Mi experiencia en este hotel fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, el personal hizo todo lo posible por hacerme sentir bienvenido y cómodo. Las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, con todos los detalles que uno puede esperar de un hotel de esta categoría en Dubái. Quiero dar un agradecimiento especial a Baiana, que fue increíblemente amable y atenta durante toda mi estancia

Estancia perfecta, buena ubicación, limpieza, servicio y todo el personal muy atento. Especialmente Sandip y Imamu. Espero volver a este hotel. La zona de Dubai Marina es perfecta para ir a cenar y está justo al lado del hotel pudiendo ir a andando sin problema.

El hotel en general es bueno, el desayuno es rico y abundante, el personal es muy amable, destaco la atención de Joaquín del restaurante ciao bella, un chico muy atento y servicial, a parte q la comida allí es deliciosa. El baño de la habitación es algo incomodo, la ducha es en la bañera y no se queda fija, la bañera es muy alta y hasta peligrosa. La cama es cómoda. Hotel cerca al metro.

El conductor (Vahab) estaba en la puerta del hotel a la hora acordada, y el trayecto fue aproximadamente de unos 25 minutos, en el cual fuimos muy cómodos y nos provino con refrescos y algunos snacks.

La peor experienciaaa de mi vidaaaa de terrorrr sufrimosss el acoso del perverso y violento del Ceo Lukas... un ser despreciable y agresivo, quien nos maltrató y nos corrió del hotel teniendo pagada la estadia. Una verguenza!
