Aiden by Best Western Clermont-Ferrand Hotel & Spa

Located a few minutes from the town center, you can easily access the city center via bus or tram from here. Parking available on site. The neighborhood is so-so, but the hotel is solid. Nice restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning. Friendly, helpful staff. Good for when transiting the area.

Amazing new hotel. Located 5mins away from Tram stop. Close to nearby attractions. Hôtel has a newly open spa with massage. Massage with Alice was amazing, very professional. Highly recommend to see her. Breakfast was good and bed comfortable.

I had the most terrible experience by a hotel staff, Gabriel working at the restaurant. My colleagues & I spent 8 nights in the hotel. Friendly & nice staff except Gabriel who shouted at us . When cautioned he shouted.."I don't care" " you're all clowns"! It was a shocking experience and he ruined our last night of celebration after a week long training in Clermont ferrand. This guy is very rude & badly behaved. He has zero customer service attitude. He has no business in the hotel attending to customer because clearly, he doesn't care. We requested to see his supervisor to make a complaint but no one came. His attitude should be unacceptable to his employer.

Attention, in addition to pre-payment of the room, the hotel took a deposit of 300 euros by freezing them on my card (defrosting takes 30 days from the bank). Cash deposit is not taken. Parking is by appointment only, which is inconvenient for those traveling by car in Europe. And how does a tourist know about parking registration if hotel booking aggregators do not provide this service as an option? Breakfast tables are not convenient, there is not enough space for comfortable accommodation, there will be a lot of fuss from passing people. They ask you twice what number you have in order to check your right to it. The hotel is not worth the money, and even more so a deposit of 300 euros. This is an exceptional case in my memory.

If you have to stay overnight in Clermont Ferrand , then I recommended the very modern and well appointed Aiden by Best Western. Lovely staff , good parking, comfy room and a cracking dinner at a reasonable price!
