Best Western Plus Hus 57

Before it was able to bath in the hot pool in the basement. But now they take money for bath an hour. But the hotell price is the same. So after may you get less service for the money that was included before. They want money for every single service now. Better service att Best Western Valhalla in Ängelholm.

Non service minded staff. On the plus - you can walk into the spa without paying because they're more interested in talking to each other than paying attention. On the downside - you'll never get at drink in the bar because - staffs talking. Rooms fine Pool is part of spa area, so kids can't use it Parking is a nightmare Breakfast is lovely Gym rudimentary but ok Playing area great

We recently stayed at this hotel and initially had a great experience. However, our opinion has drastically changed due to the poor customer service we've encountered after our stay. We accidentally left behind an extra pillow that we brought with us. Since checking out, we've tried to contact the hotel five times over the past week to retrieve the pillow, but we have received absolutely no response. We even sent a photo of the pillow along with the product label, hoping this would help. It's truly disappointing that something as simple as a forgotten item could lead to such a lack of communication. What started as a very positive experience has now left us completely dissatisfied, all because of the hotel's failure to respond to our repeated attempts to get in touch. We sincerely hope the hotel improves its customer service, as this has unfortunately tainted our overall impression of what could have been a perfect stay.

Perfect in the centre of Ängelholm so easy access to all the bars and restaurants in town. Nice comfortable rooms with decent bathrooms with walk in showers. Room have a resonable sized TV with a limited package of channels, very soft beds. What was missing was a fridge and a wardrobe, clothe go on an open hanger but otherwise well satisfied

A fresh and modern hotel with staff that will make you feel very welcome. Service and friendlyness of the staff is VERY good. If you want a chill weekend stay(depending on the other guests in the relax rooms) I recommend this hotel. The 'Spa' department consist of a small very shallow pool, a spa bath, a sauna and a relax room with 4 double beds. There was a pricelist for bar service but no bar service available.

Nothing to comment on. Very good and clean rooms, super tasty breakfast and nice staff. I was here for business. A few days later I went back for a privat stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to come back here

Good location in centre of Angelholm, close to local restaurants. Hotel new and room was really clean and up to date. Hotel very modern. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of options and good quality. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. We were lucky to have a bathtub with lots of hot water, very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the room, windows that could be opened, TV had lots of choices and channels, and a kettle in the room

Centrally located in Angelholm, the hotel is spacious and has great atmosphere. The single room wqs tiny but somehow they still managed to have all the ammenities, including a well-stocked mini bar. The bar service is excellent in the evening and runs well into the night hours with proper cocktails served and knowledgeable bartenders. The breakfast service is also excellent and runs from 6:15 in the morning so perfect also for the early birds.

Room was fine, but for a rather small town parking was a major headache. The staff send everyone to the same parking lot where there was room for maybe 20 cars. Their own parking lot, one way in same way out was stuffed. Finally I found a place but all parking is paid in Angelholm. Don't ask why. Okay breakfast, all together a fine stay.

During our stay at Ängelholm it was very, very hot. More than 34 degrees celsius. So to come to this hotel was perfect with nice beds with high comfort and AC at the room. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of swedish specialities. But the restaurant! How is it possible to have an DJ playing "donk, donk, donk, donk, donk" all the time? When the "music" was over he played another: "donkadonk, donkadonk, donkadonk, donkadonk...". We decided to leave before we ordered food and also, at the same time, two other couples. We asked the reception and they deplored the "music" and recommended us another restaurant, 10 minutes away by feet (Bryggan kök och bar). With four new friends all of us had a very nice dinner together close to the channel in Ängelholm.

Vwry fine hotel in city centre of Ängelholm. Fine restaurant and bar at the gotel. Also walking distance to shops and restaurants, Nive riverside walking and running routes close to hotel. Ängelsholm are perfect spot for exploring the west coast of Sweden.

Engaged personnel welcomes you to a modern hotel, with rich breakfast and comfortable beds. To improve: better lights in bathroom, better shower walls, now the whole bathroom gets splashed. Good gym and spa. Dark colors, dark rooms.

Amazing hotel, funky design and up beat feeling. We had a double room and it was cosy, enough space to move, hang clothes and very well thought through plug points...yeah! Shower room is heavenly and very sleek design....liked it alot. Just missing more shelf space. As I want my toiletries out and not under the sink. Breakfast.....2 words, so yummy! 2 negative things ‐ not having access as a hotel guest to spa and parking

We were a family of 4 staying at this hotel for 7 days. Lovely and friendly staff, extremely clean and spotless room, spacious bathroom with a tub, excellent cleaning services, decent breakfast (perhaps a bit of variety would have been nice but it was more than adequate for our needs), a gym which I actually managed to use, a spa that I used on two occasions, and great food and beverage services at the hotel. Great central location. Close to the “center” and a few minutes drive to the beach (Råbocka, Klitterhus), railway museum. We will definitely consider coming back to this lovely hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of march with my husband and son. We've stayed here 4 times now and this was the best stay we've had....we actually had time to enjoy the spa for the first time! The breakfast could be a little better, there was no cereals for my young son and more fruit needed. We didn't realise that the pancakes are only on a weekend but the chef was very helpful and made some for my son on the monday morning. We will be staying again next month!

Located a little walk (5 mins) from center of Ängelholm so you avoid the noise from the popular bars in town, very clean with good facilities and an excelent breakfast. Rooms are a reasonable size with a nice bathroom with walk in shower and large double bed, and a 42" flatscreen tv

My wife and I stayed a weekend at this hotel for Christmas shopping in the cosy town of Ängelholm. The hotel location was optimal for this purpose. We had booked a larger double room, which was nice and well-functioning in every manner. Breakfast and restaurant facilities were also good, the staff was friendly, and in general we got the impression of a well-run hotel. So this is place that we intend to revisit. On Friday the bar-area was noisy with many external guests, and on Saturday there was a major party in the conference area. But this may be special for the Christmas-month. And the noise didn't go on for too long. The hotel rooms are not designed for longer stays - with only an open cupboard and limited seating space. But for business purpose or a weekend-stay this hotel is truly recommendable.

Pros: Great staff!, service minded friendly all of them. Very comfortable beds. Modern and and cozy. Spa area grate- a bit small but great for adults..( Not good for children) Friendly bar and restaurant. Great selection of wine, beer... Very good food and fair pricing.. Cons - thin walls...so you might here a thing or two...from your next door neighbor.

A good place for a stop when you visit the south of Sweden. Very clean rooms and a spacious Cody lobby nicely designed. Free parking on the hotel yard. Possibility to work out and and spa facilities. Don't miss to bring bathing suit. Great breakfast and lots of restaurants in the surrounding and even in the hotel.

What a pleasant surprise to find this very new hotel innige middle of Ängelholm. Well equipped rooms. Large shower. Good amenities. Nice staff and easy breakfast. Parking can be a small challenge. 12 free spots only for 112 rooms and nearby Garage has also only 40 spots. For extra charge.

Centrally located in quiet street close to everything in this relaxed town, including the green paths along the river. Had booked an economy double on a special offer but should have upgraded by check-in. Very small room and tiny bathroom with flood after shower and no heated floor. Room painted in dark colours with awful posters of weird creatures. No light above the miniature “desk” and not much storage space. The door to the room didn't lock properly, constantly causing an annoying alarm. Positives: Comfy beds; cozy and quite elegant lounge in ground floor; small but nice and quiet roof terrace (a couple of green plants would help); free sparkling water in reception; service minded front desk staff; fast wifi; light, airy and nicely designed breakfast restaurant serving wide selection of good quality breakfast.

This hotel was very enjoyable from checking in to checking out. The room was spacious, clean and had everything required like tea and coffee, iron etc, the bathroom was clean with a walk in shower. The interior of the rooms and hotel is quirky but very modern with plush sofas and areas to relax with a beer garden, courtyard area out the back. The bar and reception area was busy with a good atmosphere and the drink was reasonably priced although we ended up going out for food and drinks. Breakfast catered for everyone with cold and hot food available and also a dedicated area for gluten free which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Angelholm for business or using it as a stopping point while travelling. Will be back to stay if the business leads come through!

I stayed with my best friend for three nights in this beautiful hotel. Its interiour is very modern and still extremly cosy and inviting. The hotel is right in the centre of Ängelholm and in walking distance of shops and anything you need. And in just less than 10 mins drive you are at beautiful beaches. Wherever you get in touch with the staff (reception, restaurant) they are very friendly and always helpful! The rooms are just gorgeous with very comfortable beds. We slept great as the hotel is also very quiet. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel on several occasions and the food is amazing! Everything you could ask for and more and for every tase (even gluten free products) with a large focus on local products. We loved the self made waffles for breakfast! The hotel also has a lovely spa with sauna, jacuzzi and a small pool. It would have been nice to have a few more beds to relax but for us it was totally fine. Everything was very clean! Thank you for making this stay wonderful! We will be back!

Coming from the other side of the world and having stayed in Sweden many times, I found this hotel very good. Room was ok although not huge and happy I could open the window to let in fresh air as I found this room too hot. Bathroom was adequate. Service levels were very high and I will write are-it on the restaurant as dinner will go down as one of my top meals ever and I travel the globe extensively.

The room is always a dealbreaker for me. Just arrived after a couple of days in Malmoe and the quality is incomparable. From staying in a big and bright room with a fridge,a bathtub and a view, we now have a small, dark room, no fridge or bathtub, no view and street noise can be heard. And it's even more expensive. (Room 332.) Unfortunate when looking for a nice short getaway. Not worth the money.

Great hotel and facilitis. Great for a get away to relax and Enjoy good food. Loves the spa area. Travled with 2 teenagers and 1 infant there was facilities and things to do for all of us. Price was great also

Nice modern hotel. Although I only stay 1 night, they have upgraded my room which is a nice gesture. Rooms are clean and modern. It's winter now and the shower room floor has heating device so you won't feel cold after shower. Breakfast selection is average and can be improved. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant stay and will definitely come back again

This was the best hotel we have stayed at on our 2-day trips. Breakfast was nice, and i loved the gym and spa. There is loud music, but you can't hear it so that's completely fine. The hotel is really modern, pretty and cozy. We went skiing and our trip was awesome.

Location was awesome, right there in the city, near the shopping street. Facilities were great, everything was very clean, big breakfast included and parking is available. Staff were nice and friendly.

I was there on business and found the hotel ok with its own garage parking at SEK 150/night. The check-in desk is the same as for the restaurant and looks more like a shop counter - which was a bit confusing - not just for me, but also for a number of other guests wandering around trying to find where to check in. In the morning there was a massive queue for breakfast at 07:15! I waited ages and then went for a coffee which was also empty. It seemed that the staff were over stretched. In the end I left without breakfast as I had to get to a meeting and did not have time to stand in a long queue. I think it was a conference party or similar, but still annoying as you do not expect to queue for breakfast in this da and age.

Nicely decorated modern hotel. We had a very pleasant stay. Nice, clean, new room and spa was super nice. Breakfast was lovely as well. When we checked in we were welcomed by Sofie who was extremely helpful and friendly:) Minor suggestions: music channel from tv would be great

I visited the hotel with a group of friends. I got quite a good rate. I was very happy with my choice. The Hotel decor was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful - in particular, we had a very nice barman on our first evening. My room was very nicely decorated, but was a little small. It felt cluttered with our two small bags. There was a small amount of hanging space. The bedroom and in particular the bathroom were quite dark. There was very little space in the bathroom for my toiletries. However the bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. It was also great to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a small spa which was fun to use on Saturday afternoon. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and were all impressed with the food. We sat for quite a long time and weren't offered a dessert or coffee, which was odd. The breakfast was good - a small criticism on our first morning is that some things ran out on the buffet and the tables were very slow to be cleared. We were able to park our car in the inner courtyard, which was very helpful. We had a really good weekend. My niggles are small and I would recommend anyone to stay at Hus 57.

It could of been a nicest mini holiday, lovely hiking and outdoor activities, but the hotel Hus 57 was the biggest mistake ever and we do not complain for smallest things... We heard fighting two doors away, they went on for 2 hours while 80' discomusic was going on at the restaurant (it went on from 6pm) LOUD! At 3 am the locals came out from the restaurant LOUD! So if you value your sleep there are surely more silent hotels where the staff will help you with your problems...

Hotel is ok but my singel room was too small considering the price they charge. Otherwise no complaints. Breakfast ok. I would not recommend the dinner. Position in town is central. Look further die better alternatives.

We stayed here for two nights on a long trek through Scandinavia and found this property to be a stellar stop. Beautifully decorated, it had a clean, modern feel. The lower lighting in the reception area gave a very high-end feel, the gym and recreational areas in the lower levels were high-quality. Service was friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and arranged so pleasingly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

When we arrived in Ängelholm, we didn't even recognise this building as a hotel. It looks like a huge parking garage. But don't let its looks fool you: it's a good quality modern hotel, with fine spa facilities, nice quiet rooms and a friendly staff.

Nice hotel in the city centre of Angleholm in Skane, Sweden. Small rooms, yet equipped with all the base needed. Prices slightly high, but a plus for pet friendliness and 24/7 reception for late arrivals. Good and secure parking place on the backyard, nice amenities in the room, efficient air condition and good breakfast.

We were very impressed with the servic that was given us at the Best Western Hus 57. Excellent room, pleasant furniture, good service, friendly staff. We were able to relax and enjoy the atmosphare of the Hotel.

This hotel is so new you can smell the paint,the rooms are nice and tidy with excellent furnitures.A gym and a separate spa room after a busy day.The staff are friendley and excellent service,if u plan to stay in Ängelholm i highly recomend this place..

I used to stay here when it was the old Paletten hotel. The old hotel is long gone and been replaced with an excellent new hotel. The hotel is high end, every detail is spot on. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are furnished great and a good size. The bar and restaurant is a nice place to relax.
