Best Western Plus Winter Haven Inn & Suites 

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The lobby and the rooms were very clean and had a modern feel to them. The rooms were also spacious with a large bathroom and walk in shower. The continental breakfast hours fit my needs and had a great variety.

This hotel was new, clean, had a nice breakfast and overall a good value. Close proximity to Advent field house, which was convenient for our stay and reason we chose this location. I would recommend this hotel if you find yourself needing to stay a night or two In This winter haven area

So clean and bed was super comfy that worth a million dollars… breakfast was also amazing for a quick continental ..I will surely recommend this place to many of my friends and family… everything is close by so this makes it in a great location

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. great location, could walk to eating places, 24 hour coffee machine. comfortable beds with clean linen. Towels were clen... only the shampoo, conditioner and boy lotion were in measly small bottles. But the overall experience was very good.

My stay at Best Western was great. It's walking distance to Legoland which was the purpose of my stay. The staff is so nice and helpful. The pool is good . Exercise room has all you need to work out. The internet is super fast. Parking lot is free Well recommended

Stayed at this hotel with kids while visiting Legoland. It's located 5 minutes away. Unfortunately it did not have a shuttle to the park but it is within walking distance. The rooms were modern and well designed. It had all the amenities I needed for a quick trip with kids. I had a small issue with my room and the staff quickly addressed it. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and hotel overall.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel it self was very clean and the rooms were very clean. Brand-new hotel. The bathroom with the standup shower was great. I'd say the only complaint I have eas the fact that house keeping didn't come by. Staff were always friendly and helpful. This hotel meets and in many ways beats some of the Hilton hotels I've been to.

This is a grand spankin' new sparkling clean Best Western. It's less than 5 min. from Legoland and there are many food options in the area for budget-minded families. All the front desk folks I interacted with were friendly and helpful, unusually so vs. surly hotel staff I've encountered in expensive properties elsewhere. The breakfast was stocked well, not 5 star gourmet food but enough to fuel up for a day at the parks. Pool is great especially for little kids with a large shallow shelf entry. If you're looking for an alternative to the rip-off rates at on-site resort properties, book here. Highly recommend for families with young kids. Note: If you are a hotel snob who only stays on the club floor at 5 star properties this isn't for you either; but I don't think there's anything that high-end in this area.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and high recommend it! The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good (also the breakfast staff are excellent). The rooms are spacious and very clean. But most of all, the hotel staff goes above and beyond! Our contact with Edith and Armando at the front desk has been a pleasure. They aim to please the guest, very professional, always a smile and cheerful greeting when you arrive. The owner /manager of this facility definitely runs a top notch facility. We cannot say enough nice things about this excellent facility and especially the staff, they have exceeded our expectations!

This hotel has everything you need! There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, plenty of space and upgraded TVs that welcome you by name. The hotel was immaculate. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The pool is very inclusive - starting with a 1-foot shelf for little ones to play on and a chair for special needs guests to enjoy the whole pool experience. The outdoor gaming area is super fun and there are a ton of places to eat and shop nearby. Legoland is indeed a short walk (10-15 minutes pushing. a stroller) and the staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that had a little of everything, and it was all fresh and open for a fair amount of time to accommodate both early risers and late sleepers.

We were traveling through and needed a place close to Peppa pig world. This place is a gem. It was affordable, spacious, clean, and close to our attraction. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and the hotel has been updated/modernized. The front desk personnel were friendly, accommodating for requests, and helped with questions about local amenities. If I am in the area again, I will stay here without a doubt.

Amazing location, super clean rooms with a lot of space, nice breakfast included. Pool clean. Really exceed our expectations. We have stayed on what people have as expensive hotels and this one was superior on every category.

The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms when we first got here were very clean. The employees are very kind and helpful and they made me feel welcomed. There is a laundry room and a ice room! Many good qualities. The breakfast area had something different every day and it all tastes good. Even though I didnt get in the pool the pool did look clean and I saw people in there having fun. I would come again! 4/5

This hotel is the best bang for your buck! Brand new, super clean, free parking, free breakfast and wonderful staff. The hotel is about a $5 Uber ride away from Legoland, parking at Legoland is $32, no getting in a burning hot car! Kimberly at the front desk was the epitome of hospitality and was really so wonderful to our family. We will definitely stay here when visiting again!

The room was so clean, no sand on the floor, bathroom fixtures were clean, Better than I expected. I will definitely come here again! Thanks for a wonderful experience. Also staff was more than helpful and pleasant. Outside of hotel was so clean and inviting.

Edith at Best Western was truly wonderful. Called the day ahead to book and asked if the staff could help my mom get to her room since we'd be dropping her off while we went to Legoland and without hesitation she said of course. She even asked if she spoke Spanish (she doesn't) and that was kind of her to be willing to talk with my mom and make her feel welcomed. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of variety but still decent. Hotel is very clean and looks new. Super close to Legoland, which is why we stayed here. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only issue was a clogged sink that happened at night and we were leaving in the morning so we didn't ask for repair. I'm pretty sure it would have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Overall, definitely recommend starting here! Haven't stayed in a best western in YEARS and this was a nice reintroduction to it.

Last minute trip to Legoland and was looking for a nice hotel that offered breakfast for our family. My travel agent recommend this property. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! I will now consider other Best Western Plus properties during my travels.

We had a delightful stay at the Best Western in Winter Haven. The venue is new and everything still smells new and fresh. The decoration is modern and attractive, and, though not always guaranteed in a new hotel, it was comfortable and functional. Despite a slightly dour (but efficient) reception from the night receptionist after our long journey, everything was very pleasant for our overnight stay. Spacious accommodations with everything crisp, clean and new (including the iron and hair dryer in their pouches) and very comfortable. The heating/cooling arrangement was very simple and straight forward, not requiring a degree in rocket science like in other establishments. The hotel announces a “hot breakfast” and it was indeed hot and varied, but the lack of fresh fruit in a state such as Florida was surprising. Also the breakfast is not a healthy one … sweet cereals, ‘bought' mass produced sausage, and eggs as well as a pancake machine, which, although still in the mass-produced range, was very convenient and advanced. Not a good option if you are health-conscious or trying to avoid weight gain. The hotel has ample parking facilities and public seating areas.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, reccomended a great place for dinner while we were in the area. Room was clean, and breakfast was well stocked with great options for everyone. Pool area was well kept. Will stay here again for sure!

This was an outstanding hotel. Located in a very nice area. The staff was friendly . The rooms are very clean with above average bedding. Very good cable and internet. I have to mention the shower. It was designed by someone who had knew what they were doing . The breakfast room was very clean and had a great variety of food. Something for everyone. Food was fresh and had everything available . Whoever sets this up knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. The fitness room was very clean with a nice variety of machines . I didn't go in the pool , but did sit around poolside. A really nice area . Some people where in the pool and were having a great time. They loved the clean warm water

We found the staff and management very helpful and accommodating. The made our stay very pleasant comfortable. I highly recommend them. Clean comfortable beds and room. Great location. Friendly top notch service. Unfortunately, our stay was a short one as we were there for a wedding and we did not have a chance to try the additional amenities, but I am sure they are as terrific. I cannot highly recommend enough and would stay again!

We had hired a bass fishing guide for a day of fishing on Lake Summit (which also joins Lake Eloise AND is right in front of Legoland) so needed a hotel close by for our 7am start. This West Haven hotel was only 3 miles away. Perfect location! Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfy clean rooms and plush bedding AND complimentary breakfast.

Our stay was perfect! The location was near our venue and the staff were all amazing and friendly! We willl definitely be staying again! I don't have any complaints or concerns. This a newly built hotel

There is one pack & play for the entire property (next to Legoland and Peppa Pig Park). So be sure to bring your own. They do not have amenities such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. I was told to walk to the Dollar General. I had a Walmart delivery (diaper box) dropped off in the morning. When we asked the front desk for it she stated it did not exist. When I brought her the photo proving the diaper box had been delivered she was astonished the desk manager had not told her. She said she didn't bother to check before. She walked back and 1/2 a second later the box of diapers was in her hand. Simply said no because she did not want to look and then blamed someone not even present. Breakfast was mediocre, no protein and sugar cereals. The pancake bar would have been great if the pancake machine could stay stocked. No fresh fruit, no healthy topping options for pancakes, generic yogurt machine with no nutrition facts that sputters out white questionable yogurt. Beds and pillows are mediocre and room was clean, if it weren't for it's recent build or refurb this place would have been 1 star.

Brand new hotel across from Legoland. I was there for business so no kids - but if you are going to legoland you can't get any closer. I even watched fireworks from the parking lot on Saturday night. It is mostly families that I saw staying there. I was there for a business meeting. I would book again. I wish it was pet friendly. It had hard surface flooring so it would be easy to provide that.

This place is new, clean, enjoyable, and in a very convenient location. I would say anyone going to LEGOLAND should use this place as location to stay. The drive to the gates was less than 5 min, leaving the park was very quick also. Nearby good place to grab some delicious food. such a great experience.

Brand new hotel, and everything feels it. Compared to older hotels, these new rooms feel like room "slices" but we weren't cramped. We got a double queen suite (two queens, sofa bed). We were visiting Legoland but the Legoland hotel rooms only fit 5 and we had 6. Directly across the street from Legoland, which was very nice at the end of a hot day. The pool was really nice, it's got a flat end with bubblers which I presume would enchant a toddler. Kids and I loved the pool. Breakfast is included, and was a pleasant surprise. Often these are pure sugary carbs but this one had eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. Fruit of course, and a nice yogurt parfait station. A pancake maker made decent ones. I would wish for a better tea assortment for the non-coffee drinkers. The hours for breakfast ended at 9 and they were closing doors at 9 so keep that in mind. We walked across the parking lot to eat dinner at the Golden Corral, which was our first at that chain. Very... "southern" the kids said. They loved the take-home cotton candy! LOL. A good variety of food, pricier than we usually spring for with our big family but it was a birthday treat. :) All in all, will absolutely stay here again. One last thought... bringing 5 kids with me, I have experienced very negative anti-child cultures across the US. This hotel, the staff smiled at the kids. They looked happy to see them enjoying themselves. That goes a long way with a mama. So, thumbs up on the staff! :)

The pool closes pretty early and opens late. Breakfast is poor. There is ONE poor lady called Ashley that makes and serves breakfast for the WHOLE hotel. The room smelled bad (weird for a new hotel). Everything is the minimum of the minimum including the extremely small shampoo bottle. One for a suite with +4 people. Bathroom was dirty. You find better hotels in the area and cheaper!
