Your reservation was made through a travel agency for a Cool Room for three guests. Prior to arrival, the agency extensively informed you of the room characteristics, including the room size and the limitations regarding the placement of an additional bed. With this understanding and advise booking a different room type, the decision was made to proceed with the reservation of the same room category. As soon as the concern regarding the room size was raised shortly after your arrival, our team immediately contacted the agency. Following the discussion, an additional room was arranged and covered by the agency. At the time, we understood that you were satisfied with the swift action taken by the team to resolve a situation which, as confirmed below, had already been communicated during the booking process. Our team, in close collaboration with Media One, made every effort to ensure that the guest was fully aware of the room's features before their stay.
