The reason for my trip was unfortunately not a pleasant one. However, having a safe space like this hotel was so wonderful. I will be forever grateful for the kindness of the staff at this hotel, especially Josue and Sky. Josue helped me with a smooth check-in experience that made a difficult day feel a little brighter. Sky was so helpful in assisting me with anything and everything I needed during my stay. Stylish and clean room, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. If or when I return to Kennewick there is no other hotel I would choose to stay at.
Love this place! The smell is fresh and clean, which is a big deal for me. Despite having tons of kids around due to some tournament, I was pleasantly surprised that the room remained quiet, even near the elevator. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was as good as it could be for being free—plus, there were two waffle makers! The staff here did an impressive job keeping up with the high demand for food. The gym was excellent, and the pool looked nice too. It's also walkable to several restaurants, and there are healthy food options available in their pantry!
Great service !!!!! excellent breakfast selection.. the location is perfect close to every thing you need. The kids loved the pool area obviously, it was clean and nicely organized. We will definitely choose this hotel on future visits to kennewick.
We always stay at Best Western wherever we travel. Their property is clean, the rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, the price is affordable, the flexibility of checking in and checking out, and the full breakfast also is a plus. We just love best western. ❤️
It was a very nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. The kids loved the pool. We were very comfortable. The breakfast offered enough for everyone and was well organized. The front desk was very helpful and polite. We stayed an extra night. We will definitely stay again.
Hotel was very nice. Curtains , blinds ds need to be a bit larger as the light for the well lit parking lot came in the windows. The chair was not comfortable. They used to have a chair and ottoman in this room. They opted for style instead of comfort. Staff was gracious and room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
We where traveling with a baseball team. It was a bit disappointing for us. We didn't get placed with the team because we made our reservation by phone instead of on line. ( yes we had the team reservation#) We had also asked for a none smoking( all good they have no smoking in hotel) none pet room. ( the room had a funk smell) We got placed on the pet floor next to a yappy dog, in a handicap room with 0 counter space. Not ok when we booked so far ahead and are rewards members. We asked to be moved, it was a no go.
The rooms were clean, staff was helpful, plenty of breakfast food options. I wish they fixed their doors though, our room door wouldn't close all the way unless you pulled it shut. Don't just walk out of your room and walk away without making sure it's closed.
Comfortable. Clean. Charging available for our car. Nice breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, and oranges. Good coffee. Quiet. Some restaurant options nearby. Easy check in. We didn't use the pool or fitness facilities. Overall, would recommend.
Very comfortable, clean, quiet hotel with a soft, plush bed and great A/C. Walking distance to restaurants, but away from the traffic. The breakfast was better than most with eggs. sausage or bacon, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, etc. The front desk people were friendly, and the guests were not sketchy like at neighboring hotels in Kennewick. Would stay here again!
The hotel is well run, clean, staff extremely lovely. I would recommend, it is family and pet friendly. I have no more words to say as this review wants me to put 200 words. I hate when that happens. I thought being concise was important but this review wants me to waffle.
The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The only complaint was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. So after taking a hot shower the bathroom was very steamy. The hotel was close to a delicious pizza place as well.
Staff was amazing.. Location was great.. and the room was clean and bed was comfortable.. definately would stay again.. didn't try there breakfast cause I had to leave earlier then the time it was served.. however the experience for the time I stood was overall great..
Super friendly and helpful staff…the beds are the most comfortable beds and they put 4 fluffy pillows on each bed…breakfast was great…coffee all day long if you like and around 6 most nights they put out some warm, yummy cookies!! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there when I come back!! Oh and the indoor pool was nice!!
Great location, great service and great value. First time staying here and we plan on staying here again whenever we have to overnight in the Tri-Cities area. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped us find a nearby restaurant that was still open at 8:30 pm!
Wonderful hotel!! Love the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the beds are super comfortable, it was a fantastic stay and our new favorite hotel. We come every year for the PBR and this hotel is walking distance from The Toyota center. We walked both nights! We will be back!!
This Best Western was very clean. It has been nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The hotel breakfast was good. This hotel is in a handy location to many attractions. Plus they had yummy cookies in the afternoon. I would definitely stay again.
Saved me from a disastrous airb&b rental. Booked last minute!! Excellent stay. Kids swam in the pool. Included breakfast was phenomenal. Pristine rooms and the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Thanks Best Western! Definitely would stay here again!!
When I visit here the room is always clean and in good order. I know the bed will be comfortable and that I have a nice place to do work! The staff is friendly and helpful, they worked hard to accommodate the scheduling needs I had! The property is centrally located and near the freeway (but not too near). It is quiet and I am not disturbed by noises from other guests
Entered the room to find the credenza moved to the middle of the floor. Confused I pushed it into place. 5-10 min later the maintenance man entered my room with the key card. He was surprised (and extremely apologetic) to find I was in there and that reception put me in the room to begin with. He went down to talk to them and never returned. A short while later I went downstairs to get a snack. The apologized for him entering my room, but they didn't even comp my $3 bag of Cheetos. As a single female traveler it's pretty sketchy when a random man just enters your room whether or not it was a mistake on the hotels end. The rooms were clean, the bed was firm. Still not the worst place I've stayed in tricities.
Super clean and conveniently located with great employees and a great breakfast spread. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and accommodating with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is next to the Toyota Center and the mall and all the restaurants that come with it!!
One ice machine for the whole hotel, not good. Free breakfast but not enough seating. Not enough hot water to shower with. Threadbare towels felt like sandpaper. Other than the above it was average. I have stayed at several BW establishments this trip and this one was the poorest.
Great hotel with very reasonable rates, way below the "cut-rate" hotels. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had the usual options and the staff I met were warm and friendly. Not on the high traveled road but worth the drive to stay here.
One of the best experiences we have had at a hotel! We travel a lot with our big family and extended family! We had 3 rooms. We stayed for about 5 days. Breakfast was good and the service and staff from front desk to housekeeping was excellent! We celebrated a birthday in the lobby and they accommodated us! They even expected our presence and had forks, spoons and plates out for us. We ate dinner almost every night in the lobby! I would 1000% recommend this location to anybody and everyone!
I stayed here for two nights during a heat wave. This hotel was a disappointment at first because the smell is very old and dingy. The lobby is not updated in a way that is appealing and. The smell of spoiled juice permeated the lobby which is likely due to their breakfast area needing cleaned better. The room was not the best, but I slept OK other than needing a blanket, which I found there was none of only the sheet and thin, empty duvet cover. on the plus side, the reason of extra blanket was needed is that the air-conditioning works very well in this room. However, the hallway and lobby are extremely hot. The shower had absolutely terrible water pressure and the sink in the bathroom only gave out warm water not cold at all. There was a large mini fridge and microwave in my room, which was very convenient as well as a very nice pillows. The crowning glory of this establishment is by far the staff who were all very, very nice and friendly, which I appreciate it very much and is why I gave this hotel the three stars I did, good job Staff!
The EXTREME QUALITY for PRICE is AWESOME. EXCEPTIONAL breakfast choices as well as strategic positioning inside of the property, ULTIMATELY breakfast was most CONVENIENT. Also I was IMPRESSED with the recent updated model of guest laundry services washer/dryer set ups.
Breakfast board indicated gf options but when I asked, they were out. Wish the pool had been warmer and the only ice machine was on 2nd floor, end of the hallway. Queen suite was not any larger than a regular room, not like pictures at all and they sent a text asking me to reply via text if I needed anything, so I did but they never answered me. Hotel was clean with comfortable bed and quiet. Excellent staff and terrific breakfast every day worthy of 4 star rating.
Older hotel, clean but again it's older... shower runs slow, ice ONLY on second floor... elevator is REALLY S L O W!!!! Breakfast was not on par with other best Westerns, assuming that's because it's not a plus or premier. No bar or restauranton site.
Very comfortable bed, bathroom, founityrr and mirror, were very v Clean. We enjoyed our sleep. Al Installations in general are clean. And all personal were very nice, in special Miss Alexandra, she is so nice and friendly. Thank you so much.
Great location, safe & quiet. Lots of parking. Rome's are spacious and clean. Came with included breakfast, including juice, coffee, bagels, toast, English muffins, waffles, eggs and sausage. However tables are limited (maybe 5) so seating is quite crowded.
Stayed 4 days 3 nights. Had to ask for towels on Day 2 and they only gave 3 towels no washcloths. Had to ask for towels for the pool 2 days in a row. Bed was not very comfortable, pillows were flat. Staff had hard time understanding English so had to play charades to obtain one roll of toilet paper and a box of tissue on the second day as ours had run out. For the money I spent I half expected 2 ply toilet paper and kleenex but got one ply sand paper instead. Will find other accommodations next time.
It is summer. Expecting to enjoy a dip in the pool. Indoor pool was freezing 🥶. Very disappointed after a long days ride. 🏍️ The room was clean and breakfast was the usual as expected. 200 character review requirement is a bit too wordy for this experience
Staff, as always, was friendly and helpful. House keeping did a great job servicing the room. Room was recently remodeled. I loved the uodates. It was nice, and clean!. Bed was very comfortable...with super comfy pillows! Enjoyed our stay..again.
Room was clean and nice. Didn't attempt the breakfast so have no input on that. Staff was friendly and nice. Would definitely stay here the next time I come to the Tri-Cities area. Ideally located by popular attractions but away from all the noise.
Rooms ok with good location to restaurants and activities. Breakfast very simple and the eating area is really too small. Several occasions where there was no place to sit. Parking area well laid out. Facilities were clean and neat. Mattresses were very firm.
Very basic, but very clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff and in a nice quiet (close to lots of restaurants and shops) location. The breakfast was well put together and this hotel was extraordinarily affordable for a nice summer stay. I highly recommend.
We originally checked in to the Super 8 nearby however that hotel was pretty dirty and over used deodorizer that was unbearable. We decided to cancel and try best western. Alexandra helped us at the front desk. She was excellent and offered us a room that had a kitchen. What a difference checking in with Alexandra bs the lady at Super 8. Her professionalism and hospitality made us Best Western customers going forward. Room was excellent, bed very clean, nice soft pillows. We will be back.
The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the room darkening blinds as well as the privacy blinds. They were much better than curtains. The front desk clerk was very friendly and pleasant. The location is close to restaurants and shopping.
this the best hotel i have ever stayed in i have stayed in a lot of differenthotels in my life. the room was amazing. very wheelchair accessible. the beds are just like my bed at home. the pillows are perfect for all types of sleepers. I have 2 small service dogs. they were so happy and comfortable.
When I first walked in, I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. The manager on duty was very friendly and check-in went smoothly. My husband had flown in the week before and was staying with family, but she said it would be no problem to stay the first two nights with me (no charge) until he flew back out. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful whenever I encountered them. Even in the middle of the night when I went downstairs to look for a snack and a bottle of water, I received service with a smile. The shining star is the compliment of breakfast offerings - each day there were hot eggs, potatoes, and either sausage or bacon, both hot and cold cereals to choose from, waffles, assorted breads, pastries, toppings, juice, coffee, and more. I also noticed the rooms are quiet - there were several lively children on my floor, but I never heard them from the bedroom area when my door was closed. I will definitely be staying at the Best Western Kennewick next time I am in the Tri-Cities.
Large clean rooms, great breakfast, so-so internet. We found desk staff hostile and insulting to us as a gay couple. First, they asked my 42 year old partner for his id, and then appeared shocked that we were sharing a bed in the same room. Our id's showed the same last name as we have been married for 15 yrs. Go figure.
Very clean, felt like it was new. Nice furniture, bathroom had everything you could need, has alarm clock and 8 USB chargers. Had waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes and a lot of drink options. Too bad we didn't bring swim suits, there was an indoor pool.
The room very clean plus a wonderful breakfast full of foods and excellent person to serve off Parking isn't hard to find large area to park and friendly respectively front desk doing their jobs. I would like recommend friends and families to stay here specially for their business and pleasure so quiet place in the midle others business hotels around that's place. Keep up great job
Clean but old. This was an older facility where the rooms were pretty tight and outdated. It was clean and despite its age, worked for a night on the road traveling …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… ( bunch of dots to make the minimum characters)
Our 2-night stay was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Very quiet location as well, with good access to places to eat.
Clean, good priced. Literally the only thing I could find to improve is whoever made the oatmeal at breakfast definitely doesn't know how. Pretty insignificant complaint so yes for a clean, safe cheap place to stay I would highly recommend
I did not give 5 stars as we did have a very noisy neighbor during our stay. Not the fault of the hotel but was so extremely loud and inconsiderate of the next door guest. Did detract from the restful experience we were hoping for. We would maybe try this hotel again.
The hotel/room was very clean and the front desk staff were outstanding. Close proximity to local restaurants, Hwy on/off ramps, and has the most reasonable rates, overall great value. I plan on staying here every time I travel to the Tri-Cities.
Everything was clean and orderly, and the staff were very kind and professional. I thought the room, especially with breakfast was a great value and as someone who really enjoys her coffee, I don't usually enjoy drip coffee at hotels, but I have to say I really did enjoy the coffee! I also appreciate it that there was an electric vehicle charger, which I did use to charge my vehicle overnight. It did seem to be in high demand though, so it seems that it would benefit from installing a few more stations. I had a note on my windshield in the morning from another guest, asking me to please plug their car in when I was done, which felt a little strange at first, but I was happy to do the favor.
Excessive light in parking lot is not blocked by the room darkening shades.making this not a place to stay if you like a dark room to sleep. (Or request a dark room if they have any.) The oatmeal (Part of an oatmeal bar advertised for breakfast) was very unappetizing, consisting of a glob of dried out oatmeal sitting in a thin plastic bag suspended in a pot.
Very clean, close to anything you'd like, and the room was very clean. You could tell the carpet was new, and the pillows were beyond comfortable. We traveled with our two young kiddos and it was extremely easy, simple check in and perfect. Easy parking too
Great stay and wonderful breakfast! Clean rooms, everything we needed. Friendly staff, would definitely recommend for anyone that needs to stay in the Tri-State area. Easy access to restaurants, sports complexes and anything else. Definitely recommend!
Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was very clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep, would stay at this property again
Location was great. Near all the businesses, without being on the main strip. Very quiet. No homeless in sight. Overall nice staff. I had many requests. All were fulfilled with a smile. I never felt like I was being needy. We would gladly stay here again.
The room was spotless. Pillows were just right, Best nights sleep! The hotel was easy on/off without any problems finding it. The staff were all kind and helpful. I enjoyed learning some history about the town from the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel and chain.
This hotel had very clean and comfortable rooms. The entire facility was well cared for, with a friendly staff. The kids enjoyed the pool. This Best Western was far superior to other hotels in the area we have stayed at that are similarly priced. We will be back!
The room was clean, the breakfast was great. The people at desk were very friendly. It's very close to restaurants and shopping including Costco. Plenty of parking on site. It felt very safe and well lit. Elevators were working and quiet. Very good experience.
very clean and well maintained facility. Breakfast area is adequate, but a bit small. Rooms were quiet and staff was friendly. more of a business trip hotel than a family hotel.
Large room with two very comfortable beds, nice room details and we were happy to have a pet friendly room that wasn't on the ground floor by loud exit doors which we are often stuck with when traveling with our dog. Very welcoming staff, great breakfast, easy parking. Very happy to experience this hotel - we will be back!
Rooms are clean, beds are firm and pillows comfy. TV is small. Nice they have mini fridge and microwave. Staff were really kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The juice was only thing that seemed off. Gym looked decent. Pool was clean. Wish they had a hottub or sauna(dry or wet). Overall great place to stay and great location with lots of shops and food around.
Clean and comfortable. Pillows are fluffy, room fridge is big, microwave a bonus, and breakfast grab-n-go was great! Check out the food truck hub that's within a 15 min, easy walk, and the convention center is less than 4 minutes to get to on foot.
Friendly customer service Good breakfast Clean room although the shower has to run awhile before the water gets hot. The gym is clean
Staff was friendly, rooms were really clean. Nice quiet evening, very restful. Breakfast was decent as well. Parking was a breeze.
The hotel was clean things worked. Hospitality was terrible by the front desk lady. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable even for a 1 night stay. I'm a younger person and can't imagine what older people thought about the beds.
Quick front desk service, thorough, helpful The mobility accessible room was very clean and accommodating, with excellent lighting, comfy beds and pillows. The room temperature was exactly cold how I like it, and the window coverings were electric and easy to open/close!! Would definitely stay here again
Location is near a lot of stuff in town. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast left something to be desired but at least they offer it. Definitely stick with the pre-packaged food and not the cooked stuff. Pleasant and cozy room was also very appreciated. I would stay here again for my next trip.
Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice and most important the room was nice and clean!!! Girl at the desk was very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast was good and plentiful! We will definitely stay at a best western again! Our experience has been very positive when staying at Best Western hotels!
The mattress was really hard, but the pillows were super soft. The room was nice and spacious. The shower is extremely tall so if you are tall (not me!) you'll fit in it! The hotel was clean & quiet. The walls are thin as I did hear the neighbors conversation come about 12am, but it wasn't overly loud. Nice parking and the property was clean. Overall, I'd stay here again.
Comfortable room, pet friendly, windows open, great airflow, temperature just right, fridge and microwave in room. Very nice! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Small Swimming pool and gym. The bed was very comfortable also. There was no pull through for trucks with trailers,
Great room, lots of space, perfect for a couple. Great kitchen space with a full size refrigerator and stove cooktop. Water pressure was the best we've ever had in a hotel. Pool was heated and we were the only ones there which was nice. Breakfast was offered but we didn't utilize it .
Breakfast choices were limited as were number of tables and chairs. No real fruit. Coffee was weak and tepid. Eggs were soft and mushy - probably not real eggs. The Room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning did not work properly.
It was evident that the room was recently remodeled and had that new smell to it. Not the typical musty smell like a lot of them. I had two remotes, I think the volume didn't work on one. Bathroom was big enough. Overall, a great BW location to stay at.
The staff was professional and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy The pool needs to be heated. We were disappointed because we couldn't swim. Room service came by and took the trash and cleaned the room nicely. Over all we enjoyed it.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and found it very comfortable. The rooms are nice, the beds are soft and it has been newly remodeled. The breakfast is good, although I didn't find bacon this time. The staff is always great. I don't travel that direction quite as much as I used to but will definitely stay again.
This hotel was newly remodeled. My room was brand new. The furnishings were nice. It was the nicest Best Western I've stayed in. Very clean, helpful staff and great location. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good and the fitness center was nice.
I was greeted quickly by the friendliest, most helpful front desk attendant I have ever met. She was so welcoming. Made great suggestions and seemed sincerely concerned that my stay was a happy one. My check out was equally helpful and efficient.
I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I got very little sleep during my stay due to the bender happening in the room next door and the hockey team's hallway cocktail party outside my door. I had a dog jumping on my table during breakfast and unsupervised children spilling milk in my purse and playing hockey in the breakfast area. We were chased from the pool by a pack of minimally supervised children.
The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Thé breakfast was basic but similar to any other similar hotel, however it was very clean! The bed was comfortable and while we could hear some minor traffic during the day it was quiet at night. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Try Fiction by J Bookwalter, delicious!
Checking in was fine but when i went to check out the lady at the desk couldn't be bothered to get off the phone. From the joking tone of the call it was not with another guest, it sounded like they were talking/gossiping about another employee, and could have either been put on hold or they could have had them call back. I was not impressed with the customer service and will not be using your hotel for future visits.
This hotel is by far one of the best ones I've stayed at in quite awhile. The room was very clean and well organized. Towels and sheets were pristine and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. It was a full breakfast that was very good! By far the best part of this hotel is the staff. They were the most friendly and helpful of any place I've ever been. You will not regret staying here!
Got there 10 mins late at break down. Tried to get mngr to plug toaster back in. She flatly refused. I get it ...I was too late. Nobody else was there, but I get it, you would not want breakfast to stretch out. BUT....I then watched HER grab an English muffin and start to walk in the back. I asked, "where are you going with that?" She said, "to toast it in the back on my own toaster for myself." I said "Are you serious? Right in front of me. Will you toast one for me?" She stared at me. Kept walking in back to have HER English muffin. I said "that is really rude; you are rude". What nonexistent customer service. I mean, geez she could have waited until I left at least. But shame on me for missing MY breakfast.
The front desk guest services staff were remarkable because everything was smooth & easy. I borrowed an iPhone charger. Another person at desk found my iPad left behind in the business area & secured it. I was pleased to receive their messages about it. The swimming pool was clean & maintained. The elevator worked well!
I strongly recommend this hotel, quite, friendly and polite service. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Great internet communication, quick check-in and check-out. Good breakfast and fruits. I will definitely return for a stay here.
Breakfast was the worst - no juice, no decaff coffee ... the hotel is located in a light industrial/ professional area so there were no restaurants that you could safely walk to for dinner .. would not stay here again but would look at other hotels in the area
Formerly known as the Inn at Columbia Center, this property is now a SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. It has the same owner, staff, building, and address as before but is now affiliated with Best Western. There is currently temporary red signage in place covering traditional blue & white Best Western signs. Common areas have all been renovated, and they will start renovating the rooms in 2023. My room, however, was in good shape. The only dated items were the bathroom counter and some small chips in some of the bedroom furniture. The entire hotel was nice and clean (even the stairwells). They serve a HOT breakfast and even post tomorrow's breakfast menu, so you know what will be available in the morning. Parking is free and it's only about a 7 minute walk to the Toyota Center if you're attending an event there. My Expedia rate was US$ 87 (Cdn$ 119). Outstanding value!
Still an excellent stay for the price. Not as fancy as some but very nice, very comfortable and has a great staff. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are very comfortable. It is a pretty quiet location also.
Friendly and helpful staff. Everything clean and in its place. Great TV channels, pool, continental breakfast. We were in town for our grandson's base ball tournament and the location was perfect from the ballparks. We could rest between games and get out of the sun. Great location for shopping and ball parks!
The manager is very young and rude. No customer service skills at all. Watch your bank statements when you check out because we were charged $32.99 for absolute nothing. When I contacted them they told me it was no big deal and that the charge would be reversed. Here I am two weeks later having to call their corporate office. Very disappointed with this hotel. The manager and her workers would speak in Spanish when ever they didn't want me and my significant other to understand. What they did not know is I am fluent in both languages. I will never stay at this location again nor will I recommend the Kennewick Best Western.
Best Western Kennewick offered great value during my TBEX conference. Conveniently located near the Three Rivers Convention Centre, many thanks to Nickolas Woody Manager and his staff for a comfortable stay.
We stayed here for a night so we could surprise someone in Dayton the next day. Best Westerns are typically always really reliable, so we will choose them. This hotel was nice inside, clean, good beds, and a decent breakfast selection as well. We unfortunately had a very negative experience not because of the hotel itself but because there was a massive baseball tournament going on in the area. The age group of boys staying there were probably 14/15 if I had to guess and were nothing short of a disaster. Kids were in and out of the hotel, lobby, halls making TONS of noise, banging, yelling and just being super disruptive. There were other kids coming into the hotel that were clearly just friends in the area that I'm pretty sure were either drunk or high. I remember being this age and so I was quite tolerant of it until it got to be 10 pm and found it to be a bit much. I went downstairs to talk to the attendant and she said she had to leave the desk for that very reason to go door to door to tell the kids that they had to stop being so loud. I asked her where on earth the parents were in all of this and she said "oh, the supervisors decided to leave them all here and go to the bar for the night". I just shook my head. So, like I say the hotel is nice but if they have big sports tournaments, I either recommend the hotel itself has some higher expectations or just avoid it altogether if you can. We stayed in another hotel the next night because there was no way I was staying here again. This hotel also had a sports team there , but there were zero issues. The kids were younger, probably 9/10 and there was definite consistent parental supervision and expectations around noise and disruption being set which I really appreciated!
I was bowling a tournament in Kennewick and needed a good hotel. The Best Western Kennewick Hotel fit the bill. It was centrally located between the two places I was bowling. The hotel was in great shape and the staff was very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Staff was courteous, rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to shopping, food and yet was out of the way and not on the main street. It was quiet and included a simple but good breakfast.
I have stayed at this location several times. The crew is exceptional. They make you feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. The rooms are always clean. I have stayed here for work and because of the consistency, I have brought the family when in town for a swim meet!
We book a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa an the reservation indicated 2 adults and a 12 year old. We were given a room with one queen bed and told we could not have a rollaway due to a fire hazard. After much discussion and calling the manager they relented and gave us a rollaway. The card keys did not work until you tried the about 25 times, even the master key did not work. Skip the breakfast and go out.
Overall the hotel looked nice. I liked that it was pet friendly but the Window on the 3rd floor whistled all night long and the toilet ran all night. All I wanted to do was to rest and relax and it was anything but. It was also a "pet room" but there was some pet hair on the bed. Which isn't a big deal but the contract stated no pets on the bed...
Excellent staff. Quiet room comfortable bed, a nice place to stay after a long drive. We enjoyed the stay very much. I would stay there again if I was traveling through the area. I highly recommend this hotel!
Nice hotel. Met or exceeded all expectations. While sack breakfast isn't my favorite, it really was done pretty well. Check-in/check-out were easy. Would be nice to have pillows that were all so large. Hotel is very clean, if slightly worn in places. Location was excellent for being quiet and the ability to walk for exercise in the evening and morning.
Hotel is clean and in good shape. The complimentary breakfast requires you to fill out a form and turn it in by 10pm the day before you want breakfast. Disappointing when you ask about the complimentary breakfast in the morning to find out you missed the deadline. If you arrive after 10pm for a one night stay there is no complimentary breakfast.
I like the hotel. Everything is clean and well kept. I only wish they would do a hot breakfast instead of the grab and go bags. The do at least have a better selection than when it first started but most other hotels have gone back to the breakfast buffet in some form.
This is a good choice for the Tri-Cities area. Clean and modern. The area is quiet. The sound insulation is a bit thin though - I could hear the guest next door snoring from the desk (but not from the bed.) The bath could use more lighting and a fan - it fogs easily. The shower head is fixed and can't be pivoted at all. I thought this a bit awkward for the angle I like. Internet was easy to connect to but not very fast. Good number of power outlets. The grab and go breakfast is ordered before 10PM the previous night by filling out a form and turning it in to the front desk. It's enough to get you to lunch but most people won't be able to load up enough to last till dinner. There are serve yourself orange and apple juices. But there was no plate, which made it hard to eat the Belgian waffle. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Every one was very helpful. The place was really clean. Didn't get a chance to use the pool do to us playing ball all day an in to the night. For us it was close to the ball parks that were playing at. The price was good too.
This was the worst hotel I've experienced with my young family. At evening check in the front desk worker was unable to check guests in and our key card did not work to get in to our room. When we got in our room it was not what we paid for finding a queen bed and a chair( we paid for a king bed with a sofa bed). We asked for a roll away bed, but it never came and my children had to sleep on the floor. The only redeeming quality was that the following days workers were so much more competent and had our breakfasts and helped us tremendously. Staying at this hotel is one step up from camping on the ground. Avoid it if you can.
Location is good, staff is nice, however, our room phone did not work. If we needed front desk we had to use our cell phone to call. The carpet was pulled away from edge and carpet tacks exposed and stepped on, ouch! When we complained they put tap over it. Tried to turn the lamp on only to discover bulb was broke and left in socket, then discovered smoke detector had no batteries, Fire code violation. Pool was ice cold could not use it. Breakfast was in a bag and pretty terrible. There was no offer to discount for everything wrong either. I would not recommend or stay here again. Expected more from a Best Western.
Friendly staff. Our room had several things wrong. Broken lightbulb, room phone didn't work, smoke detector had NO BATTERIES. Carpet nails sticking up right at the bathroom. Furniture very worn. Breakfast in a bag was terrible. Only sugar free syrup available and diet yogurt.
We had been on the road for 10 days across the western US and this was our last stop before home. This was one of the nicer hotels in our price range. We were new to each city we stayed in so it was a surprise at what type of faculty we ended up with.
Clean. Friendly. Good breakfast experience. Fitness facility and pool. Very pleased. Will return. Front desk check in was great. Was there with my wife's dad. We all had a lovely time. Close to a mall, restaurants.
We just stayed at this hotel for the last 5 nights. The lobby was well maintained. Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Like with everything else, you get what you pay for. I felt like the accommodations fit the price I paid for the rooms. We are a large family and booked two rooms. We used the pool three of the days we were there and it was really nice to be able to reserve the pool for just our family. Because of Covid restrictions, reservations are needed but that was perfect for my introvert family. The grab and go breakfast was good and I was impressed with the quantity and variety offered. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel and I would stay there again. The only negative about the hotel is that the rooms are a bit dated but again you get what you pay for. :) On the plus side the beds were really comfy.
We really like this location because it is in a quiet area. We stay here every chance we get. Excellent service and a comfortable place to stay. This is a newer hotel and feels like a safe and upgrade facility.
Staff are top notch! Made me feel like the elite member that I am because of my loyalty to the brand. Staff allow you to order breakfast the night before! Over all very very pleased with my stay! 2 days later stayed at a Best Western plus in the same area and was so very disappointed because this hotel set the bar so high. They have over come all the challenges of covid. I give the staff at this location my highest rating! 5 stars
I had stayed here during the construction and was displeased. I was very pleased this time as the construction is done, they now have limited hot items on the grab n go breakfast. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the staff was much more accommodating this time too.
We have stayed at this property multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and conveniently located. COVID protocols were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly, hotel/facilities were beautiful! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, though modified because of COVID, was not bad and contained a lot of food! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
It is a good location and the rooms are nice. The overall layout is good. My only complaint is the breakfast which is very poor. They say due to Covid but all the other Best Westerns are going back to a hot breakfast.
Was there on business trip and had to stay longer due to the Covid situation. The evening Front Desk Manager was extremely rude and short. No hospitality or customer service. It was very upsetting and unwelcoming being that I couldn't get home and was stuck there.
The Hotel was pretty average. Mostly clean in the rooms..just a good cleaning of furniture was needed. Would stay here again! Staff was amazing! We must have had a giant staying in the room above us..we could hear every foot step they took..great location. unfortunatley the pool and fitness area was closed due to covid restrictions.
Great hotel. Although during the Covid pandemic...they had a great place to stay. Their bag breakfast was the best of all the places I stayed. Hopefully the next time I come here they will have the spa and pool open.
When I stayed the lobby and signage was under construction and the breakfast was still limited because of state restrictions. The rooms were nice and the location was good. I had no complaint of noise or amenities. I think once the construction is completed it will be a great place to stay.
Booked a room here last minute and was greeted by the new general manager of the property, Jill. She was amazing and knew her stuff when it came to the area. With COVID-19 in effect, she was thorough on all the new policies and amentites that were offered. Best sleep I have had in a long time, room and bed were extremly comfy. Was greeted the next morning by Val and she checked us out with no issues. All staff members that I came into contact with were all very kind and we really appreciated the their hard work and putting themselves at risk with the virus outbreak. We will be back! Thanks Jill and staff!
