Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort

The Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort in Cranbrook, BC has always been well above average. I have stayed at this location more than a dozen times over the past several years. The facility is currently going through a remodeling process and the guest rooms have no furniture to store clothing necessary for an extended stay. My wife's clothing was laid out on every table in my room. I am a retired airline pilot and am used to "living" out of a suit case, my wife, not so much. It was an inconvenience I didn't expect. We were at the facility for five days and cloths were everywhere! The hotel has been a great place to stay in the past. Here's hoping the remodeling will include dressers for clothing storage in the future.

Spacious room. Kitchen in room was well stocked with excellent appliances. The room had a large sitting area with table and chairs. Large bathroom with plush towels and nice amenities. Hotel is attached to a restaurant and Pub. We visited both and enjoyed the service and food.

We had a wonderful stay on July 31/24 . We were greeted by reception with pure professionals, who were full of smiles, courteous and made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere was beautiful from when you first walk in. Rooms were spacious, clean and wonderful amenities (Keurig, coffee, tea, fridge, blow-dryer) that you need for your stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day traveling and so clean with a shower and restroom available right there, the kids and I enjoyed it very much. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, (sorry I can't remember the name) everyone of our meals was delicious with great presentation and service was excellent, prices were fair. We will definitely recommend and be back! It's been a long time since we have had such a wonderful stay at a hotel, this was such an amazing place.

Very nice front desk lady. Super sweet and helpful. Clean rooms and well kept. Nice and friendly staff. Food in pub was ok but was not as great as I expected for price. Refrigerator would not get cold. Didn't have time to check out the pool or spa as we came in late and check out is a bit early.

Booked this hotel through our Best Western membership. Reception area is beautiful. Suite was large and spacious, nicely decorated. Clean. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for being along the highway. Would definitely recommend staying here. Room service the first evening that was quick and good food. Breakfast the next morning at the restaurant, again great food and service. All the staff were very friendly.

Hotel stay was great. Room was very lovely, clean and well laid out with sitting area. Beds were comfortable. Good location for our needs and quiet. Many amenities including spa, pool, lounge, restaurant and car rental. Restaurant was bright and nicely decorated with patio and good food.

I'm very picky about where I stay and this hotel met my requirements. The room was very comfortable with a queen sized bed, couch, dining table for 2, kitchenette, large bathroom. In addition, we were on the third floor, and it was very quite. My grandson enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Two restaurants located within the building and we had breakfast and dinner at one (sorry, I don't remember the name, but it's the one that serves breakfast. The other is a bar and grill.) The thing I insist on is cleanliness and this hotel was very clean with no weird odors. My only complaint is the sheets on the bed are not soft. They're a little stiff, but not so much so that it was uncomfortable.

This is a nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff were really friendly. We found the beds and pillows to be quite uncomfortable and the sound proofing between rooms wasn't great so we could hear one neighbour's conversations. Fortunately they went to bed early so it didn't cause us any issues. Aside from the comfort of the bed and pillows, it was a good stay.

We needed a last minute place to stay and our expectations were blown away! Jagjeet at the front desk was super helpful, warm and welcoming. The suite was very clean, big and had everything we needed. It was more impressive than the high end resort we left in Invermere! Amazing value and highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Stayed one night with my adult daughter in July 23, The hotel was clean and bright (standard double room) the staff were welcoming and nice. The only reason it didn't get more was due to the lack of breakfast in the morning. We didn't go in but it does have a bar and restaurant attached.

Really nice hotel. Car park large and easy to park. Friendly staff, nice restaurant from breakfast onwards, good swimming pool and hot tub with dedicated towels provided. Felt safe and a good stay as we were there for a couple of days

For such a “high class” establishment the rooms were dated, the window screen was mangled and hanging out of the window like someone frequently tried to break into the room. The trains with busted out windows was an eyesore, and rather creepy to look at not knowing if people were living inside the empty cars. The pool could use updating as well. Overall it was a comfortable sleep.

Great hotel with nice amenities and excellent front desk service. The hotel was very welcoming to our family even though it was a very busy weekend with sports teams. We hit a deer on the way to the hotel and they did not have a problem arranging for our damaged car pickup a week later.

This hotel is well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. Easy check in and allowed me to view 3 rooms before deciding. Food and beverage room service is available from 2 onsite restaurants and the service is friendly and the food is decent. A delivery charge on top of an auto gratuity leaves little room for choice.

This hotel and restaurant is great, we highly recommend. We stayed in an executive suite room, it had a nice sitting area, separate bedroom, and all you needed in a little kitchenette, (toaster, microwave, and small fridge.) The coffee pot is always on in the lobby so no need to make it in your room. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We stayed five nights and ended up eating all our meals here. The chef is excellent, the menu had a good variety and all the dishes were very well presented. Portion size was just right and delicious. But probably the biggest reason we kept coming back was the staff. They have been well trained, they are friendly and knowledgeable, hats off to the management team. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food too. We stayed with son's hockey team and they were very accommodating. Felt like a safe area to stay in too. Will visit again I'm sure. Thanks to the staff!

Excellent customer service. Amenities were immaculate. I stayed on the third floor. Bring ear plugs as the train does pass by. This is not really loud, normally noticeable as with all cities. The pool and hot tub are well kept, clean bathrooms. The view is gorgeous!

Excellent place to stay. All staff super friendly and welcoming and rooms are very clean. Restaurant and pub attached to hotel have great food and atmosphere. Staff members at hotel go out of their way to make your stay best as possible.

I was a part of a group that stayed at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort on Wednesday September 14th. Upon arrival, check in for our group was seamless and everything was prepared for our arrival. There's lots of parking out front, and the hotel is right on the main highway so it's both easy to find and close to everything you need. Our rooms were modern and updated, with the same quality bedding that we see at all Prestige hotels. Thank you for the restful stay!

The staffing shortages are noticable in the cleanliness of the rooms. We have some mold in our tub and i found a few items on the floor. A deepcleaning will be required once staffing is addressed. Otherwise, a great place to be on a little holiday as it has 2 restaurants and a pool and hot tub. Nice!

Since located up on hill overlooking the lake and mountains, the view from our room was great and relaxing. The staffs are very accommodating and the rooms are very clean. My family had a wonderful time and felt the room very spacious and again great view right at our windows. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in three months and each time, a very pleasant experience. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, pool was clean. Have recommended and will continue to recommend this hotel. I will be booking three rooms for a week long stay and can't wait to go back. First class all the way.
