Best Western Sunridge Inn & Conference Center

Was passing through to go to Portland from Salt lake city. This was a perfect stop. Hotel was very well located. Room was clean with very good Breakfast in the morning. One of the best I had in long time in a hotel. Will surely stay here next time we are on this route.

The room was clean. Becky was outstanding while checking in. Very friendly. Breakfast was also very satisfying. The restaurant in house has also good menu. Also very convincing from the freeway. I would highly recommend this place when in Baker City.

Very satisfying stay. Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was fulfilling. Made to order eggs were amazing. It made my day. Overall worth the price. Will surely recommend anyone in the town. They have a in house restaurant and bar as well. Dinner there was great.

Bad odor in the outdated rooms, which did not appear clean. Lukewarm showers with poor water pressure. The hotel did not feel safe. I would stay clear unless you don't mind paying hotel costs for what appears to be a 2-star motel.

The heater was off in room #310 when we arrived 1/15/24. It was 8-10F outside. The wall heater produced only warm air and it took 4-5hrs for the room to warm to 68-70F. We slept bundled until 1:30AM. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

This was a welcomed rest after a long day on the road. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. She helped us get into the restaurant next door right before closing for a late supper. Burgers were good, salmon was torched. The rooms can be a hike depending on where they put you. Our room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. We didn't use the pool so won't comment there. Ample parking for big rigs, trailers, or RVs.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunridge Inn. Our room was very large with an extra sink in the room as well as the one in the bathroom. Plus it had a table with two chairs which is nice if you want to eat in your room. At breakfast, they make you a fresh omelette which was quite good.

Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Clean rooms. They have a nice restaurant. If you are traveling Interstate 84 and need a place to try this hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located near multiple local amenities.

the stay was average. the water pressure was low and the bed needed replaced as it was badly broken down. but the staff was pleasant and the room was clean . i would not recommend the on site restaurant/ bar it has the worse service i have seen in a long time. and the price is 30% higher that anywhere in town. we got better service at the truck stop across the road

Left an air pod in the room. Within an hour it was on its way back to my home. Was super impressed by the care taken by person on the front desk and the honesty of the cleaning person. Attached restaurant exceeded expectations.

As someone else said, this motel is older but rooms were updated and I had a comfortable quiet rest in building 2. The best part was the wonderful pork chop dinner at the restaurant. They also serve breakfast which was typical of most motels today. They are to be commended on giving the left over food to area homeless instead of throwing it away.

Basic hotel. It was clean and everyone was nice but extremely overpriced. Breakfast was not exceptional but it was good. I stayed in several hotels on my 2000 mile trip and the prices have gone up but not quite as much as this one.

We stayed here on a trip home from a family emergency. They are clean, with nice staff but sometimes over priced. The pillow cases had holes in them, which didn't cause a problem with our sleep but for the price I don't think this should happen. There breakfast is fine. Nothing over the top. Clean place to sleep for one night. While we were there they had a water problem in the laundry room so we had to jump over water to get out to the parking lot. No elevators. They also gave us directions to a really good Chinese restaurant down the road with good prices.

Great location on and off the freeway, fast check -in, super friendly staff with breakfast included that was very fresh and delicious... Highly recommend trying the bar, the value for the food was amazing, great hot wings...

The room was very large and comfortable. They actually have full sized pillows! Why have hotels gone to those really small pillows??? There was a minor issue and when they could not resolve it they gave us a partial credit on the room as a resolution. So easy to work with! We slept great. The breakfast, like all free hotel breakfasts, was adequate.

My husband and I spent one night here while traveling through Oregon and were pleasantly surprised by the overall complex. We frequently stay at Best Westerns and this one did not disappoint. Check-in was friendly and efficient, and we were given one of the ground floor rooms with sliding door and patio looking out at the inner courtyard and pool. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious with sitting area and desk. AC and Wifi worked well. Some of the furniture showed wear and tear, but everything was clean. The only issue was with the drapes which were tough to open and close. The king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast in the AM was in a room connected to the on-site restaurant, and there was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Indoor and outdoor seating was available, and it looked out at the courtyard with hanging flowering plants around the pool. The hotel has easy access to the main highway, and was an easy drive to restaurants and grocery stores. If in Baker City again we would definitely stay here.

We stayed here on our way to Salt lake city. Very nice property with beautiful pool courtyard area. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the mountains. They served a very large hot breakfast. I loved bacon the most. Will surely stay here again if we are travelling through this route again.

We liked the location of this hotel and the room was comfortable and clean. There was a slight odor in our room, not necessarily a bad odor, but one nonetheless. We hit the road too early to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded like it would be pretty tasty.

Very clean rooms. Nice grass area outside our room overlooking the swimming pool. Check in was quick and prompt. The lady who checked in was well trained. Would definitely stay here again if we are driving through from here.

Beautifully maintained grounds with pool. The food at the grill was excellent, very fresh and homemade. The hot breakfast was also very good with plenty of protein choices, bacon, sausage, omelets and for those that eat carbs plenty of cereal, waffles, bagels etc.

Very nice resort type property with good amenities. Our room had a balcony on the 2nd level overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was great with lot of options including bacon. Nice patio seating as well. Overall a nice hotel.

The rooms were clean. I had a room with a patio which was more price than a standard room. They had a good hot breakfast. Also the swimming pool and courtyard area was pretty with hanging flower basket.

The hotel was expensive and not worth the money. The hotel looks and feels old and worn out. The door to get into the building stuck and was difficult to open. The vending machines weren't working. It didn't have the quality I expected for the brand or price.

Pleasantly surprised! Beautiful grounds, everything looked and smelled clean, fantastic hot breakfast with patio option for sitting and enjoying breakfast. Excellent location for traveling with pets, and even a playground for kids. Two cons - there were no doggie bags, which isn't a huge deal since those who travel with pets are usually prepared. It is just a "nice to have", and I wanted to mention for those who read this review so they can be prepared. The other is a bigger issue, but easily resolved. The door handle to the bathroom has been replaced recently and doesn't fit properly, leaving a hole big enough to see through in to the bathroom. Minor repair and this would be a stay to rave about!

Clean rooms, lush and verdant area around the cool pool. Great summer flowers everywhere. Friendly staff. Pretty decent breakfast. Easy and quick check in. Doesn't look like much from the outside but we were pleased with the room & amenities. The balcony poolside was a great feature.

So good I texted my daughter to rave about the motel. I will stay here again next year on my journey east and return trip west. Clean and cool. Refreshing and relaxing. Pet friendly, lots of green grass and shade from trees.

Clean, comfortable room. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. The owners/management clearly care about providing a great experience for their guests. It appears that they are continually updating and improving their property - we have not seen that effort in other hotels we have stayed at.

Prepaid for hotel. Checked in. Room was not clean. Asked for a new mattress and cleaning to be done due to heavy stains and insects. Service desk mentioned that they did not have anyone to clean at the moment. Asked to be let out of the prepaid contract due to misadvertising of the rooms. They would not cancel but would reduce the rate. I would much rather not stay. Had no choice but to pay the reduce rate due to contract. Condition of the room: Floors are sticky, Stained carpet , microwave has food splattered inside, drawers have insects in them, mattresses feel old, no support. One of the mattresses is heavily stained with debris, needs vacuuming especially around crevices (dead insects), closet flooring needs vacuuming, fire alarm cover held up with tape, light flashes every few seconds from a device near the window. It makes it hard to sleep. Tray that holds coffee cups is dirty, the lamp on the table is dirty. Both fixtures need to be wiped down. Didn't use the shower and the knob is hard to pull for water to turn on. The sign on the door had a notice of maximum charge of 250 night. Interesting of how they can over charge from their signage and condition of their rooms. Could not sleep constant worring about crawling insects in the room.

Room was comfortable & quiet . Oddly numbered rooms and buildings. Room 231 on first floor of building 3. Breakfast area cramped and sub par options. Extremely slow check in. Very nice pool, but limited seating around it. No towels, either.

Glad it is back to being owned by Best Western! Much better. Friendly, helpful staff & size of room with two Queen beds is appropriate. I normally use the pool when there in summer and it's great. Love that the small lounge/restaurant is available on site

We were warmly greeted by the clerk. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were facing the pool area and saw deer grazing during the night which was fun. The Internet was strong enough and we had enough outlets to charge our devices. Breakfast had the usual fare and someone was there to clean up and restock. Great stay.

From the front desk checkin to checkout was awesome. They have a bar and grill here that serves a limited menu but don't let that fool you because the food is spectacular. I am a truck driver and for a truck driver this is a sanctuary for time off. There are so many restaurants and trucker needs here. Everything is within walking distance. Lots of Semi Truck parking here. I hope that helps. Thanks!

Wonderful experience staying at this quaint motel in a small, scenic town along Interstate 84. The room was clean, cozy and the king sized mattress was vey comfortable. The internet connection was strong and the bathroom and shower were clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh with delicious eggs, bacon and country sausage and an assortment of fresh, home made pastries. Overall, the best breakfast I've experienced while traveling for business and pleasure.

The grounds of this hotel are lovely, especially around the landscaped courtyard & pool. The balconies and patios have furniture so you can enjoy sitting outside - depending on where you are there are amazing sunsets from the 2nd story. The rooms are spacious, clean and everything works. The breakfast is actually cooked by someone instead of instant eggs etc. The chef is on site. Great selection of breakfast items. We've stayed here on several trips and will stay again.

Great service and clean rooms Staff were friendly and courteous and very ready to help with anything to make stay comfortable Would be nice though if breakfast was served a little earlier for early birds Other than that the stay was great and having a service dog there were no questions other than asking if my K9 was a Service Animal.

I love the fact that it has a refrigerator and microwave so we can heat up leftovers from eating out. Beakfasts are included in this particular best western had a really nice restaurant attached which made it convenient. Full bar and great menu! Best of all we can bring our Labradoodle and the sliding glass door, made it easy to take him out to the Pet area.

Great place with nice amenities, hot tub, restaurant sliding door outside entrance. The restaurant is a little high end, but the free breakfast was better than average. Great sausage. Room was very spacious.

I was going to use a gift card toward room total and they could not figure out how to use it. The building I was in the ice machine was dismantled and inoperable. The room was basic but clean. I do like the breakfast room. The breakfast room was very nice and the selection was good. Maybe over time they will get it together better.

Very nicely appointed hotel in rural Eastern Oregon. The new Indian-American owners have steadily made improvements over the last few years. Very nice rooms for the price, and an excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend.

We spent just one night here, but it was a great experience. Price (off season) was great. Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our TV didn't work right, bout one call to the front desk fixed that - told us to unplug the power strip so it reset itself. Easy. The breakfast was the highlight. We have never had such an assortment of hot and cold items. Everything tasted good and the hot items were hot! Waffle maker, toaster, yogurt, 6 kinds of cereal, breakfast bars and more. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a beautiful courtyard and the rooms in the buildings surrounding the courtyard have balconies. The rooms in most of the complex have balconies, sliding glass patio doors and if you can, plan on getting there early enough to enjoy sitting on the patios - fabulous sunsets! Room was large and comfy. Large TV, blackout drapes, convenient to numerous places to eat or enjoy the on-site lounge and restaurant! Breakfast was awesome - REAL eggs (instead of some powdered thing) & REAL sausage cooked to perfection. Very nice selection at breakfast and the breakfast room looks out onto the courtyard. Minutes from the interstate.

The BW met all my expectations. I felt that the room was clean. I liked that they had a wall dispenser for shower products versus the little bottles so that waste is reduced. The bed was harder than I'd like but I have a very picky back. They had accommodation for trailer/large vehicle parking. Very handy for people towing a UHaul trailer for a cross country move. There were sizable potholes in the oversize parking area when I arrived. The next morning there were workers filling them in. It leaves a good impression seeing an issue being addressed. I'd stay here again.

This Best Western property is very clean and well maintained. I paid 140$+taxes and it was completely worth it. The room had a patio and was very clean. Staff was very friendly and informative when asked about specific things. Breakfast had good scrambled eggs and sausages. Overall fun experience and was worth it!!!

Stayed at this property when I was traveling to Boise from Portland and the check-in process at the front desk was quick ,the front desk was very informative and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious, breakfast had a lot of options as well. will surely stay at this property when I am in Baker City

Staff was friendly and helpful. Roos were very clean. The grounds were kept up well. The breakfast was amazing. WIFI worked well. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend the Best Western Sunridge to anyone to stay at.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. First morning, wate rpressure was weak, but barely warm enough. Second morning, no pressure and water never got above 70 degrees. Breakfast was the usual crap, but was so crowded, I had to eat outside in the cold. Rooms are not well insulated, could hear the truck jake brakes on the freeway all night long.

Stayed last night after a late arrival. We loved how nice the beds were! Breakfast was really good, too. If we stay in Baker City again, we will try to stay here. We didn't have enough time for the pool, but it looked nice!

We were thankful to find this place enroute. We enjoyed shopping at Grocery Outlet, a friendly check-in, heating our food in the microwave in our room, soaking in the hot tub followed by a hot shower using their chemical-free products, watching a movie, sleeping well in the comfortable beds, going for a morning walk, and an easy, friendly checkout.

Super clean! Even the outdoor pool was crystal clear! Balcony chairs were clean and newer Continental breakfast was much better quality than most hotels. I especially liked that a security key was needed to get from building to building. This is a great place at a great price!

This is a great jumping off point to explore Hells Canyon and I highly recommend the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. So much history if you're into that sort of stuff! The drive out to the Canyon is a long one, so stop at Halfway for a meal or bring your lunch. The road is very windy, so if you get car sick, don't go!

Really friendly people work here, they clearly work hard to keep things clean and comfortable for guests. The hotel is in a convenient location and although it is close to a highway, I didn't hear any noise during the night. I have stayed here multiple times when traveling for work and will return!

I stayed here for one night while traveling through town. We had two connecting rooms which were both pretty good. They were on the ground floor with a patio out back which was nice since we had dogs in one of the rooms. The overall hotel layout is pretty great, especially for families. The buildings are arranged in a circle around the pool and restaurant in the middle, making it easy to access from any room. The front desk staff was very nice. While they were helping me and another customer the line started to get long, and they took a moment to offer people in line water or similar refreshments for their wait which was thoughtful. I definitely would recommend this place for a stay or quick stop if you're going through town, especially with a family.

We booked here because of Trip Advisor rating it No. 1. We got a horrible room next to freeway - the noise was bad. There was a sticky substance on our sheets and had to ask front desk for new sheets. Our friends we were traveling with had NO HOT water. The breakfast had many issues - the juice machine did not work, the toaster did not work. The pool had grime caked on the tiles, When we called, if they had told us the 2 bed rooms had a balcony or patio, we would have definitely booked it. They did question whether we really wanted a 1 bed room, but did not tell us the differences in 2 bed rooms.

Check-in was easy with Sierra. Room very nice, comfy beds, clean, had great linens & pleasant, up-to-date fixtures & decor. We needed ev charging & they allowed us to plug in, which was very nice. Calico Cow Restaurant serves great food. Hotel gave vouchers for a free dessert or appetizer & also for a cooked-to-order breakfast the next day. We will plan to stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great Restaurant and lounge. Staff was amazing! We traveled as a group and there were no issues with this reservation. Our small dogs were welcomed. The front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth.

Front desk staff were great. This is a sprawling Best Western and all rooms are ground level. (Wish more were built this way.) Our unit/room was way in the back. Very quiet. Room was clean…a little outdated. Beds were comfortable. Television did not work as it kept pixelating. Streaming/Wi-Fi, however, was fine. There is a restaurant at this location too which is convenient although I would rate it between a 2 to 3.

So much room! Clean and relaxing. This is on the Oregon Trail route. We needed a place to relax and it was superb. Great food at the bar/lounge - cooked great, but was unsure if we were to seat ourselves - so either a greeting or a sign would be helpful.

Stayed here as a base camp for a last minute weekend getaway. Very close to freeway, but never heard a thing in our room. All of the front desk and housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Pool area was nice and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was decent, but nothing great. I'd highly recommend avoiding the on-site restaurant/bar. Main complaint was no elevator. Recommend a room with courtyard/pool view.

Great place to stay. The outdoor area is like an oasis. Very attentive staff. Breakfast is great. Pool area is always our favorite thing to do in Baker. Best hotel you can stay in Baker by far. Thanks for another great stay!

Our Sons wedding in a different state made for a long day. Staff & management made it so easy & non stressful for us before & after. Spotless comfy rooms as well as plentiful delicious brkfst made our day!

Front desk very helpful! Rooms very clean. The beds are also really comfortable. Restaurant has very good steaks and convenient being right there. The property is clean and in a great location. Highly recommended

The beds were really comfortable and they had great options for breakfast. The pool was so fun to play in with the kids. Definitely a great halfway point to stay on our way in and out to the coast. So great!

Wonderful heated swimming pool with basketball hoop and noodles for kids. Space for kids to play and adults to swim. Attractive courtyard area. Breakfast had the usual waffles and cereal and toast but also three types of eggs and sausages. Big screen TV in living and Pet friendly rooms with sliding doors put t courtyard . Kids didn't want to leave. Restaurant with bar on site was also convenient.

we stayed by the luck of the draw based on the tired scale of driving. We pulled into Baker City and got an easy online reservation. Showed up and quickly got to our rooms. Went to a wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The grounds are surprisingly beautiful.

Hotel is a bit older, rooms are nice, pool was nice. At check in I asked the desk clerk about two nighs get a free nightt for members program.....he was wrong with his answer. He told me it started in Sept. It actually is June 6th to Sept 5. Misinformation lost us a free night as Gold card member.. we went to have dinner at the restraunt. It was closed!! O nly offering food at the bar. All fine and good if you want bar food. We were hoping g for a nice restaurant at a nice hotel with a chef. Not a family member of the manager running the bar. Our room was great though. Check out was swift, a d breakfast looked great.

We were traveling to Washington and stopped here for the night. Check in was smooth and easy. Really good place to stay. Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. No complaints at all. We would stay again.

We stayed here two separate nights recently and enjoyed both our stays. As noted elsewhere, the outside appearance from far looks dated, but it is in good shape. The inside is apparently recently remodeled, the beds were very comfortable and apparently very new. We managed to interact with at least 5 front desk folks; all were extremely pleasant and very helpful. We didn't jump in the pool but it looked very nice and large, again, as others have noted. Would definitely stay here again. Big bonus for me, the breakfast had real link sausages.

I traveled to Baker City for work. This location was amazing. The staff was helpful and caring from the moment we pulled up. The rooms were very large with comfortable amenities. The grounds were kept clean and the pool area was beautiful. I would highly recommend.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and love the courtyard and pool area. This time we attempted to eat at the on-site restaurant. As we entered from the hotel side, the bartender? accused us of coming in the wrong door and “surprising” him, as I guess several others also had done this misdeed before us. He swore at us and after finding out we were from WA, told us about his brother (who also apparently lives in WA) watching people out of his living room window sh**ing. This was all said to us within minutes of entering the restaurant. He said there was absolutely no chance of eating at the outside patio because “no one wants to work anymore”. I have no doubt that it would be difficult to find anyone who would want to work with one of the rudest people I have ever met. Needless to say, we walked out. I believe the restaurant is not associated with the Best Western hotel- but they need to fix this situation.

Excellent location and easy to see just off freeway and close to restaurants, shopping and gas. Property grounds are clean and beautiful with attention to detail and manicured landscaping. Parking is ample and well lit at night.

The front desk girl was very helpful. Our TV wasn't working. She came to our room and tried to fix it but it still didn't work. We were offered a new room very close to our room so the move was very simple. She was friendly, helpful and personable. Everything you would want in an employee.

Worth the savings of this room. You can see how Best Western has taken over this property and trying to bring it up to Best Western standards. The property is beautiful, pictures online don't give it justice. New management is very friendly, in fact all staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but I would say the lights in the halls had extreme cob webs. Loved the firm bed but pillows were extremely soft, need firmer pillows. Shower pressure was literally nonexistent, not sure if it was just our room or a property issue. Breakfast was ok. Lots of people and lots of people with their dogs at the outdoor seating, making it uncomfortable to come sit down. Coffee was out for a while and only pouring water. I went to make tea instead but only black tea or herbal, not variety of tea. Eggs were gone for an extremely long time. I was done eating before they brought eggs and the eggs they had prior with cheese and green chilis was replaced with burnt pre-made cheese omelettes. I would recommend this hotel for the price though, saved money staying here and with the refreshed rooms, you can tell Best Western is trying to get this location up to par.

It was a nice renovated pet room, without carpet, so it smelled clean. Super friendly staff. Lots of parking, and quite a few people had trailers, and were able to fit them in no problem. Breakfast was good, but go before 8:30- it was pretty full then on a Friday morning.

Very dog friendly. Room very well soundproofed. could see freeway out the window across a field but did not hear it at all. Breakfast was good for that kind of self serve set up. Even had a nice outside seating so we could have breakfast together and bring the dog.

This property provides the best value in the region. It is well located off the interstate, beautifully landscaped, and excellently maintained. Food and beverage services from the on-site restaurant were sublime.

The staff were very friendly but short-handed. The hotel and experience were a mess. Each time I went to main desk, the wait was ~15-20 minutes (literally) because there was only one person working it and 4-6 people in line. Unfortunately, our first room wasn't cleaned and had to wait another 15 min at front desk line to get new room. The building/hotel was in disrepair. In our second room, for example, bathroom fan didn't work, shower head was ~8 feet high (my wife couldn't even reach it to adjust), replacement door strike plate and hinges were ill fitting making door closure difficult and LOUD, room needed to be painted, etc etc etc. It was so bad that it was funny! When we stay at Great Western hotels (we stayed at 3 different ones this trip), we have certain expectations for value, price, etc. They're usually met, which is why we're repeat customers. Unfortunately, they were not at this hotel. We regret the decision.

There are a few interesting things to see an places to east in Baker City but it mainly a mid-way stop from many other directions. Like many hotels it is conveniently near the highway but that also makes it a little noisy. It is also across the street from a truck stop. The good part is that it is in easy walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. The downtown is about 2 miles away.

The scenery, and town are beautiful. Our room here is very clean, and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. I have no complaints. When checking in, there was one worker and the computer system went down. She was calm and competent and handled the situation like a pro. Wish I got her name. Blonde lady...any ways highly recommended. Thanx!

Almost didn't reserve at this site because it wasn't listed on my travel search engine. Remembered staying here once before and liked it so searched a little more. Evidently BW just took over this place and brought it up to BW standards. Like the on-site restaurant . Very enjoyable experience with my stay and will be stopping in again on my next visit to Baker City.

Although the exterior of the hotel is older, the interior appeared to be remodeled and was nice and spacious. We were in building #5. We heard zero noise in our room and it was quite comfortable. There is a nice pet area outside building 5 as well as playground for children. The front desk staff was amazing. Free breakfast in the morning was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a joke. The owner is clearly after the almighty dollar. Shower broke, ac/heat unit broke, fart fan broke, blood pillow. I'm not sure what happened but the place is a disaster. I will say the staff was great, but i wouldn't stay here on a dare. We were supposed to stay a week and checked out after the first night.

Pretty good experience! Kind of worried it wasn't going to be super great. Room was very clean. Even a set of extra doors were outside our hallway to keep the cold out. TV with login options such as Netflix and Youtube, although the cable was acting funky, even after we reset it. Options to make coffee and store extra food in a small refrigerator. Sadly the pool was outside and it was winter so no swimming and there was no hot tub that I could see :( beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty good! Some tasty options for a small buffet. Employees were super nice. Overall good experience!

Checkin was fast and easy, however if you use Priceline and driving a pickup pulling a boat you park in the Truck lot and have to walk abouta block or so to your room, at least thats were they put me. Room was great! Very clean, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Bar and restaurant on premise. Friendly staff in the bar and chef came out to check on the food they served to make sure the customers were happy. Nice touch. Everyone seemed to love the food they were served.

We have stayed in this particular hotel many times from when it was a Best Western to unbranded to its current branding under Quality Inn. The rooms are greatly improved. I would recommend the Quality Inn over all other hotels in town other than the Grand Geiser. The one caveat, do not stay on the freeway side of building 4 or, probably, any freeway side of any exposed building. Trucks use their Jake Brakes making an awful racket. Front counter staff are very friendly.
