Great staff! Lisa, Maycie and Travis were fantastic. Getting through to get a reservation was a bit difficult due to technical issues Hailly had with the phone. Other than that the stay was great. I will be returning next time I'm in Wenatchee.

This was a great stay for the price. Lots of families staying to check out Leavenworth and Lake Chelan. Rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we head that way.

Comfortable atmosphere and the rooms are cozy. The hotel offers a lot for those staying a bit and the parking isn't too. I travel for work so I visit a lot of hotels and there are only a few in this area I'd come back too. This BW was greatly placed on the main road fare so you have access to a lot of stores if you're in need.

We had a miserable stay here. The pool chemicals were so strong that my child couldn't swim more than 15 minutes. His eyes and skin were both burning. The beds were like concrete and you could hear everyone that passed by or walked above. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at our property, and I do realize that some people are more sensitive to the chemicals that we use to keep our pool and hot tub clean for our guests to use. We have a log and check our chlorine levels daily and they are within the normal range, or the pool would not be open. I can assure you that I looked into this, and the readings were as they should be. Thank you.

Haley at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful,and gave some great recommendations of where to have dinner and places to see in the area. Laura and Mediano in the breakfast room did an exceptional job.They kept the food trays filled and the area spotless.

Smoke detector started beeping need batteries. Employees need training on basic issues! Beeping started at 1:15 am and went on for 1.5 hours. Employee not being able to fix situation. We finally pulled it from ceiling after 1.5 hours and left it at front desk. Front desk employee tried but was clueless and didn't report back to us when he went to research. Said he would get in trouble if it was pulled off ceiling, but we could change rooms at 2am. We pulled it from ceiling. It was a very frustrating night, no step stool to use, no clue as to basic battery replacement and reset, no good sleep and long drive next morning in snow and ice. Will probably try the other BW intown on next stop in Wenatchee.

My apologies regarding the smoke detector going off I am not sure why the person working could not figure out how to change a battery. I will definitely speak to him about this even though it should be common knowledge. I hope that the rest of your stay was an enjoyable one and that you come back and see us again the next time you are in the Wenatchee area.

Good value, friendly staff. Elevator buttons and public areas not overly clean. Lots of noise from being an old building. Could definitely use some upgrades but value is there and staff has been improved upon/been replaced since our last visit.

We do clean our elevators including the buttons every two hours unfortunately hundreds of grimy hands touching it constantly does prevent it from being clean 100% of the time. The customer service at this hotel was incredible. The front desk host named Haley was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool was fun; overall was such an amazing stay.

Nice hotel overall and conveniently located with nice staff. Hot tub area was quite clean. Breakfast had enough options. One big suggestion is to have a proper guide for tv and not just a print out listing of channels as then you do not have to scroll through each and every channel which is not time friendly when just trying to find a show. Many channels too are just blank so more wasted time! Best to fix this to not annoy many guests. Someone should check in on pool area too every now and then as many guests are lazy and so inconsiderate and I found myself putting 3 towels of others in with the dirty towels! As I mentioned to you in your Medallia survey I couldn't agree with you more. Not having a channel guide is definitely not the norm. We will be switching to Direct TV at the beginning of next year which does provide a channel guide, so you know what is on. Very nice staff, terrific service, and a pleasure to stay there. The rooms were straightened every day. I travel a bunch and it was very convenient to come and go. Very traveler friendly. It was a nice change from the hotel trend that I'm seeing that has less amenities and less service. Well done.

The weekend afternoon front desk clerk and manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. I had called the day before check in to see if the room I booked included a sofa bed and was told that it did. Upon check-in, I was informed that it did not and the person that I spoke to on the phone was incorrect. The front desk clerk and night manager apologized for the misinformation and upgraded our room to a suite which includes a sofa bed at no additional cost. This kind, helpful gesture ensured our stay was the most comfortable for our family of 3. We will definitely be staying here again thanks to the friendly front desk staff!

We were there for a family event. Hadn't traveled with my mom in awhile, didn't realize how bad her memory had gotten. The staff at the front desk were sooo kind to her. She would lose her key and not be able to open her door, Brian and Olivia were there to help and watched out for her. There was one other young lady who was new, who was very helpful also. I don't remember her name. If you need a place to go, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Have been staying at Best Western Plus in Wenatchee WA for a few weeks, I work night's and have found Tony on the graveyard shift to be extremely helpful, he followed up to make sure that I had what was needed. It was nice to see an employee take their job seriously and with the energy that he shown. Keep it up Tony, you make staying away from home more pleasant.

Great location and easy to find. Large, clean room and very peaceful. We enjoyed the spa/pool after a hot day on the road. Secure parking with lots of spaces. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Haley, at the front desk, suggested a place for dinner. It was perfect and served the best pizza we've enjoyed in a long time. Thank you!

The bed was super comfortable and all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Denise made my checkout very easy. Will stay here again. I loved the hot breakfast too, it was a nice touch. The pool and the spa were busy but clean. Parking was about the only issue. The spots were small with boats and trailers taking up a lot of space.

This hotel is dated with fixtures and needs to be updated. The best thing about it was the breakfast bar which was very complete and very good. There's also free parking at the hotel. we had trouble with our air conditioning the second night and they had to send a mechanic at 11 o'clock at night to get it to work

You did get a refund for the AC unit. $75.00 to be exact. Then come to find out there was nothing wrong with it at all. It was user error. The compressor in those units are meant to come off and on. There were no error codes found when Kirk my maintenance man came in the middle of the night per your request to fix something that never needed to be fixed in the first place. I hope you find what you are looking for the next time that you are in the Wenatchee area.

Rating it a zero but there was no option. It was 1255 am, found hairs in my bedsheets so I called the front desk, it just rang continuously so I went downstairs to see if any one was available. A man was at the front desk wearing brown, doing who knows what on the computer but too busy to pick up the phone....? I didn't get his name but his badge said he was front desk. Anyway, so he sees me at the counter and I tell him "I tried to call and no one was answering." He just looked at me and didn't say anything in return. Then I said "I wanted to let you know that I found hairs in our bed..." again he had nothing to say. He did not apologize, he said, "you're welcome to check out and go to a different hotel," I was shocked and so upset he said that!!! Like are you serious???? So I said "what? So will we be getting a refund?" Again no reply. Then I asked if it was possible to get a new room and he said right away , "we're full.." without even saying "let me check or let me what I can do for you.." He didn't want to hear what I had to say. He was not helpful at all and lacked customer service skills. So then I asked for new bed sheets and again was disappointed that I wasn't given a complete set, the blanket was missing. My husband had to strip the bed and put the new sheets on himself. This was very upsetting to me that there was not a manager I could speak to as well. The man said, "I'm the only one here right now..." I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I paid over $200 to stay here for one night, just to get this kind of service? No thank you. I'll be going to a Holiday inn or days inn next time.

Not a “Plus” in our opinion. The breakfast was not good. The omelettes were a bit rubbery and the potatoes were still a bit raw. The sausage was okay. The rooms were so so. Stayed at the other Best Western down the street, it is not a “Plus” but no difference.

Had a jobsite to attend to for a few days and had to spend the night in town, I'm a regular with best western and best western plus all over washington, these are some of the best hotels I love staying at, they have good breakfast services here, exercise room, and a pool here, super awesome, love the staff, I had a few questions concerning memberships and receptionists Denise and Adalmis got me all sorted and cleared up any confusion, super helpful, 5 stars, will come again.

Not a “Plus” in our opinion. The rooms are no better than the regular Best Western down the street we stayed in back in May. The breakfast was a disaster, the omelettes were tough, the potatoes were still raw, the sausage was okay. The rooms were so so. The desk staff were very good.

I booked four room and I had to get one last minute for a family who joined late for the trip and Denise was very helpful. Denise was super professional and kind and caring, she treated us like family she made that stay so much better and worth our money. I would definitely come to this same place. The room were really nice and also the breakfast was great. The pool was nice and clean.

I had needed help with my key it was just not working so I went to the front desk and Denise was there to help. She was really welcoming and very kind. She made want to return to this hotel because when I needed any other help or I had any questions she quickly stopped with what she was doing and attended me and answered any questions I had. If anyone does go to this hotel I would recommend to ask for Denise, she is really kind and will help you with any questions you have!!

I booked our room online 'way back in April for our August road trip and am glad I did. I used the online registration the day before we got there, which was very easy and convenient. Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, and also quiet, which we really appreciated. The refrigerator was the perfect size for our needs. The room was very clean, and we really appreciated all the extra work the staff goes to in these days of Covid to keep things sanitized. The shower had awesome water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The a/c unit was pretty quiet and easy to set. The complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing: pancakes, waffles (bake your own), fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, link sausage, bakery items, and yogurt; we ate in a pleasant dining area with a fireplace (which we didn't need!). We only stayed one night, and Denise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She got us checked out quickly and easily. I want to give a special shout-out to both her and Christina for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

Great property, clean and comfortable room. For me it all about customer service. Hailey at the front desk is as good as it gets. If I owned a business I would steal her to come and work for me. I watched her do 9 things at once when I was checking in, amazing skill set. This has been a great stay.

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, no traffic noise. Good breakfast. Location was convenient for us. Warning - there's another Best Western on the same street (!), but it's not a Best Western "Plus", so it doesn't serve breakfast.

We had very enjoyable stay at Best Western Plus in Wenatchee! I had some issues with my reservation and Denis at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in resolving them. Rooms are clean and comfortable; they even have an armchair with a foot stool. Rooms also include a reasonable sized refrigerator which is very convenient to keep snacks in. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, and selection is great, they even have some fresh fruits. Hotel also had a coin operated laundry machine for customers to use.

9/10 actually, but it's not granular enough of a score. GOOD: Water pressure and temp of the shower. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Fit and finish were very good. No mold in the bathroom. Excellent location HOT breakfast with meat and eggs (important as I am a zero carb-er). The food definitely was hot as it should be. The front desk staff. On checkout, Denise was very receptive to my comments and promptly was able to send me a receipt so I could account for my expenses. Reasonable rates on short notice. Compared to the lowest price budget hotel, this place was only about 15 dollars more. The HVAC for the room worked great and was literally the quietest I have ever witnessed at a hotel. Even comparing to Home2, Homewood and Hilton. There was a 4k 55" TV in the room. It's obvious that the owners pay attention to detail. Parking is complimentary and is extremely accessible. For the price, there is no doubt this is probably the best choice for the budget-savvy or business traveller. BAD: Wireless. Literally, every time I'd attempt to use my work or personal VPN the network would boot me. Also, the speed appears to be capped at 5mbps (1.25MB/s) which is paltry. This seems to be a provider issue, don't hold it against the hotel. If you're a business traveller don't forget your hotspot.

From the tine Haley checked us in until her and Kirk checked us out, we enjoyed the visit. We hadn't visited Wenatchee before. I found this motel close to every place we needed to go. It was clean, room large enough, bathroom a little small but clean. The morning breakfast had a great selection, sorry I didn't get the girls name working the morning on 6/29 & 30th, but she was friendly and on top things. Will stay there again on our next trip to Wenatchee

The place exceed my expectations. Its quite, clean and employees are professional and friendly. All amenities are well maintain. Swimming pool are great. Water are warm . Breakfast they have a lot of choices. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the time with your self and your love ones.

Had requested a rollaway bed when we made the reservation but none was available when we checked in. The pool was cold, the room was alright - the toilet sounded like it might explode every time we flushed but the beds were comfortable. Best part of the hotel was the excellent breakfast.

My apologizes for the issue you had with your toilet. I wish that you would have given us an opportunity to fix this issue before getting to the point of giving us a 3-star review. We would have resolved the issue immediately had you given us the opportunity to do so. Our property does not provide roll-away beds. I always suggest calling the hotel directly for information on roll-aways or any other amenity that one is looking for as calling any other number will not always get yo the correct answer.

From the kindness & helpfulness of Christina at check in, Amber being helpful and accommodating during breakfast each morning, and Haley being helpful and kind at check out as well, my friend and I both plan on coming back again! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Haley at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. All staff great. Super value for a simple hotel and centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and down to the river. We also stayed at this hotel as it was close enough (within 1.2 mile walk) to the stadium where we watched our son play on the Apple Sox baseball club

We arrived late and Haley, the manager held a room for us. It was clean and had a large screen TV, highspeed internet, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. We liked the shower with large glass doors and plenty of towels. Complements to Haley for her personable conversations when we were checking in and out.

Everything from check-in to check-out (and beyond!) went perfectly. Special thanks to Lisa, the Manager, and the wonderful staff for finding an expensive set of headphones we left behind. Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel frequently books youth sports groups but does not have specific rules set in place for their behavior. On my last visit in early April, teenage boys ran up and down the hallways and stairs screaming and yelling so loudly it was difficult to hear the TV or use the phone. The monopolized the communal areas, including the pool/spa area so other guests could not use the amenities. Hotel staff did not control these teens, saying we told them to quiet down but they won't. I got very little sleep and had a horrible stay.

Unfortunately children do tend to get loud. However the chaperones were given group rules and were asked to quiet down by 9:30 which they did. You started complaining about the noise at 6:30 in the evening which is much too early to start voicing complaints at a hotel that is family friendly. I know that there are hotels that are not family friendly which may be the best fit for you during your next travels. Thank you for giving us a try anyway and I apologize that it was not the right fit for you.

The front-desk team was helpful. The police were helpful. However, it appears there is no security nor camera footage of the parking lot. So don't stay here if you want to keep your car or belongings. Also, security and the police came in the middle of the night due to parties so sleep was difficult. No fault of the on-site management.

We apologize for this bad experience. This is very disappointing to hear especially when our parking lot is very well lighted, and we are located right in downtown in the main street. We do have security camera in place, and we will add more Camera to have even more better coverage. Respectfully, but Owner and management did take note of this incident and upon mutual consensus, staff did issue you a credit for 2 nights of stay at checkout. This is just an isolated incident, and we hope you give us another chance.

The hotel itself was fresh and clean, the breakfast was hot and delicious. But the staff by far won us over. They were nothing short of gracious, kind, and more than helpful. They always had a smile on their faces.

The hotel was very well maintained, prompt service, great breakfast, great pool and workout room. Barb, the manager made our overnight stay fabulous. She works very hard to make sure everyone is treated right.

Overall stay was good. There were a lot of families with kids staying on the same floor. Kids were running up and down the hallway late at night and early morning. Walls are very thin. You could hear everything. Room next door had their alarm ringing every hour. We only spend a couple nights. Figured it wasn't worth reporting but looking back should have to see if anything would have been done.

I loved this hotel! The staff is super friendly and accommodating and my room was extremely comfortable for my 2 week stay. Oh and the beds were so comfy! I would recommend this hotel to all traveling to the Wenatchee area.

My daughter and I always love to stay in Best Western Plus because we always have good experiences whenever we stay there. She loves the pool and hot tub, and also breakfast in the morning. Some location has older style, but it still good experience.

Asked for early check-in, got in room early even though they were really busy. In town for medical reasons, staff was very accommodating, especially Paul. Used Hot Tub, it was great. Good breakfast. Coffee available all the time.

I own several business in Northern California and would love to have a employee like Heidi represent any of our locations.Ive never encountered such a degree of professionalism as was demonstrated by this young lady.I would hire her and honestly put her in a management position at any of my Resorts.Thank you Heidi for making my first trip to Wenatchee so pleasent and I will definitely stay there again.

Haley was awesome and helpful. The rooms were clean and sanitized. The amenities were spot on and close to food and other activities. Will definitely stay there again in the future. The complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of fresh choices and hot food.

Our recent two night stay was good. We experienced some challenges as the phone system did not recognize a toll-free 1-833 number (for US and Canada). We were trying to connect with the ArriveCAN help desk to complete our submission to come back to Canada. Melissa was fabulous as she extended our checkout time on a busy Saturday morning. She looked after our every need and is very personable at the front desk. Neville is calm, cool and collected as he helped me print some documents while he dealt with phones ringing and some extremely challenging guests checking in. Over all, we were very pleased with our stay and this is our second time staying at this property.

My wife and 10 month old and I stayed here last night when we came out to visit Leavenworth. I've stayed at a lot of best westerns in my time and this place was probably the nicest one I've experienced! Great staff, comfortable beds, and reasonably priced (even though I used my reward points to stay here). I don't normally write reviews but the manager asked if I would and I'm always willing to give kudos where kudos is due. 10/10

Well located near the Columbia River and the confluence of the Wenatchee River. Great connections to excellent natural history features in all directions including the Northern Cascades, Columbia Plateau, Channeled Scablands, Major rivers with excellent fishing opportunities.

This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The pool was disgusting and had gross things floating init as well as the hot tub. It did not seem like they had anyone coming to clean or check the pool either it was so cloudy you couldn't see to the bottom of it. The breakfast in the morning was horrible barely anything. And everything they did serve was either severely uncooked or severely overcooked. And when I say barely anything I seriously mean it! The rooms were also bad just 2 pillows on the bed and didn't have any extra pillows in the room and I had 4 people staying in the room. There was not enough towels for how many people were in the room either. There were sugar ants in the room as well so you had to watch out for any food you left anywhere for a moment. It was just a real awful experience I will never go back. Honestly I'll probably never stay in a best western again after that experience.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. We booked 2 rooms. Room 1 had 2 beds, one of which had a bedspread - the other had a sheet. Same room had no washcloths. Room 2 had popcorn on the floor. Both rooms were very noisy and none of us slept well. The shower was lukewarm and no pressure in both rooms. The "hot breakfast" consisted of scrambled eggs and very undercooked bacon. No toast, no waffles, no bagels. I saw cereal but no milk. The juice machine was out of order. We got a couple of prepackaged muffins and went to Denny's. There are no cell charger outlets. I'm sorry we paid to stay here, they should have paid us

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient and the beds were comfortable. The price was a great value and there are so many options for activities in the local area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great check in. Liv did a great job setting us up with a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was mildly disappointing. I wanted a waffle. They dis have omelets. They had done great job of cleaning. Best Westerns are very similar in room design from property to property. Easy to be comfortable. Great beds as well.

This hotel's location close to downtown makes it a great choice. It was recently updated so lobby and dining room furnishings are attractive. The front desk staff went to extra lengths to help me at check-out and was so friendly to all the arriving guests. Rooms are clean and updated as well.

I booked a king suite at the last minute. Staff was super friendly and room was comfortable and clean. Hotel has nice amenities for families and a basic but sufficient continental breakfast. Room darkening curtains made it easy to sleep in and I didn't hear other guests.

I mostly stay only at Best Western on my travels. There is always a pool and whirlpool to make me happy Always surprised how well they present their lobby. I had the room with sunrise view so that was beautiful. The area felt safe so my husband and I went for a walk at sunset. We did not eat breakfast but the receptionist was kind enough to let us fill all our bottles from the fitness center water cooler.

I stayed at this property for one evening. The check-in process was slow. I was not recognized properly as a platinum member. There is a railroad line behind the hotel which can be noisy. The breakfast service was extremely slow. So slow that I waited about twenty minutes to select my food (Covid protocols) and ultimately opted out of the line because I did not want to wait any longer. I ultimately bought my own breakfast. Stay at the Marriott, more comfortable and better service. I should known, I'm writing this review from a Marriott in Seattle.

We thought staying at a Best Western Plus would be a better experience than the Best Western just down the street. We were greatly disappointed, the lobby was not clean, the elevator and third floor hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke as did our non-smoking room, and our bathroom floor was not clean. This was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. I would not recommend staying here. We first stopped at a Best Western just down the street as our GPS directed us there. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh.

The young man that took this in knew the answers to all my questions but it was like pulling teeth to get them from him, he was not helpful to a guest checking in especially during Covid restrictions. As things were bound to be different, he knew all the answers but I had to ask a lot of questions to find out the information regarding the pool, breakfast, and Covid restrictions. The bathroom corners of the floor were dingy like they didn't mop very well, and the room lamp was unplugged and behind the entertainment center, which was really hard to plug back in.

I stayed there from 5-7 Dec 2020 hotel room #117 ground floor level, and we found a receipt under the blankets ( three layers blankets) around the foot area that does not belong to us, so I figure the housekeepers do not change the bedsheet from the previous guest, I feel nauseous to think that I slept in someone else soil, for sure they didn't change the bedsheets otherwise, the housekeepers will find the receipt under the blankets. This is a shame! Is COVID 19, they supposed to up their cleaning to keep the guests safe from Corona VIrus.

Thank you for your comments. We change out all bedding upon check out of each guest. We do not have 3 layers of blankets on the beds so I'm not sure if this was the property you are referring to. I will address this issue with the housekeeping department immediately so this does not happen.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was open, but you could only sign up for a 30 minute window. It was nice not having anyone else around, but a little bit longer would have been better. One reason that I stay at Best Western's is because of the breakfast. It's nice to grab a spot of tea, fruit and something warm to eat, before you head out for the day. I completely understand that Covid has thrown a wrench in how we live going forward. The apple and muffin was good, but cooking the breakfast sandwich in the micro in your room and not having a plate, napkins or utensils was a miss. Since each Best Western is independently owned and operated I'd be happy with not paying as much and skipping the breakfast amenity, until we can get back to normal.

This Best Western property fall below my expectation. The lighting in restroom is very dim. The TV remote control doesn't work very well. My credit card charges shows Comfort Inn instead of Best Western, which prevent me from qualifying for a promotional offer. There were kids running and screaming on the hall way and outside at 1 AM, their parents were always screaming instead of control their kids. No hotel staff were present to control the noise.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience during your stay. As we discussed, the company changed flags from Comfort Inn to Best Western Plus and apparently the credit card system has not made the name change. I will look into getting this resolved. With regards to the TV remote and lighting, we could have resolved these issues had we been informed. I looked into your complaint regarding the children running up and down the hallways. There were two notations and the parents were contacted. Each time, the children were sent to their respective rooms; however, soon would be at it again. The last communication with the parents stating that we would ask them to leave if this activity continued. It was noted that the problem was resolved. This notation was made at 1:10 am. We do our best to control these situations and do hope you give us another opportunity to provide you with a great experience in the future.

This property is average. I would not consider this to be a BW Plus property. While I understand Covid - 19 requires changes, I have stayed at other lodgings and BW hotels and feel they do much better. We stayed two nights and after not having our room cleaned we were told we should have had notice ( we didn't) that they only clean after three nights. Great, but we had no extra coffee, cups etc and garbage needed to be emptied. Oh well. The to go breakfast was average. I understand things have changed but as a Plus hotel and having experienced other BW plus hotels all I see is what they don't offer compared to other hotels dealing with the same conditions. So if you want average and that is fine, go for it. I always thought Plus meant above average. Not always.

Only stopped for one night, it was quite and a nice property. Staff was friendly. We scheduled our half hour at the pool and it was clean. I brought sanitizer and when we got to the room I did a cursory wipe of all common surfaces and found several areas that had "stuff " on it and thought they could have cleaned better.

This is a good hotel, however, Best Western has spoiled me over the years and this hotel is not as good as Chehalis or Ephrata. I travel all over WA State on business and Best Western is still king of the hotel chains! Thank you Best Western!

My sister and I travelled to Wenatchee for an overnight shopping spree. Thinking of our own Best Western Hotels in Canada we decided to book this one. When we got into our room it had a weird smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom that stunk to high heaven. While doing our shopping we purchased a can of Lysol hoping to take care of the door. Even after almost emptying the can on this shower curtain it did not improve any. We got used to the smell while in the room but did not feel comfortable during our stay.

BWP Wenatchee was a Clean, friendly, place to stay with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Our maintenance & housekeeping requests were dealt with right away. It was just unfortunate that the hotel was full of young racer children who ran up & down the halls; hogged the breakfast area and the hot tub/pool. Nothing really the hotel could do, but it wasn't pleasant for non racer guests!

Great place to stay, all new everything. Housekeeping here does a wonderful job of taking care of your room, staff was super great, fast in and out. All is clean, she most enjoyed the hot tub, every night. Getting in and out and accessing town is very easy, nice clean quiet room, everything up to date.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms and quick efficient check in. Had so minor hiccups but All in all a nice place to stay and a good value. Breakfast was hot and good. Have a nice hottub but the pool was a bit cold.

Came down to Wenatchee for a shopping getaway with my two babies. We had been thinking about possibly staying for two nights however decided not to as we were kept awake all through the night by a couple arguing and banging on what sounded like the walls in the room next door. Not to mention this hotel wreaks of marijuana... Not a good hotel to stay at with your family.

I'm surprised the Front Desk agent was unable to help eliminate the noise; however, I could not find any notes indicating you contacted the desk. With regards to the odor of marijuana, we try our best to keep the hotel smoke free and normally we do not have this issue. Nice hotel, very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast selection was great! I wish we could have stayed longer but we had places to go, things to do lol. But if we have the occasion to return to Wenatchee, we will definitely stay here again. It is close to everything and well worth the price.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! There was an issue with the hot tub timer for the jets not staying on and the front desk person found a work around.

This hotel was the best option for staying close to the hospital. Our request for zero disturbances was respected and honored. We will definitely be utilizing this hotel again. Thanks Best Western for always offering great prices and great locations.

Mobile check in was very easy. While online there was a fee for early check in once we got there they ask for no fee and got us the first available room. The breakfast was fresh, hot and had a good verity. While the pool was small to excise in they had one and it was clean. The fitness center is small but was no problem due to the number of people trying to use it. The bed, shower and desk were great. The house keepers were very kind and helpful. The noise from the other rooms was very low and not a problem at all. The only thing we found was that the room lighting over the bed and desk was not as good as it could have been. My girlfriend was having to put in two to three hours a night studying and the lighting was an issue.

The breakfasts are very good. In a very convenient location. My room faced the main road- luckily not too much road notice. There's a pool that the kids would like. I had a king size bed - most hotel beds are too firm and uncomfortable for me. My bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. I would stay there again.

This was a great hotel, double check the filter they DO NOT take dogs. Its about 19 miles away from Leavenworth but has everything close to it you would want, room was clean and well stocked, nice beds and clean, plenty of parking although the spots are tight for some reason.

It was ok. Not horrible, but it definitely wasn't worth $170 for the night. It was more like $100 stay. The hallway and elevators are very dirty. The trim in the room has never been cleaned and there was a huge weird stain on the bed so we couldn't even use all the blankets. Also, when we checked in the pool was open, then 40 minutes later it was closed for maintenance and never re opened before we checked out

This wasn't our first visit to this hotel and will not be the last ,if you want comfy beds ,good service and a great breakfast you must stay here. The hotel is downtown and you can get to any shopping plaza or even the local theater,all in walking distance.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gorge and for the Best Western brand. The room was clean, comfortable and had a perfect view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was perfect. I could've stayed in it all day. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. 55 minute drive to the Gorge for our concert.

Great place to stay, within minutes of downtown and great eating establishments, parks and activities. Very close to the Columbia river and great wineries. You sure can't beat the weather in Wenatchee year round.

The floors are wooden, so extra loud when guests above you walk about, or slam doors. Newly remodeled it appears, and very clean. Noisy A/C unit caused us to change rooms. Great breakfast bar and free coffee at all times.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The lobby is really nice, a good place to hang out and meet with friends. My room was very clean and they had the AC on for me. That was really nice since it was 100 degrees outside. I would stay here again.

Cleaning and kitchen staff were great. Breakfast lacked options for diabetics who are dairy and meat-free. Check in took 20 minutes because their system was not working and the lady at the front desk was new. Lastly, I had 3 pending charges for 3 separate rooms when I had only reserved 1 room. Staff acknowledged the mistake, but were unable to remove the pending charges for 2 days. That was ~$600.00 of our funds we could not access and we had to eat the snacks we brought with us; meaning we could not buy dinner or lunch. I let staff know this and all they did was apologize. This really impacted our trip especially since my partner is a type 1 diabetic. I believe something could have been offered to us to make up for the fact that we could eat actual food for 2 days (other than the complimentary breakfast).

The second night we stayed at the best western plus we found ants crawling on the floor we told the front desk and they sprayed around the ants and said housekeeping would come in and deep clean and change the bedding and everything the next day but never changed anything. Throughout the rest of our stay we continued to find ants all over the toilet, bathroom area and even in the bed. They finally changed us rooms on the last night of our stay and gave us a slight discount. I do not recommend best western plus.

This best western was recently remodeled and is nice. Rooms are pretty typical. Hot tub hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Their breakfast was pretty awesome. Lots of families and very family friendly atmosphere.

I wrote my last review of this place too soon! The morning that I was checking out, I woke up to the sound of lots of dripping water - I looked in the bathroom and water was coming through a crack in the ceiling at a steady pace. I called the front desk - they told me to get a bucket to put under the leak- what? I asked where I should look for a bucket (!). They suggested the ice bucket in the room - it would have overflowed in less than a minute. They really couldn't have cared less. The bathroom was flooded and unusable unless you wanted a cold shower from the ceiling. That was the last straw - I called their corporate number and filed a formal complaint.

I would've enjoyed my weekend at this hotel more if it weren't for one rude staff member working the late shift. I couldn't get into my hotel room — it had been snowing — so I went back downstairs to see if I could get replacement key cards. The young woman working the counter was busy with a pizza delivery guy, which is fine, but then when she turned to me, it was major attitude — like I was the one inconveniencing her. After giving me attitude and a lecture about key cards not working when it's cold & stored near magnetic credit cards (she could've been nicer about it), I went up to my room. I had to call back down to the front desk for a wake-up call. The same young woman with the same apathetic attitude. She yeah-yeahed me, even though I thanked her. I guess she was too busy to make a notation because I never received the wake-up call for 8 a.m. The other staff members, however, were exceptionally friendly, warm, and efficient. Also, it's fairly noisy at night with guests banging around and our fridge making weird sounds. But the location is very convenient and the hotel does have the usual amenities. It only takes one person to sour an otherwise good trip.

I would give this hotel a zero if I could. We stayed for several days and each day got worse. They checked us into a dirty room; ran out of pool towels then room towels; no management on-site; no one to enforce pool rules when small children left alone without supervision; cleaners didn't clean the room the following day; tried for 5 days after we left to speak to management - finally did and they said they'd get back to us-they didn't. Plenty of other hotels to stay in - so next time we will stay somewhere else.

Thank you for your comments. After speaking to you, I found that the FD Agent immediately placed you in another room due to the error. Furthermore, the hotel was full of guests during this particular weekend and there is no way to monitor a pool full of children and adults and know that any particular child is not accompanied with an adult. Finally, we are a limited service hotel and do not provide 24 hour housekeeping. When our housekeepers have finished their assignments they leave and any "do not disturb" rooms, regardless of whether the sign is removed after their departure or not, is left for the next day. I'm truly sorry you are unhappy and want nothing more than to turn this into a positive experience; however, your social media slander campaign speaks volumes. Diane

Pros: This hotel appears newly renovated and nicely appointed. It seemed clean, though possibly only because everything was fairly new when we visited (Feb 2019). It has an indoor pool and hot tub and a workout room with newer equipment in excellent condition. Close to downtown Wenatchee. Basic breakfast. Overall seemed nice. Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes to check in, despite arriving after check in time (4pm). It was a busy holiday weekend, so maybe expected. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. Booked a room for a family of 4; room had a King bed and a pull out (full size) couch. No problem; kids can sleep on a pull out. Opened bed and there were no sheets. Nothing in room. Called front desk and they said they'd bring some (they didn't) Went down to front desk (8pm at this point) and found front desk empty. A queue of people were forming looking for help. 20 minutes later I located the front desk person somewhere else in the hotel (on the phone). Front desk person gave me damp (possibly dirty?) quilts and told me to make the bed up with those as there were no sheets (she was also pulling damp towels out of laundry to give to people asking for towels). I was not willing to make bed up with wet quilts. After almost an hour of excuses, she finally took me to an empty room to strip the (hopefully clean) sheets off the made up bed in there. Overall it was the most dysfunctional hotel customer service experience I've encountered in the US. If you expect sheets or towels at hotels, avoid this place. Also made me question if they were even washing/changing linens regularly at all. Will not return. This review is for Best Western Plus at 815 N Wenatchee Ave

I was kept awake most of the night due to being able to hear the next rooms conversation almost word for word through the wall until the morning hours. There is no noise barrier between the walls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though.

Stayed there for a night as could not get any space in Leavenworth. It's short 30 mins drive from downtown leavenworth. Hotel is nicely located near the downtown and lake area. No complaints other than the sleep quality (which matters the most I believe, after the tiring day in leavenworth). I could not sleep the whole night due to noise made by bed, take a little turn and you would wake up with the noise.

Staff made me extremely uncomfortable when I brought pizza back threw the lobby, asking for my food. This is not what I expect from staff when I am staying in their place of work. It was awkward and honestly I avoided the lobby the rest of the time as to not have to deal with it again.

We want the Front Desk to be a go to destination for assistance and not a place to avoid.

My wife and I visit Wenatchee before Christmas annually. Best Western had a promo on where you could use their Rewards program at 10000 points per night. As we had accumulated enough points for 2 nights we chose this hotel. The Best Western Plus hotels that I have stayed at are usually fairly upscale in amenities compared to theif regular branded hotels. It is located in downtown Wenatchee. Access is fairly easy. On arrival we were met by the friendly check in staff. We confirmed our stay was going to cost us only our points. As per any hotel stay we had to provide our credit card for incidental/security charges. We asked for a quiet room and located it on the second floor. That night a construction crew moved in. The walls are not that thick so we had to endure two buddies talking loudly for most of the night. They finally shut it down very early next morning. A few hours later they were up and at it, getting ready for work. So much for a quiet room. The same event occurred the next night, but not to the degree of visiting. While it appeared that the hotel was not full, it puzzled me why they would put a construction crew in the middle of an area where a guest had specifically asked for quiet. This was brought to attention of the hotel. The breakfast is decent, with the usual items, waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt etc. The location was ending what appeared to be a re-Branding of the hotel. The pool was closed. Workers were painting so there was the expected odours. The staff work very hard at this hotel to meet the needs of their guests. On check out, we were assured our stay was covered by our points. Our final bill showed a $0 balance. A month after our stay while reviewing our credit card statement, I noticed that this hotel had charged us for a night. I contacted the hotel direct and was assured the matter would be referred to the manager. After a few days, I made a follow up call to the hotel where I spoke to a very friendly clerk. He confirmed the charge to our credit card was indeed the hotels mistake and that a refund would be applied to our credit card. After 3 weeks passed and no refund, Best Western Corporate was contacted and finally a refund was received. One would think that if a guest is going to receive a refund for a hotel billing error, it would be expedited. Unfortunately we still incurred charges for trying to get our money back in the form of international long distance charges and then the charge refund difference in the currency exchange rate. While a relatively small amount, it was the fact that the overcharge shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I think this speaks to the customer service values of this particular location. Be sure to check your charges on your credit when visiting this location. Keep all your hotel receipts for a long time after your stay. You might need them to validate your claims if any. Try to establish if the area where your room is, is indeed going to be quiet for your stay. Another nice looking Best Western is a few blocks away and should at least be considered before booking this location. While not a "Plus" location, sometimes less is more.

My husband and I stayed here after doing a day trip to Leavenworth. We had booked early and let the front desk know we planned to be in for a late check-in.They noted this then asked what view we wanted! My husband said the best one. Well, we didn't arrive late, and went to check in. As we expected, the room wasn't ready yet but they told us we could use the pool while we waited if we wanted to. We didn't, so we went to the mall for a bit then returned and checked in without issue. All of the staff was extremely lovely and we even had a welcome note from the housekeeping staff welcoming us to the room. It was colorful, handwritten, and has stickers on it for decoration! Really a nice touch! The room did have a great view as we expected. Picture below. It was also very clean and stylish. The linens were clean though the thermal blanket did have a decent amount of hair on it from other people. Not a ton and certainly not disgusting. I can tell the blanket really grabs on to hair so just be warned of that if it is something that bothers you. It is sandwiched between the top cover and your sheet so skin contact isn't a big concern. Also, no crawlies anywhere is sight and everything was well dusted. The TV was nice and big, the fridge was a good size, and the carpet was spotless. The only problem I had with the room was the mattress. It was uncomfortable for my hubby and I. We are both side sleepers and the mattress is a firm spring mattress with a rather thin pillow top. Just not great for side sleeping. Stoma h and back sleeping is fine. Finally, we did spend some time in the pool and hot tube and I have no complaints about that.

We recently took a trip to Leavenworth when we do we stay in one natchy rates are a little bit better and you get more for what you pay for. This location was newly remodeled and was very cozy. I feel like they may have been understaffed however the staff they did have was warm and welcoming. We had multiple rooms and they were able to accommodate side-by-side. The swimming pool didn't get updated and it did seem pretty full but the kids had a great time period the breakfast gets packed however biscuits and gravy a hot waffle eggs and sausage you can't complain. Will deathly be returning to this location.

Worst experience ever. The room was never cleaned up after the previous guests. They didn't even change bedding and sheets. Toilet was dirty. Had to call them to clean. Later found out that sheets wasn't changed! They ended up moving us to another room.

Great little hotel with a lot of amenities. Inexpensive and a convenient easy access location. Friendly and informational staff. Breakfast is VERY crowded so get there early or come at the end, the seating is limited and if you have children it's very hard to carry the plates and drinks back to the room.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my reserved room. That was bad to have my family and I wait. Especially at night. Once in, the hotel was fine although breakfast was cramped. The facilities were otherwise cleanly.

What else do you need to know? Horribly mismanaged. I felt like I was in a torture chamber. We spent an hour outside only to come back in to the alarm going 7 MORE TIMES over the next few hours. Never mind the dentist rubber bands on the floor, the hair that wasn't cleaned up and no tissue in the room. Should have known when we showed up at 5PM and there were no rooms clean and ready. Best Western in Wenatchee is a joke! Stay so where else!!!

I am so sorry to hear that you experienced so many problems while you were visiting us here in Wenatchee. We are under new ownership and have just undergone a remodel changing us into a Best Western with that there have been some bumps in the road and I apologize that you and your family experienced that. That is not how we like to operate. The ownership and team here strive to make every guest feel welcome and appreciated while they are away from home. We have made staffing changes including additional training and bringing on additional team members to prevent this from happening in the future. I hope that you and your family enjoyed your trip otherwise and that down the road you might visit us again and give our new ownership and team the chance to show you that we value all of our guests and want to make sure that you enjoy your time with us.

I forgot the plug for my phone charger one day and the second day I lost my phone. The staff was extremely helpful in both cases. I was able to get a plug near by. They helped with phone calls so I could track down a coworker to get my phone back. The only unfortunate part of it was that the place booked up before my coworker could also get a room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was standard fair of most hotels, but they out of several things on my second day fairly early. I would stay again.

I booked a room for myself and my 95 year old mother. I asked for a first floor room since there is no elevator. They said they'd try their best. When we got there we had a first level floor room that was near a door that we could park our car near. The breakfast offered was very good and had a good variety. Room seemed very clean.

Great overnight stay at this very well situated hotel. Lovely updated room with all amenities. Reception very friendly and informative. Breakfast was very nice. Seemed to be quite popular with groups. Very good value.

The room was standard and comfortable. I was there on business with my mother and daughter in tow. The hotel is close enough to shopping and food with a short drive or a little longer walk. The hotel is being updated, I forgot to take pictures but the lobby is modern and the breakfast is pretty standard. My daughter got the stomach flu the last night and the staff was helpful and sympathetic. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed the night here after a concert at the Gorge and found it very nice and clean. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great but they did run out of eggs. The staff worked quickly to refill them but by that time we had decided on something else to eat. My biggest issue was that after returning late at night from the concert there was absolutely no parking. There were a few trailers parked in the lot taking up several spaces and construction equipment taking up the few remaining other spaces. Overall, this was a great stay for the price.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, which is now a Best Western Plus. I came checked in late(around midnight) and was greeted by the sweetest girl named Elizabeth at the front desk. She had the best attitude and a sweet smile, especially for it being so late and had an answer for all my annoying questions. She made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived looking for the Comfort Hotel but thought the GPS had the wrong location. The signage was for a Best Western. Apparently we were told they are in the process of changing names. Hey Choice get your act together and let your clients know. Overall the rooms were clean and service was good. Nice breakfast was supplied. No complaints other than name change and would recommend.

Great hotel, called and chang3 a reservation because we were getting to Coast faster. They switched our reservation from Monday night to Sunday night. Checkin was great, room was new so no complaints. Would recommend anyone in area. Mexican Restaurant across was great also

Mel called the Best Western Plus: Rooms are clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is ample, however, noise carries through this hotel as though you're standing next to where it's coming from. If you are a light sleeper ask for the top floor.
