than that the pool area is clean with comfortable chairs and a T.V. Breakfast is good with great choice. Lots of places nearby to eat. Remember if coming from the highway you need to turn left at the main intersection just past the hotel and enter off that cross street. You can't access entrance coming right off highway due to a median.

The staff not only tolerated my two dogs, they liked them. There was no additional charge for for them and the hotel is right beside a great park for walking them. Beyond that, the hotel was as good as any I have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and a good, hot breakfast.

Attended a large family wedding and special celebration's with family and friends all weekend long. Also reconnected with old friends from my school days when I lived in the area in the sixties and seventies. We are planning to return soon to spend more time with our family and friends.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament . Found the room very comfortable . Breakfast was good and plentiful . There is a pool did not get to use it. Situation good directly across from the Quinte Mall . It could have used a hook to hang clothes on in bathroom . Being older we found the toilet really low. Everything else was good and the staff was very friendly

this was our first time staying at the Best Westerns in Belleville. We have stayed many, many times at the Best Western in Orilla There is no way to compare the hotels. Orilla is far superior with handicapped rooms and hot great breakfast. They even have a free appetizer & cocktails ever night 8-10pm+coupons for two to Casino Rama buffet and $5.00 free play at the casino. Maybe we will try the Belleville Hotel once again in a few years when they have had time to grow.

Good, clean place to stay. Close to many different restaurants and shopping mall. easy to get to, right off the Highway. Excellent breakfast. Great staff. Bed was softer, which was great for my wife but I like a firmer mattress.

We stayed here one night. The hotel is very nice, clean and friendly helpful staff. The girts at the front desk doggy sat our little Yorkie when we went out for dinner and another customers dog when they were out. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast but the eggs and sausage could have been hotter. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Made my reservation on line and got the exact room I was looking for, a handicapped room on the ground floor. The check in was easy and I checked in early and my room was ready. The room was large with a queen sized bed a pullout couch and chair as well as a desk. the room was very clean and the washroom is big enough for a wheelchair. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

First time staying at this hotel. Conveniently off the highway the Best Western Belleville is a typical national chain hotel. It is very clean and the front-desk personnel were excellent. The room was not ready (please note this was over a Thanksgiving Long Weekend so we should expect some challenges) and the staff-member promptly and accurately gave us an update on our rooms and they were ready when estimated. Rooms are very clean and updated. Good TVs and Wifi.

Best hotel for the money in the area. Close to the 401. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable clean room. TV seemed rather small for the room. Front office staff recommended an excellent pizza place. Great place to stay if you are travelling to Toronto or Ottawa.

This hotel is located about a minute away from the 543 exit of the 401 and right across the street from the Quinte Mall. Downtown Belleville is within minutes. The staff are very friendly and will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests or deal with issues that arise. The complimentary breakfast is well done and offers a good selection of items. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is well maintained. Ample parking beside the hotel.

Great value here. Room was very clean, check in was super easy, and the breakfast was very good for a continental. Location was great too. Walking distance to mall, restaurants and PEC wine tours picked us up free of charge!

The mattress was definitely overdue for replacement: much too soft. The bathroom fan comes on with the light, and is much too noisy. A microwave should be standard in a Best Western; a coffeemaker that is contaminated with reheated coffee is not adequate for making tea! (Not only that, but the microwave in the breakfast area was out of order.) Rate was higher on the weekend -- when the place was overrun by noisy, undisciplined young boys at a hockey tournament. Definitely not the adult/business-oriented style that one expects at a Best Western. I am a fan of BW, but this one is not doing the brand any favours.

I stayed here last minute for business and was able to secure a reduced rate/night due to booking 4 rooms/night. Rooms were well accommodated with a fridge and flat screen TV. Internet was excellent and much better than other hotels I have stayed at with a router for each individual room. I was very pleased overall and will stay here again.

Nelly was extremely efficient in getting the room ready as I required it early. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. Clearly, a woman who takes pride in her work!She went above and gave me a brief tour of hotel. She is a very kind, helpful and professional lady. Both women at the front desk made my stay even more enjoyable with their extremely friendly and welcoming demenor! Hotel clean, rooms comfortable clean nice decor. The large breakfast room had good selection of hot food including bacon eggs, pancakes and waffles along with yogurt fruit and other cold items. As I use a wheelchair the staff were very helpful bringing my breakfast to the table. Friendly and helpful staff.Close to restaurants and mall.

All and all a Nice, clean,friend staff,hotel, The only this was when call to confirm the reservation we asked for a late check out,they said no problem stay until 1pm, We said ok thanks, when we got there we said about late check out, they said no sorry I told them about what the man had said And she said you should have got his name, then she said we stay, but one of the staff said if we stayed later we would have charged another day rental , wTf So we just left.

My spouse and I went to the Best Western in Belleville, Ontario in September 2017. We visited the Sandbanks Provincial Park beach and enjoyed it. There are MANY restaurants in walking distance to choose from. So no need to drive if you had a drink at the hotel prior to dinner.... Also, the Quinte mall is nearby (walking distance). Our experience was again excellent. From our greeting at the main desk to the room we had requested. All was made possible by the friendly/smiley employees at the hotel. In the morning, the offered breakfast was delicious and there were many items to choose from (scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages, pancakes, bagels, bread/toast, cereals, many jams, yogurts, fruits, juices and 24 hour coffee...), all was plentiful and always replenished before any items went low/missing. We have been attending the Best Western, Belleville, for at least 7 years now. There was free popcorn available in the lobby area. This popcorn is healthy, no butter or salt and you can obtain bags to bring to your room. We had a renovated room which we enjoyed. My spouse and I found the bedding extremely comfortable. The only minor issue was a defective hair dryer (burnt hair smell) which was reported to Meaghan. Overall, our experience was again excellent. We will be returning to this hotel again.

My family and I stayed there this past weekend. We were in Belleville to volunteer for the Terry Fox Run at Zwicks Park. Just wanted to say our stay was fabulous. The staff was friendly and inviting.Kids loved the complimentary popcorn machine and the lemon water is a nice touch. Our room was nice and clean and nicely decorated, Loved the hot breakfast...pancakes waffles eggs , so much selection, something for everyone. I especially like how you offered gluten free items as I am celiac., We will definitely stay there Again! Will definitely bring our swimsuits next time as the pool looked great .Keep up the great job. We will definitely recommend your place to all our friends !

Have stayed here before and returned. Comfortable room and convenient to hwy when passing through. It was a holiday weekend so the breakfast room was crowded in the a.m. Breakfast was good. Snacks provided when checking in. Pleasant staff.

We recently stayed at Best Western Belleville for our small getaway. We were greeted by very friendly staff. We received complimentary coffee, lemon water or popcorn. The swimming pool was smaller but was very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Good value, great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, lots of free parking. Unfortunately there is no on site restaurant however there is free coffee and popcorn in the lounge till 11pm. Well located for access to local shopping and attractions. We will stay again when in the area.

Stayed here for one night while travelling from Montreal, ore-booked the room check in was very easy. The parking lot was quite small but managed to find a space. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, for being an older hotel I enjoyed my stay. Didn't find it overly noisy. The breakfast included, however was s big let down. This was probably the worst selection (both in choice an appearance) that I have seen. Fruit was bruised and almost spoiled, not cooked eggo waffles, muffins covered with flies.... The breakfast is not the reason for staying at this hotel, but it was quite a disappointment for an otherwise nice stay.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while we were in Belleville for our nephew' wedding. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is great - right at Hwy. 401 with access to hopping, the casino, and routes south to anywhere you need to go in Belleville. Both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently by friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, clean, and quiet even though it overlooked the front parking lot. There was a small fridge in the room and the internet access was great. Best of all, the bed was comfy! Breakfast was included in the room rate and there was a lot of choice - cereals, sweet rolls, breads for toast, juices, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. The breakfast area is in the lobby so it can get crowded at peak times. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Front desk personnel, room service personnel and food service personnel are all very hospitable always going beyond the service norm. Pleasant experience each time very welcoming, cooperative and helpful. Always offering travel related assistance. On several occasions accommodating extra specific requests.

From our reception at the Best Western in Belleville to our departure we were treated like Royalty. Courteous service, efficient service and friendly too. Everything was so clean and the beds were oh so comfortable. I prefer to say to folks, Follow me to BW rather than just go to BW.

Having arrived at Toronto Airport we needed somewhere at a reasonable distance as a stopover on our way to Ottawa, Belleville was any ideal distance and this hotel proved perfect for that stay. The room was pretty good, clean, decent size and the breakfast was perfectly adequate for our first day in Canada. If I had a criticism it would be the plastic knife, forks and plates for breakfast,. However, overall this is an ideal place to stop for one or two nights.

August 2017, we spent 4 days with our kis at this hotel. Everyone was really happy and careful with us. I do spend about 2 weeks / month in different hotels and I can tell you that our experience was a 10/10 and the breakfast with the home made baked goods & eggs where top notch. Bravo!

My wife and I, along with two other couples stayed at this Best Western for two nights this past weekend. From the moment we walked through the front door it was evident that this establishment was run by a staff that truly cares about providing guests with the best of consideration. Riva, in charge at the front desk greeted us with a big smile, checked us in quickly then happily took an extended length of time to explain the highlights of Prince Edward County, answer all of our questions and make several suggestions as to activities & restaurants. While a couple of us were consulting with Riva, my wife and I were approached by two of the staff working the breakfast area, Maryam and Danielle. They welcomed us to the hotel and area then proceeded to ask what we were interested in doing and to offer recommendations of their own. Their enthusiasm was infectious. In between their duties in the room each would return to our group to add to her previous suggestions. It was obvious that they took pleasure helping us out. I was especially impressed when we came down for breakfast the following morning when the Danielle made a point of coming over to our table to ask what we did the day before and how we enjoyed everything. You can't teach people to do these things. It is a natural talent. As for the breakfast, it was impressive. Muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, juice, coffee. And both Danielle and Maryam were everywhere; cleaning tables off, insuring that there was a fresh batch of eggs or pancakes at the ready, checking with the guests if anything else was needed. We couldn't have asked for more. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor close to and facing the hotel front entrance. With guests coming and going luggage rolling into the hotel and people standing out front talking loudly, my wife and I could not get to sleep until after 3:30am. We were not at all happy with this and twice I dressed and walked to the front desk. Understandably, the entrance is public space and one cannot demand that guests not stand there carrying on loud conversations. Nor is it an easy task for hotel staff to ask these guests to take their conversations elsewhere. But to his great credit, after expressing his understanding to me and offering apologies, the night manager Solomon did his best to control the situation and ask guests to please move their conversations inside. Had the hotel not been sold out Solomon would have given us a different room but did promise to see that we had a quieter room the following night. I certainly appreciated his efforts in a difficult situation. He made certain that Riva was aware of the situation and she made finding a quiet room for us a priority, along with a reasonable concession on the cost of that first night. All in all, with the unfortunate exception of the first night, our stay was most pleasant. Every staff person we encountered was friendly, enthusiastic in providing assistance, willing to go the extra distance with a smile and cooperated easily with one another. This was most evident the morning that we were checking out. Solomon was still at the desk almost 3 hours after his shift had ended. Why? It was really busy and he knew the other front desk staff could use a hand. As the owner of a small business I understand how providing great service to my customers is truly a make or break issue. When dealing with other establishments I pay close attention to the service offered. While this Best Western is clean, well cared for and appointed it was the incredible staff that really made our stay most pleasurable. Kudo to them.

The best part of the stay is the welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is nice. Bonus for being dog friendly without an added cleanup charge. The room is tastefully decorated. Our coffee machine was broken and the fan in the bathroom was quite loud. Other than that a pleasant trip. Thanks especially to the front staff.

It's not fancy or very modern but it's always clean, great service and a great breakfast. Book ahead because they do fill up. It's a little pricy but the competition in the area is just terrible. The staff is always friendly ad very attentive. The beds are comfortable and its quiet.

Had a great time. The staff were excellent. The property was well kept. The pool was nice but always busy, and the hot tub is great, but only one and it is small. Breakfast was very good. Hot and cold choices.

Stayed here for a few days. I chose this hotel due to their pet friendly policies. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was lacking in terms of quality and quantity and slow to refill. Bed was a tad bit small and not overly comfy. Nice pool and hot tub.

This basic hotel is super clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are divine. But what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble to make your stay comfortable. The kitchenette in the main lobby supplies coffee, tea and certain nights popcorn. You are made to feel that you are a special guest. Nice feeling.

As always, when I arrive at the Best Western in Belleville, I'm greeted like a friend. I feel so welcome and relaxed when I get there. The rooms are comfortable and service is great. Highly recommended!

We love coming to the Best Western Belleville because the hotel owner updates the interior and exterior of the hotel from time to time and keeps it looking fresh and up-to-date, plus the owner and his staff are friendly and wants to make sure the guests are happy, content and enjoying their stay.To us this hotel is our home away from home.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend. The room was nice and clean. So was the bathroom. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked like a fun place for a quick splash with kids. Breakfast had your basic line-up of eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurts, and pastries. Nothing special, but a good variety. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Had pre booked 1 night. Arrived early at 1 00pm seeking information on the local area and was surprised when the very helpful receptionist offered that our room was available. Large comfortable clean room with tea/coffee facilities and fridge which was a bonus. Good free wi fi. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate and constantly topped up by one hard working member of staff. Ok so it was paper plates and plastic cutlery but that didn't affect the quality of food. Check out was swift and pleasant.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The hotel is very clean and the location is great, walking distance to several restaurants and the shopping mall. The kids loved the pool and the fenced in garden. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were a bit small for 4 people when the sofa bed was out.

Used this hotel as a stop over between Toronto and Ottawa after a long flight from the UK. The hotel is well situated just off the 401 and easy to locate. If coming off the 401 however you have to go past the hotel and take the next left to enter through the rear entrance due to the road layout. Plenty of dining options and stores nearby. Welcome was excellent and staff extremely helpful. Also having a free popcorn cart offering goodies and delightful smells on checking in is also a bonus! Room was excellent and complimentary breakfast had plenty of choice with different hot items each day.

insulted by telling us a wineglass would be added to our bill...just for borrowing one & returning it the next morning.Three steep stairs in lobby up which we had to negotiate our luggage. There was no elevator. Breakfast was self serve...on paper plates & plastic cutlery.

My wife and I went here for a quick golf getaway since I had arranged for a large group of guys in May and enjoyed it. We found the breakfast was handy as you could eat when you wanted and what you wanted. Staff were knowlegable and friendly and were available when needed.I would recommend this hotel for stopovers or short getaways for the Quinte region.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was located conveniently just a short way off the highway and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous and promptly took care of our special requests.

We had a great room clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was terrific with a great assortment of items as well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate and popcorn through out the evening and night time. The pool although small was just the right temperature and the jacuzzi was amazing after a long day of driving and walking. Beds were comfy! You have to be patient for the breakfast...the toaster took forever!! Waffles were not cooked. Pool was nice! Staff were very friendly. Shopping close by! We were able to get joining rooms so our friends were close by!

My familly and I (6 pers) and a dog stayed at the Belleville BW and were quite surprise with the quality of our stay. Exceptional staff were working there and they were always asking us uf they could di something else to make our stay better.

This is an awesome place to stay. The best one that I have ever stayed at anywhere. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Had everything covered that you would want to eat. Rooms are wonderful, airy and we stayed in a room that was away from any site of traffic or noise. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly. Location was centralized to anything that you would need.

One thing that is always so nice when you arrive at a hotel is a warm welcome. And we certainly had this! The staff is fantastic! I was a little concerned for noise when I saw how close we were to the 401, but it was a very quiet stay. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Parking right outside the hotel and free. A mini fridge in our room, which is always nice. Breakfast included and the dining area and choices were above satisfactory. And if you're looking for food and shopping, you are in walking distance to a mall and every fast food joint you can think of. There are some nicer dining establishments in walking distance as well. There is no reason to dislike this place.

The location is close to the 401 as you exit into the downtown of Belleville. Ample parking and the rooms are very nice. The bed is very comfortable and the hot tub and pool are a welcome end to a long travel day. The big surprise was the full breakfast area and food in the morning. Hot food not only cold cereal. Seating is limited only because everyone takes advantage of the hot food. They do make extra seating available on the second floor which almost no one uses so it nice and quiet.

The room was comfortable and fully satisfactory. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good - better than one we had had at the Toronto Hilton for a very fat price.

Our experience at this Best Western was just awesome. All of the staff were super friendly and made you feel just like you were at home. The room was very clean and quiet and breakfast was very good. We would recommend this Best Western to everyone.

Spent a night in at the Best Western Belleville June 2017. Although the city did not offer the romance that we were looking for the hotel was great and the staff was amazing. We were hoping for a move Lake Side walking trip but this location does not offer this. This is a good location for overnight stay if crossing into the US border.

Great hotel - great staff - great breakfast and everything worked well as usual. Right off the 401 but no traffic noise. The addition of floor to ceiling windows makes the room that much brighter and fells bigger.

The morning of our arrival I received a text message from the hotel saying welcome and asking if there was anything they could do for us before our arrival. Impressive! After we checked in I received another text asking if we were pleased with our room and reminding us that if we needed anything to call them. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The best attention we have ever received at a hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, great water pressure for the shower. The wi-for wasn't great cans I talked to the staff about that. There is a pool and hot tub with comfortable chairs to sit in. Breakfast is included and was good with enough variety. After checkout we received a text thanking us for staying there and asking for an overall rating. We will go back for sure. I would rate it a 4.5

Awesome service, we were on a house hunting trip and they honoured a military discount. Pet friendly and quiet with clean updated rooms. The breakfast was great for a small hotel and the pool was very nice.

Located just of the highway and within easy distance of all the attractions of Belleville. Coming off of the highway it is a little difficult to find the main entrance to the hotel, but once in the parking lot there is plenty of parking soace

Hotel was nicely decorated and clean with very pleasant staff. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and in good repair with good hours of access. Full breakfast available. Enjoyed our night here very much

My first choice of a hotel to stay in Belleville. Treated with dignity and respect by all employees. Very clean and excellent breakfasts in the morning. Quiet during the sleeping hours also highly recommend staying here. .

I stayed at this hotel with a group for the OFSAA track & field championships in June 2017. The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. The hotel lived up to the #1 value hotel in Belleville as listed on tripadvisor.

All the staff were wonderful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and a pride of place was felt in all areas. Would stay again. Close to all services and had the chance to use the 10% discount (using teh room key) at Shoeless Joes which is located just across the street.

Room was in clean and orderly state. Condition of furniture and appliances all in excellent condition. Temperature of room was decent. Lobby is nice and large and roomy. Wide selection offered for breakfast. Plenty of seats available to sit at during breakfast or relax in the evening. My children enjoyed the pool. Towels available at pool side to use.

Room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to the highway and great choice of restaurants. All staff from booking, check in and included breakfast were helpful and polite. Breakfast includes locally homemade pastries. Room rates are competitive to the area.

We have stayed here a few times but this is our first review. The person at the front desk greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. We complimented her on the renovations to the front entrance (work was underway we we last visited in March) and she was clearly proud of the improvements they had made and thanked us for choosing to stay with them. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom fan was a bit noisier than we'd like but otherwise the room was quite quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items. We noticed that they had added a second breakfast area to relieve the seating scarcity we had sometimes noticed in past visits. Check out was just as fast and efficient as check in. In fact, the staff we encountered from the front desk, to the breakfast area to housekeeping were all friendly and engaging. We'll certainly be back in the future.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Slow and buggy Internet. Continental was okay if you like that but could use a breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. No fitness center but I was told hotel guests have a prefered rate at the nearby gym. Overall good experience, need improvement on the Wifi.

Very friendly staff both at check in and check out.Clean rooms bed not as soft as I prefer but still reasonably comfortable. Priced a little higher than others. Great hot buffet breakfast. TV in the room a bit on the small size.

We enjoyed our stay at the Belleville Bestwestern! The staff was courteous and helpful. It was a good location. Also good value! The mattress was a little soft for our liking but that was our only complaint!

We stayed just one night while on a road trip but we were very happy we did! I haven't always liked Best Western's but this location is comfortable and well run. The room was fairly spacious and very clean. The breakfast was just what you would expect for a place like this (nothing special, but with some hot items) but included in the price. Conveniently located next to highway 401 and the Quinte Mall, but nowhere near the lake if that's what you are interested in.

Very nice place, it was our second and third stay. When travelling to Niagara we always stop by for one night going to and coming from Niagara. It is near the 401. Very comfortable room, it is calm, The place and the choice for the morning is great.

A group of us went for a high school reunion and this was one of the hotels arranged for us. I had not expected the level of service, cleanliness and large size of the rooms. They were reasonably priced and the staff were exceptionallly attentive. The morning breakfast was standard Best Western fair but it was notably fresh all morning.....no 'rubber eggs and dried out sausage'.

Always have a great experience at The Best Western. Very friendly staff, hot breakfast and the beds are so comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub is also awesome after a long day out. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is the best in town always clean and has a great staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and always fresh. The rooms are clean, modern and staff take extra care to make your stay pleasant. An added bonus they serve fresh popped corn in the lobby in the afternoon. Nice job

i booked this hotel through best western diamond select for Friday night may 5 2107 for one night we went to kfc which is south of the hotel and bought our take out supper and ate in our room while marie watched y&r heading north from kfc the entrance to the hotel is right next to the pioneer gas station entrance the is a very narrow entrance and I missed it I had to go forward for a hundred feet and safely did a you turn I was now on 62 south as if I had just come of the 401 at the traffic light turn left on to bell road the entrance is on your left fifty feet or so but bell road westbound was very heavy waiting for the light to change so i did not want to create a traffic problem by waiting so I drove to the next traffic light and turned left doing a you turn and coming back to westbound bell to the hotel entrance. the hotel was recently renovated so the rooms were new we checked in and used the elevator to the 2 nd floor for our room entering the room the 4 piece bathroom is on your right then the closet a king size very comfortable bed with night stands a silent heating air conditional unit windows then a desk and chair with the tv and the fridge no micro wave this was a very comfortable room with lost of room to move around the breakfast was buffet toast and pastry scrambled eggs sausage flats pancakes juices and tea or coffee the breakfast area was incorporated into the front lounge and reception desk the staff was very friendly which gave us an enjoyable stay we will be staying here on our next trip to belleville

What I liked: 1. Hotel reception was very helpful and friendly when I called ahead to ask questions 2. Hotel reception was also very helpful giving us tips about taxis – it is best to call and book ahead because there seems to be a ridiculous shortage 3. Requested room ready before regular check-in and appreciated they were able to accommodate 4. Great location! Very close to main mall. Easy to walk to several fast food places to eat 5. This is an older hotel, but clean, simple room – didn't really look around too much since attending wedding 6. Breakfast was included in the price 7. Cosy breakfast and sitting area What could be improved/other comments 1. While, I understand the front of the hotel is under construction – it hides the hotel from view and could cause confusion when initially coming in. It also means you need to stand outside to really see a taxi. 2. Breakfast wasn't that great – even though pancake machine is cool – the pancakes have no taste 3. In the morning, the elevators really smelled of spray.

The hotel is quaint and in a good location. It is near malls, gas station, restaurants, fast foods and 401 highway. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is under renovation and so there were a number of construction materials right on the front and side doors.

I had a very positive experience with Best Western Belleville, the staff were very kind and helpful to me. I had a couple of little things I needed help with and they went out of their way to really ensure my problems were solved to my satisfaction. The room was clean and the beds really comfy, the hottub and pool were a huge blessing. The poolside lounge was a haven of relaxation after hours on the highway.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the 401 in a busy shopping district very close to restaurants and shopping mall. We have stayed multiple times at this location when we visit family and have never been disappointed with any aspect of our stay. The hotel is immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast (included) is exceptional and the service area is very clean and buffet items are plentiful and the variety of items is excellent. The indoor pool/atrium is also immaculate. 5 Star rating from this very satisfied customer!

The location is immediately after you exit the 401. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and offers a selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. They are available to make suggestions for tourist.

Hotel had some kind of construction at the entrance but it didn't bother us... we love the staff here.. always courteous and friendly. There is a smell in the lobby and elevator that seemed to be sewer? Maybe the reason for the construction? We have stayed in this biel several times but this is the first time we had encountered this... we'll stay again!

Great place to stay, they are doing construction but did not bother us in any way. Breakfast was great, fresh popcorn in the evening was a great treat. Beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud, even asked where they got their pillows. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

We went there in April with a group of 11 families. Although the front entrance was being renovated, the hotel was really confortable. The staff was really friendly and the pool is large and enough space around it for 15 kids + parents

Nice hotel very friendly and helpful staff, beds were very comfortable and they switched our rooms last minute to allow for adjoining rooms with the kids. Electric car charging station was a nice option to plug in our car.

I stay here every time I'm in town on business. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The rooms are nice, the pool is lovely, and the breakfast is good. Very comfortable and a great rate.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while exploring Prince Edward County. It was an easy decision, since the cost was much less than anything in PE County. The hotel met all our expectations - it was clean, the staff were friendly and we slept comfortably. The popcorn was a nice added touch. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants. In fact, we decided to take a walk the first night and explore the neighbourhood to find a place to eat. One disappointment - there was a dog in the room next to ours that barked incessantly the second night of our stay. Thankfully, the barking subsided by the time we decided to go to sleep.

The bed was comfortable, room clean and well stocked... Staff were friendly, ample parking. I didn't use the pool but I did use the lounge area every morning for the breakfast and it was clean and breakfast was decent! Good place to stay, I would stay again and recommend the hotel!

The front desk guy doesn't pay attention to the desk so when a customer comes they wait. Then I saw all the managers bullying the hostess. The reason I'm writing a review is because I felt bad for her after they said what they had to say. When she came back out you can tell she was crying. If the head boss is reading this it was unprofessional what you did. She was nice the food was wonderful everything was cleaned and everyone that I saw she greeted them she said good morning asked how they were and took her time with them. Then she would run back and do something but then 5 to 10 minutes later she would come back and repeat. Treat your employees better or your going to lose the good ones. I won't be coming back here. The employees were very nice the food and destination is great. The rooms were nice but the managers are horrible to their staff from what I saw. Just from seeing that turned a 5 review to a two.

I always stay here when visiting Belleville. It's like my own Cheers, as I'm greeted by name as I walk through the door. Rooms are comfortable, staff friendly. They even text before to see if you need anything when you arrive.

This hotel should be shut down, it's a waste of money. I was their Wednesday to Friday for business. The breakfast could of had more of selections. Also my room had hair on the bathroom floor. Friday morning I wanted to leave early around 6-630 am. Their was no one around then I saw a girl come out and I asked if she could help me and she said I'm sorry I can't but I will get him for you. He was hiding in the back, not professional. So after 10-15 min I finally was able to check out. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed. The rooms could look cleaner and more upgraded. The front desk guy who I can't recall his name but he was older should do his job and stop sleeping in the back, and breakfast could be better. The only person who helped me was the one who brought breakfast out. Very disipointed.

If you are planning on an early checkout. Dont bother coming here. I would recomend staying at another hotel within the city. I tried to check out at about 6am and there was no one around. I waited at the desk for multiple minutes and still no one came. Thankfully enough a young lady found the guy for the desk and told him i was there. His name was Gordon. He started making excuses when he saw me saying he never heard me etc. He also said the young lady that helped me was his "early warning system" I was very frustrated to learn that he was basically waiting for her to tell him there was someone at the desk. Then while checking out he kept talking and took forever to complete my paperwork. I'm so dissapointed with this stay here. There was hair in my room and then there was the desk guy who couldnt be found, but for the breakfast lady. Maybe improvement is needed on the lazy morning staff!

Situated just off the 401 with no traffic noise we use this hotel as a stopover on our way from Montreal to Niagara Falls. The staff here at all levels are excellent. The breakfast is great and the beds are very comfortable.

Good customer service but very old rooms. I would consider this a Motel.. The location didn't have room service and offered breakfast in the cramped lobby. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a pullout couch.

My husband and I recently attended a wedding in Belleville and stayed at the BW. From the time we booked the room until the time we checked out the staff were absolutely amazing and truly made our stay personal. We not only received confirmation of the booking, but also a text on the day of check in to ensure that we didn't need anything else. When we checked in the staff remembered that we were there for a wedding and commented on how good we looked! The service was so personal and every person at the front desk went out of their way to speak to us and to help us in finding out way to the reception. What an amazing team of professionals!

I stayed here recently for business. The hotel is in a good location, close to the mall/restaurants. At check in I waited over 5 minutes as there was only one person working and she was on the phone. The room was clean.I am not sure I would stay here again if I returned to Belleville.
