Staff people had been very gentle and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Internet Wi-Fi really allowed you to surf without problems. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast as there are no coffee machine and you need to ask for a coffee to the staff.

This is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable room and a good sleep quality. I liked the room design and interior. Staff is really friendly and helping, and breakfast is decent with not much variety. Location is ok not bad. Over all a very nice stay.

nice clean hotel roughly a mile outside the city wall. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent continental breakfast, the only downside is the evening meal is an all you can eat buffet for 23 euros each +5 if you want a steak - thought this was very high

Etrusco hotel is in a strategical position, you can reach easily the centre or the highway. There is a huge car park where you can find a place to park. Breakfast is good and the staff is really helpful

Just a few minutes away from the Arezzo square is this lovely property. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms is the first thing I noticed about this property. Quite buzzing even at night, with helpful staff and strangers. Horrible breakfast but nevertheless a lovely stay. They managed to serve good Indian dinner that too vegetarian, during our 2 night stay there and that surely was a cherry on the cake.

We stayed here on a driving trip through Italy between Florence and Rome. First impressions are wrong, because when we saw the location of the hotel we were very put off. However... We had a Superior room and the only thing we could flaw with it was the absence of an HDMI input on the TV. The room was great, comparatively spacious and the bed very comfortable. The real highlight was the excellent service we received from the hotel staff. They went out of their way to help us with directions and particularly in the meals (we took Dinner and breakfast at the hotel) they were just great.

I had the occasion to dine at their restaurant when I had friends visiting. When I eventually found the hotel,which doesn't appear to be sign posted from anywhere,I met my friends in a sort of lounge. Very old and dilapidated, the leather armchairs have certainly seen better days. The dining room has very comfortable chairs. The dinner was buffet which is fine if you are so hungry you can go round 4 times to make it worth the expense. The dining room seemed terribly over staffed without anyone actually serving. The wine wasn't included in the buffet,to be served a glass I had to stop a waiter almost in his tracks, ,who then poured out the very end of the bottle. That is not how to serve wine even if it is an unknown table red and definitely not worth E4.00 a glass. When it was time to pay I was astonished at the price for a buffet meal. There is no way I'm returning.

Pros: -Easy to reach and park because outside Arezzo downtown -Breakfast average to ok -Personnel friendly and professional Cons: -Terrible room: very bad status overall and strong smell everywhere (smoke or else?). Definitely not a 4 star hotel room

It is average hotel, everything seems ok but breakfast. Little old, not very clean, soundproof is bad, we can hear everything clearly outside the door. Stayed for one night and will noc come back. There might be many other choices around.

Got stranded in this hotel because we joined a tour from Milan to Italy then dropped by at Arrezo on our way to Monaco & Avignon. This hotel is practically located in the middle of nowhere! We arrived after dinner time. The only restaurant in the hotel was closed already while it was only at 8.20pm. The 4 of us had to go outside the hotel to find food in a dark, freezing & windy weather of late December ...! Not an experience that we would have expected ... I definitely wont return to this hotel ....!

This hotel was nice with friendly staff. The only problem that we had since we came with a bus load of travel group and only one elevator work while the other is under reservation, Took awhile before we finally able to go up to our room. Roo was spacious and breakfast was good.

We did not encounter such bad hotels like this hotel. First, the hotel had one active elevator - which of course was stuck once with people inside. The second was under renovation ... We were on the top floor ... fifth. Corridors and hotel carpets, smelling of old cigarettes and lack of cleanliness. The room was large, but the air conditioner took hours to try to cool only part of it. The sheets were arranged, but not replaced. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower ... The receptionist gave us six small bags of liquid soap. In the toilet paper facility, the paper ran out on the first day and was not filled again. There was no garbage can in the room. The shower water smelled of iron. When we went on the second day to buy a few bottles of water from the bar, they gave us a tray with bottles,and they told us to take it ourselves ... to remind you,only one elevator, and it is not in perfect condition. At dinner, in a few minutes, the meat, the fish and the pasta ran out, and people waited 25 minutes to line to eat. Perhaps during the Etruscans era, the hotel was 4 stars ...

This hotel is nestled a couple blocks off the Main Street but it is amazing. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The hotel staff members are beyond friendly and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Carmen, Marta, Anna, and the young Italian boy whose name I cannot remember were fun and friendly. The complimentary breakfast featured the best of the region--cheese and meat trays, fresh fruit, breads, and amazing homemade cakes and pastries. The staff serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful--squeezing fresh orange juice or taking care of your hot beverage needs.
