Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites

This facility desperately needs refurbishment. Carpet smelled. Towels small & hard. No fitted bottom sheets so it fell apart. Breakfast was challenging with tables not being cleaned, waffle batter dispenser falling apart, having to ask for decaf, having to guess time on waffles, and no fruit out. Very disappointed!

I cannot leave a good review for this hotel due to the poor condition of each room and the lack of concern by the staff when informed of a problem with the rooms. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Stayed for a Conference in the area. Pleased with stay. Great Breakfast with good variety of food options. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Very clean room. Right off the Freeway. Good parking. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall an excellent hotel for the money, you can tell the owners really care about the property and it showed. My room was clean and spacious. I had a small wet bar and refrigerator with microwave. There was a nice large flat panel TV in the room. You enter the rooms from the outside. There are no interior hallways depending on where you are in the hotel. The ice machines are a bit far. Breakfast has a good selection of items, there was no potato option, but there was pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as the standard bread and yogurt. I would've liked bagels on the breakfast buffet, but was not a dealbreaker.

The actual room here was amazing and by far the nicest I have ever seen at a best western. It was very classy, spacious, clean, and the bed/pillows were amazingly comfortable. The place had its quirks though. The guy who checked us was not very friendly or welcoming at all. They also had a pretty minimal/lame pet area that was very far from room and never restocked pet bags over the several days we stayed there. they had no decaf coffee either which is odd for the chain. The area has lots of food but was a bit sketchy. I saw one homeless guy sleeping in back get chased off by cops and watched 2 other guys on bikes checking car doors in parking lot to see if they were open in the early hours. Still, quirks aside, it was a great stay and amazing room for the value - just don't leave anything of value in your car

Passing thru and needed a place to sleep. This place is not as pictured. It's dingy and just uncomfortable to stay at. Not clean and the doors/gates didn't work so it was very frustrating to get in and out.

Booked this place based on positive reviews, location, and having breakfast. We got in a little late and only had a couple hours sleep the night befor...so we were extremely tired.The room was hot 94 outside but quickly cooled off with the AC. We decided to hit the pool and hot tub before it closed. Pool seemed freezing but attributed to the hot air outside. The hot tub was a little warmer but was expecting to be warmer. There was a film of dirt in the layer of bubbles, so we left to go shower and then sleep. When we woke up my wife said she felt like something but her leg and had a red spot. We went for breakfast which was OK. Coffee was watered down and ran out. The waffle batter ran out and I tried to inform the worker the batter was empty. She pointed to the little refrigerator and said the butter was inside. I said no butter...batter for waffles. She just looked at me. I gave up. We went back to our room and my wife noticed some blood on the sheets on my side and asked if I had hurt myself. I said no but started looking at the sheets and noticed another blood stain. Then another...but upon closer inspection this wasn't a blood stain.. it was a bug...a tick maybe? Not sure. Checked out and advised of the blood and bug but the clerk didn't seem to care. I showed her pics, but what struck me she didn't seem surprised or even offer an apology. She said I would have to talk to the manager. OK I said. She said she's not there. I asked her to call me and when she would be working. "Maybe tomorrow or Monday." No clue. Not holding my breath. Wouldn't recommend. Steer clear.

5 stars!! Wonderful hotel! Great value. And great rate for 3 nights stayed. Was able to check in early. Super clean rooms, smell good. Many food options. Very quite! Fast wifi. Everything was very clean. Best hotel I have ever stayed at!!

I highly recommend this place. It's worth for your money. Well-managed with great hotel standards. The staff are friendly and approachable; our stay for few nights was amazing . This place is highly recommended so check it out.

We stayed here while visiting family in California. This hotel is just off the 91 freeway. When you arrive be sure to ring the door bell for the front desk to unlock the door and let you into the lobby. Our room came with a Full Breakfast. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles , and potatoes. They also had cereal, fruit, yogurt and pastries. This was great to grab a bite to eat. They had plenty of seating inside and out side on a covered patio (closes at 10pm) which also had an outdoor fireplace and BBQ station. The outdoor pool and spa was great open 10am-10pm. Our room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink in the kitchenette area. A desk, King bed, Tv, iron and Iron board. NO hair dryer so keep that in mind. The bathroom was handicap accessible so walk in shower with full bench and wand shower and plenty of hand rails to grab. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Only complaint we had was what ever they mopped the hard wood floors with in the room left them sticky so be sure to take a shoe or house shoe to wear the whole time your in your room. A great place for family or couples..

We have stayed here often. This Best Western is Dog Friendly, CLEAN, Convenient, at a fair price. Their free breakfast is superior to most others. I especially like the fact there are rooms with no carpets and In-room amenities (tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) are all great, though a few more channels would be nice. They are more than a 4 but less than a 5.

I have stayed here several times on my way to Palm Springs projects. It is an easy drive to the desert without having to do the traffic and the miles in the evening. The property is what we have come to expect from the BW brand name.

A little awkward to get to, and parking isn't convenient to the rooms, but definitely worth the effort. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. I have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back.

Thanks for the help with the Spa and the Barbeque, Employes were courteous and professional. Spa was clean and the pool area was in good condition. Loved the barbeque area. If the opportunity arises, we will stay again!

Rooms are so clean. No odors what soccer. Hardwood floors. King suite 330sq ft was perfect. Couch, bed bench, desk and chair, Island attached to the wall with fridge/freezer combo, coffeemaker, microwave and sink. Bathroom was super clean. Linens were of ample size. Bed was a king. Firm. HVAC unit was satisfactory. Grounds were kept up very well. Right off W 6 Street exit of the 91

Upon checking in the room smelt strongly of smoke and marijuana. We had a King Suite and the sofa bed had no bedding. We went to the front desk to request a new room and were denied rudely. My experience was poor, heading back to the room where I had to gag and almost throw up feeling sick for hours.

bottom line this place is ok but will charge you for a room then claim they made a error and not tell you then charge you a smaller fee of 40-60 in the middle of the night and wil give you a excuse of the front desk maid a error now you are stuck with a fee or fee agreed on.

Best western is probably the least exciting time to stay at due to customer service is hit and miss more like a mess and every room I stayed it I've had to scrub clean and remove other peoples body fluids pubic hairs and make up all over the towels

This hotel is nice and very quaint. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The surroundings gives you a feel of the wilderness. The amenities are good. The pool/courtyard is nicely landscaped. Front desk staff Keile was exceptional. She was very professional, caring and listened to my needs. I would stay here again.

This hotel is one of my favorite to go to they have friendly staff who are helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is the best I had compared to other hotels I have been to. What a great experience.

I enjoy this location. The area is beautiful with fuel, fast food, restaurants, grocery, and 91 freeway right here. The staff is usually very nice. They offer a continental breakfast which is good and internet which I had no issues with, yay! I come here at least once a year for many years.

Staff was great. Make sure to ask for the rooms without carpet. The orginal room they put us in the carpet was gross and we requested non smoking but the room smelled like strong smoke. We called the front desk and they were able to move us right of way. In our new room the toilet was clogged we called front desk they made me go get the plunger and do the fixing myself and return the plunger back to the lobby. I guess they don't have a maintenance person? Either way the staff was great but little hickups

Great location easy to get in and out of Interstate. Big room, lots of space to move around. Had lots of great options for breakfast. Save us at least $60-&70 dollars if we would of ate at Denny's. Great court yard with BBQ area and pool. We'll be staying here again for sure.

The housekeeping staff hit my parked car with the towel cart in the parking lot. She apologized that she damaged my car with dent and chipped and said that the towel cart brake is broken. The day after I called the hotel manager About this incident. Manager said that the housekeeper confessed this but he has not believe that this accident happens in his hotel parking and that I'm lying. I told him that he can check the cameras to prove this but he disrespectfully talked to me said he can not do anything and hung up. I talked to their customer relation and reported this but they did not help me either. It was an unsafe and unpleasant stay for us.

I arrived at 12 am to check in for a 5 night stay, While checking in, the front desk attendant was rude and abrupt and even asked me to give an list of the people staying in my rooms. I have never had this done before. We only had 4 people in my party and I provided the list before we were finally checked in. The next morning our rooms had not been clean and we went to request room service and ask for additional towels and pillows. We we did not get room service, The 2nd day, we went again to request room and cleaning service, Again we were told that our rooms could not be cleared until the 3rd day. On the 3rd day, we came to the hotel around 3pm and again requested cleaning and was told that the rooms would be clean that day. Again we came back to our hotel to find the dirty rooms again. This time we were told by the attendant and the manager on the phone that it was their policy was not to clean our room until after the 4th day. If this was their policy, that should have been disclose when I was making my reservation and paying a daily rate of $120 per night. Also then I should have had 4 days supplies of towels and linens and toiletries, Even the Motel 6 and 8 have better services and sanitary practices that this Best Western location. The staffs were not friendly and even rude. I will not recommend to stay here because if you are staying more than one night, your rooms will not get clean.

We found the room very clean and enjoyed the way the hotel is set up (with an outdoor courtyard with tables where we could enjoy meals). All of the staff we encountered were friendly. We felt safe in the hotel.

I booked a stay here for my daughter and I from Tuesday to Friday this week while in town for work. I had stayed here years ago back when it was an Ayres so I already had an idea of the layout of the hotel and what to expect with the rooms. The hotel clerk when I checked in on Tuesday evening was really friendly and helpful with checking in and making sure she was informative. She had a very welcoming personality, and made you feel comfortable. When we got to our room, it was really hot since the ac wasn't running but the air conditioning worked really well and cooled down the room quickly for us. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and hygiene products. The location of the hotel is really convenient, and close to a lot of food places and the freeway without being on a really busy street so you aren't hearing cars all night long. The hotel layout is really convenient too to get in and out of to the parking lot. The hotel staff was all very friendly, the property was kept really clean at all times and the room was spacious and nice! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here who's needing to stay in Corona.

I love staying here this was my second time staying here love the beds quite and the staff is very friendly I most definitely will be coming back to stay again especially for the pool and jacuzzi see you soon
