The Addison Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Horrible experience! Booked two months in advance, and room was cancelled without notice. Children and myself left to fend for ourselves! Don't go here! No need to book in advance! Rude and unhelpful people at the desk. Have been working with Best Western for over three weeks to correct.

if you stay at a best Western near the exit door, either find a different hotel, or ask to be moved. There is no sleep near a loud banging, exit door because they don't have soft close and the front staff will take into about 3 AM to offer any sort of help

Got 2 connecting rooms for 4 days/3 nights. First night, both rooms bathrooms would not drain all of a sudden at night. Got switched to different rooms. These rooms missing amenities like chair, microwave, and fridge. Asked front desk to provide and was told it was not possible because "hotel engineer doesn't work weekends." Next day, tried to take my son for swim at pool, but the pool was gross. Asked front desk to clean and was told it was not possible because "hotel engineer doesn't work weekends." The next evening, nothing was resolved and was told the engineer had already left for the day. With the exception of 2 staff members (Nathen and some other dude), everyone else at front desk didn't really seem to care and did a bad job addressing our needs. We had to ask 2-3 times for everything. We only had our room cleaned once while we were there. Besides all that, rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and the cost was great.

I was a regular at this location, but under new management. I will not be visiting this location again. To many other good hotels that offer better value for your money.

Front staff very unprofessional! The rooms are very small but comfortable and cozy. The shower head in my shower was almost not working. The lack of water flow made showering difficult. Definitely not for the business professional or family. Best suited for nothing actually. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever!! One word, ROACHES!!!! Worst experience staying in a hotel, roaches crawling in the beds once lights are our, the smell is awful and the front desk service is mediocre. I demanded a reduction and end up paying half of the full price for my stay!!! If you have the same or a bad experience demand not to pay full price if you stay or a full refund if you leave, is your right to do so!!!!! AND THEY KNOW IT!! LOOK AT THE ROACHES PICS IN THE REVIEWS....

Location chosen for being close to relative's residence, good price and value and decent opportunity to obtain connecting rooms for daughter with her baby. Got connected rooms which were not guaranteed but immediately noted that one door to hallway safety latch had been broken off and was not functioning (what caused that to occur was disturbing to consider). See photos I immediately notified the front desk clerk who wrote my concerns down (also that bathroom door hinge was so squeaky from needing lubricants that it could wake a sleeping baby). Even offered to fix it myself if they gave me an unbroken replacement part. I was assured it would be fixed the next day (Monday). Neither item was addressed during the remaining four days of our stay.

From the young lady who went way over the extra mile at check in, to the whole staff of housekeeping, and night staff, these folks are great! Super helpful, cheerful, but professional! Very clean too!

Okay stay. Front desk services should be more pleasant to guest. I know there are some rude people, but I believe in treating everyone with kindness. In adding to that show some respect. Overall it was nice I can tolerate the rudeness because that would not carry on into the room or business activities

Leisure time with my husband. What a horrible experience. We went from one dirty room to the next. Shared our photos with staff was assured the manager would be in contact with us which NEVER happened. Our stay was a complete nightmare. This would be our LAST resort from here on out.

I had never stayed here before and ended up staying for 12 or 13 nights. The beds were comfy and the room was immaculate. The staff, especially Diana and Maria are the best! After joining the Best Western rewards club I started earning points for free stays and prizes.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I called the hotel a day before to ask for an early check in and the woman, who is the front desk manager, told me that that's not an option, and to just cancel the hotel and go somewhere else. Today I arrived and again she told me there's nothing she can do, so I started to unpack my luggage in the lobby to get some things to change in the restroom… Another employee came over and offered me early check in for an additional fee, and I was very happy to do it. The front desk manager, her name is Diana, came over and I told her that it would've been nice if she told me about this yesterday… She told me to get out of the hotel and canceled the reservation because she said I was being rude. I have never in my life been kicked out of a hotel. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. How can someone treat people this way?

Nice AC Unit, Verry Good Breafast & Clean Room Good Parking Lot and frendly employed. My and Family verry Happy. Have to go Back Soon. For Shure Best Buy Hotels are the beast all over USA. Rewards Point and offers

Pool was not clean, it was green. The breakfast was average. Didn't have much to choose from. Wish they had other milk options. The hallways did have a strange Oder the first day we stayed there. The location is nice due to having a lot of things near by.

Title says it all. I used to stay here a lot before and after it was a best western. Will rethink that in the future. Front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Shower was scalding hot and unuseable. There was no way to adjust the temp. It was hot and thats it. Roaches under the sofa and in the bathroom. Room had a weird smell

Very very Bad experience. They cancelled my reservation they couldn't give me any plausive explanation. The staff was unprofessional and told me to leave the Hotel because I was complaining about my situation. First time hotel is no place of courtesy. I have to book another Hotel...

I enjoy this hotel every time I visit Dallas for work. The hotel is very clean and comfortable beds. They are also pet friendly and I love that. Breakfast is good, it is continental. Recepcionist is always great and quick to solve any issues. Nota that this is not an new remodeled hotel but overall is great for the price.

A few things were wrong with this hotel, including a problem with the reservation and non working blinds and telephone in the room. The main problem was that, although we stayed for 4 days, they never cleaned the room, even after we asked the front desk twice.

The staff is awful, rude and make up rules as they go, do yourself a favor and stay some where else, The Addison by Best Western is less expensive and nicer! Rooms smell like smoke, drug users hanging around every door, doors remained unlocked all night long and yet they were upset about a declared certified service animal (not a emotional support) and made up rules for service animals (was told by front desk and example used by manager that rule was because of a former service animal) the manager then told me it was a rule for all guest wr work at night and don't need room service buy because of a former bad experience of thiers by a service animal I must be upl(work till 4am was woke up at 10am) and let them service my room

The hotel was nice overall, with some minor let downs. First thing, the person at the front desk was new, so it took us about 10 minutes to get to our room, but I definitely would not blame her because she really was trying and she was super polite about it. Next, the hotel's beds were a little uncomfortable and there was no remote for the TV. This was kind of a let down but since we were staying for just a night it wasn't that big of an issue. The pool was so pretty and very big, so there's room for lots of people. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

My future granddaughter is attending college in Arlington and was cast in a Musical. My daughter in law, granddaughter and I got tickets to go see her perform at the theater in Farmers Branch. Not being familiar with the area I relied on reviews and found this place on line. It was a great find! It was very close to the theater and in a quiet area but close to everything at the same time. Being a Best Western member we got an excellent rate. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a very long time. Had a great variety and everything was hot and fresh. Internet worked great as well. Quiet room with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here when in the area again.

For the past 3 years, me and my work associates have been staying at this property. The services is terrible and it gets worst every time, they do not service the rooms daily, even after you request it. I found dead roaches on my room, In another stay, I had a room with a noisy water leak in the bathroom I do not recommend to stay here in this property! They lost a good business client.
