Best Western Plus Winkler

Great staff, very friendly and pleasant. Very happy after driving from Thunder Bay and checking in to check out. Great room, clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable. Well worth the stay. Great pool. The family really enjoyed the slide. Almost stayed another night.

This property overall is definitely a BW Plus. Front line staff & amenities for overnight accommodation are first rate. Definitely the vibes are of attention to detail & guest comfort. I am sure anyone travelling on Manitoba's Hwy 3 would enjoy their stay at this clean well-maintained property.

This was our 1st time staying at this hotel for a golf play & stay package with a few friends. The check-in service was fast & efficient. The manager was on hand to welcome us and provide us a quick orientation of the hotel filling us in on the breakfast hours. The breakfast was very tasty and had a great selection. A big shoutout and a huge thank you to the manager, Tobie and one of the staff, Natalia who went above and beyond to make arrangements for me to retrieve a personal item that I left behind in the room! We will definitely stay here again and let anyone we know how great the service and accommodations were!

Staff were accommodating and polite. Very clean room and common area. Very quiet and had a restful sleep. Several common areas, which were nice to visit with people coming to see me there while we stayed.

Our 3 night stay was great, a few bathroom idiosyncrasies but OK, bed very comfortable, awesome with a couch and footstools in our room. The self serve breakfast was varied, well stocked and kept clean. I especially liked the specialty coffees, I love lattes. The staff were always ready to help even if challenged. I'll be back for sure!

I called to make a reservation. I spoke to Toby he was absolutely amazing. Helped us with everything that we needed. Felt so comfortable talking to him. We also spoke to a receptionist but I didn't catch her name. Just also the most kindest person felt so good booking feeling comfortable.

Fantastic hotel! It's quite new, very modern - clean. The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is large, clean and has great variety. Would love to stay here again! Maybe next time we'll have a chance to use the pool.

I had a great experience at Winkler Best Western. We went with our kids and they loved it. Super clean hotel, breakfast was very good! My kids really enjoyed the water slide and hot tub! The front desk staff was very friendly! Overall a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

We were greeted by friendly staff, the rooms were super clean and smelled great, the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we had a delicious hot breakfast. Bonus is the coffee machine that makes lattes and cappuccinos! We love to stay here. It's our favourite place in the area.

Stay AWAY from this hotel. The assistant Manager John is a self righteous idiot who even after there front desk staff (Pal and Toby {also a manger} where both clearly apprised Not to use the credit card on file and were given another credit card number and clearly and explicitly told to use that one the incompetent desk staff used the "OLD" card and BMO decline that and sent me a nasty e-mail. This idiot John only tried evasive maneuvers to avoids compensation and remove himself from the "harm" which his incompetent front desk staff had created. How stupid would these people have to be? ALSO, their breakfast products are just crap and the taste is like an industrial workshop. The staff from the kitchen in the four days we spent there could not keep up even though demand during the week was "slow" with providing goods for the customer to consume. We stayed there four days and the variety was "poor quality" sausage or overcooked ham and some type of eggs which came out of the micro wave. The toaster, waffle machine and the tortillas machines ALL have malfunctions. I would rate the breakfast service of this place as CRAP. Again BW prides itself and to note that I have been a BW VIP member for many years (like 10 yrs.) and there was NO such courtesy extended by JOHN. And this was because as John clearly stated that BW does not own them and that they are private and can do what they want. Morden has a BW Plus and there are many other facilities which are more reasonably priced in Winkler. NOT worth the AGRO to have to deal with a no mind like JOHN.

Clean, spotless, affordable and new! Friendly Attentive staff, good coffee and breakfast included. The pillows were great! the bathroom spotless... the lady at the front desk was very helpful and Friendly even after working all night. The little city of Winkler is a vibrant and clean place.

Just stayed there for a weekend baseball tournament. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is fantastic. The breakfast is great and lots of space to eat (inside and out). The breakfast area is a great gathering space for groups in the evening and there is even an outdoor space with a fire pit. The staff are all polite, welcoming and super helpful.

Great hotel to stay at while in the Winkler/Morden area. We like this hotel because we always get a great rate. The hotel is always clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the included breakfast; make sure you spray cooking spray on the waffle machines. We use the pool, waterslide, and hot tub. The waterslide at this hotel is a little better for my older kids than the Morden location. I find the price is always a tad lower too, but they are only 10 minutes away from each other. Location is off the main highway, but I don't hear traffic noise. There is a nice playground for kids right behind the hotel, as well as green space for your pet to enjoy. There is also a bowling/mini golf/arcades building next door if the weather is bad and you need another indoor option other than the swimming pool. You can just walk over.

This is a new hotel with great staff and good location. Will be staying here for business several times a month during the next year.

Spent 2 nights in Winkler for my son's hockey camp and had a wonderful experience with the Best Western Team. Check-in was seamless, friendly and informative. Breakfast was good, rooms are clean and location was very close to the rink - 3 min drive. The only complaint I have is the tv - the picture quality was terrible!

My sons volleyball team were in Winkler for a tournament and we chose the Best Western. We were upgraded to an accessible suite. The beds were clean and comfy and the room was large and spotless. Everything in the room worked, unlike many hotels (coffee machine, phone, tv, etc). The hotel was quiet even with a few sports teams staying there. the pool area was great for the kids and breakfast had tons of hot and cold options, including fun things for the kids such as make your own waffle and omelette stations. Plenty of comfy seating to eat at, a nice fireplace and cozy couches and lounging area . There is an entertainment center a few steps out the front door with a bar and grill , mini golf, arcade, bowling etc. The lady at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and there to help if needed. Great value for the price , and i heard many others comment about how nice the hotel was as well.

Best Western Winkler always goes the Extra mile, and that's what me and my family did, we drove the Extra mile, it was worth extra commute to Morden. Shout out to Manger Tobe and Breakfast Staff who made all the difference, serving with passion and friendliness.

Easy to find as it is located along the main highway through town. Must not be very old as everything is in great condition. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and well appointed. We found the air conditioning unit quite loud. The free breakfast was basic but acceptable. Would recommend and will return if we are in the area again.

This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at it's truly amazing I did go to last minute I did have some point to use I got they let me check in early and they give me a free upgrade that was so nice And the manager is so friendly The managers name is Toby He's very friendly and very nice The breakfast woman is very friendly she even offered to make me a new waffle after I had trouble making one. She offered me a new one. They have lots of offerings I like regular eggs and egg omelet and sausage hash browns and yoghurt. can u even make breakfast burrito and they a had muffins and bagels and cereal and juice and they had very good coffee They have the fancy coffee maker that makes Americanos and espresso and regular coffee they have regular coffee machine They give a suites and full kitchen in the living room with pull coach, and the bedroom had a king size bed The pillows and beds are so comfortable Everything is very spotless in the whole hotel The pool and hot tub was very nice The pool and hot tub hours The pool and hot tub were a good size The pool temp was nice and the hot tub was very good temp We don't use the exercise room The like decor everything in lobby to room

We had a full weekend at the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast offered. Lots of fun in the pool and slide. Very clean room and very spacious. Relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel if you stay in winkler, lots of great stuff to do.

We love this hotel. It really does feel like a home away from home. The manager, Tobe, is absolutely awesome! The hotel is relaxing, staff are welcoming, kind, caring, helpful. Rooms are modern, clean, roomy and beds are very comfortable. The bathroom sinks (counters) are a little high so you may want to bring a stool for your shorter people.

My stay here was brief but enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful making sure I was aware of the amenities and restaurant options close by. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Although I was staying here for work I told a colleague that is was more like a work-cation because of the cleanliness and peacefulness of the hotel. I was able to enjoy the pool area and appreciated the cleanliness. I look forward to my next stay.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Streamlined furniture and wipeable surfaces. Did not use cleaning services but was provided with items when needed. This is a highly utilized hotel for families with MANY kids. The breakfast was great but TOO MANY people at once. Go early to beat the rush. Unfortunately, many guests feel it is okay to invite friends and family to use the amenities so it gets very busy.

People were great. It was nice was offered a discount if I got an account with them and never got it. But otherwise good. Staff was friendly easy to book with made sure we got a room with them which was nice.

Although friendly, the staff were not able to answer questions about the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing. The juive was watered down, coffee was weak, and just a general feeling of ?? They were very busy trying to hang Christmas decorations.

I stayed here for my birthday vacation. It was very enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was great. The slide is great and has good speed. The hot tub was very good. During my stay the pool area was not very crowded at all which was very nice.

I'm on a longer stay. I have daily housekeeping and just had to ask for toilet paper. When I called down she sounded like bringing it was a chore. I picked it up myself. Room was vacuumed once in a week. This place was great last time. Still missing my welcome points as well. First lousy experience here.

New hotel, quiet, very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. Helen, the breakfast lady, was wonderful. She made sure that there was a wide variety of foods and that everyone had what they needed.

I attempted to extend my stay two days in advance. I received a verbal confirmation with the attendant at the front desk. When I returned from work to the hotel, all my stuff was gone and the room was empty. No one attempted to contact me that my extension would not work and I was forced to leave with no other rooms available with only as much as a sorry. I was also blamed for not extending using my email instead of going through the front desk.

The absolute BEST hotel we have stayed in! Rooms are super clean and spacious. Staff very personable and helpful. Breakfast is good! Restaurants close by to walk to! All in all 5 stars and would most definitely stay again!

We have stayed here 3 times in the past year and have appreciated the staff every time. The breakfast is tasty, the rooms are great and the pool is fun for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Winkler or Morden.

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Stayed four nights while in Winkler for a funeral. When checking in, Tobe tried to upgrade us without us even asking, but unfortunately an upgraded room was not available. But he did get us in a very quiet room on the third floor, room 321. The room was spacious and spotless and the beds and pillows some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel - and we have travelled a lot, worldwide. All of the front desk staff, and the dining room staff, were very friendly. The breakfast was good. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I need to travel to Winkler. I wish I had remembered to ask what kind of pillows they were using so I can get some for my own home!

They will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We forgot an hdmi cord and they hooked us up. The breakfast is great. Pool area is very clean. My kids had a fantastic time and always want to go back.

Amazing and helpful staff, very clean hotel, superior breakfast options! We even had a personal issue with our car and the staff made it so we were able to stay for an extra half day for a very reasonable price which was unexpected and very appreciated.

I stayed here for a visit with my family and I found it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and neat. It was my first time having my own hotel room and the staff were super nice to me upon checking in and when checking out remembered and asked me how it went. Breakfast was okay. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool but my cousins told me it was a lot of fun!

Had a great time on a family vacation to Winkler. Rooms were super clean and neat and check-in personnel were so friendly and accommodating. Quickly got us our rooms. Used the eating area and had a potluck there. Was great spending the evening laughing and playing games. Breakfast was ok. Would have been nice to have oatmeal premade but overall a good breakfast I turned my heater on in my room as I found it a bit cold. Think you need to turn the fan off auto as I would get a quick 5 second of cold air then it would turn off. Was in bed and didn't want to change it. 4am someone with a loud car started his vehicle which woke me up. Alarm clock had a 6am alarm which was on Overall a great place to stay. Never made it to the pool will do that next time.

Very nice hotet, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the complimentary coffee was great. The breakfast had lots to choose from personally the waffle machine was exactly what I needed! Spend a bit of time in the pool area enjoying the hottub which was clean and hot. The bed was very comfortable in the room and the glass shower was clean.

We booked for a lg grp, told we'd be together (lessen the kids all over) find out nope. Then my confirmation was 1 room not 2, they forgot to send it, dbl the money right before Xmas. Very frustrating.

We had a water break in our home on August 14. We stayed at the Best Western Winkler for 9 nights at that time as the house was drying out and for another 13 nights in November as our water was turned off for kitchen reconstruction. We were treated with so much care and respect by all the staff!! What a gem we have in our community and we may never have known had we not had the water break in our home. The faculty is beautiful and comfortable and the staff is top notch!! So many good things to say about our experience!! Thank you again for creating a home away from home for us and making us feel like family!

My room was really nicely appointed with everything I would need for my stay. It was also very very clean. Staff at check in were busy but remained friendly and efficient. Although I didn't eat breakfast, the hot buffet looked absolutely wonderful.

New in 2020 and still feels very new and clean. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Very good breakfast. Good guest laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, staff will turn on the water for the slide on request. Water a tiny bit chilly when we were there. Overall an excellent stay.

Best Western was great but amenities near it aren't the best! They make BW look bad since BW promotes both Mr MiKes and VBs entertainment. I feel like I didn't get great value for my room since I took a room that offered a 50$ gc to VBs and the food takes 1.5 hrs to arrive cold and super understaffed. mr Mikes also understaffed, staff needs CS training but the food was good! Best Western makes VBs and Mr Mikes look good!

Pros: clean rooms, great pool with water slide, fantastic free breakfast, and amazing staff. Cons: could only stay the one night. I have to mention how fantastic John and Mary are at the front desk. These 2 really know how to give a little extra to make a stay special. I would hope that Bestwestern hotels does whatever they can to acknowledge what amazing work these 2 do representing the hotel. Job well done.

Took family on road trip, new hotel, large rooms, great pool and breakfast. Waterslide fast and exciting as it is fully dark for a section. Breakfast was fabulous, cookies available all day as well as complimentary coffee. Staff friendly and hotel is located next to a large bowling entertainment center too

A bit spendy for a good room, loud when nearing capacity adjust your room accordingly. Amenities are good, rooms are comfortable, steakhouse next door is only "ok", better restaurants in town. Lock vehicle as yard is not fenced, no night security, and locals roar around parking lot at night.

We came to this hotel because our basement flooded, it was the first time we stayed with Best Western Plus and I am so glad we did, the staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean, food was great, pool and hot tub were great, and also the fitness room!. I highly recommend!

Don't go on hockey tournament nights. They are wild animals and the staff does NOTHING to stop it. The breakfast is good but be prepared to wait for a while. Waffle makers are always busy and malfunctioning. Rooms are super clean and modern. TV sucks. Hardly any channels with no Guide.

Friendly staff. Hotel is new. We had a nice room and a modern bathroom with a bright mirror and good shower and had a blow drier. Room had a micro, small fridge and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. The hotel has a breakfast area.

Continental hot breakfast exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool provided hours of fun for our family. Customer service was nothing short of excellent. Well done! Will definitely recommend.

What a wonderful weekend away! Great breakfast provided!! The only con would be that the pool area was a bit smaller than we would have liked. We stayed with a few other larger families and it would have been nice to have a larger area to gather! An area with some tables set up would have been really great! Overall the place was fantastic

We stayed here with our hockey team and we were so impressed! The hotel is beautiful, looks brand new and so clean. Love the foyer area and breakfast area. Great for big groups! Beds and pillows are amazing! So comfy. Haven't slept like that ever in a hotel bed. The breakfast is huge! So many options and lots of food. You don't have to worry about them running out. Exceptional breakfast! Staff was very kind and curious the whole weekend. Only one complaint and that was when we arrived there was only 1 staff member at the front desk so check in was slow. Would recommend them having 2 people at busy times.But everything else was awesome! The pool and waterslide are fantastic for keeping the kids happy. Great place for a little getaway!!

Hockey weekend with several teams staying at the hotel, fun weekend for the kids and parents. OUr room was clean, and we appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly so we could bring our fur baby. Would stay here again.

The hotel was spotless, the staff was super helpful and kind, there was a great hot breakfast with lots of options, coffee left something to be desired but there were plenty of tea and juice options as well.

It was our daughter's 12th birthday on the 12th. All she wanted was to go to the Best western in Winkler to swim. Tobe and Mary went out of their way to make our daughter's birthday special. They even sang to her and made her a sign. Thank you so much for giving that extra touch to make her day special!

When we got there the evening on Jan.31st the manager was very kind, friendly, and helped us out in so many ways. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The Feb.1st daytime manager was also very nice and friendly making sure we had all we needed etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Responds to settings quickly and accurately. This is a HUGE plus for me since I often have a hard time sleeping due to a room being too hot or too cold. Plenty of room for a cot. Great friendly staff!! Overall amazing. We will come back again.

We were told when we booked that they would be checking vaccination status for use of the pool and dining at the breakfast bar. Not once did anyone verify this. Very disappointing as the area is a Covid hot spot . Otherwise, very satisfied with this hotel, very clean and breakfast was amazing!

We stayed for a hockey tournament and the hotel was amazingly accommodating. The hotel was clean, followed covid protocol. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was perfect, a lot of options including gluten free.

We arrived late in a very snow evening to a genuinely kind reception. The facility was clean and bright. The room was cozy, fresh and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfort with a great selection of pillows. The complimentary breakfast offered an excellent selection beyond the ‘normal' hotel fare.

Stylish, clean interiors, great place to relax and rejuvenate. The team is ready to be of service and they are all wonderfully friendly and kind. It's a great place for a getaway or impromptu staycation.

We traveled to Winkler, MB to visit family in early November. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience we had at the new Best Western. Everything was so clean and fresh. The manager Tobe was very friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the rest of the staff. Tobe was also very sympathetic and helpful to our situation as we had to leave early to escape the coming blizzard. He gave us good advice in the change of plans and organization of the rest of our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers in this location. Lloyd

Everything was great from the get go. rooms were spectacular, breakfasr was really good despite being limited due to covid-19. Would definately stay in hotel again any time im in town. Im sure it will be just as good next time!

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating except the construction design of the floors and walls are not insulated well. Each night we experienced another patron arrived to his room at precisely the same time (3:10am) and woke us up from our sleep due to his loud footsteps/stomping sounds, banging of boxes he would drop onto his floor and general noises we could hear from his room. We would have asked to move to the top floor but we already moved after our first night there because the ac unit was making a loud squealing sound that we had to turn it off it was so uncomfortable to hear!! These were the only issues we experienced otherwise the hotel was beautiful (brand new this year) and the pool/water slide and breakfast buffet were all excellent! The staff are amazing here and the beds were the bomb!!! We will return there in the coming months but ask to stay on the top floor!! Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff and amazing food!!

Great service and the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We had no complaints. Everything was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel. Cant wait until our next stay!!

First off, it would be good to follow COVID precautions. The person at the front desk wasn't wearing her mask properly. No distancing protocols inside elevators. The staff accompanied me to my room, checked to see if it was clean, just glanced at it and didn't really check everything. After she left, I started settling in. I decided to take a shower so I can have a good sleep. First, the tub has some hair on it. I was too tired to make any complaints so I just flushed it down with the shower. I jumped into the tub and closed the curtain and a soiled bath cloth dropped from the curtain. Very disgusting! This means that the shower curtain was not checked and worst, not replaced after the previous occupants left. This is very unacceptable. Unfortunately, I was too tired to complain. Guests go to your hotels to have some rest. We shouldn't have to exert our time and energy to complain about things that, in the first place, should be the standard.

This is a new hotel and you can tell! It is very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. The hotel itself is set up very nicely and the hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help in any event. Especially the manager Tobe! He was very eager to make sure we were pleased. It isn't overly Busy even though it's fully booked. They have great interiors With a dining section and a delicious breakfast including make it yourself waffles which is a encouraging factor for all to enjoy. The pool is great with a waterside and a hot tub. We especially enjoyed the back outdoor patio complete with a table fire to visit each other with a few drinks and smokes for the smokers. There is also a kids play structure behind the hotel which is a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend and we have already returned for another stay.

Looks like a newly built hotel - The rooms are pretty big, bathroom is very nice, bed is super comfortable and smells clean and fresh. The area are clean and the free hot breakfast was really good. My son enjoyed the pool area. I even enjoyed using the slides. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that there's a provincial mask mandate and everyone needs to wear masks at indoor public spaces yet some guests are not wearing masks. Some are not wearing masks while getting food. Not one employee has told these guests that they have to wear masks. Other than that our stay was really pleasant. I wish we've stayed for another night.

The hotel is really nice! Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the manager he was fantastic! The breakfast was great lots of options. The water slide and pool was fun for the kids, hot tub was nice, area was clean. We Will for sure be back!

This hotel is newer and it's beautiful! Everything was very clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. My kids really enjoyed the pool with the water slide. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious! They had a wide variety of options! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Room Cleanliness for a new hotel was questionable. Housekeeping staff were not following provincial health guidelines and were quite ignorant around guests. Front Desk staff was helpful, just not well trained which made for a lengthy check in/ check out

Looks great on the outside new hotel, designed beautifully but lacks the space for parking or the number of guests it is built for. We had to circle the lot for 30 minutes to wait for a car to leave so we could park. Then when we wanted to take the kids to the pool, it was packed full of 5 or more families and we had no room to use it. The pool area is tiny and probably only accomidates one family comfortably. After that we retreated to our room, only to hear kids stomping above us and we couldn't sleep. Disappointed. This looked like a great hotel online and was highly praised and reviewed. We just didn't have a good experience. I have stayed at many hotels in lather cities and never encountered this. At least the breakfast was good and the room was clean. The employees were friendly and prompt to help out when they could. Just the accommodations weren't what we expected Nobody wants to pay for a vacation that feels stressful.

Clean. Kids love the slide. Outdoor seating is very nice! Rooms are very clean and rates are reasonable. Lobby is large and modern. Breakfast had a good selection. When we stay in Winkler this will be our go to place!

Our first stay for a family trip to Winkler/Morden. We were impressed with everything about this hotel. It was contemporary and stylish in design. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Staff were friendly and helpful (especially Tobe). Loved our time there! Pool, hot tub, and waterslide were great for the family!

Totally enjoyed my stay at the BW Plus, Winkler. Room was clean, spacious and loaded with all the modern amenities. Staffs were polite and friendly too. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Winkler.

This was the break we needed! The room was nice and comfortable. Staff are amazing and went out of the way to help us. I mentioned we would love to stay another night. Unfortunately the room was booked the next morning the desk staff approached us and mentioned the room was available. We definitely took it. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great lots of options. We are planning to come back soon! Thank you for wonderful service and kindness.

We arrived on Sunday at 2:30. Front desk lady very freindly and joyful. Hotel entrance smelt delicious and was extremely clean. Check in and went to our room. Also was the rooms were immaculate. Beds & pillow we're extremely comfortable. We were a party of 4 even our 9 & 12 year old girls slept in. We went downstairs for breakfast and missed it. We went and had coffee. A gentleman approached us and realized that we had missed breakfast. ( not sure if he was the manager or Front desk attendant. He was about 35 years old and had a beard) He offered to make us fresh eggs and bagels and whatever else he could whip up. I told him if he had some yogurts and cereal that would be great. Which he got for us. He had went beyond the customer service satisfaction. He had a friendly And joyful personality. Especially in these COVID times it was a refreshing experience. You will not be disappointed staying here. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10. Thank you David

We had an exceptional stay at the best western Plus in Winkler. The staff services was above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this hotel for a great getaway with the family. The breakfast was really good and the beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. This is my number 1 hotel and will be visiting again in the near future!!

Very nice clean hotel. Has a pool with a slide and hot tub. Close to a lot of amenities in Winkler but will need a car to get to a lot of things. Had a couple of issues though. When I called to book my room, I was under the impression I was getting a two room suite, but when I got there, that room was taken and they only reduced my rate by $5. They were also having a promotion where they said if you book a room with them, you get a $50 gift card to VB's Entertainment Centre next door, but I actually just had to pay an extra $50 for the gift card. I felt like the promotion was very misleading. Kind of put a damper on my stay in what was otherwise a nice newer hotel stay with my family.

Amazing hotel! Tobe and staff were quick to answer questions and provide everything we needed. Rooms were huge with lots of storage. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good despite not being able to serve ourselves due to COVID. Pool was a little cold for the kids but other than that everything was great!

We stayed over night with out family as a staycation. This was a gorgeous hotel with new rooms. beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and a nice pool and slide. We rented what we thought was a 2 bedroom queen suite, only to be told on arrival that the room we viewed online was not the one we actually rented. We got the 2 queen deluxe suite (Which was beautiful!). It was a single room (like most rooms) with 2 queens and a pull out couch. It was spaciously long and wide, with lots of room for the kids to move. The issue was not the room, but that we wanted the room we previewed and did not receive it. We were told it was an error with the website. Other than that disappointment, the stay was awesome. Pool was very clean, rooms were spacious and clean, rooms were fairly quiet, and beds were super comfortable! We would definitely staycation here again!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the hotel. It is extremely clean and well designed hotel. I thought the staff did an excellent job through covid to make everyone's stay great. We were allotted times in the pool and their breakfast grab and go was delicious and an excellent option. We were extremely excited to get out since being cooped up with Covid and this stay exceeded our expectations. Recommend it to anyone. And the entertainment centre next door is beyond excellent. Made for a very fun family night out.

Pool area is great with large hot tub and water slide. Great location beside bowling alley entertainment Center. Will definitely return to this hotel.

AMAZING service, right from check in to check out, our experience was wonderful. We were in Winkler for surgery at Boundary Trails Hospital and therefore the cleanliness and COVID protocols were appreciated and made us feel reassured. The staff was friendly, courteous, and provided suggestions for meals ordering and delivery directly to our room. We have already booked our stay for our medical followup appointment and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and we have enjoyed it each time! The double room suites are wonderful for family's traveling with children as there is an abundance of sleeping space. The breakfast is also a nice touch (given it is different with covid restrictions at the moment). Staff is always friendly, well decorated and comfortable rooms. The pool is also great with a big water slide!!
