Clean rooms, great staff, and very good breakfast. Reasonably priced. The parking is the only thing that sucks, but it's ok I drive a full size crew cab truck. The location from the parks is great, just across the street.

Yes, it's right across the street from Disneyland, which makes it easy access. Yes, it's right on the strip with lots of wonderful restaurants and shops. But it's also one of the best BW experiences we've ever had. Not just friendly and courteous, but EXCELLENT customer service. The rooms are standard BW rooms, but absolutely clean and comfortable. The breakfast also was one of the best BW breakfasts I've had. TWO choices of eggs, PLUS an egg sandwich option. Not to mention all the other standard options. We have come here for the ease and convenience to the park, and will happily stay again because of the experience.

Stayed here for 5 nights to visit Disneyland . The location is excellent, literally opposite the park entrance with a Tony Romas , Denny's and McDonald's within walking distance . We had read reviews stating parking was scarce , we had no problems throughout our stay but the hotel staff said if we couldn't find a space they would work something out . Our check in was great , a really lovely receptionist , I didn't get her name unfortunately but she was so friendly and welcoming . Our room was on the second floor of three , it was quite near the road but the noise didn't disturb us. The air con unit is also very loud but didn't stop us sleeping . Room was exceptionally clean and attractive . Maid service every day to clean bins and replace towels , if you require anything else you can ask reception. Included in the rate is a free breakfast every day , this is buffet style , with croissants , cereals, pastries etc along with hot food - sausage , bacon , potatoes, egg , waffles, pancakes and a delicious breakfast sandwich ! Staff here were also so friendly and polite , clearly working hard . We will definitely stay here again, thank you to all !

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. Fabulous location in walking distance to Disneyland. Great breakfast with lots of options, both hot and cold. Pleasant and helpful staff. This is my go to hotel for Disneyland trips.

We stayed in a double queen room on the 3rd floor. It was well stocked with double toiletries, tons of towels, super clean, and quiet hotel. The rooms USB ports all worked well. Internet was slow and the bed was uncomfortable but if I couldn't get into my first choice hotel across from Disneyland I would stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful and they bring anything you need to your room. No running down to the lobby. Even though the bed was not the best, the hotel is located on Harbor across from Disney and it made for a quick short walk mid day and late at night.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they welcoming. The location is excellent, especially for those older guests and those with families. The hot breakfast was a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is opposite to Disneyland main Gate great location for Families, the price is a little high but compared to most along Harbor Boulevard it is reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and tidy. It is also one of the few hotels in the area that serve a hot breakfast as part of their service. There is a fee for parking. It has a laundry which is useful as is an elevator. It has a swimming pool but to look a bit out of place stuck in middle of the hotel.

Rooms are not clean, nor did staff come when expected to clean the room and bring fresh towels. At check in agreed to one day cleaning, but staff did not come on that day. Had to call desk. Carpet in room was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. beds nice and clean.

Awesome location if you're going to Disneyland. Not so awesome to have a 5am wake up call two mornings in a row from the smoke alarm chirping. We were planning on staying 4 nights, but we only lasted 3 because of this issue.

So close to Disneyland front gate. Excellent free hot breakfast. I don't think there is a closer hotel with a free breakfast (that's why we stayed here). 10 min walk (or less) to the front gate makes it easy to take a mid day break and walk back to the hotel for some rest.

We've stayed at this location several times and always go back if the have rooms available. Its location is convenient to the park, the complimentary breakfast is great, the rooms are super clean, and staff is friendly. We love this hotel.

This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations. We're passholders from up north and have stayed in many hotels over the years but will definitely be back here. The rooms are clean and tidy, the location cannot be beat (literally across the street from the entrance to disney) and the breakfast was the cherry on top. Breakfast has a variety of foods hot and cold, coffee tea, juice, pancakes/waffles, eggs and bacon. It saved us from having to eat at the park first thing and definitely saved us $$

Excellent location, steps away from Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and California Adventure. It was a long walk over to the Anaheim Convention Center for the D23 event, but definitely recommend if you are able.

Great location to Disneyland. Bigger pillows would be nice. Room was a little small compared to others. Breakfast was nice. Fresh and hot. Staff compared to other best western in area are way nicer. Parking is easy and not overly price.

We've tried other hotels around the park but this is the ultimate winner. Great complimentary breakfast, clean room, clean pool and jacuzzi, friendly staff. You can't beat being able to walk across the street to sleep after a long day at the park!

Great room and super convenient to Disneyland, which was no more than a 10 minute walk, less if you catch the crosswalk at the right time. Breakfast was very extensive, some of the best hotel breakfast on our month-long cross-country trip. Truly no complaints other than unloading the car was a bit of a hassle because there is a barrier between the parking lot and the doors. If that's the worst thing, there are really no problems! Pool is small, convenient laundry that was secure enough to walk away from. There were some homeless folks on the street from the hotel to the park. They didn't bother us at all, but something to be aware of. Would stay there again without hesitation!

We were only in town for 40hrs (16hrs at Disney) and this property was a perfect distance and price point. We stayed early August, Monday and Tuesday. Parking was not too expensive ($15/night) and the breakfast provided a wide range of options. Very clean and comfortable space. The tao double bed room was a little tight for two teens and an adult, but for two nights it did the job. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I stayed here for 7 days while visiting Disneyland & the LA area. Staff are top notch, from front desk, housekeeping, breakfast area, & maintenance. Room had all we needed. Parking was always easy to find. Location cannot be beat. Breakfast was delicious and we specifically loved eating on the deck. We are reward members who usually stay in Hilton properties or the Candy Cane Inn, but we wanted to try this Best Western. It will definitely be our hotel of choice now in Anaheim.

We stayed June 22 through the 25th. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was great having a five minute walk to the parks for the two days we did DL and DCA. You can tell they are trying to maintain this hotel and keep it in great shape. Checkin was easy in the lobby was very inviting and clean. We stayed on the first floor just passed the pool. I was worried it might be a little busy but we never had any issues with noise. Our room had two queen beds which were very comfortable. The room fell a little small for us but this was the first city of a two city trip so we didn't unpack much and we're always getting things out of our suitcases. We're also used to staying in a larger room when we visit WDW but I realize that these properties have been here much longer and just weren't built as big. I appreciated that there were five towels in the room for my family of four along with plenty of washcloths and hand towels. Often I feel like hotels only put enough for two people and we always have to call for more towels. The towels were also thick and fluffy which is really appreciated. The room was clean and had great space and storage in the sink area. We used the pool as a midday break and after we got back from the parks. It was never very crowded with a good amount of seating. And having a hot tub was really good for after a long day at the parks. Since covid I feel like hotel breakfasts can be hit or miss. We were pleased with the breakfast selections. There were always eggs, potatoes, meats and waffles. I believe the waffles were store-bought and put in a toaster so they were just OK. The seating area was large and the outdoor space was great for those early California mornings. As I was preparing for the trip I didn't see a lot of recommendations for this hotel but I was very happy with what it had to offer and the price that I paid. We were just so close to the parks and a comfortable room was what we needed after a long day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and spacious. Right across the street from Disneyland & California Adventure. Different hot breakfast choices so you don't get bored of the food over a multiple day visit. Extremely helpful & kind staff! Would stay again!

If you are visiting the Disneyland Resort the location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is a quick walk to the parks and close enough that it's worth walking back during the hot and busy afternoon to take a break. It is also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The staff are are all very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast has a ton of options and is delicious. We loved that the staff serve the hot food items so that everyone is not touching the serving utensils. The rooms are nothing fancy and on the smaller side, but are all updated and very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. A couple of items that kept us from from giving 5 stars would be the air conditioning unit in the room and the lack of daily housekeeping. The air conditioning unit was a small, wall mounted unit, that was very noisy and never fully turned off even if the set temperature was reached. It constantly ran and was kind of nerve racking at times when you wanted some peace and quiet. When it came to housekeeping, they would bring more towels and empty garbages if you called the front desk. However, we were not given the option to have our roomed cleaned daily. We were told that because we stayed for a week they would come in mid week to clean and change linens once, but had to call the day before to arrange a time. I know the daily cleaning initially stopped because of Covid, but at this point it just seems like a cost saver for the hotel. I wish it was an option to have daily cleaning if we desired it. Overall, this is great, more affordable, and close place to stay when visiting Disneyland and would definitely consider staying again when visiting the parks.

5 mins walk from disney gates, great price great location with free breakfast before your day starts. Cheap parking- get there early to bag a spot. V clean rooms- basic but no complaints as you're not in there if you're doing disney! Deffo recommend if planning disney.

Hotel was a average place to stay, beds were comfy, ac unit at times felt like it wasn't cooling enough, but it did the job. I wish they had Smart Tv's that way guest can watch their shows/movies from their streaming accounts.

Right across the street from Disneyland, clean pool with towels, laundry room and free hot breakfast that you can take to go. Plenty of coffee and snacks. Great storage spaces too. Beds were pretty decent too.

Booked due to the decent price for being across from Disney. For being a motel, it was in great condition. Beds were small but comfy (queens are truly doubles) and the AC worked well once it got going. Bathroom was clean. One downside was the window coverings are not true blackouts. They are plantain shutters so they do let in cracks of light which woke me up early but didn't seem to bother the kids thankfully. Also, I could hear a lot of traffic/people/cars/workers by around 8am but again, my kids stayed asleep. Just things to be aware of. We would stay here again.

Our room was very clean! Breakfast was great! We appreciate the fact that hot breakfast items were served by two employees. Grab and go breakfast options were perfect for families. Great customer service and very prompt response for extra towels. Parking is convenient but should not be an additional cost. Distance to Disney is very close!

We stayed at this hotel in December 2021. We were visiting the Disney Resorts and wanted some place close that was walkable to the entrance. This hotel is perfect for that. The staff is wonderful especially the front desk staff. They are so helpful, nice and friendly. In March this hotel was full and we had to stay at a different location not too far from this one and although we did enjoy our stay at that hotel we would have preferred to stay at this location. We highly recommend this hotel if you are going to be in the area and if the need arises we will definately stay there again.

stayed 3 nights, we were pleased with our choice just outside the Disney gate. got a room on the top floor, so pretty quiet wrt interior noise. exterior noise not bad - parking lot is quiet at night. nice little pool and hot tub.

Rooms were clean, well maintained and the hotel over all was nice and quiet. Great proximity to the park, you can literally walk across the street to Disneyland. Stayed here previously and will definitely stay here again!

The location is great for Disneyland, of course. The front desk was very nice and we appreciated that breakfast was included. Aside from that though, the bed comforters just weren't comfortable- thin and scratchy. The AC was loud, but okay if you like white noise. The bathroom door is a heavy slider with an interesting lock. The closets need lighting. They were out of extra pillows. It lacked a lot, but you can't get much closer to the parks.

Great hotel, location is spot on right across from the street from Disneyland, entrance to park Is just feet from the front of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and grounds was excellent, staff were top notch! Don't hesitate. Price is a bit higher but I assume it's due to the location, we were able to watch the nightly fireworks right outside our hotel room, Rm 307

Hotel is super close from Disneyland so when the temperature went up to 100 degrees, we were able to take a break from the park and rest during the day in the pool and go back to the park. I did not walk any longer after a full day at the park. So it was perfect!

Stayed here in 2 rooms for spring break. Just steps to the Disneyland crosswalk, Denny's next door, and IHOP, Subway, McDonald's and Panera Bread within a short walk. Two and 1/2 blocks from Walgreens and CVS for water/snacks. Less than 2 blocks to Garden Walk Mall if you need to kill time in air conditioned theater before flight home. Our room was clean and quiet. Note that they are not cleaning rooms daily during your stay (covid), but our daughter was able to get some new towels and sheets changed once during our stay by asking. The grandsons loved the pool and it has a hot tub that we saw maintained daily. Would definitely stay here again! Just hoping they get some milk/gluten intolerance friendly additions to their breakfast menu. Never a problem getting enough to eat at breakfast if you don't have any intolerances (waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage/cheese croissant, cereal, yogurt, granola bar, banana muffin, apple cake, apples and bananas). With the cost of food, having a breakfast really saved us money and time. There are 2 hotel units with the pool in between. Ask to stay in the back unit for a more quiet experience. We ran our air conditioner/fan and it blocked any noise coming from the Disney employee parking lot behind the hotel.

I read plenty of reviews leading up to our trip that made hope for a pleasant stay and we were very pleased. Parking was not an issue as seemed to be a complaint I had seen in other reviews. The room was clean and looked to be recently remodeled, very nice. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, Lucy checked us in and was so friendly - as was the rest of the staff and I regret not getting everyone's names. The proximity to Disneyland is awesome! Such a short walk. It only took a couple of days in to a week long stay, to know this will be our go-to hotel for all future Disneyland visits.

Room was clean. Housekeeping was quick to provide additional/replacement amenities as needed. Daily breakfast service was very nice. The only complaint is that the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as I would prefer, but that is typical for most hotels I visit.

I am a travel agent and trying to stay at most of the Harbor Blvd hotels across from Disneyland. This is definitely my favorite now. I like that it's a smaller property. Pool area is welcoming and not quite so drab as its sister hotel's is. Room was laid out well. Water pressure in the shower was great, which I didn't think was a possibility in SoCal! Breakfast room is spacious, open, and I like the balcony dining area. I appreciate that the dining room is wheelchair accessible (Park Place Inn's is not). Nice selection of hot and cold foods. Guest laundry room is a plus. Notes that aren't really negative: no freezer section in mini-fridge, and no clothesline in shower area for wet swimsuits. I didn't park a car but seemed there were adequate spaces. Was able to get a room shortly before 3pm check in time, which I appreciated. Staff was very friendly.

We booked this hotel since the other hotel we were looking at did not offer breakfast; we came to see and experience Disneyland and the hotel was perfect for our goals - close to the park and to a great range of restaurants and food fare. Will definitely book with Best Western on our next Disney California visit.

Not posh, but, very clean and comfortable and friendly staff, but, the added bonus of being closer to Disneyland and CA than Paradise Pier and possibly Disneyland Hotel. It's small and despite our room being next door to the elevator we were completely undisturbed. Considering that at a Walt Disney World value resort you can hear your neighbours flush their toilets. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Sure, the rooms could use some updating, but, that's a minor quibble. The breakfasts are simple,but, tasty and free and the view from the breakfast room balcony is terrific. I can't wait for my next stay there.

The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland so it's very convenient and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely be staying here again and recommending this hotel to others! Check in went nice and smooth, very nice customer service. Our room was spacious enough. Very clean. We had a room towards the back end of the hotel which probably made it more quiet. The swimming pool area was clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool but noticed others were. The breakfast was just okay. Nothing special but we ate it and then headed over to Disneyland. With just a five minute walk it made this hotel a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This was our second stay here as our usual default hotel for Disney trips has been under renovation for several months. We initially chose this hotel for its proximity to the Disneyland front entrance gates and its overall reviews. Both trips have been fantastic. The front desk check-in is always extremely pleasant and our overall customer service experiences have been top shelf. It is an older property so, bearing that in mind, we had reasonable expectations for the condition of the rooms. The breakfast choices are excellent (the super crunchy bacon is my personal fav) and the dining room is large, modern, and very clean. We always prefer to stay on the top (3rd) floor and having the elevators to rely on at the end of the day is just super convenient. The air conditioners in the room have always saved us on the multiple 90+ degree days we've experienced. Again, the proximity to the front gates makes it completely feasible to take a mid-day siesta from the parks to recharge and go back without taxing your feet that much more. As it gets closer to our previous default hotel re-opening again we likely may not be going back and will be sticking with this one indefinitely. It really comes down to the exceptional location, the quality of the breakfast, and the wonderful customer service experience and accommodations we receive when we visit.

Great location but the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. We frequent Disneyland and the hotels on Harbor on weekends and this is definitely the worst for noise. We've stay two weekends in a row here and won't be back. The walls are paper thin, you can hear hair dryers two rooms away, kids screaming at 6:00am, people above you walking around sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling. If you plan on sleeping later than 6am on a weekend, avoid this hotel.

Hotel is very very close to the parks. Very affordable rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs (reconstituted not fresh), crispy bacon (yum), and potatoes. Beds were comfy. Real blankets on the beds, not thick sheets other hotels have gone to. Room was dates but very clean. There is an elevator which is great when you have a lot of luggage. Nice breakfast area to sit in. Staff called a day or two before arrival to ask if we had any requests and to ask our arrival time, which was good for us since our plane didn't land until 8pm. When we called to switch out towels, they were there in less than five minutes. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for Disneyland.

This hotel might look a bit tired on the outside but don't let the look fool you. It is very close to the entrance to Disneyland (very important on long days). The room was clean and had everything we needed (mini fridge, microwave, a bath tub). The breakfast selection was also good. Everything from warm option to fruit.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel during a special birthday trip. Our room was clean and neat. I appreciated having access to a fridge and microwave. The front desk was very friendly and quickly answered all our questions. We had a lot of trouble with our room key working and we really got to know the maintence crew. Both gentlemen were kind, good humored and very helpful. Every morning we picked up breakfast in the breakfast room, The servers were kind and open to meeting our dietary needs. I appreciated that they allowed us to take our breakfast plates to our room, thus reducing our COVID exposure. I would stay here again.

This was an excellent stay for our family (2 conjoining rooms of 6 adults & 2 kids). Location can't be beat since it's right next to Disneyland. Rooms were big, clean, and quiet. Pool and hot tub we're refreshing and comfortable. Breakfast had a huge variety and was well organized. The staff provided extra towels when we ran out as we stayed for a week. The only suggestion for improvement would be a softer top blanket. We'd 100% recommend this hotel to others and be glad to stay at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn again.

The hotel is a great choice when headed to Disneyland. It's super close which is needed after a day at the park. Yes there are other close hotels but this one is super CLEAN! Staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is quick and just right before heading to the parks!

Excellent if traveling to visit disney as it's right at the entrance for a super short walk. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was extremely helpful providing a razor (forgot to pack), replacement batteries for tv remote and extra roll of toilet paper. Recommend packing some paper towels, plastic utensils and plates if planning on making use of the microwave and fridge for lunches/leftovers (you can grab a few of these items at breakfast in the morning). Continental breakfast was ok and to be expected providing pre made and packaged items due to Covid etc. (hot items: croissant sausage and cheese sandwich, bacon, eggs, waffles and potatoes. Also pre packaged croissants, danishes, fruit, granola bars, cereal). My kids liked the waffles with Nutella. Tony Romas is right next door making for at least one super easy dinner night (we also went to Buca di Beppo and Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles which were both great. The room was updated but I did recommend they change the toilet seat which looked like they tried to save on the remodel and used an older one. The shower head was loose or something as sprayed all over but my husband fixed it real easily, I'm sure staff would have taken care of if we went to them. The bed mattresses were a tad lumpy but that's only because we're in love with our tempurpedic at home and we brought our own pillows as we just prefer them. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for the kids and they have an outside shower to rinse off in as well as bathrooms right there and towels to dry off on. We had a room with 2 queen beds and just wished the table and chairs weren't such a tight fit in the room as they are in they way of the connecting door we used to visit with the rest of our party it was a little hard to maneuver. Also wished they had a bigger garbage can in the room, we ended up taking several trips to the garbage outside. (no room housekeeping because of Covid which was fine for us but just something to know).

Literally a 5 minute walk to Disneyland!! Everything was great during our stay! Breakfast was served daily at the hotel which was awesome. The only thing I didn't like during my stay was that you can hear people upstairs stomping around . But other than that .. everything was perfect!

Bring your own pillows or buy pillows when you visit. They are the size of a couch throw pillow and just as lumpy as one. Breakfast was pretty good except the bacon is stale tasting, i think it was the ready made kind, and they have frozen waffles.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Walking distance to Disney. Hot breakfast. Clean rooms. Fridge (super cold,) and microwave. Great water pressure. Free parking. Workout room and pool. Resonably priced for the area. Tony Roma's on one side and Denny's on the other, great location. We stay here every time we come to Disneyland. So nice to park the car and not have to move it again for the duration of our trip.

Location can't be beat. Pleasantly surprised at the room decor and how updated it was. Only complaint was trash pick up at dumpsters at 6am every morning was very loud and disruptive. Nothing they could do about that and my only real negative about the stay. Water pressure wasn't great in shower but wasn't horrible.

I picked this hotel due to its location to Disneyland and I really wasn't expecting much more than that. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was served to us each morning by friendly workers. Grounds were very well maintained and the overall cleanliness of the grounds was excellent. We did have an ant problem in our room. When we reported that there were ants all over our vanity area, they asked if they could come in and take care of it for us. We let the front desk know that they should get it sprayed before the next people checked in - because after they cleaned it there were just as many, or more than before. They were so apologetic - honestly the ants didn't really bother us - but it became worse as the days went by. They stayed in the vanity area and we just had to wipe down the sink and counter each time we went to use it.

It is so close to Disneyland and CA Adventure it is easier to walk here than the own theme park parking lot. Having Denny's next door is very convenient as eating in Disney right now is crowded and difficult. The breakfast provided was way better than I was anticipating as well!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland. I timed it. 10 min walk from the gate at Disneyland back to the room. We were in the 2nd building just past the pool area. Staff was wonderful. At check in I was thanked for being a BW rewards member. Told about no housekeeping, breakfast, parking. Room was spotless and well equipped. In room coffee was really good. Grounds kept clean. Loved the shower area. Lots of spots to store shower supplies. Loved the little info card. In a nut shell, Kids are welcome here. If their happy feet bother you, ear plugs are available at the front desk. We never heard the happy feet. The only issue I had was, I thought the pool was closed. The gate closest to the 2 nd building would not open with the key. No one was in there. Later I saw people in there and tried the other gate with my key. It opened. Later I was told by an employee the lock is broken on that gate. A sign saying that lock is broken would have been a nice thing to have.

I chose BWP Anaheim because of its proximity to Disneyland's entrance- I appreciated the Denny's being next door- u appreciated how attentive the ladies at the front desk were- I appreciate I was able to leave my parked car in the lot while we enjoyed the park (check in, first- they'll give you a parking pass) & I appreciate how clean the entire area was. We didn't use the free breakfast or fitness center- just needed a clean, quiet place to rest our heads for the night. -Fully functioning microwave, fridge, tv, comfy beds -Parking lot is a little snug but worth it (I parked next to the Escalade & Porsche- no one noticed MY car! lol) -It's quick access to the a I5 freeway, once you leave. - I'm glad I took a chance with BWP Anaheim. We'll be back!

Good spot to stay at while visiting Disneyland. 2 minute walk to crosswalk to front entrance. Free hot breakfast along with grab and go options. Staff is friendly. Hotel rooms are clean. Pool is nice and hot tub to soak after walking all day. Tony Romas and Dennys are located directly next door for dining options.

This is our go-to for our Disney trips. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and very responsive to any issues. Entrance to Disneyland/CA Adventure/Downtown Disney is literally right across the street. Very nice when you are tired at the end of a long day and you don't have to wait for a shuttle, or walk a mile back to your hotel. Rooms are not huge, but they are very clean, and quiet. Great breakfast options so you can start the day full and spend less money eating in the parks. Our son enjoyed the pool.

Could not get an Uber to come to this location. Had hotel front desk call a taxi for us. Van showed up that was not a taxi. Refused to provide us a receipt. Forced to pay cash. Drove 80 on the freeway

Upon arrival, Carol at the front desk was friendly and professional. My room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of food and beverage. They offer masks, hand sanitizer and plastic gloves near the food and beverage area, which made me feel they care about the safety of their guests and staff. This hotel's location is amazing, very short walk across one street to get to Disneyland entrance. They have a free hot breakfast every day of your stay, the staff are very kind and attentive. The parking is a bit limited, but they do have an option to park offsite, if needed. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, the rooms included a microwave and mini fridge (which got so cold it froze our drinks, but this was okay). The hotel is a little dated, the bathroom doors are squeaky, the bed frame is a little squeaky and there are dings in the not quite complete wallpaper. There was a GREAT bathroom fan that really moved the steamy air from the bathroom, which is unusual for this area. Overall, this was a comfortable hotel room with unbeatable location. The air conditioning unit was a little loud, but this helped to reduce noise from neighbors as we stayed during one of the busiest times of the year (early October during Halloween Time and Oogie Boogie Bash). The hotel does have a strict quiet time policy after 11pm.

We stay at the Best Western plus as an alternative to the Disneyland Hotel. On our previous visit to Disneyland we had the opportunity to stay at Disneyland hotel but for this visit we opted to save some money and stay somewhere else. Buy the end of the trip, my 8 yr said Best Western plus was best hotel ever. Is was super convenient to the park. Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and bed was too. It had a fridge and microwave that was a great addition for late night snacks. We will definitely stay there again and I hope it will be just as great.

Great location close to the entrance of Disneyland. Only problem we had was the 2 bedroom suite did not have a door on the bedroom with the King bed. This made it difficult for young children to nap/sleep with any activity going on in the main room with 2 Queen beds.

This hotel is a great option to stay at if you want to be close to Disneyland. It was a 5 minute walk to the gates. The rooms were clean and well-cared for. The staff was kind and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and there was good variety. The pool is just the right size and there is a hot tub too.

We stayed here for 4 nights last week and visited Disneyland and California Adventure. The hotel was just across the street from the parks. We were shocked and disappointed when we came back to the room after our first long day to find it had not been cleaned. A call to the front desk informed us that there was no housekeeping service. So, for 4 days, we watched our room slowly get messier with wet towels piling up, garbage cans overflowing and having to sleep on dirty sheets each night…… Luckily, we could call the maintenance man to get a few clean towels each night……. I consider daily housekeeping a BASIC hotel service and couldn't believe that they didn't inform us that we wouldn't be getting this when we checked in….. such a bummer……

Before COVID, housekeeping service would definitely be a basic hotel service but right now there is so much uncertainty that we are not offering this service as a precaution. This would be for the safety of our guests and our employees. We verbally let our guest know at check in and this is also written on the registration card that is filled out at check in. Please accept my sincerest apology if this was not expressed to you. We are constantly working with staff of their service levels and appreciate your feedback. Thank you for your time and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to restore your faith in us.

My family and I had a last minute change of plans which allowed a side-trip to Disneyland. We were never disappointed with a Best Western Plus so decided to try this hotel out as well. The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. We were hesitant about the hotel stay given previous experience at other hotels during COVID, however, this place was amazing! The staff were great, the rooms were clean and neat, and the breakfast was fantastic. Bonus is that there is an outdoor patio available to enjoy breakfast. We will most definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I stay here every time we go to Disney! It's perfect! The staff is always helpful and kind, the rooms are always clean and breakfast is always hot and yummy and it's FREE!! The hotel is right across the street from the park with a convenience store super close and Tony Roma's as well! We love their food and yummy cocktails! So easy all around and relaxing!!

We love staying at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn when we need to stay overnight during a trip to Disneyland. It's right across the street so it's incredibly convenient to walk to the park. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is free on property so that is very convenient, although it can be difficult to find parking at times. The breakfast has been modified for COVID but was still plentiful and tasty to go plates of eggs, bacon and waffles. Would recommend anyone visiting Disneyland stay here!

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Disneyland. It is literally across the street from the entrance to the park and right next door to a wonderful Denny's that serves quick, delicious breakfasts.

This Best Western is in a great location because the hotel is located directly across the street from Disneyland. Walking distance.The breakfast included has lots of options. Hotel has a pool and hot tub.

This is one great hotel in the perfect location to Disneyland. It the only place we stay in Anaheim. It's comfortable, clean, microwave, refrigerator and ample parking if needed. The staff is always so helpful, with COVID we were able to get services we needed in a timely manner. It's a great hotel, we have stayed here for years and will continue to do so.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable-really important to have a good night's rest before you tackle Disneyland. Room was clean, updated, smelled fresh and not musty. Breakfast is good, but try to get there early, as the line can get crowded. Parking is limited, but we did not have an issue. Location was perfect and close to Disneyland

We stayed here too visit Disneyland. It's super close to the park and you have Panera bread and Denny's next door. Disneyland is right across the street. Literally a 5 min walk. The hotel is very clean and the beds to me were quite comfortable. I slept well! The over all decor was nice and welcoming. Loved what they did with the window treatments. The front desk attendant was sweet and checked me quickly. Also check out was a breeze as well. I just dialed 0 then left my keys in the room. You can't beat the price for everything that's around and the quality of the room.

The location proximity to the parks can't be beat. If you're looking for a place to crash at the end of a long day, this will work! If you're looking to spend time in your resort, I might pick somewhere else. Nothing wrong with the hotel, it just isn't anything special.

I stay here often while visiting Disneyland. As an older person the location is great to get to the parks. Free parking, wifi, hot breakfast, pool, & gym. I like it also because it is not a massive hotel. Extremely friendly staff in the office, dining area, cleaning staff, handyman.

The best place to stay if visiting Disneyland!!! FREE parking, FREE breakfast, 2 mins walk to park AND friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, beds comfortable and it had a fridge and microwave. Would recommend and would stay again xx

I wanted to stay here but had to change my reservation. The woman on the phone told me "I can't do anything with this reservation but cancel it!" And I said, that's okay but I would like to make another.,..and I heard the click of the phone hanging up. REALLY????? Never again Best Western.

We loved being so close to the parks. Breakfast before heading out was a huge perk. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size. We appreciated having control of the temperature in each room. We will be back!

We got the package deal from Costco and it includes 4d3n hotel stay, $145 Disney gift card and 4 days of park hopper tickets for everyone in our family. It was a very enjoyable stay at Best Western, staffs are very helpful. Disneyland is right across the street and it takes away the stress of finding parking and walking from the parking lot to the entrance. (There is no tram to transport right now.) I will definitely stay here again as it is how Disney vacation should be: relaxed and fun.

Pro: -across from Disneyland entrance Cons: -worn/dated rooms -do not stay here if you expect to keep your car there while at the park after check out. They will not allow it despite what is said on multiple blogs/websites Wouldn't recommend. Stay somewhere where you pay for daily parking, or a garage.

Stayed in a double queen room (1 adult and 1 child) and loved the close proximity to Disneyland entrance. I was in doubt since some people recommended another BW closer to the entrance, but they are really close to each other, 2 minute walk. The BW Anaheim was a 5 minute walk to the Disneyland street entrance (where line was formed in the morning) and probably a 12 minute walk total from hotel to park entrance if you didn't have a line. The room was reasonably quiet compared to other motels I've stayed at. Beds were fine, but I wish they had a lower profile pillow especially for my kid. With 4 pillows per bed, it would be great to have at least 1 per bed be low profile. Sink/mirror is located with the main sleep area which worked fine for us but may bother others. It allows a person to use the sink while the other is using the toilet or taking a shower. Mini fridge in room worked well, and it was a plus to have a microwave. I didnt realize the mini fridge was set to the coldest (it didnt feel cold initially) and some of our drinks froze overnight. They probably had just turned it on before we arrived. So check the temp. Window shutters made the room really dark which I like. The hotel also has ice machine, vending machine for drinks and snacks. Unfortunately, guests next to us let the door slam shut every time which shook our room. The AC is a wall unit and loud, and I dont think it held temperature low overnight. The noise helped block some of the outside noise. But please know the trash collection was 6am on Saturday and that was very loud (nothing the hotel can do about it). We stayed on the top floor (3rd) and there was an elevator available and we had no issues waiting. We used the stairs if we didnt have the stroller with us. We used the pool and the hot tub, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly when we asked for pool towels. Pool is not warmed up, just regular cold water. We only had breakfast one day since we were headed to Disneyland before breakfast opened (7am). I appreciated the fresh fruit (clementines, bananas) and yogurt. They served a pre-packed egg/sausage/cheese sandwich that was warmed up in microwave. Also pre-packed pastries, granola bars. The oatmeal was disappointing since there were no brown sugar or honey to put on it. Hotel was really close to IHOP and Dennys, and a McDonalds not too far.

Great Location, Friendly Staff & Great Room. 10-15 minute walk directly into park. Very good free breakfast. Good AC in room and friendly staff. Even if you have a pay more for this hotel - the pluses for this hotel are worth it. I will be coming back to this hotel if a room is available.

We had the best time at this hotel clean staff is attentive. Bonus breakfast mins away from entrance of Disneyland you can come and go as you please.worth every penny. The kids loved the pool area. Would highly recommend this hotel !!!

Great location. Easy access. Plenty of parking if you're driving to the hotel. Food chain restaurants located within walking distance like Denny's and IHOP which is open 24 hours. Rooms are very clean and updated. One of the great Best Westerns around the resort.

When making the reservation, remember to look at the address. There's 2 4 doors from each other. This is NOT the one right outside main gate Disneyland. I feel it's bait and switch. Not worth the price for the quality or location. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean. The beds were terrible. My hubby and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. They are very worn. The breakfast was fine. Parking was stupid packed. We got the last spot, and the spots were super tiny.

The room next to us was smoking week all night and after calls to the front desk they “couldn't find the room” even though the smoke was coming through our conjoining door. Not family friendly. Room was also not very clean. Hair in the bathtub. AC barley worked and the TV was hit and miss. Great walk for Disneyland, but that's about it.

I always stay at this property when visiting Disneyland. It's a short walk across from the main entrance and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Martha at the front desk always has a cheerful good morning greeting and a professional attitude. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar has many options and I love the fresh cup of coffee they offer.

My family and I selected this motel based mostly on the location which is (almost) directly across the street from the Disneyland entrance on Harbor Drive. We were also hoping to be able to leave our car parked on property for the next day as we were visiting Disneyland the following day after driving to Anaheim the night before. I would assume that 90 to 95% of the guests at this motel are staying there because they are going to Disneyland. Motel Management must be aware of this, right? We called before arrival and talked to the front desk person about the availability of extended parking time. We also asked about this parking time issue when we checked in. It appears that all employees have been instructed to be ambiguous about the parking availability until the last possible minute. Once you are there and have paid, you are stuck, and will have to deal with it. I heard at least two other guests with this same issue without even trying to find them. When you are planning a vacation with your family, details like, "will our car be safely parked for the entire day?" are extremely important. management at this motel doesn't seem to care about this detail. Guests should know about this and make their plans accordingly. The Anaheim Inn, right down the street has additional parking and was $20 (Micechat promo) for the entire day, so we moved our car and were OK, but we would probably have stayed at a different motel if we had known, up front, that the motel does not have enough parking spaces to handle the demand of their guests and is misleading about this issue when you talk to them about it. as the saying goes, "buyer beware".

This property was very close to Disneyland- 1 min walk to the S. Harbor entrance. Rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, ithad free parking ,a very good continental breakfast. I felt very safe there even though we are in the middle of a pandemic. Hand sanitizer was placed in various areas on the property. Pool area was nice and again very clean. This property definitely deserves more than 2.5 stars! I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel.

The customer service at this location is awesome, drove to Anaheim just to visit my grandson, I was willing to pay for my daughter's parking because she was spending the day with us and Sue was awesome, she gave us a parking pass so my daughter can park her vehicle at the hotel. The Location is the best right across the street from Disneyland, we walked to Downtown Disney and were able to walk into Disney California to do some shopping and dined there as well. I will definitely be back

Great location in proximity to Downtown Disney(Disneyland when they open)! Just walk across the street and your at security! The modified breakfast was lacking a sack of snacks but I'm sure during non pandemic times their breakfast is amazing like all Best Westerns. It was quiet and we felt safe. The room was a good size. Overall great experience!

I'm a BW Diamond Select Member & definitely was treated that way on check-in. Elisabeth was SO VERY welcoming upon check-in. I retired from a worldwide airlines & of course stayed around the world as a flight attendant. Elisabeth made me feel important right away. Disneyland is still closed... BUT when opened again- just across the street on Harbor Blvd. Location is everything. I had appointments in the OC & needed a place to stay nearby. I will return when Disneyland has reopened. GREAT Stay. Rooms are very clean & disinfected.

We went to Anaheim to drop off my daughter her baby shower gifts, we were looking for a hotel for 1 night and I happen to call Best Western right across the street from Disneyland. They didn't disappoint, we were able to go to downtown Disney. We plan to go back in December when my grandson is born and will definitely staying at Best Western again

A great place to stay. Even though Disneyland is closed right now, Downtown Disney is easy to get to from here.Walkable. Takes only minutes. Felt very safe and secure staying here. Extremely clean room. Nice Grab and Go breakfast. Nextdoor is Denny's if you need more food. Lobby was decorated for Halloween and it was so nice to see decorations out!

I really thought I would like the hotel. We had a Great room and it had a nice large bathroom counter. We travel as a family of 4 adults and my daughter and I always have difficulty finding room for all our personal items, make-up, medication, etc. The hotel is really close to Disneyland and had free parking! It was near some restaurants. The problem was that the beds are really high and my husband and I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. Also, because we are older we had to use the rest room during the night and had to repeat this procedure. This hotel might be OK for younger families, but I will not be staying at this hotel again. I had planed to post this review earlier, but the hotel never sent me a form to comment on our stay, like most other hotels I've stayed at before.

Nice, clean with friendly staff and very good breakfast. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful who also gave good recommendations for restaurants. Parking was underground with lot's of parking space. .

We went for a family vacation and the location was great, just a few steps away from disney, breakfast was awesome, staff was nice, great location for other places around the park. Weather was awesome

Very clean room with plenty of space, outlets and chairs to relax in. A lot of choices for the free breakfast. I always prefer to stay at this hotel for my Disneyland vacations because it's really a nice place to be.

The place is great in location, the free breakfast was hot with tons of options for the kids and adults. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. My only complaint is parking lot is small not much room for bigger vehicles and tight spots close together.

Very close walking distance to Disneyland! The staff was always super helpful and cheerful. Breakfast changes on certain items day to day which was nice so it never got old. Just know you can't take any of the food back to your room. Not a deal breaker though. Rooms were very nice and clean. The garbage trucks can be a bit annoying but that's not the hotel's fault just something to be aware of. This place is worth the money! Free breakfast, free parking, and walking distance!!!

Very friendly staff. We arrived in the morning and even though our room wasn't ready, we were able to pre-check in, register our vehicle and park it in their lot while we went to Downtown Disney for lunch and shopping. We came back in the afternoon and got in our room which was clean and adequate. Nothing fancy, but fine for our needs. We were a little concerned about the noise level as people were checking in, wheeling luggage down the corridor, slamming doors and such. We walked over to the Garden Walk area for a quick dinner, then a movie at the AMC theater. Very convenient and felt safe walking at night, just be aware of your surroundings as you would in any city. A nice surprise was being able to see some of the fireworks from Disneyland over the roof of the neighboring hotel! We turned in for the night and the hotel really quieted down so we had no issues (although my husband reported hearing some doors slamming around 3:00 am). Free breakfast was an Added bonus. Good variety of hot items, baked goods, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. Nothing to write home about but certainly adequate fuel for your day. Checked out and were able to leave our car in the lot until 6:00 pm. The walk to Disneyland is very short - less than 5 minutes so you can't beat this hotel for the convenience, and a fraction of the cost of a Disney hotel.

Great Location. It allows you to main attraction as well as great restaurants. We needed a handicapped room and the room was spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed out free breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and oatmeal. Thank you Best Western

As evidenced by the hordes of kids wearing mouse ears at the (good quality) breakfast, there is only one reason that travelers stay in this hotel - it is right across the street from Disneyland. Given the amount of walking involved with a visit to Disney, we hugely appreciated the close proximity of the hotel, and with a third floor room we were even able to watch Disney's 9:30 p.m. fireworks from our hotel window. The hotel is not fancy but is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is nice. Parking is free but the spaces are in very tight quarters, so it's best to find a parking space and not touch your car again until check out. Overall this was a nice hotel in an ideal location at a far better price than the "in park" Disneyland hotels.

Great location right across from Disneyland and California Adventures the staff are excellent the cleaning staff kept out rooms clean and stocked breakfast is good the price is worth it and affordable will be definitely returning

Wonderful place! Staff was great. Nice rooms, great breakfast. And loved the short distance from the park! Only complaint is that they need to clean their a/c units. Dirt piles would form on the ground when turned on, pretty gross. But we never complained about it, figured the cleaning staff would catch on as they cleaned it up everyday. Would absolutely stay again though!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed out stay in their 3rd floor suite. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished and the AC units provide white noise, making it surprisingly quiet right next to the elevator. The breakfast is generous and the location by the entrance of Disneyland is even better than Disney's own Paradise Pier hotel.

The room is clean. There is free breakfast with variety of food. The hotel is very close to Disneyland. You can leave your bags at the hotel lobby if you want to check out in the morning before going into the Disneyland park.

We highly recommend this hotel. It is directly across the street from Disneyland with great options for food right next to the hotel. They offer a hot breakfast every morning. This hotel suited our needs and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is located right across the street from Disneyland. Easy and free parking. Customer service was excellent, with friendly staff. The breakfast is one of my favorite things about this location! They have a separate room with anything you could want for breakfast, including hot foods like eggs, sausage, bacon, along with the usual cereal, yogurt, pastries, and bagels, topped off with a variety of juices, water, coffee and tea. Great start to the day before entering Disneyland and saves some money, too! You can also get Disneyland tickets and tourist information in the breakfast room. This will be my go-to hotel for Disneyland trips.

Our family had a blast great hotel comfortable beds clean !!!!!we had a lot of space for 3 teenagers to spread out and not be crammed together. The food was fresh and good variety. Definitely will be going here again.

Good customer service. Clean room. Easy parking. Couldnt hear neighbors which is a huge plus. Great access to Disneyland!!! My only complaint is it was a bit pricey for a Sunday evening. But location is worth paying for to not pay to park at Disneyland.

This hotel was right across the entrance to Disneyland. We crossed the street and we were there! The rooms were very clean. I would stay again because of the location. We traveled in February so we did not use the pool. It is very small. The rooms were great though. Breakfast was ok.

Room was very nice & comfortable and the short walk to Disney was perfect. Don't expect to sleep in and it's not because of the kids. Every morning we were woken up by trash truck in front of and behind our room at 6:00 AM.

We enjoy staying here. Close to Disneyland, comfortable rooms and a great staff. It's nice, quiet and they have a free breakfast. There are several other food options in walking distance and Disneyland is across the street.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very close to the entrance to Disneyland. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast more than expected. No fee for parking, and we were able to keep our parking spot until 6:00 pm the day of checkout. Many restaurants near to the hotel. We will be staying there whenever we go back to Disneyland. We are on family vacation and stayed 4 nites from the Christmas Day 2019. The location of the hotel is across the street from Disneyland parks about a five minute walk was the main consideration when I decide to book this hotel. I must say that everything was excellent. As for the room, is modern, clean and the bed is comfortable. Also, room is equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary breakfast is more than I expected. Great Hot Breakfast with many choices and taste delicious in a good restaurant room on the 3rd floor. Services are great and there are lots of parking spaces for hotel guest. There are many restaurants nearby if you want to have lunch or dinner, or maybe supper. Although the room price considerately high for this type of accomodation but being for the good service, the great hot breakfast and the perfect location, I would definitely recommend this hotel while visiting Disneyland Parks.

We stayed here for a week in October for a Disneyland trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are a little dark/stuffy but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. There's a microwave and small fridge. It's a great location, not far from Disney and it's directly next to Tony Romas which was great/ very affordable for dinner after walking all day! This hotel hit an A+ with its free breakfast tho! It's the best free breakfast we've ever had. High quality and so many options. It was also nice to sit out on the balcony to eat/ have coffee and watch all the families make their way to Disney. The area breakfast was served in was always kept very clean and well organized. We were impressed! The pool was clean, not very big, but enough for kids to enjoy. We would definitely visit this hotel again!

Booked an overnight stay through the property's website which was very easy and convenient. The room rate included breakfast and parking! Location in relation to Disneyland was excellent as well. Didn't try the pool because the weather was too cold, but good to know they have it as an amenity.

Its not fancy or expensive looking at all. No Disney theme decor in the rooms. But its nice, super clean and great service. Its really close to the Disneyland entrance which is what we wanted. The rollaway beds are big twin size and so comfy looking too.

We stayed two nights during a quick weekend trip to Disney. This was our first experience with this hotel. It was awesome. We could walk to the parks quickly. Breakfast was solid. The staff - all of them - were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will most likely stay again. Our only issue was there there was a water spill on our bed when we arrived (the comforter and sheets were wet.) We had a fresh sheet set when we returned from the parks.

I reserved a room at this motel because it is close to the DL entrance, so when we arrived early, we could park at the motel and walk to DL at opening and beat some of the crowds. I was told by the BW reservation person when I made the reservation on the phone that we could park at the motel early as long as a spot was open. However, when we arrived, the front office staff refused to allow us to park and implied that I was lying about what I was told about parking. The result was an hour lost finding alternative parking and a bad feeling about BW. The room was OK, but the walls and ceiling are paper thin, so the room was pretty noisy until our neighbors settled down. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here Dec 2019. Staff friendly and more than helpful. Guest Laundry large with ample machines. Right opposite Disneyland. Room clean. Breakfast daily good selection with ample room to sit and eat. Would stay here again and do recommend it.

Perfect location, walkable to Disney. Hotel is dated but clean, maids in every day. Lovely pool, secluded. Over the road from the convention centre with local convenience shops and a few diners. Stayed with husband and teenage daughters. Was adequate for what we required. Oh and breakfast was lovely, even better that it was free.

We traveled as a group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. This is our go to Good Neighbor Hotel choice when we visit Disneyland. You cannot beat the location or the hot breakfast in the mornings! The rooms were recently updated and have a new fresh, modern flare to them. My husband and I stayed in a King room with our twin 2 year olds. I will say that Best Western has a policy of only one crib per room but with the help and permission of the GM we were able to secure two cribs for our little guys. Other than that the room was perfectly suited for our family. We had a nice bathtub, plenty of fresh towels, a fridge/microwave, and speedy internet. The rest of our family stayed in one of the family suites and it was a good option for them. They had 6 adults staying in the family suite which consists of: a master suite with a king, 2 queen bed, and a twin pull out couch. Lots of space for everyone to have their luggage. There was also a fridge and microwave. The only downside to the family suites is that all the common amenities (fridge, microwave, shower, toilet, sink, etc) are located in the master suite. This means any time someone needs to use the bathroom or microwave they have to barge into the master suite. Everyone at the front desk was amazing the entire stay. When we checked in they made sure that the milk for our boys were put on ice and checked in our bags while we hit the parks. They even delivered our suitcases to our room for us!!! As parents of twins who travel with 9 million things we cannot thank you enough for this simple yet impactful gesture. Also I would love to give a shout out to the amazing cleaning crew who were very sweet and made the boys cribs up every day and cleaned around some of their nap times! Fresh, hot buffet breakfast is included in the stay and one of the main reasons we choose to stay at Best Western properties. There was a rotation of various daily breakfast items but choices included: everything from DIY breakfast tacos to build your own breakfast sandwich. Our boys loved all the fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. I will say the coffee was just ok, definitely room for improvement here. There were always enough highchairs and plenty of tables. The morning crew works tirelessly to make sure the tables are quickly cleaned up and ready for the next guest. Lastly, we used Shipt to have fresh groceries delivered to us. Traveling with little ones can be difficult and keeping them on nap/feeding schedules can get a bit wacky when you're spending long days at the park. Since we had a nice sized fridge in the room we had whole milk, lunch meat, cheese, and snacks for the park delivered to our hotel room. Additionally, we used Destination Sitters for have our boys watched one night while we went out with the other adults traveling in our group. We've used them in the past and they are truly wonderful! While we did bring our swimsuits we did not end up using the pool although there were many families enjoying themselves at the pool. We love the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and cannot wait for our next trip out there in March 2020! With that said here are a few honest areas for improvement: The family suites: the bathroom/shower and fridge/microwave is located in the "master suite". So any time someone needs to use the restroom or shower they have to go into the master suite. It would be nice if there was a separate entrance and the master suite was blocked off for more privacy. Water station: It would be AMAZING to have a water station in or near the lobby to refill water bottles before hitting the parks. This is not only cost effective for guests headed to the park but ecofriendly. Fridge for front lobby staff: This would be nice for guests checking in/out that need to have milk or medication refrigerated while they wait for their room or flight. Blackout curtains: Good to help those traveling from various time zones be able to catch some much needed rest. Breakfast utensils: It killed my soul using plasticwear every morning for breakfast. SO BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! It would make a huge difference if you could offer silverware or ecofriendly options for utensils at breakfast.

Staff was VERY VERY RUDE! I was told the night before I could move my car from the best western down the street where we stayed the night before to this best western (as long as there was space available) when I got there, there were two spaces ( plus another person was loading their car and getting in as I was parking. So 3 spots available) when I went to “check in” ONLY my car, because I was not wanting to even put our bags in our room until later that night. I was told I could not leave my car there until 3:00 because they have to leave 3 parking spaces opened at all times. So I had to go back to my car and go back to the best western we stayed at the night before. I wasted 3 1/2 hours away from my family who was at Disneyland dealing with this stupid parking issue. I would NEVER recommend a hotel who denies parking to paying customers especially when they have MULTIPLE PARKING SPOTS available

I stayed at the BW hotel just outside of Disneyland and it was close to perfection! The complimentary breakfast was epic! Hot coffee ready to go and some great food to fuel me for my day at the parks was so helpful. Especially since I was traveling alone. I was able to basically get up and go! The rooms were very comfortable and modern. A fridge and microwave are a must when I travel they have both and they were immaculate the microwave was spotless! I loved that there was a window I could open in the restroom to get some air in the room. My ONLY complaint is that noise control is not good. I could hear every single noise outside way too clearly including the maids cart, car alarms, people talking, wind, and it really affected my rest. The windows could use double pane, perhaps better doors, and insulation in the walls to help with the noise level. I turned the restroom fan on and the main fan on which did help a lot. I love this hotel and I will stay again. Great location! Great service! Clean! Great decor! Awesome amenities! Ice machine, vending machines, pool, hot tub, also located next to a convenience store to grab beer, snacks, souvenirs for cheap. Also located next to places to eat. Love it here

We stayed at the BW Plus Anaheim Inn for the second time for our trip to Disneyland with our grandchildren. The check in and out was easy and the staff always very accommodating! Carol is wonderful and always helpful! We rented adjoining rooms and it was VERY convenient! They were very nice with 2 queen beds in each, nice bathroom amenities and a pleasant housekeeping staff! Two features that make me choose this particular BW is the free parking and free breakfast! The breakfast starts your day off perfectly and the grandchildren [and parents] appreciated filling their tummies before a long day at Disneyland! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay a fortune to stay so close to the entrance to Disnelyland! One last comment to everyone...tip your housekeeping staff daily as they appreciate it! They change often too, so you might not get the same one at the end as at the beginning.

Always love this hotel for Disney trips. Location can't be beat, always super clean, and the staff is the most friendly I've met. Breakfast is hot and hearty! We've stayed here many times, and this was the first time we had some very rude loud talkers in runs nearby. Normally absolutely no noise problems!

We really enjoyed our large room, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast this hotel has to offer. So close to Disneyland made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for the price.

The hotel is just across the street from Disneyland Resort. Imagine walking back from Disneyland after 13 hours of walking around the parks with kids tired. It is priceless to just cross the street and be home to rest. That is the experience we had. Parking included, a huge plus. Room was clean and comfortable. All employees were very friendly and focused on providing the best experience to guests. I would definitely stay again at this hotel for its convenient location.

Due to not looking closely at the details, I erroneously split my family's bookings between Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn and Best Western Plus Park Place Inn Mini Suites. Both hotels are on Harbor Blvd directly across from the entrance to Disneyland , the entrances are about 30 meters apart. My error did make for a good comparison of the properties, for so if you are wondering about the differences, here are my observations. Both are well maintained and updated older hotels. They both have very robust free breakfasts and standard pools. The convenience to the parks is fantastic. Both provide parking, though the regulations are different. Advantages of Park Place Inn Mini Suites Easiest access if arriving from the 405 South. This hotel is one of the very few where you can turn left on Harbor directly into the hotel. To enter the Anaheim Inn you will need to exit on Disney Drive and circle back. The Park Place Inn is the absolute closest to the park exit…directly across from the stop light. Advantages of Anaheim Inn Only 30 meters farther from the park, and depending on your actual room assignment it might be closer for you than the Park Place Inn Mini Suites. Free parking versus $10 a day at the Mini Suites, and though both hotels do not allow you to park until 1 pm on day of arrival, Anaheim Inn allows you to stay until 6 pm day of departure versus the Mini Suites requiring you to exit by 3 pm. The checkout time for the Anaheim Inn is noon, versus 11 am at the Park Place Inn. The only advantage I see to the Park Place Inn Mini Suites is if you get the park view room facing Harbor and are back in the hotel instead of inside the park for the fireworks. Both are good options, but for me in the future I will choose the Anaheim Inn.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff great and really took care of our family. With the close proximity to the parks, it is very convenient. The also have a good breakfast to get you fueled for the fun days! We will return.

This was a great hostel to stay in. We were here for 5 days and enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to have breakfast there before we headed over to the park. The hotel is located right across the street from Disneyland. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there is a Dennys right next door.

This was our first stay at this hotel for my family's Thanksgiving trip to Disney. We stayed 3 nights in a room with 2 Queen beds. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean/updated with nice decor and had lots of towels for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each. We were on the second floor in the building close to the front. We did not notice too much noise, only some footsteps in the above room early one night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a huge plus. They have a very nice eating area inside with balcony seating outside also. The food was great with lots of options: eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles or pancakes, bagels, tortillas, breads, cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt and all the accompaniments. The location is prime! Every time we have gone to Disney we stay at one of the hotels in this same row directly across the street from the entrance to Disney near the crosswalk. It was such an easy walk especially since it was raining badly on Thanksgiving day. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to any families!

I always stsy at Best Western. The are always friendly and willing to help and answer my questions. They are the best. Location of the 2 Best Westernd I stay at are right across from the entrance of Disneyland.

Our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. Check in and check out are very easy. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is great with many options. The location is excellent, so close to the Disneyland park entrance. Parking can be tight but that is expected because of the location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during visit to Disneyland Very convenient location, right across from Disneyland. Great service from staff, very nice rooms. Car parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Would stay here again.

Very happy with the rooms, the rooms were very clean, even with a lot of kids the hotel was quiet, great hot breakfast included, close walking distance to Disneyland. I felt very safe walking in the area.

If you are going to Disneyland, this hotel is a fantastic option! It is less than a 10 minute walk to the park. The breakfast was good and it was great to enjoy a break from the park and relax in the pool before heading back to the parks.

I absolutely love this location and Best Western, in general. I've always chosen Best Western for every trip our family takes not only for the customer service but the amazing amenities. I highly recommend!

Convenient location to Disneyland. Noise at this hotel/motel was terrible. The cleaning staff with their carts and chatting was terrible. For the amount of money we paid, I would recommend that you stay elsewhere. We didn't sleep all that well.

Family trip to Disney . The location of this hotel can't be beat. The breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. This is our go to spot when we visit Disneyland.

Suite was very spacious. Already stocked with extra towels and toiletries. Love the free parking and breakfast included with stay. Very close walk to Disney which was main reason for stay. Will stay again if available and price is right.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Disneyland. The rooms are nice size, clean and comfy beds, and the location couldn't be better. It was right across the street from Disneyland and the breakfast is included and had every single thing you could imagine- even Nutella for the toast and powdered sugar for the French toast and three types of eggs. I always stay at this hotel when I go to Disneyland. It is right across the street, it has a free breakfast and the staff are wonderful. If you have to go back to your room early, you can see the fireworks

This was one of the closest hotels to the Disneyland Parks, easy to walk to and from park. Many restaurants within walking distance, and even a few choices just right downstairs. Rooms were a little small, but very nice and updated. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection to choose from. Next time we go to Disney we would pick this hotel again.

We had 3 nights at the Best Western Anaheim. The location was perfect for Disneyland / California Adventure Park. Even though the hotel is on the very busy Disney Way our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise during the night. The breakfast menu was excellent. We would highly recommend Best Western Anaheim and would definitely stay again.

This was so close to Disneyland!! It was so easy to walk to the park and if we needed to take a break during the day we could just walk back to the hotel and rest. The breakfast in the morning was awesome for a family of 7. We will stay again. The pool and the hot tub were great!

After having stayed at both Disneyland hotel and Paradise Pier we keep coming back to this location for a quick fun trip to Disneyland. Nice pool, usually not very full and a hot tub too. Beds are comfy and service is fine. Price has gone up since we started coming here 10 years ago but still good deal.

This is a great hotel, The rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is adequate with lots of hot and cold buffet choices, it was always well stocked with fresh food. Large Laundry room, costing $2.00 for washers, dryers and detergent. The pool and spa was a nice area to sit and relax after a long day at the park Just across the road from Disneyland makes this a perfect place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with how clean the rooms were kept and the wide variety of breakfast options. We would stay here again. Couldn't beat the location, just a hop and a skip to the main entrance to both parks.

This is a great hotel. Super location across from the main entry to both Disneyland and California Adventure. Takes about 10 minutes to walk. We had the Suite and it is fantastic. The king Bed is in a separate room off the main room (no door to this though) and has its own tv. The main room had 2 comfy queens, tv, a fridge and a cupboard. Loved that the basin was outside of the bathroom. With 3 adults and 2 kids we could have people washing hands and brushing teeth while others were showering. Rooms were super clean. Laundry was open 9am til quite late and cost $2 for the wash, $2 for detergent and $2 for the dryer. Takes quarters which the front desk can change for you. Breakfast was great. The kids loved it and so did we. Simple but nice. Fresh fruit, hot options, pastries, bagels, yogurt, coffee etc. Made it so easy to get started before a big day at Disney. Pool looked lovely. Just didn't have time with too much Disney fun. Loved that there was a 24hr Denny's next door and also a taco place, a pizza place and a sushi place next door too. On the walk to Disney there's a little shop behind the ice creamery that sells Mickey ears and headbands and gifts for a third of the price which was helpful for saving. We also went to the discount ticket place next door to the hotel which was really helpful with booking us some tickets to a medieval times theatre restaurant about 10 minutes away. Much cheaper than online. Was nice to go do something different one night. We all loved it. Was super fun eating dinner and watching the jousting battles. Only 10 minutes in an Uber to the shopping outlets. We got an Uber to the airport and it cost about $74usd in the people mover for 5 ppl. Would definitely stay here again. Great value in a winning location. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and easily accessible. Pool and hot tub were adequate for our needs - we were there for Disneyland, but the hot rum was great after walking all day! Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

This has become my very favorite hotel when visiting Disneyland. It's closer to the gates of Disney than 2 of the 3 on-site hotels, and much less expensive. The price includes breakfast, the rooms are always clean, express check-out is super convenient, and I earn points toward a free night stay with every visit! There's no room service, but there is a 24-hour Denny's next door and you could always have a pizza delivered. :)

This is my second home. The pool and hot tub are a good size but normally we are at the parks. Breakfast is a very good way to save on cost since its included in our stay. Hot and Cold items and plenty of space to eat. ( we like the outdoor patio with view of Guardians of the Galaxy and Space Mt. This is the only place I stay when at Disneyland, we live 6 hours away and stay every 6-8 wks 2 to 4 days at a time.

This motel was part of a Costco/Disneyland package so I don't know the non-package pricing but it should be competitive. A three story external entrance building with a large room (with terrace) for the enhanced continental breakfast included. AC unit is NOT by the bed which eliminates a direct breeze. Practically across the street for the east entrance to the Disney complex but also in walking distance to other restaurants and stores.

I had a very good week's stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how close to Disneyland this hotel is [over the road!] There is also a Dennys Diner next door and a Cold Stone ice cream parlour, [bonus] My room was large with plenty of drawers and shelves and I had a king sized bed with 6 pillows to chose from. Fluffy white towels and free toiletries, an iron and ironing board, a fridge, microwave and hair dryer all provided. I was just a tad disappointed with the breakfasts, [paper plates!! what's that about?] although it was free. I am a vegetarian and struggled to find vegan food. I did suggest to the staff that I would have liked to find tomatoes, beans and mushrooms, hashbrowns perhaps... there was however a range of juices and milks, eggs, pancakes, bagels, muffins, bread to toast, cereal and toppings, oats, yogurts, grapes and lots of jams, maple syrup etc

This hotel was clean and had all the necessities. I thought this was a great location right near Disneyland and able to walk there. Ample parking. They had great breakfast options, fresh and awesome coffee!

Thank you "Best Westren" for allowing us to park at the hotel before check in. This saved us from moving our vehical three times during our stay, as well as, saved us $$. This feature was huge! Your kindness has left an impression on us and we will most diffently be looking at you for further stays. I was a surprise to also receive an up grade to our room, as well. Your staff went up and beyond their duty to shows us kindness. We also enjoy the hot breatfast with your sweet staff ready for service. Thank you, The Clark's

Would highly recommend staying at the Best Western. We have stayed at various places in Anaheim (from Australia), however we have rebook the last three stays at The Best Western, we recommend this to all of our friends whom also are travelling to Anaheim. Made reservations several months prior to taking trip. During that time we experienced a family tragedy. To try and help I last-minute invited some other family member children if they would like to accompany us. I knew we would be rather crowded in the large suite that I had reserved but I figured we'd be in the park all day anyway so it would be OK... maybe even fun. It did not occur to me that we now had more people in the suite than what I had originally reserved.... that is, until the hotel staff was exceedingly rude, condescending and accusatory to my wife when she went to see if we could get a fold-out bed/cot. "We counted and you have more people in that room than what you had reserved so no, you may not have a fold-out bed." Wow. Thanks. And my wife had one of these children with her so it was a great reminder to her, too, regarding why she was there. I guess we had to be "punished" in addition to essentially being told that we had been "dishonest". Didn't ruin the entire trip but it was fairly somber there for a bit. A few hours in the park the next morning and we had forgotten about it. Nevertheless this was just pathetic and unnecessary.

Pros: - Excellent location, just across from the Disneyland entrance - Free breakfast (which isn't high quality, but the price is right) - Clean, modern rooms Cons: - The rooms feel very damp/humid. No amount of AC can make up for it. I don't even know how it happens, given the SoCal climate. - No safe in rooms for valuables - Exterior entry to rooms - Noisy AC makes it hard to hear anything else Overall it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

We booked 2 nights at this location because of it proximity to Disneyland. It did not disappoint! This hotel is right across the street from Disneyland, offers free parking, free wifi and free breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a small pool on site. Breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety of things to choose from. We definitely would recommend staying here.

First of all, I've been to plenty of hotels, namely Best Westerns in the past year and this experience was single handedly and by far the absolute worst I have ever had at ANY hotel EVER. Before I even leave town: Me and 5 friends purchase a room for 6 on Expedia. The night before we leave I receive a message through Expedia from management (at least I assumed it was a manager) asking me to 'reconfirm' my reservation and provide an email AND my physical home address. Not once in my life have I had to provide any of this information before my stay. What if I had not seen the Expedia message? I have a very busy email inbox and could have missed it. Would this have cancelled my reservation only to find out after driving 4 hours from Las Vegas to Anaheim? I can understand asking for my email but doesn't Expedia already provide that information to the hotel? And why is my physical address needed? This is an absolute FIRST out of dozens of hotels I have stayed at. This was inconsistent, and downright strange. Upon arrival: My car can accommodate up to 5 people. As there were 6 of us total, we decided to take 2 cars; 3 people per car. My friends had valuables they wanted to leave with the hotel staff while we do the theme park all day. However they refused to store any of our luggage for us and insisted we leave everything in our car. Literally thousands of people walk by these parking lots every day as it's right across the street from the theme park. How could you not accommodate the ability to keep our luggage with electronics and valuables safe. They also could not accommodate another parking space for my friend's car. They told us to pay $20 for the night at a parking garage quite a distance away and drag their luggage all the way to the room. Upon check in: After our day at the theme park we walk back to the hotel. I tell the man at the front desk we are checking in and he asks for my last name. He says I am at the wrong Best Western because he can't find me. I tell him I'm well aware of the location I'm staying at and he insists I'm wrong. After some awkward silence he asks if we did pre registration and I tell him yes. He starts telling me that I'm NOT checking in and that I ALREADY checked in and now I'm just "collecting the room key" even though he's clearly implying that 'pre registration' and 'check-in' are two completely different things. They photo copy your ID during the 'pre registration' and clip it to a copy of your receipt so they can pull it up when you 'collect your room keys'. I'm half Asian. Clearly. But this guy pulls the first Asian profile he finds and says "that's you". More awkward silence. I feel that this guy just passively aggressively racially insulted me. I literally am speechless as I just look at him. He puts the profile back in the drawer and pulls my ACTUAL profile, and gives me the room keys. No apology whatsoever. The room: It's noisy. Like, abnormally noisy. It's all from the AC unit they have in the wall. A 6 person room needs AC, so I guess it's either everyone sweats or nobody sleeps. The pictures on Expedia showed off 3 different bathroom models. There's only one bathroom. And it's tiny. A 6 person suite. One tiny bathroom. Alright. I hate complaining. And generally I hate people that complain. Life isn't perfect. I don't expect perfect. I can bite my cheek for a LOT. And I mean A LOT. Will I stay at another Best Western? Of course. I'm not going to redcon the company for 1 terrible experience vs the countless other great experiences I've had. But this was such an awful outlier, such an awful experience, that I couldn't NOT write a review. Check my history, I don't go around hating anything I can. This place deserved this novel of a review.

This place is our second home. The moment you get in you would feel that you are actually in Disneyland! starting from the front desk. You can see the main Disney entrance from there! The sound of the fire works would shake you and call you to the massive balcony to get a close up view. Do not forget to enjoy the pool!. As a whole you would love this place.

Excellent location. Disneyland is right across the street. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little bit too soft for me, but the rest of my family enjoyed the beds very much. Parking is free. The complimentary breakfast buffet tasted good. The staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is great for a trip to Disneyland. It's across the street from a main gate, it's clean and well kept. The free breakfast buffet is fantastic, good variety of food, well-stocked and clean plus it has outdoor seating which is great. The breakfast staff is awesome, they stay on top of replenishing and cleaning throughout the breakfast rush. The rooms are super clean and spacious, plenty of towels, the cleaning staff is great. The beds are really comfortable, lots of extra pillows. For the money you save staying here instead of a Disney property it's well worth it.

We chose this hotel for the location and for the price we paid it was perfectly fine. Good breakfast. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite but the second bedroom had no window. Because of that the air quality could be better. However for a short stay when you spend all your day in the parks this hotel is a excellent choice.

Great breakfast and right across the street from Disneyland and California adventure park and downtown disney! Wonderful pool and hot tub... They have a laundry room as well! Just bring your own laundry soap.

This hotel is the next best thing instead of staying at an actual Disneyland hotel. Super short walk to the park. Great breakfast, there are options for any eaters! The room was clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed here for a week in July. The front desk staff were friendly and honored our request for a room near the front of the hotel. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and well stocked. The staff in the breakfast room were helpful and courteous and the selection of both hot and cold items was wonderful. Breakfast is available from 6:30 until 10:00 and no matter what time we went for breakfast there was always a great selection, and they refill anything that is running low immediately. Parking is tight, but no matter what time we arrived back to the hotel there was somewhere to park. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Disneyland and surrounding area. It is close to many restaurants and stores. My only disappointment was that there was not an in-room safe.

We stayed at this hotel because it was recommended by a friend and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel is located across the road from Disneyland, the entrance is a minute away. The location was handy considering we were travelling with a 5 year old. The hotel isn't 5 star fancy, but the facilities are great. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options including waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, cereal, toast etc, the options vary daily. The buffet food is constantly being refreshed when the food runs out.' The hotel is also located near lots of dining options, I totally recommend Tony Roma's next door or Mimi's Cafe down the road. The Cheesecake Factory is also a 13 minute walk away. There is a small convenience store next door to the hotel, but we preferred to walk down the road to Walgreens or CVS pharmacy for grocery needs because they had a bigger selection. Guests are allowed one parking space, this was handy when driving to Legoland or the outlets . The only cons of the hotel are minor, the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom and shower has a shower curtain which seems common in the USA. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy to have a large room with plenty of space for our things. The bed was very comfortable. At breakfast we could sit outside. The juices were refreshingly chilled and the blueberry bagel tasted very good with cream cheese. The location of the hotel is great because it is only a few steps away from Disneyland.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we will definitely stay here again while visiting Disney Land! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice & friendly staff, and a decent hot breakfast. Also a very close walk to the main entrance of Disney. They also have a nice warm pool and Jacuzzi (small, but very clean). Only complaint was the room was on the small size, with a ton of furniture crammed in. Made fitting all of our belongings tough, but we managed. We are a family of 4, with a stroller and play pen for the youngest.

I was really disappointed in this hotel room. The price was cheap but so was the room. The bathroom was very small. Almost didn't have room to close the door. The beds are advertised as a double, but in real life it is a full size bed from the 70's. Two adults could just barely lay side by side in it. The up side to the bed was it was clean unlike the floors. I have never seen floors that dirty. I went swimming with the granddaughter then straight to the shower and my feet were black from the carpet. I would look around a bit before booking at this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel is directly across from Disney land. The Continental breakfast Has a wide variety of food that has something for everyone to enjoy. If you plan to visit Disneyland. This is one of the closest hotels unless you stay in the park. We were able to leave the hotel and get into Disney within 10 to 15 minutes of walking. Super close. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and even when we had one problem they fixed immediately. This was really one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I don't always give 4 to 5 stars but the Best Western plus Anaheim inn definitly deserves 5 stars. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland , staying at the Best Western plus Anaheim inn will be one of your best decisions

This location is literally right across the street from Disneyland Harbor entrance. Be complete hot breakfast they offer each morning make such a difference with not going into the park hungry. Rooms are great and staff are very kind and helpful.

Best place to spend.your money, when you know you have choices to make, dont have to think hard about this one, This hotel is by far if not is the best to get your money's worth, super close walking distant to theme park, No valet to worry about and have to pay extra or excess dollars for, the best think of this hotels was the privacy, couldnt even here or feel others guest as they walked or scurries by, like your "other" hotels near you..

Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast varies slightly day to day, but had pancakes, waffles, potatoes, toast, doughnuts, English muffins, Danish, sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc. Comfortable beds. Really low water pressure in the shower, but have this problem almost everywhere we go. Right across the street from Disneyland.

Free parking, and perfect location makes this place a great choice for visiting Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious. Minor cosmetic blemishes keep it from a 5 star rating, but very happy with our stay here. You can hear and see the Disney fireworks from your room.

Convenient stay. Close to Disneyland (walking distance) and a few restaurants to chose from. It was a perfect stay for us. My parents a bit older and it was nice to have them walk back to the hotel when they got tired. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely consider another stay. My only complaint is the noise at night. People that were coming back late night (we got in just before midnight). People could be heard running/stomping around and slamming their room doors. Since we stayed during the week day, we could hear trucks working in about 7 am.. either dump trucks or construction. Obviously the noise is not in the hotel management's control but thought I'd mentioned it for those light sleepers.

Stayed here for a Disney trip. The location was amazing, right at the front gate. The hotel was nice, pretty quiet, though there was construction that started bright and early behind it. Breakfast was great for a continental fare. Pool was small, but hot tub was big, used that at night. I feel like the rooms had way too much furniture in them for the size they were, but they were clean and everything was nice looking. Parking for one car was included, but the parking lot was small and cramped, hard to find and then get into spaces, though we did find one every time. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland. Just a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. You can even see the fireworks from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room is a little small, but we were only there to sleep so it was perfect for myself and 2 kids. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

If you want a place to stay for Disneyland this is great value! Great rooms, a nice pool, and breakfast in the morning. The park being across the street was convenient for kid napping schedules and when it got to hot, we just ran to the pool.

Stayed here in with my family on one of our many trips to Disney land. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a small issue with the tub not draining but maintenance took care of it immediately. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating on the balcony that overlooks the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location! This has to be the best hotel location wise when visiting Disneyland. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children - 11 and 13 years on our first trip to Disneyland. We were in a Mini Suite - 2 queens and a sofa bed. This room was perfect for us. Spacious given the 4 of us in one room along with our 4 large suitcases. Our room 272 was on the 2nd floor towards the front. The room was fairly quiet considering it's a middle room and relatively close to the road Although quite strange having the basin and mirror area in the main room rather than the bathroom, it worked quite well as it freed up the bathroom There's a coffee maker in the room which I used a couple of times. And a vending machine downstairs next to reception and a couple near the pool The pool is nice but doesn't get much afternoon sun and not very big for the number of hotel guests. But we never had any trouble getting a lounger and the pool was never crowded. I guess everyone is here for the parks. Spa pool is good - Turn on bubbles for more enjoyment (we didn't find these til the 2nd day) Very handy having a laundry on-site. We used it twice in our 3 night stay - $2 detergent $2 wash $2 dry - requires quarters Breakfast is definitely a bonus - sets you up for a big day at Disneyland. There's plenty of options to keep everyone happy - our kids loved the pancakes. Served upstairs in the restaurant next to the hotel reception. They use all throw away plates and cutlery which was a bit disappointing - it probably assists in getting the large numbers through quickly but is such a waste. I couldn't believe the amount of trash that is produced every breakfast! THE closest hotel to the Disney entrance - most others are very close too but we would definitely come back here. I forgot our tickets the first night we went across to Disneyland - and it took me 10 minutes to get back out the Disney gates cross the road get to the room grab the tickets and go back to Disneyland. Super quick! We returned to the hotel each afternoon while at the park - for a rest, swim and to eat nearby Staff were all very helpful and friendly and happy. Kept our bags on last day while we went back for one last go at Disneyland. We couldn't fault this place especially for the price. Definitely value for money and we will return one day

The walk to disneyland main gates made this our choice as it was our first visit staying off property. However the walk was so fast and easy. Araceli (spelling?) At the front desk was always pleasant and wonderful to deal with. Breakfast was standard but gets food in the belly! I just wish we didnt have to stay in the dining room, having a toddler who only eats a few bites at a time especially early made it take super long for breakfast or having to buy something in the park early. Would have like to taken her banana and muffin with us when we were done however saw multiple people stopped from taking food out. Overall it was a great inexpensive option to stay offsite but super fast walk. Pool &spa were clean, only used the spa which needs to be resurfaced as it pulled/ruined our swim suit bottoms just from sitting. Rooms were stuffy from being closed and having rainy weather but once the air conditioner was on it went away.

Great Hotel, Great breakfast included and the beds are very comfortable!!! Right across the street from Disneyland. Walking distance. Kinda pricey but worth the stay and location. Could offer better deals since I stay at a Best Western all the time!

I was quite pleased with my stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. The room was clean, spacious and had nice bedding. I like that the window coverings are wood shutters instead of drapes. The bathroom counter was spacious enough for all my necessities. The bathroom itself was large and spotless. The only thing missing were additional hooks to hang the bath towels. The towels hang over the toilet so an additional rack or hook would have been nice. Honestly, that is my only suggestion for improvement. We arrived quite a few hours before check in and our room was not ready. We were able to stow our bags and head to the park. Our room was ready at 3:00 as promised. The walk to Disneyland was quick and easy. We did not come back to the room during the day but it would have been easy to do so given the close proximity to the park. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean and close to the parks. Employees are very nice. We had a noisy broken thing in our toilet when we checked in. They had it fixed before we got back from dinner. Breakfast is ok. Fresh waffles or a pancake machine would make it better. But it works. The beds are ok, it would be nice to have a queen bed instead of a double but I am not sure the rooms are that big. Sleeping was hard we are used to a king bed. One of my 4 year old granddaughters favorite things was the basket of apples in the lobby. She loved sneaking in and getting an apple.

Hotel is literally 5mins away from the Disney parks. Which is great for taking mid day breaks from the parks. The breakfast buffet is nice. It has so many options for everyone. Right off the freeway too which is nice when you venture off and about.

We chose this property for the location to Disneyland and the very complete breakfast. Hot and cold cereal, toast, fruit eggs, meat, pastries, and beverages. After a full breakfast we're ready to hit the park without the cost of an expensive restaurant. Like other properties in a vacation destination, there are, what I call 'garbage fees', attached to the room rate; there is no escaping them. This is our hotel of choice when going to Disneyland, and really is worth it, because of the breakfast!

Stayed for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Room was clean with lots of room. No door on separate bedroom which would have been nice. Wi-Fi worked great. Quite noisy but it is an older motel, which has been renovated. Very good location to Disney. Only disappointment was they have a strict rule, no food can leave breakfast area. We have teenagers who want to sleep in which makes things more enjoyable for us, but this meant we had tho wake them up or eat elsewhere. Never have I seen this rule at any hotel, we always take a bagel, yogurt and donuts back to our kids with no issue. Food was good though, usual stuff in a breakfast area. Also they have a sign saying no uber pickup but the uber drivers came in anyways, we used Uber a lot, so glad this wasn't an issue. Overall pros are greater than cons.

We stayed at the Best Western in Anaheim for two nights when we were visiting Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure Park. The complexity and offerings of their free breakfast was staggering...AMAZING selection and very well taken care of. Our rooms were clean, the parking lot was secure and the hot tub was relaxing in April! We will stay again when we visit Disneyland in the future! The hotel is across the street from Disneyland!! Perfect Location!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very easy to get to Disneyland and back. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Didn't drive so not sure about cost of parking. I would stay there again.

We choose this hotel since it was across the street from Disneyland. Our room was clean and always tended to and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was a hit for my little family. They had something for everyone to enjoy.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were offered free breakfast which had variety of food options. The location was great. We walked to Disney parks and were able to go back and forth in one day to rest and get pack to park. There were no parking fees, just $10 resort fee is what we paid.

We stayed here last year in June and we loved it so much we told our family. They joined us for Disneyland vacation because we told them of the convenience of this property. Free breakfast, wifi and parking! Literally walking distance from the gate. We were able to go to the park after breakfast roam around, come back to hotel relax in hot tub shower up and walk back to Disneyland everyday because it was so close by. Definitely recommend for families on budget. Yes there is other cheaper alternatives near by but this place is CLEAN, well managed, friendly personnel, next to Dennys and McDonalds. We did the Cheesecake Factory which is also within walking distance. Overall wonderful experience.

We stayed here over Easter weekend and it was great! Our TV wasn't working at first and our shower had little water pressure but I called the front desk and they fixed the TV and installed a BRAND NEW SHOWER HEAD while we were still at the park :) We will be staying here again next time we come to Disneyland!!

The room is so nice and all the staff were friendly. We had an inter-connecting room (2 adults in one, 2 adults and 2 kids in the other). We only stayed one night and this was the perfect location for our 2 day visit to Disney (5 minute walk to main gate). We were allowed an early check in, and then able to leave our vehicle parked on the second day. This allowed us to enjoy the 2 days. The beds were comfortable and the shutters block out the light. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

I can't say enough about this Hotel price was good beds were very comfortable breakfast was amazing. It's right across the street from Disneyland. This is my second stay here and I plan on making this my home away from home I go to Disneyland once a year for a week and this is the best place to stay. You can't get much closer to Disneyland than this. The property is well maintained, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and the breakfast room is large so we could always find a place to sit. The rooms are a bit small for two queen beds, but clean. Having an in room microwave and refrigerator is nice when traveling with children although there are several family friendly restaurants are near by. We had a couple of small requests and the staff was very accommodating. Over all an excellent value.

Will definately stay here again. It was so close to the parks gates. The warm breakfast was a nice way to start the day. When our legs and feet were to tired to go any more, the pool and hot tub helped revive us for more walking.

Pros: The room was spacious, plentiful with towels, and smelled clean. The check in process was so easy and quick. It was a huge bonus being right across the street from Disneyland. We stayed in room 201, very close to the entrance of the hotel and not a long haul down the very long hallways. Breakfast is among the best I've had at a hotel with free breakfast. Hot and cold options were available. Cons: request to not stay below the breakfast room, 630AM every day it sounded like a herd of elephants crossing our ceiling!! To make matters worse the cafe staff slam the broom and bucket along the upstairs wooden floor which is louder than toddlers running back and forth. We did lose hot water 1 night our stay. I was approached by one of the staff asking if I was enjoying my stay. I told her about the issue and by the time we finished eating breakfast, it was resolved!

My family enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast withwlots of choices. The hotel is across the streettreet from Disneyland. Can enjoy several hours Disneyland and take a rest at the hotel and back again. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

A great location for your next visit to Disneyland! Clean, updated rooms, friendly staff and breakfast each morning made our holiday terrific! We were able to take a break in the afternoon to relax by the pool before returning for the evening events in the park. :)

Right across the street from Disneyland Resort and they offer suites. Breakfast is at 6:30, so time before parks open to get a bite to eat. The suite has a king and 2 queens, plenty of room for everyone as and pretty quiet too.

We visit Disneyland very often and this is our #1 choice hotel! Across the street from the park, nice breakfast and parking included. Not fancy but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Watched the fireworks from my bed!!

Best Western Plus is directly across the street from Disney. We loved being so close where we could come and go as we pleased. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices for picky teens as well as adults. Our room was small but who cares as we were only in it to sleep. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores you can walk to which we found handy. The pool is small so if you want a place to lounge and relax this might not be the place for you. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are only ok but the location is great. My family went to Disneyland in hot temperatures...we would walk back to the room in heat if the day and return in the evening. Pool is not great. Small and not a great space. Breakfast was usual...hot continental. If you have small kids and need to break up the day I recommend this place

Very close to main gate, room was large, quiet, with lots of storage, especially around bathroom. Free breakfast wasn't anything special but the dining area was large and even had outdoor seating. Compares favorably to other hotels nearby, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Disneyland. This hotel is very close to the main entrance. Our room was great, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good for the quality and selection. We've stayed at other properties along that area and this was the nicest.

Walking distance to all the local attractions, restaursnts, bars, and clubs. Quiet at night. Clean rooms! Friendly staff. Service, rooms, and amenities can be as expected from a Best Western Plus. Would stay again.

If you are looking for a great hotel to stay close to Disneyland this is the place to stay. The price is affordable and the service is that of a five star hotel. Exceptional customer service, great breakfast, very very clean and quiet. During our stay and once the door was closed we did not hear any outside noise or noise from the other rooms. Considering we had three rooms with grandkids in each room that is amazing as our grandkids make a lot of noise. We and our family members will be staying here for each of Disneyland trips. I had messed up our reservation and this hotel went above and beyond to help us fix it after we arrived. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

This older hotel is fairly well maintained and comfortable. If you bring a big vehicle the parking is cramped. The pool/hot tub are small but clean. The beds are good. The breakfast is quite decent, except for the cardboard pancakes. Proximity to Disney is great.

A site heavily booked for Convention Center events or Disneyland was surprisingly friendly, accommodating (parking) and well managed. The front desk staff and the breakfast room crew were all professional, yet courteous and friendly. The room was good, and the cleanliness well done. A site well worth visiting again. A reflection of very good on-site management!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The cleanliness and aesthetic is beautiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, with plenty of options. The location is perfect! We love to stay here.

A very well secured and caring place with the very best people with beautiful breakfast. It takes just 3 minutes to reach the Disney gate from the lobby and the windows are your big screen for the late night fire works. Dining and department stores are next to the property. One can easily go to the Disney and comeback for lunch a little break and even enjoy the great pool area with hot Jacuzzi pool for kids. It is a classic hotel with a class. The huge highly secured car parking lot is next to your room. Besides the housekeeping is five star. Everyday you get a new fresh and clean room

Our 4th vist to Anaheim and our 1st stay in this hotel, Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a great brakfast buffet. About 5 minutes from the entrance to Disneyland We had a King Size Bed room, with fridge, and Microwave. We had a late checkout (12.00pm) on our last day and the staff held our bags for us until our shuttle to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Would be our first choice next time we visit, highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice motel with a very friendly staff. The problem is they always seem to be sold out. The rates are very competitive, but you have to book real early. He's motels along so Harper are very very convenient to the entrance of Disneyland

Right across the street from DIsneyland you can't beat the location, rooms are clean and nicely decorated with a small fridge and nice amenities. Staff very nice and helpful especially letting us park ahead of check in so we were able to go into the park. The rooms are noisy with people coming and going if that bothers you I suggest the top floor would be quieter but then you have stairs to take everything up and down. The breakfast was one of the best with lots of selection for everyone- French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage etc,etc, coffee could have been better it was a bit weak in my opinion.

We love to visit this hidden gem located within the Disney "jungle" . It is always clean and safe, a short walking distance and the staff always make you feel welcome and appreciated as their guests. The breakfast is a big bonus with variety, quick, easy and cost effective.

If you are looking for proximity to the parks, you can't get closer to Disneyland without staying in the park itself at a much more expensive hotel! Anaheim Inn by West Western is a great value. Friendly people, comfortable beds and parking.

We have stayed here several times throughout the years. Great location across the street from Disneyland. There are also several food places nearby. Denny's, IHOP, Cold Stone, Tony Roma's, McDonald's, Panera and Mimi's Cafe are all close by along with several other places within a short walking distance. It's quiet with remodeled guest rooms, fitness, laundry, and breakfast rooms. The staff is always friendly and professional. We've never had any major issues here. The staff at the front desk always calls after check in to see if we need anything and let's us know they are available if any issues arise. The housekeeping is amazing and keeps the room fully stocked with everything from towels to tea & coffee. There is free breakfast in the morning on the 3rd floor. Eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, potatoes, cereal, fruit, bread, danishes, etc. The breakfast room has seating inside and patio outside. One thing that could be an issue is parking. The spaces are kind of tight. If driving a bigger vehicle, some maneuvering will have to be done in order to fit properly. Other than that, it's one of the best places to stay. I look forward to visiting here again.

We stayed here for our anniversary trip to Disneyland, I had read a lot of reviews before booking and one of the main things we liked was how close it was to the parks, and the breakfast had great reviews We really did enjoy the breakfast there were many options to eat, hot and cold choices. We were thrilled at how close it was to the street intersection crossing into Disney's property! All of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful The only complaints we could think of is how hard the bed was and how thin the walls are. We were woken up a few times because a baby kept crying during the night in the room next to us that was an optional joined suite with the door in between the rooms. The second night we piled all the extra pillows around the door to try and block the noise. This was only a frustration to us because we left our own baby home for this trip and we were looking forward to a night without a baby crying. We would probably consider staying here again if they were to get some more comfortable beds.

The location is super convenient if you're going to Disneyland or Disney California Adventure. Clean hotel with free breakfast and friendly front desk workers. My only suggestion is to bring earplugs. The rooms are relatively quiet but if you're a light sleeper, the street noise and guests with rolling luggage might be a bother.

This was our first visit to Disneyland so we wanted somewhere close. It is very close to the park entrance. A few things that differentiate this hotel from others--Parking is included in your hotel stay--other hotels charge for parking. Breakfast is great--Its the usual buffet style food (scrambled eggs, hashed browns, cold cereal, sausage, etc) but its just what you need to start your day. The rooms are updated and clean. We didn't spend much time in our room as we spent all day in Disney, but it was nice to have a clean place to return to at the end of a long day. Also free WiFi is a nice plus to download all your Disney pics as well as send them off to family and friends. I would strongly recommend this place. Close proximity to the park makes it an ideal location. Book early because this place sells out fast.

This place is amazing. We had a party of ten traveling from Colorado. We got to the hotel WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too early however we were accommodated with three rooms all next to each other in which two were joining. PERFECT. Breakfast saved us at least $500 considering we had 10 in our group! Quiet! Beds were great! Rooms clean. 6 minute walk to Disneyland!!!!!! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!!!!!!!!!

We went for our Disneyland trip and usually stay further away but this time around decided to stay closer. The location is great after a long day at the park. Room was comfortable. And the breakfast was better than I expected. Price was a little higher than I like but would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, we were checked in promptly. The rooms were updated and clean. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. Very convenient, especially for our toddler's nap time. Breakfast was good and helped fuel our mornings. Easy checkout. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips.

The location of this hotel was ideal for our Disneyland visit. The staff was very friendly and able to provide tickets to the Disneyland parks to avoid the ticket lines at the gate. The room was very nice and comfortable. We did have a small issue with the TV, but the hotel service tech was on site very quickly and solved the issue fast and with a smile. The breakfast area is on the 3rd floor so find the elevator before starting out. That said the breakfast area is large with indoor and outdoor seating. It is clean and offered a good hot breakfast to start the day with.

Wonderful to be so close to the park, we had great breakfasts every morning from the buffet, and then went off to play in the parks. It's not a resort by any means, it is a functional place to spend the night while enjoying your Disney vacation. If you're not headed there I wouldn't recommend, but if you are, a great place to stay.

What would you pay to be within a half mile of the Anaheim CC? Pretty sure that's what the management of this hotel asks when setting rates. Hundreds of dollars per night for a Motel 6 experience. Noisy, staff unwilling to notify noisy neighbors.

It was our first time in the US. And with a kid, it was but necessary we visit Disneyland. Naturally, as it was our first time, my sister booked the most strategic hotel which was directly in front of the park, the Best Western Inn. It was the best choice. We were able to maximize our time at the park and at the end of the day we won't have to worry about travelling back to some place far. We stayed for 4 days with free unlimitted breakfast. Our rooms were always clean, sheets were fresh and the bathrooms were immaculate. Home away from home.

The hotel is in a great location just across the road from the Main Disney entrance. We had four nights at the motel which offered free parking and a basic breakfast, included in the price. The rooms are a little small but clean and was well serviced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good value for the price and location.

Nice place to stay if you want to be very close to Disneyland. Also within walking distance of restaurants and light shopping. Great staff and friendly service. Not to mention a free breakfast each morning to start the day off right. We loved the fact that the pool and hot tub stayed open until 10:30each night. We took advantage of this to soak our tired feet.

We stayed here during our Disney vacation. Location! Location! Location! Directly across the street from Disneyland and California Adventure. They have free parking for guests, even let us park our car early the first day (check in at desk FIRST) but didn't get room assigned until after normal check-in times. The breakfast is one of the best “free” hotel breakfasts I've ever had with a nice selection of hot items, pastries, cereal etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for a government/military rate if you qualify. Lastly, brace yourself for the “governor's share” of taxes, tourism fees and visitor fleecing. It will add 15-20% to your bill. We will definitely stay here again the next time!

Have stayed at this hotel several times: with my husband and once with my granddaughter; this time with a travel buddy. We chose the two room suite because we both snore, lol. We were only there two nights, a quick girls trip to Disneyland, so although we weren't in the room much, it worked perfectly us. It would also be a super set-up for a family, having a living room area with a hide-a-bed, two queen beds in an adjoining room, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. Very spacious.

We had three families in our group stay here because of the free parking, free breakfast and close walking proximity to Disneyland. We were thrilled with all aspects of our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful! We never had to wait more than a minute for the elevator, which was excellent! A cart was available to help with luggage and it was wonderful to watch the fireworks from the balcony each night we were out of the park! Loved it and will be back!

This is a very convenient place to stay when visiting Disneyland. It is a very quick walk over to the entrances for Disneyland and California Adventure Park. The breakfast is a very good value and plenty of items for adults and children. There is Denny's and IHOP within a very short walking distance of less than 3 minutes for evening dining if you want to avoid paying for food inside the parks.

Has been our go to hotel for our annual Disney Christmas trips. Have gone as a family of four and as a group for up to ten with the inlaws and my parents. This hotel has been able to accommodate us all. Plenty our take our food within walking distance and breakfast at the hotel can fuel you up for a long day at Disneyland. Can't beat the location!

We couldn't believe how close we were to Disney property when we arrived at this hotel. Check in was quick and painless considering we had just flown from London and battled 5pm traffic! We were given room 201 directly above reception. The breakfast room in directly above. We found this out at 6am the following morning when kids were running riot and chairs were being dragged along the floor. Whilst in the breakfast room it doesn't sound like a lot of noise, it certainly did when you're below it. After 3 mornings of this I cracked and asked to move rooms for the next 2 evenings. We don't have kids and we enjoy a sleep until it's necessary to get up (park opens at 0900 whilst we were there). I understand that some don't mind these rooms though! Anyway, the hotel staff were great and moved us room to room 333 which is right at the other end on the top floor. Looking at the reviews on here, the hotel know the rooms directly below the breakfast room cause an issue. Parking was free and you're able to park here until 6pm on the day of departure which is good. Breakfast was free, not to my taste as i enjoy a good IHOP breakfast which was conveniently located 2 doors down! The rooms themselves were fine. Room 201 was a King room and the shower didn't seem to have much water pressure. Room 333 was a twin queen room and was a much better room! I'm actually sad that we didn't get this room initially and it was seen as a 'downgrade' when we requested a change of room! much better room. It is a dated property, and it only seemed value for money due to the location. if this property was a few miles away, we'd expect to pay half the price of what we paid.

Hotel is right across from Disneyland and we were able to see the fireworks from the hallway in front of our room at 9:30 pm each night during our stay last week in December. Front desk Jeannette was friendly and helpful and we were able to get our Disneyland ticket when we checked in to save some time the next day from queuing at the gate. Keep in mind there are 2 Best Western Plus hotel directly across from Disneyland. This one does not charge for parking, and the breakfast area is in-house on the third floor with friendly staff and warm food (eggs, sausage/ham/turkey patty, potatoes). Our 2 double beds room on the second floor were relatively clean with the usual Best Western amenities. Our room has a connecting door to the next room. This hotel appears to have been well maintained even though it is old, judging from the old window air conditioning unit that was loud when turned on. Room and area were relatively quiet except for some kids running down the hallway in the morning, which is not unexpected for a Disney location. We would definitely stay at this Best Western location if/when we visit again.

We stayed here around Thanksgiving holiday. Since it was a last minute booking, we reserved a room with a roll-in shower as that was all that was left. It was nice that our room on the second floor was at the front of the property. The bad part was that this room was right under the breakfast room on the third floor. At 6:30 am we go a wake up call with all the footsteps and chairs moving from the floor above. It would have been ok if we were going to Disneyland in the morning but we had planned on sleeping in. Not that morning. Have to remember for next time. Also with this type of room, we didn't have a regular closet. Yes, there was a place to hang your clothes but it was in the bathroom and shower area. Next time, I will try to stay in a regular room without the roll in shower. Parking was free and it was nice to walk across the street to go to Disneyland. The room was nice with a small table and chairs, desk, drawers, microwave and a mini refrigerator. Breakfast was more than a continental breakfast with toast, eggs, meat (varies by day), potatoes, danish, juice, milk etc.

Great location across the Street from Disneyland hotel. Great service, clean rooms. Awesome breakfast included and free parking is a great perk. Real easy to find parking. Staff tends to guest needs with open arms.

Stayed overnight for Disneyland park hopper. Perfect to walk across street, free parking, beautiful holiday themed lobby, nice, clean room, awesome hot breakfast included. A little pricy but saved on parking & hassle od driving into Disneyland or time and fee if stayed somewhere else cheaper but had to Lyft Highly recommend

Super close to Disneyland! Loved being within walking distance to the parks. The room was updated and the breakfast was convenient but the don't let you take it back to your room.We could even see fireworks from outside our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Great location. Easily walk to Disneyland which is nice being that close after a long day in the park. Breakfast here makes up for the room price being a little higher. We save money on breakfast at hotel versus buying at Disneyland. My son loves watching the monorail go by in the morning.

First time staying here with my husband and 5 year-old. We normally don't book with Best Western, but the price was right and location was great and I believe I've finally found my go to hotel for Disneyland. Our double queen room was clean and with rather comfortable beds and the staff was friendly. I feel the parking is a bit tricky as the lot is very narrow. Also, the room was a bit over furnished. Neither of these issues will keep me from booking again. We didn't do breakfast here as there was a Denny's right next door. Maybe next time.

5 night stay Friday - Wednesday, ....called and messaged ahead for a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. Our room was a few doors away from both small wall outside our room which seems to amplify noise outside our room. Positives: clean room, mini fridge, microwave, decently comfortable bed, across from DL, good breakfast and staff called daily and left a message if we didn't answer to make sure we didn't have any needs since we opted to use the “do not disturb” sign and walk down the hall to the housekeeping staff for supplies as needed. Negatives: NOISE. Starting Saturday morning woken up sometime early due to people walking by, fell back asleep and during the 6 am o'clock hour woke up by an extremely loud garbage truck picking up what sounded like several metal bins. Felt like it went i for at least 20-30 min. Front staff said it happens 5 days out of 7 “due to the size of the hotel” and it was only going to be a “few minutes”. I'm assuming the garbage truck also picks up all the hotel/restaurant trash too on the same days which means the noise is longer than a “few minutes”. After a long day we got back to the hotel room late which was chilly and could hear loud music. Took me a while to figure out it the small window above the shower was wide open. Our hotel is close/next to the Grand Legacy hotel where they play music on the roof top. Couldn't reach the window until I grabbed the removable shower head and lowered the shower bench so I could climb on to it and shut the window with the shower head which helped warm the room up a little and lessen some of the music. Air conditioner/heater wasn't working correctly.....might have been my sleepy brain trying to push buttons that made it malfunction so I had to call the front desk and a nice maintenance guy walked me through resetting it. He would have came in to the room but we were already in PJs so I didn't want anyone in the room. Once we got the unit to work it was at least loud enough to drown out some of the noise. We heard A LOT from our room.....especially people with suitcases walking by our room and I'm assuming standing close by waiting for the elevator, or using the vending machine, cars with loud music various hours during sleeping hours. There was a small trash can outside our room that didn't help with the abrupt noise factor, a screaming kid in the room next door waking us up around 4 am a few nights. I mentioned the noise factor to front desk at some point and they claimed they “don't really” have any issues after 10 o'clock. Had to go buy and sleep with ear plugs to get one nights decent sleep but come 8 o'clock hour it was almost a constant amount of noise from rolling suitcases, people, trash and cars starting. I wouldn't say we are light sleepers either but we won't be staying here again due to the noise factor alone. On a positive note the all the early noise did get us up early to go to DL around ripe drop time.

Across the street from Disneyland and free hotel parking make this a very good choice. We parked in the hotel parking lot for 2 days and walked to the parks without having to move the car. The breakfast was standard free hotel breakfast but that was nice and easy for the morning.

I love staying here. We come a couple times a year to Disneyland and always stay here. The staff is always helpful, the cleaning staff are GREAT!! The staff have no problems with bringing extra pillows and towels.

My husband & I stayed here for a four night stay for our bucket list, Disneyland trip. From the warm and welcoming we were greeted with as we checked, the entire staff was truly wonderful from the beginning to the end of our stay, We had tons of questions that came up and they always had the answers for us, which was so helpful in that we were out of town and my husband needed over the counter medicines. They advised us of a nearby store we could walk to. Also, the breakfast staff was so delightful to chat with as they kept all of the buffet items filled with warm food. Every breakfast meal was totally delicious. Our room was cleaned ever so nicely each day with fresh linen and towels and amenities. Even when we had a TV issue, we called the Front Desk and a Maintenance Man was there within five minutes, as promised. He was friendly and got the problem resolved quickly too! We were totally amazed at the speed of service here at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. We were within walking distance of the Disneyland and many restaurants to eat at but we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast's here each day. We will heartily recommend this place to our family and friends!! One day, hopefully we will return to stay here again with such excellent service, clean room, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast's!!

Stayed here for 4 night during a Disneyland visit. Super good service at the front desk. I arrived late but I was given a nice room. I dropped off my bags and ran off for a dinner reservation. They took my luggage to my room on my absence. Room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable mattress.

Perfect hotel for our stay at Anaheim, in front of the entrance to disneyland and California adventure . We purchase the stay and Disney tickets and at our arrival we were given an envelope with the tickets and some gifts and discounts for downtown disney. The room had a lot of space, and for breakfast we had toasts, eggs, cereals, etc. Really good breakfast with a view of disney's entrance. Recomended

The location to Disney and Anaheim Convention Center is fantastic. Place a to eat all around. Staff here are wonderful!! You will love their service and amenities. Full hot breakfast each day from 6:30a-9:30am was good and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were great with outdoor shower to rinse off and plenty of towels. Made our whole family feel very welcome.

I'm sure Mary Poppins herself would approve of this hotel! My husband and I have visited Disneyland many times over the years with our now teenage children, and stayed in several hotels along Harbor Boulevard. This was my first time at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn, and we are already booked to return in 2019! The hotel( really motel in style) is a hop, step and jump across the street from the Disneyland entrance, has exceptional staff, all rooms have been recently refurbished, daily buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied and price is very reasonable for those who appreciate value for money! There are 2 buildings separated by a small guest pool, with the breakfast room on the second floor in the first building on Harbor Boulevard. We requested a top floor room in the second building, which was SO beautifully quiet, I used to step out the door to look around to see if we were the only guests!!(haha) Our room itself was an a reasonable size, with 2 queen beds. Finding a spot for luggage required a little creativity but it was ok. The microwave and mini fridge were very handy and parking was complimentary( rarer these days!!) Everything was spotless. The water pressure in the shower was water wise but always hot. House- keeping was of a good standard. Key access guest laundry in the first building was $2 to wash and $2 to dry. I would have liked only that the laundry open earlier, before the park opens. The breakfast was free and buffet style with plenty of seating inside, or on the balcony overlooking Harbor Boulevard. Hot and cold selections were available and staff were in attendance to take guests room numbers etc on arrival, replenish the buffet regularly and clear tables promptly. Very impressed. Above all, the staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are warm and welcoming, have a 24 hour front desk, assist with Disneyland tickets and special requests and leave a lasting impression that makes you want to return. And so we are!! Thank you, Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. You are practically perfect in my eyes.

We stayed one night here in November. The room was updated and clean. There was free parking which was nice. They let us keep our car there until 6pm after checking out in the morning. It also included a breakfast. The dining room was huge, no issue finding seating. They had lots of hot and cold options. Very pleased with what they had to offer. There is laundry that we used. Overall we would definitely stay there again, if the rooms were a little cheaper.

My reviews on here only seem like I complain... I have a much more rounded profile on yelp. The room was a standard motel room. My wife and mother got quite sick from the mildewy air conditioner. Also, we called ahead before we came and were told we could leave our bags at the front while we go into Disney, but they, in fact, lied to us: you cannot leave your bags after you've paid. "Sorry, we already have your money, so screw you," was the feeing I left with. There are too many hotels around here to waste time with the poor customer service and uncleanliness of this one. The room itself needed updating, and possibly a change of carpets. I passed by one room that smelled like stanky weed, but other than that one time, never smelled it there again. Other than the front desk, staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were just okay. Pretty standard for low priced motels. We visited another hotel this trip for a conference and there was a stark difference in bed quality. We had two queens and the AC is placed funny so that one person gets nothing, the other person on that bed gets everything and the other bed just sort of feels it.

I'm really sorry that your stay was compromised by the misunderstanding of leaving your bags at the front desk. The policy of holding luggage is only when you check-in or check-out. Right across the street from Disneyland. Parking was great. Staff is terrific. Room was super clean; bed and pillows are so comfortable. Like home away from home. 3rd floor request was met. Breakfast was nice. Dined al fresco on the large balcony with views of Disneyland and mountains in the background. The perfect Disneyland adventure. Will definitely come back to this Best Western. I can't recommend this BW enough.

This is the best hotel to stay at for a Disneyland vacation. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is perfect before a day at the park, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the location is great. We love this hotel.

Hotel was great (room, location, staff, value, never had a problem getting a parking stall). Only dislike was the breakfast. Tried it our first morning and was disappointed; never went back. Thought the breakfast was going to be a nice bonus/convenience but it wasn't. The hot breakfast was almost not edible. But there are still basics like cereal and milk, yogurt and banana. Not a deal breaker for me. Would return if I ever go back to Disneyland.

After a nightmare experience with a nearby Airbnb we were able to book a two room suite. The free breakfast was decent. The proximity to Disneyland (the purpose for our visit) was pretty good. You can easily catch a local shuttle or use Lyft/Uber. The rooms were clean with wall a/c units. Beds were okay. The biggest complaint was the hot water didn't took a long time to heat and didn't get very hot. However I wouldn't mind staying here again since we were spending most of our time at Disneyland.

The rooms looked newly updated and were clean with all the basic amenities. We enjoyed the selection of foods with their complimentary breakfast buffet and the motel is located only about a 3 or 4 minute walk from Disney's main entrance crosswalk. We like to return to our room midday for a nap when the parks get crowded however and the walls were quite thin so you could frequently hear children yelling (or crying) as they walked back to their rooms or played just outside our door. Aside from that issue it was a good visit and we would happily stay here again.

Another wonderful stay for our family Disneyland trip. Front desk staff was amazing as usual! We had to switch rooms after our first night because we decided to come a day earlier than our reserved suite would be ready. Staff so kindly helped get the new room cleaned and ready for us to be able to take our younger kids in for a nap midday. That's top notch customer service and we very much appreciated it.

Wonderful people, wonderful location, nice, clean and well secured - very very homely. Loved the location of this hotel fir access to disnDisney, it was super convenient. Very clean, but overall an average stay. Sleep was poor just because of the location people are in and out at all hours making it hard to sleep. I could hear the people above us, but that's what you get with these older smaller hotels. I would probably stay here again for the value with breakfast, free parking and access to Disneyland.

We chose this hotel based on its location and proximity to Disneyland. We did 4 days at the parks and the close walk was amazing. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The pillows weren't amazing, but we always bring our own. The pool is small, but serves its purpose and was never crowded when we were there. The hot tub could be a little hotter, but was fine. The breakfast was great. Good selection and fresh items. Overall it was an amazing stay.

This hotel was great! Very clean and staff is very friendly. Rooms were nice and the price for the stay was just right. They also offer a breakfast that runs until 10am, full breakfast. and close to the main entrance. We stayed at the Best Western Plus for 4 nights. Our room was great, all rooms have been renovated. The hotel is the closest to the Disneyland resort, a 2 minute walk and you're at the resort gates. Breakfast was included and the buffet for this was well stocked with a huge range on offer. All the staff were, friendly, welcoming and provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely return in the future. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

We came to Disneyland during the Halloween season and our number one requirement for a hotel was to be across the street so we could just walk there easily. I researched online and read the good reviews and it was in our price range. We have to get two rooms to accommodate everyone so price is a factor. The hotel was great and fit our need exactly. The breakfast was great too. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to everyone. Thank you for an excellent stay! We had a great time in Disneyland.

5 minute walk to Disneyland. It is closer then Disney's own hotels, half the price and you get breakfast. The room had a super king size bed, seating area and plenty of storage space. There are plenty of restaurants close by to chose from.

Clean hotel within close walking distance to Disneyland. Free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was very good. The staff was professional. I arrived earlier than check in and they let me park my car early. A bit pricey but worth it. Would stay at this hotel again .

1st time checking out the BWPA. It did not disappoint. Short walk across the street every morning and the continental breakfast top notch. My family of 5 ate out on the terrace each morning before we headed into the park. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub even though the pool was a bit small. It was vacant when we went to use it as most were in the park so it worked out. Room was plenty big for my family of 5 with 3 teenagers with a rollaway bed. You may want to request a larger room or suite in advance. Found out they offer these types of rooms after already booked. Then had to call every day up to the time we arrived. Everything else was perfect and thanks for a great stay. Will be back again.

This is the best location for Disneyland as it's right across the street, and take five minutes to get to the gates from the hotel. The staff was excellent, and seemed to want to serve. The breakfast was really good, and had lots of variety of hot and cold items. The room was pretty spacious, but the A/C unit didn't work very well. (The fan worked, but the actual A/C didn't kick in.) The WiFI was pretty slow (~2 Mbps), but we weren't there much, anyway.

I stayed here with my daughter and our friends for her Grad Trip to Cali and Disneyland. Staff were helpful and friendly. Love the layout of the room - sink and mirror outside the toilet/shower room, which is very helpful with 4 girls trying to get ready. Comfy beds and surprisingly quiet rooms. Pool on the small side but very clean. Breakfast is way better than most - HUGE selection and always re-filled. We loved the fact that we were a 5 min walk to the front gates. And while parking at the hotel is limited, it is free which is awesome! Will def be back

This is the perfect home base for a short Disneyland Trip. We generally visit 3 nights in Dec, and don't need a suite or pool (although they have both). We are happy with the breakfast room they revamped/expanded several years ago, and the short walk to the parks. Free parking is also a wonderful feature. Nice to know the parking is tight, and limited. But once parked, we vernally don't need the car again during our trip. There are several connivence stores to visit if needed with more than your average milk and soda. And a target roughly one mile away. We find this hotel clean, convenient and well priced. We just booked out next stay, making this 8 years in a row we have chosen this location for our Disneyland get away. My husband has even had birthday cupcakes delivered here for me, and the front desk staff was excellent at keeping them chilled and a secret!

I was pleasantly surprised, extremely surprised with the location. I thought we were farther down the road, so was really happy that we were pretty much across the street. The breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice and super clean. Very happy with the pool. Very enjoyable.

If you want to go to Disneyland and stay close by, this hotel may work for you. I am a business traveler and have stayed near Disneyland in the past at different brands of hotels and been content with the experience. This hotel doesn't have sufficient parking so they allow cars to park in areas that make the regular parking spots hard to get into and out of. I had a room with two beds which had a table and two chairs crammed in against one of the beds - there was absolutely no room for that. If I had needed the second bed, I would have had to put the table and chairs outside of the room! The room seemed newly remodeled, but it was not very clean. For business travel, I would not recommend this hotel unless you need to be in walking distance to Disneyland for your business meeting.

My son and I stayed 3 nights August 20 through 24. If you are just looking for a place to crash it works. Did not sleep well since the beds were very lumpy and the pillows had no support. The one positive is the free hot breakfast.

We choose this hotel for location - when leaving Disneyland at 11.45pm exhausted and tired, we were grateful for this decision. It is across the road from the entrance and only a five minute walk away. Our room was a two bedroom family suite, great for four of us - one room was a twin double bed and the other a double bed. The hotel offers a breakfast but we popped into Denny's next door. Extremely convenient location, easy parking, free until 6pm on day of check out and pleasant, welcoming, front desk staff.

Having stayed at several of the hotels right close by would say this is slightly better than several, but not not super fancy. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a regular room for one night in which the AC really struggled to keep up. We moved to the suite for the other 3 nights which was much nicer and more updated and convenient. It was because of this room I gave the rating I gave. Breakfast was included with good variety. I think the other best western right by is just a little nicer.

Clean, nice, convenient although the air conditioning was pretty noisy. Breakfast was really basic but for visiting Disneyland this was a very good choice! We liked the idea that you can walk from the hotel directly to Disney also the woman in the reception was very helpful by suggesting us to be there at 08:00

Staff so helpful polite & friendly, great hotel & location to disney , 20 metres over the road, literally a set of traffic lights so close , pool at hotel and loads of places to eat next door to hotel, dennys ihop mcdonalds etc cheesecake factory 5 mins walk down street, an hours drive from la ($110) and airport is 30 to 45 mins pending on traffic $100

This hotel was perfect for our needs. RIGHT across from the entrance to Disneyland with a lovely breakfast included (saved us from spending so much as soon as we entered the park for food) The room we had was huge, clean and the beds were very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite which is a Godsend when you've had a bad first day after an 11hr flight.

We were very impressed by this great Best Western hotel! We stayed 7 nights for our family vacation. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. Rooms were recently remodeled, clean, and looked great! Beds were very comfortable. Pool was clean and refreshing. Best of all was the WONDERFUL hot breakfast buffet. We loved the variety of food and the cleanliness of the breakfast area. We enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony for breakfast. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk across the street to the main entrance to Disneyland! Parking was free. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely return to the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn!

This is a great place located minutes from the entrance to Disney Parks. The room was clean. The beds were super comfy. The continental breakfast options were awesome. The dining room was very clean and well kept. The dining room staff was constantly aware of depletion of items and they would soon replace them. The pool was also decent size and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a fantastic location for visiting Disneyland, being a minute walk along the road to where you cross the road into Disney and CAP. Was great for popping back for an afternoon swim in a basic pool (or the small hot pool) - all we needed. Breakfast was great - a huge variety including healthy and not so healthy options, allergy alternatives, low sugar options, hot food... anything you could need! There is a laundry on site which was very handy for our last day before heading onto more destinations. We noticed the air con was quite loud, but it didn't bother us too much when we got used to it. Our room was perfect for our family of 3, although you spend very little time in it when visiting the theme parks, so it just needed to be a great location, and that it was. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel through Costco travel for our Disneyland vacation. After reading some review, it was a toss up, but I couldn't beat the 5 minute walk to security check, free breakfast, wifi, and free parking. We got there about 130, and checkin wasnt until 3, but we got into a room about 2. The parking is a little hectic at times, but in the evening we were able to park in front of our room. I would definitely recommend this place!

We've stayed at MANY of the good neighbor hotels, and this one is great! Great location, across the street to the main gates. The outside pool was okay. Amazing breakfast! The selection was vast, from pancakes to breakfast burritos, doughnuts to cold cereal. Room was very clean. We were on the bottom floor near the pool and didn't have any noise issues. We even were able to see the fireworks from our room.

We had a good stay and experience in this hotel because it is very convenient especially when you and your family want to visit Disneyland and California Adventure. I stayed here with my two teen boys in July 2018 for 2 nights while we visited Disneyland and California Adventure. We had a very easy and quick check-in. We arrived at noon and although our room wasn't ready, we parked our car and headed to the parks which is a 5 minute walk to bag check-in. We were greeted by very friendly staff, given our parking tag for our car and told our room would be ready by 3. The room was much bigger than most regular hotel rooms. It has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was cute and nicely appointed. We didn't use the small pool but it appeared very clean. I always witnessed staff cleaning and greeting guests. There was a gardener always busy making the grounds attractive. The breakfast room is very large, clean and the food plentiful. There were waffles, scrambled eggs and egg patties for breakfast sandwiches, various meats, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and pastries. As well as coffee, milk and juices. I was very pleased with our stay. There are many dining places nearby (We ate lunch at Tony Romas and a late dinner at Subway) as well as many stores like Walgreens and CVS. It was a very quick walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. I would stay here again if we make our way back to Disneyland.

We are very happy with this hotel. The location was fantastic for Disneyland and California Adventure Park. It is close enough that you can go back to the hotel for a nap or to get jumpers when the night cools down at the parks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and plenty of room for 5 of us (we had a 2 room suite). Hotel also had pool and laundry which was very convenient for a family. Breakfast was included which meant we could head over to the parks nice and early. And you could see a lot of the nightly fireworks from the top floor of the hotel!

Pretty average hotel rooms. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Still a fairly long walk to Disney. Shuttle available for around $3 for a week. Great pool and hot tub. We had a Denny's breakfast voucher included, which was fantastic. The Disney tickets purchased at reception were the cheapest in town.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before. The rooms are clean but packed with furniture which is not required. As a family of average height getting on the beds was a bit of a climb, though comfortable when you got there. The included breakfast good and a real bonus. However the car parking is awful and if you take your car out you never know if there will be a space when you return. The convenience to the Disney parks is unbeatable and this makes the hotel a winner.

This facility is called THE BEST WESTERN PLUS PAVILLION 1176 W Katella Avenue Anaheim, Los Angeles 714-776-5801 It doesn't come up at the moment on Trip advisor We came in on June 27 and left on July 2, it is a very nice hotel with a very friendly accommodating staff. The Disney shuttle is right out front and leaves on the hour every 20 minutes for a very small fee. The rooms are clean and spacious and are air conditioned although you might have to ask for staff assistance to learn how to operate it. They offer a complementary breakfast next door at Denny's which is also quite nice with friendly staff many whom have been there over 20 years. I really recommend this facility for the above reasons but in addition being a little more distant from the main gate it's quieter. Although I did walk to Disney once and it's wasn't overwhelming.

We were excited to get a hotel across the street, but we were disappointed at the service and interaction with staff. The front desk reception was great, we were in a top floor room right next the breakfast buffet, so there was a lot of noisy, stomping people every morning. The housekeeping was poor, we had a ring around our tub the entire stay since we took a bath on the first night. There was hair on the floor and in the sinks. We had a nasty run in with the breakfast staff who yelled at us for taking a donut and some cereal out of the breakfast room. We have a small child with special needs and he wasn't having a good enough day to leave the room and go to breakfast so instead of starving him, we took back some small amounts of food. We were called in our room and again berated for taking food out. While I understand the hotel not wanting people to take out so much food to feed a crowd, we were hoping to be accommodated with our special needs son. If we had known that was the policy of the hotel, we would have broughtt breakfast items or booked elsewhere. We felt discriminated against and treated like a thief . The room was in need of repair, the tub leaked and the shower was dripping. When we choose again on our next trip, it won't be this hotel. We are season pass holders and visit about once a month, so we have stayed at many hotels in the area and never been singled out or treated so poorly. The only positive was the location, but for the price, I could have taken an Uber and stayed elsewhere, too bad it could have been terrific!

We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. Room was not fancy but functional and met our needs. Very easy walk to the park which allowed us to have an afternoon break back in the room. The included breakfast we good and they had lots of choices. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were able to see some of the fireworks from the walkway outside our room which was nice. Would stay again.

For the price, location and free parking we cannot complain. The hotels in this area are not stellar five star resort. But neither is the price. The rooms are consistently clean and service is good. We always complain about air conditioner doesn't blow cold enough. But that is every hotel. The pool is small. Not much parking and you will be upcharged for everything. But again. Every hotel in this proximity to Disneyland will do the same thing.

We arrived early due to our flight from Australia getting into LAX early. While we weren't able to check in, we were able to leave our bags with reception. We were able to get into our room at about 1.30pm (check in was from 3pm), which was good. As we are a married couple who were also going away with a friend, we booked what we thought was a two-bedroom king suite. What this actually is it one large room, with a king bedroom off to the side (wide opening with no door) and two doubles in the lounge area. I emphasise the no door, as this was a very odd layout. Good if you are a family staying there, but not really suitable for other people who like their privacy. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo and toilet. The sink is in the kitchen area next to the lounge which doubles as a bedroom. This makes it difficult when sharing with others as you are constantly waking whoever is in the lounge area when anyone needs to go to the bathroom in the night and wash their hands. The room also had a coffee maker and breakfast was included. The continental breakfast (yoghurts, pastries and cereal) were ok but the cooked meal could only be described as average (powdered eggs, meat patties which looked like cat food). On our second morning there, we decided we'd rather pay for breakfast and went next door to Denny's. The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise from surrounding rooms. The location is what sells this hotel, as it is literally across the road from Disney. As mentioned there is a Denny's next door, Tony Roma's is a few doors down, it is an easy walk to more shops (CVS etc) and restaurants and the Garden Walk Shopping Centre is about 5-10 minutes walk as well. This has lots of restaurants to choose from. The servicing of the room was good, we were always provided with lots of soaps etc, there were free apples in reception and staff were friendly and helpful. The only let down for us was the layout of the room for the purpose of our visit and not actually getting a typical 2 bedroom (where each bedroom is separate and has a door). Would stay again if we ever visited Disney again and it was just us and not friends.

This hotel is so overrated that it's hard to believe all the reviews have come from actual guests. We just returned from a 3 week road trip through the Western USA during which we stayed at a dozen different Best Westerns. All of them were clean, well appointed and, most importantly, had extremely gracious, helpful staff. Not so at the Anaheim Inn. The only good thing to be said about this hotel is the location, which is literally across the street from Disneyland, but so are several other hotels in the immediate vicinity. In hindsight, I'd pick any one of them because they all looked better. The rooms, while clean, are dark and have not seen renovations in a while despite the claims on the website (and by the staff on duty the day we got there). Our room was a 'suite' that was stuffed so full of furniture we could barely move, and the second bedroom was windowless and extremely claustrophobic. All of that wouldn't have been issues worth complaining about, but upon entering, the room smelled like weed. I was travelling with a husband who has asthma and a six-year-old, neither of whom I wanted to expose to that smell overnight, but unforunately the hotel was completely booked and so we couldn't move. Staff were not very apologetic or helpful when we informed them of the issue, but we were promised we could move rooms for our second night, when they would have availability. The person at the front desk also told us they could place a machine in the room that would air out the smell (?), but this never happened as far as we could tell. They put an air freshener in instead. The next day we were informed that housekeeping could find nothing wrong with the room, and so we would be charged for additional rooms if we were to move from the smelly suite - we declined, not wanting to spend more money there. In the end, the manager was apologetic and did offer a partial discount, but overall this hotel left us with a bad impression on the last two days of our vacation, which was unfortunate. I had considered several other hotels on the same street before I booked and was swayed towards the Anaheim Inn by the good reviews - don't make the same mistake! Book the Marriott Courtyard down the street!

The last time I stayed at this hotel was over 20 years ago as a kid. It was great then and it is still great now. The beds are very comfortable and the room are so nice. The staff there was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had and the check in/check out. The breakfast was amazing as well. There was always plenty of food and great varieties. One of the best things too is that since we were there for Disneyland, they sold tickets to the park right there at the desk which saved lots of time having to wait at the tickets booths. Also only having to walk a short distance to the park was a huge advantage. If you need a good hotel, this is the place.

Stayed for a week and couldn't be happier with the location. Was great after a long day at Disney Land to be in your room within minutes of leaving the Park. Rooms were very clean and freshly refurbished. Very quite and good view of the fireworks from the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast. This should be improved. We skipped breakfast a few mornings are went elsewhere even though it was included. Overall highly recommend, great place to stay.

We took a much needed family vacation to Disneyland. This hotel offered an excellent proximity to Disneyland and California Adventure. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. Really good breakfast included.

The location was perfect. It was directly across from entrance to Disneyland. We werewable to walk back and forth without any problems. Clean area, felt safe. There were restaurants and convienent stores nearby. The room had a nice decor and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

We had a very nice stay at the Best Western hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean , comfortable and spacious. It is within walking distance to lots of different restaurants, and right across the street from Disney.

Reasonably priced and about as close to Disney as you can get without being in the park, we were not surprised that this is a heavily booked property. These close by motels have been here for decades and with constant use, we expected a somewhat worn property and pool full of kids in hyper mode. We guessed wrong on both counts. The two rooms we booked were beautifully updated and spotless. They were put back that way daily during our stay and toiletries (which were first class) replenished. Although our stay ended just before Memorial Day, the pool and hot tub were filled and heated (and never crowded or noisy). This was different from other properties in the area that we had stayed in previously. There was a decently equipped workout room and coin-op laundry where nothing was broken. Nice touches like towels at the pool were noted throughout our stay. Self serve breakfast also exceeded what you normally find at places like this although not exceptional. Having a free breakfast and good restaurant choices within a few hundred feet made the stay less hurried - a huge plus when you are facing hours in a crowded theme park. The front desk staff was organized and pleasant to work with. An unanticipated need was quickly and smoothly handled -- they clearly know what guests might require. In all, our experience here way exceed our hopes when we booked. When we return to Disneyland, the decision about where to stay will be the easiest part of our trip.

This hotel is a great value for staying near Disneyland. Our rooms are clean, the staff are courteous and helpful. The room comes with a refrigerator and a microwave They offer breakfast as well. They do not offer a in-room safe, but it's available at the front desk.

We only stayed one night but it was a great hotel! It was super clean! The bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet at night! It's in a convenient place! Just a hop skip and a jump to Disneyland! The parking was pretty nice because they let you leave your car until 6 after you check out. I definitely would recommend this hotel to all my friends! You can't beat the quality and the price!!!

Was basically across the road from Disneyland making it very easy to spend the full day at the parks. Affordable. Caters well for families. Rooms very clean and nicely presented. Wifi included plus breakfast.

This hotel is literally just across the street from the main entrance for Disneyland. Much closer (and cheaper) than many of the official Disneyland hotels. If I'm honest, this was not the best hotel we stayed at on our trip (the other Best Westerns, in Carmel and Santa Barbara, were nicer, despite not being "plus") - the mattress was a bit soft for us, didn't bother with the breakfast after the first morning (there are plenty of nice places for breakfast nearby)... but you can't fault the location. And the pool was really nice too.

I couldn't believe the price of a 2 queen bedroom being that the hotel is so close to the entrance to disneyland. The front desk staff were very nice and the free breakfast was plentiful and had many options including gluten free.

Great place to stay and so close to Disneyland! Breakfast is way more then a continental breakfast, eggs, susage, bacon, French toast, hot coffee and beverages! A cereal bar, assorted donuts, assorted pastries, and a toast station. They go above and beyond in all aspects of your stay. You cannot beat the location!

You can not find a better located property to Disney than this motel. You are paying for location and it is worth it, no driving or shuttles to worry about just walk to the park. The motel is fine, it is a 50 or 60s style two story motel with outside entrances. I am actually surprised it makes the BW Plus rating with outside entrances they must made an exception for this property. The rooms are decent they have done pretty well upgrading as they can with an old school building. We had three rooms and they were all clean and in good repair. If you look through the traveller's pictures they represent the looks of the rooms quite well. The breakfast was decent, not great not bad, it started our day. There is a outdoor pool and we looked at it but with only three days at Disney we never got to it. For how much time we spent in our rooms this motel worked for us. Had it been a mile away we would not have chosen it. If you are OK with outside entrances then I would have no problems recommending this property, location wins the prize. 3.0 motel in a 5.0 location so I will rate it 4.0.

Pros: Easy check in (late check in for me)and check out. Plenty of parking, spots wide enough for most SUVs. Have elevators for those who do not want stairs. Friendly staff in front office. Variety of foods for breakfast. First day had waffles, second day had pancakes. Both days had scrambled eggs, potatoes some kind of meet (turkey patty first day and ham the second) as well as some fruits, yogurt, cereal, breads/muffins, etc. Rooms clean, lots of pillows on beds. Beds fairly comfortable. Cons: Not exactly close to Disneyland in my opinion....quite a walk and with young kids that would cause them to wear out before getting to the gates. So I payed to park at the disneyland garage and downtown disney. Save the walking for inside the park. There are two BW PLUS on same street separated by like approx 2-3 other hotels. Coming from Ball street and Disneyland, this location is the SECOND one on the left, not the first one. You will have to go past the second one and make a U-turn at the light to get to it, then it will be the FIRST one on your right near Dennys and tony romas. Harder to find at night time. Elevators seem slow......had to press buttons 2-3 times before it would register that the buttons were pressed. Breakfast in first building only on 3rd floor. Those of us in the second building have to either cut through pool or go around parked cars and hope those backing out see us walking. Foods squeezed in small area...hard to navigate when there are so many people wanting different foods. Plenty of seating though. Otherwise, hotel is a good place for those who want to save money but have a good and comfortable hotel while visiting Disneyland and California Adventures. The cheaper hotels out here had bad reviews and the expensive ones dont offer continental breakfast (they charge and arm and a leg per person for breakfast buffet) and charge you for parking (this place parking is free). My room for 2 nights on a Fri and Sat night was approx $400.

Enjoyed our stay in a clean, comfortable room. All staff were professional, efficient and polite. Breakfast well presented & fresh, with a variety of items.Booked this room because of the short walk to Disney, and will definitely return next time!

First review for me and need to say how impressed we were overall with the Motel and the area. Friendly and helpful staff that always had a huge smile and were extremely polite. This includes helping out when we misplaced some tickets and arranging/conforming transfers to the airport. Facilities were always clean, the breakfast bar while not always fresh (eg Frozen products) was better than you would expect from a Motel/Inn. Cleaners were always good and helpful. The inn was across the road from Disney and close to everything you would need including a Walgreens, Diners and some restaurants. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is wonderful. Such a convenient location to the Disney park entrance, awesome amenities and friendly staff. All concerns are handled fast and efficiently. I recommend Best Western to all my family and friends.

Forgot to add my review for our Spring Break stay. As always, this hotel met all our expectations for cleanliness, friendliness, and overall good service. Breakfast staff proves to be better than many other larger more expensive brand hotels. Room was clean and not sure how they do it but it's seems guests are always quiet and respectful. Never seems like we hear tons of loud noises. Just the usual guests getting to their rooms etc.

This hotel was literally across the road from Disneyland you can't go wrong. Took my mother and I just under 2 minutes to walk across and we were in the que. They offer a free breakfast which was nice and good choice, considering you'll be out at the parks all day just grab a bagel and juice and off you go. Only thing was the thin walls I could hear the family next door at 7am which was really annoying. Other than that you can't go wrong- it's no Hilton or 5* hotel but it Defo does the job when you're in the parks from 9am- 10pm

Had a wonderful stay even if we were only in our room to sleep....from the time we checked in which was 9am and it was nice that they had free parking available that early which was wonderful .......The beds were a little to hard for us......If you want a nice clean room free parking, free breakfast and a very short walk to Disneyland book this hotel.....My daughter and I have annual passes but here to celebrate my oldest daughters birthday! would definitely stay here again.......we didn't try the free breakfast so I can't review that .......

The rooms were very clean, staff very nice, lots of available parking included with price. And very good walking distance to Disney and other restaurants. Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location for Disneyland. It was a block from the entrance! The rooms appeared newly remodeled with comfy beds. It had a nice big sink area. The breakfast was always filled with food and had good choices.

The hotel was in very close walking distance to Disneyland. The hotel room had a modern feel and was suprisingly really well sound proofed. Breakfast was really yummy and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Water pressure was good. Parking was a little tight, but you could find parking spaces that were away from other cars.

The staff was exemplary! Every time I went to the office to access the safe box, ask a question or check in/out there attitude and service were second to none!! (Quite an accomplishment considering Disney would be direct comparison for this location)

The location of this motel is awesome. It's right across the street from the park. The price was also great, compared to other places. The downfall is all the noise. You can hear everyone getting ready and leaving for the park between 6 am and 9am. O and there was a garbage truck at like 6 am one morning too. The breakfast is ok, typical free breakfast, nothing I would be upset about missing out on. The beds seemed ok to us too. The staff was very polite and our room is nice and clean.

Great comfortable room , extremely decent breakfast, good priced hotel for its location , super close walking distance to the park. only thing that was hard was the garbage truck you could hear outside the window at 0600 hrs.

This hotel is excellent, right across the street from Disneyland and the breakfast's are great! Other great restaurants in walking distance. Could do without the resort fee, since it's not really a resort, small pool with small hot tub.

We stayed 3 nights here, with family next door in a communicating room (door in between). Our rooms had 2 queen beds, and the rooms also had 2 club chairs and a small table near the door, which made for a tight squeeze. The sink and large vanity counter (plenty of room for toiletries) were outside the bathroom. The room was clean and the furnishings and linens nice. We were on the bottom floor, and could hear a little noise from the floor above, but it wasn't too bad. It was quiet at night, nothing woke us up. Parking is tight, spaces are small. It was really tight up by the front of the hotel. If you're worried about your large vehicle getting dinged, ask for a room toward the rear. As other reviewers have said, the location is right across the street from Disney, an easy walk to the front gate. There is a Denny's restaurant next door, where my husband had a late night meal. We also ate at Tony Roma's a few doors down. We never needed to drive our car anywhere while we were there. Great breakfast - probably the best free breakfast I've found anywhere. The scrambled eggs were good, they had ham 2 of the mornings, sausage the other. Instant oatmeal, cereal, fruit, toast, pastries, muffins, and donuts, yogurt with toppings, hard boiled eggs. Whether you eat low carb or high carb, you can get a good meal. And you need to, with Disney food prices! Everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly. We didn't use the heated pool, but there were people in it the first week of April. I highly recommend this hotel, you can't beat it for the location or price.

This hotel has an excellent free breakfast. We were impressed. The room was comfortable but I will say the pillows were small (like half of the size of a regular pillow). The beds were so so. You can't beat the location for Disneyland.

This hotel was great for my family. The room was clean and large, with comfortable beds and plenty of counter space and storage. The breakfast room was spacious with inside or outside seating and the food choices were great. Being so close to the entrance to Disneyland was fantastic, especially after a long day at the park.

We're from Texas, stayed for 2 nights bc we wanted to be close to Disneyland. Absolutely loved our stay here! As soon as we arrived the front desk staff was so helpful and very polite, we bought our tickets there and got a better price. Our room was super clean and didn't have that yucky hotel smell, was stocked with more than enough towels to where we didn't need housekeeping services during our stay. The breakfast was AMAZING!! So many different things to choose from and I liked how they rotate the main hot items so we had waffles one day and french toast the next. They had donuts, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, yogurts, tortillas for tacos etc. I can't even remember everything bc there were so many great things to choose from. Everything was delicious! We plan to stay here next time we go, especially being right across the street from Disneyland and yet very affordable! Less than a 5 minute walk!! We had a great experience here and have nothing but great things to say about it.

This hotel is literally across the road from the front gate of Disneyland. Location is perfect!! Room was large and clean. The only reason I'm rating it a 4 not a 5 is because all 4 of my family members commented on the beds and pillows being uncomfortable. We spent a lot of time walking and standing each day, so going back to the hotel to a nice comfortable bed would have been nice but unfortunately the beds in our room were far from comfortable. The continental breakfast has a huge variety of good food to get your day started.

This place is literally right across the street from the main shuttle entrance of the park! We walked 10 min and was there! Came back to our room to rest and drop off souvenirs several times to save time. Rooms were a little small but with all the expected amenities of a larger room fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, ect. Newer rooms clean and most importantly roomy clean restroom! Happy with choice served purpose.

I stayed here while attending a show at the Anaheim convention center. It was about 3/4 of a mile, easy walk to the show. Lots of restaurants around too. I did use the wifi which was fine as well as the free breakfast. I didn't get a chance to use the fitness center, but I got a lot of steps in! The staff was really nice and the room was fine. I'm not a huge fan of rooms with parking right outside because of the beep beep of doors locking all the time and car alarms but it wasn't too bad. My room was close to the pool area so on occasion I was able to sit out there and work on things which was nice and got me out of the room more when I needed to do work. I'd definitely stay here again and walk to the show. For the price savings, it's completely worth it. I'm sure most people are there for Disney which is right across the street.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious clean and updated. The Breakfast is really good offers something for everyone. We will definetly be back. It is so close to Disney we watched fire works from out patio.

We stay here every year when we come to California to escape winter for a bit. The location cannot be beat. This is a very clean, modern hotel, has great beds, nice pool and extensive breakfast with a balcony to enjoy the nice weather. Five stars in my book!

This is nice hotel and very convenient for Disneyland. Breakfast in the morning above Captain Kids Buffet - eggs, bacon, sausage, some cereal, fruit and bread options. Not a bad meal before a trip to the parks. Directly across the street from the Entrance. Just cross the street and you are there. The room was decent and clean. We had a crying baby next to us so that wasn't pleasant. The walls were a little thin. We could hear everything they were saying. But we didn't here anyone above us or to the other side. So they could just be loud talkers. The bed was comfy, but we brought our own pillows because we are picky. Of course you have to pay for parking, but that is mostly anywhere in Anaheim. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again. Mostly for the ease and convenience of the location.

breakfast was good, Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was ok a little on the hard side. I would recommend as well as stay again. The rooms aren't sound proof so heard a lot of noise from the neighbors as well as the cleaning carts waking us up in the am.

This hotel is a great choice if you're planning to visit Disneyland. It's a very close walk to the parks with several restaurants along the way. The room was clean and updated and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again.
