"Not great, not the worst"

Breakfast had few options, out of alot of food at 8am. The room didn't have bugs, but the whole hotel had a general not clean feel and smell about it. TV channels scrambled. Not much for the kids to do in the room. Definitely disappointed for the price.

Good location. The refrigerator freezer didn't work and thermostat didn't work properly. I liked the small square pillows bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Could have used an extra blanket in the room since thermostat was working properly.

"Great stay for the price"

Nice & clean place to stay. Will stay again. Pool, Breakfast, and everything was good. Would not change a thing. The choices for breakfast were great. The waffles are the best especially when you put stuff like chocolate chips or cinnamon in them. Strawberry's to put on top of them would have been the greatest. Everything was great and I will be back.

The staff was so helpful and our room was very roomy and well kept. We also were glad that the cable service showed all the programs we normally watch. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again. The location was an easy on - easy off of I-35.

Our first room was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. There were crumbs and wrappers on the floor, and not sure if bedding had been changed. We were promptly assigned a new room which was fine. I just didn't feel this property was up to par for a Best Western. We stay in. best Westerns most of the time since we travel with our dog, and they are the most consistent chain that allows dogs

"Slightly out-dated but clean"

We stayed here during an OU game but we did not visit for the OU game. We were here for a poultry show. So the price of the room was much more than usual. There's a film of oil on door knobs and such surfaces. The rooms and hallways are rather dim. This hotel could use a renovation in the near future.

"Clean budget and pet friendly"

Stayed for 4 nights. Price was competitve with similar hotels around. I had a pet friendly room. There was a little doggie body odor, but it wasn't over powering. Our room was conveniently located close to an exit door. The room was clean for the most part, just a shower curtain that needed changing. The room had 2 queen beds (which I checked with UV light and bedding was clean), small fridge and microwave, a desk and 2 chairs, cable TV and internet. The clientel that hung around were actual hotel guests and not rift raft. I felt much safer here than at our previous hotel. I do wish they had a designated dog poop area. Breakfast was good. It had hot and cold choices every morning. Location of this hotel was great for me.

"Best Western Moore, OK"

The staff were wonderful and our rooms were their typical level of cleanliness. Our only disappointment was in the lack of bacon or sausage during breakfast. Best Western still rates as our go to choice when traveling on the road and would definitely stay here again if coming to Moore.

"Great Hotel in a Horrible Location"

Other than supposed convenience, I don't understand why ANY Hotel chain would locate a Property right next to an Interstate, unless they build said property with Noise deadening materials, Sound Proof Glass windows and Blackout Curtains that actually block the light. I am also not sure why they hire and retain Front Desk Associates who simply aren't friendly. It creates a very bad image. The Associate on duty when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. The one on duty when I checked out the next morning was the complete opposite.

"Sooners game"

This is a convenient location for attending Sooner games. The staff were excellent and the room and facilities were very clean. This was our first stay here and we will be coming back. Even though we didn't get to use the free breakfast, it looked and smelled delicious. We did enjoy a delicious cup of coffee though. Check in and checkout was a breeze. It was quiet and the mattress was very comfortable and we got a restful night's sleep.

"Noisy and uncomfortable"

If you stay at this hotel make sure you are as far from the interstate as possible. We were close to it and the traffic noise was unbelievable all night long. Pair that with uncomfortable beds and a barely cleaned room and this was definitely not worth the money we paid. The breakfast was good. Hot and when the eggs ran out they were right there to refill. Friendly front staff.

"Price was good for a Best Western"

Right next to I-35 which could be both good and bad. Road noise was not noticeable and I didn't want to drive very far off the interstate. There is an indoor pool that looks really nice. I think it was open but no one was using it. They were serving breakfast but they ran out of sausage early. I need protein so I don't get the shakes later. This was important to me.

Our stay was good. Our room was clean except for the shower curtain had blackmail do at the bottom. The bed was okay, but could have been a little softer and the rooms or at least the room that I stayed in is a little outdated. They could update the rooms and add bathtubs instead of just having bathtubs off in their third floor rooms. Other than that, our stay was good

Very clean, nicer than average motel. Breakfast food was nice but not outstanding. Room was clean and neat. Seems to be a newer building, or at least reasonably newly remodeled. Noise from the nearby highway was a little distracting.

This is an older, well maintained Best Western. The front desk lady (Sunny) was pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and neat. There's a nice pool on the 1st floor. Breakfast area was clean & orderly. There were numerous hot and cold food items. If in the area we would stay again!

A little difficult to get to at first but ok once you understand the roads. Older facility but the mini suite was very clean and quiet. Close to everything and complimentary breakfast was quite good with many options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

"Great value"

Nice room. Front desk very helpful with as lol requests. Pool was nice but a little cold. Breakfast was sufficient. Fitness room had weight machine, treadmill, stepper, bike. Rooms are only cleaned after you leave but all supplies easily obtained at front desk so it is not a big deal.

"Great hotel for the money"

We stayed twice over thanksgiving holiday on the way to and from Texas. Ask for the third floor if you are not a pet person and the rooms are great for the money! We had no problems and the hotel lobby and breakfast area were very clean and the staff was friendly both stays. We would definitely stop again, for the money this is hard to beat with breakfast and a pool.

My online reservation had not gone through. The person checking me in searched a few booking sites to see if I had booked on any of them. Then he gave me the lowest price he found. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean ... the breakfast was great and the price was very affordable for what I got. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for economy without having to give up comfort and ease.

This was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in anywhere. Third floor has bathtubs which I enjoy and it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable rooms were spacious and had absolutely no problems with anything. Also was very happy that this hotel accepted our kitten with a $20 deposit

"Disappointing stay - Room was not clean"

I've agonized over this review - it's not my business to "ruin" someone's reputation, and this hotel has a lot of good reviews, which is why we chose it. However, be cautious. We arrived late to this hotel, got all our bags and items up to the room for our extended stay, only to discover that neither bed had clean bedding. There was blood and makeup, dirt and grime on sheets, pillows, and coverlets. Absolutely unacceptable for a stay at a Best Western. The ONLY reason we ended up staying was that Morgan, who was working the front desk as customer service, and Jennifer, part of the housekeeping team who was OFF at the time and came back on shift to help, personally went into our room and changed all bedding. They both went above and beyond to earn our business; had it not been for Morgan, we would have turned around and left. This hotel has a nice small pool that's perfect for splashing kids, a decent laundry facility (though it takes two or three rounds to dry a small load of clothes; be prepared time-wise), and a simple breakfast in the mornings. Nothing fancy, just basic cereal, oatmeals, fruit (that looked a bit sad) and a shared milk carafe in the fridge (hello, COVID??). Their blueberry glazed donuts were great one morning, and we really liked the microwave breakfast burritos another morning. The microwave turntable did not spin, and the fridge drawer was so disgusting we removed it and put it on the floor for the duration of our stay. Bhavik was friendly and cheerful and joked with our teenage son during check-in, and was happy to provide extra towels, and anything else we needed. I'd say be cautious if you stay here, and make sure that the room is clean before you settle in. That's just unacceptable. Kudos to the team for fixing the problem quickly and kindly.

Staff was awesome. They know how to give the best customer service. Well maintained building and grounds and parking lot. Felt safe inside and outside the building. One mechanical issue with a window that wouldn't close. Staff was right on top of it. Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to this hotel within the month.

The room was nice and handicap accessible bathroom was great. If it had a handheld shower head it would have been better. Wish the bed had normal pillows instead of those little ones. The room was clean and smelled clean. The a/c was cold and the front desk was very helpful and even brought me a blanket has my husband kept the room at 69 & I froze!

"Terrible place was like a crap hole!"

Pool was freezing. The double room I had the AC was only where the bed was and not in the living space. Bed room freezing living space hotter then hell. The wait time to check in was terrible only one persona at the desk taking forever with just one customer. I stay at Drury Inn wanted to try something new but should have stayed with my usual can't go wrong there. Oh and the entire place smelt like marijuana for the two days I was there discussing!

Check-In was fast and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Good mattress in our room, bedding was fine. Didn't do the breakfast, fast food, oatmeal and fruit. Internet was unsecured so used cellular data instead. We actually prefer the warm colors and decor to the cold and grey decor at the Best Western Plus in Moore. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again. Get a room furthest away from the interstate.

"Extremely Rude & Unreasonable “Manager”"

The “manager” refused to give my deposit back because the room had been “smoked in”. I was accused of smoking/vaping in the room. The “manager” could provide no proof other than “she has asthma and knows what smoke is”. Even though she said herself it did not smell like smoke, but she couldn't tell if a lot of perfume was sprayed or if it was marijuana.. (There's a big difference..) My wife and I can be seen going outside multiple times to smoke cigarettes. However the smoke detector NEVER went off but, it was sooo smokey she kept MY MONEY.. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she refused to give me any contact information. Instead saying I have to return Monday to speak with anyone. Even though I have to travel an HOUR to speak with her supervisor. I will be there to get MY MONEY back. I will NEVER return as long as she is employed here. My wife and I have stayed here 8 or 9 times in the past two months with no incidents. I refuse to spend my money somewhere I'm disrespected and accused of something with absolutely no proof. The gentleman that works the front desk overnight is very polite and is great at his job. He knows how to treat customers with respect. He deserves a promotion and a raise.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and it was impossible to get and keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The Staff was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. Limited breakfast due to Covid was more of a snack.

Overall very good, pet friendly hotel. Internet and cable was out but that was due to a local ice storm. Very affordable even with the pet payment. Close to many eating options as well as downtown. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit! We were in town for a softball tournament and we so excited when we walked in and saw how much space we had. Two closets, a large bathroom, sitting area, frig, desk, etc. LOVED IT!

Best Western Plus will be the only hotel I use going forward. You know exactly what you're getting with BWP. The night before in Houston I stayed at a chain hotel that was just terrible in appearance and cleanliness. No more hoping a hotel is exactly what I expect in the future. BWP has won my loyalty.

This is the only place I will stay in OKC area while visiting family. My sister and I have family in the area, so we stay here 6-10 nights a year. The staff is very accommodating. Check in and express check out are very easy. The rooms are very clean.

We usually stay here due to the easy access. The last few times we've stayed the floors were dirty and the remote didn't work. They recently had a remodel on the exterior but the rooms are the same. Could use some new carpet in the rooms.

Excellent value Perks: clean room, large suite, safe, secure parking lot with ample lighting, pet friendly, delicious breakfast with several dietary options, fast wife, conveniently located off I-35 with a number of restaurants close by. My only qualms were there was recycle bin available in the dining room to dispose of all the plastic eating utensils, the coffee in the bedroom and at breakfast was weak and watery, and I wasn't crazy about the orange and brown decor. However, it was clean and had been updated in recent years. It was not an old brown and orange from decades ago. It was newer, just not my preference. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness and security. It is not luxury but excellent value.

Traveling from Albuquerque to Springfield, MO, my wife and I elected to stay at the Best Western in Moore for a couple nights. Now granted, it's not the Waldorf Astoria, but the price cannot be beat. The staff was more than helpful and pleasant when we called about accommodations. A super nice lady named Bi-Bi(?)helped us find a third floor suite because we are light sleepers. She went beyond expectations to honor our request. Even the general breakfast items seemed better than normal. Would we stay there again? You bet!

don't judge the hotel by the outside because it is being updated on outside. Room was nice but had a order to it when you first entered the room. We had a king bed no smoking room - but sure smelled like someone had smoked in the room. But it went away. Could of been because the room was closed for a while.

Pros: bed comfortable, basic breakfast, clean. Nice tv. Large suites, large fridge. Cons: dated and dark Interior. As of now only exterior is being updated..so this could pull in unsusscepting travelers expecting modern rooms. Linen and towels worn and abused. Bathroom is split. With shower stall and no tub and toilet in small cubicle. Overall stay was fine and uneventful

The hotel is undergoing renovations but it wasn't too much of an issue. The hotel staff are excellent. There was an odor in the room when we checked in but it dissipated in while the A/C ran. The A/C was not on when we checked in. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here every summer on our annual road trip for the past 10 years. The pet friendly policy is what hooked us. Motel is usually clean and very convenient for a break from the road. Pool is great if you have young children. This trip I had a few complaints- the carpet had not been vacuumed in our room and the hallway could have used it too. The back parking lot was kind of trashy and the ashtray right by the entrance is disgusting. Also, it would be nice to have a pet waste station or at least a reminder for owners to pick up after their pets. Overall it's a good place for a one night stay, but it could go downhill quickly if they are not careful. All the staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel and its staff make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk in the front door to the minute you leave. The pool was perfect for young kids, as it doesn't get deeper than 4 feet. Breakfast was hot. Housekeeping was fast, and they went above and beyond when my son got sick. You can tell that the employees care about their guests.

The room was clean great water pressure in the shower. The hotel is located near several places to eat. Instead of sending housekeeping unannounced the front desk called to see if I would like service. This was very thoughtful as I had a sleeping toddler that was not disturbed.

When traveling on IH 35, you want to get home & get good rest on your way. This is your best stop. The hotel is very accessible from highway, service is great & rooms are wonderful. Give Toby Keith's hometown & this Best Western the chance it definitely has earned.

The customer service was fabulous, but this property is old and definitely feels it. I was less than impressed by the gummy bear left in my bed by a previous guest as well as by the morsel of food (?) that was on the floor at the foot of the bed. Neither of these complaints were worth mentioning to guest services, but it's the small things that leave an impression. This hotel is just okay. Also, the sink area is located outside of the room where the toilet and shower are located, which I found to be unusual. I'm not saying "don't stay here," but definitely don't pay a premium price to do so.

We were in Moore for a family issue and chose the Best Western on Main and we do not regret our decision. Very clean, accommodating and friendly! We were greeted warmly and offered coffee, etc., when we checked in. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool was great!!! We were there for 4 days and the breakfast was always hot and good, the coffee was good and I am a coffee snob...........Sam and Sonny went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and offered suggestions for getting around traffic, etc. We will definitely call them first on our next trip there!

This hotel was a great value. Everything was spotless and staff were solicitous about any questions or problems needing to be resolved (we had none). The location right off I-35 made it handy to access stores and restaurants. We would come here again next time we're in OK.

Staff was very helpful, nice and professional. The room that I was in had a torn curtain and some one had written their name on a lampshade. (Some guest really don't respect other people's property).Some of the towels that were in the room were stained with what looked like blood but the lady on shift promised that it was make up that some of the guest use and how hard that make-up was to get out. My issue with this is that some of the staff was aware of the tear in the curtain and the name on the lampshade. I was told by the dayshiftofessional. The room had a tear in the cur person that they were waiting for the new items. The hotel was not full so why put some one in a room that you know has issues? If I had never stayed at this hotel I may be inclined not to return. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and the rooms have always been impeccable.

Pleased with the room, except that it didn't seem the heat could keep up with the very low temps outside. Fortunately, they had an extra blanket in the closet, but I needed more. I kept waking up with cold feet, (inspite of my wearing socks) so could not get a restful night of sleep. How disappointing. The breakfast, however, was quite good.

Bed wasnt clean. They aren't thorough when they clean under the bed. There were candies showed by the wood frame. Main desk wasn nice, the lady was hesitant to give us pool towels. Has to ask for soap

We found this Best Western to be Very Nice! Staff are friendly and helpful. We were a party of 5 adults,we checked into 2 rooms! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Places to eat are nearby. Continental breakfast bar was quite good! I would consider this place to stay at again in the future!

Had the quickest and most pleasant check in experience. My room was fine. Bed and pillows were fine. Breakfast was ok, no bananas. The pool was good too except it needed to be a little bit warmer. Good parking and easy to find as it was on the feeder to the interstate. Would stay here again.

Spent 2 nights and this hotel has among the most comfortable beds we have had in a hotel. They were soft but supportive. Continental breakfast was better than most with good tasting high fiber cereal, cooked eggs that varied daily. Fitness room adequate but no weights available. Hotel service quite good. Highly recommend for medium priced hotel.

This was the 4th Best Western we stayed in in 5 days and unfortunately was the worst of the bunch. We were a family of 4 with 2 small children & stayed 2 nights. Pros - clean enough, friendly staff, decent breakfast, big rooms Cons - room decor dated. NO outlets anywhere near beds. Torn curtainin room. Wi-fi slow & spotty in our room. Tile around the pool as well as in our room by the bathroom were very slippery when wet. My family slipped several times while just walking, not running. No hot tub in pool area. Housecleaning could use more attention to detail. One of the mirrors in our room had a streaked haze on it when I arrived that came right off with a dry towel. I found an unchewed but open piece of gum on the closet floor. The 2nd night we found 2 separate wads of hair floating in the pool. There was a sign in the lobby explaining that due to rennovations not all rooms had a bath tub. (Ours didn't). I tried to ask 2 different staff about the rennovations hoping they would address some of my complaints above. However, neither staff seemed to know anything about the rennovations. Not sure if this means they weren't trained well enough or if the rennovations aren't really happening. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

This is going to be our "go-to" location when we are travelling through the OKC area. The staff behind the counter are great - very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They made sure the honored our request for a ground floor room or near the elevator. The room itself was very large with a bed with perfect firmness. The shower had good pressure and it was nice just to be able to walk into it without having to climb over a tub.

We didn't have a reservation before arriving at this hotel. However, the staff was very friendly in helping us choose the size room that would be right for our family of five. We ended up getting the suite. The set up was perfect as there was a door that divided a living room with desk and sofa (that made into a bed) from the rest of the room that has twin beds and a bathroom. Both rooms had a TV, and there were even two sinks—one outside the shower room and one inside the shower room. The staff gave us a courtesy call about 10 minutes after we arrived in our room to be sure that everything was ok. We slept peacefully and enjoyed the breakfast. There was a pool, but we didn't have time to use it as it didn't open until 10:00 in the morning and checkout was at 11:00 am. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Highly recommend staying here. The room was very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. It is conveniently located - right off the interstate but had no traffic noise and was very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay here.

We needed a hotel for OU graduation weekend but didn't want to pay inflated Norman prices. This was everything we wanted and more - not only a great price, but our room was an "extended suite" so we had what we referred to as the "party room" where our family could all meet at night. The rooms were clean, the beds were awesome, the bathroom was clean and ready. Breakfast was good and the staff greeted us every time we came in or went back out. Thank you for helping to make this a weekend that we will always cherish.

"No Idea How This Got an Award of Excellence..."

I have no idea how this got an award of excellence or why there are so many good reviews. This was one of the most horrible Best Westerns in which I have ever stayed. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But that was it. (1) The night auditor made a mistake on my bill and ended up putting two different charges on my bill for one night. He was rude and refused to fix my bill. I had to wait for the manager to come in and fix my bill. However, because the manager was nice and offered me a discount and there was severe weather expected, I opted to stay for another night. (2) The guest computers did not always work and nobody seemed to care about fixing them. (3) Some of the clerks were downright unfriendly. (4) This is the most serious. There was a tornado warning and my tornado tracker on my I-Phone showed the tornado headed right toward Moore! Thankfully, it changed direction and hit Norman instead. However, the clerk did not seem to care about getting everyone to safety. She had no idea where it was going to hit. NEVER AGAIN.

The Greentree Inn Best Western Motel in Moore, OK IS one of the best Best Western motels and we are diamond members of the Best Western brand and have stayed in many B/W motels. It is clean, well run, with helpful staff, and good, clean breakfasts. The location is between Oklahoma City and Norman and surrounded by many restaurants and fast food places. The room was also clean with very comfortable beds.

I travel to OKC area on business several times per week. I always stay at this hotel. It is reasonably priced, quiet, great location, and the rooms are always very clean. Being a frequent guest I have stayed in different rooms and they are always similar, which I love. The breakfast is good, and they also have a workout room and a pool. But despite all of these things I must say that my favorite thing about this hotel is the staff. The manager, can't remember her name, is always very friendly and makes me feel welcome. The first time I stayed I actually asked her if my laundry would be ok in the dryer for a bit if I went to my room(there is a guest washer and dryer room fairly close to the front desk). She offered to call my room when it was done so that I didn't have to worry about it. I thought that was very kind but the kicker is that when She called me and I went down to pick it up, she had folded it all for me!! From then on this was my spot. The only other staff member that I have dealt with is a young gentleman who works evenings at the front and he is always very polite and professional as well. Highly recommend this place!!!

My wife and I traveled from Arizona to OK City and Tulsa recently to visit a number of museums. We had never been to Oklahoma before so we relied heavily in TripAdvisor data. We settled on Best Western Greentree because it was a great value for the money, especially with a full breakfast. While Moore is a suburb of OK City, it's just off I-35 and you can reach downtown OK City pretty quickly and there are a myriad of restaurants nearby. There's even a Sam's Club just a few miles away with its great gas prices for members. it's also just 4 miles from the excellent Museum of Osteology, which was one of our destinations. We stayed two separate nights book-ended around our two days in Tulsa and had different rooms. Each time our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Everything worked as ordered in the room. The front desk employees were friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the area. The full breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs, sausage links, delicious biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, and of course, make your own waffles. The coffee was the best we had at any hotel during our travels. The juice dispenser was fully operational and featured three different juices. In conclusion, we heartily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the OK City area as you are getting great value for the money paid.

"OK in Oklahoma"

We stayed for one night to attend a concert nearby. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. They even keep the parking lot very clean which is unusual for many hotels. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and actually knowledge of the area. The deluxe hot breakfast was very good with one exception. When you reconstitute powdered eggs they really need to be beaten for some time or else they are gritty. They had bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and all the other breakfast goodies. Everything worked well in the rooms. The fridge is probably a little bigger than most but the coffee maker is one that just makes a single cup. Some of us need more coffee than that, but there will be more in the breakfast room. There is a work out room and indoor pool that is a nice size.

"Meh, It's A Best Western..."

A relative suggested we stay at this property. Hesitatingly, I agreed as I think of Best Western in the same category as Motel 6. After our stay, I wasn't far off in my assessment - it's a low level property not worth the price we paid. The smoke detector was covered with tape, likely left over from a room painting sometime in the past. If I'd have called the fire dept. about this, there very likely would have been fines levied. Every day the bathroom was left in different condition - sometimes with a bathmat, sometimes not. Sometimes with a rubber shower mat, sometimes not. Sometimes with the proper mix of shampoo, lotion etc., sometimes just all shampoo. The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon a little closer look there were a number of water & beer bottle caps on the floor just out of normal vacuum reach. A quick look behind the one chair in the room & the lack of attention to cleaning was very evident. The elevator seems to be hanging up on something on the 2nd floor & made a concerning sound every time we used it - until we decided to use the stairs & avoid the fearful elevator... The one & only redeeming thing I can think of about the property was the desk person, Danielle. She was an absolute delight greeting us when we came in & saying have a good time when we would leave. She asked if we needed any suggestions on eating locations, & chatted with us the one time we ate the "complimentary" breakfast. Why she is working at a Best Western is a mystery - she has the customer service skills I experience at much higher quality hotels like Omni, Hyatt Regency, Hilton etc. In summary, I expected much better based on my relative's recommendation, & reviews I read online. How it got 4 stars is a mystery - I feel they are inaccurate & quite inflated.

Reasonable price, friendly staff and clean rooms. Bathroom is not the best, small and no tub. location is nice and close to other restaurants and grocery stores. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We have stayed here before, but this time the property looked and felt a little run down. The breakfast was also really low quality with powdered eggs, bad coffee and no option of boiled eggs instead of powdered.

We stayed here both on our way down to Texas and our way back. Both times we were pleased with the experience. The rooms were large, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the staff was great and the breakfast was as advertised. All at a very reasonable price. We have found our halfway point to Texas.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Hotel for the price paid. It is well located if working in the Moore area. It was less than a mile to the office I was working at while there. I will stay here again when working out of the Moore office or any other time I have a reason to stay in the south Oklahoma City area.

This hotel is great if your looking for a place to get a few hours rest. However you'll want to ask for a room on the west side of the hotel away from the highway. The traffic noise is a bit loud otherwise. The beds are ok. They are not super soft but they are defiantly not as hard as others I've slept on. Breakfast is "OK" again nothing special but if your hungry it does the job.

I've stayed here a number of times since it was built when I visit the OKC area, but my past 3 visits have had issues. None major, but annoying things. The side door wouldn't work with room key which required me to have to walk all the way around the building with luggage to get to my room that was just steps away from side door...why didn't desk clerk tell me this in advance, the maintenance person told me they knew about it! The chair at desk was broke, so you almost slid out into the floor when you sat down, the breakfast the last two times was not very warm, cold eggs and the meat was cold! Very disappointed over my past experiences with Best Western.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Check out process was very quick. Breakfast tomorrow also very good. I would stay here again. I felt secure in this location. They had a very nice indoor pool, although I did not get to use it. The price I paid for this room was very reasonable.

Stay somewhere else! Hard to get to! Rooms were dirty! Carpets in rooms were dirty. Location was a little sketchy. Breakfast was terrible. Side door was supposed to be locked so you needed a room key to enter and the door pulled right open! Spoke to front desk about wrong address on their website! Pool looked so dirty that we did not let our kids get into it, even though we picked it online due to the indoor pool. Bathrooms were so gross, grout work was moldy and toilets kept clogging for some reason.

I was in Moore Okla. for a family member funeral. The staff here went above and beyond to help me with my dog Pearl. this was the first time staying with her in a hotel. My dog is 7 years old and loves to be around people so when she hears them she feels she needs to be right in the middle of it all. I went to the funeral and was gone for two hours and when my dog heard neighbors she started to bark. the staff got her and let her hang out in the lobby in her kennal and even took her outside, when I pulled up to hotel my dog was very happy and content..

Hotel staff is not truthful when booking rooms directly with the hotel. Was told that they would match the booking sites pricing but tripled it on the actual bill. Under cooked breakfast, Hot rooms, Low water pressure, Rude workers, and Extremely hard to get to.

Clean, friendly welcoming. Just the way weary travelers expect. The room and beds were very comfortable the breakfast was area was clean and welcoming. Fresh water with a little lime and lemon the lobby was a welcome touch. The staff was very helpful and tolerant of my teenagers in the pool. They kindly and gently reminded them of the hours and gave them a couple minuets to exit.

Everything from check in to check out was great. Breakfast was okay but because of the air conditioning it got cold fast. Rooms clean and beds had plenty of "soft" pillows. Wish they had included at least one firmer pillow. The indoor pool was COLD and could not use. This is our only complaint

My son and I stayed here 2 nights for a baseball tournament. The staff was always friendly and inviting and the room was clean and comfortable. easy access to the highway and lots of foods choices nearby. I would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

I was there for my mothers funeral, everyone was very nice and helpful when we needed extra towels, everything was clean, my daughter has to sleep on the pullout sofa which she said was not comfortable she could feel the springs through the mattress, our bed was great no problems, I would definitely stay there again.

The Best Western in Moore, OK is very comfortable, exceptionally clean and has a pool, equipment room and internet service. It offers a complimentary breakfast and a very friendly, welcoming staff. They also offer handicapped rooms with a roll-in shower, if needed.

Although there was a change in some of the staff at this BW, the new owners have kept the high standard that was built by the previous owners. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The internet speed was fast enough for streaming movies, checking email, & Skyping with family members. This BW is located close enough to get to any of the areas of fun in the Oklahoma City Metro area!

We were there for a dance contest and the hotel was just where we wanted to be. The breakfast was just the regular motel breakfast, but it was very good! I did think the hotel was kind if expensive for what it was. A room, beds and breakfast. the staff was very helpful and sweet.

This was the best room of our trip, Very clean and attractive, service was excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Price was great, a very good value. Amenities were very good. There were plenty of mirrors and lamps, as well as outlets. refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and iron worked well, and ironing board was full size. Good hot breakfast. I will stay at Best Western again.

"Not clean, poor updates, & poor service"

When I checked in at 5:15pm, I was told they weren't sure if my room was cleaned yet...after making a call, & while quietly fussing at the person on the phone & walking to the back room to finish the call, I was told my room was in fact ready. Our room still had past guests receipts in it, trash from past guests under the bed skirts, dirt on the light switches, window sills, & corners, rips in the curtains/blinds, nasty soap buildup on the base of the shower bar, stains on the mattresses, & the mattress of the hide a bed had rips & was literally coming apart at the seams! I had booked a suite, & the room itself was very spacious for 2 adults & 3 kids, but it was a far cry from a suite & very obvious that it was once a regular room & a poor remodel added on a "living room space" that looked like it used to be a part of the hallway area. The bathroom had also been updated with a new shower surround that was nice, but again it was a poor remodel, because they had just slid the shower surround in & screwed it to the wall...no trim around it, all screws & the edge of the fiberglass surround still exposed! The pool area was nice, but for an indoor pool it was cold! Other guests who were in the pool when we got there warned us it was cold before we got in & it was! My 3 kids & I were shivering the whole time we were in it, & speaking of the pool, we had to get someone from the front desk to help us get into the pool area, because you "had to know the secret" (as stated by the staff member) to getting the door the the pool area open because the lock didn't function properly! We called down to get extra blankets the evening that we got there & I was informed by hotel staff that I could get extra blankets, but I had to come down to the front desk & get them myself! I went down to get the blankets & was given 1 blanket & 3 beadspreads. When I asked if I could just get blankets I was told that they only had 1 blanket available... I'm an avid traveler for work & family vacations, I don't expect perfection, but this hotel had way too many things going on that were totally fixable, but haven't been. It's poorly operated & kept. If you're wanting to stay at a BW stay at the Best Western Plus in Norman, OK. I've stayed there on business too & its 110 times better & cleaner!

Under no circumstances would we want you in a room that has not been clean or everything in working order. The door on the pool is one that you have to go real slow when sliding the key, again my apologizies that this was a struggle to get into. We had a large group inhouse that also had been given blakets, we were giving these out as fast as rooms were checking in and the same kind of blankets were also giving to other guests and everyone was happy. Nice features not found in newer motels such as several door length mirrors, a real true closet, plenty of light fixtures, large room with plenty of seating. The sink with a large counter is outside of the tub/shower and toilet room. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable.

"Perfect for our needs"

We were in the area for the Women's College World Series and basically just needed a place to sleep at night as we would be spending all day out and about. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to stadium and priced much better than many of the hotels closer to the venue. Beds were comfortable. We got back a lil early so the kids tried out the indoor pool. It is small and the deep end is only about 3'7" but that was perfect for our youngest that isn't a strong swimmer.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was cozy, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff is wonderful. I'm not from Moore but when I needed help getting somewhere, the two lovely ladies at the front desk, Tina and Morgan helped me get where I needed to be and got me there in time. This will be my home away from home every time I come this way.

Old, dingy, musty rooms that have been poorly "updated" with carpet and paint ignoring everything else. Wasn't informed of routine pool maintenance at time of check-in that closed pool for 6 hours during the time me and my children were going to swim. Whirlpool run was not in good repair, shower curtain fell of the wall twice, mattress stained, and sheets with holes.

There IS NO discount or cancellation same day reservations! I was within one mile of hotel at a group vocal recording when the weather turned dangerous. Schools closed early and our recording place had to be closed early as well. I tried to explain to hotel, knowing Moore Ok has had two very bad tornado events in the past. They would not CONSIDER even a discounted refund to cancel reservations the same day. We drove home early and never used our room but they charged 100% fee regardless. No more Greentree-Best Western!

Our 24 hour cancellation policy has not changed, we are willing to waive this when Tornado Warnings are in our are with no charge. However on this day we were only under a watch and the tornado's were in the northwest parts of the state. We would never want anyone to feel in jeopardy while in our area. My room was surprisingly large, well decorated and clean. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the kind staff. I was traveling with students, some with allergies and special food needs, but the free breakfast contained a huge selection of options so everyone was well satisfied. I would stay here again!

"Surprise Oasis "

When traveling we normally look for a place that is clean and inexpensive. We found the Greentree to be both. Our room had been remodeled. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. We had a mini suite. The value is outstanding. It was the lowest priced Hotel rated at 80 or above on Trivago. Hoping to have a clean and comfortable bed, we were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The lady that helped me check in was extremely courteous and friendly. The shower was separated from the sink area so that two people could be getting ready at the same time. Additionally, they have free breakfast that is very good. We will definitely stay here again as we travel through at least twice a year.

Good complimentary hot breakfast to include waffles,biscuits n gravy, eggs, etc plus the usual continental fare. Indoor swimming pool and very small fitness room. My room included small fridge and microwave in addition to coffee maker. It was suite style, so not certain all room include these. Avoid even number rooms on freeway/frontage side - definitely more traffic noise. Only complaint was that spare blanket was soiled, but that was immediately resolved by the front desk

"Nice room in a great location"

We spent two nights here while we explored the area. The rooms were very comfortable; the staff was excellent and friendly. We did not take advantage of the indoor pool or the breakfast so I cannot comment on those. The shower water pressure was excellent. The hallways seemed a little tired, but that would be just a tiny complaint overall.

"Do not stay here"

We came with family to stay for a one night getaway for my nephews. Found a baggie with meth residue in it under the kids' bed. Tried to talk to the front desk about it. She called the manager who is the owner apparently, then accused us of bringing it. We were told it was a housekeeping issue and to speak with them. We tried to speak to housekeeping and got no where. She acted as if she didn't understand us when speaking to her. I'm not sure why they would say to bring it up with housekeeping if they don't understand English. Maybe that is why they have baggies of drugs in their hotel room.be safe. Don't stay here. We paid $90 a night for a room that came with drugs. Some may appreciate that however my family and I do not. Also, one of our cell phones and a debit card were stolen out of the room and everyone in the hotel claim they have no idea what happened. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The absolute disrespect for privacy and personal property is atrocious.

You had two rooms at our Hotel. One of the rooms numerous beer bottles were thrown out the window and broke all over the parking lot. It took us thirty minutes to clean it up. The room smelled of smoke, and there was burn marks near the window. There are signs in the room saying this is a smoke free Hotel and your group blatantly ignored it. In the other room there was vomit all over the carpet. The room reeked of vomit. Your group also drank beer and ate snacks in the pool area, which is not allowed. We had numerous complains from other guest in the hotel about the partying and noise going on in your room and in the pool area. As for the "bag of Meth" you called it? It was simply a pill pouch from Walgreens, says it on the bag, which there was nothing in the plastic bag. We have pictures of the bag. You did nothing but complain of our hotel even so much as to accuse our housekeepers of stealing from your room.

We had checked in at the hotel, then went to a home coming parade where I had my wallet pick pocketed. We came back to the hotel, and went to our room to make calls to cancel our credit cards, and the going back home, and the manager heard what our problem was, and told us he was not going to charge us, With all the problems we had facing us, this was a beam of goodness, and we sure do appreciate it.

"Nice hotel just off the highway"

This was a very nice hotel along I-35. The room was very spacious and there was plenty of water pressure in the shower. The hotel has an indoor pool, breakfast, a workout area, which we did not take advantage. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly - I definitely recommend this hotel.

"Not a good area, hotel staff are a joke"

We left Nebraska at 5pm on October 6th, drove 8 hrs and got into Moore Oklahoma about 1am. We were heading to Galveston for our cruise. We thought the hotel looked nice but we later found out not a very good area ! We woke up the next day Oct 7th and I went to check out and my husband went to the truck, we were broken into our window was smashed and all of our luggage for the cruise was stolen! I ran back inside and asked the girl behind the desk to call the cops she said that we have to she couldnt! My husband came in and said he wanted to look at the cameras since we were parked right by one, the girl called her boss and he said No it wasn't his problem!!!!! The cops nor the hotel didn't do a damn thing, neither one would look at the tapes or anything! Think twice about staying here! If you do clean out your entire vehicle!

An overnight trip with a Great Grand & Grand Daughter 18 & 16. Purpose to 'shop the outlet mall' and visit the Oklahoma Memorial. From booking to registration to check-out - Nothing but helpful, efficient people who went above and beyond to help us. We added a night to our vacation so we could visit the Science Museum of Oklahoma. Moore is several miles south, but this motel is right on I-35, and just a few minutes from the museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is well kept and clean. Nice beds, good pillows, and a massaging shower head. The pool is nice and clean, too. Very relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Quick service replacing depleted items (we went back for seconds!)

"OK room...."

The room was clean except for two things. There is a coffee spill near the desk which has that old coffee smell. Clearly they haven't cleaned the carpet in a while. The decorative pillow on the bed STUNK!!! It smelled like someone who infrequently bathes rested their head on it for years. WASH IT!!! The sheets/bed were clean, other than that decorative pillow. Bathroom was clean. I wouldn't stay here again, though. The breakfast food was fake - fake eggs - fake sausage (what in the world was in that thing??). The banana was ok and coffee was fine. Even the yogurt tasted weird.

We had adult child with us so liked the suite aspect. However, the hide-a-bed did not have sheets; we had to request towels and sheets; the bedroom was quite small; the walls were very thin so we could hear a lot of hallway chatter, doors banging, and the conversation and crying baby in the next room. "Not Very Good"

The only cart that the hotel had for transporting luggage to the hotel rooms -- had the wheels flat! It was terrible to maneuver through the hotel. The elevator doors had to be pushed back because it had no motion sensor and would just keep closing! It didn't have a button to keep it open, and so because the cart was difficult to move -- someone had to crush their body weight against it to keep it from shutting on the cart! AWFUL. Then when we went to our hotel room the toilet paper holder was broken and left on the floor. The room was clean and everything else was average, but the things that were bad stuck out like sore thumbs and made the stay overall irritating.

Great service. Clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet peaceful three day stay. Easy to locate. Room was clean and spacious, just wish there had been two chairs for both of us. Pool area clean and pleasant. We enjoyed a pleasant and informative stay here in Moore!

Very clean and staff very helpful. Actually served a real breakfast Pet-friendly makes traveling much easier. The room was very quiet making it much easier to accomplish work. Although not used, the pool and work-out facility looked very nice.

I stayed at the Greentree BW while in OK for a family reunion. I was very pleased with the hotel, cleanliness, and breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Very close to the freeway and airport. You could hear the traffic on freeway if you stood right next to the window but did not bother me while I slept.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to OKC around the airport area. Well located but even better staff. "Good stopping point"

This was a good place to stop on a trip from San Antonio to Chicago. It's better maintained than the Candlewood Suites next door, which is where I stayed the last time I did this. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Hollie's Flatiron Steakhouse was a decent recommendation from the staff. Be sure sure to stop at Robertson's for a ham sandwich if you're driving up 35 from Texas.

Stayed here for a dance competition. The room was spacious and the staff very courteous. The room had a strange odor and there were some unexplained stains in the room. Breakfast was crowded with a long line for waffles. Nice hotel for the money. Would stay here again.

Hotel room stunk employees were very rude. Very rude. Would not stay there ever again. Pool was cold suppose to be a heated pool. But was very cold with no towels. Breakfast was horrible. Had to to go get breakfast at a restaurant down the street. Vending machines were not stocked. Room didn't have a remote. And lady at the front desk gave me a remote with a note telling me I had to program it my self. And after more than 15 times. It would not program. Finally the lady at the desk came to my room and tried to program the remote but could not program it. And told me she didn't know what to do and there was no one there to fix it and left my room slamming the door. Very very very rude. Tried to get a refund after only being in the room 30 mins. And she told me no refunds. Don't say at this hotel ever. Ever ever

"grave mistake"

This was our second stay at this location and the second time we used points, except this time was a grave error,cause we will not return this location. The staff member told us it would take 12,000 points, and we were driving at the time. However she apparently checked and found out it was 16,000 points which is fine, but we were balancing our 24,000 plus points over two stays in our travels. We were never told of this change and we found out the next morning when we checked our balance. Best western awards put the 4000 points back on, but management here did not care. In fact the manager never returned a call to the room and when we checked out, he never said anything, nor apologized...Needless to say, this location has lost forever our business. Thus because of that, this became a grave mistake for the hotel.

"Horrible Communication"

We stayed at this hotel for 0ne night and this stay was not easy, even though we earned points for this stay. Checking in the clerk, Valerie who was very nice had trouble getting the system to recognize us. Valerie was not able to pull us up by number. The whole process took about an hour.., very frustrating to say the least… our room was nice, However the next day when we tried to book a paid night at the “Best Western Website” price, the hotel would not honor it and to make matters worse, Best Western would state a higher price even though the online price was 72.00 and we told the corporate reservations where to go on line and they said they did and could not locate it. We find it hard to believe since we had, my partner/wife and also a bystander at the restaurant we ate at see it… So in turn, Best Western lost our business for that night. We tried to contact Valerie when she came in, however we were told to call back every 10 minutes because she was checking someone in. After 45 minutes, we said were done and went and stayed somewhere else. We were also saying we were going to stay there this upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday, but that is in jeopardy. It's really sad and disappointing, that after a couple of weeks of excellent and above service stays at Best Westerns that the one in Moore had to create so much frustration and lose us as a customer… Right now, our recommendation with this Best Western is not favorable at all, although all the others we wrote raving reviews… We would appreciate a call back from the general manager of this location to find a resolution of satisfaction. "Clean and welcoming"

We spent a Friday night here while visiting our granddaughters. We checked in after 6 pm and returned for the night after 9 pm. The elevator, the hallway were clean and smelled refreshed. The room itself was very clean and smelled very clean and crisp. The night desk mgr, Valerie, was very courteous and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome. The hotel is on the I-35 corridor as most of the hotels in this area are. Consequently, if you are a light sleeper the highway noise may be bothersome. Otherwise, well worth the money.

The lobby has been remodeled, and there has been improvements in the breakfast, but still few choice, and not replenished quickly. The is an odor in the rooms, and they are outdated. It isn't the safest neighborhood, but I feel safe there. The person who runs the hotel and most of the employees are very nice and helpful.

"Staff is completely unhelpful "

Your staff is ridiculously awful. I checked in and went to my room. I immediately turned on the AC. As is somewhat common in hotels, the AC was very very noisy. Fine, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. She said you cannot change rooms if you got into the bed. What? I checked in 3 minutes before that. I told her I did not and she told me to come downstairs to switch rooms. I came down. When I got to the desk she said she needed to go check the room to make sure I didn't mess it up (in the five minutes I had been there). By now I'm very upset. If you really wanted to check the room (which by the way is insane!) make my new key, bring it to me, and check the damn room then - instead of leaving me at the front desk after I'm already inconvenienced. As she heads toward the elevator I tell her I will need to speak to her Mgr. She said ok. She's gone so long I am able to call another hotel and book a room there. She comes back eventually and I ask her for the Mgr and she said she cannot let me speak to them. What? At this point I thought I was on a prank tv show. What kind of Mgr's policy is if there is a problem, whatever you do - don't bother me. I'm through with this place. I've stayed here over the last few years over 100 nights. But no more. Ive travelled over 100 nights per year for the last 12 years and have never been so shocked at the lack of hospitality at a hospitality business. And changing rooms at hotel (especially when your a returning guest and rewards member) has never ever been a problem. not every room is flawless and as a hotel Mgr you know that. Nonetheless - peace out.

This Best Western had a nice, modern lobby area. The rooms/halls looked a little aged but not a big deal. Included: wifi, breakfast, business center with fax & printer, indoor pool, fitness room, elevator, fridge, microwave, and windows that open so you can get some fresh air. Worst thing (I was on second floor): you could hear the banging of feet above and when people were coming into their rooms as well. One night I heard my door rattle, thought someone was coming in, so I checked the peephole. It was a guy going into his room cross the hall and all his baggage made my door rattle. Everything went smoothly from being able to check in early to breakfast being serve fresh and promptly in the morning. The entire hotel was beyond clean. From the parking lot to the to the closets in my room. I look forward to going back to this location for another stay in the future.

"Friendly Staff"

The staff were very friendly and informed. Quick check-in, got to my room with no delay. Breakfast was good and the food was hot. The pool was overly cold for an indoor heated pool but pool area was very clean and appealing. Business center was nice to use but the printer was out of ink.

For the last few years when I am on the road I look for a Best Western because their offering is always consistent and at a reasonable price. The people are always friendly and the rooms clean. It's nice to know when you walk into a place what you are going to get. I have never been disappointed.

"This place needs help"

Night management and housekeeping need to be replaced or retrained in hospitality. Our room was not cleaned for two days, when asking for extra towels from front desk at night expect to catch an attitude like you just interrupted him watching his favorite tv show. it is right on the interstate so there is alot of highway noise.

"Leaking Windows, Thin Blankets Bad WiFi"

Stayed at the Hotel on thanksgiving night cold and raining in Oklahoma City. Windows was leaking water all night from the rain. AC/Heater unit was getting water from leaking windows. I'm glad I didn't get electrocuted. Set Thermostat at 77 but temp in the room stayed 73 all night. WiFi is not even decent enough to make a connection. Blanket is very thin consider the time of the year.

"Excellent Customer Service"

We were road weary and really needed a room. The agency I had booked a room at (at this same hotel) had really messed up, and there was no record of the booking. The desk clerk was able to straighten it out, with no extra cost to us (even waiving the early check-in fee--it was 3am!)

"Good Place to Stay"

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Over all it is a nice place to stay. The room was big and the temperature was very constant even though the outside temperature took a big dip. I stayed there the last time I was in Moore and will probably stay there the next time, it is a nice place to stay.

"Overall a good hotel"

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was actually very good. The room was clean when we first got there , but after the second day we noticed that they basically made the bed and put new towels up. On our last day we didn't get towels and had to go to the front desk and ask for them.Overall I would reccomend this hotel.

Only problem is the access to it. The might put some signs where Moore dr goes across the double lane to help travelers at night. Otherwise great stay. Staff very helpful Breakfast very good. No complaints Clean indoor pool Not directly on i35

"OVERNIGHT STAY"

We had been traveling all day, and pulled in here...we are members of the Best Western Gold Club. All seemed well, but when we were going to bed, we wanted to adjust the thermostat to our comfort level for sleeping. The thermostat would only keep the room freezing, so we decided to use the ceiling fan (which most rooms do not have) but the thing rattled all night long....needless to say, we did not sleep well that night!

"Good visit."

Upon my arrival in was met with a friendly desk clerk and found all the staff I dealt with very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool is salt water, not very deep 2-3 feet but the temp was okay (indoor heated). The treadmill didn't work so I road the stationary bike. I agree with previous reviews about the breakfast, they should use a different sausage and eggs. Overall it was a good stay with a good price.

"horrible experience"

Upon arriving the hotel was clean and up to date. In the middle of the night I began itching and found bed bugs. I tried to find a desk attendant to report the problem but none were found. The hotel had quite a few young men wondering the halls all hours of the night and knowing no one was available made me feel uncomfortable.

"Average Hotel"

This hotel is very hard to get to if you do not know the area. We called ahead to get our reservation and was traveling after dark. It was clean, breakfast was average, thought the prices were a bit high for the area. Room was clean.

"Clean and safe"

We just needed a place to stay the night - we went here because we thought that BW was good and then BW PLUS would be better? Anyway, we were satisfied with the hotel. We didn't try the pool - but nice clean room, the carpets may be a little worn in the hallways but - this is a hotel with lots of people walking down the halls every day so for me, it was fine. The breakfast was actually better than expected, there were scrambled eggs and sausages, we're not used to this at roadside hotels. Even though you're next to a busy highway and of course, you can hear the cars, it didn't bother us at all.

"Nice place, but be careful !"

I paid through Expedia on my pay pal account. When I was checking in, she found me right away and asked for my credit card. She was going to charge me for the rooms. When I said I've already paid, it took her a minute before she finally said oh, sorry. That happened to my mom on a trip before and neither place would give her money back. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. The usual cereal, gross eggs & sausage, waffles and syrup that has a whang to it. We were near the highway but never heard it.
