Best Western El Reno

First room we got had muddy foot prints around the room and had a bad smell. Second room was cleaner, but still had a bad smell and the carpet was worn through. My wife was using the hair dryer and it blew up in her hand. Popped real loud and smoke came out of it. Remote for TV didn't work, but I was able to change channels with the buttons on the back of the tv. Overall the room was a dump and I won't stay here again.

Book the king size bed with a recliner got a room with a king size bed not even a chair to set in room smell like sweat and urine and was musty was not clean had crickets in it had to leave the door cracked open all night just so I could breathe of course I got up with terrific allergies the next day when I call the front desk and ask him about the room they said sorry that's all we've got and of course they didn't want to refund my money your points or give me a better route which they did have they just wouldn't move me the motel wasn't even close to being booked

Stopped here because of the reviews on TripAdvisor. This is a two-story hotel in two separate buildings without elevators and only outdoor access to the rooms. Fortunately we had a first floor room. What a disappointment. The carpet in our room was stained and worn. Paint and plaster were peeling from the walls and the ceiling in the bathroom. The ice machine was in a building out by the pool. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The pump bottle of hand sanitizer in the room was a nice touch. Bottom line we would not stay here again.

We arrived after 2 AM and, despite requesting a first floor room, were told that there was not one available for us, and we were set up on the second floor. The overnight attendant went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience by giving us the option of taking a first floor room with a broken microwave. We were able to get into the room quickly and get some good rest before starting on the next leg of our journey.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. Front desk lady was the rudest person I've ever met took forever to checkin I called and made changes but apparently the person answering the phone didn't do there job so yeah that's 1st then get to room omg nasty I'm pretty sure no sure the sheets were dirty floors was sticky hair all in the tub so I asked if I could just get clean sheets I would change them myself the lady was so mean and said no I would have to wait til morning wth really next day tried to talk to management but wasn't available and still haven't heard anything called 3 times

Believe that you will find a motel w/ 2 levels no elevator but rooms in fantastic condition right off 1-40. Staff is kind breakfast is superb! Beds comfy, mini-fridge microwave. Enjoy a fabulous steak dinner across the street. Walmart conveniently across the overpass along w/all the fast food options & even a Japanese restaurant. Celebrating birthdays on my stays & cool pool n the summertime. Don't look any further Book your restful stay w/ Best Western El Reno!

After 15 hours of driving we decided to pull over into Best Western. We were warmly greeted by the night receptionist and she was so great. The room was clean and everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much!

Rooms are very clean. Front desk staff was accommodating from the initial booking to the 'second' time we stayed there. We liked the hotel so much that on our trip to Alabama, we booked to stay there on our return trip to Albuquerque. Nice area for our two little dachshunds. Recommendations for dinner were great. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

This was a wonderful hotel. We had stayed in a surestay hotel the night before and it was horrible so we were contemplating switching to another hotel chain. I'm glad we didn't because this hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing also. We will be staying here again

Location is perfect, just off the highway but not noisy. Very well furnished, parking is right outside the room and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed at this location twice on my trip to New York and back.

Not impressed. Put us in a room at the far back of the complex. The room had a musty odor, the ceiling over the shower was peeling and I killed two very large crickets within a couple of hours after arriving. The carpet needs either cleaned or replaced. I'm hoping breakfast is good but as of now I'm not expecting much. Very disappointed with the room at the price we paid.

We had a quiet, relaxing night here on our Route 66 trip to the west and back. We checked in and felt like we had gotten home already, it felt that relaxed. I would gladly stay here again and probably will. Great time!

After reading all of the wonderful reviews, I booked a room here. There are dead crickets and other bugs EVERYWHERE! I booked a smoking room and there was no ashtray. When I went to the office to request one, I was told to put water in a cup and use that. The desk clerk finally went to an empty room and got one. Other than the dead bugs, the room was decent...no live bugs

If you are going to El Reno, I highly recommend that you find a different hotel to stay at. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I walked into the front door to check in, and were immediately followed inside by a man who had been smoking a cigarette and were greeted with the line “Do y'all need something?” in a rude manner. While he was checking us in, he also informed us the wifi was not working, but did not offer any sort of fix or discount for this issue. Lastly, we found 5+ crickets in our room in the very small amount of time we spent there. There's far better hotels even in that same area than this Best Western.

We stopped here for just one night on a long road trip. Wow we're we impressed. Incredibly reasonable, super clean, all staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Wow that shower! It was two adults and two kids. The breakfast was more than we expected, hot, good variety, refilled my super friendly staff.

Was pleasently surprised at the accommodations and service for the price paid. If visiting the Oklahoma City area and do not mind a small drive into town I highly recommend this Best Western. Nice pool playground and even an outside grill.

No just no , We booked two rooms from the El Reno Best Western website. It gave us the option if we wanted bottom floor or upper floor rooms. We were traveling with our handicapped son so we chose 2 bottom floor rooms. When we arrived to check in the gal at the desk said she didn't know what happened but we were Assigned one room on the bottom floor in one building , and one room on the top floor in a completely different building, I showed her my Reservation confirmation that I booked two bottom floor rooms and she said she couldn't help me and that her hands were tied. ,, I asked her who assigned our rooms and she said she had no idea ,, I couldn't help but notice that the parking lot had three cars in it so I ask her why we couldn't have two bottom floor rooms since the motel was vacant. and she said that the hotel was completely booked for the night and the rooms were already assigned !! I again asked her as long as we were the first ones to arrive and I had confirmation that we booked 2 bottom floor rooms what was the problem. She again shrugged her shoulders and said your rooms have already been assigned and can't be changed. I have never heard of such a ridiculous Policy Considering the parking lot was empty And I had reservations showing that We had two bottom floor rooms ,,yet she would not honor our reservation confirmations. I told her that we were traveling with our handicap son and have never been treated so poorly and her response was do you want me to cancel your reservation? Yes we did. !!! We drove over to the Days Inn and was treated kindly , was given two clean rooms on the bottom floor. We would stay at the Days Inn again over the Best Western Anytime.

This was a very nice place to stay I felt. The room was large, pillows aplenty and all of it was CLEAN! Breakfast the next morning was hot and had the eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy too! My only real issue and it is no fault of the hotel is that since it's so close to the road there is a lot of external noise but again, that's not the hotel's fault. I'd still stay here again but now I know to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel next time!

Always stay here when visiting the area. Very nice and awesome beds to rest this weary traveler. Clean place friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast. Reasonably priced and will definitely return when in the area.

We've stayed at several BW over the past few days and they have yet to disappoint. This hotel was great for the price, location, and being pet friendly. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, and payed close attention to sanitary protocols.

The place is really good. We had our first problem. A church group took over the dining room and lobby, held some sort of service including a guitar, singing, and power point presentation. They almost wiped out the buffet, too. That was rude and inconsiderate of other guests. This should not have been allowed by management.

The rate was great and the room was nice and clean. The tub looked like it was recently remodeled. Had to walk outside to get to the breakfast. The options seemed limited compared to other BW. The bacon was not warm but the pancakes were very tasty.

I chose this hotel based on its location right by I-40, the price, and being pet friendly with a reasonable surcharge. The pet-friendly rooms are in a separate building away from the main hotel. But it was well-lit and in good shape. It appeared some of these rooms were not in use and there was tape across an outside stairway - but it was loose and that didn't give a good "look." The room itself was clean and in good condition. Just a little colorless. I'll stay there again for a good night's rest.

Great place to stay. Clean, recently updated thus very nice, people were friendly and helpful, very economical, convenient location. Good for families-- outside amenities, too. Playground, picnic tables, bbq pit, pool. Good for animals. So glad to have stayed here!

-Housekeeping needs better training. -Some of the desk staff obviously need supervision and training. - More staff to help with check in and customer needs and services. There seemed to be lots of morning staff just sitting and chatting, but at check in the gentleman was all by himself, which made it extra difficult when our room had no towels, hand towels, nor washcloths, shampoo, or soap. There were no wash cloths for the man to give us. Ridiculous!

This is a great place, clean, large rooms, work table for your computer, frig, microwave. Rooms have suitcase butlers, hair dryer, walk-in shower (handicap size) on the first floor, Coffee makers in the room. Bath was well appointed with lots of towels, soaps and shampoos. Wifi was fast. I work online remotely, so that's important. Very nice pool area. Clean with an 8 foot deep end. Plenty of chaise lounges and a shaded area under a pergola with several tables and chairs. Hot coffee available all day. Ice machine and soda machine next to pool. HOT Breakfast. We stayed for several days and they changed what they offered daily. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were a standard staple. Also offered bacon on some days, sausage on others. Some kind of spiced scrambled eggs with like a bratwurst cut up in it? Potates and several kinds of bread for toast. I'm a Best Western Member so my rate was lower than what's offered online. I also get cash back from Capital One and Rakuten. So, we got a great deal and savings on the room. We stayed for 4 days waiting on car repairs. Very satisfied

Nice clean older motel. Lots of grassy areas for the dogs. Friendly helpful staff. Only disappointment was the breakfast - eggs were mixed with burritos or something (tasted terrible) potatoes, bacon and biscuits were ok, would have been better with gravy. No fruit or baked goods. I would stay there again but would plan on breakfast elsewhere. We ate at McDonalds this time.

We were trying to cross the US at a quick rate so this wasn't really a leisurely stay. This Best Western proved to be a nice, clean, friendly place to recharge. This was not really a surprise as I have grown to expect all Best Westerns to be a pretty safe bet.

Breakfast was hot and everything was clean. The staff is very nice. The pool was perfect. I will definitely stay here again. There is also a playground. Both were perfect for the kids. They had towels available out at the pool. Everything was really nice. Can't beat the price!

After a long day of driving this was a welcome site. The check in was fast and ready helpful. Our room was very clean and as we requested on the bottom floor. The clerk recommended a restaurant to get dinner. It was as good as she said it would be. Being right off the freeway we thought it would be noisy but it was very quite.

This place was great !!!! Friendly, helpful staff and rooms were very nice and very clean. Only problem we had was the toilet tissue was a used roll and only had a little less than a 4th of a roll (no extra roll). we didn't notice till about 2 in the morning so we used kleanex till morning when I went to get more. Due to all the rain the whole area has had there were flies everywhere......this place had a fly swatter in every room. We thought that was a very thoughtful and helpful touch

Amazingly clean hotel. Wonderful attention to detail. Bed was comfortable, internet was good, plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, very pleasant staff and breakfast was pretty good too. We highly recommend. This is the only place we will stay at in the future if we are anywhere close.

Entry floor and bathroom vinyl were slippery (wax).Some substance splattered on nightstand with phone.Folded piece of paper under front of toilet to balance.No cold drink cups or facial tissue.No slide to put coffee packs in for coffee machine.Gentleman who checked me in was professional and caring. Woman who checked me out seemed as if she coldn't care if I had stayed thee or somewhwere else.

This property is very clean. We have stayed in several hotels in the area and this is by far my favorite. I. Couldn't ask for a better experience when we need to be away from home. I would highly recommend this property.

This motel was very comfortable. The room was clean and was ready on time. They offered a wonderful breakfast, which during Covid is a huge accomplishment. Staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this motel and I would stay there again. I have stayed at three other hotels this month in different states and this one was by far the best!

COVID has taken its toll on the hotel experience for everyone, but this place was a step up from others. The breakfast offering was much better than the bagged grab-and-go options we received elsewhere. The room was really big and comfortable. We liked the fast internet connection and the fact that Denny's was within easy walking distance, and it was OPEN for indoor dining--a refreshing change from other places we've been. I also liked that there was a microwave in the room. Most places have removed them for some odd reason. Our first room had a non-working heater and we were moved to a different room immediately. I appreciated that.

Usually, a pet-friendly room has not been maintained well. This one was amazing. If they're kept clean, future pets are less likely to "mark" the floor. In this case, I had no problems because it was very clean. The pet fee charged was more reasonable than many other hotels that don't maintain the rooms as well.

Stayed for 3 nights, during relocation to area. Was extremely impressed with cleanliness and comfort of room, grounds were emaculate, staff profesional, courteous, and friendly. Would love for every hotel to follow this model, Thank You for the wonderful stay!

The room was newly remodeled and very clean. We stayed during the Covid-19 virus and they still served a hot breakfast with everything individually wrapped. The people that worked at the front desk were very nice and even mailed my phone charger to me that I left in the room.

I stayed here twice in one week. The room the faces the freeway gets a lot of noise traffic. It doesn't bother me but my mom would have had a fit if she had been with me. A few days later on my way back, I stayed again in a room not facing the freeway and couldn't hear anything. Easy check-in and express check out. Definitely worth the price I paid.

After spending several weeks on RT 66 it was time to go home, tired and beat we stopped at this Best Western. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and professional desk clerk who answered all our mismatched questions (due to length of driving). Entering our room we found a spotless setting, everything was immaculate. We took a dip in the pool which was clean and relaxing. We used the laundry which also was very well taken care of. The entire stay was well worth the money, Highly recommend.. This hotel wont make an episode of Thisisdanbell ADR.

This BW exceeded our expectations. Ground floor. Comfortable king bed. Large flat screen tv that had excellent reception & lots of channels. Excellent hot breakfast. Staff was very nice.Great location

Traveling for work we Have stopped here several times. Always a good experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Clean comfy room. Breakfast is decent. Lots of laces to eat very close by. Big parking lot so having a trailer is not a hassle to park. Definitely recommend this place.

All is perfect at this motel, although I can't say whether all the rooms have been upgraded, I stayed in a beautiful room here, I had room 311 on ground floor of the second building. One thing I especially liked was the shower, very upscale and a very smart design, Rooms are outside access, which I prefer. All furnishings excellent, spotlessly clean, breakfast was fine (eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. in a real nice area). A great value!

Although this facility looked great from the beginning....the next day told the story in that I was covered in bedbug bites! I called the hotel to inform them of the issue and the person I spoke with did not seem the least concerned. Not sure if it was even addressed as I have yet to hear from management with even so much as an apology!

I loved that right outside our door there was a jungle gym for kids, my baby loved it. It was an added bonus. Pet friendly hotel, safe neighborhood. I would stay here again when passing through the area.

Very reasonable rates and efficient and clean facility..., + facility area seems safe and is in an easy-access area, which benefits trucks & vehicles pulling a trailer or a boat with ample parking + open areas!

Very friendly and welcoming staff . The lobby was very clean. The breakfast area are vey nice and clean, the food for breakfast was good .the room are comfortable and maid staff is very good . the decor was nice and rooms have just been remodeled.

Decent overnight on Interstate 40. Needed a down and out location and this was perfect. Nice updated room. Nice breakfast. Good coffee. Linens were good. Bathrooms were clean. Used AAA for good discount.

Best Western is our alternate hotel of choice when on the road. This one was pretty good, if the check-in was rather slow. At least the bathroom door closed (unlike the last place we stayed). Very good breakfast: nice dry scrambled eggs with bacon in it, sausage links, yogurt, tortillas and salsa. Had to ask for hot water for tea, but she got it for me right away and it was really hot!

This Best Western is comfortable, clean, welcoming, and such a surprise to happen upon! There were a few Best Western hotels to choose from but wanted to get further out of the city so chose this one. Super clean rooms with all the amenities that you would find at a BW Plus! Pet friendly rooms available for a small fee but the low cost of the room offset that still making it less expensive than other BW Plus'. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of hot and cold menu items. I still can't stop thinking about their homemade salsas..the best!!!! Easy check in and check out. There is a pool which we didn't go in andbut it looked nice and a really nice playground if you have children to occupy. The shower was amazing as well as the room as a whole. Loved it!!!!

Staff needs training on current promotions and customer service skills; not typical Best Western standards. Property was clean, though still not Best Western standards I've grown accustomed to. Breakfast? See above statement.

Very nice place clean and quiet. Will stay here again. Pool was great! Close to shopping but still quiet. Front desk friendly. Only drawback maid woke us at 8:00 am.check out was also hassle free. Recommend this hotel .

A hidden gem! If I could give it a higher rating I would! Very very clean, well decorated with lots of granite, inviting comfy leather chair, comfortable beds, nicely updated shower (no tub), awesome staff, large tv, great breakfast buffet, inviting pool and pool seating area, wooden playground equipment for kids, bbq grill and wrought iron outdoor tables and chairs over looking playground. Only downside was, if you're a light sleeper and I'm not, building 3 gets a fair amount of road noise but rooms there do have a scenic nature area view. Like I said, “hidden gem”! We will be back!!

We stayed one night and had breakfast at Denny's next door it's in a good location and a clean room nice people running the motel everything in the room was in perfect working order the parking lot was safe and clean

Tho I have stayed more often than my last review of a stay in the winter, this location stands out as a dependable overnight home for travelers. I had made reservations for a BW in Oklahoma City, but it had lost power during a morning storm as I traveled west. This location had partial power but cancelled my reservations and helped me get a room in El Reno. The service at El Reno was friendly, efficient and very friendly. It was a very nice room with very good lighting for reading or anything else not involving the television. A nice space..

This hotel has been around since the 60's. You would not know it because of the updates. This hotel rates with a new one. The breakfast was WONDERFUL, the best I have EVER had. The rooms were new and CLEAN. The only drawback was the bed being too hard for me.

The price was high compared to other Best Westerns located in better places with more upgraded equipment. They also served powdered eggs at this Best Western and said they were serving real eggs. They didn't taste real to me.

I called to get some information to the property, as we have been a supplier for the hotel on printed products in the past and no one at the front desk seemed to know any information. Not even an email. Maybe you need some business cards that have an email on them. I would not even consider staying at this hotel because of the way the staff treated me.

We really liked this hotel. It was clean and quiet and very nicely updated. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was so nice and in an area where you could see the breakfast being cooked. It was so nice and cozy. It was close to the freeway but quiet. Recommend this hotel.

Not good. Checking in was very awkward as clerks were aloof, and uninformative. Bordered on rude. Room was in back building. Go to get ice, ice machine not working and obviously had not been for a long time. Rusty, etc. Shows how much they value their customers. Called front desk re ice - very rude; kind of a too bad, deal with it, we don't really care response. The whole place was unkempt and dirty. The room definitely not up to Best Western standards. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, friendly and caring staff. Always the best places to stay in my opinion. I always stay at a Best Western or Best Western Plus and I am never disappointed. They are pretty friendly and that's important to me because I travel with my pets.

We loved everything about our stay at the BW until we went in for breakfast. Poor choices in bread items and never filled up while we were there. Never cleaned off tables or even acknowledged guests. The girl was more interested in being on her phone and talking with her co-workers. The girls at the desk were great, clean comfie room

Great staff! Room was nice. Breakfast smelled good but I didn't have time to stop and eat. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay! Would stay again. Close to the highway, but could not here the cars passing.

Very clean, comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Décor very nice and new. Breakfast available although we chose to eat breakfast at the Campus Café, which is terrific. Dog-friendly, but no grass. This is because El Reno doesn't have much grass.

We have had good experience with almost all of Best Western Hotels we have used, both internationally and domestic. This hotel in El Reno is not exception. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Located closed to plenty of eating establishments. The only thing that would have made it nicer would be a hot tub instead of an outdoor pool, but it is a good value for the money.

This hotel makes the top of my list. 2 story buildings with plenty of parking right outside your room. Very convenient if traveling with a lot of luggage. While close to the interstate I was not bothered by noise and my husband and I both slept well. Smallish room had everything you could possibly need. Everything! Desk with chair, sitting chair with side table, 2 night stands, iron/ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge. Very nice countertops on everything. Comfortable bed with awesome pillows. All clean. Nice shower. Staff was very courteous, room was ready when we arrived, and breakfast offering was hard to believe. Once again, anything you would want. A must stay if traveling through El Reno.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff at check-in and throughout my stay. The room was very clean and the bed was totally comfortable. Breakfast was great,,,I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone needing a room in the El Reno area,

I have stayed at Best Western Hensley's anytime I travel east. I began staying there at least twice a year since 1999. During ANY time I have stayed at this hotel, I have been treated ONLY with utmost courtesy and respect. The staff have been nothing but smiling and willing to see if they can do anything else for the guests. At Hensley's the breakfast is excellent, with a great variety. I have seen breakfasts at other hotels being nothing but coffee, milk, juice, bagels, doughnuts and cereal. Hensley's boasts waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and many other items are available. I look forward to staying at Hensley's whenever I go back east, and will always stay there if I travel through Oklahoma.

Stayed overnight. Clean and fresh smelling room. Liked that parking was right in front of room. Bed was too hard for me. Husband liked it. Staff was great. Overall we would definitely recommend this motel.

The ladies in the kitchen were real cooks and not to just open a can or bag. They helped in every way possible and always was keeping food on service line fresh. We will be stopping at this B/ W again...

Even with the hotel full of road crew workers, who can be noisy at times, the rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was great, hot and fresh. The rooms, although a little dated were clean, fresh and comfortable. Next to the hotel was a Denny's where i had dinner - walking distance.

I would recommend you stay here if you intend on staying in El Reno Oklahoma. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Clean rooms, good breakfast, easy access to the Interstate or El Reno itself. All rooms were in the process of being updated, although i stayed in an un updated room it was not apparent. My stay was a 2 week stay, will stay here again.

We have stayed at this property a number of times over a long period. The Staff are always friendly and helpful, Rooms comfortable - and they are in the process of remodeling Breakfast is typical of a Best Western, Good and plenty to eat. We will be back

Overall, a good experience. Typical road-side hotel. Close-by restaurants were limited. Dominos delivered quickly. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. Internet speed was average. Parking lot did not accommodate the number of vehicles with trailers, that night. Room was clean. Bed was amazing. I would stay here again.

I travel quite a bit, and I am very impressed with this establishment. I hesitate to book accommodations in hotels with exterior entrance rooms, but I am more than glad that I took the leap of faith and stayed here.

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was ok but the biscuits and gravy left a bit to be desired. The gravy was just white gravy with no sausage. The staff was helpful and very good. The rooms were comfie and all items worked.

Good check in. Nice lobby. The room they gave me seemed to be pretty fresh from a remodel. Nice lazy boy in the room, but my favorite part is that they had showers installed that are showers only, no stupid bath tubs. I have no recommendations for this Best Western as they seem to know what they are doing pretty good. Anthony from hotel impossible would be happy with them.

Comfort and quality of this motel is great. Rooms are very clean, up to date, and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. It is also in a great location off of I-40.

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, rate was adjusted due to the pool and hot tube was out of service. The beds were hard as rocks. This is the hotel for you if you like a hard bed. Plenty of parking and restraunt s close by.

I love the location of the hotel it's right off the interstate going to Clinton . They help you around the hotel show you where you need to go. I loved the breakfast there. I love the beds. Me and my family have stayed at this hotel forever

This was a very good motel. The price was average but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable and we even overslept the next morning. There was a Denny"s restaurant anf a steak house close by the motel and the staff recommended the cat fish at the steak house.

A terrible rainy icy day and driving and then I arrived at the Best Western. The room was warm and dry and clean. The check in and out staff was wonderful and understanding. They made me feel like family coming home.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Right off I-40, very clean rooms, very friendly staff AND a full breakfast that is complimentary! My family and I highly recommend Best Western Hensley's for a great place to break from a cross country trip. And if you stay in the warmer seasons they have a nice pool.

Staff did an excellent job, check in and check out. They have truck parking a big plus for us. Breakfast is excellent, a hearty variety, & the lady that served it did a super job, from keeping coffee butler's filled with hot coffee etc, to cleaning tables, plus cooking extras that a lot of motels don't offer.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. No problems at all. Bringing grand kids back when it is warm again because they would love the picnic tables and play area outside the pool.

The facility is clean and well maintained. It is convenience to get to but without road noise. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are hot and tasty. This is an excellent hotel to stay in the area.

Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Plenty of room for the baby to crawl around on a blanket. The shower was really nice. The location really is the best part. Right by the interstate on the south side of el Reno where it's not as busy. No elevators. Had to walk up stairs to get to our room. Honestly though I probably needed the exercise after a long drive.

Super easy check in, great front desk service, very helpful. absolutely the best breakfast cooked in the on site kitchen. The only fault is that the guest laundry is across the parking lot in a separate building.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. I like that each room has a fridge and microwave. Breakfasts were good, but the staff seemed to have some difficulty anticipating the amount of food needed. We were on the first floor and when the cleanding carts were on the 2nd floor, I thought it was thunder rolling around. Oh well. Took me a minute to figure it out.

Clean & quiet room .. Friendly staff .. Delicious ' serve yourself ' breakfast bar .. Nice pool .. Well kept grounds .. Picnic & play area .. Well lit parking lot .. Lobby staffed 24/7 .. Great location, close to interstate & many restaurant choices .. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent last night at this motel. Our expectations were high, based on the reviews posted on Trip Advisor. We were very disappointed! There are two buildings; we were in the backside of the back building. The road noise from interstate 40 was loud and made it difficult to sleep. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A TV, hair dryer, microwave, and refrigerator were the "amenities ". The refrigerator did not function properly (did not keep things cold). Perhaps because of the inadequate exterior lighting coupled with the location of our room, we did not feel safe. In fact, we had to search for a bright lite in the parking area to leave our car in hopes it would be less likely to be broken into. Several of the lights were burned out or broken. We will not recommend this motel because we would not stay there again.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel grounds clean and had a play area for children. Rooms are very nice and clean. There was breakfast available but, I left prior to breakfast. Easy access to Interstate 40. I would recommend this facility and will be using again.

We had to book a room rather quickly due to death of a close friend whose services we attended. Due to a mix up, the wrong dates were given. The staff here was so kind and Understanding to correct the dates for us. The facility was clean, comfortable and the staff so friendly.

Hotel Rooms are always clean & fresh. The Staff are always courteous and welling to assist you any way they can. All you need is to ask. Very well Managed Hotel. Easy Interstate access, with a verity of convenient stores & restaurants just minutes away. They even have an RV Park available that is also well kept that includes washer/dryer & restroom/showers.

The hotel is newly renovated and it is a nice place to stay in the area. We stay here while visiting our son at Redlands Community College for baseball games. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are clean.

Well appointed, up-to-date room, clean, well-maintained property with a GREAT breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, flapjacks, B&G, make your own burritos, and their famous bagel toppers (gotta try one). Walk to Dennys or drive to other side of freeway for a bunch of restaurants and a Walmart. Very good WiFi, even in back building on other side of pool. Nice pool area.

Staff was most helpful, given a room on the east side out of the evening sun. Provided with a snack bag upon arrival along with a towel to use on my Harley. Shower was great! Hotel within walking distance of 2 restaurants.

Stayed here one night on our way west and it was very pleasant. Gentleman at check in (Steve?) was welcoming and friendly, which is always a plus! Received a little "goodie bag" (fruit and mints) at check in. Room was clean with updated fixtures and bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The pool looked wonderful, though we didn't use it on our overnight stop. Fridge, microwave and coffee in room. Location is convenient, right off I-40 and makes for a quick start the next day. Breakfast was probably the best hotel included breakfast we had during our 2 week trip. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The bed was the best overnite-away-from-home I've had in several years. The room had been updated and the deco touches were perfect. I liked having the sofabed so that there was comfortable seating for two in the room although I was there by myself. Most hotels have one fairly comfortable chair and a swivel. Guess who usually gets the latter...

Stayed here one night on our way West. Hotel is right off the interstate. Front desk clerk at check-in was extremely friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Best part of our stay was the HOMEMADE breakfast: fresh cooked scrambled eggs. Only downside to the location was the lack of restaurants for dinner. There is a steakhouse across the street (OK but not great) plus Dennys and some fast food places. But would definitely stay here again!!

excellent place to stay after a long days drive .Nice breakfast so I didn't have to drive to a restaurant. Comfortable mattress and a good nights sleep and was quiet. I would recommend Best Western to my friends.

We have stayed at this hotel several times on our way to New Mexico. The staff is friendly and has great recommendations for meals. Also it is a wonderful location just off the freeway. We would stay here anytime and recommend it highly

Great place with a really good breakfast. Loved the homemade salsa. The Room was nice and clean the A/C was wonderful and very cold, the tub and shower can be slippery but the wall had handrail to hold on to and I did use it when I slipped and did not fall. Huge nice TV and good selection of channels.

Since we've stayed here before in February we decided to stay here again, the staff is very nice, the property well kept, remodeled the rooms. The decor was very very nice. Nothing bad to say about this property. The only thing we suggest is ceiling fans.

This is my second stay at this Best Western. It was very nice the first time and possibly even better this stay. The fellow that checked us in for our reservation was super pleasant and very helpful. The room price was reasonable and the rooms were very nice. Cleanliness was superb and everything worked. Yes, I would go back there if it worked out that I needed to stay in El Reno again. Montana Mikes is across the street and it is a great steak house,

Sometimes I think the personality of the person greeting you makes all the difference in the quality of one's stay. Steve made us feel welcome immediately with a smile and great sense of humor. He gave us a welcome bag and we went to our room. In size and appearance it was not as nice as other places and better than some. It was comfortable and we got a great night's rest. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The location was ideal and in a few minutes after leaving we were back on the highway.

I gave Hensley's a 4 star rating only because it was a little noisy, BUT they are in the middle of a huge remodeling job. Our room was bright and clean, beds were comfortable, and bedding was new and crisp. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location off Interstate 40. We will stay here again on our next trip to New Mexico.

The staff is very helpful if you need to extend or shorten your stay. Book in advance as this location is very busy. The breakfast is standard but tasty. I enjoy that the pancakes are already made and you don't have to make them in the pancake machine.

Full of construction workers that stand outside your room at night and drink beer and talk all night. Dirty unkept rooms with hard beds. Outdated, worse shower head you will ever experience. Right down the road is a clean Comfort Suites for about the same price.

The registration area was being painted when I walked in to an unfriendly greeting. We had a second floor room with no elevator access and the closest stairway was blocked by construction. The walkway to our room had a lot of trash, some of which blew into the room. We walked outside to the breakfast area. The redecorated room was nothing special -- typical BW. This place has received good ratings, but I would not go there until the renovation has been completed.

Don't let the outside renovation look concern you (Even though it made alone gave you the impression it was "new". The rooms are renovated, they are nicely decorated, everything is "new" !! It was a delightful stay. It's also conveniently located across the street from a steak house.

Moving across country and stayed at this hotel. It is handy to the interstate and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, indoor pool, workout room, all clean and like new. Don't miss the opportunity to eat at Pruett's BBQ and Catfish.

This was a decent place to stay the night. Appearance is a little outdated, but they were going through a remodel so that seems like it will be taken care of. Staff was very friendly at check in & check out.

Nice staff, great breakfast and a really comfortable bed. The grounds are nice, even have a playground. Parking is good and I like the location. I have stayed here several times and will continue. People are great

The staff was very hospitable and the room was quite satisfactory. I only experienced a problem with the plumbing which I reported upon departure, The desk clerk was very apologetic and called maintenance immediately to remedy the situation. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. The quality of the breakfast was only fair, though.

My wife and I along with our 5 year old daughter stopped in El Reno to get a room for the night before visiting family. I had looked here on Trip Advisor to see where a decent place to stay could be found in the area. We are glad that we stopped. The young lady at the front desk had us checked in quickly and the price was reasonable. I wondered about the rooms since it seems so many oil and energy workers stayed there but the room was clean and fresh smelling. No offence to the workers intended but I had visions of oil stains on the carpet. It was a little noisy the next morning with many of the people heading out to work but that was ok. We had had a long drive so we did not get started very early and they were doing some remodeling at the hotel so I thought that someone was knocking at the door but it was a hammer somewhere next door. All in all it was a nice room and the price was good. If we ever go back to the area we will probably stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The location convenient to the highway, easy on and off. The bedding and the mattresses very good quality and comfortable. Our large double room was very clean.

It met our needs and expectations, but really not much more than that. Rooms were decent, the hotel needs a little facelift, however. It was typical and convenient. Breakfast was the standard Best Western. Nothing really stands out good or bad about this property. Not much else to say.

Staff was great, very friendly, rooms were average size for the area. The towels were old and worn, the carpet needed to be changed 5 years ago. The government and AAA rate was good and reasonable for that area

Hotel is easy to get to as it is not far off the freeway, dinner and gas stations are close by. Greeting and check-in friendly and welcoming. Service was friendly and efficient, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast is what one would expect, not five star but enough to get you started and on the road.

Hotels are plentiful, but a comfy nice hotel that cares about the customer are not. This hotel is so nice, even give you a little snack pack with bottle water when you check in. Very nice! Beds are amazing and when tired from working 10-14 hours it it perfect. Location cant be beat!

We have stayed at this BW 6 times...we use to luv it here..not so much anymore. Closet rack needs to be moved from the vainity area to the pony wall in room..hubby and I kept hitting our heads on it. The room could have been a little cleaner..rugs were really dirty. No desk in our room...a large table and comfortable beds..this BW is starting to show it's wear..needs updating. The breakfast is great....nice and hot and freshly made..but for the price...we will now stay more in town. We mentioned these concerns to the front desk..but they don't seem to be to concerned about it..since corporations book rooms there..and they are always full. Such a shame..since we always stayed here cause it's right off I44.

Great location just off the I-40, especially if you're traveling cross-country. Beds extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron & ironing board in room. All rooms have direct access from parking lot, which I prefer. Nicely decorated rooms. Clean. Decent towels and plenty of them. Denny's Restaurant w/in walking distance across parking lot. A steakhouse restaurant just across the street. Walgreen's, Burger King, McDonald's, gas stations just a short drive over the interstate overpass. And probably THE BEST free and FRESH hot breakfast of any hotel in this price range. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, bagels & cream cheese, assorted breads & muffins, yogurt, bananas, apples, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea, etc. All breakfast items cooked FRESH (not cooked to order) in small kitchen just off the breakfast area. All staff from desk clerks to maids to cooks are extremely friendly, helpful & pleasant. Would definitely stay here again and DEFINITELY recommend. Not noisy either even though you're just off the Interstate!

Hotel was very clean on outside and inside. The room was decorated well. Bath room looked recently redone and workmanship was vary good. Staff was pleasant. Will definitely stay again. The parking lot was clean with ample parking.

This hotel provides a very pet friendly campus with plenty of grassy areas for pets to feel at ease. Staff was very warm and welcoming and the rooms were all you could expect at home. Breakfast was well planned and prepared. This hotel also provides easy freeway access and if you also have a Denny's right next door for convenience. Thank you

Made a reservation the day before it was needed, phone conversation was very complete. Upon arrival the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He had very good tips for my travel back home thru Oklahoma City to Ohio. The room was very clean on the first floor and everything in the room worked. The breakfast was very good. They had a young lady cooking the eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The coffee was hot. I you want a room here you better have a reservation before you arrive. Several people came in and the place was booked solid.

Stayed here a few years ago, during the hight of the oil boom. As was the case then, lots of working people - construction, oil, and the like. Probably best to make reservations, but we did fine. Room over the office worked out well. Clean, bed a bit firm for my taste but others may prefer it, spotless bath. Good breakfast with fluffy biscuits, real potatoes. You can even see the food being cooked. Friendly people made us feel at home.

We found this motel to met our needs quite well. Although located near the interstate, we noticed very little highway noise. Room was clean. Our room had a shower only, so if you need a tub, be sure to request a room with one when making the reservation. Breakfast was good. Staff kept the food well stocked. There was gravy, biscuits, eggs, pancakes, as well as the usually fruit, yogurt, and cereal. There also a Denny's just across the parking lot. We would stay here again if we needed a room in the area.

I enjoyed everything about this place. It was clean with a very good mattress. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and conveniently located to stores restaurants. I would highly recommend this Motel!

Was one of the best Best Western Hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was easy to access this Hotel from I-40 in either direction. We did not stay late enough for breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been excellent.

This is a good motel for a nite or 2 or 3 days. It is not the Hampton, but it gives you what you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is home cooking and all you can eat. We stay there every year when we go west on motorcycles. From check in to check out, it is a good stay.

be sure to call hotel in order to confirm your room. do not book online and show up at hotel because your room may not be available when you get there. breakfast and pool were great. air conditioning could be better it gets hot in the rooms at night.

I usually don't stay at best Western but I was in a bind and had to stop there. The room rate was more than I would usually spend. But when I got to my room I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very plush and had everything that you would want or expect a motel room to have. I had an issue at about 9:30 PM with the air-conditioner, it was not cooling like it should. I called the front desk and the gentleman working, brought me a fan to help me make it through the night. The next day at about 9 AM, the manager of the motel called me. She told me that because of the issue with the air-conditioner that my room would be comped. I thought that was very very nice of her to do that. Then she informed me that I left my charger for my electric toothbrush. She said that she would mail it to me and I told her I would appreciate it very much. Two days later I received my charger in the mail. There's not many businesses that will go that far to satisfy customer. And I really appreciate it. I wish I could recall the lady's name, but that's how you get repeat business.
