Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

This hotel was extremely clean. The shower had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was great with a good selection. Loved the little shop on site. Made life a lot easier to get the little things. Amazing location. So close to Disneyland.

Close proximity to Disneyland, approximately 10-15min walk from the hotel. The beds are very comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud and staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. Good pool and gym facilities. The walls/windows are thin so some noise from other guests in the room.

The management of this hotel is non existent. They refuse to call customers back. They refuse to help those who have issues all they care about is their money. I will choose a different hotel in the future. All I asked was for a call back from the manager, called multiple times, and absolutely nothing. Treat your customers with respect and I would be much better.

The staff were really kind and really helpful with everything we needed. The last day I lost my glasses and the cleaning crew were very nice to help us find them. The breakfast is great and filling. Close and easy walk from the parks and you can also see the fireworks from the hotel.

Recommend this hotel. On Route 9 for Disneyland and within walking distance to Downtown Disney and Disney Adventure Park it is perfectly situated. Breakfast was good and staff great! Very helpful and accommodating

Motel style hotel whereby your room door exits onto a parking lot. Super loud air-conditioner. Super loud streets, Katella and Disneyland Dr., that has traffic and noise all night long. There was a big gap between the door and the floor. You can hear people around you flush their toilet (think airplane type flush). It is convenient to Disneyland, the Convention Center and some good restaurants but at the price point I would search out more upscale hotels for a better, value for money spent.

This is a nice Best Western Plus with a very friendly staff, a nice store, great breakfast, fast wifi, and just a few blocks from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. If you are on a budget, this is a great value.

I've stayed at a few different Best Westerns and this one was one of my faves so far. I had a room near the pool, excellent way to relax after a long day at the park. Location is great, walking distance to the park. I would stay here again.

Very close to Disney Parks , walking distance less than 20 minutes . Both parks can be reached at the same time . Hotel staff are friendly and amenities available are all maintained well. Great Stay for families

I chose to come back to this hotel again with my family because of their breakfast, service, & location. My family was just as pleased with the choice of the hotel and all its hospitality. Staff is friendly and made our stay comfortable. Definitely will continue to book with Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn!

really no complaints, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, yes carpet could be changed but definitely not a deal breaker, 20 walk from park , price was awesome compared to other motels with the same age range and offering that might sit with close proximity

I've been staying here for years and usually I have nothing but good things to say, but this time I was disappointed. Good value and relatively close to the park. I booked two rooms and used some Best Western points for one of the rooms. This was a family trip and the rooms were on separate floors. One updated/newly renovated room and the other an old tired room right next door to the housekeeping room which had carts and slamming doors going until 9pm. I can't help but think my BW reward discounted rate got me the less than par room. I booked last year so I don't think it was a matter of availability. There is breakfast but it's tasteless scrambled eggs with some kind of sausage or ham that alternates every day. Lots of variety if you like donuts, bagels or cereal. Decent selection of fruit. But SO much waste. Everything is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic, plastic cups, condiments are all in plastic packaging. The pool area is great. It's nice to have hot tub after a long day of walking and I actually love the unheated pool for a cold dip. Overall it's a great place for families and perhaps we have outgrown it but found it to be just average this time.

I booked travel for a conference through the conference's portal. I made changes to my travel prior to the trip and prior to the deadline, but these changes weren't relayed to the hotel for some reason. The staff took a quick look at my confirmation email and quickly got things back on track. It would be great if this didn't happen at all, but I appreciate the staff fixing it so quickly.

Stayed here for a gymnastic meet at the convention center. Easy walking distance there. Close to Disney as well however it's quite a walk. It's not a direct walk, it's a round about way to get there through downtown Disney. Not so bad at the start of the day but somewhat tiresome for kids at the end of the day after spending all day at the park. Breakfast was good and more than adequate. Friendly and helpful staff. Only real complaint is parking fee for each night. Seems like hotels are nickel and dimeing everyone these days. There was more than ample room for parking so it's only a money grab reason to charge for it.

Super clean and great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Within walking distance of Disney which was great. I never heard the neighbors either which is super rare for a hotel. Would totally stay here again!

This hotel is our go to hotel when going to Disneyland. Great location for walking to Disneyland. Always feel safe. Rooms are always clean. Microwave and refrigerators in the room a bonus. Fantastic breakfast options. Very friendly, helpful staff.

My family has stayed at this property a number of times over the past 15 years or so. We have seen improvements amd upgrades on each visit in terms of the maintenence and condtion of the buildings, rooms, grounds and amenities. The current owners are doing an outstanding job, and it's still reasonably priced for the area. And the free breakfast is quite good! They even arranged a private van to take my family of 4 to the Disneyland entrance for less than the cost of 4 bus tickets -- and no waiting for an already crowded bus; the van was right on time. And our room was quite quiet. The first night, we had a short walk from the hotel to Downtown Disney for dinner and browsing the shops.

This hotel is several blocks to Disney. Long walk after a long day. Hotel is basic and not that clean. The breakfast is good but I wish the rooms were cleaner and carpets not so nasty. The room smelled musty. The beds are so uncomfortable; soft and crinkly. Stains on towels too.

If you're looking for a Decent Sleep with a Good Breakfast, Best Western Stovall's is a close 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The amenities are sufficient with comfortable beds/pillows. Breakfast is Filling with something for everyone. I really appreciate the 24hr self-serve convenience 'shop'

The hotel is only a 15min walk to Disneyland and a few minutes from other shops and restaurants. They offer full breakfast and laundry facilities. There were a number of pools to allow many people to swim or relax and gardens were great.

We are a family of 5 and found this hotel affordable and a reasonable walk to the parks. The breakfast was a great way to fill up before big days at Disneyland. We came back from the parks for a swim and rest before heading back for the evening. Great way to break up the day. Took a shortcut through the Disneyland resort.

Great location easy access to the park Great employees taking care of the customers needs at breakfast and addressing concerns brought to the attention to the staff. The recreation areas (pool & gym) of the hotel were very clean and well maintained

Close to everything. We drove to Disney but you could definitely walk. 2 pools with hot tubs. The pool area was very clean and had towels available. Breakfast was great. Huge variety. They had basically anything you would want. Need central air as the air conditioner would shut off and then immediately turn back on.

Room rate, and parking rates were very reasonably price. Service was very fast, efficient, and friendly. Breakfast was serviceable with hot foods and grab and go items. To go boxes were given upon request.

We had an amazing time. So close to the parks. Staff so nice. Room comfy. Pool was so nice quiet and clean. I will come back and recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you for everything you did for us during our special time there!

Affordable stay, great property, walkable to Disneyland. The topiary garden was a very cute area to visit upon arrival. There are multiple two pools to choose from (plus a kiddie pool), so they don't get terribly crowded. Great breakfast, nice property.

Stovall's Inn was a great stay, we enjoyed the experience very much. It's a great location for a walk or taking the ART to Disneyland or nearby attractions. We were a 5 minute drive to Angels Stadium to watch a baseball game and a10 minute drive to the Outlets at Orange. Hotel is very clean and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we've had in our travels.

I had 6 nights staying here. I think it's close to the Disney parks- you walk thru the shops and restaurants of downtown Disney, and then the entry booths are there. I liked being walking distance so I could come back for a rest during the day! Room is basic, functional and clean. Nice helpful staff. Buffet breakfast daily with fresh fruit, coffee and hot choices. 2 pools with loungers and shade. Lots of parking - paid. Easy!

Staff was so kind! They really helped us when we had any issues. Our flight landed earlier than expected so we didn't think we would be able to check in but they got us right in! Our flight back was also later than we thought and they let us check our bags and gave us a late checkout.

The property was welled taken care of. Rooms were a little bit small but good. A lot of restaurants around the area was a plus. Maybe a car or something that could take customers to Disneyland will be a plus.

Perfect location for a family who are going to Disneyland. Walking distance is easily 15min walk. Pool and beautiful garden for lunch time breaks during an all day park visit. Breakfast is yum. Only tip- try and avoid Room 220 as it's quite loud (sound of loud air con machine 24/7 but not the rooms aircon). Everything else is FANTASTIC about this Inn. I highly recommend. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure good. Lighting great.

20 min. walk to Disneyland & 10 min from the Disney Downtown District this so the place to stay. The rooms were very clean, the 2 pools & hot tubs were refreshing, clean, & not over crowded. The staff was wonderful at ensuring the included breakfast was always full/had fresh food as well as the dinning area was clean (tables & floors). Highly recommend

The hotel was not bad however, parking is tight since it is close to Disneyland and they do charge you an extra $20 for parking which they do not tell you about up front. Also, our room was really warm when we arrived, but after you turn on the A/C, it does cool down after 30 minutes or so (being1000 degrees outside). Also the breakfast is not the greatest, they only have some cereal, toast, powdered eggs, potatoes, and chorizo Pattie's (which were gross). I have stayed at other Best Westerns with a much better breakfast and for the price per night, I would have expected a little bit better, but that's just me. Other than that, it was a decent hotel.

The room is very small, the carpet smells like vacuum powder. The room itself is clean but it has very motel inn vibes . The best part is the pool and the free breakfast which is buffet style . If you don't plan on being in the room much and staying at Disneyland then this is for you. The price is reasonable considering your gonna spend so much at Disneyland . I wouldn't stay again, the rooms are way too outdated and it would be nice to see a major room renovation. I hope they compensate their staff because they are 5 stars. The gym is small and the machines are old .

I am not a frequent Best Western guest but I would stay at this hotel for sure. Small town feel but close to Disney. Staff was amazing! Super attentive and friendly. Only issue was the fireworks at Disney after 9pm can startle you if you are not expecting them. I would book this hotel again!

The Disney hotels have outpriced themselves and we looked for different accommodations. This hotel is a good neighbor hotel of Disney. The breakfast was good, and we liked that the food was served rather than having guests get their own. With that said, everyone is hitting the breakfast at the same time because everyone wants to get to the park when it opens. So, it's crowded. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were dark (we had 2 rooms for family). The hotel is from the 1960's and htey have been updated multiple times, but you can see that they are heavily used. The location is close, but it would have been great to offer a shuttle. It's a long trek to go back if you want during the day. The price was high, but expected for the area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They held our luggage on teh day we checked out. We had a package that offered a free lanyard and pins. That took a couple of days to get. There was no cleaning service for the room, and you had to ask for new towels etc. I think that covid has given hotels permission to no longer offer this service in the guise of safety when in reality it's a cost savings for them.

Hotel is within a 2k steps of Disney and California Adventure. Older hotel in need of some renovation. Clean and staff nice. Free breakfast isn't worth it. $6.50 for a bottle of water was excessive...

Easy walk to parks. Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast variety, and hot food changes a little each day. This is our go to Disney hotel over the last several years. Only concern this trip is there was a decent amount of homeless sleeping at the now closed Cocos restaurant that is next door to hotel.

Just a few minutes walk from downtown Disney, as well as the Disneyland and California adventure theme parks! The breakfast is perfect fuel for a full day at Disney, and if you need anything during your stay, the staff is incredibly helpful

We stay here every year, and it is consistently great. Breakfast is amazing and has a variety each day, staff is always kind, Spa and Pools are a plus. The rooms are good for what you pay for, they can be noisy if you have a connecting inner door. The rooms are extremely clean, we saw the hotel deep cleaning while we were there and they tear the room apart to clean everything. All in all a great stay, you won't be disappointed.

Room carpets could have been cleaner, and room could have smelled better, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast that was included in our stay, was great. I just wish the hot food was made with a little more effort. Staff, thanks for helping us enjoy our Vacay!

Very good stay at this Best Western Plus. Staff was very kind. I think it's very close to Disneyland by way of downtown DL. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Didn't use the pool or spa. They have a on-site gift/snack shop, room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Only complaint I have was the noise from the nearby street was loud, not BW issue, I would recommend bringing earplugs if the street noise and constant emergency vehicles sirens bother you. Other then that, it was a very nice stay, I would definitely stay again.

I experienced theft/burglary out of my locked hotel room. Staff did nothing to resolve problem. We have stayed here multiple times and experienced little issues but this one by far was the worst we had over $1200 stolen from my room while we were at Disneyland.

Nice, clean hotel. For me, personally, it was a bit of a walk to the parks especially when walking back after a long day at Disney. My feet were not happy with me but I could see it being reasonable for many people. Great price and the Best Western Brand is always a solid choice

Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn is my only choice for lodging when I come to Disneyland. The Breakfast are fresh, hot and toasty. The staff will help you in anything you need. Friendly. I recomend them

50+ Ants on the food in our room. My daughter got bedbug bits on multiple nights during our 5-night stay. We didn't realize they were bedbug bites until we returned home so we didn't report it during our stay.

DECENT PLACE TO STAY. CLEAN AND QUIET WITH A GOOD BREAKFAST. NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL FOR THE PRICE THOUGH. Shuttle was convenient but wish they had their own shuttle . Rooms were a bit cramped but all in all a decent place to stay

If you don't have enough staff too clean the rooms you book, don't book so many rooms, or lower your price, a lot. We stayed for 9 days, like we usually do every other year, they planned for the room to be cleaned ones during that time. We've paid $273/night, for that kind of money you may expect some service. Even the coffee, tea and paper cups were not replaced, we had to get all that at the reception the whole 9 days, including fresh towels. This was probably our last stay there, BW should really look into that.

We've been staying there on and off for the past 20+ years now. And it's been good every time, except this year, we know Covid created a lot of problems, for a lot of hotels and motels, and we understand that it's mostly a financial issue, we get that. But when raising the prices like crazy, and you get only half the service you pay a lot of money for, is really unacceptable. We've stayed there for 9 nights this year, in which they planned to clean the room only once, we had to go to the reception to get the coffee packets, towels, paper cubs and everything else. For $273 a night, you may expect some service, right. I know staff shortage is a problem, it's a problem all over the world right now, but if there's not enough staff available, make sure you don't book more rooms that you can handle, or, lower the prices, a lot. If things do not change, 2022 will be the last time we have been staying there, and we always stay for 8-9 nights in a row.

The lighting in the vanity/bathroom area was so bad you could not put your make up on properly, nor could you take it off sufficiently! Which is very important when you're getting dressed up for Halloween lol but seriously, even on regular days the lighting was terrible. We asked for New lightbulbs for the area and were told there were done. There was also no service daily in the room you had to call if you needed anything. The best thing about the stay in this hotel what is the breakfast? There was plenty of breakfast foods to choose from, and it was very good l. We had two groups and used two rooms at this hotel but we won't be coming back because of the poor lighting

Clean room. On floor level. You can hear the neighboring guests if they're noisy. Everything else was pretty good. I also like that the parking is secured by passcode. The breakfast was very nice too.

Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends we had early check in as requested when we booked the room months in advance had a great hot breakfast the days we were there and excellent experienced staff to help with rental equipment

Our original hotel canceled so we booked Stovalls as a second choice. The hotel is kiddy corner to CA Adventure for a view. The walk to Downtown Disney entrance was further than we expected. We planned midday breaks and it added a lot of walking. There are closer hotels across the street from main entrance. Room was comfortable, pools and hot tubs were nice, free breakfast was decent but really crowded. Breakfast times didn't match the sign on the back door. Parking cost and was difficult if coming back at night. One night they didn't have space and we had to park in a checkin spot. We wouldn't stay again only because of distance to park entrance.

Stayed here for a Disney trip. Short walk to Downtown Disney to get to the theme parks. The room was clean & of a decent size. Furniture & fixtures in good condition. Nice big vanity. Water temp, pressure & drainage were good in the shower. AC was relatively quiet. We usually turned it off at night. No bed bug issues. Our room had a connecting door & for at least one night there were some rather noisy children in there, but it didn't bother us when it came time to sleeping. The free breakfast is just meh, but okay for a quick bite before hitting the parks. Pancakes were tough & the eggs appeared to be powdered or some other kind of processed product. After the first day, we went for cold options of yogurt, granola, cereal, English muffins, pastry, fruit. The paper parking pass can occasionally have some issues.

This hotel is a stones throw from Downtown Disney Drive.. A ten minute walk to Downtown Disney.. At night you can see the Disneyland fireworks from outside your door. The pools are very nice with lovely topiary landscaping. Make your reservations early. This gem fills up fast.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of the room. Close to Disneyland, with the reasonable price for the room, we were not expecting the quality of accommodations that we had. Great breakfast and a restaurant right next door (Coco's) it is a great place to stay.

This was my first time staying at Stovall's in Anaheim. We normally stay closer to the parks on Harbor but I finally had the opportunity to try this motel and I'm so glad I did! The staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful. I had to call several times before my stay and they were so pleasant to talk to. When I arrived I was able to get an early check-in, as the room was ready, and they were happy to do that for me. The room was very basic but all I needed with a fridge and microwave. I LOVED the large pool area and topiaries. Also, it was great to have a basic hot breakfast included! The walk to the security area at the west side of Downtown Disney took me 11 minutes at an easy pace, and I really appreciated the walk. It was so much quieter and very pretty compared to the Harbor side of the park. Security on that side was much quieter too! All in all, I loved my stay at Stovall's Best Western for so many reasons. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel has everything that families visiting Disneyland could want. The well-equipped rooms are immaculate. There is a full breakfast included, which saves you the time and money of finding a restaurant each morning. There are a ton of hot and cold options to please anyone. You can fill up before you walk the 3 blocks to Downtown Disney, where you can access shops, restaurants, and of course the Disney Parks. This is as close as you can get to Disney without paying the exorbitant prices of the Disneyland Resort Hotel. If you need a break in the heat of the day, there are 2 adult pools and a cute "kiddie" pool in a spacious patio area. We had grandparents with us and the desk clerk helped us rent two scooters when we arrived. They were charged and waiting for us in the lobby each morning. We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying at Stovall's for families. You will get all the amenities you want from a hotel without the Disney price tag. Save your money for the souvenirs!

Great hotel and value, especially with the location. Rooms are clean, and there is a continental breakfast. My only downside, is the lack of maid service daily (however I realize most hotels are not doing that currently.)

This hotel is outstanding in many ways. It is fairly close to Disney. It has excellent soundproofing and is refreshingly quiet. Lastly—it has an excellent hot breakfast every morning 7-9 am. The bed was comfortable. Slept well. Aside from turning in my own towels and throwing away my own trash, there was little to no interaction with the workers. Overall, this is a nice place to stay.

My family has stayed here twice now when visiting Disneyland and will always stay here (at least with kids in tow). The rooms are comfortable. Bathroom is what you'd expect (in a good way). Pools are great. But the biggest draws are the distance to the park (under 30minutes walking with a 5 and 7 year old) and the full buffet breakfast. You definitely get your money's worth staying here.

Staff was great, rooms were fine. The pool and spa areas are well taken care of, and on 8=94 degree days, really welcome - especially as the spas are kept 85 degrees - refreshing and relaxing. Walking to Disney means a 12 minute walk up Disneyland Drive - try to cut in via Grand Californian entrance if possible. Saves having to go west and walk around Paradise Pier Hotel.

I had a great stay at the best western. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night and during the day when I was trying to take a nap. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and had some variety to it. Check in was easy and got my room right away. It was a little far for me to walk to Disneyland every day but if you like to walk about a mile it would be fine.

1st time in Anaheim. This hotel was in a great position to easily walk to Disney. Room was very good. All staff we interacted with were excellent. Will come back on any future trip for sure. Also will recommend to my friends and family.

The location is great. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. It was nice to have a full breakfast before heading off to Disneyland. The staff were polite and helpful. A really great value. This is our new favorite place to stay for a quick trip to Disneyland.

Checked in after park close. They have someone at the desk 24 hours and, thankfully, their little convenience store is also open 24 hours. They were a godsend. Parking can be a little tight. When the place is full it is FULL so be prepared to ge there early or right on time because parking is hard to come by late at night. There's a Coco's on the corner and a Denny's down the street. Plenty of places to choose from. I've stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. It's a cheaper option. Only downside is the double bed rooms are not queens so it can feel a little crowded.

Stayed at this property as it was close to Disneyland was only a only two blocks. Swimming pools were new 2 pools and 3 hot tubs breakfast was normal fare. Everyone that worked there was very polite and helpful we are planning a return trip

We stayed at the BW Stovall's Inn for 10 nights whilst visiting Disney and the surrounding area. Room was clean, tidy and well equipped. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but the room was a perfect base camp for our trip. Breakfast is free and there is a good choice. It can get busy at times but we always managed to secure a table. Staff on front desk were friendly and helpful. Car parking can get expensive but we always found a space. Location is PERFECT for Disney! Only a 20 min walk to the park gates via Downtown Disney. Pool area was fantastic. Very clean and well cared for. Overall, a really good hotel and I highly recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location, about a 15-20 minute walk to Disney is you have kids, probably 10-15 without. You can see and hear the fireworks from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Great experience.

The accommodation was clean and efficient. eg. fridge, kettle. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely. The spa was so appreciated after a big day at Disneyland. The beds were super comfortable and my daughter wanted to take the pillows home!

Me and my three kids stayed for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. I understand reducing the frequency but when I have to make a request to have the floor vacuumed on day 4, it just feels wrong. We ran out of toilet paper on the last day. Anything you might need refreshed (Kleenex, soap, conditioner) you need to call and request and wait for it. It's just undignified. The room was dark, dingy and damp. And tight. Very little room To move around. The bathroom door and frame had water damage and warped wood- it badly needed a little basic maintenance. The air conditioning was a loud box above the bathroom counter/coffee microwave station but the room always felt damp. My kids used the breakfast but I didn't because the line up for the hot food was literally half way into the parking lot. I couldn't afford the time to stand in line for 30 minutes for a pancake. My kids tell me there were eggs, hash browns, bananas , oranges , juice and coffee. If you aren't rushed to go to the park it might be worth it to spend part of you precious morning hours getting breakfast. Also we were on the main floor so by 7 am expect to hear very loud kids and parents getting breakfast (and not the least bit mindful that people could still be sleeping). The pool was very nice. There were two nice pools and two hot tubs, lots of towels and seating and a gym near by too. As for distance, saying it's minutes from Disney is misleading. Yes it's close, but not that close. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of downtown Disney, not to Disneyland entrance. It's a bit closer to California adventures once you enter downtown Disney if you can enter without going through the main gates. There is a shuttle too, $6 a person a day (perhaps a trip I'm not sure) but it didn't seem time efficient to wait for a scheduled shuttle rather than just walk. The laundry service was not good. The hours are limited to only 8 pm (because there's a room right next door). When we went someone had used practically all the machines to do laundry. It was very heavily utilized , not enough machines and limited hours so you might be waiting a while to snag a machine on laundry day. Overall, we made do but I won't be back. I know we don't spend a ton of time in the room when on a Disney trip, but a nice hotel makes a world of difference.

Rooms were clean on arrival and although front desk was helpful with extra towels, toiletries etc our room wasn't cleaned for the entire 3 night stay which was a bit much when you are sharing 1 room with two adults and two teenage boys. The beds were small and uncomfortable - we are not big people and my husband and I could barely fit in our bed together. Breakfast felt a bit ‘prison like' with hot food options given to you and plastic cutlery and paper plates in a rather depressing room that was always busy - but good food choice options and good coffee. The pool area was great, very clean and towels were provided. If you want a very basic hotel to enjoy Disney from with no frills then this is fine.

All the employees were so nice. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. But the part I loved the most is you can see California adventure from our room. The only downside is the trolley. The app is very confusing and staff was little to no help.

I'm assuming that the decline in service and attention to detail is mostly due to staffing shortages, but maid service is no longer a daily occurrence, some things are dirty or don't work, and they even ran out of coffee during their complementary breakfast. Clunky internet. Sad, because this used to be my "go to" choice for a good place to stay near The Park.

Very disappointed. It's my birthday. I'm wearing a shirt that says it's my birthday. I booked a room for 5 people (actually we booked 2 rooms for 8 people). The room we were given in no way sleeps 5 people. When I went to the front desk, Amanda Cruz immediately started speaking over me. She told me the room sleeps 4-5 people… 2 adults and a small child per double bed. In no way could a double sleep 2 adults and even a baby. Amanda told me I could cancel my reservation. I told her I couldn't do that since I am already here, but I will be sure to tell everyone of the horrible service. She laughed and said “good.” We come to Disney once a year and usually stay at a Hilton property but with a recommendation, we decided to try Best Western. Never again.

A clean room (Dated thou) and includes Breakfast. Only thing missing was daily room service to have fresh bedding and removal of rubbish bins and cleaning while staying. Would be appreciated to have the Inn's daily room service to change clean beds sheets and have fresh towels, and empty the trash/waste bins when returning on 4 to 5 day stays.

We returned to this hotel, and they keep improving. It's close to the the Grand Californian & the Disney parks, & the walk is more scenic than Harbor Blvd. It was clean & everything in the room worked. We'll be back.

The hotel is close to Disney and that's what we needed it for. The room was pretty old and dark. Lighting over the sink was awful to try to put on makeup or see anything close up. There was a chunk of dried food on our counter when we arrived which made me feel like the whole room may not have been very clean. Beds were ok, not super comfy or anything special, but I did sleep. Shower faucet was a bit loose, but water pressure was good and water stayed hot. Small bathroom. One hook on the bathroom door, otherwise nowhere to hang our towels that we used for 5 nights. Breakfast was very crowded but lots of good food choices. Nice, close walk to Disney parks.

Too far to walk to Disneyland/DCA . And for the price they charged we could have stayed closer on Harbor blvd. Unfortunately, it was a last minute trip and had to pay almost the same amount of money for being too far. The restaurants nearby closed too early. Coco's closed at 10 and the Denny's closed @ midnight!! We;ve travelled all over the country and this is the only Denny's we know of that closed! Denny's is usually open 24/7! So it was a bit disappointing as we are used to eating a little something after park closure. It took us about 26 minutes to walk from the front of the motel to the front gates of Disneyland/DCA. But we are old, 69 and 64 respectively. Our grandkids walked faster so it would probably take about 15-20 minutes for young adults to walk it. It might be a different story for families with very young children.

If you are visiting Disneyland, this is a great, nearby place to stay. It is also located within an easy walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center and several high quality restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was in walking distance to the park. The rooms where dark and a little outdated but had fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and comfortable beds. They also have a free breakfast every morning that had a good variety of options.

We stayed in the Best Western Stovalls Inn in May, The check in was super easy, the room was spacious enough and it was clean. The breakfast was great, the room was busy but it is really big and we never had an issue at all in our 4 days finding a table and the selection was really varied. However, the best part about this hotel by far is the location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the parks, super convenient to get there early in the mornings and a lovely walk home at the end of the day. We would stay here again on our next visit without a doubt.

Very convenient hotel if you're going to Disneyland. Since the pandemic, housekeepers don't clean the room daily. Excellent and friendly customer service. People at counter were professional. breakfast every morning was good. Enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed at this location every time we vacation in Anaheim. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Prices are fair on quality of service and quality of rooms. We will continue to stay at this location any time we stay in Anaheim.

This was our first time staying here. We took a family trip to Disneyland and this hotel is super close. It was about a 20 minute walk in the morning and maybe 30 minutes at night. The breakfast was great, I do wish they had pancakes or waffles. The room is clean and nice. The pool and hot tub was great.

So this is my second time at this location and I am definitely still a huge fan. Now it's nothing fancy but for what it is and the price with the location you cannot beat it. Here are my thoughts: Hotel itself: The check in staff was absolutely pleasant and helpful. There is a complimentary breakfast but to be honest we never did it as the breakfast was done early and sooooo busy but we LOVE Cocos right next door. They have excellent food and service. I am still a bit iffy on the no housekeeping thing. I understand the reasoning but it would be nice if they at least had a station or something where patrons could get towels and cups and such. The AC fan thing is archaic lol but it works The beds are actually quite comfortable and we're perfectly good for our stay Parking is an extra cost of $15/day so just be aware of that. To the park: It's about 15 min to the downtown Disney entry depending on how fast you walk. Now some things to note: the grand California hotel entry is no more for us folk. You need to walk down on the left side past paradise pier and turn left. You walk down that section, turn right, walk past Disneyland hotel and where the entry for Disney hotel is where your security entry is for downtown Disney which is also your entry for the parks. It is now a metal detector entry and bag search which I think is great they are taking precautions.

Great location to Disneyland (about a 15 minute walk) and rooms were large and clean. Rooms included a microwave and fridge. Breakfast had a good variety and was perfect for a quick meal before a busy day at the parks. They are not offering daily room cleaning, but state this when you arrive. $15 a day parking until 3pm each day. I would recommend it for any future Disneyland trips.

We stayed three nights still no room cleaning when out for the day. I would love to come back to a clean room where beds are made, fresh towels, no trash, etc....Prices haven't gone down even though the service has. Bring back cleaning, I want to get what I pay for. Breakfast was a disappointment for more reasons then just not serving waffles as pictured in hotel site pictures. Please, bring back the waffle!! Oh and there are no restaurants near by except Coco's which is like a really old Shari's/Denny's. We walked in then walked right back out, no thank you. We took an Uber $10 including tip each way to and from the park, not a bad deal. Better than walking after a long day.

We normally stay on the other side of Disney closer to the main gates but that was not available. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The facility and rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool area was good. Small beds in room and breakfast wasn't great but provided something to get you going in the morning. Reasonable walk to Disney if you enter by the Disneyland Hotel and walk thru Downtown Disney. The monorail is also an option if going to Disneyland Park.

Hotel is not the same as it was before the pandemic. Mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. Rooms are very outdated. Carpet is old, stinky and filthy. Guest were smoking right outside their rooms which caused the cigarette smoke to come into our room when we had our window open and when your child has asthma that is something that's definitely not okay. We miss the breakfast selections that were available pre pandemic, but what they have now is okay. I hope they take care of these issues soon because we hope to continue to be able to stay here during our Disney trips. The location, pool, and their coffee are great here.

Great family stay for my son's 12th bday! Easy, safe walking to Downtown Disney about 12 min about 20 min to Disneyland front gate. Very clean hotel. Hot breakfast was a plus! Really liked the 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi's very clean and really helped with not being sore from all the walking/ standing at Disneyland. Loved that CoCo's is right next door. One night, we were too tired to wait for long dinner waitlist times so we went to CoCo's and it was cozy and nice. Great view of fireworks from the 3rd floor and pool area. My son loved the our little weekend trip! Will definitely stay here again, great value for the price compared to other very pricey hotels.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for a short walk to Disney and a longer walk to the outlets. Breakfast was good - so much choice. We had room 327 which was fairly quiet and found having the aircon on for white noise meant we slept really well. I know they don't offer housekeeping but I do think an opportunity to towel swap should be offered as other hotels do. Will be back!

The pool, breakfast and distance from Disney made this hotel for us. Rooms were okay but nothing special. About a 10-15 min walk to the parks through downtown disney. Can see fireworks and california adventure from the hotel. Coco's next door a good option for food also.

Stovall's Inn is situated approximately 1 mile from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort/California Adventure. It has access via a very convenient shuttle ($6 per day per rider as of this date), which is a great value. The shuttle runs early enough to get to the park at opening time and keeps running every 20-30 minutes until a half hour after the park closes. On surface streets, Stovall's Inn is also approximately a half our away from Huntington Beach, and Coco's restaurant is right next door. Rooms are very clean; beds are very comfortable; staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Immediate area around Stovall's Inn is very clean and safe for family. Excellent value; highly recommend.

This was our first time staying at this property, but we very much enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the Convention Center as well as Downtown Disney and the Disney parks, and overall great location. We'll be staying here again later in the year for D23 and we're definitely looking forward to it!

Walkable to disneyland...sidewalks for strollers. Great breakfast to start morning saving u money in the park. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Good value. Wasn't a 5 star luxury hotel but if u want a nice room with comfortable bed ....this is your place.

We had a small problem with our room but was fixed really quickly no problems after that the swimming pools an hot tub was wonderful after a day of walking around the park the breakfast in the morning was great a large selection to choose from and Omar who works there is so upbeat and happy to help make your stay as pleasant as he can he just loves serving the guests . Will always chose Stovell inn on trips to Southern California and highly recommend them to friends and family

Beds were spotless! No sign of bugs, I slept in peace knowing that I was sleeping in a clean and comfy bed. Location is perfect, so close to the parks, I'm looking forward to booking my next trip here

Close to Disney park entrance, super convenient. Breakfast included, changes daily. Fun to watch the nightly fireworks with the kids from the pool/hot tub. Excellent service from all employees we interacted with.

Overall a very clean room! The staff was friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was warm and fresh. The pool was amazing and the access to Disneyland was great! It is within walking distance but also has an ART stop right outside the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay. My family and I stayed there for a basketball tournament. But we were very impressed with how close Disneyland is and walking distance to many restaurants. My children loved the animal shaped trees.

I love staying here. They give veterans the military discount. Their breakfast is amazing. It is no-frills but also no drama. I'm in love with the cats around the property. I love the topiaries… Nice touch. I love that it's been family-owned since 1969. If you're not all about looks this is the best place to stay.

Adrian was welcoming and did a great job of getting us our room in a timely manner. Martha is great at what she does and is very accommodating! The entire staff here was very welcoming and the consistency in the services here are what brings us back! Rooms are great and comfortable and the walk to Disney is as easy as it is from the parking garage (minus the tram). Great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

The entire staff was so wonderful! Location to parks is about a 10-15 minute walk and easy to navigate. Pools and hot tubs were very clean and lovely. Breakfast looked great but ended before my family got up (6-9) but that's on us, not them. Very happy with stay and we'll return!

The room was really outdated and dirty. The carpets were gross, as well as the tub. And there were bugs, one on the wall and a couple dead crickets. It was fairly close to Disneyland, but so are many other hotels. We would not stay here again!

We had a great girls trip stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great pillows, friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast served early enough to get to the park for rope drop. 13 minute walk to security at Downtown Disney, 20 minutes to the park gate, and we stopped to take pictures in Downtown Disney. We would stay here again!

I chose this place because of the fairly positive reviews. I regretted my decision as soon as I arrived. First of all, let me say this place is more of a motel than a hotel. The room I was in faced the street, and all I heard were horns honking and cars driving by on the busy street all night. The room itself smelled like a musty dog. The carpets did not seem clean, and the beds were horrible! It was almost like sleeping on a table. Then there's the walk to Disneyland. If you walk at a moderate pace it takes about 22 minutes. There's also two busy intersections with cross walks on the way there , so it could take longer. It wasn't a horrible stay, but there are definitely “motel” style places that are closer to the parks. I would say the one positive was the breakfast, which had a nice selection. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you are visiting Disneyland.

Diamond Select member.. Stayed for two weeks on travel and gave the hotel my business (over $2800). At the end of my stay they charged me $69 plus tax for a late checkout. Come on...very poor common sense on how to treat your guests.

We stayed here on a family trip to Disneyland several times and it's always been a good experience; feels safe, friendly staff, and nice accommodations. The complimentary breakfast has good options for the family, usually with eggs, some type of breakfast meat, and potatoes (I will say that the potatoes never tasted quite right to us but everything else was good) along with the regular juice, cereal, coffee, and other breads you'd expect at a typical continental breakfast. If you're taking your time, it could be about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and another 10 minutes to the parks, but if we were walking fast, we could probably get to the park in under 10. The walk feels safe and easy for strollers, passing by some of the Disney hotels, and would be fine for kids. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we ended up needed to book an extra night at the very last minute. They were extremely accommodating and made that process easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with families looking for a save, clean, and friendly hotel at a good distance from the parks.

This was one of the dirtiest and loudest hotels I have ever stayed at. The close location to Disneyland is not worth the cost of this hotel. Room was filthy, ceiling had water damage, walls paper thin. We would have changed hotels but availability was limited due to a dance/cheer competition at the convention center. The only bright spot was the breakfast which had extensive selections and was quite good.

The room was close to Disneyland and walkable to the attractions and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Excellent water pressure. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. No housekeeping due to Covid precautions but I am clean and prefer no one coming into my room anyway.

We decided to getaway for the three day weekend, we were taking advantage of the dream key appreciation event, the room was perfect. The breakfast service was not so good. The staff looked bored and the eating area was messy, spilled cereal and cold eggs.

We flew from the UK into LAX and drove straight here and it was exactly what we were looking for. Staff super friendly and helpful, plentiful breakfast to set us up for the day in Disney, easy walk to Downtown/gates of Disney in 10 minutes. Lovely to be able to relax in the hot tubs in the evening ( The pools were too cold for us Brits!) Super gym too. We greatly enjoyed the topiary, thank you to the team who clearly put in so much effort to making it look beautiful. Room very clean and spacious, security boxes in reception, plentiful parking. We had a superb stay and would highly recommend.

This hotel was perfectly fine… it was comfortable and exactly what it advertised. The pool area was nice my son loved it, only one of the two pools was heated but there were also two hot tubs. The breakfast was good- it was not exactly a grab and go- they had eggs, ham, biscuits, potatoes each morning we were there plus all the other options- fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, etc. I thought the breakfast was great. I visited with my son (9) to go to Disneyland. It's a little bit of a walk- it takes a good 15 minutes to get to the entrance gates. We cut through the Grand California Hotel one morning with no problems (although the security line at the GC was longer than at Downtown Disney so it really didn't save us much time in the mornings) and cut through each time we went back to the hotel in the afternoon/evening. I learned on this trip that the security gates on that side of the park (by the Disneyland hotel) open at 7 am whereas the gates where the shuttle busses drop off open at 7:20. We got to the Disney entrance at about 7:15 each morning we were there and we were very close to the front of the line. Of course you have to wait till about 7:30 to get through entrance gates then another 30 minutes for the whole “rope drop” to happen and the park officially opens but then we were able to walk onto Star Wars one morning and Cars the next (ok- people are speed walking/slow jogging the whole way to the popular rides but even without doing that you would not have much of a wait). So if you can leave the hotel by 7:00 you're good (I'm assuming it's the same time frame when the park opens later- get there about 45 min before it opens). It was really nice to have the first 1-1:30 hour of the day be not busy and get 2-3 rides in with little to no wait. We also took a Lyft to the shuttle entrance a few times ($7-12)because we went back to our hotel mid day so my son could swim. Overall it's a great hotel for being close to Disney and it was great to be on that side of the park for the mornings. The walk is a little long on tired legs but it was doable for us! I would def stay here again. I was disappointed that they didn't clean rooms or automatically provide new towels. Covid is the excuse for that but it would have been really nice to have some type of housekeeping maybe every other day or something. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead if 5.

The hotel is located about a half mile from the entrance to Downtown Disney. It's not a bad walk at all. They do have a bus line that will pick you up right in front of the hotel and drops you off at the Disney main entrance. It's $6 per day. The hotel staff were very friendly. But we were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The dust was so thick on everything from the desk, nightstand and even the microwave.

This hotel is very close walking distance to disneyland. Clean room and two pools and hot tubs! .. it was very nice . I would stay here again in the future!! The internet is good and close to a restaurant

We stayed for 4 nights this past week. I've stayed at this location 3 times now and have always enjoyed the convenience of its location to the Disney parks, the restaurant next door, and the friendly staff, but this visit I was feeling uneasy and disappointed. First, there was a couple sitting outside our room for several hours with what looked like all of their personal belongings. We didn't know if they were guests of the hotel or people who were seeking shelter. We were trying to rest from all the heat but this couple ended up getting into a huge argument and all we could hear was them fighting. This same day, we noticed a pest control truck on site and saw 3 rooms from the second level being fumigated. If this was a bed bug outbreak or any outbreak of any kind, I strongly feel all guests should have been notified. Nothing was said to us and we were considering checking out early. Next, we felt disappointed in the repetition of the hot items at breakfast. By day 3, we ended up going next door to Coco's just to have something different. However, the days we did have breakfast at the inn we found the way they served the breakfast with Covid restrictions to run smoothly. Finally, the pools were soooooo cold this time! We have never experienced this before during our previous visits. We spent hours in the pool on our last visit, but this time we couldn't even get in and the hot tubs were barely warm. All in all, this visit was not nesrly as enjoyable as previous visits.

This was an AWESOME HOTEL that has an Excellent COVID Protocol!! BEST LOCATION EVER and EXCEPTIONALLY Clean and LOTS of POOLS and hot tubs. FULL Hot Breakfast and Friendly Staff!!! Enjoyed our stay to the Max and this is our FAV Place to STAY! Recommend HIGHLY as it's the closest to Disneyland!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We really love the proximity to the parks and to Downtown disney. The staff is so welcoming here at the hotel and always make you feel welcomed. I also like the breakfast it's nice if you want to sit down and eat or if you want to just grab and go. I also love coffee and throughout the day you can stop in and get it on go. I would definitely recommend this hotel because the price, location and staff.

The hotel was much farther away from the entrance of Disneyland park than is advertised. When booking the hotel I was told it was directly across the street from Disneyland, but was not told that it was so far away from the entrance and was at least a 30 minute walk, with no shuttle provided. To get to Disney, you have to walk behind the entire Disneyland resort, up through downtown Disney. This is not very convenient for a family to walk back-and-forth and takes a lot of precious time out of your day, and if you have small children this would be nearly impossible. In the future I will only stay here again if shuttle service is offered otherwise I will stay somewhere closer.

Everything was perfect. We stayed here because we did the wine pairing at the nearby Napa Rose restaurant in Disney's Grand Californian hotel, and I (of course) didn't want to drink & drive home after the meal. The walk to the restaurant was more scenic and seemed safer than Harbor Blvd. Don confuse this hotel with the other nearby Best W.ern just to the west of it on Katella. I look forward to staying here again and only wouldn't if the Westin across West/Disney Way were about the same price, which is unlikely.

The hotel's proximity to Disneyland is a huge bonus—we were able to walk straight to either park in a short time with the ability to head back for a break if needed. The breakfast is really great—we were able to fill up before heading to the park and not need anything til early afternoon. The rooms are small so you won't want to have to hang out there for any length of time, but for the purpose of our trip, that didn't matter.

We have stayed here a few times over the years. The hotel is within walking distance of the Downtown Disney entrance, which is really nice. They do offer a full breakfast, which is a great option to save on meals when you are taking your family to Disneyland. The view of the nightly fireworks from the pool area is a fun bonus that our kids really enjoy between park days. While the room decor may be a little dark and not particularly trendy, the rooms have always been well cleaned, and the staff at this hotel have always been super friendly & provided exceptional service.

This is our go to place to stay when going to Disneyland, great staff, hot breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room and easy walk to Disneyland. One of the pools was even heated and the hot tubs are great after a long day in the parks.

Our stay at the BW Stovall was great! It's a was a walk to downtown Disney. The rooms were clean and the service from staff was awesome. Breakfast is provided so that was an added plus! For those on a budget, this is a good choice. We would recommend this hotel!

Location to Disneyland is spot on 10 minutes to Downtown baggage check. Breakfast had a large variety. Pool area is big w/ 2 hot tubs and pools. Only complaint is we stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room 1x. We requested an additional but they would not do it.

Everyone at this hotel provided amazing customer service. That's why I didn't mind so much that the interior of the rooms were a little outdated, including our bath sink and AC that weren't fully functional. The service far exceeded our expectations, from the front desk to the breakfast crew to housekeeping to maintenance. Each person was polite and handled our specific situations all with a smile and went above and beyond. Places like the Anaheim Convention and Disney locations were within 15-30 minutes of walking distance to get to.

The staff was excellent in making sure that accommodated all are needs immediately as we checked in early, 7:30am, immediately remedied the lack of towels and blankets in the room, and made sure that the continually stocked breakfast items as they ran out or were close to running out. The room was nothing very special but the location was just across from Disneyland and hotel parking was only $15 which I believe is one of the lowest in the area.

We stayed here for our 3 day Disneyland trip. The walk Is about 10 min to downtown Disney and 15-20 walk to the gates of Disneyland. You have to enter through downtown Disney but if you want a short cut to Disneyland you can take the monorail to Disneyland from downtown. If your going to Disney California you can cut through Grand California Hotel. We will stay there again because the price is right and the walk isn't bad. It allows us to use the money we saved on the room to buy fast passes for the kids.

We stayed while visiting Disneyland and California Adventures with friends, no rental car. 15-20 min walk to downtown Disney, another 10 to either park. This was a lot of steps (20-25K per day with park activities.) Excellent price for the convenience! Could have used more coffees and some tea in the room. Breakfast was so-so but good considering COVID. Coco's next store is great. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. We requested early check in (11am on a holiday week Tuesday) to leave our bags before going to the parks and it was accommodated very well. Decor wasn't anything noticeable, some fading/stains on dust ruffle but everything was clean and our trip wasn't for spending time in the room anyway. I was pleased with our trip and would recommend to others and stay here again.

Comfy beds, breakfast included walking distance to downtown Disney & Disneyland makes this our first choice when visiting Disney Parks! We've stayed several times and the experience has been wonderful and staff has been very accommodating! We'll be back for sure.

It was a good stay and we would stay again but it would not be my first choice. We have stayed here before but it has been at least four years since our last stay. The rooms have not been updated since we stayed here last and they are showing their age a little bit. Paint was peeling in places in the bathroom. Ceiling had numerous repair spots that were visible. The room appeared clean at first glance but I found a pair of someone else's socks at the bottom of the dresser. So housekeeping missed those. Carpet was clean. The toilet paper holders in the bathroom need to be replaced. The toilet paper simply does not stay on the holders. Bedding was clean as was the bathroom. Towels were your basic motel towels. Hair dryer, ironing board and in room coffee were provided. The mattresses were way too soft for me. I know mattress preferences are different for everyone but I could feel springs. My in laws did not have complaints about their mattress so maybe I was just unlucky. The furniture and room are very dark. An update with some lighter colors and better lighting will go a long way in these rooms. We had a first floor room which is what I requested and they got us close to my in laws room which I really appreciated! We were close to the breakfast room which I loved for grabbing hot coffee and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was great to get the whole family going off to the parks. The walk to the parks is over a mile which works fine for most of us but for the seniors in our party it could be a bit much. ART is nearby but we have not used it. Like many hotels in the area, housekeeping is not currently being offered. They said that we could call to get new towels and such but when you are leaving early in the morning for the parks and returning late at night from the parks, there really is no time to call the front desk and wait around for them to deliver towels. It would be better if you could leave a tag on your door saying you would like your towels replaced. Another local hotel did that this summer and it worked better for us. I love the pool here but we did not use it this trip. Overall it was a clean place to sleep and fuel up before full days in the parks. I'm sure we'll stay here again at some point but we'll still look at other options in the area.

We do Disney at least once a year and usually stay on the other end of the park, on Harbor blvd. However, we were unable to book any of our usual places and I am SO PLEASED to have found The BW Stovall's! What a clean and family friendly place! We were greeted with lovely, maintained grounds and an immaculate (and beautifully decorated for the holidays) front desk. The front desk staff checked us in super quickly and efficiently and were very helpful to find us a room that adjoined for my mother who was flying in later that evening. The rooms were VERY clean and had no odd smells or weird surprises for us. There was plenty of storage for us to actually unpack (family of 4) and the air conditioner worked GREAT. We loved that the bathroom counter was spacious and that the shower/toilet area were behind a door so that someone could easily be using the shower while others were getting ready for the day. We had a third floor room and could see the fireworks from our balcony each night! I LOVED the wooden shutters on the windows- what a clean touch! There were two chairs and table in the room as well so you don't always have to sit on the beds which I LOVE. We had a small issue with our tv and the maintenance man had it fixed in a few minutes. Now for the hidden gems within this property- the pool area and the breakfast!!!!! Seriously their pool can't be beat- with two hot tubs and two pools (one of which is unheated and we used to soak our tired feet after a long day of disney walking). There were no towels when we first used the pool area but a wonderful woman saw this and told us she'd get some right away. When she returned with clean towels, she not only refilled the towel station but gave us fresh towels personally- SO KIND! The breakfast is WONDERFUL and I am so thankful to be able to fuel up before heading to the park: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, danishes, fruit, yogurt and of course HOT coffee! I was so concerned to book something new but have found a new favorite for our Disney trips and its very economical to boot. Super affordable without sacrificing comfort! You won't be disappointed staying here; its LOVELY!

The sheets in the room were not clean. We had to remove the top sheet after finding a blood stain on it. When we woke up in the morning we saw more blood stains on the rest of the sheets. We were so tired from Disneyland we didn't notice. Upon walking into the room the smell was old and musty. There was absolutely no air flow. We turned the AC unit on but it never got really cold. The only positive was the breakfast. It was good.

Came here to stay for one night as we didn't want to drive back to Los Angeles after a late night concert and I am also a Best Western member and also had a $50 BW gift card so we used it towards our one night stay. I picked the plus version because of good service, proximity to the Honda Center, complimentary breakfast. When we arrived, we got here 2 hours before the 4 pm check-in time and I had messaged them online about possibly checking in earlier but never received a response. So we got there and asked the front desk and they were friendly and attentive and gave us complimentary bottles of water as well as allowing us to check in Hubby wanted a top floor room so we wouldn't hear noise so we got a room on the 3rd floor. It was marked on the door as clean and it is a basic room bringing memories of the old days with drawers, armoires, old fashioned furniture, noisy heater/air conditioner, tub/shower combo with tiles with a shower curtain, 2 full size beds, reminds me of the 70's. They do have microwave, refrigerator, complimentary coffee and tea with dispenser in room and free wi-fi though. There are no darkened shades so the bright light coming from the wood shuttered windows may awaken you Complimentary breakfast is served from 6-9 am in a room near the front desk and seating is available inside and outside which includes cold cereal, pastries, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, english muffin or toast, biscuits with gravy, pork link sausages, coffee, tea, milk, mango, guava, apple and orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate packets, yogurt dispenser so plenty of variety. If you don't mind the place being vintage, a bit noisy and busy but clean, has complimentary wi-fi and breakfast, one night could be just enough.

Room needs serious updating. Flooring and wallpaper specifically. Air conditioning system was pathetic at best. Toilet paper and towels left me near bleeding. Service was great. Proximity to park is as close as you can get without being in a Disney hotel but still a long walk, about a mile

This trip was planned for 6 months for a friends daughter who graduated High school! It was clean and very friendly hotel. We knew no shuttle to Disneyland if they did this would be the perfect Hotel!

This hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland. They have very friendly employees. The room was very clean. We will definitely stay again the next time we go back to Disneyland. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

The price was great compared to other hotels (discount from AAA). The staff was friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was filling and diverse. The room was great for the price I was paying. The distance to disneyland made this hotel ideal (even on long park days). I greatly appreciated the available food/drinks left in breakfast room. I grab countless amount of hot water for tea-making. My only real complaint was my AC unit was loud and didn't circulate air well (including cold air).

Room is stuffy with unpleasant smell of mold and must Tv did not work and heater/ac machine made constant LOUD and vibrating sound all day/night While location to park is outstanding and the staff was pleasant; the birthday experience was marred by the hotel stay

Very disappointed in my stay, although stay was great the rooms are just badly kept, smell musty and look dirty. Ac didn't work very well & all vending machines that have access to water were broken or sold out (all 4 days of our stay). I'd like to give them a better rating but I've stayed at other hotels in the same area, same/similar price point and are so much cleaner and well kept.

We had a great stay here while visiting Disneyland. I think it's about as close of a walk to the parks as you can get without staying at a Disney hotel. The rooms were big, nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. There are two pools, two hot tubs and one small kiddie pool. Bushes/topiaries that are sculpted into various animals surround the pool area. The whole resort area was clean and lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are trying to decide where to stay, go with Stovall's! We booked with Pavillion's on 07/08/21. Adjusted our reservation on 07/10. Then...for some unknown reason, the General Manager at Pavillion's cancelled our reservation without any notification to us whatsoever on 07/18/21. We arrive in Anaheim on 10/08/21 to find that we have no reservation and that the property is fully booked. All Christian would say is "sorry ma'am, you don't have a reservation and we have no room to put you in." No trying to assist or find us a new location, NOTHING, and, they still had our $800! Our booking agent with HotelEngine was fantastic! She started searching for alternate locations and asked Pavillion's to contact their sister hotel, Stovall's Inn. Boom! Stovall's was able to take us in, AND, they honored the same rates that we paid Pavillion's. NEVER STAY AT THE PAVILLION'S AGAIN UNLESS YOU CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATIONS MULTIPLE TIMES.

We were locked out of our room both nights that we stayed. One night I requested a new key three separate times, each time the key did not work. I had to loudly wake up the people I was staying with so I could get in because the emergency key didn't even work. The next night we were exhausted after a day at the parks and our keys didn't work. We got a new key and got in but it was still frustrating. Also, my car was boxed in so I couldn't leave when I needed to because we had to wait for the person behind me to leave and it offset our day. Our toilet also broke. When we spoke to management to get a refund or something all they did was validate the 45$ paring. It's close to the parks and inexpensive but not worth it.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. It is an easy walk and felt safe. Staff was friendly, room clean, and breakfast included. We dis have to pay to park, but it was less than I have paid at other hotels in the area. I is a good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel to stay if your visiting the near by parks. Which are in walking distance. There are great food options near, also in walking distance. Hotel is clean, and quite. This particular hotel does offer continental breakfast. We enjoyed it. There is parking available at the property which is $15 a day. We drove into town and used it just to park since we were so close to walk into the parks. Would stay here again!

rooms were clean close to Disney staff was incredible breakfast was good ( could use seasoning) fairly quiet some street noise bed were hard which for us personally caused hip and back pain but overall great hotel

Frist our A/C was not working. Also, our room had a bad bad odor. My friend and I were so thankful our stay was so short because we didn't feel comfortable at this hotel. I will never stay here again. They need to update there rooms plus make sure the cleaning staff are doing a good job.

Real close to Disneyland very nice front desk gal. WiFi not that great but worked out. Pool area was nice with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Rooms perfect for sleeping. Breakfast had plentiful options. Would stay again

Everything was great. The breakfast is great it's better then most hotels if stayed at.We went to Disneyland and it was super close less then a mile walk from hotel to park. I would book here again great hotel!

I normally only stay in hotels on or near Harbor Blvd but I can say that I have found my go-to hotel with Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn! The staff were beyond helpful, most especially Seema on the overnight shift. She went above and beyond and truly cared about me as a guest. Phenomenal service! The rooms were clean and comfy and the hot breakfast was icing on the cake! Short, lovely stroll to the parks. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They have 2 pools and 2 spas. The breakfast was decent (pancake, sausage, eggs, cereal, potatoes, coffee, juice, milk). It's a 20 minutes walk to Disneyland. Hotel staff was nice and welcoming even before we got there! The beds were comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here again, the next time we visit Disneyland. Thank you CJ, Eric, and Amada for helping us with our reservations. I know I'm missing more people but please extend my thanks to your team and keep up the good work :)

This is a 1970's motel. The pictures on the internet are completely misleading. My family and I booked three nights here but after one night we moved down the street paying $20 more for a suite that was 100X better. I would never stay at this property again. Old 70's decor and carpet. Smelled old. Spiderwebs and mold in the bathroom window. Portable AC unit. You could see under the front door welcoming in insects and rodents. This is not what you'd expect with a Best Western Plus. Employees were nice and helpful. It's not their fault the place is a dump!

I've stayed at best western plus Stovall in twice now for my Disneyland trips and I highly recommend it. I stayed in 2018 before covid and had a awesome experience with the breakfast, room, pool and walk to Disneyland. Now in September 2021 with covid it is slightly different but I still enjoyed my stay. The walk to the parks is 10 minutes Thru downtown Disney so I think it's perfect on saving money on shuttles or ubers. The Uber to John Wayne airport to and from the hotel was under 25$ both times. I highly recommend this hotel, it's great for traveling with a partner like me, or with families. My friend has stayed here and has 2 baby boys and says she really enjoyed it too. I'll always recommend this hotel to anyone asking where to stay for a Disneyland trip.

The staff at this Best Western were super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful! The room/property was clean and surprisingly, as pictured! So refreshing to get what was seen in the pictures and expected! There was lots of parking available and directly in front of our room. It was quiet and very relaxing.

Fast check in, nice staff, hotel exterior is inviting. Nice pools, one with salt water. 15 mintes walk from downtown Disney. Carpet smells a bit. Not enough parking when hotel is full. Price is good for this hotel. Breakfast ok

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and not only the staff was really helpful, specially "CJ' who helped us during the check-in process, but the complimentary breakfast was really good considering of all the changes due to COVID-19, the rooms were really clean, comfortable beds as well, and the check out was really quick, just a phone call to the front desk and we were on our way, will definitely stay at this Best Western Property again.

Best Western Stovall's Inn We stayed at the BW Stovalls from Thursday to Tuesday this past week. Overall I was really pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. (No maid service at the moment thanks to the Pandemic but they were happy to provide clean towels or extra shampoo etc as needed) The included breakfast was minimal but a good way to get the day started with 4 hot items (eggs, a meat option, pancakes or French toast and potatoes), cereal, yogurt and some fruit. The hot items were served to us by a staff member to minimize contact and hand sanitizer was available at the door. The two pools and two hot tubs were great for an afternoon away from the parks and likely would have been nice in the evening as well. The pool area provided towels, had washrooms and even a canteen open at 4pm into the evening. (I cannot confirm if this is currently open but it appeared that it would be). There were plenty of loungers and chairs around the pool with sunny and shady options available. This was a much nicer pool area than I expected. The hotel offers a view of Disney California Adventure Park but don't let that fool you. The walk to the park entrance is via Downtown Disney and longer than you think. However, I liked this location better than other Anaheim hotels that I've stayed in. It was about 4 blocks (big blocks) to the Downtown Disney entrance. It's not much further than the Disney's Paradise Pier hotel and considering the price difference I would definitely choose this over that.

Rooms & outside of hotel where very clean. Staff really friendly and great customer service. Breakfast was good. Hotel was at a good location, I was able to walk to my destination. Overall great experience staying at this hotel!

I've stayed here before, and it's a great choice for families. There are 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, and it's a short walking distance to Disneyland and downtown Disney. It's a shorter walk to Disney from this hotel than from the Disney parking garage. Also it's only a 10 minute drive from Dave N Buster's, so we always go there the first night. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I'll definitely come back to this hotel when I take my kids to Disneyland again.

Hotel room was nice beds were comfortable, we did have some trouble with the shower water not starting. Hot tub and Pool are in the perfect area for the Fireworks show from Disneyland :) There is a parking fee you do not know about until after you book.

Location, location, location. This motel is located just off Disney property. It is about 10 minutes from Downtown Disney, and 20 minutes from the front gates of Disneyland and California Adventure. The nightly fireworks are easily seen from your room if you ask for a parkside view. I did take Covid into consideration as housecleaning isn't offered, and breakfast choices are somewhat limited. Check in was easy. The room was clean. We did have to go to the front desk daily for new towels due to covid. Since the main reason for staying there was to be near Disney, it did it's job.

I needed a hotel close to Disneyland. This hotel fit the bill nicely. Not to fancy or overpriced. I felt it was clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was modified because of COVID requirements but still sufficient. I highly recommend this Hotel. I will be sure to stay here in the future.

Super close to Disneyland and Disney Adventure park. Breakfast was ok and room very clean. Definitely location is a plus and you can leave your car in the hotel while you are on the Disney parks. Definitely recommend this hotel!

About a 10-20 minute walk to Downtown Disney depending on your pace. It was an enjoyable walk. The youngest was 4 and the oldest was 32. We walked and stayed at Disneyland from open to close. We did have a double stroller for the younger ones (4, 6, 8). The area is pretty. Different places to walk too. The rooms are nice, older but still nice. Nothing spectacular but also not gross. I was comfortable. Room was clean and no roaches at night. We were on the bottom floor. Our a/c unit was a little humid feel and odd smell first day but wasn't an issue. We stayed 5 nights and will stay again for other Disney trips. Good service. Open pool and hot tub. The little garden is cute but must enter from pool area the other gate says closed. They are serving hot food. A little different everyday. Always eggs and potatoes. The other options change between pancakes or french toast, sausage or canadian bacon. They have cereal, muffins, yogurt, little water bottles, milk, orange juice, and coffee. The only issue is that they are not doing housekeeping. We were there five nights and no housekeeping because of Covid. You can call the front desk for clean towels. I wish the room could be cleaned during stay. My towels piled up but wasn't that big of a deal. Wished the trash could be picked up, sheets could be changed and the room vacuumed. Remember you have to pay extra for parking but I already knew that so it wasn't an issue. One car per a room and I think $15 a night. Vehicle has to be moved at 3pm the day of check out. Check out is at 11 am. Parking gets packed but since you pay for parking you can park on the sides by the walls if necessary. It was a bit of a pain but I did come at a busy time. Customer service was good and they were helpful and nice! No one was rude or snippy.

Very old rooms that may look good in the picture but not in person. They tries to slap some.paint on things and put some new furniture in the rooms but the carpet was old and really dirty, water wouldn't drain in the tub, and the window air unit didn't work very well. As my wife said "you get what you pay for." If you are going to have a hotel next to Disneyland have some pride in your establishment.

Very nice and clean place to stay . With a good price for the location and a very safe parking lot. Breakfast was good and so was the pool area with two pools and two hot tubs there's plenty of space to keep the distance and a very clean bathroom.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Quick check in and offered 500 pts. up front and 2 bottles of water to take to our room. Room was nice and clean, comfortable beds, and air conditioner had our room nice and cool on arrival. Nice walk to Disneyland not to far. Easy check out.

The hotel and staff was great. We walked to Disneyland and back from the hotel. The only complaint was we had to park our 2nd car in a parking garage 2 miles down the road, that did not have a shuttle.

Overall the stay was excellent. I would like for this hotel to have a designated smoking area, specially when there are so many people smoking marijuana in California. I liked how parking area, and pool is secured

I will say you have to be understanding as covid rules are still here, so the breakfast was different. However the choices were still yummy with eggs, meat choices, fruit, milk, cereal, coffee, french toast sticks

I had difficulty trying to find a place that would not break my wallet but is reasonably close to enjoy Disneyland as we hade no car while visiting. It was 15 minute walk to Disneyland Downtown. The cost which is overall cheaper compared to neighboring hotels. It was pretty tidy and had complimentary breakfast which was simple but enough. There is a local mini mart which you can buy water and snacks which is about a 5-10 minute walk. Note that there is a charge to keep your car here.

Checking in was very easy and they explained everything very well. Rooms were very organized and clean. Only issue was the internet did not work that well when connected. Other than that had a great time.

I personally would not stay here again due to: Limited Breakfast selection, non working water and beverage machines (only had one thrid floor machine working), LOUD wall unit air conditioning, having to press the button to be let in and out of the premises and general outdated premises. For the money or a little more, you can stay elsewhere much nicer.

We have stayed here several times over the years for our trips to Disneyland. Things were a little different due to covid restrictions. The breakfast was limited to eggs, potatoes, sausages, cereal, fruit, and pastries. We appreciated that they put effort in to provide hot items. Wifi worked great. No housekeeping, but easy to request amenities and service. Hotel 10 minute walk to top of Downtown Disney. You can't cut through Grand Californian so don't try! Pool area and topiaries on property were nice too. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Front Desk Team went above and beyond to help us. We were impressed by their honesty and helpfulness. Nice pool, breakfast, and comfortable room. Excellent location. We are planning to stay here again.

We've been going to this location for many years-it's the go to spot when we are in the area. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Justin, the manager, called our room to welcome us back and thank us for being there. We felt the personal touch and were very pleased at how clean the room and property was. Our 5 day stay was great and it offered a lot of useful amenities. We loved everything about Best Western from the location, vibe and not to forget their lovely customer service. Front desk was very helpful from the very first night we got there and offered us a lot of advice on how to get around the area, as it was our first time in LA. Within walking distance to Disneyland. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed there with my kids and grandkids, walking distance from Disneyland, 2 pools which the kids enjoyed. Central location allowed for easy side trips to beaches etc, hotel was clean and well kept, ample breakfast selections and clean rooms. Would definitely stay there again, staff were friendly and accommodating. I reserved room online thru the hotel website for my son, his daughter and my daughter, my daughter in-law reserved 2 other rooms for the rest of us thru a travel site and the hotel still managed to get us rooms that were close together. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here from March 10-14. Arrived around noon and they had a room ready for us. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and it was an easy walk to Disneyland, I will stay here again. Front desk personnel were really friendly. No complaints at all

Sometimes people thinks that because the price is not to high the quality of the hotel would be low, but this hotes provides great quiality service and facilities for reasonable price. The food is great and the staff make you feel important and welcoming!

The Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn was everything I hoped it would be and more. The location to the Disney parks is a major selling point of the hotel, it is about a 15 minute walk through a very safe area. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and bountiful. The staff were all so nice and helpful, they were very eager to make my stay better. I loved the hotel and I would definitely be back.

Sure, this is a budget hotel in a good location. Does it do the trick? Mostly. Don't expect central air/heat or the modern accommodations you'd find at a 3-star Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt. Our room's poor air quality left us with stuffy sinuses and we eventually chose to open the window on a cold, rainy evening. There's a microwave and fridge in the room, and a basic daily breakfast buffet is provided. There is no option to park a second car on the property. (First car is $10. It's a good price for the area but there are limited spaces.) It is a 10-minute walk to Downtown Disney — much closer than most non-Disney hotels. I'd definitely stay somewhere a little nicer next trip, but if you are OK with a decent motel-like property, you'll do fine here. Think: basic, not accommodating.

My wife and I really enjoy this Hotel,the rooms are always clean, the pools and garden area always well maintained the staff is friendly and helpful and the free breakfast is great plus you can't beat the price. This is our to go place when we are in town.

The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast has great selection in both cold and hot items with the crispy bacon and omelet as a plus. Is gets crowded during peak hours 7am-9am. The customer service was excellent.

Booked this hotel due to the price and location to Disney. It was about a 15-20 min walk from the front desk to the park gate. You walked past paradise pier and the Disneyland hotel and enter downtown Disney to get in. The hotel was clean and the rooms are in great shape. We didn't use the free breakfast in the morning due to running late and wanting to get into the park before open. We had a two queen room and was plenty big for us. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room as well. Overall a great 4 nights and would go back to this location again.

We stay at a Best Western whenever traveling and have almost enjoyed them all. The one here in Anaheim (Stovall's Inn) was a bit disappointing. On our third day our room was not cleaned or stocked, when requested they brought us toilet paper. I asked to have the garbage picked up but that didn't happen. This was a first for us at a Best Western (we left the room at 11am, returned after 5 pm). The other issue was how you could hear every conversation, children playing right outside the windows, even when closed. This occurred every morning a little after 6 am when the free breakfast was available. This happened Every day we were there. The last negative, we reserved a king bedroom months ago but they overbooked the hotel so we were offered a room with two queen beds. They waved the $10 per day parking fee. Wanted the king bed. Positives: Great front desk staff, rooms are clean when you check in and the breakfast is very good. Different styles of eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, juices , milk ,coffee! All very good.

Staff was great, very friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great value for what I paid. Looked at staying at Disney hotel for approximately $400, at a fraction of the cost my stay here was just as good.

Almost annualy my family and I head down to Disneyland and everytime we stay at the Best Western Stovall's inn. It's clean, updated, has pool, fitness room, close to Disney parks and for a small fee provides you with a shuttle if needed. They have a full hot breakfast available to their guests. If you have little ones you will know how important this is. They're are located footsteps away from CoCo's restaurant where you could have a decent dinner without breaking the bank they will deliver the food to your room as well. Kids dine -in free on tues. Most of all the staff there are very friendly and accommodating. Truley, a nice group of people. When coming to Disneyland we only stay with them. Prices a reasonable and they honor military discount. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Stovalls Best Western Anaheim is a great place to stay if you're attending a multiple day event at the Anaheim Convention Center. We had a 3 day event and found that property was close enough to walk (10 minutes) to the Convention Center and the next door Anaheim Hilton hotel. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and have both a fridge and a microwave. The beds are very comfortable and we liked that the windows had plantation shutters instead of dusty old drapes. The complimentary breakfast had a number of selections: scrambled eggs, vegetable omelettes, bacon, turkey sausage, oatmeal, various cold cereals, bagels, Danish pastries, toast, as well as fruit, juices, and coffees. The staff is courteous and unfailingly friendly. Another plus is that there is a Coco's coffee shop right next door that stays open until midnight! We plan to stay here again next year for our Convention Center event.

After years of staying at different hotels/motels, we have finally found our go to place to stay on our trips to Disneyland. Close to the parts, great complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, and the most comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful too!

We stayed for 4 nights. Overall the stay was good except for the experience with collecting my parcels which were shipped to the hotel. As the room was booked under my husband's name. I had the parcels to the hotel under his name. My husband was busy at the Trade Show. They refused to release the parcels to me even though I presented my husband's photo ID for verifications. Moreover, I found that they were not diligent on recording the parcels that they received on the guests' behalf. There were no parcel numbers recorded in their book, only recipient's name and date of receipt.

Great location and shuttle service to Disneyland! Good breakfast and clean rooms! Close to shops and restaurants. Family friendly and safe location. Coco's on the corner has good pies! Definitely recommend if your visiting Disneyland.

This hotel is very close to Disneyland and the shuttle gets you there and back quickly and efficiently. Had to schedule a late check-in and make arrangements for my companion. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean. Hotel a bit older but well maintained. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded and chaotic. Good for a short stay and if travelling with children. If looking for a quiet place, this is not it. Ok after 10 when children in bed.

Especially pleased with the breakfast: very good selection of well prepared food including eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cerials and oatmeal, breads and muffins, and much more; staff very helpful; excellent location for Disneyland.

Not too far of a walk to the disneyland resort, took a few minutes. Had a great breakfast included with different options, and a nice little gift shop in the lobby. Service was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was ready for us upon arrival. Gave us two rooms next to each other on top floor. Hotel has an elevator and stairs. Breakfast room has lots of tables and two separate rows for breakfast buffet. Two toasters at different locations, a bathroom to wash up. Food offering is excellent. ARP bus stops in front of the hotel going to resort and coming back, not walking to hotel. Coco's is next door, excellent food all day. Up the street, if you drive restaurants or across from resort. Hotel has laundry for guests to wash clothes and pool is excellent.

Good value for the money and for the location which is within walking distance to Disney. You might want to grab the shuttle for a small fee (tickets purchased at hotel gift shop) which is right out the front doors of the lobby. We chose this option as even the approx. 15 walk after all day at Disney becomes tiring. The rooms are small but clean and as pictured. My only complaint is the breakfast. The food is generic with french toast and waffles kept in a steamer and soggy. Oatmeal comes from a machine and was terrible. Lack of seating when hotel is full and everyone leaving early for Disney. 3 outside tables are available but when the temp is only 40 not really doable. We paid $10 additional for parking and you are given a ticket to get in and out but BEWARE if you loose your ticket they will charge you $24.00 to replace a small paper ticket when you are already paying for parking.

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. For the price we paid I was amazed at the centralized location as well as the wonderful breakfast that was provided each morning. The pool area is beautiful and surrrounded by manicured landscaping, you can see the Disney fireworks at night from there too! We had double queen rooms which were more than enough space, the beds are very comfortable and the hospitality staff are so attentive to detail when they are tidying your room. The breakfast is HUGE and there are so many options that I didn't eat the same thing the entire time I was there. This is a great property and a wonderful option for Disney as you are right across the street! I would stay here again and again.

This hotel offers multiple amenities that are very convenient for the stay. It is in a great location for traveling to Disney. We were able to walk to and from the park without hassle. The front lobby has great customer service and works in a timely and professional manner. The breakfast has a variety of options and changes daily to create more options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you are going to the attractions near by and/or just staying in general in California.

Stovall inn is excellent in service amenities. Within a short walk to Disneyland. You park when you arrive and that's it. Safe. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Comp breakfast is a great way to start the day.

I travel for business a lot. I am focused on getting my work done, so what I want from my hotel is a safe location, reasonably quiet, clean room, decent free wifi, plenty of hot water for my shower, working air conditioning, and - most importantly - in-room coffee. I don't care about room size, fancy decoration, TV channels, free breakfast, the view, etc. This place had everything I want, and at a very affordable price, convenient to the Convention Center - it was great! Plus staff was friendly and helpful without wasting my time in chitchat. Really the perfect business travel experience.

We stayed for our 7 year anniversary. The hotel exterior and interior was just like the pictures. The staff was friendly. I don't really understand the online check-in as it doesn't save any time. I had wrote a comment asking if there was anything special they could do since it was our anniversary but no one got back to me. No big deal as I knew this wasn't the most classiest hotel, especially after reading some of the reviews (I was a little nervous), but we didn't want to go crazy as we didn't have our son with us this time. It was a little different of a process to check-in and out. Pretty old fashioned. The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear everyone and everything. The water smelt really bad on the vanity sink, like sewer. We used shower water to brush our teeth. They had really good coffee in the morning so that was a plus on our walk to Disney. Its very conveniently located to Disney. We probably wont be back since the water really grossed us out. I would rather pay more for a hotel with clean water than to chance getting sick. It did not smell sanitary. I definitely wouldn't bring my son here especially after already experiencing what Paradise Pier is like. I think he would be a bit disappointed as this hotel doesn't have that "Special Disney" feel.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was friendly and happy at this hotel. And I travel a lot and it was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I saw staff even cleaning areas I would assume usually go unnoticed at other hotels. Although it was a busy time with the large NAMM show in the area, the staff was super helpful, speedy, and kind. The breakfast was well stocked and varied. There was so much to choose from! Check out the topiary garden! It is awesome!

This hotel was perfect for us! We were in town for the NAMM Show at the Anaheim Convention Center and this was a perfect walking distance with awesome amenities! The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were extremely clean!

The hotel was walking distance to Disneyland at less than half the price of a Disney hotel. It was clean, a good breakfast and if they have rooms available they offer early check in. They have a shuttle to go to Disney if you can't walk the 10-15 minutes.

Hotel was clean and close to Disneyland. Rooms are not large though. Our room had 2 double beds in it along with the bathroom sink. The bathroom itself was very small. There were 2 chairs tucked in under the window around a small table. The hotel is located at the back of Disneyland which doesn't give a lot of dining options. We were traveling from overseas so didn't have a car. There is a restaurant next door which was fairly good. The breakfast wasn't the best and we avoided it most days. The beds were comfortable, however it was fairly noisy. We could clearly hear people in the next room and people getting into their cars in the morning, along with the rubbish truck at 6am on our first morning.

This hotel was clean and friendly. Walking distance to Disney. Very handy. We had 8 rooms and the check-in was very efficient. Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast is an added bonus to the stay. Especially with 21 students it is very handy

We chose BW Stovall's Inn for its location to Disneyland. We were very impressed by the staff, the accommodations and the amenities provided. It was the perfect place to relax after our busy days, the pools and hot tubs were fabulous.

You can hear everything from the outside and rooms above/next to yours. If noises wake you, there will be no sleeping here. There was also only one outlet available to use and no USB ports. Not convenient at all for a family of 4. The bathroom is very tiny and there is very little counter space. The location is great for Disneyland

I've stayed at a view hotels in the area and this was probably my least favourite. The front desk staff were friendly and check in and check out was quick. The rooms were clean upon arrival. We didn't utilize the cleaning services throughout the week so I can't comment on that. The room has everything you need but is really dark. It's great for sleeping but the walls were so dark and the lighting was very dim. The walls side to side were quiet but you do hear people above you. The worst is how loud people are in the mornings outside in the hall. Children and adults screaming down the hall ways... at like 6 am. Please respect the guests staying at the hotel and ensure your whole party is respectful with their noise levels in the morning while in the hall. Also the cleaning carts/luggage carts/roller bags on the pavement going up and down the halls is also very loud and starts early in the mornings. The distance to Disneyland was ok. Walkable for sure. Take downtown Disney and go through the hotel to get to California Adventure and take the monorail to DL. If you want a quick walk then I recommend staying closer to the park as this was about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. Coffee and orange was nice? There is the most friendly cat that lives on the property. I love animals and really think they should work on finding the cat a home. We were there for a huge rain storm and the poor cat slept under the stairs. He is so friendly and the hotel should work on homing him. Overall the hotel was just ok. I would not stay here again but the price was right when we booked and it did have everything we needed.

What a great location. A short 10 minute work to Downtown Disney District. The rooms are a good size for a family of 4. Great amenities, plenty of parking. The rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast each morning was a great start to each day we walked the paths of Disneyland. There is a restaurant right next door for convenience if you don't want to pay the big prices in the park. They also do room service from this restaurant. Thank you Stovall's we had a great stay . Would reccommend this accommodation.

Great Location, very close to the Disney parks, walkable. Check-in was super fast and the guy who checked us in was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast is free, but it's not the best. It's better than paying for breakfast in the park though! Close to the Long Beach Airport for easy arrival and departure.

Staff super efficient & friendly. Comfortable room , quiet. Breakfast w lots of options, bananas, oranges & apples, Yogert & warm eggs, waffles, etc. Had a 3rd floor room. The adjoining door let's in noise. When other people quiet, perfect stay!

Very bad customer service. Stayed at Best Western all over the world and this was hands down the WORST. Front desk staff are not competent and breakfast is not what is stated on website. Very loud day and night. Very disappointed as a Best Western Diamond member. I do not recommend this hotel for your Disneyland trip.

Best Western Stovall Is a good value for the area. It is about 15-20 minute walk to downtown Disney. The coffee is good and the breakfast food will fill you up. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Parking for car that doesnt cost anything. Will stay here again. If anyone in your group has any kind of walking problem rent an electric scooter from renters in the area. They an deliver to the hotel and pick them up again. Be sure to rent a 3 wheeler as the foot area is more comfortable than a 4 wheeler in my opinion. There is also a restaurant next door that delivers your room.

Excellent room, service, breakfast, value. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever had-lots of variety. Highly recommend it. Excellent shuttle service to Disneyland. And, Best Western points are very easy to use-we've even used them in Europe.

I was very impressed with the hotel and its members, from the reservation process through to check-in and my stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the "Full" breakfast instead of the "continental" breakfast that seem to be so popular these days. I was in town for a convention, but I would certainly stay again at this hotel for personal travel as well.

We needed a clean, comfortable family accommodation near the Disneyland parks. Given the proximity to the Christmas holiday, the most reasonable options were full. We were on the fence about staying on the Katella side of the park. However, we loved it so much I don't know that we will ever go back to Harbor Boulevard. The Best Western property and staff are both charming. Everybody at the front desk was so helpful, the breakfast was a great way to kick off the day, and while we didn't swim or work out, those facilities along with the topiary gardens were just adorable. Yes, as many people have said, the rooms are slightly dated. However, ours was quite clean and stocked well with towels—the beds were ridiculously comfortable and the pillows are amazing. Our view from the room was overlooking the IncrediCoaster and fireworks off to the left, room 201 second floor. The walk to Disney was simply magical at night. The sidewalks leading to the parks are covered with beautiful trees wrapped in twinkle lights. We were able to access downtown Disney by way of the grand Californian. No one stopped us we simply opened the gate and walked in and were able to get to the parks in no time.You can't go wrong with booking at this hotel.

This is our 2nd visit here to Stovall's. We normally stay at Marriotts or the like when at Disneyland. However, I stumbled upon BW Stovall is great but what really impressed me was Ruby at the front desk. She made us feel appreciated and welcomed on our first visit Nov. 22/23. She went up and beyond her job to help us with all of our requests. So, we decided to come back and stay here again tonight for 2 nights. Now, her name tag says "trainee" right now but I am telling you, she has got to "earn her wings" and a proper name tag with her real name soon or I am going to steal her away to Big Bear to work for my company. BW, she has management potential. Dont lose her to my company. Now regarding the room, they are very comfortable and nice. I don't normally sleep well my first night in a hotel room but the beds are extremely comfortable. Shower has great pressure and the refrigerator and microwave are a nice bonus. I really enjoyed the deluxe breakfast each morning too. We picked it up and ate in our room at the table. Plenty of options of food. Muffins, bacon, sausage, egg patties or egg white patties, oatmeal, bagels, breads, hashbrowns, fruit juices, fresh fruit, sliced cheese to make an "egg McMuffin", cereal, etc. Everything was fresh and warm. A nice bonus. I haven't tried the pool and spa yet, but they look very nice and clean. Felt very safe while staying here. Plenty of parking for even my large truck. Parking lot seems very secure. Again, a great place to stay, especially if Ruby checks you in but I will also have to say that ALL of the staff at the counter are outstanding, as well. They all greet you with a smile. One final thing, upon walking in tonight to check in, (again,our only 2nd visit to this hotel, Ruby greeted us by our first names immediately as we walked through the doors. We were pleasantly surprised and made us feel welcome. Stay here if you are in the area.

We recently stay for 3 nights at this Best Western Hotel. The property is located within walking distance to Disneyland and also is close to two diners which are located next door to the hotels. The rooms were a good size with two large double beds, a table with 2 chairs, a small Kitchenette area with microwave and coffee maker. The hotel offered a very comprehensive included breakfast with both hot and cold foods. Due to the numbers of guests it was a bit of a challenge to find seating. The hotel offered a guest laundry that had ample washing machines and dryers. These were worked via credit cards instead of having to have the right number of coins which was a pleasing change. The staff were welcoming and were happy to help with any inquiries. Parking was available at the hotel.

We stayed here to be close to Disneyland. The place was perfect for what we needed. It was a short 10 minute walk to the park security gates. Staff was super helpful, we requested two adjoining rooms and they accommodated us - this was perfect for our large family. Breakfast was ok, perfect for the price. On the occasional day we went next door to CoCo's for something a bit more substantial.

Would have been a bit better had checkout actually been express as we asked for. But great location not far from Disney at all and friendly staff was great. Breakfast also was good verity. We would come back!!

I will have to say, this was one of the BEST hotels I have stayed in for quite some time. From pre-chick in, to check-out the staff went out of their way to make you feel like you are appreciated. I would only improve on one thing and that is nothing.

The hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained as well as being very clean. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the front gates of Disneyland along well lit pathways.

Had a great trip to Disneyland, Best Western is the best value for us with consistent quality. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Staff was nice and helpful. The walk was nice going through Downtown Disney, I liked the lighted trees along the way.

From check in to check out, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied from day to day and provided something for everyone, I am one fussy person and could find something each day. The closeness to the convention centre and Disney was a plus and was a comfortable walk. The pool area was always clean and tidy and there was always clean towels available. My only concern was that people who smoke just left their cigarette ends all over the place. I know it can be hard for some, but it really doesn't hurt a smoker to pick their rubbish up and put it in a bin when the cigarette is well and truly out, but that did not make my holiday worse, it was more annoying that some are just lazy! All in all, a great stay, the room was clean and tidy, and everything worked as it should. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights for a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. Let's start with location.... It was within walking distance.... maybe 1/2 mile.... to the convention center. It was also right across from Disney. We could see the fireworks and the roller coaster everynight all lit up. So location for the price can not be beat. It sits back from the main road, but close enough that I always felt safe walking to the conference. Room.....It is old, the room is REALLY small. The bathroom has very little ventilation, and the room was VERY dark. Air conditioner was noisy.... but it worked! It was comfortable and suited our needs, just wasn't as nice as I would have prefered. Breakfast was BUSY every morning, but there were lots of choices, cold and hot, and I particularly found the granola yummy. The pool was quite a walk from our room, and the little hallway that we had to take from one parking area to the other, was stinky and dirty. The pool and hotub itself was nice and was warm. Overall I would stay there again if the price was as reasonable as this stay... I could not find anything close to this price range close to the conference center.

This is a great spot if you are visiting Disneyland. Roughly 10 - 15 minutes walk to Disneyland. There are plenty of restaurants as well very close to this property as well as a dairy/superette. We stayed 5 nights, check in and out was very quick, friendly staff. The room had 2 double beds which had great pillows. The decor was quite dated, buy hey you are only there to sleep !! Our breakfast was included in our stay and there was a variety of food to choose from. Highly recommended if you are looking for comfort, good location and something cheaper than the Disneyland Hotel.

Was very pleased with this hotel, 20 minute walk from Disneyland, very friendly staff. They had two pools and three hot tubs on the property so it was never too crowded. Hotel was a bit dated but clean and quiet. Would stay here again

Great stay for the price, the bed in our room was surprisingly comfy and nice. Rooms could use updating but super close to Disneyland. Easy walk straight to the parks. I feel like this is a great mid level hotel near the parks.

We stayed 2 nights here and the first night in room 228 there was some kind of tapping/dripping noise in the corner in the wall above us. I was able to fall asleep but my friend wasn't and tossed and turned all night due to this strange repetitive noise. Once I woke up in the early morning I couldn't get back to sleep because of it either. We went to to front and told them what happened and they gave us another room and awarded me with 10k points toward a free stay. We let them know the door in that room also didn't shut and the faucet in the shower needed fixing too. We moved to room 112 and had no problems after that. The rooms are kinda dark with the wall color and dark wood. It is a motel as well where all rooms lead outside. I do prefer a hotel but went with price when I booked this stay. The pool area is really nice and multiple hot tubs and pools. The break fast consisted of eggs, sausage, bacon, English muffins, bread for toast, muffins, juice and cereal. It was okay. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland. The route goes through the Disney hotels and downtown Disney which I liked.

We love this hotel and always stay here when coming to Disneyland multiple times a year. Full breakfast, walking distance to the parks, multiple pools and hot tubs, and room service from a reasonable restaurant. Works great!

I was having a lot of trouble with my room reservations. Somehow I booked with getaroom.com instead of direct through Best Western. I was on the verge of cancelling my entire vacation, but decided to call the front desk and ask for help. I was transferred to Justin. He was incredible!!!!! He helped me cancel my old reservation, re-book and saved our family vacation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you Justin for all your help!

Arrived really early at the hotel at 8.30am after a long flight from Sydney, Australia. Thought we would ask about a possible early check-in and they had a spare free room which was fantastic. All the staff here are great. The park is walking distance to Disneyland and close enough to come home a few times throughout the day. The rooms were clean and tidy and everything you need for their purpose. If we are ever back at Disneyland we will definitely stay here again.

With prices rising at Disney properties, it was surprising to find such a great deal so close to the parks. Our room was even nicer than the last room we had at Paradise Pier and cost us a third of what that same room would cost now. The grounds and rooms are well maintained and everything we needed was found in a convenient place within the room. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We were able to cross the street and walk one block to Downtown Disney and save all that extra money for purchases in the park. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time.

Took our family to Disneyland for a couple of days it was great walking distance .. one day we came back early want to have dinner when to get a jacuzzi in the pool the only went up and relax the stuff was great we had two boys with us they were crazy and rambunctious sort of made a mess but the staff was great to clean it up when they clean up their rooms excellent cleaning and service

one of the worst rooms ive stayed in. The beds seemed to be a full size not queen it was hard for us 2 to sleep in a bed it was also very hard and uncomftable i left with back hurting. the room was a good size but they have a lot of furnite that made it cramed. Also the small hanging window AC was loud and not working it was hot most of the night. The room has a awful smell to it. The only good thing was the location.

The hotel was ideally located for us as we were really only in Anaheim to go to Disneyland. Disneyland itself was only a 10 easy walk from the hotel. The hotel itself could probably use a refresh (coast of paint and upgrade on the power sockets etc) to bring it up a peg. The pool's were great and the spa was most welcome after each big day walking around Disneyland. The breakfast although not spectacular served its purpose and set you up for a big day.

Close to Disneyland/Downtown Disney and the pool area is very nice and relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is awesome. A lot of choices and great coffee! Room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing is more frustrating than getting a respiratory infection while on vacation. That's life. So, after giving it my all until about 1:00 PM at Disney, I walked back feeling ill. For some silly reason my room still wasn't cleaned. I called and addressed this with the front desk. About 30-40 minutes later, Housekeeping finally arrived. I proceed to sit at the small table with the door opened. I was not a threat to anyone. However the AGM came literally running to my room and basically made me feel like an idiot for staying in the room while they cleaned it. I was informed to go the Breakfast Area, despite there being a closed sign on the wall. Apparently sitting at the table reading news articles and posing on Facebook is a crime while the room is being cleaned. (Wouldn't surprise me; as this California, after all.) Moral of the story...decent well-maintained hotel, but don't expect to have the room serviced until 5 PM. Also, don't get sick; and expect to stay in the room while they clean it. Because, expecting your room to be cleaned when you come back in the afternoon, is expecting too much. (Left for Disney at 8:30 that morning) Thankfully, I have a choice in where I stay. So when I return in February, this hotel will not be where I stay. Be forewarned, I stayed for 5 days. I am posting an honest review.

we have young kids so being able to walk back to the hotel for an nap is essential....the fact that this place has a buffet breakfast for our kids before we head out to Disneyland,makes it the perfect combo for any Disneyland trip. We'll be staying here for our fourth time and our fourth Disneyland trip in December

We spent a week here and it is so centrally located to anywhere you need to get to.....Disneyland is just minutes up the road....it is on a main intersection and getting to anywhere was as easy as you could need it to be... Rooms were a great size and supplied breakfast was excellent value...the only downside is the $10 a day parking but considering its location that is really not a major deal breaker..... Staff are friendly and helpful and readily available when needed. We were onthe second floor near the office and over the dining room where breakfast happened and it was very quiet.....all in all....a highly recommended hotel

This is our families hotel of choice when visiting Disney. We have been utilizing BW Stovall's Inn for many years as they always exceed our expectations. Their customer service is always on point. The rooms are always relaxing and clean and the breakfast is always great. Always highly recommend from us.

This hotel offers free breakfast which was good. There is a parking fee. The room was functional and clean. The location was perfect for walking to and from the parks. The staff was friendly. Good value.

I was not expecting much from a Best Western, but this changed my mind. Super super clean! Quick walk to Downtown Disney, took Uber to Disney parks to rest our legs. Only reason I subtracted was the breakfast was a bit blah. Though I liked the variety, the fake scrambled eggs kinda turned me off. Will def. be coming back for a trip to Disneyland and a cheaper place to rest your head. The hot two hot tubs, and two pools were also a nice place to relax!!!

Reasonably priced clean rooms, walking distance to the Disneyland Resort and the Anaheim Convention Center. BW offers a hot breakfast with lots of food choices, secure parking, swimming pool, and friendly/helpful staff. The hotel has three floors with stairs and elevators. The elevators are very necessary for those who pack the kitchen sink! Stovall's is definitely an above average place to stay.

In addition to the extremely comfortable beds (high priority for me)... I was surprised to see the very large variety of breakfast items at their free continental breakfast. Probably 5x what other hotels offer for their continental breakfasts.

What a great hotel. Super friendly staff always smiling. Closeness to Disneyland was great. Breakfast was a nice change up from your typical continental. We loved the "Nightmare before Christmas" Tree in the breakfast area.

Although the beds were a tad smaller than we expected and the room had a strong musty stale cigarette stench the room itself was clean, breakfast was adequate and noise level was very low. We enjoyed our stay especially at the generously low military rate.

Moderately priced, very nice, very clean, full breakfast every morning, and huge pool area. It took us about 8 minutes to walked to Downtown Disney. I didn't rent a car, and instead used Lyft and paid $22 each way to the John Wayne Airport.

It's a decent location, about a half-mile walk to the Downtown Disney West entrance and then another third of a mile to he park gates. The rooms are clean and somewhat renovated, but the beds are horrifically uncomfortable and the AC noise AND the spring-loaded pool gate clashing noise was ridiculous. Also was very unhappy about the laundry hours and limited machines for so many rooms.

Near Disneyland, 15mn walking, very good for the price I paid, but please make your breakfast with better products, it was not very good to start the day by eating at the hotel. The room is aged but it does not matter because you are just here to sleep.

Good location as an alternative to staying at Disneyland. Close enough to walk to Disneyland, however we got the bus. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are reasonable places to have a meal nearby. Good laundry facilities if you have been travelling. Get a 3rd floor room and you will see the Disneyland fireworks. The concierges are very helpful.

No complaints with this Best Western Hotel as the price was affordable, the rooms were clean, and for a family ... you can't beat a full buffet style breakfast. I would give this hotel staff an A+ . Rooms are a bit outdated but all in all - a clean room and a short walk to Disney.

We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times while visiting Disneyland. Its a great value with children, as it iincludes an expansive breakfast. It is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and only because you now have to walk all of the way around to downtown Disney for access. The rooms at always clean, though dark and dated, and the staff is helpful and friendly. There is a room service available from the Coco's onsite as well. There are 2 pools with plenty of lounges and pool side towes.

This hotel is very nice, clean rooms, courteous staff. Within walking distance of Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney. They serve a full breakfast which is a nice way to start your day. There is a Cocos next door. I have stayed here before and will stay again the next time I go to Disneyland.

Pros: Location. While this hotel is not directly across the street from a Disneyland *entrance*, it is still a great location if you'd like to walk to the park. 15-20 minutes tops from the hotel to the front gates (by way of Downtown Disney). With all the walking you'll do at the parks, this is a drop in the bucket. Breakfast. Always a bonus when breakfast is included in a Disneyland stay. I particularly liked how the menu varies from day to day. Also plenty of options so everyone can get something they like. Yes, it can get hectic but the staff does a good job keeping food refilled and the areas clean. Coffee. The front desk will allow you to go back and get coffee in the breakfast area at any time of the day. The in-room coffee was fine, but it's nice to have the option. Cons: The only issue we had was in realizing that the clocks in BOTH our rooms were way off. Thankfully, we relied on our iPhones to wake us up, otherwise we would have been 50 minutes behind schedule. Check the clocks when you get in.

We were there to celebrate with family and friends and had a great time. We have been there before some hadn't but they will be back.We always enjoy our visit there and continue to come back to this hotel

A budget hotel but fantastic value. We usually stay at WDW Hotels with free dining but dining packages are not offered in California. This was a 10 minute walk to Disney and came with a free breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean . I would have preferred slightly larger rooms but they were adequate. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and had Jacuzzi tub and cabana or shade. Pool towels were provided. Next door was Cocos bakery. Their food was good too and reasonably priced. Free pie on Wednesday. DONT bother with Tiffys though. I'd stay here again if we were visiting Disneyland.

Reception staff were very helpful Small shop in reception to buy park tickets and bus passes. Not open all day so check hours. Rooms were basic, but clean. We were moved within 10 mins of arriving due to blocked toilet so very efficient considering I was told they were fully booked. Pool area really nice, but didn't use the pool. Next door Coco's delivers into the motel, if you really cant face the 3 min walk. Great location for the park, shuttle bus picks up every 20 mins which cost a minimal amount per day. Reception staff can tell you the bus times, but they do get busy. Large car park, but again gets busy.

Overall the motel wasn't too bad. The bed was very comfortable but the rooms very old and dingy. Walking around the floor it felt like it was going to collapse with several items in the room shaking. Pool facilities were nice though. Would probably try somewhere different if staying in the area again.

This a good base for exploring Disney, it is walkable but when the weather is hot you can take advantage of the hotel shuttle service ($5) which you can use as many times as you like - we took advantage of this in the August heat for a lunchtime nap ! The rooms are a little dark and dated, and had a slight smell which improved a little once we had aired the room. But it was clean and comfortable, although the AC unit in the corner was very noisy throughout the night. The breakfast service was chaotic, very busy with lots of families with children, could have done with being twice the size and more staff clearing away tables. Reasonable choice of food and drinks though. Special thanks to Seema on reception who looked after us, we were allowed to check in much earlier than the 4pm stated time and you can also purchase Disneyland tickets at the reception to avoid queues at the park when you get there. There is also a nice Denny's restaurant nearby which we used for lunch, to avoid paying Disney prices !

We stayed at this particular hotel because we stayed there in the past and remembered it was a good experience. However, this trip was definitely different. As soon as we arrived we had problems. Our keys to the room wouldn't work so had to wait outside after 10 PM at night to have someone help let us in, dirty beds (found a spider on top of one of the bed sheets), AC units are in the corner of a wall next to a cabinet so it doesn't cool the room well, bathroom very small, parking limited. Breakfast was the best part of our stay but very crowded, no places to sit. Probably won't stay here again.

Large room in the very convenient location, walking distance to Downtown Disney. The breakfast buffet had decent range of food, plenty for everyone. Value for money. The only downside is the dated building itself. My room smelled of stained cigarette perhaps from oldern days. All the furnitures were fairly modern. Coffee maker in the room was a joke, it was not drinkable! But never mind as I got to drink better coffee at the breakfast, unlimited. You can take away breakfast as muhc as you want. Very generous. Staff was helpful at the reception. Car Park does not seem to have enough for all the rooms. We were lucky to find a space as someone was leaving but we saw quite a few cars illeagally parked but what can you do if you need to stay there. Perhaps they have overflow car part somewhere.

We chose this hotel because of a sale on Hotels.com and because it was within walking distance to Downtown Disney. The staff was very nice and the check-in/out process is very fast. The room is nice and clean as well.

Stovalls is always our hotel of choice when travelling to Anaheim and area. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are always very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have. Always very happy with our rooms and of course appreciate and enjoy the breakfast.

Very happy with our experience at Stovall's during a 5 day stay to go to Disneyland. We had a minor issue with a TV remote not working....someone came to fix it in 5 minutes!! Best hotel “free” breakfast ever! Everything you could think of and always bacon, ham or sausage on rotating days. Good coffee. 15-20 minute walk to park gates if you cut through Grand Californian hotel.....they don't seem to mind. Would go to this hotel again for sure!

This was better than I expected by far. For being so big, it was very quiet. Breakfast was crazy fun. Busy everyday we were there. There are 2 pools and 3 hot tubs to choose from. Beds are very comfortable. Staff went over and beyond to meet our needs upon early arrival (they held our luggage while we explored until check in time). And you will be within walking distance to Disney, saving you money on a rental car.

Stayed here August 2019. First, the positives: The pool area was very nice for a mid-range hotel - two larger pools, two jacuzzis and a children's dipping pool as well as lots of places to sit. The breakfast quality was good. Hot breakfast - eggs, meat, pastries, fruit. Very crowded, but we never had trouble with the table. Front-desk service was very good and accommodating. Room, while a bit dated, was okay. Negatives: I was really concerned about the waste generated at breakfast. There was no mixed waste containers for recycling or compost. EVERYTHING went in the trash. Now, I suppose they can say they sort it all out after, but they certainly don't state that. It felt really really depressing to be throwing everything from apple cores to paper plates to plastic utensils in the same bin. Not very progressive. Second negative was location. From the hotel, you could of course catch the resort tram or take a taxi or ride service (all of which cost $$$) or you can walk, which we did. The hotel advertises itself as being across the street from the Disneyland Resort, which is deceiving. Yes, it's across the street from a Disney-owned parking lot, and kitty-corner to the backside of California Adventure, but in reality it's quite a haul to get from the hotel to Disneyland. After going up the street and crossing two sets of lights toward Paradise Pier Hotel, then cutting back west and then north and east again, winding through Downtown Disney (which can be crowded), it's over a mile of walking - about 20 minutes. May not sound like much, but if you go to the park in the morning and then return in the evening, that's two return trips of two miles (about 80-90 minutes of walking), in the heat on top of walking all over the resort. It was sort of the absolute upper limit of what our young family could manage. So just take that into account. Related to the location is how isolated it feels - there are a couple of other small motels in the area and a handful of average restaurants, but you feel kind of cut off from the energy of the resort and off-site amenities available on Harbour Blvd. Like we were a bit on the outside looking in. And unfortunately because of that next time we'll probably look on Harbour Boulevard for somewhere closer.

Everyone at the front desk was super sweet. Never bothered by anything I asked. Also, more than happy to help us. All the staff smiled at us every time we made eye contact. Breakfast was great so many options. This is my second time staying at this hotel and we will be staying here next time.

Stovall's Inn is located close enough to Disney for convenience. We chose to use the shuttle but a younger group coupld have walked. Our agent booked us into a standard room which has 2 double beds even though there were 3 women from one family travelling together. Adding a roll away bed made the small room really cramped but we were hardly there anyway. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times.

The hotel looks reasonable from the outside, the reception area is nicely presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are dark and dingy. Even with the curtains open you don't get much light in as the window looks out onto the passageway which is covered, and you have to have net curtains to stop people from looking in! The decor is also very dark making this worse and although the room was cleaned daily I wasn't convinced it was actually clean as I couldn't see it properly! The air conditioning smelt really bad and had a clean filter light coming on so we couldn't use it the first night, this was reported and fixed the next day so we could put the AC on, but it was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on at night. We were also disturbed by the noise from something outside, perhaps a generator or central AC unit. The bathroom was ok once we worked out how to use the shower, the sink is in the bedroom just outside the bathroom door but this meant there was more space for toothbrushes and stuff, we were provided with shower and hand towels plus flannels for each guest. The room was a reasonable size with two double beds, but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. I had been led to believe that safes were available in the room, however this is not the case, the safe deposit boxes are located in reception which means its a hassle getting your stuff in and out when you need it. Breakfast is included in the price, but most of it looked inedible. The main attraction of this hotel is the location, being situated in sight of Disneyland. Even so, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the park entrances if you go via Downtown Disney (which makes it seem like you are going the wrong way). It is signposted but we wasted time on our first day crossing more roads than needed so my advice is to come out of the hotel and go straight across W. Katella Ave, then keep on the left hand side as you walk up Disneyland Dr.

Perfect hotel for families who don't mind a short walk to the happiest place on earth! You can even see the roller coaster from the hotel! Only a short walk to the theme parks and was safe to walk back to hotel in dark as it is well lit. Breakfast daily was not amazing but it filled you up before heading off to Disneyland. Rooms were cleaned well. We had three adults staying in one room with two double beds. I would say they are smaller than doubles. So when sharing it's a bit squishy! But apart from that, room was comfy, tidy and clean. CVS pharmacy is close by where we could buy snacks and bottles of water. Hotel was booked through a travel agent. Would recommend this to family and friends.

Fantastic location right across the road from the back of California land Disney. Short walk to disbey land or take one of the many ART buses to the park. Clean and well set up with a good daily breakfast provided. Pool and laundry fascilities available. A convenience store, Dennys and some eateries a couple of minute walk up the road too.

I used for the convention at Anaheim Convention Center. I recommend that you Should not use for conference at Anaheim convention Center due to construction behind the convention center might prevent you to walk around.

Stayed here for 2 nights early August, great little hotel with great lovely staff, we arrived just before 10:00 am at the hotel after a 14 hour flight from Australia. When arrived they had a room ready for us, which we weren't expecting so was great to have a shower before heading over to Disneyland, very short walk to the park. They have a laundry which is very handy! Can get crowded so get in early to do Washing! Also have vending machines around the hotel which is handy. When we arrived they gave us a breakfast card, can get crowded. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool, but seemed like a great little area. Overall a lovely well priced hotel, will be recommending to people i know if they go to Disneyland! Thank you!

The hotel was a great deal for the money. We were able to walk to Disneyland, it was around a half mile. At night we could see the fireworks from the balcony and parking lot. The hotel was clean and they let us check in early. The free breakfast was good, lots of variety. We took advantage every morning as LA is very expensive. There were 2 pools and a hot tub. I would go back !

Location was everything and it ticked the right boxes, hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and gave me the room i wanted, the location of the room was what i wanted with the Disneyland view but it was near the main road so it was abit noisy, need more parking spaces though

Overall, our stay was ok. If you are looking for a quiet hotel and updated decor, beds, etc-this isn't the hotel for you. We were in town for Disney so we only needed to shower/sleep. The location was great and the options for breakfast (free) were good. Only downfall is, there is not enough room to accommodate everyone trying to eat. I would probably not stay there again (due to the noise, traffic, etc), but overall, again-not bad.

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip, mainly due to the price point compared to the outrageous Disneyland hotels. My wife is extremely picky about cleanliness, and this place met her seal of approval. It was very clean, but no frill type place. It is very close to the parks, about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney - so the location is perfect. Breakfast was OK - above average, but just nuts with all the families, etc. Would highly recommend as a great value hotel close to the parks.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disneyland and our expectations were exceeded greatly. The hotel is a pleasant walk to Disneyland and also has a few restaurants within easy walking distance also. Rooms are motel style - a little small but perfectly serviceable with fridge and microwave- no in room safe though. We found staff very pleasant and were able to check in early. The breakfast that was included was also excellent - go early though as it does get busy, but there is plenty of hot choices and it was tasty. What was perhaps the most pleasant surprise was the pool area - which was never overly busy. Two large pools and 2 hot tub spas and plenty of seating. They also show movies poolside in the evening which was a great touch. Do not hesitate to book this hotel for your trip to Disneyland

does not care for customer- seemed like they have enough people to take my room if i were to cancel. that may be true- but they should have empathy towards family with kids. there was no disneyland park shuttle provided by the hotel which cost us lot of time waiting for public transport.

So glad we tried this place. We loved the large countertop for getting ready since we were 3 women and all had enough space. The room was good sized and clean. The breakfast was amazing and we are super picky. Fresh, good variety and lots of it. We loved the chorizo and eggs with tortillas available the 1st morning. I thought the location was ideal. Even though we were exhausted by the end of a very long day at the park we just had a 10-15 minute walk and we were back in our room. Other places we have stayed we wait in a HUGE line for the shuttle to the Toy Story parking lot and then still had to walk a bit more there and drive back to the hotel. Plus had to pay $25 to park there! We loved this hotel. I will definitely return!

We stayed here for 6 nights and can highly recommend. The facilities are clean and walking distance to Disneyland. Breakfast buffet was very good and our kids loved the pool which helped cool them down after long days at Disneyland. I can highly recommend this Motel as a family friendly option within walking distance of Disneyland at a very reasonable price

We stay here every time we go to Disneyland because it's close to the parks, clean and affordable. Staff is always pheasant. My only problem is there isn't enough outlets by the beds just b need to work on the electricals.

Beds comfortable and breakfast (which also includes some hot options) included. Walking distance to Disneyland, approx 10-15mins. Nice pool area. Really happy with this hotel. Breakfast time is super busy and hard to find somewhere to sit unless you go at 6am. But I can deal with that. It's a cheap but nice option for families.

We picked this hotel based on TripAdvisor recommendations and we were not disappointed. Close to Disneyland, it was a nice walk in the morning and not too far for the kids at night after a long day at the park. Our room was exceptionally clean and there were staff constantly out on the property cleaning as well. The breakfast offerings made everyone happy and provided a great start to the day.

Convenient location; a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Close enough to return to the hotel to eat or swim and return back to the park. We booked a double queen room for 3 people. The room was big enough for 3 but might be tight with additional guests. The decor is dark, but we opened the curtains to let in more light. Aside from the odor of marijuana, the room was clean and had a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast was decent with ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches; English muffins, egg patties, sausage patties, ham slices, cheese, etc. Other options like cereal, toast, pastries and yogurt.

Stayed 3 nights mid - July. We were naturally not expecting a luxury hotel but this turned out to be a very good option for a "moderate" budget. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent customer service from front desk and housekeeping. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was above average, with plenty of rotating options. Location is great too, just a couple blocks away from Downtown Disney, and 15 min walk to the parks. For a Disneyland trip with kids, this is an excellent choice of you don't want to pay 4x or more in a Disney hotel.

Me and my family stayed at BW for two nights. check in/check out was a breeze. Room was clean although our fridge wasn't workin . I switch it to another outlet and that solved the issu . GRAs were very nice and kept our room clean and loaded us up with fresh towels the next day. The free breakfast is good but the lack of seating should be addressed. we couldn't find anywhere to sit and enjoy our breakfas . My main issue was parking or should I say the lack of it. I came with two vehicles and I couldn't get a parking pass for my second one. I had to pay $60 to park my vehicle at the GardenWalk parking structure. Oh and they charge for parking at the hotel as well ($10 a day if you're a guest). Next time I'll just find another hotel with better parking and avoid that issue altogether.

We spent 8 nights here for my daughters Disney “Dance the Magic” experience. They allowed us to check in 4 hours early (amazing, thank you!) staff was very friendly. Property maintained well. Breakfast was repetitive but FREE! And that's a key factor when booking a hotel in expensive Disneyland Resort. Beds were comfy, pillows great! Our air conditioner worked well, came in to a nice cool room after a long hot day at Disney. Staff was helpful when we realized we forgot our blankets in the laundry room, he let us in after hours. Washer and Dryer works very well ($2 wash, $2 dry, $1 ea soap and dryer sheet) We used Uber to Knott's Berry Farm and Huntington Beach- very useful service and drivers were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. We were within walking distance to Disney. This hotel has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, very quiet for such a busy area, best breakfast that I have ever seen (prepare yourself for BUSY). We arrived via shuttle, so the staff offered to hold our luggage while we went exploring until our room was ready. Awesome service

This is a great hotel that is close to Disneyland. The park is close enough to walk to or you can take a local bus. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. My granddaughter always enjoys the pools and hot tubs which are well maintained with good water temperatures. The staff is friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant has good food at a reasonable price.

I loved this hotel. I came here for Vidcon and my stay was great. Nice breakfast variety, Clean room, Parking was not bad. The staff is super nice. I would definitely stay here again. For the location the price is just fine. Disneyland is right across the street. You are near all the places you might need like CVS, Walgreens....etc... There are plenty or restaurants nearby. I was very very pleased.

When visiting Disneyland California it may be tempting to stay in the Disney hotel due to its location, granting easy access to the theme park. However, the Best Western slightly further down the road offers a cheaper alternative. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk away from the parks entrance and is also located around a range of restaurants and cafes. However, one downside to the hotel that we discovered during our stay there is that the walls are paper thin. We found this out the hard way as we were kept awake in the late hours as we could hear the family in the adjoining room's conversation word for word. In hindsight the hotel staff were happy and accommodating, offering us a room change the following morning. Altogether the hotel is in a prime location for access to Anaheim's main attraction while offering more reasonable prices.

We loved the hot breakfast with options for the entire family. I have back issues and the medium firm mattress was perfect. Wonderful service and great location, for a reasonable price. The staff was helpful booking a rental car and shuttle.

This was a great priced hotel for the Disneyland area. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. It was at the farthest point I would want to be for the walk back and forth to the park. Hard at night with exhaustion and kiddos.

Room were smelly so we had to relocate to another one and we had our little one so it wasn't pleasant also internet speed was too slow and kept disconnecting so I had to use my own data for online usage during my stay

Check-in was smooth, staff were efficent, the pool was kept well, breakfast was satisfying. The best location to Disney and Convention Center. However, our room was filty for Best Western Disney Vacation! The ceiling had numerous patchings and the sheet rock looked like it was going to drop down on us. The first day our son went to and from the bathroom and walked around the room in bare feet. He hopped on the bed and his feet were blackon the bottom (they were clean before)! We could feel the scum in the carpet when walking in bare feet!. After that first day we wore shoes for the duration of our stay . The bathroom grout, all the corners, and window areas were filty. The handle for the tub and the shower head were loose, away from the tile, when were turned the shower on we felt the handles were going to fall off the wall. We felt dirty and creepy sleeping in the room! Not a comfortable "Disney" happy feeling. Apparently the owners don't want to put money into the hotel rooms. The windows in this room were from the sixties. Apparently managment does not stay in their rooms or check quality control. Our family will not stay at this hotel again.

Walking distance to Disney entry, very convenient. Free breakfast was very good for a family getting ready for an amusement park day. Staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant on property is hit or miss. At there twice, once was very good, 2nd time was not so good.

Our hotel stay experience was a very good one. The staff is very courteous and the hotel area was kept clean. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Disney's downtown. The only thing i would say it could be improved would be the egg on the breakfast items. I would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel for my grandson's graduation as he wanted to visit the California Disney. This hotel is located directly across from Downtown Disney which we discovered is walkable. Although the room was dated, the beds were comfortable and our room was clean. The air conditioner was a little small for the size of the room but worked ok, we weren't going to be spending all our time in the room! As the weather was cooler than expected, there were kids in the 2 pools. The hot tubs were nice to have after a long day at Disney, the feet really appreciated the warm water. The breakfast was good with plenty of selection, one of the better hotel breakfasts that I've had. The elevators definitely need some work as well as the rooms need updating. Parking is an issue, they allow the public to use their parking lot on a per day cost which limits the number of spots available for guests. Parking at Disney is very expensive and the hotel takes advantage of that. Our first night we drove over to Downtown Disney not realizing that we could walk to it and when we returned, there was no parking available. I went in to complain and the night manager gave us his spot. I inquired about the shuttle to Disney for our park visit and was told it was $6/person and ran about every 20 minutes. We decided to take the shuttle instead of driving or walking as we could come and go with the shuttle as many times as we wanted. We also had dinner at the restaurant beside the hotel. This also contributes to the parking chaos. All in all, the parking was the main issue and I would recommend this hotel in the future. I hope that they address this issue as soon as possible and commence updates on the hotel.

The staff was ok but they weren't the friendliest by any means considering the other hotel we stayed in the remaining 3 days. The parking stinks you can't even get close to your room it's first come first service making it very inconvenient to carry your bags.

I really looked forward to this trip. Visit- 610 from June 18-23, 2019. Check-in. A girl talking on personal call ignored us for 6 minutes. Finally she got off the phone. She put us in room 610. I said where do we park? She stated it was $10 dollars a night parking. She said go around and pointed. We went as directed and ended up in the wrong direction on a one way side of motel. No places were available. We had to back up to get out of there. We had to park yards!!! from the room. I requested a bottom floor in February and was promised. We got a third floor room. We went to the elevator. It had old curled linoleum and was out of service. The second one had a cone and a hole through the floor all the way out.(I have pictures) It took a ton of time to get this very old dangerous elevator up to our floor. The concrete was badly painted and chipped.(I have pictures) Bus were crawling on it. On entry to our room we smelled old sell like bad smoke, mold and mildew. The room even when all lights were on was so dark. The walls were rust wallpaper that was pealing. The bath room floor near the front of tub by toilet hadn't been washed in months(I have pictures). There was a crack under the door of/4 inch where bugs love to wander in. The air conditioning was a beat up old in wall unit that in no way properly cooled the room. Upon check-in the small note said they are not responsible for guests health or accidents and I can see why. The bedding was scratchy but seemed clean. We found trash and a water bottle under the side of the bed at the edge. The floor was gross and needed new carpet desperately. White socks turned BLACK!. The toilet logged on our 2nd to last day I called down but it was not fixed 24 hours later. The breakfast room had doors open both sides. The room was dirty, filled with trash and disgusting. The workers stood in a group talking. The food was cold, frozen or inedible and stale. Pancakes with no syrup for 5 days. The room was standing room only all the time. Orange juice with 2/3 water. The room had bugs flying and crawling. The poll water was cool but dirty. The attendant said free movie, drinks and popcorn in 20 minutes to us. Not free at all I asked for the business center. I was told where to go by a male at front desk. Business center-workers took breaks on phones there! Phone in room did not work. I had to call to check out. Elevator fi-dirty linoleum over hole. I twisted my ankle in it!!!

Overall the hotel was great. Our room was clean but a bit outdated. The pools were nice. The only drawback was the distance to Disneyland was a bit too far to walk so we had to pay for shuttle which was just an added expense and the schedule was pretty random.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Coming from NZ and not knowing the hotels and area very well, we have not been disappointed. The hotel is situated close to Disneyland and California Adventure Park, just a short 10 to 15 minute walk away. It is on a good bus route and has shops and eateries close by. Breakfast is provided every morning and in room coffee and tea service available in your room. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and provide you with all your needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Traveled with my sister, husband, and 12 year old. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable which are the two most important things to me when bargain hotel hunting for myself and my family. Second most important thing is the quality of the free hot breakfast buffet which was decent. Think mass cooked eggs, bacon and pancakes. If this isn't appealing, there's also a variety of baked goods, cereals and oatmeal to enjoy. About a 15 minute walk to the parks, and parking is cheaper at the hotel than at the park. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Close to Disney, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Room had fridge and microwave. Negative paying for parking. Felt safe around the area and they offer free breakfast. We will stay here any time we need a quick place to stop

Got there late, I arrive after midnight,, drove in from the high desert. We received a warm reception. The lady was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Room was nice and the bed very comfortable.

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young kids recently stayed and were happy with our stay. The buffet breakfast was good in the mornings with a range of hot items, bakery items and some fresh fruit available. Check in and out was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we heard no other noise from other guests when in our room. We walked most days to and from Disneyland. It's approximately 10 minutes to Down Town Disney then another 5 minutes or so to park gates. If you prefer the bus it leaves from the front of the hotel every half hour and reasonably priced for a day pass. We'd happily recommend the hotel to other families.

Stayed here for 4 nights and room was way bigger than expected. Breakfast was included and plenty of variety to choose from. Being so close to Disneyland was handy as buses were at your door step or a good 15 min stroll.

This hotel serves the purpose, the location is accessible to everything and its perfect for my family needs. Restaurants are just walking distance, There is Coco's Restaurant within the property that closes at 12mn. Although Disneyland is really close to this hotel, we used the City Bus that runs every 30 minutes and dropped us off all the way to the gates of Disneyland Parks. They serve breakfast everyday from 6AM-10AM, although the dining area are always packed, we had no trouble of getting a vacant table. Breakfast items are typical Best Western, I know this, because we always stays at Best Western hotels, (we used our points for 5 nights stay with multiple rooms for this vacation) We really appreciate that we had connecting rooms. We had clogged tub and maintenance did a quick action when we asked them to fix our tub, when we came back in the evening, the issue had been fixed, which again we appreciated. Rooms are clean and we like the sink that separates from the bathroom. Rooms is kinda have something new and something old, Appreciated the micro/fridge, iron and ironing board. I don't know if we are just tired after the full day of activities, but I can assure that we never heard noises from outside. We're lucky enough that our rooms are facing the Disneyland Park & we could see the fireworks from our rooms on the 3rd floor. And we loved the secured parking lot and easy access to the elevator. Staffs here are friendly, helpful and fully engaging. For sure, when we are in the area, we will use this location again. Note: My photos date stamps are off, please pardon me! Good location, close to Disney parks. Neat Rooms, well maintained. Also close to shopping & eating avenues. Only 1 lift per block. Better to take ground level rooms if you can't climb stairs. Please be aware of the parking charges taken by the property.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before a cruise so the kids could go to Dinseyland. We arrived late at night to a wonderful welcome and we were checked in quickly and even offered something to eat..We stayed at the Renaissance Inn last time and that is another level of hotel, however for the money Stovall's Inn is very hard to beat IMO. The rooms, although more motel style, were decent and had plenty of room. They were also clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning had a surprising number of options and gave us all the energy we needed to hit Main Street USA with a smile on our dials. It was just a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney which was so convenient. If we ever come back to Disney California then this hotel will be at the top of our list for sure.

This hotel is a great value for the wonderful location. Breakfast was included and good also. It was only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and if you buy your disney tickets ahead of time (you can buy at the hotel or online), you can catch the monorail at Downtown Disney which takes you straight into Tomorrowland near Hyperspace mountain. That was great. So convenient. The hotel is a little old, but for the price, it was wonderful. It was clean and comfy.

Checkin way easy and quick, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants nearby with great staff. Rooms comfortable and clean. We had three rooms for family of 9, and rooms were next door to each other. Wonderful vacation for all

Chose this hotel based on its walking distance to the parks, cost and quality of reviews and we were not disappointed. The walk to and from the park gates via downtown Disney is about 15 minutes, 10 mins to Downtown Disney on its own. We also spent about 2 minutes going through security at the Downtown Disney entrance which is very efficient. The hotel is well run with ample parking and a good breakfast in the morning. Plenty of items you can grab and go with if you are in rush to get to the park as we were. The hotel staff is very responsive to any concerns you might have and quick to respond. I can't speak to the quality of the pool as we spent all our waking hours in the park but it did look nice. The rooms are clean and kept so by the cleaning staff. Would certainly stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay, clean rooms with plenty of room. They have included breakfast, a very nice one with good selection, not some cheap cold doughnuts, lots of bacon....what more do you need ?! It is a short walk to Disneyland park, maybe 15 min walk, probably the closest you will find that's not part of Disneyland. Considering that you'll pay about four bucks for a bottle of water at the park, I can imagine what they will charge you for a room. Save your dough and walk 15 min and stay here

Great location, good price in comparison to other hotels in the area. Pool was great - a little far of a walk for bringing my 7 year old niece but if I was with friends or older kids it would of been more ideal. Not the cleanest room as there was gross sticky gum or something on the floor but I didn't care enough to mention it as I was exhausted from all the days at Disney, so I just wore my shoes in the room. The rooms are so close together you can hear the neighbors breathing, but if your looking for a cost friendly hotel 15 min walk to Disney - I would recommend this be the place.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at this best western in may whilst visiting the Disney parks. I stayed there 9 yrs ago too and found that improvements had been made in the time between visits. Rooms are well maintained. The bathroom has been upgraded and it was nice to have a bathtub. The airconditioning was a little noisy but after a day at the parks we were too tired to care. The shuttle at their door was great, very convenient. Cocos restaraunt was a great place for dinner, we enjoyed our meals there. The pool area and hot tubs were great but its a pity some parents didnt choose to watch their childrens behaviour and its impact on other visitors. Breakfast was pretty good for a complimentry meal but was super hectic. I had one incident just prior to departure that spoilt my stay a bit. I had just exited the lift, heard a noise turned and was run into at speed by a housekeeper pushing a very overloaded trolley that she had no hope of seeing over. She was apologetic but it hurt both my foot and back and really shocked me. I didnt report it but was too upset to do my checkout and my daughter had to handle it. So please tell housekeepers to slow down and take care. It was a pity as it took the gloss off an otherwise near perfect stay.

We had the most wonderful experience! Excellent staff and close to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. The staff is so polite and helpful. I can't say enough of this place! Highly recommend it and definitely coming back. They hay shuttles to Disneyland . Beautiful pools! I loved everything about this Hotel and the staff! Breakfast is excellent by the way. My grandkids did not want to leave nor did I. Thank you Best Western. Excellent Hotel.

Had an amazing time staying here. I been staying here since I was a kid and the remodel has taken this hotel to a better place. Even my family was amazed of how nice the hotel was. I will be staying here, next time we come back to Disneyland

Great price to be near Disneyland, beds looked messy when made, also they looked like twin size beds instead of queen size. Yet decent rooms, walking distance from Disneyland. Staff was friendly and very helpful

Best place we could have asked for for our family. Pool was great. It is within walking distance to Disneyland and there is a shuttle if you don't want to walk (small cost). I would definitely stay here again.

We liked this hotel for our stay. The location is within walking distance and the breakfast was awesome! However, the beds are stiff and there is no option for a Disneyland shuttle outside of the ART. A regular shuttle would have upgraded this hotel by a lot!!!

Everything couldn't have been better. From the staff to the room to the pool to the breakfast. Across the street. Great view of fireworks. Room service. Must stay here. I will! Cheap rates. We always stay here, great value with not too long a walk to the parks. Always clean and plenty of breakfast options for everyone. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We take an annual vacation to Disneyland and this is always our hotel of choice.

Hotel rooms are average, has a good breakfast buffet. Art transit picks up every 15 minutes in front of the hotel to Disneyland. Plenty of choices close by to eat. Service was good at the hotel, they did have a pool outdoors. You use a pass key for the gated parking.

For a budget minded price point, this place is perfection. The walk to Disney is short, less than 10 min to downtown Disney and during afternoon and evenings we cut through the grand. My young children did the walk for 5 days back and forth to the park, without complaints, and you can see the fireworks from outside our third floor room. The pools are way better than expected, 2 Pools 2 hot tubs and a small kiddie pool backing into gardens with bushes shaped like animals, a concession stand and a phone available to order pool side from cocos next door. Not your typical small pool in the middle of a parking lot surrounded by a chain link fence like most motels. Rooms were clean, and great for the amount of time we spent in the room. The included hot breakfast was good, lots of options. sometimes the dining area was too busy, but we just took our plate of food back to the room to eat, no big deal. Cocos next door has good food at a very reasonable price. Denny's is half a block away along with an amazing pizza place. If the price stays right we will be staying here again on our next disney vacation.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. I was surprised that the breakfast had as many options as it did which was fantastic. The room looks like it has been remodeled recently. It is in walking distance to places to eat and Disneyland.

My family really enjoyed this hotel on our trip to Disneyland. The room was clean and pool area was clean. We liked that there were two pools and two hottubs, so the swimming area did not feel crowded. The breakfast was good, with enough variety to fit everyone's liking. The staff was quick and helpful to meet any needs or questions we had. This hotel is located only about 2 more blocks further than the Paradise Pier, so I thought it was good value for the location to walk to Disney. It was a positive experience for us, and we would book with them again.

We stayed at this hotel for a FFA conference for 5 nights. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great! The hotel is close to convention center and walking distance to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to Disneyland basic accommodation, beds are comfortable. A continental breakfast is included but I would skip this, highly processed foods and lots of kids running around as can be expected. All in all a great stay represents value for money. Parking is 10 per day and a Disney shuttle can be organized.

We really loved our stay here! We got to check in early, our room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and the cable had HBO so that was bonus! Didnt miss Game of Thrones! We ourselves weren't very impressed with breakfast but we did have access to fresh fruit and pastries that we were allowed to pack for snack for later so that was perfect. The Coco's resturant right next door was a perfect place for breakfast! Walking distance to CVS and Walgreens. We did walk a couple times to Disneyland but we also took the shuttle bus which was right outside the hotel, perfect and convenient! Walking to Disneyland usually took us about 15 to 20 minutes. The front desk was helpful in getting us set up for Uber to get to universal studios and and medieval times. The pool was heated and comfortable and the hot tubs were perfect temperature, and more importantly looked and smelled clean. Our rooms were always tidied for us while we were out, always had fresh towels. For the price and the convenience of everything around us I would defenitly stay here again!

Just 5 min walk from Disneyland great place to stay. Had a few problems with the door key card other than that it was nice great pool area fun for all ages. When I asked my daughter what her favorite part of the trip all she said was the Jacuzzi from the hotel she is 4 years old

Best Western Stovalls Inn is a great hotel. We actually stayed there in August of 2017 as well. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the secured parking provides an extra sense of security. Best Western Stovalls Inn provides a pretty good breakfast for the guests and the dining area is pretty big. The hotel is very close to Disneyland. You can walk if you like. If you choose to drive the Disneyland parking lot is maybe a mile away. A big plus is that they allowed us to check in early both times we visited. That's appreciated after driving in from the bay area. Most other hotels don't let you check in early. We just arrived in Southern California again to go to Disneyland and I wish we were staying at Stovalls Inn. Their rates jumped up so this time we're staying at another hotel and they're not letting us check in for another 4 hours (sucks!) Maybe on our next visit we'll be back. Thank you Stovalls Inn for the hospitality!

This was our 1st family vacation. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs with the 3 rooms that we rented. They made our 1st family vacation and enjoyable one. My family and I all agreed when we come back and we will ,we will most likely stay at the hotel.

Not a bad hotel to stay at. 1/2 mile to the entrance to Disneyland, we uber'd back at night. Breakfast can't be beat at this place, makes up for the bit of walking you have to do. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, then this is not the hotel for you. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Beds were comfortable as so were the pillows. We stayed on the 3rd floor, so noise was very minimum. However, our 2nd night we had a noisy family staying next to our room and the connecting doors make it possible to hear everything. It was annoying,but we muffled out most of it with the AC unit. overall it is a good hotel, within a rrasonable walking distance, with great breakfast options. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff and all basic needs covered. Not too far from most amenities and Disneyland. Shuttle at door. Food service is basic. Nice to have the pool and spa. Beds are doubles rather than queens so a bit small but quite comfortable.

Great value for family accommodation located near Disneyland. Take a 15 minute walk from Hotel or a short ride on the shuttel ($5.50 round trip tkt per adult) Restaurants within walking distance and great pools/spa to relax in after a long day out.

This was a very good place to stay. I would stay there again in the future. My family enjoyed the pools. The staff was very kind to all of us. The breakfast was good. It was not to far from Disneyland but I would recommend taking the shuttle as you are very tired after a long day.

In Anaheim for a conference, way cheaper than the bigger conference hotels just a short walk actually. The other good thing is its actually walkable to the Disney parks, handy to know as last time i stayed a ways away, drove in, parked and bussed from the car etc. Stovals is $10 extra for a car spot but your right there. Breakfast included in the price, a good selection too. Staff very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Only downside for me was lots of noisy children, but hey its Disney.

We loved it there. It is absolutely close enough to walk to the parks, but they also have a very convenient city shuttle that comes right there every 20 minutes. The hotel rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast there is second to none - LOTS of options and space and a really great part of staying there. The pools were clean and cool and refreshing. And the staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions. We had a great stay there.

Stovall's Inn Best Western is in a perfect location to both Disneyland theme parks and Downtown Disney, with a 10-15min walk. The team members who work at this hotel were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. For a place to just sleep while you explore everything Disneyland during the day, this is the perfect hotel. Not over the top and meets the basic needs.

Great lobby, friendly staff, GREAT breakfast. Only issue I had was inaccuracy of my reservation, and that they charged me a higher rate for one of my days, than we had discussed. Beyond that it was close to the parks, and clean. Rooms are a bit older, and can be damp /stuffy if you do not request for your fan to be left on by house keeping. Beyond that, good quality for the price!

Stayed here for 5 nights (2 adults and 2 kids), the staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options each day and it's only a 10-15min walk to Disneyland. Our room was made up daily, had a tea/coffee making facilities (I used it to make cups of tea and bought my daily coffee at Starbucks) there is a laundry room with 4 washing machines and dryers) and the beds were really comfy! No complaints at all from us!!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights visiting Disneyland and it was pretty good. Beds were comfy, noise was minimal. Breakfast was okay, bathrooms need updating. Staff were extremely friendly. Best part was the short walk to Disney.

This place provided all the necessary comforts for a family trip to Disneyland. Breakfast hours allowed for early morning passes as well as late morning checkout. Shuttle service to the park was simple and only 3 stops, which made for quick turnarounds.

Lobby and common facilities are updated as well as portions of the rooms - but bathrooms need wok and complimentary items like coffee and tea are really stuck in the 90's and could easily be upgraded given the volume of these hotels

The accommodations were fine (not outstanding) but then on night 2 I found a huge roach in the sink! Disgusting! They did immediately move me which made me wonder if they had this problem reported before. The 2nd room was on the. 2nd floor, over the kitchen and the smell of uncooked pork came through into our room. Not pleasant. While the first young man to Help us check in was so good and friendly, I had to ask the young lady on Day 2 if I was bothering her. Her excuse was she just came on shift and It was early but she did apologize. An underwhelming experience. Won't return to that hotel

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The breakfast was awesome and really helped cut meal cost during our vacation. The location is perfect for Disneyland visits, food, and shopping. We didn't even have to move the car until we checked out. I will be staying here again for my next Disneyland visit.

We stayed at the BW Plus Stovall's Inn while we attended a conference. We received a reduced price which was awesome. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, many options to choose from, both hot and cold. The staff was friendly, and rooms were nice. It was close to the convention center, and also to Disneyland! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast in the morning is great and super convenient. The in-room refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave is super convenient and helpful for a family trip.

Close to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Super affordable for the proximity of Disneyland. The staff is super friendly, close to a lot of restaurants if you decide to eat outside Disneyland. The only downside was the crowd at the breakfast area. So many people at the same time, but all the employees were friendly, helpfull and the food rotation was a plus since we stayed there 6 nights. We were able to bring our breakfast to our rooms without any problem. Would return anytime for a Disneyland vacation! The room could use a little update and refresh but were really comfortable.

Room was terrible, rock hard pillows and dirty carpets, pieces of metal in the corner of the room. The heater gave off a burning smell. Not enough toiletries in the room. Dirty microwave and worst breakfast ever that was cut off 30 minutes early and did not have all items advertised. The coffee is froma button machine and tastes terrible, do not get! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR ANYTHING IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Staff was uncaring and lazy.

Decent older hotel, walking distance to Disney. A lot of people in other reviews mention the busy breakfast - we always found a seat, we saw others taking their breakfast back to their rooms. It was good for a free breakfast, they rotate what's on offer. Marri's Italian restaurant down the road looks dodgy but it's great food.

Our time at this hotel was great. The service was good, the staff was very helpful and accurate! Breakfast was so good, great selection, plenty of food, tasted great! Plenty of eating space and very clean! Amazing location, very close to parks!

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it was great. Parking was a little of a problem but it is a nice hotel and is close to parks so it is popular. Breakfast was a definite deal maker in our choices of hotels.

Check in was quick, check out was faster with express check out. Not just muffins and OJ for breakfast, they offer a large variety of breakfast options which my family enjoyed. Best of all, its only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. I will be staying here again in the future when visiting Disneyland.

Hotel was a nice and convenient stay located across from Disneyland..The WiFi wasn't that fast but it was still good. The room was average size the toilet in bathroom didn't flush that good. The cleaning staff doesn't switch out the sheets and pillow cases in the room which was nasty.. Hotel breakfast was basic and kinda bland I would recommend eating at one of the closest restaurant near by.

This is a great hotel and close to Disneyland downtown and main gate. Lots of restaurants nearby and clean with a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and it has a warm breakfast not a cold continental breakfast.

This hotel is extremely good in its location for both Disney and getting to the major roads to travel. The rooms are good size and clean, staff are efficient and the price was extremely good for the area. Its not a 5* hotel, so don't expect luxury but it is fantastic value for money. It's busy and obviously full of children (its next door to Disney, what else would you expect), but the noise levels weren't too bad and if you are you can see the fireworks show from your rooms.

We stayed here while visiting Disney land. It was booked through a travel agent and was overall a very good experience. The beds were comfortable and the included continental breakfast was outstanding. The best part is that it is totally walkable and only about 1/2 mile. You literally cross the street and your on disney property.

So close to Disneyland and better than some of the nearby Best Westerns. The rooms are bigger than you would expect. Hotel seems small from outside but they have a large breakfast area and seating areas. Landscaping is tastefully done. I will always return to the Stovall Inn!

Quieter location, bigger hotel than it appears from street, outstanding breakfast buffet, easy walk to/from park! Needed 2 rooms ... tho couldnt get 2 connecting rooms, still had them side by side ... thanks to check-in staff! Definitely would stay again!

Stayed 6 nights while visiting Disneyland. Don't get me wrong, this hotel was certainly adequate but nothing special. Outdated and could be noisy, especially since we were on the ground floor beside the elevator but the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was ok (but I won't complain about a free breakfast) and it was a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. There was a pool but it was freezing! (Although rightly so this was November).

Breakfast was convenient with lots of choices. Within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure Park or you can get inexpensive shuttle tickets. Lots of kids so a little noisy. Front desk employees were very helpful.

Don't expect anything top of the line, it's not. But it's close to Disney, totally walkable. Breakfast is cheap and cheerful. Basicly clean and comfortable, a few improvements needed, water pressure and pillows are awful, but overall good enough for a few days at Disneyland at a fair price.
