A really lovely stay. The room was cute, quiet and comfortable, and the bed was exactly what I needed. Staff were warm and genuinely helpful. Great location, smooth check-in and check-out. I'd happily stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation.
The room was very clean and the service was excellent. We struggled to find a tote bag everywhere, and the staff kindly gave us one. We are extremely grateful!

This is the second time I booked the Seeker Finder at khlongToei Bangkok. Vakue for money if you are on budget. Helpful stall, neat, organized room. Timely service room. Nice atmosphere at the top with pool.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main train station.and the breakfast buffet was delicious.Would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic experience. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel had a great atmosphere and the pool area was lovely! Really great area, easy to get to the main city areas, and great value for money.

We arrived in Thailand yesterday and got to the hotel around 8:00 in the morning. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 p.m., the staff noticed that we were traveling with children and kindly arranged a room for us much earlier. We were able to check in about three hours before the regular time, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our arrival so much more comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well laid out, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. On top of that, the food at the hotel restaurant is absolutely fantastic — incredibly tasty, varied, and of great quality. Every meal was a delight. This hotel is definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed 2 nights at Seekers Finders Rama IV Hotel, a Surestay Collection Hotel. The location is at Khlong Toei area, about 5 mins walk to Khlong Toei MRT Station. This MRT Station connects to Lumphini Station where OneBangkok is and it is only 1 stop. If you continue the same way, you may stop at Silom Station where all the night life and Patpong Night Market is. The other direction of the MRT will bring you to Terminal 21 and it is just 3 stops away. Super convenient. You can also walk from the hotel to Benjakkiti Park, a beautiful Park in the centre of Bangkok. The park is huge and have a very nice sections of ponds and elevated viewing platforms. The room is very spacious and it is very functional, it is about 25sqm. The bed is comfy, and the internet connection is superb. I particularly like the TV which make streaming from YouTube etc flawlessly. The water pressure in the shower is great too. The breakfast is 180 Baht with a small buffet section and egg station. Super worth it even though the spread is limited. You can have your morning coffee, juice, fruits, yogurt, toast and some of the hot dishes. It is really value for money. The staff at the hotel did not welcome and greet me even though we are a Best Western Rewards member. With out elite tier, we will normally be greeted and have some welcoming treatment but it was not articulated. I will give them a chance and be back again soon.

Hotel is at a convenient location. Had a pleasant stay. Rooms are comfortable with basic amenities. Sleep quality was good. Breakfast spread was fine with little or no options for vegetarians. Staff in the front desk was pleasant specially Oil who seemed to be welcoming and ready to help.

I have been staying at least once every year since this hotel opening. I have always appreciated the comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, and I truly loved my stays here. However, I encountered a very unpleasant experience during my most recent visit that I feel compelled to share. On this occasion, I was in a hurry to meet friends and unintentionally forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff. While tipping in Thailand is a way to express gratitude, it is not an obligation, unlike in many Western countries. Unfortunately, it seems that this situation led to a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the housekeeping service. Here is what I observed upon returning to my room: - Amenities were carelessly thrown around. - Bedding was left in disarray. - Minibar (Pepsi, juice) not filled (not sure if it is provided daily or per stay) - Curtains, cushions, hairdryer were in complete disorder. This kind of behavior was both shocking and unacceptable, as it compromised the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. If dissatisfaction with tipping was the cause, I believe this reflects a deeper issue with management, such as ensuring fair wages for staff. I immediately reported these concerns to the front desk; however, it took two days before I had received a formal apology letter. While I appreciate the response, the delay in addressing the matter left me further disappointed. I am sharing this experience not only to express my dissatisfaction but also in the hope that the hotel will take measures to ensure such incidents do not happen again in the future.

Stayed here 10th through till 24th October 24 total of 14 nights stayed on the 8th floor lovely clean room and very modern the room was serviced daily and the house maids were friendly and meticulous in their cleaning the bed was a king and super soft and comfortable the bed linen was of high quality no problems with the shower and always plenty of hot water and good pressure. The lifts were quick and Charlie's restaurant was inexpensive and huge selection of Thai dishes very good service.Close to MRT station and 7 eleven I definately would stay at this hotel again. A big thankyou to the front reception staff that were always friendly and all spoke very good English also thankyou for all your help Liw front of house manager You are a true asset to your employer.

Lovely hotel with very nice staff. Big thanks to Liw at reception who was very kind and let me print some documents for work! Great rooftop too with a nice view from the pool! The room was nice and clean and had everything I needed. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner with a big menu.

The bed is comfy. The staff is unpleasant on Saturday. Very rude at the front desk. They do not clean the area where you can sit. Will not allow you to sit in certain areas that are clean. The staff is hanging around chatting and eating in an area maybe a guest could use. The room is moldy and the staff at check in showed me 3 rooms , we chose the least moldy but the mold has gotten stronger. It's very bad for your health. The lobby is moldy as well. The buffet in the morning was not as the pictures were displayed in the lobby. Very few items. We will never stay here again to due this experience.
