Best Western Ashoka

First time I have visited the Best Western and I am satisfied with service, cleanness, house keeping and food quality and variety. It was excellent experience. I will prefer to my friend and family visit one time at this hotel. House keeping Shewanti, Neha was good for cleaning service.

The breakfast is of good quality and offers a variety of options. The room service is quite well. The TV works just fine. One of the unique features is that in the lobby and the floors we can hear gentle piano which really creates an atmosphere of serenity in the place. The room service people, Madhuri, Nirmal and Pavan offer really good quality service and clean the room quite well. This place is almost flawless and is sure to appeal to the heart of every soul.

Madhuri,Pavan,Arjun the housekeeper ,dipu did good job and the hospitality was nice and the food service was excellent and tasty with all better service provided by the hotel service ,thank u for this wonderful service and hospitality thank u

All Staffs are very supportive, specially House keeping staff namely Madhuri, Pawan and Abhinav. The breakfast is mainly awesome. The South Indian food like Vada and Dosa is the must try along with their Cheese Masala Omlette. Will recommend next time to my colleague and friends.

I used to select this hotel because of its location which is centre of the city, affordable price, meeting rooms availability, best customer relations. Particularly in house keeping they are doing very good I need to mention some names like Madhuri, Manohar and Prasanna who takes care of the house keeping needs by reaching out to me daily particularly in maintaining room amenities, laundry and also room cleaning

Why from last four years I am doing all my conferences in his hotel? Reason is very simple the way they handle everything from rooms availablity, room services, food, conference arrangements n food taste, hygiene n cleanliness everything excellent... special mention for making it an excellent experience - Vishwanath Thakur who takes cares of conference and Roy who also takes care of conference and restaurant excellent people they know how to treat customers and trust me everytime I will come to you guys for Vishwanath n Roy ....

Best western has neglected this hotel. It is hospitality without smile and helpfulness. One has to ask for water in restaurant, breakfast time buffet is not complete before 7.45. room service serves tea in broken flask without lid, send order to wrong room (my #225 order sent to #229). Housekeeping is not organized, no hand towels, tea / toiletries refill has to be asked. Front office reception staff is rude and giggle behind guest back, shameful.

Everything was up to the mark. Our students have liked the food very much. And the staff here I'd superb. Very gentle, Always ready to assist. I must mention Mr. Vishwanathan Thakur Ji and Mithun Ji they both were always by us to make the group comfortable and have taken care of everything asked for.

Teams for room cleaning are excellent. Supervisor Saleem and service workers Das and Babeeta having been providing every necessary service to their guest. Complimentary breakfast meets every need. Cut fruit and sambhar are delicious.

The hotel is centrally located and well accessible. Checkin was very smooth and easy.! Restaurant spread out an exhaustive delicious platter. House keeping staff Madhuri, Salim and Jyothiraju were too good and all others exhibited excellent hospitality. We will recommend this hotel without any hesitation to others too.

Really nice staff and comfortable beds, really good food also clean rooms. The housekeeping staff was really nice, like Mamta and Meto. Make sure to book a room on the opposite side of the room because of loud noises from outside at night.

This property is in a prime location. The facilities provided is more like 4star hotel, buffet was good. The Restaurant Rasa was top notch food. The travel desk Srinivas Travel desk, Ramakrishna is very unprofessional.  He never bothered to book a cab for airport transfer, inspite of speaking and calling him several times. I had to book Ola cabs for my late check-out, and they cancelled rides at the last minute, then  the receptionist  booked a late night cab which was safe. If the hotel replaces the travel desk Ramakrishna, this hotel will do a lot good.

I would like to mention that my stay experience here was wondering. The housekeeping staff- Shewanti, Babita , Anji and Deepu were extremely helpful and were of great help. Das, Sameer, Sanjana, Meena and Fida from dining were also of great help.

Good location. Very friendly and professional staff, let us check in early and check out late. Breakfast was good with different varieties every day. Lovely dining room staff. Front desk people , housekeeping staff all very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. If you are a light sleeper request a room away from the road. Hotel is very close to the main road.

Extremely pleasant experience.Mr Javed the person incharge had taken care of every minute thing,the most humble and practical person there .He had made the arrangements for guests right starting from the entrance onwards and was coordinating continuously before their arrivaI.He had gone out of the normal norms of closing the restaurant and extended the lunch time till late evening. I would definitely recommend the place and lot of thanks to Mr Javed.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I was pleasantly surprised by. The room was cheap, but it was clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay, however, was the food. The restaurant at the hotel had some of the best food I have ever had while traveling. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. They made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its affordable rooms and amazing food, as well as its great staff

Managed everything in well manner. Cleanness was good. Room those provided were very good. Food Servings people were really good, especially those white shirt kids.Yesterday I didn't get chapati apart from this everything was good.

Had long stay during my work trip to Hyd after several years and this was great experience staying at Best Western Ashoka. These guys were prompt everytime. The house keeping staff was great including Mamta, Laxman & Dhannu. Front desk awake 24/7. Very comfortable. Location is great with good food around the corner. Hotel had dedicated room service, barber and laundry. Fantastic!

The Best Western Ashoka Hotel, number one in Hyderabad and a reputed one, is best for getting yourself robbed. We went on a school trip and stayed there for 3 days. My and my group's room number was 307. On the very first evening when we were out for dinner, my money was stolen from the locked room and the same happened with other students in the next 2 days. Even the teacher's money was stolen. And the best part was that they would not take the blame or allow us to see the CCTV footage. On one of the days, in some rooms, when we returned, some students' luggages were open and everything was scattered in the room. Their attitude was reckless towards us.

One of the best Locations, centrally placed easy to move around the city. Metro station just 100mtrs away. rooms are good, rooms near to Road side is to be avoided, it was as if i was sleeping on road, lot of honking and vehicle noise

Our first visit to Hyderabad was ably enhanced by all the staff at the Best Western Ashoka Hotel from excellent concierge Dipu, through fantastically attentive restaurant staff to Honey and colleagues in housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble to assist us during our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and in an ideal position to explore the old and new city. Next to a metro station and easy Uber rides away from main attractions such as Golconda Fort, Qutb Shahi tombs and old city sights including Chowmahalla Palace. Would definitely recommend for Central location, great friendly service and relaxation between exploring sights. Restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and special dining for evening meals.

Absolutely filthy -- Bathroom had a strong smell of urine, towels looked grey and dirty, pillow cases had stains on them. The phone in the room wasn't working so you had to go to the reception every time you needed something. I asked for an iron and got one that was broken. I asked for a replacement for the iron and got one that was rusted and now my shirt has a stain on it. The breakfast is bad and not well managed i.e. they run out of things 30-35 minutes after starting service. Staff is non attentive. During my stay, they decided to move heavy furniture somewhere in the hotel at 2am in the night causing a lot of noise and waking up guests. I had to spend 15-20 minutes with hotel staff in various floors to make them stop (and that too at 2am!). The hotel itself is on a busy street with a flyover in front of it so it is incredibly noisy. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. Probably one of my worst experiences ever.

Very noisy corridor. Cigarette odour inside the room and in the corridor. Breakfast staff need training on attitude. Corridor was very noisy due to some meeting happening just outside my room Good location but all the amenities need refurbishing. Looks old .

Booked for self for a night. 1) one of the light in the room was flickering, electrician came, and promised that he will get back with light replacement. It didn't happen till I checked out 2) Took 100% advance at the time of check in, never seen a hotel that insist on this, untill before checkout. 3) Entire hotel DTH(Airtel) supply was down for full 24 hours atleast. First they started with stupid excuse, that it's raining(which was drizzling actually) outside, hence no signals. Whatever little rain happened, it stopped but service not restored. When entire hotel started complaining, hotel acknowledged that it was a technical fault. Were given repeated assurances that it will resume, but it didn't. 4) Dinner was ill organized. 5) AC vents were blocked due to dust, had to call the staff to come to clean. Look like hotel doesn't bother about basic hygiene. My first and last stay at this hotel. Don't understand how Group like Best Western gives their affiliation to such poor rated hotels.

Overall the experience has been satisfying, the location of the hotel is good, the service quality has been very good, the food is good and reasonably priced, the rooms are nice and spacious, there's a choice of restaurants within the hotel

I visited Hyderabad in First week June2022..Ramoji studio is main attarcrion..salar jung museum,birla temple,hussain sagar lake and lubinipark is also good..Do not goCharminar is worst point.In Hyderbad Tranaportbis costly..All goods and colddrinks are not selling on MRP IN 90 % Shops.

Worst hotel with worst attitude of staff. Those traveling to hyderabad please avoid this hotel. In front of me many customers were complaining but the staff was so rigid and unprofessional that they were fighting with every customer checking out.

Stayed in Best Western in USA. After few years used the chain again. It was nice feeling. Hotel amenities remain same. You get everything that is needed in the hotel. Also location is excellent. Service is very prompt. Property might have been little old so you may not get spic and span but you will surely get good feeling to stay here.

One of the great place to stay with family to enjoy the vacation. Staff were very nice and courteous and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent. Their new restaurant RASA was having excellent ambulance.

Cleanliness not up to standard. Too much noise from the streets, alleyways and upstairs rooms. Guests would pile up in a room, smoke, drink and make noise with the doors open. The breakfast area was stained like an old railway train.

Location is a plus. Rooms were medium sized. The reception could be more responsive. Hotel had a marriage the day I was staying - in spite of waiting for 30 minutes for my dinner was not served- the room dining manager said they were busy with marriage and not sure when he can serve my order- went out and had my dinner. Covid protocols are forgotten on entry !

Good value for money, neat and clean premises, courteous staff and modern amenities. Close to MRT station. Only drawback is they serve alcohol in room service which gives an uncomfortable feeling if staying with family. Still it is worth recommending.

I stayed in this hotel for 18 days during my organisation training. I had a very good stay here. The food is good. Rooms are hygenic. Hotel staff was very co operative. One of the best stays I had during my Visit to Hyderbad, the property is located in the heart of the city. The FO Staff, Priya, and F&B Staff Sudipto, and Omkesh really took good care with their professional touch. The restaurant was under renovation hence the Breakfast was spread in their hall, but to mention the food was delicious. Even the rooms were clean and the HK staff the way they interacted and asked about the well being was an added touchpoint. Kudos to the whole BW Ashoka team.

In the city centre just adjacent to metro station and all other corporate offices. Right from you enter the hotel its wow.. Nice ambience neatly maintained like a brand new property though its over 40 years old, rooms are super spacious compared to all the hotels near by. Food is awesome too.. Not to forget the staff is fabulous and very friendly. Right from the reservation to checkout we've felt like vips in the hotel.

Extremely good hotel located at the center of the city....very well maintained & really lovely staff very helpfull in nature....I would perticularly mention one front office executive Mr.Nasir he was really helpful throughout our journey...when I talked to him personally I found out that this guy Mr Nasir has a continuous shift of 19 hours I was amazed by this,the thing which amazed me more was this guy after having a 19 hour shift still so calm & polite in nature he always welcomed us with a really sweet smile....surely a great person...I surely recommend this hotel for it's wonderful staff always ready to help 24/7

Well it was my vacation with family in Hyderabad.Stayed for 3 nights.Hotel is in the center of the city and the rates offered did absolute justice with the services provided..Clean rooms and good food ..Had a word with chef for a customized food menu since I'm diabetic and they served me exceptionally good food.It was a quick check-in and checkout as the staff were ready with everything during my arrival and departure.. I stayed at Best Western Ashoka for two nights on my business visit to Hyderabad.. as name it is best hotel to stay ..nice and friendly staff helped me in every aspect during my stay . Good hotel just beside metro station and a Bharat Petrol pump, so lots of auto, bus, metro taxi etc. For auto, compare price in Uber app and then negotiate. Booked a Superior room with King bed, on "CP on 03-PAX, Superior @ 3500/CPAI, Direct Payment" for 5 nights. Rooms are clean, but there was a broken picture frame and two partially peeled wallpaper in my room, so some maintenance is required. Size of the room was 14'2" by 25'4" including the bathroom. Seemed that the rooms opposite to mine (201-210) with twin beds are some 3 feet longer. Later found that they have given me a different room type (see P.S.). Minibar was locked in room, shaving kit missing in toilet (though I guess can be asked). Only two electrical points, so bring a multiplug. Loud music from Sync bar and noise from metro / road for rooms in the range X01-X20 wing, better to take the other wing. Restaurant FourSquare under renovation, so difficult to get lunch / dinner, apart from outside restaurants, which are 500 m away across a major highway. For quick snacks, the adjacent Metro Adda is good. In room menu has lots of options, but many are not made. Breakfast is repetitive, nothing to be excited about; No sausage, no toaster for breads, single juice for the 5 days I stayed. Staff is good and courteous, quick checkin / checkout. Email replies are late, so you may need to call them more than once (I called maybe 5-6 times). Mr. Nasif in Reception was very helpful in booking. Housekeeping staff was very courteous, though sometimes forget to put hand towel / bath mat. Room rate is very commensurate with market, so an overall good option, though maybe not for leisure trips. P.S. During checkout, on the bill it was written as "King Bed Non-Smoking Premium Room (KNDN)", so they have lied me about the room being a Superior one. This is not expected from Best Western Group.

Sometimes a property is boosted by its staff. No matter what, they ensure you are not drowned in the bad, first impression of the hotel. Best Western Ashoka is s hotel that is not great by any means going by its facilities. It is a 3 star hotel, in a crowded area. When we entered our junior suite room, the entire floor reeked of smoke smell though the floor( first) was a non smoking one. The room itself was not bad. But my wife couldn't take the smell. There were some issues with specific television channels too. Well, we surely wanted to leave to another hotel, but the reception staff, especially Mr Balu was adamant that we don't. He shifted us to the suite room that was big and lovely. No smell, no sound. Surprisingly, television functioned normally with all channels. We wanted a car to move around, and Mr Balu was at it again. Car was arranged in quick time. Reasonable rate and service. Good driver Ashok Gire. Room service was exceptional-- polite and quick. Food taste was good. House keeping nice, an iron box was given on request; it malfunctioned and was changed in no time But buffet breakfast was ordinary with limited options. Non veg, only egg. It was served in the banquet hall on fourth floor because of the renovation of the regular coffee shop. Manager Vishwanath Thakur explained things. Balu, of course, but front office manager Mr Muramalla Sirish, Manager Mr Srinu Veera, Sales Manager Mr Ashok and others, whose names I can't recollect, are all very good workers who keep the hotel in good stead.

It's a Fashion-forward hotel favored by high-end clientele that makes for a peaceful retreat. COVID-19 status and policies were Maintained as i had seen Social distancing at tables, restaurants, and more, with restrictions around congregating in groups. Guests were being asked to frequently wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and hand sanitizing stations were also available. Employees wore masks that covered their nose and mouth, and guests were strongly encouraged to do so as well. The facility was frequently cleaned, and focused on high-touch areas throughout the property. Front desks had been arranged to allow for appropriate social distancing with special markings to identify the appropriate distance between guests. Team members, including guest room attendants, did not enter occupied rooms, and guest deliveries were dropped off outside the guest room door. Exercise machines were cleaned and disinfected between use and mobile fitness equipment (dumbbells, mats, etc.) had been removed. In a nutshell it was an amazing experience during these unprecedented times .

The Hotel room is ok but you have to be careful for the billing part and attitude of the staff. I had booked this hotel through travel agent for 05 Nights for my official stay, i stayed there for 04 Nights due to official reasons, Hotel is charging for 05 Nights which is fine but they are not providing the bill for the 05th Night. I stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Ashok Hotel while visiting Hyderabad. The property is older and fairly well maintained. The restaurant served an okay breakfast buffet and a lunch menu with a variety of meal choices. Pros: Reasonable price; located in a busy area with some shops in walking distance; pleasant staff at reception. Cons: Older and somewhat looks its age; issues with one of the two eleavators while I was there

This good quality Hotel is located at Lakdikapul metro station and we had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our vacation in Hyderabad. The Hotel has sufficient parking space in the front. The lobby is spacious and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with King sized bed, dressing table, mini fridge, LCD and the attached bathroom had shower cubicle with all modern fittings. Hotel has 2 in house restaurants- Four Square and Sync Restro Bar. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was good and had wide variety of options to suit tastes of everyone.

Super fast chk in & chk out, comfortable stay more than 25 variety in breakfast , in that high protein and high fiber vairty items avl in daily basis. 24 hours fitness centre. Overall stay comfort would be over and above 5star, so value for money.

I stayed for a night in this property on 25.02.2020 in room no 124 in the first floor. Appearance wise it's a fantastic property but I'll managed. I checked in at around 1930 hrs and the person at the check in counter took around 20 minutes after getting all the details to hand me my room keys. The room was not having any drinking water bottle and I had to ask for it from the housekeeping Dept. I was damn tired and hence ordered for my food (chicken hot n sour soup n roasted chicken with boiled veggies) at 2100 hrs. When the food didn't arrived till 2200 hrs I called up the room service and the person concerned said that he tried to call me twice in the desk phone but I didn't picked up to say that roasted chicken cannot be served as the dish is not available and I need to change my order. Well I didn't leave the room since I entered and if I hadn't picked up the phone wasn't it the responsibility of the staff to call up in my mobile to convey the message??? The guest who is inside the room and didn't picked the phone may need help also. Moreover which sort of hotel doesn't have chicken as it's inventory?? Well I asked him to bring another item upon which he gave the phone to another concerned person and I had to start afreash. When I mentioned that roasted chicken was my order and I need to change as the dish was not available, he said no, it was available and can be served. Well I ate me dinner at almost 2300 hrs. Today morning I came to the reception and asked the guy to prepare my bills with my GST no as per my company policy and in the mean time I will hv my breakfast. After I finished my breakfast he gave me the bill with 2 GST nos. How can we have 2 GST nos for a same company fai the same area. Anyhow after much trail and error he gave me the bill with a single GST no. Property wise it's damn good. But plz be their guest only when you have enough time and patience to indulge in their whims n fancies.

I had a reservation made from USA. Had a copy of my reservation documents and a copy of email from the hotel confirming the reservation. On top of this I have a copy of email welcoming me for the day of reservation. After traveling from USA and some 30Hrs later I reached the Best Western Ashoka at 10 PM. The front desk clerk did not find my reservation on his system. He called his manager and told him regarding this reservation and the documents I had presented. He did NOT care about the reservation documents and told me he did not have a room for me and find a room somewhere else. They did not even help me to find a room at another hotel. I was in a strange country and did not know what to do. No remorse from the hotel staff and no helping hands. I manage to find a hotel nearby at around 12 PM. An extremely bad experience at Best Western Ashoka

I visited this hotel with my family.Dinner is almost same all three days only change the name of vegetables.Dinner closing time is 11pm we went around 10.30pm the staff told us dinner time finish,so we had arguments with hotel staff, after they ready to give us food but they served what left in the dishes with same spoon they use for all, like they served vegetable with rice mix in it. After informing not to clean the room when we r not in the room,they entered room without our knowledge,this we know becsuse previous night we took room freshner from them and next day it disappeared from room.So we asked them about this, so they told us yes we entered your room to get that room freshner, i asked him u have only one room freshner in such big hotel? So they dont have answer for this & keep quiet. Same thing happened with my friend who also with me during this trip.He told to clean his room but wen we came from outside his room is not cleaned,blanket & bedsheets lying here n there,& important thing smoke smell is coming out from the room.When we show this to manager he has no answer only sayin sorry sorry.

I satyed in the first week of november on an official trip. Stay was very good and comfortable . The hotel is right in the middle of the city with very easy connectivity to the old and the new city. Breakfast spread was good. A very special thank you to the Manager Aziz, He is simply the best. He has helped me a lot with how to plan my day for office as the city was new to me. As they say, three best points about this hotel are location, location, location! Centrally located in Hyderabad, bang opposite metro station and on major road are advantages for this hotel, though sometimes during the night metro rail noise can be heard, but it is not much, and may be confined to some rooms only. Welcoming foyer, smiling, helpful and polite staff and well appointed rooms add to the pleasure. Internet works beautifully at any place within the hotel. And they have nice restaurant that serves good breakfast and other meals. Worth checking out.

We stayed in Best Western Ashoka for 4Nights and 5 Days (28th Oct - 1st Nov 2019) and were very happy with the kind of hospitality they provided. We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at the Best Western Ashoka, Hyderabad this past week. The hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were really good and offered a lot of variety. The Dining Manager took good care of us. The hotel is in a very central location and close to all of the shopping areas and sites that we wanted to visit. However, this does mean that one can hear the noises of the city -- the trucks and festivities during the night. The rooms included all of the basic amenities and were quite spacious. I want to particularly mention Mr. Wajji, the Manager of the hotel, who went out of his way to ensure that all of the requirements of our groups were met. We appreciated the assistance from Ms. Heena and Mr Bala during our stay as well.

Metro station is right infront. centrally located. value for money , decent buffet break fast and dinner. somerooms are not total sound proof , we can hear vehicle honking most of the time, otherwise evrything is good, needs maintenance of fitness

Nice place to stay with friendly staff. Staff at Housekeeping, Front Desk and also at Coffee Shop were cordial throughout my fourteen day stay at Best Western Ashoka, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad. Place is conveniently located at Hyderabad Central Business District. Wish to put on record names of all persons who made my stay memorable. Mr. Waji Ullah and his entire team of Front Desk staff were always ready to support with whatever queries I had / help I required. Participated in their Independence Day celebrations too

It's conveniently located hotel , near some of best landmarks of the city nearby, with quite good facilities and services. The restaurant is well managed and food is good. It was a family stay for us and we felt quite at ease. Rooms are specious.

We stayed during our visit to Hyderabad with group for 3 nights. Our stay was great , service was good, food was good , location is good, staff is friendly. Good option for frequent travellers and also for family and long stay. Only thing I would suggest is to allow visitors of a guest staying in the hotel atleast for an hour or two.

Best Western Ashoka knew from months in advanced that we were to be staying with them on the specific dates we had booked, but had got none of the paperwork or rooms ready prior to our arrival. We were told that the rooms that we had booked and paid for with Make My Trip we were told were unavailable and they had tried to give us different rooms. We had originally booked two rooms - a Premium double for us and Premium two singles for my children. At the time of booking, we requested that both rooms were located next to each other so that we could keep an eye on the children and check up on them during the nights. The rooms that were given to us were not next to each other, even though the desk staff kept insisting they were, and they were not what we had paid for. We had to demand that they give us what we paid for, but even then it took a lot of effort on our part. Bear in mind that it was past midnight, the children were tired, and we had 15 people (3 families) to check-in. The desk staff at the time was obviously flustered and didn't know what was going on at all. We had to point out what the booking referred to on the paperwork to what they were trying to give us, but they were so incompetent, it was actually unbelievable that we were staying at a Best Western branded hotel. None of the staff that we encountered tried to make our stay any more comfortable or enjoyable at all; on the contrary, upon checkout, the desk staff made us feel like we were trying to steal from them. They went to check the room to see if anything from the minibar had been used. We explained that we owed money for a bag of Doritos from one of the rooms, but they tried to make out like we had take a Snickers bar too. They even had the audacity to go through our trash to see if we were lying, we just couldn't believe it! The manager, who said his name is Salim, along with his porter, Rahul, came down with two empty Dorito bags retrieved from our bins and asked us to explain ourselves. We explained that one of the bags was from the minibar, which we had already said we owed for, and the other we purchased from outside of the hotel; They could even see that the flavours and sizes of both bags were not the same. Seriously, this is how were treated; we were absolutely gobsmacked; never before in all the years at staying at countless hotels all over the world, has any staff gone through our trash before to try to make out as if we were lying. This is Best Western Ashoka for you.

I stayed here for a week with two colleagues and it was a fantastic stay. We were a little dubious, as the hotel's location is not far from a busy road and near a number of bars, but the hotel receptionists ensured we had quiet rooms at the back, which were very comfortable. The staff in Four Square restaurant deserve a special mention for their high level of attention and service - particularly Mr Guru Prasad, who was particularly attentive. Thank you very much! I would rate the food quality very high and there was a good choice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hi. So my sister and I booked this hotel for our trip and I think that was the biggest mistake we did. Please, please dont book this hotel if you are planning to stay in Hyderabad. You will get so many better options and that too at such better prices. So dont evem consider this hotel. It spoiled our trip completely. The front desk manager, Waji Ullah, had told us that he will give us corporte discount and hence we have to pay lesser. We agreed and payed the full amount on the first day. We were given a room which was close to the main road and throughtout the night, the sound of the trucks didnt let us sleep and we had to eventually request them to change our room. They told us they will give us a better room on the other side. Then on the last day which was the fifth day, at 11 clock in the night, we got a call from the hotel that we had not payed for the entire six days. I mean seriously? The hotel didnt have the time the entire day to figure this out at 11 in the night they are telling us that we didnt pay for one more night. When we came back they told us that it was the trainee's fault. We could have booked a room somewhere else had we known in the morning. At 12 in the night what do you expect two girls to do in unknown city? And the person at the front desk was so rude and unapologetic about the whole incident. Even when we said we'll leave the hotel, he didnt even once offer us to stay back. Only when I said at 1 in the night, you are making us stay up because of yohr staffs fault we want to talk to your supervisors, then they let us stay in the room. Because of their misscomunication and fault, we both stayed up till 2 in the morning alone in the reception area with one person at the desk who didnt even take any responsibility for the hotel's actions. And we had to catch a flight at 7 in the morning. Wow! What a pathetic service and the worst staff ever. Please dont waste your money on staying in this hotel.

Its a great hotel in the centre of the city,We have been here on a medical visit as this hotel was close to our hospital.The staff has been extremely courteous in all departments and took care of very well. Couldn't find any error in the room and their amenities..We are definitely coming back again to this place..

I am regular guest for moon light bar which was I feel comfort and best place I use go regularly but one day I have been there just a stag generally I use to drink in top which I feel good as usual I went there on of person his name his Siddiqui he was very rude and unprofessional using sling words in front of the guests and also main thing was he has some irritations kind of thing to show always on custmors . The best thing his the hospitality is good which was specify Mr dileep and Monday they were always having possitive response and helpfully even I am happy with the food also delicious particularly roganjosh and chicken 65 thanks for the chefs to make our ni8 happy yes yes the most important thing was best Western was a brand but like unprofessional people expecially the guy name is Siddiqui this day will last visit for me. And specially thanks for dileep the guy always rocks byyy

My wife was stopped on suspicious grounds by by unruly staff i.e) bell boy and receptionist priya at the entrance of the hotel and asked to present her id again and asked to prove that she's a guest staying in the hotel on 2nd day of our stay inspite of presenting all documents on check in. Shameful and disgusting to be singled out in front of the many guests sitting in the lobby. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Also Encountered major billing issues on check out by the same receptionist. Excessive rates charged for ice tea from in room dining menu almost 3 times the mentioned price. Actual price of ice tea was 85 but was charged 295 in the bill. Also added other items in the bill which were not consumed like coconut water which again was reversed bcoz we got upset. And all this happens inspite of informing the senior front desk manager of her mistake. So even senior staff are callous & irresponsible here.so no accountability nothing absolutely !! Beware guys management has no control and no vigilance over their staff here. Complimentary Breakfast served also mediocre and nothing great to speak about. Overall extremely disappointing experience. Far better stay options available in the vicinity.

Nice rooms, nice staffs, nice manager, nice food in restaurant. Overall it was an awesome experience.The place is exactly beside the metro station lakdi ka pul. The best part of the hotel stay is food. The food tastes very good, both non veg and veg cuisines are available. Everyday the menu changes and you will get to eat various cuisines of south india and north india.

Rooms are spacious . Very good location . Just next to metro station . I need to go to Hitech for exhibition but because of metro my stay was comfortable.food is excellent and service is also very good

I stay at this hotel for 2 days.Hotel is good but their staff need to train more.A lot of noise and disturbance was there.There is lot of communication gap between staff.They add other food bill in my account and after lot of discussion they correct it.So much noise and staff fighting in corridor and it's disturb a lot.Room service also very poor.It delay a lot.Room size and utility facility is good.Internet was not working.

This hotel has a beautiful ambience & very friendly front office staff but, very strict about the check-in & check-out timings. Reached the hotel by 9 am, asked to pay Rs. 1,000/- for an early check-in. Toiletries are available on demand, also, the house keeping looks very slow & pathetic in response. They brought me two earbuds in a bare hands when I asked for it. Don't even know that, it has to be packed & give. Management should consider a better hospitality to give an awesome experience in such a beautiful property.

Best Western Ashoka is conveniently located near the Metro station and it is easy to find especially for the first timer. Its overall service is great and safe place to stay for Business or just for relaxing.

2 years back the stay was good. This time though a lot of renovations have happened with an endeavour to give a better look to the hotel, the food quality has really gone down including the choice of food at the buffet meals. But more than that the service quality and levels have drastically gone down, perhaps due to untrained and insensitive staff. Next time I will want to explore more hotels.

My experience tells me that almost all star hotels across boundaries serve food with standard tastes which normally does not appeal to my palate which always looks for novelty and variety . But today's lunch at BEST WESTERN ASHOKA, Hyderabad was a divine culinary experience... Featured are 1. Lamb chops The tender lamp pieces are marinated to perfection..the juicy final product just melts in your mouth.. 2. kosha Maangsho..(Bengali mutton curry) The Bengali classic.. Like Rabindra Sangeeth, another pride of the Bengali.. Just next only to the Hilsa curry.. 3. Spicy prawns curry.. When it comes to their fish dishes, Bengalis can declare war on you if say their's stand next to something else.. The chefs here are definitely Bengali.. Otherwise they cannot recreate this magic.. 4. Lime mint cooler The right mix of lime and mint... Soft and smooth on the throat.. The best western Ashoka cuisine is stands at pat with that of many iconic Hyderabadi restaurants and is a must visit..

We were celebrating the Golden Jubillee anniversary of our parents at a short notice and had reached out to Best Western Ashoka Hotel team at a short notice. Right from the word go the team were extremely professional and welcoming.The rooms are awesome, ambience is soothing and the team is very courteus and customer focussed. The food is delicious and importantly the team serving the snacks etc really won the hearts of our guest by being very homely and approachable. We had a memorable experience and all our 75 guests had a very high opinion about their stay and experience at this hotel. A big thank you to Mr.Jaweed-VP ops, Mr.Bal Reddy-Sales , Mr.Waji-front office , Mr.Sridhar and all the other team members for making it so special for us.Would recommend this place very strongly for business meetings, stay and also private family get together.

The hotel is very centrally located and rooms have been recently renovated. Very polite and courteous staff. Saleem from house keeping was particularly very helpful, Jayanti at the coffee shop and the list goes on. The rooms are decent sized and we'll equipped for a budget traveler.

My wife and me stayed there for 4 nights. Very clean, good hospitality friendly staffs from front desk, restaurant, house keeping to room service. Thumps up, value for every cent paid. Very good food from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Easy access to get a taxi or auto. Near to tourist spot like Birla temple, Hussain Sagar lake 7 tombs and Golconda fort. Ramoji film city is an hour distance and Chaminar is about 5 km.

The location is one of the significant benefits of this hotel. In the central place, near to the metro station or a short ride by cab. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities, though there is always room for improvement. The staff is quite helpful to your needs.

I stayed at hotel 6 nights, and found it very convenient. The location is excellent, pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The room turned out to be equally classy, spacious and well appointed, as was the bathroom with enclosed shower.A kettle and fridge were provided. There is a restaurant where the service was attentive and the Indian buffet breakfast very good. Fantastic selection catering for all tastes and again, staff very friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance to Lakdi ka pool metro station. Very clean throughout and rooms comfortable and well appointed. Great value for money. I stayed with my family in Hotel Western Ashoka, Rooms are very clean, Checkin checkout process is very fast. Staff service is good. They serves healthy and variety of dishes in breakfast. Only issue i faced is sleeping disturbance during night as hotel is nearby main road, so you can here lots of traffic noise. Suggestion to management to put sound proof glass in room windows.

We stayed Western Ashoka for 3 nights, check-in check out process is fast. Room are well maintained and clean. Room service is good. Breakfast have lots of varieties and tastes good. Hotel location is near main road and metro station so easy to commute. Vehicle noise disturbance is there in room during night. Suggestion is to put sound proof window glass.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights with an Agoda.com reservation. We arrived by Uber ($11) at 4 PM from HYD Airport. Our passports were copied while we worked with a manager to preview an acceptable room. After pre paying with our VISA, we followed the steward with our bags up one of the 2 elevators to the 3rd floor. Our large #327 had a comfortable king, 2 night stands, desk with chair, table with 2 easy chairs, shelf unit with hotpot/refer/closet, large TV(CNN/BBC, etc in English), and a fully outfitted bathroom with separate shower. A large insulated picture window had a view over parking. After 1 night, we insisted on moving; road noise, disco above us until 11:30 PM, and a concentrated incense smell from the AC. Across the hall, smaller #323 had 2 comfortable twins with a center nightstand with all features of the other room. It was quieter but with less reliable WiFi, bathroom with drain smells and was missing a shower door. So we moved a 3rd time down to #122, just like #322 except a smaller window viewing plants, and no problems. The 7:30 AM serviced breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, juices, choice of eggs, coffee with milk, cereal, toast, baked beans one morning, and many Indian warming dishes. We had secure room WIFI, unobtrusive AC, and used their nice 5 station gym. We bought metro cards($2 each) to visit the Lake Buddha, Archaeological and Sala Junga Museums, then booked an 8 hour hotel car($35) for more distant tourist sites. Although this 90 room hotel caters to locals and bus groups, is along a very busy street, it has an accommodating management/staff, and a good value at less than $50/night.

As I am from North India visited with 130students and 15teachers reached late at night 12:30 even then also they managed dinner and provided room so well we forgot the pain of train. Same day ready for breakfast at7:00am was awesome. Student stay there for 4days and enjoyed the trip good hygiene food and well planned arrangements made my work easier. If you see few score points missing it is because of the staff at your restaurant. They think they are personally providing free food, from their pocket, in the morning, to the guests. Please tell them it is the guest who is paying for his 'complimentary' breakfast and behave with guest properly. Teach them manners please

We stayed here for couple of nights while we were in Hyderabad to attend a wedding. I could go on and on with the list of issues we faced throughout our stay. To begin with, we were given low floor room in spite of requesting high floor. As the hotel is located in a very busy place, ladki ka pool and the rooms are not sound proof, it was impossible to sleep. Hotel and rooms look quite old. Toiletries are inadequate n crappy. There was no hit water for shower n drain was getting choked. Wifi service in the hotel requires Indian mobile number for giving access. As we did not have India number, we had issues connecting to the complimentary wifi. While they agreed to give us some voucher to login, it was only provided to us an hour later after multiple reminders. Room service was the worst of all. On day 2, we ordered for some south indian food from the menu and were told that the south Indian chef was on leave and that none of the south Indian dishes were available. When my husband went over to the lobby to complain about this and chaos on our floor from some other noisy group, manager arranged for all the south indian food which we initially requested for. We were also told that all south indian dishes were very much available for order. Manager was the only saving grace. Thanks to him to help us with the room change on day 2 and facilitating room service. Would not recommend this hotel unless left with no other choice.

Center of the town near lakdi ka pul metro station,hotel has more space than the any 3 star hotel have.We founded that that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and naturally so - they were always asking if everything was OK and if there was anything I needed. This was very much my experience in the restaurant where the staff named satyam he took care of us all the time .The breakfast and dinner buffets were terriffic and the evening dishes piping hot. The north india traveller's fears about getting good food in southern india - everything was perfectly fine in that department, so dine with confidence.Manager Mr. Wazi ullah he is the best men at the hotel he guided us where to go in Hyderabad as we were 3 couple with kids he took care of us we faced some issue with the hotel travel desk but he sorted out .We stayed for a 4 days and were very happy indeed. The Check in & Check out process is very smooth with Services of Bell Boy. Breakfast is Very delicious in Taste with the option of Live Dosa & Bread Toasts. Spot less Cleaning in the Room and wash room.

We, two adult couples, stayed at this property in December, 2018. The rooms were very clean, the service was great and the staff were very friendly. Food was very tasty and the buffets had a lot of choices, including South and North Indian dishes and European dishes, including fresh fruits. The Manager Mr. Aziz Waje was very friendly and customer service oriented. The other couple was celebrating their anniversary and we had asked the hotel to get us a cake for the occasion, which the staff promptly arranged for. When we wanted to pay for the cake, Mr. Aziz Waje' appeared from his cubicle and in a very friendly manner refused to take the money...saying "It's on the House". The room service was prompt and all our requests were promptly met. I will again stay at this property during my next visit.THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY AND IS CLOSE TO ALL TOURISTIC ATTRACTIONS. IT IS TRULY A BIG BANG FOR YOUR BUCK..

Hotel reception should make check-in & check-out process faster. It is very frustrating to make people wait for longer time after hours of travel . Hotel is in very good location, but lot of noise due to traffic outside. It's little difficult if you are sensitive sleeper.

A very well located and connected in an otherwise crowded locality of Hyderabad, Best Western Ashoka is a mid range hotel. Rooms are reasonable.... cleanliness, hygiene, facilities and comfort wise. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The only major drawback I experienced is their Ground Floor restaurant serving buffet breakfast and meals. The spread and quality of food served here is not up to the mark. The service too is slow and raise concerns. The property is well located and connected with all kinds of public transportation available in the city, the Metro Rail station is just at the Gate of the Hotel. Though one may have other choices to stay in the vicinity, in the category of the hotel; yet for the choice of staying here, in the category of hotels, one may choose this hotel if one gets here competitive price of stay rentals and wish to have well connection to all modes of city transportation at ease.

We had a stay for 4 nights and we took the package of MAP plan. We had booked 3 rooms and they provided us on one floor. Overall experience was good as the room were spacious and food was also good. Their service was also up to mark as they helped us every time whenever we required them. Their house keeping service was also at its best with floor in charge Mr P. Raju kept our room neat n clean every time. As we had breakfast n dinner in hotel, every time they served variety of spread and quality of food was also good.

Nice hotel for them who wants to stay in heart of city with Budget. Lajdi k pul is very busy area. Also having good facility of food. With limited option. Best part is warm hospitality, staff is very courteous and polite. Need to work on online payment aceptance.

I booked this hotel for a friend visiting from Singapore. We'd specifically requested for an early check-in as the Singapore flight was due early morning around 0600 am. The manager had agreed for an early checkin verbally. When the guests arrived at hotel they just kept them waiting until from morning 07.30 to 10.00, although the rooms were available. My guest were really tired, and they just tried to have a sitting nap, the receptionist there very rudely woke them up saying that they can't do it in waiting area. At the end when the room was allotted, they had not checked the toilets. The toilet was all clogged up, and it took an hour for the person to come and just take a look at it. Later on they fixed it. In any other decent hotel, the manager would have offered a different room immediately. The guest tried to order breakfast around 10.15 after the room was allotted, and they were denied saying that breakfast time is from morning 07-10. At least room service would have worked, but even that wasn't available. Anyways, these guys need to improve on their overall customer experience.

Hotel is Centrally located near to a metro station. Rooms are decently spaced. Staff requires a lot of training and the lack of training was quite evident. Food is pathetic and the less said the better.

The location of the hotel is very good... tourist places is easily accessible and also the metro is right beside the hotel. Food is tasty and the hotel staff is quick and courteous. The reception staff needs to be more active and quick. The breakfast menu is quiet variant and delicious. Overall happy and satisfied.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just beside Lakdikapool metro station, locating it or getting auto or ola cabs are not a problem here. Hotel has ample parking space, exterior view is good. Staffs at the reception are little laid back, they take lots of time for check in and check out, minimum 15-20 minutes will be required for check in and check out. This is totally business hotel, not suitable for family stay, we felt little uncomfortable there during our stay as the lobby , corridor, restaurant everywhere we find only business people, though they were not disturbing anyone but still I felt little uncomfortable. Rooms are big, spaceous, ac working fine, 24 hrs hot water supply, good room service and house keeping, bedsheet and towels changed everyday, complementary water bottles and toiletry provided everyday, concierge service is there. Travel desk is helpful, Mr Kareem who is the travel desk supervisor helped us with car for city tour and airport drop, driver who was provided mr rafique was very good person. Ground floor of the hotel has two restaurants, four squares and sync. Sync is a full fledged restro-bar whereas four square is like a coffee shop , we dined at four squares in all three days and liked the food very much, every item they served were excellent. Overall very good hotel for business stay..

the location is the key here. It is close to the main central business district where most of the Govt departments are located. My office had booked around 6+ rooms for our team. Our room rates included breakfast. Room - My room though a non-smoking room, had a strong smell of cigarette when I opened the main door into the room for the first time. The room had all the basic facilities - temp control unit, tea/ coffee maker, TV etc. The bed linens were ok though I cannot call them spotless especially the pillow covers. My serious problem was the bathroom. The bathroom smelt very bad as if you were in a public toilet. The toilet seat needs some serious attention from the management! They need to be changed. Somehow the toilet seat is much smaller that the pot itself! Very weird. Breakfast - Was ok with a mid range spread. The taste of the food they served was good. We stayed for a night. If I am to travel to the city on a personal account, I may not choose this property again

I am not sure why people have given negative reviews. Hotel is at a nice location (middle of the city). Everything is just a half hour way (tourist destination). Good breakfast, clean rooms and staff is very helpful and polite. Will recommend it to anyone.

Visited this hotel for a business trip. Its a calm hotel, ideal for business travellers and even family stay. They have a nice coffee shop & buffet restaurant at the ground floor. Accessibility wise its close to the business hub of HiTech city, Gachibowli areas.

Good hotel at prime location with nice rooms but with very average room/reception service. Breakfast spread was nice but cutlery seems to be very old and should be replaced. Things take quite long to be done be it room service or check-out. Just for an exmaple, we asked for an extra towel and it took 45 minutes and 3 follow up calls for us to get it. Overall nice hotel and it can become excellent if service can be improved.

I was staying there with family, but there were not many families around. It was more of business people. Limited options for food, but quality and taste is good. No swimming pool, but other facilities and location are good. Once the metro is operational connecvitity will also improve further. there was some noise during night due to the bar in the ground floor. Except that it was a good experience.

It was very nice experience of stay for business trip. I have spend total 07 (3+2+2) nights in this hotel, at all time I good service from the hotel. Rooms were very much clean. Quality of food is very tasty and enjoyable. During my stay two minor problem were reported by me which was shorted by staff immediately with apology though it was not staff fault.

I had an opportunity to stay for 01 night at the hotel from 04/05August'18. My experience was very nice ,the quality of room and amenities was excellent. Only glitch was Wi Fi not functioning properly. Suggestions : there should be someone to explain the amenities and facilities being provided in room. House keeping needs a little perk up with proper training. Overall experience was memorable , we will recommend to all . .

Stayed here from July 9 to July 10. Here are my observations: The Property: ============================================ Located in the centre of the city. Good. But not enough decent eateries around. I had to go out hunting at a long distance for a nice, quiet dinner. The Place: ============================================ 1) It's a fairly large room , a linear one with good walking space. 2) White bed sheets and pillow cases. Soft pillows and medium hard mattresses. Good sleep quality. 3) A 32 inch LED TV. Didn't check for HD Channels. 4) Two 500 ml bottled mineral water complimentary. A downer here. Each got over at one swig. Any extra bottles chargeable. 5) Decent lighting. No complaints there. 6) Small-sized bathroom too. No shaving mirror. No weighing scale. A Hairdryer present. No Yoga Mat. Old greyed linen. Hair shampoo, body gel and soaps. No shaving kit, No dental kit, no hair grooming kit. No pressure pumped water shower. 7) The bathing area was separated by half a glass partition at all from the rest of the bathroom. Like you brush your teeth while standing in a pool of water if your partner has had a bath before. 8) A well functioning AC. 9) Pathetic WiFi falicity. 300 MB quota, which sounds ridiculous. 10) Adequate mobile/laptop charging points. The Platter: ============================================ Average spread in breakfast. Butter milk, Sweet lassi, Cucumber juice. Mediocre Donuts, muffins croissants Medu wada, Upma, Cholar Dal, Luchi, Corn Idli Corn and Spinach, Kheer French Toast, Aloo samosa, Boiled eggs, Cut fruits, sprouts, Tomato sandwich, Corn Flakes. Live omelette and Dosa. The Postlude: ============================================ Hyderabad as a city is full of marvellous hotels. The overall package needs to be spruced up.

The hotel is reasonably priced and centrally located. The rooms are large with basic furniture. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning good. The toilet was clean and housekeeping replaced towels and toiletries promptly and even on demand. Coming to food, breakfast was standard but options didnt change much on day to day basis. Room service was prompt and rotis, curries and starters were tasty. If you do not need to go to cybercity daily, then this is your best budget option in Hyderabad

This was my first trip to Hyderababd. Just by seeing the reviews and photographs on the website I assumed that this could be a neat and clean hotel. To my utter surprise, the hotel was more neat and clean than it looked in the photographs. House keeping as well as the reception desk deserves special mention. The room service people were also very good.The complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark. I had three days stay in the hotel and breakfast items were almost the same with watermelon and grape juice on alternate days. The room was well arranged and there was no noise at all from out side.I was using the vehicle( swift dezire) arranged by Mr. Ali who run the travel desk in the hotel. Mr. Ali was very prompt in answering all the queries through whatsapp. The driver of the cab Mr. Shaikh Pasha was a very sweet and polite person and was very helpful throughout my trip. We had a very pleasant trip....

We stayed here for three days to renew our Kids passports. It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It is in a nice location. I booked to red cabs to visit the US consulate a half hour drive from this place.

As my summer vacations I visited Hyderabad and decided to stay at The Best western Ashoka, I saw a couple of Images online of the Hotel and I was surprised. The staff is very good all are friendly, And the food buffet is the best

The hotel had a lot of amenities and the staff was polite, food was good and travel agency was also there. The room was spacious and was a 2 single bed room. The bathroom was lighted and one can easily get both hot and cold water. The buffet was overwhelming and had a wide variety of choices both for vegetarians and non vegetarians. One can easily avail both public and private transport from the gate of the hotel.

Stayed here during December 2017 for 3 nights. The following are the positives of the hotel : 1)The hotel is centrally located,almost on the main road; making it quite easy to book an Ola/ Auto 2) The rooms are spacious and well maintained. 3) The food (lunch/dinner) was tasty & good The negatives are as follows: 1) I checked in around 7 pm in the evening. To my dismay, it took approx 15-20 min for the entire check in process. In-fact throughout the stay i was rather amused by the carefree attitude of the people at reception desk. This perhaps needs to be looked in by the hotel management 2) The spread of items in the breakfast buffet needs to be enhanced. 3) Wifi connectivity needs to be improved. Overall a value for money hotel. Definitely good but can be improved

Fantastic stay, big room, clean linen. Perfect ac, hot water available 24 hrs.All toileteries provided even hair dryer was there.mini frig and locker too. Corridors were clean.Decoration of each and every corner of hotel was artistic.Reception area spacious.Staff very polite , soft spoken.and cooperative.Breakfast was very good and tasty with a wide spread of dishes all tasty.We couldnt have asked for anything more. Stayed here recently for 4 nights (April 28to May 2nd) with family, had got a decent offer from MakeMyTrip. Check in was quick , nice room , enough space to put an extra bed ,ac powerful Room service was quick Buffet breakfast was good , quite a spread. Convenient location for tourist attractions. Travel desk was good for full day sightseeing taxi deal. Lot of app based taxies available in minutes . During early morning check out , packed breakfast was provided . Cons - flush not powerful (room 130), front office /reception staff can be more polite towards customers (the issue was rectified by the plumber at the earliest , though).

Stayed at the property recently. The location of the hotel is a vantage point as it is located right at the lakdi ka pul. People who are travelling to Hyderabad by bus, this is just 500m from the drop location at lakdi ka pul. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had done the booking via Make my Trip. The hotel was initially not willing to provide GST invoice and asked me to speak to Make my Trip. MMT staff were least helpful. I am disappointed with MMT. The hotel staff pitched in and agreed to provide me GST invoice. Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. However shower fitting in the bathroom was old and hence the water spray coming through the same was not as expected. The towels provided were old (probably eligible for antique award) and needs immediate replacement. I am sharing some photographs also. Hope it is helpful to you in making the right choice.

The best thing about this property is the location! Centrally located and in the heart of the city. Best suited to business travelers. Make sure you read their check-in and check-out timings. I had reserved for single night and informed through booking.com that I shall be checking in as early as 8am. But the staff at their reception insisted that I wait until 1pm, which was ridiculous. Finally I agreed to pay a bit more extra and allow the guy to check me in. Even the check out is too strict. You either pay extra or be done with the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located which is plus point for tourists. The hotel is well maintained with all the modern facilities. Very clean and tidy rooms and free wi-fi facilities. Ambience is beautiful. Excellent room service. Complimentary breakfast is worth. A small concern is that they can surely improve their front desk skills. The Ashoka Hotel close to the Lakdi-ka-pool in Hyderbad was a respected name in mid priced hotels for decades. I remember regularly visiting the vegetarian restaurant that was known for its very decent thali or plate meal even in the 1980s. Now it sports the Best Western brand name and has seen a significant face list. My wife and I stayed there in early March this year, opting for this hotel more out of nostalgia -- but we were not disappointed. Hyderabad has always been a place for good value hotel rooms-- and BW Ashoka upholds this reputation. A double occupancy premium room can be had for below INR 3000 if you shop on online sites -- but there is 18% GST (tax) that is added these days. Still excellent value with a well sized room and bed; separate sitting/dining space and ( important for me) a good desk for working on one's laptop. The bathroom ( with shower cabinet) is sparkling clean. The restaurant is now both veg and non veg but room services prices are very reasonable. The Best Western tag will inevitably attract international guests who will be very pleasantly surprised at the tariff when converted to dollars or euro; but I think some will feel the lack of something expected in this class of hotel ( 3 star): a night latch on the door. I would urge the management to install this small accessory that many will consider essential to feeling safe. The travel desk in the lobby is manned by friendly people and they have a choice of sedans to offer which are not overpriced compared to the rates prevalent in Hyderabad. But their services are not integrated to the hotel billing and you have to settle with them directly - in cash. We used their services for airport transfers and city tours for reasonable rates.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Room was spacious enough to accommodate 3people comfortably. I can note down many good points but not everything was perfect. Fine experience included... - spacious and comfortable room - room and washroom were clean with all the basic amenities - conveniently located and easy access to all the major attractions in Hyderabad. Most of the tourist places are within 5-6 km radius - breakfast was having widely spread - friendly and helpful service But they can improve on... - illumination inside the room could have been better - taste of food was not the best - rooms on 3rd floor can get disturbed sometimes due to functions on the 4th floor - Wi-fi given by hotel was only 300 MB per day and speed was not great But overall it was a great expirience worth the money!

my stay at this hotel was in July 2017 nd it was a memorable experience for me.....such large spacious rooms, the clean bathroom, toiletries , coffee maker, everything was up to the mark. The buffet breakfast had a vast variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is cengtrally located and has its own compound. Autos and other vehicles are available just outside this hotel.

Chose this hotel based on reviews but I should have read the negative reviews and not just the positive reviews. Chose the deluxe room based on their description of how luxurious they claimed it was. Honestly, Its just an average room and that's not even the problem. The sound coming from their bar or some event that is happening in their hotel is guaranteed to leave you sleepless day and night. Loud music reverberating through the Walls and floors is a constant feature of our stay for the last 2 days. I'm still staying at this hotel and I complained to the front desk. They promised to turn down the music but nothing is being done and hence this review. To add to the music problem, the room that we got is facing the road, you can see the road from the window. (See the picture attached) The sound from the traffic is deafening with all the heavy vehicles honking and breaking. How come this hotel has not heard of sound proofing? Oh and the wifi never worked for our entire stay and repeatedly complaining about it just fell on deaf ears. I'm glad I will be checking out tomorrow. Never will book or recommend this hotel to anyone. There's surely better hotels out there for the price we paid here.

This hotel has narrow entry and has issues with parking. Location is good in terms of reaching to other places in Hyderabad. Rooms are okay and it was stinking. To minimize the stink, room freshener were applied which made it further worst. Bathroom was okay but doors in very bad conditions.

The problem started at the front desk, no room with a single king/queen size bed was available. After checking in, I realized that despite the first impression that the rooms have all modern necessities, nothing seems to work 1- The telephone was not working, on complaint I was assured of a room change, even after long wait, no one got back. I have to go to house phone & check the status, I was informed that no other room was available, so I have to use the current room only. I tried to use the laptop & realized that there is no power connection at the work desk!! The entire room (designed for two people with twin beds) have only one power connection available in the middle of bed. Switching on the TV, faced problem with remote, the intelligent housekeeping that I have to use one remote to change volume & another remote to change channel! WOW!! Tired with such excellent facilities, I decided to retire to bed to get some sleep, the entire bed shifts when you sit or move slightly. It's a very good example of how NOT to run a hotel.

Had visited Hyderabad earlier too but this time visited with family and stayed in this hotel. It is centrally located and quite convenient. Has sufficient parking too. Rooms are neat and clean. Most important clean toilets. Breakfast spread and taste was good. Overall a nice experience.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location-Easy to find and well connected. Room-Good size room where you can fell the space is yours.Bed was soft and clean,TV,Mini bar,Writing table and two chairs with coffee table. Bathroom-Good size with all the basic needs. Breakfast-Was good but after 3 days stated to get bored. Service-Very good,Check inn and out was fast,all the staff is smiling and happy to help. Overall Very good option for mid budget travelers.

Been there to stay for 3 nights with family. First impression was that I could have picked up a better hotel it was more of a business hotel. But my perception changed with their food and service. I checked out on 20th Dec and after coming home I realized that my wife left her wallet in room safe. I called the hotel and they transferred the call to housekeeping head Mr Krishna murthy. He immediately got it checked and informed me that he found the wallet and gave all details. Today he couriered me the wallet. I am impressed. Definitely recommend

As I mentioned about this place. Very very centrally located. Very close to places of interest like Salarjung museum, Charminar,Husseini lake etc. Rooms here are quite spacious and clean. Tv ,tea kettle, AC all in good working condition. Although food here is not at all interesting, rather not tasty at all. But many famous joints like Sarvi ,Paradise , Bahar that serve authentic Hyderabad cuisine is 5 to 15 minutes drive away. So we actually did not mind. Anyway we had a very comfortable stay here .

This is the best 3 star Hotel in Lakdikapul and got awarded by the Telangana State Tourism for the year 2017 as the Best Hotel, smooth check-in, the rooms are fine, the bath room hygienic, round the clock boy services available, besides restaurant, the complimentary south Indian food was very much delicious, the manager and the other staff members very polite further this hotel is idle as there is a newly inaugurated Metro train is adjacent to the Hotel.

Was nice to stay at a good price, nice room, nice bed, toiletaries can improve, bell boy reception management to improve efficiency, parking is a mess, service on arrival is weak, poor internet, i asked for non-smoking room and was given 3rd floor but in the morning there was heavy smoke smell in my room and the whole corridor of the floor was full of smoke smell and on complaining the person ast reception that we dont have any non-smoking rooms all are smoking for which I challenged him to come to the floor and see the signs on the floor and all the doors it says its non-smoking so he apologised(this was unprofessional response and I think the name of the person was Vinay). these are improvements, but overall good stay.

Ambience, House keeping and food , indeed we enjoyed, it was an awesome stay. Later in the day one of the Eminent personality from Telugu Film industry , well known charismatic personality Sri. Gollapudi Maruthi rao garu, joined us , stayed in one of the suits, he was so happy and recollected the olden days, when he stayed in the same hotel many times and recognized the old staff, cherished the old memories.We are indeed thankful to Mr.Jawed Ahmed ,Vice president, Best Weston Ashoka for providing us the best service and this wonderful experience. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Best Western Ashoka. My flight reached Hyderabad in wee hours; but I was provided early check-in which avoided inconvenience. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and cordial and it made our stay very memorable. Would definitely stay there again!

Booked a single night and location is right on main road but the hotel is very noisy with lot of bookings from tour operators. You will find the lobby, hallways all the time bustling with people chatting up in loud tones with the staff looking the other way. Rooms however are spacious and good. Strictly a budget option.

During stayed at hotel experience had good except sound problem beside road side rooms specifically during at night. We have taken two rooms. Rooms were quite good and cleaned regularly during our stay.

When did I stay : Feb 2017. Duration - 1 day. Good decent standard hotel for an upper middle class family and above type stay. Location - I can't comment - As I don't know much about Hyderabad - but it wasn't too far away . So 3/5 based on my experience. What I liked - Yes - it was a decent bar - Nice and inexpensive with options - 4/5 for that Sleep quality was nice 4/5. the title seems very appropriate. from the check in i had to ask them to set right this and that. we booked this place online after we got a reference from a colleague , it was nearest to our work place in hyderabad. as we needed the room for 5 days the manager gave a discount and we went ahead and booked. there was a royal innova pick up from the airport. after check in realised that the bed linen was dirty, bathroom door was creeky, and wash basin was leaking. all this was set right after repeated asking and calling the front office staff, i am sory to have forgotten the names of a few who were really helpful, one person helped me find a homeo pharmacy nearby. another front office staff helped me find an auto for my shopping purposes. language seemed to be a problem at times. throughout our stay i didnt know if telugu, hindi or english was the language all the staff knew. when i spoke hindi i got a telugu reply. it was all right and funny too. food is nothing much to talk about. the buffet breakfast is monotonous . there was no pessarattu on the first day of our stay and the manager made sure it was there on day 3. so kind of him. sambar and rasam was made of green chillies. taste needs vast improvement. the guests are very noisy. all through the night there seemed to be check in and check out, loud music was played in the floor looby , the doors of the rooms were kept open and the room inmates were dnacing away to glory. the front office did nothing to mend this. it was a nuisance on 3 days of our stay. one day upon our request the room opposite to ours switched of the music and shut their doors after making a scene. this i understand is a common feature in this hotel which has not been rectified. this hotel claims to be 3 star but alas a lot needs improvement. on our way back to the airport we had booked the cab from the hotel and agreed to a innova as we had much luggage. the travel desk made did not arrange the said cab and instead gave a swift. we demanded a refund which they flatly refused and we were late to the airport. this travel desk also is supposed to be a recurrentproblem. if u dont use thir services during your stay they seem to create trouble during check out.

First of all, wrong room was allotted. After repeated request, as per the booking room was provided with lot of time. I have to make request four to five times for providing room as per the booking. Minimum facilities in suit was there.

One of the best hotels at present in Hyderabad. Besides being centrally located it has a homely feeling to it and makes one feel safe and relaxed. The in house restaurant has buffet which is exceptionally sumptuous. The staff at the hotel including the servers at the restaurant, the front desk, as well as Mr. Karim at the Travel Desk go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Rightly is Best Western Ashoka immensely popular among people. We hardly had any problem in either checking or checking out. A small miscommunication pertaining to bill amount was also solved immediately and the extra money paid by us due to some confusion was funded back to us at the checkout without even a question being asked. Something unheard of in today's hotels. We would definitely be going back to this hotel very soon during our next trip to Hyderabad.

Problem with TV and called room service, they haven't responded on this issue. Overall maintenance is just ok, should call housekeeping for toiletries. Rooms are not soundproof, you will get sound when anyone walks through the corridor.

This hotel is located in high traffic zone lakdikapul in Hyderabad. Wifi was not working properly. Room cleanliness, food quality, staff behaviour ,etc are excellent. I got good deal through makemytrip.com

It was a Family trip, the hotel was nice and the rooms neat. The A/C worked perfect :) The Hotel is located in the centre of Hyderabad. The food there was also good, it was a buffet and everyday different dishes, we definitely ate too much. The staff very friendly and helpful. In general for a short stay in Hyderabad, I can recommend this hotel - thumbs up!!!

Inspite of the rude encounter with the staff, I am giving 3 stars just for the fact that the stay was all right. We had made a booking.com reservation (For 3 rooms) and we have mentioned that we would need the room by morning itself as they followed 12 noon check-in (for online reservations). When we arrived there, we were asked to pay a fee of Rs. 1500 for early check in - I don't have complaints of them asking us to pay early check in fee - That's the management rules - Fair enough. But I would argue that the fee of Rs. 1500 was ridiculously high for a Rs. 2500 room (for just 2 hours of early check-in). And then the case of a very rude front office personnel who told me that "I should know that the rooms are available only by 1 pm since you booked through booking.com". But the mail from booking.com mentioned 12 noon check-in time. Eventually, we got one room after the mentioned time only. Since we had reserved 3 rooms already for 4 days (Which was chargeable had we cancelled at that point of time), the staff and the manager on duty thought it's safe for them to be downright rude & conduct dismissive behaviour. Apart from that, it's bang on the main road, so transport won't be an issue. There are smaller eateries nearby. Housekeeping staff keeps forgetting to replace everything (Sometimes they miss a towel, or at times the shampoo) and their room service employees (one or two) are a little intrusive. The food quality is okay - Nothing great but they delivered hot food, so plus 1 for that! Their room service staff is very polite and prompt! Absolutely no complaints there. Highly disappointed with their "hospitality" inspite of a huge billing.

Hotel is centrally located and rooms are spacious. Room was almost what its shown in photos but 2 important things that photograph can't depict is NOISE & STINK. Bathroom though neat and clean, stinks like one big open drainage. We checked in on Friday & checked out on Sunday. Immediately after the check-in we noticed stains on bed sheet & it was replaced promptly. Friday night I realized that there was lot of honking & traffic noise due to hotels proximity with main road, but I didn't bother much as we slept late that night and due to heavy rains that night traffic had reduced by the time we retired for the day. My plan was to start early morning on Sunday to drive back to Bangalore, Saturday night I wanted to sleep early. But around 9PM LOUD MUSIC started from the nearby building, which I guess was having a DJ night. Sound was so loud & clear as if it was being played in the same room. I complained to reception about the same, they assured prompt action and a call back in 2 mins. After waiting for 15mins patiently I again called the reception and the response was music has been switched off, which obviously wasn't. So again 2 mins were requested by receptionist. Again after waiting for another 10 mins I called and asked for manager to escalate the matter, again I was assured corrective action in few mins, but this time I walked down to reception to have a word with him and asked him to change my room if they can't resolve the problem. Managers response was, we are completely sold out for the day but i've complained to the nearby hotel about loud noise and matters would be sorted in another 30 mins. I was like WTH, why should I wait for someone Else's party to get over for me to sleep in a so called PREMIUM room that i paid for. This time Manger assured that he will go out and talk to the neighboring pub/disc management and get it switched off, this time music did stop for few minutes and by the time i was in bed it again started with even louder volume. By now I had lost my cool and I called the reception again and blasted the manager, then I walked down again to talk to their GM. Manager was not available at reception as he had gone to hotel next door to get the music switched off and receptionist wasn't ready to give me the number of GM nor he was ready to connect me with GM from reception phone. I literally shouted on him but that was of no use as he wasn't ready to budge, he connected me to manager again who claimed to have sorted out the problem. By this time it was already 10:30 PM and I'm not sure whether his efforts resolved it or their party was already over. I booked this hotel as it was MMTASSURED hotel and my past experience with both MMT & Best Western in another location had been good, but when I tried to reach MMT 24x7 hotline number it never got connected not even once in 45 mins of trial. With such a worst experience I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, now I'm even skeptical about my upcoming MMTASSURED bookings as MMT won't be reachable when you need them the most.

I called up the reception for vacating. He asked me to come down. Since the card slot for power was not serving its purpose(which we've already reported) I carried it along with me after locking the door. I clearly communicated that one more guest is in the room getting ready and I wanted to clear the bills(so that we can save some time commuting to airport). Despite of this, some one from room service got into the room without notice. This was an embarrassing situation for my fellow traveler.

We booked the hotel not actually knowing the area too well, but we made a great choice. The hotel during our stay was a little noisy because just outside will be the Ladikapul Metro stop and was in full construction mode. So in the future you will have all the city at your doorstep not having to negotiate your life away with an auto-rickshaw or Uber'ing it around! How great will that be! The staff are really cool and friendly, the rooms are better than we expected, our safe was broke when we arrived and it was replaced almost instantly!! No hiding the fact that it is a business hotel but it seems the staff wanted us to be more welcomed and made to feel comfortable than the business types (not high level business - think sales people) The restaurant is really good value and the staff are really attentive and helpful. Take good note of this becuase there are more expensive Hotels nearby that have maybe a better breakfast but the bars and Dinners much more expensive for the same quality. The only difference is the poshness of the staff and the overall room quality. You will not go wrong being here if you want a clean comfortable room with much more affordable food and drink, the chef was really good. WIth what will be a great transport link in the near future. Worth the money 100% but do not expect 5* and luxury. Just very clean and comfortable.

Awesome place to stay. Very near to Birla Mandir. Rooms are very good and well maintained. Meal buffet was also nice. Though cost wise on a higher side. Items were good in the breakfast. Overall, had a very pleasant experience.

Been here only for the food and its really good. Try the Chicken Biryani or Mutton Biryani along with starters. Location is really good and really close to the railway station and the bus stand. Lots of sight-seeing places are nearby. Accessible by public transportation. Old hotel renovated now.

My stay in this property was very short, late night check in & early morning checkout. Located in residential area, Rooms size is too small. Lighting in the Room and Toilet were dull and should be changed, specially in the toilet. The W.C wasn't cleaned properly. The health faucet in the toilet may scare you as it's moves automatically but I guess it needs the technician attention immediately. Since I had to leave in the morning, I did not complained about Air-condition. It's not chilling at all and got disturbed with the air noise whole of the night. For me this property is just not maintained well. The spread of breakfast was also looks to be simple. I hope that the management will look into the maintenance part quickly.

These guys are not professional. Rooms are ok but furniture is old and bad. Bathrooms leak. As managers are not good, son is the training of staff... They do not have basic atticates. Breakfast is not great. Lack of hospitality, care. They do not care for guests, they don't react even on complaints.

Hotel was located in mid of the city with acceptability to places of interest like Birla mandir, Hussai sagar lake (Tangband). Rooms are good except the hallway where cigarette smell is coming. When we asked for change of room, they refused to change and placed no smoking sign in hallway. First day of sign. no smoking smell was there but it was there from second day. Complimentary breakfast was good but they didn't provide omelette and dosa when we asked within time. Buffet Dinner and room service was decent. Finally, a good hotel located at mid of city if they correct the mentioned problems.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. When I first checked in, the room I was given had a musty odor, and the floor in the room looked all broken and old. I was quite taken aback, especially with the strong, stale, musty odor in the room. I immediately went and complained to the front desk by phone. The front desk sends a housekeeping boy with a perfume bottle. A perfume cannot fix the musty old smell in this room. I took the lift downstairs, went to the front desk, and asked for a better room. The front desk personnel then took me to another room - what a difference. This was a spacious room, with a nice floor. The bathroom looked like it just went through a renovation - the sink looked stylish and contemporary, the walls had nice tiles, and the shower unit looked new. I wondered - why wasn't I given this decent room the first time around? The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. The masala omelette was nicely done. The variety and quantity of fresh fruits was impressive. Items such such puri and bhaji, upma etc were tasty. The quality of service during the morning buffet breakfast is erratic. One one day, the staff was receptive, paid attention, asked me what I wanted, and served accordingly. The next day, the staff members were indifferent and didn't care at all for my presence That was surprising considering it was quite early in the morning, and I was the first customer in the restaurant at 8 am. I had to get up, go to them, and ask them for service. The flasks with the premade tea and coffee are not labeled. So you end up pouring one hot beverage, and if it is not what you want, you try pouring the other hot beverage for yourself in a different cup, The restaurant management should put proper labels on the flasks to indicate tea and coffee - the trial-and-error approach is wasteful. Lakdikapul is a central location, and the sounds of traffic are heard in room. You can close the windows, to cut down a bit on the sound of the traffic. It was very easy to get an Ola cab to go places. Overall, the location is great - easy to get around in the city and get things done. This is a decent 3 star hotel that is good value for the price that you pay. Had it not been for the musty room and the erratic service in the dining room, I would have given this hotel a better rating.

This is an old property situated at the corner of Lakdi-ki-Pool. The service & the food are good & having varieties. Breakfast also having good range of variety. The room decor needs a revamping as the fittings have become old.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Cost of stay very economical. The hotel is centrally located.The room had very good ambience, no noise from anywhere, mini bar was good and the bathroom was even better. Everything was neat and clean. The buffet breakfast had lot of variety and staff was courteous. The housekeeping staff was little not upto the mark though. They had problems with giving complimentary water bottles which were very small even when I offered to pay for them. They messed up the laundry too.

Stayed at Best Western Ashok on a recent trip to Hyderabad. This is a good hotel, rooms are well appointed and the service is good too. Breakfast is good, and they have variety. The front-desk does get choked in the morning, too many people checking out, and the two front office staffers were struggling big time. Getting a confirmation from house-keeping, on the state of the room, and mini-bar consumption seemed to be the issue. Centrally located, so easy commute to most parts of the city. Good budget option.

this was my first time in the city. Wasnt sure what to expect from the hotel service. but this hotel made my stay so pleasant. the location is quite nice. the cleanliness is beyond expectations. very sweet spoken staff too.And i got a good deal too. So all and all a nice experience.

When we didn't like the place hotel refused to pay our advance back. Trapped? No essentials in room (soap, coffee sachets), restaurant (glasses for juice, bowls for serials missing conspicuously). This is my favourite hotel in Hyderabad. I have been staying here since three years whenever I come to Hyderabad. It's beautifully built and professionally managed, located at city heart. Staff is cooperative and food is delicious. It's a very comfortable stay there.

I had booked this hotel through MMT and must say that the overall experience was ok. The hotel is in an ideal location and has good parking facility. Service was good, food was great. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom and linens were neat & clean. The only issue was the restaurant. While the food was good, looks like they had shortage of staff as they were taking a long time to service and clear the tables. Secondly the check out took a long time and you may want to budget some extra time for this activity. Rest was ok.

They did not replace the sheets or toiletries even the soaps.they put the used towels again in my room.consumables did not replaced.even when u call bell boy it will take minimum 30 mints to respond.very poor service.

Had been there for a 2 day stay with family.this is my life's worst ever stay till now ,I thought never I should give up mentioning a review even if few days late. 1)first at the reception,cant even explain what are facilities available even after asking for 3rd time,.when they are very clear about tariff why cant they help with facilities they provide even after asking like about wifi breakfast,lunch??it implies like they try to save on that but how much ? 2)OMG,the bathroom .,broken door lock,stinking,unsightly commodes and drain pipes.forget about star appeal ,its far far inferior to normal any average hotel maintainance. 3)the food cant help saying omg again so stale and cold from breakfast to so called buffet dinner.

hotel location is at a very central point. Lot of site seeing points nearby and importantly you can get Ola cabs, Redcabs & autos easily from this location. Please do not opt cab service from Hotel as they are very much costly & unprofessional. Hotel staff & food quality is amazing. Room service is prompt & rooms are well maintained.

Hotel located beside a very busy road, as such it was easily accessible. Hotel looked great and very clean. they took over half an hour to check us in, repeatedly telling the room will be alloted very soon. The room looked great and comfortable. Fooding is not worth mentioning. the tea and coffee sachets provided in the room had already passed their expiry date.Hotels better than this and at the same rate are available. Lots need to done.

This hotel is too close to a major intersection and even in the late hours of the night (or early hours of the morning), there is too much of noise from the road - trucks blaring their horns are the worst, specially at 5am. The rooms are comfortable and staff is a tad slow (if you get stuck, call up the General Manager Mr. Ramana Rao at +918499862225 and he will help you out).

The hotel is centrally located so all local attractions are near by. We wanted to check out on same day and hotel management allowed us early checkin. There was some confusion at reception regarding it but after some time it got sorted. Rooms were specious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. They have provided many south/ North Indian dish options. check out was also quick. Staff was helpful. I will say it's nice place to stay but advise folks to confirm early check in in advance to avoid last minute confusion!

Our check in time was 12 pm. But due to early flight we reached at 10 am. Early check in wasn't available hence we kept our luggage n decided to go around the city. We were told rooms are in cleaning process and would be ready only at 12. We had booked 2 rooms. We returned at 2 pm and we were told to wait in reception. We smelt something fishy.on nudging the reception staff which is rude , they finally accepted rooms are still not ready and would allot us only one room. I had senior citizens travelling and after a tiring early flight one doesnt want to face this horror. Well this was only the start. They took half an hour to allot me one room. Other room was alloted only at 3.30. The reception guy hands me a card n says room no 221 n card showed the same no. Upon going to the room it dint open. I asked the cleaning staff to open it gor me only to find the room wasnt vacated yet. Then when i complain the reception , he says the room alotted is 212.!!!bedshhets were stained which clearly showed they werent changed.More horror followed. Please avoid at all costs!!! Dont spoil the first day of your trip by booking this hotel like i did!!!

Very good value for money. Centrally located, free use of business centre, the staff was very friendly (allowed us late check in & out when requested). The breakfast is minimalistic and conveniently located next to the lobby. Please note that the hotel generally runs at a high occupancy rate so please expect to wait for your room if your turn up before the check in time of 12PM.

Rooms are clean and large.The aminities are good as per the cost..The area of this hotel is very near to popular locations in hydrabad.The breakfast is below average.The only negative point is bed is not comfortable.Bed is little hard so you cant sleep well.But you cant get this type of room and aminities at such a low cost.

Our school had taken us for a trip to Hyderabad from 19th December to 22nd December. We had to stay with 4 people in one room. We were in room number 219. There was an extra bedding for one person. An extra blanket was provided with it. One of us fell sick and was feeling too cold. So we gave the blanket given with the extra bedding to him. So when someone from the hotel staff came to give the complementary water bottles (which were not sealed and we checked that later), we asked him to give us one more blanket to which he refused saying that there are no extra blankets. Also, the hand shower in our bathroom was not working. Please see to it and give sealed complementary water bottles.

In room dining had posted bills in our rooms . However we had to fight and got all reversed . Reception was slow too . Wi Fi was good . Break fast was pretty ordinary . They must have some experienced staff in restaurant , reception etc .

Stayed for a few hours during a business trip. Checked in early in the morning. Though the hotel offer 24 hrs check-in check-out, that seems to be only for bookings done directly with the hotel. Since I had booked through MakeMyTrip, check-in check-out was 12 noon to 12 noon. I didn't mind the rooms were available on MMT for under Rs 8,00. That was a steal! The hotel staff was kind enough to allow me an early check-in after I assured I was checking out the same day. Large, spacious and neat rooms. Complimentary breakfast was available and food was good.

Nice Hotel, Approachable to main government offices. Staff hospitality good. Ready to extend assistance. Two main issues which the hotel management to take care, will add on the positive feedback. First is Wi fi connectivity. In three days, I changed rooms two times but connectivity very poor. Management should invest on some upgradation of same, if required..Second is Cost of Water . They provide two small water bottle complimentary each day. For more requirement, we have to pay with taxes. I understand, its not justified & management to re-think on this small issue.

Huge car parking, large rooms, noisy air conditioners, outdated furniture, average quality bed, torn towels, very very spicy food, empty liquor bottles outside all rooms along the corridors, noisy but friendly people all but priced a bit high. Choice is yours ! I wont choose again.

our experience of stay on 31/1/16 in this hotel, Check in fast and smooth.We were early and our room was not ready but hotel gave us another room as make shift. Suite room was large,spacious,neat and clean.Bed king size was comfortable.enough toiletries were provided in toilet.not enough light in bathroom for shave. No view from room and sleep quality was not very good. Complimentary breakfast was good.enough spread and tasty. Hotel serves Thali in lunch,reasonably priced and serve 5-6 dishes.Soup served was very hot and tasty. Hotel extended our stay by 3 hrs on request and check out was without any hassle A good experience and shall stay again,in fact already booked for next visit.

We booked this hotel as we got a good offer on the net. This property is centrally located with most of the tourist places accessible by auto or by foot. Very near to Birla Mandir, NTR Gardens etc. The staff were very helpful & courteous. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Overall a nice experience & would love to stay with them again.

I recently been there, Location of hotel is good. One can find all famous locations easily accessible. Rooms are good. Breakfasts buffet is very good. Note: Hotel charge extra for early check-in n check out if u booked online

Brief experience in India seems to be that very few hotels get the basics right - which are a high standard of room cleanliness and a good clean properly working bathroom. This one does. We moved on to another hotel (unfortunately) that was supposedly more stars and looked great - but in fact was considerably inferior in these basics. If I'm in Hyderabad again I would certainly choose this hotel again.

Best western is a good hotel... The service and rooms are good.. It's in the heart of the city and all famous places are quite accessible from here. The breakfast buffet is good.. However, since a flyover is being constructed on the main road, it gets a little dusty and noisy.. No great views to offer from your rooms.

I booked 4 Executive Room, when i went to the hotel they said rooms were ready. When i went to the room bathroom were not clean, toiletries were not there, when asked the room service for toiletries or anything they won't deny.. But nothing will come which is very disappointing.. Location is good and liked the breakfast.. Rest all were disappointing.. I won't recommend anyone to use this hotel, But if at all you book then make sure you note down things in the room or they will ask for things which were not in the room and delay the checkout.. the check out and room service is horrible. The checkout at least takes 2 hours.. Expected decent service but Very Disappointed and won't recommend to anyone.

I got a very good offer through an online portal, stay there for a night. It is centrally located, and a comfortable place to stay Breakfast and dinner buffet is average, but decent. Room service was good.

I am currently having a 2 day stay at the hotel. The road outside the hotel is mostly choked with traffic. I had difficulty getting into the hotel. The check-in procedure took close to 15 minutes. The room looked normal. But, as soon as started settling down in the room, i started noticing the issues. First the lights in the room was flickering. Overall the room had extremely insufficient lighting for watching tv, Reading or working on the laptop. I even opened the curtains but that did not help either. The Tv's settings were all shaken up. I wanted to reduce the brightness but the remote did not give me the option. I needed the tv remote or a universal remote to do that. I complained, 2-3 different staff members visited but no one had a solution. They said we can't find the tv remote. Within 30 minutes of being in the room, i started having a severe headache because i was trying to work in this low light. I requested for a room change but the call went in vain. The mirror, windows in the room were all stained. The room service was extremely slow. I had to call several times to get any work done. The utensils for my evening snacks were picked up after 5-6 hours. That too when i had requested the staff to clean it up multiple times. The bedside drawer would never close. The bathroom was really small. I am just waiting for the stay to end asap. Extremely disappointing service!

Location of hotel is good. No Hassel while checking and checkout, large clean rooms, mattress was good with lits of pillows, bath was good. Initially TV was not working but service staff fixed it on time. Good foods, nice spread of breakfast. Overall a good experience. Value for money

Lets get the irksome bits over with - had landed at about 9:30 am, and were told that we would get rooms only at 12. We left our luggage and went off sightseeing. When back at 3:30, they still made us stay on hold for amost half an hour before they could show us to a room, which was still being cleaned. Inexplicable ! But then if that meant we got the Junior Suite instead of the Executive room we had booked, I would not complain. But then on, we enjoyed our stay. The room was really large, with a bar counter and a kitchen sink. Large sofas, where one of us 3 slept comfortably. They provided lots of extra pillows and blankets. The modern shower stall was a surprise in this hotel, and there was a walk in wardrobe. The housekeeping staff were great. They provided whatever we wanted including lots of extra tea/coffee/milk sachets for anytime drinks we made with the kettle in the room. The restaurant would tend to get crowded in the morning, as its rather small. But it was more like a well lit coffee shop and no one really minded starting off with a platefull even without a seat. The staff here too were very attentive for a buffet. Be careful with the travel desk, and ensure he clearly understands and acknowledges your booking for a cab. Give him a friendly reminder everytime you spot him. The car and drivers he provided were very patient and helpful. The road in front is a mess owing to the metro construction, and even a few steps either way are a challenge. But autos are available at the gate, though it might be a better idea to just go a bit towards the junction at the left, as the ones at the gate are likely to overbid. They may also give you a tour and return service which would be quite a good bargain.

At best western ashoka you get luxurious rooms at a very affordable price and it is located in the city itself ...!!it has a gym also...!!This place is ideal for people who want to experience luxury at a low cost...!!!nice services

I visited this hotel in december 2015 and stayed for one night, The location of the hotel is very convenient for sight seeing. BIRLA MANDIR is at walking distance. The room was neat and clean and of good size with all modern amenities. staff was courteous. free powerful WIFI was available . The staff provided the password for wifi without asking for it. Breakfast was good. I did online booking. I think it is good hotel offering value for money. only one thing is that it is located on main road. so subject to some noise.

The property per-say was good. There was "unexpected rush" at the hotel and although I had booked for 3 Executive rooms for 4 nights, the hotel was able to give me only 2 rooms the first night ... however, they upgraded me to a Junior Suite which was nice and spacious. We tried only one of the restaurants at the hotel which serves breakfast. The food as descent. The only issue we found was with the speed of service. The service issue though was not only for the restaurant but also in general. I believe apart from the restaurant, this hotel has a pub. In terms of location, the hotel is located very close to the Secretariat. You can easily get auto-rickshaws outside the hotel to move around the city and also radio cabs like OLA are easily available. I was surprised that the radio cab drivers however found it difficult to locate the hotel in spite of it being on the main road. The biggest minus point of the hotel I thought was the street noise in the rooms. Being on the main road with Metro station being constructed just outside the hotel, the place is somewhat noisy. Those of who are used to quieter places, may find it difficult to get adjusted at night.

I booked through Goibibo and Totally I stayed for three days in HYB out of 2 days in Taj Mahal and only 1 day in Best Western Ashoka. But later I regretted too much for paying almost the same amount for both hotels and TajMahal is still in old age condition where as Best Western is best in class of facilities. But only thing food is not as such as good in TajMahal and costlier too, for which I reduced 1 star. But being in middle of city, we can rule out this issue, since you get outside a lot many food options easily.

stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.. comfortable.. hotel staff are very professional.. and respond to any queries immediately.. Wi-Fi was working fine in the rooms and in reception area.. close to all tourist spots.. its more of a business hotel.. they can experiment more on the breakfast menu.. as we felt the menu was the same all three days..
