Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

Location was very convenient to area attractions as well as the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. A lot hot and cold choices for breakfast with ample space to accomidate guests.

We have had wonderful vacations at the Best Western Plus Filmore Inn for the past 4 years! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially David, the manager, and Amy, an associate. They go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience! The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the pool is relaxing. I also love that they have beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience!

The location is close to several dine chain restaurants and shopping. As well the neighborhood has homeless. Best Western or Mgmt, has a security car at front entrance and the front doors locked during breakfast. It just seems a bit much. After hours 10-6; 100 percent agreed if guest safety is a concern. Nice Hotel with Nice Amenities. I didn't care for the hot breakfast, but the fruit and yogurt hit the spot. My dog enjoyed the hot breakfast although. Win, win!

Your Air conditioning was spotty

Immediately happy , great check in, friendly bartender for end of a long journey. Room very clean and comfortable, great linens towels and toiletries. Breakfast was 💯 better than what we normally run into off of interstate highways, warm good food. So much attention to detail at this facility. We definitely will be back if we are in the area.

We've stayed at quite a few BWs but this one was the best of all! The location was perfect and close to the mountain attractions we love. Clean hotel throughout and front end staff was more professional than many of the other locations we've stayed in. The absolutely best breakfast room than the others. Helpful and kind workers helped to keep things moving. Tables kept clean and food and beverage continuously stocked. I'd stay here again!

This Inn is right of off the interstate and it what a hotel should be. It had an attractive foyer when I checked in. All the luggage carts were in use but but the time I went out to my car, the night manager came pushing one out that had just been returned so I could use it! That's the way it should be. As I got on the elevator it was spotless and when I got off on my floor it had s fresh aroma. The room was clean, even the edges around the tub floor was spotless. Like it should be. So many places fall down on the job. They just go thru the motions and let it go. But not here. Attention to detail was everywhere. We had a restful night. Like it should be! KUDOS!!

Having lived in Colorado Springs, I can attest that some of the so colled three star hotels in the area jusst don't meet up to their 'standards'. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE HOTELS! It is super clean, well staffed, and even has a bar with appetizers after a long day. Plus it is located within walking (like, accros the street) distance to many restaraunts, so you really do'nt need to leave. It is also centrally located, within minutes of downtown, UCCS, Colorado College, Garden of the Gods, etc. Oh, and did I mention the price? When I'm in the Springs, I'll be staying here!

Hospitality was great, the rooms were clean and spacious. I enjoyed myself, I would definitely rebook here when I visit Colorado Springs again.

The staff was all so friendly and nice. The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The front desk manager (I forgot his name) was so amazing at dealing with everyone and helping everyone out. I would absolutely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to people.

The room was a great value, centrally located in Colorado Springs. Close to the mountains and garden of the gods. I will stay there again next time I'm back in town!!!

Amy was absolutely amazing!!! We were in the middle of moving and she went out of her way to help us and upgraded us to have a washer and dryer so that our move went more smoothly.

Every time I travel to Colorado Springs , I stay here. From a warm welcome to clean room with plenty of space. Only down fall is pool is smaller & no hot tub. Has a bar & snack food to order & local food walking distance

Surprises at check-in are never fun, especially when you call before making a reservation to make special arrangements. Be careful with this hotel about any accommodations offered in advance since the story may change at check-in. While advertised as pet friendly, expect to be grilled at check-in about any pets and the number of people in your room. Fees are not advertised and policies tend to change often without notice.

We stayed in the two queens suite. The rooms were very clean. Bedding comfortable. Staff was courteous. Housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast was basic. If you are visiting Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak and Garden of Gods then this location is excellent. A bit far from old and new downtown though. But we will definitely stay again if we return to Colorado Springs.

Great room , great staff and a really clean facility. We were traveling with our dog and the staff gave us a room on the ground floor near the door leading to the pet area outside. This was very convenient and helpful to us. There are also many food options very near this facility. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone needing a great place to stay when visiting or passing through Jackson, TN.

Having the well equipped kitchen and the sitting area met our needs and helped us relax in between our busy sight seeing schedule. Very close to Garden of the Gods and Glen Eyrie Castle. 20 minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Seven Falls. The black out blinds were also a tremendous help when we took naps in between. We didn't expect a washer and dryer. It was awesome to have it right in our room and we did use it. This room was super well equipped. It was well worth the cost, like an apartment.

Excellent stay! The hotel is located in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, and the room was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the great ADA bathroom accommodations, which made our stay much easier. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs!

I highly recommend this hotel. I usually exclusively stay at Marriott properties, but decided to try somewhere different after seeing all the great reviews for this one. The man at the front desk that greeted us (don't recall his name) was so welcoming as well as everyone we encountered during our stay. We ordered food several times from the bar and both bartenders were so great. Handling all the customers at the bar as well as preparing the food. The hotel was extremely clean. We had a large suite with a separate bedroom. Very nice room. I definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Overall good experience. Pluses: Clean, well maintained facility; decent breakfast; very friendly staff; good location. Criticisms: some occasional traffic noise (close proximity to freeway), and the occasional, to-be-expected "inter-room" noise with loud neighbors; call me a coffee snob, but the coffee quality left a lot to be desired--the low point of an otherwise decent breakfast. The in-room coffee (from a coffee pod style machine) was much better; I appreciated having that.

We had a very comfortable stay in BW Fiilmore inn in Denver. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Special thanks to Vicky at reception desk and Courtney at the bar for taking good care of us. Breakfast was very good. Location is near freeway which is very convenient.

Stayed 4 nights with my family of 5 for my son's wedding, rented room 216 (large 2 queen suite with washer and dryer and full kitchen). Upon checking in and entering our room, A/C , washer and dryer (dirty water was sitting in the washer from previous guest) and TV in the main room were all broken. Informed front desk immediately. They sent Robert to troubleshoot. He could not figure it out. Had to sleep in a hot room (had a fan). The next morning, maintenance came and fixed the problem (circuit breaker issue) and issued us a new remote for the TV. The next 2 days were fine. Friday night, on the last night of our stay, there was a group of guests that were having a party and smoking weed above us when we were trying to sleep. My husband informed front desk, Justin, and he finally went up there, but this did not resolve the problem. We could not fall asleep until very late. Breakfast was good. Beds were okay. Hotel is updated. Front office manager, David, credited us $122.

The location is very convenient to downtown, Garden of the Gods, I-25, and Old Colorado City. The rooms are very large and clean. David at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming.

We have stayed a a number of Best Westerns on this last trip. We liked the breakfast the best at this one! The server was very kind too.

We really liked it here. Our king room with sofa sleeper was very nice and large with plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved playing in the pool. Breakfast was very good consisting of typical offerings but with added details here and there like berries and mini chocolate chips for yogurt parfaits, whipped cream and sprinkles for waffles, apple cider packets, and almond milk upon request. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also conveniently situated for all the different places we wanted to go to (UC Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Cheyenne Zoo, Olympic Training Center, etc). We will be staying here again.

This is a nice property as other reviews have mentioned. BUT, the rate quoted online will be nothing like what they will charge. We were quoted a rate of $234.99 for each of two rooms (family) we reserved in advance. It does state that might be the case, but the final rate was $286.51, more than $50 in addition to the quoted rate, which is ridiculous. Included in that $50+ was a $25 charge for early check-in; we had a child who was having a meltdown and needed to get him in the room so as not to bother other guests. The staff were ok. The second room also charged for early check-in and the total charge was $292.02 despite us reserving both rooms ahead of time. The game-playing with the charges is not acceptable and we not only would never return plus we certainly do not recommend. I hereby ask management too review and give us a partial refund.

The young lady at the front desk with the long reddish hair was absolutely phenomenal. We had a group at the hotel due to a family member being in the hospital. She helped coordinate our rooms being close together, helped navigate extending rooms when we needed, and great communication on our options when we needed to relocate to Denver. I wish I had her name because she helped so much!

Super nice front desk staff. Located across from some good dining/dessert options and easy access to the highway. Rooms were clean and great for our family. Highway could be noisy at times but didn't hear any noise through the walls. Breakfast was really high quality.

From the moment we called we were treated with care and respect. We were snlecto check in quite early. The room looked new, it was clean and the towels were both plentiful and smelled fresh! Breakfast was well staffed and ample.

The hotel experience was great. Breakfast was amazing! However, it is a pet-friendly hotel and our sheets and towels had dog or cat hair in them. My kids were complaining about finding hair on themselves and their things even days after our stay. Only stay here if you are not allergic to pets!

Couldn't have planned a better stay…. On a family roadtrip south through Colorado, had a room booked at another hotel. Through confusing advertising, we couldn't stay there, and since it was already almost 11:00pm we were desperate!! My husband called and Robert was amazing! He got us in the perfect room to accommodate our exhausted family and puppy. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfy. Coffee was great!

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The property was spotless from top to bottom, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The location is perfect—convenient to everything and made getting around incredibly easy. What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Lovely front desk staff and nice clean room. It even smelled clean. IYKYK I enjoyed happy hour chatting with the bartender and other folks. The pizza kitchen is no longer there, so it's bar appetizers. The pool was clean and warm. Not being a fan of exercise, I just peeked in. It looked like a good one. The cooked breakfast food left a lot to be desired. The yogurt, cereal, toast, juice, and coffee are the same anywhere.

A cozy, clean, and well maintained property with no weird smells. It is affordable and right off of I25 with walkable food options and close to Garden of the Gods. I was not thrilled with the pool or fitness room, the feel perfunctory, but I did use them a couple of times.

Everything was great when we got moved to the top floor otherwise you could hear stomping and very noisy. Amy was a great person.

Stayed in a double queen with a kitchenette. I really don't think what I got counts as a kitchenette. The picture it showed - accurately presented 2 queen beds. But it also showed a small table and chairs and the rest of the kitchenette stuff. Mine lacked the table and chairs. The microwave did not work. Solution? Put a microwave on the other table thus rendering me without any place for my grandkids to sit and eat. So that kinda sucked and made the rest of everything else that was fair to great - seem irrelevant. So for over $600 for pet friendly, early checkin, 3 nights but no real kitchenette (same price, btw) you decide. Is it okay to have your expectations whiplashed like that? Me, no. Plus, while walking my dog - I saw a room with the kitchenette as advertised. So...hurt more.

Stayed here my penultimate night of a weeklong trip to Colorado, and this hotel was perfect - friendly staff, great location, huge clean room (got the two queen beds with washer/dryer), and a good price. The hotel looked and felt new - everything clean and in order. The area was safe and convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I booked the trip for my daughter's 15th birthday. I wanted her to experience the mountains. She hasn't been. She loved it all. The vicinity of the hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do and close enough to the airport for our early flight home. We felt very safe here. Easy check in and express check out. The free breakfast was a great value to our trip. There was so many delicious choices each day. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the free parking was much appreciated as well. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if in the area.

We arrived around @arround 10 pm the receptionist was professional and friendly. He guided us to the Ev charger which is free but our Hammer EV was not compatible here. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast included fairly priced.

Absolutely the worst beds and pillows!! The bedsprings were no longer holding the bed together. The bed felt like a 500 lb person was using the bed the last 20 years. The pillows were too stuffed and lumpy. They felt like they were washed too many times and the filling became lumpy. Both beds and pillows should have been thrown away 10 years ago. It was an awful night trying to sleep. We had a 15 hour drive the next day and needed a good night sleep. On the plus side, the employees were kind... even though they couldn't do anything about the bedding.

Amy at the front desk is an absolute gem of an employee: so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Absolutely no complaints and would stay at this location again.

Only a few minutes to Monitou springs, garden of the gods and only two hours to Breckenridge. Rooms were comfy and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and at night time it was really quiet. We had a warm breakfast in the morning offering a different menu every day. The staff served the warm breakfast giving it restaurant style. The bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereal you serve yourself. Overall breakfast was worth it! Staff were friendly! We enjoyed our stay! I definitely recommend you stay here!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was good (if you have a car). It was a little noisy - we could hear the people in the room next door each night (different people each night) and freeway noise. Breakfast was a disappointment (way better at the other Colorado Springs location). Very limited options. Since I can't do dairy, I decided to have oatmeal and it was a Costco sized container of regular Quaker oats - no instructions on how to make it on the box and they were not instant. I asked the attendant how long to cook it and she said "until it's hot". We'll probably not stay here again when visiting family.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our dog. It is very clean and quiet. The front desk staff is super friendly. Restaurant and housekeeping folks do a good job too, always with a smile. They gave us an extended stay room rate, really appreciated that. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This was my second stay at the Colorado Springs Fillmore hotel and it was just as nice as when we stayed there two years ago. Very conveniently located, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good.

We got there super late, and the front desk person Danielle made everything so fast and easy! Breakfast was yummy. Bed was pretty firm but comfortable. Great experience.

First of all, the check-in experience was smooth. The young woman at the desk was polite and friendly. Second, the room was very comfortable and the bed was awesome. The pillows---let's just say I ordered some for my home! The breakfast had many choices, thank you. It was a very clean, quiet room (#407). I did ask for an ADA bathroom--it was roomy and it had bars on the wall for stability, however I would have preferred a shower stall, roll in. Unfortunately it had a bathtub but complete with a seat and plenty of bars.

Great place right off the highway. Clean rooms, love the bar downstairs and always friendly staff. A little sad that the Pizza kitchen closed but the truth is that there's plenty of places that are within walking distance to choose from for meals.

Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel that was perfect for my husband and I and extended family in town for a funeral. The breakfast area is very spacious and the food was very good. The hot food is served to you and the rest is self-service. All is included for your free breakfast though. We all commented on the comfortable pillows and mattresses --- probably due to this hotel either having been recently renovated or newly built --- not sure which. We enjoyed our evening nightcaps from the bar and there was the same spacious breakfast area to sit in for visiting. Definitely would stay here again.

They are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Aimee and David for making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our trips are for medical reasons and if things have to be changed they accommodate us which relieves some of the stress. We always enjoy our stays and refer others.

One if not one of cleanest well kept hotels with excellent service from the entire staff consisting of housekeeping, food handlers and welcome desk. We intend to return to this hotel this year without a doubt.

Loved the staff very nice and quick. Very clean place and good location. Got us in our room early after driving 13 hours so we could do activities we had scheduled already.

I have never in my life felt so safe and relaxed at a hotel in my life the gentlemen who checked me in was just fantastic and I have no bad things to say best western is truly lucky to have the gentleman up.at the front desk he would make an excellent manager who ran the building hes on top of his game and smiles and goes out of his way for your guests and keeps the place running smooth and in order. I dont think you guys understand how much of an asset he brings to your company. Your very lucky to have David as an employee if you guys were smart you would make him higher up your company would run that much better

AWESOME! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property – in fact, I kept extending for another day and ended up staying a total of 4 nights. Each staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful! The location of the property is great – near gas stations, food venues, grocery store….Garden of the Gods is only a few minutes away. The lobby bar is well-stocked and offers several lite food items for sale at reasonable prices. I enjoyed breakfast each morning – attendants served the main items (eggs, meat, potatoes)….with a good variety of self-serve items. The only item missing was breakfast sweet pastries (donuts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc.) My room was clean, and everything worked as it should. Definitely recommend this property!

We got two rooms for 3 for two nights for a trip to PIke's peak. We originally had only one room, but we decided to stay in separate rooms and they charged us much more for the identical 2nd room, which was a little annoying. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In our room the shade was broken so we couldn't open it in the morning. We reported it to the desk, but when we returned that night, it still hadn't been fixed. The breakfast was really annoying. Rather than a breakfast buffet, we had a line similar to a junior high school cafeteria with someone else dishing out the food. You had to order without knowing what anything was. One morning I got too few hash browns, the next day too many. The first morning a young lady in front of me asked for a plate, and the surly attendant wouldn't give her one.

Location is perfect right off the highway.rooms were large and bedding very comfortable. Nice little bar with minimal menu but certainly good for someone not wanting to run out looking at restaurants. Price was pleasant.so many hotels have gotten ridiculously expensive. But here price and quality were both great.

Great room, staff are quite friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good. Love that breakfast is served on real plates! When I have to be in Colorado Springs for extended period of time, this is my go-to place to stay!

We always enjoy staying at this location. The rooms are nice, location convenient, the staff is friendly and we enjoy the fresh cooked breakfast. I do have to note that the room wasn't quite as clean this time as it has been in the past which was disappointing. The cleanliness has always been the number one reason I keep returning so I hope that this gets remedied. The bed feels like it could also use a replacement mattress. Other than that it was a great stay and we will most likely return.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean, and updated. The location is close to all the sights a traveler would want to see when visiting Colorado Springs. The hotel features a bar that offers a happy hour and a selection of food items that can be ordered on-site. There are several dining options within walking distance. The staff here is amazing. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Colorado Springs.

This was an awesome stay ! Clean and spacious rooms . Accessible to restaurants and close to lots of attractions. Breakfast food was good!

Front desk person rude and unhelpful. Pet fee of $50 per pet per day is crazy high. Room was $120 but 2 dogs almost double the price

Room was nice and spacious. very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was full of amenities like a 2 burner stove, microwave, dishes, utensils for cooking. The only thing i really didn't like was the breakfast the biscuits were hard and it is served to you instead of help yourself buffet. The tater tots tasted old like fried in old grease.

I booked this hotel off of TripAdvisor reviews. I didn't know anything about the area, so wasn't sure if this was a good part of town or not. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was centrally located to everywhere we went (the zoo, garden of the gods, pikes peak, manitou springs, the royal gorge) the area was very nice. The hotel was clean and very quiet. Very helpful front desk. They had a different breakfast every day and it was very good! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling to Colorado Springs. I can't find anything negative to say about this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights travelling around Colorado on a bucket list trip. What a beautiful hotel in a very good location. Our room was large with a fully equipped kitchenette. Shower pressure was great and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods and a delicious fresh fruit mix with is rare at any breakfast buffet. The breakfast area turned into a pizza restaurant and bar at night with a good all you can eat pizza and salad bar. It was very nice not to have to leave the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had great variety. We also enjoyed the free board games you could check out in the lobby. Zoe and Robert in the front office were also really helpful and kind and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. We took a few day trips to places around the city, and the location of the hotel was great and easy to get to from anywhere. We hope to be back!

Best hotel experience ever! And I mean that. Q was the lady that checked us in and she was so sweet and helpful. I loved her personality! All of the staff we encountered were amazing! Pizza restaurant had good pizza, the bar in the lobby was great for a drink in the evening and it wasn't a roust bar scene, it was nice and quiet in there. Breakfast buffet was nice. The rooms and hotel were so clean and nice! I've seen reviews mentioning the homeless. Colorado Springs has a huge population of homeless people, it isn't just near this hotel. We never saw any while we were there but saw lots everywhere else in town. Other restaurants and a gas station next to and across from property if you don't want pizza for dinner. Very convenient location. I can't say enough good things about this hotel experience! Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites. We had a great pizza for dinner -- it's so convenient that we didn't have to go out & it was very tasty. It also has a bar in the lobby. Breakfast was also very good. Our room was spacious & clean.

Stayed in a king suite for business. It was a very nice room. The staff were all friendly. It was conveniently located to places to eat and the freeway. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Best Western for six days. The hotel is very conveniently located to all the major sites and activities in the area. The location and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few things to be aware of. The bathroom lighting is very dim and I would rate the breakfast as average. There is an IHOP and Waffle House within walking distance that are a better bet for breakfast. Also be aware of the area since there is a homeless problem in the vicinity. The hotel has security and locks its front doors at 10:00 p m. We always felt safe while on the property and traveling during the day. However all the local businesses have key code locks on their restrooms to prevent the homeless from using them. The negatives would not prevent us from staying here again. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Convenient location for tourists. Modern, new finishes. Staff is great. Temperature system surprisingly quiet. Mattress and pillows are comfy. Good wifi and you only have to scan in once. Good number of outlets. Cons: Poor lighting, particularly over bathroom sink, with mix of warm and cool bulbs. The kitchenette does not have an oven, so you cannot bake a pizza, etc. Bathroom barn door isn't very private. But I thought fact that it is new and quiet balances out the cons.

Clean and in a good location. Close to Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods with a grocery store nearby. We booked a kitchenette room, and it worked great for our family to make lunch and dinners. Breakfast had a nice variety for everyone. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Stayed at this Hotel just recently. From the first time that we walked thru the doors till we left there was a smile on our face the whole time. The staff was unbelievable and took care of all our needs. So many amenities that were over and above from other Best Westerns. I have been going to Best Westerns for over 25 years, and this one is a Gem! By far the Best ever Hotel-Bar none!! We plan on coming back to Colorado Springs and will definitely be staying here. See Amy during the day and Mary at night. Both of them their professionalism to detail is impeccable!

The hotel was listed as a Trip Advisor "Favorite" for 2025, which is why we decided to stay there. Overall, it was just "okay". Yes, the suite was large and the bed was comfortable but, the room needed maintenance and the lighting was strange , with a "master switch" which turned on all or nothing lighting. The free breakfast buffet was typical and only "fair" at best. It felt like an upgraded Motel 6 and we won't stay here again unless there aren't better options available.

We arrived in the early afternoon. We were unaware that you cannot check in prior to 4pm regardless of open rooms. Front desk said we would have to pay an early check in fee prior to 4. We are Gold members and have stayed at several Best Western Plus around the country and never encountered a surcharge. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. We suggest get a room at the back because we faced the interstate/highway and it was noisy. Shower was strong and good. We did eat at the in-house pizza and salad bar, which was very good. The hotel is close to a few sub shops but for a not fast-food restaurant, getting on the highway to the next exit is close and not an issue.

This was a great hotel - friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. The only con was we were there for 4 nights & realized on the 2nd night that our room (room 346) was next door to the storage room. Every morning at 5:00 we woke up to banging as the cleaning people got all their supplies.

This was a great place to stay! It was conveniently close to everything. We had a room with a kitchenette that was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, very friendly staff! The breakfast was good to start the day. Nice that they have the pizza buffet and bar for those nights when you don't want to go out. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was perfectly equipped with the basics you'd need if using it. Loved the bathroom setup. Big drawer to put your toiletries so they all don't sit on the counter. Very close to Garden of the Gods and the highway to get where you want to go. We will stay again!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We will be staying here every time that we come to Colorado Springs. The front desk was amazing. Very friendly. When we first arrived, our room wasn't what we wanted, and Zoe and Q gave us a better room. All of the staff were great. There are numerous places to eat right around this hotel too. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very pleasant stay. Free breakfast was exceptional! The staff was on point. We decided to extend our stay. The front desk made it effortless. Definitely, coming back. Numerous'Hot Spots' are close bye. Garden of the Gods, Pke's Peak, Manitou area is a must see. Beautiful little town.

Amazing stay they had everything including a last minute emergency sewing kit. Have a little shop and bar and pool and laundry and work outroom. The rooms are large clean quiet. Restaurant in the hotel pizza all you can eat or order to room complimentary breakfast buffet was really good . We ended up staying an extra night and have been back. Best staycation ever

Stayed here for 1 night while going to cowboys for a friends birthday. Easy check in and out. Room was great and clean. Only complaint I have is the shower is very skinny for a larger guy. Front desk personnel were awesome and very helpful. Easy to get to and right off the highway. Quick uber ride to downtown.

Amy at the front desk is awesome. She always makes sure that we have a good time there. Courtney at the lounge is awesome. Everybody is like family there. They make us feel at home, but those too especially. Are great human beings. And there is no reason to go stay anywhere else in colorado as far as i'm concerned!!!!! This. Was there on a business trip with a large group. The hotel was great. Facilty was very clean. Nice restaurant and full bar. Friendly staff. Nice pool and workout areas. Very family friendly hotel. Good restaurants in the area. If you're in this area, i would recommend this hotel.

the front desk staff was pleasant, but the water temperature when the shower was used was not even close to hot, and got cooler while the shower was running. Our room was on the 4th floor and we could still hear traffic noise from the highway, so you might want to invest in some really good noise-canceling curtains. As big as the hotel is, I don't understand why we had to walk so far just to get to the elevator to the 4th floor. It would have been nice to have a room much closer to the lobby area. I know there are some negatives here, but really it was a very nice visit, the room was clean, and we were able to get our free drinks and take them to our room .

The experience at the Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites was a pleasant surprise. Having stayed at many hotels, I would rate this as one of my best experiences. There is easy access from the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building and the room were very clean. While there are not lots of frills, the room was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The continental breakfast had great options, including breakfast burritos. Loved that different addition. The onsite pizza restaurant with salad bar is perfect for a hotel and the bar was just the right size. There were also games available to check out for the family. Overall excellent experience! I have spent more for hotels and not received this kind of excellent service or experience.

We were in town for our grandson's hockey tournament and were tired after a long day. The hotel was in a great location, check- in was easy, beds were comfortable, and it was exactly what we needed. We would recommend this hotel for any travelers.

Room was very comfortable, although the heater was noisier than expected. The appliances were in good working order, the shower was fine, breakfast was great, but the TV was a sore spot. There is a selection of about 30 channels, but some (at least one) were mislabeled (e.g. choosing MSNBC brought up Fox News! :) ) There was another option on the TV home screen for 'Free Direct TV On Demand' which sounded promising, but it was totally inoperative. The selection of other apps on the home screen was very limited (Netflix, YouTube, MusicChoice), but in preparation for that possibility I had brought my own Roku stick. There was an HDMI connection available on the TV where I could connect the Roku, but there was no way to switch the TV to use it, even though there was a button on the remote labelled 'Input'...it just didn't do anything. Very frustrating and enough of a negative to make me think twice about ever staying there again.

The hotel staff were so friendly and everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious. The Christmas tree and holiday cheer was on point. 10/10 recommend. They had flavored coffee creamers which is a bonus in my book. Close to the mall, manitou and a gas station and food right near by and in the hotel!

Very nice hotel and great staff. Everything was clean and kept up and the breakfast was better than most. I really enjoyed the pizza bar this first evening as well and at check in they gave coupons for complementary drinks at the bar. Who knew best westerns had a bar, it was a nice addition to the evening.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. First of all it was only 99 for a huge king sized room. Very clean. Very modern. The room was huge. Then there is both a bar and a restaurant in the building so we didn't need to drive in an unknown city for our supper. Two coupons for a fee beer were included with our room. Seriously the pizza place was great. All you can eat buffet for 16.99. Soup, garlic knots, salad, and a variety of pizzas. Everything was delicious and our bill was so reasonable. But the best thing about this place was the staff. From the lovely lady who checked us into our room to the fun lady who took our food and drink orders. We were treated like part of their family. Friendly. Courteous. And chatty. Thank you so much for welcoming a couple of tired Canadians so warmly.

The rooms were worn out and smelled. The pool area looked really cool from the 60's but you couldn't see through the water it was so murky. Sadly in my experience most of the time pools in hotels have issues. Poor maintenance I'm sure. The front lobby area looks nice and there was a nice x-mas display. The staff was friendly.

Staff very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Convenient location for my needs. We are pizza, soup, etc. and had a couple beers on site. Room was easily accessed and found to be clean and stocked with coffee. Breakfast was well stocked and staff helpful and cleaned and wiped counters regularly.

While on vacation driving through Colorado Springs, we decided to get a room. The hotel was easy to get to. Staff and housekeeping were awesome. Always friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar and buffet were clean and had a good variety of choices. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel is only about 5 months old. We stayed there 3 nights and never had an issue. The staff greeted us each time we entered or exited the hotel. The free breakfast and complimentary evening buffet were amazing. Rooms were quiet and dark. There is an indoor pool, gym, bar and an outdoor patio. Very nice accommodations. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars for me!! ??????????

We were here for a motorcycle trip, and absolutely LOVED this place! The 5-month old hotel is easily located right off 25. Our room was quiet and clean, great shower, comfortable bed. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The front desk staff and bartender were helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed gathering in the area to the side with the pretty pink chairs. The hotel is tastefully decorated. There is a free breakfast in the mornings, and the staff is available to chat with the guests. We especially loved Suzy the sales director! Very friendly and professional. This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip, and we'd definitely recommend it!

Sometimes the photos used by hotels don't give a true representation of the actual accommodations, and it's more times than not, not in a good way. That is not the case at this location! The hotel was so nice! Great location, super clean, very modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff was overly helpful as well. It's a very new hotel (5 months old during our stay). I hope guests (& staff) are able to respect the quality here & keep it nice! This location should be used as a model for future Best Westerns. Very nice!!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Everything is a short drive from this location. Great hotel which is apparently brand new. Indoor pool, gym, bar/lounge, breakfast was good as well. Cookies and coffee every afternoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fast service.

We have stayed at many hotels, mostly Best Westerns. I can truly say this is one of the best. The rooms are awesome. The hotel is impressive. Lots of extras they have to offer. The staff is unreal ~ they are so friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you don't stay here, it's your loss.

Beautiful hotel and room. Clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio with fire pit and BBQ grill was a nice touch. The indoor pool is perfect for year round. Our room was beautiful with a mini kitchen. The view from our room was of Pikes peak!

New hotel, clean and big eooms, clean bath, laundry, breakfast, location close to manitou springs, garden of the gods and pikes peak. A car is needed but if you have one, it is a short ride to everything.

The AC was so noisy I turned it off. But I could still hear neighbor's cycle on/off all night. Next morning the front desk said they were trying to identify the bad AC units and replace them. I canceled my second night and found another hotel. The place is new but is still working out glitches.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Staff was wonderful, rooms are very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It's nice to go to a hotel that makes you feel welcomed. We will definitely be coming back!

You couldn't ask for better at this brand new Inn. Close to Garden of the Gods & 7 Falls at the Broadmoor, and not far from the airport! Breakfast was included and was quite tasty. Our receptionist couldn't have been nicer or more helpful to our questions about things to see.

The folk that work at this location are the absolute best. Amy at the front desk was so very attentive. 0Joann the housekeeper was so much more. She gave info on attractions. Everyday she cleaned our room and made sure everything was superb. I will definitely be using the BW brand again.

We were vacationing in the area and stayed here for a couple nights. We were pleased with the friendly staff and clean rooms/lobby and laundry area. It was so convenient to Garden of the Gods and other tourist spots.

on our vacation of eleven days, we stayed at four different hotels. This was the best in every way possible. the staff was amazing! the room exquisite! The buffet sufficient, clean, plenty, and the buffet staff, particularly Chistine, I believe, was always watchful to help. The front desk personnel, particularly Ashley, Courtney and Jade, were ever diligent to our needs.

We originally checked into another hotel that was horrible and found that Best Western had available rooms! They truly saved the day and were beyond incredible from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. After a long day of travel we arrived and were greeted with appetizers and an invite to relax at the bar! The room was very clean and comfortable and the location felt very safe and was conveniently located right near the main highway!

This is my 2nd review of my visit to this hotel. For some reason, TripAdvisor didn't post the first one although they acknowledged receiving it. The facts that lead to the 1 star rating are as follows. I initially found a blond hair in my bed. When I went to change the sheets with the new sheets provided by front desk, I found a bug crawling on a pillow. The front desk clerk was at my door and I showed her the bug. She changed our room and from the hotel's perspective, it was settled. For me, I spent the next 3 nights without sleep paranoid that something was going to crawl on me- this after spending $560 for the stay (upon check out, the same clerk, who was pleasant and apologetic the entire time, took $26 off my bill). My first written review was much more detailed about the experience, but I don't want to rewrite that much detail again, just in case this also fails to get published.

Great rooms, great staff! Very clean, great location close to restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast, cookies and chips and salsa. Good city and Mountain View's. It has a bar, pool, fitness center. We will stay again

Our stay at the Best Western Fillmore was excellent in every way. Everything in this hotel is inviting and clean. We had a double queen suite which was spacious and well laid out and comfortable. The large window provided a nice scene overlooking the city lights at night. The beds were extremely comfortable, the best we've ever had at a hotel. The location is great, centrally located and on a quiet frontage road with easy access to I25 which takes you to all the city's attractions. The breakfast is excellent, delicious food choices and an inviting breakfast sitting area decorated with real flowers at some of the tables with a huge amount of room to sit no matter how many people there are. The kitchen staff was friendly and hard working. The food choices were excellent. There was always a great variety of food items to choose from, and the hot food items rotated daily: sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, & french toast sticks, all delicious. Our kids really enjoyed the pool which was a nice not too cold temperature. We have already recommended this hotel to others who may visit the Colorado Springs area and if we are able to come back again, there's not a doubt that this hotel would be our first choice.

Highly recommend this new hotel that is perfectly located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Tremendous staff, large rooms with a great breakfast. Also has a bar in the lobby if you're up for a beer or glass of wine. Will be back next time I'm in the springs.

This hotel opened in May 2018. It is really nice and I don't have one complaint. They thought of everything when they built this. The beds are very comfortable. The shades are room darkening and very very little outside light comes in around the edges. The bathrooms are clean and large. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The free hot breakfast all you can eat, one day was of scrambled eggs & bacon, biscuits and gravy, and the second day was scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks. Juice, cereal, yogurt, danish, toast, & fruit everyday. Fresh flowers in the lobby. There is a small bar in the lobby and free horderves but we weren't around to see what they were. Heated pool. And we had a view of the mountains. Did I mention they are very sound proof bc we didn't hear anything all night long. Great water pressure and we were on the 4th floor. Can't wait to visit there again. Air conditioner was very quiet.

I spent 23 days at this hotel taking care of my Mom who was in a rehab facility up the street. I can only say good things about the rooms, the staff, and the service. The breakfast in the mornings was good and the bar in the evening was a great place to relax at the end of the day. I was able to switch to a room that had a small kitchen which was really nice to have since I had to eat meals alone.

This was a wonderful hotel! We stayed one night in this brand new, 3 month old Best Western, with easy access from I-25. The room was well done with all the conveniences needed when you're away from home. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep for two weary travelers. The breakfast was inviting and started us off on our next day's travels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the area.

The little kitchenette was fully equipped with pot's, pan's, dishes, utensils etc. This is really the place to stay when in Colorado Springs. Convenient located to all attractions and to downtown. The best Best Western we stayed ever.

This is a great property! It's only a few months old. It's close to the highway, which means you are very close to many attractions in Colorado Springs. The amenities are wonderful for the price you pay.

We are a family of 5 and usually stay at Hyatt Place/House or Hampton Inn when we travel. We had a reservation at the Hyatt House in Colorado springs. When I read reviews for the HH I got a bit concerned so I booked this hotel at the last minute. We had stayed in Best Western hotels before (when there were no other choices) but this hotel totally changed our view of BW!! Clean, spacious, comfortable, good hot breakfast, friendly staff, perks like 2 big TVs and a dorm size fridge, a really nice laundry facility, etc. I'd choose this hotel over Hyatt Place/House and Hampton Inn!!

We showed up to check in at check in time but our room wasn't ready for another hour. The hotel is very new and looked nice. The room was clean. The beds were outstanding! So comfy! I really want to know what kind of mattresses they are. If anybody from the hotel reads this please respond with what your mattresses are. They alone are worth the stay! Breakfast was ok, not the greatest and not the worst. Staff was friendly and we were offered a complimentary drink for having to wait for our room.

This is a brand new hotel and many of the rooms were up-to-date with modern amenities. This is a great hotel for business travellers and since it is so brand new, the rooms are immaculate. The house keepers are phenomenal and always willing to help out guests. But since it is so brand new, Uber and Lyft drivers are not accustomed to coming to the area. I hope their maps and GPS systems update soon to include this location otherwise you are better off hailing your drivers at the IHOP across the parking lot. But overall, I highly recommend this place and will stay at this hotel when I am in the area.

This was a last minute booking; I'd had 2 different places in Denver fall through, and needed a room for 3 nights with no notice. My wife (back home, working the phones and trying to find me a place to crash) came up with this hotel based solely on availability; I was hoping to stay in Denver, but after two other places being overbooked (including my reservation), I just needed a place to go. I had to drive an hour down from Denver, and arrived at around 10:30, after a long day of travelling. The ladies at the front desk were expecting me, and greeted me by name when I entered the front door. I was booked into a king room, and while there might have been a handful of bookings into that room since the hotel opened, there can't have been many. The decor was comfortable and modern, 2 x 1 tile in the bathroom and room entryway, sliding barn door style bathroom door, 52" (or so) flat screen mounted on the wall - the room was impeccably clean. Only two extremely minor criticisms about the room, both about the shower. The shower pan was fiberglass, and didn't match either style wise or color wise with the rest of the decor. Also (a little less minor, but still... piddling), there was a towel bar mounted on the inside of the sliding glass shower door (making three bars at the shower; 1 inside on the glass door, 1 outside on the other glass door, and one inside the stall at the opposite end from the showerhead). Taking into account the width of the stall itself,the towel bar on the glass door, and the grab bar on the wall opposite the door, the width of the shower was a little tighter than would be comfortable. Reversing the door (sliding the door with the inside towel rack to the opposite end of the stall) would line up the doors so that the gap between the doors would funnel water from the sprayer out onto the bathroom floor. As I said... minor criticisms, just worth noting so you don't step into a puddle when you get out of the shower. Breakfast included each day; I was there for three mornings, and there were three different main entrees (a different one each day), but they had biscuits and gravy each day - not the best I've ever had (growing up in the south), but quite filling, and significantly better than "just passable". Each afternoon, there was a Happy Hour in the lobby, with some sort of snack; one day was pretzel nuggets with a beer cheese dip. There's a full bar in the lobby as well, in the evenings, there were a few other guests hanging out there, swapping stories. All in all, a wonderful hotel, and next time my travels take me to the Denver area, I won't hesitate to make the drive down to C. Springs. Couldn't recommend this place more highly if I tried!

Hotel was recently built and is in a great location. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The picture window was really nice to have and we enjoyed the view. The breakfast was really good with different choices every day. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay here again.

Brand new and super clean! Big rooms with modern decor. We always choose Best Western. This one tops the charts. Great breakfast, big pool. Complimentary chips and salsa in the food area when we arrived. Will stay here again.

If you do stay at this hotel, please double-confirm your daily rate at the time of check in AND check out. If you are asking for a AAA or other discount, please firmly follow up with their employees to ensure that they actually give you the discount (if you are not firm in asking, they will smoothly side-step and avoid your request). Why a one-star review, you ask? Unfortunately, this hotel cheated us out of approximately $80 by hiking up their daily rate without informing us. We were only informed when we received the email invoice well after we had checked out. We thought it was an honest mistake that would soon be rectified, but our follow up phone conversations with the hotel manager resulted in us receiving blank useless statements like "This is our policy" and "Thank you for your feedback". What terrible terrible 19th century customer response to a very valid dispute. Our dispute happened because the hotel has a policy of running your credit card on the exact day of check-in, cancelling your room in case the card does not go through and if they can't reach you on the phone, and then rebook you at a HIGHER rate WITHOUT informing you. My issue is that I was NOT informed of the higher room rate at the time of check-in, the employee made us believe that she was simply re-instating our cancelled room with our new credit card. To add insult to the injury, manager falsely claimed that the employee HAD informed us. If that was true, why would I waste my time writing this review, there would be no dispute. Again, an honest mistake could easily have been fixed by a quick refund by the manager, who instead chose to hide behind "hotel policy". Also, I 100% agree with the reviewer below about the poor quality breakfast. The rooms are good, but if a good hotel breakfast is important to you, then you'd be better off in another hotel.

We arrived in the late evening and were greeted by a cheerful staff. Got our room quickly and had a quiet nights sleep in a clean, modern room. Delicious breakfast was served with a smile; the staff, again, was accommodating & attentive to whatever we needed. We definitely recommend this Best Western location!

We stayed 2 separate times at this hotel. It is nice and new! Staff was friendly. The first room we had was great...nice and clean. The second room was mostly clean except for the shower..there was some hair on the walls and something stuck on the inside of the shower curtain. Beds are pretty soft if you like that...I prefer firmer beds. Breakfast was great...nice selection. Nice laundry area, but a bit spendy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sorry to rain on the 5 "star" ratings here, but I think there are some issues with this property. People are correct. The hotel is brand new, and spotless. Housekeeping did a great job, and my wife particularly appreciates that. Check in/out staff were very polite and pleasant. The rooms are nicely appointed, if you like a minimalist, modern kind of thing. Lobby is nice and so is the size of the breakfast room. The bathroom is nicely appointed as well. It is nice to have a walk in shower with a new glass door, however, the shower itself is very narrow, and not super comfortable to take a shower in. Also, while the hot water is plentiful, the water pressure is just so, so. If you are to go to the restroom with the bathroom door opened, it is just too small. Your knee crashes into the door. The bathroom is just too small. The room is large, and they could have easily sacrificed some of that room and given it to the bathroom. The rooms have a nice sized mini fridge, with a reasonably sized freezer on top. Can easily freeze packs for your cooler. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The AC worked very well. There is a decent sized safe in the closet, which is really nice. Breakfast was the other issue. They say on weekends that they served until 10am. But let me tell you, you had better get down there by or before 9:30. By then they have started running out of food and they will NOT replace anything at that point. We arrived on Sunday at 9:30 and got the last 2 pieces of sausage and the last two scoops of scrambled eggs (that were fairly cold and dry by then). I got the last yogurt, and my wife could not get one. My wife went in the kitchen and asked for a muffin, and they did give her one. There was one bagel left, which we did not take. They did have good green chili for the eggs, and the coffee was good. We had experience the same thing on Saturday. The bacon was completely gone, the coffee nearly empty and my wife only got the last dry scoop of eggs. When I asked for more coffee, they said they will only empty things at this point, not refill. They told me to get coffee by the front desk. Those were empty too. After 10 minutes, they brought out more pots. On Sunday a group of three woman traveling, I think from France (they sounded french), came down at 9:45. There was really nothing left. They were indigent. They kept saying "we were told 10am, we expect to be able to get something at 9:45am!" After a lot of discussion, the kitchen finally scrambled a small amount of eggs for them. The only other thing I saw them get was some fruit and coffee. They really need to admit that they only serve until 9:30 (I assume an hour earlier on weekdays), or tell their kitchen staff they have to have decent, edible food available until 10am.

The hotel is very new. The location is good and the staff is attentive. The rooms are large and the layout is comfortable. Breakfast is good and the seating area is airy and large. The exercise room is adequate. If you have a reason to be in the area, this hotel is a good option.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews before finding this hotel. It's so new that it's way down on TripAdvisor's list. It was worth the search, however. It was very clean and quiet. There is a small bar at the side of the check in counter, and the lobby was spacious and inviting. The room was comfortable and very quiet. My only complaint is that the bathroom door opens in and the bathroom is on the small side, so we had to be right next to the toilet to open the door. Not a problem, but two of us had our toes scraped by the door, and judging by the scuffing at the edge of the otherwise brand new door, others have caught their toes, too. The pool was good: small but clean. It was on the cold side but tolerable. No hot tub. Breakfast was excellent with a dozen choices, including eggs, pancakes, B's and Gs, and more. The sign said breakfast was served until 9, which is kind of early, but they were still feeding people at least until 9:30. The staff in all areas were super kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel! A bit pricy but actually on the cheap side for the area. Was so impressed we stayed another 2 nights! Room was spotless and very modern, plug ins everywhere and usb chargers on the night stand, linens clean and sterile, fully height adjustable shower head (I'm 5'6 my husband is 6'3 so this was awesome), staff extremely friendly and very accommodating for our very large service dog. The only thing it didn't have was a hot tub. 10/10 would DEFINITELY stay again.

In town for USAFA Graduation Week. This brand new Best Western Fillmore is not the closest to the USAFA, but only a 3 mile difference. However it's much more accessible to I25 than the other hotel which makes for a easy drive to USAFA. Did I mention it's brand new! The housekeeping staff kept our rooms and common areas very clean. They offer suites as well as regular spacious rooms. The staff is amazing, providing top notch customer service. They have a small flex room that can be used for meetings or small banquet gatherings. Although a small fee is involved, it made for a great family gathering after the USAFA graduation. They will soon offer catering services for the banquet room. There is also bar, workout facility, business center and pool. The hotel lobby has plenty of upscale areas to relax and enjoy a show on one of the extra large flat screens. They also have a nice breakfast, but if you are a late sleeper like me, there is an IHOP neighboring the parking lot. There is a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy within a 1 mile radius. They are also building a new restaurants in the area. You will be absolutely impressed with this hotel and the staff.

Great stay, clean, helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel. Brand new. Breakfast is very good albeit basic. Very good location, easy access to the Garden of the Gods and good restaurants. I definitely stay in this hotel again.

This is a very nice, modern hotel! The rooms are very nice, same with the lobby, and pretty much every part of the hotel. The rooms also have a really huge window, which is very pleasant. Also, the elevators are efficient at getting people where they need to be. As for the breakfast, it was very yummy, with good-tasting food. The staff was also nice. The only things I would change at this hotel is the luggage carts, as they are small and weirdly-shaped, and the breakfast hours on the weekends, as it ends at 9:00. It should be extended to like 10:00 or so, to accommodate people that like to sleep in.
